  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. This is a very cute title. When I

  3. first opened the Word of God in Exodus chapter thirty six, and that's where

  4. we're going to in a bit. But just look at the title. First.

  5. It started with me just wanting to encourage all of us to build a

  6. house of God. But then as I look into the five principles that are

  7. about to give you, or the five principles about to give you, as

  8. I look into it, I realized we can build anything for God using the

  9. five principles, anything for God using You can be your family, you can

  10. be your marriage, you can build you know, your business, You can

  11. build anything that the Lord has put on your heart to build. So that's

  12. why I went ahead with a bit of boldness to put this title, how

  13. to build anything for God. Okay, so let's get ready for the word

  14. Exodus chapter thirty six. Please, Exodus chapter thirty six, Verse one to

  15. eight. We're going to read the Word of God. God. Here we

  16. go verse one and Bazaliel and our Holy up and every gifted artisan in whom

  17. the Lord has put wisdom and understanding to know how to do. All men

  18. of work for the service of the sanctuary shall do according to all that the

  19. Lord has commanded. Then Moses called Bazaliel and a holy up and every gifted

  20. artisan in whose heart the Lord has put wisdom, everyone whose heart was stirred

  21. to come and to do the work. They received from Moses all the offering

  22. from the children of Israel and had brought for the work of the service of

  23. making the sanctuary. So they continued bringing to him free will offerings. Then

  24. all the craftsmen who were doing all the work of the sanctuary, and they

  25. spoke to Moses, saying, so Moses gave a commandment, and they cause

  26. it to be proclaimed. Do any more work? Were restrained from bringing sufficient

  27. for all the work to be done. Indeed too much. Last verse,

  28. Wow, blue purple and scarlet thread, ay man, thank you so much

  29. for the support. I mean, the Lord add his blessing to the reading

  30. of his precious, precious word, including Bazalel and a hold up. Let's

  31. look at point number one. What's the title again? The title is how

  32. to build anything for God? How to build anything for God? The first

  33. W I have five ws for you today. The first, w is the

  34. word word is the word word. So the Bible says in Acciodus thirty six

  35. that we've read verse one, shall do according to all that the Lord has

  36. commanded. The Lord commanded, and that's why they're doing it. It's a

  37. very good reminder this morning to build according to God's word. We all need

  38. some reminders sometimes because in our lives there are many voices, both good and

  39. not so good. But there are many voices, many voices, and even

  40. sometimes you know, when you are going into internet, Instagram or Facebook,

  41. you even get messages from there, and sometimes they sound very good. You

  42. know, they give scripture and they sound like wow. You know, this

  43. sounds like it's from the Lord. But I want to encourage all of you

  44. that God is a good God. He is your father, and he wants

  45. only the best for you. So what he does that he will put a

  46. word in your own heart that it's personal to you. It's like a ramma

  47. to you. It's a word that might not be easy, and usually it's

  48. not, but it's a word from the Lord that you need to hold very

  49. dearly too. You know, there's another scripture that says, like John chapter

  50. fifteen, verse seven, if you abide in me, and my words abide

  51. in you. My words have got to abide in you. You will ask

  52. whatever you desire and you will be done for you. Can you imagine?

  53. You can build anything, You can ask whatever you desire, and you'll be

  54. done. But the prerequisite is abide in me and let my words abide in

  55. you. My question to all of us is, is the word of God

  56. abiding in you? What is that word? What is that word? Show

  57. the word of the Lord to Bazeleel and our Hohler. Actually I should back

  58. up a little bit and say the word of the Lord to Moses was built,

  59. and so God was going to provide. God was going to provide.

  60. And we'll see that in a bit. Okay, so the command of the

  61. Lord is really really important. Let's start with that. Now, let me

  62. go into about four scriptures very quickly. I'll just read it and show you

  63. that in life, the Christian life, there can be situations whereby we get

  64. a word from the outside that sounds really good, and then we also have

  65. a word on the inside that the Lord has given us. As I said

  66. earlier, that we tend to compromise because the word on the outside sounds so

  67. good, better even than the word inside of you. And the word on

  68. the outside sounds so reasonable, so normal. The word or the inside sounds

  69. so crazy. The word of the inside sounds so radical. The word on

  70. the inside sounds like fiery revival. And you're scared. And now you're looking

  71. for, you know, some kind of confirmation or some kind of people around

  72. you to tell you something else besides what God has told you. Okay,

  73. So I'm going to read this and we will find it even in scripture.

  74. Men and women of God. Actually most of them are men here, if

  75. not all of them men of God have actually had a conflict before. But

  76. at the end, you know, God wants us to be true and faithful

  77. to the world. So let's start with David in first. Samuel twenty four

  78. will read the word of God, and I will just comment a little bit.

  79. And the more we read, the less of comment. Okay, that

  80. the men of David said to him, this is the day of which the

  81. Lord said to you. Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand,

  82. that you may do to him as it seems good to you. And

  83. David rose and secretly cut off a corner of Saul's row. Now it happened

  84. afterward that David's heart troubled him. And I wonder why he felt so trouble.

  85. Well, I'll give you the answer. He felt trouble because there was

  86. another word in him that was conflicting with the word on the outside, and

  87. so he was trouble. The rest were not trouble. The rest were like

  88. ready to share it. That's the money that God delivered David's enemy to the

  89. cave, and he was easing himself, and very easily David could have killed

  90. his enemy. And so they said, the word of the Lord. You

  91. know, God has delivered. They even used the name of God. God

  92. has delivered to you your enemy. All right, now kill him? Right?

