  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea this morning.

  3. Being missional is not just for professionals. It is for

  4. every one of us. And being missional means doing everything

  5. as unto the Lord, not just when you go and

  6. preach outside there, but everything that we do, we have

  7. to do it as unto the Lord. So let's turn

  8. to closures, Chapter three, verses twenty three to twenty four.

  9. Closure Chapter three, verses twenty three to twenty four. And

  10. all the rate words that I've highlighted, I want you

  11. to say it. Okay ready, are you ready? Want to go?

  12. And this whatever? It is not like what young people.

  13. You know, when you talk to your young parents, say

  14. something to you young people, they use it whatever they

  15. want to be American now whatever you know. So I'm like,

  16. that's not the whatever, Okay, the whatever? Here is everything? Okay,

  17. ready one more time and you do do it. Ah,

  18. let's say it again. One two three. It's not about man,

  19. It's about the Lord. Knowing that from the Lord you

  20. will receive what how many of you like reward? A

  21. lot of you got no hands dysfunction, Okay, all of

  22. us like reward. Tell me, if you don't really like reward,

  23. you must have had a bad life. All the rewards

  24. you get must be miserable ones. That's why you don't

  25. like reward. But I love reward. I like reward. I'm

  26. looking for the day where I will see you receive

  27. from man and what you receive from the Lord is different. Now,

  28. do you understand what you receive from man sometimes doesn't

  29. last forever. But what you receive from the Lord is

  30. for internity a man, and so reward of what inheritance

  31. for you, sir the Lord Christ. We have a great boss.

  32. This boss doesn't use you. He wants to prosper. You

  33. say prosper. So when you have this kind of boss,

  34. how should you serve? You know? Nowadays, uh I was

  35. just telling you the first service. I say, we have

  36. lost this idea of faithfulness to a company. You know.

  37. I have a neighbor uncle Chinese uncle and same company

  38. fifty years, same company. He has never left to another

  39. company in his life, same company. So I said, Uncle,

  40. I have to learn from you, la, how you ta

  41. han same company? Because nowadays young people when they see

  42. their boss the boss face not so nice, they change company.

  43. Uncle worked fifty years. Nowadays they work fifty hours then

  44. change companies or maybe fifty days. Like give them chance.

  45. I don't try it with it. Am I speaking to

  46. anyone here? Do you understand what I'm saying? I mean,

  47. if the company is not good, then I understand now.

  48. But some of them they just change jobs for a paycheck.

  49. You know, they don't see the purpose. They don't see

  50. the calling. They don't see that. When they pray, they say,

  51. God gave me this job, but fifty days later God

  52. gave another job. Do you think God is fickle minded?

  53. Don't use God's name in Vena. See. I work with people,

  54. so I know they work with people. They also know,

  55. but they don't say because they love you. I say,

  56. because I love you and I don't need to be here.

  57. Do you understand my life is easier? I just say it.

  58. Problem is yes, But I have to speak the truth. Huh.

  59. We have to understand. If God places in a place,

  60. it is for us to make the place better, not

  61. make it worse. Romans says Ah. Beforehand, God knew where

  62. to place. You know, I am not in Malaysia because

  63. my great grandfather came here. God knew that I need

  64. to be in Malaysia. You think I got no offer

  65. to move from this country. You don't think that many

  66. of these people cannot go to other places. Tomorrow I

  67. can go to another country. We're a better offer, with

  68. a better salary, with a better work. But is that God? Question? Is?

  69. Is that God's will? But if God has called you,

  70. it's not wrong. Please don't don't get me wrong. But

  71. it has to be God, not our greed. I say

  72. this again. It has to be our God and not

  73. our greed. It has to be a call to glorify Him. There.

  74. If God opens the door for you to migrate to Australia,

  75. is so that you can make Australia better, not your

  76. pocket better. Oh, we will invite this pasta to our church.

  77. But that's the truth. Because you're a missionary. Go and

  78. get a good pay. It is not wrong to get

  79. good pay, but it's for you to make that place better,

  80. for you to be a light in that place. So

  81. go when God opens the door for you. But if

  82. it is God, then stay there. Don't love from Australia,

  83. jump to America because better currency, and then from America

  84. jump to euro better currency. And then inside Europe you

  85. say I go to the UK better the best currency pound.

  86. We are not let by currency, my difference, we are

  87. led by Christ. See. I love these young people, Benji Shell.

