  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. Isaiah chapter sixty four, verse four.

  4. It says, for since the beginning of the world, men

  5. have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has

  6. I seen any God besides you and use Yahweh, who

  7. acts for the one who waits for him. In the

  8. Nalty version, it says, since the world began, no ear

  9. has heard, and no I have seen a God like

  10. you who works for those who wait for him. And

  11. many of you have read this verse before. We know

  12. it sounds nice and all that, but I want to

  13. really dive deep into this and share from what I've

  14. experienced myself and hope that you catch something. We read

  15. it again in First Corinthians chapter two, verse nine. This

  16. is Paul preaching to the Corinthian Church, and verse nine

  17. says that is what the scriptures mean when they say

  18. no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no

  19. mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who

  20. love him.

  21. Amen. Amen.

  22. Yeah, I hope you all awake here. So let's talk

  23. a bit about this before I even dive into that.

  24. Why don't be backtrack and read the whole chapter. Okay,

  25. so let's go to First Corinthians, chapter two. We're going

  26. to read from verse one to five first and will

  27. slowly go through the whole chapter. So starting from verse

  28. one and reading from nalty version. When I first came

  29. to you, dear brothers and sisters, I didn't use lofty

  30. words and impressive wisdom to tell you God's secret plan.

  31. So I decided that.

  32. While I was with you, I wouldn't forget everything except

  33. Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified.

  34. And if you got to excite the verse is there.

  35. I came to you in weakness, timid and trembling, and

  36. my message and my preaching were very plain. Rather than

  37. using clever and persuasive speeches, I relied only on the

  38. power of the Holy Spirit. And I did this so

  39. you would trust not in human wisdom, but in the

  40. power of God. And today I stand here, like I said,

  41. I don't have, you know, a very fancy message, but

  42. I just want to testify, testify of God's power at

  43. work and his plans unfolding. Okay, and the worse days right,

  44. forget everything except Jesus Christ. What does that mean?

  45. You know?

  46. Every every day, all the time, every hour, every minute,

  47. We'll always we were continually fed with knowledge, with information,

  48. with problems of the world. And we find ourselves very

  49. much living in this natural realm, right, we live in

  50. the natural We we live in a realm of logic

  51. and a realm of reason. But what does it mean

  52. to only remember Christ? You know, I think about it,

  53. and I think it's remembering that this universe is all

  54. about him. Number one is to remember that life is

  55. all about him and we were created by him and

  56. also for him, and it's only through him that we

  57. have life and life Abandoning a Man Romans, Chapter eleven,

  58. verse thirty six, it says everything comes from him and

  59. exists by his power. As you and me we exist

  60. by his power, and it's intended for his glory, all

  61. glory to him, forever a man. And just the moment

  62. we start living as if life is about us, if

  63. life revolves about us around us, you know, and we

  64. are so focused on everything that we're going through, that

  65. is when we will start living in anxiety, in worry,

  66. in fear, right, because it's you know, we're looking at

  67. the things that's happening in the world. I mean, it's

  68. our world has it's in such a terrible state. We're

  69. living in such dark times. And in first Serviceden, you know,

  70. brought out and we prayed about it, prayed over the

  71. youth as well.

  72. But you know what happened? What is it two weeks

  73. back now? Uh?

  74. You know with the fourteen fourteen year old boy in

  75. a school and a sixteen year old girl. And our

  76. nation is living in such dark times and we are

  77. we are in the world, and so when we look around,

  78. it's just so many things bombarding us.

  79. But how do we live like this?

  80. Verses year it's not seen, not hear, has heard or

  81. entered the mind of men the things that God has

  82. prepared for us. Right, But living in Christ means that

  83. we live free from sin and shame.

  84. That's number one.

  85. We live victoriously and we're free to live purpose fully

  86. as well. So we read on in verse six to

  87. verse nine, still reading from NLT. Yet when I am

  88. among mature believers, I do speak with words of wisdom,

  89. but not the kind of wisdom that belongs to this world,

  90. all to the rulers of this world, who are soon forgotten. No,

  91. the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God,

  92. his plan that was previously hidden, even though He made

  93. it for our ultimate glory before the world began. But

  94. the rulers of this world have not understood it. If

  95. they had, they would not have crucified our glorious Lord.

  96. And that is what the scriptures mean when they say

  97. no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no

  98. mind has imagined what God has prepared for those.

  99. Who love him. Amen.

  100. Now he says, no one can imagine what God has

  101. prepared for those who love him.

  102. How many have you loved him? Here? Yeah, all of

  103. us love Jesus, But how many of us truly believe

  104. this word what He has prepared for you? Amen? I

  105. see one hand raving there.

