  1. You're listening to a message to go from as church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. Okay, I'll start with this.

  4. Twenty twenty five will be the year that I'm in

  5. ex Church for twenty years.

  6. That tells you how young I am. Right.

  7. I joined ex Church when I was a young person,

  8. and now I'm not very young. I have two kids,

  9. one wife later they were joined for the second Execuate service,

  10. and it is it has.

  11. Been a very very good journey.

  12. So here my heart that as I share some of

  13. these things, I know what I'm talking about because I've

  14. been walking with the church for twenty years. Right, I've

  15. been working with the church for three years. We've had

  16. a lot of ups, we had a lot of downs.

  17. There were a lot of times where I felt I

  18. want to quit. There are a lot of times where

  19. I also felt I want to give up.

  20. But I'm still here, you know.

  21. And I think that's the one thing that I think

  22. we need to give credit to the people that are

  23. still here, the people that still believe, to the people

  24. that still say, no matter what, no matter how hot

  25. they it gets, I am still around and I'm not gonna,

  26. you know, give up so easily.

  27. You know. So one of.

  28. The principles that I felt like, you know, I've been

  29. one thing to well. I share this message in a

  30. few of our church plants and in PGA as well.

  31. But one of the principles that I really hold close

  32. to in my heart that I've learned from this church

  33. is this always give only your best good. And that

  34. is a principle that I wouldn't say is unique to XS.

  35. I think a lot of churches, you know, they'll say things,

  36. I spray of excellence, all these other things, but I

  37. think it acts we we have this race, always give

  38. only a baske good, right, And today we're gonna unpack

  39. a little bit about the why why always give only

  40. your baskecoord because I learned this when I was young,

  41. and of course when you're young, you know, and the

  42. wonderful thing about you know, leading young people. You know,

  43. I have the chance right now I'm leading u XPJA.

  44. And through my twenty years in X I've gotten involved

  45. in different h crop ministries.

  46. You know.

  47. My first age of ministry I got involved with as teens,

  48. you know, because actually we started ex teens or before

  49. that it was called the next a t me Doctor

  50. Jill yesterday of digital minister. She did so well, you know,

  51. and I we were just Remenie Singer already reminis the time, right,

  52. and then from there God throw me to young adult. Well, friends,

  53. I tell you, from teens to you, it's a whole

  54. new ball game, man, whole new ball game.

  55. Tinsa. You're telling them what to do this, say how

  56. hi know? Tell him jump?

  57. They say, hi young, get down. You say, jammer, whya?

  58. Why are show me in the Bible wire? Why must

  59. I do this? I still remember I was trying to

  60. you know, counsel one of my guys, and it took

  61. me six months to convince him that first thing is

  62. a good thing, you know, six months friends, and then

  63. of course it progress to campus. And now then I

  64. have a chance to lead the church. This principle, no

  65. matter how old or how you are, it rings true.

  66. And when I was a young man, when I was

  67. a young man, when I was a young man, ex church, right,

  68. you just believe on me and you just do right.

  69. And sometimes that's good. No, that's why Christler, he said,

  70. let the little children come to me. If any of

  71. you here have faith like them, Wow, you can move mountains.

  72. You know. I'm pare phrasing. I don't think he said

  73. exactly that, okay.

  74. And that's these things, that's this very simple thing about faith,

  75. about believing God's word and just.

  76. Just doing it right. And when we were young we

  77. do it.

  78. We don't question of us now already, Ma, sometime you

  79. question a lot. You're a bit wiser, right, a bit

  80. hard to believe, a bit hard to how to say

  81. do because there's more commitments, more risk involved.

  82. I'm the more riskervers. But can I encourage you this morning?

  83. Friends, however all or young you are, God wants to

  84. do something in your life. However old or young, however

  85. much you think you have or don't have. Hey, friends

  86. with God, now there's no reason one. There's only risk

  87. with us one. But we've got there's no reason is

  88. there is? Of course there's Ristla, but he's so far

  89. in heaven and he operates differently. Right, Let's go into

  90. scripture Mark chapter twelve, verse thirty to thirty one.

  91. We're gonna go deep into the why.

  92. So at least if we've asked you white God, give

  93. got your best out you can tell them. Let me

  94. open the Bible and share with you why why should

  95. we give God our best right Mark Chapter twelve, verse

  96. thirty to thirty one. Are you guys say, okay, well,

  97. sonny all we're quiet? Thurty thirty k Mark twelve, thirty

  98. thirty one. Okay, it says here I'll go before that,

  99. so okay. So basically what happened was, you know, a

  100. lot of people in the Bible those days, right, because

  101. Jesus spoke about a lot of outlandish things. You know,

  102. he came, he said he was a savior, he could

  103. forgive scenes. So a lot of the religious teachers, a

  104. lot of the people who are very good scripture, they

  105. want to always challenge him, challenge him, right, So this

  106. is one of the challenges that they gave him, you know.

  107. And they say, Jesus got so many commandments? Are got

  108. so many rules and regulations? Are imagine you coming here

  109. passa daniel, got so many rules and regulations? Are what

  110. is the most important? What is the most important thing

  111. that I should do? What is the most important thing

  112. that I should practice?