  88. I mean, Japan is not an easy place. You guys

  89. need to pray for them. If you have to take

  90. out your savings, go and visit them, you know how.

  91. I've been a missionary.

  92. I know.

  93. You know how amazing it is when you have someone

  94. from home come bring some white coffee or whatever they like,

  95. not what you like, so they can make it at

  96. home and then drink while you're in Japan, but for them,

  97. you know, like teams from Malaysia visit us in Nepal,

  98. they bring chia chong fun, pinangue and chalk with y'all

  99. freeze it, they deep freeze it. They pack it in

  100. you know the you know, the sidop home boxes and

  101. bring it with them. Because my wife's favorite food is

  102. Peenang tea chong fun, not the Hong Kong Hong kong.

  103. When I'll see how you know, so it is the

  104. Peenian Okay. It has to have the author down sauce

  105. in it. Ah oh, and I have peanut butter in it,

  106. you know, Rachel, you see you you know what is heaven?

  107. You know, so should I preach it? But when they come,

  108. our heart is so filled with joy. So sometimes you

  109. don't even know why you're making a mission trip. Now

  110. I just told you. You mean you think, hey, yeah,

  111. seven days? What can I do? I tell you God

  112. can do miracles in seven minutes. Don't talk about seven days.

  113. It's not about us, It's about Him. Everything that we do,

  114. we do it as unto the Lord. So, as I

  115. was preparing this message many years now, I want to

  116. tell you this. Most of my messages most I won't

  117. say every message. Ninety percent of my message is my devotion.

  118. Devotion means God has to deal with me first before

  119. I bring it. And this is one of the devotions

  120. that I almost do it every other year Closis three,

  121. twenty three to twenty four, because I have to constantly

  122. check my heart for who am I doing it? For me?

  123. Or for the Lord? And I came across a poem.

  124. Now you look at me, you think this phela eggo.

  125. I will read poem, but I love poems because I

  126. am a thinker. I like to think why the persons

  127. say what he say? Okay, I do not immediately make

  128. a conclusion. So the way I am design is like that.

  129. That's how my brains works. And so I found a

  130. poem that was written on the wall of orphanage in Calcutta,

  131. where one of the most famous missionaries of all time,

  132. someone that I really admire, comes from a country where

  133. Pastor Sandra spent some time many years ago. You know

  134. what is that country? Albania. You know who I'm talking about,

  135. Mother Thrasade, because they were the first service. Pity these

  136. fellows who have listened to me mas for the second time.

  137. But I'll tell you different stories. And so she wrote

  138. this poem and is perfectly explains what I'm sharing today.

  139. So my message today's entire poem. Okay, So I will

  140. read one part and you will read the answers can

  141. because church need to be alive, not only one for

  142. the talk. You also have to talk. I give you

  143. a question, you give the answer. Amen. Are you okay? Ready?

  144. You got your paper and pan out? I haven'entitled this

  145. message with the title of the poem. Do it anyway?

  146. Don't your neighbor say do it anyway? If it is

  147. your wife, love me anyway, tell her that, tell her

  148. tell her so if it is your wife if it

  149. is her husband, Sorry, no, it's a wife. I got confusory.

  150. If it is the wife, the husband say, I love you.

  151. Where's your wife working? Serving? We praise the Lord Lord.

  152. You know after one day of marriage. Yeah, after one

  153. day of marriage, we need a lot of love for

  154. the spouse. I mean if you understand what I just said.

  155. For those of you have been married for many years,

  156. you understand because please explain, okay, before you get married,

  157. when you go for dates and all that, your partner

  158. would never know the smells. You see, they are laughing.

  159. All the married for us will know. But after one

  160. day of marriage, you finally know how your spouse smells.

  161. Do you understand what I'm saying? Nobody understands anything. Don't

  162. dare to sailor. I speak the truth again. After one

  163. day of marriage you need to and especially because when

  164. you go on dates, they all have make up. After

  165. the first night, when the makeup comes out, when the

  166. wedding clothes go off, the reality comes, you know, the

  167. anti nightgowns, the coma with the bajiklawa. I hate that thing.

