  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. Turned with me to ask chapter three. Okay,

  3. so let me turn two. Together with me to ask chapter three.

  4. And I'm going to read a portion of scripture here from X chapter three,

  5. verse one to verse ten. Okay, Well, what's the verse ten?

  6. If your bible still? Together with me? Okay, Now the title reads

  7. here a lame man healed. Okay, I'm gonna read from verse one and

  8. KJB he says. And now Peter and John went up together to the temple

  9. at the hour of prayer the ninth hour, and a certain lame man from

  10. his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the

  11. temple, which is called beautiful. Okay to ask alms form those entered the

  12. temple who seeing Peter gain the person saw Peter and John about to go into

  13. a temple and ask for alms, and fixing his eyes on him with John,

  14. Peter said, look at us. So he gave them his attention,

  15. expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, silver and gold I

  16. do not have, but what I do have I give you in the name

  17. of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk, and he took him

  18. by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle

  19. bones received strength. So he liaping up, stood and walked and entered the

  20. temple with them, walking, leaping and praising with them, and walking,

  21. leaping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

  22. Then they knew that it was he who sat begging arms at the beautiful

  23. gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what

  24. had happened to him. Okay. So today I'm gonna share from X chapter

  25. three and also X chapter four later on, and it's going to be into

  26. three parts, okay, And I need you to pay attention to the scripture

  27. because the scripture will give all the clues and also the evidence of what I'm

  28. sharing today as well. So the context of what is happening here is very

  29. important. Okay. It's just X chapter three, okay, access twenty eight

  30. chapters. So we are at the very early part of the book and also

  31. towards you know, it is following up from the Book of Luke and which

  32. is after the death of Jesus and also the resurrection of Jesus as well.

  33. Okay, and so the disciples have met Jesus. Okay, they met Jesus.

  34. They have been given the great commission by the Lord. And they just

  35. saw the Lord sent into heaven in glorious fashion. And after that, what

  36. they Jesus tell them to do. Immediately go and preach the gospel. No

  37. interactive, no, no, no, what they Jesus tell them to do,

  38. go and wait. Wait first, okay, you make disseparce, you

  39. must go, but before you do that, you must go and wait.

  40. Wait where wait in the upper room, isn't there? Why wait for the

  41. Holy Spirit. It's a job that you cannot do without the Holy Spirit.

  42. One and you know what I mean, right, It's like asking you to

  43. go and plant, but don't give you any tools. Said oh and on.

  44. So this is a job there can only be performed and only they can

  45. do with the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. And it's a

  46. very very important thing. So they waited. It was very important, and

  47. they must wait enough, just like the israel Lights when they were waiting for

  48. Moses to come down. They wait, they couldn't wait. Eventually they built

  49. and they perish because of that. In the same form, in the same

  50. manner, Jesus asked them to wait, and they obeyed, and when they

  51. obeyed, they receive the blessing, which is the Holy Spirit. Whereas in

  52. the Old Testament they didn't not wait, and they build themselves and either trying

  53. to do things out their own, and they perish. So similarly, you

  54. know, it's a parallel and on. And actually the day or when when

  55. they received the Holy Spirit was the day of Pentecost. Pentecost means five enough

  56. penta fifty days, waiting of fifty days to wait ready on the a fIF

  57. days and you receive the Holy Spirit. It actually it is the same Pentecost

  58. that actually happened in the Old Testament. In Moses as well, Solve received

  59. the Holy Spirit ready, okay uh. And they preach. Peter preach an

  60. amazing sermon. Many people believe. But yet there are more things to come.

  61. And this is where exactly they're left off. So after they after Peter

  62. Peter preached, and many believe in all during the day of Pentacons. Now

  63. for the no, I won't say that for the first time. For the

  64. very early times, he he and John is heading to the temple. Okay,

  65. he and John is heading to temple. And along the way, when

  66. they're heading to a temple, they saw a lame person. Now where are

  67. there right now? Okay? Wait where did they meet this guy? It's

  68. quite important. It's quite significant as well. I'm gonna show you a slight

  69. that was like, ah, yes, okay. So on my left is

  70. a rendition, okay, a rendition of the temple in Jerusalem. Now before

  71. I ask her Queasier, how many? How many times had the temple being

  72. built in Jerusalem? Who said tree? Who said one? Who said two?

  73. Raise up hands? Try? Who said to put that hand? Who

  74. said tree? The answer is two? Who built the first one? Solomon?

  75. Who be the second one? The lesser known one? H King Herod?

  76. Which one is more beautiful and more grand? The first one or the

  77. second one? Oh? Solomon or King Herod? Solomon? Why Solomon?

  78. More money? Is it? Bigger budget? Is it? Huh? Who's

  79. say King Herod? Who's say? Okay, who say King Solomon? Yeah?

  80. I see, Oh you put your trust on people's money. Okay,

  81. the biggest one, the bigger one is actually King Herods almost three time speaker.

  82. So this one is actually based on the rendition of King almost three time

  83. is big. Okay. It was so big and beautiful that people say that

  84. you have seen the Temple of Jerusalem, you have seen beauty. It's like

  85. such a you know, like you go to places, I know sometimes the

  86. new places you've seen beautiful things are like people always try to you know,

  87. like no, don't exaggerate, you know, with the best pizza, best

  88. best prom me. But they will say, you see, but there was

  89. was how important the temple was. The temple was very, very significant thing

  90. to uh, the Israelites, to you as a national identity. It's beautiful.