  113. Okay?

  114. And that's the same question that they gave to Christ.

  115. And Jesus answered him saying, the first of all the

  116. commandments is hear o Israel the Lord, our God, the

  117. Lord is one. Okay, So that's that there's one.

  118. Okay. Why must he say that he needs to.

  119. Set the premise that there's only one God and you

  120. only listen to one voice. You'll catch that there's only

  121. one God and you only listen to one voice. So

  122. he raised said the promise before he tells you the

  123. next thing, which is, you should love the Lord your

  124. God with all your heart, with all your soul, with

  125. all your mind, and with all your strength. This is

  126. the first commandment. And of course he at it another

  127. one and said, and the second like it is this

  128. you shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no

  129. other commandment greater than this. And then as you really

  130. you're like, okay, Jesus, thank you for paraphrasing the commandments

  131. and all the other commandments. Do you know that this

  132. word that Jesus said was also in scripture. Let's turn

  133. to Deutronomy, chapter six, verse four to seven. Deutronomy, chapter six,

  134. verse four to seven. It says this, here, oh Israel,

  135. I'm reading from four K the Lord our God, the

  136. Lord is one. Does it sound familiar? Sound kind of familiar?

  137. As they asked Jesus, what's the greatest commandment. Now he's

  138. probably waiting, you know, Is it one of the ten commandments?

  139. Is he one of these? Is he one of that?

  140. Is he honor your father and mother? That's the greatest right?

  141. Is it?

  142. You know?

  143. Why? Submit your husband? What is it?

  144. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,

  145. with all your soul, with all your strength. And these

  146. words which I command you today shall be in your heart.

  147. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and you

  148. shall talk of them when you sit in your house,

  149. when you walk by the way, when you lie down,

  150. and when you rise up. You shall bind them as

  151. a sign on your hand. You shall be as frontlets

  152. between your eyes. You shall write them on the door

  153. posts of your house and on your gates. Friends, by

  154. reading this scripture, you already know that God is not legalistic, whire.

  155. But there's a commandment word you know why? Because if

  156. God is legalistic, it will not be this commandment. It

  157. will be the ten commandments. The ten commandments will be

  158. buying on your neck. No, love the Lord your God

  159. with all your heart. Quite, how does say?

  160. It's quite? It's quite straightforward.

  161. But at the same time you kind of got to

  162. interpret it the way you are doing it in your

  163. life career. Not there's no okay, step one now some

  164. of us love steps stright, step one, step two, step

  165. threat easy that I can then I know I can

  166. go heaven. Actually there's three steps to go to heaven.

  167. He believe, admit that you are sinner. Ah, be believe

  168. that Jesus your rememory is right. Why we make it

  169. so easy so we remember and see complete your life.

  170. We're all still working on see right. We're all still

  171. working on see right.

  172. Christ quoted Scripture to answer the question, wouldn't you agree

  173. that the greatest commandment is to love God only one God,

  174. our friends, the Lord God is one only one God.

  175. Love God with all our with all what and what.

  176. It covered everything, you know, with all our heart first

  177. and then with all our soul and with all our strength.

  178. So that's the greatest commandment. So the question is are

  179. we fulfilling that commandment? You know nowadays when I look

  180. at scripture, right, do you know that you can fulfill

  181. scripture in your life? And what you practice you can

  182. fulfill scripture?

  183. You know?

  184. We wait for God to fulfill scripture. No, have we

  185. taken ownership and say I will fulfill scripture. When we

  186. love God, we are fulfilling scripture. When we hon our

  187. father and mother, we are for feeling scripture.

  188. Do you know that?

  189. Why submit to your husband? Yes, said, I appreciate your

  190. fulfilling scripture. Husband, love your wife. Don't forget ela you're

  191. feeling scripture. But love like how? Love like the way

  192. Jesus loved?

  193. How did you just love?

  194. He died for us, so husbands should be ready to

  195. die for your wife. I need so serious, friends. Why

  196. did God start with heart? Why don't start with strength?

  197. Why don't start with bunny? Why do not start with possession?

  198. Why start with heart? Why hat first? Anybody can answer me?

  199. Why start with heart? You know we you watch the

  200. love story? Or give my heart to you?

  201. Right?

  202. Give myhammis give everything right right? Pacedonia gave heart to Rachelle.

  203. Thank God she received it after a long time. Please

  204. ask him his love. Sorry, are very interesting, very interesting, friends.

  205. It starts with a heart because it's a heart matter.

  206. It's a heart metter. Okay, it's not a law matter.

  207. It's not a law matter. Or don't do this, don't

  208. do this, don't do this, don't do this. You come

  209. to Jesus, you must a b CD. It's not a

  210. law matter. It's always a heart metter. It has always

  211. been a heart matter.

  212. Corent not.

  213. It has always been a heart matter, even even coming here,

  214. even committing, it has always.

  215. Been a heart matter.

  216. I feel like, Okay, there's emotions, but he's always been

  217. a heard matter. Isn't everything in life about a heart matter?

  218. Do you know that, Jesus? He explains it really well.

  219. Jesus explains it really well. There is a heart matter

  220. in the scripture meant chapter five, verse twenty one to thirty.

  221. So if you want to go, I give you some homework,

  222. go back and read Nature chapter five, verse twenty one thirty.

  223. When I was younger and I read this, I totally

  224. didn't understand. I totally thought, Jesus, why your standards so high?

  225. Why so make it so difficult for all us? Confirm

  226. paio one? When I read the scripture, confirm with them,

  227. fail one. But he explains it really well, that it's

  228. actually a hard matter. When he shares about murder and

  229. idolatry so serious. Let's go into it. Matthew five twenty one.

  230. You have heard that it was said to those of

  231. all you shall not murder, and whoever murders will be

  232. in danger of the judgment.

  233. But I say to you that.

  234. Whoever is angry and his brother without cause, shall be

  235. in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his

  236. brother raca, which means empty head, Okay, I won't transtate

  237. it to be mla, but you'll put some words there, okay,

  238. shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says

  239. you fool shall be in danger of hell fire. Wah, God,

  240. I cannot use the B word ready because I go

  241. to hell. No no, no, no, no, no, no no, it's

  242. not Christ is not talking about Danna.

