  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. First to prayer, then to missions. First to prayer, then

  4. to missions. Remember the old butter advertisement, First to better

  5. then to school. How many of you are old enough

  6. to remember that? Some of you don't want to put

  7. up your hands right because you don't want us to

  8. know how old you are. But anyway, there there's a slogan. First, yeah,

  9. but now we're not going to go, but you're going

  10. to go to prayer before we get to missions. So

  11. you know, we saw this scripture on the screen just now,

  12. Matthew twenty eight, ninety to twenty. And it seems like

  13. every time I come, I'm sharing something from this scripture.

  14. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing

  15. them in the name of the Father and the Son

  16. and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all

  17. things that I've commanded you. And lo, I am with

  18. you always, even to the end of the age. Why

  19. is it that we constantly are talking about Matthew twenty eight.

  20. Why is it? Do you have a sense that the

  21. world is in need of you and I to fulfill

  22. what Matthew twenty eight is because Jesus is coming soon,

  23. and he's coming back real soon. How many of me?

  24. And I don't mean to scare you, I don't mean

  25. to make you lose any sleep, But do you know

  26. how close this world is to World War three? Have

  27. you any idea you could literally go to sleep tonight

  28. and tomorrow world War three has started. That's how close?

  29. Because we have a lot of crazies in charge. Yeah,

  30. there are a lot of crazy people in charge of

  31. the world at this point of time who have only

  32. their own interest at heart. Do you need me to

  33. name them? Not necessarily? Not necessary? Throw a stone and

  34. you hit one. That's how it is, all right, So

  35. God knows what he is talking about when he tells

  36. us to go therefore. You know, we have never really

  37. or how often? And I'm just thinking of doing my

  38. hand watching too much Donald Trump? But you know now

  39. this head okay? Yeah, how many of you know that

  40. this word go therefore therefore is very important in our

  41. lives and we sometimes miss out and the importance of

  42. some of these simple words. Therefore, what does it mean

  43. to go therefore? Let me break it down. Go in

  44. spite of in spite of your troubles. Go because of

  45. your troubles, Go in a fantastic time of your life,

  46. when everything is coming up, roses and birds are singing

  47. in the air, Go and life is so wonderful. Go

  48. and you've experienced the best, Go and you're experiencing the

  49. worst even more so. Go so go. Therefore, everything that

  50. we have ever learned and experience up to this point

  51. of time makes it worthwhile for us to go, to

  52. go and do what to make disciples of all nations?

  53. You know, how is a disciple made? A disciple is

  54. made by teaching, teaching from your experience. It's not theory

  55. that makes disciples. How many of you know that theory

  56. does not make disciples? How many of you want to

  57. learn the theory of music? Go to a piano and

  58. you will not be able to play a single note. Craig,

  59. you may know the theory, but that doesn't make you

  60. an expert in the instrument. I mean, I have got

  61. music theory until grade six. Yeah, all distinction passes. By

  62. the way, grade six. My piano playing haven't even taken

  63. a grade yet. I learned grade one. So ask me,

  64. why is my music theory grade six and my piano

  65. playing grade one. This is what you call insanity. But

  66. you see, because I know grade six piano, does it

  67. mean I can play the piano up to grade six? No?

  68. So you see, when you make disciples, it's really not

  69. about your theory. It's about your life. It's about your experience.

  70. My problem with learning the piano was my teacher used

  71. to say, you're cheating. What do you mean, say you're

  72. not side reading? You know, sight reading means you see

  73. the notes that you play. Right. I don't side reading.

  74. I follow and the moment I played once from that

  75. time onwards, it's in memory. So how my teacher discovered

  76. this as there was one song I was playing in

  77. and I was playing the wrong thing all the time.

  78. Then she she she's second, pray this again. So I

  79. played according to However, that's not how you played. This

  80. is how you played. So when she put her hand

  81. on the piano and she played the ribbit from that time,

  82. I got it right. She says, you're cheating. You see,

  83. for me, I learned not from hearing, but I learned

  84. from other people's examples. So go therefore and make disciples

  85. of what all nations? How many of you are here

  86. from Malaysia. Okay, how many of you are not from Malaysia? Wow,

  87. at least twenty percent. Guess what the twenty percent that

  88. come to Malaysia to you? It's go therefore to all nations.