  91. One of the great wonders. Okay, I once in wonders of the

  92. angel one. But it's a beautiful thing. Okay. Now they there's they

  93. were walking there. Of course. You'll see on the left side there there

  94. is like a big porch. It's called the Solomon's particle. Okay. There's

  95. where all the the ladies were, and then all the gentiles were hanging around.

  96. I'm not going to go through all the details, okay. And you'll

  97. see an outer gate and inside that you will see sort of like a middle

  98. gate, isn't it The brown color you can see them that they estimate is

  99. the Eastern Gate or the beautiful Gate. Okay, And normally they will carry

  100. people who were lame, who were crippled, who were poor or not sick.

  101. They were put it in front, but they cannot go in. And

  102. the reason that we cannot go in is because of who they are. If

  103. you at that time, you must understand that they're a different belief system.

  104. If you are sick, you cripple, poor, they don't look at you.

  105. All are supporting. Yes, they will have sympathy, but they also

  106. have a perception, cultural perception upon you. And that culture perception is that

  107. you have sickness, you are a diseased because you or your parents were a

  108. sinner. You get mean, right? That is why you remember when Jesus

  109. was teaching people asimprecation, who's sin is he he saying? Or the parents

  110. sin? Remember the scripture? Who sin? So they were trying to find

  111. fault to try and what was this s But no, it's not, but

  112. it's not he's saying saying. This person saying is for the glory of the

  113. Lord. His condition is for the glory. So they're trying to change the

  114. perception. But people's perception was saying, no, you cannot go in because

  115. you're impure, you're not clean. That's why you sit outside. You get

  116. mean, right, So actually this scenario is like all of us, isn't

  117. it. We can't really enter into the gate because we are all seen us,

  118. we were borne seing us. But then the rest of the people who

  119. are nice and clean, and they started walking every day passing by that guy

  120. walking in, walking in, walking in, and this guy is like,

  121. I can't go in. I could never go in this beautiful gate. And

  122. this gate was beautiful. You know, if this gate are it's so called

  123. lavish with Corinthian bronze. Corinthians corinth is known for two things, okay,

  124. coorin is known for idolatry and also known for bronze working. Okay, bronze

  125. working, beautiful bronze. You know, if you've been to Europe before,

  126. you will see like, for example, a lot of the cathedrals, I

  127. can't remember what the name of it. Actually they are very This is not

  128. the actually actual ga. Okay, I'm giving you an example, like for

  129. example, this one is so tall, so give you a sense of how

  130. big it is. You know, this whole entire piece is actually bronze,

  131. you know, bronze, and not only bronze. They have pictures telling you

  132. from the top there and this his genesis, then to Noah, then to

  133. Moses, then to everything one now, so each of them has a description

  134. of what the story and it's beautiful one amazing. When I that's one time

  135. I saw it was like, oh, it's amazing, or how much people

  136. will actually spend and you know, the artistry is beautiful, amazing, amazing.

  137. And this particular one is called the beautiful Gate because it's lavish with a

  138. bronze. We don't know how it looks like it's big, okay, And

  139. people feel like when they're entering, they enter into the presence of God,

  140. physical manifestation. I entered into it. I entered pass the gates of God

  141. into his presence, the beautiful Gate. Now, this guy who was sick

  142. and who was laying from birth from birth, he could not enter in,

  143. okay, because he protably asked the U same question, Is it because I'm

  144. sinful and because everybody else is righteous? Is it because my parents or my

  145. grandgrandparents were sinners? That's why I'm like that I could never go in.

  146. And that's why when he ask for arms, what did we notice there?

  147. Okay, he wasn't looking at them. He wasn't looking at Peter and John.

  148. He's in it, he said. He wasn't looking at them. But

  149. then what did Peter said in verse four? Okay, and fixing his eyes

  150. on them with John, Peter said, look at us. Okay, look

  151. at us. So it's like you always, but now I want you to

  152. look. Sometimes we get caught up with our own predicataments unless I one day

  153. I got said look at us. Oh now, suddenly look at you.

  154. He says. Here, So he gave them his attention. Okay. What

  155. they wanted was his attention, and he expected to receive something from them.

  156. I'm looking at you now because maybe you're going to give me something. Maybe

  157. I say I do, I say I perform something. You're gonna give me

  158. money or something. He was expecting something. And then Peter said, silver

  159. and gold I do not have. But what I do have I give you

  160. in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Rise up and walk, okay,

  161. rise up? And what he said, I don't have money. Everybody

  162. is giving you money. I don't have money, but I'm gonna give you

  163. something that no one has ever given you before, and there is a reason

  164. why you're here. And what I give to you is gonna show. It's

  165. gonna show what God is going to do in this place and for the generations

  166. to come. I'm gonna show you what this beautiful gate actually really means.

  167. And the type of person God is expecting to walk past that door me right,

  168. the type of people who what kind of people is God really calling for

  169. to walk past into the beautiful gate into his temple? And literally the temple

  170. means what presence? What kind of people? What kind of people that have

  171. the type right, right kind of attitude and response? Does God wan entering

  172. into his presence? Okay? He says here and verse seven, and he

  173. took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet

  174. and ankle bones received strength. Okay, And in verse eight, that's the

  175. key thing. So he lipping up, stood and walked and entered the temple

  176. with him for the very first time he's entering the temple. It's not just

  177. he's healed and all he's entering the temple. Why he was not only healed

  178. in all, he's made righteous because before they could never enter in and all

  179. because he was a sinner. But now he was made righteous. I'm justified.

