  1. And so as I've you know, been preaching from Jeremiah

  2. because God has been I believe, you know, just leading

  3. me to that after a few chapters.

  4. You know, have you seen the Book of Jeremiah? Have

  5. you read it? Right?

  6. It's long and then you really right, it's a lot

  7. of like, uh, you know, I'm gonna condemn them, I'm

  8. gonna judge them. They're gonna yeah, it's all this kind

  9. of stuff. And Jeremiah is like, I'll try and and

  10. and and and God tells Jeremiah, gon't preach to them,

  11. and they won't listen to you, but you're just gonna

  12. do it, you know, uh not not like here we

  13. appreciate everybody listen here and everybody follow all right, okay,

  14. but but God is telling Jeremiah, gon't preciate them. They

  15. won't listen to you, but just preach it. And they

  16. will also, you know, do stuff to you. And are

  17. you are you gonna obey something like that? Right?

  18. You know?

  19. Really?

  20. You you say, go to this place, they're gonna slap you,

  21. they're gonna beat you, but you're gonna appreciate to them anyway.

  22. What Okay, Destiny is that right?

  23. So so, but Jeremiah does it, and he gets beaten

  24. up and he gets tort and he still does it

  25. and then God, you know, God preserves his life.

  26. He doesn't die.

  27. He's tortured very horribly, things like he was like putting

  28. like I don't know, like in a position, you know,

  29. and with using some tool whatever it is a torture tool.

  30. And he stays there in a fixed position for days,

  31. perhaps weeks, and then release.

  32. And I don't know how he survived that.

  33. But you know, if you are locked in the room

  34. for one day, you also feel out.

  35. But he's just.

  36. Stuck, stuck in a position one of those I think

  37. not only ones, but a few times he gets tortured

  38. that way, and he still carries on.

  39. Amen.

  40. So you know, the people of God in those days,

  41. they really go through so much and they still obey.

  42. And I pray that we you know, wake up morning,

  43. come practice a little bit a thing like you know,

  44. nothing like you know, ah, didn't get enough sleep, wake

  45. up eye and nothing like, come on, I have to

  46. do assignment night before we all torture.

  47. Man, I have to do some mission that wake up.

  48. Still have to preach nothing like okay, all right, So

  49. they've been tortured. We torture a little bit. No problem,

  50. no problem, I got this.

  51. Uh.

  52. There's this guy in Cyberjaya. His name is Anderson Man.

  53. We love him all right. He's Olivia's kid, all right.

  54. I think he's eight, what nine nine? Nine years old.

  55. He goes to school. He's now like I think, assistant

  56. monitor in class. Ah, that's kind of.

  57. That type, you know. And uh, this is the thing.

  58. The government school is still cooler some days some day

  59. because he I hear him talk and he said, I

  60. go for badminton. Hey, this is not government school. I

  61. just go for bedminton training. He said, I go for badminton.

  62. I go with winton. And he looks like he knows

  63. how to play joints, competition and stuff. And then I say, hey,

  64. so you joink petition called competition you win or not?

  65. He is it?

  66. No, my team's too weak. Sometimes we go to talk

  67. like that. Uh are we too weak? Not got me

  68. strong man?

  69. All right? Okay?

  70. And we could and Noah, in terms of physical I

  71. know Albert our lift, okay, and most of us are

  72. weaker than him.

  73. Muscles except for passeng He right, he runs that.

  74. So anyway, don't be weak man, don't be weak, all right?

  75. In the Lord, I mean we.

  76. Are weak, like we are weak, we can acknowledge that.

  77. But in the Lord, you know, we are made strong.

  78. And then the job of the Lord is our strength.

  79. So anyway, uh, where was I?

  80. So Jeremiah? The background is that, And so.

  81. I've been going and I go like, how much can

  82. I preach, you know, from Jeremiah and not sound negative

  83. and not sound like you know, torture, pain, you know, punishment,

  84. And so I keep wanting to move on. You're like, Lord,

  85. I'm going to preach a new testimony or look at Romance,

  86. you know. And then so I pray and I try opening,

  87. you know, other books, and then I just come back

  88. to Jeremiah again because there's so much in it. There's

  89. so much in it, and the Lord, you know, showed

  90. me even from these chapters you can really preach it

  91. because but Lord is disciple first, how to how to

  92. twist to disciple first? Then you showed me this is

  93. all discipleship. This is all discipleship in Jeremiah. Okay, So anyway,

  94. chapter eleven, right now, chapter eleven, let's look at it. Yeah,

  95. that's our theme a right, still our theme Disciple first,

  96. and I keep reminding, ex hyper Jaya is July already,

  97. It's July already, And how we do with disciple first?

  98. August soon? Right?

  99. So I know we've been hearing right the sermons. Here,

  100. be a disciple, make disciple, be a disciple. So question

  101. to all ourselves, are we a disciple by now? It's

  102. seven seven months?

  103. Ready? Huh?

  104. So if you're not yet, you need to ask the leaders,

  105. say what you haven't approached me yet? Because then they'll

  106. ask you why you haven't approached? All right, So it

  107. takes too long. So approach someone, be a disciple. And

  108. then if you're already a disciple, you need to be

  109. making disciples, all right, because the loop is that you've

  110. got to finish that loop.

