  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. I'm gonna share with you a little bit of what

  4. I'm going through. I can't really share everything because of time,

  5. but I have a key passage for you today that

  6. I will eleborate a little bit more. But if you

  7. have your Bible is can you turn to Second Corinthians twelve,

  8. verse seven to ten. It's on the screen for your benefit.

  9. But it's good to flip the pages I'm going to read. Okay,

  10. I'm going to lead this in reading this scripture. Unless

  11. I should be exalted above measured, is Paul by the

  12. abundance of the revelation, A torn in the flesh was

  13. given to me a messenger of Satan, to buffet me

  14. lest I've exalted above measure. Concerning these things, I pleaded

  15. with the Lord three times that it might depart from me,

  16. and he said to me, my grace is sufficient for you,

  17. for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore mostly

  18. I most gladly I would rather boast in my infirmities

  19. that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore

  20. I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches in needs, in persecution,

  21. in distress, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak,

  22. then I am strong. Amen. How many of us can

  23. say this, How many of us can take pleasure in

  24. our infirmities, How many of us can be filled with

  25. joy in moments of persecution. Because when we realize, when

  26. our mind set shifts into the perspective of God's mind,

  27. then we will know that it is in our weakness

  28. his strength is made perfect. For when I am weak,

  29. then I am strong in Christen. So not of encourage

  30. you by sharing this scripture to you. My story, my

  31. testimony in progress will revolve around this scripture. And we're

  32. going to cover different parts of this scripture when we

  33. get to it later. But Paul had every reason the boss. Yeah,

  34. he was a messenger of God. He was an apostle,

  35. he was a missionary. He was the greatest evangelist that

  36. we have ever known. He wrote majority of the epistles,

  37. majority of the New Testament. He is someone that God

  38. has chosen for such a time as this. But in

  39. that choosing, some of us in our lives we may

  40. tend to forget that at the end of the day,

  41. it's the message that God has given to us and

  42. not our own message. But yet yet sometimes we go

  43. around with that spiritual pride, and perhaps I am in

  44. a better place than you. I pray that none of

  45. us will ever be in that situation. But there must

  46. be a reason why God gave gave the torn to Paul.

  47. Because for Paul, such a person that he is, he

  48. is also successible to such a thought of pride that

  49. he is in his heart. So God allowed this to

  50. happen to Paul. God allowed the torn to be stuck,

  51. to be in his flesh. Not only that, he allowed Satan,

  52. a messenger of Satan, to have free flow, free flow,

  53. whatever Satan desired, whatever, in terms of his trial and

  54. testing him, whatever it is, it almost reminds me of

  55. what Joe went through, right, It almost reminds me of

  56. what Job went through. He had visions, Paul visions, revelations.

  57. Success in ministry, perhaps some words have success in our workplaces.

  58. We earn a lot of money, we are successful. Whenever

  59. someone asks you what can I pray for that you

  60. say nothing, All good, everything great. Where some words are

  61. like that, I would be a little bit worse read

  62. and concern if that's the case, because there is always

  63. something to pray for. And I'm not going to put

  64. anyone down here, but there is always something to give

  65. thanks to the Lord for there's always something to pray for.

  66. There is always something. Sometimes it may not even be

  67. about you. Sometimes it may be about the people that's

  68. around you. If you have nothing to pray for in

  69. that season of your life, I pray that that's something

  70. that you need prayer for, is the salvation of someone

  71. that's close to you, the breakthrough of someone that's close

  72. to you. Because it's not just about you, it's about

  73. people that's around you as well. And hence, when God

  74. commanded us to love him, he also said to love

  75. those around us before we love ourselves. Amen. So there's

  76. always something to give thanks the Lord for there's always

  77. something to pray for. But yet God allowed this torn

  78. to keep Paul grounded, humble and also dependent. Dependent. You

  79. realize that Paul pleaded that the pain the torn may

  80. depart from him. He didn't he didn't insist that he

  81. depart from him. He prayed that it may that please,

  82. if it's indeed accordance to your will, please that it

  83. might depart from me. So if it doesn't depart Paul

  84. will still pressed on. Amen. It's not about whether it

  85. happens or it may not happen. That's the word might

  86. over there. Sixth April was a date that me and

  87. my wife we're gonna start off a bit lighthearted. Then

  88. we will going to the maybe a little bit more heavy.

  89. But sixth April was the date that me and my

  90. wife decided we're going to try some new restaurant in

  91. god a commanding. Now, do not put this restaurant down.

  92. I'm not going to name the restaurant, but it's a

  93. middle it's a restaurant. Okay, it's quite it's nice that

  94. the food is not bad. I think my wife enjoyed

  95. it a little bit, but okay, like it was average

  96. about six out of ten. My wife is like, no,

  97. but I'm a bit kinder, right, I'm a kind guys,

  98. about six out of ten. Uh, you're gonna try you

  99. can try it right. Six April we went to this restaurant,

  100. try it out right, and honestly, not too bad, not

  101. too bad. I ordered the staple, she ordered the spicy version.

  102. I ordered the non spicy version. And as we were eating,

  103. my dear wife and I were having a lovely conversation.

  104. You know, we have really decided to really embrace the

  105. other more husbands and wife. You know, we'll be married

  106. four years. I know were babies are in in terms

  107. of comparison to some of you. But it's really a

  108. good thing to spend time with your spouse. Yeah, reminded

  109. to do that yesterday. Yesterday, if we decided to download

  110. a game on BS four and it's called it takes two.

  111. It takes two. So some of you, if you, if

  112. you have not tried a game, and if you're you

  113. haven't been talking enough in your life, I encourage you

  114. to go and try to play the game together. It

  115. takes too Oh my goodness, it really takes to to click.

  116. It takes to the communicate. And there was time all

  117. like this shit like get it done. But but you know,

  118. it's it's lovely to spend time. So we're having a conversation,

  119. very pleasant one. I think she was sharing me about

  120. her life, her journey, and we're talking about different things,

  121. showing each other cat pictures. Uh and suddenly, out of nowhere,

  122. as she was talking, I suddenly stopped talking. Okay, I

  123. suddenly stopped talking. I suddenly didn't say a word right.

  124. Didn't work, not even a single word, and I think

  125. I was invisible. This stressler a little bit. I think

  126. she didn't know this initially. Yeah, I told her, I

  127. think I don't feel well. Listen, why why? Why you're

  128. not not feeling well? Is it? But we are exaggeration?

  129. So I went to the the the I felt something

  130. my throat right, but I was thinking to myself, I

  131. ate chicken. How can chicken won't get stuck in the

  132. throat right, just rice and chicken. So I went to

  133. the toilet to sink and I was trying to cough, cough, cough, cough, cough,

  134. don't stop coughing, trying to get it out. But it did.

  135. It did not go away. The feeling was so bad,

  136. it was so sharp, it was so pain. I came

  137. back to my seat and I told my wife, Dear,

  138. I think I'm gonna die then, and there I'm gouldn't die.

  139. Let's she said, why something is stuck in my throat?

  140. I think it's fish bonne, but I don't the last

  141. time I checked fish, It's not chicken. Chicken is fish?