  89. You are not in all nations at this point of time,

  90. you know? Do you realize that? And God has meant

  91. for you to use whatever experience you learned from wherever

  92. you came from to help the community. Here we were

  93. in x Men devotion last Tuesday and we had no

  94. who was it? No, no, no, it was past the

  95. Palace last week's missions conference and we were in the

  96. workshop and he said, you know, those guys that came

  97. from they were brought in by the PM to Malaysia,

  98. you know, and the whole nation were upping wrong. We

  99. have our own people and you're not helping them. You

  100. bring these guys. He had such an amazing point of view.

  101. He said, why are you so upset? You have an

  102. opportunity to reach these people whom you would have no

  103. opportunity to reach out to if they remain in their

  104. own land. So, guys you're coming from overseas, you are

  105. now in all nations? How many of you are from

  106. different states? One, two, three, four, five. Okay, five of

  107. you from different states. Guess what you qualify? You are

  108. in all nations? What Slanger is not a nation, it's

  109. a state in a nation. Right. You came, You came,

  110. all right, so you see as long as you go.

  111. Let me put it to you a different way. If

  112. you get out of bed and you leave your front door,

  113. you qualify. The only way you and I will never

  114. be witnesses to all nations is if we stay in

  115. our bed. So God has meant for us to do

  116. something great for his glory. Go. Therefore, this world therefore

  117. really makes sense because now you are special. You have

  118. it insight and experience that nobody else has, and God's

  119. going to use that experience to help somebody else. You know.

  120. When I went to Singapore to study, I stayed. I

  121. think I've told this you, but it's worth telling a kid.

  122. I stayed about one and a half hours away from

  123. my school. I stayed in Jerome. The school was in

  124. Pirela by area, so I would take the bus every

  125. day at seven no, no, I'd have to take the

  126. bus at six o'clock to reach my bus stop at seven.

  127. School start at seven point thirty, and I would remain

  128. in school until seven every evening. What was I doing there?

  129. I was the head prefect, I was the tennis coach,

  130. I was the basketball class player. I was the class debater.

  131. The question is what was I not? So you know,

  132. I stayed in school and I was And for my

  133. free time, I would be telling my friends, Hey, you

  134. guys have got problems with your studies. Come I'm here.

  135. I'll help you. I'll teach you. I'll teach you. And

  136. I did this every day and I don't know why

  137. I did it. I don't know, but that was me. Now,

  138. i'd go back home at seven o'clock. It means I

  139. leave school. I leave and catch the bus back at seven.

  140. I will reach my hostel about eight thirty in the night.

  141. I will have a quick shower, go for dinner at nine,

  142. come back study from about nine thirty, do my homework.

  143. Finish around twelve and guess what I do it twelve

  144. I'll go to church. Yeah, because my hostel is a

  145. church hostel. By the way, church hostel through a gate church.

  146. So at midnight I would go to church and I

  147. will pray with the pastor for deliverance cases people who

  148. were possessed of evil spirits and all that will be

  149. praying for them until four in the morning. I catch

  150. two hours no about three point thirty, I go back,

  151. catch about two hours sleep and do this all over again.

  152. How could I do it? How the Holy Spirit helped me?

  153. But one day, one fine day, it was a weekend,

  154. so I told my friends, I'll meet you in Orchard Road,

  155. that was our favorite hangout. I'll meet you at ten o'clock.

  156. So I was there at ten o'clock. I got out

  157. of the bus and I'll feeling so sick, and I

  158. told my friends I can't continue, so I'm not going

  159. with you. Ten fifteen I caught the bar. I got

  160. out of the bus, told them goodbye, got back on

  161. the bus and went back home. I just about got

  162. up the fourth floor to my bed, and I collapsed

  163. in the bed, shoes on, you know, all my Saturday

  164. clothes that I went out in. And I woke up

  165. the next evening at six pm. I was out for

  166. almost twenty four thirty hours. I was. I was out

  167. for about thirty hours. I got up, there was about

  168. five or ten minutes. I quickly showered, rushed to catch

  169. six pm service, so I don't miss service on a Sunday.

