  1. You're listening to a message to go from ACTS Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. As fast was unbacking, you know, he had to go

  4. through this amaking himself. The next thing that came to

  5. him was the purpose, which happens to be the real why. Yeah,

  6. so why that that came to him initially was passion right,

  7. why we are doing what we're doing, Why we're what

  8. we're doing, what we are hearing? But as he unpacked deeper,

  9. he realized that actually the real why is the purpose?

  10. Right?

  11. And what is the purpose? The purpose is to essentially

  12. this the vision has been given to X Church. The

  13. reason behind that is too please God full stop. There's

  14. no further reason that should be bigger than pleasing God.

  15. And that was the real why that was given the passacana,

  16. and that's for all of us as well. Why is

  17. that because God wants this all for us. He wants

  18. this all of us so as we please him, not

  19. because we want blessing, not because we desire a breakthrough life. No,

  20. it's because he desires a relationship with each and everyone

  21. of us, and as.

  22. We live to please him, the.

  23. Breakthroughs will come in his ways in his thoughts, because

  24. his ways, his thoughts are higher than all of us.

  25. Some things that we even can't even understand will be

  26. possible even with him, as we please him. So let's

  27. live a life that is focused on the now and

  28. the future, not just on the past, like Paul said

  29. famously right leaving the past behind. In Philippine's Tree the Deed,

  30. says Rginan, I don't call myself to be apprehended, but

  31. one thing I do forgetting those things which are behind

  32. and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. So, friends,

  33. let's continue to live for God. Let's continue the as

  34. we live in God. I just pray that we will

  35. continue to prosper, prosper in all things. Third John one

  36. that the one was two says to be loved. I

  37. pray that you may prosper in all things and be

  38. in health, just as your soul prospers. All right, So,

  39. now that we have heard what which is the passion?

  40. The possibilities and the real why? Which is the purpose?

  41. Let's go to the practice. Right, Let's go to the how.

  42. How can we actually apply the vision that has been

  43. given to ex church? How can we do it? Let's

  44. break it down? We do it by applying the word

  45. of God. I don't know how many of you know

  46. that the Word of God is those that are yes

  47. and amen. The Word of God is real, the Word

  48. of God is living. The World of God speaks to

  49. us in our lives, and the promises of God as

  50. well come so the Word of God. But however, sometimes

  51. when we read scripture, know how many of you are

  52. Bible scholars here, so as we may not understand what's

  53. going on.

  54. Actually, right, I have.

  55. To study the greet the Hebrew, right, go the Aramaya,

  56. and then continue to go through different words.

  57. We study downly.

  58. Oh, this is what the context is, the culture. But

  59. for some of us, the way that we actually unpack

  60. the vision is by realizing that as we apply the

  61. word of God, as we apply the word of God,

  62. if the Word of God says coming to his cause,

  63. we praise coming to his cause with thanksgiving. The World

  64. of God says, you shall experience the fullness of joy.

  65. The World of God says that there is a piece

  66. of supposed to all understanding. The Word of God says

  67. that no weapon form against you shall prosper. The Word

  68. of God says that you should forgive. Let's begin to

  69. apply the word of God, because Scripture says that the word

  70. of God is supposed to be made flesh, supposed to

  71. be practical the application of the word of God. And

  72. as we apply the word of God in this case

  73. the vision that has been given to ex church, begin

  74. to get our life perhaps a little bit more in order.

  75. And when we get testimonies from the application. So, for example,

  76. perhaps you are someone who is struggling, we forgiveness. How

  77. can you even forgive such a person that has did

  78. this against you? Some of us like to because we

  79. have our moral standards right, We go like, oh, this

  80. is war, therefore killing it's not acceptable.

  81. This is there.

  82. Then we stand on the moral high ground. Did you know, friends,

  83. the only high ground that we're supposed to stand on

  84. is on a heel, because the city that sat on

  85. a hill.

  86. Cannot be hidden. And there's each and every one of us.

  87. To me, that's the only high ground that we have

  88. to be stepping on, not on any moral high ground,

  89. because honestly, all of us have fallen shot of the

  90. glory of the lot. Not one of us a pastor

  91. compared to a murderer. There's no difference in God's eyes

  92. to our eyes you may go, yeah, clear difference past murderer.

  93. Of course, everybody choose the pastor no. But in God's side,

  94. did you know that he chose both, choose both his

  95. desires that all will believe, all will come to the

  96. saving grace of knowledge of Jesus Christ. But the reality

  97. is that few few will choose the road that is narrow,

  98. feel or choose that, But many will choose the white road,

  99. the white road that leads to destruction.

  100. Let us be the one to choose the narrow road.

  101. Amen, So as we as we share our testimonies, because

  102. what seems to be really something that's so tough, like forgiveness,

  103. And we begin to say, okay, God, I tell you

  104. what I don't understand. I don't know how, but since

  105. the word of God says do this, I shall apply

  106. it an our forgive of that suddenly forgiveness. I don't

  107. know how you can relate to this personally. You realize

  108. that there's a weight that is being lifted up from

  109. your shoulders and you go like, oh, this is what

  110. forgiveness actually feels like. Because God is more interested in me,

  111. then God is interested in the one that wronged you.

  112. Saying your breakthrough and hence why the word was given

  113. to you to forgive. Because as you cowber that hate

  114. and that resentment, the one that is not benefiting from

  115. its actually yourself, the person is gonna live ren free.