  142. Different things? So I like, okay, I cannot I cannot eat.

  143. And after we paid we go off you. I was

  144. driving in the car. I think I even asked her

  145. to drive. If I'm not mistaken, or is it maybe

  146. the other way around? Near mind? She she She then

  147. checked her phone for remedies, right, remedies on how to

  148. actually get something that's stuck, that's loatching your throat out

  149. of your mouth. Right, and she came on a brilliant idea.

  150. She said, Okay, Daniel, stop me at nine nice speed.

  151. Mat I said, okay, nine nice people, whatever it thinks,

  152. help me, babe, I cannot take this anymore, so painful,

  153. so hoping. I can't keep you know, it's so painful.

  154. Right she stopped me that nice we must I say, okay,

  155. I'm here. Then she went down. She came out with

  156. a bread. What's that brain for for you? Okay, oh braid,

  157. I get it, I get it. I get a lodge. Okay.

  158. She went up. She took one whole breid. She wet

  159. it into a big ball lump of I don't know

  160. anyone have ever enjoyed braid dipped in water. Let me

  161. just break it to you like it doesn't taste good. Okay,

  162. it doesn't taste good. So she took the whole bread water.

  163. She said, nah, I said, what do I do it

  164. is swallow it. Okay, whatever it takes, I'm gonna do

  165. it right. Because sometimes when you're desperate, you desperate measures

  166. will have to come into place. So I took the

  167. whole bread sock with water. I wish it was egg,

  168. but it was so with water. And I put in

  169. my throat and I grew. The whole thing went down.

  170. I think it was three times three bites of big

  171. chunks of white braid with water. And I think it

  172. was even not even the white braid. It was some

  173. sort of flavored braid with water. Uh no, nice. But

  174. but at that time I didn't care. I didn't care.

  175. I give you what her papers, I'll eat. So I

  176. eat it. And she asked me, how are you feeling?

  177. I was like still stop, Like okay, this is just

  178. let me rests. Doesn't me a rest? She went and

  179. do her own thing. I was scaled on the bid

  180. for a while. The whole time, I can I stop

  181. coughing the whole night, and then it was eleventh at

  182. TPM and night it was a Saturday night, and I

  183. was always the worship bleed the next day right, only

  184. my second time worship leading twenty twenty five Praise scot

  185. for worship leaders and Rice stopped in the House of

  186. the Lord. But however, I was, I was scareded. I

  187. was excited right long time now. Actually I was excited

  188. to give my best for the Lord. But then this happened.

  189. So I decided, okay, no, I'm going to try and

  190. get it fixed. It was eleven at TPM and night

  191. I went down to clinic Aurora, Aurora, because I thought

  192. the Aurora will help me. So I went down to

  193. the clinic and I met with this fine young doctor,

  194. Malay doctor, very very nice, very very kind, very gentle.

  195. And then she asked me, ah, dick, I call me.

  196. You're younger than me. Uh day, I said, cool, start,

  197. I'm gonna suck it, mata. And she said, okay, help you.

  198. I can help you, no problem. Sit down, okay, see

  199. now open your mouth uh see ah uh louder, h louder.

  200. Put your tongue out. I don't know if you're feeling

  201. felt this all right, doctor, It's very difficult to actually

  202. say I put your tongue out, okay, because every time

  203. are you trying to see let me go and touch

  204. my wife's tongue. Okay, if I take a stick, which

  205. they use a stick to try and open the moment

  206. you touch your close no, are you sure not? Yeah?

  207. But it was very sensitive, right, so I couldn't put

  208. my mouth big enough for her to actually see what

  209. was starting inside. Finally she took a caliper she put

  210. in my mouth. She gaves it open, so I couldn't

  211. move it all. But I was still fighting the thing.

  212. She saw it right. She took the tweezer. Then she said,

  213. they jang janger. I tell you, I like to exacerbate things,

  214. but this time now I'm not acaserating. Okay. She was

  215. really very very jung. I can felt her conjungnessang. Then

  216. can see her head okay. The other suddenly said okay,

  217. I got it. I saw a number. She clip it.

  218. I said in my mouth, said do you feel it?

  219. Do you want me to take it out? Of course?

  220. The it out loud, you open my mouth up, I

  221. can talk there, she clipping, she was about to take

  222. it out. I was so happy. Right then I heard

  223. the word I heard the word oops. I was like, oops,

  224. what hey, don't oops? So we're taking down oops? Then

  225. she said oops. I was like, what do you mean oops,

  226. oops to the bus day so that let the puss

  227. tried to acting the thing like go on the thing.

  228. Now I was ready king, you know, I was saying,

  229. what do you mean to the pus a party? What

  230. you mean to the puss? Then she assured me so

  231. that already fall into the tronies okay, following the I

  232. was like, okay, following the troney. Then she asked me,

  233. you know, she asked me so much, mamass, that's okay,

  234. that's okay. How do you feel? How do you feel?

  235. And I say okay, okay, any pain no no, I think,

  236. no pay any more. Then she said okay. She says

  237. that look at her that nah, any but any medicine

  238. not She said, any man, but not my son. What

  239. do you want okay? No, no, no okay. Then then

  240. after I said, after I woke out of the counter

  241. about to pay her, there's I felt it again, I said,

  242. doctor Rasala, still feeling it inside my throat. Then she

  243. said to me, no it did plassy bo. I said,

  244. what prassibo Plassy? I said, no, I really feel it.

  245. I said, now mine, now mind, you just go and

  246. you find limao ah limou. Ah, you find him out

  247. inside the light. The lemon got s inside. Are you drinking? Ah? Hello?

  248. Now look at doctor, doctor now eleven pm. What way

  249. I'm gonna find the mau. So I had a brilliant idea.

  250. I went to Ali's the Mama down the road. I

  251. order limao ice extra Li Mau, I said, bug, and

  252. you bugg it's extra, that's ab support bach. I was

  253. so thanks. You look at me sprubg sup supporing. I

  254. get upon it, supporting it. So I past I bet

  255. ten ring it for limo ice extra limao. Okay, So

  256. I went. I squeezed all the limao inside nicely inside,

  257. and then I drink. It was the most sour drink

  258. I ever, they said, but I didn't care. I just

  259. wanted the tout dissolve down my throat, get rid of

  260. the thorn that is in my flesh, that thorn that

  261. was there to buffet me. It was there to just

  262. take away all my my my joy. And I realized

  263. that it didn't help, So I down the Holy Mau.

  264. I went back home. I think by the time Russia

  265. was already because the next day we got very early,

  266. and my prains this this Lord help I need to

  267. worship le next week. The next day later in five

  268. hours time, I also tended to text Albert, Albert, Uh,

  269. something happened to me? Can you take you know you

  270. guys be singing takes on? Right? You take for me?

  271. Why didn't I didn't? I prayed, and God just dropped

  272. a scripture in my heart, the story of the Bible.

  273. And I was reminded when Paul and Silas were in

  274. prisoned in the Book of X when he were in prison,

  275. and at midnight, right at midnight and midnight, I was

  276. facing this. At midnight, okay, and midnight they were praying

  277. and singing hymns to God. And suddenly there was an earthquake.

  278. The foundation of the prison. Doors were shaken, and immediately

  279. the doors flung open. That was my prayer. Trot flung open.

  280. In the name of Jesus, Let this thorne be removed,

  281. like the chains were removed and were set loose. And

  282. he shall go down the stomach or coughed out, and

  283. whatever it is, it shall be gone, in the name

  284. of Jesus. Amen. I prayed that, and I went asleep

  285. next morning, the cock crow still there, still there, so painful.

