  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. So Joint forty twenty four say, is this right peace?

  4. I live with you my peace. I give to you

  5. right peace. I leave you my peace. I give to

  6. you right not as the world gives, do I give

  7. to you. Let not your heart be troubled. Let neither

  8. let it be afraid. So the Bible here say, I

  9. want to focus on the last part of the scripture.

  10. Let not your heart be troubled. Let me not be afraid.

  11. In our journey of life, journey friends, we have allowed

  12. different things to occupy our hearts. Medical report comes out,

  13. it occupies our heart, our mind for a moment, we

  14. allowed it to dwell from being troubled, comes afraid for

  15. what could be just a possible warning sign could be like,

  16. oh no, this is my future already because we allowed

  17. certain things to The word is to grip our hearts,

  18. to hijack out our life. It'll take it to a

  19. place about we don't want to go to. And the

  20. Bible reminds us this morning, let no heart be troubled.

  21. And it does work on our hearts. If you're if

  22. you're honest with ourself. Whatever it is a friends, so

  23. my stress point and my trigger points could be very

  24. different from yours. I'm twenty fifty and all I just

  25. want to know is that I'm able to go all

  26. the way to eighty five without a wheelchair, right without

  27. without different things, you know, and somebody, it's just looking

  28. on my heart, my heart as well. Right next year,

  29. I'm great for a major sort of a scan my heart.

  30. Five Next year will be my fifth year surviving my

  31. heart attack, and it will be one of those do

  32. a full scan again, and I just pray it will

  33. be a good result, whereby I don't have to do

  34. anything else extra, put anything else. I prayed at my

  35. heart rate. I was talking to a couple of days ago.

  36. I was talking to someone about my heart rate. Say, wow,

  37. you mean your wrestling hearrate is what forty five? You

  38. must be a You must be a marathon runner. I say, yes,

  39. I run maratons around the buffet lines. I'm very good

  40. at the buffet lines and stuff like. No.

  41. I was saying that.

  42. I said, but it's too low. I just saw him,

  43. I said, I go to work. I see now, look

  44. at the computer R forty five for the seven for

  45. the eight fifty one right, My lowess was thirty four

  46. thirty four. My sleeping one lowers was about thirty four

  47. sleeping thirty four. When you're sleeping, heart rate drop below forty,

  48. heart rate drop below forty, wake out on your mind like,

  49. oh no, So first of all, it robs your mind.

  50. For our friends, it robs your mind, troubles your mind,

  51. the thought just one time below forty. So hijack your mind,

  52. trouble your mind. First, the one puts you we allow

  53. things to go to our life be meditated and oh no,

  54. it comes again the next day or the day after

  55. the one week later they look and the trend. What

  56. happens when when you start looking at trend, your heart

  57. will become afraid. So what you meditate on, what you're

  58. allowing to grow? Do you put your mind into it?

  59. It causes emotions. So mine, mine is my notification I received.

  60. Yours could be you know, I don't know, could be

  61. SPM one candidate here, It could be at the job,

  62. you know, the s a message you have the reply

  63. that what's the messages and stuff that? So my stress

  64. words could be very different from yours. But the thing

  65. here is is that all of us here have a

  66. choice whether or not to allow those things to occupy,

  67. to become illegal entity in our heart and our mind.

  68. When we allowed it the right to be now in

  69. our heart and our mind, it will trouble. It will troubles,

  70. O friends. So recently, I just went about a month ago,

  71. I went to do my health checked my regular to

  72. see my cardio. I was hoping, really figure that my

  73. l d L, my back cholestero will drop. You know,

  74. we pray with fast if we claim God's work in Jesus,

  75. we bring down the back cholesterol ld L and stuff

  76. like that. Right we're binding and this stuff like that,

  77. all these friends, medical report came out. My averaging was

  78. two points zero. L d L really came out to

  79. me two point seven. The doctor was shot because in

  80. my four years of really good record was two or

  81. two point one on me?

  82. Shut up the two point seven?

  83. KSU, what happened, mister warm thet I thought, so so

  84. by I went a better way. I said, it's my

  85. wife cooking, you know, I said, I said. I said,

  86. I'd been eating out a lot. You know, I've I

  87. haven't been watching my diet.

  88. You know.

  89. Malaysian food was was on the discount and this stuff

  90. like that. But I allowed, I've allowed myself to give

  91. you the temptations of the food. So yesterday we were

  92. at the grim and Larinus wedding. They had big Raga,

  93. big rager for for dinner, right, and we were scooping

  94. up the bring job with carrier and this stuff that

  95. we ran a four rounds. It was either very hungry

  96. or it was so tasty. We were with extra just

  97. creaky feeling up. They just you know, with one ball

  98. cap port or one place. Mtory did bring back another

  99. boat and stuff like that. We were hungry, and you know,

  100. I was driving back and asked myself a question, where

  101. was my control?