  111. You've got to finish. You've got to do the make.

  112. Disciple part to truly be a disciple, all right, So

  113. let's do that. Church will be okay?

  114. All right? XKK, are you're alive?

  115. Yeah?

  116. Wow? Eight am? Group and you're alive. Hallelujah? Who okay?

  117. All right because you get breakfast? Just kidding, all right?

  118. Okay? Church?

  119. So so chapter eleven, let's go. I've got some slices here.

  120. So children, if you're taking notes. I highlighted words. You

  121. can you don't have to copy the whole verse, just

  122. high copy the highlighted versus or words you know in red.

  123. And also you can draw the pictures I put up

  124. there if you don't write so much. Okay, adults, okay, right,

  125. however you want, okay, all right, however you need to.

  126. So all right, Chapter eleven, let's read verse one, the

  127. word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord. Hear the

  128. words of this covenant and speak to the men of

  129. Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. So the title I

  130. gave to the message this morning is covenant versus conspiracy.

  131. Covenant versus conspiracy. Okay, so let's let's look into it.

  132. What is a covenant? All right? Especially, and what what

  133. does it mean to be in a conspiracy? All right?

  134. Not aliens, not ufo, all right? So here we go.

  135. Verse one, as we read it, says here covenant, here

  136. the words of this covenant. I want to say, what

  137. is a covenant. I want to talk about what the

  138. covenant is. A covenant is a promise, an agreement. So

  139. for example, in marriage, it's a covenant you say a

  140. vow to each other. There is a promise you make

  141. to each other, and uh, you know when you do that,

  142. there's a meaning to that. You are saying, I will

  143. do my part. You as do your part, and then

  144. this will work. If we do our part in the government,

  145. in the covenant, things.

  146. Will work, all right.

  147. But so can you imagine if you know, two people

  148. get married and they say, you know, I'm married to you.

  149. I will get married to you till death the worst part, right,

  150. all right, for better or for worse. It always sounds

  151. good at that part there right then, because but the

  152. thing is quite interesting.

  153. I thought about it.

  154. Right when you say those vows, you haven't you you

  155. haven't done it yet. You haven't really done it yet.

  156. You haven't You shouldn't be staying with each other yet

  157. before that, right, So after you say it that our

  158. then only the first day you'll experience it. There's a

  159. lot of faith. There's a lot of faith because before

  160. that you were dating. You kind of have an idea

  161. you got. That's why counseling it's also good, and you

  162. go deeper right to to ask bigger questions, because if

  163. you don't go through counseling, everything is all like surface

  164. pre pre pre marriage, pre marriage counseling p MC.

  165. Right, that's what we do in our church.

  166. And so you when you do that, you get a

  167. bit deeper and you have an you know, you have

  168. an idea because you ask hard questions, like you know

  169. about if if if you don't have enough money, how

  170. if the guy doesn't have enough money, he lost his job,

  171. doesn't earn, you're still going to stay with him?

  172. Right?

  173. So we asked sometimes all right, because I always talk

  174. about that because I think I still earn lesson chill.

  175. I think, yeah, and yeah, maybe I don't know by now,

  176. but but.

  177. I always bring it up because I say, you know,

  178. I because doctor Jill, doctor Jill, right from the start,

  179. already earning bigger than me.

  180. Right, ah, my reward is in heaven.

  181. But uh, because I started off as a full time worker,

  182. all right, which also okay on okay, and all the.

  183. Full time workers say, okay.

  184. So I always bring this up in PMC because I say,

  185. are you going to are you going to be afraid?

  186. Are you going to be shaky?

  187. You're going to be nervous because your wife earns bigger

  188. than you, all right, and I uh, and uh, you

  189. know she has more title than you, uh doctor right

  190. the time I didn't title that, So so you have

  191. to be secure man. So I mean what I'm saying

  192. is uh again back to marriage, right, marriage covenant? So

  193. we talk about that, and so can you imagine you know,

  194. you say the vow and then when you get married

  195. you don't want to do your part. You don't do that,

  196. all right, you don't go, you don't live up to

  197. for better for worse. The makeup is not on anymore, right, yeah,

  198. you go what you look like? All this one never

  199. seen there? They think all make up on and everything okay,

  200. and the breath is all right, this morning breath. Everybody

  201. has it, right, Yeah, you just didn't realize that then

  202. now better for worse?

  203. Are you going to do it? Now?

  204. You're already covenant man, you already promise, you already made

  205. an agreement. So if you can you imagine if the

  206. one part doesn't do the part, then the other part

  207. can't really function. Right, they can try their best, but

  208. how long can that be? So the same thing here

  209. the covenant of God. You know, when God made a

  210. covenant with his people, he said, okay, this is my part.

  211. I'm God, I'm going to do my part, and he

  212. always does his part. Now, he never fails, he never

  213. makes it, never makes a mistake slightly a bit not

  214. fair because human make mistake, right, So gods know, He's like,

  215. we make covenant, I will do my part. Of course,

  216. I will do my part right, and you need to

  217. do your part. But I think I guess God is

  218. very fair because he makes the part easy to do, right.

  219. And so the humans they don't do their part, and

  220. so they broke the covenant.