  286. I came to church, and I'm like, okay, I'll tell

  287. you what. Paul and Silas praise. I gotta continue praising.

  288. Got a corninual praising. So I let you worship. I

  289. can tell you what. I can tell you what I felt.

  290. I literally felt something moving up from the bottom of

  291. my throat, which the doctor to the puss. Yeah, got

  292. stuck even deeper, and he came out slowly, slowly, and

  293. he got stuck up here. Okay. At that time, I

  294. looked at my wife and I said, I cannot take

  295. this anymore. I'm going to the doctor now. So I

  296. went to the doctor down the street over here. I

  297. don't know what you'll know. There's a doctor down the

  298. street over here, so you ever get sick, and then

  299. to go if I hear a doctor. I met this

  300. guy guy doctor right, and the guy doctor say the

  301. same thing. Okay, open your mouth again. Okay, I know

  302. all the proceedure. Okay, open you'll engage my mouth whatever

  303. do do? Okay. Then I say, you look at me nicely,

  304. you doshlight nicely. I saw it, Okay, good get it out.

  305. He got it out. He took it out, and I

  306. never felt better in my entire life. There was the

  307. best feeling that I ever felt in thirty four years

  308. of my life. I felt like, oh, I'm free. In

  309. the name of Jesus. If you don't know what it

  310. means to be free, this is what it means to

  311. be free. He got launched out from my my sol.

  312. That's the feeling, you know, when the thorn comes out

  313. of your flesh. Oh, hallelujah, praise a lot. I was expecting.

  314. I was expecting this big thorn, this strong thorn, like

  315. what common used to say. You know, she has a

  316. colgoule bladder, right, and then she always compared with her husband.

  317. And then she said her one kuchie money, a small

  318. one makes so much trouble for her. Johns and big

  319. like eggs so pain, but hers was so pain. And

  320. I was thinking to myself, this, this thorn must be

  321. the worst thorne ever imagined the world next life. It

  322. was like a tissue paper. It was so it was moist,

  323. you're so flimsy. Was less than one cm. This thorn

  324. almost killed me. Come on, if you ever feel down

  325. or small about your girl bladder, remember my story. A

  326. tissue paper almost killed me. Yeah, of course I didn't

  327. found out. I didn't find out what kind of bone

  328. is this? That must be all this, This must be

  329. some kind of haska from the rice. Rice, a singular

  330. grain of rice almost killed me. So that's why I'm

  331. firsting rice. Now I don't eat rice anymore. I hate rice.

  332. This is what happened. This, This was so bad. And

  333. the thorn, You're so painful, You're so painful. But God

  334. delivered me amen first thorn. First storn was delivered next month.

  335. Fifth of me. Now that this is where it gets

  336. a little bit serious. Actually it's seriously. You got at

  337. that time was very serious. Next night, so I got

  338. a message from my from my right, I don't Me

  339. and my sister were closed, but not really that close.

  340. But she decided to text me that morning and so

  341. many messages, pictures, and the first picture she showed me

  342. was the door that was open. Found out that my

  343. dad was acting up again. Now, for some of you,

  344. you may not know my dad, and my dad is

  345. actually a cancer survivor. He survived from his uh colonne

  346. cancer I always confused with prostrate but colonne cancer and

  347. also born cancer. He also has a hip replacement. Then

  348. that Jesus has set him free. Last year, last year

  349. he was set free from cancer, but he has trouble

  350. walking up. Okay, trouble. He's seventy six years old. This here,

  351. uh you look at him, you will see that he's

  352. not that strong anymore, but he's still heavy born density,

  353. very hi born density. So we got his picture and

  354. looked at it and look at it's like. The next

  355. message I saw was Dad's missing. D told my sister

  356. Joys that she won. He wants to go to Moar

  357. moa station. In my mind and my sister's mind were

  358. both panicking, like, how are you gonna get to Moar

  359. if you don't know? More is in Joha? Okay, how

  360. do we get a war from here? I was thinking,

  361. you take train on all. My dad did actually disappear

  362. from our house before and went all the way to

  363. kl losing, so I would never put anything of this

  364. past him, like, okay, he's an adventurous man. He likes

  365. to do things by his own accord. But he disappeared,

  366. and at that time he was wearing he was doing

  367. a storm cut, and we were worried, loved because more

  368. right then, of course, a little found out. It was

  369. a coffee shop near down or called war Station okay,

  370. I didn't know that. I didn't know that. But he

  371. was missing for one hour. He was missing me and

  372. my sister was trying franklically to find him in our cars.

  373. And then finally, after an hour of about fifteen minutes

  374. of searching, I saw him on the inside a drain.

  375. Not fell down. He was just sitting on the floor

  376. and his LIGs were dangling inside the drain and his

  377. stom cut was inside the drain. So I don't know

  378. what happened. Last. When I got got to him and

  379. asked him, that are you okay? What happened? He started

  380. talking to me about the birds the sky. He's got

  381. talking to me about helicopter. I'm thinking at the time,

  382. I didn't know yet, Okay, I didn't. I didn't even

  383. look that far. It was a Monday, after I think

  384. six May is a monday, right, fifth May was a Monday.

  385. And then I was like, okay, okay, let me get

  386. you home, right. He didn't struggle. He followed me into

  387. my car right, and then we took him home. We

  388. set him down, and then that's where it started. Okay,

  389. that's how he started. Something is off because he started

  390. to say things like I am. I am the reincarnate God,

  391. I am the I am, I am a messenger. He

  392. started to say that, oh, the devil is here, the

  393. enemy is here. Please remove all the clothes from the wardrobe.

  394. Helicopter is waiting outside to fetch us. Please the loaders outside.

  395. We had to shift house, moving house, and we started

  396. to realize that something. We called his friend brother David Long,

  397. he came over from his church, spoke to him and

  398. immediately he said, David Long, your ex your services are expired.

  399. I'm like, okay, this is totally something Awfulady that I

  400. consulted Busters spoke to me and said, okay, you better

  401. and along with doctor Jail because which is a medical doctor,

  402. told me better send him to the emergency. So Tuesday, Tuesday,

  403. sixth May, we decided to send him the emergency and

  404. it was a very long killer. I don't know how

  405. many if you know government hospitals right because at the

  406. day financial is also a thing. So long quill. We

  407. were in the emergency from I think Tuesday all the

  408. way until Sunday, Sunday, uh And it was that week

  409. also that our scheduled to go to Burgassi, Okay for

  410. mission trip. I almost caught Passandra, which is our missions pastor,

  411. and told her boss, by the way, she is my boss, Edward,

  412. I don't think I can make the mystery. And I

  413. tell you what. Maybe to some of us we will say, yeah,

  414. it's understandable. Your dad is in hospital, right, your dad

  415. is a yeah, please go and take care of your dad.

  416. But at that time, the conviction was that I still

  417. got to live my life. I still got to do

  418. the work of the Lord, right. But the feeling was there,

  419. The feeling of distress, the feeling of just being in

  420. a place where I have never been been in before,

  421. was still there because all this war, when I dealt

  422. with my dad it was cancer. But I can still

  423. talk to him. I can still say, Dad, eat your fuda.

  424. He'll be stubborn, law, but he's still eat. But this

  425. time around, something is different because he's no longer dead.

