You're listening to a message to go from acts church.
-
We hope this message will light up your tea.
-
So I want to give it to you. God answers
-
our thoughts. I tell children, God answers our thoughts, not
-
just our words. And many times people might not preach
-
this or teach this to you, but I want to
-
because it's very, very important. My message today is filled
-
with scripture, a scripture of the scripture of the scripture,
-
all right, because I want to prove to you that
-
your thoughts count.
-
They're very important.
-
I want to say, even now when you're sitated here,
-
God is not seeing just what I see, because if
-
God is seeing what I see, that he doesn't have
-
to be God. So he's seeing what I cannot see,
-
which is what you're thinking about. So if you're thinking
-
about video games right now while you're acting like you're
-
listening to me, and video games is going to be
-
your answer or food or your health, or you're worried
-
about your health so much, or you're thinking, look, God
-
answers our thoughts. So the question is why are our
-
prayers or why our prayers don't get answered? There's some
-
one second question is or why do they get answered,
-
but it was.
-
Not what we prayed for.
-
You're gotta huh. I didn't expect this to happen in
-
my medical report. I didn't expect this to happen with
-
my marriage. I didn't expect this to happen with my finances.
-
I didn't expect this to happen with my application. Why
-
the answer is like this when I didn't ask for
-
this answer? Or why did I get my prayers answered?
-
You know? Or not answered? Okay?
-
So I want to tell you that God answers our thoughts.
-
Okay.
-
Scripture number one. Are you ready when you pray? Says
-
Matthew six five to six. You shall not be like
-
the hypocrites, for they love to praise, standing in the synagogues,
-
not synagogue user, and on the corners of the streets,
-
that they may be seen by men. Surely I say
-
to you that they have their rewards. So you got
-
your reward a day. You got your reward because you
-
want to be seen by men, men who praise you.
-
You got your reward. But you, you, everyone in this
-
room ham blang.
-
In Malaysia suma, everyone of you, you, you, you, you,
-
the people that I love in this church. When you
-
pray when you not not the hypocrites, but when you pray,
-
go into your room.
-
And when you have shut the door.
-
You must shut the door because there are too many
-
voices outside, too many demands, too many problems. So shut
-
the door, not just a physical door, but the door
-
of the voices.
-
And you just want to hear God's voice.
-
But here the Bible says, pray to your father who
-
is in the way. Who is in the way, secret place?
-
Someone said, heaven or Ah.
-
Yeah, you're right, o soda, you're right.
-
But he is in the secret place, and your father,
-
who sees in secret, will reward you openly. Listen very carefully, now,
-
please listen very carefully. God sees in secret. It's not
-
Kenneth Change is saying it. The Bible. Jesus himself is saying.
-
God sees what in secret.
-
So again I want to tell you, he doesn't see
-
what I see. Now.
-
I can see your face, I can see whether you're
-
sleeping or whether you're away. He doesn't care about the
-
external What man sees. He sees what I cannot, because
-
he sees in see secret, every secret thought, every secret feeling,
-
every secret thing. He sees that he doesn't see open,
-
he sees secret, okay, and then he will reward you openly.
-
Next slide.
-
I want to tell you this before I go into
-
other scriptures. Therefore, therefore, the real prayer, my dear brothers
-
and sisters, the real prayer happens on the inside of us.
-
Your inner voice, your second voice? What does what do
-
I mean by second voice?
-
I know I look at Daniel passa Daniel, and I say,
-
you look very good inside so ugly? Second voice, Rachel,
-
why are you dress this inside?
-
We are you so pretty?
-
Second voice? Rah whah? You know the Malaysia is so beautiful, right,
-
But I ain't gonna live here. Second voice, you understand
-
everybody hears the first voice, who hears the second the
-
one who sees in he only sees. In Japanese, they
-
tell me I've been there a few times area now
-
in Japan in front, bow bow bao.
-
Right, there's the culture.
-
But of course when you say Japanese, you shouldn't generalize, huh.
-
But this is your thought, my thought, what I was
-
told in Japan. Because when you go to a place
-
to buy stuff in the mall, for example, in the shop,
-
and you know they are bowing, and then you buy
-
or you don't buy, and then by the time you
-
walk out, they will complain about you already. That's what
-
I was told. They said, what kind of person is there?
-
Workin of customer?
-
Is there anyway you come in? Bow?
-
Everybody sees the outside. Everybody sees the outside. The second
-
voice is what God is concerned about. The second voice
-
is what God answers be healed in Jesus name, Rochelle,
-
I don't think you'll be healer. Second voice, cancer be
-
gone outside action hand waving inside cancer?
-
Can God really hear cancer? Second?
-
That's why we don't know why that second voice gets answered.
-
Ooh very silent.
-
So this is your real voice, your real you, your
-
last say so you have the first, say the second,
-
say the third, say the fourth, Oh very nicer your
-
food today?
-
Inside? Yeah? I would want to eat this again? Well
-
very nice? Are your restaurant outside? Wow? You know your
-
decorations so nice?
-
I can say, third, say you know, oh wow, you
-
know you you present your food so well on beautiful
-
baskets and plates, and oh your your your waitress and
-
waitresses are so beautiful. Fourth say fifth, say sixth A
-
last say inside of you as you walk out. I
-
will never come to this restaurant again. That's what matters.
-
That's how you know. There was a man I know
-
still alive. Eighty six is old this year. He was
-
the one that brought Chilis to Malaysia and brought Chili's
-
American Chilie to Singapore, and then he opened under a
-
chain of restaurant called Spaghetti's Uh and Uh rich men
-
and Christian and I sat with him, he says, Kenneth Chin,
-
I want to ask you what because I've been in
-
FMB for thirty forty years, I just want to ask
-
you because you are now a pastor of a church.