  106. Amen. Sometimes it's hard right to really walk in this light,

  107. in this knowledge, not just knowledge, but a revelation.

  108. You know, to us.

  109. The rest of the world may not see, hear it,

  110. know it, but we have that revelation that what God

  111. has prepared for us is beyond our wildness, dreams and imagination.

  112. But firstly, who could have even imagined that our creator,

  113. God of the universe himself will come to this world

  114. give his life for us, and not just give his life.

  115. He suffered, He suffered for our sake, and this mystery itself, right,

  116. is something we cannot fat them. We cannot fully comprehends

  117. honest when we really meditate and think about it, Like, God,

  118. how can you do that? You own everything, the world

  119. is yours, you know, and yet you can give up

  120. your glory and come to this earth that is so

  121. broken just to give his life for us. And there's

  122. no other faith, you know, a faith, right, there's a

  123. God that would sacrifice itself for mankind.

  124. Our God is the only one who did that.

  125. And think about it, France, if our God could do that,

  126. has done that. You think there's anything else that he

  127. would hold back from you? Come on, he really gave

  128. It's already, he gave his best. There's like ultimate already,

  129. there's nothing else bigger than that. Then giving his life?

  130. Is there anything else that he will hold back from us?

  131. So let me share with you a little bit of

  132. a story of my life in this season. Of course

  133. it's been a build up, but it's yeah, said Taylor

  134. swith know what song is that?

  135. You know the story of my life?

  136. But yeah, going through certain stuff, but through that, even

  137. as the red this scripture, you know, God has been

  138. ministering to me, and I pray that he will also

  139. minister to you because I know everyone, you know, we

  140. go through different things at different times. So this is

  141. my story. Let me give you some background just for context.

  142. I put some timelines there because I think some of

  143. it is significant. So some of you those have been

  144. with me for a while, known me for a while,

  145. you know that I have a heart, really have a

  146. heart for the loss and a hurt for missions. But

  147. I can't say there, It's always been there. It's always

  148. been like that. But I do have to say that

  149. my parents, did you know, expose me to a lot

  150. of outreach, outreach efforts when I was younger, since I

  151. was born actually because my dad was in prison ministry

  152. when I was born, he was in Malaysian care and

  153. so for I was a baby, my parents brought in

  154. ex convicts into the home to live with us.

  155. You know, when they came out, they're nowhere to go.

  156. They live with us, And so, yeah, I was a

  157. baby and head ex convicts living in our house. So

  158. even when some of these things happened in the neighborhood,

  159. the police would like come to our house was to

  160. check because the convicts are living there.

  161. My mom told me there was one. There was one night. No,

  162. they came middle of the night, the.

  163. Police came in and the ex convicts told him like,

  164. say the baby is sleeping like they were, you know,

  165. they were more conscious and worried about me as a

  166. baby then.

  167. But so that was my life growing up in church.

  168. I was exposed to a lot of outreach from young

  169. So I used to follow my mom to children's ministry

  170. in like Kampung Chabaka Kampung Area, a bit Cantonese, more

  171. Chinese speaking congregation. But we did what we call exkids

  172. here at that time, we called it the School of Joyce.

  173. It was a Saturday school that we taught the kids,

  174. all pre believers. We just went around with a van

  175. fetched them.

  176. I think we're.

  177. Inspired by Bill Wilson pastor Bill Wilson's ministry. Drive a

  178. vent around pick up all these kids, you know, the

  179. parents who just like yeah, go go go, and then

  180. they come and they learn the Word of God. And

  181. all these are families that are not from Christian background.

  182. So we used to do that going though I don't

  183. know Raua, I can't remember pamb all kinds aff but

  184. I just wantow my parents everywhere. So parents those of

  185. you were young kids. Just bring them everywhere from ministry.

  186. I mean, now they may complain. I know my kids

  187. are so complain sometimes, but when they grow up, you

  188. know there's a seed that's planted their dy and they

  189. will have a heart for people. Yeah, I see that

  190. in my own life. And then so in nineteen ninety four,

  191. that's the first year I put there. I was twelve

  192. years old. Now you're going to count how I am now,

  193. I was twelve and a famous prophet and preachers something.

  194. You may know him if you're around my age, pastor

  195. Frankie who he's gone back home to the lot now,

  196. but he came to our church to speak and he

  197. was praying over different ones of vers we're at the altar,

  198. and he prophessed that over my life. I still remember

  199. at the time when I heard this prophecy, I'm like, okay, whatever,

  200. But my mom was there like yes, amen, amen. Because

  201. he prophesied that I will go into missions. I will

  202. going to Southeast Asia, starting with Thailand and then to

  203. the rest of Southeast Asia. So that was his prophecy.