  426. Because who you are is actually in your spirit, right,

  427. your soul. You can have the physical appearance, but if

  428. you do not act, or you don't have that rememory

  429. of who you are and who people are around you,

  430. pretty much it's not him, right. You can't blame him

  431. for saying things or being mean. We can't blame him

  432. for not eating because he can't remember, so you just

  433. couldn cared for him. And so I was disturbed. I

  434. was really disturbed. I was so tempted, right, I was

  435. so tempted the coppassentra and I almost did I actually

  436. texted her. But you know, the Lord just whispered, like

  437. how he whispered in my heart that you gotta praise.

  438. You got the praise in every situation. Don't just sing

  439. the song that your praise is a weapon. It is

  440. more than a sound. Don't just sing it, but acted

  441. out do it. But this time around, a still small

  442. voice was whispering, it's gonna be okay. And I still remember,

  443. very vividly, says, let this burden go, Let this burden go.

  444. You're so happy cutting weight physical wait, but you're not

  445. happy letting your own personal burden and baggage just go.

  446. In life, we have to learn to let our burdens

  447. and our baggages go, not just on the floor, but

  448. put it on the one that can sustain you. Put

  449. it on the one that can stand for his young

  450. is easy, yeah, his burdens like and I just want

  451. to encourage all of us be sensitive to the voice

  452. of the Holy Spirit because he does speak. And when

  453. he spoke, I felt the confidence in my heart and

  454. the confirmation that came from my wife saying the media

  455. and Sally, she doesn't call media. It's got me, bab

  456. uh babe. Uh. I'll be here for you. I'll be

  457. here for your parents. Uh. And I'm going to take

  458. care of that right And with that assurance, and I

  459. want to thank and affirm my wife for this and

  460. I and I appreciate you for doing it. I felt

  461. the peace to go a piece that surpassed all understanding

  462. to go to Burgassi. So I went to Burgassi. But

  463. a key you not this whole trip. I must not lie.

  464. I was a little bit distracted. I was a bit distrected.

  465. If you have the next light, because you know why

  466. I'm distructed. Next light, nextv because the night before when

  467. we admitted him to the hospital. This is why we

  468. actually to my dad to the hospital, because we found

  469. him awake at night at two am, opening all the lights,

  470. opening all the doors, and he sat there outside from

  471. two am all the way and just seventy am in

  472. the morning, without moving. So we would this stop. You

  473. can get what I mean. And in the hospital. I

  474. think it was after I returned from Bukassi. But so

  475. I went to Bakassi having all this in mind, and

  476. my mom just constantly non stop. At one point I

  477. even got annoyed my mom, My mom, I'm working, But

  478. at the same time, I didn't want to say it out.

  479. But I'm just being real with you guys. You know

  480. I'm not here to paint a picture that I'm perfect.

  481. I'm not. I do struggle, and this is the struggle

  482. that I was facing. At the one point, I was

  483. actually annoyed with my mom. But then the before I

  484. say something that I will regret, I remember, actually, I'm

  485. not there, you are. She's there, and she's bearing the

  486. full brand of what my dad is doing and I

  487. and I help back and thank God that I helped back.

  488. Thank God that got helped my tongue back. But so

  489. the whole trip was just fully that I couldn't focus.

  490. I was in the I can be in the car, right,

  491. I can be in the car. And the whole time

  492. I was just like, like, no one stopped checking in

  493. my dad, checking out my mom. It's my mum, Okay,

  494. I'm trying to arrange my my my my wife, like

  495. can you go my wife, I tell you are super

  496. kuang hole so kung hold. She's so like willing to

  497. help out, help us out in our our area in

  498. this in this season, she she really went all the way.

  499. She went all the way. So really really really, uh,

  500. you find yourself a good wife. It's gonna be good,

  501. a man, it's gonna be good. So she went. She

  502. really held the thought. There was once that my dad

  503. treatened to hit her with your tongue guard right, trying

  504. to scolding her because my wife was like sit down

  505. or eat do something like he wanted to grab oh yeah,

  506. he he wanted to grab the file or something. He

  507. went and take different things, the posters down, you know,

  508. the the hospital posters, and then she she stopped. She

  509. stopped her stop him. So he was like telling my wife,

  510. I'm gonna beat you. Are I'm gonna beat you. Are

  511. you better stop, I'm gonna beat you associated to end

  512. all of that. The final night in Bakassi, I was ministering.

  513. I got some pictures as well. Next light there was

  514. I think next light is me and my dad. When

  515. they got just admitted that's my that's my mom, my

  516. dad and me. Really to spend time together. Next light, Yeah,

  517. there's me trying for your uncle or just on the

  518. way to the airport, just side pluck if you ever

  519. want to cutos so know how it tastes like it's

  520. about selling out, then not too bad, uh, and you

  521. won't really want to try. Go to the Ka airport.

  522. It's nobody care up there and can get it for

  523. free and same price. Okay. Next light. This is the

  524. pastors in Bakassi that I managed to have the time

  525. to really minister them, and I'm really blessed in return

  526. how much they were also blessing to us. They really

  527. took care. So on the final night part of France

  528. par Frand's birthday, she decided to blanchard us for dinner. Right,

  529. take us out for dinner, but France is our pasta

  530. in Indonesia. Right, he passes out in Indonesia in Bakassi. Uh,

  531. and he took us out with his family. Joys Uh

  532. your bell is her Indonesian name, Joys my choice okay.

  533. And then the rest of them was there, so your

  534. best us was there so and then little Sandra was

  535. there so together equal deb and part friends. So the

  536. whole family was there and they decided to bland us

  537. this very nice Indonesian cuzina, right, very nice, And I

  538. tell you what it was. I was so distracted right

  539. as I was eating a sit check in my phone.

  540. Then I was eating half You know how when you

  541. eat and you look at your phone the same time, right,

  542. you don't really focus and pay attention. Then I ate

  543. something a dish. I felt very nicer this dish. Then

  544. I realized, oh, it's fish. Sorry, so this niceitchup fish.

  545. I was eating it, and about the end, close to

  546. the end of the dinner, we were talking, we're just

  547. teach that thing. And then we were talking about life ministry,

  548. and I was still being very distant in my head.

  549. My mom constantly updating me. I'm trying to arrange stuff

  550. with my wife. And then suddenly I saw this last

  551. portion of fish, and the Asian in me is like,

  552. I cannot waste food. I must eat this fish. So

  553. I saw it. In my mind, I'm thinking I just

  554. had an experience of something that was stuck in my throat.

  555. Cannot be happens the second time in a row. Some

  556. of this thing is so delicious, it's so small, How

  557. can it harm such a big person like me. So

  558. I decided to myself it was in my mother. By

  559. the way, I was already thinking all these thoughts in

  560. my head. Right should I swallow it? Because it's such

  561. a hassle to take it out and take out the smaller,

  562. the bus on the whole thing, and I fallow. It

  563. was in my mouth. I had the chance to take

  564. it out, okay, but no, I decided to swallow it.