  170. But you know that was all I needed. I was

  171. completely rested. After that, I was fine. But this was

  172. my life. You know what I do? Every morning I

  173. would share with my friends. I would tell them about

  174. Jesus and about how he had delivered so many people

  175. from the power of evil one. And I did this

  176. every day. I would go to school and tell so

  177. they will say, so, what happened yesterday? Yes, sir, yes,

  178. I said the power of God. They were hooked. But

  179. you know, nothing happened. They didn't accept the Lord, at

  180. least most of them didn't. There were two that did,

  181. two girls they did, but the others didn't. But years

  182. later they did. So the thing is this, go therefore,

  183. and you know what the Bible says, you teach them.

  184. So you say, I'm not a teacher, right? Wrong? Do

  185. you know that as long as you walk out your

  186. front door, you're a teacher because somebody is learning how

  187. to do the right things all the wrong thing. So,

  188. whether you say anything with your words or not, somebody

  189. is learning from you. How many of you have seen

  190. people make mistakes and you say, well, I'm never going

  191. to do that. You can see your heads. Did they

  192. tell you don't do this. No, you just saw them

  193. and say, hey, I'm not going to do that. Did

  194. they not teach you? Yes they did. How many of

  195. you seen carsgoing holes? Well, praise the Lord. Some car

  196. went in the hole. You didn't because you saw the

  197. cargoing hole. It taught you to avoid that place. Say you, guys,

  198. you got to realize that because you have this power

  199. to teach, get with the program. Teach. Oh, we don't.

  200. We don't realize just how much of power God has

  201. given us to do things for His glory. Teaching them

  202. to do one. Observe all that have come under you.

  203. So God has commanded us to do some things. You

  204. know that not everything that God commands us to do,

  205. we do me if you know that, So don't worry

  206. about those things you haven't done yet. Teach people to

  207. do the commands that you do do, right or not.

  208. You know that God expects us to teach someone the

  209. things that we ourselves understand. Because remember what I said,

  210. it's not gary that makes the difference, it's the experience

  211. that backs it up. And Lo, I am with you

  212. even to the end of the age. Amen. So God

  213. has not left us in the lunch. So does doing

  214. always make us successful? This is the thing I need

  215. to ask us. Doing something that God tells us to

  216. do always make us successful. Truth be told, not always,

  217. not always. Peter said, God, if that's Jesus, if that

  218. Lord is, if that is you call me to come

  219. in the water. And Jesus said come, And he got

  220. up and he walked and he walked and he walked.

  221. Then he saw the waves and he sank and the

  222. Lord helped him. You gotta love Peter, Okay, don't look

  223. down on him. He was an impulsive guy, but his

  224. impulsiveness caused him to risk to achieve many things. In

  225. the Lord, thou art the Christ, the son of the

  226. Living God. I was thinking about this this morning, he said,

  227. do you realize it? And it's true. Did Jesus ever

  228. say he is the son of God? The scripture ever

  229. say that Jesus said he's the son of God. I

  230. am the son of God. Do you know that there's

  231. sixty five there's a majority situation in this world who

  232. always says, if you can show me one scripture that

  233. says Jesus Christ saying is the son of God, I

  234. will become a Christian. Have you heard that guy say

  235. that I don't want to say which name, and then

  236. he laughs to himself, Oh he's got the Christian. Christian

  237. cannot say anything. Hey, let me tell you something, right

  238. Jesus And this is what as I was driving the

  239. Lord minister to me, Jesus expected or not expected. It

  240. was God, the Father who would give a revelation people

  241. about the sonship of Jesus. Bless I use Simon Barjona

  242. for flesh and blood. It's not revealing you, but my Father,

  243. who is in heaven, Thou or the Christ, the son

  244. of the Living God. You know that it is we

  245. who have to acknowledge Jesus as the son of God

  246. and as the Savior, not Jesus himself. But let me

  247. break down what scripture has said. Aren't you gonna tell

  248. them to keep quiet? They're praising you? And what did

  249. Jesus say, if they do not praise me, the stones

  250. will praise me. Was he not saying he was divine?

  251. Because you thou shalt worship the Lord God and him only.

  252. Do you know that the Jews and this other group

  253. of people believe only God can forgive sins. And that's

  254. why when Jesus said, your sins are forgiven. The Jews

  255. got upset with him and said, who are you to

  256. forgive sin? Only God can forgive Seid? And what did

  257. Jesus say, But just so you know that the son

  258. of man has the power to forgive sins, take up

  259. your bed and walk. And the guy got up and

  260. he walked. So Jesus said that about himself. So he

  261. may not have said specific words, but he acknowledged it.

