  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. All right, So the giver and the gift. Amen, And yeah,

  4. I just want to bring this sharing to us. I

  5. have a question for you. Have a question for you

  6. my next slide. On a scale of one to ten,

  7. how would you rate your joy of giving? All right?

  8. On a scale of one to ten? Will the zebra

  9. run over to my left or will the zebra run

  10. over to my right? Okay? You rate yourself on Teleyboddy.

  11. How joyful are you when you give? Do you cry

  12. out of joy.

  13. Or you're like, oh to part me my money?

  14. Or you're like dancing?

  15. Are you away?

  16. You're joyfully giving to the Lord. The joy, joy of

  17. the Lord is my strength? Right, So you you rate

  18. yourself one to ten? What's your rate of the joy

  19. of giving?

  20. You know they say in Nigeria the church people dance

  21. out to give their gifts or they're like and hilariously

  22. all right, what is your joy level of giving when

  23. you think about how you give to the lot? Amen?

  24. So just just a little rage thing because we want

  25. to be able to give joyfully at all times and

  26. we want to love heartily. We want to come joyfully.

  27. We want to give joyfully.

  28. Amen.

  29. So good reflection on how joyful you are in giving

  30. any kind of giving whenever you give, how joyful are

  31. you or how sad are you?

  32. You know?

  33. There was I have a I have a real.

  34. Testimony, well not a testimony, but an account of a

  35. minute here in Malaysia where this pastor wanted to build, yeah,

  36. a ministry house. And so it is a big project

  37. and so she invited people to come and partake of it,

  38. like participate. And so there was this very very rich

  39. millionaire who came and gave the check. You know, she

  40. can't buy the whole property and everything. But you know

  41. what she said to him, Sorry, I can't take it.

  42. What do you mean you can't take it? I'm supporting you.

  43. You need the money. And she said, well, the Lord

  44. told me not to take it. And to that person,

  45. to that brother, it was like God was rejecting him. Ah,

  46. the joy people are very joyful, and you joyful to give.

  47. You wanted to be received right to him, it was

  48. like she was like representing the Lord. And because you

  49. can't give the ministry and she said, I don't know,

  50. but the Lord said not to take it from you. Oh,

  51. so people are joyful to give. But you know, I

  52. don't know what was his hard reason for it. But

  53. it's not every time and you give something to the

  54. man or woman of God is going to be accepted

  55. because you think we want your money, we need your money.

  56. But it's how we give. I don't know what the

  57. story is, but I heard about it and he cried

  58. and he cried and he said no, you must take

  59. the money. And she said, I will ask the Lord again. Yeah,

  60. but you cannot say no to me. No. Wow. And

  61. so how do you and I give? Are we joyful

  62. now giving? Are we expected? It's good to reflect? N't

  63. don't just be because we are not just another person.

  64. We you and I called in the Lord, a royal

  65. priesthuit a holy nation. You are not just abu down

  66. the road. You know Ramasami or I don't. You are

  67. the called out once the royal priesthuit a holy nation,

  68. people belonging to God. And so when you give, you

  69. give with joy, you give with all heart a man.

  70. And if God don't accept your gift, You're gonna cry

  71. ah hah aha aha, Like why God, you don't want

  72. my gift. Yeah. And this person really was so sad,

  73. you know, usk and he aus he called the y

  74. You say that, then I do know the Lord say

  75. no and then just okay, I'll pray God you have

  76. to take it. How can you say no, you need

  77. my money? Ah? We don't need anybody's money. We need

  78. what God provides. Ah. Amen.

  79. So yeah, this is the joy? What is our joy level?

  80. Every every weekend we get to give to the Lord. Amen?

  81. And how do we give? We cry or hilariously laughing

  82. and say, hey, it's good to ask ourselves.

  83. How do we give to the Lord?

  84. Amen?

  85. So the giver is you and I and what is

  86. our gift?

  87. Amen? So I just I just want to start. We

  88. want to just start with the with the with the point,

  89. the first point which passes. Stephen also pointed out number one.

  90. When every time we give, it is an act of faith.

  91. Every time, every time it is an act of faith.

  92. Every week we come, it's an act of faith. And

  93. no homes notes. We need some study and you might

  94. look the same a little bit the points. But I

  95. just wanted this is my message that I'm sharing across

  96. the board. But yeah, it's an act of faith. If

  97. we ever came without faith, then we are in trouble.

  98. Why because all of us want to please the Lord.

  99. So you ask, how can I please the Lord? You

  100. know a lot of young couples when they get together,

  101. they always long time going these days, they don't talk

  102. to Mela because it's scared. But I'm a great supportive

  103. I speak about relationships. I'm a bad relationships with the

  104. right relationships right anyway, So the couples, they think, you

  105. always say, I do think how can I please the Lord?

  106. You want to please the Lord? Please go by faith.

  107. Don't chop the girl or the guy. Just go by faith.

  108. And this person, because you believe God, let you go

  109. by faith.

  110. Right, Because Hebrews chapter eleven, right and verse six says

  111. without faith, it is impossible to please the law God Hiah.

  112. How like that, for he who comes to the Lord

  113. must believe two things. You must believe that God is

  114. not words, that God is that he is, and that

  115. he's a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. Amen,

  116. you just have to believe two things. When you come

  117. to the Lord. You come believing that he is not

  118. a yesterday God, he's a today God. He he is

  119. you won't to be black. You go like he is

  120. what's your name? I is okay? I is right? And

  121. he is a rewarder of those who seek him. Have

  122. you experienced the reward of the Lord when every time

  123. you gave by faith, when you gave your life, your time,

  124. your treasure, your talent, have you experienced his reward? Because

  125. many times we ask ourselves did we do it by faith?

  126. Maybe we didn't know, But today you know. Today you

  127. know how it is to live for the Lord. Live

  128. to please Jesus. I do not live to please can

  129. a chin? He is my husband. Yes, I have to

  130. please my husband. I have to go home after this,

  131. right I finished with you had to go home. Make

  132. sure I'm home when he comes asband.

  133. Yes, but God is first?

  134. Who do I please? First? My Master, Jesus Christ, now

  135. my boyfriend, not even my mom. Also, my mom thinks

  136. I have to please her first and daddy days. Emma,

  137. she used to say, why you're always so busier?

  138. She never free tell all the people in front of you.

  139. Always so bea emma. Remember do you remember you dedicated

  140. my life without my permission. I was already a teenager,

  141. and when the church said no parents you want to

  142. dedicate your children.

  143. Aw hey, but all the parents excited. Yes, we know

  144. my permission. You dedicated my life. You offered my life

  145. without telling me.

  146. So, Ma, the Lord has taken what you have given.

  147. It is a privilege to dedicate your child to the Lord,

  148. not because you are pining and push it.

