  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. Let's go into it. Let's go into the scripture. Mark

  4. Chapter twelve, verse thirty to thirty one. Mark chapter twelve, oh

  5. new thirty the salmon angriaity. I just only said that no, no,

  6. me and may Eric go a long way we use

  7. yourself together. Then I was not good enough, so I

  8. was sent out to XBJA, you know. And he said, no,

  9. just joking, good to see Eric, okay. Mark Chapter twelve,

  10. verse thirty to thirty first thirty one thirty not thirty

  11. first okay. And he says, yeah, okay, let's read from

  12. Tuni eight. And one of the scribes came, having heard

  13. them reasoning together, perceiving that he had answered them, Well,

  14. ask him, which is the first commandment of all? So basically,

  15. just to give you a bit of context, Jesus was

  16. in the temple. He was teaching the people. He was

  17. also teaching the You guys know who Jesus is, right,

  18. He's quite a big deal, right, okay if you study.

  19. If you don't know, please stop the busses. Seven after this,

  20. I don't know who it's okay, talk to him that

  21. he will explain more. But for those of us who

  22. know Jesus right, some of us know him in mind,

  23. in our minds, sound no, no, him. He was quite

  24. a big deal those days, right, because he brought scripture right,

  25. and he brought life to scripture.

  26. And he didn't just do that in the theory.

  27. He practically healed people, he cast out demons, he healed

  28. the sick.

  29. So he didn't just speak on here.

  30. His action also make people like, Okay, this guy must

  31. be the real deal, because things are happening.

  32. However, in that time, the.

  33. Pharisees and the Setlesis and the religious just were not

  34. really happy because they had the power. They had the power,

  35. they had the money, they had all the influence. But

  36. this guy, this carpenter guy, coming from nowhere, doing all

  37. these wonderful things to you we cannot refute, is taking

  38. away our influence. In fact, he's saying that we are

  39. brute or vipers or insult me, man, How can you

  40. insult me?

  41. You know?

  42. And he's done all these things. So when he was

  43. when Jesus was presented this question, he was also a

  44. question to challenge.

  45. He was also a question to like, Okay, God.

  46. You know you're so great, and you you know he

  47. didn't say Godla, Hey we I say God?

  48. Okay? The first he said, oh, teacher, a great teacher. Rabbi.

  49. You know we got so many rules, so many laws.

  50. You know which of all the laws I wish is

  51. the most important one? How many of you like that question?

  52. Right?

  53. Passus Stephen? I come here. There's so many things I

  54. need to do. I have to join home Slah, have

  55. to got prayer service, Lam must come early.

  56. La. You know my stress suppler? Which which is the

  57. one thing that I just do? This? Enough? Ready? Okay,

  58. summarize everything for me? Right?

  59. That was the question. Why Jesus answer Himan, Jesus? I'm

  60. saying Jesus said, what do you say? The first of

  61. the commandment is okay? Here, oh ex Bandama, the Lord

  62. our God, the Lord is one. So the first thing

  63. you know, the Lord is Gotla. We established that, guys,

  64. Lord he's got. If you don't believe it's got, this

  65. doesn't apply to you, Okay. Can I be clear? We

  66. have to know the foundation first? Right, the Lord of God,

  67. the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord

  68. your God with all your heart, with all your soul

  69. with all your mind and with all your strength. This

  70. is the first commandment, first commandment, okay. And the second

  71. is like is second like it is this. You shall

  72. love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment

  73. greater than this. And some of the accounts, it continues

  74. to say. And all the profits and the law hang

  75. on this, you understand, hang on this. Everything hangs on

  76. these two commandments.

  77. Right.

  78. Some people like to summarize it. They like to say, oh,

  79. love God, love people. You know, sounds very nice, right,

  80. love God, love people, true love, cover of people. And

  81. I'm wanna go deeper a little bit? Can I go

  82. deeper a little bit? You guys today?

  83. Can I give?

  84. Can I go deeper in the world so that we

  85. together can learn and have understanding? Because the one principle

  86. that Excher says, we say, okay, we proclaim, we declare

  87. we do is always give only your best to God.

  88. What does that mean?

  89. Well, it means what it means, always give your best

  90. only to God. That's the title of the message day right.

  91. If you don't remember everything, don't remember homes, don't remember, address,

  92. don't remember. The question we should actually ask ourselves is

  93. this morning when we come to church? Am I giving

  94. my best to God?

  95. Just that? Just that come early, late? Whatever? Am I

  96. giving my best? Is this my best? Or not? Or

  97. is this just enough? Because that itself will help you? Already?

  98. You don't even ask a busus you wanna can? You

  99. can't passes? Even just ask you a question? Now, what

  100. is my best?

  101. Son? Do you know what's my best? He will never know?

  102. No?

  103. Do you know why he will never know? He's not me?

  104. Maybe my best today is five minutes preaching. Sorry, it's

  105. not gonna be five us O wordy, but he won't know.

  106. But if he demands ten for me ten minutes, then

  107. I'll be waiting greet him who knows our best?

  108. Mina?

  109. But I see if my best is ten minutes, but

  110. I only give him five? Am I give him my best?

  111. No? Right? No? Right? So you guys following her, okay, Okay,

  112. don worry. We go by the scripture.

  113. Okay, So Jesus answer him such a profound answer, and

  114. do you know that well? I like the wages answers

  115. because right, he don't just come out with stuff on

  116. his owner. It is based on scripture. Because if you

  117. go to Deutronomy chapter six, Verse four to seven, bringing

  118. your to back through history. This is why I love

  119. scripture cross reference.

  120. Right.

  121. If you tell me by our Bible not real, well

  122. I tell you there's so many reasons why our Bible

  123. is real, why the Word of God is real, Not

  124. just my own experience. No, it is irrefutable historical truth

  125. that Jesus has happened.

  126. Okay, I won't go into that. I might.

  127. I might go on too long, do you trodd me?

  128. Chapter six? I'm gonna read from let's see from verse two. Okay,

  129. I don't know what I've shared here? Have I shared

  130. here before the beginning of wisdom? Sorry? The fear of

  131. the lords I've shared? Okay, great, So then you guys

  132. will follow what I'm trying to share here. Because he

  133. says here that you may fear the Lord, your God,

  134. to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I

  135. command you, you and your son and your grandson. Not

  136. just you, are you and your son and your grandson

  137. all the days of your life, that your days may

  138. be prolonged. Friends, you want to live longer, then you

  139. got to fear God. You don't fear God, you might

  140. not live longer. Not passe I been say Bible s right,

  141. and he says here therefore hear O Israel, and be

  142. careful to observe it, that it may be well with you,

  143. and that you may multify greatly, as the Lord, God

  144. of your father's has promised you a land flowing meal

  145. and honey. Here O Israel, the Lord our God, the

  146. Lord is one. Does it sound familiar? You shall love

  147. the Lord your God with all your heart, with all

  148. your soul, and with all your strength. And these words

  149. which I command you today shall be in your heart.