  221. And what do we have right now?

  222. A broken covenant? So uh, you know that that that's

  223. the thing that the covenant gets broken. And so God says, oh,

  224. and remember when uh we already say, right when you

  225. break the covenment the covenant, what will happen?

  226. Also there's a consequence to it.

  227. Yeah, And so I asked, I want to ask us here,

  228. how are we as a partners in the covenant with

  229. the Lord? We are in a covenant with God as well. Right,

  230. it's a partnership, right, it's not one sided. It's not

  231. a magician. Right means oh, every time we come to you,

  232. you do your part. We all okay, you know, need

  233. we have a part as well. And I thank God

  234. for ex church. Right, we talk about partnership all the time.

  235. I remember, I always remember what Pastor Kenneth says to us.

  236. You know, we don't do membership here. We call it

  237. partnership instead because member, you know member right when you

  238. you how many hear your member of golf club?

  239. I don't need to raise your hand. It's okay. Everybody

  240. will come looking for you.

  241. But so you know you're part of a golf club,

  242. You're part of a chess club, You're part of whatever club.

  243. Most times are you join a club you want to

  244. demand for stuff? You say, yeah, pay membership, FEMA. So

  245. what happened to the grass?

  246. How come not grown? I cannot play golf properly? You know.

  247. You play on grass. I don't play God, sorry, so

  248. you say it. I've been to the swimming pool, all right,

  249. get someone to cleaner. You know the membership we paid.

  250. So members are more of that kind, you know, like consumers,

  251. they look for service. But partners, partners they know I

  252. have a part to play, all right, I'm I'm part

  253. of this organization and I have a role here. So

  254. that's why we encourage partnership. Everyone say partnership. I didn't

  255. hear everyone okay, right right, best thing? Yeah, everyone say partnership.

  256. All right, that's the sound of xkk okay, So right,

  257. The question is how is our partnership? How is how

  258. how has our relationship been with the Lord? Have we

  259. been doing our part? God definitely has done his part,

  260. all right, He's always doing his part and the ball

  261. is always back on our court. Again, what's our part?

  262. And I want to say, I thank God in for

  263. ex church. We do partnership and so one of uh

  264. and we we have it's a platform X church is

  265. a platform for us to fulfill our partnership role.

  266. You know that. So how do you do that?

  267. Right? So part of it is like when you sign

  268. up to serve, you're doing your partnership role. When you

  269. come and be a part of the church, that's your role.

  270. God wants to speak, God wants to bring down his presence.

  271. God wants to move, and his people respond, you know,

  272. by just being here first. That's the that's the first thing.

  273. Being here first. And when you are like taking notes,

  274. you're receiving your You're saying yeah, amen, I receive it

  275. from the Lord.

  276. You're doing your role.

  277. And when you join PAU, when you go out there

  278. for the community when you join homes, when you sign

  279. up and then you know, some of you you sign

  280. up and be full time, you're serving. It's past us

  281. as ministers. That's your role where we're playing our partnership role.

  282. Amen. Amen, we say amen, you're playing your role as well.

  283. All right, all right.

  284. In many ways you can play a role. Even when

  285. you raise your children. There's a way I know, I

  286. don't know where. You notice what I've been doing here

  287. with Eli that I don't have to because you're worshiping right,

  288. busy good. So what I've been doing even with my

  289. own children, I've been learning this I do whether I

  290. don't know whether it's fully right, but I am making

  291. them worship God. Because you leave it to them alone,

  292. it may not happen anytime soon. So I say, guys,

  293. raise your hands, lift your hands, you worship God. You

  294. lift your hands. We're standing there and just looking. You've

  295. got to sing it out and teach them. I mean,

  296. hopefully one day is more of them willingly doing it themselves.

  297. But at least they know the tools, right. You know,

  298. when you lift your hands, something happens. I saw that recently.

  299. When you lift your hands, the blood from your hands

  300. go down into your heart, and your heart gets more

  301. blood for medical reasons. I just raise your hand lod

  302. if you want to, right, I feel it. I feel

  303. the strength when I lift my hands. I actually feel strong.

  304. But more than that, when you lift your hands, it's spiritual.

  305. You're lifting your hands saying surrender, Lord. I surrender to you.

  306. I acknowledge you are King and you are Lord. That's

  307. why I lift my hands and I say I can't

  308. do it on my own. Yeah, so the next time,

  309. don't worry you can. You can all lift your hands

  310. and worship.

  311. It's okay. You look the same like all the rest

  312. of your or your fish other I know sometimes.

  313. You don't want to compeech out of like, ah yeah,

  314. the guy raise hand ready, I gotta give another style, lie,

  315. you know, I don't worry about that. I'll raise head

  316. the same local says it's okay, all right, however, I

  317. want to raise like that a little a different variation,

  318. but actually best is all the way up, all right, okay.

  319. But I'm just saying I'm teaching my children to also,

  320. and I'm saying that's your partnership role, right when you

  321. treat your wife the way you should according to the

  322. word of God or your husband. All right, you are

  323. doing your partnership role. Amen, everyone doing Okay, yeah, so

  324. that's partnership.