  243. Let's go deeper a little bit.

  244. Now. Remind all I said, it's not a law matter.

  245. It is a heart matter. It is not a law matter,

  246. it's a heart matter. Meant seven twenty nine says you

  247. have heard that it was said or to those of

  248. all you shall not commit adultree. See he was talking

  249. about law. Don't do this, don't do this, don't do this.

  250. That's what the Bible says. But Jesus said, but you said,

  251. I say to you that whoever looks at a woman

  252. to last for her as already committed adultery with her

  253. in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin,

  254. pluck it out and cast it from you, For it

  255. is more profitable for you that one of your members

  256. perish than for your whole body to be cast into hell. Okay,

  257. let me kind of break it down a little bit.

  258. It's very graphic, yes, Jesus, very graphic. And when I

  259. was younger I read this, I kind of didn't understand

  260. why set the standards so high? But you see, I

  261. was still thinking in terms of law. If law means confirm,

  262. fait almost fear, don't you think always feel we fail?

  263. Fail?

  264. I cannot readly, no need become facility, just give up.

  265. But it's never about the law. It's never about you

  266. must reach perfection. It is always about the heart. Jesus

  267. had a very good point. If you caught it, thank God,

  268. I call it now. It starts with our heart. Do

  269. you think people do bad things on the spot of

  270. the moment? No, it starts with the heart. How do

  271. you come to a place where you want to murder someone?

  272. You get angry with the person first, man, then you

  273. don't forgive the person, and then everything the person does

  274. you cannot stand and then you continue not to forgive,

  275. it becomes bitterness, and then after then you feel have

  276. you ever spoken to someone who's super angry and they say,

  277. I don't really understand because I don't even remember why

  278. I got angry in the first place. It starts with

  279. the heart. The heart gets corrupted, and then the action comes.

  280. It never starts with a law of us. See, if

  281. it's love us right, a lot of us here will

  282. be able to hide it on. You know how suffering

  283. that is. You know that God wants you to live

  284. a life of peace, not suffering. Not every time you

  285. look at bastard interface and you know why you asked

  286. me to come early to church, why you ask me

  287. to come for home? So ask you a smile. I

  288. don't smile today. It's about the heart because it's not

  289. about him. It's not about coming. It's not about smiling,

  290. you know, because if your heart is at the right place,

  291. you will naturally smile.

  292. One correy not.

  293. It has always been a heart matter. It starts with

  294. our heart and then it consumes our soul. Then all

  295. our decisions are guided by what we think. This is

  296. why the Bible says you will know a person by

  297. their fruit. Because their fruit is what they decide. But

  298. it comes from where the heart. But the heart is

  299. something we cannot see, Cora, not so human beings. We

  300. can only gauge on the external. We will look at

  301. the external. But do you know that God looks at

  302. your heart. It has always been about your heart. He

  303. wants your heart. Why because he knows that he can

  304. take care of your heart. Because he knows that if

  305. you give your heart to anybody, girls, if you give

  306. your heart to anybody, guys, if you see me give

  307. your heart to anybody, what's gonna happen?

  308. They might break it.

  309. Now you can see what is a man's heart with

  310. his trade record, and you will know them by their fruits.

  311. Homeward for reading Matthew seven fifteen twenty.

  312. Go and read that.

  313. So it starts with a heart. That's why God starts

  314. with the heart. And then it continues to the soul. So, friends,

  315. why is the soul?

  316. Okay?

  317. Why is the soul? And go and did my own study? Okay,

  318. So soul in uh in uh I think in Greek

  319. death or cannot Greek or Hebrew, it's sue k. That's

  320. the pronunciation sue k. But if you look at a spelling.

  321. Does it look familiar to you, We, of course pronounce

  322. it psyche la. Psyche equals to psychology. Psychology means what

  323. mental health and all these different things. The soul, the

  324. Bible says, the soul, the soul. What is the soul?

  325. Let's read now. It is the breath of life. How

  326. do you receive your soul? God brief into Adam, and

  327. he received his soul. He became alive. Right, the vital

  328. force which animates the body. Very technical. What else is

  329. the soul? The soul is the seat of feelings. That's

  330. where your emotions lie, desires, affections, aversions. Your soul, Yes,

  331. your heart, your soul, the human soul. So far as

  332. it is constituted by the right use of the aids

  333. okay by God, it can attain its highest and secure,

  334. eternal blessedness. The soul regarded as a moral being designed

  335. for everlasting life.

  336. The soul. Do you know.

  337. That no one can save your soul? You cannot save

  338. your own soul. So there's a revelation I had. No

  339. one can save your soul. You cannot save your soul.

  340. Only God can save your soul. Easy to understand, Right,

  341. can I tell you the why. Only God can save

  342. your soul because it came from him. Only God can

  343. save our souls because He made our souls. Does it

  344. make sense to you? It makes sense to me. It

  345. didn't come from anywhere else. The devil didn't make your soul.

  346. The angels didn't make soul. I don't want to go

  347. through it because I know this is live stream. You

  348. know that I canna anyway. Some one of seven nine says,

  349. for he satisfies the longing soul and feels the hungry

  350. soul with goodness. Some nineteen seven says, the law of

  351. the Lord is perfect converting the soul. Why is the

  352. law perfect? It converts our soul? Why is discipline important?

  353. Let's talk about some gym stuff now. Because you don't

  354. feel like doing it, but you know you have to,

  355. and when you do it, you get encouraged when your seriesults.