  150. Can I give you this example? Yeah, I used just now.

  151. So so when you talk about expressions, I talk about

  152. expressions in church, you know the Lord has given us

  153. this truth, okay, this value that in acts we believe

  154. in it right, and we we do it right. We

  155. give got our best right and and and it's kind

  156. of like you know, uh, and this on parents, you

  157. will can't understand. You know, when you have a family,

  158. you have family values, right, you have family values, You

  159. are generous, you are kind, you know. I remember there

  160. was once where my kids they were in they were

  161. in YouTube a little bit too much, and they were

  162. watching something and they started picking up language that was

  163. not so good. You know, swear words, Okay, this is

  164. not the normal borders whatever. You know, it's the quiet

  165. gun as forever and they're using it for fun. And

  166. I had to have a few conversations my son, my

  167. sons to say, you know, and I didn't just go

  168. there and say, oh, you know, don't do this is bad.

  169. You know you're a horrible person. But no, no, I

  170. didn't do that. You know something, we can go there,

  171. we can go to the whole Asian parenting style. Right,

  172. I just wag you and then you don't understand. I

  173. actually had to tell him this, and you see, whether

  174. you catch me or not, I do tell them. I say, son,

  175. I know you're using these words, but we don't do

  176. this here.

  177. You'll catch that. We don't do this here. Do you

  178. see mammy and daddy doing it? No?

  179. Right, then you shouldn't cause you're my son. If you

  180. want to use it, then you're not part of this family. Oh, friends,

  181. before we go, all right? Is that not true? Is

  182. that not true? I'm speaking true far. I'm not threatening.

  183. You know.

  184. If you practice it, then you have disqualified yourself. No,

  185. see it's not me, you know, because you can stop

  186. to I mean of course they are old enough to

  187. understand all these things. Like Okay, they're not like five

  188. year old totally don't get it. But I have to

  189. teach them. I said, son, this is our family value.

  190. We don't do this here. I don't do it, so

  191. you shouldn't. Yeah, your friends might do it. Yeah, you

  192. go to another family, might do it. You do it freely,

  193. then you join your family. Now I can't say that

  194. to my son. Okay, well, but do you know that

  195. in church we are family. I might sound very stronger.

  196. Okay, I can.

  197. I can be a bit stronger in BJ because when

  198. they introduce me, they say I'm like a father to them, right,

  199. So I say, okay, be father, be you. Maybe it's

  200. past Steven, so maybe a grandfather.

  201. I don't know. They will make past Kenneth great grandfather.

  202. I don't know. I don't know. We will see. I

  203. don't want to go into that. But okay, we're all

  204. sons sons, but friends.

  205. Can I say this ex church, ex banda O Tama.

  206. Oh but I'm still new in X. Yeah, by your

  207. power of the church. If you call X banda Tama

  208. your home, your path of family, we love you. Friends,

  209. But there are certain things we practice as a family.

  210. We practice honor here, we practice giving God our best.

  211. Here your catch dad, right, and we encourage again. There's

  212. no judgment now. Okay, you might say, like, oh, you

  213. know you mean dressing.

  214. Yeah, you know.

  215. Dressing is one way where you give got your best.

  216. And I know when I used to always give got

  217. your best to God.

  218. Right.

  219. A lot of people have a lot of contention. Oh,

  220. but I want to wear what I want. But the girl,

  221. the girl, blood the girl, yeah, the girl. No, No,

  222. let's not about girls here, thinking about my wife. Really,

  223. but the church judge you except everyone?

  224. Right?

  225. Friends, Can I share this with you? I dress like

  226. this because I give got my best, because I know

  227. this is my best. If someone comes into this place

  228. and the person is I don't know what, maybe not

  229. poor or whatever, but the person dresses a certain way,

  230. do you know that we will welcome the person with

  231. loving in open arms. There's no judgment now, friends, because

  232. I don't know whether that person is their best. However,

  233. if the person continues to come here and continues to

  234. be part of the family, part of our you know,

  235. then shouldn't there be deciper ship? Shouldn't there be us

  236. trying to understand like, oh, this is your best, great,

  237. keep it up. But hey, why don't I help you?

  238. Or why don't we grow in your best?

  239. You get me? Not? It's a together a thing, you know.

  240. But can we just look at someone and point no, no,

  241. we can't, we can't and there's no judgment here, Desiah.

  242. When we use these examples are a lot of your offenders. Offender,

  243. but friends, can I can I twist it around a

  244. little bit. If you've been coming to our church for

  245. a long time and you call yourself a part of

  246. the church, yeah, I hope I don't offer you guys

  247. on please if you do, I'm saying it, Lofer, so

  248. that we understand this, this value, okay, all of a sudden,

  249. our own geneer of faith.

  250. If you disagreement, it's fine, we still love you.

  251. Don't worry about it. It's not about a dressing. Later

  252. I will go deeper into it. Then you understand where

  253. I'm coming from. Okay, I speaking in love, But I'm

  254. just giving me examples. Right if the person if okay,

  255. if the person someone whoever, mister B or whatever comes

  256. constantly comfortable want to join one to be part of

  257. the church, don't you think that should be submission and

  258. alignment it. No, No, I still want to wear whatever

  259. I want to wear.

  260. Right. If it comes to that point, right, then it's

  261. almost like it's about you already gave me.

  262. It's about you really go deeper into I'm going too far,

  263. decide ready, okay, so hold that thought.

  264. We'll go deep and then we'll come back to you. Okay,

  265. are you guys? Okay? Okay again, you guys.

  266. All look awesome. Can you return to your neighbor and

  267. say you look wonderful? You look wonderful? You guys rest

  268. really well? Okay, I'm not talking about anybody here, okay, yeah,

  269. I'm talking about Puts Stephen anyway.

  270. So, friends, always give your best to God? Right? How

  271. long do I have a bussus? Even? Can I have

  272. an hour? Okay?

  273. Sorry a bit late just now because I was trying

  274. really hard to keep to time and to give a

  275. proper understanding, right, so that you guys will catch something.

  276. You know, always give only your best to God, something

  277. we practice and believe in. Today, I'm going to talk

  278. about the why why give only your best of God?

  279. Okay? Why?

  280. The next time I come, which is two weeks from now,

  281. I pre am your first I'm gonna talk about how. Okay,

  282. I'm talking a little bit about how here and there really,

  283. but I'm gonna talk about how in deeper contexts. Okay,

  284. So look forward for that. Come to church, you know

  285. if you want to continue. If not, I think that's

  286. MTG or whatever. But today we want to talk about

  287. a why why only give your best of God?