  149. It is not for paying and pining and push it.

  150. It is for the Lord. We are only stewards as parents.

  151. The Lord will call what will he call your child to?

  152. I don't know. To my mam, I say, MA, you

  153. dedicated me. You cannot take it back.

  154. It's a living sacrifice.

  155. You're like, So, I do not live number one to

  156. please the human the person You and I have been

  157. made to please the Lord. You must remember that. How

  158. do I please the Lord? Everything we do by faith,

  159. That's what I have to remember. Even me me, I

  160. saw sometimes do things I got no faith, like not

  161. the faith step like logic step, But logic won't gain

  162. us heaven. Logic and how will not gain us the

  163. pleasure of God faith faith. So thank God for a

  164. very godly husband. He will correct me. I always see

  165. a logical one.

  166. What works?

  167. You know? Practical? It's good to have practicality, but sometimes

  168. certain things need you to go a bit further. It

  169. needs to be done by faith. Amen, to take that

  170. step of trusting the Lord, believing that he is and

  171. he will reward you who seek him diligently. So are

  172. we diligiently seeking the Lord? Or we are not diligion

  173. We just hi by an ang So the encouragement this morning,

  174. when we talk about the giver, let the giver come

  175. and act by faith.

  176. That's the only way you're gonna please God.

  177. I don't know what to say. I cannot give you

  178. another formula. Don't get agree with me here.

  179. I didn't write this word. Jesus did, and he.

  180. Said, come by faith. Who is the greatest giver, who

  181. has given everything. It is our god right. He has

  182. given us unconditionally. The Son of God came to bridge

  183. the gap between the Lord God and fallen men. God

  184. has given us. It costs not only the life of Jesus,

  185. it cost the life of God's only son. When he said, son,

  186. would you go? And Jesus said, since nothing else works.

  187. I will go.

  188. He was sent. Amen. If you read the Book of

  189. John chapter twenty a day, he says, I was sent

  190. for this purpose, and I now send you. So friends,

  191. if you're in Christ, who sends you? The Lord sends you. Amen.

  192. Every time we plant church, what do we do?

  193. We send them. We didn't say you won't go. Don't

  194. now you an't gonna take want to treat you. No,

  195. we send because it is That's how God works. He

  196. sent his son for purpose a time, and then when

  197. the work he's done, he's done, you come home home.

  198. He went home. No Ah, he miss heaven so much

  199. forty three years, thirty three years, and now Holy Spirit

  200. is sent. Holy Spirit has been on earth since Jesus

  201. went back, very lonely, very lonely. Yeah, you're a tresome

  202. you know, but Holy spirits living here with ursa. But

  203. we forgot to say good morning, Holy Spirit. Very lonely,

  204. very lonely. That's why book our Revelation. He says, the church,

  205. the Church Christ, maranata the Spirit. Also say maranata, Come

  206. Lord Jesus, because they're not talking to me. Ah, did

  207. you say good morning Holy Spirit? Don't forget Okay, he's

  208. living in us. He gets lonely sometimes. Don't let the

  209. Holy spad be Lord, just say good morning, Holy Spirit. Bye.

  210. Wave that he listens to you.

  211. Amen. The Lord has the is the greatest giver. He

  212. has given us his all. He did not keep back

  213. the sun. He said, son, which you go? And Jesus,

  214. the obedient son went. He was tempted at all points,

  215. but he did not sin. He knew he had to

  216. take our sin. He knew he had to do it

  217. all for us. So if the Lord himself would give himself,

  218. we were not asked to go to the cross anymore. None.

  219. It's just knowing that God has given. Then we are

  220. God's children. We have the same dna. It is within

  221. us to want to give. And when we do it

  222. by faith, say Lord, you know like you pass the steven,

  223. say you pray and ask the Lord, now I want

  224. to give a gift. And you think about your gift

  225. and you give it, or you already have a desire

  226. to give. And if you say, Lord, this is my gift,

  227. would you bless it? Amen?

  228. So take every step a step of faith.

  229. Amen. The next point is uh for the giver. What

  230. happens is we would grow in our intimacy with God.

  231. You believe it at all. Every time you do something

  232. for the Lord, you grow a little closer to the Lord. Amen,

  233. and kind of like the main context for today is

  234. taken from Second Corinthians, chapter eight and verse one to seven.

  235. So if you brought your bibles this morning, and you know,

  236. we're still with the byo ber although I'm not talking

  237. about it, we're still byobre, just not talking about the

  238. I am not talking about it, just that we gave

  239. away for other things. First. But bring your own bible,

  240. buy your own bible, read your own bible, share your bible, okay,

  241. all right. If you didn't bring us, your friend can share,

  242. all right. Second Corinthians, chapter eight, verse one to seven.

  243. So I want to give you some contexts with this,

  244. and they're so kind to put it up. But if

  245. you have a Bible, you can read it from your bible.

  246. Otherwise the XDV is so kind, shank you so much.

  247. All right, it's this over, brethren, listen to this. This

  248. is Paul writing to the church in corinth because this

  249. is the church he planted. You read that in Acts

  250. chapter eighteen. He planted this church, and after it was planted,

  251. he heard there was problems. Ah, don't think only two

  252. nature got problem last time. Church also got a problem,

  253. all right, So they had different different problems. But now

  254. he's addressing this. He says, my over brethren, we make

  255. known to you the grace of God bestowed on the

  256. churches of Macedonia, that in great trial of affliction, the

  257. abandance of their joy and their deep poverty were abounded

  258. in the riches of their liberality. Right, the Macedonian churches

  259. greatly afflicted, greatly persecuted, and they were not rich, they

  260. had poverty, But yet it abounded in the riches of

  261. their liberality, their freedom. Why bear witness that according to

  262. according look at the words, according to their ability. They

  263. were freely willing, imploring us with much urgency that we

  264. would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministring

  265. to the saints, and not only as we had hope.

  266. But what did they do? They first gave themselves to

  267. the Lord and then to us, by the will of God.

  268. So we urged Titus that as he had begun, so

  269. he would also complete this grace in you as well.

  270. They were sending Titus to the church in Corinth. But

  271. as you abound in everything, in faith, in speech, in knowledge,

  272. in all religions, and in your love for us, see

  273. that you abound in this grace and this grace is

  274. the grace of generosity. You read different versions in men

  275. to the reading of God's word. All right, So the

  276. context of this, Paul was speaking to the church in

  277. Corinth many different matters, and one of it was that

  278. they started very enthusias we want to give to who

  279. as who were they thinking of? They were thinking about

  280. the church that was being persecuted in Jerusalem. Remember, people

  281. in Jerusalem were practicing Judaism right, the Law of Moses.

