  1. You're listening to a message to go from axt church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. What's the outflow of our hearts? Okay? Outflow? Got inflow

  4. and then God outflow? Amen? And uh? In life there

  5. is inflow. There has to be outflow in those people

  6. are doing accounts, right, you have money in, you have

  7. money out, and then you're later on one to know

  8. how much is your returns on investment? Amen? All right?

  9. So in our lives too, what is the outflow of

  10. our hearts? Really? No one else can see your heart?

  11. Do or not? Right? No one else? You know everything

  12. I say to our church, can you see my heart? Not?

  13. But I can't see your heart I say it, I

  14. love you. I can't see your heart by your actions. Okay, actions,

  15. But this is where our Lord duels. Right, is in

  16. our hearts, and as it were, everything that flows out

  17. flows out of our hearts. If you're happy, I can

  18. tell that you're happy. Right, you're you'll give a bubbly,

  19. bubbly joyful heart. Right. And if you're down, we can

  20. also feel your heart. Right. If you're going through a

  21. tough time, we can feel you. Some of us are

  22. more expressive you will know when I'm out because the

  23. face will show or the hair will show. All right,

  24. but some people can hide it very well. We mask ourselves,

  25. but is that always good? Well, sometimes we need to

  26. carry ourselves. But inside we may go through different things.

  27. But the only person that sees your heart fully is

  28. the Lot. And it is the Lot who carries your

  29. heart in. You know, in the fullness. He doesn't want

  30. to break our hearts. People may break our hearts, but

  31. God never breaks our hearts. He works in us, He

  32. carries our heart. He is the Lot who made us.

  33. He's a good, good father and always takes care of us.

  34. But this morning, as I share with us, is to

  35. search our own hearts. A man, it's important to guard

  36. our hearts. And that's where I just want to share

  37. this encouragement to us and maybe a reminder, maybe a teaching.

  38. The The verse might sound so hard, okay, but don't

  39. pany or I don't penny. God's words meant to transform

  40. us and to bring quickening to us. Amen. Are you

  41. here with me church this morning? Are you there? Amen? Hello?

  42. Ex partners, are you here? I can't hear you? Are

  43. you I know I'm one of those pastners of comment

  44. speak to you and you think, oh my God, she's

  45. just gonna make us be active this morning, and don't

  46. let us sleep in our chair. Yes, that's the point.

  47. We want to respond to God's word. And God's was powerful. Okay,

  48. I know time is always running in so I want

  49. to tell you the power of God's word before I

  50. move on. I just heard a testimony. This is one

  51. of our partners in Cyberjaya. This brother, he's from India.

  52. He used to be a Hindu priest. He is like

  53. at the top of that priesthood. And then one day

  54. their faith there said you have to bring down the Christians,

  55. so you better find out what is their faith about.

  56. And so he took the Bible to read. This guy

  57. knows he's here, he's here with us in cyber he

  58. works in Malaysia now. And so he started to read.

  59. But how did he read. He would read the Bible aloud, right,

  60. he reads it and he's reading it right. He was

  61. reading the Gospels. And then as he read the Gospels,

  62. something happened at the home and someone said, I don't

  63. know who either, the it was just affecting the realm

  64. of the spirit. And he said, can you tell your

  65. son to the mother. Someone the neighbors said, stop reading

  66. that book. It's powerful. Stop reading. He was because he

  67. was reading it aloud. How do you read your Bible?

  68. Do you read it aloud? Normally? Quiet time? He's so quiet, right,

  69. because we are reading it to ourselves. But I've been

  70. reading it aloud ever since some years back, and every

  71. time to quiet I tried to remember to read aloud

  72. and just read it so that my whole person can

  73. hear it and the atmosphere can hear it. There's power

  74. in the God and the word of God. Amen, and

  75. all this, brother, he came to the Lord, the Lord

  76. delivered him. Read the top. Really, these are spiritual things

  77. that we can't you know. Sometimes we touch and we

  78. don't know how to deal with it. But the Lord

  79. saved him as he read in same bringing down the

  80. Christian He became a believer. And now he's serving I

  81. mean he's with us, he is among us, he's serving

  82. the Lord. He's here working and lecturing in one of

  83. our local universities. Well sought after. But can you imagine

  84. the power of God's word? Amen? And it is God's

  85. word that will search our hearts. Amen. So I want

  86. to encourage you. If you're feeling not well, I am

  87. going to tell different people and I experienced this. Read

  88. the word day after day after day after I tell

  89. you God's Word, read it aloud to your body. Read

  90. just read read scripture, read the Gospels, read it and

  91. you see nothing happening. Something is happening in the realm

  92. of the spirit. Something is being declared into your body. Amen. Church,

  93. don't walk out of here going the same as you

  94. did when you came in. You're gonna go home and say,

  95. I'm going to read God's word in the realm so

  96. that everything that's affecting me and disturbing me has to

  97. get out in Jesus name, and my healing has to

  98. come into my body, and my breakthrough is gonna come.

  99. Read God's Word aloud. Believe what you read, amen, because

  100. as you read is nurturing your spirit. Man. But you

  101. must pursue. You keep going. Don't stop one day read

  102. and give up. You must pursue, keep reading and allow

  103. the world to saturate your heart and your mind and

  104. your spirit. Amen. So I'm going to take the reading

  105. today from Mark chapter seven. I won't take the whole context.

  106. I'm gonna come down to Mark chapter seven and verse fourteen.

  107. All right, are you okay with that? So if you

  108. can turn your bibles with me, it's Mark chapter seven,

  109. verse fourteen, and we'll read all the way to verse

  110. twenty three. All right, this is God's word. This is

  111. not my word. This is God's word. This is New Testament,

  112. the Book of Mark, the Gospel of Mark. Amen. So

  113. we're gonna read this. It says here and verse four.

  114. When he called all the multitude to himself, he said

  115. to them, hear me, everyone, and understand. There is nothing

  116. that enters a man from the outside which can defil him.

  117. But the things which come out of him, those are

  118. the things that defile a man. If anyone here has

  119. ears to hear, let him hear. When he entered a

  120. house away from the crowd, his disciples asked him concerning

  121. the parable church. Cho, Cho, cho, what you're talking? Just now? Cho? Teacher?