  325. Let's move on.

  326. Okay, read on, read on, Okay. Jeremiah eleven three to five.

  327. You shall say to them, thus says the Lord, the

  328. God of Israel. Cursed be the man who does not

  329. hear the words of this covenant that I commanded your

  330. father's when I brought them out of the land of

  331. Egypt from the iron furnace, saying, listen to my voice

  332. and do all that I command you. So shall you

  333. be my people, and I will be your God, that

  334. I may confirm the oath that I swore to your

  335. father's to give them a land flowing with milk and

  336. honey as at this day. Then I answered, so be it, Lord,

  337. all right. So it says here, you know, curse be

  338. the man who does not hear the words of this covenant.

  339. So if we turn away from this, it's already a curse.

  340. So if you you know, not even it's not saying

  341. if you don't do this covenant, but if you don't

  342. even want to listen to it, it's a curse, all right.

  343. So it reminds me of John chapter three, seventeen to eighteen.

  344. You know, it says, for God did not send his

  345. son into the world to condemn the world, but in

  346. order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever

  347. believes in him is not condemned. But whoever does not

  348. believe is condemned already because he has not believed in

  349. the name of the only Son of God. So I

  350. want to tell you that just wanting to listen, wanting

  351. to pay attention and say, God, I want to just

  352. hear what you want to say to me. First, that

  353. first and foremost, that's a blessing, all right. But if

  354. you already reject the word of God, right, it's a curse.

  355. And so many people outside there, they're all cursed because

  356. they don't know the world of God.

  357. They reject the word of God.

  358. But people of God, we should be the first one

  359. to want the word of God in our hearts.

  360. Right. Yeah, maybe we need to process it.

  361. Maybe we don't like it yet, right what it says

  362. to us, because some of it is quite heavy, quite

  363. you know, it's it's hard, but it's good, it's healthy.

  364. Amen.

  365. And so you know, we don't like vegetables just like,

  366. but we eat it because we know it's healthy. So

  367. the same thing with the word of God. It's healthy.

  368. But but the word God tastes good. Say taste and

  369. see the Lord is good man. So I want to

  370. say one more thing here as we read the last verse.

  371. There just now he says, so be it Lord, So

  372. be it Lord, And that's where we get a man.

  373. Jeremiah responded to God, so be it Lord. Amen, Lord.

  374. So it's not just simply you know, we just say amen,

  375. but amen is our way of responding to God.

  376. You know, we can't just listen.

  377. Only Jeremiah heard that say, oh, curse be those who

  378. reject the word of God.

  379. And then he says amen.

  380. He responds, you know, when we hear the word of God,

  381. and we hear you know that there's consequence for not

  382. for rejecting the word of God, you know, and then

  383. there should be a response.

  384. There should be a response.

  385. There should be uh, you know, like some fear of

  386. God and go like whoa, Okay, is this condemnation and

  387. this curse if we reject Jesus.

  388. And so I want to receive the word of God.

  389. I want to say amen instead and requires and I

  390. put a slightly I think response response. Are we responding

  391. you heard this morning about the Covenant? You heard this

  392. morning the question what is our part? And are you

  393. are we going to respond? Are we going to respond

  394. to the word of God? Are we going to respond

  395. in our action? Are we going to respond in uh,

  396. the thing that you know you're supposed to do next?

  397. You know everybody knows what you're supposed to do next.

  398. But we procrastinate, right and we wait, and we say, oh,

  399. God hasn't called me yet one all right, He has

  400. already called his Bible is fully written, completed, all right,

  401. and his message is already clear, all right. And the

  402. leaders here they represent God and they call you on

  403. behalf of him.

  404. He says, sign up and serve. Sign up myself. All right?

  405. You can take that as God ready as you're like

  406. God's wordler, because Scott uses them to speak that. But

  407. of course you want confirmation some more. Go ahead, but

  408. please pray, pray, say God, where do you want me

  409. to serve? Not so much do you want me to serve?

  410. Where God do you want me to serve?

  411. All right? And when he says here all right, normally

  412. is okay?

  413. Tomorrow I will Okay, tomorrow quick, quick obedience is best. Amen,

  414. So all right, so be it? Amen, Amen, and everyone

  415. say amen Ali Louiah. Amen, all right, we move on

  416. verse correct seven to eight, right, okay, six six, Okay,

  417. here we go.

  418. All right.

  419. And the Lord said to me, proclaim all these words

  420. in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem.

  421. Hear the words of this covenant, and do them. Whoa,

  422. hear the words of this covenant, and do them? And

  423. he says here the word I want to highlight here

  424. is proclaim. Proclaim. When when we receive the word, we

  425. know there's a covenant. We know we have a part

  426. to play, and we respond, we say, so be it, Lord, Amen.

  427. And once we respond, like I said, you know you

  428. the loop is not done if you become a disciple

  429. unless you start making disciples. All right, make disciples everyone,

  430. someone you know, say to your neighbor, make disciples. Hey,

  431. say to your neighbor, you look at me, okay, all.

  432. Right, make disciples.

  433. Right. And one of the ways to make disciples is

  434. to proclaim, is to speak, is to share.

  435. You know, there's a guy in ex Ciber Jaya, right.

  436. His name is Keith. His name is Keith.

  437. He's leaving already the you know, last Sunday, supposed to

  438. last Sunday. But anyway, he had something something to do.

