You're listening to a message to go from acts church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
Sometimes we also forget that God has given us faith
-
and on a daily basis, when we're challenged in the
-
different areas in our lives, it's very easy to go
-
back to the natural, go back to things that we understand,
-
things that we are familiar with, things that.
-
We learn, you know, from experience, from family.
-
And we try to solve our problems with our own understanding.
-
And yet we know there's a scripture that says in
-
Proverbs Tree, verse five and six, to trust in the
-
Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your
-
own understanding in all your ways. Acknowledge Him and he
-
shall direct our paths. So I want to speak to
-
you this morning about faith, but the title is faith creates.
-
So XTV will help me please with the first slide.
-
The first slight just gives you the title faith creates.
-
I want to encourage all of you that faith is
-
not stagnant.
-
Faith is not dormant.
-
Faith actually has power to create something out of nothing.
-
Faith has the power to multiply.
-
Things right now it has so that means that when
-
you are in trouble in a place of difficulty, and
-
your challenge usually is because we don't have the resources
-
or we don't have something we need.
-
If we had it, we have no problems. If we had.
-
The help, then we are not so troubled.
-
If we have the money, then we are not so worried,
-
et cetera, et cetera. It is because we lack. That's
-
why we are troubled.
-
And then we try to find our own way, our
-
own strength, our own wisdom to feel that lack. Now
-
not always wrong and not always bad, but God has
-
a better way.
-
Can I hear?
-
Good?
-
Amen? And that way is the way of faith.
-
There is a word in Second Corinthians five seven that
-
says we are to walk by faith, not by side.
-
And yet most of us, even Christians who believe in Jesus,
-
tend to walk by sight more often than not. Uh.
-
And I want to encourage you.
-
Okay, let's look at the second slide that says, what
-
do I still lack?
-
Now?
-
This comes from Scripture, and if you remember the story
-
of the rich young ruler, he wanted to have life,
-
and he asked the good teacher. That's exactly the words are,
-
good teacher, what good thing must I do to inherit life?
-
And Jesus told him, you know, Obeeda commands the commandments.
-
And the rich young ruler actually said, all this I've
-
done since I was a youth. Then these famous words,
-
what do I still lack? Now, it was not Jesus
-
who said that you have a lack? It was the
-
richer ruler who himself who identified that there was a
-
lack in his life, and he said it, what do
-
I still lack?
-
And maybe some of you in.
-
This room have a lack in your life today and
-
you just don't know what to do about it. Although
-
you think, all right, somehow I'll find a way, I'll
-
call somebody who will know, and.
-
You know, whether we know what to do or not,
-
I think you'll be okay. And yet in you you.
-
Feel like I'm not sure. I'm not sure what the
-
answer will be, and I'm not sure what the way
-
out is. I have a lack in you. In me,
-
there is an honesty that says I feel like I'm
-
not complete and I don't have the complete answer, and
-
I'm not confident, and I'm concerned. Now, let me tell
-
you the background of how this message came about. So
-
I was sitting with a group of leaders of a church,
-
and one by one the leader stood up and said
-
to me, pastor, uh, we have this lack for example
-
ex kids. For example, ex kids, we have a lack
-
of teachers. Just don't know how to do this. We
-
try to encourage people to join ex kids. We try
-
to encourage for men, especially to sign up. Men are
-
not signing up a lot of women in children's ministry,
-
you'll know that across the board in every church women women.
-
Not to say it's better, but children ministry need men.
-
We need father figures. Otherwise you know it's not going
-
to be complete, so we need men. We all understand this,
-
hopefully we hopefully we understand this. So there's a lack.
-
Then they sit down. Okay, how what what to do?
-
Do we start rewarding men for joining kids ministry? Do
-
we reward them with a golf membership?
-
What do we do?
-
Uh? Do we we want each man to join ex
-
Kids with a Tesla, the brand new Tesla?
-
Would you join if I offer you a Tesla? Now? Okay,
-
all right, see very hard now you know it's love.
-
How if the if the girl's name was her name
-
was Tesla, you need.
-
To testla la. Oh, and your test is to send
-
to your Madella, right you mom?
-
I send her to you see whether she can make
-
Rundown as good as you. So see, men, no, not easy,
-
you know, to join children? Yeah, because we got better
-
task to do. That's terrible, right, because kids are so
-
important and yet men, you know, yeah, hot difficult. Some
-
women are so finding out. Okay, fine, okay, so what
-
do you do? You sit down and you go, oh,
-
you scratch your head? Right do we come out? What
-
do we come with? I mean some of you are
-
leading companies, managing companies, and you need the staff, you
-
need the technology, and you just you just you know,
-
you've probably put job Street ads for the last six months,
-
You've interviewed a hundred people, and you still can't find
-
the right one.
-
What do you do? So you stand up, you say,
-
I have a lag. I don't know what to do already,
-
I don't know what to do.
-
This is south somebody here in this room. I just
-
don't know what to do. I don't know what to
-
do with this child? Why so rebellious? I don't know
-
what to do any with this husband of mine? You know,
-
you know God gave I know God gave him to me,
-
but I wonder whether it God takes refunds.
-
I don't know what to do any my wife, who
-
never understand me.
-
You know, I remember last time, but there was a
-
best selling book, a kid, you know, a best selling book.
-
It was sold in mph those days, an mph, and.
-
The book was hundreds of it, and my father took one.
-
After that he bought it.
-
He bought it, he laughed, brought it, but I didn't
-
know why why he laughed at a black.
-
Guird There were there were there were.
-
People commenting of how genius this book was, and the
-
front cover was I finally understand women. So he bought it,
-
went back home. I said, Dad, you were laughing at
-
this book? Why said you read you know blank? All
-
the pages were blank. But it was so for forty
-
nine ninety people buy it because he was genius. He
-
was genius. Not one page had a word. Did finally
-
understand women?
-
What do we do?
-
And then it goes for men, and so I think
-
that women were like, hey, faster, please, you know, give
-
us a.
-
Chance, you know, talk about the men.
-
Yeah, you know, men are so very hard to understand
-
this this creature, uh yeah, because he was made from dead.
-
The woman was made from the rapes. That's why the women,
-
you know, came from busy the red blood, clean clean,
-
clean and and and smooth and and kurvey and innava.
-
You are.
-
We made, we made, We made from dirt.
-
Okay, so you know there we came there we go
-
all right, men are dirt bags.
-
Okay, so uh we just cut. We don't know what
-
to do.
-
We've got a business that we tried so hard, we
-
advertise so much, Carol Jalad. So one by one, you know,
-
they stood up past the youth ministry teens ministry. Don't
-
know what to do with teens. You know, Uh, the
-
same strategy we use twenty five years ago cannot work,
-
same message, different method. What do young people's like a
-
campus student campus student while idad you know, and then
-
young adults, well, you know, one by one he was
-
sending up not enough laborers, same story all across the world.
-
That's why Jesus said, pray to the low lot of
-
the harvest to send laborers because until today still touch
-
it go not enough. So then the you know, young
-
family set up your young family's so so good challenges
-
and usually it's about people are people okay. If not,
-
If not, man power will be money these two m
-
M and M. No in your mouth, not in your hands,
-
all right. So I listened to all of it, and
-
I had no answer because all of them are saying
-
that they tried already, and tried already, and tried already.
-
Some of you are sitting them going like, I think
-
I understand what you're saying fast, because I also not
-
so much ministry.
-
But in my life, try this therapist, try that doctor.