  168. I tell you I My wife came back one day

  169. with that thing and she say very easy, a very weird,

  170. very windy. Go hold yeah the old you know it

  171. looks like it looks like a tongue to me. Hey,

  172. one brother agrees. Finally, he has been kepting it in

  173. his heart for a long time. He wanted to tell,

  174. but they're not tell. He worried after the banana leave

  175. got poisoned, so he never told. But today he finally

  176. I found a preacher who told the truth. This auntie ones,

  177. all your wives, listen to me. Your husbands are not

  178. telling the truth. Don't torture them with this badja klawa. Okay,

  179. I know he's windy for you, but for them different

  180. men will come huh oh like a curtainer. Take this

  181. one bag lack number one. Remember you don't go to

  182. my jokes. I come to the message. Do it as

  183. unto the Lord, not just to please your husband. Whatever

  184. you do, you are doing it as unto the Lord.

  185. First thing, the poem says this, if you're going to

  186. be the missionary that God calls you to be, you

  187. need to know this. Next life, people are often unreasonable.

  188. She should know that by now illogical and self centered?

  189. Say self centered. This is all human beings, regardless of color,

  190. race and language. When you go out drive in Malaysia,

  191. you already know this right, All you need to know

  192. is take your car out. Okay, they're unreasonable elogically you know.

  193. You push signal you want to come out, You put signal.

  194. You're telling friend, please, I'm coming out. The follow will

  195. come in, especially care, especially care. They just eat for pinniplers.

  196. They don't eat. They poor pinning, very kama. Okay. The

  197. only polite human beings I've ever met in Malaysia is

  198. Rahah anybody from Sarawah. They never haunt you and they

  199. will give space. And we call them natives. Bar bye,

  200. rick hate aunts. Hey, they got more manners than all

  201. of us put together. And then the funny thing is

  202. God sticker, be patient with me. God is still working

  203. on me. Pona. God is working. I want to give

  204. you five four minutes three. God is working. What God

  205. is working? Tell me what is working. You should start

  206. working with the word of God in your life. You know,

  207. That's why I advise people. You put all this Christian

  208. sticker and then you behave like that. Uh. If it

  209. is in the menu, you should be on the table.

  210. If it is in the word of God, it should

  211. be in our life. So what's the answer. You can

  212. never be a missionary if we don't learn the art

  213. of forgiveness. France, I want to tell you this, Christianity

  214. is centered around forgiveness. If there's no forgiveness, there's no Christianity.

  215. There are certain religions they say they are a religion

  216. of peace, but they do not understand what is forgiveness.

  217. You know, after the French sorry, the France Olympics fiasco,

  218. there was a Muslim preacher who put there, what's wrong

  219. with you Christians? They just insulted your God, insulted your prophet.

  220. Your prophet is our prophet. We feel angry. Why you

  221. never do anything? You know, I already agree, you know,

  222. just want a troll on fire, you know what. The

  223. frenchier and then October I'm going to France to speak

  224. and I'm not thinking maybe take out the Eiffel Tower.

  225. I was telling I'm brown anyway, I just need a jungle. Dearoney,

  226. mumble Board don't understand saying angry, but that's the normal

  227. reaction of a fleshly human being. Anger. So one morning

  228. I was doing my devotion, same thing. Go back and

  229. revisit Collasions three, because Colosion three is Paul telling the

  230. church in Colisee how to live a new life in Christ,

  231. how to follow Christ. Remember Christ's safe, follow me in everything,

  232. not only the things that we like. And one of

  233. the things that Christ did the last act before he

  234. breathed his last breath, is forgive them, Father, forgive them,

  235. for they do not know what they're doing. Are you serious, Jesus,

  236. They exactly knew what they were doing. They nailed you

  237. to the cross. But Jesus was forgiving things that they

  238. never knew. They don't know that they're nailing the Son

  239. of God. They don't know that they're nailing the creator

  240. of the universe. They don't know they were nailing the

  241. Holy One. Friends, Jesus, say follow me. Someone said, forgiving

  242. is one of the most difficult things. Yes, I tell start.

  243. You know. You see, I grew up under a Baptist pastor.

  244. Obviously I've never been to outside of a Baptist church

  245. in my life. I mean when I say never been,

  246. means you know, be part of a church. But for

  247. us our home church in Klis, Ex Church. Okay, most

  248. of our young people we always sent to ex Church

  249. for the last twenty plus years, and so this is

  250. my second home. But I've always only been in a

  251. Baptist church, never outside of a Baptist church. And my

  252. pastor was very old, and so I wanted to help him.