  180. I'm justified not because of what I do. I'm justified because I'm healed.

  181. And what did I do to get healed? Nothing? Nothing did he

  182. do anything to make hire Nothing? He was by the grace and mercy of

  183. God. And the difference is that he stood, and how did he entered?

  184. He lipping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with him walking,

  185. lipping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising

  186. God. Then they knew that it was he who sat begging arms at the

  187. beautiful Gate Temple, and they will filled with wonder and amazement. And what

  188. happened to him? Point number one? Okay, and there I want to

  189. drive here. Everybody normally was just walking into the presence of God casually.

  190. But the right way to enter into the presence of God, the proper way

  191. is like him the beggar, how lipping, jumping and praising God, enter

  192. his cards with praise and thanksgiving. My question today is when we come to

  193. church, are we just casually walking in like everybody else who think they are

  194. self righteous, think they are right with God and everybody else is a sinner.

  195. Or are we entering into the temple and past the beautiful gay as someone

  196. who is completely undeserving of his grace that has been healed and delivered by His

  197. love and grace, and we're walking, lipping, jumping and praising. You

  198. know what I'm saying here that people were so focused on the physical door,

  199. beautiful, there's no idea the true glory of God was working within the was

  200. standing right in front of them. The glory is not the temple. The

  201. glory is not the door. The door is not the gay. The glory

  202. is inside, It's containing inside this person. When God works, it's like,

  203. Wow, all this beautiful girl, all this time, when he was

  204. there from beginning, you couldn't heal him all this time from God, you

  205. guys couldn't do anything for him. But yet one day when he responded,

  206. he was healed. Which is more powerful for the temple or the glory of

  207. God? The goory of God? You see, you see what it's God

  208. do. God is trying to bring down and pull down every single belief that

  209. the physical world has. We put out trusting all these things. But the

  210. true beauty is to see the grace of God, isn't it? You will

  211. not see the great beautiful get if you know the true beauty is God's grace.

  212. And when you look, everybody was standing there at the door looking oh

  213. so beautiful. Oh it's like you're visiting Rome, the visiting Italy. Oh

  214. so nice. No, we should be fixing our eyes on God. These

  215. gates cannot heal you. You know, only God can heal you. Amen,

  216. you learn something here today. It's amazing, you know. And it's

  217. under the what under the power the name of Jesus, not go and silver,

  218. but only the name of Jesus. So there's part one. Okay,

  219. everybody's okay. So if I learned power, And now that's the beginning on

  220. the You know, every story you have one excitement or there's a proper adventure.

  221. There must always be not just the good people. There always must be

  222. complete okay, bad people and conflict like bad people bring conflict like Okay,

  223. there must always be a conflict. Okay, let's talk about the conflict right

  224. now. We're gonna jump ahead. Okay, in between the rest extra three

  225. you can read. But so after that, so people when they saw him,

  226. when they saw him, I forgot one point. When they saw the

  227. man laymen walking in what did he do? He was not just praising God.

  228. They saw a miracle. When you praise God and your life becomes a

  229. vessel of God's miracle and glory. Right, what happens you become a testimony

  230. you can't mean right when you truly experience God's beauty and love and grace on

  231. your life. Hile your life overflows, and their overflowing has a cascading and

  232. trickling effect of affecting other people wanting all. You won't be like, oh

  233. I see God, then you won't affect other people. No, No,

  234. such a thing one. You affect people want. This is why I say

  235. every every Sunday, people, when you come to church, you affect people

  236. want. You gotta realize that God you're you know. I don't care who

  237. is preaching, I don't care who is worship leading, I don't care who

  238. is there. And Lord today you deserve all the glory. And I'm going

  239. to praise you because I praise you, not because how I feel. But

  240. I pray you're out of the overflowing of my heart. When I look at

  241. you, there's nothing else not that that matters. But your mercy overflows in

  242. me, in me, and when I praise you in glory, and my

  243. life is transformed, and I give you all the glory. Praise, people

  244. witness, people get affected. It's beauty, isn't it beautiful? That's there

  245. is the that's that scene is what the Father always wanted. Okay. Now,

  246. so after that, when people startled to see that what there's America go

  247. open doors in their heart and pick the preachers them and here, I'm gonna

  248. skip this someone. You're gonna preach someone. And he says, here five

  249. thousand people believe, five thousand and no one America, that temple has the

  250. most beautiful temple in Israel history. Couldn't do couldn't even preach save five thousand

  251. people. But yet there's one laymen, one laying was greater than the temple,

  252. isn't it just Jesus said, Teddy, This now a breedout in three

  253. days. It's not talking about the physical Tempot's father temple. We are the

  254. temple of God. God wants to fill us with this holy spirit. This

  255. temple is the one that is able to witness and minister to people. And

  256. all of that. The sermons say, five thousand people. Amazing, isn't

  257. it? We are the true temple. Okay, then what happened in verse

  258. chapter four, verse one, let's read a bit. It says, now

  259. as the people spoke. Now, as they spoke to the people, the

  260. priests, the captain, and the temple of the temple, and the seduces

  261. came upon them, being greatly disturbed that they taught the people and preach in

  262. Jesus the resurrection from the dead. And they laid hands on them and put

  263. them in custody until the next day, for it was already evening. However,

  264. many of those who heard the word believe, and the number of men

  265. came to be about five thousand any man. So we now we get introduced

  266. to a new villain. Okay, no viewing will okay, the villain,

  267. not the villain, Okay, the the unbelieving people, okay, the unbelieving

  268. group, and this group of people is very important for us to know who

  269. they are. Important for us to know who they are. And also it

  270. is a parallel or a repeat, okay, a parallel or a repeat of

  271. the ministry of Jesus as well. Who are the Sanhedrin? Can you show

  272. the picture oh, the Sanhedrin are made up of I think seventy one members,

  273. okay, san Hydrian seventy one members. There are rulers, elders,

  274. inscribes. They have a high priest Anas, and I think the father in

  275. law is care for Us okay, ANDAs and Carefus. They are related.