  93. And David tried, but he went only as far as cutting the rope.

  94. And even cutting the rope, he was so uncomfortable. Why because the

  95. next line says this he said to his men, And sometimes we also had

  96. to say to our men around us, even though they think like, oh,

  97. you know, thus says the Lord, Hold on a minute, Hold

  98. on a minute. I also have a word from the Lord. And this

  99. is the word. The Lord forbid that I should do this thing to my

  100. master. He's calling Saul, who wants to kill him, his master,

  101. the Lord's anointed. Wow, I mean, there was no right thinking men

  102. around David who would have called Saul anointed. I'm quite sure if you said

  103. Saul was not anointed anymore, you'll probably not be wrong. But David looked

  104. at Saul, not with his own eyes, not with his men's eyes,

  105. but with God's eyes. And in God's eyes he chose Saul. And so

  106. David says, forbid, God forbid. He is God's anointed. I cannot

  107. stretch out my hand against him, seeing he's the anointed of the Lord.

  108. And there is a scripture Bible that says do not touch the Lord's anointed.

  109. So there's two conflicting words now, one in David and one with his men,

  110. who say, yay, David, the Lord has delivered. Use the

  111. Lord's nama. The Lord has delivered. You come on, take him down

  112. now, and you be free. But David that he will never be free.

  113. Even after he took down Saul, he'll probably be more bound than free.

  114. Are you with me? Bound by guilt, bound by regret? Bowm

  115. by. I shouldn't have because I knew what God's word was. I knew

  116. what God's word was my friends go say whatever, leave church LA, or

  117. don't serve LA, or they can say whatever. But what what does God

  118. say to my own heart? So that's the first thing I want to say

  119. to you. Well, the next verse I think he just he just says

  120. this, right, what was The next verse says, so David restrained his

  121. servants with these words and did not allow them to rise against Saul. And

  122. Saul got up from the cave and went on his way. So you will

  123. say, oh, you're wasted. Lah is never wasted when you're obey God.

  124. Never wasted when your bay God. Next one, let's look at the

  125. Man of God, the man of God in the Old Testament, who did

  126. great and wonderful things. If if you really on your own time, you'll

  127. see that this man of God came and when he spoke, you know,

  128. things happen in a reckless way. Okay, so much show that the king

  129. invited the man of God back to his house to eat. Let's look at

  130. first Kings thirteen seven to twenty four. All right, the king said to

  131. the man of God, come home with me and refresh yourself, and I

  132. will give you a reward. But next verse, the man of God refused,

  133. why because he already had a word from the Lord. The Man of

  134. God said the king, if you were to give me half your house,

  135. I would not go in with you, nor would I eat bread, not

  136. drink water in this place. Next one. For so it was commanded command.

  137. We were starting with the command. According to the command, we build

  138. our house. According to the command, we build our church, according to

  139. the command. I build my marriage. According to command, I build my

  140. family. Somebody say, amen, So there was a command from the Lord.

  141. You can't go and eat bread, drink water. Don't even return by

  142. the same way you came. The Man of God had a word next one.

  143. So he went another way, did not return by the way he came

  144. to Bethel. Wow, he rejected the king's invitation. How many of us

  145. here will be bold enough to reject invitations from high level men and authority,

  146. you know, just because of the word. It doesn't make sense to your

  147. friends. Hey you gola, you go you get contract, Hey you gola,

  148. you get you know, favor, Hey you gola, you get money?

  149. Hey you gola. You know they will they will, they will remember

  150. you the next time. But the word of the Lord, it's God,

  151. It's not me I would like to go normal circumstance. I will go normal

  152. circumstance is the way I will lid church. Everybody else leads church. No,

  153. I want to lead according to the command. So let's go on now.

  154. An all Prophet dwelt in Bethel, and his sons came and told him

  155. all the works that the Man of God had done that day in Bethel.

  156. They also told their father the words which he had spoken to the king next

  157. one. And their father said to them, which way did he go?

  158. For his sons had seen which way the men of God went who came from

  159. Judah. Then he said to his sons, said the donkey for me.

  160. So they said the donkey for him, And he wrote on it and went

  161. after the Man of God and found him sitting under an oak. Then he

  162. said to him, are you the man of God who came from Judah?

  163. And he said I am. Then he said to him, come home with

  164. me and eat bread. And he said, I cannot good on you.

  165. Good on you. You're still faithful to the word that God gave you.

  166. You're still faithful. I cannot. I cannot go. I cannot return with

  167. you, nor go in with you. Neither can I eat bread nor drink

  168. water with you in this place. Next one, for I've been told by

  169. the word of the Lord. Amen, you shall not eat bread, nor

  170. drink water there, nor return by going the way you came. Is it

  171. doesn't make sense? How if I'm thirsty that however, I'm hungry, that

  172. doesn't make sense. But what did the Lord tell you? You want to

  173. hold onto that word? Next one, he said to him, I too,

  174. am a prophet. So now an all experienced profit comes to you in

  175. a form of a person or a book, or an Instagram posting or a

  176. Facebook and or three minute message. Wow, this old prophet, I know

  177. him, he's really really famous, popular, And the old prophet has something

  178. else to say, and you get so caught up, and sometimes it's very

  179. dangerous, or to go after one posting after another, posting after another posting

  180. is very dangerous because you're now freeing up your mind and your heart with things

  181. that may not be from the Lord and maybe totally different from what God has

  182. showed you. So I to him a prophet. So he's lying. Now,

  183. he's lying about God telling him no angel he uses now And I want

  184. to tell you right now, even if an angel came and told you something

  185. opposite then what God told you. Please be very very careful, be very

  186. very faithful to the Lord. Bring him back with you to your house,

  187. that he may eat bread and drink water. All right, lying, he

  188. was definitely lying. Okay, so a prophet can lie too, sadly that

  189. God was using him. And the next one says, so he went back

  190. with him. Somebody say, I you because right after you read this verse,

  191. you know what's going on in And there are a lot of times in

  192. our own lives we have a verse like this. We know the end of

  193. the story. Of course, thank God that he's merciful, he's gracious,

  194. He's a god of second chances, so we can come to him for mercy.

  195. But many of us have this line, simple line. This is one

  196. of the shortest line we are reading. Bye enough of me, because you

  197. know the end from the beginning. He went back, of course, the

  198. prophet, because one other word came and said, Noah, I don't think

  199. so, lie. No I also heard from the Lord. Many of our

  200. regrets come from that place of actually not going to God first and checking with

