  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. I have a word for you this morning, and I

  4. hope it's something that's going to bless you even as

  5. it blessed me in preparing it. And this word that

  6. I'm going to share with you this morning is on dependency. Dependency.

  7. I think the last time I shared with you, I

  8. shared with you the mercive God. And this time I

  9. want to share with you about dependency is what has

  10. that got to do with that? All me know? Well,

  11. you know I'm here to tell you that if you

  12. do not know Jesus Christ as Lord and sevia, I'll

  13. say it straight out. You need to know him because

  14. he's the only one that loves you, and he died

  15. for your sins to save you. And in spite of

  16. maybe some bad examples that you see, it doesn't matter.

  17. He's the good example you need to follow. But praise

  18. the Lord that we are surrounded by good Christians, good

  19. people here who are willing to disciple you and help

  20. you to get to know Jesus even better. And God

  21. wants us to know that there is a step to

  22. maturity after you know him as personal lord and savior.

  23. And what is a step of maturity, it's being dependent

  24. on him. There was such a great testimony. Look, guys,

  25. if you haven't thanked your mother's, go back home today

  26. and thank them for what they did for you. If

  27. you haven't thanked your father's, go back home and thank

  28. him for what he's done for you. And this is

  29. what I've done. I've done what you've done. You know,

  30. after having kids, I realized I must have been a

  31. rotten child. Seriously. First, you know, I just went to

  32. my mom, say, Mom, you know, after I've seen my kids,

  33. I must have been so terrible to you. Please forgive

  34. me because I didn't understand the struggles you went through.

  35. I understand them now. I did the same thing where

  36. my dad was concerned. You see, when you grow older,

  37. that's how you're supposed to get better in your relationships.

  38. You mature your relationships. None of all this ioh, you

  39. don't talk that way. That's all nonsense. You have it

  40. in your power to get things done right. So what

  41. is that got to do with today's word? Absolutely nothing

  42. is just continuing from your testimony, Okay, praise the Lord.

  43. Dependency what and with home in Isaiah forty thirty. Maybe

  44. before I get to the scripture, let me just tell you.

  45. I've told you before that when you you know what

  46. the world is that now right, it's in a tough place.

  47. And I've tell you, I've told you this before, and

  48. every time I come here, I remind you that Jesus

  49. Christ is coming again. Whether you are I believe it,

  50. whether we don't believe it, it makes no difference the

  51. fact of the matter. He said it, and because Jesus

  52. said it, I believe it. I believe it because he

  53. said it, and I know, yes, I know it's going

  54. to see me through Jesus said it. Jesus said it.

  55. He's coming again. He's coming in real soon. The scripture

  56. says that two nations will rise up against God's people.

  57. Who are God's people. God's people are God's people Israelites. Okay,

  58. the two nations that will come up against him Gog

  59. and Magog. Gog and Magog is actually spoken of in

  60. the Book of Ezekiel. All right, and who is Gog?

  61. Gog is Persia? Who is Persia Ira? Who is Magog?

  62. Magog is Russia? Thousands of years ago God prophesied that

  63. these nations would come against his people. And truly, what

  64. did Russia do? Russia just told Israel if you retaliate

  65. against Iran, and you retaliate, you go overboard. We will

  66. come into the picture. Did you know that? Traditionally, why

  67. should Russia support Iran? But you see now, because the

  68. whole world is against Russia, Russia will get friends from

  69. wherever they can get them. And who did they become

  70. friends with? They became friends with China? And the Book

  71. of Revelation says the kings of the East will march

  72. towards is you know, And I thought to myself a

  73. much and I just don't need The Lord just reveals

  74. to me this morning, what do you mean they're gonna

  75. walk all the way from China to Israel. March means

  76. it again to the they have jeeps, their cars, they

  77. are and they will travel. Doesn't mean that they were walk.

  78. But the fact that the matter was is that John said,

  79. and I heard the number, and the number was two

  80. hundred million. What did President Jijin pengz? I think I'm

  81. pronouncing his name right? He always have difficulty with the

  82. with the z there with President.

  83. J z Z?

  84. What Jinping? Okay? He said at a moment to notice,

  85. China can raise up an army of two hundred million.

  86. They're the Red Kings of the East. Who else is

  87. aligned with China? A surrogate of China? North Korea? What

  88. did North Korea do send three thousand troops to fight

  89. along side Russia with Ukraine? And Ukraine is coming against

  90. euro You know that the world is in turmoil. Whether

  91. you and I believe it or not. The fact of

  92. the matter is Jesus is coming and he is coming

  93. again soon. So what do we do? Do we fall

  94. to pieces? Hey, you are not lego. You were never

  95. meant to fall to pieces. There's always supposed to be

  96. something better for you. And Okay, I'm gonna ask you

  97. a few questions, and I want you to be honest. Okay,

  98. the more honest you are, the better will be your solutions. Okay.