  282. They've been doing that for years and years, and now

  283. with the introduction of Jesus, people were receiving Christ right,

  284. and so they were like following the way, and so

  285. those who followed the way were persecuted, and so it

  286. was difficult times. So the church in Macedonia, the Church

  287. in Philippi, the Book of Philippines church were collecting this offering,

  288. like how we do it in missions conference, right, we

  289. collect and so that we can give to the needs

  290. of different ones. To Macedonia rose up to the occasion

  291. to collect a gift to give to Jerusalem through the

  292. saints who were going there. The church in Korin also

  293. said yes, but after one year they still didn't don't

  294. know what happened, something got in the way, so they

  295. were they were not able to collect, they were not

  296. able to give because there were many things happening in

  297. the church. So Paul was reminding the church in korin, Hey, guys,

  298. look at them, look at our brothers in Macedonia. They

  299. are begging me to take and I'm like, no, please,

  300. don't you need the funds. But they say no, even

  301. though we are persecutor, we want to contribute. We want

  302. a mark in the place in the lives of Jerusalem,

  303. persecuted church. And so they were taking these funds to

  304. bless the church in Jerusalem, and so Paul was reminding them.

  305. But Paul was not just interested in their gift the

  306. church in Korin. What does he say in verse seven.

  307. I think that's the key verse verse seven, and one

  308. of the worst essays verse five. Okay, and not only

  309. as we had hope, but they first gave themselves to

  310. the Lord and then to us. Can use my next

  311. light verse five. They gave themselves to the Lord and

  312. then to us by the will of God. The intimacy

  313. with the Lord is this, when we draw near to God,

  314. we we actually develop a closeness. The word intimate is

  315. the word almost to know the Lord. To word know

  316. is to have intercourse. And when you have an intercourse,

  317. there is a product. Many of you have babies intimacy.

  318. When you collide with God, there is a produce, There

  319. is faith, There is fruit of your faith. It produces something.

  320. You begin to take that faith. And so they first

  321. gave themselves to the Lord. So why we emplore you,

  322. encourage you and for those of us who are already

  323. you know, doing what we're doing walking with you esus.

  324. Remember when the giver not only comes by faith, the

  325. next thing that you experience is there is an intimacy,

  326. there's a collision, there is a closeness with the Lord.

  327. Before we do anything, how can we do it?

  328. By faith? To please God is because we give ourselves

  329. to the Lord. And when you and I give ourselves

  330. to the Lord, we are his. Then whatever God tells

  331. us we do. But I know it's not always overnight

  332. that we grow, but we grow from faith to faith,

  333. from glory to glory.

  334. Amen.

  335. Okay, even as you sit here, a lot of people

  336. will be listening here in this room, but how many

  337. will take it? How many of you will actually meditate

  338. on this word? And say, yes, Lord, let me give myself. Lord,

  339. I offer my life to you because I am yours.

  340. I said that many years ago, and said it many times.

  341. We dedicate many times, and you know there is this

  342. finality where you find it. Just realize that yes, I

  343. am yours, and then our path takes a turn where

  344. everything begins to flow in the way God wants you.

  345. Even when it's tough, you still flow because you say,

  346. I give myself to you first Lot. So there's no planning,

  347. five year plan. I just live every day by God's grace.

  348. I don't have a ten year plan. Whatever God brings

  349. me to. I've grown in my intimacy with the Lot.

  350. Stuff will stop. Is still growing. I still have a

  351. lot more to grow close to God, still a lot

  352. more to talk to Jesus about. But as we go

  353. in that direction, you begin to live that life that

  354. He meant for you. No struggle. I don't have a struggle.

  355. I don't have a struggle. The closeness with the lot.

  356. This is what we call we growing in our faith.

  357. Were taking steps of faith, and we're growing and we're growing.

  358. We're learning this.

  359. Maybe some other thing not yet learned.

  360. To learn this. So every step is to grow intermate

  361. with the Lord. What does the lot desire? Not our gifts?

  362. He says, I don't even want sacrifices, although you might

  363. sing the song it's no sacrifice. No, it's so sacrifice lot,

  364. because this I don't want sacrifices. What do I want?

  365. Obedience?

  366. Obedience, Obedience to what, Obedience to what He's saying to us.

  367. The Word speaks to us.

  368. Obedience to that.

  369. Amen.

  370. And that's where we collide, and that's where we connect,

  371. and something births in our hearts, a seed of faith

  372. to move as God speaks to us.

  373. Amen.

  374. So the encouraging thing about this is that the believers

  375. in Macedonia were so persistent in saying, take my gift. No,

  376. you don't have money, don't take it, because they first

  377. gave themselves to the law.

  378. And they said, please take it.

  379. And so Paul wants to encourage the brothers and sisters

  380. in the church in Korin to tell them, Hey, we

  381. boasted about how fast and how quick you responded, but

  382. suddenly you stopped. What stopped your giving, what stopped your preparation?

  383. So maybe there were distractions, and so he was encouraging

  384. the Koran church to remember again that we dedicate ourselves

  385. first to the Lord. We give ourselves and then the

  386. Lord leads us, and the Koran Church actually say yes, yes,

  387. we want to.

  388. But might have forgotten. Amen.

  389. So a question for us, two questions for us? What

  390. does it mean to give yourself first to the Lord?

  391. I mean you can answer that.

  392. What does it mean to give yourself first to the Lord?

  393. When is it easier to give yourself to the Lord

  394. during times of plenty or during times of less than plenty?

  395. I don't know what you answer me?

  396. All right? What does he mean to give yourself first

  397. to the Lord? Someone once said, when you say Lord,

  398. take over, you know you're sitting at the driver's seat

  399. of my life. And then you got back seat driver.

  400. You got sight driver.

  401. And the driver Jesus is driving and he turns to

  402. Jala n'mpang and you say, why are you turning to

  403. Jala lampung? Stop it? But I'm the driver.

  404. No, Jesus, why are you going to ja? Why are

  405. you touching my pocket?

  406. You can't. Oh, the driver's driving. The back seat driver.

  407. He goes into the in the road of forgiveness. Why

  408. are you going to do rona forgiveness?

  409. You have to forgive.

  410. No, you know what does he mean when you already

  411. dedicate your life when you say yes, take the wheel,

  412. Jesus take the wheel, and he takes He takes you

  413. down the road of generosity. I don't feel like being

  414. generous today, Jesus.

  415. Don't go there.

  416. Who's leading your life? Now? You?

  417. Oh Jesus, Oh, we forget?

  418. No, I don't want to go there.

  419. Forgiveness. No, I don't want to go there. You know, kindness.

  420. I don't want to be kind to that person. He's

  421. so unkind to me.

  422. Oh, Jesus takes you to the road of patience.

  423. Not that road.

  424. I cannot. I cannot, I cannot be patient. But that's

  425. when Jesus takes a wheel. Right, he leads us he's

  426. driving right. So were the backseat driver giving him direction? No? No, no?

  427. Does that look like us? Does that look like us?

  428. A little bit? So? The intimacy is to continue to

  429. grow in the intimacy and to know the Lord, to

  430. hear his voice. I'll say to all of us, Jesus

  431. says in his word that my sheep here my voice.