  201. him first. It comes from a place whereby oh, I see oh,

  202. just because very famous name all prophet, very famous. Lie Ah. He

  203. caught me and told me, you know no, even then you must take

  204. it back to the Lord and double triple check with him, say Lord,

  205. the man might have a good word, but I need a God word next

  206. one. Now, it happened as they sat at the table that the word

  207. of the Lord came to the prophet who had brought him back, and he

  208. cried out to the man of God who came from Judah, saying, first,

  209. says the Lord, because you have disobeyed the word of the Lord and

  210. have not kept the commandment which the Lord your God commanded you. But you

  211. came back and ate bread, drank water in the place of which the Lord

  212. said to you. Eat no bread, eat drink no water. Your corps

  213. very set. Sometimes it's not physical death, that it can be spiritual death.

  214. It can be death to a dream, that's to a destiny, that's

  215. to something that God actually wanted to give you. But we shot changed him

  216. and shortcut and shots circ ated you with me. And because somebody sticks so

  217. long, you but God it takes so long. So I think Abraham and

  218. Sarah also saying sorry, right, sticking so long and so Ishmael gets bored.

  219. And the trouble we are in today is from there, right, the

  220. whole palatine in Israel, it's from there, Ishmael, How long must I

  221. wait? And what did a lot tell you? So here we go,

  222. Your cops shall not come back. So so it was after he had eaten

  223. bread and after he had drunk that he said, the donkey for him,

  224. the prophet whom he had brought back. And when he was gone, a

  225. lion met him on the road and killed him, and his cops was thrown

  226. on the road, and the donkey stood by it. The lion also stood

  227. by the cops. You know, when I literally this last part, I

  228. still see that God still honored the man. He had the lions sit on

  229. one side of the man, donkeys sit on another side. The lion didn't

  230. eat him up, didn't carry him apart, you know, killed him,

  231. But you know kind of I mean, you still can give going away honor

  232. to people who are going away are and people who are whatever, you know,

  233. leaving the ministry or whatever. We can still honor them, bless them.

  234. Listen, death awaits us who will go far away from the word of

  235. the Lord. I know now it's a great quietverybone's getting very quiet because no

  236. one wants to talk about death, right, But it's the word of God,

  237. and it's so heasy, okay for me, the precious Yeah, because

  238. it's very important. And again it's not physical death. Sometimes it can be

  239. death to so many other things. All right, let's move on. There

  240. is Jesus, of course. Oh, I love it every time we talk

  241. about Jesus. Jesus in Matthew sixteen, twenty one and twenty three before twenty

  242. one to twenty three, what happened was Jesus just commended Peter because he said,

  243. to the disciples, who do men say that I am? And no

  244. one could answer except Peter. Peter said, you are the Christ, the

  245. son of the Living God. Wow. And you know what Jesus said,

  246. He commended Peter, He says, and you are, Peter, And on

  247. this rock I will build my church and the gains of hell shall not prevail

  248. against it. Wow. Commendation and praise by Jesus himself in front of all

  249. the other disciples. But how quickly it can turn? How quickly? Maybe

  250. Peter was a little bit big headed after the commendation, and from that time

  251. Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer Christians

  252. would like to hear about swan. You don't like to hear about death,

  253. but it's the word. Suffer many things from the elders and cheap priests and

  254. scribes, and be killed all out. Jesus the savior of the world,

  255. the king of kings, a lot of lords. The plan of God for

  256. him is to die on the cross for our sins. But for the people

  257. around him, they didn't know the plan. So let's look at the next

  258. verse. Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, far

  259. be it from you, Lord, This shall not happen to you. So

  260. the Bible is very clear that Peter rebuked the Lord. Anyone in this room

  261. have ever rebuked Jesus before? I don't know. I'm not sure. Maybe

  262. in your worst moment, you're very down, you're out of your mind,

  263. and you scolded Jesus. What lie you? All? Right? Do you

  264. even care? Right? But Peter, after he was given commendation that you

  265. are the rock right, you have authority. Oh and now now I will

  266. speak to you as that authority. Listen here Jesus, listen here, what

  267. are you talking about? Nonsense? Now you know I'm just putting in words

  268. that nonsense. La. You gotta stay on for one encouragement. You gotta

  269. stay on forever. Okay, read us? No, no, look at

  270. look at me, look at what look into my eyes? You good looking

  271. man. You will never stop confessing, stop confessing death. And there are

  272. times for that. There are times you must advise people to stop confessing death.