  565. And I guess what happened? Round two? This time it's

  566. gonna start again, my hope. I tell you what. In

  567. that moment, all fear, all exciting, all thoughts about my parents,

  568. my dad, my wife, everything under her son because he minisly,

  569. all disappeared from the window. The only focus was that

  570. bond that was starting in my throat. So when the

  571. toilet round two, I know Ludio experience, right when the

  572. toilet drink water, gurgle, gurgle, course, bee come back, Joyce,

  573. look at me, pasta Aghan, that's what what? What? What

  574. is your suggestion? Then she said, accomplican ROTI I'm like, okay, rothy,

  575. she bought these bitch chesepreto I the hole dinner, Selena.

  576. I'm cutting rice, cutting carbs, and I'm like eat the

  577. old bread. Tell you I felt so guilty eating the braid,

  578. but I know choice. Then Joyce said, oh, I couldn't

  579. put website color you buncho the bath along. Now I

  580. was like, I know, I know, I know. I took

  581. the braid. No. Whole night I was eating the braid again.

  582. I was like thinking to myself, why did I even

  583. swallow this bond? I couldn't think get it out at

  584. any given time. I decided I texted my wife. I

  585. think my wife must be laughing like mad at home,

  586. like why in the world this man never learned from mistake.

  587. So I was eating the braid the whole time. Right

  588. the next morning, you know, Sunday service, but ever was preaching.

  589. I was like, aha, I know, I praise. It's a weapon.

  590. It's more than a sound. Last I know, I know.

  591. God spoke to me right cause your burdens alone. All right,

  592. all right, well I do both. God, please take this

  593. torn out, Please please praise, praise, praise. Indonesian people praise.

  594. So what I tell you where they go, they go

  595. wild for the law. You know, he really turned around,

  596. and you sit turned around. He really turned times and yeah,

  597. and I tell you what their service, their service after

  598. the worship got a word, right after they got prayer.

  599. The prayer lasts for two hours, okay. They pray for

  600. every single person in the congregation. So total the service

  601. about three and a half hours of four hours okay,

  602. stuck by eight and by twelth. So this is what

  603. you can expect, you know. That's why their prayers get unswered,

  604. because they really mean business. Someone or was prey time

  605. minutes with hire ready, with tied ready, So I sing

  606. one song? Was so tired ready, I sing one song?

  607. So tiredy someone wanted tught to come out. No, So

  608. I decided I must, I must do my best. So

  609. in my limited dance most and my two left legs,

  610. I decided to dance for the Lord undignified. But the

  611. bonde did not come out. The bond did not come out.

  612. But friends look at me away, look at me all

  613. the way to the airport. My prayer, my prayers is

  614. go please do not allow me to bring Indonesian bones

  615. back to Malaysia. We look at me, and he said,

  616. I proclaimed that in Jesus name, he was real praying.

  617. I was like, WHOA accepted? Lord? So before you let

  618. in Malaysia. The bone be gone. So I was like, God,

  619. help me. I'm really weak. I got the thing stuck

  620. in my throat. I got my dad, which is like

  621. an emotional torn in my life. I had a physical

  622. tone experience. God, please help me, and that's when God spoke.

  623. That's the key verse I had for you today. That's

  624. when God spoke. The less I be exalted above measure,

  625. but abundance of revelation. Daniel. You may be a pastor, Daniel,

  626. you may be a minister, you may minister into many

  627. young lives, you may do a lot of good work

  628. for me, but less you'll be exalted above measure. Lest

  629. you take the glory from me. This torne is a

  630. reminder to you, you of what and who I am,

  631. and I deserve I and I alone deserve the glory.

  632. You know, for one instance, not be humble, for one instance,

  633. be proud of your accomplishments, of who you are. The

  634. torn in the flesh was given to me concerning these things.

  635. I pleaded with the Lord three times, and I just realized.

  636. I just realized the Lord spoke to me. It was

  637. three times, three different torn experience, and I pleaded with

  638. the God, please please take this away from me. Therefore

  639. I take pleasure in my informities. Gladly bolsting my informities,

  640. the power crist may arrest upon me, for when I'm

  641. weak and I'm strong. It was then that I realized

  642. that it was three times. The first time, praise got

  643. me true. The power of praise as I praised, the

  644. torn went up. The second time, casting my burdens on

  645. the Lord got me true. Right, the Lord whispered in

  646. my ear, casts your burdens on me. Take my yoke,

  647. Take my yoke and go. Don't be afraid of what

  648. happens back home, because there's Rochelle, there's your mom, there's

  649. church people around you. Just go and be a blessing.

  650. You're not going to go for a month. You're just

  651. going to go for two days. Three days got me true.

  652. And the third time, when nothing else works, praise they

  653. didn't work, you know, prayer didn't work. Casting the burdens

  654. of the Lord didn't work. I realized that God's grace

  655. was the one that got me true. God's grace, and

  656. then it is it was all part of God's plan

  657. that the tourn was given to me. It was in

  658. that moment I truly rested on the lot. That was

  659. the moment in the airport, actually rested. See God, okay,

  660. take over, take over the torn the torns in my life.

  661. And I stopped trying. I stopped trying to literally cough

  662. it out. I stopped trying to drink or third how

  663. much water I drank. I stopped trying to vibrate because

  664. it was expensive at the airport. I stopped trying all

  665. methods la okay. At the same time, I also stopped worrying.

  666. But my dad, I realized that I stopped. I actually

  667. down to a few Netflix shows to watch on the plane,

  668. but I even stopped that decided I'm just gonna arrest.

  669. So I entered the airplane. Right in the airplane I rented,

  670. I just put my head down. At the moment it

  671. got faster in your seatbelts, I was gone into the

  672. realm of the heaven. Lease. It was just it was

  673. just such a quiet moment with the Lord, and the

  674. whole journey back was a very smooth one. If in fact,

  675. I don't know how the flight went faster than it

  676. should be. Some people we do. I will fight end

  677. up reaching in one and a half hours. I don't

  678. know what happened. Maybe the airplane was very fast, but

  679. it was in that moment when I landed Suddenly I

  680. realized the when I woke up and I would take

  681. my luggage, say how come, how I'm born, no more

  682. no feeling? And God answered my prayer. Amen answered my prayer.

  683. Three tons, three pleaded, and he was taken away from me. However, friends,

  684. things did not get easier my dad. Sometimes in life,

  685. when we pray and there's breakthroughs that happen on life, right,

  686. it's easy to give God praise, say hallelujahs, say a

  687. praise a lot, but you come back home and you're

  688. greeted with dead, being in the worst situation than when

  689. you got him out. Got a call from the hospital

  690. on the Tuesday when I just got back on Sunday, Tuesday,

  691. we got a call fron hospital and the call was

  692. that my dad was missing again. Hospital look at missing

  693. on the urergency. We found out that he saw a

  694. glimpse of someone he knew and then he followed him

  695. out and he was lost. Luck in emergency there were

  696. too many nurses, too many cases around, not enough nurses,

  697. so they couldn't find him. I went there I found

  698. him again in the alley right, he was just in

  699. his cell look at me and said, oh, my son,

  700. my son. He looked at me and then he put

  701. him down on the onto the bit cat for him.

