You're listening to a message to go from acts church. We hope this message
-
will light up your team that all may know. Somebody say that all may
-
know. Amen. Okay. So that is the team for our church this
-
year. Now, let me get this very straight. Okay. The vision
-
for the church has never changed. Okay. The vision the mission has never
-
changed. Okay. But the team can can be a built up every single
-
year. Okay. And just because we change the team every year does not
-
mean that the favorite teams don't work anymore. Okay. It just means that
-
it's a built up okay. And so last year our team was come on.
-
Last year our team was Amen. Okay, praise God. That means
-
you're doing well on the stage. Okay. So last year our team was
-
Heaven Rules. Okay. But just because last year's Heaven Rules doesn't mean DJ
-
is not. Okay, Heaven's struls whether you believe it or not, whether
-
you came to church last year or not, whether you are coming to church
-
next year, Heaven was still rule. Amen. So last year our team
-
was Heaven Rules, and this year our team is that All May Know.
-
Okay. So you will find that most of the preachers, in fact,
-
all the preachers will preach inn alignment with this team for the year. Okay,
-
so you may hear us. You know, we to you the Bible
-
worse, our key Bible wors again and again and again, and don't know
-
why. Okay, so that you can remember. Okay, so you remember
-
and you'll keep it in your heart and you will know that Heaven rules and
-
this year our team is that all may know. Okay. So let me
-
just quickly show it to you. The team key Bible worse for our church
-
this year, and I'll get the help of XTV is found in Daniel chapter
-
four, verse seventeen and twenty five. Okay, both the verses said pretty
-
much the same thing. But Daniel chapter four, verse seventeen and twenty five.
-
I'm gonna just read it to you, okay, so that you can
-
see it for yourself and know that this is where we found our team from.
-
Okay, a web pass the downloaded from the Lord the team for the
-
year, and this is where it's taken from. It's biblical, Okay.
-
You need to know that the church leadership is aligned with the Bible, and
-
we did not pluck this from the sky somewhere, but it is found in
-
the Bible. Amen. So this decision is by the decree of the watchers
-
and the sentenced by the word of the Holy Ones, in order that the
-
living may know that the most high rules in the Kingdom of Man gives it
-
to whoever he will and sets over it the lowest of men. Okay.
-
So Verse twenty five say the pretty much the same thing. So we can
-
stop here. It's fine. Verse seventeen okay, so it says in order
-
that the living may know. Okay, is there anybody living in this place?
-
Come on, yay. So it's a living may know, refers to
-
that all may know. Okay. So this is where we took our team
-
for a year, and of course I want joined. This was too much
-
for today. I'm going to go much into the kingdom because if you look
-
at the worst carefully, it says in order that the living may know,
-
they may know what that the most high rules were in the Kingdom of Men.
-
Okay. So today I'm going to continue to focus on the Kingdom of
-
Men, this part of the Kingdom of Men, okay. And if you
-
were there and our animal Civiy services, any service, anim service service,
-
and our combined services, you will know that pass cannot preach on the kingdom,
-
right, So I'm going to pick up from there and and continue to
-
go a little deeper because it's very important for us to know and understand the
-
Kingdom of God here on earth as it is in heaven before we can let
-
others know about it. Amen, It's very important for us to know ourselves
-
first. Okay, So our focus for the team for this year is on
-
witnessing. Okay, how do we let others know it's true witnessing? Amen
-
to that. It's going to be our focus for this year. And before
-
we can tell others, we ourselves need to need to know. We ourselves
-
need to know, because you can't tell others what you don't know. Does
-
that make sense, right? So we ourselves need to know. We ourselves
-
need to be sure. We have to be convinced. We have to be
-
convinced one hundred percent. We've got to believe it. There's got to be
-
no doubt in our minds. There's no doubt. There's no space for doubt
-
our in our hearts and our minds. Because if we ourselves don't know,
-
or we ourselves doubt, then how would you tell others? Right? So
-
we need to know, we need to be convinced, we need to be
-
sure, amen, and don't know whay it's gonna be. Okay, because
-
we now know, or we believe, that Heaven rules and God is in
-
control. God is with us and he's going to help us. Amen.