  204. I still remember very clearly. I know they recorded it.

  205. Let me listen back to it. After that but you

  206. know that there was I was twelve, so I didn't

  207. think much about it went through life. But in UNI,

  208. when I was in university and MMU Multimliar University Zabajaya,

  209. when I felt my heart for mission started to grow.

  210. I mean we were exposed to mission trips. We went

  211. to around Aslei villagers together with our CF and and

  212. every year end there will be a year end mission

  213. trip that usually the final year students will go for

  214. overseas trip. And I remember so twenty two thousand and five,

  215. they announced that they're going to have a trip to Thailand.

  216. So I heard Thailand.

  217. I think something clicked because I remember the prophecy right

  218. taland okay, let's go, let's go.

  219. So I signed up.

  220. It wasn't my final year, as my second one year

  221. before my final year, but I decided to go with

  222. the seniors and we signed out. We started preparing, but

  223. some things happened and somehow the trip changed to Cambodia.

  224. So actually we went to Cambodia. That was my first,

  225. my first overseas mission trip. I think went to Cambodia,

  226. but I tell you there was the first time I

  227. found myself like on my knees weeping for people and

  228. a nation that I barely knew, hardly knew in thingbout

  229. Cambodia until we're about to go there. There we started,

  230. you know, watching about the Kamara roots and reading up

  231. about the history, and it's very oppressive, actually very oppressive history.

  232. And yeah, I just found myself crying for them, you know,

  233. praying for them, and a lot of things have been there.

  234. I mean that one we were really.

  235. Exposed to spiritual warfare. How over reading twenty two, Yeah,

  236. about the about the Asia when we were twenty Nola,

  237. I think I was like twenty three, twenty three because

  238. I graduated when I was twenty four. And but fast

  239. forward to working life. You know, I started going into

  240. Thailand once or twice a year because we had mission

  241. trips going to run On, which is throughout c Gypsies

  242. called Amoken people, and also to x Chang Mai. So

  243. when x Cha I just started Albert, I actually followed

  244. past us there on like the second trip. So I

  245. started going in once or twice a year. And again

  246. if you look at a timeline, so nineteen ninety four,

  247. the Prophecy two thousand and four, my first like.

  248. Really big mission trip. That's ten years later.

  249. Another ten years later, twenty fourteen, it was in Ranong, Thailand,

  250. ministring around the c Gypsies that I remember God very

  251. clearly breaking my heart for the loss. It was a

  252. different kind of like I felt so broken, I don't

  253. know what, and he goes messing up my mind and

  254. my view and my just everything, like my whole world

  255. seemed like it was being broken, and.

  256. Really had a heart for the unreached.

  257. Unreached people groups there meant people that have never heard

  258. the gospel before, including those who have who are hindered

  259. or restricted from here in the gospel, and you know

  260. who those are in our own nation, and sort of

  261. stirring to get into missions. Full time started to grow

  262. at that time, and many times I ask God, No, God,

  263. is it time to come out from the corporate. So

  264. for those whon't know I started, you know, I yeah,

  265. I studied engine I got into a technical role when

  266. I graduated, and I just completed my nineteen years at

  267. my company this month, yeah, October this month, And so

  268. I asked many times, you know, like God, is it

  269. time to leave the corporate to come out to full time?

  270. But every time I asked it was always not yet,

  271. Like God has not asked me to leave the marketplace

  272. and the corporate world yet. And I see God continue

  273. to use me in the marketplace. That's also a mission field.

  274. For those who are on the marketplace, that is your

  275. mission field. You know, there's so many who are lost

  276. there and they need they need to hear the gospel.

  277. They need to hear about hope.

  278. Imen And in fact, I think the first time that

  279. I felt, okay, is it time to leave un go

  280. full time? Really what happened? I was in twenty fifteen.

  281. Then God promoted me to a manager position. Something's happened,

  282. toxic manager. He left, and then my boss says it,

  283. you know, do you want to interview for the position?

  284. Okay?

  285. So I felt. I felt for the people. I didn't

  286. want another person. I was like coming and you know,

  287. bring in politics. So I took up the challenge and

  288. go into that position. Was twenty fifteen twenty twenty two,

  289. history sort of.

  290. Repeats itself again. We had toxic leadership.

  291. And I've told this story before, but you know, long

  292. story shot in America. It was a miraculous way and

  293. got removed them again. I was asked to can you

  294. step up to lead country no, so became country hit

  295. and you know, pull things together, break down all the

  296. walls between the teams. You know, people used to say,

  297. it's like South Korea and North Korea brought the teams together,

  298. bring up the morale in the office. Everything seemed good,

  299. you know, happy, every things smooth sailing. And then in

  300. August twenty twenty three admissions conference, again I felt the

  301. burden to go full time and I got really now,

  302. like things look really good at my workplace, at my marketplace,

  303. are you really you know, tugging at my heart now?

