I don't want to speak about faith today.

Faith all right, and they oh you're experting faith really,

but allow me just to do a brief reminder.

Friends, as believers, you and I need to have faith,

all right.

Where I say talking about faith is not your religion

or your or something that you know abstract faith.

But first our faith must lead to something.

There must be action, There must be something that that

that causes us to step out because we have this faith.

I think many times as Christian, the danger is that

become it can become overly comfortable. I mean to say

that there is no steps of faith, or rather that

we have a faith. We know the Bible says that

we serve the amazing God, right, but in our life,

in our daily life, it's sort of like it's not

reflected in our daily living. It's not reflected in how

we make choices, it's not reflected in how we overcome situation.

Some of you may or may not know that you know. Uh.

For example, low self esteem doesn't matter how much we have,

much we have or how much we know, doesn't overcome

those issues.

Only God can bring that healing.

So you and I today need to recognize there's certain

needs in our lives which only God can meet. But

the Bible here says that the victory was full of

potential friends. It was full of potentials. Some of us

see have a lot of leads, a lot of potential leads,

but never come to fruition. When things never come to fruition,

there's a lot of frustration when you have a lot

of potential friends but never come to fruition. That you

come to place where, But there's a lot of frustration

because the Bible here says this is a tree for

fake leaves, for potential, for promises. But yet at the

end and you come near your friends, the potential becomes nothing.

I've met a lot of Christian may they say that

old I got to I'm working on it. I'm this,

I'm working on it right.

Great. My next question to anyone.

Who's working on it is this that what is your

plan when you say you're working on it?

Because it's a very.

The Bible, I'm working on reading it. How many of

you know, friends with lot of plan? That statement is

always going to be there until the day that Jesus

causes causes home. We need to have a plan to

what we work on. So if there is no plan,

but no fruit. And that's the reason why sometimes a

Christian life there is no fruit, no testimony, no break through.

We say we want more of God, but friends, more

of the Lord, miss less of something else, more of

the Lord, miss less.

But if you don't make plans in your life to

have less of something else, you can't have more of

the Lord.

It's very plain.

And simple, friends, But many times as believers we say

our more of God and we say more of you,

got more of your Holy Spirit? Right, great statements, However,

there has to be less of something else first, otherwise

it'll be a nice mantra that we say to every

day of our life.

In front of the mirror, more of You, Lord, but

no transformation.

And now you know what, I get invited every six months, right,

because if it seems I'm hitting out people, no, I'm

not hitting out your right. The question is is that

how do you handle the disappointment of the tree? How

do you handle that your life? Disappointment of the tree? Because

many times in our life, friends, while we say that

we have potential, we have possibility, and God give you

dreams and vision, but how do you handle disappointment when

things don't come your way? Right? When things don't turn

out the way you want it to turn out. I mean,

if you look at the tree, if you were Jesus

in Jesus should what would your response be after it's

not in season?

Natural response is it's not in seasant, therefore no fruit.

Very general answer to everyday situation. And many times in

our life we live in a natural meaning say that,

oh it's like that, I can't all come because it's

like that.

I don't have because it's like that.

I heard an amazing testimony this couple of days ago

from another church. This individual a friend of a friend.

Really he's a friend of a friend or I'm not

hiding names, right, a friend of a friend. This guy

who finished high school, didn't have didn't couldn't hold out

on a stable job. Meaning you say that because of

his education background, he couldn't hold on a stable job.

Wife is not well, had cancer, but God provider for

the wife. But he himself wanted to establish himself a

career or something like that.

So he heard.

Someone had the opening, so he submitted his resume. The

owner of the business got his resume, read it, but

didn't think too much, put it aside. So first disappointment,

he put it aside, did not respond, you know, did

not hire him. But the owner of the business meant

his other friend who so happened to be looking for someone.

To be like the pa like that.

So I say, hey, if you're looking for somebody someone,

just give me his resume. So would you want to

take a look and maybe you want to hire this individual,

So I look at the resume, give him a call.

Long story cashot. He got the job, got the job.

As he got the job, friends, the boss will hired

him right was going to medical treatment himself, and he

has to rely on him a lot to make decisions

to help him to run the business. In the whole

course of two years, he basically downloaded to him everything

that he knew how to manage and run and take

the business to another level. But exactly also we need

the two years the owner of the business passed away,

and right now he has to take over the whole

business because this guy who passed away didn't have any children,

only had a wife just helping the family.

Just many.

From someone who didn't have the job to run now

to the top position. You see, we can go in

the natural way to answer everything. In the natural you're

like that, You're like bat girl, and therefore you can

only achieve like that. But God says there is a

better way. So how do you handle You must imagine

this story. Why did Jesus put this story in the

Bible to tell us there is a better way.