-
So it's important for us to understand and know God's kingdom and his plan.
-
Okay. So today I'm going to attempt to take us a little deeper into
-
God's plan and of course his kingdom. Are you ready? Here we go.
-
So the first thing I want to bring us to is God's plan for
-
his kingdom. God's plan for his kingdom. Okay, I'm gonna give you
-
some points and then I'll read a Bible worse for us. So, of
-
course, in God's kingdom, his plan is that God would be the ruler
-
in the kingdom of Man. Okay. And of course when you say God
-
is the ruler, it simply means Heaven rules. That is why last year
-
our team was Heaven rules. This year is that all men know. So
-
God is the ruler of the kingdom and hence Heaven rules. Heaven rules just
-
simply means that Heaven is in control, or rather the God who is in
-
Heaven is in control, Amen. And when the ruler says go, people
-
will go. When he says come, people will come. Right. And
-
so we can picture in your mind when you look at a king or any
-
leader, or any minister you know, like a like for example, a
-
prime minister, right or a king whoever it is, right, when he
-
gives an instruction, people will move and everyone will will do it right.
-
So that's what a ruler, ruler does, okay. And nothing can go
-
against God's will or his will. Do you believe it? Nothing can go
-
against his will, not even Satan nothing okay, nothing was standing between whatever
-
he desires and whatever will he wills, it will come to pass. Do
-
you believe it? Amen? And so last week we had a lot of
-
messages about heaven rules. And this year, as I entered the new year,
-
I'm trying to read the whole Bible from cover to cover. So I'm
-
I just went to Exodus, and I realized that in the Book of Exodus
-
there are many verses that also talks about that you may know. He's referring
-
to Pharaoh, referring to the Egyptians, also spoke to the issues that you
-
may know that the most high rules if you're going to look at Exodus,
-
and I'll probably bring you to that in the weeks to come. But in
-
the book of Exodus, I found one example of heaven rules as well,
-
whereby okay, let's I'm gonna read it to you. Exodus, chapter thirteen,
-
verse twenty says took their journey from Sokov and kempt At in Atom at
-
the age of the wilderness. And the Lord went before them by the by
-
day in a pill of cloud to lead the way, and by night in
-
a pillar of fire to give them light. And as to go by day
-
and night. He did not take away the pill of cloud by day or
-
the pill of fire by night before the people. And so when I read
-
this verse, as I toy, I'm reading the from Genesis all the way
-
this year, right, And as I read this verse, I realized that
-
this is another clear example that heaven rules, because this in this story,
-
right, the Lord is leading the Israelites out of Egypt. Okay, if
-
you're familiar with the Exodus, Exodus just means that they're exiting. You're going
-
to exit, They're going to depart from Egypt, right, I can't remember.
-
I think it was four hundred and thirty years if I got that that
-
number right. That they were in Egypt, right, and the Lord was
-
leading them out of Egypt, leading the Israls, the children of Israel,
-
out of Egypt. And when the children Isuel came out of Egypt and they
-
were facing the Red Sea. Okay, if you're familiar with the story,
-
Pharaoh and his army and his chaviots were chasing after the Israelites wanted to kill
-
them and to bring them back. Okay, because the Israels used to be
-
servants or used to be in bondage in Egypt. Okay, you can go
-
back and read Exodus. It's very very interesting. You can read how the
-
Lord fully is in control. You can read the ten plagues and what happened.