-
This was many years ago, twenty years ago. You're a
-
pastor of a church and I see church and restaurant.
-
You know all we are serving people. So do you know, Kenneth,
-
what is the one reason why restaurants fail or succeed?
-
And so I've got a good food, no bad food
-
or that. He says, No, it is the people serving you.
-
Thirty forty years of f and B, it is the
-
people serving you.
-
In you know this.
-
You know this that even though the ice cream was great,
-
but the service was bad. In your mind, I'm never
-
coming back here again. The people very nice, and the
-
food is mediocre, you might still come back. The preaching
-
may not be that great, it may not be Tdjkes
-
or whoever that you like. But the fellowship, the handshake,
-
the smile, the warmth, the community is what you keep
-
coming back for. It is people that makes a difference
-
to the business.
-
Amen.
-
So, but you got this last say, the last what
-
did you say before you left that restaurant is how
-
that restaurant will survive or not.
-
Everybody okay, all right.
-
So learn to manage who has the last say in
-
your life?
-
Learn to manage what. So. I have been learning this
-
for the last few months.
-
I'm telling you right now this message is very fresh
-
because the Lord has spoken to me and said, Kenneth,
-
I answer your thoughts, not just your words. So you
-
must manage it in such a way way by if
-
you're really praying for a cancer patient, your heart must.
-
Say yes, he is going to be healed.
-
And of course you have doubts, really that you get
-
shut up, you know you're saying, really, you have to
-
manage in that way. Keep quiet, because I'm gonna manage this.
-
I'm gonna I'm not gonna let my voice inside take over.
-
I'm going to tate, not let my voice dictate. I'm
-
going to dictate my voice. Everybody, Okay, I'm going to
-
tell my heart what to say.
-
It is going to be okay, it is going to
-
be okay.
-
It's very important you understand. You think only there's only
-
one voice. You know, every time you pray, there's two voices. Lord,
-
help me with my exam. Oh my God, can pass
-
or not? Lord, please give me all a's. But I
-
don't think the seventh exam I could can have a
-
because you know, you know what it is.
-
Your heart just continues, right, and.
-
So people come and encourage you and encourage your heart
-
so that your heart can begin to speak like God
-
wants you to speak. Everybody, okay, learn to manage who
-
has the last day in your life and let that
-
occupy you. Let that occupy The reason why my blood
-
sugar was higher was because for the past three months
-
I have been thinking that it would definitely be high.
-
Now of course you can see, yeah, Papasa is also
-
because you ate a lot of cakes. True, true, true,
-
I'm with you, I'm with you. But that is probably
-
the smallest easiest example I can give you. Now about
-
my test results. It can be the result of anything
-
else you're praying for. Watch your thought, life, Watch what
-
occupies takes over your thought because no one else can see.
-
You can be smiling out here by.
-
Inside like you're crying, crying on the inside, laughing on
-
the outside.
-
Meditate on that instead.
-
So the scripture says, finally, brethren, Philippines for it, Philippians
-
for it. Finally brethren, Ah, finally you all, what is
-
finally good for? Is good for the final Sunday of
-
the year. Finally is very what? Then finally, shoy, how
-
are finally okay?
-
Five? Okay, you heard everything already. Now finally what do
-
you need to hear?
-
You need to hear Whatever things are true, whatever things
-
are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure,
-
whatever things are lovely. In London they said love, lie,
-
love life. Whatever things are of good report if there
-
is any virtue, and if there is anything praise worthy,
-
mad detay on these things. Why is occupying your mind
-
this morning?
-
Yeah?
-
Sorry, occupy big? What are what feels your mind this morning?
-
Beautiful girl, I don't know it's okay, madity, mendititate think
-
about this manage oh by past I'm thinking about all
-
these bad news.
-
Don't manage it? How do you manage your company?
-
You let all the bad just say over no you
-
manage cannot come Aliah, manage it.
-
You know, don't live Sorry, everybody, stay on a stay back.
-
Do your work.
-
You manage you you you do this, you you you
-
do you manage.
-
You tell your thoughts, everybody.
-
Okay, you tell your thoughts what you think, otherwise you
-
be a mess eybody. Okay, okay, So let's look at
-
the next light. We are what we keep thinking about.
-
We are what we keep thinking about.
-
All right.
-
I remember there's a German joke and all of you
-
have seen that that video already where the guy says,
-
you know, I'm we're sinking. We are sinking, says this
-
ship and then they say what are you thinking about?
-
And that it's not the car sinking we're thinking about.
-
We are we are what we keep sinking thinking about. Okay,
-
and be careful because what you think and sink. So
-
let's look at the next slide. The real you, what.
-
I'm talking about people before we close, is the real you.
-
The real you, The real you.
-
Is the one that speaks inside right Seeyah, you look
-
at me one kind of you know, maybe you're saying
-
why this pastor talking like this?
-
You know what's going on inside? Yeah? Why so boring?
-
Why never tell jokes?
-
Are okay? What's going on inside is you, you know.
-
And that's why you will end up with twenty twenty
-
five being either good or bad, fruitful or not.
-
You end up being fuit fulfilled or not.
-
It is how you have allowed thoughts to feel your heart,
-
the real you versus the you you want others to
-
hear or see. God doesn't care about how you want
-
others to see you.
-
He doesn't care about that. He wants to care about.
-
How he sees you, and he doesn't just see the external.
-
He sees the secret place, your inner voice versus your
-
outer voice. Did you get that everybody let me see you,
-
not you here? If you got that so far?