  116. In your head.

  117. This is continue to be there all the world. But

  118. as you forgive its to let go, you're going to

  119. move on. And that becomes your personal story, your personal testimony,

  120. and as you share it, suddenly the world God becomes

  121. truth to you because it applies in your life.

  122. It's something that happened to you.

  123. If you constantly go like, oh, you know what, I

  124. forgive because uh, rachelle forgive, and therefore I don't really

  125. understand God.

  126. I've never forgive before.

  127. But because rachel forgive, then okay, I think I can understand.

  128. No, until your obliged truth to.

  129. Your own life, you will not be able to fully

  130. comprehend the truth or the word of the Lord.

  131. There's just an encouragement to all of us.

  132. So let's you know, I pass't share an equation with

  133. all of us, which is truth equals testimony. They are

  134. truth equals testimony. All truths must become testimonies in our lives.

  135. All truths must become testimonies in our life. As we

  136. may know the truth but not have the freedom. Some

  137. of us are still bounded by the by the unwillingness

  138. to forgive. We're still stuck. Whenever we talk about forgiveness,

  139. we go like, uh no, no, for me, I can

  140. do everything I can give. I can give, I can

  141. give to my tithe, my offering, but you don't ask

  142. me to forgive this person. Did you know that if

  143. you do that, you read on the part of tithe

  144. and offering and you do not forgive, the type of

  145. offering is actually avoided. Read the scriptures. It's as serious

  146. as that, because God is not interested. God doesn't does

  147. not need our money. In fact, he doesn't even need

  148. our time. He wants our time. He wants a relationship us.

  149. So let us just reflect on this. You know, as

  150. we share every testimony, every story must have treatings. It

  151. must be powerful, right, not not. Don't don't misunderstand. Oh,

  152. I must have a powerful that's the many only it works. No,

  153. when I talk about powerful, I mean the power of

  154. the Holy Spirit. The power of the Holy Spirit must

  155. be in every testimony because if it' start sharing right, Oh,

  156. you know what it is because I it is because

  157. I because I know.

  158. Then where where is God in that picture? Right? Where

  159. is where?

  160. Where does it say that you're relying the power the

  161. Holy Spirit? No, every testimony must be drawn back to

  162. the Holy Spirit.

  163. Yeah, how how he is working in our lives?

  164. Because honestly, you can try all day, you can try

  165. all night, you can do all you can with your

  166. own knowledge or for some of words, we know, we

  167. know that it is really not by our own not

  168. my own strength, but the Spirit says the the Lord.

  169. Amen.

  170. Every every testimony also must be personal. Yeah, it must

  171. be your own testimony.

  172. Yeah.

  173. And every decimal maessemony must be practical. When he has

  174. these three things, it is powerful, it's personally, it's practical.

  175. The complicated truths can now be broken into testimonies. It

  176. becomes easier for you to be able to share it

  177. with other people.

  178. You can't just go to the other person and say

  179. it does say it's the Lord.

  180. But you attach your own story to the scriptures and

  181. people will be able to understand and comprehend it easier. Amen,

  182. that's what we can do. The complicated truths can be

  183. broken down. So let's let's go to a reflection. If

  184. the book says this, if I am a reflection of

  185. a walking Bible, because we are made in His image, right,

  186. the word made flesh.

  187. What are people actually reading about you? When people see you?

  188. What do they see? Yeah? Do they see something of

  189. the Lord? Do they see.

  190. God who is reflected in your life? Right?

  191. The love of Jesus. You know.

  192. One thing about love that last week understand remind all

  193. of us is that in the in the coming days,

  194. in the in the end days and times, our love

  195. for each other will continue to diminish more and more.

  196. That is a warning. One.

  197. At one time we were so passionate for each another. Yeah,

  198. we are so passionate. I'm not talking about husband wife.

  199. If really husband, why I start to lose love? Then

  200. I pray that you you, your love will continue grow. Okay,

  201. I'm talking about your love for other people. Because the

  202. Bible says to love one another, love God, love one another,

  203. love yourself. That's what the Bible says. That's what God says.

  204. A scripture also warns us that in the end times,

  205. more and more of our love for each other will

  206. be diminished until a state where we don't even care anymore.

  207. As not it doesn't concern my family. I'm not going

  208. to talk about it. Did you know?

  209. Sorry, there will be a big graphic and all of

  210. us are doubts here. But did you know that recently

  211. someone actually died from blaying pickable? You know when you

  212. heard the news, saw the story. But it's quite tragic, right,

  213. Someone actually fell into a void trying to pick up

  214. a ball and he fell four stories and to his death.

  215. Now it's still to his own reglags, but whatever it is,

  216. it's still something that.

  217. Is very tragic.

  218. But some of us can read the story here and

  219. just like, oh, okay, next.

  220. Did you know who?

  221. For some of us, I pray that that is a

  222. sign that we start to care less what's happening in

  223. this world.

  224. But if it's someone that you know, then perhaps it's

  225. a little bit different.

  226. Maybe even stop playing base through my.

  227. But that's how men can fall very very quickly.

  228. We can see someone on the street without food, begging

  229. for food, and the first question that we can think

  230. of in our head is this person legit or not?