  439. He's not in ex ciber Jaya today. He's with his family,

  440. all right, So anyway, good guy. So what happened was

  441. I invited him to be part of the huddle in

  442. ex cyber Jaya. He said yes, Praise God.

  443. All right.

  444. He don't know everything, but he said yes, and he

  445. joined and he joined the huddle. And then, you know,

  446. in huddle we always tell them, hey, guys, you need

  447. to make disciples. You need to find someone in your

  448. homes to look out for and speak into their lives,

  449. speaking to their lives. So no, Keith, you know everyone

  450. there it's like yeah, yeah, okay, taking notes, Yes, okay,

  451. And then a a few, you know, weeks past, and

  452. then we asked again, have you all found anyone? Have

  453. you all identified anyone? Have you all approached anyone? Very quiet,

  454. very quiet? No, not many, uh, you know, mostly the girls.

  455. The girls do it very quicker.

  456. I don't know. It's just fine, okay, fine, guys, men

  457. in the house. We can do it. We can do it. Yeah,

  458. I see them smiling. You know the smile.

  459. Their response is smiling. Okay, so okay, yea, all right,

  460. So men quiet in my huddle.

  461. So I finally zoomed in on. You know, somebody's been

  462. zooming you talk like that.

  463. It's like yeah, yeah, yeah, right, but they're zooming at

  464. well honestly, they're honest with you, guys.

  465. Okay. So so I zoom in on Keith and say, hey, Keith,

  466. so what's going on? Tell me?

  467. Then he said, there's this guy, right, I said, I

  468. recommended the guy to Himsel, why don't you talk.

  469. To this guy?

  470. And he say, yeah, y yeah, okay Ken Ken two

  471. week past and nothing right.

  472. He's like, this is processing. That's what we do. That's

  473. what guys do. Process.

  474. But once the process is done, halley lujah. So anyway,

  475. so he uh, he's like, they honest with me. And

  476. I say, I've been thinking, but how to approach the

  477. guy because they're almost pierced. But same age, you need

  478. you need mates, you know, college student. He's so like, think,

  479. I'm just a college student, a pastor. What do you

  480. expect me to do? I'm not a pastor, you know,

  481. like I'm not this grown man or whatever. Right, then

  482. you are a grown man. But anyway, so I say,

  483. I say, oh, okay, so that's the issue here, come Keith,

  484. why don't you just invite this guy?

  485. His name is chok.

  486. I don't know why his name is choke, but Choker

  487. Choke h a O K rightch Okay?

  488. So I said, invite you invite this guy and just

  489. tell him I want to do a huddle with you.

  490. It's like like that, it's just my friend who need

  491. like mess our relationship up, our friendship. I said, maybe,

  492. but okay, like this, I help you. If you feel

  493. you can't do it on your own, you invite me.

  494. You invite me.

  495. I sit there with you all if the words can

  496. come out of your mouth, I'll tell you guys straight

  497. say guys, I said, Chuck, he's your huddle leader.

  498. I said, I'll do that. How about that? They're like, oh, yeah, okay,

  499. get Google God support there.

  500. He's he's brave enough to do it because you know support,

  501. I give you your tips on yours.

  502. Can do that, all right? So uh so I I

  503. you know, finally, finally he didn't need my help.

  504. He just got the guy sat with him and started

  505. sharing stuff with him, sharing stuff from the huddle with him,

  506. sharing and sharing. I just want to share with you this, this,

  507. this is, and therefore this is a huddle he explains,

  508. you know, hoddle and say like, and you know I'm

  509. supposed to, you know, lead you as a huddle leader.

  510. Then Chock's like, oh yeah, good, hey, hey, it's better

  511. than we are thinking. We all only like to put

  512. fear in our own lives. This unnecessary lae right guys, guys, right,

  513. we put off fear in our own lives. That's not necessary,

  514. it's non existent. Then why because we want to stop

  515. ourselves from doing the thing. So when Keith didn't, I

  516. think he shocked himself as well, Like so easy on.

  517. You know why, I tell you the truth. People are

  518. looking for people are looking for leadership. People are looking

  519. for it and they don't know where to find it,

  520. and they're just waiting for someone to them. Okay, hallelujah,

  521. and man, so are we gonna do it? Guys, ladies,

  522. you're already doing it, just sitting okay, all right, all right, okay,

  523. So let's do it. Proclaim, proclaim. When you want to

  524. make disciples, you've got to speak into their lives. You've

  525. got to proclaim. I tell you one more thing, all right.

  526. I used to there's this other guy in uh bring

  527. up love story because my experience there so uh. This

  528. guy's name is Sean. Sean is a nice guy, so friendly,

  529. so nice. He's been in church for a long time.

  530. Thank god he's still in church, right because his huddle

  531. leader has changed many times, multiple times zone from those

  532. days until now and then I think I can still

  533. look at his face, like keep changing the leader. See,

  534. he almost gave up, hope, really gave up this whole.

  535. I handle ideas like what I always change the leader,

  536. you know, why not his fault? The hard leader keeps

  537. migrating and sorry, move on, migrant movement out of church,

  538. leave church.