  122. Are you? Are you thus without understanding? Jesus says, do

  123. you not perceive that whatever enters a man from the

  124. outside cannot defil him because he does not enter his

  125. heart but his stomach. Given you eat, your food goes

  126. in the stomach and is eliminated food. Okay, that's prrifying

  127. all food. Then he said, but what comes out of

  128. a man that will defile a man? So for from

  129. within within, out of the heart of men, precede evil

  130. thoughts and adultries, and fornications, and murders and thefts, and coveteousness, wickedness, deceit, lewidness,

  131. and evil eye. Have you got an evil eye? Evil eye,

  132. a blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from

  133. within and defile a man. Amen reading of God's word. Now,

  134. why did Jesus come forth to bring this passage? Because

  135. the before this versus, what happened was the Pharisees who

  136. came to see Jesus noticed that all these disciples were

  137. eating bread, but they did not wash their hands in

  138. a traditional way. So you have to wash the macarena,

  139. all right, you washed. There was a certain way of

  140. washing their hands, and these were traditions that they created.

  141. And so they said, why don't wash your hands. You're terrible, right,

  142. you just broke the lawd da da da da. And

  143. then that's where because if you eat your dirty hand,

  144. then you defile, your defile, your defile. So these were

  145. traditions that they set up, but not really in the

  146. word fully, the word of God. So Jesus brought up

  147. this word. Then he say, hey, whatever, because after you

  148. you didn't wash your hand, You wash your hand, you eat.

  149. It doesn't defile you because it doesn't enter your heart,

  150. but you will come out. Okay. But and so he says,

  151. but you know you you're what you're taking taking this way. No,

  152. but what goes into our hearts, which later we talk about,

  153. and what comes out of our hearts is what will

  154. defil us, because what's coming out right, And so then

  155. he says, it is from within, out of the heart

  156. of men, that we have evil thoughts, We have adulteries,

  157. we have onnications, murders and thefts and coveragres, wickedness, deceit

  158. and lewdness, and evil eye, blasphemy, pride and foolishness. These

  159. things come out of that's the thing that comes out

  160. that defiles us, all right. So where am I coming

  161. through for us today? So the word defile what defiles us?

  162. The word defiles in g g the Greek is coin coino. Okay,

  163. I'm not Greek, all right, So coino all right? It

  164. means to pollute, all right, to pollute. So I guess

  165. pollute means dirty. Oh God, lot of pollution in the air,

  166. all right, okay, defiling our air, making it dirty. So

  167. capture the word pollute what pollutes us? And then I

  168. go to some thirty nine verse one, trying to make

  169. some links here. Follow with me. So some thirty nine

  170. verse one says, I said, this is David King. David.

  171. I will guard my ways lest I sin with my tongue.

  172. I will restrain my mouth with a muzzle, and I

  173. clover my mouth while the wicked are before me. I

  174. will guard my ways less I sin with my tongue.

  175. And the word pollute also includes sin. Sin pollutes it it? Yeah,

  176. it defiles us. So are you so what are you saying?

  177. Are we all dirty? Or are we all sin? Member?

  178. We are in Christ. The blood of Jesus washes us.

  179. But now we are responsible for what we do as

  180. we walk every day until we meet Jesus. Amen. And

  181. so that's where I just want us to consider our ways,

  182. and I just want to encourage us. I'm also speaking

  183. to my own heart, all right, because our hearts, our minds,

  184. and our mouth they all connect, all right. What you

  185. say sometimes is very much. What's from your heart, and

  186. then your mind will tell you it cannot be, that

  187. cannot be. In then your heart say no, lie, I believe.

  188. I believe in your heart. In your mind say no, no, no.

  189. Cand So there's this war sometimes going on. But whatever

  190. we decide, it comes from the heart. Amen, hallelujah. So

  191. I bring you three thoughts, and I called it gut mamber.

  192. Sometimes you say, my gut feeling, I have this gut

  193. feeling that's evil behind the door. That my gut feeling

  194. this person is not really nice. Okay, wherever gut and

  195. so what do I do with this gut Okay? So

  196. g g stands for I put that guard your heart. Okay,

  197. all right, the obvious thing God your heart. And I'm

  198. taking the first verse yea from Proverbs four. Proverbs chapter four.

  199. If you have your bibles turned with me problems chapter four,

  200. your e Bible's good. To bring your bibles to church

  201. used to be a tradition. We used to go to

  202. church with bibles. These days we think it's heavy, all right,

  203. But now I bring your bibles. We can slip the pages,

  204. flip the pages, emen. Okay. Proverbs chapter four and verse

  205. twenty three says from well where's it twenty four of

  206. twenty three, Keep your heart with all diligence, for out

  207. of it springs the issues of life that is in

  208. King New King James in the New International, it says,

  209. God your heart, God your heart, because out of it

  210. will flow the very things that are stirring in your heart. Amen.

  211. So God your heart. Okay, we start with guarding your heart.

  212. If we want to know how is the outflow of

  213. our heart, we need to know what is what goes

  214. in and what comes out too, So we have to

  215. guard our hearts. God. Garding means what's actually filling our

  216. hearts on a day to day basis. How how are you,

  217. you know, experiencing life? What are you receiving? Not not

  218. what you eat, but how how are you receiving messages?

  219. What's brewing brewing in your heart? How many things that

  220. because your heart, your mind, they will work together. What's

  221. playing on your mind? Like a like a movie? You know?

  222. Inside here? It's like we've got nice drama going on here.

  223. You know if I did I know what you did

  224. last summer? Or are you I made this mistaken? Are

  225. you no? I can't forgive myself? Oh no, you know something,

  226. or you're playing a little movie like really like this,

  227. I'm gonna eat this and it's going by. I'm not there.

  228. I can't hide my favorite dudy or whatever. All right,

  229. So what what is brewing in our hearts is important

  230. to God to guard it because out of the out

  231. of our hearts we speak, either we're speaking life or

  232. we're speaking you know, negativity. Amen. So I also I'm thinking,

  233. I'm I'm a very big reactionary person. Yeah, if I'm angry,

  234. I'll be big. If i'm happy, I'm also big if

  235. i'm said, I also big. All right, So you know

  236. immediately this is where she said. And some people can't

  237. take it, and they go like are you are you?

  238. Oh no, she's going to pieces now. Oh she's holding me. No,

  239. my voice gone, Hi, Hi cannot high. You're more excited like,

  240. oh no, she's upset with me. All right, but so

  241. you read me. You can't. I can't hide you will.

