good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a

Enter into the joy of your Lord. Was twenty four.

Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord,

I knew you to be a hot man, ripping where

you have not sown, and gathering where you have not

scattered seed. And I was afraid, and when and hit

your talent in the ground, Look there you have what

is yours. But if Lord answered and said to him,

you wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I rip

where I have not sown, and ghetto where I have

not scattered set.

twenty five, you will know that Jesus, prior to this

parable of talents, have also gave another parable, which is

a parable of the five foolish Virgin and five wise Virgin.

And the context is that they are supposed to be

waiting for the bright groom. The five wins had enough

oil to anticipate the breadgroom, the five foolish one ran

out of oil, and when the groom came, the five

foolish Virgin were found to be unprepared. The first point

that I have for us this morning is dead. As

believers in Jesus, we have to understand that Christ is

coming back. Right of all the prophecies that Jesus has

fulfilled in the Bible, which includes his miraculous birth, which

includes his death on the cross, which includes his resurrection,

there's one more prophecy that Jesus has not fulfilled, that

is his second coming.

So, as believers, we are to leave our life.

In the spirit of preparation and anticipation. You see, when

you begin to leave your faith knowing that one day

you're going to account your life to God, it will

be very different compared to living a life not caring

about the truth that God will one day return. And

it begins to seguey to the parable of a talent,

which is a very similar scope as well. The Master

went to a far country, and scripture did not say

how long it was for, and we knew it was

for a very long time. And when he came back,

he expected his servants to account the talent that was

entrusted to them. So the second point is that God

expects us to be productive. God expects us to be

fruitful in the role, in the responsibility, in the talent

that He has given to us, because one day, when

we stand before God, when we give an account of

our life, I'm sure one of the questions he may

ask me is, ronson, what have you done with the

time I have given to you? What have you done

with the potential that I've given to you? What have

you done with the talent that I have given to you?

You see, each and every one of us has a

potential that God has already deposited in your life. That's

why in verse fifteen, he says to each according to

his own ability. God is so creative. God is so

marvelous that he did not create everyone the same. You

look the same, you talk the same, you have the

same skill, you have the same potential. God has created

us to be individuals that are different, and that also

means we have different potential, we have different capacity, we

have different capability, and everyone can make full use.

Of their life to be productive.

So it's not about having many talents neither, it's not

about having just that one talent. It's about being faithful

to what God has entrusted to you. You see, we

all have one precious life to live. The Christian's faith

believed that you only have one life to live, and

after this life, it's either an eternity with God, which

is heaven, or eternal condemnation. There is no such thing

as recarnation hoping that in the next life it will

be better. There's only one life to live, and every

life is precious to God, and one day we need

to give an account of it to God. Romans fourteen

we shall all stand before the judgment said of Christ.

For it is written, as I live, says the Lord.

Every need shall bow to me, and every tongue shall

confess to God. So then each of us shall give

of God. And when I look to the right, I

look to the left. My pastor is not going to

be next to me. My homes leader is not going

to be next to me. My parents are not going

to be next to me. I as a child of God, You,

as a child of God, will have to give an account.

Of yourself to God.

I'm not supposed to give an account of my family.

I'm not supposed to give an account of my church.

I'm supposed to give an account of myself what I

have done with my life to God. The greatest tragedy

for mankind is when men fail to discover or understand

his or her purpose in life, because it will put

us on a track where constantly we will feel lost,

we will feel unfulfilled. So it's believers always understand that

you have have the capacity to discover the purpose that

God has put into your heart. Every life is precious

to God. I've said we are made in his image.

He is our creator. He proved his love through christ sacrifice.

We were all once lost without Christ. But God demonstrated

his love to mankind while we were seeing us. He

sent Christ, took on the penalty of our sin, and

because of Jesus we can have a right standing with God.

He has a plan and purpose for everyone.

Jesus is the centrality of our purpose in life. If

you're looking for a root map in your life, look

to Jesus. And there's One day I was touring in

a beautiful land of Sydney. How many of you have

been to Sydney before? Very very beautiful Sydney, amazing city.

I was a tourist. I was walking down the street.

Another turist just came back to me and say, do

you know the way to Hear and Hear? I look

imagined that a small little virus would cause the entire

or almost the entire world to be in locknown But

this has been foretold in the Bible, that in the

last days there'll be famine, there'll be patilences, there'll be

different unimaginable diseases, rumors of war. If you have read

the stories recently, you will know that in East Asia

for the first time, the Prime Minister of Japan made

a remark and says that if China were to invade Taiwan,

Japan may take a military response. I feel that we

need to be updated into news like this, and the

centrality also goes back to Israel. Anything happens to Israel,

you will know. It's one of the signs of end times.