  539. All this gonna stop. And he is the one getting

  540. all these kind of handed leaders. I don't know why.

  541. Okay, at least three four times I can count. So

  542. then he is like almost gave up. I said, okay,

  543. I'll take you up. When I took him up, honestly spinning,

  544. I did nothing with him much, I did, I didn't

  545. do much with him now right, just that at least

  546. I was there, at least I didn't leave him, all right,

  547. So I made a bit of difference from the other

  548. hand of leaders by not leaving him, and every time

  549. I at least I see him on Sundays like hey,

  550. I'm still here, and I never thruns him anything. But

  551. recently because of this disciples, First, thank you pastor for

  552. you know, being obedient to put this thing in place.

  553. I said, now, now let's I'll meet up at least

  554. now there's meeting. At least now there's a bit more

  555. organized system meeting, and Sean is invited as well because

  556. he's part of my huddle. So Sean, you know, sits

  557. in and hears. And now because it's so official, it's

  558. so clear. Now I'm very bold when I speak to Sean.

  559. Used to be, you know, she has this family situation.

  560. Now sometimes I mean his his his his parents are

  561. you know, separated, so his mom comes to church, but

  562. his dad is you know, not in church. And sometimes

  563. he invites the dad invites him to come to kind

  564. of stay in his house, you know, bonding or whatever

  565. it is. And it always happens over the weekend. So

  566. when it happens, Sean just nicely will say, but I

  567. gotta go to my dad's house and sorry, I won't

  568. be around on Sunday I'm like, normally, because he's so nice,

  569. I don't dare to say no to him.

  570. I'll say, oh, thanks for telling her, Okay, have fun.

  571. You know, like one of those things it's like all right,

  572. see you next week, kind of like go ahead, go ahead,

  573. I've done it for you know, a few rounds three.

  574. But because recently disciples first, recently the handle system became

  575. official like that in Cyberjaya at least, and I'm sure

  576. here as well and many other plants, I something also

  577. twisted or changed in me and go like wait, wait,

  578. don't give so fast to answer it. He recently asked,

  579. getting passive, I'm going to my dad's house, you know,

  580. so Sunday won't be around. So I'm like, I didn't

  581. answer so fast. There's something in me, the Holy Spirit

  582. I believe, just like like stop, I almost say, okay,

  583. go ahead, but this is choue.

  584. You know. And then suddenly I said, Sean, how about church?

  585. I think he got a shock. It's like I never

  586. asked me this. Suddenly you know? How about church? About church?

  587. Wait?

  588. You will you go to church on Sunday? Are you

  589. going to a church somewhere there? Like you know, with

  590. your dad maybe. Then he's like, uh no, not really.

  591. I said, can you at least come back to church.

  592. You can go and say Sunday you come lah, then

  593. you go back.

  594. Lad.

  595. I suddenly had this boldness to speak into his life,

  596. speaking to his life. I know, I know people won't

  597. like it. Right, It's like, hey, all this wild, you're

  598. so nice to be. Suddenly you want to control my life.

  599. I wasn't controlling his life. I was just challenging him.

  600. I said, hey, how about church. I didn't say you

  601. must come to church. I didn't say that. I said

  602. how just ask him a question. Then he's like, well,

  603. I saw him struggle a bit and he's like yeah.

  604. Then he's like, ah, I uh, I mean it's hard,

  605. Like I say, he said, it's hard, but I will try.

  606. I will try.

  607. I'll try to talk to my father. I said, how

  608. about bring your dad to church? Even more, I said,

  609. even bolder, you know, bring your.

  610. Dad to church.

  611. I said, yeah, I think we did try before, but

  612. he's not he's not a believer. He's like no, he's

  613. like like you know, they kin'd think. And then week

  614. a week after two, I you know, I was sitting

  615. down with Sean again and then with others and I

  616. was just you know, just sharing about you know, guys,

  617. you I also sharing. I said, guys, why don't you

  618. be bold and speak into your people's life. Don't be

  619. so nice to them, only be nice to them, but

  620. don't just be nice to them, right, challenge them because

  621. if you don't, who's going to do it.

  622. Actually, if we don't, nobody's going to do it, right.

  623. Because everybody said, yeah, you do whatever you want, right,

  624. just be comfortable, be happy. Right, But I told them,

  625. and I gave example what Sean said. You know, I

  626. you know, I challenged Sean. I know Sean, he was

  627. not comfortable about it. Buy I challenged him. Then, you know,

  628. I said, you know, pass the Jack. I want to

  629. tell you something. Thank you for doing that. He said,

  630. thank you for doing that, because that really challenged me.

  631. I went back. I spoke to my mom about it,

  632. and I said, we are going to come to church.

  633. It changed.

  634. It changed him, right. I didn't force him. He you know,

  635. he got the conviction and he made the decision to change.