  253. He was doing some ministry. I was ready to pass

  254. on the church to my next generation of leaders. I

  255. called him in. I told my next generation of leaders,

  256. please take care of them him and you know, try

  257. to create something for him to bless him. He's in

  258. his seventies. But the dear old man did something that

  259. really broke my heart, and he broke the church. I

  260. was so upset and angry. Here I am trying to

  261. help you. You come and do something to subbortuch whatever.

  262. And you are a pastor, you are a spiritual father.

  263. For me, it's like a father going into the son's

  264. family and destroy the son's marriage. Do you understand what

  265. I'm saying? Very painful. It took me a long time,

  266. every time see him, money angry, every time see him

  267. on the slap, until the Lord had to ask me

  268. one day, would you slap your father? He said, I

  269. love my dad. I love my dad to bits. But

  270. he passed away many many years ago. You know when

  271. I couldn't afford to bless him. It was an amazing man.

  272. My dad was just an amazing man. You know. I

  273. had a great dad. And so when that question, when

  274. the Holy Spirit asked me, Jesus, he's not a perfect pastor,

  275. la he did He's he's full of mistakes. I everything

  276. I learned from him was what I should not do

  277. as a pastor. And I'm very thankful to him because

  278. I don't have to make the mistakes, and so why

  279. do I need to hold that grudge? I cannot say

  280. anything good about him during that time, anybody mentioned the

  281. name on Hea or the kind of fire goes. Have

  282. you seen Timo Movino? You see Timo Movia when they

  283. get angry and the wind all come out, and that

  284. lie until the Lord had to bring me to that place.

  285. How far have you strayed away from? Looking like Christ?

  286. Was so difficult for me. I'm taking more time on

  287. this point because this is the most difficult one, and

  288. this is the beginning. This is the foundation of all

  289. Christian faith. We all have to learn to forgive. You

  290. know why the Malaysian Church is so effective with the

  291. majority people because we cannot forgive. We are so afraid

  292. of them. We still think about May thirteen, nineteen sixty nine,

  293. the year I was born. So you're not even born

  294. whenever we have talked about them. Ah ye, lazy one,

  295. ah stupid one. My dear Malaysians. If we don't forgive,

  296. we are far away from Christ. Are you here with me?

  297. We can come to church, we can sit sing all

  298. kinds of songs we want to sing. But if we

  299. don't learn to forgive, we are far off from Christ,

  300. and we are far off from our missional call. We

  301. are far off from being a sort and a light.

  302. I pray today, something happens in your heart. Amen. Then

  303. the second line says this next night. If you're kind,

  304. people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.

  305. You're doing it as unto the Lord. When you'd work

  306. properly in your company, people will say you borday, try

  307. port whatever else. Yeah, I don't know what you guys

  308. use okay, because they're only used to seeing you this.

  309. All these workers change company, but you stay there. You

  310. work hard, you want to bring a change. You be

  311. kind to your boss. They say this one trying to

  312. find promotion next year. That's why kind to the boss.

  313. I want to say this to you. There's a lot

  314. of negative voices, but listen to the voice of Christ.

  315. Be kind anyway. You know there's a Malay saying Wu

  316. duang this palet batu. I want you to be not

  317. wu dang lobster. Make it bigger, because that's what Jesus

  318. would want you to be. Okay in English pron behind

  319. the rock, But I'm asking you, Jesus is the rock.

  320. Wha this one prettcher are? But behind Jesus be a lobster.

  321. I mean the things that we come out with praise

  322. the Lord. Lunestime I told in the morning service, I

  323. stopped being kind to young Chinese girls. I tell you

  324. why I always help all these aunties because the aunties

  325. are slightly okay, slightly, because they were so scared they

  326. see a ball Indian floor. You see why. I tell

  327. you why. It was one time I'm jogging, I saw

  328. this Chinese girl fall down line, so you know I

  329. want to do I'm thinking like my child lie. You know,

  330. I wanted to pick up in Pinanga Indian fellow next

  331. to a Chinese girl and she cried to long means

  332. are humum poso? Because every Indian. That all they can

  333. think is, you know, snatchtive against her. Nobody think they

  334. are nobody think nobody things, Nobody things. He's a pastor,

  335. he's a professional nobody. After that, I got very upset.

  336. Ready I see any young Chinese go fall down. I

  337. just pray me, Lord, help her, please, you do it yourself.