  99. How many of you feel or believe that you are

  100. burning out? Okay, say about two three heads? How many

  101. of you have burnt out? One? Two? Okay, there's a

  102. little bit more, Okay, there's a little bit more. How

  103. many of you believe in this concept of burning out?

  104. There's such a thing. How many of you believe there's

  105. such a thing as burning out? How many of you

  106. don't believe anything? You have to be one of the

  107. other if you okay, how many of you don't believe

  108. in burnout? Okay? One? Praise the Lord? I have one friend?

  109. Can I tell you that there is no such thing

  110. as burnout? It is a lie of the devil. It

  111. is a trick to rob you of what God's will

  112. in your life should be. And is I have? Now

  113. when I use this word you, okay, when I'm going

  114. to be using this word you a lot, please do

  115. not think that I'm pointing fingers at you, okay, because

  116. when I say you, I mean me also, all right?

  117. You know how many have you heard that when you

  118. pointed someone's three fingers always point beg you, so three

  119. times pointing back at you. So when I use this

  120. word you, please don't get offended. I am speaking about

  121. me as well, all right. I want you to know

  122. that this word, this word burn out. Actually you know

  123. what is the real meaning. The real meaning is cop out.

  124. You have copped out. When you say you've burnt out,

  125. you know what you've just done. You have blamed everybody

  126. else for your failure. True, isn't it? Ah? You had

  127. a person work me so much. I cannot do this anymore.

  128. Hire a church every day, meeting meeting, meeting, meeting, meeting.

  129. I cannot do this anymore. I burnt out. And then

  130. you pat yourself on the shoulder and you think you

  131. said something great. Wow, you're so powerful. You worked until

  132. you can work no more. No, that's a lie. You

  133. know what you've done. You've removed yourself from the equation.

  134. You have removed yourself from the fight. You've removed yourself

  135. from the action. What is that. Let's called cop out.

  136. You've copped out. You see, if you want to see

  137. change in your life, tell the truth to yourself. So

  138. now I explain, Okay, if I want to see truth

  139. in my life, I have to tell the truth to myself.

  140. So I say that to me three times because remember

  141. so that I don't offend anybody down here. You've got

  142. to understand, this world is at a stage where if

  143. we don't get an act together, we're going to be

  144. coping out under the guise of this lie called burnt out. Hey, guys,

  145. better to feel like you're on fire on earth serving

  146. the Lord than not to serve the Lord and be

  147. in the fire when you meet him. Being in the

  148. fire means Christler's eternity. Let's get an act together, Jesus

  149. coming against Sue, and I'm here to share with you

  150. and answer. I'm here to share with you a reasoning.

  151. And you want to fight with it, go ahead. But

  152. it's the word of God, So take it up with

  153. the Lord. Okay, here's what it says Isaiah forty thirty one.

  154. It says, but those that weigh upon the Lord, they

  155. show what renew their strength. They shall mount up with

  156. wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary.

  157. They shall walk and not faint. You know, I love

  158. this scripture in the Amplified Bible. You know what it

  159. means to be amplified, to be amplified. Now, okay, the

  160. Amplified Bible, what does it do? It takes your scripture,

  161. and what does he do it amplifies? You can hear

  162. me better. What does the amplified version say about those

  163. who wait for the Lord, who expect, who look for

  164. and hope in him? Guys, if you come for service

  165. on a Sunday and you expect nothing, you will walk

  166. away one hundred percent satisfied because you came in not

  167. expecting anything and you got it. You walk out without

  168. getting anything. Wasn't that one hundred percent of your expectation? Ha? Ha? Guys,

  169. we got to realize if we think we're not expecting,

  170. we're still getting what we don't expect. If you expect

  171. to come on a Sunday and say, I got this problem, Lord,

  172. I got this issue. I really need an answer, speak

  173. to me. You have this expectation when you walk in here,

  174. you're going to walk out with an answer. Guess what,

  175. When you walk in here, you will walk out getting

  176. your question answered. Why? Because God does not disappoint those

  177. who expect him to answer. God expects you to expect

  178. of him. Do you know that if you don't expect

  179. from God? You know what you're telling God, I don't

  180. believe you. Oh, when you don't believe God, of course

  181. you're not going to get anything. But if you believe

  182. God to answer little me, if you believe God can

  183. answer somebody is rotten as me, he will answer. He

  184. will answer you. See. God does not answer us because

  185. we are good or we are rotten. You know why

  186. He answers us because we believe his word. We believe

  187. in him. When you believe in him. You know what

  188. you're actually doing. You're worshiping the Lord because you're saying, God,

  189. you are greater than I am. Oh, God loves that,

  190. because you're saying, God, your word is greater than my thing,

  191. my thoughts. I think I'm rotten, So you won't help me? No, no, no,

  192. no no no. Because I trust your word. You will

  193. help somebody even though I'm rotten. You will help me

  194. even though I'm rotten. You know what God says, well done?