  304. And I can't still remember my see okay to visit.

  305. He came to c US end of the year and

  306. we're having a conversations. He's, you know, talking about a

  307. vision now for Malaysia and saying, oh yeah, talking about

  308. populating the office, how fast you need to grow it,

  309. et cetera. And in my mind I'm looking at him, right,

  310. but in my head, I was just like, but I

  311. need to populate Heaven, Like populating the office is like nothing,

  312. you know, it wasn't my first agenda of my mind.

  313. Un popular heaven. So there was a bit of a

  314. I felt a bit misplaced at that time displaced, misplaced,

  315. a bit out of place.

  316. And as seeing God, what's next, What's next? But in

  317. twenty twenty four, I mean after I spoke to pastors Pascuna,

  318. Passenger as well. You know, they do acknowledge the calling

  319. of my life, but you know, ask me to pray

  320. through it. Let's see how God leads. In twenty twenty

  321. four July, I had my trip to London. So I

  322. go there once a year for our leadership meeting, and

  323. I pulled my boss aside. We just had a couple

  324. of minutes a mee before other people were around, so

  325. put her aside, told her my intentions very briefly, and

  326. thankfully she's a believer, so she she understood where I

  327. was coming from, and I said, as she was. I

  328. was surprised at her reaction, actually because she she wasn't surprised,

  329. and she said she knew that I have I do

  330. have a full time calling. So she said, yes, you know,

  331. I'm said to you go, but if you know, there's

  332. there's a lot bigger things more important than building these businesses.

  333. She said, there's a lot more important things. But she said, yeah,

  334. I start looking for a successor. If we want to

  335. do this because I said, I want to give as

  336. much time as I can to the company as well,

  337. you know, find a successor, you know, build that person up,

  338. et cetera. So I started my hunter hunt for successor.

  339. From July to your end, I was going around, I

  340. mean I was speaking to my talent acquisition or hiring

  341. you know, hiring person, can you look for this kind

  342. of portfolio? And then I was speaking to different ones

  343. and and I felt at one point, as it starts

  344. with aligned, so someone a friend of mine, we suddenly reconnected.

  345. And then this person said, Hey, this other person just

  346. got made redundant, and you know, maybe you could speak

  347. to him see whether.

  348. It's it's uh, you know, can can match or not?

  349. So make connection.

  350. Spoke to this person, I don't know this person friends,

  351. and then yeah, it looked like perfect fit, same industry,

  352. same kind of experience.

  353. I want to.

  354. Step out, you know, to step in because you're looking

  355. for something. And and so I arrange for interviews and

  356. all that. My boss and yeah, she really like him,

  357. but she said, I'm not sure whether we'll fit you know,

  358. this this role currently. So I was quite disappointed. I'm like, God,

  359. where else am I going to find someone that can

  360. replace me, not not the skills and experience, and because

  361. I don't think I'm very not rescue nor very experience,

  362. but more of like having a heart for the company

  363. and really willing to go long you know, go to

  364. long haul because my company is like up and now

  365. up and down, and discover business eyes, you know, go

  366. to all of acquisitions, mergers, things keep changing, policies changing,

  367. boss changing. It's really a roller coaster, right, and not

  368. many people can can Okay they can't. They can't stay

  369. on for long. So it's it's tough. And so nothing moved.

  370. I mean, it basically wasn't going the way I imagined

  371. to be. I thought like, wow, yeah I found right

  372. person aready No, and and so I'm just like waiting

  373. on god lab. But you know, it didn't. It didn't

  374. work as I pictured. Nothing had progressed until November. November

  375. twenty twenty four. So that same year, my boss made

  376. a trip down and you know, as the CEO to

  377. come as well, because she said, you know, it'd be

  378. a shame if Rachel leaves before you see her again

  379. in personal. So they came down and then we had breakfast.

  380. The first morning they arrived and the first thing he

  381. says to me is, so, Rachel, you're leaving us, and

  382. I'm like, uh at some point but not yet. I said,

  383. you know, I will take my time, but this is

  384. you know, this is what's on my heart. And so

  385. we spoke about it. He asked what I wanted to do,

  386. et cetera. But I tell you what, that conversation was

  387. a mind blowing one for me because at the end

  388. of it, right, what it turned out to be was

  389. I don't know how it turned around to why don't

  390. you can still be part of our business because we

  391. would love to We would love to have you see

  392. succeed because we're still in that. You don't trying to

  393. pick back up turn the business around. We still have

  394. you to be a part of that. But why don't

  395. you can still do whatever you wanna do with your church,

  396. et cetera. Tell us how many days you want, how

  397. manyays you want to be in office, how many days

  398. you want to be out?