  288. Okay?

  289. So Jesus said, remember summary, Let's summarize the whole of

  290. the Bible. If you want to follow anything in the Bible,

  291. we want to, you know, let's summarize everything. Jesus said,

  292. love the Lord your God with all your heart, your soul,

  293. and your mind. That's the summary. Let's go deeper. Can

  294. we go deeper? It's a heart matter, don't you agree?

  295. That's why he starts with the heart. He didn't start

  296. with the break. No, he starts with the heart, soul, mind,

  297. and strangler. Okay, action. It's a heart matter. It is

  298. not a law matter. Yes, the perception in his commandment,

  299. but it's a heart matter. It has always been a

  300. heart matter when Jesus shares it. Why do I say

  301. it and not law? Because Jesus explains it really well

  302. in this scripture Matthew chapter five, verse twenty one to

  303. thirty Okay, you can go back read it. I'm not

  304. gonna go and try everything because he shares about murder

  305. and adultery.

  306. Well, we're ghanasa, I know we got kids here. Kids.

  307. If you know what the meaning of the doultry is,

  308. going to ask your parents. Kay, I'm not gonna explain.

  309. Matthew Chapter five, verse twenty one to twenty two says,

  310. you have heard that it was said to those of all. Okay,

  311. so Jesus is foreshadowing what the time commments you shall

  312. not murder.

  313. Okay, let me ask you a question. How many you

  314. agree that you shall not murder? Agree?

  315. Everybody agree? Okay, I only see one. To the rest

  316. of you don't agree? Right, those step put our hand.

  317. You don't agree, you mean it's okay to murder?

  318. No?

  319. No, then then put up your hand now, friends, Hello, Hello,

  320. put out your hand. Yeah yeah, yeah, okay, I mean

  321. unless you're in jured, then then don't don't. Okay, let's

  322. make it interactive. I don't know which shure you have

  323. come from, but with me, you'll be interactive. Okay, you guys, okay,

  324. we all agree, right, it's very obvious.

  325. Right, we all agree you shall not murder, and whoever

  326. murders will be in danger of judgment.

  327. Correct or not? You kill someone, you will go to jail. Worse,

  328. you know, you get death penaltya exrectly all of us,

  329. not that we teach our kids. Oh, don't kill any anyone, okay, right,

  330. but Jesus goes deeper, Jesus too much.

  331. Lah.

  332. But I say to you that whoever is angry with

  333. his brother without a cause shall be in danger of judgment. Okay,

  334. let me ask you a question. I've got two brothers.

  335. How many of you got brothers, brothers, sisters? No brother's

  336. got sister or not?

  337. God? Sisters? Okay, no brother, no sister? Maybe only child?

  338. You got parents or not? Okay? Maybe you don't know

  339. your parents, got friends or not? God?

  340. Okay, have you been angry at them before? Of course

  341. you say without course out something. You're like, no, there's

  342. a cause, and then when you tell someone about the cost,

  343. you be like angrier. We have been angry before, right,

  344. we have been angry before?

  345. Right? Mean?

  346. Or so, whoever is angry shall be in danger of judgment.

  347. Let's read further judgment or what and whoever says to

  348. his brother raca. I went and did research on what

  349. raca means. You know what it means. It means empty head?

  350. Is it insult? Okay?

  351. If you don't know, but isn't empty head good the

  352. person's then I don't know, okay, and shall be in

  353. danger of the council. But whoever says you fool, shall

  354. be in danger. I tell you, it escalates really fast.

  355. Shall be in danger of hell fire. Are you still

  356. angry at your brother?

  357. Why?

  358. It is a hot issue. It is not a low issue.

  359. It is a heart issue. Let's let's go to the

  360. next time. Okay, then we go. Deperby Matthew five nine says,

  361. you have heard that it was said to those of

  362. all you shall not commit the doubtory. But I say

  363. to you that whoever looks at woman to last for

  364. her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Friends,

  365. I'm a guy, Okay, to all the guys that are here,

  366. how hard is this commandment to keep honestly? Don't lift

  367. up your hands.

  368. It goes on.

  369. If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it

  370. out and cast it from you, for it more profitable

  371. for you that one of your members perish than for

  372. your whole body to be in casting there. Okay, let

  373. me speak to guyser girls, I don't know. You can

  374. interpret how you want, but let me just speak to guys.

  375. If you're living your life, and whether you're single, you're married,

  376. or whatever, if you come to a place a plaza,

  377. you've come to a plaza where you are going to

  378. think or at least in a dangerous place to want

  379. to commit adultery, run as fast as possible away from

  380. that situation. That's what the Bible is saying. If your

  381. eye seeing Gauga and tro that's how Qua Chung is.

  382. No life. It's okay, we're just friends. It's a situation. Ship.

  383. But he's such a nice guy. Nothing one ma right,

  384. she's such a nice girl. No, but il really married?

  385. Really is? Okay? My wife knows friends? By way?

  386. Clear why it is not a low issue, you know,

  387. it's a lot issue. Law means you have to commit

  388. the law of us. It is a hert issue. Let

  389. me go deeper a little bit now there, you follow me.

  390. He's very graphic, yes, Jesus, very graphic. Okay, here not graphic.

  391. We all like cannot get it. It's very graphic. But

  392. Jesus had a good point, because it starts with our heart,

  393. and then it consumes our soul, and then all our

  394. decisions are guided by what we think.

  395. Isn't that true? It starts with a heart first, Hey,

  396. doesn't start.

  397. With oh I see paste? Omen you don't start that everyone.

  398. Maybe it starts with why he like that? Why cannot

  399. he calm the other side? Why must we this side?

  400. Why heat slowly?

  401. And then it's hot? Hot issue? Ma? But I can

  402. still last shake hand. You know, I'm just. I'm just.

  403. I love you and gives you an example. We work

  404. very well together. He might think like that about me again.

  405. You know, it's a hot issue. After a while, he

  406. consumes your soul. After a while, your mind thinks that away.

  407. Every living being of your body goes to that action,

  408. whether you realize it or not, whether you notice it

  409. or not. This is why Jesus said, love the Lord

  410. your God with all your heart first, because if you

  411. love God, a lot of these things you won't do.

  412. Do you know that if you love God, all these

  413. things you won't do, you know, right? And and that's

  414. the thing about human beings. We look at the external.

  415. We always look at the external or dress well or

  416. very external, but we all don't know what's happening in Simon.

  417. That's the reality. We don't know.

  418. I mean, to a certain extent, you kind of roughly

  419. can guess. Lah, But in reality you may not fully know.

  420. But we got to remember that God looks at it,

  421. that the internal.

  422. Right.

  423. But can I give you this other perspective that you

  424. know something I've learned and something you might also realize.

  425. Okay, because you can see what is in a man's

  426. heart with his track record.

  427. So first impressions we had to tell, very hard to tell,

  428. but if you hang out with someone long enough, you

  429. kind of roughly can guess what's in a person's heart

  430. or who is in a person's heart. Got all young

  431. people here, a lot of a single people here. I

  432. know roughly you kind of know. Okay, oh sling, where

  433. do you get it from?