  356. But do you know that there are days I feel

  357. don't feel like doing it, and actually sometimes I a

  358. bit lazy and Coach Albert, I'll go sorry, Coach, I repent,

  359. I scream yesterday. We keepach that accountable because us discipline

  360. helps us, but we don't like it. Co discipline helps

  361. us but we don't like it. Hey, friends, parents, you

  362. know this very well. You know that discipline helps your kids,

  363. so anthony around. Do you know that discipline helps you

  364. to read your Bible, pray every day if you want

  365. to grow? Makes sense, not easy to say how to

  366. do a long That's why we have the church. That's

  367. why we have community. The testimony of the Lord is sure,

  368. making wise, the simple, making why it is the simple.

  369. Do you know that God's blueprint he has a blueprint

  370. for us. That's why I say God really has a plan.

  371. He has a blueprint each and everyone of you. He

  372. has blue prints. His blueprint of our redemption. Plan has

  373. always been to save our souls. That has been God's

  374. plan since day one. Whether it's our plan or not,

  375. I don't know, but that has been his plan. To

  376. save our souls, not to save clarify it, our status,

  377. not to save our belongings, not to save our material wealth,

  378. not to save our achievements, not to save the temporary

  379. things on this earth. God's plan is not to save

  380. all this. God's plan is to save our souls. Can

  381. you catch that? That is the main goal. This is

  382. why the last and greatest commandment of Jesus Christ is,

  383. go and make disciples, because it was it was other things.

  384. He would say, go and be a great businessmen, go

  385. and be great. No, go ahead, make disciples, teaching them

  386. to observe all things. Why because that saves our soul.

  387. Let's keep the main thing the main thing. Friends, that

  388. saves our soul. Again, am I saying that doing all

  389. the stuff that we're doing is not right?

  390. No?

  391. Please, sir, I'm not saying everybody, now quit your job

  392. and become full time. No. No, if God calls you, you better

  393. do it. By God there and call you. Please be

  394. in the marketplace. You'll be a blessing to us. But

  395. the main point is our soul, and the main point

  396. is discipleship to Christ. And always have different roles. We

  397. have all different roles. So let's not forsake that role.

  398. Whatever the Lord has spoke to you, whatever, Lord. But

  399. we got to remember to keep the main thing the

  400. main thing, because whatever that we focus in can become

  401. the main thing. Right, that's the danger of it. That's

  402. how pride came. That's how we had the fall of heaven.

  403. Because the right hand man of God, the worship leader,

  404. thought that he was God.

  405. We all know this.

  406. Story where if you don't know, you can talk to Pasadenia.

  407. He's very good, okay with scripture, very good scripture. But

  408. God's plan has to been to save our souls, not

  409. all the other things. So can we not focus on

  410. other things? Can we remember to put the main meeting.

  411. I'm not saying it's wrong our friends. I'm just saying,

  412. don't over for because do you this the other thing

  413. I'm getting I'm not okay. It's very interesting because you know,

  414. two days ago I was I was at a reading

  415. rehearsal while the persons say, oh, you're past Oh, you're

  416. so younger, and I'm like, am I I think younger?

  417. But anyway to be called younger?

  418. No? But honestly, I'm forty two this year, and I

  419. feel like I'm rich.

  420. I hope it's midpoint, Lowe. I hope it's midpoint.

  421. And the one thing I realized that is when you

  422. were younger, you don't count when you were younger, right,

  423. you you don't count you you you don't count backwards.

  424. You count forward. You count like, oh, in twenty years,

  425. in thirty years, you know you count that. But when

  426. you're older, you start counting backwards.

  427. Okay, I know there are some people.

  428. Who are don't don't like gay the lord you go

  429. to you don't worry. But but but I I started

  430. I started counting a little bit, like okay, how many

  431. more years I have left? And you start making different decisions,

  432. you know, last time when you're younger, like YO, know, man,

  433. let's just do it Now You're like, hmmm, should I not?

  434. Should I invest in this? He's a good idea. That's

  435. why you don't care. You're like, oh, you know, I

  436. can just now You're like you're you're thinking, how can

  437. I leave a legacy?

  438. You know? How can?

  439. No? You start thinking, and then when you have kids

  440. even more so, and you'll start realizing that a lot.

  441. Of things are temporal.

  442. If you are young and you want to get a

  443. wake up call, Okay, I'm not I'm not saying you

  444. mustla get a health problem. You'll wake you up real

  445. good that you shouldn't not right, you owe me up.

  446. I never wanted to to me exercises like no, man,

  447. it's not my thing. It has changed my life, and I,

  448. of course you ever thank for that as well. Our

  449. souls are eternal friends. Who you are, you're being Your

  450. soul is eternal. Everything else is temporary. Everything else is temporary.

  451. You got a heartbreak, The guy brought your heart is temporary.

  452. Don't worry.

  453. There's another guy out there. One you know. The guy

  454. brought your heart is temporary. You lost a car, it's temporary.

  455. One can can make back one. But don't lose your souls.

  456. The Bible says, what can a man gaming against the

  457. whole world but losing soul. Your soul is so precious.

  458. Don't lose it. Don't lose who you are.

  459. Don't allow the influencers out there to affect you. This

  460. is why we give God our best. Because when God

  461. is at the center, we won't lose our souls because

  462. he will like because we are not the center, but

  463. we were the center will But when God it is

  464. the center, very have to lose your soul. And God

  465. is the center. Why because he will discipline you. Our

  466. father didn't have it. He will say, hey, stop it oving,

  467. what are you doing? Don't do that. That's why that's

  468. a focus our soul. This earth is just a probation

  469. period and our friends the testing ground. A race we

  470. need to finish, So let's finish it well. Can we

  471. can we finish it well if you just suddenly wake

  472. up today? So okay, still got time, Still got time.

  473. We can still finish it well. And it's not how

  474. you start, it's how you finish that matters. Right, It's

  475. not how you start, but it's how you finish. Love

  476. the Lord your God with all your heart, soul mine.