  636. And he said, thank you passa Jack for speaking into

  637. that situation. Hey man, hallelujah, praise God. Come on, let's

  638. you've got praise man, so proclaim, proclaim all right? Uh

  639. secon tim too says right, and what you have heard

  640. from me in the presence of many witnesses, and trust

  641. to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

  642. And that's where we get it from about passing on.

  643. Everyone say, pass it on.

  644. Pass it on.

  645. That's the word we always use. Hey, pass it on

  646. to the next person. Pass it on to your disciple,

  647. pass it on. We get it from your hudder leader,

  648. pass it on. So you need to remember what you

  649. heard in huddle on. You know, if you if you

  650. didn't know that when you go to huddle you hear it, right,

  651. you need to actually pass it on. So remember so

  652. you can pass it on. Don't after that you heard it,

  653. you got what did that? Leaders say, they start going,

  654. you know, start to cook up stuff.

  655. Don't.

  656. All right, he passed it on. That's very important. And

  657. actually that's what I'm doing here. I'm passing on stuff

  658. that I've heard from AX Church. I'm talking about partnership.

  659. I'm talking about discipleship. I'm talking about passing it on.

  660. It's all in our extrach DNA and culture that comes

  661. from the word of God.

  662. All right, okay, okay, where are we now? All right?

  663. Verse seven A says four, I solemnly warn your father's

  664. when I brought them up out of the land of Egypt,

  665. wanting warning them persistently even to this day, saying obey

  666. my voice. Yet they did not obey or incline their ear.

  667. But everyone walked in the stubbornness of his evil heart.

  668. Therefore I brought upon them all the words of this covenant,

  669. which I commanded them to do, but.

  670. They did not. All right, I solemnly warned. Did you

  671. see that word there means a god.

  672. He takes it seriously because we say, oh, this is

  673. my solemn vow right in marriage, solemn vow. So the

  674. same thing here, solemn, a solemn warning. I'm very serious

  675. about this. Let me tell you something. Okay, God is

  676. saying that, and he persistently does that, you know he

  677. you know, God is so merciful. He warns us again

  678. and again and again. He gives us lots and lots

  679. of time, years after years, to respond.

  680. All right.

  681. That's where that's why we say He's merciful. That's why

  682. we say, you know, he he gives us a chance.

  683. And I want to tell all of us here, we've

  684. all been given a chance. And I will tell you

  685. that the people outside of friends, they're all given a

  686. chance as well to respond to Jesus. Okay, and we

  687. need to help them to respond. We need to proclaim,

  688. we need to share, all right, and he doesn't give up?

  689. Is there a point after that for that?

  690. Oh?

  691. Okay, yeah, yeah, let me see all right, So it

  692. says here a broken covenant. Yeah, because the people of

  693. God did not, as I said earlier, they did not

  694. do their part, and so there's a broken covenant. But

  695. you know, recently Pastor Kenneth shed through a video about

  696. being a broken person, and a lot wants to use

  697. a broken person. I tell you, a broken person is

  698. better than a broken covenant. A broken person is better

  699. than a broken covenant. What would you want to do?

  700. What would you want to be? Do you want a

  701. broken covenant or do you want to be a broken people?

  702. If you're a broken people, you see all right, what

  703. we read just now. They don't obey, They walked in

  704. the stubbornness of their own evil hearts. They don't respond,

  705. and so you know, because they think, you know, I've

  706. got it all together. I don't need anything, and so

  707. they continue to walk in their own ways. But you know,

  708. a broken person, as Pascanna said, they know they don't

  709. have it all.

  710. They know they are weak, they know they are struggling,

  711. and so they need to turn to Jesus.

  712. Right, if we are not turning to God, if we

  713. are not turning to Jesus, if we are not praying,

  714. if our prayer is scarce, not regular, it definitely shows

  715. that we we actually think we can do it on ourselves.

  716. We actually are relying on our own wisdom and on

  717. our own strength. I mean these day and age, it's

  718. very easy to succumb to that because everything is in place,

  719. Like I said, there's no torture. We're all good and okay,

  720. the food is all plentiful, all genetically modified, and you

  721. think it's all good, and so it doesn't rot. You

  722. are plentiful, right, abundance, And so it's so tempting to

  723. go to, yeah, we got all, we got it all together.

  724. When I'm healthy, right, so why do I need to pray?

  725. And that's the lie of the enemy. Right, we need

  726. to see our brokenness. And you know, sometimes I just

  727. got this thought. You know, whether it's last night or

  728. this morning. He says, curse, curse. If you know, God's

  729. curse is also merciful. His curse helps us to turn

  730. to him. Amen, his curse the purpose, there's a purpose

  731. in a cursor. It's not like I just want to

  732. destroy you, you know, like it's like you know, anger

  733. out of like spide and I want to damn it you.

  734. You know, I want to harm you.

  735. It's not harm. God's curse is not to harm you.

  736. God's curse is to say, come on, lah, can you

  737. please turn from that way?

  738. Right right? Just like just now, just now, I help

  739. your eyes. Hand up.

  740. I think you felt like toture, Like why who's li

  741. put my hand? I said, yo, teach you to praise God,

  742. worship God. And I said, listen up, leave it up,

  743. don't put it down. Painful ready, But you know that

  744. there's a reason for it. I'm not torturing you. I'm

  745. not just trying to like hurt him. I'm trying to

  746. teach him something, all right. So the same thing we

  747. got when it's a bit of pain that is inflicted

  748. in our lives, right, it is not to harm us.