  434. Well? Scripture share, let's read Matthew chapter seven, verse fifteen

  435. to twenty. And another thing. Why I love scripture because

  436. there's the answers to everything. Amen. So Matthew chapter seven,

  437. verse fifteen to twenty. So what does it say?

  438. He says here, beware of false prophets who come to

  439. you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are revenous wolves. Okay,

  440. look very nice, happy, You know, can check and look

  441. dress well by actually orus the injurious person. You will

  442. know them by their fruits.

  443. Huh?

  444. Do men gether grapes from thorn bushes or fixed from distels?

  445. Even so, every good tree best good fruit, but a

  446. bad tree best bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear

  447. bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit,

  448. I said, thank tister. Every tree that does not bad

  449. good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore,

  450. by their fruits you will know them, isn't it true?

  451. For those of you here who manage people, lead people,

  452. lead groups, you will know After a while, you will

  453. know what is in a person's heart. But it takes

  454. a while first time. You don't know when after a

  455. while do you know that after a while, if you

  456. are not self aware, you will also roughly know us

  457. on your heart because you will go down a certain pathway.

  458. This is why it's a heart issue, not lot issue

  459. in church. Let me go back to the dressing situation

  460. that I share just now. It is not a law

  461. in X wear what you want to wear, do you

  462. know what. We encourage dress your best record. I give

  463. you this top process. If I can dress up for

  464. my boss for work, why can't I dress up for

  465. my God in church?

  466. Why must it be dressed down? Okay?

  467. If again, if if I get an invitation to the

  468. Argon or the Thunstree or the yb or whatever, and

  469. I would you know, but why on Sunday?

  470. Why?

  471. I just give you examples in the are Okay, don't trasa, please,

  472. we love you, We still love you, Okay, but I'm

  473. just I'm teaching right. Uh maybe dressing, I think it's fine.

  474. It's okay, don't worry about it. But any other area

  475. of your life we give got our best amen, and

  476. it's worth it one, it's worth it. I just share

  477. you how or why we should for the hard part?

  478. Can we go deeper? Let's talk about soul? I guys, okay,

  479. I'm doing really good with time or m pja. I

  480. do use a bit more time to explain you guys. Okay, okay, okay, good,

  481. give me a tombs up here. Everybody comes up. Okay, great,

  482. So what is a soul? Let's go into a solar

  483. And I'm not a Bible scholar you know, you have

  484. to ask Spot the man to do it.

  485. Okay.

  486. All I can do is go to concordence and look

  487. what so means. And this is why I found out

  488. it is pronounced sou ke, not so souk.

  489. Okay.

  490. But the any of you here study psychology, clinical psychologists

  491. into mental health, do whatever?

  492. Okay, never mind, you.

  493. Would like to know that the word is derived from

  494. the word psyche because the spelling is p s y

  495. c e psyche psychology And the use of the word

  496. soul in the Bible. Just to study a little bit

  497. about soul and what do so mean? And the Bible

  498. usage of the words. And Mama talks about breath. Huh,

  499. the breath of life carry deeper the vital force which

  500. animates the body and shows itself in breeding soul.

  501. Where do we hear about breath? Friends? Where where do

  502. we hear about breath in the Bible? Genesis? Genesis?

  503. Where when God breathed into Uskay, I'm gonna stop here

  504. a little bit and explain something to you which I've

  505. come to realize about us, and I believe as believers,

  506. I'm gonna take forgot most of you hear I believers?

  507. If you are Christian, and you believe in the Bible,

  508. and you believe in the God of the Bible, and

  509. you believe, you believer, you believe that everything in the

  510. Bible is true, all the way from Genesis until now.

  511. Everything that I'm sharing for you right now will make

  512. sense to you because you will understand the truth, and

  513. the truth will set you free.

  514. And the truth, however, if you don't fully believe in

  515. the Bible.

  516. In the Bible is the beginning of the Bibles or

  517. storytail or. Now you know what the scientists say and

  518. not a big bang and all that kind of stuff.

  519. Do you know that you believe in that? Do you

  520. know that that is all also a fairy tale? They

  521. cannot prove it. They cannot prove it. It is just

  522. an explanation. The athiests came about because Christian's got an

  523. explanation of how creation came. But they don't have so

  524. they have to create something. Okay, you can go and

  525. research it. Okay, I've been doing a bit of reading. Right,

  526. I may not get fully right, but that's why I've discovered.

  527. But the other thing that I've discovered, which is really refreshing,

  528. is that you fully believe in what the Bible says

  529. everything that I'm sharing with right now about breath, about psyche,

  530. about life, about why we should love God, you will

  531. come and give you life, and say, oh wow, I

  532. never saw it that way before. Okay, that's the wonderful

  533. thing about a Bible. And I'll go deeper again. I

  534. see I'm kind of getting it here myself, because this

  535. talks about a renewed mind. Where do you see that, Romans,

  536. we'll read it little, okay. So it talks about breath, life,

  537. that in which there is life.

  538. The soul.

  539. The soul is also the seed of feelings, desires, affections, aversions,

  540. Aurgnans means, oh, let's.

  541. Not do that. Okay.

  542. It's the seed, the soul, the human soul, in so

  543. far as it is constituted that by the right use

  544. of the aids offered it by God, it can attain

  545. its highest end and secure eternal blessedness.

  546. A lot of big words.

  547. By your catch it, God gave you your soul, and

  548. with your soul you can receive blessing from the Lord,

  549. eternal blessedness. Okay, Peace, joy, love. The soul regarded as

  550. a moral being designed for everlasting life. I'm gonna pause

  551. it again and tell you and share this with you.

  552. I also learned a little bit. Remember I mentioned just

  553. now that if we are believers and we fully believe

  554. what the Bibles say from Genesis or Revelation, whatever that

  555. we are sharing is true to us. Do you know

  556. that when you believe in this, you also believe that

  557. there is a God that is a moral being that

  558. determines what is right from wrong. That is called objective morality.

  559. That means whether I know or not, or whether I

  560. realize or not, that is a right from wrong that

  561. is constituted in the Word of God and in life itself.

  562. That means if I do wrong, whether I know it

  563. or not, I will have to suffer the consequences. The

  564. world teaches you subjective morality. What does it mean a Pavian?

  565. I decide why it's right or wrong. I think this

  566. is right. I do this, I think this is wrong.

  567. I do that There is subjective morality. You are not

  568. under any authority. That's what the world do.