  242. Oh she's happy, she's not happy, she's weird. Okay, all right.

  243. Everybody always have some special needs in us. Okay, please

  244. do not judge the other person with special needs. You

  245. have a special need too, all right, So yes, I

  246. have special needs. I react being after screaming you and

  247. not go like, Okay, I'll let it out. I'm okay

  248. now I told you what I felt. Okay, But how

  249. to God? Right? I have to remember my remind myself

  250. what's coming out? I mean, having expression just makes me

  251. a very expressionful person. So I say you can read me,

  252. so there's nothing to hide. But it's my heart evil,

  253. What what's coming out like I hate your face or

  254. or like I so what's really in my heart? That's

  255. why I need God? Because how did it get there?

  256. How did that offense get there? How did that anger

  257. get there? How did you know the stuff that really hurts?

  258. It could be also because you experience pain, you experience rejection,

  259. experience you know, disappointment, your experience loss, and so our hearts.

  260. I tell you it can be a big storm rolling

  261. in our hearts. Your ship inside there is going up

  262. and down, you know, the ship of our hearts and

  263. we but we have to keep saying no, Jesus, please

  264. be the anger of my heart. Amen. Can you say

  265. to the Lord, please be the anger of my heart?

  266. Because I can't. I can't sometimes God, the way I feel,

  267. and I might I might speak out my hurt or

  268. my pain, my loss. You know some of us lost

  269. our family members, our parents, or someone dear to us,

  270. a friend, a spouse. We go through so much, and

  271. our hearts go round and round, and and then I ask, so,

  272. what's going to flow out from our hearts? And of

  273. course it's not your heart, open eye and the flow

  274. out like that. But our mouth will come out right.

  275. And and because a lot of things are stirring here,

  276. it will affect here. Sometimes here will affect here. Husbands

  277. and wives. I tell you, our husbands just can't read us.

  278. My husband thinks you get hair the DearS, but I

  279. think sometimes you also don't get it right, like do

  280. you want this or you don't want it all? Or

  281. if I didn't do something, and any might h yeah

  282. you are no no no, But I'm not feeling that way.

  283. Will you judge me? You judge me? We we don't

  284. tell people how we are feeling or what we want,

  285. and then people will judge us based on what our

  286. facial or or maybe our actions right our body language.

  287. And in marriage as well, I forgot my head because

  288. sometimes in my mind I'm playing some drama then or

  289. why is he late playing pickleball again, now your cocky letter,

  290. All right, why he left me? Whatever? See your mind's playing.

  291. But maybe the other reasons is are always really straight

  292. to somebody I don't know. But first as he always

  293. tells me where he goes like usually usually but you know,

  294. and I'm busy he's busy or busy. But our minds

  295. can create thoughts, judgments against someone. Why he didn't come

  296. this Sunday? Why what happened? Maybe somebody had an accident,

  297. Maybe the parent came. Maybe I don't know. So many things.

  298. We have to guard our hearts. What's gonna outflow from

  299. what come out from our mouth will come out from

  300. our hearts. I believe we can be better. I want

  301. to be better, judge, I want to be better, even

  302. as my colleague I don't know, sit next to him

  303. at work, but in a very big different room he

  304. works in, and I'm some small room there and uh

  305. and uh. But but they can all see my reactions.

  306. I have very big reactions. But we have to also

  307. then know after many years, what is my heart. However,

  308. people can always see our hearts right because of what

  309. we say, how blunt to how gentle, the kindness, the consideration,

  310. what outflows, what outflows from our heart really will be

  311. spoken out because of what we're brewing in our hearts.

  312. And I think we I think we can be better.

  313. I think I think we all need a little bit

  314. more encouragement than Ghannamaralla right right, I'm trying. I'm trying,

  315. Mara my team, you know, I don't think so im

  316. Mara dem. I don't scoore them whatever, But I think

  317. people need more positive words. If we could change what's

  318. brewing about in our hearts here and in our minds.

  319. I'll come to the mind later. I think we could

  320. give somebody what's that word, benefit of the doubt, benefit

  321. of doubt, right, because you might you might judge someone

  322. by I think they're saying this because it's like that,

  323. like that, like that. But if you say I give

  324. someone the benefit of the doubt, you stop brewing, You

  325. stop for a while, and you give time. You just

  326. give time to each other, to one another, and then

  327. watch I think actually reaching out to me in love

  328. or they're reaching out to me in judgment. Is my

  329. boss doing this? They hate my face? What is this

  330. problem with this person? But we need to stop the brewing.

  331. Don't overtime in the mind, like playing this movie on

  332. and on, like either the poor me or I'm going

  333. to get you or you just wait. It's a lot

  334. going on. We have to guard the heart now, guarding

  335. of the heart, How do you God your heart? Again?

  336. It goes back to your personal encounter with Jesus. Means

  337. your quiet time matters because you have to You have

  338. to pour out your heart every day to Jesus and

  339. ask him. It's hard. It's hard for me to face

  340. this person, someone you see at work every day, someone

  341. you see at home every day. And if I don't God,

  342. I will say words. They are very cutting. And in

  343. marriage it happens actually both husband and wife. They're already hurting,

  344. and so the words that come up cannot got ready

  345. is because you're so upset with one another and we

  346. have to stop for a while, and you need a

  347. third party sometimes to come in to help us, or

  348. we just need to stop and someone I hopefully will

  349. be more mature to think. So, why are we hurting

  350. each other in the marriage, friendship, church life, work life,

  351. community life. I think we need to God our heart

  352. by first pouring out our pain to the Lord and

  353. then at a good time, especially if you you really

  354. have this issue with somebody, then maybe we sit down

  355. and not over assume have Sometimes you just need to

  356. deal it with Jesus and let it go. Other times

  357. it could be that you may need to speak and

  358. say because it was obvious that you did something to

  359. me and I'm hurting, so I need to bring it up.

  360. But I find that many of us believers in the

  361. Lord are very bad at bringing up things. So if

  362. you did something to me, Lily, I'll tell Josiah really

  363. did this to me? Can you tell her? I find

  364. that it's very common in the church life, family life.

  365. We tell our child, you tell papa. Oh. I experience

  366. that with my father in law and my mother in

  367. law and my husband. We just got married, and then

  368. father in law says, tell son, you tell mom this.

  369. Mom tells son tell this. One day I got so upset,

  370. I said, Dad, grow up. You speak to mom yourself.

  371. I'm the daughter in law just got married to month

  372. two years over haw many months. I said, stop it,

  373. you're killing my marriage. I just married your son. Stop it.

  374. I'm going to lose my husband, who will just go

  375. because both of you are fighting. This is adult person.