  195. You see it like how I see it. Because you

  196. think when Jesus died for us, we were great people.

  197. When Jesus died for our sins, we were as rotten

  198. as rotten could be. So if he could love us

  199. when we were so destitute and rotten, how much more

  200. will he love us when we trust in him and

  201. believe in his word. Hey, let's be clear. This, let's

  202. be clear was used to death during the US election.

  203. When all the politicians were saying, let's be clear, they

  204. were actually telling you, will you listen to my lie? Now?

  205. Those who expect, look for him and hope in him

  206. will gain new strength, gain new strength, and renew their power.

  207. They will lift up their wings and rise up close

  208. to God, like eagles rising towards the sun, they will

  209. run and not be weary. They will walk and not

  210. grow tired. You see, that's the amplified version. Doesn't it

  211. sound great? Just reading it already? I think I can

  212. sit down. No need to listen to the rest of

  213. the message. You got it. But I have to do

  214. what the Lord told me to do. I'm so sorry.

  215. Actually I'm not sorry, Okay. Scripture says in Isaiah forty

  216. twenty eight, he says, have you not known? And have

  217. you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the creator

  218. of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary.

  219. His understanding is unsearchable. In order to understand verse thirty one,

  220. you gotta undertand what happens before that? And what what

  221. is God saying? God saying, have you not known? Have

  222. you not heard? That? This God he never faints, he is,

  223. he's never weary. His understanding is unsearchable. See. God allows

  224. certain things to happen, and God allows certain things to

  225. happen because his name is glorified. I've got his testimony.

  226. I need to share with you. This happened recently, just

  227. about a month back. You know, North Carolina was inundated

  228. with floods. Right have you seen those videos? I mean

  229. it was frightening whole houses. I'm talking not I'm not

  230. talking a heart, Okay, I'm talking. Imagine a house with

  231. four rooms, five rooms, the whole house like a house.

  232. It's just plotting down the river. The rooms, everything in

  233. it is floating down the river. Then it came across

  234. a bridge. The bridge was low, and when the waters

  235. took the house, the house crumbled like matchsticks. This just

  236. happened about a month ago. And I want you to

  237. listen to someone who depended on God. A seven year

  238. old boy called out to Jesus to save him before

  239. Hurricane Helene floodwaters carried him away earlier this week, Mick

  240. Micah Dryer, that's his name, Micah Dryer. His lifeless body,

  241. he died. His lifeless body was later found about a

  242. quarter of a mile away from his home in Ashville,

  243. North Carolina. But his mother thinks he was saved. Nonetheless,

  244. So you say, ah, how can it be, But the

  245. boy died. Right, Hey, there are things are greater than

  246. what we see at play. And you listen to this.

  247. It brought tears to my eyes. You know. I'm so

  248. proud of my son because in his last moments, he

  249. wasn't screaming for me. He was screaming, Jesus, Jesus, save me.

  250. Seven years old. When you're I know, grown people run

  251. into trouble. Mama, Papa, dad, mom, seven years old. What

  252. was he crying? Jesus, Jesus save me. Then the mother

  253. heard him shout, Jesus, I hear you. Just before he died,

  254. he shouted the motherhood, Jesus, I hear you, Jesus, I'm

  255. calling upon you. This is what the mother heard. How

  256. heart wrenching is this? But look at the mom and

  257. instead he is my hero because he reached for something

  258. past flesh, past human, past anything that even grown adults

  259. I think would reach for. My son called out to

  260. the One God Almighty, and he was rescued. I shared

  261. with you the testimony where I just told my friend,

  262. if you run into trouble, called in the name of

  263. Jesus and he will save you. He is a non believer,

  264. But when he was on his yacht and he was

  265. dying because something happened, he called out to Jesus and

  266. Jesus came on the water. This is what he said,

  267. Jesus came on the water and saved him. He got

  268. to show he gave up all those riches to go

  269. and serve the Lord full time because he was the

  270. son of a multi millionaire. But he decided that's not important.

  271. Money is not it. It's Jesus. I want to live

  272. for his understanding, the scripture says, is unsearchable. Scripture says

  273. he gives power to the weak and to those who

  274. have no might. He increases strength. How many of us

  275. feel weak? If weak, praise the Lord. You're in a

  276. good place. You're in a good place to be weak.