  569. I feel.

  570. This is it.

  571. So I do this and this is correct because I

  572. feel that's what the world teaches. What we believe here

  573. is different. Now you have to draw that line the

  574. Bible draws a line very clear, and all of sudden

  575. you set around. You're not sure because we need accepting, yes,

  576. accepting to people because we love them. But we need

  577. to remember that there is truth that we have to

  578. speak in our situation. Right, and if we don't believe

  579. you don't it's fine. No, at the end of the day,

  580. when I say, it's fine, meaning it doesn't affect me much, right,

  581. what you think in I'm just trying to teach, trying

  582. to help us understand that in this world that we

  583. live today, everything is subjective and that's very dangerous.

  584. Everything is subjective. Why is it wrong? Don't know? Of

  585. course it's strong. Don't know why we have to know? Why?

  586. I know because God, the one that is all powerful,

  587. all knowing, all creator, already said the law already. That's

  588. that Jesus came to say, I come to fulfill the law.

  589. He didn't come to go against God's law. No, he said,

  590. I come to fulfill the law. But he gave us

  591. a redemption plan because true Christ, we are we are

  592. not subjected by the law. Okay, that's another thing altogether,

  593. you guys, Okay, okay, Why is this point important? Because

  594. if you believe in the Bible, and you believe in God,

  595. and so far you're following everything I say. Then this statement,

  596. now you will be able to understand because only God

  597. can save your soul. Your works cannot save your soul.

  598. The world cannot save your soul. Only God can save

  599. your soul. Let me give you another reason why only

  600. God can save your soul. Since now you understand that

  601. soul is breath because God gave your soul. God gave

  602. your soul. That's not only He can save you cannot

  603. save yourself. You didn't create your own soul. That's the

  604. truth in the Bible. I'm just speaking truth. Sam one

  605. seven nine. It says for he satisfies the longing soul

  606. and feels the hungry soul with goodness. I give you

  607. this other example for those of you who are believers. Oh,

  608. I don't understand why I lie. You know, I feel

  609. so anxious and so.

  610. Stress.

  611. But then the moment I listened to worship music, the

  612. moment I remember the testimony that God. The moment I pray,

  613. and then I feel this warmth. I feel at peace.

  614. The scripture asmaze it. God satisfies the longing soul. He

  615. feels the hungry soul with goodness. Why only Christians can

  616. be so good? Why only Christians are so I don't

  617. understand why they're so generous? Why do they keep to

  618. a higher moral standard. I don't understand why. Because God

  619. feels your hungry soul as believers with goodness, and out

  620. of the goodness, you got no choice but to let

  621. it go with no expectation. You're catching the scripture quite cool?

  622. Right?

  623. QUI coolright? When criture, I'm like, whoa, this is cool.

  624. Psalms nineteen seven says the law of the Lord is

  625. perfect perfect. I thought about law, right moral. God's moral

  626. is perfect. It converts the soul, converting the soul. The

  627. testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

  628. It's all from God, friends, God's bluepriin of our redemption plan.

  629. Okay, you guys understand my soul is right? Okay, I

  630. hope you do that. Okay.

  631. You see how when you believe, That's how I say,

  632. when you believe in in the Bible, everything flows on.

  633. But when you one, when one thing, a bit of

  634. our I cannot accept it. Then that's why we begin

  635. to confusion. That's why we try and introduce concept. That's

  636. where we go and seek for Bend's wisdom. Friends, I'm

  637. just quoting everything from Bible. No, none of these are

  638. past elving going come out my own concept. I'm just

  639. laying it all and if you accept and you believe,

  640. then you'll be all accepta. That's how Jesus say, he

  641. who has letting me hear well, I tell you, the

  642. more I read, the more like this all makes sense.

  643. It's very interesting. Okay, let me, let me, let me,

  644. let me get through this, Let me get to this.

  645. God's blueprain of our redemption plan has always been to

  646. be safe ourselves.

  647. Do you know what.

  648. Save his brooprine has always been. That is to save

  649. our souls. It is to save us. Jesus say, what

  650. is he Saving's saving our souls? Okay, not our status,

  651. not our belongings, not our material wealth. You know it's

  652. very hard peeled to swallow. No, because right now I'm

  653. renovating my house. I'm spending a lot of money. I'm

  654. looking at my house. I'm like, this is temporal. Once

  655. I dire, none of these methods anymore.

  656. Which is true, the bitter truth. I'm working so hard

  657. on renovations down a stress you know, then they have

  658. to arrange.

  659. Then Monday suddenly have to arrange someone to come because

  660. I'm going to be at the retreat. And I'm like, oh,

  661. you know, oh so much? Why do I do this

  662. to myself? Couse, go ask me to do it. That's

  663. the only okay. But it is temporal. Jesus didn't come

  664. here to save our status. He didn't come here to

  665. save our ambition. He didn't come here to save our

  666. all the temporal things on this earth. Because once you die,

  667. the reality is, once you die and you go all

  668. these things with meth anymore, you do your hurt, your bitterness,

  669. your anger. I remember sharing this with someone. I said, God,

  670. person so stressed out, Oh my boss is this?

  671. My boss is dead. I do this, you know, very hard,

  672. very hard.

  673. And I look at the person I say, do you

  674. know I want to quit your job? All these things

  675. thought anymore.

  676. True?

  677. Once you quit your it's just job. Family cannot quit now.

  678. So if you've got family stressed and too bad friends, right,

  679. But job is that that once you quit, it doesn't

  680. matter anymore. You're not part of the company anymore. You

  681. can go and oh, let's talk about the latest gossip.

  682. But it doesn't doesn't have nothing to do with you anymore. Right,

  683. same like in the earth. We got to remember, friends,

  684. our souls are eternal while everything else is temporary. It's hard,

  685. it's hard, I know, it's hard to catch. That's why

  686. that's the focus. This earth is just a probation period.

  687. It a testing ground, a race we need to finish.

  688. We gotta understand that first. Oh but I like that

  689. is meaningless. No, no, it's not meaningless. Still do your best. Still,

  690. always give your best to God because God has a

  691. plan for you. God has a purpose for you. But

  692. you got to remember that it's temporal. Don't put so

  693. much hope in in things that you know. I think

  694. the encouragement I have with that thought process is when

  695. you do something and you're going to put your entire

  696. life and energy on it. Now think about whether it's

  697. an eternal thing or temporal thing. Parents, Can I talk

  698. to you for a moment? Your children, right that you

  699. help to nurture. You are investing not in the temporal only,

  700. you're investing in the eternal. Right. Remember I shared a

  701. little bit about because I know that a lot of parents,

  702. so I will share it this here.

  703. I can't miss it. Just now.

  704. Remember I share about the culture. Family culture. Uh, you

  705. set the tone of your family culture. Think about it.

  706. Which one is more effective?

  707. You tell them or you practice? You know this answer.

  708. Your children will pick up from you and what you

  709. find important and what you don't find important, they will

  710. not become. You can preach all you want, send them

  711. to Sunday school all you want, do all you want,

  712. but if the parents don't practice, it's not gonna happen. Recently,

  713. my son, uh, suddenly, out of the blue, my eldest son,

  714. don't know why, they didn't want to drink coke water,

  715. started eating healthy.

