  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. This morning.

  4. I just wanted to share about discipleship really now before

  5. you go to a discipleship again. And you know, while

  6. those like it's going to bashes because you're not being

  7. discipled and stuff like that, well, I won't do the bashing,

  8. but really, it's not it's not it's not about bashing,

  9. but just really why discipleship.

  10. Is so key so important for us?

  11. Uh. You know, sometimes when we accept Christ and I'm

  12. not sure whether your journey or not, but I've seen

  13. a lot of times when people accept Christ and after

  14. a couple of weeks, right, we assume presume that the

  15. person really know how to pray, right, you know, automatically

  16. once you accept Christ, you there's the resisting that you

  17. know how to pray really or you know the read

  18. God's word, or you know how to understand.

  19. His message.

  20. And if we're not careful after that, we are building

  21. on the foundation a real lot of presumption, meaning have

  22. you not sure have you been to a gym before

  23. or not? If you've ever been to a gym before

  24. side of membership, before you realize that you know, you whatever,

  25. if you have learned from other peoples, only fifty percent, right,

  26. and it gets passed down and passed down. Right. So

  27. I've seen before people who are excited for gym. They

  28. they are tenmount of too classes, they know how they live,

  29. weights a bit, and the with that limited amount of knowledge,

  30. they decide to pass it down to someone who's.

  31. Newer than them.

  32. Now, nothing wrong with that, it's just that they have

  33. not sort of put themselves through a process yet fully

  34. to understand and whatever they pass on, it's not full

  35. one hundred percent. If you understand what I'm trying to say,

  36. it's normally about seven sixty percent. It gets watered down

  37. after a while if we don't go for a class

  38. or refresher And just why disciples should be so key

  39. doesn't mean that you're in church after all for some time. Uh,

  40. that you understand and maybe you know. Uh, that's why

  41. we encourage people that when you go out into the field,

  42. you actually apply what you know. And maybe you don't

  43. like the worship leader today, maybe I say I used

  44. the word maybe.

  45. All right, I'm sure you'll love for so much, right, right?

  46. And man, tell Louis your prais love shoe.

  47. Uh maybe perhaps you don't like and you maybe and

  48. we grew up by watching a lot of YouTube, right,

  49. nothing wrong with that. It's just that we build a

  50. false expectation what worship is and we encourage people to

  51. go to the field because that's where you apply, that's

  52. where you understand, all right, So discipleship, a lot of

  53. people say it's it's it's it's costly, it costs your time,

  54. that's the time you're a bit of your treasure. Maybe

  55. buying a Bible now one encourage you really, if you

  56. don't have a Bible, try to buy one Bible. Please,

  57. please don't rate your parents bible. Please don't go to

  58. your parents a library just because they stopped reading. Really

  59. decided to take it, right and you know, say, hey,

  60. then you're not using right, since you got five, I'll

  61. take one.

  62. You can start off with them.

  63. But buy one Bible at least on you with your

  64. own resources, with your money, because it's it's it's never

  65. it's life changing when.

  66. You buy your first Bible.

  67. I'm not sure if you've known back then that we

  68. have this shop cost salvation, right U. If you live

  69. in the eighties early nineties, there's a shop cost Salvation

  70. that we frequent.

  71. If you have a discount card, it's called praise.

  72. I d I believe you get present the Scout or

  73. sabers any discover Christian or not. But yeah, so they

  74. they're carrying bibles. By at one point in the time

  75. when people you know used to buy and remember the

  76. cheapest Bible ever in the shop because I bought, mind

  77. was five in gits five only because it's King James version.

  78. You buy.

  79. Really you don't really know to read because of the language.

  80. But yeah, the days are coming where by Christian shops

  81. are coming lesser, right, uh, and the physical bibles are

  82. coming a bit more lesser.

  83. Uh.

  84. And uh these days recently we heard and maybe passed

  85. out bibles to young people, ask them to flip to

  86. the chapter and to the worses. They do not know

  87. how to flip to the chapter and versus. But if

  88. you give them a handful and the Bible app they

  89. know how to press. So we see the days are

  90. coming whereby maybe perhaps one day the Bible app who knows,

  91. one day may not appear.