  277. I tell you, I wake up every morning aching from

  278. head to toe. It is no fun growing old. You

  279. ache in muscles you never knew you had. Back pain,

  280. leg pain, toe pain, finger pain, every kind of issue.

  281. You want to read newspapers, glasses? Where my glasses? Where

  282. am I reading glasses? Then you want to go and

  283. look distance? Where are my distance glasses? I you cannot

  284. take the sun gives me headache, neat sunglasses, all kinds

  285. of glasses you need. I mean, that's the thing about

  286. growing older. You know it's no fun. But I'll tell

  287. you this, it's a good place to be. Because I'm

  288. forty and forty, I'm sixty three and I'm alive, and

  289. Jesus gives me strength. You know how the Lord encourages me. Look,

  290. I want to share with people, and I want to

  291. see people come to the Lord. It's my My desire

  292. is to do that. But you know how he encourages me.

  293. He encourages me by the things that I do that

  294. I know it's not me. Uh. I like to go

  295. work walking early in the morning, four in the morning.

  296. But how many of you know it's horrible taking keys

  297. with you, you know, having keys to your house and

  298. you're going walking and you want to concentrate on walking.

  299. The keys poking your leg because it's in your pocket,

  300. or you're you know, putting in the back. It's horrible.

  301. So I asked Lord Lord, what do I do? He said,

  302. put a smart lock? Smart lock? Okay, how smart is

  303. the lot? So I told Elder, maybe I put smart lock.

  304. He said, don't you touch my door. Don't you touch

  305. my door. I have this nice glass door. It's a

  306. big nine foot glass door. It's a big one. Don't

  307. touch it. I like it just the way it is.

  308. So I go back to the loss and lot you

  309. see like my wife, it's okay. You all can get

  310. what you want. To give you an idea. And I

  311. actually saw in my head something. How many of you

  312. have heard us of a drop bolt lock? Never heard

  313. of it? Go and search it, drop boat lock. And

  314. actually that's what picture came in my mind. And when

  315. I reached I found it exists. You know what it does?

  316. When you press the button and the boat goes up,

  317. and then when you release the button, the bolt drops

  318. and locks. Oh this is amazing. I can work with this.

  319. So I researched it. I bought all the parts and

  320. this deeper valley. I developed a new skill drilling and

  321. attaching things to aluminium. And I did it with what

  322. is known as a self drilling screw. Do you know

  323. such things exist? The engineer knows. You put the screw

  324. on the drill and it goes right in. No need

  325. to drill whole. You just put the screw. Special type

  326. of screw. It's called a self drilling screw. But it's

  327. kind of scared to work on your nice glass aluminum door.

  328. But I did it, and you know what, it worked.

  329. It worked, And elder Mabele is happy because she can't

  330. see it. It's hidden. So every morning, as I did

  331. this morning, I go to my wall and I just

  332. wave my hand and the door unlocks. I go out

  333. for my walk. When I come back, I just put

  334. my thumb print and the door unlocks. How cool is that? God?

  335. So God gave me that idea, and God told me

  336. how to do it, and he shared with me how

  337. to do it. It's a new skill that I picked up.

  338. You know what encouragement that gives me. The next time

  339. I meet someone who says, why should I accept your Lord?

  340. Why should I accept Jesus? I have encouraging encouragement in

  341. my heart to tell them he can give you any

  342. answer to any question that you can ask, because I've

  343. seen it happen in my life. So I can speak

  344. with conviction that God will come through. He gives power

  345. to the weaken, to those who have no mindy what

  346. he increases strength? Do you know that even the youths

  347. in verse Thudy, even the youths shall feign and be weary,

  348. and the young man shall utterly fall. So you think

  349. that you can do it because you're younger. I may

  350. not be able to run as fast as you are,

  351. but my spirit has more mental stamina. I have more

  352. spiritual stamina. I've been with the Lord now forty five years.

  353. Have I burnt out? No? Sometimes the flame a little

  354. bit dam but stuck a fire. I have not burnt out.

  355. You know what scripture says scriptures is a bruise wicker,

  356. he will not snuff out. That's in scripture meaning that

  357. if you are a wick of a candle and your bruised,

  358. that he will not stop the flame. In other words,

  359. you will always be burning. Don't you ever believe this

  360. thing about Bernard? You know when I was younger, when

  361. I first became a Christian, first I believed in the Lord.

  362. I went to study. How did I handle my studies?

  363. Seven in the morning, sorry, six in the morning, Take

  364. the school bus, Be there in school at seven thirty.