  716. I'm thinking, what's happening? Man?

  717. You know, boy, you want to have McDonald's. Yeah, yeah,

  718. by bring my own. I don't want to have goodamn,

  719. Like huh. I've never limited them. I have never asked

  720. my wife. I say, something happened it why suddenly?

  721. Like so Nina?

  722. Then you look at me very nicious. She's like, no, man,

  723. because you are Healthyma, Like huh. Really, I've never pressured

  724. my son to do anything.

  725. You know, neither have I.

  726. Okay, you know guys, now, since I'm in a friends

  727. I need to conference here. Okay, something very hurtful. No,

  728. I'm not hurtfuller you know. M BJ it introduced me

  729. as a gym not ready. Oh no, that's so bad.

  730. I didn't have like a family meeting and say, okay, guys,

  731. you know what from now unwords, we all be healthy.

  732. I didn't do that. I didn't do that. I just

  733. did what I think I need to do. But my

  734. son's picking it up. We don't know the power of

  735. our actions.

  736. So my encouragement to you is, see, I'm not I'm

  737. not here to judge your parents because I'm a soon

  738. not perfect. I'm here to encourage you. Whatever you want

  739. your child to pick up, you have to do it first.

  740. If you don't do it first, it's gonna be very difficult.

  741. That is the truth of the matter, you know.

  742. And it's not easy.

  743. Okay, I guys, okay, my last point a renewed mind.

  744. See hart. So so let's say, okay, pa sa wa,

  745. I get it.

  746. It's hard. It's hard issue. Okay. I love God it

  747. all my heart. Yes, fine, that's that's good. Clear. Okay. Now,

  748. my soul, I know God is objective. God, my soul

  749. is made from him. I get it.

  750. I get this concept. What happens now. Well, Roman child

  751. to want to Roman Child wanted to say this. I

  752. beseech you there, for brethren, by the mercies of God,

  753. that you present your bodies a living sacrifice wholly acceptable

  754. to God, which is your reasonable service. Okay, reasonable service right?

  755. And do not be conformed to this world, but be

  756. transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may

  757. prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will

  758. of God. There is a renewing of mind that happens. Okay,

  759. ask some of you some questions. Ah, you don't have

  760. to answer them to live your hand, but you just

  761. reflect on yourself. Have you in the past one year

  762. and xbu grown in your faith? Not grown your friendship

  763. and growing your faith? Only you can answer that question

  764. if you have, if your faith has grown, to trust

  765. God more?

  766. If you're not.

  767. I'm not saying more committed to church or no, because

  768. naturally and when you trust, go more. I think you're

  769. more committed to church.

  770. Naturally. I think that will happen because action. No. But

  771. have you grown or not?

  772. If you have, it is a renewing of mine. It

  773. is by no work of human beings. O say yeah,

  774. my leader is so into me and all. But it's

  775. by the Holy Spirit and the renewing of your mind.

  776. As a believer, Oh of us need to grow in

  777. our faith on if we are the same from five

  778. years to go an hour? Something is stuck ready and

  779. we got to find why. It's the thing that we

  780. need to unstart. Have we been listening too much to outside?

  781. Have we have an issue that we have a problem

  782. with church or the people in church? We gotta deal

  783. with it, right, Because what do you say? You know

  784. you're committed in your heart ready, So get all these

  785. things clear. A lot of times you look at external

  786. remember by say, it's always a matter of the heart, right.

  787. But when the heart is in the right place, when

  788. the understanding is in the right place, I know who

  789. to go to, my God, then there will be a

  790. renewer of mine.

  791. Right.

  792. And let me share with you a little bit what

  793. the remnew of mine does to you as a believer.

  794. Our minds need to be transformed and renewed if we

  795. want to follow God's will and experience God in this life.

  796. That's the reality. It has to grow. If God and

  797. the Bible always say, can God heals? God will provide

  798. for you, Okay, I'm sharing all the nice staffer. Okay,

  799. he will make you the heir and not the tail.

  800. Right if God and the Bible always say can, but

  801. we and our minds always say cannot. God, How can

  802. you say you will make me the head and not

  803. the tail when I've been working in this company and

  804. I've been suffering at this boss for the past three

  805. months that you asked me to be here.

  806. Cannot it will not happen. I will make you the

  807. heir and not the tail. You see the contradictory. It's tough.

  808. No, I say it's tough because I also I have

  809. those that lot We've got pray for this person. He

  810. will get here in God's timing. You know, in gost timing.

  811. They're Noah in the Bible I read now when you

  812. pray in God's timing. No, no, I mean you can

  813. refuse me now, but I think this is something that

  814. Christians put there on. I have changed my stance when

  815. it comes to prayer for a healing. I'll just pray

  816. and believe. Of course, if it happens, saying God, we

  817. have I'm not the one healing the person, why, but

  818. I will believe that's so. It happened to day la.

  819. God didn't ask me to pray and say in his timing,

  820. God just say prayer and it will happen.

  821. So I do it. I obey.

  822. See how they renew of mine? But see how crazy

  823. I look like a crazy person? Who am I listening to?

  824. God? Or people? Who do I want to please? God?

  825. Or people?

  826. We've got to decide, you know. If God and the

  827. Bible always say can, but we in our minds always

  828. say cannot. Who do you think will win?

  829. Eventually? Think about it? No, God will win.

  830. Now he will twist my arm. No, God will never

  831. twist your arm. God will never teak your arm when

  832. there's a when you don't believe. That's why when God said, hey, Gyrus,

  833. believe she's dead already? Why you, brother, Jesus, I let

  834. him go. He die ready? When she was, you know, sick,

  835. God still got a chance now dead really no chance? Ready, Jesus, Gyrous, come, come,

  836. let's go. Lord help me with my unbelief. Do you

  837. know Jesus cleared the room with all the unbelievers. Everybody

  838. go out except for the Father, I mean, and some

  839. of my disciples.

  840. And then she was killed.

  841. Cannot Lord? But when the Bible says can who do

  842. you believe? There has to be a renew of mine?

  843. This is where faith comes in France. Where does faith

  844. come in here?

  845. All? Here? What does he mean?

  846. I Trustola? It doesn't make sense. I trust Cola. It

  847. totally don't make sense. But God said, go igola.

  848. Faith.

  849. It is not in faith and bordle faith. Guys, you

  850. think what all of us cannot think? I mean I

  851. cannot think. Hey, hello, I passed Elvina by God. You

  852. know I do reading or no.

  853. Right something?

  854. People say, Oh, no, yealla, you'all follow faith for me?

  855. You do not think, friends, I struggle with the Lord

  856. every time you give me a commandment. No, I reason

  857. with him, but he will win it. Yeah, of the day,

  858. because ok, you win all lot, you win now. But

  859. this is where faith comes in our faith or trust

  860. to believe in God. That is my encouragement for all

  861. of us.