  338. You be kind to her. This is how we become racist. La.

  339. We are not kind to people. We're only kind to

  340. our kind. Ouch. But the antiser, Auntie's okay, here, auntieasy.

  341. They're slow, they cannot long, very fasten reaction slow. So

  342. I come ready. First thing, I say, I'm pastor, I'm pastor.

  343. The thing I'm plaster. There is or can speaking and tease.

  344. They don't know what is pasta, So I say, bou

  345. box moves, box moves. They also never heard before, some

  346. of them, you know, they had never heard what is

  347. BOXU moves? Ever is OK? You can speak or can

  348. means must be a good guy like h yours no

  349. speach andese mess a good guy. So they let me

  350. kerreyla even not the thing I carry and run off.

  351. But God had to deal with me. Now, I help

  352. the young Chinese girls as well, but limited life. You know,

  353. I only do it when my wife is around, you know,

  354. and tire change me. You know, need macho massa massa one.

  355. I got help the little little thing fall down on

  356. all you get up yourself round, Well you're young, you

  357. just get up yourself. Do you know what I'm saying? Saying?

  358. Unless you fall from first floors, I can flow then yeah,

  359. but I still need to learn to be kind more

  360. and more, just like all of us here, kind in

  361. the office, kind in school, college. But I'm very kind

  362. to work us. When I see Indonesian Bangladeshi, uhh, I,

  363. my heart goes out for them. I love children seriously,

  364. you can have. I know I brought him next to me.

  365. My eyes will be on the child. You know what

  366. I'm saying, I'm not bothered about I'm diplomatically not correct

  367. for me. The vvi ips are these little ones. That's

  368. that's how my heart works, That's how my attention goes

  369. because I want them to know I'm not too big

  370. that they cannot approach me. Because my Jesus was like that.

  371. Because sometimes we think we are so big, we only

  372. talk to the big people. These little ones who wants

  373. to get a high five from you. I want to

  374. say hello to you. You know, in my church's there's

  375. a culture. Every Sunday after I preach, there's a long

  376. line of kids who come to give me a hub

  377. because my church knows. That's my greatest reward after a

  378. hard day's work. Because my church is ninety nine percent Chinese.

  379. You know, all these kids, none of them call me pastor,

  380. they call me uncle. They will give me a hawk.

  381. Some will give me a kiss with mouth so dirty

  382. because they're coming from crush. They eat what I don't

  383. know what the teachers gave. They come and give me

  384. chocolate here, you know, rad strawberry here, you know, all

  385. kinds of things. But that's my greatest joy. You know,

  386. the whole video. The only thing I caught from Osaka

  387. was Ray. If I'm traveling to Osaka is because of

  388. a girl. I have to be kind to Michelle and Benji,

  389. but it's Ray. Let's be kind anyway. Next a right.

  390. If you are successful, you will win some false friends

  391. and some true enemies. But my father told me the

  392. way you defeat the naysay is the people who want

  393. to see you fall is when you get up. That's

  394. what my father taught me. That's why from young I

  395. never give up, no matter what it is, I will

  396. stick to it until I succeed. Because my dad taught

  397. me that. Because my dad had nothing. He ran out

  398. of his house when he was ten because his father

  399. married a second wife after his mother died. My grandma

  400. died and he married another one and he didn't want

  401. to stay in the house. Ten years old, he ran out.

  402. This is one hundred years ago. When you know one

  403. hundred years ago, ten years old, you run out. Uh,

  404. it's not easy. But you know who his friends was, Lobunsiu, Lobunsu.

  405. I think some of you would know my dad's good

  406. friend was lowbun To you, Selbunzu likes to mix with

  407. Indians for some reason. I'm not sure why, Okay, And

  408. so my dad was one of his friends. So my

  409. dad made it in business ten years old. So he's

  410. a self made man. He knows what is heart life,

  411. and so he taught me this. He taught all his sons,

  412. four sons. All of us are taught to continue going

  413. until we succeed. Surrender is never a word that we like.

  414. We're thought light that way. But that's what the Word

  415. of God also teaches us. We still go the extra mile.

  416. We don't give up easily. We succeed. It's not wrong

  417. to be successful. You see Chinese people, they are thought

  418. to succeed one but the new generation, I don't know.