-
Everybody got that very very important, very very important. Okay.
-
So if you want your.
-
Family to be at a good place, think about good
-
for your family. If you want to reconcile your brother
-
that you fought with for the last twenty five years,
-
think good about your brother, because if you keep still
-
still keep thinking bad about your brother, that.
-
We no reconciliation.
-
Somewhere along the line you're thinking must change.
-
Somewhere along the line.
-
You're thinking must change before twenty twenty six can be
-
different because if you thought the same way twenty twenty five.
-
Twenty twenty six is guaranteed to be the same.
-
But if you want twenty three six to be different,
-
even better, thing differently? All right, next life, Okay, here's
-
where all the scriptures are coming.
-
Are you ready?
-
And the Lord said to Abraham Genesis eighteen thirteen to fifteen,
-
Why did Sarah laugh?
-
Is there Sarah in this room? Says Sarah. Did she
-
say buzz Sarah? Buzzasandra? Uh?
-
Some people get mistaken. No, they say he busy Canada
-
buza you.
-
Know, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. In uh in UK.
-
You know, they spelled her name as zach A n
-
d Ra Xandra Xandra.
-
You know you Sandra is different Sandra. Yeah.
-
And the Lord said to Abraham, why did Sarah laugh?
-
Saying surely shall I surely bear? Charles Sea's have all Hey,
-
don't put up your hands. But how many of you
-
have laughed this year?
-
Canon?
-
Not?
-
Can oh?
-
I love the children out of the mouth of babes?
-
You have ordained praise the pasta no scripture? Have you
-
laughed kennon?
-
Not in New Zealand? You know when I said kenonot,
-
they said what thata I said?
-
Or not?
-
So you don't know? See you know English? Cano?
-
No?
-
Why did Sarah laugh? Why did you doubt? You know?
-
Nobody sat that. No body saw that? But but God?
-
Because I just told you he sees secret. He doesn't
-
see anything. Everything else I can see.
-
You can see. Why why do we need God? God?
-
So Sarah laugh? Even Abraham?
-
Do you know?
-
Even Sarah didn't know that got Ah?
-
Shall I surely bear chelcs? I'm all, she's thinking to herself.
-
I don't know how she laughed? Laughs? Maybe shall I
-
should be bear chelces at all? This is for the
-
sake of excuse I good job acting.
-
And then the Lord says, is anything too hard for
-
the Lord? Why he can't hear your whispers? Oh, it's
-
anything too hard for the Lord? He says, at the
-
appointed time, I will return to you according to the
-
time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. But
-
Sarah said, no, la, I didn't laugh. A lot of
-
us are liars. And I tell you seriously, sometimes when
-
I do counseling. I wish everybody was honest, then we
-
can get somewhere. Oh, I wish I was God, so
-
I can say, no you did no, you did laugh. No,
-
I didn't say anything like that.
-
No you did.
-
No.
-
I didn't complain about the bastard. No you did. How
-
you know?
-
No?
-
I didn't say anything bad about you know, the church?
-
No you did? No you did? You know? No you did?
-
You know?
-
He knows. I wish sometimes I'm like God when I do. So,
-
if you have the counseling, I will be so short. No,
-
so short.
-
Don't have to be three hours, five hours, three days,
-
three weeks.
-
No, three minutes.
-
My dear brother, The reason why you're institution is because
-
you have No I didn't, Yes you did.
-
It's close repent on the knees, crying. But because they
-
know that we are not God, we are man. Yes
-
you did, No I didn't. Yes you did.
-
No I didn't had three more days.
-
But with God, with God, no you did laugh. Case close.
-
That's why when this serment comes about, bassador, we got
-
I know you did. I know you did? How you know?
-
So you can you see this? Can you see this?
-
God sees what in secret? So you all go out,
-
all one hundred over of you go out. Do you
-
know what he's answering. He's answering, not what I'm swying.
-
He's answering what you're thinking. See, I care a bit nervous.
-
All right, Stop stop stop.
-
Thinking of that.
-
You want to overcome pornography, then stop thinking. I don't
-
you asked for trouble. Next one, that's you nine two
-
to four. Then behold, they brought to him a paralytic
-
lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their face, he
-
said to the paralytic son, be of good cheer. Your
-
sins are forgiven you. Wow, how many of you just
-
thank God that our sins are forgiven by only a
-
few of you? Wait, praise go Wow, Hey man, I
-
see some hands from the That's why God loves kids.
-
You know He loves kids us.
-
You know they're just so innocent and so pure before
-
his eyes. Yeah, parents might not fully agree, but never mind.
-
And at once some of the scribes. At once, some
-
of the scribes said, within themselves, this man blessphemes. They said,
-
within themselves, they said, within themselves, They thought to themselves, scribes,
-
these are religious teachers, okay, And listen. But Jesus, knowing
-
their thoughts.
-
Ay yai yai yai yai yai yi.
-
He knows their thoughts, said, why do you think evil
-
in your hearts? Okay, listen very carefully. What did Jesus answer?
-
He answered their thoughts. Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, meaning,
-
he gave them an answer, and the answer is not
-
what everybody.
-
Else on outside. The answer was at their thoughts. God,
-
answer this hour. Don't get me excited.
-
I'm really get excited because I really believe if you
-
get this, you're.
-
Gonna have such an amazing training twoey six. You won't
-
believe it. For the last three months itself.
-
Guys, I'm telling you what I have been having, victory
-
after victory, breakthrough off the breakthrough, financial break blessing of
-
the financial blessing, healing after healing, the test because I'm
-
managing my thoughts and saying, Lord, because you hear my
-
secret thoughts, I'm gonna manage them and offer them to
-
you as the true me. All right, here we.