-
Try Try. I feel like the woman with the issue
-
of blood. No, try for twelve years already under no
-
more money. Right, try the ready.
-
And then Jesus comes to town and he offers a
-
different solution. He offers himself. He says, I and the Way,
-
the Truth, and the life. No one comes to the
-
Father except through me, Jesus. You can't come to him,
-
nor to the Father except through faith. We are saved
-
by grace through I want to tell you right now,
-
our faith creates. So I went to sleep the next morning.
-
They wanted to hear from me, and I did devotion
-
the next morning. But the Holy Spirit spoke to me
-
the night before. He says, Kenneth, don't worry. Tell the
-
people not to worry. They have been using all kinds
-
of ways, but they have not tried my way. And
-
my way is not the way of facts, is the
-
way of faith. It will most often not even make sense.
-
It will not make sense. And this is the problem.
-
Doesn't make sense faith. God doesn't have to always make sense,
-
and that is the problem with mankind. Mankind always need structure.
-
You know, some of you in this room. Without structure,
-
you'll go crazy. No system even worse.
-
Huh. And then he said, God, you know, aren't you
-
the god of structure?
-
Show me that he must be done like this ABC
-
one two three, because if it's three two one.
-
CPA, I do believe. I can't work.
-
I need systems, structures, strategy, all the s. And the
-
Lord says, my ways are not your wayte Neither are
-
my thoughts your thoughts.
-
Oh it's hard.
-
It's hard because our brain, we think it's very big,
-
but sectually very small, very puny, like a pe like
-
a peanut. In the sight of God, a young person said, before, oh,
-
I thought about God.
-
I thought about God, and I can't believe in him.
-
And his professor said, Wow, your brain's so powerful that
-
you can finally decide that you can't believe in the
-
Great and mighty God who created the heavens.
-
And the earth. Uh the drug edict.
-
The day he was set free, he told me, was
-
the day when somebody spoke to him into his ear.
-
He believed it was the Holy Spirit. Later, but before
-
that he didn't even know. He heard big is your problem?
-
Very big? You know?
-
He was in the sue Bunk area. Sue Bunk area,
-
there's a member center, there was a care center by FGA,
-
so he was He's in the field. He's in the field,
-
in his care center for drug edicts, rehab center.
-
And then his problems so big, problems, so big. I
-
want to die. And then a voice came in.
-
Look up to the sky, look to the life, look
-
at the rye, look at the fry look to the bag.
-
Can you see how big the sky is? And he looks, looks, looks, looks,
-
say wow, the sky very big. And then the next
-
question is this all? Is this all of the sky.
-
He was smart enough to say, no, no, no, I
-
think this is only the Malaysian sky. If I was
-
in US, I'll see the US guy. If I was
-
in London, I'll see the London sky. If I was
-
in China, I'll see the China sky already. The malicious
-
sky looks so big. If I put all the skies together,
-
it's even bigger.
-
And then the voice comes, do you know the God
-
behind the sky?
-
And there his problem, his drug problem, became so small
-
compared to a great and awesome God who created the
-
heavens and the earth, the seas and all that in them.
-
There are some animals in the sea we will never
-
get to see because we go any lower oxygen will
-
just totally not work.
-
Our lungs will burst. The treasure will be too great.
-
And then you ask me, why then't he God created
-
the creature in the sea if human beings can't see it, No,
-
as long as he can see it, because he made
-
all things for his glory. It's not for you that
-
he made it.
-
When he sees, you know, whatever, big, whatever moving under
-
the ground of the great sea, the sea bit he said,
-
why in a hundred years you never get to see it.
-
God sees it every day, and he says, I made
-
it for myself. I made it for my pleasure. I
-
made it so I can smile, you know. And then
-
we look at this great God and so our minds
-
very small, and we think we know God, and we
-
think we know a Lord, but we don't.
-
We don't.
-
So God says faith, because I've got a world for
-
you to receive, to enjoy, a world that you can
-
only enter through faith. I want you to know before
-
you go away from this place. Faith creates everybody. Okay,
-
with this, it creates, it's alive.
-
You you enter a world of miracles.
-
Pastor Jong Giecho wrote a book and called it Fourth
-
Dimension because he says, most of us human beings, even Christians,
-
live in a world that is known, that.
-
Can be seen.
-
That's factor, that scientific, that can be explained, that can
-
you know, that can fit with your understanding. But there
-
is a world called the foul fourth dimension where angels thread,
-
angels tread, angels are walking that land. And he says,
-
Christians can come to that place, and it's only by
-
faith that you can begin to walk with angels, walk
-
with men and women of God who live not by
-
sight but by faith. Can somebody say, amen, Faith creates
-
in this world, in this world called the fourth dimension,
-
as Choyonggi put it, you know, faith as small as
-
a mustard seed, can move mountains. Faith creates. And so
-
I gave a devotion, and in that devotion, the whole
-
group of leaders were moved with an anointing that came
-
into that room that morning, because I said to all
-
of them, every answer, every solution.
-
In this boardroom will come by faith.
-
When you leave this boardroom this next few days, I
-
want you to understand. Ex Kids, teachers, for example, will
-
suddenly appear if you would do it God's way, speak
-
them into being, call them fourth teens, same thing, young adults,
-
same thing. Nothing is impossible with God. So we pray
-
to the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers. We
-
don't just go and look for them in drop street.
-
We don't just go and look for them in some advertisement.
-
Are you with me? Facebook, Instagram? All? Third world? Or
-
rather third dimension?
-
I should say, there is a fourth dimension where you
-
remember that it's faith that helps you overcome all your challenges.
-
Let's look at the next slide. So you have a lack,
-
I have a lack. We have las and God allows
-
us to have lacked so that we can exercise faith.
-
Because first John five four says it is our faith
-
that has overcome the world, whatever problems and trouble and
-
challenges you have, it.
-
Is faith that overcomes them.
-
Can I hear a good Amen, hallelujah, whatever it is,
-
choose the way of the Lord. Trust in the Lord.
-
Put your eyes on Jesus, Call upon the Lord and say, Lord,
-
I've got one hundred and one ways I can do this,
-
one hundred and one voices that will tell me of
-
other ways that I can do this.
-
But I want to choose your way. That's why I
-
told you before.
-
There's a scripture that says those who wait upon the
-
Lord shall renew their strength. They shall rise up with
-
wings as eagles. They shall write and not be weary.
-
They shall walk and not faint. I tell you why
-
this scripture is very important is because if we wait
-
upon the Lord, we will hear him, and when he
-
speaks to us, we take his solution. By faith, we
-
put it into practice. You will start seeing your life
-
not be drained by running around everywhere asking Tom Dick
-
and Harry, Uncle A B and c AUNTI, d E
-
and F and calling your you know, your your black
-
book of than trees and datos threes, and you're crying
-
out for help, and you're trying everything else, calling everybody's
-
number except Jeremiah Turdy Tree.
-
Three.
-
You know, call unto me and I will show you
-
great and mighty things. Call unto me, Call to God.
-
This is very important. So this is what faith does.
-
If you wait upon the Lord, you will hear his
-
voice and he will tell you.
-
Wait. He will tell you.
-
When you're interviewing ten people, he will tell you in
-
your spirit, the third one, the seventh one, you know,
-
the younger one, the older. He will tell you. If
-
you just wait upon the Lord, you go by faith.
-
I'm telling you right now, you will save yourself a
-
lot of trouble. You will save yourself a lot of
-
energy that you have to expend when you're running here
-
and running there. No weight upon the Lord, and you
-
shall renew. You will fly.