  419. I'm sorry. I have to tell you the truth because

  420. I grew up with the older generation, the fathers, and

  421. don't give They got money, but they won't give anything

  422. to their sons on until the last days. Am I right, sister?

  423. That is Chinese? Two day's Chinese? Eh, very different because

  424. you forgot your ancestry. Really, you forgot that you came

  425. to survive. You forgot that you your ancestors had to

  426. row a boat across the ocean to get here. You

  427. now all Asia. But maybe you don't fly Asias. Well,

  428. you fly Qatar Live Star in the air. I'm sorry,

  429. I'm very diregon because my family is all Chinese. We

  430. have a lot of Chinese in my family, so you

  431. cannot bluff me. You can bluff Chinese fellow, you cannot

  432. fly an Indian fellow who knows Chinese. So I want

  433. to tell you the truth. I think we have to remember.

  434. I think I'm also speaking to our Indian brothers and sisters.

  435. We all came to survive in this country. We work hard,

  436. but we have come to a place where we are

  437. not training our children how to survive. That's my greatest fear,

  438. because we need to learn how to survive. The days

  439. and times that we're living in is no longer from

  440. head notes. We need to learn how to So I

  441. raise your children. Teach your children how to survive, how

  442. to succeed. Don't pemper your child. M h. If you

  443. look at me, she like Albert, she go back you

  444. going to teach you. Don't pemper me. Teach me to

  445. survive a man. I raised my only daughter, only child

  446. to survive, and so it is important for us parents

  447. to constantly know what God wants us to do for

  448. our children. Next one, if your honors and frank people

  449. may cheat you. But listen, friends, what is dancer? Because

  450. you're doing it unto the Lord. But I tell you

  451. this one. Malaysians don't do well because we Malaysians are

  452. be very nice people. Malaysian very nice people. Know she

  453. honestly be a very nice people. We don't speak as

  454. it is. If you have worked with Germans, if you

  455. have worked with Dutch. They tell you straight to your face.

  456. How many of you work in uh uh non Malaysian

  457. companies that deal with the Westerners? Can I see your hand?

  458. Do they tell you straight to your face? Yeah, but

  459. they're still your friends. Work is work? Is it? You

  460. go into a bot meeting, they tell you off straight.

  461. Then after they come out, Hey, my friend, come let's

  462. go for beer. There are there bowiations, cann run cations.

  463. Everything must go around the bush. If you tell anything straight,

  464. they change company.

  465. Right, So we take that in the church as all

  466. pastors all don't tell the truth.

  467. They say it with love. They call it love tactful.

  468. Let me show you how tactful Jesus was. You brood

  469. of wipers, you whitewashed tombstone. These are the words that

  470. you use, you hipocrites are very tachful. Law in Tamil,

  471. there's a word that I always heard. My mother is

  472. calling the four sons. My father won't my mother. It's

  473. called mundum. Any time moves you don't know ah paa

  474. worse than me, you'll know ah okay, you know brother

  475. yea God save you. Rivkata Munda means no brains, no hate.

  476. That means you double stupid, no head and no brain,

  477. double stupid. You know, last time in school they have

  478. a song border border do a khalib. You know dua

  479. kalib means border border. Under said, no, that was a

  480. song bor border khalib. Yeah, it's mathematics, La brother border

  481. border do a khali.

  482. Bry and the Indians said Riva Cutter Mundham shorter, no hate,

  483. no brains, sorry, no brains and no hate.

  484. That means no hope. She was very honest. My mom

  485. was very honest. When we're wrong, she gave it to us.

  486. My dad he doesn't want to hurt the children's feelings.

  487. He's always telling stories. Discipline time with my dad was

  488. one hour story until I have to say, Dad, I

  489. get it more effectively are She will tell story on stealing.

  490. He will tell tota until I, oh God, I'm not

  491. going to steal for the rest of my life because

  492. I'm not going to go through another lecture on stealing.

  493. My mother will wake the hell out of us, and

  494. then after working still call us rugata Mundham, which is

  495. not fair, you know, but she did. You know, raising

  496. four sons is not easy. She did a great job.

  497. She did a great job. My dad too in his

  498. own way. How many if you have a dad like mine,

  499. tell story, tell me about it. He put us on

  500. the right path by telling stories. But Jesus was very honest.