  92. On a phone anymore.

  93. It could have I know China has tried to implement

  94. it that they have perhaps removed the Bible app So

  95. we encourage every believer to at least buy a physical Bible,

  96. and not just bring one, but just buy one. If

  97. you go to hotels, please please don't take the Gideens

  98. Bible right, it's for someone else who have not heard

  99. the gospel yet. But if you have return it next

  100. visit to the hotel right by, or study Bible. Okay, Now, discipleship,

  101. this is costly. I want to let you know. Well,

  102. it's true. It does cost your time, right, it does

  103. cost your time because you you need like going for

  104. a class, you need to spend time to be discipled

  105. number one. But I thought about it and think about

  106. the costs and the other cost of not being discipled,

  107. for example, not wanting to be discipled. I think the

  108. price of not being discipled is even costlier. It's even

  109. a higher price to pay if we are not being

  110. discipled because many times we build on for example, so

  111. we talked about discipleship.

  112. I'm talking about believers right.

  113. Now that we go to a cycle of church life, right,

  114. church life, and we grow and we get excited, then

  115. we go to allow then we get revived again towards

  116. a year end. Because it's Christmas. Then after they go

  117. to allow something in the middle of the year. But

  118. the thing here is this is that we built on

  119. foundation which is not the word is not strong. So

  120. for example, like we hear messages alone. Only messages alone

  121. on a Sunday is not enough. I've heard Christian before,

  122. and I would say that although I don't like to

  123. read the Bible, because the Bible I don't really understand,

  124. I mean.

  125. Shoot to the extent.

  126. However, therefore I like to listen to messages because the

  127. preacher explained the way I could understand. I said that

  128. I have to explain whether just to let you know

  129. that hearing messages alone is not enough.

  130. You have to read God's word for your own.

  131. So there will come a time whereby reading the word

  132. is reading the Word is going to be lesser and

  133. lesser just hearing in terms of preaching and this stuff

  134. like that. So if you have a Bible with which

  135. you turned to mark chapter eight, mark chapter eight, worse

  136. thirty four March was thirty four, and we see how

  137. it works.

  138. Can do all right?

  139. Much of day was study false starts off with this

  140. when he had called the people to himself with these disciples.

  141. Now Jesus were addressing the crowd and the disciples. I

  142. want to let you know that discipleship is for everyone,

  143. not just a selected feel not just want to be

  144. called for leadership. There is no such as a believer

  145. who's not being discipled back in those days, if you

  146. believe Jesus called them. If anyone desires to come after me,

  147. first of all, he has to take up his cross.

  148. He has to deny himself, take up the cross and

  149. follow me. For whoever desire to save life and losing,

  150. whoever loses his life for my sake, and the Gospel

  151. will save it. Our first and foremost commitment is to

  152. follow Christ. Our first and foremost commitment is to follow Christ.

  153. It starts with this. Whoever desires to come after me?

  154. I think many times now, journey friends, we have a

  155. desire but no action, good intentions but no production, And

  156. many times we just the word is that. Oh I

  157. want to seek the Lord. I want to be changed, transformed.

  158. I want to do it's real, but no application. The

  159. power is in the application, friends, and I truly find

  160. that many times in our journey for your journey as well,

  161. we have this Lord. I want to be more like you.

  162. For example, And we always have this picture about wanting

  163. to be more like Christ. Is Jesus holding the sheep right,

  164. And we've seen people selling the image of Jesus is

  165. always Jesus with the shepherd style, with the sheep and

  166. this nice, nice lit right. If we are not careful,

  167. we really have one image of Jesus only, which is

  168. Jesus being nice. What about Jesus forming the wee and

  169. clearing out the temper. I'm not seeing any pictures like

  170. that in people's house whereby there was a picture of

  171. Jesus cleaning out the temper. And you should you shall

  172. not make my house be a house of merchandized by

  173. it should be a house of prayer. And if you

  174. ask a self true enough, our desire causes us to

  175. have this image of Jesus that appeals to us.

  176. Come on. It appeals to us, meaning to.

  177. Say that this Jesus that we desire friends, appeals to

  178. our lifestyle.

  179. These Jesus that we have SIPs flat white.

  180. Right, urban missions only, not rural missions right where nice

  181. sneakers only. These Jesus that we desire to follow friends

  182. because of the way we from him in our hearts

  183. and our minds.