  862. Yeah. I may not have all the answers.

  863. But if you give God your best, and if we

  864. say go, you ask how high you are having faith

  865. in Him? And then you'll see things happen in your life.

  866. Hebrews eleven. One to say, is now faith is a

  867. substance of things, hope for the existence of things not seen,

  868. for by it, the elders obtain a good testimony. By faith,

  869. we understand that the world's were framed by the world

  870. of God, so that the things we are seeing were

  871. not made of things which are visible. It is still

  872. by faith believing in the Bible. It is still by faith.

  873. I have to believe that everything is true. I cannot

  874. cherry pick according to my needs and ones. If I

  875. do that, I will have confusion. But if I fully

  876. believe in everything the Bible says, then I will accept

  877. it fully. But some things don't make sense to me

  878. because I'm a natural human being. And he says in

  879. Hebrews eleven six, but without faith, it is impossible to

  880. please him. For he who comes to God must believe

  881. that He is, and that He is a reward of

  882. those who diligiently sick him. It is a promise that

  883. if you diligiently seek the Lord and you have faith

  884. with him, he will reward you. Not according to what

  885. you think. Lord, give me that million dollars, Please give

  886. me that Lamborghini. Lord, please give me that girl's handing.

  887. Not what you think, but he was serious. What you

  888. but you got a diligionly sick king. You got a

  889. diligion and sick king. It is something that the normal

  890. human mind cannot comprehend in totality. You can't trust me.

  891. Don't make sense right, because especially when we are faced

  892. with impossible situations in our life, it is tough.

  893. You know, when you've got impossible situation, I don't understan and.

  894. Only if you yes down the road, knew like, oh

  895. now I understand right coming your head that cat, that's

  896. the when you I don't understand why you're doing this?

  897. After Oh now I get it. You know how you

  898. wish it will be faster than now? You get it? Right?

  899. Let me share you some impossible situations in my life. Right,

  900. I have no money to get married. I want to

  901. get married. I got no money right last time, younger,

  902. more foolish, can believe God for anything one right?

  903. So got the girl ready? Want to get married? Right?

  904. And I was quite bad. Okay, it was that period.

  905. And I remember talking to Ken and I said baster

  906. He asked me, and so how when I said pasta,

  907. I feel we didn't a manna, we didn't a month?

  908. I think I will pop the question. Friends, I got

  909. no ring, Ana, I got no money to buy the ring?

  910. More important now no savings? Why full time worker? Maa right,

  911. gave everything up for the lot, maan, but so confident,

  912. I think one moment I will.

  913. No. Really, I got the piece and I so bad.

  914. I tell you it's so bad.

  915. I though my wife the time girlfriend, Now she got

  916. we got talk about you're like, oh five shears from

  917. now just to throw off later my father, she's really sad.

  918. Why are you're not serious about it? So tell what happened,

  919. I said, one man.

  920. So happened? I got freelance job. No no, sorry.

  921. Before the freelance job, I went to look for ring first.

  922. How many you dare do this? Go look for ring first?

  923. Or no money in the bang on? Go look look look,

  924. look can look my look it's free my right now

  925. I found something that she'll like. Right, Okay, it is

  926. not five digit guys, but it's also not three digits.

  927. You goa figure ou how much it costs? Kay? No money? Okay?

  928. One week later, prayler, what to do? Pray? Ma don't

  929. make sense? My prayer? Prayer, pray pay.

  930. One week later I got freelance job. The money exactly

  931. how much the ring costs. I finished the freelance job

  932. in two weeks. I got the money. I went bought

  933. the ring that pop the question one testimoney impossible situation

  934. got me possible, seen a lot right, second story, I

  935. can tell you right, not just that provided the ringer.

  936. I got married.

  937. Also, no money one week before I tell you what

  938. business deals are like that. Now it's foolish, right if

  939. you're doing an actual business, is really dumb. Right, one

  940. week before the marriage and again I'm not the super

  941. lavish or whatever, we had about like a twenty thousand

  942. dollars budget for our wedding.

  943. Okay, I'd be honest with you. I'd be like, huh,

  944. I can't get married.

  945. I give you Okay for those that are planning to

  946. get married or goglefriend, let me tell you something that

  947. passes and shared me. That was a real encouragement to me.

  948. Even poor people can get married. Let that minister to you. Okay,

  949. she told me.

  950. Yo.

  951. So one week before ten thousand deficits, pray la pray

  952. was I worried.

  953. I was very worried.

  954. I thought my then wife and I have men, know,

  955. have to like you know, show like you're tougher don't worry, dere,

  956. I woke hard.

  957. You know, I'll sell my car all these things. Okay,

  958. on the day of my.

  959. On the day of the wedding night, when my best

  960. man ko my actually the kanong see, I had the deficit,

  961. but I was quite confident that we can cover the dinner.

  962. So the deficit was above and beyond the dinner. So

  963. I was more concerned that day. The means I really

  964. knew that the definity over there, So I said, hawa.

  965. Then he told me, oh, don't worry the dinner cover

  966. praisecott about God excess, huh how much? Basically we started

  967. our marriage with twenty thousand dollars extra. We started our

  968. marriage guys, all bills fully paid. Who who can tell

  969. me it's not God? I will tell you it's God. Right,

  970. Let me tell you, and I don't you want to

  971. hear TESTI monies impossible situations. God, the wonderful God that

  972. has all power in the world, gifting me with a

  973. child that is on the spectrum.

  974. You know what I mean?

  975. Is right child at autism? Yeah, impossible situation. I can testify.

  976. Now he's going to a normal school, he's socializing with

  977. his friends, he's one of the kindest and most thoughtful

  978. person you ever meet. For those of you who know him,

  979. you know, next next year and do a little bit

  980. of a plug for the youth camp. Me and my

  981. wife were because he's going to puber theatery there with

  982. curious seeing something you know, you.

  983. Know, a big mum moody. Don't see the mummy.

  984. You know, all these things are right this morning she

  985. she felt it, and I say, I think it's time

  986. we maybe we send him to extens you know, and

  987. go for camp next year.

  988. I was like, oh, go for camp.

  989. Then maybe I can go because the pastor man, I

  990. can go and just watch out, you know, whether he

  991. can socialize.

  992. But we're planning things like this. Whoo.

  993. If you are if you understand specialists right, you will

  994. know that these are things that are like not very common.

  995. I can only tell you it's by God's grace, right

  996. I might have shared something might know My mom, my

  997. late mom already God bless her soul. She was stuck

  998. in Brisbane hospital. She didn't intend to be there for

  999. a month, racking up a bill. I can buy houses

  1000. a with a bill. Yeah, that's how I expressed it

1001. was right. No insurance stuck there emergency lending long story Aline, Okay, right,

1002. God brought her home to Malaysia in his timing. God

1003. paid the hospital bill. I don't owe Australia anything. Impossible situation.

