The word today is you know powerful. I think many

times we live in regret because what could have done yesterday,

which is like today then tomorrow you live in regret.

And many times in our lives, you know, as we

progress or as we move on make choices, we need

to recognize that there is a lot of power in today.

So some Hungary eleven, verse twenty four. Some Hungary eleven,

verse twenty four, The Bible says that this is the

day the Lord has made. Today is the Lord has made.

We shall rejoice and be gladden it. This is the

day that the Lord has made. We shall rejoice and

be glad in it. So the Bible here say is

that you know, God is the one that ordained or

made the day and the night. Amen, He is the

creative of days. Some Hungary eighteen Is that right?

So when God says that this is the day the

Law has made, no matter what happens in the day,

some good, some not so good, some challenging, some not

so challenging, some great conversation and some not so good conversation,

no matter what happens in the day, France, you and

I have to recognize and accept that it's still the

day God has made. Doesn't mean that it did not

turn out the way we expect. That the day is

not created by God. That is a lot of power

when we accept God created the day. In other words,

the moment you wake up today's twentyeth October twenty twenty four.

Once in a lifetime, it's only this day. After you

pass the day, you're not going to get back twentyeth

of October twenty twenty four anymore. So many times we

live in regret because you don't recognize how powerful today is.

That's the reason why sometimes our in our world, we

wish we could have done something, but we didn't. We

wish we have made an encourageion to someone, but we

did then. So the power here is this is that

we comes from the fact that acceptance, acceptance that today

or rather in a day, there is power in the day,

the choices that we make. There is power in the

day that all this has happened. There is opportunity. There's

also a time for sadness in the day as well.

The Bible says a time to be born and time

to die. Everything happens in the day, but a lot

of times, you know what happens. We want a work today,

Oh my god, graduation next week. I wish I could

fast forward the time, or I'm wait for a holiday

next month, if only next month will come by tomorrow, right,

And we want to fast forward a lot of things.

In our life, but we can't. So here's the thing.

Some people live in yesterday's bank sat mistakes success or

yesterday strength. So you also supposed to live in today, right,

worry about the station. I'm here, I see your stay

because today's a breaded day where you can lay down

fresh new seat that can house tomorrow. So there is

power in sewing seeds today because when you saw the Bible,

say you reap. So I want to encourage you. Don't

live in yesterday's mindset don't live in yesterday strength. Some

are living in tomorrow's mindset, even worse, tomorrow mindset. You

are not supposed to live yesterday's mindset, but some people

are living in tomorrow's mindset. We say, if I get

the thing, I will be successful. People always trying to

predict tomorrow. We rage our furniture just if we range

our furniture just to get blessing for tomorrow. Everything we

do in our life, we try to predict tomorrow. But

the Bible says, today's the choice that you and I

can make. Whilere we making with the choices that God

has presented us.

Come on.

So yesterday I was an acting I get away, was

invited to speak.

I was asked.

We had a panel and me and my wife we

will asked a question, Uh, can you explain to me

why God took away my grandma? Can you explain to

me why God to awar with my grandma? I said,

I really can't explain that because only God knows why

God called your grandma home. But the question here, I

posed a question here to the people, but what did

say that. When you're older, you say God, please extend

my time. When you're younger, you always say a load,

I was very honest with God.

And maybe I give the fourth four that we asked

on my answer, I just felt that maybe I failed

to recognize and acknowledge how God is involved.

See, you never fully understand how good God is until

you acknowledge really everything that's happened on my chance. So

know that in the midst of I'm almost done with

my house renovation. It took me about like starting in

February until now some major thing has happened because of

a house on auction and and stuff like that. So

for forty years staying in the house, there was a

lot of things. I got to redo a lot. But

back then we just mentioned enough money to buy a house.

You just celebrate, you got a roof over your head,

and we just moved in and stay in there for

fourteen years. It was good until I took to my wife.

I just felt that we have to get this place done.

I have to get this place done because every year

during partner's conference we ask we will ask. We asked

a question, can you can you host past us in

your house?

And not?

So me and my wife stay in a four big

room house right only occupied one, I say past I

will live too, by I don't think so they would

like to stay.

In my house.

Why there's only one door in my house, which is

the master bit room. So all their rooms doesn't have

dolls because I removed them the doors. It was bad condition.

Wanted to replace that summer. Rather for forty years the

door did not come. All right, the only one toilet

my Master Bible doesn't have toilet dolls. So we're open,

free society in my house. But this is a way

to tell people, don't come to my house you want

to use the toilet. This is all open anyway to

fourteen years somewhere. So I just told my wife, maybe

it's time away. I had a huge crack on the wall.

white all the way from top to bottom. Huge crack.

So my wife, let's get it done, and stuff like that.