-
Go, next next scripture.
-
Now Matthew twelve twenty four to twenty five. When the
-
Pharisees heard it, they said, this fellow does not cast
-
out demons, accept by Beilzbob. What is belsbab belizelbab means
-
lord of the flies. That is the English translation lord
-
of the flies. And you know that the devil is
-
the lord of flies. Flies appear when things are dirty things.
-
You know, people are poor and can't afford hygiene. When
-
the country is unclean, like one time in some parts
-
in Africa, flies are going everywhere on the child's face,
-
muchers and all. And they're shick because flies bring disease.
-
The lord of the flies is the devil. Bales About
-
is his name. And wherever their sickness is because of
-
the devil. Wherever there is a unclean things is because
-
of the devil. He is the lord beales about, the
-
lord of the flies. So they said, they said, they said,
-
this fellow does not cast out demons except by the
-
ruler of the demons.
-
But Jesus knew there.
-
Come on.
-
Jesus knew their.
-
Thoughts, and said to them, every kingdom divided against itself
-
is brought to desolation, and every city or how divided
-
against itself will not stand. One more question, same question.
-
What did Jesus answer. He's answering their thoughts. You know
-
what Jesus wants to today, your thoughts, my thoughts, the
-
real me and when the real me can be discipled,
-
we're talking about discipleship first, disciple first. When the real
-
meat can be really disciple, manage and transform, the outside.
-
Of me will come into alignment.
-
Some people try to change the outside first, so they
-
stand in front the mirror and they change their hairstyle,
-
they change their weight, the diet, all that they change.
-
They're trying to change the outside. But the inside we
-
are still broken in the inside. We are still messed up.
-
In the inside. We are still lust full, sinful, greedy,
-
you know, and all that unkind, cruel, emotional. Right, we
-
try to do a smart little bit about inside the
-
real you is the real prayer. Next one go, God answers.
-
Somebody say, amen, God, really he answers. God answers prayer.
-
But he answers. What we're really thinking about. So all
-
I'm asking you to do is we draw to a
-
close of this message and come into a new year,
-
is let's begin to see a change in the way
-
we think Ephesians three twenty. I think it's going to
-
be the fastest message I've ever done. Notice it because
-
from my nose, I think I'll be done in ten minutes.
-
Now to him who is able, hallelujah, to him who
-
is able.
-
I think.
-
The children trying to take notes on the tongues says now,
-
but the k r a karaha, I.
-
Remember last time? You know what Pasta said.
-
Hey, don't simply pray tonguaza and barbasa.
-
Okay.
-
Now to him who is able, who is able? God
-
is able? Can here good amen all across room? Who
-
is able? God is able? There is nothing impossible for God,
-
not just able. He's able to do exceedingly. Come on, someone,
-
somebody say, exceedingly exceedingly bundly exceedingly not enough, No, exceedingly
-
not enough, must be a bundanly above somemorrow, Oh that
-
we ask all.
-
Come on, ah this one. They don't preach very much.
-
Because us and you shall receive, seek and you shall
-
find not and you shall be open to you as
-
k A Skuns says for us seek no, okay a
-
s k I know a child doing sk x three companan.
-
Sorry they are quite confused. Now in the friendly again
-
above all that we ask, I know all of you
-
know how to ask but do you know how to
-
think or not.
-
Change? Training?
-
Sticks is going to be my healthiest year. Trade is
-
going to be my healthiest year. Lord, make me Kenneth
-
Chan the healthiest man in themoning, healthier than the healthiest
-
non Christian.
-
Lord. No, Christians are very healthy, very healthy. But why
-
should a child of God be less healthy? Lord?
-
Make me the healthiest Christian and slangon, Lord, I want
-
to think healthy, meditate and healthy things this year. Don't
-
keep thinking I would die.
-
I would die. I would die. I'll die.
-
When your time come to die, you would die?
-
The Lord? What think you home? Be ready? Everybody be ready?
-
I told my wife ready to day.
-
You know.
-
I hope to go before you because I don't know.
-
But I can live without you. Come on, come on, Rachel,
-
come on, I fight evenen. You got me a homie,
-
my homie. Ah? Yeah, how can I live without you?
-
I want you know? How could I breathe without you? Shut?
-
What are you thinking? What are you thinking about? What
-
are you thinking about? What are you thinking about?
-
You?
-
What are you thinking about? What are you thinking about?
-
My mother in law cannot change right now, forever forever
-
you will be. Yeah, I don't think i'll ever do well.
-
I don't think I'll ever make it a business. Don't
-
think I'll ever will be able to wake up early
-
in the morning to do my quiet time. He thinks
-
more data, then you won't do it. I'm not that
-
kind of person. That's not my DNA. I'm not an
-
early person.
-
You're very early. You sleep only two o'clock.
-
The money above all that we ask all come on
-
one more time. Think he can do exceedingly abundantly above
-
all that we think. T hah, I n kay think
-
according to the power that works in us. So the
-
Holy Spirit is here to help us. Amen to think right, Maddie.
-
Take right, your second voice, your real voice, your last say. Amen,
-
I really want because guys, I love you. Guys, you're
-
part of my church. God brought you here, No by accident.
-
Don't you think I want to see you succeed and
-
your family happy. That will be my greatest joy. I
-
don't get paid for this. You're not right, and it
-
doesn't matter because that's my calling. And yes, pastors and
-
people working for Jesus should get paid. That's the Bible.
