Potential Okay, uh yeah, So let's look at some definitions

of what potential is. This is just straight up definitions

from a dictionary. Potential is having or showing the capacity

to develop into something in the future. So it's not

now that it's you know, fully recognized, but you see

potential when one day, whatever that thing is, it will

develop do something great. Okay. Potential is the is latent

qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to

future success or usefulness. It's also the possibility of something

happening or of someone doing something in the future. Okay. Right,

So I've got a few statements up front. I want

to say that potential is often overlooked unless you know

what you're looking for. So just like that scout, the

NBA scout, right, they they probably have a list of

things in their hit or maybe on paper that they see. Okay,

this person has these qualities that may not shine now,

but one day he can do very well in the NBA. Right.

If you know Jerem Lyin, if you watch basketball, Jeremyline

is the most famous Asian American basketball player in the NBA. Okay,

but his Taiwanese. So if you if you see like

a kind of like short ish Chinese guy playing basketball

in a video, that's probably jeremly In. Okay. He he's

shot for a basketball player, Okay, but he he was

like overlooked by many people. Uh when he was playing

in college basketball, many people say he won't make it.

You know, he's got some flaws in his jump shot.

But there's one scout that actually saw him and sort

of vouch for him. He went on to actually lead

the team to one of the championships. So it's one

of the only Asians that actually sort of got an

NBA championship under his belt. Okay. So if you are

looking for different things in whatever, may be a person,

a situation, company, a job, your children, your spouse, you

may overlook what possibly could be something great if you

don't know what you're looking for. Okay. Next, So potential

remains as potential unless it is realized. So again, a

seat remains a seat unless it's being planted. You know,

if you are in accounts of finance, there's this term

called unrealized profits or unrealized loss right So an unrealized

profit means on paper, oh I earn I earned fifty

dollars more than one hundred dollars which I've invested, but

it's not realized until you actually make the transaction and

you know, take out the money. So you need to

realize the potential to make it happen. Okay, So let's

go to scripture because that's important, and it's uh will

be in the book on methow quite a lot today,

and it's something which I read a lot about and

also I think I preached before, but I don't know.

It just brought a fresh new meaning to me over

the last week. And I'm going to go to matt

chapter thirteen. Probably you might also memorize the scripture. Really,

but if you have your Bibles, you can turnd there.

You know, you can see and look at the screen

as we read together. So Matthew thirteen thirty one. Here

is another illustration. So Jesus again uses this as an

example illustration to explain what he's trying to say about

the Kingdom of God and our lives as Christians. Okay,

here's another illustration Jesus used. The Kingdom of Heaven is

like a mastered seed planted in a field. It is

the smallest false seeds, but it becomes the largest of

garden plants. It grows into a tree and birds come

and make nests in its branches. Okay, really familiar. Scripture

talks a lot about potential. So I want to start

off this morning by saying a few things about first

of all, how God looks at us, right, How God

looks at me, How God looks at you. How God

looks at us as children of God and sons of

his kingdom or the church. Okay, and I'll say this first.

When God looks at me, like as if he's a

scout looking at this group of people, and who has

the greatest potential. When God looks at me, he doesn't

just see. He goes to the next light. He doesn't

just see my past or what I have done. Okay,

So he doesn't just see. You know, when you talk

about your past, you can mean a lot of things

like your past success. Man, God, I've done really well

in sbm twenty years ago or fifteen years ago, I

got like nineties. He doesn't see the winds I have,

or even my weakness, the moments where I failed in life,

or lost my temper, the track record I have as

a person, like I like to keep a very good

track record myself, Like I like to be known as

a person who has high integrity. You know, He doesn't

just see that, Okay, he doesn't just see my present

or where I am now. So maybe right now I'm

like not in a good time in my life, Like

it's been difficult, it's been challenging, I'm lacking resources, I'm

in need of so many things. So God doesn't just

see where we were or where we are now, but

he sees our future. He sees our potential. So when

he looks at me, when he looks at all of us,

each of us as sons and daughters of God, he's

not just looking of what we have done or where

we are now, but he's looking at us in the

eyes of what our potential is. Like, how I really

believe for Antie Nancy to go through all that since

twenty eighteen now it's twenty twenty four, right, Like, how

many years that would Why would she do that consistently, sewing, pushing, persevering,

meeting so many people, spending time and resources if it

was just for this this boy, you know, But she

probably saw something that he has and the years ahead

of him, the future that he has, the greatness that

will come. And I believe we can only see the

full picture in one day when we go to heaven

and we can see the sowing and the seed that

she has planted. And that's how God sees us. When

he looks at us, he looks at all the potential

that we have. And I want to just say that

over all our lives this morning, that in whatever season

that you're at, whatever age, whatever you know, moment in

your life right now, there's still a lot more that

God sees and he wants to do through your lives. Okay, Amen,

And we see that He's love right, He's loved for

us extends beyond what we have done or where we

are now. His love for us extend even to the future. Okay.