How do you know?

Because the Bible says that when the Man of peace arises,

he will broke a peace deal with Israel, only later

to break it and you'll be able to see the

Antichrist rising up. Now many feel that we are living

in the end times. No one knows the hour, no

one knows the day, but yet we are called to

be preparing for the day. So the one with the

five talents, the one with the two talents, they did

not wait and they did not do nothing. They did

something that resulted in them to gain one hundred percent

back of their talent that was entrusted to them. Only

one joker didn't do anything, decided to hit the talent

and went on with his life. So we are called

to leave a life that is good and faithful. Faithfulness

must lead to fruitfulness. The word good here means to

be pure, to be upright. It's getting more difficult to

be good these days when your patients are being tested

in the marketplace in different areas of life. But yet,

as Christians, we're called to be upright, to always be

found making the right decision. When the policeman fleck you

down for speeding, come on, do the right thing. Pay

your fine. When the police asks you, how can I

help you? Don't do any hanky panky. Yes you can

help me. Here's some things to help yourself. Basically, don't

bright blao. Okay, it's getting more difficult to do the

right thing. Why is because there is a blood line.

Now it's no longer black and white. Certain things are gray. Yes, Christians,

we are not called to live in that gray area.

Is either right or wrong? Is that a righteous or

not righteous? Is that a line to the Bible or

it's not aligned to the Bible, and we should pick

out alignment. We are called to be faithful, to be dependable,

to be trust worthy. You know, God's commandment for mankind

has never changed.

Never.

The first commandment he gave to Adam was to be

fruitful and multiply. And when men began to populate earth

a result of the fall of man, seen came in

and during Noah's time, men were found to be wicked

that in the last days, the generation will be no

different compared to the generation of Noah because wickedness steals abound.

So back then, what God did was he said the

Great flood, and he preserved Noah and his family because

God gave them the commandment as well, be fruitful and multiply.

So God wants us to be fruitful.

God wants us to multiply in as much as the

first two Adam and Noah were called to be biologically multiplying.

But there's also another aspect where we should be fruitful

in any end. You over that God has entrusted us

with to the disciples Jesus is, go and make disciples

of all nations. So you multiply your life by raising disciples.

You multiply your life by training disciples who will in

turn raise other disciples and train others as well.

So if you're looking for a purpose aligned to.

The scripture, because the Scripture is very clear that one

of our purposes is to be productive, to be fruitful,

to be faithful in the things that God has entrusted

to us. Paul said to Timothy, commit this to faithful

men who will teach.

Others as well.

So God expects increase from what he has and trusts

to us. God gives according to our capacity, but expect

our capacity true faith and obedience.

He expects us to grow.

If you ask me today, we'll have when I came

to know Christ when I was twenty years old. Would

I imagine the day for me to stand before you

to preach? I'll tell you I couldn't imagine. Would I

be leading a church plan in Eli. I'll tell you

you talk about personality wise, you talk about preference wise,

I'm not your typical extrovert, you know, Cesse, I'm not.

I'm actually by default and introit, but I'm a situational EXTROVERD.

Meaning if the situation arises like this, I have to

project some extra version.

I would just have to do it.

But if you talk about personality preference wise, I can

sit down and see you and not do the talking.

All right, But no, it was in B three. It

was my form native years being formed, where people come,

they press the live or I press for them, and

to do something with our life. Everyone can do something.

It's about seizing that opportunity. The Master gave everyone the

opportunity according to their ability. So as Christians, we've also

got to be very mindful in not comparing. All right,

don't say that, oh, I'm not person a as talented

as a person a who has five talons, and that

kind of discourage you and you look at your own talent,

is like, it's only one talent, And don't let the

five or the two despise the one with the one talent. Oh,

look at me so talented. The other person is not talented.

That is the wrong spirit. That is not good. Remember

it is good and faithful, which means you gotta be

fitful to what is yours and not be distracted by

what is artists, And we're gonna take it with great

pride as well. Now, this pride is not like the

negative pride. It's a very good form of ownership. You

gotta take that.

So I started off as a host.

Then across the years, the church sent me out to

plan Nearli and I was only six months, no, six

years old in the faith, six years old in the faith,

and I got kicked out.

and then they didn't sign. All right, So think about it, right,

did the five and the two talent needed to face rejection?