1004. Let me tell you what that's happening right now. I'm

1005. in the midst of my renovations and I'm moving forward

1006. right still praying for provision. I don't have all the

1007. money here, can I be honest? But God ready and

  1008. he's still a water faith.

1009. Okay. So if the Lord challenges your heart, you know

  1010. to get king. Okay.

1011. No, I'm not sharing this to you. I'm just showing

1012. you to share. But I have confidence because God has

1013. shown me to start. He has shown me to start.

1014. He provided it, Honey, he said this is a male

  1015. I didn't expect it. I'm like, okay, I'm just obeying.

1016. I'm just obeying, not just that supposed to do do permit.

1017. I don't have shared here before. You will have cost

1018. me seventeen thousand according to the court. Right manage to

1019. find a way to do it under I only spend

1020. one for ak That's a big desemoney. You know right,

1021. God provides. I'm seeing that journey.

1022. Why am I sharing with you all this.

1023. For those of us who walk in faith in the Lord,

1024. we understand this is that true? We understand this second

1025. contingitiums five sixty seven says, for we are always confident

1026. knowing that while we're at home in the body, we

1027. are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith

1028. and not by sight. We are confident. Yes, well, please,

1029. rather to be absent from the body and to be

1030. present with the Lord. So, friends, it is worth giving

1031. God our best. I do it every day, and when

1032. there are days I don't do it and I say, sorry, Lord,

1033. I messed up. You know, we fail. Okay, but it's okay.

1034. But that's the desire. I want to give got my best.

1035. I want to love you all my heart because he

1036. saved me a lot of heartache. He saved me a

1037. lot of stress. Right, and in situations that is impossible,

1038. he provides. And do you know that this journey that

1039. we want is not a journey. The Word alone we

1040. have and we need Jesus in our lives.

1041. Amen, it is not a journey. I'm sharing all this thing?

  1042. Is that? Okay?

1043. Now, a guys, it's up to you. No, no, no,

1044. The wonderful thing that you say. Hey, Jesus, you're in

1045. my life, Holy Spirit, you're here.

1046. Guide me. I want to give you my best Teach me.

1047. How lead me? How is there anything in my heart

1048. that you need to deal with? Deal with it. I

1049. surrender my heart to you.

  1050. And it's not law. I remember I say, it's not law.

1051. There's no law here. The law is in the Bible.

1052. But Jesus came, He came and fulfilled the law. Ready,

1053. whatever we express in church, there's no law here. We

1054. love everybody to accept everybody. How you dress, it doesn't matter,

1055. but your heart matters. That is a decision you have

1056. to make, and that is an encouragement. You want to

1057. encourage you. So when you are challenged by your home leader,

1058. you're challenged by a leader, no where it's coming from.

1059. You're not just trying to keep a law and make

1060. sure everybody looks the same. No, if you live by data, Oh,

1061. I say it, and you answer, if you have if

1062. you come into this place, in this church or any

1063. church for that matter, and you have been living under

1064. law yourself, meaning you put yourself on the law, that's

  1065. why you're unhappy. That's why you're unhappy because you're trying

1066. to fulfil a lot. It cannot fulfill. But if you

1067. do it because you love the lot. Wow, guys, that's

1068. a different ball game. Man, that's a different ball game.

1069. You're gonna ask questions how much can I do? But

1070. to see what else can I do? On because you're

1071. doing you love the love You're okay. I need to

1072. I need to look like a Christian. I need to friends.

1073. Don't live like that. It is so suffering live like that.

1074. But you put yourself on the law phone. That's great city.

1075. Jesus come and save ready, you don't have to live

1076. like that. We have made writers in him. You know this,

1077. this this this concept. We don't work for our faith.

1078. We don't do good works because of We do good

1079. works because we already say. We don't do good works

1080. because we need to be say no, you can't save yourself.

1081. We do good works because we already say.

1082. Hebrews twelve one two says, therefore we also, since we

1083. are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, who

1084. are the witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and

1085. the scene we're so easily as nances.

1086. Let us run with endurance the race that was set beforeus.

1087. Who are witnesses here? Who? Oh, Abraham, Isaac Jacob.

1088. Yeah, but let me give you some other names Bassas, Stephen, Sharon, Josiah,

1089. Eric Wesley, different names here, Josephine ja. I don't know whoever,

1090. these are people who are witnesses. We're doing this together, friends,

1091. people have paid the price passa Kenneth. If it's not

1092. he didn't do his thing. We want to be you're

1093. having this. Look around you, there's so many people encouraging

1094. each other to say, let's live for God, Let's give

1095. him our best, Let's do our best, looking into Jesus,

1096. the autorn and finish of our faith, who for the

1097. joy that was set before him and the cross, despising

1098. the shame, and sat down in the right hand.

  1099. Of the triumph car.

1100. Friends, today, my encouragement, I hope, I hope we've catched

1101. the wie. I hope we've catched the whe Why we

1102. believe in giving God our best?

  1103. Why?

1104. I hope we have let it not be an issue

1105. anymore in your hearts. Lend him out the law. If

1106. you've been living under that as a law, then you

1107. are greatly mistaken. Please don't know he's best offering. You know, oh,

1108. his law, I need to give up. No, no, it's

1109. not law. Would there be days where you fail, Yes,

1110. there will be that. It's okay, but let's give God

1111. our best. It is it five minutes, is it ten minutes,

1112. whatever it is? You know, with this truth, I've really

1113. shifted the way I look at things. Men looks the amount,

1114. God looks at the quality.

  1115. Right.

1116. You know, people will ask me. I remember the story

1117. of this young woman that who come in and say, hey,

1118. I want to serve. I want to serve in Extreme.

1119. I want to serve somewhere, but I cannot commit because

1120. in two months time, I'm going to go to America

1121. and I'm going to be there for a while.

1122. And I look at the person, I say, hello, you

1123. got two months. Just use it, just do something.

1124. Yeah, maybe Extreme cannot do something now, at least you

1125. can start getting more people.

1126. And it was how can now?

1127. You know, it's a funny question, how can now? Because

1128. things like rule, I say, yeah, of course, just give

1129. your best. Just do two months and that's it. Give

1130. God your best. The person's serve for two months met

1131. so many people so thankful. After came in from America,

1132. when in extreme part of our church happy the two

1133. months that the person gave to the Lord and not

  1134. to me.

1135. You all to the Lord.

1136. You know when you say yes to God and our friends,

1137. and when you say God, I want to give my

1138. best sound, you will never be churching.

1139. I am living testimony in them. So many leaders have

1140. been living testimony in them. That is my chaood.

1141. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

1142. information on our church, please visit aschurch do org. We

1143. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

1144. this week is going to be a good week. I

1145. hit for you. God bless