  432. If you say you can't hear the Lord, then you

  433. are not the sheep. I'm using God's word. It's not

  434. Sandra says. Not that says Sandra. This is that says

  435. the word. You cannot, you cannot feel like you can't hear.

  436. Don't don't believe the life of the enemy. That says

  437. ay you cannot hear God's voice. But the Bible says,

  438. if you are his sheep, you will hear his voice.

  439. So it's a matter of tuning our ears. Tune, tune,

  440. tune to the voice and how God speaks to you.

  441. How does he call you? Does he call you Joe?

  442. Does he call you daughter? Does he call you a sweetheart?

  443. What does he What does God call you with that name?

  444. But when we don't take time to grow in our

  445. relationship and intimacy with the Lord, then we can't hear.

  446. I won't know can the chin's voice? If I don't

  447. you know that time, they think call him la, Yes,

  448. I was the one calling him.

  449. Until today he doesn't call me emergency. I have to

  450. call elder.

  451. Okay, elder, elder, okay, help please my husband. You don't

  452. even know where's his phone right because his phone is

  453. a camera. Do not be deceived. They say, he pussa

  454. go handphone. He's not a handphone.

  455. It's a camera.

  456. So the whole church complaints about cane chain has not taken.

  457. You don't give his number because he doesn't know. And

  458. the phone was given to him as a gift from

  459. the elders who said, pastor, you need to be contact

  460. about by us. She said, you gave me the phone,

  461. so you contact me. So you're everybody is angry. My persona,

  462. I mus always used the phone. Actually that I hold

  463. is his phone, so so you want you can talk

  464. to my phone. It's not even mine, it's He's right.

  465. I don't know you're saying, what are you super? You know?

  466. He just does not use the phone. It's a camera.

  467. It's a camera.

  468. Yeah, this is not all very good, very good update.

  469. I ga it's like my life can gae, Please don't

  470. put my life on your igs.

  471. You in the hospital now, how you know how you know?

  472. Bass's ig? What's my life? Stop telling people I'm in

  473. the hospital.

  474. So it's just the camera in the intimacy. I got

  475. to hear that voice.

  476. But I want to assure you, if you are God sheep,

  477. believe that you will hear him. God speaks to you.

  478. Why I hear the devil voice? Are you worshiping the devil.

  479. You're not Ma. You worship Jesus. MA. So you you

  480. will hear, you hear promptings in your heart. If the

  481. day he says, hello, grace girl, just give up everything

  482. and just come on board. Right. But the Lord speaks

  483. to our in here, the intimate nurse, the whispers of

  484. God to your heart through his word, through pictures, even

  485. he you're in sheep. But I just want to say

  486. to you, if you're in sheep, hear his voice. There

  487. is no such thing as you can't or somebody else

  488. speak to you. Well, if you're not listening to the

  489. Lord and you're listening to another voice. Therefore, I ask

  490. you whose voice are you listening? To? Tune it to

  491. the Shepherd's voice. Amen, grow in that intimacy. That's why

  492. I ask you, what does it mean to you? What

  493. does it look like when you give yourself to the

  494. Lord first?

  495. Amen?

  496. Because when you give yourself the Lord first, anything for

  497. the Lord, your hands should go up.

  498. Already, anything, anything.

  499. Your hands up. You're yes, Lord, because there's no need

  500. to say why.

  501. It's Jesus.

  502. I'll do it. I'll do it. Whatever you want me

  503. to go there, I'll go there, Lord, But we struggled.

  504. Maybe for a little while, we'll show you. I don't

  505. understand a Lord, why Lina Abraham? No, the son's only son?

  506. You said I would have the sand on the sea

  507. shore children. The one child you gave me, you want

  508. to take it? I don't know. I was to struggle

  509. for Abraham, but he had to take that one child

  510. who wasn't even a baby, who was a thirteen year

  511. old pig enough to slap his father stop it dead.

  512. But the obedience of Isaac.

  513. Wow.

  514. So how intimacy with the Lord? Do we talk to God?

  515. Like how a friend talks to his friend. The Lord

  516. had that relationship with Moses with Abraham. May maybe hear

  517. the voice of the Lord. And when is it easier

  518. to give yourself to the Lord during times of plenty

  519. or doing times of less than plenty.

  520. I so don't know where do you stand.

  521. When I was fifteen, when I was sixteen years old,

  522. I was seventeen, I was in a cell group and

  523. one of the first chudges that I went, you know,

  524. my leader cell group leader said to me ask the group, la,

  525. so what do you think would you rather be rich

  526. or would you rather or not be rich, all right.

  527. So my naive answer at that time I said, I

  528. don't want to be rich. I just know that if

  529. Jesus is my Lord, then anything I need I can

  530. ask him. Then if I need it, He'll give it

  531. to me. What a naive answer at that time. Thinking

  532. it was naive, you'll look at me, right, But now

  533. it's forty over years over, many years later, I still

  534. opt to follow Jesus and ask him if I need it,

  535. if I need ten thousand, if I need to pay bills,

  536. so to bless somebody, right, ask the Lord and say

  537. he will provide. That's where you really push your fivla right. Well, God,

  538. you ask me to give it whatever. But God, God

  539. doesn't ask you to give what you don't have.

  540. He always asks us to give.

  541. What we have. But you say not enough and not enough.

  542. I give you that, I eat what. But He knows

  543. what you need and he will provide a man, hallelujah. Yeah,

  544. if I had sometimes for I had. But you always

  545. want to.

  546. Give your best to the Lord and if you need it,

  547. he will provide for you.

  548. He's done it for us. But we've done the hard

  549. miles Church, listen, listen, We've done the hard miles my

  550. husband and I in the first year of marriage. And

  551. even where as I I say to every church, whether

  552. you heard it before, we took our vows. I was

  553. standing here, he's standing there. Yeah, I can't remember turning

  554. this way, and he said, you know the vows that

  555. says those games for each of opor I actually turned

  556. for a little while and looked looked behind me en.

  557. I don't know, because I knew what he was earning

  558. as a full time worker, only eight hundred ring gate man.

  559. I didn't even dare tell my parents that was the

  560. one salary because I probably earned more than him as

  561. a teacher. Uh and uh whoa. So there were days

  562. and I wanted and I'm from corporate. Before I became teacher,

  563. I was a corporate, corporate, big top companies.

  564. Wow, you know you have whatever you want? Right then

  565. I give it all up.

  566. Say bye bye to all my suits, all my high heels, everything,

  567. bye bye, oh byecause care up for anyone? And they

  568. day the first earl est week. I want to buy shoes,

  569. you cannot buy shoe, you know hausband. Also, if you

  570. said you want to buy me some gift, you can't.

  571. E don't have whatever he God provides, he provides, okay,

  572. but you can ask, right and if it's not you asking,

  573. God provides, right. So I wanted a pair of shoes

  574. I didn't have. Someone came to me and said, I

  575. believe God wants you to have a pair of shoes.