  262. So if you choose to reject it, then you're a fool.

  263. This is what I'm thinking of the guy. You said

  264. these things? So God expects us to acknowledge him as

  265. the Lord and Savior. There is a man who has

  266. to acknowledge him. He doesn't have to acknowledge himself. He

  267. already knows who he is. If you've seen me, you've

  268. seen the Father. Hey, how much clearer does it need

  269. to be? Yeah? So this doing always make us successful? Well,

  270. we have certain tasks, right? What are the tasks? The tasks?

  271. How we have to go? I told you that we

  272. have to get out. We have to go. The next

  273. thing you need to do is we need to make disciples.

  274. How do we make disciples? We make disciples? Bye? We

  275. make disciples by teaching. How do we teach? We live?

  276. We live a christ Like life, HM, so that when

  277. we say the words, it ain't just theory, it's backed

  278. up by our lives. You know what, one person wrote,

  279. the greatest Bible, or the greatest word that some people

  280. may ever read, is the one that they read through me.

  281. That's the only Bible some people may ever read. Is

  282. that the one they see in me, that was said

  283. by Come and Come and the come and the Gospel musician.

  284. You know what? What? What an amazing statement to me?

  285. So you know that a lot of people will come

  286. to know Jesus because of the life you live, not

  287. so much the words you say. And then the name.

  288. Next thing, you know is go baptizing. Why is baptism

  289. so important? You know? You know, I was baptized in

  290. the river of Templears Park, not exactly the cleanest river,

  291. because when you are being baptized down here, you have

  292. to imagine what people are doing in the water up there.

  293. But praise, Praise the Lord. I am alife. I survived.

  294. I survived Templess Park baptism. Why because I acknowledged to

  295. the world then I'm a believer. Why is it that

  296. a lot of people. You know, when you you first generation,

  297. you've heard this said to you before. Yeah yah yah,

  298. go to church, yeah yeah yea believe, but don't get baptized,

  299. you know what, because even the non Christian knows the

  300. baptism is a death to your whole life. You are

  301. the same anymore you somebody knew. And lastly, teaching them,

  302. like I said, teaching them. You know that there will

  303. come a time when your words count for something. But

  304. you know that your words will only count for something

  305. when people have seen the word alife in your life.

  306. People will respond less to your words than your life

  307. after they have seen you live. Then when you speak,

  308. they will listen because they've seen you live it first.

  309. So when you speak it it bears witness with your spirit.

  310. But I want to ask you, is there something more

  311. to this? Is this all that we have? How many

  312. of you here are engineers? Any engineers? Yeah? Okay, there's one,

  313. there's two. Okay. You have heard of a mission statement, right, Craig,

  314. How many have you heard of mission statements? The Great

  315. Commissioner is a mission statement. Go therefore into the world,

  316. make disciples. Mission statement? Right? But how many of you

  317. in engineering have a mission statement without a method statement.

  318. You know what is a method statement? The mission statement

  319. is a what to do? And the method statement is

  320. a how to do? The mission statement go and build

  321. a building? No method statement? So what do you use?

  322. Sticks and stones? Use paper cups? Is that right? No?

  323. You will tell you we will build. What is the

  324. method statement? You used to best steal and it's going

  325. to be done in accordance with this grade. And it's

  326. got method statement. There is a way to do. You

  327. know that Jesus also gave us a method statement, and

  328. they should be exciting to all of us. Means we're

  329. going to be successful. It says here in Acts chapter one,

  330. verses four and five. And being assembled together with them,

  331. he commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to

  332. wait for the promise of the Father, which he said,

  333. you have heard from me. For John truly baptized with water,

  334. but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not

  335. many days from now? Did you realize that there was

  336. a mission statement to the method statement? And I'm going

  337. to show you how important this is. And in Acts

  338. one of it it says, but you shall receive power

  339. when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you

  340. shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in all

  341. Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

  342. I was pondering on this word witnesses. To me, it

  343. sounds incorrect, It sounds grammatically incorrect. You shall be witnesses

  344. for me. That sounds better you because you know you

  345. shall be witnesses off me. That also sounds okay. And

  346. you shall be witnesses to me. So I thought about this,

  347. and there's two things. God will consider you or Jesus

  348. will consider you a witness. You will be to me

  349. a policeman if you wear the badge, get it. You

  350. will be to me a witness because Jesus considers you

  351. a witness. That's one. And the other one is in

  352. the meaning of the word witness, because there is a

  353. sense of worship in the word witness. Do you know that?