  231. Maybe he's working for someone. The money that I give

  232. to him, perhaps the money he passed to anotherside. We

  233. come with all all kinds of thoughts all kinds of conclusion. Now,

  234. I'm not telling you to from this day forward head

  235. that says the Lord, every beggar you see, you shall

  236. give the money. I'm not saying that. I'm saying that

  237. as you unpack the vision and be prayer fool, allow

  238. the Holy Spirit to minister to you, because I believe

  239. that as you ask sick and not, the Holy Spirit

  240. would give you the wisdom in order for you to

  241. do what he wants you to do. Amen, But do

  242. not come and start forming your own conclusions, because a

  243. lot of us do that. I myself included, yeah this

  244. one without late one. Okay, the money give to him.

  245. He's gonna gives the biggest syndicate and his powers all. Therefore,

  246. I actually not give. None of that involved any prayer.

  247. None of that involved any prayer. Did you know what

  248. Jesus would do? I don't know. Ask himself this question,

  249. what do Jesus do in the situation? Well, I know

  250. from the scriptures Jesus met met needs. But he didn't

  251. just meet needs. He met needs in alignment with the Father.

  252. Because there was a period of time where he was

  253. healing the sick, making lame walk, healing the death, making

  254. the blind see. But there was a time when people

  255. get it outside his house and he was nowhere to

  256. be found because he retreated to the mountains early in

  257. the morning because he was disturbed. And what did he do.

  258. He went on to the next city because he knew

  259. his purpose. So, friends and family, the question, the solution,

  260. the answer is not always just meeting needs. The solution

  261. is meeting needs that the Holy Spirit has brought you

  262. to And how can you get there? Only to pray right,

  263. only to drawing closer to him, only sue knowing his

  264. heartbeat where he's leading you? Okay, So I pray that

  265. as we reflect, right, if you are a walking Bible,

  266. what are people reading about you? Men? So the next

  267. part says, prepare as we unpacked this vision, right, there

  268. is a preparation that we all need to have.

  269. Yeah.

  270. In twenty twenty, the vision was given. The team was

  271. given an ex church and it started with the word purpose. Right,

  272. and if you look at the word purpose, the slight

  273. old show. Actually you can go to the slight Please no,

  274. not this slide. Prepare everywhere to start stop button, start

  275. stop button, Thank you yah whoever is doing XTV justin Yeah,

  276. this one exactly so twenty twenty, the team purpose was

  277. given to x Church. Right, and if you can see right,

  278. there is a start stop button now past, I use

  279. the energy of a car. Right, I'm not sure if

  280. your car has the startop button or is it still

  281. the old key thing or is it a tesla? Now

  282. there's just voice command then Stani right. But however, the

  283. start stop button is something that he wants us to

  284. catch because when we hear this vision, some of us

  285. may go like, oh right, I'm in, I'm all the way,

  286. I'm going to start my engine.

  287. I'm going to go.

  288. But the same button that is used to start the

  289. car is also used to stop the car, right, to

  290. close off the engine. That our prayer to all of

  291. us is that as you're listening, as you hear the vision,

  292. you will press the start button rather than the stop button.

  293. That's our prayer, right, that we will press on, press on,

  294. not looking to the left or the right, but to

  295. the author, perfector of our faith giving up. Let's remember

  296. that at times the vision may sound big. Yeah, it

  297. may sound big, And as you hear the vision very

  298. very soon, you may go like, I tell you what

  299. buzzden is not for me? But remember, it is not

  300. about us. It's about the Holy Spirit that works within us.

  301. Everything that we hear that perhaps is too big for us,

  302. let us always bring it back to the Holy Spirit

  303. and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you because

  304. it's really not But it's really not about us.

  305. It's really about what He can do in our lives. Amen.

  306. He that will press on n and giving up. You know.

  307. Scripture also says that he.

  308. Is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than what we

  309. can even ask or imagine. Now, friends and family, I

  310. don't know how many of you knows what this actually means.

  311. Inefficious tree, he says, right, he says, Now to him

  312. who is able to do accidentally abundantly above all that

  313. we can ask, all think according to the power that

  314. works in us. Now, let's do a social experiment, Regina,

  315. what do you want for in your life?

  316. Money? Yeah, car house, Uh, your loved.

  317. Ones to be healed from cancer, your family to acquire

  318. the salvation, to receive their salvation. Uh, Sharon, to win

  319. another pick about tournament.

  320. I don't know, uh, right.

  321. Salvation, love ones, reconciling. You know, every time you go

  322. for Chinese New Year, every time the house, come home.

  323. But how I wish that everybody is a family.

  324. Family dinner, everyone present, not child in the room somewhere,

  325. daughter with some guys somewhere. And then the only one

  326. you found you as your husband and at the time

  327. of you husband.

  328. Look at the phone.

  329. Really desire is that everyone is on the same table

  330. and everyone having a loving meal together.

  331. Yeah, that's all desire.

  332. See, everything that I mentioned right is something that perhaps

  333. you can think about. You can imagine right now. You

  334. have dreams, a doctor James, when you sleep?

  335. What dreams you have?

  336. Oh, sister Christina thirty years ago and now looks the same,

  337. dashing and beautiful as always.

  338. Sorry for your respond should I know? I know you

  339. have that dream?