Let me take it through some scripture, Romans chapter five.

I love Romans of the Five Romans five or six.

When we were utterly helpless, Christ came in just the

right time and died for us sin us right, all

of us are in this category. It's so easy to understand,

like we we weren't even born yet and we actually

are fallen in nature. We are sinners, but Christ chose

to die for us. Now, most people would not be

willing to die for an upright person, though someone might

perhaps be willing to die for a person who's especially good.

But God showed his great love for us by sending

Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.

And the reason why Jesus did that is he saw

not just where we were where our lives is now sinners, failed, fallen, short,

not wholly impure, but he saw our potential and he's

willing to pay the price for it. Okay, Next scripture

Jeremiah to nine eleven. We love this scripture for I

know the plans I have for you. So God sees

our potential. God sees our future. In fact, he has

plan for it as well. Declares the Lord plans to

prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give

you a hope and a future. Amen. One more scripture

Mad two, chapter thirteen. So I took out the beginning

and the end for this scripture right, So the beginning

in verse three, a farmer went out to sow his seed. Right,

he has a seat, he sees potential he's sowing in

the ground right, So then you know there's a bunch

of versus in the middle. But in verse eight still

other seed fell on good soil where it produced a

crop one hundred, sixty or thirty times. That was so

whoever has years that them here. So this seed then

produced a crop one hundred times or sixty times or

thirty times right again potentially in the seed. So I

want to start off this morning by saying that God

really looks at us all our lives here with great potential,

and the future ahead of us, the days or the seconds,

or the weeks, or the months or the years is

going to be filled with God's goodness if we are

able to live out, join with him and partner with

him to live out to our fullest. Okay, So today

will be very simple and I think quite quick, but

I want always to remember that this is how God

looks at us, and he wants us to look at

other people and situations as well. Okay, I have a

three piece for you today, three piece on how we

can live our lives to the fullest potential. How we

can live our lives to the fullest potential. So the

first p is person person will be quite a short

short one. But I want to say that we discover

our potential when we know the person, and the person

being Jesus, we discover our potential when we know the person.

It's like, uh, we often use this if we are

if we are like a tool, we want to go

to the creator to understand how this tool works. Right,

So like man or maybe everyone here, like someone gives

you a new drill or something, right, they're like, open

the box, take out the drill, throw it the instructions

and you'll figure it out. Because you know it's easy

to figure out. I just press a button and then

you know, put something. But if you want to know

how to function a tool or a device or equipment

to his fullness, you want to go to the creator.

You want to go to the creator and understand, Okay,

how was this item created and how can it be

used to his fullest potential? Right? I suppose if you

want to understand how a seed is planted, well you

go and talk to a farmerla, or you talk to

someone is very expert in agriculture, so they can maximize

the seat's full potential. Right, So this morning I want

to remind us I think we all know this but

we really discover our potential when we meet and we

know the person. Last time I was here, I use

the word YadA. So YadA is the Hebrew word of no,

and the and the Greek translation is very similar. But

the word no is not just intellectual no knowing what

the traits or what the correct of God is. But

to know, to know God is really an intimate word

where we it's like a relationship between a father and

a son or a husband and wife. That's what the

word know is la. Okay. So again going back to

Matthew chapter sixteen, this is this is a bunch of

scripture where we see very in a few verses how

knowing God can reveal the true potential of a person. Okay,

So when Jesus came to the region again Matthew chapter sixteen.

When Jesus came to the region of Syria Philippi, he

asked his disciples, who do people say that the Son

of Men is right? Who do people see the Son

of Man is? And he was as if asking, like

you know, uh, you know, like asking who do you

think Jason is Jason Martin. I'm asking, you know, I'm asking,

like this group of people here or ask on on

Facebook or ask his colleagues on Instagram, who is Jason

Martin to you? CPC? What else? Sportsman? Nice, sportsman? Agay?

Anything else? Me one more Justin's husband. So if you

ask Jazz, right, who's Jason Martin? On what Jess was saying, Yeah, okay, okay, yeah.

