You're listening to a message to go from acts church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
It's important for us to unpack the vision all right. Now,
-
I want to let you, don't want to encourage you
-
or whatever we're going to teach today. It's not just
-
the vision of the house. It's not just for you
-
to understand the vision of the house.
-
All right.
-
What we're going to teach today can be applied to
-
your daily lives. Can be applied to your daily lives.
-
We need to unpack I think a lot of times
-
in our daily life, if you're not wrong, we run
-
from one day to another day. A lot of things.
-
We don'tunpack one. We just rush through the day. The
-
moment you get up, right, it's either you look at
-
your handful, you look at different things. A lot of
-
messages and a lot of priorities come in. But very
-
seldom we unpacked the day. I mean by saying unpacked
-
the day, meaning we say that by then you finish,
-
finish your assignment at your workplace. Very seldom we go
-
back home to unpack what happened in the situation, what
-
happened in that circumstances. And most time, if you're not careful.
-
We keep repeating back the same things. I like to
-
use the analogy of us going to groceries to buy groceries.
-
We keep buying the same staff in our freees because
-
we seldom I'm packed. What's in our freezer? You know,
-
freezers are normally very deep, right, correct? You know it's
-
a freezer, all right, it's not cold storage at the workplace, okay, freezer, right, freezer,
-
very deep right right at the very bottom of your
-
like twenty little freezer.
-
Right by time you.
-
Reach the bottom, you don't, we forget what's inside there.
-
So recently I've saw a venture my freezer. I realized
-
I got three packers or four packets of different same spices,
-
but different dates expirated year twenty twenty one, year twenty
-
twenty three, year twenty and twenty five, right, only because
-
I forget that I actually have the thing in my freezer.
-
That's because we're very seldom unpacked, just because we can
-
squeeze in right, push it one more, it's come on,
-
it's it's another packet. Doesn't cost much, but if you
-
add up, it does cost something. So we have unpacked
-
to understand what we have in our life. Come on,
-
we have unpacked to understand be better the vision all
-
your personal life. We have unpacked to understand. Because one
-
there is understanding. One, there is knowledge. One, there is one,
-
there is enlightenment. We can undertake what's in front of
-
us many times, right, if we are honest with ourself.
-
We started this, We started this shail with vision.
-
And goals to quite that certain thing you want to achieve.
-
Okay, like every service I asked before, I'm sure some
-
of you have reached your ideal weight, ideal way y
-
have you set target that you want to lose, like
-
you know, like ten fifteen, twenty kilos? Right, I'm sure
-
so we have achieved it. Look at Charles, it's so
-
so lean right now right waiting as well? Right, Albert
-
and I are on the way. Yeah yeah, Albert always readly.
-
I'm on the way, all right. But you know we
-
start the year with with with with strength, with vision,
-
but you know, come set goal setting. We entered the
-
month of June July August. That this period I called
-
that that that that dessert or desert period. We get
-
lost with different parorities coring up, we get lost in
-
different pressure and very seldom we try to understand actually
-
what happened, what causes us to lose motivation.
-
So we need to unpack to understand it.
-
Maybe Dune, July August, the different pressure came in and
-
totally forgot what I set my goals to be in
-
the beginning of the year and stuff like that. So
-
once we understand, comes December, because oh my goodness, twelve
-
months has passed, I didn't do anything about my room.
-
Twelve months has part.
-
I didn't do anything abo I set up in the
-
beginning to set up to do right. So once we
-
have better understand, we can undertake. Okay, there's a brief
-
reminder of the big vision.
-
Very important.
-
It's very important for you and me to revisit the
-
big vision being the church all your personal life. Many
-
times we write vision right, friends, we write one time
-
it's get shot under the power of other visions. If
-
you understand, try to say so, let's revisit the vision.
-
Hyperical two fourteen. Hypercal two fourteen reminds us the earth
-
should be filled with the knowledge of the glory of
-
God as the water comes the sea. That's the big vision.
-
There's the vision. We hope that it will come to pass.
-
It will come to pass. Genesis one of verse twenty
-
eight says that be fruitfull and multiply feel the earth
-
stop doing dominion over the fish of the sea.
-
So that's big vision, friends.
-
But as much as you know the big vision, how
-
many of us remember, really, by the end of last
-
week's teaching, we still remember the Big vision? I mean
-
last week doctor. I'm sure he's a fantastic teachailer, right,
-
trying to be all right, he's.
-
A fantastic teacher. He taught you.
-
All right, how many you remember before you keep me
-
to church today?
-
Right? You remember the big vision?