-
But you know, I'm just saying. I'm just saying my
-
joy is to see you do well. If you come
-
up to me and said pastor two two five hours,
-
a break two year?
-
You think break two years again? What man? Come one?
-
Can you just have a break instead of a breakthrough?
-
Do you think I'd be like that? No, I'll be
-
the first one to say hallelujah.
-
Do I ask you for commission?
-
Oh?
-
You did so well?
-
Like to see you're with my commission? No, my commission
-
is in heaven?
-
Are you also read? Your joy? Really is my dear life?
-
Think like a winner, Think like someone who's well, Think
-
like someone who's healthy. Thinkler. So I very careful. The
-
doctor said, I think you can start pick a ball again?
-
Right then you No? No, never right, careful, careful because
-
I have to push it to my own self, so
-
I have to change. Yeah, I think I'll get back
-
to it. Slowly, but surely I think I will. You know.
-
Not to say I think I will, you know, because
-
you gotta think like that. You got you got no
-
need to figure. You gotta see yourself playing again. Some
-
of you maybe broken relationships. You gotta see yourself loving again.
-
You gotta see yourself, you know, Or I'll never be
-
married at my age, you know, sell five at my age. Yeah,
-
I heard some people laughing here, So did Sarah? Ha?
-
You know? Does she she laughed? Kiss you?
-
I thought she she was the everything. Nobody saw you.
-
Nobody saw you, but God did.
-
Dug game? Guy cannot wan cannot. You don't know who
-
I am. You don't know who I'm bringing. You don't
-
know who my father, my mother is. You don't know.
-
I don't have money?
-
You do you? If you saw my salary slip, you
-
will slip fall and bring your head. Have you seen
-
my salary?
-
Sleep? Hallo, hallo my salary sleep? What is that? What
-
is that? How you spell? How you spell? Ery? C
-
E l E r y? Vegetails? Veggietail?
-
Okay, why this one? Never watch vegetails. You must watch vegetails. No,
-
the vegetables from God? You watched before vegetails? Oh salary?
-
Huh broccoli?
-
Do you like salery?
-
No? Uh, broccoli? Bring Joe? You like a little bit? Okay,
-
she likes a little bit. And it's that one day
-
I asked a lady are you pregnant? The lady a
-
little bit?
-
You I don't like or don't like that vegetable? Hello,
-
who's your parents?
-
To me? No?
-
Just kidding. Okay, I know your parents are okay, fine.
-
Get into trouble, uh Matthew nine twenty to twenty two,
-
and suddenly, oh, my trouble. A woman who had a
-
flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and
-
touched the hem of his garment. For she said to herself,
-
oh my, do you get it? Or don't you get it?
-
She said to herself, waw before she came out of
-
a houser. Before she even touched Jesus, she already said
-
to herself self.
-
She said, self, self.
-
Controller, while you're all really listening, la very good, wrong
-
and serf, but really listening.
-
Well done, very good.
-
My wife will say F for effort, F for effort,
-
very good, well done, So good self control. Okay, let's
-
move on to another thing all together, she said self.
-
As soon as you touch the hand of his government,
-
you will be hell self. As soon as you meet him,
-
you will be well self. As soon as you come
-
to church, you gotta be as soon as you as
-
soon you step into church, you're gotta be happy. You
-
might be set now in at home, but as soon
-
as you praise and worship, you're gonna be lifted up
-
self self, you're gonna pass this exam self, You're gonna
-
make it. Amen, she said to.
-
Uh self.
-
She said to herself, did you know her prayer? Her
-
prayer was already answered before if she would have came out,
-
she said, I.
-
Know, she said, I think. She said to herself.
-
It's gonna be a great year ahead, so says self,
-
So says so says yourself. Right, Yes, it's going to
-
be no matter what, No matter what, you know. When
-
we are with Jesus, we are on the winning side already.
-
Whether we live or die, we still win.
-
We still win. We've done Christian funerals.
-
You haven't been Oh you haven't been baptized, as you heard.
-
Okay, I can do it for you. Now you.
-
Are. You're too young, too young, you must be you
-
must be twelve years old, you want okay?
-
Good?
-
All the children here, I hope that one day you'll
-
be baptized. Okay, very good? Wow, different topic together, excuse,
-
different topic, very good?
-
Be ready in an hour season, Yeah, just don't ask me.
-
May babysic before it. Say go back to your mother
-
as them okay.
-
So Jesus turn around, and when he saw her, he said,
-
be of good cheer, be happy, be joyful, rejoys. Why
-
because your faith has made you? Well, what's the faith?
-
What's the faith?
-
Just her thinking, just her thinking, that's faith.
-
No maybe no, no, maybe as soon as I touch him,
-
I will be here. Then go out, Then go out
-
and touch him.
-
You with me, because you can touch him? Do you know?
-
Only this lady touched him? Right in that way? Jesus
-
had to say who touched me? And the disciple said, Lord,
-
maybe it's too hot.
-
Your brain's not working. I don't know.
-
But because there are many people touching, everyone is touching you.
-
So listener, you can come to church.
-
Everybody here touching, touching, touching, touching, touching.
-
Toching, but nothing did you hear that?
-
Because we don't touch him by faith? He had to say,
-
who touched me?
-
Boom boom boom boom boom boom, Who touched me? Boom?
-
You know that song? Okay? Okay, no, Lia, you only
-
listen to Christian music and right.
-
Shook her abi okay, who touched me?
-
Who touched me?
-
Jesus, Jesus, Hello, hello lord Lord, you's a water.
-
Dehydrated, can't thing?
-
Probably people are all around him touching his clothes touching
-
his hair, smelling, Wow, the shampoo so nice? What's the
-
shampoo that Jesus used?