  399. We can work work that out. And I'm like, I was.

  400. I did it it words because like I never thought

  401. that it would be an option, because which company would

  402. like let the stuff? Okay, you take some time off

  403. you're gonna do whatever you want to do and you

  404. can still be with us. It's either you know out

  405. usually and so I was like wow. So they said, yeah,

  406. so what do you what do you say? Do you

  407. think the offer? And I'm like, it sounds really good.

  408. Let me speak to my big boss up there first.

  409. God has speak to God first. And I spoke to

  410. pastors pass and Dry and they also said like, wow,

  411. such favor this is, this is this unprecedented favor. I mean,

  412. you don't find this anywhere anytime. And it was a

  413. confirmation that yeah, just like how poor you know, doing

  414. the days of X. And throughout his life, he he

  415. never depended on just people's giving, right, he was a

  416. tent maker, so he earned, he earned his own living,

  417. and he also traveled the world. And you know, he's

  418. he's the greatest apostle missionary. And because even when I

  419. was thinking about coming off full time, of course, the

  420. first challenge or thing on our minus finances, how Albert

  421. already in full time. If I also come out full time,

  422. who's gonna pay for the kids? It's gonna pay for

  423. the kids' education. And so that worry was always at

  424. the back of my mind. Although I know, yes, God provide,

  425. God provide, I mean, we know it, but the reality

  426. is is reality. But when this happened, I'm like, oh, God,

  427. you're showing me that you don't have, you know, I

  428. felt God asking me why you limit me? Why do

  429. you limit me to I must be in the company

  430. only or in the church only, showing me that actually

  431. if I can, I want to open doors for you

  432. to do both.

  433. I can do that. So it's just God, you.

  434. Know again when I there's the first thing that verse,

  435. first verse that came to my mind is that no

  436. no I see no, yes, no, no, minus imagine what

  437. God has prepared for us, because it's always bigger than

  438. what we dream and our dreams are so small, like

  439. what we think we can do is so small.

  440. Yeah, so that was like what I get to do both?

  441. You know, I was so excited.

  442. I don't need to worry about finances, still getting a member.

  443. Boss said that, yeah, why don't you do this.

  444. You can still start, you know, whatever you dream of

  445. doing with your church and still get paid, like still

  446. get and I don't even need to burden the church.

  447. So yeah, and and why I felt that always because

  448. I felt in my marketplace.

  449. I mean I can.

  450. I am reaching out to the people there, but the

  451. time is limited, right, majority of time will still need

  452. to be focusing on your company objectives and key res

  453. outs and KPIs and all that stuff still has to happen,

  454. and you can't digrect the and like, oh, I'm just

  455. doing ministry completely. In the workplace, there still needs to

  456. be both and you still need to be excellent right

  457. in our jobs. You can't slack. So there's that, and

  458. that's why I felt a tugging to to do more.

  459. But wow, God is saying, yeah, you can, you can

  460. do more. Still be there and in because my heart

  461. was still heavy to live. Also because my heart for

  462. the people, like you know, the majority uh not believers

  463. and majority are from the majority race, you know, and

  464. I love them and so many of them I've been

  465. doing life for so many years. I just feel like

  466. if I completely lose touch with them, it'll be such

  467. it be said laugh for me. We said, you know,

  468. haven't seen the fruit yet, and I haven't seen anyone

  469. you know, really come to Christ. But yeah, God keeps

  470. doing the unimagurable, That's all I want to say. He

  471. keeps blowing our minds and if you haven't experienced that,

  472. I want, I hope you're encouraged that it can happen,

  473. because this scripture is not just for means.

  474. It's for all of us.

  475. And it stated in the Old Testament and again in

  476. the New Testament.

  477. It is true for our lives right now.

  478. In so just last month September, as you said, I mean,

  479. I'm saying this, this is all very fresh.

  480. I'm still going through it.

  481. So September twenty twenty five, I reduced my working days

  482. at work. I resigned my contract to reduce to four

  483. days at work and then one day start off with

  484. one day volunteer with with a ya. And there are

  485. things that if you want to know what it is

  486. I'm working on, you can can't speak to me personally,

  487. but yeah, there are things that God has.

  488. Laid on my heart.

  489. I don't see the full picture, and I'm still figuring

  490. things out as well as the Holy Spirit leads. But

  491. has it been smooth sating, like yeah, this is the

  492. end of the story, happy ending. No, A lot of

  493. things have still been happening. And I shed two press

  494. services ago that I lost a key client, which I've

  495. been you know, servicing for nineteen years now, big team.