  477. Let's go to mind now. The Bible talks about having

  478. a renewed mind. Hopefully right now your minds are being

  479. renewed as you listen to the word. Okay, romans child

  480. want to say, is I set you there for brethren

  481. by the mercies of God. They present your body as

  482. a living sacrifice wholly acceptable to God, which is your

  483. reasonable service. And do not be confirmed to this world? Wow,

  484. this lying very very important. Do not be confirmed to

  485. this world. You'll catch that on. Do not be confirmed

  486. to this world. You know the latest thing that's happening

  487. right now that we all should do you have you heard?

  488. Have you heard Coach Elbert? You know this latest thing

  489. that this guy thought about that you should do some

  490. things is basic. I remember asking coach about you know, like,

  491. oh we know we actually join this then super practical.

  492. Every form of exercise actually the same, just put another

  493. name to it. You know, last time it was crossed feet.

  494. Then we got high Rocks. Then I don't know why.

  495. In the future wild beat La. You know, the trend

  496. will change, friends, it will change. Today we have blau.

  497. We all. I also don't even know what it is.

  498. Last time we got hellockey D. Hello kid, friends, I

  499. remember the helloky dday is when people break walls to

  500. get to hellocke D. How power is the influence of

  501. hellokit D? What is the influence in our life that

  502. is powerful?

  503. Today?

  504. I pray always say Jesus. Amen, I pray always say Jesus.

  505. And only you know no Do you know no one?

  506. No one, no one. I can't go ahead and look

  507. and pass. Okay, I know the power of Richard Rachale

  508. is you know it's nobody can judge you seriously, so

  509. don't feel judged. We had to see one can't see

  510. us in your heart? Only got can. So you offer

  511. to him. I say, Lord, how anything influencing my life

  512. or not? Do not be confirmed to this world, but

  513. be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you

  514. may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect

  515. way of God? Do you know who prove said you

  516. when we commit? When you say God, I give you

  517. my best, God, I give you everything.

  518. God. I submit myself to leadership. Lord. I do all

  519. these things that are difficult, but I believe.

  520. I want to learn. I want to be a disciple.

  521. I want to submit myself. I want to you know, yes,

  522. I'm not good at reading the Bible, but I want

  523. to read more. Yes I'm not I'm not good at

  524. some of the things. I want to do more. I

  525. want to believe for more. I want to have my

  526. mind on you know, eternal things. It is commitment, it is.

  527. But do you know that when you submit yourselves, your

  528. mind will be renewed. How many of you your mind's

  529. being renewed right now? You look at things differently already?

  530. How many of you you look backer when you first

  531. became a believer and after they become believer?

  532. Have you grown much? Have you experienced God much? I

  533. hope you have.

  534. No.

  535. I hope you can say yes I have. I have.

  536. I can share you passelving the many testimonies I have.

  537. I hope you have. Because if it's just no lie,

  538. just come chestening, just be Bible. Just okay, same thing

  539. like homes and no, I think my life is the same.

  540. Friends following were exciting or no, very exciting? Why tell

  541. you super exciting? But we need faith. Without faith, it's impossible.

  542. Please God, do you know that God is a gentleman?

  543. I remember someone's said and he stuck to me. Oh

  544. my good friend, Shaddy. Do you know God want force

  545. you to do things?

  546. God?

  547. Eve?

  548. You know I'm going down this PATHA Why why near

  549. stop me? Well?

  550. I did, but you're not listening. No, Ma, you should

  551. just drastic. But would you listen even if I did?

  552. Think about it? Human beings are quite power. There's this,

  553. there's a will, there's a way one No, that's how

  554. That's how powerful things are. Don't know, Amen, Our minds

  555. need to be transformed. Friends need to be Our minds

  556. need to be transformed. And we knew if we want

  557. to follow God's will and experience God in this life,

  558. it has to be if God and the Bible always

  559. says can, but we and our minds always say cannot.

  560. Who do you think will win eventually? Think about it?

  561. But God, God is all powerful? Think about it?

  562. Who are we? Do you know?

  563. It's not easy to work in faith. It's not easy

  564. because it is a counterculture to what we are used

  565. to because we are living in the natural, but God

  566. operates in the supernatural. Once in a while we hear

  567. testimony and we get excited and it's true because God

  568. orchestrats things. I tell you, I've got so many testimonies

  569. about how God orchestrat things something that I'll take I

  570. don't know how many hours and days to do and

  571. na go just ste finger five minute done.

  572. Really, I'm like, what right, We've some have experienced things,

  573. are there? Right? It's orchestration on God or Noah? Is coincidence? Wow?

  574. Such a sad life that everything in your life is

  575. a coincidence. Well, I believe that if I follow God

  576. your work and there are times out where how I

  577. think or so I'm like, wow, this, this, this story

  578. of my life is too perfect her to be coincidence

  579. to perfect definitely or someone working in the background. But

  580. it's tough, friends, I admit, yes, it's tough. If we're

  581. used to the world the way the world works. That's

  582. why it's a transforming of mine. It's a transformingern. You

  583. got to change the way you think. You got to

  584. change the way you think. One of the things that

  585. I really love about church is that we are church

  586. of faith. You know all it took for Look look

  587. around your friends, look around you, look around, look at

  588. this place, look at the people around you. I was

  589. there when Pasta cannot say I think we need to

  590. plan in x kay and so not even I think

  591. we need to plan where we're at, which is extra domining.

  592. All pass God was a word the lot. He didn't

  593. get a building, he didn't get the people, he didn't

  594. get anything. He got a word from the lot.

  595. He said, Okay, since I'm telling all my church bruanters

  596. to plan with the for me, I'm even planting in BJ. No,

  597. I don't even stay there, right? How how crazy is that?

  598. Plant where we're at? Then he started praying. Then different

  599. people started coming. This is one year ago? No, you

  600. mean this is man's orchestration? Do you mean this is

  601. man's orchestration?