  365. This was in Singapore. I was doing my eight I

  366. was seven thirty. Be in school from seven thirty until

  367. seven in the evening. School the whole day. Why Because

  368. I was training the school team for tennis. I took

  369. part in all kinds of competitions. Every reach back my

  370. hostel at nine o'clock eight thirty nine, wash clothes, go

  371. for dinner, do two hours of study, walk to church

  372. twelve midnight. Yes, walk to church. Do what pray for

  373. people who needed deliverance from evil spirits. I did that.

  374. Then when I came back to Malaysia. You have one guitar,

  375. this little amplifier, these speakers, yours, these speakers, Okay, Me

  376. and one guy would go to church at six a m.

  377. We would load up the church van with a whole band.

  378. You know. The basement is a speaker, this high thistick,

  379. this white okay. And then the amplifier weight heavier than

  380. the speaker, if you can believe it. One jazz man

  381. for the keyboard, one jazz chorus for the electric guitar,

  382. the electric guitar, the bass guitar, the piano, the electric piano.

  383. Not not this keyboard, electric piano, the roads okay uh,

  384. the big speakers, the amplifier, all the speaker stands. Those days,

  385. our hotels give you nothing, all right. The drum kit

  386. which I used to play, I carry in a gunny sack.

  387. All the hardware put in a gunny sack and carry

  388. it up and take it all the way to Kre.

  389. From Klang to Kre, the hotel would not allow us

  390. to use the lift. We have to carry two of us,

  391. carry all these things up by stairs, four floors, three floors,

  392. four floors. Sometimes it was on third floor, sometimes on

  393. the fourth floor. Set up, go through the service, take

  394. everything down, load the van, go to church for a meeting,

  395. go back to Clang, put everything back in the Clang

  396. church and go home at two am. I did this

  397. for ten years, and after when we got our own

  398. place and the place was permanently set up, I was

  399. still in the school, in the school, in the church

  400. ministry team for another fifteen years until I moved to

  401. some other things. I have now been serving in ex

  402. church for fifteen years. Should I be tired? Should elder

  403. mable be tired? Yeah, but we're not. Do you know why?

  404. If we don't do it, who's going to? So we

  405. step into the business. We we want to pastor past

  406. the pastor Kenna. We'll do anything, you know, We'll even

  407. sweep the church. And you no need to give us title,

  408. he says. No. With the title comes anointing. So when

  409. you are asked to become a leader, when you are

  410. asked to be disciples, become a leader, understand this, it's

  411. not the name. You are actually being called to an

  412. anointing of the office of leader. God will help you, guys.

  413. When I go and see the Lord. I would rather

  414. be hot here and bothered here than go up and

  415. meet the lorder and then after that have another kind

  416. of heat. I don't want that. So even the younger

  417. shall faint. So this is to show a difference between

  418. those who are young and those who are renewed by

  419. the Lord. So again, but those who wait on the

  420. Lord shall renew their strength. They shall man up with

  421. wings the eagles. They should run and not be weary.

  422. They shall walk and not faint. I'm not saying all

  423. these things to make it seem like I'm boasting. I'm

  424. just letting you know that an ordinary person like me

  425. can accomplish things through Him. And you guys, you all

  426. are much much much smarter than I am, more skilled

  427. than I will ever be. Truthfully, what can you accomplish

  428. with God on your side? Oh, you have no idea.

  429. It's tremendous. Your potential is exponential. But you got to

  430. remember these few things. Scripture say, is but those but

  431. those what does but those mean? But those means? Anybody

  432. you qualify, You qualify to see this happen in you

  433. you qualify anyone. Hey, God does not respect whether you

  434. are rich, whether you're poor, whether you're smart, whether you're not,

  435. whether you're blue collar, whether you're management. He is not interested.

  436. What is he interested anyone? If you, then it's you.

  437. That's what he's saying, anybody. For those that wait, what

  438. is weight mean? Wait means to cover, eagerly, wait, expect, expect,

  439. expectation of wait, hoping, look, eagerly look wait. It simply

  440. means this. You got a problem, you come to church.

  441. You're not interested to seek the Lord about it. You're

  442. not interested to believe the Lord about it. Guess what

  443. when you go back, you will gain everything. You believed nothing.

  444. You believe nothing. You gained everything? What was your everything? Nothing? Hey, understand,

  445. we gotta understand. We walk through that door seeking the

  446. Lord for an answer, seeking the Lord for proposition to

  447. help us with that issue. We walk through the door saying, God,

  448. I need you to respond to me. I need you

  449. to do this for me. And when you walk in,

  450. some guy will come. He may be thinner than me,

  451. maybe not so thin, but he will be just sharing

  452. the word. And guess what you get your answer? Why?

  453. Because you expected? Do you expect from me? No, who

  454. are you expecting from God? Will God disappoint your Absolutely

  455. not you expect from him? He will respond to you.