-
I'm telling you right now.
-
Your business will fly, your finances will fly, and higher
-
than twenty twenty four twenty twenty.
-
Five will be if you believe.
-
It's say amen, So we overcome the world that we're
-
living in by and true faith.
-
Let's look at the next slide. Please.
-
The next slide says without faith, it is impossible, not difficult. No,
-
it doesn't say difficult without faith is difficult to know?
-
Without faith, you know it's uh, it's you know, rather difficult,
-
rather painful. No, it just says impossible. Does anyone here
-
understand the what impossible? It just means impossible.
-
Okay, there's no way ho.
-
I don't know whosey by there? No way, just no way,
-
no ways, just impossible. So God, when he's please, he
-
will pour out. This is how he works when he's please.
-
Like you are a father. You know, sometimes my wife and.
-
I will see a kid that go up to a
-
dad and just melt his heart or melt at the
-
other day, Pastor Albert Isaac Right, we were having a
-
chat with him. He said, you know what, my is
-
his grandson or granddaughter. You know what, my grandson didn't know.
-
I was so tired, you know, me doing ministryt here
-
and there, and I came back, you know, I opened
-
the door and my grandson ran up to me and said,
-
somebody like I can't remember what he called him, but
-
somebody like granddad. Okay, so granddad, Grandpa, Grandpa, I was waiting.
-
For you to come home on the whole day.
-
And then brought to him a drink, right, a cool
-
drink and something something.
-
Like whatever it is or whatever it is.
-
After we heard it. I said, wow, your heart must
-
have melted. Then he said melted. I gave all my
-
inheritance to my striends. You know what, try to say
-
it up. You know what tries it up. You understand
-
what tries say.
-
He's like your heart.
-
So, Mela, you're all the other grand Greek children, you
-
forgot it. This one, this one shall have everything. You know,
-
God is something like that. I'm telling you.
-
You know why I am confident it goes like also
-
because we are made in his image.
-
We are made so he can feel things he feels,
-
and he just wants the pleasure so that he can
-
give you even greatest thing. I'm telling you, Yeah, we
-
shouldn't be the calf. I know, Passar. Don't be like
-
prosperity Gospel. You know you please God just to get money. No, no, no, no,
-
We please God cause we love him, and we love
-
him because he first loved us his simple But when
-
he's pleased that he paws out. I'll give you another
-
scripture just in case you don't believe me. Hebrews eleven,
-
verse six right continues to say, but he who comes
-
to God must believe believe that he is and that
-
he is the reward of those who diligently seek him.
-
Means you must not only believer, you must believe that
-
he rewards.
-
There is not Cannchen saying there is a Bible saying
-
this is the Bible teaching us. We must believe not
-
just in a God, We must believe in a God
-
that rewards those who diligently seek him. That mess is
-
not wrong to believe in a God who loves to
-
pour out Richard and Elon must by a trillion times
-
h so much more, so much more. And all you
-
need to do is have faith. It's not bothered him,
-
it's not butter him. But just live the way I
-
have called you to live, what by by what, by faith,
-
and you will please me, and I will pour out
-
and I will reward you.
-
Everybody, Okay with.
-
This everything and everyone in this room listened to me
-
very carefully.
-
This year.
-
You have good things in stall, great things even but
-
you will have like you will have challenges. Why because
-
God will allow you to go through these things so
-
that you can continue to live by faith. If life
-
is too easy, too comfortable, you don't have to live
-
by faith, right or not? If life is too easy,
-
too comfortable, you have no need in life at all,
-
then God will create me. You've got to have so
-
much money in your bank account, but cannot help your grandson.
-
He's going to create things. Never cannot help your your sister,
-
cannot help your best friend.
-
He's going to create.
-
I'm telling you God, he's not yeah, people like geologically
-
or you're saying that he could know. Even if he
-
doesn't create, he will allow it to happen.
-
So that we will come to a place whereby we
-
know that all that we have, all.
-
That we we have accumulated over the years, will never
-
be enough, except unless we choose the way of faith. Okay,
-
let's look at the next scripture. He's very important. So
-
we get the definition of faith from the Bible. Now,
-
faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence
-
of things not seen out before I go on, maybe,
-
so we are stuck on the thing I just said earlier,
-
and you got hope. I hope it doesn't bring sickness
-
to me. I hope no, no, no, no, no, no,
-
please don't. God is too good of God, He's too
-
good a father, So please don't get stuck on that. Okay,
-
don't get stuck on all will he test me? No, no, no,
-
whatever that he's allowing in our lives, just remember this.
-
He wants us to choose the path of faith. That's
-
all you need to go away thinking. Don't go away
-
thinking about will cancer come?
-
Don't know? Okay. Our God is a good God.
-
He's a loving father, and when he allows things to happen,
-
he just wants to move us into faith. And I'm
-
telling you right now, if you would choose faith, you
-
will see the glory of God. I don't know what
-
that totally means all the time, meaning that, oh, glory
-
of God means definitely get heal, may not be. The
-
glory of God can come in many ways. He can
-
come even with a reconciliation of family. You know, I've
-
seen him before that one sister and aunt antie.
-
God sick the whole family. Right, if you go by.
-
Faith, the whole family gets united and people have forgiveness
-
and repentance.
-
You know, it's a different kind of way.
-
You gotta think. You just gotta think like this that
-
God will not allow you because he loves.
-
You so much. He will not allow you.
-
To sit comfortably because he knows that there is so
-
much more.
-
He wants to reveal to you so much more. He
-
wants to give you so much more, He wants to
-
pour out into your life.
-
I know, I'm, I'm, I'm I'm spending a bit more
-
time on things I don't want to spend on. But
-
because I just said some strong words earlier, I want
-
you to understand.
-
I know. Jesus said some strong words as well.
-
He said, if you don't hte your father, your mother,
-
you cannot follow me. You know, some very very strong words.
-
But what he's trying to say is not to actually
-
be hate your parents. But you know that there's the
-
teachings around that that wants that God wants you to
-
push through to another level with Him that you might
-
not have understood before. But God is going to give
-
you revelation in the days to come. He's going to
-
make sure that your eyes are on Him, not on
-
anyone or anything else. That's the point. That's the point,
-
And I guarantee you, whatever your situation is, that you
-
will see God if you choose the way of faith,
-
if you tell your friends and family members, let's trust
-
in the Lord Ah. Your heart is beating with nervousness
-
and you you're not fully sure what God will do,
-
but just continue to walk by faith. You know, when
-
the Bible says walk, not jump, not jump, he says
-
jump by faith. He says what And every time the
-
Bible talks about what it talks about journey. He doesn't
-
talk about overnight success. You don't don't talk about overnight healing.
-
You know, suddenly cancer gone tomorrow morning. Sometimes can happen,
-
doesn't always happen. He's asking us to walk every day.
-
Choose the path of faith, choose the journey, walk with Jesus,
-
and see what the Lord will do.
-
Now let's move on now, Okay. I hope that I
-
have tackled.
-
That sufficiently so that you know twenty twenty five the
-
way forward is the way of faith. Whatever you're going through,
-
your answer is in faith. Can I hear good?
-
Amen?
-
Definition, Now, faith is the substance of things hopeful, the
-
evidence of things not seen. Let's break it down very quickly.
-
Number one, faith must.
-
Have hope because it's a substance of things. Hope. For
-
everybody say hope, you must have hope.
-
And the devil, when he comes to destroy you, he
-
comes to destroy not immediately your faith.