-
So this in this story is the time whereby the Lord was with the
-
Israelites in the wilderness, right, a pillar of cloud by day and a
-
pillar of fire by night, and it never went away for the whole time
-
that the Israelers were journeying in the wilderness. Have you ever wondered why there
-
was a pillar of cloud by day and a pill of fire by night,
-
Because in the wilderness, in the daytime it's really very hot, and in
-
the night it's the opposite, it's really cold, okay. And there why
-
the pill of cloud is to give them shit, right, is to give
-
them protection. In fact, the pill of cloud actually is to lead the
-
people, right, and a pill of fires to give them light at night.
-
Be course, it's dark in the wilderness and it's cold. Does that
-
make sense, right? And he never left the people, never left the
-
people, right. And if you read on in chapter fourteen, when the
-
Egyptian army was going to attack the Israelites, when they were stuck between the
-
rat Sea and the Egyptian army, that was the only time that the Lord
-
moved the pillar of cloud and a pillo of fires to behind the people,
-
between the army and between the Israelites. If we can read in Exodus chapter
-
fourteen, verse nineteen, and the Angel of the Lord, who went before
-
the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them. There you go behind
-
them, And a pill of cloud went from before them and stood behind them.
-
So he came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of the
-
of Israel. Thus it was a cloud of darkness to the one, and
-
it gave light by night to the other, so that the one that did
-
not come, so that one did not come near the other all night long.
-
So I told you the israel Lights were stuck at the Red Sea and
-
behind them with the Egyptian army coming to kill them, and this pillar of
-
fire and cloud moved behind them and stood in between the army and the Israelites.
-
And can you imagine how amazing this is? A the same pillar could
-
be darkness to one and light to the other. Darkness to one and yet
-
light to the other. It's like as though or you can, you can,
-
you can put the eyes on the fire and it's still an ice by
-
yet in fire. It doesn't make sense right in ours, in our mind
-
scientifically, it makes no sense right. How can one single pillar be light
-
to the other and yet darkness to the other. Heaven rules, Amen,
-
God is in control. So that Egyptian army was about to kill or to
-
snatch back the Israelites back into Egypt. Right if you read the story and
-
friends again, as I told you, nothing can stand against God's will and
-
his plan. If he have to put a pillar of cloud and fire in
-
between, he will do it, and his will will come to pass.
-
What there's a tongue twist. His will will come to pass a man.
-
If you believe it, say amen. So Heaven rules. So now the
-
question for us today is what is God's big plan or what is his overarching
-
plan? And that's what I attempt to bring to us today. Okay,
-
here's the thing God wanted and still wants. Okay, past ten present times.
-
God wanted and still wants to have his kingdom here on earth as it
-
is in heaven. If you believe it, say amen. Let me say
-
that again. He wants to have his kingdom here on earth as it is
-
in heaven. Where do we find that? When Jesus thought his disciples how
-
to pray, what did he say? Matthew chapter six, verse nine to
-
ten. Okay, when Jesus taught his disciples how to pray, he said,
-
in this manner, therefore, pray our Father in heaven. Hello,
-
what be your name? Your kingdom? Come? Your will be done on
-
earth as it is in heaven. You see that. In fact, actually
-
I I was apparently I think I felt like to lead us into this prayer.
-
Why don't you put the whole pray up, Lily, Maybe we can
-
all say this prayer. Together. Sorry, I'll put you on the spot.
-
So I think it just put this maybe type Matthew chapter six and then
-
uh, first start from verse nine. Sorry, I put I put XTV
-
on the spot. Yeah, but it's gonna be good. Okay. So
-
this is the Lord's prayer, and if you can, I encourage you to
-
pray this every day. I'm trying to praise every single day today because this
-
is the model prayer the Lord taught the disciples how to pray lydia already okay,
-
can, okay, So let's why don't you just join me even as
-
we praise together this prayer together. Amen. So our Father in heaven,
-
Hello, what be your name? Your Kingdom? Come, Your will be
-
done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily
-
prayer. Forgive our debts. As we forgive our debtors, do not lead
-
us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for Yours is
-
the kingdom and the power and the glory forever a man. Amen, praise
-
God. So in Matthew chapter six, verse nine, Jesus teaches us his
-
disciples to pray your Kingdom Come, Your will be done on earth as it
-
is in heaven. Now this was the model prayer. So it's no doubt
-
that God's kingdom was meant to be established here on Earth. And man,
-
so there was a plan. What was the plan? The plan was for
-
God's kingdom to be here on earth? Right, there was the plan,
-
and man was his idea for that plan to work. Man as me and
-
you? Okay, the plan was for God's kingdom to be here on earth,
-
and man was his idea for that plan to work. Without a plan,
-
there would have been no man. Think about that for a moment.