  576. Here's the money, buy the shoe. You want that encounter

  577. to know that God knows your need.

  578. The person won't know the person.

  579. She is from a church near to our youth center,

  580. and they don't know what I need a shoe. My

  581. shoe wasn't looking that bad lover that time? You know, girl,

  582. girl and shoes all the time. Yes, never enough shoes,

  583. all right? And so if I tell you what, when

  584. it comes to gift, the gift, it is always going

  585. to come through a person. It will not drop from

  586. the sky. It will be through a person. So don't

  587. hate anyone because God will use that person to black you.

  588. Allahm Then for law is wallow your humber pie? Right?

  589. Thank you? Don't make any enemies right, oh my goodness.

  590. But God always uses a man.

  591. And a woman to bless the other party.

  592. Don't say, God provide you know? And then when the

  593. progossio you who to ask? Or to you law. You know,

  594. but that's how God works. We do the hert mouse.

  595. But the intimacy with the Lord is knowing that when

  596. you ask, I'm your child, you have to do it

  597. for me.

  598. How intimate do you want.

  599. To get with Jesus? Because because sometimes we get so

  600. intimate with people, other people you even know them from Adam,

  601. you meet them on your your dating apps. You don't

  602. even know them from Adam, but you trust so good

  603. Praise God? It works. How much more God, how much

  604. more God, who will never let us down in any need?

  605. I really I employ. I'm not saying my journey has

  606. been easy. I've had my you are not sure, but

  607. I learned to death. But what you want to grow

  608. is your intimacy with the Lord.

  609. Ask God that the.

  610. Lord says, test me and see like ask him. Believe

  611. that he is and he's a reward of them will

  612. seek you who seeks him, and he will reward you

  613. whatever they need. Whether you're on the crossroad, you know,

  614. what is it that God once know who you are

  615. and where you're at in life? What's your calling? When

  616. I confirm my calling as a single person, I knew

  617. it ain't gonna work out for me with all the others.

  618. Just couldn't, just couldn't, just couldn't.

  619. But I'm also stubborn.

  620. Just keep on. They think, Okay, the Lord twenty five?

  621. Everybody married, or actually everybody was married.

  622. This single Gaga girl, not lady Gaga, but Google, go

  623. go your.

  624. But God knows how intimate do you get with the Lord?

  625. That you grow deeper, you go, make the mistakes, made

  626. all the mistakes and choices. But yet God knows, and

  627. he protects you from that. He keeps you for that.

  628. Give myself to the lot first, then hear the Lord. Amen. Amen.

  629. So you think about it.

  630. What does it mean to give yourself to the Lord?

  631. Not asking how? What does he mean to give? How much?

  632. How does it mean to give yourself to the Lord first?

  633. And which is easier? When do you give yourself to

  634. the when you got plenty, when you got less? I

  635. just know that he never shot changes because He loves

  636. us with all of him.

  637. That's why he gave his life.

  638. Amen. Number three. Quickly growing in the likeness of Christ. Amen. Wow.

  639. Every time you take that act of faith and you give,

  640. you are like your Lord and Master. Amen. Wow, because

  641. we are meeting God's image you have in your heart

  642. to give please people. Elde Bingo is not the only

  643. one with a merciful face and compassionate heart. He's doing

  644. community work. All of us have a bit of the

  645. likeness of God. That's why you have confession. That's why

  646. you feel for things, because God feels also. He says,

  647. you know it's not good for men to be alone,

  648. or oh, you know that person needs help, or don't

  649. you're the widow you're Often God says, don't leave them.

  650. He knows the needs. Amen. We grow in the likeness

  651. of Christ. Every time you take an act of faith,

  652. every time you do what your Master does, you grow

  653. in his likeness.

  654. I'm not you are little Jesus.

  655. Now what right we all little Jesus like christ likeness.

  656. At the end of the day, brother and sisters, can

  657. I assure you and I have to say it because

  658. I go to have an eye. I am accountable for

  659. your lives. God is coming back, not for you, Joel,

  660. Jesus in you. He's not coming back for a stephen face.

  661. I know you got me, he saying, Look, but he

  662. is come. He is coming for the Jesus that he's seeing.

  663. And why you and I can face the Lord because

  664. the blood of the Lamb is on you. You and

  665. I come boldly to the throne room of grace. Don't

  666. think that it's Julian Ung, he's got a powerful name. No,

  667. it's the.

  668. Blood of Jesus.

  669. As he comes, Jesus, God recognizes the sun his blood

  670. on you. You come. We're growing our likeness Christ likeness.

  671. I know we make mistakes. I've made mistakes. You've seen

  672. my mistakes. You think I'm evil, Right, I'm growing, So

  673. are you in the likeness of Christ. Friends. He ain't

  674. coming back for how good looking you are. He ain't

  675. coming because you are so big time. He ain't. He

  676. is coming for the Christ in us, the hope of glory,

  677. not this outside face.

  678. This is what God has given us.

  679. As the shell. But what do we look like?

  680. Do we look like our father? Do he look like Christ?

  681. There's a song, but Dan you might remember maybe y'all

  682. don't born before year two thousand?

  683. Very very also, I'm very scared to sing.

  684. The song to be like Jesus, to not born yet,

  685. right Jesus, All I want is to be like him.

  686. I cannot sing because I'm not like Jesus. I can

  687. I cannot I learned to sing it because I am

  688. to be like Jesus. Amen.

  689. I will need time, all right, I need to.

  690. Read the verses to you. Second Corinthians eight and seven

  691. to nine. And we're still looking at this. What is

  692. Paul saying to the people, the children or the believers

  693. in Korinth In verse seven, he says, but as you

  694. abound in everything, they were doing well. They were abounding

  695. in faith, they were abounding in speech, they were abounding

  696. in knowledge, they were abounding in diligence, they were abounding

  697. in love. But he says to them, one more thing.

  698. Add it to your cup generosity, Amen, oh pauly, say

  699. one more generosity, because the very name of God is generosity.

  700. For God so loved the world.

  701. That he not take gave. And so Paul said, I

  702. want that gift to abound, this grace to abound, New King, James,

  703. you won't get the picture. Read the NLC, read the

  704. CEV version. The grace to abound is actually the grace

  705. of generosity. Come on, caoring Church. You're doing well, you're

  706. doing well, you're doing well.

  707. This is this is one more generosity.

  708. So why because he says in verse nine, for you

  709. know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though

  710. he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor,

  711. that you, you, through his poverty, might become rich. Christ

  712. was became poor for us that we might become rich

  713. in all things, spirit, soul, body. So he says, add

  714. one more.

  715. Ingredient, one more virtue, generosity.

  716. How generous are we? Sometimes we say we don't have,

  717. I can't give. The day you say you don't have

  718. and can't give, you are going to lose what you have.