  276. They if I say Anas and Capus, you'll also remember they were the ones

  277. who persecuted Jesus. Okay, the same group of people. Okay. Then

  278. there also consists of the Jewish high called the Council the senter Okay. They

  279. have two major groups of people. The major group of them were the seduces.

  280. The Pseudocees were a group of teachers who don't believe in the resurrection.

  281. Okay, they don't believe in the resurrection, so when you talk about resurrection

  282. they get very worked up, especially someone you talk about Jesus rising from the

  283. dead. They big problem with that, big, big problem because if Jesus

  284. rises from the dead, all they're taught about is gone. And these are

  285. these guys are like senators, you know, parliament members. You know,

  286. the ruling and the parliament members are all suddenly the people you know lost faith

  287. in them and all so for them, it's not just about Jesus arising from

  288. there. It's about power, okay, power, no power they have for

  289. so many days and years. And then another group is called the Pharisees,

  290. the Farragris. There's a smaller group, not as powerful, but gaining a

  291. lot more influence as well. So this and Hedering were the same group of

  292. people who persecuted Jesus. Okay, who put Jesus and condemned him and brought

  293. him to conscious per letter said that no, we want him. You know,

  294. this guy is a blesphema. You know, you know we want you

  295. to crucify him. Even though he didn't broke any Roman law. He didn't

  296. break it in law. He was offending them. But because they feel offender,

  297. they want this guy to be criminally punished. So being offenses to them

  298. is being a criminal. Oh now these people can only offended. You know,

  299. if you offer me, you're a criminal, not just you're a bad

  300. guy. You're a criminal. Now they sue you. You all you know

  301. it is or not, there's sue you are you're offering. You're a criminal

  302. and not in the eyes of the law. And everybody. Wow, when

  303. you say something, when you're offender, and you proclaim someone criminal. You're

  304. claiming that you have high authority over moral judgment. And you get me right,

  305. you think like the government. More than that, you think you're the

  306. god? How dare you? Everybody? Is there only the gods? You

  307. know? Okay? This is what so, this is why it is happening

  308. here. Okay, so they're arrested him. Now let's move on verse five.

  309. And it came to pass on the new next day that they are rulers,

  310. elders, and scribes as well as well as annest the high priests care

  311. first John and Alexander and many were of the family of the high priests were

  312. gathered together at Jerusalem, and when they had set them in the midst they

  313. ask, okay, very important question. This is the most important question.

  314. They sat down together. They asked one question, one most important question,

  315. and why is that? By what power? Or by what name? Have

  316. you done this? Okay? They didn't ask how was he healed? Why

  317. did you heal him? They just asked how by what name? So they

  318. didn't even deny the miracle happen because this guy was there, everybody could witness

  319. it. Nobody said anything, but they say by what name and by what

  320. power, because you must understand exor seasm or healing or any anything performed in

  321. that timer happens in that time. But normally, okay, you need a

  322. authority. Okay, you need authority. So if a person is able to

  323. cast out a demon or heal, they're always asked, by what name?

  324. Do you pray in Elijah's name? You pray in God's name? Do you

  325. pray in Moses name? You can mean, right, So they need the

  326. name. So the name is the one. They will say that this name

  327. cannot be If this name is you're using some some funny name. And they

  328. find out this name is a criminally it's a criminal. It was like,

  329. no, this this name can because we know and according to the scripture that

  330. God does not answer a sinner. You get what I'm saying. Every healing

  331. and every exorcism comes from the power of God. But there's another power as

  332. well. There's a power of the devil. That is why when Jesus healed

  333. they blasphem him, you know, and say that this power, your your

  334. power came from Beeo's book Ah. And then you say say that where a

  335. blast film against it can be forgiven but if you're blessed flam against the Holy

  336. Spirit, it cannot be forgiven. You are bearing witness, this is the

  337. work of the Holy Spirit. And you're saying came in from behouses the book,

  338. Oh, means that you don't know what you're saying, and you're giving

  339. a false witness. You know, blastphem you know what the word blessed feeming

  340. and not the exact word for blast filming. Best to me, it's not

  341. just lying, you know. Blast feming means very specific. Blast I mean

  342. is we can write this down. Blast sweaming means calling what is good evil

  343. and calling what is evil good? Okay, I said that blast swimming is

  344. calling what good God is or then good evil and calling what God is either

  345. or then evil good. That is blastpheming very very important. Good and evil

  346. is a very powerful thing. You know, from the from the day one

  347. now when God created now the earth, where he created the light, what

  348. do he say? He was good every day? Everything that he created he

  349. called good, good, good, good good. God is not only the

  350. creator, he also the proclaimer, you know. He decides, you know,

  351. and so when suddenly we have a tree out of knowledge of going evil,

  352. the man knew what was going evil. They knew because every day of

  353. God was saying it. God was telling you what was going evil. You

  354. even know what it's right not to it's telling you telling you, giving a

  355. straight instruction of what is right and wrong. But when you eat of that

  356. tree, you're saying, God, I don't care what you think. You're

  357. right and wrong. I get to decide, so don't tell me how to

  358. leave my life. That is the original sin. You're saying what I'm saying.