  273. But he might also want to advice, because you know he's now his

  274. very spiriture, very spiritual. Jesus, don't say that again. What do

  275. you think the other guys are thinking? You know, you them feel so

  276. down? You talk about death from to the always stopper. Hmm. And

  277. what did you say Jesus after commending him, praising him, they had this

  278. to say? He turned, He turned and said to Peter, uh,

  279. now a lot of people have a different kind of commentary, and eat the

  280. petition about this, they said. Jesus actually didn't speak to Peter. He

  281. spoke to Satan about you know, when I read scripture again and again he

  282. says it. And he turned and said to Peter, So I don't know

  283. how you can go around he said to Peter, get behind me, Satan,

  284. you are an offense to me. Wow, early on I was a

  285. defense. Now my offense for you. I'm not mindful. This is so

  286. important, ladies and gentlemen. If you're listening to me, listen to my

  287. heart. I'm encouraging all of you to be mindful of the things of God,

  288. not the thing of this world, not even the things of what other

  289. Christians are saying. Praise God knows that they can encourage you. Take it,

  290. but take it to the Lord in prayer. You are mindful not of

  291. the things of God, but things of men. Okay. Final one,

  292. Paul himself, I want to show you a consistency in scripture so that you

  293. know that Oh Pass just showed us one scriptourney and knows started to build his

  294. whole doctrine on this. No, no, no, it's more than one

  295. time. And even in your own life, you know it's true. And

  296. I as I'm sharing, I know some of you are quiet because he's tugging

  297. in your own heart saying yeah yeah, actually, actually, either you know

  298. somebody or it's you, and God loves you so much so he doesn't want

  299. you to He's not looking at your past anymore. Today you're here by his

  300. grace, by his mercy. He's look at your future. He came to

  301. give us a future and a hope. Paul in Acts twenty one ten to

  302. fourteen. And as we stayed many days, a certain prophet name Aghaboots this

  303. was the other to air bus I'm kidding, came down from Judea. When

  304. he had come to us, he took Paul's belt, bound his own hands

  305. and feet, and said, first, says the Holy Spirit, So shall

  306. the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man who owes his belt and deliver him into

  307. the hands of the gentiles. Listener, this one, I don't know whether

  308. he can work today. You know, because this prophet actually came in Josh.

  309. He came in and he took Paul's belt. No, you know,

  310. wearing bella? Where the next time? How to do in a station?

  311. I don't touch any of the girls. I know they're wearing belts. My

  312. wife, my wife, you got wearing bella? Why are you pointing there?

  313. I know you wear bell but this is this very you know, very

  314. not kosher. Right today? You need halla tabido lua it too profit?

  315. You mean bell? Now? Can you imagine if it's a bell. It's

  316. tight. I had to think out then, probably like, hey, wait,

  317. what you're doing? You? I pressed into ah your day? Okay,

  318. so so and he takes out the belt. Well, the profit of

  319. all those days are the very gar take the belt and then buying his own

  320. hand, buying his feet. They long belt, and you are so slimmer

  321. he can't buy you canna read buy one Hanney like you're so slimmer of Josha.

  322. If you take your beler, he gets only buying one handey, But

  323. if you take my beler, you can buy hand, feet and neck.

  324. When you go to Jerusalem, they will buying the man that owns his belt.

  325. Okay, what else profit? Hey, the prophet? You know the

  326. prophet has spoken now, not only the spoken, we all who are his

  327. companions. When we heard these things, both we and those from the place

  328. pleaded with him not to go to Jerusalem. Remember when I said to you

  329. earlier, voices a lot even good intentions, good intentions, good intentions.

  330. The prophet is very right. He's very spot on, because they finally bound

  331. Paul when he went to Jerusalem. He's pot on. So what do you

  332. do, Paul? Just forsake the plan of God. So this is what

  333. Paul said. What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For

  334. I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem

  335. for the name of the Lord Jesus. I have to go. It's not

  336. man who wants me to go. Is God wants me to go. There

  337. is something there for me. Yeah, of course they're suffering. Yeah,

  338. I know, even Jesus, they're suffering in front of me. Yes,

  339. but I must go. There's a lot of work, there's a lot of

  340. work, but I must go. Oh, it's very inconvenient, but I

  341. must go. It's gonna take a lot of your time, but I must

  342. go. And finally, so when he would not be persuaded, they see

  343. saying the will. They see saying the will of the Lord be done.

  344. That's what we need to do today before we go, the will of the

  345. Lord, God's will be the how to build anything for the Lord. Make

  346. sure the word is intact, clear, and if it's not clear yet,

  347. don't move. Seek the Lord for clarity, and then hold on to his

  348. promises. For his promises, yes, and their amen. I know some

  349. people even struggle with that word. I understand. But God is a faithful

  350. God. Can I hear a good amen? He's a good, good God.

  351. So let's move on to the next light. The next light says this

  352. right, It says about the talk to you about the DVCC story. Am

  353. I right? So what I tell you a quick story DVCC is our beautiful

  354. premises that we moved out from about ten years ago. We raised that money

  355. from the church and spend one point one million bring it to right away the

  356. place. It was God's place for that time. And then last year,

  357. about a year maybe fourteen months ago, the Lord said to me, Kenneth,

  358. get ready to move out of DVCC. I say, why, Lord,

  359. Every church needs up their own building, my every church needs their own

  360. space. I know. It's like a place we're calling home. It's a

  361. like a hey, what there's God, you know, and it's so beautiful.

  362. And we spend one point one million, and God says, Kenneth,

  363. I'm not going to talk to you about your past, even your past glory.

  364. I am the God of movement. I'm not the God who's stagnant,

  365. and I'm not the God who laughs or cries over past glories. I'm the

  366. God who gives you a future and a hope, and he's ministering to me,

  367. and I catch a word from the Lord, you need to move,

  368. and so I wait upon the Lord. It wasn't, you know, the

  369. child man, It wasn't the eleventh month, it wasn't the fifth month.

  370. But like a pregnant lady will tell you when they're pregnant one day or so,

  371. they're pregnant. When they're pregnant nine months, so they're pregnant. Okay,

  372. that's no little bit pregnant. Have you gone to a lady four and

  373. she's pregnant three days? He said, are you pregnant? Little bit as

  374. such? Saying pregnant on first day is day one? Fantastic, Praise the

  375. Lord. You're pregnant with the word. All right. So this was the

  376. thing. I began to be stirred as months went by. Kenneth, you're

  377. moving out, right, Prepare, Kenneth, you're moving out. I kept

  378. struggling, Lord, the school is here, Victory Academy. Oh Lord,

  379. Yeah. When the more I walk around DVCC, the more I can see

  380. the beautiful things that we have designed and developed, and the Lord's voice can

  381. move, And so finally I couldn't take it anymore. I knew it was

  382. God. The baby was ready to be born. You know, when the

  383. baby in you, the spiritual baby, the dream, the destiny, the

  384. word of the Lord that is germinated in your heart, is ready to be

  385. born that you can't stop, you on, you cannot, you can abort

  386. it. You shouldn't. So if by natural means is just going to be

  387. born, the baby is not going to hold back, he wit laugh for

  388. a while. It's holding on to the umbiliga called okay, okay, okay.