  496. My whole career has been with this client. And because

  497. of that, it's going to impact the team. Not just

  498. the team that you're servicing, the entire office, the entire

  499. office basios at risker and come this month October, just

  500. before we left for keep Town, actually my boss was

  501. having a conversation to me to be very transparent upfront,

  502. to say, hey, Rachel, we're meeting the board and we're

  503. going to have to make a very major decision because

  504. we cannot continue status coo seeing the financials of the company,

  505. et cetera, can remain status call.

  506. We either completely shut down to Malaysia office. It's me

  507. and the.

  508. Sixty well sixty eight of us, or we grow the office.

  509. It's either or we have to put at least I

  510. don't know, I think about one hundred hits here in

  511. order for it to be able to see the financial

  512. benefit because there's about seven hundred global leader, so neb.

  513. One hundred here.

  514. So completely close down or grow And I'm like, God,

  515. I thought you brought me through this, Like.

  516. Isn't the picture laid out already?

  517. Now you'll we have chances of getting shut down completely

  518. and then maybe I'll be frustrated into really foodstry. I

  519. don't know, I don't know, but it is, you know,

  520. it was still worrying, and I have that burden for

  521. the people whom.

  522. I'm always like. I'm always very positive and trying to

  523. things up.

  524. Course it's been years really like that. People are always asking,

  525. you know, our secure even when new CEO comings, like

  526. oh I don't go to shut us down and open

  527. in India.

  528. It is very real, you know, all.

  529. These businesses they will because of course they will try

  530. to find way it's the most cost efficient.

  531. So I've always been positive.

  532. I mean saying, yeah, as long as God's with us

  533. and I pray for the company.

  534. We will be okay. And then this news and just

  535. before Cape Town.

  536. But i tell you what, even though it's very real,

  537. we're up the mountain in the valley, just not we're

  538. singing right mountain valleys. Let's read a bit of scripture

  539. and then I explain a bit more so ten versus

  540. if you move down verse ten to verse twelve, let

  541. me read from NLT again. So really in KGV sometimes

  542. it can be a bit deep. Okay, that's ten. But

  543. it was to us that God revealed these things by

  544. his spirit for expirits search us out everything and shows

  545. us God's deep secrets. No one can know a person's starts,

  546. accept that person's own spirit. Hey, no one knows your

  547. thoughts except your own spirit. And no one can know

  548. god thoughts except God's own spirit.

  549. But guess what.

  550. And we have received God's spirit, not the world's spirit,

  551. so we can know the wonderful things God has freely

  552. given us. Amen, we have received God's spirit, you know,

  553. and his spirit knows.

  554. He knows what God's thoughts are.

  555. The Holy Spirit knows, and we have him in our hearts,

  556. in our lives. So through this journey, I realized that

  557. God is actually.

  558. Searching and revealing my heart as well. Says that right.

  559. Spirits, such as everything and everything that we go through,

  560. I realize He is searching our heart. There's not so

  561. much the situation, not so much what we're going through,

  562. not so much the outcome. What is happening in the

  563. process and in that journey. So, like I said, right

  564. at the beginning, I was like admissions conference.

  565. You know, like, yeah, I really give up everything and

  566. you know, just go go full time with the Lord.

  567. And then but reality, He's right when my hit our

  568. first talk about his remuneration. I remember my heart sinking,

  569. Oh we have to talk about this? Didn't think about it. Yes,

  570. you're to talk about remuneration. Yes, I had to take

  571. a big cat. I had to probate that it's not

  572. fair right to earn the same but reduce my working days.

  573. But God had to check my heart. Am I still

  574. a shirt? Am I still confident? Do I still trust

  575. him completely?

  576. Or now?

  577. Am I like I need to? In fact, I did

  578. try to know, like to talk about it a little bit.

  579. Can you just round up the number? Round it up?

  580. But right after I.

  581. Did that, Holy speaker victimy like, do you really trust me?

  582. Or you're trying to work out things on your own?

  583. I had to take back.

  584. I thought, my boss is okay, don't need to touch,

  585. don't need to touch the numbers. I'm okay, But yeah,

  586. do we fully trust God to provide?

  587. When?

  588. Really, when the rubber hits the road and in reality his

  589. am I really to give up everything? God is searching.

  590. God is searching our hearts. Some sources not search my heart.

  591. And I start, you know, realizing that I'm asking myself.

  592. Am I really aligning?

  593. Am I truly aligning myself with God's will and his

  594. plans or is it because I have this picture in

  595. my mind what it should be like.

  596. Then I'm like, God, please let this happen.

  597. You know, are we are we aligning ourselves to his

  598. plan or are we hoping that He will follow our plan?