-
He comes to destroy your hope.
-
And even he can destroy your hope, he will destroy
-
your faith eventually. So a lot of you, if you
-
can remember back at the times when you were very down,
-
very low, very discourage, very disappointed, ask yourself what was
-
the natural thing that came. I will never do this again.
-
I will never have a girlfriend again. I will never
-
have a boyfriend again. I will never trust a woman again.
-
I will never trust a man again. I will never
-
go to church again. I will never take up leadership again.
-
I will never serve on the worship team again. The
-
hope is gone, and slowly but surely your faith will
-
also go out the window. So hope is very borthant.
-
Number one. Number two, you need to have substance behind
-
that hope.
-
So if you're hoping for something, I encourage all of
-
you to have substance. What does that mean. Well, many
-
years ago I heard a preacher preach like this. He says,
-
you know, I want you to know when you put
-
anything in the offering bag, you got to put something
-
that has substance, something that has weight, something that has value. Now,
-
this fifty ring kit is very light, but it's got wait,
-
it is called substance. You see this is not this
-
is nothing, and this is substance. And you can hear substance,
-
you can feel substance. And there are many Christians going
-
around praying for things, hoping for things, but have no
-
substance behind it. It's very important to have substance. And
-
may the Lord teach you what that means in the
-
days to come, because it's not about money and talking
-
about Some of you is time. Some of you is serving.
-
Some of you you know, it's forgiveness. Some of you
-
is helping your neighbor. Some of you is patience. You know,
-
there'll be so many things that law is asking you
-
before your hope will come to pass back it up
-
with not very fairy dreams, but with substers that has value.
-
You know that fifty ringing I put up this now
-
is a is a note, but it has swept and
-
toil and to work for that. You gotta wake up
-
early in the morning. Maybe you will see late at night.
-
This is not nothing.
-
This is your life.
-
I don't know how much you earn in an hour.
-
Maybe I don't know twenty ringing an hour.
-
This is a really two hours to two and a
-
half hours of your life.
-
This is not nothing. This is Come on, subs. You
-
want to be a man of substance means you're not
-
a man of nothing. I want to marry a man
-
of substance means what I want to marry somebody. And
-
he hasn't just been titled doctor, you know not that
-
It means Ada got something like inside God.
-
Weight.
-
Another word for honor is kabad. That's in Hebrew, and
-
kabad means weight. When you talk about God's glory, it
-
means weight. Weight is very important to God. When we
-
give God glory, we don't just say words that mean nothing.
-
We give him weight.
-
We give him our service, we give him our love,
-
we give him our sacrifice.
-
There is weight, There is value to your hope. Christians
-
in this room twenty twenty five, don't just hope number one.
-
Hope number one hope, but number two.
-
Make sure there is something behind that hope that's worth something.
-
Number two evidence of things hope for sorry, evidence of
-
things not seen. Okay, Now, when you say he's not
-
seen means you haven't seen it. That you hope for
-
something you haven't seen it, for something you haven't seen
-
it yet. Now the seeing part one day you will
-
receive one day you will see it.
-
That part belongs to God. So if I can use.
-
My right hand not seen, hopefully one day will be
-
seen healing for my body.
-
God can heal me. God only and only God can
-
heal me.
-
A salvation from my father, who is totally against Christianity.
-
I want to see.
-
I want to see that, but God, only you can
-
help me see that. But there is a part in
-
the Bible that says evidence, which is my left hand now,
-
and evidence is what God needs to see. So it's
-
very important to understand before we can see what only
-
God can do, God wants to see what we only
-
can do. This is a principle I hope that all
-
of you remember is very important. If God was a
-
judge and you were waiting upon the judge for a
-
judgment or for a sentence, the judge doesn't give the
-
sentence or the judgment before the evidence.
-
It's always after the evidence. And then many times I.
-
Believe Christians don't see their breakthrough because they come to court,
-
the court of law, the court of faith, the court
-
of life without any evidence.
-
They bring nothing before the Lord.
-
And that's why in the old times many of the
-
men and women of God will say I will not
-
bring nothing to the Lord, David says, I will not
-
what he say. I will not give to the Lord
-
that which costs me nothing. Those men and women in
-
the days of past understood that God is about substance,
-
God is about weight, God is about kabad, God is
-
about glory. Oh, you know, that's why the Chinese sometimes
-
they understand this.
-
Although they don't understand cabad. They might not understand all
-
these but they understand that when you.
-
Want to honest, some body feed him. The Chinese are
-
really good at this. We eat and everything when everything, Yeah,
-
baby born, eat, all men die eat, Yeah, because you
-
see where I go to funerals. Actually, I find it
-
very difficult to eat a funeral.
-
I know.
-
It's how you are, okay, right, uh, because you know,
-
good food, good food, car, you know, run down who
-
you know. But me and my wife are finding very
-
difficult because you know, you know, people are mourning then
-
all that kind of thing. But you know it's part
-
of party path of eating. So part of pasta of
-
the whole thing. Okay, graduation eat phil eat to encounter
-
red first, work first, and they eat a ber say,
-
work first, and they eat go away to overseas, eat
-
come back for overseas. Why because we all get sent
-
home heavier. The Bible says, don't just bless your parents, mom,
-
God bless you are.
-
But the money that I have is for the church.
-
No, Jesus said, don't do that. You want to honor
-
you gotta make your mom heavier a little bit. Then
-
when she came in, you know what I'm saying. When
-
she came in, she was only seventy two kilograms. When
-
she goes out, she must be seventy four. You add
-
two more kilograms with her love and fresh air.
-
Won't at that? Give her something?
-
All?
-
See the head is this Indian? Or is this Italian?
-
This one is a banana? Leave here alone? Let that hello?
-
Oh things even ah. So I went to India to
-
speak in India and I arrived at the airport.
-
And they're like, oh, pastor, And they put two gardens
-
on me. No one not enough.
-
If I got someone had three three, But you know,
-
because the garden is so thick, right, he went through
-
my negative second girl.
-
And went to my eyes. So I didn't want to
-
take it off because it's not I felt like the
-
first time. But they want to honor you to honor
-
yous to make you heavier. So you're going, You're going
-
to the car like this, and then was.
-
Giving must stay and I must stay you know, you know,
-
and the third guy wanted to do I say, okay,
-
I won't be able to see want to want to.
-
Put that one. We understand, you know, blessing people.
-
Sometimes words words can also be wait, you want to
-
encourage somebody. You are the most good looking guy in
-
this room. Now you want to see when you walk out,
-
he he heavy with encouragement, or like maybe you're walking
-
on air. We honor, we honor, We honor evidence of
-
things not seen.
-
I want to see.
-
But God is not ready to give why because he's
-
waiting on me. Oh you see I you hear the
-
sentence again.
-
The sentence is this. The sentence is this.
-
We wait upon God for only what he can do,
-
as he waits upon us for only what we can do.
-
Let's look at some stories and then we draw to
-
a close.
-
Are you ready? I just want to encoura you because
-
I tell you what, there is not one single problem
-
in this room. He cannot solve snap of finger soft,
-
But he loves faith. He's pleased by faith. He's waiting upon.
-
Us, and he will give you even more than you
-
can imagine Ephesients three twenty.
-
Now unto him who's able to do exceedingly.
-
Abundantly above all that, we could ask a thing according
-
to the richest or the power that works. Yes, wow,
-
there miss is according to the power that works in us.