  389. I don't know how long I can hold. Wait two more ones.

  390. No, the baby's radio, come out, you come out. That's God's

  391. dream, that's Got's destiny, that's Got's way. So finally I said to

  392. k we gotta move. I told you this before to prepare, But now

  393. the Lord is saying, within the ext three months, we gotta go.

  394. So look for a place, look for know, just just go ahead and

  395. do some research. And finally, of course you know that we have moved

  396. from DVCC, given up DVCC one point one million renovation costs ten years ago.

  397. And the Lord says, you've done enough. Enough souls are saved there,

  398. enough disciples I make there enough leaders that that for that time, I've

  399. done all I wanted to do. Now I've a new plan, a new

  400. way for you. Are you willing? Do you know one thing about God

  401. is let's go. Yeah? Yeah, But before let's go is let go?

  402. And there many times we learn it the hard way. Let's go God,

  403. let's go God. But he said, before you can let's go,

  404. you gotta let go. And so anyway, cut a long story shorter.

  405. We are moving now, moving, moving, moving. The new place is

  406. looking quite good. She's not even a new place, right, it's a

  407. renew place. Can I give you another twist to the story, so Erwa

  408. King Yak rode to the owner of DVCC and said that though we are ready

  409. to move, ready, so can you tell us when we could give handing

  410. back the place to you? Can we hand back in May or June?

  411. He said that Jesse, it only happened about a month and a half ago,

  412. he said to King Yak. But uh, no need to go on,

  413. no need to go now. There's a lot more story to this background,

  414. but I don't have time for that. You know, the background story

  415. to why we had to move or so physically, et cetera. But that's

  416. enough to tell you. He called, and he said, can yuh take

  417. as much time as you want. You want to leave the end of the

  418. year, next year, don't leave also again, and then he drops the

  419. bombshell, I will stop collecting rental from you. You know how much rental

  420. is seventy thousand kits every month, So for an owner to say I will

  421. no longer charge you rental when we are already on our way out. Elder

  422. King called me on this sport. Every time I see his number on my

  423. phone, I know to see because you he'll text me came yep. So

  424. I say, King, Yet, what's going on? It's pass You won't

  425. believe it. This is what happened. No more rental and we can stay

  426. as long as you want, I say, can Yet it sounds like a

  427. testimony, and probably for many Christians here is testimony die. But for those

  428. of us who have heard from the latter is a testing, not a testimony.

  429. It's a It's like Satan said to Jesus, all these things I will

  430. give to you if you bow down and worship me. I got things to

  431. give to you. So what you want? Free rental? Unheard of seventy

  432. thousand every month, so I should be coming up here and sharrying you deestimony.

  433. But the word of the Lord was so clear to me move that even

  434. if you offered me and you know, the first man of God said to

  435. the king, even if you offer me half of everything you have, I

  436. still can't go back with you every boys you okay? And so I said,

  437. King, yeah, we know what God said, right, And KAYA

  438. said to me, yes, fast, I just want to call you.

  439. You know that Satan wants us back so much that he's willing to give us

  440. a world. I said, no, we heard clearly from the Lord.

  441. We're going to move and we're going to see the new testimonies, the new

  442. breakthroughs okay that that losing seventy thousand ringed or gaining seventy thousand ringed will will

  443. will not be able to compare with what God has installed for those who love

  444. him. Amen. So I want to bring this message across to you,

  445. because you are going to be able to build anything God puts on your heart

  446. when you start with his word. And no matter how the world changes,

  447. and even Christianity changes, you stay faithful. Can I hear? Good?

  448. Amen? The Word gives us our true worth. It's not a seventy thousand

  449. rings savings every man that gives me my worth, and sometimes too many Christians

  450. things all my worth is tied up with the value that is being offered on

  451. the outside. No, nor it's not my life your life. Our true

  452. worth is based on the genuineness of God's work. It is the word that

  453. makes me a multi millionaire. It's a word that makes me a champion.

  454. Is the word that makes me someone who breaks through and victorious? Can they

  455. hear a gray man? All? Right? Second one work? So the

  456. Bible after says that you know, we shall do according to all that he

  457. commanded, or the word of God. He goes on to say Moses called

  458. Bezilil and Hoolia, and every gifted artisan in whose heart the Lord had put

  459. wisdom, everyone whose heart was stirred to come to do the work. And

  460. if you read on again all the way to verse eight again, you will

  461. see the work. The word work mentioned so many times, because this is

  462. the thing. God did not just come here to entertain us, here to

  463. employ us to do his work. I want to tell you earlier so that

  464. I don't forget to tell you this Jesus. When you read the Bible,

  465. he very seldom talked about job. He always talked about work. He says,

  466. I must go about my father's business. Whatever I see my father do,

  467. I do the works that he do, I do. And then he

  468. goes on to John fourteen, verse twelve and fourteen. He says, the

  469. works that I do, you shall do also, not job, but not

  470. job. The works that I do, you shall do also, and greater

  471. works, and these shall you do. I love John four thirty four because

  472. the disciples came and said, hey, you ate the reading me. And

  473. Jesus says, my food is to do the will of him who sent me,

  474. and to finish his work. It's always been work. And so if

  475. you ever want to build something great for God, number one, build it

  476. on his word. Number two, focus on the the work that He has

  477. given you to do. It is not a job, It is the work

  478. of the Lord. I want to introduce to you towards very quickly before I

  479. go on, the gifted and the givers. The gifted are people like Bezalel

  480. and a whole app and they were gifted because they from Heaven got the designs

  481. to be able to do linen, cloth and silverware and gold, and they

  482. were able to didn't need they knew exactly how. And what God wanted was

  483. to allay the goal over the ark. They knew. They knew because God

  484. gave them that. But it was not just to make more money. It's

  485. not just to find a girlfriend. He's not just to find a husband.