  719. The widow in Luke twenty one, the widow with the

  720. two mites, that's all she had. And I don't believe

  721. in this room you only have two mites, not two mice,

  722. two mites. Throw away your mice, two mites, very little,

  723. two copper coins, that's all. But she knew, she was

  724. taught that I give my offering. I know if someone

  725. I won't mention, I mean it's personal. Person did not

  726. have lost everything, did not have. And I wonder sometimes

  727. why there was no breakthrough in this person's life because

  728. I did not have that would they still give even

  729. when they didn't have with the little that they had,

  730. even if it was a dollar, Because you all know

  731. and you love it. The fact is God doesn't look

  732. at the amount. He looks at your heart, right, But

  733. he looked at the rich that had a lot and

  734. only gave so much. This lady had all, and she

  735. gave all. Do we give out all? When the Lord speaks?

  736. When you were taught to give, read the word don't struggle.

  737. My husband and I have no struggles with finances. We

  738. don't talk. We don't argue about finances. I don't ask

  739. him how much he has. You don't. I don't have

  740. a joint account. Sorry, Oh mine is mine, yours is mine? Okay,

  741. we don't argue. I don't have I come very poor.

  742. Both of us came from poor families. Our families are

  743. not rich. We don't have inheritance and all that nothing

  744. are yours? Pretty well, I don't never have any inheritance.

  745. Houses who don't have cars, who don't have How come

  746. some families got can a compeller.

  747. This is our father?

  748. Give us o Kaila very poor lost everything, Dad lost everything,

  749. lost everything, lost everything. Put myself to school, got provided.

  750. He also nothing nothing. All of us want to go oversease,

  751. good and go oversease. But God still gave us the education. Right, okay,

  752. nothing right, I got take step around and turns it around,

  753. because you know it's it's it's this whole word that

  754. God became poor for us. What we have, give, don't

  755. hold back. Sometimes don't have church building fund. Back in

  756. the day, I was only eighteen years old. I wanted

  757. to give to my church building fund. Eighteen no work

  758. studying from six Uh, but I found work. I can't.

  759. I kind of work in the KFC and order they

  760. don't hire me because last time at McDonald's my timeler.

  761. So I did advertisements, my face, so I took out everything.

  762. I'm the Connecto girl.

  763. Back in the day.

  764. You won't find it because last time don't have multimedia. Okay,

  765. So I did a lot of ads. I earned that money,

  766. and I took it all and gave to my pastor

  767. and said, pastor, are you still taking the building for

  768. I just finally got the money. Tv ads, by the way,

  769. not newspaper, newspaper rhyme, Si lama cannot, I said, I

  770. don't do tv ads.

  771. I turned my agent.

  772. We need tv ads. Oh sorry, secret was so Peter

  773. Cibers and Cannon, Oh sorry beer.

  774. Yeah, So.

  775. And you give it to the lot, because the lot

  776. will open that door for you when you really want

  777. to give. I'm not that church anymore. So there was

  778. my teens time and moved on with my parents. When

  779. he got safe, I had a part to play. God

  780. gave me a chance to learn to give. So I

  781. prayed and that job lended. Every time I landed the job,

  782. the funds came. It went to bless whatever the faith

  783. need was. Fans, we want to grow a man in

  784. the likeness of Christ. It is better to give than

  785. to receive. X twenty thirty five. You can read that.

  786. Paul says it is better to give than to receive.

  787. In X twenty thirty five you can see that, and

  788. he says it was Jesus who say it's better to

  789. give than to receive. Therefore the ideas did Jesus say

  790. those say those words? Well, he didn't say in so

  791. many words exact, but if you read the Four Gospels

  792. you will see how the Lord teaches us. In Luke

  793. chapter six, verse thirty thirty one. That whole chapter about

  794. giving even when it's your enemy, giving if that person

  795. ever returns it to you. Give treat others how you

  796. want people to treat you. Give willingly give to the

  797. poor because you cannot get it back. Better to give

  798. than to receive. Give wisely, of course the different needs

  799. to give. But just saying sometimes people not always nice

  800. to you. But if that's the need, you give it.

  801. Don't expect the return because you're far as you give.

  802. You read that verse in look, let me read it

  803. to you and other times up, sorry, pastor Stephen come

  804. ten years. Oh yeah, but but look chapter six. Look

  805. chapter six for thirty five. But you love your enemies,

  806. do good? Look chapter six thirty five. Lend hoping for

  807. nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and

  808. you will be the sons of the Most High. Well,

  809. He is kind to both to the unkind and the

  810. evil as well. Read scripture. Guys, live your life based

  811. on the scriptures of God.

  812. I have to learn this as well.

  813. Give not because you can't get back when you act

  814. like that. Better to give than receive, because then you

  815. become the sons of the Most High. Amen. So I'm

  816. just saying that sometimes we might calculate to say, when

  817. will we get it back? If you give to the poor,

  818. take it that you lend it to them, and God

  819. will pay you back. Proverbs you give it to the poor,

  820. then you lend it to them. God will pay you back. Amen,

  821. because God looks after the poor as well. And I'll

  822. say to you learn, learn generosity in a way that

  823. as you give. Luke. Chapter six, verse thirty eight says,

  824. give and it shall come back to you, press down,

  825. shaken together, running over. See. If you don't do the

  826. hard miles, you don't take that first step, you won't

  827. experience the overflow. The people of God will not break

  828. for bread, the righteous of the Lord will not break

  829. for bread. But you must learn to give, give, and

  830. it will come back to you. Press down, shaken together,

  831. running over. According to the measure that you give, that

  832. same measure comes back. You give this spoonful, you get

  833. this poon backler, you get a truck full, you get

  834. back a trackler. So how do you want to sew

  835. that you may read The Lord does not. The Lord sees,

  836. he knows. Give. The idea is the whole idea of

  837. teaching that Jesus said, look, give. It could be your time.

  838. It could be your talent aside from your treasure. It

  839. could be what you already have it the old don't

  840. you could be your home?

  841. Open up?

  842. How somebody you know, give whatever it is. But here

  843. he did talk about money a lot, Jesus did. I

  844. don't talk a lot about money here, chrise can't. The

  845. Lord does provide, Give and it will be given to

  846. you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, run in over, give,

  847. give to the Lord. Amen, running over, running over, experience

  848. the God's running over. If you haven't is maybe because

  849. we haven't given by faith. We aren't given, and we

  850. close our eyes to the poor. We haven't given. When

  851. you church us and you close your eyes and your

  852. ears because you are giving it to the man, we

  853. don't give to a man.