  340. Uh?

  341. I'm Daniel after I read dreams?

  342. Okay, So uh there's something that you can think right

  343. and imagine right now.

  344. Imagine this.

  345. Don't close your eyes for a moment. Imagine the best

  346. thing ever in your life. Imagine that.

  347. Scripture says.

  348. Scripture says that he is able to do excellently, abundantly

  349. above all that we can ask or think. That means

  350. that if we take God's word, make it flesh, make

  351. it real, He is able to do exceedingly. What's the word,

  352. what's the meaning of word exceedingly mis far above what

  353. we can even imagine, the greatest of the greatest that

  354. we can imagine. He can do it because of the

  355. power that leaves in us.

  356. Amen. So when we.

  357. Start to prepare our hearts for the vision that we're

  358. about to hear, let us not discount God. Let us

  359. not put God in a box. And O God, you

  360. can only move if so and so criterious are men.

  361. No God can move. He will move. We've all without you.

  362. But of course his desire is that it is going

  363. to be with you.

  364. Amen. It's going to be with you. Amen.

  365. Now, let's do a quick devotion past the quick devotion us,

  366. because sometimes when we hereious, we go like, oh, you know,

  367. this is for the past us, this for the dickers,

  368. is for the eldest, this for the leaders in church.

  369. But let's define who a leader is, right.

  370. A leader is actually someone who firstly needs to lead

  371. him or herself. Now, I'm sure you agree with me

  372. that nobody can force you to brush your teeth, right,

  373. nobody can force you to wake up in the morning. Well,

  374. they can. They can technically force your poor hole water

  375. on your face. But if you don't move, you won't

  376. move right. You need to take that step after step.

  377. Did you know that? When I was growing up, I

  378. always wonder to myself, actually, what's causing my leg to move?

  379. I always think, is that moving?

  380. Like what?

  381. I don't know whether y'all have the same thought, But

  382. I'm thinking, like, how am I actually moving? I'm moving

  383. because I want to move, right, I'm moving because my

  384. brain tells me to move. But it comes from me first, right,

  385. it comes from me first. And that means that each

  386. and every decision that we make is a decision that

  387. we make.

  388. Out of our own ability. Yeah.

  389. That means that we need to lead ourselves. If the

  390. Bible says flee, you fool uss. If the Bible says

  391. flee from temptation, that means that the one that's doing

  392. the fleeing, it's not the Holy Spirit. The one that's

  393. doing the fleeing is not your leader. The one that's

  394. doing your fleeing, it's not your husband. Stop looking to

  395. your husband for everything. Yeah, wives and husbands, stop blaming

  396. your wife for everything as well.

  397. Stop it.

  398. Stop blaming your children as well, because you are the

  399. one that make the decision in the first place.

  400. You know, it's in human nature.

  401. If the moment he idam, the moment he was called guilty,

  402. he said, nah, the woman la the woman that you

  403. gave me or so so blaterally in front going the

  404. woman law, then you gave me. You know, if you

  405. didn't give me the woman, I would not say like

  406. as if he you know so strong. That's what we do.

  407. We point out the finger to us other people. But

  408. what we need to do is remember that it is

  409. us that we have to lead ourselves. So if we

  410. can lead ourselves that miss, each and everyone of us

  411. is a leader. So stop saying that. You know, I'm

  412. not count I'm not born to be a leader. If

  413. you're not born to be leader, then you won't be

  414. able to walk. You're leading yourself. You're leading yourself right,

  415. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the

  416. evil one. Lead us not into temptation. You are the

  417. one that has to take that step.

  418. Amen.

  419. So I'm not sure if you agree with this statement,

  420. But God makes no mistakes. Miss, how you do question? Yeah,

  421. maybe did God make a mistake? When I was younger,

  422. I did question myself. I think God made a mistake.

  423. I shouldn't be here on this stuff because I'm good

  424. for nothing, done all the bad things in life, and

  425. I don't deserve to be living. But God makes no mistakes,

  426. and we know that, we know that for a fact,

  427. because He's got right. So if God makes no mistakes,

  428. let's ask a further question. Who has God given to us?

  429. Who has God given to us our haddles, our homes,

  430. our families, our communities? Are they by mistake? Are you

  431. here this morning by mistake? Are you here this morning God?

  432. Someone forced you to be? Yeah? Maybe perhaps, but even

  433. there it's not a mistake. Will be a force to

  434. be here because you need to hear something from the Lord,

  435. and perhaps they will move in your life. But other

  436. than that, the book on says the on your book

  437. it says, why do you think He has given us him?

  438. Heard or them? I'm not sure how many of you

  439. ever pondered that question. Why did God give us children?

  440. Why did God allow us to go into this situation?

  441. Why did God.

  442. Allow us to be at a place of disagreement with

  443. a fellow brother or sister? What is the reason behind

  444. what happens? You know, this is the reflection for us.

  445. What is the best that we can do to bring

  446. out the best in him her or remember earlier we

  447. mentioned about the what the passion to see the best

  448. drawn out as we give them our best. You know,

  449. I was given energy earlier that if a teacher, if

  450. Albert was to teach me drums, he needed to give

  451. him give me his best in order for me to

  452. learn what he wants me to learn. I have the

  453. privilege of teaching a very young teenager piano now for

  454. about three months, and uh our desire is to uh

  455. go to towards worship music so that he can stop

  456. playing for church. You know, he he has I don't

  457. think it's a secret now in the parents will share

  458. it quite a bit. But he has some special needs. Yeah,

  459. but I tell you what his life has changed. You

  460. just if you see him six months ago and now,

  461. it's just a miracle.