So something this whole, let's do it. Thought enough with

this stuff that by the time which June July, friends,

June July, June July, I just had this thought, I

big phobia. The one day the donkey the water tang

will burst and my whole house upstairs to be flooded

and then goes my flowing. Happened to my brother's house

before I got this fourbia. One day I come out like,

I say, I decided to do that because I saw

water on the ceiling.

Well, in the process of doing that, horrors of horror,

right that my ceiling wasn't done correctly by the developer,

and I was faced with a choice to do or

not to do. I mean, I got suppers structure that

wasn't ill properly. So basically I have a ceiling, but

anything more than about ten kg the thing will collapse

because the ceiling structure wasn't supported by the roof structure.

It's just wood that's connecting my nails and e and

it wasn't even touching.

Was.

Right, So I was I'm with that, I was telling

my then I was I was doing something.

I went like I had water leaks from a particular

part that I said that, let's to tend to only

discover that. I got meta pipes in my head house,

which I was asked a question do you want to

do replace the GI pipe with something else or not?

Because no matter what you do, after a while, your

water pressure become lower. So all these things are so

I told my wife, how say, if you want to

do this, you have to move out from your house.

You cannot stay in your house when I'm doing this,

roof silly. I'm all sure about you staying away, but

I have to move out, not just move out for us,

I have to stay away from my wife. Basically, I

do have a group. We don't have enough big space

to stay in one house. So I stay with my dad.

She stayed with her parents while she's soft and enjoying

her time with the parents. Eye different story I share

with y'all before that, you know, my dad, you know,

had the house, but because it didn't have the strength

to take care of the house of the house was

a bit dirty and this stuff like that. So it's

been months now, two and a half month entering the

almost entering the third man. Really away from my wife.

You still have to acknowledge God has created you know

As my wife was sharing the test me I want

That although we are not here on the daily basis,

my God is here on a daily basis. And the

to give glory to God all that has happened. Yes

Time me should do the foundation properly.

My most recent one, I wanted to change a light

on the plast on the ceiling.

Normal plus the city want change like right change.

The previous owners contractor decided that he ran out materials

to do a plaster ceiling. Decided decided to put send

on a netting to make it flat so that the

flight work can go on top. I've never seen before

in my entire life of renovation, send on my ceiling,

said construction scent yourself, you'll and you know you're there's

no yep. They put send on top of ceiling to

make it flat. Don't know how it is. But because

of that, I went like.

God again, you are in the picture. You are in

I just wanted to since I said it got a

went to China recently. One church partners went in China recently,

and in the course of you know, of meeting our

church partners there, there was a guy in a car

that a non believer, non Christian, who excel in fortune telling,

excel if he's very good, fortunate that, according to his

friend of ours, very good fortune telling, he sees a person,

he's able to see the person's spirit. So this church

panel of ours happened to be in a car and

this non Christian just told another friend, I cannot see

her spirit. Then I can't He used what I can't see?

I can't see I can't see a person's life. And then,

because all of them are church panels except for this

non Christian, this guy just stood around. She's Christian, you

won't see you one. She's a believerble you cannot see

you in she Oh, I just see it was just

bright light. You may or may not want to believe it.

I truly, truly believe that God, friends, is the one

that orchestrates.

Your future for you.

If you believe it about what you're going to your

entire life in the day, Why do you want to

acknowledge not the good and the bad? Friends, But once

the moment that you acknowledge God, today is the day

that you have made you recognize that opportunities and challenges

are there, but to God's strength you can overcome. Do

you trust me? Chapter one was it, come on, you

trust me? Chapter one was it.

Just turn with me right now for a moment? I

know scripture.

But chapter one was eight, Say is this that every

commander we should command you today you must be careful

to observe that you may live and multiply and go

and possess the land which the Lord has sown to

your father's Every commander we shch have commanded you today.

Come on every commandment which had commanded you to today. So,

in other words, God has a portion of scripture for you,

for you to observe, for you to follow, for you to.

Believe. So the Bible here encourages for us to observe

that we may leave.

Friends, God is a daily God. Come on, God's the

daily God. So they're they're four friends. In order for

us to live, to experience God the way of life,

there is a portion. Your devotion is so key, Come on,

your devotion is so key. So we love multiplication. We

love possession. But before multiplication possession could come, there is

a living. Every commandment we should command you today observe

and live. Come on, observe and live, so that you

may multiply. See, the alignment comes from when we leave

out God's commandment possession. That's as you say that you

shall know the truth, and the truth just set you free. Right, So,

the word no has three stages. One is top process

is a thought that comes to your mind. Then as

a gymmish, there's a period by the word becomes take shape,

take shape in your life. So there is a stage

trend and the stage just thought. Yes, there's the other

station why you allow the word to work out in

your life and finally it becomes truth.