  102. Where was my control?

  103. Where we saying that don't let your heart be troubled,

  104. for example. But we allowed it because it becomes like

  105. it's very natural. We think that we can overcome and

  106. we we can manage it. We can we can manipulate it.

  107. Were allowed because like I seen it before, Yes, I

  108. know it is. I saw the gravy, I saw the

  109. lay of all there. It is stuff like that. But

  110. yet at the same time you know what to do.

  111. The head, the mind, the mind, the mind saying yeah,

  112. watch out, watch out. Okay once only, but your hand

  113. is which is how they put it in your mouth,

  114. like what what entities this? You know seems say grace

  115. and really say segnified class class show a God.

  116. But the hand just goes out.

  117. And sometimes that's how we deal with issues in our

  118. life because we think that we can manage, and later

  119. when the report comes out, we know that our hearts

  120. is troubled. Come on, you only know when your trouble

  121. and the report that feeling the emotion you're driving bed

  122. like if then you feel the oil the power of

  123. the oiliness and stuff like.

  124. Why did I take the extra gravier?

  125. Right?

  126. Why did I do this?

  127. Sir?

  128. And what happens?

  129. You beat yourself, you know, driving back like I shouldn't

  130. have to think that I knew, I knew there was

  131. I know I was supposed to take it out radio

  132. and I'm not talking about right, but you understand that

  133. I knew, I knew, but that my nice warm right,

  134. But after the one happens, you go back, you go

  135. back your car, you go like then your first of all,

  136. your heart is troubled.

  137. Come on, your heart is troubled.

  138. Then after it happens, then you're afraid of the consequences. Later,

  139. you're afraid of the medical results. Later you're afraid of like, oh, no,

  140. my adult is two point seven.

  141. It becomes tree.

  142. I realized in my journey of my life, I was

  143. looking back by oh, my report, my highest ELDA was

  144. about four point seven or five, or no, was about

  145. six point seven or something that was really high. I

  146. didn't pay attention to it because I allowed it to

  147. come to my heart. Now I look back with knowledge.

  148. I became afraid. But the afraid friends, it's very funny.

  149. And the moment you sleep is I reset. Come on

  150. the moment when you sleep, is I reset. Today's a

  151. brand new day, and there is lunch after apologize. I

  152. wish I could go to lunch you by Canna because

  153. I'm fastating. I told my wife I have to go

  154. back and clean my house. Yes, clean my house. Just

  155. want to let you know. I finally understand the Jewish

  156. custom you prepare the house to invite your wife back.

  157. So my wife officially moved back, not because we have

  158. we fought moved back. I had the city is nicely

  159. because other it goes out with the wrong way. I

  160. got my wife back, Okay, move back and start back

  161. into my house very first, after three months away big

  162. bachelor's or three months my wife stayed with me. We

  163. are we are camping in our room. Okay, we're body

  164. water in our room. Not ready yet, this stuff like that.

  165. But I told my wife because we can so precious it,

  166. we will clean up because there are other things to do,

  167. other things to finish up. But I just had to

  168. move in first because I told my wife three months

  169. readio I took up radio or enough punishment ready or right?

  170. I'm sorry, kay?

  171. Right, I say it's but basically just is that it

  172. is very tiring to date when you're close to the

  173. fifty What do I mean by dad? Every time after work,

  174. I sent her back to chore us, then you turn

  175. back to putcho. So when you're younger, training something, you

  176. got a lot of energy, you're so excited. Yay. When

  177. you're merry, really you know, you stay so fasty here,

  178. stay together? Cannot your house is too small and my

  179. room is too small and stuff like that because of renovation. Yeah,

  180. because hey guys, because of renovation. Okay, so we moved back.

  181. Our house is almost completely moved back. Yes, move back

  182. and uh the renovation is still going on on the outside.

  183. But we move back, started cleaning up. We say that

  184. we have to put the house in order. I move

  185. in earlier because she's she's allergic to us.

  186. I said.

  187. The law is so amazing. Put two different people. One

  188. is not allergic to us. What it's allergic to us?

  189. I say, Lord, sometimes it's not. It's unfair.

  190. Yeah.

  191. So I started cleaning the house and this stuff like that,

  192. and so my wife has this thing.

  193. You know, you know, I.

  194. Can't clean as the way you wanted to be clean.

  195. I said, there's only one way to be clean. It's spotless.

  196. Every time you use the shower skin, you must wipe

  197. it down. I introduced a squeegeet for her. All right,

  198. this is how you use the squeegee. This you clean up,

  199. and I see you wipe it down. The stainless still tap.

  200. You must wipe it down. So when you come in there,

  201. it welcomes you like a hotel room.