So this was the same question Jesus posts to his disciples,

and so they say, you know, some people say he's

John the Baptist sportsman CPC. Some people say is Elijah,

they say Jereman. It's all like prophets, right, profits So

they're kind of like touching the surface of what Jesus

truly is from maybe what the experience or what people say.

So like like if you say Jesus is a sportsman,

have you ran with Jason before or cycle with Jason

that you know he's a sportsman, or because you saw

him post on Instagram and I did this forty km

run this morning, this is my bike. I did one

hundred km ride this morning. For all you know, he

might have just taken a picture and go back to

bit right, But he doesn't. I mean, he's a he's

a legit, legit sportsman. But but I think probably jess

would know his case, you know, like if you have

lived with him or been been to an iron man. Uh,

I don't know, event with him, flow on a plane,

go there, help him take out his bike, you know,

because you really truly know a person if you really

live out your life with that person. Right. If not,

it's going to be here say or think you see

on Instagram or social media. And this is what Jesus

was asking his disciples, right, So let's see what Simon

Peter said next verse. Yeah, so Jesus asked them, but

who do you say? I am right if you really

walk through with me as a disciple, if you've really

lived out your life seeking God. So Simon Peter answered,

you are the Messiah, the son of the living God.

He had a deeper revelation. He's not just a prophet.

He's not just a person that can do science and

want wonders and miracles, right, but he is the Savior,

the Messiah, the son of believing God. And Jesus then replied, right,

you are blessed, Simon, son of John, because my father

in Heaven has revealed this to you. You did not

learn this from any human being, right, So it's like

true pure revelation, you know that can come from just

that relationship he had with God the Father and Jesus. Okay,

and you see what happens next is quite amazing. Next,

now I say to you that you are Peter, which

means rock, and upon this rock I will build my church,

and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom

of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden

in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be

permitted in heaven. The point is this, you want to

know your full potential, you need to know the person

which is Jesus. Just like how Simon Peter knew who

Jesus was. He wasn't just a prophet, he wasn't just

a person that does miracles. He was the Messiah, the

son of God. And then Jesus then revealed to him that,

in fact, Jesus renamed him from being being called Simon

to not being called Peter. So if you look at Simon,

then the meaning of Simon is like here and obey right,

or some translations will call it like a read that

sways here and there. So here, then you obey, like

very compliant. Like just now, Laura was saying, don't say

that message. You know that message from to pussic animals

and let's reword it. So so I'm I'm then Jason

said there will be a new CBC. Okay, I digress.

But what I'm saying is Simon is like like a

person who here and Folo are like very compliant. Okay,

so it's very similar to me. I'm very compliant. It's

not yeah, it's not a bad thing. It's not a

bad thing. But but I think what Jesus was saying

that he had the potential to be the rock of

which this church will be built on. Right, that means

he need to be like Ferthern Persevere steady, a rock.

And Jesus saw that potentially him And because of the

revelation that he had of who Jesus was, Jesus gave

him the revelation of who he will be, which is

the rock. And he has so many like awesome prophecies

here of what he will do in the Kingdom Heaven. Right. So,

and this is just the potential of what Simon Peter

is or was previously. In fact, if you read the

next verse, right, he actually got rebuilt by Jesus behind me,

he said, So I know that Simon wasn't there. Simone

wasn't there, right, he says something he's the next verse like,

he says something dumb or like used the word stupid

loosely that you have to rebuke gam shap away. That's

how not really he was. But God saw you just

sort of potential in him when he knew the person. Okay,

so all of us have all of us are okay,

we need to have a chance if Simon Peter can

receive this prophecy, we still are. Okay, tell a neighbor

that you're okay, you'll do well. Okay. First point, person, okay,

next point, let's go planted. Very simple again, very easy

to remember. And I just want to remind us of

this planted. So again in Matthew it says like a

mastered seed planted in the field. So if you want

to live out the full potential, your faith needs to

be planted. And it takes faith to plant. It takes

faith to plant. So why do I say that if

if you are if you have a seed, right, and

let's say for example, this seed, this thing is the

most precious thing to you. I want to keep it.

I want to look at this seed because I like it.

But it takes faith to release the seed into the

ground to the forces of nature for it to grow

into something greater. Either seed remains in us or with us,

then that's all the potential is, right, So it takes

faith to plant. It takes faith to plant. Let me

go to Hebrews eleven. He Brews eleven, verse one. All

of us knows know this. What is faith? He Brews

eleven was one. Now, faith is the substance of things

hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Again, potential faith.