  359. You know that is the original sin. We know what is right and

  360. wrong because God declared every single day, this is good, good, good,

  361. good, and we create a human. You say, very good,

  362. double good, good good. This why it's a special day, very good.

  363. We are very good. You know God, we all knew what was

  364. good. But God said, you can still decide. But the day you

  365. decide, you will die. You will become separated because everything I've created and

  366. all the goodness I've given you have chosen to say no. You want to

  367. decide for yourself true or not. It's like you're a parenter. I created

  368. you and given all your goodness, but you still have a choice. You

  369. can walk out the door and leave the family. I can't stop you.

  370. I can't not tie you down there just my son and my daughter. I

  371. can't stop you. But if you want, I'll be broken hearted. But

  372. that's your right because you have a free will. But I hope you don't.

  373. I hope that you will trust me. I hope you will trust it.

  374. I'm pure, I'm good, and I will never leave you, and

  375. forsake you don't leave. But at the end of the day, what does

  376. the devil come and break that trust? Man? My dad, are my

  377. mama? Maybe you don't really love me because maybe they're trying. They're scared

  378. that, you know, they're scared that I cannot handle it. Maybe they're

  379. scared that I'm not good. Maybe maybe they want to hold me back,

  380. you know, and you leave the house. Yeah, man, what I'm

  381. saying that that is what the devil is always trying to do, you know,

  382. or your own knowledge? When God has given everything and all the goodness,

  383. proclaim you are surrounded by goodness, but yet you still want to define

  384. your own Isn't it all right? Okay? I actually I deviate everybody doing

  385. Okay, So sorry, I don't don't I haven't come here for so long.

  386. Ready, that's why got so much, God got so much to share?

  387. Okay, where am I right now? Sudden the lost track already?

  388. Okay, So by what power or by what name? Have you done this?

  389. So we're talking about power. So they're wanting to know what is the

  390. authority is the power because if they give a person who has who is clearly

  391. not the right source of power. Right they know this guy, this John

  392. and Peter are a fraud and they could be doing witchcraft. They gave me

  393. right there' suppossibly they could be doing witchcraft, you know, and they're doing

  394. which craft they're punishable by death, you know, by stoning one and all.

  395. So they're asking it's a very very very important moment. Okay, now,

  396. but this is the exact question that Peter and John wanted them to ask,

  397. exactly, Okay. And he says that, then Peter feels the Holy

  398. Spirit said to them rulers of the people and elders of Israel. Okay,

  399. Remember John and Peter is not in a different situation. This is like I

  400. told you, This is like a da jau. This is like a parallel

  401. because where they're standing right now is exactly where Jesus stood no longer Jesus.

  402. But it's them right now, same position, same moment, same moment,

  403. it's God is Jesus? Is God going to deliver them the same moment?

  404. Is everything is replaining? How I can imagine that Peter is like, oh,

  405. this is exactly like my master, my lord, my teacher, who

  406. was exactly more, what should I say and what did you say? If

  407. we this day are judged for a good good I say, good good done

  408. to a helpless man by what means he has been made well? Let it

  409. be known to you and to all the people of Israel, that by the

  410. name of Jesus of Nazahn. And then you stop there for a while.

  411. First, there's quite a few layers here. No. First, if you

  412. say that this is a good work, and you recognize that is power,

  413. that there is a source of power coming here, and that source of power

  414. is a name. If you want to know which name that has done this

  415. good day, I want to let you on a before everyone, it is

  416. under the name of Jesus. Now let me tell you what this name,

  417. what kind of implication it has on you and the rest of the people.

  418. Because I'm not just gonna say a name, I'm just gonna I'm gonna tell

  419. you what this name means to you. And this name is going to judge

  420. you. Why what do you say this name is going to judge you?

  421. He says, what whom you crucified? Oh, by the way, this

  422. is the same person you crucified. Okay, you crucify whom God raised from

  423. the dead. By him, this man's stands here before your hold. You

  424. believe that every miracle must come from a source. Okay, and this source

  425. come from Jesus. But yet it is you who who who crucified? But

  426. God raised from the dead. Now there is a problem here. What problem

  427. is it? Because do you know that God does not answer the prayer of

  428. a dead man? Now you don't understand, you're lost with me? Right,

  429. Okay, this is the way I'm gonna give you. I don't have

  430. a paper here, but just pretend okay, okay, who likes this like

  431. this? Who wants this? Imagine this is a checker? Okay, this

  432. is a check. If I write you a check, right now, pretend

  433. this is a check. I write your check and I sign it in my

  434. name, and in my check I wrote here ten million ring it. Will

  435. you take that check and then go to the bank and bank it. You

  436. only got one chance you would, so you have fated. I had ten

  437. million ring it very good, very good. Put x y Z wrote there,

  438. very good. Okay. Let's pretend that you are a doubtful lah okayla,

  439. okay, you said, yeah, thank you very generous. But you

  440. will actually Oh will you take this and go and put it down payment for

  441. your house? Oh? Such another question, isn't it? Will you use

  442. this to pay your situation fee? Ten million signed by Pasta Many. Let

  443. me go down and check what car he drives. You're gonna audit me by

  444. this guy. You're right, You're gonna me, isn't it? But if

  445. I put ten million and I say that Elon Musk sign it, he got

  446. no cashup or his Tesla ship are used. So so okay, I got

  447. no problem. I will immediately bank it. You know you know why.