  184. Appeals to us is because it's our lifestyle.

  185. And the Bible here says is that you can't follow

  186. Christ if there is no denying of yourself.

  187. You can't move.

  188. Forward there if there's no follow So Christ is the

  189. one we are following, friends, not the lifestyle of a

  190. believer of what we see other believer. Christ is the

  191. one we are following, not the lifestyle of other believer.

  192. I was, I was, I stumble upon the question by

  193. one preacher was just.

  194. Preaching what put Abraham.

  195. Abraham didn't get a brick to for Isaac, and he

  196. offered Isaac up at the altar, and Isaac right was

  197. a spect abrahams to follow God. Many times in our

  198. lives we want Isaac to be written to us. We

  199. go all the way offer Isaac and the altar, knowing

  200. it's a test praise God and God written.

  201. By Isaac to us. But why God takes away Isaac

  202. of our life? Will we still follow the Lord?

  203. Not?

  204. Or will we say that this is not the Lord?

  205. And many times in our life we have this imageon.

  206. I say again a lifestyle that we are following state

  207. of Christ. And first and foremost our commitment is to

  208. the Lord Christ is the one we are following. Every

  209. desire must be led to an action closer towards Christ.

  210. And that's the encouragement. That's why I want to encourage you.

  211. If we have never again, never go for missions, try

  212. one time and you will understand fallowing Christ. Sometimes it's

  213. out from our comfort zone, out from what we are so.

  214. Used to doing worship.

  215. I was just putting out some thoughts here and I

  216. was just thinking of the life of Joseph, especially in prison.

  217. In prison France, there is no such thing as promotion.

  218. Even though you're promoted in prison, you're still in prison.

  219. It's like couple were even though you're on it's like

  220. you're going to the world every day for do you understand, right?

  221. I mean even could you imagine prison prison? Right?

  222. Even though you're promoted, you're still in prison. And after all,

  223. I'm not sure whether or not that would be encouragement.

  224. Yearly promotion, It wouldn't give you the best of cell

  225. your but you're still in prison. And it done upon

  226. me about Joseph's life, and I just wondering, like what

  227. would his preer life be in prison? What would his

  228. heart crime be? In prison? God break me out? From

  229. this prison cell like prison break like that? Give me

  230. a cell made with that too, that shows me out

  231. from from this prison?

  232. I will what what?

  233. What do you think that Joseph will have prayed for

  234. in the prison cell?

  235. I would just imagined that.

  236. You know, the Bible says that he did so well

  237. in prison that it wasn't the prison that held him in,

  238. but he was God. What do you want me to

  239. do in this prison? What do you want me to

  240. do in this person? Because if we are following Christ, friends,

  241. everything else doesn't really matter as much as Him.

  242. So the way we read our.

  243. Bible, the way we pray or we worship, the way

  244. we live our life is a reflection of how much

  245. we know of Him.

  246. Say it.

  247. The way we read our Bible, the way we pray,

  248. the way we believe, and the way we do missions

  249. is a reflection of how much we know of Him.

  250. And many times, our journey friends, we think that we

  251. know God, but our true house action doesn't reflect that.

  252. And God wants this, wanting just to remind us. Okay, now,

  253. falling Christ is always we always lead to transformation Metria

  254. chapter fourwards like they say, follow me and I will

  255. make you fishes of men the Bible.

  256. Here is it.

  257. When you follow God, he will make us. But many

  258. times our journey said, I will follow you God, But God,

  259. would you make me to be the hit and.

  260. Not the tail?

  261. Come on, always have prayed the prayer before God we

  262. make the make me the hit, is not the tail,

  263. because he is always nice server, carry fish hit. Have

  264. you seen a carry fish tail? Sorry leave Joe, right,

  265. I mean true worried, carry fish hit. Make me the

  266. hit and not the tail.

  267. Right? And we pray prayers like that.

  268. Although it sounds nice, but sometimes it's our house, it

  269. our flesh, our the way we see life leads less.

  270. God make me the hit.

  271. Always like to be the hit, always like to be

  272. the hit. Nobody likes to be the tail. If we

  273. being the tail, friends, you know you're the bed. You

  274. have the bed. For almost half an hour I was

  275. talking to John as we grow older, one of the

  276. one one of the signs and confirmation that we aging

  277. it's not our bag.