  202. It's like a real ya. Don't do that one here.

  203. Oh sorry, I'm not wow, Jessica.

  204. Here right, So our hearts, our hearts, our hearts in

  205. trouble and become afraid. All right, but the Bible here

  206. says that God understands. So God understands the heart of

  207. his creation. He knows you. He knows your heart, he

  208. knows what triggered what triggers you. He knows your The

  209. word is that he knows your trigger points that causes

  210. you to be in stress, causes you to worry, because

  211. my trigger point and your trigger boy, could be very different.

  212. As I'm we can share you my experience, but some

  213. of us here could be very different. I've accepted the

  214. fact that my head we never grow back in the

  215. middle part ye up here, I tried sleeping, living it

  216. log I honestly I wanted to confess. I lay hands

  217. on it, I put anointing all here before seriously I

  218. claim it.

  219. I fasted.

  220. I've almost followed almost every remedy I could fight out there,

  221. but it did not work.

  222. So my trigger pointed time. I was like, Lord, why

  223. I know when I grew.

  224. Up the time my mom used to tell me that

  225. your hair is so thickular, so nice or so vv

  226. vv you know, friends, I was so bungle on my

  227. head lastide, I can't a second donated to make a

  228. week or something like that. Then when I started losing

  229. hair at the time I was in trouble because this

  230. this bob pet here doesn't grow as quickly as the rest.

  231. And I told my I told my wife back then

  232. should I keep it long?

  233. How I flip it one side and stuff like that,

  234. You said, Nola, And.

  235. My heart was troubled. So that's that's my trigger point.

  236. There after I come to this place of taking everything

  237. off and stuff like that. And also I want to

  238. go the got My wife said, you know you can't

  239. because you know you go grotty. You cannot kiss me.

  240. Life choices. So I told my wife igue my poetla.

  241. So my trigger point is different from yours. But God

  242. understands creation. Come on, So some of us here, your

  243. trigger point could be your future and this stuff like that.

  244. Mine could be just getting over certain things. So the

  245. Bible says God understands. Quation John chapter sixteen was the

  246. tree says this that in these things I've spoken to

  247. you that in me you have peace. Come on, in me,

  248. you have peace. God understand See, he understands first of

  249. all that peace is always absent in our hearts. But

  250. in this world you have trials and tribulational transitions. You

  251. have hows and tribulation God knows every trials that we

  252. face robbed us from our peace. Come on, he robbed

  253. every trials that we face, rob us for our peace.

  254. Because wherever we put our trust in, whether we're hoping

  255. for our security, our insurance, whatever it is, on the external, friends,

  256. cannot fully shield us from different trials. For example, right now,

  257. that we may have a certain security in a part

  258. in a particular thing that we have, but it's only

  259. for a situation within this parameter. But anything above that

  260. is beyond you, right, and trials is always changing, friends,

  261. it's never the same. For example, right now, some of

  262. us are going to a particular trial, but one point

  263. version two point zero comes out that why our security

  264. you have, it's only for one point zero, right. And

  265. God understands his creation. That's why he says that in

  266. the world, you would have tribulation. In the world, you

  267. will have challenges in this world. But be of good cheer.

  268. The Bible says, He's ministry to the hearts of his

  269. disciples and followers and the crowd in the midst of

  270. the trials. He did not say that be of good cheer.

  271. I have wiped away the crowd, the troughs. I've removed

  272. the challenges. He did not say that I would snap

  273. my finger and everything will go away, or I'll blow

  274. your problems away. He said, be of good cheer. I

  275. have overcome the world. His promise to us is his word.

  276. His world will give us a guarantee that no matter

  277. what we go to on the external of situation, he

  278. enable us to go through it with confidence, even though

  279. there's fire on the outside, even though there is challenges

  280. on the outside, even though there's war on the outside,

  281. that you and I can have this piece. The expression

  282. of peace have a richer connodation and in the English

  283. word come on. So in English word, peace is the

  284. absence of conflict and trials and challenges. All right, But

  285. God's peace that we can face Goliath know what to

  286. do in the midst of Goliath. God's peace is enable

  287. us to go to the Promised Land with giants in there.

  288. God Peace enable us to go to the fire of

  289. the furnace. In the life of Daniel. God Peace enable

  290. Jesus to go to the cross, knowing that service afterward

  291. purpose here on earth. God's peace in the midst of

  292. that situation. It's so important for us to understand it's

  293. not the absence of the trial. It's not the absence

  294. of the tribulation and stuff like that. They are all

  295. of us here. Do have like a like a torn

  296. in the flesh that reminds us that we are weak,

  297. that we that we are we are in lack.

  298. Always say, do have.

  299. Something like something that we are not proud of, something

  300. that we are not particularly good at.

  301. It reminds us.

  302. And this wanting the Lord wants to challenge us the

  303. way we think again, there's not the absence of the trials,

  304. not the absence of the challenges, but knowing the fact

  305. that you're going into the challenge with my word, my peace,

  306. It will give you a guarantee you'll come out victorious,

  307. come out overcoming. But many times when we ask a prayer,

  308. we say, God, remove this away from me. God does

  309. give us green pasture, moment steal water woman.