  448. It's the name. But if I give you another check okay by TD Rockefeller

  449. who passed away like fifty sixty years ago. Suddenly they wrote the one hundred

  450. million if you take it to the bank with the bank honorate. You sure

  451. not, technically by writer, under banking law, you cannot want to because

  452. one day announced one is dead. Ready, the right of check is going

  453. to to the executor, you know, because anybody can take his nature and

  454. right, but we know he's dead ready, there is not authority power ready

  455. you know. So it's technically very hard to take a dead person's check and

  456. bank it in money. No, God doesn't recognize it one no, no,

  457. but yet ah, this is the case awhere, you take that check

  458. of a dead person, so called dead person after for so already you going

  459. to the banker, you cash her still can cash one? You know why

  460. because the person is not dead. Ah. You think it's dead, but

  461. it's actually not dead. So they don't realize that. Jesus, you pray

  462. in the name of Jesus by right, are you can't even do anything if

  463. it's dead, because we know God does not hear from a dead person.

  464. And there's he's alive. So people will always say this, how do you

  465. know that Jesus is alive? I never said. I will only believe Jesus

  466. if you appear right in front of my eyes and he's like talking to me

  467. for one hour. I tell you, Jesus certainly to appear to show us

  468. that he's alive. You all you know why his power is at work.

  469. Powers can only be a work for someone who's alive. You do you pray

  470. in the name of Elijah, in the name of Moses, the dead people,

  471. there's no power. God will not dishonor his name, but honor on

  472. that name. You all but the son who has been crucified by roles from

  473. the dead. Because a life the bank will take this. Hey, this

  474. fellow's still a life away. You think that death can't catch it in?

  475. You know? So the evidence of jesus resurrection is his power, and more

  476. importantly, his power resides in his name. So today I asked you this

  477. question, is their power in the name of Jesus? How many of us

  478. are will we prayer? Do we really believe there is power in the name

  479. of Jesus? You hold this checker? Is the power? Is it based

  480. on your feeling? Is it based this is how cashable? Is this?

  481. Is it depending on how you feel? Even depending on your mood, the

  482. economy, depending on how the bank teller looks like, no on it depends

  483. on that signature. And regardless of every situation, if the person is alive

  484. and it's all the creditor, the money will go through so our yes and

  485. amen are when we prayer, even when you feel don't like it, when

  486. you say no, I pray all this. I don't know how to pray

  487. for this person who is cancer. I don't know how to pray for this

  488. person who has situations is almost impossible. I don't know. But one thing

  489. I know, I know that there is power in the name of Jesus.

  490. There is the type of faith and belief we got to have. You know,

  491. when you teach your children to pray, that's pretty quickly. No your

  492. prayer? What there is power in the name of Jesus. Seriously, you

  493. don't need prayer. I pray all this. I don't know how prayer,

  494. but I prayed it in the name of Jesus. The Peter and John prayer

  495. that long prayer. Come leat the elders and surround. You know, pray

  496. believing the name of Jesus. Believing, fully, believing, powerful, isn't

  497. it? Sometimes we think about it. I don't know how you feel.

  498. Sometimes we look at ourselves, Oh how ye or little faith that we are

  499. and misunderstood and underestimate the power of the name of Jesus. But this name

  500. of Jesus, I could told you this name has power. But this power

  501. is also a judgment against the people, because God will not raise a sinner.

  502. If you die, you die in the siner. No, but if

  503. you are sinless, God raised him. So, but who persecuted him,

  504. who accused him the Sanhedrin? So that means they have persecuted wrongly. Miracles

  505. are happening. Every miracle is a judgment against them. You asked me not

  506. to follow him, you persecuted him. By here he is healing me,

  507. he is, he's helping me. He's doing so many miracles. And we

  508. know God only answers a true and what they called it. God will not

  509. answers seinger. God answers someone who is pure and righteous. And you tell

  510. me otherwise, who should I follow? You? Or Jesus? Jesus,

  511. he see what I'm saying, you know, So everything is a judgment against

  512. them, judgment, judgment, judgment. So Jesus is still haunting them,

  513. even from the grave, you know, literally, you know, but this

  514. guy, we thought, we put him on the cross, and until now,

  515. his name is still haunting us. You know, he cannot run away,

  516. you know, so scary, you know he's from I'm not gonna haunt

  517. you from the grave. But we know Jesus is beyond the grave. He's

  518. reason from the grave, literally, reason from the grave. This guy,

  519. who is this Jesus? Oh no, he don't him. His disciples,

  520. his power, he's name is still you know, affecting us. We're still

  521. running away. We're still trying to put out this fire. We thought there

  522. was put out ready. Okay. So then he says here in verse eleven,

  523. this is the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become

  524. the chief corner stone. Nor is there salvation in any other For there is

  525. no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be safe.

  526. So if they believe in this miracle, you believe in that God answers only

  527. the righteous. You believe that God has raised them, and the and the

  528. and the miracles give evidence to their I want to let you know this is

  529. just not just a miracle. It is the salvation of every man. The

  530. salvation of every man across this whole must come under the name of Jesus.

  531. Amen not loud enough that amen, Amen, And are so I hobb today

  532. are by the end you will all prayer? When you say said bully in

  533. the name of Jesus, because all other things you pray before, it's just

  534. working on. But unless you sign it in the name of Jesus, in

  535. boldness and believer, yes, not power. People, you don't say what

  536. I'm saying. Now every one of us can pray in the name of Jesus.

  537. There is power. Amen. Let me It calls to the third last

  538. part. Okay, verse thirteen. Okay, let me just read now.