  278. It's always so our bag.

  279. Even though what used to be what used to be

  280. very common for us, like five kilo, five or six

  281. kilos right now five or six kilo, that you feel

  282. a bit of tightness and soreness right now, and it's

  283. it's the confirmation of aging. And sometimes if you think

  284. about it, when you're at the back anything, sometimes that

  285. you are always bending down, caring and it's not the easiest. Friends,

  286. I want to let you know, God says, if you

  287. follow me, I will make you. That's why discipleship transforms,

  288. transform friends. Many times we say that we are following Christ,

  289. but the key evidence is transformation, transformation. You're once like

  290. that and now you are different your once what appus

  291. you back then and now you're a bit more restrained.

  292. You you're once maybe perhaps impatient, now you're a bit

  293. more patient. And many times now journey friends, our Christian

  294. war all knowledge but no transformation. And a lot of

  295. people say, you know, hashtag blessed, hashtag faith, friends God,

  296. you don't came to that across the hashtags, Well, nothing

  297. wrong with that, or friends and those of your mad

  298. praise God, Hallelujah, we need you. But hashtag doesn't trans

  299. translate and transform people's life.

  300. It doesn't.

  301. It's a desire to wanting to follow Christ. And at

  302. the end of the day, people do know one. So

  303. if you follow Christ, I'll make official of men met

  304. you chapter four vers.

  305. Nineteen.

  306. It's also says it look chapter four twenty four, verse thirteen,

  307. and just try to look chapter twenty four, look twenty four.

  308. I was in the actually combanga, and I asked them

  309. to look twenty four. Right, they say, they give us

  310. some time. You're flipping the pages of the Bible. Luke

  311. chapter twenty four, verse thirteen. All right, let's see how

  312. we go from here. All right, Now, behold two of

  313. them were traveling on the same day to a village

  314. called Emirs. There were seven miles from Jerusalem. They were

  315. talked together these things which happened. So it was verse fifteen.

  316. They converse and reason that Jesus himself junior and went

  317. with them.

  318. Friend.

  319. The story of the route to Emirs is about two

  320. disciples were disappointed because Jesus was crucified across as Jesus

  321. himself junior to them. The Bible says the eyes were

  322. sixteen the eyes were restrained, so they did not know him,

  323. and worse seventeen. Then he say, what kind of conversation

  324. this is that you are having with one another as

  325. you walk? And are said and many times discipleship, friends,

  326. we think we are doing disciples ship. But actually we

  327. are swaying to the fleagh. Think about it. And God

  328. is saying to you. As Jesus is walking alongside with

  329. the two disciples, feeling said this courage and stuff like that.

  330. The eyes weren't open, friends, because they weren't falling Christ.

  331. This discouragement and disappointment were leading the conversation. As God

  332. comes alongside with them and begin to converse with them, Friends,

  333. I wanted you to look at the scripture for the

  334. odd and and he goes, there, are you the only it?

  335. Are you? Then?

  336. The one whose name was Cleopas answered and said to him,

  337. are you the only stranger in juicalem that who did

  338. not know these things which happened there these days? And

  339. he said to them, what things that things concerning Jesus

  340. of Nazareth, who was a prophet mighty in the world

  341. before God and all the people, and now the chief

  342. priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to

  343. death and crucify him verse twenty one. But we are

  344. hoping that he who's going to be to redeem issue. Indeed,

  345. besides this today is the third day. Seeing these things happened,

  346. they were disappointed discourage. They're hoping that Jesus was a messiah.

  347. And many times our journey as well, we follow the Lord,

  348. get disappointed, get discouraged. We were hoping and pray for deliverance.

  349. It happened, and because of that we push everything aside.

  350. I'm not sure how many have ever been there before,

  351. just because of things happened in our life, and we

  352. say God doesn't work. Maybe because we pray for something.

  353. Maybe you like.

  354. Somebody and you begin to pray, God give me a

  355. sign and sign. You thought that was a sign, but

  356. then the person like someone else. Then you get discouraged. God,

  357. you give me a sign. This kind of thing right,

  358. mes see here, But God is not messy. But you know, well,

  359. flesh mess it up. And just like the disciples, I

  360. thought you were the one. You were the one you

  361. say you got to be resurrected, but they really I

  362. didn't even see you, right you thought you go to

  363. redem Israel. But you know, but the rest issue right now,

  364. we felt there were a bunch.