  702. And then much later I think we got finally got

  703. him a bit, finally got a bit. We went, we

  704. got him a bit, and then all happy. We had

  705. the best woman alive, right, me and my my wife,

  706. and find my mom because my mom came later, got

  707. him right, totally got to be. I think it was

  708. the same day that he got lost. Right, we got

  709. the bit so called bitla. We we wheeled him all

  710. the way to the nine space, so nice, so comfortable,

  711. an private space, private room, everything right. And then suddenly

  712. we found out the doctor say, the nurse say, Salah

  713. Salah Chong, Salah choga wrong the same roughly the same age,

  714. roughly the same surname Chong about wrong person. So he

  715. had the wheeling bag all the way to the e

  716. when he stuck in the mergency for another seventies. So

  717. the whole ordeal was about to about close two weeks

  718. before we actually got him a bit a bit. My

  719. mom sometimes me, we have to stay in the hospital

  720. sitting sitting on a chair, not even a proper chair,

  721. a plastic chair. Okay that plastic chairs have to go

  722. back for it, and by right, only for patient. That's

  723. how much patients actually come to the hospital, so they

  724. need all the chairs that they can get in the

  725. emergency room. So I'm not complaining, but I'm just feeling

  726. for my mom. Right the bit it's not gonna come up.

  727. It's just a very it's not humane, it's not human.

  728. So I really feel for all the people that are

  729. really caring for their dads, their parents. I know, I

  730. know how it feels. Finally got him the bit right,

  731. and then we realized that the doctor's report came to

  732. We did multiple city scans. He there was even once

  733. he had a fall. We got a call from the

  734. hospital at ten eleven am at a pm at night.

  735. He got a fall. He hit his head, his head.

  736. The whole part was was was bunker and it was

  737. the red full rain in color. And then we were

  738. just realizing that, oh no, we were just fearing for

  739. the worst that could happen. Got there, realized that yeah,

  740. he had a fell fall and it was a very

  741. bad fall, very bad for this Sorry, ever since then

  742. you go to his word. Now you will see that

  743. his high raise patient. He's the only rate for over there.

  744. Ever since we were there, five people passed away. There's

  745. the mood there is in the hospital. Death all around,

  746. uh people in front of us. I just got news

  747. that his neighbor that just came in was actually a

  748. brother that used to pray for me when I was younger.

  749. He fell down from a three onto a saw, had

  750. to amputate his legs. It's a very bad, horrific incident.

  751. He doesn't even know who he is anymore, lost his memory.

  752. So I all this to say, well, you know all

  753. this to say that we got the treasure our lives.

  754. We're still here on earth. We've got to live our

  755. lives to the fullest because we wouldn't know what happened

  756. to us tomorrow. Only God knows what happened for us.

  757. We're going to continue to live our lives to its

  758. fullest potential every day, loving Jesus, in man, loving Jesus.

  759. And my dad was just in a place where the

  760. report came out and we found out that his brain

  761. was damaged by thirty percent. Okay, brain damage and it's irreversible.

  762. That means his memory would never come back according to

  763. the doctor, sir. But I believe in a greater God. Amen.

  764. But you know, according to the doctors, he won't remember

  765. me ever. Again. We had we had uh, my wife

  766. personally had experienced this. I think, I don't. I don't

  767. think I am understating it to say that it's very heartbreaking, la. Uh.

  768. It is really weird, heartbreaking for me to go through

  769. this because kind of recognized me right one. The moment

  770. that we got him to the other world. He was

  771. so happy, he did so many smiley faces, funny faces,

  772. you ask. My wife was so cute, you know. So.

  773. I wish I recorded something of it, but I didn't.

  774. This is my memory, la. Whatever we got him back,

  775. after we got him back into the ear again, that

  776. he started to forget me. And it was that moment

  777. that I wrote down. I broke down quite badly.

  778. Uh.

  779. And I just told my wife, I I full of regret,

  780. full of regret. The Lord minister to me and the

  781. Lord spoke to me two different ones, and I still

  782. remember told me that it's a privilege you care for

  783. your parents, right, counting all joy, counting all joy when

  784. you're going through various trials, counting all joy, because the

  785. joy of the Lord is your strength. From that day,

  786. I clang onto his word, the word that was given

  787. to me, and I continue to care for my dad

  788. right without complaining. There was even times where we had

  789. to pick up his remains just lack of a better word,

  790. right with our bare hands, with thesue. People only had

  791. to wash the After that, I'm going to share you

  792. three points that I learn from this whole encounter, and

  793. we do close the service very quickly. But the first

  794. thing I want to share you is that thorns number

  795. one point number one tons reminds us that praise is

  796. indeed a weapon. What is the use of a weapon

  797. if we do not use it to attack? Thorns reminds

  798. us that pray a weapon against who, against who, against

  799. the dark, the darkness of this world, against the enemy,

  800. against everything that he stands for. Praise is what that

  801. he will run away from. The Name of Jesus has power,

  802. and as long as it comes out from the heart

  803. that is pure, the enemy will run from it. Amen,

  804. Praise is a weapon. Is more than a sound. Praise

  805. is not based on how you feel. It focuses on

  806. who God is, who is the object of your praise?

  807. Who is the object of your worship? This was the

  808. first point I was reminded, when I was going through

  809. the physical tone that it was in my troath, right,

  810. it was just there in my flesh, and I was

  811. so damnted to give it. But Lord the Lord reminded

  812. me praise, praise, and as I praise, it was slowly

  813. lifted up from my troath the man when Paul and silence,

  814. we're praying and singing hymns to God. In want to

  815. introduce you to a Hebrew word called shima okay, shimah right,

  816. am I pronouncing correctly samah Right. It's a Hebrew word

  817. for the word here, and word here in Hebrew actually

  818. means two things. One is hearing and one is doing.

  819. You can't just as as the Israelites receive this, right,

  820. oh God of Israel, sima like you, you people of Israel.

  821. You're hearing this from the Lord right at the same

  822. time you hear it, it means that you have to

  823. do it as well. It's not just here and not

  824. do it. Miss. What it means is that, Daniel, if

  825. you heard from the Lord that praise is indeed a

  826. weapon that praise is indeed your breakthrough. Then don't just

  827. hear it, but also do it in the name of Jesus,

  828. and you shall be set free. And in my case,

  829. God set me free from this physical tone, this physical ailment.

  830. As funny as it may sound, the experience that when

  831. you're hearing it, when I exisserate or make it for

  832. your your pleasure, of your ears. But it was actually

  833. real story hashtag Okay, it was really something went to

  834. I thought I was going to die, but praise got

  835. me true. Praise set me free. Amen, some stady four one.

  836. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise

  837. shall continually be in my mouth XTV. You can follow me.

  838. It'll be great. But there's verses that you have missed.

  839. Thank you. I think one more slight next No, no, no,

  840. I don't Yeah, yeah, I think next light will be

  841. the worst. Yeah. I will bless the Lord at all times.

  842. His praise shall continually be my mouth. Second point I

  843. have for you today is that thorns invites us to

  844. cast our burdens on the Lord. All right, Thorns invites

  845. us to cast our burdens on the Lord. I think

  846. the slight is a bit messed up. So do follow

  847. me a bit. I think I mess up the order.

  848. I think I did right, Sonny. Sorry, sorry, just follow me.

  849. Uh okay. So the point number two is Towns invites

  850. us to cast our burdness on the Lord. This was

  851. something that the Lord reminded me before I go into

  852. Because he casts your burdens on the lot, don't worry

  853. about what's happening. You know. The enemy may use a

  854. physical tone, something to really pup you and injure you.