  310. He does. He does not constantly asking us to go

  311. to war. He does.

  312. But the challenge is this that those moments of green

  313. pastures and steel waters, do we know what to do?

  314. Those moments of green pastures and still waters do we

  315. know what? Do we know how to rest? And refreshing

  316. him to get ready for the journey of the value

  317. of the shadow of death, that's just around the corner.

  318. Always here, go to your valley. So when God maybe

  319. asked for God's peace, friends, we're asking for his peace

  320. to go to that valley, friends, to go to that trial.

  321. That's why Romans chapter ten vers e level says that

  322. whoever believes in it shall never be put to shame.

  323. Whoever believes in Him shall never be put to shame.

  324. This is how we're right. John six seams the tree

  325. that in this world you have tribulation, but be of

  326. good chef overcome. We will overcome, and we believe in him.

  327. Come on, excellent, you will overcome situation in your life

  328. and you believe in Him, not with your own strength.

  329. Many times in our lives we have so much resources

  330. that we tend to trust in our own resources that

  331. we do what we do. At the moment the resources

  332. doesn't meet the ability to overcome the trials. We get

  333. worried our natural resources or contacts and this stuff cannot

  334. overcome the trials and the challenges we face. We get

  335. a bit worried, we get a bit troubled with our hearts,

  336. and this is where we turn to God. Said God

  337. forgiving or putting strength and trust in my own ability.

  338. This one of the scripture reminds us again that whoever

  339. believes initi will never be put to shame. And in

  340. your journey of life, friends, I pray that you allow

  341. God to speak to you and just say God, I

  342. want to put my trust in you. You know, I

  343. was doing the dinner. One of the things that I

  344. was asking past a question. So I've got to ask

  345. Jason Martin here, your oldest home leader by age is

  346. what by h a home leader or forty something?

  347. Right? Is that correct? Okay?

  348. So I came on a am English is now I

  349. think older was about fifty something. I think about late

  350. fifty so far ex got to company holes that record.

  351. I think it's Eliza and Rachelle's parents. They're in the

  352. mid sixties. Home leader at mid sixties. I'm asking myself, like,

  353. when I see you want to be a couple of

  354. home leader at sixty something, you which you want to

  355. be a homeleader at sixty something? Did somebody say about

  356. other people give chances to other people the worse? No,

  357. it's not about it's not about friends. It is not

  358. about holding on to a position, but serving the lot

  359. in your sixties. Imagine right now, of all things, not holds,

  360. not as home leader. There is a pastor we calling

  361. to them to be a cell goop leader, to manage

  362. people at sixty whereby people think that at sixty you

  363. think supposed to take it'll be easier. But have having

  364. to take on the stress of managing homes at sixty

  365. five sixty six, holling people, are you coming from homes

  366. and not.

  367. Preparing for food.

  368. At sixty they should be thinking a bit easier about

  369. this couple in because of the community said that we

  370. want to serve the lot. We want to serve the

  371. lot in this capacity, in this manner. We don't want

  372. to just surf. They did. They do surf so a

  373. reserve as a host on Sunday. The husband John serves

  374. as a sound crew on Sunday. By the weekday. They

  375. say that we every time we want the home leaders

  376. were they're leading kik one over there, and you know

  377. they're doing an amazing job.

  378. But I think many times now in our.

  379. Life we put our security because we have strength, we

  380. can do it right. Because we have strength, we can

  381. do it well. What happens when the strength is no

  382. longer there will we still do things for God? Come on, straight,

  383. is no longer there meaning to say that even though

  384. we get burned, disappointed, her taken for granted everything you

  385. feel the blanks?

  386. Are you unsaid?

  387. Okay, you've been a leader, you understand, you've been a

  388. Christian of what you understand?

  389. Right?

  390. Feeing the blanks, will you still believe in him and

  391. serve him?

  392. Does answer that?

  393. Right? Point of this is that the piece of God

  394. is a gift of God. Peace I leave in you.

  395. Meth just basically means is that it is cannot be

  396. earned by your own ability. Come on, it cannot be

  397. earned by your own ability. When we talk about gift

  398. during this Christmas, I know some of us you have

  399. got really terrible experience because you're a part of a

  400. company and the company actually do stuff, give exchange.

  401. Minimum amount is to tieving it.

  402. You're figuring your here out what to buy from mister

  403. diy to feed them. And whenever there is a minimum

  404. amount you're looking at, you really look at below the

  405. minimum amount training self in ninety sense because the other

  406. one thing and the one doing it at ten for

  407. the rapper, right, and you're always look at the minimum

  408. of mount I.

  409. Share with you before.

  410. Sometimes people give hammer and school driver practical give the

  411. ultima mon was a four eighty grand paper together with

  412. two packets of rubber band, right just to make the

  413. the gift. The time of the trading ring git the minimum.