  365. Of losers like that.

  366. And as they begin to try to explain the feelings

  367. to Jesus, friends try to explain the feeling to Jesus.

  368. When you look at worse study two. Then they say

  369. there one another. Did not our heart burned within us

  370. when he talked with us on the road and a

  371. while he opened the scripture to us? They didn't our

  372. heart burn within us. Friends, Discipleship it's not just another

  373. time whereybody you spend time with what you do last

  374. week of badminton. No, friends, discipleship is the type of

  375. you open God's words and our hearts is supposed to burn,

  376. meaning to say, get excited, to get revived. The word

  377. is that He is all that really matters at the

  378. end of the day. You see, we want Jesus to

  379. be the shepherd, right, and you know that Jesus is

  380. the shepherd substran tree.

  381. Right.

  382. The Bible says that if Jesus is the shepherd, every

  383. like the second portion of the scripture said, I shall

  384. not be in one. You know how good it is

  385. to feel that we don't have this feeling of lack.

  386. Right you wake up in the morning, there is no

  387. feeling of lack. It's an amazing feeling.

  388. Friends.

  389. She don't have to worry about your breakfast anymore. You know,

  390. breakfast is there. You don't even think the word we

  391. go for us, because you know, lunch is prepared already,

  392. So the feeling of not being in lack is amazing.

  393. But the Bible also this says that the Lord is

  394. my shepherd, I shall not be in one.

  395. Therefore he leads me frids.

  396. Have we ever tried leading people before? Some people say,

  397. wherever you lead, I will go right. Fantastic, But there

  398. are some wherever you lead you say a I'll go

  399. be right. You say, God, penang, I want the tour

  400. to tap out first right and many times now you

  401. n we are the same.

  402. God has you?

  403. He mixed me. He leads me by steel waters friends,

  404. got me thinking you no friends? Whereby sometimes we want

  405. to find our own steel waters. When God said I

  406. will lead you, do you know how changing it is

  407. in a person's life whereby when you lead someone? Then

  408. the Bible used the word he makes me light down

  409. green pastures. Even though you see green pastures, friends, you

  410. may not lie down because you don't like this ship

  411. of green. He used the way he makes me light out,

  412. which missed I got just got me thinking that maybe

  413. because I don't like this green pasture, and God something

  414. that has to just what forces?

  415. Hey, come on, these grip lie down now, right, he

  416. leads me.

  417. Besides steel waters us the way he restores our soul,

  418. he leads, he guides, He restores right and discipleship.

  419. We need to allow him to do that in our lives.

  420. That's why the two disciples walking too emirs disappointed discourage,

  421. said God was beside them, opening the scripture so that

  422. the heart could be ministered too. And many times in

  423. our discipleship moment, the Bible.

  424. Is hardly used.

  425. The Bible is hardly used, and we we rely on

  426. one scripture a day from the Bible. A hey, this

  427. is my daily devotion. Friends, I pray to you at

  428. least do at least two scriptures at more than one. Right,

  429. but they didn't a heart burn? So following Christ to

  430. transformation and hearts must burn?

  431. All right?

  432. Now number two here is this, friends, we cannot follow

  433. Christ without the cross. Many people stop at desire, and

  434. now I got never asked the story desire, but commanded

  435. us to take up the cross. So therefore, what is

  436. the cross? We heard the scripture if it took up

  437. the cross and follow him, So what is the cross?

  438. A lot of times you think the cross is you know,

  439. commitment to church, saying yes to leadership, saying yes, would child, Okay,

  440. I have to say yes, but will ask you yes, yes?

  441. All right? And many times you think.

  442. The cross is just saying yes to all the commitment

  443. that comes your way. But friends, tack up the cross

  444. also means pleasing God rather than men pleasing God, rather

  445. than men pleasing God rather than men. Taking up the

  446. cross also means victory over seed, victory over sin. Taking

  447. up the cross also means suffering for Christ. We talk

  448. about suffering in church. She has suffering for Christ. So

  449. what is your cross so far?