  501. Where is straight? And I think we as follow us not?

  502. I think I believe we all the followers of Jesus Christ.

  503. We need to do things with love, not just simply

  504. go and score people. But honesty must be there. And

  505. when you're pastor tell you things honestly, it is for

  506. our own good. Amen. When parents tell us honestly, it's

  507. from our own good. And pastors and leaders are placed

  508. in churches, spiritual heads and spiritual parents to guide us

  509. with the word and to speak the truth. If we're

  510. going to be missional, we got to speak the truth.

  511. How to tell the gospel without speaking the truth? How

  512. are you going to bellow hello, Kenna? It will be false.

  513. Teaching truth is truth. The truth will set you free.

  514. So in the church we have to have that mindset.

  515. The truth sets us free. And I want to pray

  516. that all fear of men be broken over the leadership

  517. of the church in Jesus' name, because sometimes we are

  518. so scared. You say I passed us. Pastors pastor people

  519. already very hard. Pastor pastors is a nightmare, and I

  520. have to tell them the truth. And Baptist pastes they're

  521. all older than me. That's why I got no hair.

  522. They got white hair, I got no hair. I have

  523. to tell them the truth. That yo see the face

  524. when he's Canady. But sometimes I have to tell them

  525. the truth. Friends, what is Jesus asking you to do

  526. as unto the Lord? Everything that you do, you do

  527. it as unto the Lord. Next, what you spend years building,

  528. someone can destroy over night. What's the answer? You don't

  529. still stop building because the Bible says you are a builder.

  530. Bible says you are a builder. In Proverbs it says

  531. women are builders. Women women in the house, can you

  532. put up your right hand? Women are builders? But aha,

  533. there's a catch there. Wise, women build by the foolish

  534. woman with the same hands. That's down. The strength of

  535. a family is a woman. The strength of the church

  536. is also woman by if a church split can also

  537. be because of uh women? Oops, I forgot passentra as

  538. woman here? Hello, are you here with me? I'm just

  539. saying what's in the Bible. I'm not a male chauvinistic person.

  540. Women are important, so are men. We are all designed

  541. created to build. So when a man has a woman

  542. who is a builder, you go very far. Are you here?

  543. All those who are not married, put up your hand.

  544. All those men who are not married, put up your hand.

  545. All those men who don't have girlfriend, put up your hand. Okay,

  546. parents are looking. Listen. When you pray for a wife,

  547. pray for a woman who knows how to build. I

  548. am where I am because of Jesus and a woman

  549. who knows how to build. Do you understand what I'm saying.

  550. It's very important. You mess up in that you're not

  551. going anywhere. Your life is going to be in circles.

  552. So even if people destroy what you build, you build anyway.

  553. Some of you. God is speaking to you today. You

  554. stop building. You say I don't serve in the church

  555. anymore because I got hurt in the children ministry. You

  556. hurt my wife sharing yesterday. Man, that woman has been

  557. hurt like nobody's business. I'm not sure why is she

  558. married to me anymore? But she kept on going. I

  559. admire my wife. It's harder to be a pastor's wife

  560. than being a pastor because they're not even paid, say

  561. Baptist Church very good because Baptist Church believe buy one

  562. one free. If you get the pastor, the wife must

  563. do everything for free, and then complains the more mannable oligabla,

  564. But she doesn't stop building. I pray and encourage you.

  565. You don't stop building, not only ministry, but you build

  566. people just because someone hurt you. You don't stop building people.

  567. I have been hurt by my very own disciples, but

  568. I do not stop there. Next. If you find serenity

  569. and happiness, they may be jealous. Answer be happy anyway.

  570. I want you to know your Father in Heaven wants

  571. you to be happy. Any parents don't like their children

  572. to be happy. You know, we work, We give our

  573. best to our children so that they can be happy.

  574. And I want to tell you this, God wants you

  575. to be happy. I had this idea, what I pastor,

  576. I cannot cannot what's the word cannot spend on myself?

  577. I cannot. You know I have to be You know

  578. I must look poor. That's a lie of the devil.

  579. Today I leave it. Man, I'm one of the happiest

  580. guy you can find. You understand I'm saying God has

  581. blessed me so much. So much. You know, what are

  582. my hobbies? I dive not from building on in the sea,

  583. you know. I mean these are things that most pastors

  584. got no time to do. But I will create some

  585. time while I'm ministering. Two when I'm in Sabah, I

  586. will always go for my short dives while I'm preaching.