And once it becomes truth, the truth shall set you free.

Friends, many times you are bound because you're just start

at stage one a top process.

You know it, but you don't really believe it. If

you believe it, don't really leave it out.

And one to encourage you friends. Don't just know, friends,

but believe and live it out so you can experience

the food of it. They shall know the truth, and

the truth are set them free.

So you told me.

The one it says is that every word that I

command you today you must be careful to observe. They

may live and multiply and possess the language, which is

a lot saw to your father's. And you shall remember

the law was to your God that led you all

these years or forty years in the wilderness. Remember that

the Lord, your God has led you all these years,

So the time you became a Christian, that you now

leaders retreat, just telling them that we've been doing for

twenty four years.

is this efriend Rejoicing is not dependent on how you feel.

Come on, Rejoicing is not dependent on how you feel

what happens, whether you got money or bank account or not.

Rejoicing is the attitude and the choice of our hearts.

You can rejoice even times are said, see God just

want to acknowledge you.

You're still good.

We can rejoice in the midst of the hospital visitation

you're doing for your loved one. See God, I mean

not understand, but I know that you've got the heels

that no my family members in your hands.

You can rejoice.

Friends, Sometimes you just don't know whether you want to

graduate or not, because the moment you graduate, you have

got to work, and you know that the employment market

sometimes it's just overwhelming. You can still rejoice because God

is not governed by what the local edition does. No

government policy can dictate how God should behave, should react.

You can rejoice friends, even though you do have much,

because God ultimately the one that holds everything. As a

close I was studying, they were asking a lot of questions.

first job was a ya X church. Her first pay

was five.

Hunger ate.

Five hungering was her first pay, andfully she'd just been

working at the same organization for almost five six years.

After she graduated, she just wanted to look for meaning

and purpose. She stumble up on a Ya's mission statement

reaching the young people. She just they want just to

get another job. If I know, they should get out there.

She would do very well, but she didn't want another job.

She just wanted, really her life to count. So she

decided to work. Whereas I took the different route. I

went to the banking line, then came into full time ministry.

I've always got married friends back then, ninety percent campus student,

ninety percent campistudent, and we just say that, you know, God,

you that put everything together.

We wanted a simple wedding and this stuff that we

didn't expect much.

We didn't expect much from any Upper collection, nothing at all,

because again we didn't have our secret affairs. Was just

in church, but just really distrusted a lot, and we

just had this simple prayer, you know, God, if it's possible,

or I know it's possible, but cause we had just

have a bit of a sub plus to start a family,

supplus to start family. Please don't start your family, to

start your your marriage. That in that, in that please don't. Okay,

yesterday to me has so much fun. When we asked

them a question, how much do you think the engagement

ring would cost? How much do you think that engagement

ring would cost? Some say, uh, I think pass RANSA

say my friend of a friend said, it's two month salary.

Two months salary.

I say that. I say two months salary. I say,

I say I got my wife engagement a chair fifty.

I say that.

Don't be so limited to the don't be so fixated

that there is only one ring you'll buy for your wife.

I say, every year, just buy another ring. She got

ten fingers by that, ten rings, but hey, just let

you know.

Right.

So we got married and we copulated the Upper Collection.

It was the same amount we were praying for they

don't how do you know where? Seriously they know because

majority of the people from church. But we have a

surplus enough to do things. Just want to let you

know how good our God is, read how good our

God is. I'm not sharing this to seg up your

faith or anything, and just want to give glory to God.

Twenty four years of doing church. The chairs you're sitting

on right now, the black one or six day ring

it for a chair. Every chair was bought by a student.

We told them that by a seat, not for yourself,

or by a seat for someone else, because someone else

wanted to come to church. So everyone gave. We brought

about three young old chairs and it's still serving us

very around you now you're sitting on it. I prayed

it in your life, friends, but you recognize today the

power of today. Friends, the seat that you saw today

you reap in the future. So the partners come and

have came to have left and migrated to another country,

but the chairs are still here. It's a test money

of the fitfulness of our God. As I close right now, first,

I don't know what you're going through, but I want

you to just open your heart to God. I want

you to come into my life. Help me to appreciate today.

Help me not to fast forward time, to rush from

one event to another event, from one appointment to another appointment.

That business is the thing of today, but lot in

the time and I have with my friends, my family.

Help me to maximize it. Help me to acknowledge you,

even though sometimes the day may not turn out well.

It's something's very easy to give glory to God and

everything works to go your way and stuff like that.

But when that time comes, God has a plan. Because

God is bringing us out the wilderness to real really

what's in our hearts. The Bible says, and you told

me chapter two it was too to really reveal what's

in your heart, because it's only true.