  602. Four years?

  603. Okay, sorry, thank you, that's why he's a CBC here.

  604. Three years okay, anyway, it's some time ago, but not

  605. so long. I tell you it's faith. I tell you

  606. it's faith. Talk to any of our church planters. How

  607. they started planting the church We strategize, and then we

  608. plan and we can put a budget to get It's

  609. all God, because all it took was someone crazy enough

  610. to say, yes, Lord, send me, I will go.

  611. Seriously, friends, our minds need to be transformed. Are you

  612. allowing your mind to be transformed?

  613. Or always we say ana can allah. This is where

  614. faith comes in. This is where we have a chance

  615. to practice faith. Okay, And this is where faith comes in. Right,

  616. our faith or trust to believe in God. Hebrews eleven

  617. one who says, now, faith is the substance of things

  618. hoped for the evidence of things not seen. For by it,

  619. the elders obtain a good testimony by faith. We understand

  620. that the words were framed by the word of God,

  621. so that the things which are seen were not made

  622. of things which are visible.

  623. What did that line just say? You don't see it?

  624. You have faith, then it will happen, especially if God

  625. says it la right, right, there's nothing there.

  626. There's nothing there.

  627. And Hebrews eleven six says, but without faith it is

  628. impossible to please him. For he who comes to God

  629. must believe that He is and that He is a

  630. rewarder of those who diligently seek him.

  631. Friends, Faith is the thing that helps us.

  632. Right, Faith is the thing that helps us, especially when

  633. it is beyond us.

  634. Then we just gotta have faith.

  635. Gott to have a little faith, especially if you hear

  636. hurt a word from the Lord see and God won't

  637. ask us to do things contrary to his word. So

  638. if you know his word well and he asks you

  639. to do something and he's aligning to his word, then

  640. you know it's him. You don't need to wait for

  641. audible voice. A preacher very wise once told me, the

  642. moment you hear what audible, you better do it.

  643. Sure on right, friends, faith.

  644. It is something that the normal human mind cannot comprehend

  645. in totality.

  646. That's the reality. People won't understand.

  647. You know. Even the Bible says for those who has

  648. eyes to see, let them see. For those who want

  649. to hear, let them hear. So for those of us

  650. here who can see and can hear, we understand. But

  651. do you know that your friends will not understand? Do

  652. you know that people who are still living in this

  653. world will never understand this thing called faith because they

  654. never walked it, they have not experienced it. Their eyes

  655. are not opened by receiving God in their hearts. They

  656. are closed your catch they are not, so they won't

  657. get in one. It's very difficult. That's why they need faith,

  658. especially when we are faced with impossible situations in our life.

  659. Even more so we need faith even more so because

  660. when you look at the problem straight ahead, or you

  661. can think it's a problem true not girl.

  662. Right.

  663. And of course then we come to church, we hear God.

  664. Can we say Hallelujah, we say Jesus is me. And

  665. it takes faith to believe. It takes faith. Can I

  666. share with you some impossible situations in my life that's happened,

  667. just to prove my point. I had no money to

  668. get married. I got married in twenty twenty ten. Okay,

  669. I must tell your very funny story. So what we're

  670. all dating, right, and then because we're all like same age,

  671. you know, you know a me Albert, I think rachel

  672. or we all same ith okay or in church you know,

  673. and then we're all in the same age, then of

  674. course we we do pre cot ship, you know. And

  675. then that we have very good advice from Pascal. Person

  676. are very good advice because anything that's personal is personal.

  677. Our friends, what you want to go and share the

  678. whole world. But I know this generation different. They want

  679. to celebrate day sere months, very very surri And then

  680. now when don't happen? Now then you have to clear

  681. the evidence from online. Hey don't, don't. Why put yourself

  682. to headache? Don't do that. Right, we were quite good.

  683. Nobody knew you know we are together, so last time

  684. were secret secret. Never tell people. Now we were advice

  685. go and you know, dating somewhere, so that at least

  686. ijada you see, got chance the other people makes sense?

  687. Not makes sense?

  688. Why SLAGGI belong kawena uh pa after cow and he cross?

  689. I R right?

  690. I always joke I said before married, say you know,

  691. before married, open eyeby big, After married close on eye,

  692. I d one more after married, sometimes two I s

  693. to close right. So what happened was I went with

  694. my girlfriend at the time no wife yet, now wife

  695. we yet, thank god girlfriend. Then we watched movie, then

  696. went to oh my goodness, the mall is no longer

  697. better dan mall or something some moller some morning PJ.

  698. I know it's I don't know, I don't know which

  699. more And then I was and then jess anyway someone

  700. BJ And then you're my remember. And then what happened

  701. was just went to the toilet, and of course your

  702. secreted know something. No netanyah, I saw Albert, No, they

  703. we would. I was like hey, like hey, they were

  704. like hi, wait do we here? Then he's like, oh

  705. and the time, we don't know. We don't know who

  706. you know going together?

  707. Who?

  708. And he said, oh, I'm watching I'm watching a movie Richard.

  709. I'm like, oh, oh, okay, really and then he look

  710. at me like how about you? I like, I'm watching

  711. a movie. Jazz and came out first. And after that

  712. we were like, okay, have a go on, you know

  713. what you love. We're like, okay, see now always happily married.

  714. Anyway.

  715. Anyway, My point is, my point is it's not the

  716. it's funny. My point is, so I no money to

  717. get married. But again, now when you follow past Canafa

  718. he got faith, you also got faith? Lower right, Cory

  719. not sorry? Remember he asked me, so, ell, when you're

  720. gonna get married? I say, well, on past, maybe in

  721. one man's time. La, you got money for ring, I

  722. don't know about the lot of provide hen buy ring

  723. it now? So what happened was when I go in

  724. so much way to string first, No go and see

  725. ring two string first, no wing.