He came to show us a better way.

Friends, Jesus came to show you a better way to live.

Because in our natural response, we just go it's not

in season, and therefore let's move on. Nothing wrong with that, friends,

it's a very natural response. But friends, as believer us,

God has caught us to live it supernaturally. And that's

why our faith is so important, because the very act

of faith.

Will produce something.

But many times in our life we don't make decision

out of faith because you know why, it is scary.

If we were to ask you to move out from

what from this venue? Where do you think that then

it will lead your ton No? No, you're not moving out.

Okay are you telling you? No, you're not moving out? Okay,

You're going to be here all right. But if if

God speaks to you to move out right, where do

you think that he will lead your too?

I won't let you know wherever the place is.

Friends, you guys won't like it, some of you because

there is no perfect place. There is no sunway to

you choose, it will not be perfect right, and they're

always going to be challenges to the place. The question

here is is that ask believers with faith, what is

your response because Jesus came to show us to live

a better way. That's why John fourteen, verse six says

that I am the way. Come on the truth and

But the Bible says that Jesus say I am the way.

In other words, friends, if we take the wrong turn,

because Jesus is the way, he can readdirect us again. Friends,

many times we think that the map is one straight road,

meaning to say that we have to memorize this route

to get to the destination. But I will let you

know that even if you take the wrong turn, and

somethings we do as human beings, we do take the

wrong turn, say the wrong things, make the wrong decision

of anger, of disappointment, and maybe out of comfort. We

do make because you're not one all the time, my friends,

we do say the wrong things. But even in the

aspect of saying the wrong things, God can redirect your steps,

even in your marriage. God can redirect your steps, even

at your workplace, in your personal life as well.

That's why Jesus said I Am the Way, because.

No matter which way we are in our life, God

can direct. And that's the reason why he says I

am the Truth, and you and I need to know

that He is the truth no matter what the world says.

Sometimes everything is packaged so nicely, friends, sounds too good

to be true, and human being has this thing that

when it sounds too good to be true, there's always

a temptation to believe that is true. There is always

a temptation to believe that it could be real. That's

why sometimes you really you see the cake looks so good,

the image of the slices looks so good you could

literally taste the layers and the complexity ready. But the

moment you take one bite, nothing can be further from

the truth. And sometimes that's life. That's why Jesus expects

I am the way, the truth and the life. Jesus

came to show us a better way to live. Friends,

if your Christian life doesn't exhibit faith in this aspect,

doesn't exhibit faith in the aspect of your actions, then

you and I need to come back to a place

that gave whereby God I need to have faith. We

should allow the disappointment of the tree, disappointment in life

to cause us a doubt God. Too many believers, I

know because of the journey. Friends, of disappointments, we stop.

Come on, we actually stop believing in God. Fully, there's

a there's a there's something, there's a doubt. Sure't another

he went for a blood test. In his blood test

but he didn't fully trust a medical report. The wife said,

care over there, the Indonesia and uh, really, just give

your test results to my friend. Give the test result

to his friend, to a friend father, he got stage

four cancer. I'm like, your doctors Indonesia didn't diagnose you

got station for cancer.

Very simple because Indonesia, you want to you want to

know more, you just pay more money. I'm like, okay, yeah, sure,

five year old, six years old. Say God, if I

got social cancer, I won't see my kid growing growing up.

He grew up without his dad. His dad was taken.

In and because of politically think he was, his dad

was was put into prison and didn't come out after that.

So he grew up with love his dad. He said,

because I grew up without my dad, I don't have

my child to experience what I experience.

Say God could just spare my life.

So he started praying, started declaring that nobody perform against me,

shall prosper crowd to God, worshipping God.

Next day went from blood tests came out zero cancer.

The time when the nurse took the blood samper from me,

he said, right now, I'm clans, there's blood. You're taking

out is the blood of Jesus. There's no more cancer

cancer component anymore. The doctors couldn't believe it. His name

hours to look at your medical report? You have stage

We shut the door, believing of his goodness, believing that

who shall separate us.

From the love of God?

Come on Romans eight thirty five, Who shall separate us

from the love of Christ? Because the moment we dubt

God friends without his love, you don't dub his provision. Man,

he dubbed the very person disappointed you dub his love

towards you, then you have to. When you dub that

wapers you face life all by yourself. But he choose

to lean on to God. He choose to crowd to God.

He choose to believe in God, crawd to God. Friends,

And there's a part of you and I as believe

us we have access to what Who shall separate us

from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, distress, persecution, family, nakedness?