  354. Because when you are telling of the glory of God,

  355. when you are telling about the wonders of the Lord,

  356. what are you doing. You are worshiping? And who can

  357. you worship? Only Jesus. So you will be a witness

  358. to me. You will be a worshiper to me. You

  359. will be someone whom I will call witness. So that's

  360. what it means. Like okay, and and the old spirits

  361. for me, you shall be to in Jerusalem where they are,

  362. in all Judea, in their country Samaria, and to the

  363. ends of the end. Let me break it down. You

  364. shall be to me a witness in Clang, in slang

  365. or in Malaysia Samaria you include Singapore and Indonesia, and

  366. to all the earth. You see. It has to start somewhere.

  367. It starts with your little circle, and then it grows

  368. a little bigger and a little bigger, until you're out there.

  369. Some people God may call you go straight away, but

  370. for most of us, you start where you are. Okay.

  371. So to every given task there is a how to.

  372. To every given task, there is a how to. And

  373. you want to know something. God helps us in. It

  374. whips us to do what He's instructed us to do.

  375. You're not alone. You have an answer. Who is that answer, Jesus?

  376. I mean when I shared with a guy, I mean,

  377. when I asked, Lola, what do I share with this

  378. guy who's always said no? He said, talk about badminton.

  379. You know that's a really funny thing, isn't it. Badminton

  380. is going to get somebody sayd well, he did because

  381. the guy understood God will equip you. I just learned

  382. that my aunt has cancer. She's eighty years old and

  383. she's in Australia, and I was wondering, Lord, what do

  384. I do? So the Lord said right to her. So

  385. I wrote to her. And in this message, you know,

  386. the Lord is telling me to read it, so I'm

  387. going to read it. I was struggling with whether to

  388. do it or not, but you know, God has for

  389. have his way, and this is what I wrote to her. Hi, Auntie,

  390. I read this with sadness that I can't be there

  391. physically with you. I continue to pray and believe God

  392. for your healing. And then I talked about my sister

  393. when Jennifer cancer. I asked this question, if all else fails,

  394. are you ready to meet Jesus? She said yes. A

  395. week before she went home. She even said to me

  396. in whispers, Terence, I do not know what else to do.

  397. I told her, there's nothing else to do, for the

  398. devil has thrown every weapon of sickness, and you still

  399. have the name of Jesus on your lips. Auntie, Please

  400. do not be angry with me. My concern is that

  401. throughout your coming trials, always have the name of Jesus

  402. on your lips, and He above all will sustain, deliver,

  403. and keep you. This is the best that I can

  404. tell you because it's the closest to my heart, and

  405. I believe you will find peace, comfort and strengthen this

  406. Maum and Dad have prayed a simple prayer with me

  407. as I have told them, and I always want them

  408. at peace. The prayer goes like this, Dear Lord Jesus,

  409. thank you for paying the ultimate price for my sins

  410. and by dying on the cross for me. I receive

  411. your love and forgiveness by faith in Jesus Name, and

  412. ask you to abide in my heart as Lord and

  413. Savior always. I have always believed in you and nothing

  414. will ever change that. Please forgive me for every wrong

  415. I have done. I believe you will be by my

  416. side in the coming days. I love you always in

  417. Jesus Name. I pray. If this does not offend you, Auntie,

  418. please do pray this prayer as I have been. I

  419. have seen three people with cancer find peace, also Mummy

  420. and Dad. Also Mom and Dad have a joy too.

  421. I will always love you because I will not be

  422. here if not for your calm, coolheadedness. This aunt saved

  423. my life and my mother's life, because at the time

  424. of my birth, my mother was bleeding tremendously. The cord

  425. was around my neck and there was so much blood

  426. that my father just lost it. He didn't know what

  427. to do. But my aunt, she was eighteen years old

  428. at the time, and she was there and she saw this.

  429. She called her boyfriend, who later became a husband, and

  430. he came in the car and drove me to drove

  431. my mom to Bangsa hospital. Now I think it's Pantai,

  432. all right. And immediately when they saw me, my mom

  433. was we into surgery and she was given a caesar

  434. and I was taken out two weeks premature, all right.