  456. So when you went upon the Lord, this is not

  457. an ordinary word. In scripture. This word lord is mentioned

  458. about seven thousand times. It's the proper name for God,

  459. meaning that the one who actually created you is going

  460. to take an interest, a personal interest. How lovely is

  461. that when you think, Ah, my friend can't be bothered

  462. with me, Ah, my boss is not interested to look

  463. at me. Who cares about them? Because the Lord of lords,

  464. the King of kings, the one true living God, the

  465. one who made you, made me, He's interested in you.

  466. He shall do what he shall renew. You know that

  467. the Lord will renew. You know what this word renew

  468. means in inscripture. This word means is to pass on.

  469. God passes on his strength to you. You know when

  470. when when we leave this earth, we will pass things

  471. on to our children. Okay, while we are on earth,

  472. we pass them on our traits. God is passing you

  473. his strength, The one who created the universe passes on

  474. his strength to you. How strong you think you'll be?

  475. Did you know that? So he passes on or he

  476. passes away. That means passed away from him on to you.

  477. He gives what is his from him on to you

  478. to change or be changed. It's to gain news, to

  479. move past or over your problem. You will move past

  480. or over your problem. That's what Scripture is saying in

  481. Isaiah forty thirty one. Did you ever realize that, you say,

  482. God is giving you a handle of how to take

  483. yourself through during this time. So when you share Jesus

  484. with somebody, you're not just sharing a word or an idea.

  485. You're sharing a solution. You shall renew what your strength.

  486. This comes from the word coach. And let me explain

  487. to you. You shall renew your strength. You know what

  488. your strength is. Your strength is a little teacher on

  489. the world. Yeah, you know that's what this word means.

  490. This word means little lizard, little lizard like a geckoler.

  491. You know. So you and I you know what we are.

  492. We are geckos. We're little lizards. I tell you, I

  493. got my little dog. You know what my little dog

  494. does every night, goes hunting for lizards, which we don't

  495. like because we don't like it to dirty its mouth,

  496. all right, But lizards no strength so scripture says, what

  497. kind or strength will we have? We are the lizards.

  498. Let me tell you what kind of strength you get?

  499. Number one, let's talk about human strength. When scripture is

  500. talking about one of the meanings of this is human strength.

  501. We're talking about the strength of Samson. Wow, you and

  502. I Samson? Can you imagine or not? Samson pushed down

  503. the pillars? The building came down? Samson. How about this

  504. ability and efficiency? How many of you want to be

  505. efficient here? Oh? That's good? How many do you want

  506. to have ability? Here? There you go. That's what the

  507. scripture means. Usually renew your strength, your strength. The word

  508. strength actually means your ability in your efficiency. The power

  509. of people. You know, people power. People power removed Marcos

  510. from presidency in Philippines. How many do you even know

  511. who Marcus is? Can you see hens? I don't blame

  512. you because most of us, most of you were not born,

  513. or if you were born, you were little kids. But

  514. in the eighties there was the people removed a dictator

  515. called Marcos from the Philippines. People power. And then this

  516. is the exciting one. It is a power conferred. My

  517. spelling there is wrong. It's F E R R ed

  518. not F F E R D. Okay, conferred by God?

  519. What is a con When you're conferred a title makes

  520. you something special? Right? When God confers his power on you,

  521. don't you think there's somebody special? Whenever you hit a

  522. brick wall, and I got to tell you at your

  523. work or your studies, if you hit all your relationships,

  524. you hit a brick wall. Wait in the Lord. Then

  525. this strength is also much more than human. He's talking

  526. about the strength of angels. Strength of angels. Our angels strong. Well,

  527. the angels rolled away the stone. Michael took out Satan

  528. on his fall, the angel Gabriel. I think, yeah, Angel Gabriel,

  529. so you don't believe my word? You will keep quiet

  530. and not speak when he told Zacharya, so you better

  531. believe the angels got power? Okay, but the power of God. Oh,

  532. I talked about that. Just now. What about the power

  533. of animals? Do you know that you will be imbued

  534. with the power of animals? Animals, lowly creatures. Let's consider

  535. the end. Even scripture talks about considering the ways of

  536. the end. Let me tell you something about the ant.