  726. Choose the ring. Now it was a certain price, right

  727. the low for digit number.

  728. Lo lo lo lo low for digit lo low very

  729. low for digit. And I'm okay, ken and then we plan.

  730. Now you know I'm gonna uh you know, I won't

  731. tell you how we proposed. Okay, you're going and ask

  732. the people. But basically what happened was God provided a

  733. freelance job for me.

  734. The money was exactly the price of the ring. I

  735. did it. I bought the ring, I proposed. She said, yes,

  736. still no money.

  737. Our friends then plan, plan, plan for wedding. Okay, let

  738. me continue the story. How how faithful God is. And

  739. again I'm not doing it foolishly.

  740. Okay. I was ready to work. I was ready to

  741. do whatever it takes.

  742. One week before the wedding, I was down according to

  743. my wedding budget, ten thousand ring.

  744. It I stress.

  745. La.

  746. The girl knows stress because I didn't tell her. I

  747. saw tell her a bit, but I say, there, you

  748. know what's come of worse. I'll just tell my God

  749. do whatever. I'm working full time, you know, do whatever

  750. it takes. I was like sweating, buckets. When they reached

  751. the wedding day, I was waiting, you know, Lord, please

  752. give some sudden check or white enve rope. Friends, last

  753. time I wore x TV, nobody nobody noticed one. X

  754. TV nobody, no one because back grammar, nobody will give

  755. you white white velope. They will give envelope to past us.

  756. Are please after they give us.

  757. Whatever?

  758. Okay, no, no, but it's quite funny. So so so yeah,

  759. So I really pray our friends, I really pray. But

  760. but really I'm like, Lord, it cannot be that I

  761. surf you and you're gonna let me starting this. So

  762. of course the hope is the the wedding dinner, you know,

  763. but the desire for me as long as paid the

  764. dinner done. Really I'm happy, don't your old thing?

  765. You know?

  766. And and X Church, can I thank you guys for

  767. X Church. You all are very generous people.

  768. X Church.

  769. One of the other spirit that we have is we're

  770. very generous, you know, even you know, every one of us. Right,

  771. And so what happened was when I when I enjoyed

  772. the wedding, really had a good time, right, and after

  773. that dinner, then my best friend's knee, you know, He's

  774. the only when I trust to go and count money.

  775. Yeah, he was my best man. It's so funny.

  776. I was his best man, right and then he was

  777. my best He got ready for us.

  778. So yeah. Anyway, so so and like one man a

  779. part of me. We are closer. Okay.

  780. Anyway, So I remember he he counted money. He banging

  781. the money for me and everything, and he said, don't

  782. wry do any better, You'll be fine. I'm like, okay, okay,

  783. then you know the wedding night. Okay, I'm not going

  784. to detail, but the wedding night I called him like

  785. then he like, oh, Saturday banging d I'm like, okay.

  786. My only question was the dinner cover. He said, cover

  787. our praise got okay, but got access all U excess? Okay,

  788. how much is it that I didn't really care how

  789. much excess killer whatever? Oh you had about need thousand excess?

  790. I got shot. I'm not huh. All the fear gone,

  791. all the worry gone. The Lord provides impossible situation. There's

  792. so many other stories or testimonies I have, but I

  793. know I don't have much time.

  794. But friends, why am I sharing you this? You know?

  795. For those of us who walk in faith in the lot.

  796. Now we understand and know how he works. Correct, I'm

  797. beginning to recognize and realize this faith is not something

  798. you can teach it, but to really learn it you

  799. gotta walk it. You can teach it, but to really

  800. learn it, you gotta walk it. It's not easy to understand,

  801. but when you walk it, and you walk it once, twice,

  802. three times, you will be You are more faith because

  803. you know who your God is, you know how he works,

  804. You know that he's real, and you cannot deny him.

  805. Right for those who of us who work in faith,

  806. we understand and know. Second Conridians five six, it says,

  807. for we are always confident knowing that while we are

  808. home with the Body, we are absent from the Lord.

  809. For we work by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes,

  810. well pleased, rather to be absent from the body, that

  811. they'll be present with the Lord. Friends, don't you think

  812. it's worth giving God our best and loving him with

  813. all our heart, soul and mind. And this is not

  814. a journey we work alone. This is why we have Christ,

  815. and He has given us the Holy Spirit. Hebrews child

  816. one two says, Therefore we also, since we are surrounded

  817. by so great a cloud of witnesses. Let us lay

  818. aside every week and the sin which so easily and

  819. snares us, And let us run with endurance the race

  820. that they set before us, looking unto Jesus the autumn

  821. and finish off of our faith. For who for the

  822. joy that was set before him and died across despising

  823. the shame, and has set down at the right hand

  824. of the throne of God. Beyond just Christ and the

  825. Holy Spirit. We have each other, spurring each other on

  826. to believe, spurring each other on to do our best,

  827. spurring each other on to say, hey, let's give God

  828. our best. And yes, sometimes we get something or rebuilt

  829. and we feel sad.

  830. But can we carry on?

  831. You think I twenty years here Newmara before everything is

  832. no sailing. No, every time I can Maa, I say

  833. I'm sorry, I'll move on, I will get better. I overcome.

  834. Do you know, and this is another principle I want

  835. to give you friends. Do you know that Christians are

  836. we are called to overcome because Christ has overcome the world.

  837. Do you know what overcoming means? When you go to trouble,

  838. when you don't feel like doing things. When you are hurt,

  839. when someone offend you, you overcome, okay, that or you succumb?