  450. Friends?

  451. It also means the thrill of the spirit is everydent

  452. in our life. A life without the cross is a

  453. life without power. A life without cross is a life

  454. without transformation or without impact. So the Bible reminds me

  455. about profit of the man begins the whole world but

  456. loses his own soul. What we we give in exchange

  457. a soul. There's not a program in the world that's

  458. close to the word this type of ship. I'm not

  459. sure where you are with your journey and what challenges

  460. you have with discipleship. Maybe you have put your faith

  461. in the discipleship before you went through a bad experience

  462. Joseph in prison had a bad experience. He put his

  463. faith on someone to say a good word in front

  464. of Pharaoh, but didn't stay in prison for another two

  465. more years.

  466. I mean two years. It's a long time can change.

  467. Someone's heart from someone that's nice to beatter someone that

  468. is carrying become unforgiving. Two years is long time, friends,

  469. But Joseph did not allow himself or he has his

  470. regular heart check to make sure that, friends, that his

  471. heart is not contaminated all the time. Because if it

  472. is that, he wouldn't have saved his whole family. If

  473. it is that, you know, if could you imagine the

  474. moment he stepped in to power the first day. Is

  475. you wanted to get back at people that promised him

  476. I didn't deliver. So what is your cross, friends, is

  477. it is across you're letting go of revenge? What is

  478. across church? It's is it suffering from Christ that you

  479. cannot take it. That's why I look at Scripture again

  480. and just thinking about people like Daniel in the lines.

  481. Then but we sing the song for men in the

  482. fire of friends, but truly being in the lines, then

  483. it is not just about a song, but the moment

  484. whereby your life is a stick. Whereby do you stand

  485. to lose your life or not? And if you're not careful, friends,

  486. that we have this Christianity whereby we're immune to some

  487. of these things, immune to this. As I draw this

  488. message to close the next ten minutes, I started off

  489. with our first and foremost commitment is Christ. To follow

  490. him and take up across is not optional. Yeah, and

  491. what is across to you? It's not just about how

  492. they are doing good works and everything like that, but

  493. it's really victory over sin, suffering for Christ living a

  494. lot of power. But it also friends, the word is

  495. this that I want you, The word sacrifice, And this

  496. last part I'm going to close. The power sacrifice is

  497. not sacrificing what we want. If you sacrifice what you want,

  498. there is actually no power in it. The Bible says

  499. in John chapter Troubles Ready for most. Surely, I say

  500. to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the

  501. ground and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies,

  502. he produced much. So the power sacrifice is not in

  503. it sacrifices what you want.

  504. Could you imagine right now?

  505. Always are a grain of wheed and you just ship

  506. one sight you knee, you keep two thirds and you

  507. just wanted this give it up.

  508. The true power sacrifice is this is that.

  509. You have to do exactly why it is in order

  510. to get much grain. It's a total surrender and not

  511. pastial surrender.

  512. There is a.

  513. Way to live out for Christ. There is a way

  514. to live out for Christ. There's a way to live

  515. off for Christ. And many times you try to the

  516. word is sugar coated? Done it before? Everything that it's

  517. like that, But you know, excubia sis I let the

  518. grain of weed falls to the ground and dies. And

  519. this part here falls to the ground. Friends, speaks about

  520. sometimes what we think life should be.

  521. Speaks about purpose direction.

  522. It really speaks about an individual being here on earth

  523. in regardless of where you are, the potential is already there.

  524. In the sea.

  525. So when Jesus says that unless you deny yourself and

  526. take up the cross, we won't follow. The power is

  527. not in just following. The power comes by having a

  528. heart that God, I want to please you. For example,

  529. it's not about pleasing church or doing more for Church. No,

  530. it's not that about pleasing you. So the next time

  531. you go on a holiday for example, right, I know

  532. Bible is not the one thing that you pack in

  533. your backs. I understand for some of us, but some

  534. of us you do pack. But if you only carry

  535. a seven kg hen carry, will Bible be one of that?

  536. It speaks a lot of our faith that the world

  537. of God is something that we can't live it out.

  538. Seven kg.

  539. All that you can carry is the world of got

  540. one of them. But although you go bik true, I

  541. understand right, I understand right. Bible could be can be heavy,

  542. especially right now if you're studying old hu use lash print,

  543. large spin, large pin. Right back in those days we

  544. have this back in the crisis. That's the tinner biber

  545. fall size number eight and sometimes those biblecoming magnifying glass one.