  435. And the doctor said if she had arrived even five

  436. minutes later, both of us would have died. This aunt

  437. saved my life, so I had an opportunity to share it.

  438. You know what she said, Why would I be angry

  439. with you? It's such a wonderful prayer. Guys. Every opportunity

  440. is one where you can share the love of Jesus.

  441. Every situation that comes your way. You just need to

  442. talk about what you know and God will be there

  443. giving you instruction what to do. You know that God

  444. wants us to succeed more than we understand. God wants

  445. us to succeed with our parents, with our brothers and

  446. our sisters. He wants us to succeed in sharing the

  447. love of Jesus with them. But you know He also

  448. wants you to succeed in your life. How do I

  449. love the Lord more and more? Yeah? Yeah, you know

  450. seeing people get saved and reaching out to people. But

  451. you know, God ministers to me and other things. For example,

  452. I have never before fixed magnetic dologs and systems, something

  453. that would cost about a thousand to one thousand, five

  454. hundred dollars to do. You know, God gave me wisdom

  455. and I did it. And I'm so surprised because when

  456. I look at the work, I say, wow, this is

  457. so professional, better than even the pros will do it

  458. because you can't even see the wires. You know, every

  459. time I got stuck, I asked the Lord Lord, what

  460. do I do? And as I'm walking towards the the

  461. hardware store, He'll say, you need to go hard bestore,

  462. go back up, do this, do this, and I see

  463. it in my head I got and it works. You know.

  464. It is this kind of thing that the Lord talks

  465. to me and I hear that helps me understand what

  466. his voice sounds like, so that when people need help,

  467. I can hear him tell me what to do because

  468. he helps me in my daily life. He helps me

  469. do my everyday things. Isn't it wonderful your everyday things? Lord?

  470. What do I eat today? Eat everything? But this? Don't

  471. eat this? But but he is saying, it's nice. Trust me, son,

  472. don't eat it next day. I'm okay. Everybody else will

  473. eat it not. So do you know that now? At

  474. least an elder Mabel, when I don't eat something, she

  475. takes note because she's seen it happen often enough. Will

  476. you listen to the Lord in your everyday things. He

  477. will speak to you and the things that matter when

  478. the time comes. I mean so many things he gave me,

  479. ideas you gave me. Just pop something in my head

  480. and you may say, Hi, yeah, this is not spiritual.

  481. You're wrong. When the Lord speaks to you, it's spiritual

  482. because God is going to speak to you each and

  483. every day of your life. He's gonna tell you, don't

  484. take this way, take the other way. The Lord, I

  485. know this way, trust me, don't take this way, take

  486. the other way, and I take the other way and

  487. I avoid traffic. Jat, how amazing is that? But you see?

  488. Will God do that unless you speak to him about

  489. every day life? I don't know. Do you know that

  490. God thinks big? He believes in you and I. God

  491. has to think big in order for him to believe

  492. in me, because who am I am? Nothing? Wow? God

  493. has to think really big. Do you know that? That's

  494. what God thinks of you and I. He thinks big.

  495. You say you cannot do it, Praise the Lord. I

  496. also cannot do it. But who can? He can do

  497. all things, so that with him nothing is impossible. We

  498. can do all things through Christ who strengthens Ah. So

  499. rejoice if you say you can't do it, because he can,

  500. and He will use you because God thinks big. When

  501. God called Gideon, the guy was cowering behind a place

  502. where he was threshing wheat hiding. Why was that? And

  503. how did God refer to him? You mighty man of Vala?

  504. Oh gosh, do you see yourself like how God sees you? See?

  505. God doesn't see us alone. He sees us with the

  506. power of his Holy Spirit. So how does the Holy

  507. Spirit do this? We're coming to the last letter. How

  508. does the Holy Spirit help you and I in reaching

  509. out to somebody? In John fourteen twenty six, it says this,

  510. but the help of the Holy Spirit, whom the Father

  511. will send in my name, he will teach us. He

  512. will teach you some things. You see, we live like

  513. as if the Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit is

  514. teaching us some things. But you know what the Holy

  515. Spirit is doing. He's teaching us what all things? He's

  516. teaching us, what all things? That means, He's teaching us

  517. everything we need to do and know for that given situation,

  518. and to bring to your remembrance, some things to bring

  519. to remembrance all things that I've said to you. I'm

  520. going to prove this to you. It's very important for

  521. us to read scripture every day. Do you know why?