  462. Only God can do that.

  463. But as I was teaching him piano, I realized that

  464. I also need to give him my best because I

  465. can't go into the lesson half hearted, Because if I

  466. go into the lesson half hearted, then he will be

  467. able to learn from what I have prepared for him. Amen,

  468. So let's continue to remember that that we need to

  469. give each other our best in order to see the

  470. best drawn out from that person.

  471. Amen.

  472. You know God has started preparing ex for a long

  473. time taste whole, growing small to grow big. It did

  474. not just happened recently. It came a long time ago movement,

  475. not monuments.

  476. Right.

  477. God has prepared ex Church consistently and faithfully at work

  478. to make Extra a pandemic slash persecution equipped for the

  479. past ten years. And that's why when COVID landed, actually

  480. immediately knew what to do, right. He wasn't just like, okay,

  481. break down and then you know, no church for the

  482. next three four months.

  483. But we knew what to do.

  484. We went into small retreats, more homes, huddles, and we

  485. made church there where two or three are gathered there,

  486. His presence will be also And that's what we did.

  487. But God has been preparing faithfully. But there's one thing

  488. that Puss Shore verse that is not just to be

  489. pandemic a persecution equipped, but also poverty. Ready, now, before

  490. you leave your seats this morning, thinking that Extra wants

  491. all of you to be in poverty.

  492. No, that's not the case. And that's not the case.

  493. It is not poverty really in the sense of all

  494. of us are poor, but in terms of being ready

  495. to meet those to meet the needs of those of

  496. us around us, the man extra should be ready to

  497. meet the.

  498. Needs of those ears around us. You know.

  499. It is may not just be something that is financial,

  500. that perhaps something in the faith as well. Extras is

  501. the equipped right each and everyone of us as we

  502. hear the vision, we are equipped to meet those in need,

  503. especially those who are struggling in their faith as well.

  504. Hopefully we can help them believe. Hopefully we can help

  505. people believe. Take a step, step by step each and

  506. every passing day. A man you know, God is calling

  507. us to prepare like John the Baptist.

  508. John the Baptist was sent to.

  509. Prepare the way for Jesus, like Noah and the art

  510. you know Noah, and they are specific instructions were given

  511. even though at that time there was not even sign

  512. of water. Don't talk about rain, no sign of water,

  513. no sign of rain. But yet Noah was obedient and

  514. prepared even though he did not see.

  515. He did not see by faith and not by sign.

  516. You know.

  517. As fast as sharing this part of the devotion, I

  518. was really touched and I want to share with you.

  519. It's my own thing and my own understanding of it.

  520. But I tell you what, it's something that I hope

  521. you can pay attention to because it's gonna it's gonna

  522. bless you. We're gonna talk about Peter, talk about Peter

  523. and the miraculous catch. And also you season Christians. Perhaps

  524. you have heard this story a million times, but let's

  525. let's go through it. If you have your Bible, turning

  526. me to Luke Chripter five, we've got to go through

  527. some scriptures.

  528. Look chapter five.

  529. If actually we can help you there as well so

  530. that people can follow, that would be great. Look chapter

  531. five x TV. Look chapter five. It is not in

  532. your books. So yeah, yeah, I just excuse them that

  533. they're Neil and uh, they're doing well.

  534. They're doing well. Thank you justin for serving Jaden. Thank you.

  535. But looks after five.

  536. And that's why I want to encourage you to bring

  537. a Bible so that we don't have to rely on

  538. the slide. All right, looks after five, let's reader. So

  539. it was as the multitule pressed about him to hear

  540. the word of God, that he stood by the lake

  541. of GENNESSA rat was too and saw two boats standing

  542. by the lake, but the fishermen had gone from them

  543. and were washing their nets. Then he got into one

  544. of the boats, which was Simon's, and asked him to

  545. put out a little from the land. And he sat

  546. down and taught the multitudes from the boat. When he

  547. has stopped speaking, he said to Simon, launched out into

  548. the deep, and let your nets for a catch. But

  549. Simon answered and say to him, Master, we have toilet

  550. all night and caught nothing. Nevertheless, at your word, I

  551. will let down the net. Now this is going to

  552. be something that perhaps may open our ears and open

  553. our minds. I pray, I pray, or touch the right spots.

  554. But many of us, you know, we upon hearing this vision,

  555. we may even say the sentence that I've heard it before.

  556. What's the difference?

  557. Now? We may even go further to.

  558. Say that, hey, I've been part of a church about

  559. a community that have shed this. Because this is the

  560. world of God, It's not just exclusive.

  561. To the ex church.

  562. Yeah, I believe that many churches out there live to

  563. please God as well.

  564. That's what they aspire to do.

  565. But we may be caught in a place and in

  566. a situation where we go like I tell you what

  567. I've heard it all.

  568. I have been.

  569. Disappointed by so many leaders around me, and I'm so

  570. so not able and not wanting to even want to

  571. draw remotely clothes to church or leadership ever again, because

  572. you're so affected by the discouragements of the past, so

  573. affected to a stage where perhaps you don't even want

  574. to have anything to do with it anymore.