-
Without God's plan for his kingdom to be here on earth, you and I
-
wouldn't be here. What was the plan God's kingdom on earth? How is
-
it going to be done to men? Men here on earth for his kingdom
-
to be established? So without a plan, there would have been no man.
-
So may I suggest to Earth that if God did not have a plan,
-
we wouldn't exist today. But God had a plan and he wanted to
-
use men, and he created men to accomplish his plans. Amen. And
-
on the flip side, without man, there would have been no plan,
-
or rather I should say they could still have been a plan, but no
-
one to implement it. Without men, they would have been a plan,
-
but no one to implement it. So we must start with a plan first.
-
We must start with God's vision, his desire, his will, what
-
he wants for himself and only for his glory. You need to get that
-
right, what he wants for himself and only for his glory. Now you
-
know what some words are thinking. You might think that that's quite selfish.
-
Right, God wanted his plan to accomplish and only for his glory. It
-
just took selfish. We may think of it that God was thinking about himself
-
his will before hours, But how many of you know that's the truth.
-
That's the truth that God desired for him for his glory and his glory only
-
alone. And even when he came to man, you and I, God
-
was more interested in the image of God in earth than the man himself.
-
Again, I know it's quiet in this place because the truth is hard,
-
right, the truth is hard, But yet it is very honest and very
-
humbling because we men were meant to reflect His image on earth. Did you
-
know that God created you and I, each and everyone of us in the
-
image of God. So when God looks down on earth and looks at men,
-
he's basically looking at the mirror. Did you hear that He's basically looking
-
at the mirror? Because we were supposed to reflect God's image here on earth,
-
so we were part of his plan. Turn your nerbor and say you
-
are a part of God's plan. Amen, We are part of God's plan.
-
And even though the truth can be hard, it is yet very honest
-
and very humbling. We could never compare ourselves to God. How many of
-
you know that you know what the Bible say about us, We are nothing
-
but dos in Genesis, you can read it, okay, in Genesis,
-
so actually say nothing but we are. We are sorry from us we came.
-
Okay. Genesis chapter three, verse nineteen says, in the sweat of
-
your face you shall eat break Hu, we returned to the ground, for
-
out of it you were taken. For thus you are, and to thus
-
you shall return. That's why when you go to some of the traditions,
-
they actually when they do this ashsh Sunday, we actually actually you know a
-
calf that does the cross symbol on our on our fourheads. Because I come
-
from that bag. I know some of you may also know you're familiar with
-
that right, this thing called the ash ash Sunday or what Monday to say
-
or something like that. When I say yes, When I say yes,
-
sorry very long I've been access for after fourteen years, it is so yeah,
-
but that's where I grew up. So I know, you know,
-
and and I'm be minded every year that's you are from. Thus you came,
-
that's you shall return. So how can we compare with God? So
-
we are not even in the position to say, you know that that God
-
could be selfish even though it took like it is, because it's all for
-
his glory and his glory alone, and we are just a mirror to eat,
-
to mirror God's image here on earth, Friends, ladies and gentlemen.
-
Ultimately, we have to recognize that God is the creator of the universe,
-
and everything that we see and exists is there only because God has made it
-
or he has allowed it to happen. He owns everything and has every right
-
to do whatever he desires. We did amen. He owns it. He
-
owns everything, he has every right to do what he desires with it.