  486. It is the work of the Lord is very important to God. And so

  487. the gifted were gifted for the work and the givers. So there are some

  488. people who are not the gifted once they are the givers. But both the

  489. gifted and the givers must come hand in hand to build God's house. Can

  490. I hear, great man? It is the work that is our purpose,

  491. That is why we were born. Is the work of God, not just

  492. a job. Remember me telling you before, maybe not sending pause, but

  493. maybe said pauls heard this illustration before. So that there was two men digging

  494. a hole, one on the left, one or right, and another man

  495. came up to them, asking what are you doing, sir the first man.

  496. The first man said, you can't see I'm digging a hole. That's

  497. my job. To the other men, who knew the plan of why he

  498. was digging, the hole. He was asked the same question, what are

  499. you doing? He says, I'm building a great cathedral. And so I

  500. wonder how many of you will just see your life as a big job.

  501. And that's all to life. And that's why you see, my job is

  502. killing me. I got so much stress. I want to retire from my

  503. job. I want to resign. And then there is a man who knows

  504. exactly why he's building that hole, and it's so that the cathedral of God

  505. can be built. I'm part of the plan, I'm part of the purpose,

  506. and it invigorates me every morning when I build the whole, Amen inspires

  507. me. So let's go go on to the next slide. There's a big

  508. difference between your job and your work. Some of you have heard this message

  509. before, others have not, So give me a few minutes to break this

  510. down. Too many of us are concentrated on our job when we should be

  511. focused on our work, the work of the Lord. So let's look at

  512. the difference. Now, your job is given by men, but your work

  513. is given by God. That's what the next slide says. If you can

  514. go to that, there's the difference. There's the difference. Someone offered you

  515. a job. God didn't offer you a job. He offered you work of

  516. the kingdom, work of the ministry, work of getting the gospel out to

  517. those who have never heard it. There is a work to fill the earth,

  518. Amen that all may know. Your job. You're paid to do your

  519. work, you're born to do. Your job gives you find ancess, but

  520. your work gives you fulfillment. And that's why sometimes our job can fulfill us.

  521. He just gives us enough to put food on our table and maybe needs

  522. to buy things that we are you know that we desire, but never get

  523. fulfillment. N never get for fem Why because it's not supposed to be your

  524. job that fulfills you. It's supposed to be your work. And can you

  525. do your work in your job, yes. Can you find your work in

  526. your job, yes, but you gotta find it otherwise it's just a job.

  527. You can be fired for your job, but nobody can fire you from

  528. your work because it's the work from the Lord is forever. I retired as

  529. a senior pastor of x KL when I was fifty years old, right,

  530. I retired. Actually, if you look at it, if I can explain

  531. to you from a job from a day to day, and that past will

  532. tell people who said, who will ask her, Sandra, actually, what

  533. your husband do? We heard that he's resigned and retired, not resigning.

  534. I just retired, And she said, well, he's still very much part

  535. of X and he still gives vision. Because that's my work. Man,

  536. that's the work God gave me as a pastor of his church. So I

  537. don't have to do my daily job anymore. I can retire from that,

  538. but I cannot retire from my calling. My work. God still gives me

  539. vision for the church. I will not retire from blessing other churches when they

  540. invite me to go in and speak. That is my work. Don't retire

  541. from that, or you will totally short change what God has in store.

  542. Are you still with me? Very important? Your job is determined by your

  543. skill. Your work is determined by your gift. Why did God give you

  544. the gift? And does that gift disappear just because you put in your resignation

  545. at the No, it doesn't. In fact, it comes alife. It

  546. comes alife more and more until you're sixty seventy eighty at the below, before

  547. the lock calls you home. The gift comes alive, and you find yourself

  548. stepping into your gift in greater measures. Somebody say, amen, I hate

  549. my job. Nobody says I hate my work. You shouldn't say that I

  550. hate my job fair enough. This job is killing me. Yeah, because

  551. job ends up with death. And that's why a lot of people don't stay

  552. in their job. Because you know, retirement or real resignation or changing another

  553. job will probably save you from dying out of stress. But job does that

  554. to you. Is death at the end of the day, no matter how

  555. you see it. You might be doing good things, you know, producing

  556. things, making other people happy, but your job will never make you totally

  557. happy. But your work will everybody okay, and your work is what brings

  558. you life. Daniel, you just gave up your job with Someway paid very

  559. well, and I couldn't even convince you to stay on another two more months.

  560. I said to Daniel, stay on another two to three more months to

  561. get your bonus, because the bonus was very big. I know you could

  562. have bought a car with the bonus. But the thing is that you said

  563. to me. But Pastor God said this to me. I tried to remember.

  564. I tried to stay. There's only two or three more months. But

  565. that's what man is saying. Man is saying that only two or three more

  566. months. But what is God saying? And so you came into this ministry,

  567. are on fire and you have never stopped working. I don't see you

  568. selecting off. No, because your passion for young people is the one that

  569. pulled you into this ministry. And so you're finding yourself in this school.