  587. So I love diving. I find peace when I go underneath.

  588. The other thing is I like paragliding. In Nepoll, I

  589. do paragliding. Okay. The other thing that I love doing

  590. is bike touring. So for a long time I would

  591. not buy a bike because I worried. My church members

  592. say this past are very rich. So I said. When

  593. I was turned fifty five, I said, I'm going to

  594. enjoy myself a bit before somebody else pushed me on

  595. two wheels. I better ride four wheels. Yeah, I better

  596. use the two wheels. Probably, I got my touring bike

  597. and went for a tour for a whole week. The

  598. only thing is my wife doesn't want to join me.

  599. You know, I told her, no anti dress. You have

  600. to wear tid leather pants and sit behind me and

  601. hug me, you know, with jacket with chains everywhere. You know,

  602. So you say you will be a bachelor for a while,

  603. go ride yourself. So I go for my rights. But

  604. I tell you what is amazing. All my life I

  605. always wanted to fly a plane. Last year one of

  606. the American friends who came for a mission trip, who

  607. was a captain of AA American Airlines who runs a

  608. flying school with his own planes, found out that I

  609. like it. He's from faith Will, Arkansas. So I go

  610. to us every year and he has design in a

  611. cause to train me how to fly for free. Who

  612. tells you that your God, your father wants you to

  613. be set all the time. I love my father. I

  614. love my father's work because he has never ever let

  615. me down, even the small I've never prayed, you know,

  616. not once I've prayed. Lord, please help me to learn

  617. how to fly. You see after you hear everything I

  618. shared about my happiness. I'm an outdoor guy. You understand

  619. saying and everything that I wanted to do. God put

  620. people to do that next life. The good you do

  621. today people will often forget answer. Biba says. The good

  622. we do is there what light right make two chapter five,

  623. verse thirteen, two sixteen. And by the good works that

  624. we do, people will praise God. Don't stop doing good.

  625. I'm so happy your send the children to go and

  626. give up to the workers. You start them young to

  627. do good. Next, give the world the best you have,

  628. and it may never be enough. You give your best.

  629. Some of you don't want to give any more. For Malaysia,

  630. Am I right? What's the poinder this country give or

  631. so they don't appreciate. They call us spunda tang. But

  632. what you know what Jesus is saying, do it as

  633. unto the Lord? Do it anyway? Last light you see.

  634. The conclusion is this in the final analysis of everything

  635. is never about you and the world. It is about

  636. you and God. Your life in Christ is about you

  637. and God. Whatever you do, you do it as under

  638. the lot which you stand with me. Difference Closians three

  639. twenty three to twenty four is perfectly explained by this

  640. poem by Mother Rasa. This woman when she wrote this,

  641. she was about to die. Actually she was really old.

  642. So when you have lived through your life and you

  643. look back at your life, she began to answer why

  644. she did what she did. You understand what I'm saying.

  645. And when Paul wrote to the church in Close, he

  646. didn't write what to do. He said, why you're doing it?

  647. I say this again, he said, why you're doing it.

  648. When you understand why you are doing what you're doing,

  649. you will do it anyway. When you understand why are

  650. you doing what you're doing, you will do it anyway.

  651. Why are you serfing church, Why you go out and surf,

  652. why you work for your company, why you love your

  653. spouse and your children?

  654. Why you need to honor your parents? Hello, listen, honoring

  655. your parents? You know why I'm I'm so blessed. I

  656. left everything and came back home when my mom was

  657. getting old because I wanted to be with her. She

  658. had dementia, she forgot who I was. I took her,

  659. took care of her until her last breath. My wife

  660. was there all the time, bathing her, changing her pampers.

  661. And God bless us because ten commandment says honor your

  662. father and mother. We do it because it's in the world,

  663. not because our parents are only good and need we

  664. take care. I want to say this to your church.

  665. Please take care of your parents. If you can take

  666. care of them, take care if you need this, because

  667. physically they cannot, you decend them to a home for

  668. better care. That's fine. But if you can take care

  669. of them. You know what, old people are so free,

  670. dying alone, dying alone. I'm speaking to some children here.

  671. Listen very carefully. You're one blessing in your life from God.

  672. Care for your parents, love them, honor them, and God

  673. will never never hold back from his promises. Your inheritance

  674. that is due to you will come to you. Amen.

  675. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  676. information on our church, please visit as church org. We

  678. this week is going to be a good week ahead

  679. for you.