  854. You give it to the Lord.

  855. Come on, we teach this so much, the year after

  856. year after year we teaches. But I have to say,

  857. I followed Christ forty over years. Now I'm still here, guys,

  858. I'm still here. I'm still following the faith. I have

  859. no complaints about the Church that I was, or is

  860. or whatever he is. I give because I give it

  861. to the Lord. I don't question where it goes. God

  862. Lord says, give, I give, and it comes back, pressed down,

  863. shaking together, running over. I have to share those testimonies

  864. because if not, you think it's just the words past,

  865. I gave the only car that he had. We had

  866. no money, we had a car. It was given to him.

  867. He never owned any Actually he owns nothing. It's all

  868. my name, yeah King. He did not have a car.

  869. The cars given to him by his mom.

  870. That one car, Toyota Corona holy spirit kind of the

  871. oil that drips everywhere, that car. And then uncle comes

  872. back from Vietnam. And the uncle has a son that

  873. has clubbed feet and has to come back and get

  874. medical attention and don't car passes told me, I'm gonna

  875. give my car, you know, like rolling I like, and

  876. we're gonna drive what it was, I gonna car. You're

  877. gonna give away your car, the only car, only transport,

  878. he said. My uncle needs it more. He has to

  879. take his son to hospital every day.

  880. He came back from Vietnam.

  881. So he gave his car to the uncle. Uncle fifty

  882. a ways give God Uncle no wen't got no car.

  883. I don't know how my husband's faith grows, But this

  884. is fastor who has walked faithfully before the Lord and learned,

  885. gives his car that day.

  886. I get a call in my office. Is years ago.

  887. Corporate company calls and say again and say no, this

  888. is the wife. Always good to have the wife. Hey,

  889. boss wants to give the kalla.

  890. You have a need of a car.

  891. Please whay you cry? Right? You want to give a car?

  892. Why you have a need of a car.

  893. Yes, so you gave her a proton.

  894. It's in the name of our company, our organization. You

  895. give out of obedience. The Lord remembers you past the

  896. testimony saysn't stopped. We do not take the church money

  897. to do anything. Every step has been God's provision because

  898. he has to practice his faith. If you, as a

  899. church give to him, you give faith. Steps are important

  900. that we may encounter God and cry many times. A

  901. wife not very full of faifler. So when suddenly God comes,

  902. they God got car to give.

  903. You a Who give car?

  904. Who this poor husband, poor man has no car, gives

  905. away to it. Uncle so much older than him, says no,

  906. my uncle needs it more for his son. Let's just

  907. give it away he needs it. We don't.

  908. We can find other ways of transport.

  909. Okay, So.

  910. But the call comes.

  911. We don't have a home.

  912. God provides a home.

  913. Don't have the rent to pay for the home. God

  914. provides the rent. Not living a fairy tale. Church build

  915. our house of the Lord on faith, and that same

  916. legacy runs on across to all our church plank coordinators

  917. and every partner in this house. This is your heritage,

  918. ex Church. You can walk that faith walk because it

  919. comes from the top from Father God to his servant

  920. down to all of us. You can experience it.

  921. This is how God, the giver and the gift.

  922. What is your gift?

  923. Amen? I have to run for my last point.

  924. So for eternity people, So for eternity, and abound on

  925. earth you so you know the Bible tells us in

  926. Matthew chapter six, where your treasure is there, your heart

  927. will be. Where's your treasure? Your girlfriend in London? Your

  928. heart will be in London, right, all right. If your

  929. business is in Vietnam, your heart will be in vietnampunk No,

  930. the one this Thailand. Okay. Where your heart is there,

  931. your treasure?

  932. Right where your treasure is there, your heart will be.

  933. So it says, Jesus says, if you give piling up

  934. on earth, the moth will come, the rast will come,

  935. and the thieves will come after you. To me, why

  936. did Jesus say the thief will come? He ain't talking

  937. about Nazi la mala. He's talking about treasure. The mean

  938. thieves are so one. More so how he says, pile

  939. up for yourself treasures in heaven. He's not saying live

  940. a poor life. He's not saying don't have money. He's

  941. not saying that. You just say your priority, where is it?

  942. Because there your heart be. Some people say I know

  943. in justirmissions. But then we challenge and say, okay, why

  944. don't you you sow into you know, a country, Let's

  945. say me, and you pull out your funds, you donate

  946. that you give. Every day you'll be asking how how's

  947. the family doing, how's the church doing there? How's the

  948. work there? Your heart, man, you'll put your treasure. Then

  949. your heart also follow after that right because you want

  950. to know what you invest in, you want to see

  951. it grow.

  952. So how God will I tell you what?

  953. Grand sisters? Bible promise you are. God gives you power

  954. to make money Douteronomy chapter six. God gives you power.

  955. Some of you are amazing business people, entrepreneurs. You are.

  956. You're just so good. What you do you make money

  957. on that is your gift, that is your ministry. You

  958. do that ministry you make money and then you give

  959. it away, otherwise you want to make any money. But

  960. the blessings of the Love will overflow your life. You

  961. tell only twenty eight to two. The blessings shall overtake you.

  962. Obey the voice of the Lord as he speaks. Can

  963. you believe it? The blessings of a God of the

  964. Lord overtake you, or you're running her blessings there will

  965. not follow you, no overtake you. The goodness of the

  966. Love will follow you after all the days of your life.

  967. Then you're running her. The blessing overtake you. You want

  968. your blessings to overtake you. You gotta live by faith.

  969. You gotta be the giver that's ready to just give

  970. the gift that God wants you to give. You see

  971. the blessing overflow. If you haven't experienced it, great time

  972. to slowly take small steps because extras you're in none

  973. data with messages of faith from our foundings in your

  974. pastor who is truly a servant of the Lord, who

  975. has done it, He don't unders tell you. He go

  976. and walk it first and tell you we have inheritance

  977. in this amen, the blessing of the Lord. And you

  978. know when extra started twenty five years ago pastor started

  979. the Churchy two guys, Elder Kenya being one of them.

  980. The other guys puss right.

  981. The Lord said ticket offering ticket, He said, how la,

  982. three of us take offering for one no need la

  983. When the Lord say, not about whether they have or

  984. don't have, or it's on a tree. Don't rob my people,

  985. don't rob my people. Philippins, Chapter four seventeen. Philippins, Chapter

  986. four seventeen. Paul says to them, as they're learning to give,

  987. he says, as you give. He says, it's not that

  988. I seek the gift, the gift as you give the gift,

  989. but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.

  990. There's going to be an abounding to your account as

  991. you give your gift. And Paul was saying that to

  992. the Philippian church. Give. I'm seeking not for I want

  993. your money. I want you to be blessed. And so

  994. day one, next change. We've always taken that offering. We

  995. take offerings at homes. People can complain all you want.

  996. You tell God, Then one day you and I going

  997. to stand before Jesus and he's gonna say, what was

  998. your complain about that? Again? Come on, tell me, and

  999. I think to say, well, he's give an account. Friends,

1000. it will not. It's not to rob you. It is

1001. to a bound towards you give, and it will abound

1002. towards you. Our mentality have to change, our priority.