-
Follow me? Follow me, follow me? Everybody smell his head?
-
Follow me?
-
Said you, what's he talking about? I know you don't
-
know what follow me is right, because you're don't you shampoo?
-
Right? I'm kiddy love you. I love you? You don't you shampoo?
-
Okay, don't hold out, don't sool out your bummy here,
-
don't sold up mommy.
-
Hey?
-
Okay, oh, in one, no, save money, say money to
-
in one now.
-
Okay.
-
So everybody's touching him, but nobody is getting nothing except
-
one lady.
-
Who touched me, meaning who touched me by faith.
-
This lady already came saying to herself, if I I
-
will be, if I I will be, if I I
-
will be Romans ten, nine to ten. We're drawing to
-
a close down because the children may be hungry. Okay,
-
by myself that if you confess with your mouth. Oh okay,
-
confess starts first. Confess starts first. Everyone here know how
-
to confess the Lord Jesus. But how many of us
-
here know how to believe in your heart? Believe where?
-
Believe?
-
Where in your heart cannot see you, and cannot see
-
you me. No one can see but God confess. Everyone
-
can hear. Believe in your heart. Only God can see
-
you will be saved. Confess and believe in your heart.
-
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with
-
the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
-
Both are needed mouth and heart.
-
How many of you know there's a scripture that says,
-
God looks at the heart while men thank you, while
-
men look at the outward appearance.
-
Stop living your life after the outward appearance.
-
Please, twenty twenty five you're living all those of the
-
others can see, others can clap. You will have your reward,
-
the Bible says, But please, what you and I really
-
need to be rewarded with and about is the real me.
-
The real me is what I think and continue to think.
-
So believe in your Make sure your heart before twenty
-
twenty five ends and twenty three six comes. Make sure
-
your heart and my heart is in the right place.
-
Somebody say, Amen, in a good place, in a healthy place.
-
So Psalms nineteen fourteen continues. Psalms nineteen fourteen says, let
-
the words of my mouth confession and the mad ditation
-
of my heart be acceptable in your side, Oh Lord,
-
my strength and my redeemer. Everybody, okay with this? Can
-
I be clearer? Can I be clearer? As lawyers, we
-
learn to state our case and to make it so
-
air tight, you know, either as a prosecution or defense counsel,
-
we want to make our case so air tight that
-
you know it has no case after that, all right,
-
And the judge says, you know, okay, the prosecution has
-
made their case or the defense, and beyond reasonable doubt,
-
you know, they make their judgment. Of course, you know.
-
Recently our former prime minister, you know, got what he
-
got because the judge could not believe within himself the
-
case that was brought you know, before him by the defense,
-
and he believes the prosecution.
-
Is how he works, is how he works.
-
The judge above, he is God, and he needs to
-
be convinced whether what we say with our mouth and
-
believe in our hearts are one or are we saying
-
one thing and thinking another thing. So the words of
-
my mouth and the med dictation of my heart must
-
be pleasing.
-
Come on, everybody, pleasing pleasing.
-
You know how you please God? You please him when
-
you follow his word. Obey his truth, you will please him.
-
And so the word of God must be what you
-
think about. If he says you are beautiful, then you
-
are beautiful, even though you think you're ugly.
-
Are you with me?
-
If he says you're precious, then you are precious, even
-
though you think you are invaluable. If he's evailable means
-
no value. Okay, she's asked me a question. Okay, I'll
-
answer you later. Okay, stard, Okay, but you understand what
-
I'm trying to say.
-
Very important.
-
If he says you are wonderfully made, then I'm wonderfully made.
-
But my parents said I was a mistake, never planned.
-
That's what my parents said. I love, but God made me.
-
And God says I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I
-
align my thoughts.
-
To his word.
-
You will never be successful. Well hold on Joshua one
-
verse eight. And this book of the Law shall not
-
depart from your mouth. But you shall meditate in it
-
day at night, and do all this according to written
-
in it. That's written in it, and you shall make
-
your way prosperous. You shall have good success, says the
-
word of God. Line align aligned to the truth, and
-
the word is truth, John seventeen seventeen.
-
I believe, sanctify them by your truth.
-
Your word is truth, and you shall know the truth,
-
and the truth will set you free. Come on, everybody
-
as we close. What is going on in your heart
-
right now? And can you believe God for greater things?
-
Believe starts in your heart. Confess with your mouth, believe
-
in your Do you know where doubt is? Doubt also
-
is in your heart. Get rid of it, Get rid
-
of it. Don't worry. You know what this is. This
-
is the thing about doubt. This is the thing about doubt.
-
How if I get it wrong? How if I get
-
it wrong? How if I pray, pray, pray and I
-
get it wrong? How do I pray, pray, pray and
-
I get it wrong? Listen to me? This is this
-
is the way I live my life. I rather believe
-
rather this, This is how I say. The food said
-
this is. I rather die belie believing than to live
-
doubting seriously, because if I die believing, when I appear
-
before God, God say well done, you believed it was
-
your last breath.
-
But if I live.
-
Doubting, I also get nothing, because God never answers doubt.
-
Already in the Book of James. He says, don't think
-
that man shouldn't think he will get anything from the Lord,
-
because he's a.
-
Double minded man.
-
I also with me, So we want God to answer
-
our press, trainy train sicks, don't we? And I'm sure
-
in this room are there are many press you got,
-
Prayers for your family members that are not yet saved,
-
prayers for your colleagues are not yet saved, Prayers for
-
breakthrough in your finances, break through in your health. I'm
-
sure there are many prayers in this room. But please,
-
this is the way idea is not answered or it's answered.