  539. When they saw the bldness of Peter and John and perceive that they were uneducated

  540. and untrained men, they marveled and they realized that they had been with Jesus.

  541. Oh. Remember I told you, it's like remembering, like de jabul

  542. like a recap. This is like Jesus, but it's not Jesus. It's

  543. the disciples. But yet the same presence and the power is still there.

  544. The same fear grips them. And I was like, oh no. And

  545. seeing the men who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing.

  546. Not only it reminds them there is the evidence. You know, it's

  547. working on. They're being instead of judging them, they're are not being judge.

  548. Or how the tables have flipped, how the tables have turned amazing,

  549. isn't it how God does things? Are? It's amazing in all? Okay?

  550. Now, when they had commanded them to go outside of the council,

  551. their comfort among themselves, saying, what should we do to this man?

  552. For indeed that a notable miracle has been done through them is evident to all

  553. who do well in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it. Okay, But

  554. so if it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them

  555. that from now on they speak to no man in this name. So what's

  556. the one thing they want to stop? You? Are they do they have

  557. a problem you're meeting together? No? Do a problem with you worshiping?

  558. No? Do they have a problem with you? Pray? No? Or

  559. I can do all this thing as long as one thing you don't do.

  560. Don't say the name of Jesus. Don't do anything, don't sign any check,

  561. do prayer, close any prayer in the name of Jesus. You want

  562. to use God camp but I don't use the name of Jesus because everything else

  563. we can do it's just decoration. It's just words, you know. But

  564. it's the signature. It's the name of Jesus that makes everything. Okay,

  565. Now I should draw it to a close here Verse twenty two. Okay,

  566. that's what's that's what's the entry. It's a prayer for boldness. Okay.

  567. So that these disciples were let go. I'm skipping here because I'm trying to

  568. trying to keep the time. Okay, I'm keeping the time, okay,

  569. and being let go, they went to their own companions in caase. So

  570. the disciples were let go. They went back to the other believers and reported

  571. all that the chief priests and elders had said to them. So when they

  572. heard that, they raised their voice. Wow, what a testimony. They

  573. raised their voice. Uh, we won accord and said, Lord, you

  574. are God who made heaven and earth and the sea and all all that is

  575. in them, who, by the mouth of your servant David, has said,

  576. why did the nations rage and the people plot vain things? The kings

  577. of the earth to their stand, and the rulers were gathered together against the

  578. Lord and his Christ, for truly, against your holy servern Jesus, whom

  579. you anointed both herod and conscious pilot. With the gentiles and the people of

  580. Israel were gathered together to do whatever your hand and your purpose determined before to

  581. be done. Say, all this has been pre appointed, all this has

  582. been ordained. Ready you think that you were doing for yourself. God has

  583. permitted and allowed all things to fall within His boundary and control and influence.

  584. Nothing escapes h Even the evil that you intended God is within God's realm,

  585. and God can use it for the ultimate good. Yeah. I mean right,

  586. It's like it's like a filter. No, you can put whatever you

  587. want to eventually comes up. It's still my product. You know what I'm

  588. saying. You can put whatever you want. How you do, I will

  589. churn it up. Do whatever you are nonsense and evil, nonsense like making

  590. sausage, but it's still ultimately my product. I will periofy I was sanctified,

  591. even the evil of the world. Okay. And when they pray,

  592. sorry, sorry, sorry now verse twenty nine. Okay said that God,

  593. this is what you do. Verse nine. Now, Lord, look at

  594. on their threats. Okay, Now this is the part say they're giving praise

  595. to God. But now there is one part. They now can have a

  596. petition. It's like they can have a request. After seeing this miracle,

  597. after witnessing God doing so much, we have to ask ourselves, what do

  598. you desire? You hear this message today, you say, wow, the

  599. name of Jesus is so powerful. Let me ask you a question, a

  600. very fair question. What do you want right now? Go to hear a

  601. good message? But what does your heart desire right now? Say God?

  602. God say oh you hear this? God say okay, now you hear all

  603. this good? You know what I can do? Tell me what you want

  604. right now? Because that cuts through all the cosmetics, isn't it? Because

  605. now it's not them responding. What is your response? You and I?

  606. What is our response? God is showing us miracle? But what does he

  607. really want for you to watch a movie just to see and praise? What?

  608. What? What? What is that desire that should really come out?

  609. What is that thing that God wants out of his children to say that,

  610. Yes, that's exactly the type of things I want my son and daughter to

  611. want. You get I mean right, every parent here, we we we

  612. have an expectation of our children, you know, to ask the right question,

  613. to desire something that you've always wanted? One So, now what do

  614. we want? What does God? What? What? What? What?

  615. What? What? What? What? What? What? What is stood

  616. up in the believers at that moment, What did they ask for? What

  617. did they ask for? They stay here? Now look and look on their

  618. threats, and grant to your servants, mean to usk and us, God,

  619. grant to your servants that we all bonus. They may speak your word

  620. the first one. Lord. And now I've seen this. I want courage.

  621. Give me courage. And now I see your pa, give me courage,

  622. give me all the boness to speak. I need courage. That's why

  623. why did God say be strong and be very courageous. So you're not seeing

  624. just to spectator on. You are called to be courageous because you are warriors.

  625. You are not civilians? Are you are soldiers? Are There's a difference

  626. between a civilian and a soldier. One and not. A civilian in the

  627. times of war will ask why is this happening? Why is there why they're

  628. bullet shooting around their world? Hi? There, pound pom poun poun pound

  629. you all like you know, they're hiring all waiting for someone to save them.