  570. That's school, every school. So you're good now, of course, person,

  571. and I put a little bit of bricks. You also care for your

  572. health, for your marriage otherwise, otherwise in your houser you'll be louder and

  573. louder. As you said. No, No, you're the only one that's

  574. not talking, right. I don't know why he said that. Why Yeah,

  575. Russia, Rochelle, I'm on your side. Okay, we know who's

  576. a lot one. Just kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding.

  577. I'm kidding. Your work gives you life. He does. Step into

  578. the work of the Lord, come alive, energize. You can see it.

  579. Of a job, never mind, but make sure you have clarity of

  580. your work. Jesus never talked about his job. The next Light says,

  581. he always talked about his work. As a job, he was a carpenter,

  582. but as his work he was Christ. That was his true work on

  583. the earth, to die on the cross for our sins as the Messiah.

  584. He gave up his carpentry job. You know, some people like to talk

  585. about how you think Jesus was as a carpenter. And Bassendre and I have

  586. had this conversation. He said, I think Jesus, because of his passion

  587. for God and his excellent spirit of excellence, he must be a very good

  588. carpentor must have been a very good competitor. And bassender said to me,

  589. he don't think he's very skinny. No, Marcello, she said, I

  590. imagine Jesus are having to carry the cupboard. Ah carry the cupboard. No,

  591. because Auntie so and so ordered the cupboard. So he No, he

  592. learned from his father and so he did a very good job. He doesn't

  593. want anybody to carry because those days, no grab, no panda. So

  594. Jesus is carrying and then when he comes to the house, put the antie

  595. high and he you know, kind of brushes off the dust from his hand,

  596. and then the auntie could see the six pack, No purposely when actually

  597. because he lifted up the white, the sweat, and he said, ooh,

  598. my lord, that's right, that's who I am. Yeah, so

  599. my wife only ladies think I'll do it was very strong bicep tricep, bicep

  600. on bicep, tricep on tricep. So when it was hanging on the cross,

  601. how we see it's very skinny man. Maybe it was not, Maybe

  602. it was no Ah. Jesus, Jesus, it's never changed. Adam,

  603. I gave you a work, not a job. Be fruitful and multiplied.

  604. That's part of our work, not just biologically, but discipleship. That's why

  605. Jesus is go and make disciples same you know across the board. God never

  606. changed his mind about your work. And then when Adam failed, he rose

  607. or he raised Noah. And to know why he gave the same work,

  608. not a job. Work. And throughout all of history up until today,

  609. we are all trying to find our work. Is it good? Can I

  610. encourage all of you? The next light says, I encourage all of you

  611. to go to work on Monday morning, even as you clock in for your

  612. job. And when you go to work, or rather you clock in for

  613. your job. But Monday, this Monday is differently because I found out that

  614. in my job there's work. And so I smile at my colleagues. Why

  615. is he smiddy? He never's my line. My work is to do the

  616. will of Him who sent me, and to finish his work. I smile

  617. at you because I don't want my frown to stop you from asking me why

  618. do you smile? And when you ask me why I smile, I can

  619. tell you it's Jesus, that's why. And I see everything in my job

  620. different. In the angle of my work, I am not just a job

  621. seeker. I am a worker for the Lord. If you are with me,

  622. say amen. So we have the ornaments and the offerings. That's what

  623. the gift that people did. Ornaments. They made beautiful ornaments. And the

  624. people of God, who did not have to give, they were the givers.

  625. So they gave offering, and the ornament and the offering came together to

  626. do the work. But let me draw this towards the last lap. First

  627. one is the word, second one is the work. Yes, third one

  628. is the wisdom. So now you might have caught a word from the Lord

  629. and you got yeah. I understand now, it's not just building another just

  630. building. It's not just building another gym, It's not just building another cafe.

  631. There is a work that I have to do in this cafe. There

  632. is a work I have to do in this gymnasium. There's a work.

  633. There's a work, not just building anything so that Christians look nice and fellowship.

  634. Moment said no, no, no, there is a work. Yes,

  635. Lord, I found my work. And then you go back and you

  636. go like, oh, but now what do I do? How do I

  637. start? And the Bible says he gave wisdom to a whole up and to

  638. Bazilla wishdom from above. I really wanted to go Bible school when I was

  639. younger, and the Lord didn't allow me to. He said, Kenneth,

  640. I will teach you. And so the Lord has been teaching me all this

  641. time, doing ministry for thirty years, and so I can only give him

  642. the glory. I don't have any paper on my wall except for the law

  643. degree. But I don't have a degree anything, no paper, you know.

  644. And I would like all of you to consider going to Bible school if

  645. the Lord, you know, is putting that on your heart. Bible school

  646. is good, it's great. But for me, God had another path.

  647. So how did I start X? God? How did we plan fifty features

  648. in ten nations? God? Because I don't have I don't have my own

  649. wisdom? How does a person know how to melt down goal into something that

  650. can be used and shaped? There was no book you know about melting gold

  651. and shaping it before? There's a letter before I holdever, no book.

  652. They were the book. They were born for such a time as this.

  653. This was their work, not there's a doob, and God bought up wisdom.

  654. So I'm going to declare this before I close. May the Lord grand

  655. you wisdom, and may the Lord grant your staff wisdom, and may the

  656. Lord grand your team wisdom. May the wisdom of the Lord come upon you

  657. to know exactly where to start, what to do first, and let him

  658. guide you all the way. And I tell you what. You can only

  659. give him all the glory. You can't say, oh that book I read,

  660. No, No, give him all the glory that Bibruscu I went to.

  661. No, no, give him all the glory or that mentor No,

  662. no, no, no mentor good good to have mentor. But it's Jesus

  663. wisdom for the work. That's the next light. Remember it's not just wisdom

  664. to make money, wisdom to do your work. So keep reminding yourself there,

  665. why is this work? Why do you God give me wisdom to do

  666. the work? Finish the work? Next one, Oh, this is going

  667. to be very good. Please listen up. Before we close, I'm going

  668. to talk about willingness in people's hearts. Many families fail because there are people