-
The real prayer happens inside. Begin to think the prayers
-
you want on said, is my encouragement to all of us.
-
Begin to think the prayers you want to answer. Is
-
the way I want. Let the meditation of your heart
-
be acceptable. Okay, as we draw to the last lap.
-
But the Lord said to Samuel first Samuel sixteen seven,
-
do not look at his appearance or his at his
-
physical stature, because I have refused him. Oh, God has
-
refused him. Can God refuse us?
-
Yeah?
-
It looks like the word of God agrees that God
-
can refuse somebody for the Lord does not see as
-
man sees.
-
That's right, I told you from the beginning he does not.
-
In fact, your husband and wife are you don't even
-
really know what's going on with your husband or wife.
-
Seriously, I'm telling you this this.
-
Only God knows your wife better than anyone else or
-
your husband. Sometimes husbands and wives, we also some of
-
us keep things to ourselves or don't tell my wife
-
otherwise I worry her or don't tell her husband. So
-
even the closest people to us, all right, they're looking
-
at our outward appearance.
-
But God doesn't see all that. He sees the heart.
-
And as I get ready to pray for you, I
-
want all of you to close twenty twenty five with
-
your heart in the right place. But just give me
-
a few more minutes because I don't want you up here.
-
And then you know, suddenly you're not hearing what I'm
-
about to say.
-
But thank you so much for being ready to come up.
-
I appreciate that. But what do you think, says Matthew
-
twenty one. What do you think? What do you think?
-
A man had two sons? Oh, listen to this. This
-
is very very good. This is very very good. Okay, listen,
-
listen to this. This is so good.
-
It is so good.
-
A man had two sons, and he came to the
-
first and said, son, go work today in my vineyard.
-
He said, and answered and said, I will not. What
-
did his mouth say? What did his mouth say? I
-
will not? But afterward he regretted it. And when why
-
did he regret it? Because he thought differently? His mouth
-
said one thing.
-
Moya, no Ah, Canada won't do I will never.
-
I will never.
-
In London, right in Britain. Nava never will ever do that,
-
Nava never, Ava.
-
So I will never a mound do anyone anybody, anybody great.
-
I will never, you know, get a scholarship.
-
I will never.
-
And then he regretted. I hope some of you in
-
this room can regret a little bit and go do
-
the will of the father, because there's another guy, another son.
-
Then he came to the second and likewise said he answers.
-
I said, I go.
-
Ah, So you pray very well, outsider, yes, Lord, oh, yes, Lord,
-
oh yes well, and chicken whoa, all the words are
-
coming out, English, King King, English, all the prayers.
-
Wow, very good.
-
Ten minutes of prayer inside bug bugehead inside, cannot la,
-
I cannot last.
-
You cannot want cancer. I comme on, you be gone.
-
Maybe maybe maybe he won't answer my prayer. Maybe cancer,
-
because I think he should die.
-
Manage that, manage that man key.
-
Quiet, be one with the mouth, mouth, be one with
-
your heart, Confess with your mouth. Believe in your heart.
-
You shall be saved, not maybe safe. You shall be saved.
-
But how you're wrong, Never mind. I'd rather be believing
-
and wrong, No problem. I believe. I am a believer.
-
The Bible didn't call me doubter. The Bible coming believer.
-
So my job is to badlieve, is to be believe.
-
So he says, I go, sir, I go, I will serve.
-
I will come for prenanting.
-
I will, I will, I will, I.
-
Will Inside I know, I don't think I've got excusity
-
inside inside that I'll say. It's raining, but today Sunday,
-
you know, you know it's raining on Tuesday? Yeah, I know.
-
I know it's gonna rain.
-
I know, I might. You know I'm not well. I
-
have a headache. Oh you know on Sunday? Do you
-
have a head on Tuesday? Yeah? I know, because see developing?
-
Excuse day right, mouth you know the mouth that we
-
are all way familiar with. Let's see, yeah in London,
-
what happens past the David says to me, He asked,
-
are you coming on Sunday?
-
We will see how? See how? Yeah, I don't know better.
-
There's a Chinese name? Or not? See how? Because see how?
-
It's very popular? See how? Right? But inside idea? No?
-
So which one gets unset? The inside? The inside always wins.
-
I pray as I close that there will be a
-
little bit of regret, just a little bit.
-
So throughout twenty twenty five.
-
I've been living with my thoughts dictating, and I didn't
-
know it, but I regret enough to say, even though.
-
I say no, I will never in my heart I say,
-
I go, who did the will of the Father? You'll
-
answer the first? The first?
-
Somebody just said, Matthew, not wrong, ih, Matthew the first.
-
We want to do the will of the Father, yes
-
or no? And what prayers get answered the will? If
-
we pray according to his will, he answers, yes, so
-
we are doing his will. He answers, so once again,
-
in the name of Jesus, every prayer here that will
-
be prayed towards the end of twenty twenty five, coming
-
twenty twenty six, In the Mighty name of Jesus.
-
I pray that each and every one of them will
-
be answered.
-
From trouble in the family, trouble your finances, need for help,
-
need for breakthrough, in the mighty name of Jesus, according
-
to the power that works in you, and how you
-
think and what you meditate on. I pray God will
-
hear you and see in the secret place and reward
-
you openly. Final scripture for the day. And then we
-
draw to a close. Romans twelve two. Children, Are you okay?
-
Yes? Have you stopp writing already? One more? Romans twelve two,
-
I promise you is the last one? Is the last one?
-
Or no place? Are because so many scriptures? Right? Sorry?
-
Are okay? You okay? Well done? Well done? Well done?