  575. And there's the danger. Now.

  576. I want to draw you to verse two, verse two.

  577. Can XTV go to verse two very quickly? Jada Mille,

  578. You can just stay there, all right, Just just stay

  579. there all right?

  580. Verse two, verse two?

  581. Can we can we just look at the verse the

  582. scriptures and and tell me what were the disciples doing?

  583. What were the fishermen doing? They were washing their nets.

  584. Now, I don't know about how many of you, you

  585. know what, how hard is it to wash your nets?

  586. A while ago, a few days ago, my mom gave

  587. me a strainer. Is two thous strainer. One is the

  588. normal one. The other one is the one that you

  589. w and you cook noodles. You actually put the noodles

  590. design and you dip it inside and you.

  591. Take it out.

  592. Yeah, envisioning the strainer apparently it's a little bit more casa,

  593. a bit more what's the word casa? Be more rough,

  594. be more rough on the inside. Yeah, And then and

  595. look at it as like, mummy, I don't want this

  596. cost dirty. I saw like some specs of yellow inside

  597. and that you say.

  598. Cannot be. There's a new one, you know, there's a

  599. new one.

  600. You know ever since you know thats on here and

  601. there's normal cooking, so it's new new one, like, oh,

  602. new one, not that's so dirty. Then we as we

  603. inspect closer, we realized that, oh is sponge. You know,

  604. it's a sponge that she used the detigent and then

  605. she started to scrape it inside and then the little

  606. microfibers get stuck in the inside, and it took so

  607. long for me and my mom like silly people then

  608. trying to take out the sponge of my one. And

  609. then when I brought it back home, it's still there.

  610. And to my wife, my dear, you're going to help

  611. me wash it. Okay, I don't know what you did.

  612. You she did it, Okay, So it's still there, right,

  613. it's still there.

  614. It's so hard to take that one by one.

  615. Now that is a strainer, he imagined, a fisherman's net.

  616. Have you ever seen a fisherman's net before? How big

  617. must it be? Number one?

  618. How heavy it must be? Number two? Number three? I'm

  619. all junk that is caught up. Peter was toiling all night.

  620. And fire someoneers hear me feel that we have been

  621. Christians twenty three years. We have heard the world God

  622. twenty three years. But nothing has happened in your life.

  623. Nothing is zero, nada in fact, not just nothing. Your

  624. life is fool with this courishment. It's just full of

  625. empty promises. It's just full of leaders disappointing you. You're

  626. toiled all night, You're tired, you're sweating, you have not

  627. had a shower. You just want to go home. And

  628. in order to go home, I need.

  629. To wash my nets.

  630. No fish, Rubbi Schotlar, So can you imagine wash already?

  631. Take all the rubbish ready now? I don't know if

  632. there's another thing that I just caught, this just fresh

  633. out the ovener. Another thing from this scripture is that

  634. there was a multitude that will press about him to

  635. hear the word of God. Jesus decided to use this

  636. boat as his platform. That means, when can you imagine

  637. the multitude. Myself knew that this was a fisherman, that

  638. this fisherman was toiling all night God nothing. He imagine

  639. being in bitter shoes. Not only you want me to

  640. cast my net out into the other side, but you're

  641. asking me to do it in front of the multitude. Now,

  642. I don't know you're catching this. Sometimes we may feel

  643. that the whole world is against us, who is just

  644. waiting to see us fail. But Jesus is interesting your breakthrough,

  645. and your breakthrough will only come when you obey his word. Now,

  646. imagine if Peter said, at your word, I shall not

  647. cast down my nets, he will never have experienced this breakthrough.

  648. He will never have experienced this miracle.

  649. But yet, if he rely on his own understanding, his

  650. own understanding is I've thought all night, I washed my nets.

  651. I just want to go home. Just let me take

  652. a break, he will never experience pa true. So, in

  653. the name of Jesus, and in his word and by

  654. his word, he let down his debts for a catch.

  655. At his word, he will let down a net. You know,

  656. we may be affected by discoveragon or the past. As

  657. we hear this vision. We may be like the disciples

  658. that we are ready to live. We're already washing our nets.

  659. Some of us even at the point of perhaps giving

  660. up on the faith because there was no fish, only

  661. rubbish in our life. Some of us hearing this vision,

  662. maybe feeling that it's a wasted exercise because you have

  663. already tried, You already done it. You know, the same net. Friends,

  664. it's not a different net. Jesus did not say, go

  665. and get a different net from your father's house and

  666. cast that net now, because the net is actually the problem. No,

  667. the net wasn't a problem. And as he cast the

  668. net down. You know the story. It is God who

  669. adds daily to the church. Next to it is him

  670. who draws the fish into the nets. It is our job.

  671. What is our job. Our job is to launch it

  672. out into the deep. Our job is to let down

  673. the nets, to strengthen the nets. Actually, you can go

  674. back to the slag, thank you, not just stick on

  675. the verse. Yeah, do not have a tea up by editio.

  676. You know, sometimes we are having this idea about church,

  677. about the faith.

  678. Yeah, you know, and Jesus come back.

  679. See come when Jesus wants to say mela. You know,

  680. we go to hel and I go to Hella. But

  681. yet we are we're hoping to experience his breakthrough. But

  682. yet our attitude does not show it, our faith does

  683. not show it. And large your boats, and ready the partners.