-
And know what's the power that works in you? It's
-
got to be something from God, right, holy Spirit, faith,
-
the mess. He will give you all these things according
-
to the power that works in you. Ooh, sometimes some
-
of us don't read the last partner. We're just in God, God, God, God,
-
God abundantly over you know above what according so everything,
-
the whole sky belongs to you. But it's still going
-
to be measured up with according to what's in you.
-
And so I want you and I twenty twenty five
-
to have within us what will pull down.
-
From heaven.
-
The promises and power and the potential. Oh, and the
-
anointing and the gifts. Jesus says, I came to give
-
you life John ten ten.
-
The devil does not come except to steal, kill and destroy.
-
But I have come, Jesus said, to give you life.
-
Somebody say life and life more abundantly. This is Jesus
-
and I want us all in this room twenty twenty
-
five to live the abundant life.
-
This is how it works. Everybody. I want to remind you.
-
You already notice you heard this message before. But I
-
want to remind you because a lot of us are
-
just going another direction. My auntie say this, my uncle
-
say that, my father said this, my mother said that.
-
Good, good, good.
-
They all they all love you, They all have well
-
meaning intentions. They all have experience. Good, thank you God
-
for experience.
-
Yeah yeah, yeah, but.
-
Too many of us are going just by facts and
-
facts that's not produced. Facts does not create Facts does
-
not make a new ex kids teacher. Facts does not
-
bring in a new musician into the extreme. Facts does
-
not raise a new missionary. Facts does not create money.
-
In a bank account that has no money, you need
-
to You need to understand. I've been living by faith
-
for the last thirty years, and I will look at
-
my bank account go down to two hundred init and
-
I go like God, the same God that provided enough
-
for me last month will cause my bank account to flourish,
-
and sure.
-
Enough, within days.
-
You know, someone's heart is touched around the world around
-
Malaysia especially, and I look into my bank account three
-
days later, you know, is gone up by ten times
-
and just enough to pay some bills, and it goes
-
down again. Say Lord, the same God you know who
-
opened the tap of blessing has never, never, never closed it.
-
But that tap is.
-
Opened by faith. It doesn't, it doesn't, it's not open
-
by facts. My brains can't comprehend. So I need to
-
I need to say God, I know it doesn't make sense.
-
You know, many times God doesn't want to make sense.
-
You know, even the crosser doesn't make sense. That's why
-
the Bible, she says, you know, he doesn't make sense
-
to all these people who go by the intellect. Salvation
-
is by intellect, they think, so it's a fullish The
-
cross is foolishness. That's what the Bible says, is a
-
foolish message to those who are perishing. You with me,
-
And some of the top minds in this world are
-
perishing because they just think that their minds can save them.
-
Science can save them.
-
But it's faith in Christ, in the God of abundance,
-
who says to me, Kenneth Chan, where did your money
-
come from?
-
Last month? He came from you. Where do you think
-
it's coming from?
-
This one?
-
It comes from you? Where do you cut this next one?
-
It comes from you.
-
You. When you think I need two hundred thousand, you
-
give me two hundred Thosand you think I need two thousand, regait,
-
you give me.
-
To the God. The tap from heaven doesn't close. Oh.
-
I love the scripture that says, prove me now if
-
I want to open the windows of heaven, I pray
-
over you right now.
-
Can I just close my eyes and do this?
-
I pray over all of you right now, that the
-
windows of heaven will open for all of you, and
-
you will live under open heaven. God will not withhold
-
from you, and God will show you the great and
-
mighty things that Jeremiah Tenny three, verse three talks about.
-
Let's look at some of these thoughts now. Very quickly,
-
water turned to wine. Wine was needed, wine was hopeful.
-
Wine was not yet seen. It's finished the bright day.
-
Groom will be embarrassed. And they invited Jesus.
-
And that's the most beautiful thing they did, because the
-
Lord said in his word, those who trust in me
-
will never.
-
Be put to shame.
-
Have you read those scriptures before? Never you trust in
-
the Lord, you will never be put to That couple
-
invited Jesus into their wedding, ran out of wine early,
-
you know, not late early. It was gonna be the
-
worst wedding and people are going to go away laughing
-
at them. No money, don't call people. Are so many
-
people do? No money, don't invite line, you know, huh.
-
Jesus was in the house and the mother said, do.
-
Something for them.
-
Initially, you look at Jesus was not interested. It's not
-
my time yet. And the mother had so much confidence
-
in the Lord that she said to the servants, whatever
-
he tells you to do, do it, just do it.
-
He's going to tell you something because he's a good God.
-
He will not allow you to be embarrassed. Even though
-
he looks like he's not interested. Where are you, God,
-
He's there, he's there. Somebody say, Amen, he's.
-
Interested in you.
-
He's interested in your life, your marriage, your family. He says,
-
feel the water pots, He said, Phil, do you understand this?
-
We will always be asked to do something first. That's
-
our evidence of things not yet seen. Let God see first,
-
then we will see later.
-
Are you all see me?
-
Let God see the evidence in your action, in your speech,
-
in your life and living every day. Let God see
-
some evidence of faith that your eyes are on him,
-
that you have trust is in him. Let him see
-
some evidence. Let the judge of all judges see why
-
my son can a chin? You know, right ahead and
-
booked the hotel room to celebrate his wife's birthday without
-
knowing whether she had time to do it or not,
-
because her class was supposed to finish at five pm,
-
and the dinner that we were sponsored by a very
-
wonderful woman in this church sponsored our dinner, and we
-
were supposed to be there at seven. So paying for
-
the hotel for two hours is crazy, right, But the
-
Lord just told me, do it. Where's the money coming from?
-
Do it?
-
I'll pay you know daily.
-
You know, he just expects us to have a little
-
bit of evidence of where our trust really is, where
-
our eyes are really on And you know, I didn't
-
know that. My wife, her lecturer will tell her we're
-
gonna end by two thirty today.
-
I didn't know that.
-
So she wrote to me, she says, there to Thtilla.
-
I said, I'm coming now. But before I came, I
-
was really in the in the hotel. I was doing something,
-
and then I ran up to the reception and I
-
said to the receptionist, because now that bassender finished to
-
the t I would have to go by about one
-
thirty t go and pick up because it's about an
-
hour all right with traffic.
-
I read a.
-
Reception, I said the reception Uh, I just want to
-
check whether you got my booking. All I want to
-
know was that you got my booking or not. She's
-
looking today. I want your name, chin, kind of chin. Okay,
-
we got your booking, sir. I said, okay, thank you.
-
I'm coming back. Okay, I'm gonna pick my wife up
-
and I'm coming back.
-
She said to me, why do you check it now?
-
I said, I thought you said, well you need check
-
you at three o'clock. Says no, no, we got your
-
room now. And what else do you want to for
-
your wife? It's above it right, I said, yeah, would
-
you like Roase Betals on the bed? So I came
-
in Rosse Metals on the bed, but Rose Betals filled
-
the bathtub.
-
Was oh.
-
My wife looked at it like I'm not getting in there.
-
I said, no, wife, I also loo getting in there
-
because if I get in there, order what to talk
-
ab out you know.
-
Favor? How did? How do you live your life on
-
a daily basis?
-
If any Christian come and tell me that Christianity is boring,
-
I'll take my socks and no, no, no, I have
-
a friend photo says work your eyeballs with my socks,
-
and anyone knowes so I don't know. I don't even
-
understand what he means, work your eyeballs with my socks.