  855. But at the same times, when that doesn't work, he

  856. will use something that's emotional. He touches the emotions, your

  857. feelings for your parents, your love for your parents. He

  858. used it, and Twns invites us to cast our burdness

  859. a lot. Surrender isn't bigness. It's transferring the weight to

  860. the one who is strong enough to carry it. Amen,

  861. you may not be strong enough to carry a burden,

  862. but we all know who can because he did. He

  863. carried the cross. He endured the cross to the point

  864. of death. He was obedient, and he's yoke is light. Amen,

  865. his load is easy. His burden is like. So I

  866. really encourage you that Towns will invite us on the

  867. invite all of you today. If there's a burden upon

  868. your life, upon your shoulders, cast it unto the Lord.

  869. Sometimes are emotional anxiety, or family, the weight of responsibility,

  870. the fear of losing someone your love. But Jesus invites

  871. you to cast, not carry your burdens. When Jesus spoke

  872. to the disciples, he invited them. He instructed them to

  873. cast the net into the sea, and they read many fish.

  874. Sometimes all we have to do is to cast that

  875. net and not carry that net, because some if you

  876. carry that net, there is a huge chance that we

  877. may be entangled by that net. The very thing that

  878. was meant to capture our breakthrough is now used to

  879. entangle your feet, and you may fall because of that.

  880. In this season of waiting, in this season surrendering, I

  881. learned a few things. Who's the keybod is and so

  882. it's also up there. I just want to illustrate something.

  883. She knows what to do. Give me a caught hitch. Hmm, yeah,

  884. whatever called that decks your fancy? Okay, all right, just

  885. hold it, Okay, just hold it. So in this season

  886. of waiting, in this season of understanding, surrendering, I've learned

  887. a few things if you're not careful during our waiting period.

  888. Do you have a next light for that next TV?

  889. I think it's the next light, next light, just hollow me. Okay, yeah,

  890. if you're not careful during our waiting period, in our

  891. waiting period, if you're not careful the waiting maiden. Wait,

  892. that may hold us down. Wait that may keep us

  893. stagnant from moving. Wait that may distract us from our calling,

  894. our purpose. Because when we wait upon the Lord, it

  895. does not mean to wait and do nothing. It means

  896. wait and rest in the Lord. It means wait and

  897. have conversations in the Lord. When the Lord instructed the

  898. people of Israel to keep the Sabbath, when they were

  899. given the instruction to build the temple, it was very

  900. clear that they had to order the sabbath, and in

  901. fact it was so important that those that did not

  902. order to honor the sabbath will put to death. Going

  903. to read the Bible, it's real. The importance of rest

  904. over here is that if you do not rest in

  905. the Lord, you may be put to death, maybe not

  906. the physical death, but the spiritual death. There's some of

  907. us when we rest upon the Lord and we come

  908. to church and we do not honor the Sabbath. We

  909. do not rest on the Lord. All we do in

  910. church is something else. It is no wonder that our

  911. wig is not fulfilled because we did not spend the

  912. time that we're supposed to spend the Lord doing what

  913. we ought to be doing. And we face a spiritual

  914. death that only the Lord can revive. And I pray

  915. that if anyone is in that position today, I pray

  916. that the Lord will restore you, will restore you of

  917. that death that is in your life, because Jesus can

  918. bring me the death back to life. Amen. Once date

  919. doesn't have to stay. What's date doesn't have to stay.

  920. But this isn't a waiting. The key thing here is

  921. that are we casting our weights upon the Lord? Psalms

  922. fifty five five y five two to two. It's a

  923. very very good verse, very beautiful one. He says, cast

  924. your burdens on the Lord, and he shall sustain you.

  925. He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. You know,

  926. God may not take your burden away immediately. In fact,

  927. God may not even take your burden away at all.

  928. It may still be there. It may be a very

  929. real burden. It may be a very real situation. But

  930. what he promises us is that he was sustainless and

  931. then he will sustain you. He will carry you through it.

  932. The keyword here is surrendered. When you let go, he

  933. takes over. But what you need to know and what

  934. you need to do is that if you have even

  935. know a thing or do about sustain battles and how

  936. sustained battle works in the band, in the piano, not

  937. not just in a digital panel, but in a physical

  938. panel as well, as long as you keep your foot

  939. down on the piano like what she has been doing

  940. all this Well, have you heard the voice go away? No?

  941. Can you lift up the battle? It's almost immediate a

  942. plague in. That's what the sustain battle does. And that's

  943. what he means. Actually, when God says that he will

  944. sustain you, it means that the problem might still be there,

  945. that cord might still be there, that pain on your

  946. foot that is pressing down on the sustained battle might

  947. still be there. But what He promise says to do

  948. to all of us is to sustain you through that storm,

  949. sustain you troue that trial in whatever situation that you

  950. are in, Daniel, whatever the situation that you're in, God

  951. was reminding me that He's going to sustain you. I'm

  952. not gonna take you out of the storm. I'm gonna

  953. let you go through it, but I'm gonna be there

  954. with you, and I'm going to sustain you. And as

  955. long as you keep your foot down on that pedal,

  956. the court will never go away digitally that that's what

  957. it represents, right, even if you play a physical pedal.

  958. I actually did experience before because I was so cuteous.

  959. How long would sustain? Better? Work actually went on for hours.

  960. Can you imagine the note hitting the key the string

  961. and as long as the sustain pedal is on, it

  962. will it will dissipate everywhere. So and the only reason

  963. why it dissipates is because of physics, like I'm talking about.

  964. But God is not bounded by physics. Yeah, the digital

  965. one is more a representation of what truly means. God

  966. was sustain us, and I want you to be encouraged

  967. by that. The only way that you can lose that

  968. sustaining factor from God is when you remove your foot

  969. off the gas, when you stop moving forwards, when you

  970. stop waiting, when you stop thinking, when you take off

  971. that weight that you're supposed to put on the sustainer.

  972. You take it off and you put it on your shoulders,

  973. and then the cart just goes away. It just go silent.

  974. There's no longer a voice from the Lord. But when

  975. you keep that burden on his shoulders, when you cust

  976. it down to the sustainer, he sustains us. Amen. And finally,

  977. when everything doesn't work, physical tons, emotional tons, Satan is

  978. trying to destroy us. The point I have for you

  979. the year is these tons exposes our true strength, and

  980. our true strength is in the grace of God. Amen,

  981. is in the grace of God. Your greatest ministry may

  982. not come from your strength, but from your struggle. You know,

  983. in extras we always tend to say this. Passus always

  984. remind us this that our greatest messages come from a

  985. place of struggles. Our greatest messages come from masses in

  986. our life. But the mess in your life will be

  987. transformed into a message that will reach the masses. Imen.

  988. I pray that you will continue to remember this. Whenever

  989. there's an infirmity upon your life, you can go back

  990. to your see thank you very much, but you can

  991. just stand there because I'm always done. I say the

  992. same things now. But when there's a place in your

  993. life where there's a lot of infirmities, I pray that

  994. you'll be like Paul, that you would rather boast in

  995. your infirmities rather than boasting on your own strength. You're boasting,

  996. Oh Lord, Every trial aids an opportunity to bring glory

  997. to your name. Every trial, every testing is an opportunity

  998. to put my foot on the guests, to put my

  999. burden on your shoulders and allow you to show and

1000. show off. Because if I come out of this, and

1001. if I got out of this mess there is no testimony,

1002. then how can I bring glory to your name? Buttons

1003. expose our true strength, because really it is in our weaknesses.