  376. You're talking this way you got to stop, I said, Dad,

  377. stop it. Speak to mom yourself, she's your wife. I

  378. didn't get another call anymore. Yeah, yeah, thank my husband

  379. was free a bit, yeah, I said. I said, honey,

  380. you can't go on like this. You've got a marriage here, Hello,

  381. carrying the burden, I said. People need to grow up

  382. and take responsibility. If you want to tell something your wife,

  383. you tell it yourself bravely. Why I'm not happy with this?

  384. Why you tell your middle round? You know, the middle person.

  385. People in the middle will die and then they will

  386. be walking the you know how you say happily ever

  387. after and walk under the sunshine, moonlights, rainbow whatever. Then

  388. the poor person in the middle like what happened? Right, So,

  389. guarding our hearts is to not try to put many

  390. blames using others, but ourselves. Pour our hearts out to

  391. the lot first. And we have we have a confidant,

  392. our best friend, our someone we really open our hearts to,

  393. and that person should minister not by agreeing yeah yeah,

  394. you're right, cute, kill that position. We have sympathized with you,

  395. and maybe give word of wisdom to how we should

  396. deal with this. And sometimes we can at least offer

  397. the talk stract talk, and see what happens. If nothing happens,

  398. then at least you already said something. At least I

  399. tell you that I was very over and I was

  400. very hurt most of the time. It's because we are hurt.

  401. You didn't think about me. How come you didn't think

  402. about me. You know I'm your wife or I'm your friend,

  403. I'm your best friend, you know I'm your ministry team member,

  404. but you never think about I was just hurt. It's

  405. o kiy to feel hurt sometimes, right reality check? Hello,

  406. we do feel hurt. I tell you I feel hurt.

  407. I feel left out sometimes. But what do I do?

  408. Do I go and broom my heart? No, I go

  409. to Jesus and humble myself and say, I don't know

  410. why I'm feeling this way. Jesus, please forgive me, slap

  411. me and wake me up. Stop it girl, you know,

  412. and wake up? And I say, Okay, the Lord's got

  413. my back. If he wants me to be promoted in

  414. that position, he will. If he wants me to remain

  415. where I am, then Lord, I'm happy to just do

  416. what I have to do right now, Amen, guarding our

  417. hearts so that you don't overflow and then you warm

  418. it oulready. I cannot take back how many times we

  419. wanted it out and cannot take back. And that's where

  420. relationships fail. Friendships, some businesses fail. Your ministry fails. Oh

  421. we didn't, God what because out of the wellspring of

  422. our hearts, our mouth will speak right now? Many times

  423. we are because we are over time, the mind very

  424. clever to overtime. Are you a workerholiday and overtime? I

  425. overtime a lot when I work. I don't know. But

  426. we cannot overtime here because it will build clouds that

  427. don't exist. We will build imaginations of people that never exist.

  428. And we never gave that person a chance to speak back.

  429. That's all I'm thinking about.

  430. You. You know.

  431. Is there because it's not real, it's not it's there

  432. in your mind. But the real person didn't do that.

  433. They had a reason for what they went through. Amen.

  434. So we must got ourselves first so that we don't

  435. have regrets of spilling out something on the fullness of

  436. our hearts. And you know, when someone is so full

  437. and happy, out of the fullness, they bless you out

  438. of their fullness, they come and help you, They want

  439. to help you, They want to bless you fullness. But

  440. when your heart is full of bitterness, and oh yo,

  441. world War five, you know, three or four? When off

  442. World War five, we're brewing out unhappiness. But I think

  443. we need support sometimes from others to help us. Otherwise

  444. we need to turn to Jesus and and and first

  445. and then, Okay, I can't deal myself. Can I seek

  446. for counsel, help for my leaders, spiritual leaders, whatever? Right?

  447. So God, your heart pick the Bible tells us to

  448. guard it, because out of it will flow, the outflow

  449. will come. And sometimes we regret why we outflow unnecessarily

  450. We said things that we shouldn't have said, but we

  451. said it, and then we get judged from there and

  452. then so had to patch back the brokenness. And I've

  453. been there, you know, and I can't. I can't change

  454. the way you think about me. And I want to

  455. know I said it. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, But people

  456. already charged you. So you have to live your life

  457. in a testimony that will overcome the shadow of the

  458. negativity that I created for myself. What to do? Got?

  459. You just have to trust God to clean you up

  460. and give you a good reputation again as you live

  461. with a good heart and get yourself right. Amen. But

  462. sometimes it's brewing unnecessarily. So God our hearts, and I

  463. say say quiet time with Jesus helps you throw your

  464. heart out. Tell you tell the lot how you really feel,

  465. even if it's about name the person, name the situation,

  466. name your you are struggling with the sin, Name that

  467. sin to the Lord. God is not afraid of our past,

  468. of our dirt, of our filth, of our defoulment. He's

  469. not afraid, Jesus. You sing the sidelight of the world.

  470. You step out down into darkness. Right, he stepped down

  471. to us. He's not afraid of the darkness of our

  472. hearts or our mess. That's he's that's he's he's the

  473. expert in cleaning us up. Amen. So if we want

  474. to get our hearts in the right place, the best

  475. persons go to Jesus. Tell him name it and ask

  476. him for strength. And then if you really need because

  477. it was it was hurtful to you, speak to the

  478. person directly, don't talk to other tell and then it

  479. becomes God sit right. You speak to the person that

  480. and even if the person doesn't think they did anything

  481. wrong to you. I think it's important to at least

  482. you bold and brave and and just it. I'm just

  483. saying this how I felt. But you go humbly and

  484. just say no. I just wanted you to know. Do

  485. I expect a story, It doesn't matter, but I needed

  486. you to know. And I don't want to keep thinking

  487. bad about this situation. Yeah, it's tough. It's very hard

  488. called to do this. But if we don't, then we

  489. will brew. Then our hearts will have a real storm,

  490. you know, for a long long time, and Jesus wants

  491. to calm the storm of our hearts came in you

  492. did you get something there? The storm? That sometimes is tough,

  493. especially in marriage relations. I've been married for thirty years.

  494. I still have storms with my husband and marriage. Well,

  495. we were the best friends, but he also irritates me.

  496. There are days, yes, I irritate him too by being

  497. blow blah, something's waiting any way, waiting the key? Please? Sorry,

  498. you know, I just I also have my faults. I forgetfulness, blurwness.

  499. Really we just have to say sorry and thank you.

  500. And that's what my husband does every time. Actually I

  501. get quite everything I do for him, he says thank you,

  502. you know, and I say, no, need la, You're making

  503. me feel bad because I forget to say thank you,

  504. all right, But he always does the very sweet of it.