  630. There's a civilian. Hell, you know, a soldier says that how

  631. can we advance? Two different people in the war field, one and no

  632. one is asking why, the other is asking how you don't see what I'm

  633. saying. It's called the soldier. So we cannot stand here. We have

  634. an objective. We stay, that will die, people will die, people

  635. depend upon us. We gotta go. So they said, now I see

  636. this, I not only see your power, I see the objective. God

  637. give me courage, courage to speak in your name. Isn't it that with

  638. all bonus, they may speak your word. But you must understand this,

  639. and it throughout the book of all both of excel. But this is a

  640. very long but I must understand that at that time, and there's no Bible

  641. one. There is scripture, but it's not like, oh, we can

  642. go to a store and buy one another. Books and scriptures are very expensive.

  643. If you have a book, if you have a household a book,

  644. it's like you having a Mercedes Benz. It's so expensive because the book will

  645. take three of four us to write one book one. You know, it's

  646. very very very rare, and so books, knowledge and understanding is very scarce.

  647. People don't have much. But not only there is very little, very

  648. little knowledge and literature. There are many false teachers, many many falsetages,

  649. some pole claiming to know Jesus not many saying, so you have a problem.

  650. How do we know as a believer at that time without you know the

  651. abundance of Bible are whether that person is telling teaching us the right thing,

  652. or that person is a false teacher of false prophet. You have a problem.

  653. You don't have internet at all. I can everywhere I go, I

  654. can drive past the kenough to go and validate what this guy is saying.

  655. You got no such thing. You know, you cannot or cheptscan you whether

  656. you're telling the truth. You cannot at all. So if suddenly I know

  657. thestenly one guy walk down here, that past may something, that pastor may

  658. told. You think he's telling the truth, how you verify that? You

  659. see the Christians that doesn't have a problem. You all we know Bible.

  660. How how do we verify this person selling the truth or not? How does

  661. God safe and preserve his church when these technologies are not there yet? I

  662. call it the two punch. It's like a boxing. God always do two

  663. things. The first thing is the preaching of his word, preach, and

  664. the second thing is here by stretching out your hand to heal that science and

  665. wonder be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus. There is a

  666. preaching. You preach in accordance to the truth. Everything according to scripture.

  667. See, Jesus has never done anything out of scripture. Even think about it.

  668. After he was raiser, the disciples still don't believe him. In all

  669. he had to what did he do do more miracosa? No, he went

  670. back to the scripture. Now he opened the scripture and he's like, oh,

  671. I see, how I understand. The scripture is very important in one

  672. and all. You must know your scripture. Might it's okay? So,

  673. but so there is the preaching of his word. But yet the witnessing of

  674. the world is what gives it the authority. You can teach all these things.

  675. Then, but yet that you say you got power, But yet,

  676. why is it that you cannot heal you got You've got a false prophet coming

  677. in and who can teach you? What I said? It's okay, you

  678. don't need to believe in Jesus, you know, uh, you know you

  679. can. You can believe in Jesus and salvation. You can still see and

  680. know all you want. So how does a pussel go against them? The

  681. past is coming with signs and wonders you get me right to validate. So

  682. we call it the one two punch. Everywhere when you read the Book of

  683. ex not from here on what's from here, almost all of it are everywhere

  684. palling his missionary trip when people there will always be Jews who go against him.

  685. What did he do? He preached, and there signs and wonders preach,

  686. and their signs and wander, and they could not we stand it.

  687. They are doing exactly what Jesus did. Jesus went to every time, preaching

  688. and healing. I say what I'm saying. You know, so God is

  689. gonna come and cheving a pound patch. They cannot take it, they cannot

  690. be And so they say that God, give us that boldness first of all

  691. to preach in your name. And then, by Lord bye, bless the

  692. hands of your servant. That as you pray that whereas you go to hospitals,

  693. as you go to homes, when you touch their hands and you pray,

  694. encourage in honesty and sincerity, and according to scripture, God will heal

  695. and then people will believe. So that should be the desire of our hearts,

  696. you know, to preach in the name of Jesus, and to desire

  697. power for his namesake, not for me, but for his namesake. Lord,

  698. we ask for the miracle so that Lord, they may bor leave.

  699. And he said, no, that's the purpose of miracle and power, so

  700. people will believe, okay. And then last party said and when they had

  701. prayed, the whole place, when they were assembled together, was shaken,

  702. and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. And this is when we

  703. know what they pray is in accordance to God. When you pray the right

  704. things in the coordnance to God, the place is feel one and on.

  705. And sometimes we like, how come we don't experience it? Are you praying

  706. the right thing in according to what God wants you to pray? When there's

  707. the preaching of the word, okay, when you accordance to truth, when

  708. there is spread, things move one and on. And they spoke the word

  709. with boldness. Amen. Now when you hear this, my question is is

  710. what is your response? What is our response? It's good in the name

  711. of Jesus in it. There's power in the name of Jesus, isn't it.

  712. I hope that this will change your perception about your situation, how you

  713. view every time nowadays and when you go better, you oh, you know

  714. some of us may not pray as much. When you pray for your food,

  715. when you pray for your children, when you pray for your segments.

  716. Do you believe? Do you? Suddenly? Right now, God, I

  717. realized there's power that is actually your power. There's power by me, your

  718. truth, help me and change me. Right now to pray in accordance to

  719. your word, to your will, and with your power, I know that

  720. you can do all things. Amen. I hope that you all be encouraged

  721. today. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on