-
Romans Chapter twelve, Verse two. What does it say?
-
Come now? Everybody read it? Would get it ready?
-
One?
-
Two? And do not be conformed to this world.
-
But be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that
-
you may prove what is that good and acceptable and
-
perfect will of God.
-
This is how it's going to happen for all of us.
-
Just renew your mind.
-
And you will experience transformation like you never experienced. Last
-
slide for the day. This is what you and I
-
must do as we close. How do we renew our
-
minds past? How do we renew our minds?
-
Well? Number one, stop the all thinking. Stop it.
-
But you don't understand to stop, but you do not
-
under than Stop but I've never won a company.
-
To stop. You don't know my background. Stop you don't know.
-
I've been feeling heart palpitations and da da da da
-
da dada.
-
Stop.
-
Okay, okay, maybe it's real, Maybe you should go for
-
a medical checkoup. But just stop thinking that you die tomorrow.
-
Stop thinking that this particular pain will kill you. Stop
-
thinking that you will not be able to afford the
-
good things in life. Stop thinking that your children will
-
never come back to church. Stop, let all regrets go,
-
Let all the past stop here. Don't take it into
-
twenty threety six, And then what do you do? Don't
-
just stop? Start the new, start the new way of thinking,
-
start thinking afresh, a new start believing again.
-
Start believing again, believe again. So howurs you know?
-
As we grow older with doubt, more young people they
-
believe faster and they say, yeah, of course, you're young,
-
young and foolish, but you know, God says, God says
-
what they must come to me like children, childlike faith.
-
Are you coming to show me something? Okay, yes, okay,
-
all right, she wants to say something to me. Yeah,
-
it's okay. I'll see you later. Okay, thank you so much.
-
Final one, Submit to the word. Submit to the word.
-
What does the word of God have to say for
-
my life?
-
Ladies and gentlemen.
-
As a final testimony, you might not notice, but I
-
was also an unplanned child. When my father came back
-
from til fighting for the Malaysian Army, he didn't even
-
know that my mother was pregnant with me. At the
-
same time, my mother wanted a divorce with my father.
-
She left him, left hext rode chunk, cut book, bin tongue.
-
That's where we stayed.
-
Left that went back to Singapore where she comes from,
-
and started to party, found a new boyfriend. And new
-
boyfriend said, why is your stomach getting big? Begger heavy? Checked,
-
She didn't know it was me. My father came back,
-
asked my grandmother, where's my wife?
-
She said, she's left you.
-
No surprises because my father wasn't a very good husband.
-
So he went to Singapore to pick up my sister,
-
who's two years older than me. He didn't know about me.
-
And then my mother says, I want to divorce you,
-
and this is my new fiance. New fiance I told
-
you before, same name as my father, Bernard, and I
-
scratched my head. How come some women don't learn what
-
I know? And that navy man said I want nothing
-
to do with your past, so she had to give
-
up her children. I told this story in London. One
-
mother could even believe it. She said, Ah, moms don't
-
simply give up the children. But I won't blame her.
-
I will never blame this mother, who I don't really know.
-
I will forgive her, and I have forgiven her because
-
she also didn't know. Jesus on the Cross said, Father,
-
forgive them, for they know not what they do. I
-
forgave my mother, all right. My father says her, whose
-
son is?
-
This?
-
Takes me home no time to bring me up, So
-
my grandmother brings me up, bore me and Lynette, my sister,
-
sleeps on the floor in my grandmother's room, woken up
-
by a five o'clock in the morning.
-
Pampa Papa, Pampa Pa redifusion. We wake up, We wake
-
up right.
-
I get borrowed clothes even or underwear from uncle's family
-
because no money to a Ford clothes. Listen, I'm sharing
-
a testimony with you because what you see today is
-
a man that refused to live by excuses. And my
-
father was a drug addict, and I help him to
-
smoke his drugs, his ganja in his bottle. He can't
-
reach the top of the bottle. So Kenny, he calls me,
-
come and light up my ganja.
-
You know how long?
-
I did it for six to twelve six years, and
-
God spared my life because I never do any ganja,
-
but I could light up for my dad. God is real,
-
God is good. I did my college even though I
-
will finish my school. I told you, no one even
-
took me to school. On the first day, my bus
-
man scolded me for not knowing what school.
-
Huh, stupid boy.
-
We first day of school? Can stupid boy about six times?
-
Because I see students going down the bus. I want
-
to go down. Not your turn in cantennis. Stupid because
-
because no mother, no father, grandmother, didn't didn't show you
-
what the school is, didn't even show you what a
-
bus callar is what a school bus is? You know?
-
I'm walking in this dark six o'clock in the morning,
-
six fifteen in the morning, walking into a bus a stranger.
-
My grandmother says, they's Strongla Shongla says, go out the
-
busway will know how to take you. Listen, ladies, German.
-
If I wanted to tell you why I should be
-
a drug eddict and why I should have all these
-
thoughts of suicide, lad this, lad I tell you the
-
truth that there is a God in heaven who is great, faithful, amazing,
-
who loves us, who is forgiveness in himself, within himself,
-
he has all the forgiveness for our sins. I used
-
to maybe I'm preaching the Cospels right now. Maybe it's
-
someone here who needs to give your heart to Jesus.
-
I don't know, but as I close. I went to
-
study law because my father said, oh, I want my
-
son to be a lawyer. I only watched movies and
-
saw that lawyers look quite school. I never knew I
-
could be a lawyer. I went to the cheapest school
-
in town. The school was called what rima college? Is
-
it still around? No? I can't even you if I
-
had children, Oh, let's go back and see my college
-