You have a choice today? Friends?

Do we therefore allow doubts and disappointment rob us from

the promise that God has for us? You and I

are not immuneate to his disappointment. We face that almost

every other day. But do we allow that to rob

us to believe that God still loves, that He still

has a plan for us, for you and for me,

because you can go to the next, the next, the

next fifty years of life, and the disappointment that we

face will determine our destiny. One friends, let me share

another true story, so sorry to make stories to share

his mom is a pastor of a Chinese church. Majority

of the church members are men. The church is not

leave church because disappointment, anger or her God call them

home with no friends. You must imagine right now, and

the Lord. You as a passive, how would you take

the news? How would you handle it? Guys? Every week

there's another. Every other week there's announcement. So and so

brother or sister went home to be with the Lord.

Be with the Lord. Isn't it true? Afterward?

Even not just the pastor even the Congress HIMSELFI feel disappointed,

feel disappointed. He wants to let us know. Friends, don't

let your disappointment. Don't let the disappointment rob you of

your destiny. Even though we are disappointed, we can do

something about it because we have the love of Christ

Our faith has an anchor. Friends, you must have an

anchor in your faith. Worse twenty two says, have faith

in God. Have faith in God. Many times you go

to life, the situation and different things. A friend, we

have faith, a concept of faith, but the concept of

it has to be anchored it into something and many times,

a lot of believers just as a yes, I have

faith in God.

I have faith in God.

But John chapter one, verse one says, in the beginning

was the Word, and the Word was with God, and

the Word was God. So when we say that we

have faith in God, ultimately saying we have faith in

the Word, the question is is that do we know

the word to.

Say enough, I have faith in God.

Many times, just because we have a Bible, and the

Bible is the Word of God. That's why we say

we have faith, but we don't even know the content

of the book. Come on, and that's the reason we

want to encourage the church to open up the Word

and read the Word for yourself. But our faith sometimes

so abstract.

So what is your faith anchor in this morning? Come on?

What is your faith anchor in this afternoon? Sorry? What

is your faith anchery in this afternoon?

Because our faith, if it's not ankering to the world

of God, friends, we can ancherate the worship. If the

worship touches your heart, we say God's presence is there,

mm hmm. Just because we sing the right songs, it

touches our heart. Friends, we say that we have faith

and God's presence is here. Came my friends, what happened today?

We sing all the different souls. If we don't we're

not used to, then no faith this afternoon? Right, So

what is our faith anchor on?

Friends? Where was the last time, seriously we did our devotion?

Where was that we open? We save? We make room

for you, the Lord Great?

But friends, making saying, singing and proclaiming, making room for

God without any plans to make room for God.

Friends, is room for failure. It's true, you and I

understand it. Right?

Every year that sorry, every year every church across the

globe is encouraging their partners to open up God's word

for themselves to read. Right, We're not asking you to

serve more, We're not asking you to gift more, but

just read God's word first, right, let God speak to you.

But if we don't make room for pray in our life,

we don't make room to read God's worth, then where

is our anchor? Five or twenty seconds of snippets of

people's preaching, ten seconds of people's quotes. One scripture from

the Bible app friends, there has to be more depth

in there. So what is your faith anchor in? It

is not an abstract faith, but the faith has to

be anchored in the world of God.

Point number two is that.

Our faith has the ability to prophesy worse already tree

in Mark chap the Level says, before I say to you,

whoever says to this mountain, come on, whoever says to

this mountain frids. The next time when you go to

a situation, please don't go ahead say alamam. Please don't

say die. Please don't go and say that it's so tough.

how many more physical spiritual doors I can open.

to do so many things. I literally I looked at

my house.

realized that in your spiritual journey, in your journey of

working with the Lord, he has a plan for you.

So your faith can prophesy say to this mountain. The

answer may not come out, friends, the way you want

it to be, but nevertheless the mountain shall be moved.

are we confessing into our family right now? We are

we confessing into our marriage or into our life, because

by our confession, our lives should be filed. This guy

who called cancer in Indonesia confessed every day by the

strength of Jesus be made whole. The blood of Jesus

cleansed me from every form of cancer. Friends, you and I,

our position is to do this to say jobs God.

God's job is to remove the mountain. But if we

don't say, friends, nothing happening. So it's not because we

have leg of faith. It is because he never asks.

We never asked. I have said before, but nothing works.

I confess before that nothing works.

But you and I have a choice today, friends, to

allow God to bring us through a journey if we

think about this.

You and I have to believe, friends, that God has

the lord, went to the cinema, open the cinema doors.

Really, the supernatural is something else altogether. You can put