  414. Everybody was buying the minimum, you know, until one day

  415. past real anymore. She's totally from the whole stuff. I say, guys,

  416. next year doesn't mean I give you the guy that

  417. trading ring minimum and you buy the minimum. This is

  418. the gift that you'll be giving your cliques, your brother's

  419. in arm, your sister in christ who's going to come

  420. alongside and projects with you. You're not gonna give an

  421. a four paper and a rubber band. She has passed

  422. the age of making skipping rope. I was sharing that

  423. eight am. Just now They're all like, huh old, what

  424. do you mean by making skipping rope with rubber bands?

  425. I went like, oh yeah, different generation, very different. I

  426. don't know where the school stills need to mix skiping

  427. rope with rubber bands. Maybe they buy it from shopping

  428. these days or skipping rob But back in the those days,

  429. we do mike skiping rope with rubber bands. I come

  430. from the SRP era as that was called the PMR era.

  431. Now back then there was an SRP, right, so you

  432. can imagine how old I am.

  433. Right, So I was trying this oud, What do you

  434. in my making skipping rope?

  435. I say, yeah, I said, sometimes when we getting gives, friends,

  436. isn't it true, because we know who's a giver? Right,

  437. don't even open it just to preserve the packaging and

  438. to give it away for next year's give exchange. I've

  439. seen it before my own life. I've done it before

  440. in my life because you don't spend money more after

  441. your colleagues.

  442. Right.

  443. And sometimes when God give us a gift of peace, friends,

  444. we have not unwrapped the present yet. We have not

  445. embraced the president in our life. We have not received

  446. his peace in our heart. You can open the gift,

  447. and many times you have many gifts on our shelves,

  448. open up, but you got no we'll find no use

  449. of it. Maybe there's no opportunity, but in general, why

  450. don't we use those gifts? Because I table lamb Your

  451. table lem is better, right, you get one of those

  452. small letter table lam you wag one, then get lighted

  453. that one from mister diy right.

  454. Some people say so cute.

  455. Some of us go like, one of the worst things

  456. I ever received was a soft toy, So why would

  457. I want a soft toy at my age? Seriously, why

  458. any which I give you a soft tie for Christmas?

  459. Amery Christmas? It's a chicken chip sholve soft oil. I said,

  460. give me a real carec I'll be more than happy.

  461. But many times in our life, friends, we think that

  462. it can be earned. But it comes from faith, comes

  463. from faith, from believing, And God was a reminder us

  464. today that it's perfect peace. It's a gift that comes

  465. from Him, made possible by his ultimate sacrifice, come on,

  466. made possible, bounce, ultimate sacrifice at the cross, made possible

  467. about his ultimate obedience to the cross. His perfect peace

  468. is the one that will help you to overcome every trial,

  469. every challenge. But first you can't just embrace him as

  470. your savior.

  471. So we get to heaven.

  472. Because when we get to heaven, if you think about

  473. it for a moment, the gift of peace is not

  474. it's not as well used here on earth. When you

  475. get to heaven will be peaceful, isn't it. But it's

  476. on earth that's where you need God's peace. Come on,

  477. It's because of His ultima's sacrifice that you and I

  478. get to be reconciled back to God. It's ultimate and

  479. perfect gift of peace to be reconciled back to God,

  480. to be forgiven of our sins, to know that, Lord,

  481. I've done anything by my own strength, and I'm a

  482. shame of it.

  483. Lord, and I want to come back to you, put

  484. my trust in you. Lord, help me. Lord.

  485. And God was remind us again about his name Isaiah

  486. Septa Diverse sixties anto as the child is born and

  487. tows the son is given, the government shall be appoint

  488. and showed us. You know that his name shall be

  489. called wonderful counselor Mighty God. And we'll asking for that.

  490. And the Prince of Peace, come on, Prince of Peace.

  491. He is the ultimate and perfect peace. Friends. His name

  492. wasn't called the excellent, most efficient manager. His name wasn't

  493. called the best, the best distributor of gift. His name

  494. was the Prince of Peace. And even this season, friends

  495. of Christmas, reminded of God's peace everywhere the sho you

  496. reminds you of His peace on earth. Glory to God

  497. the Highest and peace on men. On all the earth.

  498. God reminds us again during Christmas, friends, about his amazing peace.

  499. He wants to reminds you about his tighter that's profound significant.

  500. He is the source of inner peace. I say that

  501. is now a forgiveness of sin, some straining. And I

  502. was saying, the Lord will give strength to his people, immen,

  503. will give strength to his people. He will bless his

  504. people with peace. Therefore, peace therefore is a gift of God,

  505. not something you could earn. Say Lord, I want more peace.

  506. But God is the one that freely gives his amazing peace.

  507. Or whatever we face in our natural body or our

  508. natural circumstances. Friends, you and I have access to God's peace.