  505. But you always say I don't want to take you

  506. for granted. I, on the other hand, forget to say

  507. thank you. So there's sometimes he's like, yeah, I know

  508. some people, oh, and they say I can't forgive. I

  509. can't forgive. Men to the closer, they are like, no,

  510. lat me need that way. So there's got our hearts,

  511. like got our hearts? Okay, closer. Sometimes I feel the

  512. most pain, all right, but we have Jesus. I want

  513. you to go back knowing that you have the lot

  514. with you, whatever the losses, whatever the situation, whatever the struggle,

  515. the thing that is really really on your shoulder, you

  516. have the lot with you. How much more, how much

  517. more that hope that your belief will be strengthened this morning.

  518. I come to strengthen your faith as I strengthen mine

  519. in the lot that I have my days as well.

  520. But I need to know I'm not alone in this.

  521. Jesus is with me. So I want us to God.

  522. I want myself to guard my heart so that when

  523. I flow out it won't just be blood, you know,

  524. and just black water. I want it to come out alive.

  525. I want to come out and bring encouragement. I want

  526. to be at least positive to someone who's listening, instead

  527. of brewing stuff that just shouldn't be because then I'm

  528. allowing the enemy to take it and rob other people's joy.

  529. Is I'm not happy, so I want you to be

  530. not happy. Cannot love, cannot right, That's not how the

  531. Lord made us. So I want to encourage us guarding

  532. our hearts. Come bring to the Word of God that

  533. you read daily. Read it out aloud. Let the world

  534. God be hurt and come back into your spirit. Amen. Secondly,

  535. you and the gut is unclocked, the mind unclogg it.

  536. We are told you our minds are very powerful. This cip.

  537. Is it called sipu? Is it called if you am

  538. I right to say it? Yes, CIPU is way bigger

  539. than the AI that people are created, except it's not

  540. so fast. Say I know you get now you get

  541. back right, answer right, But this cip is the one

  542. that made the AI come on. Okay, But we have

  543. to know how to unclock our minds because our minds

  544. are powerful. It can overnight and keep playing and keep

  545. playing and cause a lot of pain to ourselves and

  546. hurt to ourselves. So what I want us to remember

  547. and what we can do is Romans Chapter twelve. Romans

  548. Chapter twelve, verse two, Verse one says Verse one Romans twelve,

  549. Verse one and two says Paul writes to the church

  550. in Rome, I beseech you there, for brethren, by the

  551. mercies of God, that you present your bodies, your bodies

  552. a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God, which is your

  553. reasonable our service. Amen, look at that. It's a very

  554. rational thing to do, is to give your body to

  555. the Lord. Give yourself to the Lord. And then he says,

  556. and do not be confirmed to this world, but be

  557. transformed by the renewing of your mind. Everybody say, renewing

  558. of my mind, Amen, one more time, renewing of my mind,

  559. that you may prove what is that good and acceptable

  560. and perfect will of God. Now, when we are struggling

  561. in our physical on our mind, in our heart to

  562. do something, or we refuse to do something for the Lord,

  563. or it just cannot is our mind that is not renewed.

  564. We have to unclog the ways of the world that

  565. has already been with us for many years. So we

  566. have to unclog. How to unclock The only way is

  567. to get a renovation happening in our minds. The renewing

  568. of the word through it says yeah that it says,

  569. be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that

  570. you will know what is the good, acceptable and perfect

  571. will the only way to renew our mind again. I

  572. have to say this thing that so many of us

  573. struggling to do is read God's word. A yo, I

  574. don't know, whe have to go already. Some people say

  575. past your message is always boring because you're always asking

  576. me to read by book ayo. But that's the only way,

  577. only way, and so few of us break through because

  578. so few of us make time for the word. We

  579. just find out it's there when I need it. It's there,

  580. but do you take it. It's your supplement K two,

  581. D three, C and B twelve and your whatever vitamins.

  582. That's the word of God. Renew means that the more

  583. you read. And I want to tell you it is

  584. very true. When I got safe at the age of sixteen,

  585. I had a mouth like a I don't know call

  586. my brother names. Of course, I only teenager. No, and

  587. and then I I don't know, you know I have

  588. I don't know. I guess I needed a change. But

  589. Jesus had to do that change when I became a Christian,

  590. and I would read the New Testament, Gospel cover to

  591. cover gospel and the whole New Testament as I read it.

  592. As I read it, as I read, I just read

  593. it every day or come home after school, and I

  594. would take time to do my quiet time, learning from

  595. my Christian fellowship, my leaders. So okay, I'll come back.

  596. I read the Bible, pray, and I could see God

  597. turning my language from negativity to life giving and not

  598. using names, you know, at people. I caught myself reading

  599. the Word and finding true. That transformed and renewed my mind.

  600. It renovated the way I looked at people. Or you know,

  601. it's fighting a younger brother. He's a younger brother, right,

  602. but maybe that or other people of friends or family.

  603. It renewed. I kid you not, it really has power.

  604. The Bible. Could I say the Word of God has

  605. power to unclog our minds and our hearts. It brings healing.

  606. I was not healed immediately when I told them yesterday,

  607. I accept the Christ at this place yesterday we were

  608. at I went for the altar God. It wasn't healed

  609. immediately on my aesthma, but over time, as I read

  610. God's word, I realized I don't have as many more.

  611. It just Jesus encountered me and he started the healing work.

  612. But as I read the word of God cover to cover,

  613. I finished the New Testament. Wow, he renewed me. He

  614. renovated at that stage of my life, sixteen years, all

  615. that I stop one thing, to leave Malaysia, to go

  616. to America to hopefully study and uc USC or whatever

  617. the name or UNI is or whatever like. Okay, I

  618. just want to leave Malaysia at sixteen I'd find a way, right.

  619. And it transformed my mind to think that all that

  620. I am going to be and do is Him who

  621. will give me the doors where I should go. He

  622. really does. He unclogged the Lord, unclogged my mind. He

  623. gave me a new, renovated mind that would think as

  624. he would think. Okay, I am still a working progress

  625. at this stage of my life, another stage of my life.