  537. Let's talk ratio here, which is the strongest animal? Do

  538. you know that the title of the strongest animal would

  539. probably go to the end. Do you know why the

  540. ant can carry six times its own body weight? It

  541. can bench press h you always see the bench bench

  542. pressing one when they carrying the food six times its

  543. body weight. That is me being able to put to

  544. carry a one thousand, two hundred pounds and mind you

  545. and the and just doesn't lift it and lifts it

  546. and walks all the way from wherever it finds the

  547. food all the way to the nest. Can you imagine

  548. lifting one hundred pounds and walking? Strength of animals the

  549. strength of a lion. Here we're talking about the strength

  550. of an ego, the strength of animals, because how many

  551. of you know a gorilla could probably repew apart. So

  552. animals are strong. So it's it's talking about levels of

  553. strength that's beyond you. And the strength of the soil

  554. one of the strongest things which we don't pay attention

  555. to the strength of the soil. Strength that soil actually

  556. is talking about economy, you know, because the strength of

  557. the soil causes produced to come forth. When you got

  558. good soil, you get more produced, so you can be productive.

  559. You shall mount up, you shall renew your strength, you

  560. shall mount up. You know why you mount up? You

  561. mount up because you went down. If you don't go down,

  562. you don't need to mount upward. And a lot of

  563. us the pressure to go down is a lot stronger.

  564. Am I speaking to people who believe that, who experience

  565. that the strength pushing us down to go down is

  566. much stronger. But I want you to know that the

  567. Bible says you will mount up with what wings like eagles?

  568. Do you realize that the eagle half of its body

  569. weight is the muscle that drives its wings. So can

  570. you mention if half my body weight was just muscle

  571. and my arms? Oh, I'd be pretty pretty enormous. I mean,

  572. imagine this whole one muscle come up here, be quite astounding.

  573. So the thing is this, wings like eagles. Do you

  574. know how strong an eagle is? If you go through

  575. National geography or whatever, you can actually research this. The

  576. eagle is so strong it can come down and carry

  577. off cheats and fly away cheat. I know, cheet does

  578. a huge cat. This is what the Lord is telling us,

  579. we will mount up with wings like eagles. It also

  580. says that the first auto of business is we fly

  581. when you come to the lord. When you weigh upon

  582. the lord. What's the first auto of business? The first action?

  583. The first action is you fly. We always learn we

  584. gotta crawl, then we gonna walk. Let me run. No,

  585. God starts off with flying first. God wants you to

  586. know with me. You fly. That's the normal stance. That's

  587. the normal action is you fly. The next action only

  588. is run. So he starts with fly. Then if you

  589. can't fly, it's okay, you can run. Bible says you

  590. should run. You know what this run is? The run

  591. is like the marathons. You know, you know those days

  592. a long time ago there was no email. You mean

  593. such a time actually existed. Yes, there was a time

  594. when there was no social media. Some of you are thinking,

  595. cannot be yes. So you know when they run, pass

  596. the message. They pass it to this guy. This guy

  597. will run run, run, run, run, run twenty kilometers three

  598. kilomeenis pass it to the next guy, run twenty If

  599. those guys were live today, trust me, they will be

  600. winning all the Olympic medals because they were powerful. The

  601. other kind of running is you know what horses, horses

  602. and majestic animals, when they run fast, strong, they were

  603. designed to run. You know the horses be designed to

  604. run him. I'm not mistaken. I read that their muscles

  605. are church that it does not does not make lactic

  606. acid as much as humans do. You know why we

  607. get pains and all the lactic acid building up in

  608. the legs. But horses are knowledge. Horses can run fast

  609. for a long time. So Scripture is saying we will

  610. run like them. What does it say? We shall run

  611. and not be? You can be sure that when God

  612. is in the picture, you will you cannot be. You

  613. will never be. Most assuredly, you will unable to be.

  614. You will be incapable of being. This last word, importent

  615. is directed at men. You know men do not like

  616. to be impotent. If you don't know what this word means,

  617. looking up the dictionary it will help you understand. And

  618. you will not be weary. You cannot be weary. You

  619. will be unable to be. Can you imagine you will

  620. be unable to be tired? That's what scripture is saying,

  621. and I'm not saying it. These are what all these

  622. words mean. Okay, will you will not be exhausted? So

  623. if I am to believe you or believe the word

  624. who do you think I would believe when we say

  625. I'm burnt out? What scriptures saying I will never be tired?

  626. Who am I to believe? I believe the word. And

  627. I want you to know. If you can't run the

  628. last movement, the least movement, you will at least be

  629. able to walk. You will become greater, brighter. It means

  630. that there is a continually something happening in your life.

  631. You will be you will always be positively moving. All right,

  632. you will be marching march you know, it's a brisk walk,

  633. marching down. And then you got the other kindness, the strut.

  634. You know, strut is like you hums up, yeah, ok,

  635. yeahru its. It's like a dance and a walk kind

  636. of thing. Why because God is on your side, you

  637. will walk and the Bible says you won't faint. You

  638. won't faint. You know what's faint fain is you stop?