  840. Which one suirccoming? Is I a angry you?

  841. I don't talk to you anymore. Already that's succumbing to

  842. your emotions. Overcoming, it's like a God, help me give

  843. me peace. I forgive overcome, overcome, overcome. It's not get back,

  844. that's not overcoming, you know. Overcoming is coming to a

  845. place for peace.

  846. Again. That's the journey we have, right, that's the journey

  847. we have. Right.

  848. So the so really our faith and giving got our best?

  849. Don't you think giving got our best is so deep?

  850. It's very simple, right, Oh, give got your best? But

  851. this is a why why do we keep up with

  852. our best? Why is he at the center? Why do

  853. we need to you know, do all that we need

  854. to do? Why do we dress up as leaders on?

  855. Why?

  856. Why?

  857. Why all this? Why?

  858. Well, this is why. This is why we do what

  859. we do. This is why we give got our best?

  860. And you see how it can't just be your own strength.

  861. After a while you give up. No, if you just

  862. try to be perfect, No, it's not your own strength.

  863. Give God your best no more, excuse us and God,

  864. well help you and you'll get better. Let me share

  865. one more last story of you before I end. I

  866. got time, right. I remember when I planted Quota da

  867. Mansara holmes Uh. We had students coming from Katie and

  868. I remember and it's God works are okay.

  869. So they've been coming to PJ.

  870. And initially I thought, Namasara, you want to go send,

  871. you want to go Subang, or you wanna go PJ Subang.

  872. I thought better, more happening, you know, more happening church.

  873. You know, PJ is like Oka that time, not at

  874. that time, it's like quite a while back. And I

  875. started because we had first five students and then ten

  876. and then seventeen of them came. And I remember sitting

  877. here and talking in Pascado a pastle excited. You know

  878. there's people coming. Then I remember six months before that passed,

  879. they say, hey, you better do something. You know, you

  880. better do something because when God mosa we got a

  881. flow we've got and I saw happily six months laters

  882. tell him pass so encouraging her. Look at me, are

  883. you doing anything? I'm like no, but I'll do something.

  884. Immediately on their way, I started. I started homes we

  885. we had a Wednesday homes because I still had Friday homes.

  886. So I have a Wednessay homes and a Friday homes.

  887. Raise a lot right and uh Submasara not here. And

  888. I was the only leader the first mine started. I

  889. had six students come to me. Do you know the

  890. questions they asked me? When I say let's start homes,

  891. they are excited, and then they started getting worried. Pastor,

  892. if we graduate? Dan, how I let you graduate? I'm saying, Hella, pastor,

  893. if this?

  894. If that?

  895. Yeah, I remember one of the students, Pastor, I don't

  896. believe in this. I don't believe in just plunting. I

  897. don't believe in blunning homes. You know, I don't believe anyone.

  898. You know, I don't think it will work. O him,

  899. I said, you don't believe. I believe you're coming or not?

  900. The same student two months later, Hey, Pastor, homes so good? Lah?

  901. Can you do training?

  902. Or no?

  903. Damn? Like where is that? I don't believe.

  904. But I want to share with you this one story

  905. because it's all about teaching right, teaching our young people.

  906. And can I tell you something.

  907. I'm sure some of your homes here are way better

  908. than when I start the homes with and when I

  909. share a story with the kiddy students started, we all

  910. laughed at ourselver worship Vidostara. I was worship with, you know,

  911. And then they didn't know anything our friends. The reference

  912. point was me. And because the reference po was me,

  913. and I believe in giving got my best. Then when

  914. we food, how and I remember we had food, they

  915. tapa don't know what food like narsillama or whatever, and

  916. they didn't even present it well. And I was like, wow,

  917. like that also can do? Homes are very hard. So

  918. then I told myself, you know what, I must show

  919. them how giving got your best is. And the time

  920. apparently I was famous with roasting chicken. But student house

  921. got no chicken, No, not nothing, Okay, So I packed

  922. my oven, not the billing one, the loose oven. I

  923. packed the whole oven. I bring the whole chicken, I asked,

  924. I didn't. I took leave for seven a half day, right,

  925. I brought everything to the homes and I rose for them.

  926. They were so impacted by that. Now that after that

  927. the spirit of my homes change. And then of course

  928. the time after that we grew and all and they

  929. all gave their best. They really caught the spirit of

  930. it giving your best, because they're like they cannot bring

  931. how can pastor bring? No, they not past not even

  932. pasta at all. Now pasta you can see under said,

  933. oh pasta is give you a last try. Elvin, how

  934. come this old Elvin guy right who's doing like video

  935. bringing his oven and roasting chicken for us? I didn't

  936. want any and I didn't do it to proof. I say, hey, guys,

  937. I know you guys are doing hard. Let's just do

  938. let's just do this for funner. And I did it

  939. lack okay. After that, their homes multiply after that, friends,

  940. do you know what happened? Suddenly XPJ, expresso tiama is

  941. all from their homes are Now I'm like, what when

  942. I was in their homes? Are I suffered no with

  943. the food that they gave me until I had to

  944. do take methas in my own handswer and do something

  945. about it. But after that, with the sacrifice the Lord,

  946. all of them are awesome expression people. That's the history.

  947. So friends, when we give our best of God, we

  948. never know where you'll reach. And a lot of times

  949. it is for his benefit, and it's also for the

  950. benefit of others.

  951. When extreme he is here playing coach next level, next level.

  952. He doesn't need to do this one no friends, But

  953. why we want to give God our best because when

  954. you give God our best, we're giving you our best.

  955. We serve each other, love the Lord your God with

  956. all your heart, soul and mind, and love your neighbor

  957. as yourself.

  958. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