-
But but no, please, christian is not boring. It's boring
-
if you only live by facts, because other religions also
-
we'll live by like that. Right now, I know I'm
-
being very bold, but I'm trying to say to you,
-
then mightsell be another person somewhere else doing something else.
-
Go worship another god. This is not the god of
-
facts only, this is the God of faith. Are you
-
also with me?
-
We are safe by grace through faith? Five loves. Two
-
fish has to give up first before feeding of the
-
five thousand, yes or no? Come on, people, How many
-
roties and how many dolls and how many chicken tika
-
masala do you have in your hands?
-
Give it up?
-
The boy had to give up his lunch, maybe even
-
his dinner. No, I doubt the mother gave him lunch,
-
a five flows two fish. He must have been for
-
lunch and probably tea. Maybe he was partly indeed, he
-
had to have we love our you know, I see
-
you know I counted myself. But I call it d
-
because you know I'm.
-
I'm partly FBI FBI full bloody Indian. And and.
-
The boy when he gave up his five flows two fish,
-
his his name is not even here. There's no Chong.
-
I'm a cow. There's the lad in these last days.
-
I'm telling you it's it's gonna be a lot of
-
nameless heroes. You in this room. Me, It's okay, just
-
I just want to live to please God. And the
-
only way to live, the police God is by faith.
-
Give up your lunch, give up your dinner, and he
-
fed not just the Bible says five thousand men, means
-
it could be five thousand women and children. It could
-
have been ten thousand, all from the boys giving up.
-
What came first, the evidence of the boy first, every
-
dance of things not yet seen. You want to see
-
your evidence. Where's your evidence? So I'm encouraging excerpt the componing.
-
Where is your evidence? And I'm not just talking about money,
-
time serving where is it? How's your speech? Every day
-
a sailor. We have a lot of sailor in the church,
-
A lot of sailors, Ah, a lot of sailors. You
-
know loss and see sailor because you have faced with
-
such a preticabment.
-
Are you dire students? Monday exam, Sunday heaven studdy? Should die?
-
One should die one? I don't even know what that means.
-
One day sumone should comeut with and should I too?
-
Because I died one? That's my second diy you die?
-
Ah Lujah.
-
Widow and Elijah, this as that perfect perfectle can't give.
-
You a story.
-
A There was upon a time there was a widow
-
who had nothing. She was picking up sticks and said
-
that she will bake a few cakes and she and
-
her son will eat.
-
And I.
-
Then she was praying, Oh God, please send help. And
-
help came in the form of Elijah, the man of God.
-
And when she saw Elijah, I can't imagine.
-
She said, Wow, God, I'll send my prayer. And then Elijah, come,
-
you got any food?
-
Nute Elijah, the servant man of God who called fire
-
down from heaven.
-
He is not. Please give me a few kicks first,
-
what kind of answer you're giving me, God, What kind
-
of answer you're giving me?
-
Not only that, noly that she said, we will bake
-
this cake and me and my son will eat and die.
-
And then the prophet says, good, go do it and
-
give me some first.
-
Not you'll eat firs, poor thing, murder, murdered son, eat first,
-
whatever remainder crumbs I would take, and I will make
-
it into a bakery.
-
No, no, biracle ada, He says, give me first.
-
Why because God is always, always first, always, So Elijah
-
represented God came and said, woman, bake your cake before
-
you eat.
-
Let me eat.
-
She went and did it, And what did we hear
-
after that? Her job of oil a bino fla never ran.
-
All right, then what else is there we do? In
-
Elisha Shasha she was also going to die, but not
-
just that. Her sons were going to be sold to
-
the creditors because her husband, you know, her husband was
-
also a prophet. But the prophet died, and the prophet
-
died owing money, and the creditors were coming, and the
-
creditors were going to take her sons, and she's praying,
-
oh God, don't let it take my sons.
-
Please send send a.
-
Sign and comes Elisha, and Elisha, please wave your hand
-
and kill the creditors on their way. Wave your hand
-
and turn green leaves into green back, no green dollar whatever,
-
turn No, do them for me in a way that
-
my mind can comprehend. No, no, no, Elisha says, go
-
borrow empty bottles. She said, why, I just told you
-
I only have a little bit of oil left.
-
Yeah, but if you go borrow the empty bottles, your
-
oil will never run dry.
-
She sends her sons to go knocking on doors. Hello Auntie,
-
Hello Auntie, Hello Auntie. Yes, yes, boy, my mother sent
-
me to get bottles from you.
-
Why.
-
Actually, we are very poor and there's only very little
-
bit of oil left, and uh my mother jes say,
-
go and borrow empty bottle?
-
Are you sureing you what I say? Empty?
-
You're so poor and you're so hungry. Let me feel
-
the bottle. Anti give you, humble UNTI give your run down.
-
Let uncle fill your bottle with naci lama. Let me
-
feel it with corn. No, no, you're supposed to have empty.
-
Nah.
-
Don't go with your own understanding, don't go with your
-
own wisdom. God wants them empty because you got plan
-
to feel them. So I said, knocking doors. I think
-
there embarrassed, very embarrassed. Answer, Why are your bodies when
-
you as just for you going to Antiqukali Mutu's house? Uh?
-
And and and why why?
-
Why not enough men and the boys are all having
-
the borders, Misi border as many?
-
So I'm back.
-
How many of you living by faith sometimes feel so embarrassed?
-
And that's why you don't?
-
You don't, you don't.
-
It's not easy, though, to go around saying that I
-
haven't been living on a salary for three years. I mean,
-
after while, maybe I got used to it. But I'm
-
not begging. I'm just telling the fact that I serve
-
a very good and faithful God.
-
Are you still with me? When I need to pay
-
a bill, it comes. When I need to help somebody,
-
it comes. Oh, but it's not easy.
-
But you have to surpass the embarrassment because you're not
-
asking just for yourself.
-
Are you all me?
-
You're asking because God told you to ask. Now listen,
-
as she poured her oil into the bottles. The oil
-
never ran dry, and one bottle get filled, another bottle
-
get filled, another bottle get filled, and then finally she
-
feels all the bottles and she asked the son bring
-
me another bottle, and the sun said there are no
-
more bottles. Then the oil stopped. I have a very
-
important message by the side to tell you you want
-
to be a part of a church that has.
-
The oil flowing.
-
But the oil stops flowing when the vessels stop presenting itself.
-
And as long as we remained as empty vessels willing
-
to be used by God, the.
-
Oil will steal, will steal, and keep flowing.
-
When people in church are saying no, no, no, don't
-
come mean I don't want to serve, I don't want
-
to lead, I don't want to sacrifice.
-
I don't want to come for practice, I don't want
-
to come for pregnant thing. I don't know, I don't
-
I know, I don't you know.
-
And later on they would also be the people that
-
leave because you would annoying things stop. Ready, the annoying
-
things stopped already. Where's the oil that we once had?
-
You know why we once had so much? All because
-
everybody was hungry.
-
Yourself ever signed me up, sign me up?
-
And all these vessels come before the Lord, and the
-
lot just feels and feels and give me more more,
-
and new people come up yeah, and I mean I
-
self too.
-
And then next week you people.
-
Come up, I want to self too, and the next
-
ten years people coming up, I want.
-
To self too. I want to I love Jesus. I
-
want to let him make use me. And the Lord
-
keeps feeling.
-
And for a hundred years, you know, the oil keeps
-
going because the vessels never stop. The oil never stop.
-
I always do with me the one site bonus for you.
-
I won't charge for that. Abraham and Isaac give me Isaac.
-
But God, you promised me Isaac. You know how long
-
I had to wait? Not my wife eighty years old?