  684. Peter called James, called John, ready people around him to

  685. come around. The vision, the vision of what God has

  686. been thought for Peter, you know, isaiahf divorced says, and

  687. large the place of your tent in your books is there.

  688. And large the place of your tent. And let them

  689. stretch out the curtains of your dwellings. Do not spare, friends,

  690. do not spare. Lengthen your courts. Lengthen your courts, and

  691. strengthen your sticks. And as a result, for you shall

  692. expand the right and to the left, and your descendants

  693. will inherit the nations and make the desolate cities inhabited.

  694. So what's the vision of extra she you're going to

  695. go to. We're going to go very quickly to it.

  696. What is the vision of X Church? For the first

  697. twenty years since two thousand year two thousand to twenty twenty, X.

  698. Church was called to be a Joseph Church.

  699. Yeah, And in the following twenty years, in twenty twenty

  700. to twenty forty we were called to be a Daniel church.

  701. You know, in twenty fifteen, God given God gave pass

  702. Kennev the vision of Hezekiah. You know, Hezekiah was supposed

  703. to die, but God gave him fifteen more years to

  704. set his house in order. In twenty eighteen, God gave

  705. the vision of Nehimaya to repeal the walls. So all

  706. of this is just to say that God is speaking

  707. and God is real and nothing is by coincidence. But

  708. yet pass Kenneth received this vision year after year. It's

  709. not like at one goal then suddenly he received everything

  710. and he's like trying to put everything together.

  711. You don't back then, no chativity.

  712. So it is really if you if you can, if

  713. you can look at what God is moving then to actions,

  714. you will realize that it can only be gone because

  715. if you add twenty fifteen and fifteen years, and you

  716. add twenty eighteen and twelve years, you'll realize that it

  717. culminates in the year twenty thirty. Now some of us

  718. like to joke like, oh, after doing the need an

  719. extra shoer ceased to exist.

  720. No, that's not it.

  721. We're just called to remember that by twenty thirty we

  722. are meant to be ready, ready to run, without any question,

  723. without any doubt that this is indeed the vision has

  724. been given to x amen. So God has set his

  725. eyes on twenly thirty so that we are prepared to

  726. be stronger and to build our next generation. So, friends

  727. and family, who is your next generation? Have you thought

  728. about it? Are you thinking about it? And are you

  729. investing into them? Are you allowing them to fully express themselves?

  730. Sometimes I've heard before young people want to go to

  731. prayer service and the parents say, uh no, why because

  732. got school the next day?

  733. Yeah?

  734. Valid, But why not allow your faith to be stirred

  735. up a little bit? And if your child really wants

  736. to go and wants to be a part of it,

  737. why not believe that the Holy Spirit is able to

  738. do excellently, abundantly above what you can even ask or imagine.

  739. Unchallenge each and everyone of us. Do not put God

  740. in the box. Allow him to work in your life. Amen, amen, friends.

  741. So in twenty twenty we celebrate our twentieth aniversity, a

  742. clear vision for the next twenty years. It began with kingdom,

  743. purpose and priority and a sure if you remember this,

  744. for those of you there were there.

  745. Yeah.

  746. He started with this scripture says let your kingdom come,

  747. that your will be done. She just taught us how

  748. to pray. He started with this, and indeed this was

  749. the priority. It was not give us this day our

  750. daily brid He started with let your kingdom come and

  751. let your will be done. The priority is God's priority.

  752. Yeah.

  753. God's priority is his kingdom to come and his will

  754. to be done. So God declared Daniel as our vision

  755. for the next twenty years, with Joseph being the vision

  756. for the first twenty years. Joseph a church, a dream,

  757. a church I went to a hotship, building and preparing storehouses,

  758. preparing for famine, preparing for the days that are hit. Yeah,

  759. and when and when twenty twenty came, Daniel was the vision.

  760. You know, a church has ready to launch out into

  761. the deep. A church that is ready to go. A

  762. church is ready to dream big dreams and interpret dreams.

  763. The church has ready to take on even the greatest

  764. and greatest the lion, take on the enemy. Ready to

  765. go out there. So what is the vision? Here we go,

  766. Here we go. Now we are just going to come

  767. here in this the vision? Is this the big vision

  768. that has been given to Extiss and has has continued

  769. to be the vision of Actiss is this for the

  770. earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory

  771. of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. If

  772. you have not memorized this verse by now, and you

  773. call yourself a partner of extras, I would like to

  774. encourage you to do so.

  775. Right, encourage you don't have.

  776. To turn the scripture anymore, because they will come a

  777. time and day that we may not even have the

  778. liberty of doing the scripture. So let's put into our

  779. hearts right, what is the vision that God has given

  780. to us?

  781. This for the earth?

  782. Should we feel the knowledge of the glory of the

  783. Lord as the waters cover the seed. Remember that wherever

  784. God has placed you, he wants you to feel it

  785. with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord. That

  786. is essentially the vision. Now, is there a vision too

  787. big for some of us? Because us we may feel so.

  788. But again, if you feel there it's a bit too

  789. much to be representing God. Wherever you go, shining is light,

  790. shining is glory, then perhaps this is where you are.