-
We tend to forget I mean normal because you know
-
I said, you know, unless we write it down and
-
remember it on a daily basis, we forget. Just like
-
our personal life as well. We forget the promises of
-
God sometimes because of the different things we go to
-
in our daily lives. And that's why sometimes if you're
-
not careful, right, we keep buying books but never read. Ah, see,
-
these members a good time to say all these things.
-
We keep buying books, but you never read. Cookbooks never opened.
-
But it looks good on the shelf, if you.
-
Know what I mean.
-
Because when you think instagrammed with the cookbook beside you. Right, friends,
-
you look a bit chefy. It's true. You've got on
-
zooma with a library books behind you. Smart educated, right,
-
it's true. Right, you know it's true because something a
-
lot of books behind me and when on zoom then
-
after that, because I had to do some work and
-
some excellent people to ask me, well, I always have
-
the same book as you, because you know the title
-
of the book that you kept growing a bit, you
-
know what I mean. Because you know the title of
-
the book, you can sort of like ban your way
-
to rite some truths.
-
Right.
-
But here's the thing I want to encourage you, friends,
-
we must remember the purpose of the big vision to
-
feel the earth, just like what's the purpose that you
-
put out the.
-
Vision for your life?
-
Because though the state myself is very good, friends, just
-
a couple of days ago, so our staff at a YA,
-
we prominely have a stuff devotion that happens, right, So
-
we broke people into team different teams, team A, B, C, D, E. Right,
-
and we're supposed to go to different passages of the
-
Bible to teach. But after what happens that itself brainstorming
-
and gleaning from.
-
The word like this chapter like so this chapter that they.
-
Wanted to was supposed to mean to us right personally,
-
everyone turned to cheg Gibt because no time ye understand,
-
So they say, Chegbt, summarize extradus that you wanted ty
-
two And Chgibt does give a very good summary, very
-
good summary, so good until friends, she cut offs, don't
-
really believe that we actually understand what trying to say
-
because it sounded so good, you know, the England sound
-
not very good, very good friends, And after we actually
-
can forget what's extradus that you want to do all about?
-
Because the way it was summarized, it was summarized with
-
perfect tenses and everything like that, which is not us
-
sometimes some very good but majority of us already that way.
-
So what happens, friends, We need to remember the purpose
-
and what feel the earth? How the passion come on?
-
The passion very important even you know the purpose. Friends,
-
If there is no passion, if there's no passion, if
-
there is no how what happens. It will just land
-
up on the piece of paper. It will just land
-
up on a piece of paper. The passion that how
-
is be fuitful and multiplied. That is application. There must
-
be some sort of application, which is the why the
-
practice to be a blessing to be sought and light.
-
So friends, it is not just what fuel the earth,
-
which we all know, but it's also how the passion
-
I pray there all over wake up every day with
-
a sense of passion very important. You can wake up friends,
-
you go like, oh so gloomy. You can wake up
-
like I don't feel like going to work. You can
-
wake up. We go through our different days and I'm
-
not asking us to be perfect, but more times you
-
have to wake up with passion, excitement and zeal then
-
like oh I just don't like today, because without the passion, friends,
-
it will just be a vision.
-
I think a lot of us.
-
By the time we actually go home to be with
-
a lot of friends, we have a cycle of vision.
-
If it's true, we have a sack of vision that
-
we never even attempt to achieve.
-
To try to work at it.
-
It's very important for you and I to understand to
-
put into practice what we have heard, put the practice
-
to be a sort and light to be a blessing.
-
Because we're applying what we have hurt our friends. We
-
get stuck when you know a lot of knowledge, what
-
happens we get puffed up afterward. It will be a
-
display of knowledge rather than the display of application. And
-
we and I will buy books books on people who
-
have all come because there is application. Very seldom I
-
think we reach out for books. It's just theory, isn't
-
it true? If it's just theory, there will be what
-
our sbm textbook of those college books.
-
Right.
-
So it goes on to reminds us strengths the mission
-
for extras. Now, the big vision is fulfilling the earth.
-
The mission is to disciple. Come on the mission, disciple.
-
We may not be able to fulfill the big vision
-
with the knowledge of the glory of God, but what
-
we could do is to be fruitful and multiply. We
-
can be fruitful and multiply. That's a that's a that's
-
a blank that you can feed up fru full and multiply.
-
You have to be we have to multiply. As a
-
believer of friends, there must be fruitfulness in our life
-
because without fruitfulness, when we can multiply, many of us
-
try to multiply when we are not frue full wipe,
-
but we stretch ourselves very thin. We stretch ourselves very thing.