-
I told her first of reasons. Now, no, how many
-
of you have Grandmather's year eighty years old?
-
Come on? Huh? This ties the year? Ah, welcome this
-
TI is the year I got good news for you?
-
Are your laughs?
-
Over?
-
Eighty five years old? I got good news for you.
-
You're happy for me? And then she show you the
-
the stick? What was it called? Against hen? What's the brand?
-
H we U see before it? Yeah?
-
Blue blue blue something? Oh yeah, says the one who
-
has three blue Not so clear?
-
Okay? Who Grandma?
-
Grandma used to have a stick at eighty five. Now
-
she says, hey, well, count the Chinese. Oh, I got
-
a clear blue stick for you.
-
It's crazy. And now when all the.
-
Miracle has happened, she's got she's got the sun called Isaac.
-
He's got the sun called Isaac. God says, give him
-
to me. Ah, theme, guy, how does God work? How
-
does God work? Mm hmm, give you a few more.
-
Jesus asked the man with the withared hand to stretch
-
out his hand. Jesus comes into Templar. He sees a man,
-
she's a man, and everybody Jesus goes around. You know,
-
you know sometimes I've heard pictures say before that if
-
they if the person is okay, they pray, or they
-
pray with fervency.
-
Then when they see some way harder.
-
They're going, okay, hold only God bless you, right because
-
because there's some there's something in a rumor harder than
-
out of people. Okay, But Jesus doesn't back out. Now
-
saw him worshiping uh serer or I'm not making a
-
job of him. I'm wanting you see, okay, I wanted.
-
Jesus is probably there saying I'm going to get to
-
him later. But it's not going to be easy. I
-
tell you why, because I'm not just going to heal him.
-
I'm going to ask him to stretch forth his hand.
-
Come on you there, yes me, yes, you.
-
You want to be healed. Yes, stretch forth your hand.
-
Huh you peria you're mocking me here some of you
-
in this roomor hey, andro, do this?
-
Oh past?
-
I sat down with you three hours. I told you,
-
my past. I told you that I had a with
-
a hand on the inside. I told you, reader, my
-
boss was cruel to me, and.
-
You still asked me to forgive him so bad? Are
-
you come and be a leader this year? I told
-
you before I was hurt so many times being a
-
leader in the attitude and then you you ask me
-
you are you want to embarrassed beak for anybody? Tratch?
-
How are you?
-
My wife just reminded me many years ago, I was
-
asked to be a worship leader in all girls school.
-
H hi, yeah, yeay.
-
I went with a friend. We practice four songs. The
-
first song, this is the day, this is the day
-
that the Lord has made that the very very top song.
-
Those days practice already two weeks.
-
I went Saint Mary's School, my oldest sister school, San
-
Mary's four hundred girls.
-
In the room. It was religious vega, one of those you.
-
Know, everybody go release versus riga, all go and pray
-
to their gods for examine.
-
Ah. You know I gonna say. You had to say, yo,
-
you have this own school.
-
Nah. So the Christians also invite in that room, boding
-
go forty Christian three hundred and sixteen on Christian all come,
-
because they said at least the Christian one not awarding.
-
The game they game. They invited a good looking guy
-
my guit that is our house, literally half my size.
-
Uh. And so I was nervous a ready, but I
-
had confidence because you had practiced. I saw all these
-
girls in uniform, blue color uniform, and I really should
-
have I should have seen the sign of the sign
-
of the girls all sading. It is.
-
Only the forty Christian girls.
-
Were looking the same most because you know they were
-
surrounded by trains the sixty so they also have to
-
act like they were one of them.
-
So I do I do know who was Christian who's not?
-
So I go, uh, sisters, are you ready to worship
-
the Lord quiet?
-
He was a funeral. I've been to funerals that are louder. Okay,
-
they are good okay, and not responding. So I asked
-
my wiquitar, let's go.
-
This is the day.
-
This is the day that the Lord has made that
-
the Lord Boo boo, four hundred girls, boo boo.
-
Have you ever booed a worship be there before? Boo boo?
-
I went on, I tek up, this is the day.
-
This is the boo boo.
-
So my hendrit that is change not dada. Change song,
-
change song, change song. Come blas the Lord, come blast
-
the Lord.
-
Are you boo boom?
-
You know? Because my time is so shot now I
-
have to tell you the whole Sorry, now, four songs
-
in two minutes.
-
The fastest worship beater in town. Don moan has nothing
-
on me, I'm telling you right now. Ah why God
-
make no? God didn't make any way for me to day?
-
Boo I went home. I'll tell you. The funnier thing
-
is that. The funniest thing is though, okay, I look
-
to my guitar.
-
Is by the third song, I look back to my guitarist,
-
what he courage went, He's gone no money. I can
-
only hear his guitar. He's behind get then, because our
-
friend thought he was very handsome. Now all day you
-
go one ego, become ego eg.
-
So I went home. I was so you know in
-
my car, I will never.
-
Disappointment, hope or gone, no hope, no favor, devil wins.
-
I will never do this everything anymore. I will never sing.
-
I will never stand, especially in front of girls.
-
There are wicked people, I tell you. Sometimes they reap
-
very so soft and nice. Sometimes they don't joe you
-
with that rip.
-
Serious.
-
So one year later, who is to call me chaplain
-
from Saint Mary's Kenneth. I was in passing at Kenneth.
-
We really like you coming last year, liar, We really
-
like you got so fast the worship. If you want
-
fast worshiper, call me.
-
Here's my card. Two minutes counting four songs for the encouragement.
-
I had boo boo, four hundred girls.
-
I tell you are one girl, is ok a hiliary
-
four hundred girls boom.
-
I choked and died. I told myself right, never n
-
E V E R.
-
Never never never, And then she says, this time we
-
want you come and share your testimony.
-
From the same school. Though you know, you know I did.
-
I did a very very spiritual thing. I'll pray about
-
it in my heart. I say never.
-
I put it on the phone. Now, I'll call you back.
-
You know, I pray, but it, I'll call you back.
-
I was gonna call her twodays later, just to act.
-
I pray.
-
Right, the Holy Spirit spoke to me so clearly, Kenneth,
-
do it, I said, get behind me, Satan, I say no.
-
And then God, God spoke very clearly, I'm not Satan.
-
Oh sorry, Lord, you need to do this because if
-
you don't do it, you will never break through to
-
see what's.
-
On the other side. I don't want to see what's
-
on the data side. Oh.
-
The Lord had to convince me, really convinced me, and
-
I went. I went four hundred girls again the next year,
-
the same wickedness within the room, the smell of evil.
-
I stood there and I gave my testimony. Lynette, my
-
sister was also from this school, and you know that
-
she died before her time. I, as a brother, has
-
been visiting the school cause and marriage so many times
-
because my sister will inviting me for things here. But
-
I want to tell you about a God that has
-
turned the tragedy into a testimony. Right. I only shared
-
for fifteen minutes, all right, and that day forty girls
-
gave their lives to Jesus. Forty girls gave their life
-
to Jesus. Come on that, Praise God, Praise God. You
-
will never know, oh what God has in stall for
-
you on the other side, because on this side it
-
just looks insurmountable.
-
No hope.
-
Can you imagine if I actually followed my own facts,
-
I won't even be sending front of you here They
-
probably won't be ex God can see much further, and
-
no further than even the forty girls that gave their
-
lives to Christ over fifteen minutes of testimony.
-
Stretch out your hand. No you don't understand. They booted me.