-
So we must start with God's plan. The plan was for himself and no
-
other. No matter what happens, God's plan will stand and it will come
-
to pass because God will fulfill it unto himself. Even if he had to
-
use a donkey. God was too fulfill it unto himself. But thank God
-
he used men, you and me because we are part of God's beautiful and
-
big plan. Can I hear good? Amen? And maybe that's why our
-
team for last year was having rules, because we must first recognize that God
-
rules first. God rules, He's solving right, he does whatever he wants.
-
Nothing can stand in between. And God will fulfill his plan and his
-
will unto himself. And thank God that He can use you and I.
-
He chose man to reflect his glory, and that itself, we would already
-
count it an honor and a privilege to reflect God's image. Amen. Some
-
chapter Territory, verse eleven says, but the plans of the Lord stand firm
-
forever. It is an every version. The kjvvision says, the counsel of
-
the Lord stands forever the plans of his heart, but to all generations.
-
The NIV version says, but the plans of the Lord stand firm forever,
-
the purposes of his heart to all generations. Amen. So his plans stand
-
forever. It would come to pass, it will come to pass. So
-
that's the first thing I wanted to wring to our attention, God's kingdom,
-
his plan for his kingdom a man, God's plan for his kingdom here on
-
earth as it is in heaven. The second thing I want to talk about
-
is God's plan for men. Okay, God's plan for man. So remember
-
I told you man was God's idea for him to fulfill the plan. Right,
-
So what was God's plan for men? If you were here in our
-
anniversary last Sunday, you would have heard this, But let me show it
-
to you today. Genesy, chapter one, verse twenty six to twenty eight.
-
Then God said, Then God said, let us make man in our
-
image. Now just pause there for a moment. If any of you need
-
clarity on why God is three in one, this is a very good example.
-
Okay, He didn't say, let me make man in my image.
-
He says, let us let us capital you. Let us make man in
-
our capital. Oh, in our image, according to our likeness. Let
-
them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the bursts of the
-
air, and over the kettle, over all the earth, and over every
-
creeping thing that creeps on the earth. So God created man in his own
-
image, in the image of God. He created him male and female.
-
He created them. Then God bless them, and God say to them,
-
be fruitful and multiply. Feel the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over
-
the fish of the sea, over the bursts of the air, and over
-
every living thing that moves on the earth. So that was the plan for
-
men, ladies and gentlemen. For men, we have actually three important tasks.
-
Number One, to populate the earth. Be food for a multiply,
-
so the Bible says, be food for a multiply. So when you get
-
there, I also say to you, be foot for and multiply. Most
-
of you here, students, so not yet when you get there. And
-
you get there, so we are supposed to feel the earth, populate the
-
earth, be fooitful, and multiply. Leave right now, okay. Second
-
is to have dominion over the earth. God's plan for men is that man
-
is supposed to have dominion over every living creature that moves on the earth.
-
The Bible says that right over every bird, every creature that creeps on the
-
ground. We are supposed to have dominion over the earth. Right But when
-
you look back, do you anything. We have dominion over the earth today.
-
Right. I think your response tells it right, because there's so much
-
evil on the face of the earth. And what's the third thing they were
-
supposed to do? The third plan for men was to reflect His glory and
-
his image because we were made in this image. We were made in this
-
image. I told you alert like a mirror. Right, We're supposed to
-
mirror his image, his glory back onto him and unto God and God alone.
-
Amen. So remember every time we give God glory, every time we
-
point the glory back to God, every time we give him back the praise
-
the glory, we are actually reflecting his glory and to him a man,
-
we are reflecting his image. Praise the Lord. What else is our duty
-
of our world? Okay, I'm going to bring us to he Brews chapter
-
two, verse five to eight. Let me show you how much God really
-
thinks about us, that he even set us in charge over the work of
-
his hands. If you okay, if you have a bible's one, if
-
you turn to hebrew chapter two, verse five, because this verse is quite
-
long, so I'm going to give you some time. Why don't you turn
-
your bibles to Hebrews, Chapter two, verse five. Okay. If you're
-
there, say yeah, okay, not not there yet. If there,
-
say yeah, okay, all right, He bows Chapter two, verse five.