  626. But if you ask me, how am I going to

  627. unclock my mind? Renew it how are you gonna learn

  628. to say yes to Jesus renew it? How can you

  629. do something like agree with the word renew your mind? First,

  630. renewed mind will then allow you to stop feeding your flesh,

  631. your flesh, your canal person which says, I don't like,

  632. I don't want. But when you are spirit man, when

  633. you are in the walking in the spirit, that's what

  634. we are. We have the Holy Spirit right the Bible

  635. and in Galatians says, not only are you you know,

  636. live in the spirit, walk in the spirit. Galatians the

  637. vibe not only do you live in the speaker's holy

  638. Spirit lives and you walk in the spirit. So the

  639. unclogging of our minds came by comes by the renewing

  640. of our minds to the world that is coming in.

  641. We just need it. We need God's word. Come on, Church,

  642. I know, and you aren't reading because you can't face

  643. what you're facing, because you didn't know that the Bible

  644. tells us that we will go through this. You will

  645. have to go through this. But doesn't mean he leaves you.

  646. He's with you. Amen. He's a faithful God, he's a

  647. true God. He can be your guiding light. But you

  648. won't know your guiding line if you aren't reading the

  649. love letter that he left us sixty six books. Come on,

  650. take one book and read. Come on, you want to

  651. be fired up in the Holy Spirit, don't just you know?

  652. I feel people pay thousands of dollars thousands. I know

  653. people it five six, ten thousand to be coach, to

  654. be a better person, to be able to say I

  655. can lose that weight ten thousand you pay. I want

  656. to ask you a question, is Jesus enough for you?

  657. Are you sure Jesus is enough for you? Because I

  658. had to ask myself, is Jesus enough for me? People

  659. pay good money. Maybe we need the extra help and coaching. Okay, fine,

  660. that's not a bad thing. What I'm saying is, after

  661. all of that, can you still believe that Jesus can

  662. help you through it? What if we don't have that

  663. money anymore? If I can't pay some of us can't

  664. pay that kind of money. I tell you he's the

  665. best coach, the best coach if you would allow him to,

  666. and he will bring that one person in your life

  667. that will matter. You don't need a million friends. You

  668. just need one or two very good friends who believe

  669. in you and would cheer you on. Amen. So unclogging

  670. of our minds, meaning renewing and renovating our minds, helps

  671. us to even battle through. Sometimes when the enemy comes

  672. in to take your peace, to rob you of your peace,

  673. to rob you of your sanity, to rob you of

  674. the calm that you should have, and it just shakes

  675. you up and say, all I cannot allow your mind

  676. will work. So this mind is powerful, this cpu can

  677. be so amazing. But if you don't submit it to

  678. the lordship of Jesus Christ, he will run you a mock.

  679. You'll be going here where you know, hair will be everywhere,

  680. helter skelter in your spirit. That's what it looks like.

  681. If I could put an X ray machine on you

  682. right now, I will tell you hold will show me

  683. the healter skelter spirit that you have because you're running everywhere.

  684. But if you just come into his presence, into his word,

  685. take I don't know. I don't have another formula to

  686. better this, you know. The only formula I've learned is

  687. to sit before the Lord and say, Okay, Jesus, I

  688. can't handle this. Please help me. That's it. That's it.

  689. Please help me. I don't know what to do. I

  690. don't want to call for anybody's help because I'm going

  691. to all the wrong people. Lord Jesus, please help me.

  692. Please transform the way I'm thinking about myself, the way

  693. i'm thinking about the brother and sister. Please help me.

  694. Just transform me. And where do you go? He will

  695. direct you to his word. He will direct you. Imagine,

  696. I was not even a Christian, not even a Christian,

  697. never opened the Bible. And yet the one little Bible

  698. that they gave me at my school, the day I

  699. turned it, that was the day he spoke to me

  700. John four verse one. If you believe John fourteen, verse one.

  701. If you believe in God, believe also in me. I say,

  702. I believe in God, red color words. So who's the

  703. me Jesus. I was a Buddhist. I believe in God,

  704. but I don't know who Jesus is. I said, okay,

  705. And then he said the next verse, verse six, I

  706. am the Way, the Truth, and the life. No one

  707. comes to me except true the one comes to the

  708. Father except through Jesus. And I took that. I was

  709. not a Christian. Yet God took the Bible and spoke

  710. to my heart. And I was in trouble at that time,

  711. and the Lord calmed my situation. If I were not

  712. yet a believer, could God could speak to me? How

  713. much more all of us today we are children of God.

  714. We must give it a gola at least I met

  715. before you chuck it out and don't trust the word,

  716. and no time for the word. The day you say

  717. no time means someone said yesterday. When you say no time,

  718. it just means God did the mistake of giving you

  719. twenty four hours. There is the twenty four hours not enough.

  720. You know what I discovered brand sisters. My lifestyle is

  721. already busy. I realized I don't have time to sit

  722. down and take a coke and read a book and relax.

  723. I don't have time for them. I'm now studying for

  724. my masters. I'm thinking, why am I going to have

  725. the time to study and do assignments and read out?

  726. But I'm already. I just finished my whole year semester.

  727. I just finished it, just finished it just friday. I

  728. just put the paper in stop me, all right, and

  729. that's it. I'll start again next year. Next to the

  730. final year. I didn't have time, I would not have

  731. studied at all because I think I don't have time,

  732. I travel, I can't go for classes. They're all online,

  733. thank god. But we were all four of us were saying,

  734. who are taking these calls together? We said, we say,

  735. no timer, but we finished one year of studies. I

  736. think they all score Aesler. My team very clever. You

  737. know who's my team member? Elder Rose, top student, busses Sterra,

  738. top student, Puss the ject oh your top student, enemy,

  739. the Abordo, the one with the oldest grandmother studying right,

  740. I don't know, but all as for now. It's been

  741. all as for now, okay, I said one b plasa,

  742. then one's crying right here? My husband said a B

  743. plus okayla or stop grumbling. One I've fifty over, going

  744. to be sixty readio sorry, must get a you know.

  745. So I don't know, but Asian, my, that's so terrible.

  746. The Asian. Yeah, I'm doing education, telling people writing please

  747. do not ask for a from your child, you know,

  748. let them ace in their life, not necessarily in the

  749. science paper. Right, that's what my research is like. Come on,

  750. and then here I'm going be blah one subject, one

  751. subject and once under the rest. I just checked my

  752. some results. It's all been a ace plus. So praise

  753. God for him grace and for the group. I think

  754. the group definitely helps so much. Our team work together.

  755. This is a group assignment thing. Except for the solo

  756. papers we have to write. I tell you, you say

  757. you don't have time. Four of us looked at each

  758. other say and say, hey, we say we have no timer.