  509. You and I have a way to ask God give

  510. us his presence, his peace.

  511. Number three, the peace of God cannot be earned, and

  512. the chief to works received by believing in Jesus. Let

  513. me just quote your the scripture John fourteen, verse one,

  514. let out your heart be troubled.

  515. You believe in God, believe also in me. It's very funny.

  516. You believe in God, believe also in me. I think

  517. a lot of us here do believe there is a God.

  518. We do.

  519. But believing also in me.

  520. I just told to myself about why does Jesus have

  521. to say that you also believe in me? Friends, Jesus

  522. business is represent our heavenly Father. Also reminds us of

  523. his works on earth, his forgiveness of saying his his

  524. obedience all the way to the cross.

  525. He's embracing us his love and zeal for the church.

  526. His belief in the doultous woman that was the woman

  527. was called the Doult's lifestyle, but giving her a second chance,

  528. his belief in the Samaritan woman and the well friends

  529. by reminding her of purpose, by speaking hope future into her.

  530. But isn't it true after a while our Christian journey

  531. friends come to a place whereby we believe in God.

  532. That's why we go to church on the Sunday. We

  533. worship Him. But to our center of the beliefs stops

  534. there doesn't cause us to go more and forward with it.

  535. If God wants to speak to us to say you

  536. want the actually my peace, you have to take the

  537. set of faith. So recently at ex osaka benji or

  538. just sharing with a few of us about the challenges

  539. Number one ish whnu no whenue to do homes no

  540. wherey to do church, not about other places.

  541. Very hard, very expressive. You know Japan.

  542. You I mean, you don't have to go there, but

  543. you understand everything is so expensive over there. So they

  544. were praying and hoping and asking God Lord, give us

  545. a solution. How do we have church services or homes.

  546. In Japan?

  547. So they read a particular area, no place to no

  548. place there, no place to rent, And God gave them

  549. a very brilliant idea that goes out of the normal

  550. norm of people's idea. So if you're talking about if

  551. you're talking about believing also in me, believing also in Jesus.

  552. Trusted him that the way he leads us is not

  553. the way we think we lead ourselves, because the Bible

  554. says his rats are not our race, isn't it?

  555. He thoughts. So you know where they had a meeting.

  556. They rented to our oka room to ours.

  557. They read the place because you pay money, Really you

  558. can't sink as long as you want. Your neighbor won't complain.

  559. You have to sing my wordiness on the TV. They

  560. just shut down the TV. They have almost like a

  561. service in the caroke room because they got no revenues

  562. because they just use the place signify the place for

  563. the next two hours that you read you can't meeting

  564. there and straight enough after the service was done. Okay, one,

  565. I went forty five minutes. Look of fifteen minutes? One

  566. just fran say ben sik of fifty more minutes? Can

  567. we can we use the cake room and sing a

  568. few more songs? They saying, well, this this song and

  569. this stuff like that. But you see you also when

  570. you believe in Jesus, that is no the end. Friends,

  571. Can I use Caroke Place?

  572. Yes? I know for the world that's how they use it.

  573. But when you secnify, dedicate the place, how we ran

  574. the hall like this, signify this place and how you

  575. use the space for the glory of God, God will

  576. just expand and explode our mind because the place was

  577. cis turned around. People came and people minised it too,

  578. and in our hearts and our minds saying God, no,

  579. you can only want in this way. That's why God

  580. is reminding us in fourteen verse one, let not your

  581. heart be traveled.

  582. You believe in God also also, friends, believe in me.

  583. In our journey of twenty five years of doing church,

  584. we are so grateful for our partners in our church.

  585. Did you know friends, maybe share because I leave the

  586. eldestship group and we are over seeing a lot of

  587. homes in Malaysia. There's about eighty three homes or eighty

  588. five homes right now in Malaysia, and globally there's a

  589. bit more than that.

  590. Are a hungary.

  591. Plus, we have amazing, amazing home leaders, you know, not

  592. just in Cline, but in different parts of the church plan.

  593. I know one particular person every Friday because it gives tuition.

  594. He said that on Friday, I lessen my teusan because

  595. I want to give my time to grow my homes,

  596. give my time to go homes.

  597. Amazing amazing people.

  598. Right, There's another person I know because he's he works

  599. with the campus student. He knows the campus student, especially

  600. studying in the local university. They have no access to

  601. good food. All they have was nothing going. That's it,

  602. nothing going, me going, me mama and stuff like that.

  603. You understand right, our locals say over here, he takes

  604. the upoint himself one day before I'm married in barbeque

  605. me and bring his barbeque pete or electrical barbeque pete.

  606. Go to a partic of condominium and dig Coreen barbecue

  607. with them. One time he baked all him he could.

  608. I went to drop by his homes. Another time he

  609. actually he actually dig a current dish. One day he

  610. dig chicken, carry cook for everybody, extra people, top all

  611. back home. I only do this is because I'm given

  612. a translate homes and I want to do it my best.