-
I'm going to read it to you in the NKGB version first it's on
-
the screen, and then after I'm going to read it to you in the
-
NLT version because it's easier to understand. Okay. Verse five says, for
-
to which of the angels did he ever say you are my son? Today?
-
I have begotten begotten you, and again I will be to him a
-
father, and he shall be to me a son. But when he again
-
brings the first born into the world. Oh, so sorry, I actually
-
got the wrong verse. Hebrows Chapter two. So real was what chapter one?
-
He bows chapter two, verse five for or he has not put the
-
world to come of which we speak in subjection to angels, but one testified
-
in a certain place, saying, what is man that you are mindful of
-
him? Or the son of man that you took, that you take care
-
of him? You have made him a little lower than the angels. You
-
have crowned him with glory and honor, and set him over the works of
-
your hands. You have put all things in subjection under his feet. For
-
in that he put all in subjection under him. He left nothing that is
-
not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put
-
under him. Okay, so you can see in verse six what is man
-
that you are mindful of him? Can you imagine that God put such a
-
heavy task and responsibility on human on earth, mankind to take care of his
-
creation. Friends, that is not a simple task. That's a heavy task
-
because the Bible says we are to take care of the work of his hands.
-
Imagine God is telling us as men, as male mortals, to take
-
care of the work of his hands. Did you know in order for us
-
to do that we need his help only with God said we can do that,
-
we can't do it? And on. Because God created, haven't said
-
the earth? He created everything that's on the earth right, and and we
-
are supposed to have dominion. He's supposed to rule over it and take care
-
of the work of his hands. That is not an easy task for us.
-
In fact, he didn't give it to angels. Think about it.
-
Man was made a little lower than angels. But yet we were crowned with
-
glory and honor and have dominion over the entire earth. God first granted this
-
responsibility to Adam and Eve in the garden, if you're reading Genesis, God
-
gave this responsibility and this mandate to Adam and Eve. In fact, it
-
was Adam who name every creature that you see today. Right. Of course
-
those creatures that they and today's may be different because some mutation and whatnot.
-
I wouldn't get into the details. But Adam named every anymore right and every
-
anymorey. He called it. So was it. So he was supposed to
-
rule over the earth. And we were elevated to a status of reigning over
-
the earth and given glory and honor. And I say to us, it
-
is an immense honor to be granted that authority. And so the Bible says
-
we were crowned. We were crowned with glory and honor to have nose meaning
-
over this earth. So we experienced it to some extent. We know what
-
it's like to see a king being being inaugurated. Right. For example,
-
recently you see our young peopleton are going that was sworn in right, And
-
usually whenever a king or a prime minister, or any young peopleton are going
-
for that matter, gets sworn it's always a big celebration. Right of course,
-
this year we didn't have holiday because I think I think they're young with
-
they are going to say that he didn't want to make a precedents, right
-
because because you should know that militias lot holidays we have. We have a
-
lot of holidays. I think one of the I don't know to how many
-
in the world, number of holidays we have. And so I think the
-
argo fact that you know every time we have a holiday, there's a lot
-
of that, there's money they spend. You know that this disruption to the
-
economy to whatnot. So anyway, I I side tracked. So you know,
-
when when when a king or someone influential or someone powerful is ineugurrated,
-
we we we see how there's a celebration. We see how there's glory,
-
there's honor placed on him. Right and likewise you and I we were given
-
that, we were given that honor, that glory to take care of his
-
of of of his creation here on earth. And that responsibly was first given
-
to Adam. And if and how never know the aedment if failed the responsibility
-
when they this obeyed God, when they this obeyed God and took the food
-
of the knowledge of good and evil. You can read it in Genesis.