Did they only had their good days or did they

also had their bad days?

Think about it.

I would think that they would also have their bad days,

not just good days of winning. Yes, I got one

more talent. But it's being faithful during their bad days

that have causes to have the talent for their good day.

So don't give up easily.

Faithfulness really matters when it is difficult, because in good times,

faithfulness usually is not talked about, but it's usually during

the bad times when a husband and a wife quarrel,

then h in ministry will say, remember you know, faithfulness

to endure is good by in good times, no one

bring up faithfulness. Even in ministry. You know, when the

church is growing and lives are saved.

No one talking about faithfulness.

I don't talk about joy, yes, but it's during the

tough times that we remind each other be faithful, be faithful, because.

Tough times builds people.

As I was worshiping together with you, someone has said

this before, but I just want to say it so

that you understand where I'm coming from. It has been

said before that tough times build strong men. Strong men

builds good time. Good time brings weak men. If we

want to be individuals of substance, right, God can only

produce in us that substance true difficulty. It is definitely

not through good times. So in whatever situation you are

going through today, I want you to understand that the

context of today's message is not just limited in ministry.

It is also applicable to your life as a student.

If you're going to be a student next all, be

the best student, Be the most fruitful student. That when

your classmates look at your life, they're able to see

that you are fruitful. Maybe you're gifted with the talent

of just amazing brain capacity and you're very brilliant. Why

don't support your classmates who need that extra help. Maybe

you have extra time on campus and your lecturers. You know,

need your to do something for your class. Most of

work out, you go up. We've got to have the

tenacity to stay. I speak this from my own experience

of seventeen years in the same company, because.

I can't find a job now.

Just ah, seventeen years same company, and God has been faithful.

He has been growing me there.

And I want us to understand that faithfulness is something desirable.

In you because true faithfulness.

It will always lead to fruitfulness. We gotta also have courage.

Don't be easily discouraged by things. If things are not

working out for you right now, don't be discouraged because

as you persevere, as you push forward, God will work

it out for you. Can hear an amen, We've got

So the two talents and the five talents, while the

Or is it for people that is needing a touch

from the Lord, because when you read Marry twenty five

you see an alignment there. And the alignment is that

we exist not just for ourselves, but to do good,

and that our fruitfulness must be able to bless artists.

That is the true evidence of stewardship.

That means, with.

The resources that God has given to me as a

result out of my diligence and hard work, I am

to use the resource for His glory by blessing others.

All right, so close with these four points as extreme

comes up. Number one, don't bury your potential. Don't bury

your potential. Everyone has a potential. Everyone can do something

that costs you to be a standout in your community.

Your life as a Christian should be so desirable that

people around you should come to you and say, what

is it in you that you have that causes you

to be fruitful? What is it in you that you

have that costs you to be growing? And I pray

that as Christians, when the time comes, we will always

point it back to God and his glory. Number two,

don't despise small beginnings. Don't despise. Remember there's no shot

cut to success when you attempt to do a new

thing for the very first time. Leave room for failure,

and should you fail in the first attempt, attemn it again,

probably with a different approach. I think alber Einstein said

this insanity is doing the same thing again and again,

expecting different results. Don't despise small beginnings. Don't fear failure.

There are days I have failed. There are days I

failed also at work. Learn to pick ourselves up right

as Christians. God is there to lift us up. Do

your best with what you have. I want to say

that ex Church exists primarily because also of the spirit

of excellence that God has given to us. That everything

you see today in acts is built by the spirit

of excellence, which is to give our best to God.

So faithfulness will always result in something. The closing words,

disciple of Christ is one who is abiding in Christ

because they sound very proud.

It's about artists.

Testifying that they see the fruit in me, because fruits

often is seen by artists. So I want you, everyone

in Exebany, to have a solid testimony that you are fitful.

You are fruitful because you are not people without hope.

Our hope is always anchored in Christ. We are not

people without help. Our help always comes from Christ. So

imagine he has really all the provision for you. He

has really has all the wisdom for you. He really

has all the strength for you. And there's really no

excuses to live a life to multiply our talent. Every

life has a potential to make an impact. Don't look

around and say, oh, I will only make it when

I impact hundred.

Focus on that one.

Us, that one is equally as important to God. Because

the truth is this, in life, different people will have

different status, Different people will have different achievement, different people

will have different calling, different people will have different talent,

different people will.

Have different gifting.

But Scripture is very clear we are called to be

faithful to what is our own and trusted by God.