  613. So we have really amazing leaders. When we believe in God,

  614. we also got to believe in Jesus. God is the

  615. one they will go to. Rich people up. We didn't

  616. see that every home, Linners, you're supposed to know a

  617. Corean barbecue meal for your homes. No, just do your

  618. best of your ability, and God give everybody every ability. Friends,

  619. So when we believe in Jesus, friends, I want to

  620. encourage you. I want to encourage you that we have

  621. to renew our mind. Roman chapter eight, verse six says this,

  622. for the color minder is death. For the color minder

  623. is death. When you do you just think by the

  624. flesh or think about a natural way, it leads. It

  625. doesn't lead to break through. It leads to a natural death.

  626. You know, we will just leave. But that's it. No overcoming,

  627. no experiencing the power of God. No, nothing, There is

  628. no wealth factor in it. We will live a natural life.

  629. Will we will live life naturally. But for the spiritual

  630. mind that it's life. Come on, for the spiritual minder's life. Friends,

  631. The life that the Bible here describing is not a life.

  632. And we think life by breeding. It's God's life, It's

  633. Zoe's life, It's his breadth innus purpose. He gives us purpose.

  634. The spiritual mind that you have purpose. You finally one

  635. day that hey, there's more to it, friends, than just

  636. going to work. Working is important, Working is good, put

  637. food on the table. But God purpose into what we do.

  638. So because the day will cover we retire, we see

  639. a purpose. Our purpose doesn't go into retirement because you

  640. reach sixty, Amen, it doesn't.

  641. That doesn't mean that you reached sixty.

  642. The King of God say, you know what God speaks

  643. to you in your dream, son, daughter, you reach sixty,

  644. read time for retirement. Here's your retirement package. You have

  645. build out at least one brick in heaven right now

  646. because of your service to the Lord. Right you have

  647. at least one room right now in the Kingdom of Heaven.

  648. You just retire. I call you home. No, friends, you

  649. serve the law all the way until the Lord calls

  650. you home. I was listening to one particular missionary, and

  651. this missionary was in his forties. He was I think

  652. a school teacher, or sometimes I say, God, you always

  653. challenges go for missions. This is an America's situation, America's case.

  654. He said, he always ask us to go for missions.

  655. And I thought, thought that, okay, I'd been saying no

  656. a lot of times. This is to Central America. He

  657. and his wife said, okay, we'll go for one man

  658. of missions, one month, one man missions. That one man

  659. became fifteen years, fifteen years the established school over there

  660. in this particular country, no funding whatsoever, just obedience.

  661. Is the spiritual minded you have life. I was listening that.

  662. He was just sharing very He was not charismatic picture

  663. nothing at all. It's all the shower and schreme, nothing out.

  664. He's just say, you know, I got ass go.

  665. We just go law. Then after that started a school.

  666. Then after the government the shutters down, some of the

  667. local coust shutters down because of different days. You went

  668. by the land, and so with someone who knows about us,

  669. who happens to be the son of the governor of

  670. the place there decided to open the door for us,

  671. and right now we can we can operate friends, life,

  672. the Bible day, the spiritual minute, you have life and peace,

  673. no friends, not just life. You know, God knows that

  674. we get life. But God says in the life, you

  675. also have peace, the spiritual minder. And that's why the

  676. Bible says, renew our mind. He also asks us to

  677. guard our hearts. Come on probably the forwards God our

  678. hearts with all diligence. The problem is is that it's

  679. not that we're not getting. All of us here are

  680. very guarded.

  681. We are.

  682. But the question is is I think we saw always

  683. are guarding the wrong things. We are guarding the wrong things.

  684. For example, right to some of us, see what's valuable

  685. to us is our primary exercise book memories. We still

  686. keep it. We are guarding it, and you know, anybody

  687. want to show it, you get angry and somebody so

  688. you've got friends like that. To some of us here,

  689. a primary exercise book is just a face that we

  690. go when we're graduated. We ship it allowed and donating

  691. to somebody saying the recycling center. So I was guarding

  692. our hurt and our pain for too long and we

  693. speak to them, right, we still hold onto the hurt,

  694. that pain, the experience happened five years ago, happened ten

  695. years ago. There's nothing that we could say or pray

  696. to undo the experience that you experienced back then.

  697. You can't. You went through it. It's very real, very fresh,

  698. It is very and make you who you are today.

  699. But to undo that situation that took back ten years ago,

  700. even God can't do it, but to surrender the very woman,

  701. to surrender their experience that God, I was hurt back there.