-
And so Edamin I was given first given and mandate, and yet they obeyed
-
God. And that's why in the scripture in the Bible, in verse eight,
-
did you realize that when I read this now it says, but now
-
we do not yet see all things put under him. But now we do
-
not yet see all things put under him? What does the word yet?
-
Y e t yet? What does that word mean? Yes? Right,
-
let me see, haven't come yet? Haven't come the past yet? It
-
will it will come the past, but not yet. So clearly we see
-
today that man is not really fully in control because there's so much chaos.
-
There's violence on this on the face of this earth, only because sin has
-
come into our hearts, and because because because evil, it's on the face
-
of this earth. And and and shared this you know, and that the
-
evil when the time of Noah, when God wiped the whole earth except Noah
-
and his family in the arm right and wanted to we start again. And
-
yet evil or still on the face of the earth. Have you ever wondered
-
why? Because he's an Internet problem. So let me say to you,
-
maybe for some of us. We may think that we've got a tough collique,
-
or a tough boss at work, or a tough friend, or anything
-
that is tough for that matter, and we pray God, please remove this
-
person from a life, or please move me from this place to another place.
-
Did you know they've got me moved that person? There will be another
-
person like that, or I've got moved you. The other company will also
-
have people like that. Why, just like how when God remove and God
-
wiped the face of the earth, he needed to show us that it's not
-
an external problem. It's an internal problem. Wherever you go, you will
-
still find trouble. You know, people who irritate you. Right, And
-
even though I pray God remove them, if you go to another place,
-
there will still be another person like that. And it's to it's it's to
-
build us. It's is to is to develop the character in us. Amen.
-
It's because of an internal problem sin and even that it's in our hearts.
-
So we can't solve an internal problem with an external solution, right.
-
Only God can solve the problem with an internal solution, which is our hearts.
-
Amen. So this this word says in the world, yet not yet
-
come, not yet come in this word, yet is embedded an amazing PROMI
-
is that the world will be redeemed to its original design, and that will
-
include restoring humanity as its ruler under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Together we
-
will rule as as heirs and the sons and daughters of the Kingdom of Heaven
-
here on earth. Amen. So it will come, It will come.
-
Not yet it has not yet come to pass, But it will come to
-
pass. Amen. There was God's plan for men, And let me take
-
you to my last lap, which is God's plan for redemption. So I
-
told you that men failed. In fact, they failed twice, first edem
-
Eve at the garden and then Noah's family after they came out of the ark.
-
Ever was to remain, and so God had a plan for redemption.
-
Amen. Men failed. We needed a savior to save us once and for
-
all. So I'm going to continue on from Hebrews chapter two, verse nine
-
that I just read. But we see Jesus, who was made a little
-
lower than the angels. Well need to know that, because when Jesus came
-
down to earth, he took on the nature of men, and the man
-
was made a little lower than angels. So Jesus was one hundred percent God,
-
he was one hundred percent men. He took on the nature of men,
-
and that's why he was also written that he was a little lower than
-
angels. I'm going to continue reading, for the suffering of death, crown
-
with glory and honor, that he, by the grace of God, might
-
taste death for everyone. For it was fitting for him for whom all things,
-
so for whom are all things, and by whom are all things?
-
Or there's a tongue tister, for it was fitting for him, for whom
-
are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many signs
-
to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through suffering. You
-
see that, So Jesus was also redemption. I'm going to read it to
-
you in the Nalty vision because it's easier, because when I read that,
-
I don't I think your his It just proved by your head. Okay,
-
I'm gonna read in the Nalty vision. For what what we do see is
-
Jesus, who for a little while was given a position a little lower than
-
the angels, and because he suffered death for us, he is now crowned
-
with glory and honor. Yes, by God grace, Jesus tasted death for
-
everyone. God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to
-
bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make
-
Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into
-
starvation, bring us into starvation. So now Jesus and the ones he make
-
holy have the same father. Did you see that? Now Jesus and the
-
ones who he make holy, you and I have the same father. That
-
that is why Jesus is not a shame to call them his brothers and sisters.