  639. You know, there are many Christian fainted people here, no,

  640. not here, but in the world, there are many Christian

  641. fainted people. These are people who are not walking, not running,

  642. not flying. They fainted. But Scripture says you're not becoming exhausted,

  643. You're not become weary, You're not will you will not faint.

  644. You will not faint. So I want you to know

  645. that in these last days, when work is difficult, when

  646. family life gets challenging, when finances become a problem, when

  647. things don't always work as easily as we hope for

  648. them to work, I want you to know that God

  649. is on your side and you have a solution. You

  650. know what is that solution? Wait on the Lord, trust

  651. in him, Know that he will never fail you. Do

  652. you know I consider myself a wretched person whom the

  653. Lord loves and saved, and because I believe that He

  654. will help me. You know what he always does. You

  655. think God has come to help those who are good.

  656. Let me let you in on a little secret. None

  657. of us are good, not one, not a single one.

  658. I'm amazed I managed to bend down. There is no

  659. not one of us that are good. So let's throw

  660. that out the window. You know why God helps us

  661. because we trust him. That's the only qualification, the only

  662. qualification he needs. To believe him. In screen, I'm just

  663. gonna run through this fast now. Probably sixteen three says

  664. commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will

  665. be established. You see. That's why when he tells me

  666. I do this lot, do this this way, this way,

  667. they say that's a thought, right, you know, I never

  668. write it down. I start doing it when I can

  669. see the whole picture in my head. Then I just

  670. comby the things and I'll do it as I see it.

  671. I never write anything down, you know why, because he

  672. establishes my thoughts. I commit my way to low. I

  673. never want to tell him I'm good to do that.

  674. I'm smart, I'm intelligent, you know. I want to keep

  675. the ideas coming. If I say, oh, this is my idea,

  676. then guess what it'll stop. So I give him the

  677. glory Lord, thank you for this idea. I know it

  678. can only come from you, because you gave me the idea.

  679. I'm gonna get it done. I'm going to get it done.

  680. Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will

  681. be established in one bit of ice says it, casting

  682. all your cares on him, for he cares for you,

  683. casting all, casting all. You got a problem, The Bible says,

  684. you throw it at Jesus. You know, you don't come

  685. and give it like we're wrapping like that, like it's

  686. something precious. It is not precious. Your problem is not precious.

  687. You know what your problem is. Your problem is something

  688. to be thrown away. The bad things in your life

  689. is something to be thrown away, thrown awhere. Throw it

  690. at Jesus, and you know what He knows what to

  691. do with it, casting all your cares on him, for

  692. he cares for you. In Psalms thirty seventy five, it says,

  693. commit your way to the Lord, trust also in him,

  694. and he shall bring it to pass every day, every

  695. day without faar, Say, Lord, give me ideas. Lord, give

  696. me ideas. And Pastor Stephen, will I test some of

  697. my ideas a little bit weird? But it will I

  698. do strange things in your office, you know, because I'm

  699. trying to improve things. Those ideas come from the Lord.

  700. They're always there because I believe him to give me

  701. those ideas, and he does. What's your issue, man, Hey, studies?

  702. I studied two hours a day. I was the head

  703. prefect of my school, the first Malaysian heat prefect, by

  704. the way. And I was also the first head prefect

  705. in my school to pass my exam, not just pass,

  706. but do well. So I made the curve. What was

  707. the difference Jesus. Jesus, Jesus was the difference. There's a

  708. lesson that I learned forty five years ago and it

  709. is carried through until today. Commit your way to the Lord,

  710. trustfuls in him, and he will bring it to pass.

  711. And this is what you use. Man, if you're a student,

  712. you can be a top student. This is where you

  713. get that from. Okay. Philippians four six evens is being

  714. anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication

  715. with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God.

  716. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will

  717. guard your hearts and your minds through Christ Jesus. What

  718. problem do you have that the Lord cannot resolve? What

  719. issue do you have that he cannot resolve? He can

  720. resolve and everything, So don't worry about it. Don't worry

  721. about it. But in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. Supplication

  722. prayer is asking, supplication is making known why all right.

  723. Thanksgiving is knowing and thanking him for how he's always

  724. helped you in that kind of an atmosphere. Bring it

  725. to the Lord and He's going to continue to help.

  726. Matthew six thirty three says, but seeking first, the Kingdom

  727. of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall

  728. be added. Unto you, guys, we're living in a time

  729. where we need God to help us, and he has

  730. just let you know he's there. He's just let you

  731. know He is there to help. You have all the

  732. resources you need to make it work, and nothing can

  733. take that away from you. So if you don't, if

  734. you've forgotten everything that I've said this morning, just realize,

  735. just remember one thing that He will not leave you unattended.

  736. He'll give you the strength, he will give you the

  737. help that you need.

  738. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
