Jesus is living. Have you seen the movie of Jesus,

Jesus movie before, so we will have right, we have

Someone told me that that back ten years ago, the

whole movie Jesus was smiling, smiling. That was a smiling

actor that portrays Jesus that way. I'm not sure how

many of us here will imagine Jesus speaking to us

God speaking to us, please take the one thing that

you love and offer him up at the altar. I'm

not sure how many of us here will respond, because

the first word that I want to emphasise is test.

God wants to test Abraham. Turn to your neighbor now

and say that God wants to test you.

First missions is about testing. It is oh. I used

to use the work familiar of the comfort. I used

to work getting out from comfortable to uncomfortable friends, but

only to realize that you know, my comfort and your

comfort could be very different. I grew up friends sleeping

on the floor on the seamen floor in my childhood days.

You know the nice seamen floor right with a fan, right,

And I enjoyed it, and I say, you get to

prays I love it. But I realized, friends, it's not

about comfortable uncomfortable friends. It's what's familiar. It's what's familiar.

We need to be uncomfortable friends. Or rather, we need

to get off and what's familiar to us, This is

familiar worship, familiar worship, familiar worship. But what happened if

God brings it out into a place whereby that's not familiar,

whereby you get the worship leader may not be singing

but you can't you can't stand it?

We have seen many times people get involved with relationship

while the first thing that goes out the window is

the commitment to the Lord. They are commitment to the Lord. Friends,

and many times our journey friends, whatever we pray for,

God will always bring that to a test. One preacher

put it this way, what happened you think about it?

What happened if Abraham offer up Isaac and Isaac did

not return, Well, Abraham still follow the Lord. Now, why

if you offer up something to the Lord, pray for

or break through and didn't where we still follow the Lord?

And sometimes I'm afraid that you know that we may

not because the disappointment is so real, the heurd could

be very real. You will pray and hoping for God

to come true, but God responds in another way. Will

we still follow Christ of God? Or when when we

don't get answered?

Every one? What is the purpose of a test? Come on?

It's to reveal to the person that who is being tested.

Come on the test. The exam is not every exam

we go to. It's not the test teach you know.

It's to help the individual who's going to the test

to reveal what's insight.

Come on, what's inside? And many times.

Say God, please, I don't be tested. If you don't

go to the test, how do you know what you

have insight? We all say that we want, we want.

The word is that commitment, But the commitment has to

be tested, have to be tested.

Come on, have to be tested. Some of us here

could be younger.

But one day you take care of your parents, you

I want to say, no, it's okaynot I just want

Sometimes tests involves others stretching us. You say, we can

go to a test by ourself because it's between us

and the Lord. But when God puts you in the

team in the church, other people are stretching you out.

Friends, I pray that you still love Jesus.

I pray you will not be disappointed with another brother

or sis say in Christ, I pray say that, Lord,

I understand what you're doing right now.

Lord, help me see the purpose of the test is.

To reveal, we say, God and I got the frill

of the spirit, love, peace and joy. That love pieces

yet we are very comfortable doing this in a carooke room.

But we can we still worship the Lord. So I

was there and God spoke to me.

You know, these people here may not have much, but

they send me their hearts, send me their hearts. Have

to ask for forgiveness that day because I was, I

really tried very hard not to laugh. I really try

not to giggle. I was tying my shoelaces all the

time to the past the guests of laughter. But can

we still worship if they sing differently? If we keep

saying no to be tested, when we will ever, when

our hearts ever get tested? If we keeps saying no,

God tests someone else, God tested, when we're hearts be tested?

If we keep saying no to serving, where our hearts

be tested? If we keeps saying no to missions, when

will our hearts be tested? If we keep saying no

to God, when will our hearts be tested? A test

that we choose, it's not really a test. Come on,

A test that we choose is not really a test.

But elder, you must understand I'm already a test. A

test that we choose not really a test. It's not

really a test, friends, because God tests involves obedience.

Come on.

God's test always involves obedience, always involves faith, always involved

commitment and sometimes our journey, friends, our journey right of testing.

There is no obedience in it, no obedience in the test.

That's why when people have a brick schure of friends,

But we cannot live in yesterday's commitment. Friends, Today we

always have a choice to response to the Lord. Today

we have opportunity to read the Bible. Would you read

today we have apportuned to turn our Bible. Will we

still turned to the word of the Lord, not to yesterday.

Yesterday we can spend what you're on Netflix, but today

you have a choice. You have a choice today, friends,

take now your son.

The power is in the responding immediately now. Always involves action.

You know, if you're growing up back in the eighties, friends,

we have internet and all we have was TV, which

between eight to night the day, that's where the TV

program is. That's where TV series like air Move will

Action to what we believe in, and we always live

in a place whereby our declaration is enough. Our Christian

faith is not just about declaration. Too many Christians live

on declaration. I mean you say that now before you

get baptized. Right, do you believe that Jesus Christ your

personal life savior? Yes, I do, on the form that

you feel Christian? But what does it really mean, is

this this sufficient that I see have Christian or the

form that we feel we can put our faith there.

There has to be more than it, because if we're

just living for decoration, ma'sel God gives us a lot

wants us to demonstrate our faith. Come on, we are

able body. We can demonstrate our faith. And that's why

we say that when you can't go. I know, the

oldest missionary I know was eighty something. I think he

allow God more into your life? Because by saying having