We need the element of faith if you're going to

live out a potential okay, and is the substance of

things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. Just

like Peter Simon. Peter, he wasn't there yet, but Jesus

had the faith to prophesy it over his life, knowing

that one day he will be there. Okay, So next, like,

where is your seat? Like I said earlier, if this

is so precious to you and we cannot let go

and trust God with faith, where is your seat? Where

is your seat? Let's talk about faith a little bit.

Mark chapter eleven. Then Jesus said to the disciples, have

faith in God. I tell you the truth. You can

say to this mountain, may you be lifted up and

thrown into the sea, and it will happen. So that's crazy,

great power, great potential. But you must really believe it

will happen and have no doubt in your heart. Next verse,

I tell you you can pray for anything, and if

you believe that you've received it, it will be yours.

But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are

holding a grudge again, so that your Father in Heaven

will forgive your sins. To first point, person know the person.

Second point, the seed needs to be planted. Okay, And

today I want to say that things that can prevent

us from stepping out in faith or living our life

in faith, or getting our seats planted. I believe from

Mark the Book of March to eleven there are two things.

The first thing is unbelief. Okay, unbelief. So imagine you

as Simon Peter. Jesus gave this awesome prophecy to you,

but you did you did? You do not receive it

and believe like Jesus. Why a you're calling me the wrong.

I like my name, my name Simon. Better. Let me

go back to being a really that sways here and there. Right,

So we need to believe what Jesus says about us.

That's the first thing. Okay, we can go deeper, but

I won't go deeper to that part. But I want

to talk about unforgiveness. Okay. The second part that can

trap us from living our lives to the fullers is unforgiveness.

Uh yeah, unforgiveness is really a trap sometimes. And I'm

gonna be a little bit vulnerable this morning. Maybe out

there a couple of meads to share what God has

brought me through in this season of this season of

this time now. Okay, So so I've asked Laura to

if I could share about this. Okay, at least laughing,

but there was Okay, I mean, you know, Laura's my wife, right,

She's she's serving ex kids, got God bless and soul.

She's always giving your best person ever. I love kids,

I love being married with her. She's really my my

greatest spot and I really treasure her in my life.

But this will be our ten years of being married. Right.

So twenty fourteen are married twenty twenty four, which is

in November. Okay, yeah, but but you know, as as

as married couples, you you have struggles. I don't know,

maybe you guys have perfect perfect like you know, relationships

or even even if you're not married, right, Like generally

relationships will have struggles, you know, in any formal relationship.

So so there was a season where I found myself

struggling and being challenged in this specific relationship with Laura, okay.

And and it was a time year of like not

just weeks, but probably a few months okay, so I'm

not I'm not very sure how many months. But I

really fell into a I felt I fell into a

trap of unforgiveness, okay, because I had a list of

things which I feel like she has done me wrong,

she has she has done lived after the expectations of

a wife, as the Bible calls a wife to be.

I mean, I say this blue Stela, okay, And and

and you know, I mean, everything still goes on in life,

but but it began to trap me in a place

where I felt like I couldn't live my life to

its fullest because this thing was there. I go back

home to this person, which I love and I still

call my wife because I because I made a vow

I made about ten years ago till there do us

part right, and uh, but you know it still traps you.

And and again it may not be a bit a spouse.

I feel unforgiveness, which God then revealed to me was

unforgiveness in my heart. Right. Will will limit us, will

limit us. And it came to a point where like

one day, I think we probably got into a maybe

I would say, the biggest fight ever. And I don't

really fight, but design is like, okay, so so yes,

I mean it was so bad where I don't want

to just record it, but I I I know this

is the first time they did ever in ten years.

I I just I just walked out the room. I

walked out of the room and and left it loud

because because I had all my long lists of things

I want to bring to God about how I'm right

and how I don't deserve this and and and I

and I would I just walked out of the room.

I didn't know what to do because she she probably

just went and fell asleep like nothing happened. Uh, but

it was. It was a struggle for me right, and

and then and then the next morning, I woke up,

did my devotion, and and I felt God just showing

me this unforgiveness in my heart towards my wife, which

is supposed to be my partner in life, right, my

my biggest supporter, and and sometimes the people closest to

you are the hardest to forgive. Because I was bringing

this list the Holy Spirit God, Laura did this, she

did this, she did and and and I keep on

going back into the trap of thinking and playing through

how I was not given justice, how how I was

done wrong, How I was you know, not treated fairly right,

which is what unforgiveness is about. You may we may

be right, but that's not the that's not the point.