  522. Because you have to get it in there, you have

  523. to put it in your mind. But then you say,

  524. I can't remember it all. I can't. You know, I'm

  525. the worst when it comes to quoting scripture. Probably the

  526. John three sixteen, for God's love. I can remember John

  527. three sixteen God, But the others. I know it's there,

  528. I know what it sounds like, I know what it is.

  529. But you ask me where the scripture is the quotation?

  530. I have problems, that's me. So thank God for all

  531. these little Bible apps, and so every time I want

  532. to find a scripture, I know how to find it.

  533. But you see, that's me right. But I want you

  534. to know that the Holy Spirit will bring to remembrance

  535. everything we need at the right time. Seen this happen

  536. over and over and over again in my life forty

  537. over years. When did Peter ever caught scripture? Do you

  538. know this? Do you know that Peter. Let's talk Peter, right,

  539. When did he ever caught scripture? The first time you

  540. may say, ohout the crisis on legal he wasn't called.

  541. He wasn't quoting scripture. He was saying a revelation that

  542. God had given him. The first time recorded in the

  543. Bible that Peter's spoke scripture was after Jesus had read

  544. zu No had ascended into heaven. Okay, And it's found

  545. in the Book of Acts. I think it's chapter one,

  546. chapter two, And he quoted this once before the baptism

  547. and the Holy Spirit. Okay, he quoted two scriptures. The

  548. first one was for it is written the book of

  549. Psalms led the dwelling place, let his dwelling please be desolate,

  550. and let no one live in it. He was quoting

  551. Psalm sixty nine versus twenty five. And then scripture also says,

  552. let another take his office. This was Psam one o

  553. nine verse eight. Do you know that before the baptism

  554. of the Holy Spirit Peter quoted only two versus. It

  555. wasn't a lifestyle to quote scripture until the baptism of

  556. the Holy Spirit. Because the moment the Holy Spirit had

  557. fallen on them, Peter quoted ten scripture. He quoted you

  558. can find this in Acts, Chapter two, verses seventeen to

  559. twenty one, twenty five to twenty eight, and verse thirty

  560. four ten verses. Do you know it was five hundred

  561. percent more with the baptism of the Holy Spirit, five

  562. hundred percent more. There's a big difference when the Holy

  563. Spirit gets involved, and you gotta ask yourself, But how

  564. did he know it? It was in there? You know,

  565. the Jewish people, they were learning scripture all the time

  566. as they're growing up, never used it, maybe, never quoted it, maybe,

  567. but the Holy Spirit brought to remembrance. Do you know

  568. that when you and I read our Bible at a

  569. time when it is most needed, God will bring to memory,

  570. look through the power of the Holy Spirit some scripture

  571. that maybe we've never quot it in our life before,

  572. but it will be that scripture that we need to

  573. make a difference again. John fourteen twenty six. He brings

  574. to memory all things. He brings to memory all things.

  575. I want you to know that the Holy Spirit is

  576. right there by your side. And you say you cannot

  577. share with your father, you cannot share with your mother.

  578. You know what I've learned. I don't care whether people

  579. get upset with me. If I need to talk about Jesus,

  580. I will. I will share with them so that they

  581. will not have an excuse when they meet Jesus. They

  582. cannot say I knew this Terence and he never shared

  583. the word with me. But I tell it to them

  584. not because I want to absolve my responsibility, but because

  585. I want to see them saved. I want to see

  586. them saved. I want them to know Jesus. You know,

  587. how do you know Jesus is true? If there's any

  588. one of you that has a doubt about whether Jesus

  589. is true or not. Let me speak to your heart

  590. right now. And if you do not know this Jesus afterwards,

  591. when you're giving an opportunity get to know him. Look

  592. at the lives of his disciples, you know, from cowering

  593. cowardly men, cowardly men, they became giants of faith and service.

  594. And you know, some religions mock Jesus and mock his believers. Ah.

  595. The Bible was written by so many different people. Ah,

  596. so what is only men? Let me just tell you this.

  597. If Jesus was not real, their lives would not have

  598. been changed. They would still be cowards. Look at Peter.