  702. But I don't carry this hurt anymore. I don't know God,

  703. this hurt, this hurt, although it's a significant part of

  704. my life, but I do not want to guard it

  705. anymore because it's not worth keeping this hurt or this pain,

  706. or this disappointment or even this success. That's why sometimes

  707. when we're doing church right, we get they like, we

  708. know when I was younger, I pray. As you go older,

  709. don't you see when I was younger, at your age,

  710. I used to serve here here, here, now's yourth I

  711. pray down the verse. We have this kind of lingo

  712. because it's I was success we have when we're growing up.

  713. It was at the moment at that point in time.

  714. But as God transitioned us to a new face, a

  715. new chapter, a new age, we should be able saying God,

  716. here here I am. I already renew my mind so

  717. I can experience your life and your peace.

  718. That's why the Bible reminds us God your heart. We

  719. all didn't.

  720. Don't allow the enemy to sow doubts mistrust. When there's

  721. there's lack of trust, what happens, our hearts will be

  722. in trouble. Come on, when when the enemy souls mistrust,

  723. don't trust anymore. Dubt the word doubt, the word dub

  724. the word God cannot be trusted. God cannot be trusted.

  725. What happens? We're like eve tempt by the serpent, and

  726. the place where we get tempted, we say, God, I

  727. know that you are real, but I just want to

  728. trust it on my own. It's like looking at the

  729. recipe but not fully trusting it, taking liberty at certain

  730. management of the flower, the number of eggs and the

  731. amount of sugar, because God, I know that the recipe

  732. is like that. But see God, my oven is different

  733. from your ourn. And we twig certain things God, you

  734. have with all deligious alphabet brings the issues of life.

  735. Where and what we're experiencing today right with this very

  736. moment is from our hearts. It does reveal one. Every

  737. trial reveals what we have been sowing, what we have

  738. been guarding. I pray that today you allow God to

  739. minister to you as well as I close right now.

  740. I just pray the all us here today. Then the

  741. sense of the say God, I want to be renewing

  742. my mind because the spiritual minded person get to experienced life.

  743. The spiritual minded person get the experience purpose and have

  744. peace over every giants in the land. That's why kill

  745. theb and Joshua and go through the Promised Land. Although

  746. there is giant that have peace of God. The Bible

  747. says the peace of God. We got our hearts and

  748. our mind Philippa chapter four. We've got your heart and

  749. your mind. No longer you're going to be come to.

  750. No longer you've been a place where by the external

  751. pressures forces you to do something that's crazy or reacting

  752. in a butterlar manner. But God's peaces to God, I

  753. recognize this external pressure. But Lord, could you give me

  754. wisdom how to overcome you and I need God's peace

  755. in the coming days. There's so much pressures that we

  756. faced on a daily basis. They said the Bible, God

  757. knows our heart. He knows he knows us so well.

  758. He said that in this world you have trials, but

  759. be of good cheer. I have overcome. Let know your

  760. heart be troubled. Believe in God, also believe in me.

  761. If God could overcome the fear of death, if God

  762. could overcome the fear of disappointment and hurt, betray you,

  763. he was an ultimate example for you and for me.

  764. God will definitely make a way where it seems to

  765. be no way. As a close friends, I just want

  766. to pray for all of us right extreme up to

  767. the stage.

  768. You know, friends, as we close.

  769. The year, it's not just closing another chapter. You don't

  770. have to wait for first January to restart your life.

  771. The gift is right there, this very moment, in front

  772. of our hearts. The gift is there. I prayed that

  773. you know, whatever we go to in our life, our journey,

  774. that we will be open to God. Help me to

  775. unpack this gift in my heart. Help me to just

  776. to let go of certain things that's not worth guarding. Anymore.

  777. How was the exchange really this?

  778. There will be moments whereby friends, unpleasant situations will happen

  779. because you to to really to give up, can't take

  780. it anymore, to surrender, to be angry in us, in

  781. us can't deny the fact. But God, I will ask

  782. you to deny your feelings. You just say, just don't

  783. let it faster for too long. That's why the words chooser,

  784. don't let your heart be troubled. He knows that we'll

  785. be trouble. He knows that we do feel trouble. He didn't,

  786. he didn't ask stop. He just said, don't let oh,

  787. don't don't prove for too long, because whatever it is,

  788. it's not good. That's why it's When he was ministering

  789. to the prophet Samuel Sauce disobedience, his words was, how

  790. long would you month for Saul seeing I have rejected

  791. him as king the prophe Sel was just hoping and

  792. praying that some would repent and coming to the Lord

  793. and the ideal picture, the ideal scenario. But Saul did

  794. not chose his own ways on path. And some of

  795. us here in the day are still holding on to

  796. this ideal picture because say, how long would you hold

  797. on to that ideal picture?

  798. And because it's not my view.

  799. Man look at our ward appears, our ward outcome, but

  800. God looks at the internal because the break to really

  801. comes internally first before the external happens.

  802. Amen.

  803. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  804. information on our church, please visit axchurch dot org. We

  806. this week is going to be a good week, a

  807. hit for you. God bless