  599. Right?

  600. Like? I mean the things that God has given me.

  601. So I was saying even this this year, apart from

  602. all those things that I mentioned, you know, losing a customer,

  603. stepping into a y a, I also had plans to

  604. help grow the business here. Actually, this this came about

  605. even before I started feeling like we're going to lose

  606. the customer. And again I feel like the Holy Spirit

  607. they give me that foresight and sort of was preparing

  608. me bows in denial. Anyway, before that, I really started

  609. feeling like, yeah, if I can grow or bring business

  610. in Malaysia locally to this entity, why not. If I

  611. can create opportunity for people, why not. If I can

  612. make it sustainable, why not? And this is never in

  613. my nineteen years crossed my mind before, like I would

  614. never think about going into business. But this year got

  615. started giving me the courage to step into that. And

  616. again when this thing came about schools and office and like, God,

  617. do you really tell me that?

  618. Right? Again?

  619. It's like all these questions. It was that real, am,

  620. I really supposed to do this. But my challenge was

  621. this morning. Because this is how I was challenged. Instead of,

  622. you know, asking all these questions, my pray became, Lord,

  623. you positioned me where you see best, because you know

  624. your plans, you know your purpose for my life. I

  625. don't know it. I mean I sort of know it,

  626. but I don't know where exactly. It's the best place now,

  627. best position, And so that was my prayer. You know

  628. where my best position to advance your kingdom is? In

  629. a marketplace? Is it full time? Is it in bold?

  630. Whatever it is?

  631. God, you know.

  632. And the moment I surrendered myself to his will that way,

  633. I tell you, just his peace that surpasses understanding. It's

  634. not all that's going on. All I'm thinking about the people,

  635. the company, my family. But his peace just overwhelmed me

  636. and I could go to keep down and enjoy it.

  637. Then I had to think about a thing because I know,

  638. you know, God, you've you've got it, like you've got

  639. it covered. I just walk faithfully. I just think step

  640. by step because part of me also I'm thinking, should

  641. I drop all my efforts now I'm trying to look

  642. for a new business. Should I just drop it because

  643. it might in my amount do nothing suddenly just grows

  644. on the office and wasted my time.

  645. But I was convicted to, Yeah, just just keep walking.

  646. I just just keep doing and let God reveal no

  647. the plans. So yes, we'reen we keep down enjoyed. It

  648. is beautiful. By the way, if you like mountains and oceans,

  649. there's one place that has it both. It's really beautiful.

  650. And you know, even Albert who I think he said

  651. it as well he's posting or his testimony, you know,

  652. he wouldn't never have dreamt being on the same stage

  653. as some of these people. These are world champion powerlifters,

  654. you know, legends in the industry. In the spot, I

  655. never would have dreamt it. But you know, God opened again.

  656. God blows our minds, just a birth and beyond what

  657. we can ask or imagine, if only we really believe

  658. it and walk in it. And sort of the yeah

  659. I talk about He's searching our heart. So whatever you're

  660. going through, trust me, he's searching your heart. He's not

  661. about It's not just about what you're going through and

  662. what's going to be the outcome. What is happening during that?

  663. Let him, let him search, let him reveal, let him

  664. refine us.

  665. Amen.

  666. And then it says, so we can know the wonderful

  667. things God has freely given us. Now, what has God

  668. freely given us? Think about it. He's given us life

  669. and life more abundantly. And we always say that word,

  670. but sometimes we wonder, release, my life abundant doesn't feel

  671. like it. Now He's freely given us peace that surpasses understanding.

  672. No matter what storms you're going through, we can still

  673. be come like Jesus sleeping in the storm. He's given

  674. us a hope in the future. Right, and nothing and

  675. no one can can rob you off that. But but

  676. we find ourselves always in a situation where the world,

  677. the enemy is trying to rob us from all these things.

  678. The enemy consistently lies towards that. Yeah, you don't even

  679. have what has God given you? But his words say

  680. He's given us freely given us all these things. I mean,

  681. I tell you I've been hearing so many lives, you know,

  682. since going through all this just lies of you can't

  683. do this, Who are you to do this?

  684. Suddenly?

  685. Like all my experience throughout the window, all the years

  686. of what I've gone through throughout the window, because it's

  687. just suddenly like you can't do this. The company's gonna fail,

  688. the office is gonna close down ministry. So you have

  689. all these dreams, but who are you to? You're not qualified?

  690. Who are you to to even carry the plants out

  691. like where you're gonna start? All these things in a

  692. suddenly start clouding my mind a lot of self self doubt.