  1003. How is Jesus?

1004. How in Christ likeness we give heavenward that we may

1005. abound on earth. Our brain must change a big stop

1006. thinking the way earth things. We must say how Heaven thinks,

1007. how God thinks? He gave without expecting that you and

1008. I will accept Jesus while we were yet seen as

1009. Christ died for us. I rejected Christ at age fourteen,

1010. reject him again at age fifteen, and then receive Christ

1011. at sixteen. Did he know whether I'm going to receive Christ?

1012. He gave his life, you know, without knowing if I

1013. would receive him. That was a step of faith. But

1014. I love them, he said, I will die for them.

1015. So when we change our mentalities to be like the

1016. Lord Christ likeness, so so it will come back to you.

1017. Those who refresh others, will yourself be refreshed Probabs eleven

1018. twenty four to twenty five. Sow your seeds, so not

1019. not any seeds, and hello, and simply go and drop

1020. your seats. Boys. No, so.

  1021. Your gift talents.

1022. So and as you refresh other people, you yourself will

1023. be refreshed. You get testimonies, you get people. One day

1024. you will go to heaven. They say, they say, I

1025. don't know, and we're looking forward. They'll come up to

1026. you and say, thank you for giving to the Lord,

1027. and you're like, why, he says, I don't know. You said,

1028. but you gave that day to that gift to me

1029. and Ma, you gave that day to India and Indian

1030. brother come up and you are you. I don't know

1031. you thank you forgiving I didn't give to you. No,

1032. every time you did it to the least of this,

1033. you did it unto me, says the Lord. Every time

1034. you did it to the least, you've done it unto

1035. the Lord, the least. God never forgets who did you

  1036. give it the least of this? I didn't. I didn't

1037. visit you in prison or Jesus, I never Matthew twenty five. No,

1038. the Lord said, every time you did it to somebody

1039. the least of the crowd, you did it unto me.

  1040. I received it.

1041. When Pastor had to bathe.

1042. He's dead. Our children in the room here. You all

  1043. have parents.

1044. One day our parents will be sick.

1045. We have to wash them. The most embarrassing thing for

1046. the parent for the child. When passaid the baby and

1047. wash his hair. As he washed his hair, Jesus spoke

1048. to pass and said, thank you. Why when you wash

1049. that your father's you were washing my hair because dad couldn't.

1050. All of us are getting older, our parents are getting older.

1051. You will have to take care of your parents. When

1052. I tell you it's hard, I had to take care

1053. of my own dad. You will have to be cleaned

1054. by your child. But when you do it, you give

1055. it to the Lord. Don't say the church didn't preach it.

1056. I'm preaching to you. You might be young, handsome and

1057. good looking and full of energy. One day you will

1058. have to take care of your parent or your child.

1059. Take care of you. The humility, the gratefulness friends, to

1060. be like Jesus is what we want to be. So today,

1061. for the things of heaven and abound on earth. I

1062. encourage you and employ you. Be a cheerful, happy giver.

  1063. Bring your gift hilariously.

  1064. Don't cry.

1065. You are going to lose my ten dollars. I'm going

1066. to lose one hundred dollars. Oh, hilariously, Love, you're giving

1067. it to the heavens. You're giving it to the Lord,

1068. and you are bound somewhere. Amen, as you prepare to give.

1069. Not only because we have aniversity. Every Sunday is an

1070. opportunity to give, Every opportunity for something you pray, ask

1071. a heart, open heart to say, Lord, how can I

1072. be obedient to give to the Lord.

1073. To give to the Lord.

  1074. Don't give to a man or a woman, don't give

1075. to a ministry. Only give to the Lord and say, Lord,

1076. take this five hundred and get made go further. Sometimes

1077. we don't have chance to stalk the whole church because

1078. we have separated. That doesn't stop us from sharing. We

1079. still support two evangelists in China. To evangelist Sarahah, they

1080. are doing the work there. It's your money. Someone one

1081. day from Sarah will say thank you for giving to

1082. the Lord, and you're like, where, I don't know you,

1083. but he says, your church and you had a part

1084. to play in that. Don't live in a poverty mentality.

1085. Poverty is not here. Poverty is here to those who

1086. appears to hear what the spirit of God is saying,

1087. you will hear what the Lord wants you to hear.

1088. For us to grow, act by faith every time, grow

1089. in your intimacy in the Lord. It's for you and

1090. me to come close to Jesus. Three. We are to

1091. change and be transform into the likeness of Christ.

  1092. Amen.

1093. Add on whatever you're doing, well, continue to do. But

1094. what Paul says, add on that grace of generosity, so.

  1095. Into heaven.

1096. Right, So for eternity abound on earth, while on earth

1097. a bound Because as you sow towards eternity, he says,

1098. give and it will come back to you. Press down,

1099. shaken together, running over a man. The Lord is very

1100. generous to us. And I encourage you developed life, not

1101. overnight lifes and not overnight. Develop a spirit of cheer

1102. a man and a joyful heart of giving, whether you're serving, playing,

1103. whether you're giving giving, whether you're helping someone develop a

1104. cheerful heart, a joyful heart, because it's a joy there.

1105. You're just sang the sound a joy of the Lord

1106. a man. And then don't you better believe it? I'm

1107. just sing this song. You better believe it. Oh God,

1108. it's so good to each and everyone in this room.

1109. My encouragement to you is that you are cheap. You

1110. will hear his voice. Amen. Amen. And we're family people here.

1111. How our children know Jesus. By your example, our children

1112. will know Him and will choose to choose, choose to

1113. receive Christ because they see mom and Dad following Christ.

1114. You are like Jesus to our children, to your children, Amen.

1115. And then we are like Jesus to one another. I

1116. learn from you. I learn from your generosity. I learn

1117. from the way you give. I learn from the way

1118. you love. I love for I learn from the way

  1119. you smile. I learn too. I learn because there's a

1120. bit of Jesus that's coming forth, and I receive it,

1121. and we keep developing that. Amen.

1122. Oh, God is so good. He is good all the time.

1123. Never day does he not look at you in your

1124. face and think, how can I bless Danny? How can

1125. I bless Joy? How can I bless Karen? How can

1126. I bless Sam? How can I bless you? You? You,

1127. every one of us. That is God's generous heart to

1128. us every day. But we will have the heart miles

1129. to do. We will have those challenges only to draw

1130. us nearer to the Lord, to look like Jesus Amen, hallelujah,

1131. Amen Church. Oh We're gonna grow, and may we grow cheerfully.

1132. A heart of cheer, a heart of joy in the

1133. way we live, in the way we give, in the

  1134. way we speak.

1135. Joy that will overflow from a heart.

  1136. Stand with me, Church.

1137. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

1138. information on our church, please visit as Church RG. We

1139. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

1140. this week is going to be a good week.

1141. I hit for you. God bless