  759. But we've completed one year of studies, including our ministry,

  760. our travels, our work. There are we all work and

  761. then we do ministry at night. So if we say

  762. we don't have time, we make time. Because there's something

  763. you want to do, you will make time. Money. We

  764. say no time. Now if the inn thing is speakable,

  765. you make time. But Daniel Chong say it got no time.

  766. But Dan he goes and play at twelve midnight, Ge leveler,

  767. do have o'clock. I'm the boss, right come to work

  768. while you're just sleepy. So I'm just saying, unclog our minds.

  769. When we renew our minds, we look at things with

  770. positive that it is possible. This can heal my My

  771. relationship with my mom can be better, my relationship with

  772. my us when getting better on my wife or you

  773. know how I'm going through this situation, I can continue

  774. to trust God for my healing. My healing, not my body,

  775. from my mind to my heart to my physical body.

  776. Jesus is a healer. Amen. Amen. And the tea as

  777. time runs out, tea in the gut is to think

  778. right and to talk right. We started with the renewing

  779. of your mind, so you start to think right, and

  780. then we can talk right. But how Philippines, chapter four,

  781. verse eight. You all know this verse. We quote it

  782. many times, and I go back to this verse time

  783. and again always when I'm stuck and I feel like

  784. I'm going to go negative on myself or others, I

  785. have to look at this verse. Philippines, Chapter four and

  786. verse eight. It says here Philippines, Chapter four and verse eight,

  787. Paul is writing while he's in jail. He's chained, he's

  788. you know, there's there's nowhere to go. He's stuck in jail,

  789. and he says this. He says, finally, brethren, whatever things

  790. are true, can you think of something that's true right now?

  791. What is true? True? It's true? Okay, whatever things are noble?

  792. Is there something that's noble that you can think about?

  793. Whatever things are? Just whatever things that are pure, whatever

  794. things that are of good? Report is there any virtue?

  795. If there is anything praiseworthy, anything at all? Meditate on

  796. these things? Meditate. Another way of saying is putting our

  797. minds and focusing and thinking through over and over the

  798. good things, bad things? Which are true? What is noble?

  799. What is just? What is pure? What is lovely? What

  800. is good? Report any virtue in it? Any good virtue?

  801. There's anything that is praiseworthy? Would we put our minds

  802. to think about those things? Meditate is to think about

  803. this over and over again, because we're already thinking over

  804. and over again about the negativity or the pain or

  805. the struggle or the you know, the sadness, a lot

  806. of that. But can I shift with the renewing of

  807. your mind? God begin the Holy Spirit teachers to shift

  808. and and because it's renovates it instead of the first

  809. thing is like, okay, what is true? Okay? What's true

  810. about you? And that's true us? What's true bout you know?

  811. I've got to think about its true? Okay, a kind person,

  812. So I'm editing on the kind person about him, although

  813. I'm not I'm upset about something else. But no, no, no,

  814. what's true what's true for us? Okay, bring that out.

  815. What is noble? What is that? Be thankful? He is

  816. there something, and be thankful about that friend, about your child,

  817. about your spouse, about your mom, your dad, something about

  818. them that you just burst out and say. No, I'm

  819. I'm thankful for my father putting me through education. I'm

  820. thankful for my mom. Or I'm thankful for this job.

  821. It's tough, but I'm just thankful I have a job.

  822. I'm thankful for my boss. I'm thanking a difficult person.

  823. I mean, in life, things get tough, but we need

  824. to talk right. Because we think right. It goes from here,

  825. then it can affect here, and then from here you

  826. will affect here, and then we lost it. My life

  827. is so short. I always think about life and how

  828. short it is. Some of us live long, Gella. Somebody

  829. says seven series, really, b MW seven series. I'm not

  830. yet seven last series getting there five for me, but

  831. a long way to catch up with you soon. We've

  832. got to ask allow God to help us think right

  833. so that we can begin to talk right. Speak right, amen,

  834. because this heart overflows, and I tell you can I

  835. encourage you many. I don't have a lot of proof.

  836. I did not say it. It's my thoughts, not necessarily

  837. word of God. But world of God does say that

  838. if we allow bitterness and all that to wrote down,

  839. it can cause illness. Yeah, true, right, you get headaches

  840. and migraines sometimes because you're so so the auntis are

  841. telling me, yes, auntie, auntie, young ladies out there, you know,

  842. they say, when you're when you're so eaten with our

  843. not gonna. I met a ninety two year old came

  844. to xcacate a day, you know, ninety two. She looks

  845. like eighty or something. She wanted to see me no,

  846. purposely said no, no, I want to see them fastest wife.

  847. Hello auntie, And she said, you know how I am, say,

  848. don't say, don't day after all, very young, I'm ninety two,

  849. you know, young lady. Okay, I say, but you look excellent.

  850. You know she looks so well. No, not like she

  851. had a walking stick, but she wasn't limping. Just the

  852. legs are weak already in ninety two. And then she

  853. just said to me, you know, I keep my heart

  854. free all the time. I don't want to hold any grudges.

  855. I forgive quickly. She said, so I'm being a Christian

  856. for a long time, but I learned I must let go.

  857. Then I'm free. I'm happy to cook for my children,

  858. but they don't let me cook as they say I'm old.

  859. And she said, you see, I'm so well, I'm ninety two.

  860. I said, yes, because your heart is free. Yes, she says,

  861. I just don't hold anything. I don't want to get angry.

  862. I guess when you're ninety two, you don't need to

  863. get angry anymore. And I'm close to sixty, and I

  864. want to get angry now. And she said, there's nothing

  865. to be upset anymore. Why as we age, just be mature.

  866. I think we need to be more free. Huh, how

  867. do you think, ladies and gentlemen, what do you think

  868. she should be more free? Sometimes I catch myself and

  869. I got no pat for people that I'm already, you know,

  870. sixty and not going down. No patience. They're so proud.

  871. That's so proud to say that that I have no

  872. patience because I'm sixty and I don't have time for

  873. such things. The more we grow in the Lord, the

  874. more gracious we should become. The fruit of the spirit

  875. should be more evident. The patience, the kindness, the gentleness.

  876. Whoa I So I caught myself going, okay, I'm sorry, Jesus,

  877. I shouldn't be saying, but I haven't no time for you.

  878. Don't make me angry. Im you know how I am sixty,

  879. you know. Don't miss swan dilla right? Stop it, you know.

  880. And as we mature, so I don't say age. But

  881. as we mature in the Lord, we we we we

  882. accumulate the fruit of the spirit. Amen, Right, John, We

  883. should have been building up on the fruit, having more fruit,

  884. not less fruit. Then our heart is lighter. Amen, and

  885. and and and and then the beautiful fruit will come.