  599. Three times he denied Christ. I don't know the men.

  600. What's the matter with you? I said, I didn't know him? Right, Hey,

  601. I don't know him. Then the rooster crowed and he

  602. was very sad. From that coward. You know what he became.

  603. I'm not worthy to be crucified the same way my

  604. master was crucified, So you can crucify me upside down.

  605. That was church history about Peter. From cowdly men who

  606. were not seen when Jesus was being hung on the cross,

  607. James could be stabbed with a sword because of his

  608. faith in Jesus. From a murderer of Christians, Paul could say,

  609. I for me to live his Christ and to die

  610. his gay and his head was chopped off. What made

  611. the difference? Can you see? It was knowledge in Jesus.

  612. It was acceptance of him as a lord, and say,

  613. he is real. So don't let anybody put your faith

  614. in a box by speaking so many unnecessary things, by

  615. trying to confuse you, by trying to belittle your Jesus.

  616. The Jesus I believe in is not fake. He's real.

  617. So we start So what does all this have to

  618. do with missions? All these things that are said? So

  619. what is it got to do with getting out out

  620. of bed and going out there and face the world. Well,

  621. we first must start knowing Jesus. So if you don't

  622. know him, get to know him. We must start knowing Jesus.

  623. We listen to his command to go. Jesus commands us

  624. to go. There's a song it's by Keith Greedy. You're

  625. go and listen to this song. It's amazing. Jesus commands

  626. us to go. You know, He's provided us with the

  627. help that we need. We aren't alone. He didn't just

  628. send us. He didn't bring us this far to leave us.

  629. He takes us. He provides us with the help that

  630. we need, so that we may know what to say.

  631. The Holy Spirit will always bring to memory what to say.

  632. The Holy Spirit helps us record and recall his word.

  633. Please please please read your Bible. Get it in there,

  634. and one day it will save your life. We speak

  635. of what we know. We speak of our experience and

  636. what we have seen Jesus do. It's not theory that

  637. will get people saved. It's the practice of faith in

  638. your life that people will see and learn from. And

  639. I leave you with this John twelve thirty two, And

  640. it says, and I, if I am lifted up from

  641. the earth, will draw all people to myself. When I

  642. shared Jesus with my aunt, I wasn't talking about me.

  643. I was talking about how he helped my sister find peace,

  644. how he helped my parents find peace. And she knows

  645. about them. So now that knowledge will speak to her

  646. heart and make it soft to receive the word of

  647. what I'm trying to get through to her. Guys, for

  648. those of you've got parents who are not saved, don't wait.

  649. Share Jesus with them, and you know how you'd share

  650. Jesus with them. Don't fight with them, just tell them

  651. how much you love them. Start with that. Start with that,

  652. and that declaration of love will break through walls and

  653. they will know. What made you different is your faith

  654. in Jesus and it will open many doors. So, guys,

  655. with that, I conclude today sharing because I just want

  656. you to know what I had on my heart was

  657. God provided us a way with which to do that

  658. which we are supposed to do. And the Holy Spirit

  659. is not a small help. He's mighty, He's amazing, and

  660. the way he changed the lives of the disciples can

  661. make you and I different people. You know, I'm no

  662. longer worried about my face or what will people think

  663. of me, or you know, if I share with them

  664. and they say they don't want to know, I'll be

  665. so hurt. No, I won't If I share Jesus with

  666. someone and they say I don't want to know about him,

  667. does that make me feel sad? No? I still know

  668. my Jesus. See I am doing something good for you.

  669. I cannot force you, but it's good for you. And

  670. if you don't see it, I pray that one day

  671. you will. But for me, I'm still gonna be happy before.

  672. I'm still gonna have the joy of the Lord, because

  673. the joy of the Lord is my strength. I will

  674. not let you and your failure to see who Jesus

  675. is rob me of the joy because I know Jesus,

  676. and I pray that one day you will know him too.

  677. Can we have our keyboard is come up and our

  678. extreme music leader come up, have some of that gusto

  679. piano playing, even as we praise and we worship the

  680. Lord and thank him that we are not left alone?

  681. Isn't that what scripture said? I will never leave you

  682. nor forsake you, and lo I am with you even

  683. to the end of the age. And we always forget

  684. to see this word a man. A man means it's settled.

  685. It's settled. You and I we know Jesus, it's settled.

  686. It's settled.

  687. We hope you've been blessed by this less For more