  546. You'll never hear the Bible coming manifying glasses.

  547. Oh man, I was in the Extracmaga one girl was

  548. one lady was. She was using the Bible teen line

  549. and ivy Bible with a flat one comes with the

  550. magnifying glass one. And I thought we were so trending back then.

  551. We were so cool to ever magnifying glass. Now we say,

  552. oh man, just give me a lat prein Bible anytime.

  553. But yeah, so Sarah, what would you carry. Unless the

  554. grain was it falls to the ground and dies. And

  555. we like the scripture that say produce much grain. Come on,

  556. who will say that they do not want much green?

  557. One can?

  558. I have not met any believersy elder place to't pay

  559. much green for me? Just I just need one ten percent.

  560. We always say more than marrier, but it's not more

  561. than marrier.

  562. It's there is promise.

  563. The prerequisite is surrendered. Prerequisite is that not just surrender,

  564. but surrender.

  565. What God wants. Now what we want.

  566. I'm not going to share something with your it's quite

  567. personal here, but being interest for almost twenty four years,

  568. I've seen quite fabit, especially when you know parents dedicated

  569. then to the Lord when the child income of age

  570. and you know, maybe dedication friends, it is not one

  571. of those blessing service protection for my child. When prother

  572. Samuel's mom dedicated him.

  573. To the Lord is to be used by the Lord.

  574. It really got me thinking about sometimes we say, God,

  575. if you come true for me, and I will serve

  576. You'll come if you if you deliver me, I will

  577. do this.

  578. But God, I'm true for earth, whether without job.

  579. And normally I find that God always get ashed out

  580. the door first.

  581. Unless the sea falls to the ground and die.

  582. Friends, unless the sea and die, it's hard to produce

  583. friends and much grain.

  584. It is not think about it. How much grain can

  585. a person eat? It is not for us.

  586. In other words, we did earth right now, friends, as

  587. I close and want to encourage you, the potential of

  588. being a blessing to so many people around us, really,

  589. the potential of being a blessing to so many people

  590. around us. Our first missionary to Botswana was Quenching. We

  591. send him off to Botswana without much knowledge.

  592. We limited funds. Be dead. He tried to save it

  593. was in the city that replanted the church.

  594. But he say about twenty kilometers away from the city

  595. because he wanted to manage to finance his want to

  596. he wanted to be responsible, so he stayed really like

  597. far up about twenty minutes taxi.

  598. Right when I say taxi.

  599. Is a comb when like twenty people in one vehicle

  600. like that, and when he's their friends. You know a

  601. Chinese in in Africa and you understand right standing out try.

  602. And really they don't have a good some of them.

  603. We don't have a good image because of China and

  604. this stuff like that.

  605. But with that he tried to grow to the church.

  606. He gets so frustrated because over there is very lex,

  607. very very lex. He asked people to come at ten

  608. toity some reason to come at ten forty five something eleven.

  609. When you serve them food, they they serve them food

  610. like you know one time, remember we throw a KFC party,

  611. right the guys who at least packed their plates with

  612. four pieces of chicken thinking of it themselves. First they

  613. finish eating, really write the bones live on the floor

  614. for other people.

  615. To clean up.

  616. That that that kind of mentality some of them have

  617. and is so frustrated. I want to come back. I

  618. just I just like, can I score them? But please

  619. can give you a chance? Would score them? I say,

  620. if you and nobody come to Chain next week. He

  621. was there for two two and a half years, like

  622. two and a half years as I but half years. Friends,

  623. it's not it's not just a church. But he has

  624. grown so much in terms of capacity and right now

  625. recently he went back to Botswana this year after five years.

  626. One by one came up.

  627. To him, those that he really chastised back then. Quai,

  628. thank you so much for being strict with me. I

  629. wouldn't be here, I wouldn't meet my wife, I wouldn't

  630. be with my father, to my kids if not, because.

  631. You spend time with me. It's like close right now.

  632. I want to let you know that the grain within

  633. earth is here right unless the grain falls to the

  634. ground and dies, Friends, there is no produce.

  635. The way the lot wants you to produce.

  636. I just want to encourage you church, if you have

  637. ever been disappointed, discapplsh it before, really give it the

  638. second shot. It's not about folding a leader of friends.

  639. It's really about fooling God, say God, and not just

  640. a god of our lifestyle, as the God of the Bible.

  641. Friends, we hope.

  642. You've been blessed by this message. For more information on