  749. It is to help us. It is to challenge us. Amen,

  750. and it's to help us grow. And so you know,

  751. we know we should rather be broken people than have

  752. a broken covenant. Amen, all right, let's move on. We're

  753. gonna come to an end soon. Verse nine and ten,

  754. again the Lord said to me, a conspiracy exists among

  755. the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. They

  756. have turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, who

  757. refuse to hear my voice. They have gone after other

  758. gods to serve them. The House of Israel and the

  759. House of Judah have broken my covenant that I made

  760. with their fathers. And that's the word there, conspiracy. So

  761. one is are you in a covenant with Jesus, with

  762. the Lord? Are you a partner or are you one

  763. of those in the conspiracy? What's the conspiracy?

  764. Right?

  765. Conspiracy is not aliens and UFO and you know conspiracy theories,

  766. but conspiracy comes from the work conspire.

  767. Right, So these people are conspiring against God.

  768. They don't want to believe, they don't want to follow Jesus,

  769. they don't want to follow God, and so they say,

  770. let's do something against God, let's do something against his people.

  771. So are we I hope we're not are we part

  772. of the We're either part of the covenant or we're

  773. part of the conspiracy scheming against the Lord, and sometimes

  774. we unknowingly. All right, so let's not be part of that.

  775. Let's be part of the covenant instead. Okay, my notes here,

  776. So what are these people doing? You know, I wrote here,

  777. you know, conspiracy, a plan behind the scenes to get

  778. people to go out through the back door. Now, thank

  779. god nobody got out today, all right, Right, and say

  780. I wrote here God's people. They are influenced by the Canaanites,

  781. the Canaanites at that time, because they are all hanging

  782. out together. They're all living among the Canaanites, right, the Canaanites.

  783. There were people worshiping their gods, their other gods. Not

  784. only just worshiping, but their worship has their worship involves

  785. sinful activities. So give you an example. Some of them

  786. they practice, you know, child sacrifice. They will put the

  787. baby on the gods, burning them. All right, I believe

  788. I've I've read a detail before. There's this god either

  789. called Molac or something, and I got horns and he's

  790. like that. He I don't know why he's His position

  791. is something like that and then they heat up the

  792. hand with fire, they heat up the hair with fire,

  793. and then they'll place the infant on crying slow burned.

  794. It's not immediate, No, it's like crying hear the Christ.

  795. That's worship unto you know what I mean, and to

  796. whoever molac. And so the Israelites, the people of God

  797. observed that and they got normalized, like oh normal, it

  798. is getting normal, just like a lot of things we

  799. watch and see. Now they're trying to normalize you with

  800. what they are okay with. And so we or so

  801. hopefully don't join them. But the people of God have

  802. been joining them because they like, oh.

  803. That's the way, is it?

  804. And then and then you know how it works, because

  805. they marry the Canaanites. The God people got start marrying

  806. the Canaies. You know, maybe they look pretty whatever they dress.

  807. And so because you know, when you that's why, you know,

  808. don't be unequally yoke.

  809. That's what the Bible says, right, because that's what happens. Right.

  810. The guy will go like all my wife say, have

  811. to go to that temple killer joined for.

  812. Oh wow, like movie watching this burden all going on,

  813. and not only that okay, because got kids around, I

  814. wanna tell you, but I have to tell you this.

  815. The other one is is the goddess or God of fertility,

  816. and and part of the worship is they have they

  817. have Priestessus there and they're also known as the temple prostitutes.

  818. And the worship activity there is is that, okay, And uh,

  819. that's what they do. And you know the people who

  820. got joined again and watch it's in the sexy and

  821. they got oh, and they join, they join, and this

  822. is what it means, you know, when they turn against God.

  823. So there's a conspiracy by the those who don't believe

  824. and those who worship those other gods. And they say come, come,

  825. come back, no back, no out of the out of

  826. God's thing. And then at first it's just step out

  827. on it. Next moment, join the other side, next moment,

  828. start burning, start joining activity. And that's it all the

  829. way already. And so that's why that's why it hurts

  830. God so much. If it's just if it's just standing there,

  831. I don't know whether it's so hurtful, but it's actually

  832. joining and being part of them, being like those people already.

  833. So that's a hard check, right for all of us.

  834. How much are we so normalized with what is going on?

  835. All right?

  836. And I think I'll draw it to a close already here.

  837. Maybe musicians can come, yeah, and then we'll get to prayer.

  838. So the question here is are we part of the

  839. covenant or are we influenced and tricked into the conspiracy

  840. against the Lord. I want to end by saying, you know,

  841. Jesus gives us the new Covenant. Amen, Harlee lujah. In

  842. the New Covenant, he makes it even better for us

  843. that you know, he does another a deal that makes

  844. it easier for us to come to God, all.

  845. Right, And yeah, we can come as broken people.

  846. But you know what I want to say, Jesus got

  847. broken on the cross, was broken on the cross, so

  848. that there's a new covenant for us, Amen, hallelujah.

  849. And that's why there's hope today. And we are part

  850. of a new covenant. All right.

  851. Tell your nighbor that you are part of the new Covenant.

  852. You can hold on to Jesus. Amen, hold on to Jesus,

  853. and we're part of the new Covenant.

  854. Amen.

  855. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
