Let me ask us a question this afternoon. Do we

see signs to test God? Just just again, don't don't don't, don't,

don't feel out, okay, And one there's no condemnation in Christ.

But we want to grow in our faith. Okay. So

the first question is do we see signs to test God?

When God has already spoken? Why do we steal six signs?

Don't you think God has spoken to them? Really loud

experienced God one way or another in their life. And

You still need more convincing, you still need more science.

You don't need science. You just need to follow him

and God will reveal. You just need to trust in God,

not about a miracle, but the one who made the

miracle happen. It's not about the gift, but the one

who gave the gift. Sometimes we can also come to

a place where we are too preoccupied with the testimony,

not realizing that actually God has something bigger. Right, It's

always about the character of God and not the gifts

of God. When we talk about a testimony, when we

talk about, Hey, God, he's doing something in my life.

We have confidence over the character of God, not confidence

over Oh you can do it right, Like, let me

just use Daniel's example, right, My confidence with Daniel is

not on his skill set. It is on him as

a friend that even if he doesn't know or doesn't

know how, because he's my friend, I know he will

get it done whatever. Okay, But what is our confidence

on Is it just the power or is it on

the character? The Bible talks about the character of God.

The Bible talks about God. He doesn't change no matter what,

He is the same forever. More. It means, no matter

how bad your life isn't you know that God is

Don't just rely on old testimonies? Believe God for new ones?

will work. He's working in our lives. We will not

just be encouraged with living the abandoned life, but also

be used by God as witnesses to his wondrous works

this perspective. Why am I convinced I? Why am I

convinced that God will answer your prayers? God will do

things in your life no matter where you're at, as

long as you call upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and

you say, this is my Lord, Jesus Christ. I believe

in him. And when you call upon him for prayer,

when you call upon him for for different things, why

will he answer you? You mean, oh, no, he will

only I only answer the prayers of the leaders on

it because we are faithful. I don't matter you're believing

that if yet, pleasir, that's not right now. No, he

will answer the prayers of any of his children. The

medal way. Why because when He works in your life,

it's not just for you. You have no choice but

to share. That's the money here, and you encourage someone else.

That is why God works in your life. Not no,

convinced that God will answer a prayer if you're trust

your testimony is yours wife, nobody can dispute you, know

This is why I encourage people to believe God for

new testimonies, right because God will use you. Let me

share you a fresh testimony. Yesterday I met up with

my father, my wife, with this couple, so special needs, right, Okay,

have an eldest son who has autism. Autism. Okay, he's

doing very well. He's again yea, now praise God. Okay, Yeah,

we're trying it out and he's doing very well. Okay,

in yah, praisecot. Before that, he was an inclusive school. Okay,

long story. And in twenty eighteen, when we already came

to a point where we said, okay, Lord we will

do whatever you know, God impressed upon my heart to

start helping other families. Okay again, Now I'm very busy, Okay,

because of our our weaknesses, we feel like, Lord, you

this space, I feel a bit intimidated. I always clarify

like I got this thing and uh, this is just

my own experience, right, But somehow God has opened up

doors for me to talk to other parents. I never

asked enough. So yesterday I was connected with someone randomly

saw the conference message me on Facebook, super random, and

I don't know this person, and I'm like, who's this person?

And then of course you check profile o you know,

uh and uh three friends or extra just for us,

and then he was asked me, let's go meet down

and up there? Like okay, right then not not I

mean no church paper but not here, you know, somewhere

else and they want to come for the conference but

can't so you know, but want to meet up. So

I'm like, okay, So I go and of course do

my own uh you know, investigation now pascesah, who's this?

They know you? And all then apparently used to be

used to come to acts then travel here, travel there anyway,

long story shot, might not be them, you know. I

dragged my wife along. She did, she didn't want to

be there, but anyway, I tracked it along. I said,

please come with me, you know, because together, okay together?

And I didn't know what to expect after pray. We

went just see them and can let's just see and

see what happens last right, And and we had a

very good conversation. It was very very they it was

a number one. They were friendly, Number two, day were genuine.

Number three they just wanted to connect, you know, and

they're basing Penang. And and basically after the conversation, uh,

the feedback that they gave us, we talked from supposed

to en it to the tea and they're at three

fifteen right from like from one time and we met

a twelve twelfter tea, so talk, Well we gotta go

then talk, gotta go then talk and and then they

were like, you know, thank you so much for meeting.

You are the one of the only couples that were

very open to share where you all went through and

how y'all are able to you know, deal with different things.

And we're very thankful because they're looking for that. They

realized that a lot of people are not open. Right.

I won't blame them not open. I understand, Okay, I've

been there once, right, and not just that. The funny

thing was the husband and at first I'm very like guarded, like, oh,

you know, right, but after a whiles with it's very funny.

He's like, you know, I want to thank you for

a lot of things, but the one thing you said

or really touched me that this thing you said there,

I'm like, wow, like preaching. I was like, okay, great,

you know, great, there you are getting something out of this.

You know, guys, I will never meet this car. I

probably might not even meet this couple again. I mean

from from strangers became like, hey, we should connect and

the next time we come to beang and we might

meet and stuff like that. And let that's not if

you need any help and will try and help you,

you know. And they're on your journey okay. Uh. And

and they're in a very good place, you know. I

I me and my wife said, yeah, I think you

guys are a very good place. Just keep it up.