And the Holy Spirit that morning really change my heart

over a span of a day, you know. So so

in the morning, God was just speaking to me about

how I need to look at Laura, not at what

she has done or what she is right now, but

the future we have together and the person God has

caught her to be. Again, I'm not saying that I

was wrong or she's right, or you know, I'm not

saying any of this. That's not the point. Doesn't matter.

The point is God doesn't want any of us to

be trapped in unforgiveness, right, And and so the Holy

Spirit told me to love her, to love her and

forgive her, and and love her means for giving her

a lot, right. So it was a struggle. It was

a struggle too. I don't know, especially to love someone

that that is so close to you and you like,

I want to just go up the head and just

give her the whole list again of things you have

done wrong. But but but God just told me to

love her lot, right, So I I really just prayed.

I surrendered everything. And and you know, when we met

again that night, like I was a completely changed person.

You know how if you have unt forgiveness and you

meet the person your unt forgiveness with the first conversation

or before the first word, come fout the first look

already will will set the tone water for the conversation. Right.

But uh, but it wasn't like that, like like it

was soft and kind from the beginning. We change everything, okay.

So so the Holy Spirit tone to to love her,

which which for Laura means buying her do rends that

that day and and man, like you know, so I

told God, Okay, if you want me to buy rens

for her, can it's expensive, but you know it's worth

it because I love her. But I thought all you

make away that it would be easy for me to

buy do and like after work, I'm gonna go and

I'm gonna go to a shop. It's gonna be doing there.

But it wasn't like that. Like I had to go

like three or four places just to find a shop.

You know, I'm like, God, why are you trying to

tell me? Like you know, am I listening to you correctly?

You know? But but but I did. I bought Duran

like it. It was good and and I want to

say that that really that that don't let un forgiveness

trap your full potential because from that day onwards, right, like,

you're not just release I feel something in a relationship

to the next level. But you released me to be

all of who I am who God has called me

to be. Okay, okay, last point, last point. So the

last point is process. So the first point is person,

second point plant, don't let unbelieved unforgiveness stop you from planting.

And the third point is processed because in Matthew the

book of Matthew grows into a tree. So there's one

word only grow. It grows into a tree, the one

word grow. Right, It's like so it seems like a

simple word, grow, But I keep thinking about that that slight. Jason,

show us where we are now, where we want to be.

It's not a straight line. We think it's a straight line.

But there's valleys, there's like dragons, there's mountains, there's spikes

that will come and trap you. Right, like Hawnthin Nancy

was sharing about she wanted to get the ic. The

goal was there, reach it. I want to get there,

but the journey there wasn't easy. So the process of

growth is not easy. Right, And I remind us again

today that potential remains as potential if it has not

been through a process of growth. Okay, he needs to

go through that process, just like how how God told

me to buy the rent for Laura. Right, So, okay,

I got it. I'm gonna obey. It wasn't easy. I

had to go to many places. It was raining, but

you know I made it happen. Now. It had to

happen because I wanted to obey what God told me

to do. Okay, So earlier we read Mantew chapter thirteen,

and I remember I skipped a few versas. So let's

go to the next flight Matthew chapter thirteen. So I

would say growth and in a way, fruitfulness or bearing

fruit isn't guaranteed because from ment to chapter thirteen there

were actually four outcomes of when when seed was planted. Okay,

so we know the possibility of the seed from the person,

and we know that I want to plant in faith.

But even if I plant in faith, we seeded to

be careful and go through the process. Okay. Four things.

Number one, the birds ate it up. Okay, so I'm

just summarizing, paraphrasing. The birds lead it up. Because how

Jesus interpreted is the evil one comes and snatches away.

There's the role of that stakeholder, which is the devil

right in our lives, many stickholders. The role of the

devil is to come and steal, kill and destroy, still

kill and destroy. Right. So the good thing is we

are called as more than overcomers, and God has said

that he has come to give life and life more abundantly.

So this is a battle that Jesus already paid the

price for. We need to be aware that the enemy

is there to rob us of our potential. Okay. Number two,

when there's shallow soil, Okay, so this is even the

seed is planted and shallow soil. But then you know

it sprouts out quickly. But then suddenly the troubles come

and the winds come, and the weather changes and difficulty comes.

But as we have heard earlier, we need to persevere.

So troubles and persecution can rob us of our potential, okay,

in meeting what God has has for us. Then there's

the torns. So this seed got planted, you know, in

between other weeds and stuff, and the thorns came and

like you know, chacate it. So the worries of life

and the dis of well, so these can divert our

focus to what God has for us in this life.