  791. Is seek the Holy Spirit to help us. Amen, ask

  792. the Holy Spirit to come give us the boldness in

  793. order to do what we cannot do. The booker says,

  794. insert where you're at right, where at currently? Where where

  795. you're at in your lives, your marketplaces? Where who what

  796. God has given you? I hope you don't leave it blank.

  797. I hope that you put in the practice.

  798. Amen.

  799. Again, this book not cheap to print, but I hope

  800. that you can really really put in the practice. Some

  801. of you may not like write, like writing. It's okay,

  802. putting in your tablets, putting your phones. But sometimes I

  803. realize that when you write it down, it really helps her,

  804. really helps you know. Until today, I know where the

  805. word worship was first found in the Bible because I

  806. wrote it down. I wrote it down in my Bible.

  807. Genesis eighteen. Is there the word worship was first found?

  808. Saha? Now how do I How do I know that?

  809. It's what I wrote it down? So it's a second way.

  810. It's an encouragement to all of us write down you know,

  811. where are you currently at? Who has God given to you?

  812. Are you a CEO of a marketplace? What can you do?

  813. Are you involving ministry? What can you do? Are you

  814. involving young people? What can you do? Are you involving

  815. in refugees. What can you do?

  816. Genesis one only eight is the worst that were to

  817. close with just actually says this. Then God bless them,

  818. and God sit to them, be fruitful and multiply feel

  819. the earth and subdual it, and have dominion over the

  820. fish of the sea, over the birds of the air,

  821. and over every living thing that molds on this earth.

  822. Now I heard a while ago on the podcast. I

  823. just want to share you it. Bless my heart. It's

  824. just an interpretation, so you know, just take it with

  825. a pitch of salt. However, this is what the person said.

  826. It makes sense to me. You know, when God said,

  827. you know, and God bless them, say to them, being

  828. fruitful multiply. He said that we are to have dominion

  829. over the fish of the sea and over the birds

  830. of the air. Now ask yourself this question, right, like

  831. why why fish and why birds?

  832. Why not teach out?

  833. Of course? Of course, it goes on to say, and

  834. every living thing that creeps on this stuff like that, right,

  835. But why the emphasis on fish and birds? And you know,

  836. any idea you got fish and birds. This is what

  837. the person says. Yeah, it shares something in common. It

  838. has two berths, egg it's the first birth right from

  839. the mother's just lay eggs, and then the second birth

  840. that comes towards the hatching. So two births. So like this,

  841. this is a reflection of our lives. We use only

  842. two births, one our physical birth. Number two is to

  843. be reborn in Christ. So this is what I thought.

  844. I thought, it's quite interesting and quite cool to see that. A.

  845. You know the world of God. Sometimes it's quite interesting.

  846. You see how everything just ties in together. And like us,

  847. we also have to be reborn. We also have to

  848. be reborn into Christ. Harley Luyah so treating said we

  849. can catch from Genesis one. Then a before we close.

  850. The first thing is to what So what is it

  851. there was asked of us? What is it to us?

  852. That is asked for us? We are asked to feel

  853. the earth by what being fruitful and multiplying feel the earth,

  854. Feel the earth. This is sound familiar. Fill the earth

  855. with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as

  856. the waters cover the sea. That is what we are

  857. asked to do, right instructed to do. Number two is

  858. how how can we feel this earth? Is to be

  859. fruitful and multiply. Be fruitful and multiplyer this is sound familiar.

  860. Go therefore into all nations, baptizing them, making disciples. That

  861. is what we are called to do. The great commission

  862. is to make disciples. And you make disciples by being

  863. fruitful and multiplying yourself. Amen, the love of Christ multiplied

  864. through us. Haleelujah. That's the how. And number three is

  865. the why is to have dominion. To be have dominion,

  866. which is your influence over the fish of the sea,

  867. the birds of the air, over every living thing that

  868. moves on the earth.

  869. How do we do that?

  870. We take the truth, we apply the world of going

  871. in our lives, returning the testimonies, so that all of

  872. us will inspire to know God and lead others to

  873. know God through His truth.

  874. Shared through our testimonies.

  875. That's how we can have dominion right over these earth

  876. right we shared love of Jesus Christ. Then, eleventh thirty

  877. two is one of my favorite scriptures. I have it

  878. written in my Bible. It says that those who do

  879. wickedly against the Covenant, he shall corrupt with flattery. But

  880. the people who know their God shall be strong and

  881. carry out great exploits. Friends and family, I pray that

  882. you are blessed just hearing the vision. Of course, this

  883. is just part one or six. There's still five more

  884. sessions to go. I pray that you'll be ready to

  885. listen and as we unpack the vision for them for

  886. so that by the end of the six weeks series

  887. you'll be able to say, I now clearly know what

  888. actually is about I now clearly know what I'm supposed

  889. to do, what is my part to play. I'm not

  890. just here to warm the seeds. I'm not just here

  891. to contribute my finance. No, I'm here because God is

  892. called to me, called me to be here.

  893. For such a time as this, Amen.

  894. God is called you here to be the esther for

  895. such a time as this, to lead these people away

  896. into freedom, to deliver them from the graps of the enemy,

  897. for such a time as this, Amen. So each and

  898. everyone of us has a part to play. My prayers

  899. that all of you will begin to discover it. And

  900. the only way you can discover it is my relying

  901. on the power the Holy Spirit. Allelujah.