Just keep doing what you're doing, you know. Uh. And

and it was very interesting because right I didn't ask

to do this, now, guys, I didn't pray and then lord,

you know, but throughe just a story and true like okay,

I just meet and see what happens. We we had

a very good conversation and we're like, wow, praise God,

you know, thank God that they were blessed, you know,

and and and hopefully they will grow and hopefully they

will progress as a family. You know, it's a long journey,

but hopefully they will progress. So this Scripture X one

do we see Christ as, how do we perceive our

meeting progress, it was a good meeting, right, talk about

good stuff. But I really felt overwhelmed. No, it was

really the first time I felt like it. You know,

I felt like I felt like I was the only

one who was doing most, if not all, of the work.

I'm gonna feel like that before. At home, you're the

only one doing all the chores. I wish my husband

would pick up things, but he's you know, it's not

doing anything. Gossip boys don't learn. That's why we heard

just now that's not truer anyway. Oh no, after this,

all the work or at least relying on to make

sure it's done, I felt like the weights on my shoulders. Again,

got changed my perspective. I was just worshiping, and then

God opened my eyes, say hello, why are you thinking

resources changed? Nope? Did? I say? Oh? You know? And

then the next day suddenly ten people sign up. Nothing

still me? Well not really still God, I am just submitting.

I'm just being obedient. I'm just doing what God is

asking me. To do and trust him to come true.

No circumstantial change from my heart, change my perspective change.

Let me show you something and I'll probably need some help.

I just want I'll show you this, uh you know,

little and then any end soon. Really Okay, the guys okay,

can I okay? You can see you not? Okay? Yeah? Thanks?

So I this is something that yeah, this is something

that uh we we may be familiar with in terms

of the expression for it. You don't understand the expression

glass half full, glass half fool, you understand, right? And

then they say, oh, you know, if you're optimistic, you'll

see it half full. And then if you're bessimistake, you'll

see it half empty. Corner, let me give you another perspective.

All this so a lot of times, right, some of

us here, you know, if we are well optimistic, we'll

see it as oh, this glass is half full of

good lah right, and then and then a lot of

times we can see it's half empty. Imagine now, if

you go to Mama and then they you buy a

cup of Mama and it costs twineering it and they

serve you this, what are you gonna say, Hey, hello,

you bluffing me it right, And a lot of times

in life, right, we go through life like that? No? Right,

I deserve more, I need more? Why am I short change?

Why am I not getting what I need to get? Lord?

I serve you so hard, and then yet it's still

like that? Why not realizing that actually, when we humble ourselves,

when we become smaller, God can actually fill our cup?

Change your perspective? Now he paid to a neering it

for this. Okay, right now you're let no, you can't

agree me, no, But do you see the difference? Now?

Is he half four? Half empty? He's almost full? Isn't

it a good thing? Isn't it a good thing? Humble ourselves?

You want to know what's powerful some of us? You

feel so small, not big enough? How can God use me?

What can God do in my life? How is our perspective?

Do you know that the Lord wants to fill you

up to the point that you overflow? It is goodness,

this grace? How many of us one day a big

or small? In God's eyes? It's overflowing in my cup

running over everything is the same amount of liquid. Don't

think logic, guys, I just want to challenge your perspective.

What do you see? What do you see? Do you

see the difference? What do you see? Matthew six three

says the lamp of the body is the eye. If

therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be

full of light. But if your eye is bad, your

whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the

light that is in you in darkness, how great is

said darkness? Think about it for a moment. The difference

is the way you see things. The amplified version I

really like it says the eye is the lamb of

the body. So if your eye is clear, you're talking

about spiritually perceptive, your whole body will be full of light,

benefiting from God's precepts. I just gave you a simple example.

How do you look at it? For some So some

of you are it's from half full to full to overflowing.

No matter what you say, You're still is google goled

all the way. Some of you will see it as like, okay,

it's half empty. Can I can accept half full? But

God wants to do that in your life. But you

have to be small enough. You have to humble yourself

so that it can happen outpouring in your spirit, your

whole body will be full of light, benefiting from God's precepts.

God's precepts is his word. But if your eye is bad,

spiritually blind, your whole body will be full of darkness,

devoid of God's precepts. So if the very light inside

of your inner self, your heart, your conscience is darkness,

how great and terrible is that darkness? Friends? Are you

discouraged today? Are you discouraged? Are you feeling overwhelmed? You

feel like, ah serve but no change one. It's not

God doing anything in my life. Or maybe in a

situation where a lot of people say, oh, you should

be thankfuler, but somehow you can't see it. Friends, can

I encourage you to open up your eyes to see?

Sometimes you just got to be thankful. No, That's why

it's very powerful when the Bible says, how do you

enter his costs? You enter His courts with thanksgiving in

our heart. It's just a change your perspective, you know,

and then God can work in your life. All you're

doing to do is change your perspective and then God

can use you. But if we always see the bad, bad, bad,

bad bad, you think it's going to be easy for

God to use you, he has to undo a lot

of things before we can use you. But imagine if

you are already humble, you can have an uppouring spirit

all your life power perspective.