-
So that is the plan for redemption. When Jesus, as the savior,
-
had to redeem us back to the father. Jesus is the one who
-
makes us holy, has the same father. Right have the same father.
-
And that is why Jesus can call us us and sisters. Did you know
-
that? That's why we are called sons and daughters of the Kingdom. Amen.
-
So God had a plan for redemption. Man failed. We needed a
-
savior. We could never do it on our own, and God sent his
-
only son, Jesus Christ John three sixteen. We are very familiar with his
-
words. He says for God, So loved the world that he gave his
-
only begodden son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have
-
everlasting life. I'm gonna read a few more verses for you and now close
-
tewod Peter three nine. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as
-
some count slackness, But it's long suffering towards us, not willing that any
-
should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Amen. God is
-
long suffing toward us, and he does not will that any should perish,
-
but all come to repentance. God had a plan for with them. He
-
does not want us to He does not want us to be perish in eternal
-
fire, but he wants to give us eternal life to his son Jesus Christ.
-
And the last scripture I'm going to wait to you for today is found
-
in Roman chapter six, verse twenty three, for the wages of seeing his
-
death. But the gift of God is eternal life. Come on, is
-
eternal life in Christ, Jesus our Lord. So it's like close. I
-
want to remind us that God had a plan. God had a plan.
-
He had a plan for his kingdom here on earth. As it is in
-
heaven. He had a plan for men. In fact, man was part
-
of the plan. Man was God's idea of how He's going to implement that
-
plan. He had a plan for men. We were supposed to populate the
-
earth, have the million over the everything on the earth, and we were
-
men to reflect his image and his glory. So if you are still looking
-
for a purpose in life, remember ask God, your creator, for a
-
purpose, because only a creator can give you a purpose, because He created
-
us to reflect his image and his glory. So if you are seeking for
-
a purpose in life, ask the creator and he will show it to you.
-
Amen. God had a plan, and all of us he has heated
-
are part of that big and beautiful planet. Can I hear a good amen?
-
The gospel will be preached to all, and then the end will come.
-
Matthew Chapter twenty four was fourteen. And this Gospel of the Kingdom will
-
be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and
-
then the end will come. So, ladies and gentlemen, we are part
-
of that plan. The gospel is to be preached to all the nations.
-
Who are preached, who are preached you? And I amen? So this
-
year, we are going to focus a lot on witnessing. Witnessing to your
-
friends, to your colleagues, to your family, to your neighbors, to
-
those around you everyone. That's our team for this year. That all may
-
know. Amen. But first you and I need to know. We need
-
to know that we are part of God's plan. Of course, we need
-
to know that God had a plan for us, right, God had a
-
plan. We are part of God's plan and we have to play our role
-
and our part in his plan to accomplish his will. A man, I
-
mean the lot help us friends. Heaven rules. God is in control.
-
God has sent his Holy Spirit to help us because he knows that we need
-
his help. He knows, He knows that we are does. Really we
-
are does. And only by the power and the help of the Holy Spirit
-
will we be able to witness for Him and preach the Gospel to the ends
-
of the earth. And that's why I said, Church, we have very
-
big ommissions. The Bible tells us to preach to the nations, to the
-
nations, even CITD in this room, if you look around, we think
-
about it, we have more than one nation represented here. So I dare
-
to say in this room. We have nations represented even in this room.
-
Look far, Look at our campus across the street, Nottingham. Look at
-
so many, so many as a lot of families coming over to stay.
-
Now. Our campus Nottingham has so many nationalities, so many. Look at
-
the different campuses around us, in New Era, in Katj, so many
-
other campuses and schools around here. You can see there there are many nations
-
there. The Lord's going to send us. The Lord's going to send us
-
to preach to those around us. Amen, Church, are you ready?