  693. But if we read on in verse thirteen to sixteen,

  694. when we tell you these things, we do not use

  695. words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words

  696. given to us by the Spirit, using the spirit's words

  697. to explain spiritual truths. But people who are spiritual can't

  698. receive these truths from God's spirit. It all sounds foolish

  699. to them and they can't understand it. For only those

  700. who are spiritual can understand what the spirit means. And

  701. I hope all of you your spirits catching something today.

  702. Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they

  703. themselves cannot be evaluated by others. It's true, know others

  704. won't understand when you want a life of faith. That

  705. they're not going to understand. Write those who don't have Christ,

  706. they wildn't understand why A you're making these decisions?

  707. Why are you doing this?

  708. And verse sixteen for who can know the Lord's thoughts?

  709. Who knows enough to teach him? But there's a big butter.

  710. But we understand these things, for we have the mind

  711. of Christ. Come on, can I hear any amen? We

  712. have the mind of Christ. I mean in this well,

  713. we see the natural. We see all these things happening.

  714. For me.

  715. It's company instability, it's customers leaving, it's uncertainty, it's job security, provision.

  716. Even in ministry.

  717. Like I said, right, God's giving me this dream, but

  718. recently their days I'm like, can I really achieve it?

  719. It like looks nice in my head, But when you

  720. start walking in it, like okay, suddenly I'm sure. But

  721. God's work says we had the minor Christ. You know,

  722. how do I how do I keep walking in the supernatural?

  723. How do I see what he's seeing and what he

  724. is envisioning? What is God doing? And it's a battle

  725. of the mind.

  726. Right, I had to.

  727. Change, I said, I had to change my prayer to

  728. God positioned me were your best see fit I prayer.

  729. Always have that prayer. Whatever you're going through, Lord, this

  730. is what I hope will happen. If it's according to

  731. your will. Please let it be bad. But you position me,

  732. You give me what I need, you take away what

  733. I don't need. Because he knows that he sees all

  734. things right. We need to have that that assurance and

  735. really believe this word and receive this truth.

  736. No.

  737. I recently was talking to a friend, a pre believing

  738. friend as well, who also just recently lost a job.

  739. People losing jobs everywhere. It's very scary. But she was

  740. asking me like, yeah, how, what's your plan. You know

  741. it sounds quite darkler quite dim in the future. What's

  742. your plan? And I said, I can, I can plan,

  743. I can envision.

  744. But is God that.

  745. Will direct my path? Call a direct our path? And

  746. only if only all of us could live this way.

  747. Really convinced that God has prepared something for you, not

  748. just something like something small or something big. Again, we're

  749. talking about no. No I have seen, no ill has hurt,

  750. no mind has imagined that kind of big.

  751. He has prepared that for you.

  752. You know, above and beyond what you can dream or imagine,

  753. and to always see with our spiritual eyes, to tap

  754. into his heavenly wisdom, to tap into his insight, his foresight.

  755. Like I said, he was giving me foresight even though

  756. I was in denial.

  757. He was preparing me, give me a picture of what

  758. I need to do or what it looks like if

  759. we lose this client. And I was like, no, God,

  760. I don't want to picture it because sometimes you're like that, right. No, No,

  761. I stand in faith we will not lose it. I

  762. was very confident in telling my teens will be okay.

  763. But he was giving the foresight.

  764. Luck he was, but thankfully he did, and for me

  765. myself at least, I was a bit prepared so when

  766. it happened, I didn't crash and burn. And again, should

  767. we read verse nine again together? He did that next line,

  768. can read verse nine together. I want us to really

  769. get this into a spirit that's read. No eye has seen,

  770. no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what

  771. God has prepared for those who love him. Friends, receive

  772. that into your spirit this morning. You know, as a

  773. as as a true disciple of Christ, we need to

  774. believe this word this whole year. The theme is disciples

  775. of us, right, and it's not gonna end. We are

  776. disciples until the day we meet Christ. And so you

  777. know that that theme will continue even though we move

  778. on and you know, have themes of the year, but

  779. disciples will still be there. And as disciples, we need

  780. to believe every word that God says here it's for

  781. us and we can't just live a mediocre life, no church, friends,

  782. this is my really my dream. I prayer for each

  783. and everyone's that we will not live mediocre lives. We

  784. gotta see that our lives and what God has prepared

  785. for us, right, it's bigger than ourselves. It's bigger than

  786. our families, it's bigger than our church, bigger than our nation,

  787. even bigger than our dreams. And if we can all

  788. just bring ourselves because now we know there's a tendency

  789. for us to live under our circumstances of situations.

  790. It's very rare. We're human.

  791. But God has really given us the secret and He's

  792. already promised us his words says we are above this.

  793. Everyone else cannot imagine, you know, they can't brain it.

  794. We our self struggle to bring it, but God has

  795. given us this too.

  796. This secret that we.

  797. Can live above our circumstances. We can thrive, not just survive.

  798. Amen.

  799. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