-
Stretch out your hand. Just hear me.
-
Lord, with a step of finger, I can, I can.
-
I can just blow on your hand and it was straightened.
-
But that's not the way I work. God is saying
-
to you, I believe do you.
-
God believes he can do We believe he can. And
-
there are days where you just have to.
-
Get out and stretch out. And in the stretching comes
-
the healing. In the walking, the ten lepers found their healing.
-
Go and show yourself to the priests. They won't heal yet.
-
But when they walk to the priests, they were heal
-
on the way. Can I just confess over you right now?
-
Your healing is on the way. If you believe it,
-
receive it. Say amen. Your breakthrough is on the way,
-
Your blessing is on the way. Your loan approval is
-
on the way.
-
Your new staff, who's gonna love your company as much
-
as you do, is on the way. He asks a
-
blind man to go and wash in the pool of salam.
-
How do you do that? Maybe I'll end with this, Lord,
-
Just do your thing. Just do your thing and open
-
the eyes. No ple.
-
When the spit on the ground, Thank god, it was
-
not COVID timer. It was a COVID I don't know better.
-
You can spit on the ground and make clay with
-
your hands if it was COVID time, I'm not sure.
-
Just heal me. No, no, hold on, hold on.
-
Jesus has another way. He spits on the ground, makes
-
clay with his hand. I can almost imagine that his
-
disciples whispering, Now mind no mine, Jesus, after I give
-
you hand sanitizer.
-
That day when I said to another.
-
Church, I said, he made clay with his hands. A
-
girl from the back I'm not sure whether it was
-
green or yellow or white.
-
Brown brown.
-
Say when you eat a NuGet, you cover the brown
-
and dun. There's there's something very powerful in this listener.
-
Whatever they got, whatever it comes out of God's mouth.
-
POI hits the ground, which is you and me, because
-
we are made of the earth, and he takes whatever
-
it is from his mouth, max with whatever that's on
-
the ground, and he makes clay that can heal the world.
-
Today.
-
If you are seated here as dirt, as ground, as earth,
-
let his spit touch you.
-
Let his word. Men should not live by bread alone,
-
but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth clay.
-
Your life, in my life can become a healing bomb
-
to people outside. You understand very powerful. He puts the
-
healing balm on the man's eyes, and then he says,
-
go wash.
-
Why do you do this? This is not right.
-
You're asking a blind man to go to the pool
-
of siloam and wash. Why are you so evil? The
-
pool of not next door? No, show me some evidence
-
before you see my evidence. Lord, why don't you just
-
give me mineral the bottle? Let me just watch it here,
-
got that.
-
What you no? Pool of Siloam.
-
Slam means sent, how many of you are going to
-
do what God has sent you to do, because your
-
healing is found in descending. It's not just any water,
-
not just any pool. It's the pool that you will
-
send to. And he goes to the pool of Siloam.
-
Exactly.
-
It's the Lord said to him, wash and he sees.
-
Now there's evidence from God. But before the evidence came
-
from God, there was evidence from the blind man. He
-
walked to find the pool.
-
And I can go on and on. My time is up.
-
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you so
-
much that for my assignment of sharing the Word with
-
this church for the beginning of this year. I couldn't
-
do it on the first Sunday. I couldn't do it
-
on the second Sunday. But by the grace of God,
-
I'm able to stand here on the third Sunday. We
-
are still early, although very soon. Even the first month
-
is gone. Then the second month will go like a
-
bullet train. The third month will come and go, and
-
then we are in the middle of the year, and
-
then the year comes towards the end, and then we
-
say Happy New Year again.
-
Twenty twenty six. But God has got so much more
-
than that. Close hits about.
-
God did not create twenty twenty five just to pass by,
-
just to pass over jes to have the same results
-
as twenty twenty four. God is giving us another chance. Breathe, everybody, breathe,
-
Breathe in the spirit of God. This morning, this afternoon.
-
Now it's two minutes to one o'clock, so I have
-
to close. But I know that you have received God's word.
-
His word has gone forthy, will not returned to avoid.
-
We're gonna ask together the Lord. We gonna say God
-
this year, how is he going to be different? God
-
is probably gonna say back to you, how are you
-
going to be different? You ask me for evidence, saith
-
the Lord. But I'm gonna ask you first for evidence.
-
Show me some evidence, show me some substance, show me
-
some seriousness behind your faith, show me that you believe.
-
And You're gonna ask Lord, how tell me? How is
-
it to go? Where you send me the pool of ce?
-
Long is it to borrow empty bottles from my neighbors,
-
even though it's embarrassing?
-
Is it to bake and give first to the prophet?
-
What is it? Is it as simple as just filling
-
six water jars up to the brim, not questioning at all.
-
Jesus didn't even pray over the water Jazz, He just spoke.
-
They did, and the water turned to wine. They brought
-
the water to the Master of ceremony, and he said,
-
this wine is even better than the ordered wine, because.
-
The wine that God will give you. Listen to me
-
very carefully.
-
The wine that will come from God is going to
-
be so much better than whatever wine you can order
-
on your own strength, and you with your own money. No,
-
I encourage all of you to taste the wine that
-
comes from Heaven pays the wine it comes from God.
-
How do you do it? Live by faith, not by sight.
-
How do you do it?
-
Here? God speak to you, because faith comes by hearing,
-
and hearing by the word of God. Every week after
-
week when you come, don't just listen to a good message,
-
say God, speak to me. God will bring speakers here.
-
And sometimes even though he speaks for one hour, you
-
might just only get one minute.
-
Then there's enough.
-
You take that one minute with you and you live
-
out that one minute. You live out that one word,
-
live out that one word. You know how God's going
-
to honor you you see, if your spirit is like
-
a womb and his word is like a seed, then
-
his seed will go forth and impregnate you spiritually speaking,
-
so that when you go away, you will go away
-
bigger than when you came.
-
You came empty in your womb, in your spiritual womb.
-
But if you let the seed of God's work impregnant.
-
The womb of your heart, what will happen is that
-
there will be a baby that will be born in you.
-
That baby means the promise of God, and his promises
-
are yes and amen. And you will go away and
-
come back, Go away and come back, And sooner or
-
later you're there will be a bump.
-
They will see, they will see that you're pregnant with something,
-
and one day you will give birth to it.
-
And you give birth to the promises of God. Yeah,
-
yes and amen. You understand. You understand me. So don't
-
just come to church, but come believing, come hearing, come
-
saying God, show me, tell me, teach me. What is it?
-
What is the evidence that I can offer you? Because
-
I tell you what your best years are ahead of you?
-
Can I hear a good Amen? Your best years are
-
before you? The best is it to come? Because with God.
-
With God, we just go from strength to strength, faith
-
to faith, glory to glory. Stand to your feet, everybody,
-
unlet's dedicate and re dedicate our lives as we start
-
a new year. Say Lord, help me show me, teach me.
-
What is the substance that you want from me? What
-
is the evidence. I don't want to be very fairy,
-
dreamy Christian. I don't want this to talk only but
-
not do. I also don't want to be almost spiritual,
-
because sometimes we just almost spiritual. We just talk so
-
much about you know, the concepts of you know, justification, sanctification,
-
or the big.
-
Words, and yet there is no big true in our lives.
-
So I don't want you just to be talkers.
-
I want you to be testify us that you don't
-
just talk, you testify of God's goodness in your life.
-
Somebody say, amen, Amen, testify. Don't be hearers of the
-
world only, but be doers of the word.
-
We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