I'm gonna call a worship team out and you know

this this particular point or point number three. Also, God

has been speaking to me heaps about in this season. Uh,

And I might share it another another time. But but worry, right,

worry like a tone can really also trap our growth

because you know, the Bible says do not worry, just

do not worry, because worry in itself doesn't do anything.

So if you are, if you're there being anxious about

what the possibility of the future is, you will also

stifle our potential living our life to the fullest. But

the fourth outcome, and the one that we all want,

is fruitfulness. Is fruitfulness us living our life to its

fullest potential. Okay, one hundred times, sixty times, thirty times.

And this morning I want to challenge us not just

to again reflect on our own lives, but to see

our neighbors, see our families, see our our children, the

person besides you true the eyes of God, that God

really sees all of us as seeds that have a

lot of potential, no matter where you are in your life,

no matter what you are doing right now, no matter

how the past has been. Really God's word is for

all of us. Okay, yeah, I'll show you one last night,

just to end two more. This is my house, which

last year we moved into and there's like a if

you've been there, there's a dining dining table that looks

out to a small ish gardener. Then when Laura came,

I mean maybe we first saw the place. We're like, okay, uh,

we're gonna I have this vision of what potentially this

place can be. When we have breakfast, you can look

out this window and we see like a like a

big hedge of greeneries instead of looking out to the neighbor. Okay.

So so she gave me the responsibility and the task

to like go and bake the hedge or this plant

happen now, okay, so fine because my dad supported this.

So I asked my dad for help. Then he told me, oh,

I can get you get you very cheap plants. Uh,

that is what I wanted. So this is like hat

with like red and green leaves if you've seen it before.

I don't know the name of the species. But told him, okay, Dad,

you're going buy or he's he said, he'll go and

buy for me. They are like, oh, you can fit

your car because we need a lot. We need a lot.

Then he said, okay, I pit in my boot. I'll

come over to your house. Now you get in my house.

I looked at his boot. They were like this small.

All the plants are like this tiny. It's like, oh,

I can I can't count the leaves on each plant,

you know. I'm like, how many years is gonna take

before like I see I see a full green thing,

you know. Then he's like, it's okay, don't ready, We'll

grow a couple of months. He has been a couple

of months. And then then we went to the nursery

and like, okay, we're gonna get other types of plants,

which you see it's in the middle. So the plants

my dad bought was the small plants maybe like five leaves,

but plant about twenty of them or twenty five, and

then that's what those are. The bigger plants we just

called which has flowers. So so we went to the

nursery to get other plants, and I saw it's not

got flowers on. It's so nice that take picture for

Lauras it cannot say okay, bye bye bye Okay. It

came back, and it took a lot of effort to

actually plan all this, so I respect you farmers and gardeners. Uh.

And this was one year ago, and I've been hearing

NonStop right like when the plants grow, why is it

so slow? Like thinking forever, I want to dick up

the plants and just just go and buy a full

set of plants and just plant it and make it

happen overnight. But I kept thinking, it's okay, it will grow.

I'm caring for it. I can see each and every

new leave that comes up every morning. But in fact,

right one one day one, uh, it's a few weeks

where it actually went backwards, you know, instead of growing

like it got worse. I started shribbling up and dying

and like leaves all turning brown holes everywhere. I'm like,

oh my man, like this is not going well at

all because plants need like water and nutrition, right, so

you need fertilizer. It's okay, and then go buy fertilizer.

And you want to see what it is now been

in my house? Okay, So let's go to the next picture.

So this is what it is now. It's a bit

of a camera and girl. Okay, but it's been it's

been about ten months. And for some reason, right, the

flowers didn't come out at all for the last like

seven eight nine months. You know, I feel like I

was cheated by a nursery. It's like you showed me flowers,

and the nursery I bought the plant and planted it.

There are no flowers for eight months, like what is this?

You know? But last week the flowers came out for

the first time, like I don't know why, and it's

starting to grow. It's it's about maybe three three times

the size it words luck whenever I bought it. But

the point is, I know it's I know the process

is difficult. The process of getting where you want to

go is not straightforward. It's gonna take time, it's gonna

take perseverance, it's gonna take patients. So in a world

where we want want to see everything now click by it.

I want to see the change now, I'm saying to

you this morning, that is likely not how it's going

to happen for most cases, because God has a process

that he wants to bring us through before we see

our breakthrough.