  669. in the family who are not willing to pay ball. Many companies fail because

  670. even though the boss has visioned, the board members have visioned, the staff

  671. said too much. You're overworking us, you're exploiting us. And so what

  672. happens is that you go You've got a leadership that wants to do this the

  673. work of the Lord, and maybe a people that don't understand, or person

  674. you don't understand my board won't agree, or person you don't understand my leaders

  675. will never buy into this or pass you don't understand. I understand totally because

  676. I've been there before so many times. But what keeps coming through again and

  677. again is if because it's God's work on God's word, then you will find

  678. God's wisdom. And then this one was so good you will find God's stirring

  679. people's hearts to be willing. You know, after doing this church plan for

  680. twenty four years, I found so many people who told me before, I

  681. ain't gonna come. I'm not going to step up, I'm not going to

  682. sign up. I'm not going to do this. I'm not you don't know.

  683. You know, I've been burned before, hurt before. I'm not into

  684. this. I'm not into leadership, all kind of stuff. But I pray

  685. as it Lord, you gave me your word. I hold on to your

  686. word. And then you gave me your work. I hold on to your

  687. work. It's your work, God, not mine. And then you give

  688. me wisdom. And so we are having some success. But the true success

  689. is you see everyone stirred up, even our young people, and how of

  690. you can see our young people in this church are quite stirred up, and

  691. I thank God for that. But once upon a time, Pasadena, it

  692. was all I did. Sometimes the young people fund themself, dragging their feet

  693. because they were confused. Is this the right way to go? Is that

  694. the right way to go? Confuse? But because we knew that this was

  695. built on the word of God, we were confident that God would come through

  696. for us, and he stirred the hearts of people in the church and made

  697. them willing. So let me prophesy and pray over you right now that everyone

  698. here who has a dream from God, a destiny from the Lord, a

  699. word from the Lord. I know that some of your fears is that others

  700. would not follow, Others will not be stirred up, others will not be

  701. revived, they will not follow. But let me say to you, according

  702. to God's word, the five ws here that we see in scripture, it

  703. is the Holy Spirit there will stir people's hearts. And if he doesn't stir

  704. the hearts of some people, let them go. Maybe they're not supposed to

  705. be part of this. You can try again, try again, But after

  706. seventeen times or talking to them, you realize that they're not God's choice for

  707. the plan moving forward. So with a heavy heart you let them go.

  708. Don't fight it, because God is the one that will stir people's Somebody say

  709. amen, He will make people willing. Now, if you have to force

  710. yourself to make someone willing, you must know don't not do it because it

  711. won't go well. Or so I stayed on because passa Kennet gave me some

  712. money. I stayed on because Passa Kenned gave me position. You know it

  713. won't last. It won't last. You want the Holy speed to do the

  714. work of stirring people's hearts. And finally, the last w is when all

  715. this is given to us, make sure that we make a beautiful product out

  716. of what God has called to do. Now, after everything is set and

  717. done, as we have moved from DVCC to the peak and to the bridge,

  718. my next thought is just this. As I walk around, I just

  719. now tell el Kaik, Yeah, you've done a very good job in three

  720. weeks. You've done what people do in six months, day and night.

  721. Okay, I was there until last night that he only left summit at twelve

  722. o five midnight because LK has really sold out to the work, not just

  723. to a job. See, when you do a job, you starcounting,

  724. You do the worker. You don't come on because you find fulfillment. And

  725. so I said, K, yeah, you've done a very good job.

  726. The next thing I want you to do and concentrate on is to beautify this

  727. place. Don't just finish the job, oh finish Sometimes you got to get

  728. editude. When the Lord has called less to do something for him, make

  729. it worthy, make it beautiful. And that's why in verse eight we read

  730. they made scarlet thread, and they made blue and purple, so a holly

  731. up. And basil El had one task towards the end was not just let's

  732. just get the building up blah. No, it was let's get a building

  733. up that will be worthy of praise to God, worthy of people singing his

  734. glory, our place, worthy for the loss to be found, and for

  735. the dead to be resurrected. So, Father, with the time that I

  736. have already overspent, wanting so much to bring your word of encouragement to the

  737. people here, I really don't know what the people here are going through individually

  738. privately, but God, you know. And some of them could be stuck

  739. at one of these ws. Maybe the first W we said, God,

  740. did I do this at your word? And God might be speaking to you

  741. and say, if it's really my word, hold on to it. Or

  742. maybe it was not my word. You thought it was my word because somebody

  743. else told you about it. Then repent and ask God, God, get

  744. me back on the right track. That's why there's no breakthrough, because it

  745. was not founded on God's word. Or maybe you have the word, but

  746. you have been distracted from the work, and after a while he has become

  747. Wow, pride and joy, and wow, look at my building, look

  748. at this, look at that, Look at what I've done, and pride

  749. comes in. We don't want pride. We want to keep our eyes focused

  750. on the work of the Lord and see God use this work for his glory.

  751. Or maybe you have the word and the work, but you are lacking

  752. wisdom. James Chapter one, verse five says, if any of you lacks

  753. wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without

  754. reproach, and it will be given to him. Lord, I pray that

  755. wisdom will come from Heaven Throughalt the next few days and weeks and months,

  756. wisdom not from man, but from the Lord. The fear of the Lord

  757. is the beginning of wisdom. Amen, Lord, give your people wisdom.

  758. Now we have the word, we have the work, we have wisdom,

  759. but we don't have people, or we are scared that people won't follow,

  760. people won't buy in. Well, let me remind us all again, is

  761. God's work, is God's word, is God's way. He ordered he will

  762. pay God is faithful. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For