  886. And and you get patience from me, you get from me,

  887. You get love from me, You get kindness from me,

  888. and you know goodness from me. I should I should

  889. look at the fruit of the spirit and go like,

  890. that's who I want to be, the fruit of the spirit,

  891. the spirit working in me. Oh, I have a long

  892. way to go, but I'm gonna work at it. I

  893. want to work at it to build a low holy

  894. spirit to remind me. So if I can't think right,

  895. I can then talk right? Why? Because I'm thinking what

  896. are you thinking about? I'm thinking about this, right, German joke,

  897. what are you thinking about? I'm thinking about this. I'm thinking.

  898. I'm letting it sink into my person. I'm letting it

  899. go deep that what is true about this situation? What

  900. is true about that person? What is pure? What is lovely?

  901. And sometimes we can I get upset, I do, I do,

  902. and then I have to stop and thing. But that

  903. person's also the very person that helps me all the time.

  904. But is you eat eating me? And now we're not

  905. doing a job right, So I have to stop and think.

  906. Then you look retrospect a bit and remember they were

  907. there for you when you needed them most. But just

  908. because there's a mistake, they're not very quicker on the brain,

  909. a bit lower then you. Right, So cannot think about

  910. what was what is true? What is lovely? What is pure?

  911. What is of good report? Think about that virtue good reports?

  912. When you hear testimonies on Botswana, When you think about that,

  913. you stop getting angry about what you are going through

  914. now and think, Wow, God is working in Botswana. We

  915. got to turn the tide of the way we think

  916. and find the good, find the virtuous, find that which

  917. we can use to give thanks to the Lord for

  918. giving of thanks, heals your irritations, He use your guest.

  919. You know why we get guesting sometimes not because you

  920. have you because you're keeping a lot of things, right

  921. or not, young lady, we're keeping a lot of things.

  922. And Jesus will work out physically, and then it will

  923. affect us because in our spirit, you're already not renewing

  924. our minds, not unclogging our minds, not able to God.

  925. Because we are broken. We need a city, must have

  926. walls to protect them. A person must have their walls

  927. by guarding our hearts so that we don't spew out

  928. here and they're everywhere. It will hurt us. Not people

  929. get hurt, but we will hurt ourselves. We will hurt

  930. and we won't like ourselves very much after that. So

  931. I truly want to encourage us. What would the outflow

  932. of your heart be? Amen? Amen? What would be the

  933. outflow that for God? Let's guard the outflow of our hearts. Amen,

  934. Let's guard the outflow of our hearts. And I've given

  935. you a little bit of keys. A lot of it

  936. has to do with the responsibility of turning to the

  937. word of God, professing, declaring God's word, allowing God's word

  938. to transform you. Amen, and look for the right meditations.

  939. What are you and I'm meditating about? Are we meditating

  940. on all the wrongs that I've done in the past?

  941. And I catch myself doing this like for assignments and

  942. then you get better and LO didn't do well. You're

  943. meditating on all the wrong things. You wrote. I should

  944. be moving forward and doing learn what I should do right.

  945. So I got to stop it, girl, get over the paper,

  946. move on to the next one. But if I meditate,

  947. I will push myself backwards and I cannot go forward.

  948. That's just an exam like paper, right, But in real life?

  949. What about life? You failed in something you you couldn't

  950. get it right, you keep meditating on it. I didn't

  951. do this, I forgot that. Or some moms, young moms

  952. tell me at any young moms in house, they said,

  953. I forgot my child. I left you at the supermarket.

  954. Happen my friend did it? Left the child? And they're

  955. all so busy, you know, mothers are so busy. You

  956. know some things. And she said, came home, where's the child? Right?

  957. And then if you keep going to what at I'm

  958. a bad mom? Bad mom? No, you're not a bad mom.

  959. Things happen. Oh, we have so much to think about.

  960. Mother has a lot of things to think about, the kid,

  961. the home, the family, a lot of things to think about.

  962. So if we meditate, then we say I failed. I

  963. feel I fail, and you feel bad. No, I think

  964. I said I made. I had a bad day, but

  965. God's gonna turn it around. I just had a bad day.

  966. That's it. It's just a bad day. But eternity is forever. Oh,

  967. eternal life is forever. So stop kicking yourself with a

  968. bad day and say tomorrow in Christ, I can face

  969. tomorrow with Christ. Amen, because he lives, I will face

  970. tomorrow with all the jingbang stuff. I'm slowly gonna let

  971. go by meditating on the word of God. Bye. Coming

  972. under the lordship of Jesus Christ. I submit to him

  973. and allow God to take me on. This starts with here.

  974. Don't you think everything starts with our hearts? True? Right? Yes,

  975. time's up people, not times op. That's if they're gonna

  976. go like this starts with all starts here. It helps

  977. doesn't help the here, and they all come out to

  978. here and then it mess up. But today I want

  979. to encourage us and I'm speaking to my own heart,

  980. and you can remind me to you can remember that, yes,

  981. stop it and then remind me didn't you say that? Yes?

  982. I did, but allowed my low moment, my weak moment,

  983. allow my flesh to speak. But we don't want the

  984. flesh to take over. We want the spirit of God

  985. to take over. We want our spirit men to be strengthened. Amen,

  986. And how to be strengthened God, Our hearts unclocked, the

  987. mind meaning renovate your mind to the reading meditating of

  988. God's word. The tea is to think right, talk right.

  989. If you get stuck anytime, look at Philippin's Chapter four

  990. Verus eight. Every time you're gonna go into a down

  991. rabbit hole, stop and just say no. I'm going to meditate.

  992. I'm going to think about the things that are true.

  993. I'm want to think about what is just. I want

  994. to meditate and what's beautiful. My baby is beautiful. I'm

  995. gonna meditate on the miracle of life that God has

  996. given to me. I'm gonna, you know, just thank God

  997. for my job, for my family, for my children, for

  998. my church, for my leaders, from whatever you want to

  999. think because you're going through it. Amen. Church, come stand

1000. with me. Let's ask a lot of help us and

1001. you surrender what the storms that might be in your

1002. heart to God your heart so that the overflow will

1003. be not really you know, don't overflow it bad stuff.

1004. Let's overflow with the goodness that God has for us. Amen.

1005. Let's let's once again cast our eyes on Jesus this

1006. morning and find strength in him. Amen. Amen. We want

  1007. to God our hearts.