1004. It is when we are strong, but we're not strong

1005. in our own self. Where we're strong because of the

1006. God who lives and nurse through his son Christ, Jesus sayment,

1007. the next light I have for you is this next

1008. light XTV. Second Corinthians twelve nine to tennis. Where I

1009. got this from. My grace is sufficient for you. My

1010. strength is made perfect and weaknesses. When you tried everything,

1011. you prayed, you praise, you're rested, and yet the tone

1012. is still there. God brings you the ultimate revelation. His

1013. grace is enough. We often associate grace with salvation. Her

1014. grace is more than a ticket to heaven. It's a

1015. divine enablement here on earth. That grace that is given

1016. to all of you. You're all being enabled through the

1017. power of the Holy Spirit to be witnesses of the

1018. love of Jesus Christ, of the love of the Savior,

1019. of the love of God to the rest of this earth. Amen.

1020. Grace is God's presence sustaining you, sustaining you in moments

1021. of weakness. That is what grace is. Grace is not

1022. taking you out of weaknesses. Grace is sustaining you. You know,

1023. I often like to think to myself, like we always

1024. say that this is the hardest, This is the hardest,

1025. that is the hardest. This season is very bad. You

1026. don't know, you know how it feels like, you know

1027. what it means, You don't know what it means to struggle.

1028. But yet you're still alive today. Why do you still

1029. have breath in your life today? Why do you still

1030. have breath in your lungs today? Is because of the

1031. sustaining power of the grace of God that you are

1032. still alive today. My mom has been in the hospital

1033. for almost for if not the dem days in a row.

1034. You're not going back. And yet she doesn't complain. She

1035. wants to be there for my dad, caring for him,

1036. because God's grace is the one that sustains him, that

1037. kept him, kept her going, and the same grace will

1038. be in all of us today. Amen, he puts four sixteen.

1039. Can I even actually come up? We're very close. The

1040. torn may remain, but grace grows. Amen. Grace helps you

1041. walk through the fire without being burnt. He Brus four

1042. sixteen also says this, let us therefore come boldly to

1043. the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and

1044. find grace to help in time of need. That's what

1045. helps us in our time of need. If we need help,

1046. that's where we need to go. We need to approach

1047. the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace

1048. in time of need. Roman's eight twenty six says this. Likewise,

1049. the spirit also helps us in our weaknesses. Your greatest

1050. ministry may not come out of strength, but from your struggle.

1051. I just got message from my mom. Wow, knew I'm

1052. already home. I don't know how she got home. Wow, amazing.

1053. I just shared with the early service. And as I

1054. was sharing, I was also me and my mom. We

1055. was talking about it and I was trying to encourage her.

1056. I don't worry. Any bills will cover your cover because

1057. he has been in the hospital for closer Manla. I

1058. don't know how much it will cost, they were telling

1059. me free by the end of the day. We don't know.

1060. We don't know until we get the bill. You know

1061. what kind of he didn't cause here and there to me?

1062. Even five hundred engage a lota. Okay, okay, it's a

1063. lot of money. We fifty didn't get as a lot

1064. of money. But as I was sharing a k not.

1065. As I was sharing, my mom sent me a message.

1066. She said, toto, bill, let me get it out. Tot

1067. the bill to the costs at nine forty eight, she

1068. said to me, that was when we were closing this

1069. Now to the costs ten thousand, three hundred and serey two.

1070. I saw that almost fell alarne. I saw the next

1071. line government subsidy ten one hundred and thirty fifty cents.

1072. Pray Scott, yeah, pray Scott. Need to pay two hundred

1073. and fifty one in it. Harle Lojah, Praise the Lord,

1074. because God's grace world sustain you. He mercies, his mercies

1075. and yours forever. Amen, Rejoice in the Lord, friends, rejoice

1076. in your infirmities. As I woke up today, the Lord

1077. dropped a verse of my heart, and I want to

1078. encourage you this verse, and we're gonna sing reward if

1079. we can do that. I didn't plan this with Jason,

1080. but I woke up this morning and the first thing

1081. that came to my mind was to not be afraid.

1082. There was a line that was repeating in my heart

1083. the whole time, do not be afraid. I didn't know

1084. where the averse came from, so I had to google

1085. and the girl and find out. And I found out

1086. that the first came from Genesis fifteen to one, and

1087. he says this, do not be afraid. I'm your shield.

1088. You're exceedingly great reward. That's what God is to all

1089. of us. He is how exceedingly great real are. Salvation

1090. cannot be earned. It's a gift. But friends, honor to

1091. remind you, very firmly but gently, that salvation can be rejected.

1092. You cannot earn salvation. But you can reject salvation, and

1093. that's how you can actually lose your salvation when you

1094. reject Christ. So do not reject him, especially in time

1095. of need. In your entire life. Do not reject God.

1096. When God comes to you with that hand, do not

1097. reject him. I want to encourage you to come to

1098. the Father in time of need. I don't know what

1099. will happen to my dad. I don't know how long

1100. he has left on this earth. I really don't, because

1101. it doesn't seem like his memory is getting any better. Well, friends, family,

1102. dinners will never be the same again. For me. I

1103. don't know how much you resonated that. Whether I will

1104. be able to hear him call his son again, I

  1105. don't know. I can't even take him for a trip.

1106. He's told my mom that while Daniel was so busy,

1107. he wished that he could have went overseas, that it

1108. was his dream, but because of his condition now he

1109. wouldn't have that opportunity ever again. Or at least that's

1110. what men thinks. All that is still real. It's not

1111. just because he's home safely in the comfort of his home,

1112. that doesn't mean that this goes away. Me and my

1113. wife were still to tackle this. Of what happens next, well,

1114. one thing is for certain, and one thing is real,

1115. is that God is saying to me, and in proxy

1116. to all of you, do not be afraid. Be afraid,

1117. for I am your shield. There's no weapon from against

1118. you shall prosper. The enemy can attack you with all

1119. that he has. You know what, I had a revelation

1120. the other day, just recently that when God permitted Satan

1121. to test Joke, to go after Joke, it did not

1122. say that God will not protect him. He did not

1123. say that. And if God is our shield, I felt

1124. that perhaps that's why Joe was able to sustain, because

1125. despite it all he persevered. God reminded Abraham that he

1126. is indeed our shield. Without that shield that comes from

1127. the Lord, we won't be able to take what the

1128. enemy has in store for us. But because of what

1129. God has instat for all of us, that shield that

1130. is right in front of us. I pray that you

1131. will recognize this, that he is indeed or exceedingly great event.

1132. I think it's in the Book of Mark, if I'm

1133. not mistaken, that he says that what does it profit

1134. mean if I gain the world? But lose my soul.

1135. So friends, my encouragement to all of you today is this,

1136. lean not on your own understanding in all your ways.

1137. Acknowledge Him in all your ways. Cling on to the

1138. autern and perfector of your faith in all your ways,

1139. cling on to that road, that path, keep your foot

1140. on the pedal, continue to move forward in the sustaining

1141. grace of the Lord, and remove your food from evil.

1142. That is my encouragement to all of you today. Friends.

1143. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

1144. information on our church, please visit as church Org. We

1145. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

1146. this week is going to be a good week, a

1147. hit for you. God bless