-
After what happens, we can't burnout, we get tired. We
-
get this courage you and I today we have to
-
be fruit full first. The Bible says be fruitful, then
-
only you multiply. But we try to multiply first, then
-
be full threads. Chances is that you would crack first,
-
You would give up first before you could even attempt
-
to be fruitful if you attempt to multiply first without
-
knowing where your strength comes from.
-
We are knowing your.
-
Roots, how your roots are You and I will crack
-
you and I will give up.
-
You're being so overwhelmed.
-
That's why we want to encourage all of your to
-
get into the world, to get into the world to understand,
-
so that we know how to about what does it
-
mean to be fruitful and to multiply? First of all,
-
to make disciples it zero point one. Make disciples. Friends,
-
You and I need to come to this place of
-
making disciples. That's what it's all about a Christianity. See
-
many times friends, we talked about making disciples. You know,
-
we're talking about just spending time. I'm spending them with
-
this individual, So I'm making disciples.
-
Friends. It's more than just spending time.
-
It's very intentional to produce leaders Now, I know, I
-
understand the word leaders may not be.
-
In the Bible.
-
However, there are examples or trait of leadership in Jesus' life.
-
There's trait of in jesus life. There there is about leadership. Now,
-
there's a statement here. A true disciples is not just
-
a follow of Christ and the leaders amen. A lot
-
of people say I follow Christ, but also follow how
-
Christ led and raise others. This is another year I
-
want to pain you know, I'm sure you have it
-
at your work place. You celebrate people's birthday. Right, there's
-
a slice of cake. There's a cake that's the big cake,
-
that slice to kapap. So there are some people who
-
likes everything the cream, the frosting, the cream, the cake layer,
-
the cream, the cake and or the kind of shake
-
me like that you when you consume the cake and
-
can even well done man, no way stage hallelujah. Right,
-
you consume everything that people serve to you, right, the
-
one slice, the cream, the ice, sing everything, right, I
-
see Right, there's some of us in the office, in
-
my office. Right in my office, they will scrip off
-
the cream, right, anything to do with cream. That that
-
the one layer, it's like fat in from the part,
-
like they scrap it off, like fat below the fried
-
chicken skin, to scrip it off.
-
Right.
-
My wife is like, I've apologize repair before you. My
-
wife is like that right, not just crip off, not
-
just crip off the cream of friends, the tinners.
-
Slice possible, I will have a slice.
-
I want it very thin, jo by one mm if possible.
-
Let's say something. Sometimes we follow Christ that way.
-
We don't take the fullness of what the Bible says. Ah,
-
we just want a bit only sufficient, sufficient.
-
No cream, no warners or whatever. I just only want.
-
And there's one girl.
-
Of people, just one more girl of people who just
-
wants the crumbs. You know what the crumbs is that
-
when you slice the cake, that crumbs on the right,
-
the crumbs, bit the kick crumbs. You just want to
-
taste a bit onney because once you taste the bea,
-
I ate the cake.
-
If you taste a bit, you eat the cake.
-
And I fall into the people who eat the crumbs.
-
I just take one crumb and say, who don't want
-
to take so little? Don't I just want this small
-
little like jope or one gram kind of thing tasted. Okay,
-
I can take so my cup and just stuff like that.
-
Right now, What I'm trying to say his friends. Many times,
-
even if our own Christian walk, but we look at Christ,
-
some of us are just taking the crumbs.
-
I just only want a bit. I'm not I don't.
-
But the big, friends, is not what Christ wants us.
-
He wants us to dive straight in to have everything.
-
That's how a person visualized when the persons the cake.
-
None of the layers are there just to make it pretty.
-
I want you to really understand that. So none of
-
the scripture was in the Bible. I just fore there
-
for extra like this guy's so freet Let's try it
-
another scripture for you, So Phelix.
-
To give another law for you.
-
No, every law has a reason for existence, and friends,
-
if we apply it, friends, there's a reason why God
-
put it there.
-
We may not have the full understanding of it yet, but.
-
There's the reason why God put the scripture in there
-
for you and me to live it out well. So
-
that's why this statement is there. That A lot of
-
times we say I'm a follow of Christ, but I'm exempted.
-
I got exemption, But first if you look straight into
-
the world of God, there is no exemption.
-
There is no exemption.
-
So it's I don't be followed of it, don't and
-
I'll be honest with ourselves. So I tell people these days,
-
I say I don't take cakes. I don't, so they
-
don't serve me. After that, gus are very hungry. Right
-
point number two is that turning every people liver into
-
a partner very bother friends, turning every pitch.
-
I'm turning every believer into a partner.
-
Why is because we need to learn how to partner
-
with God, partner.
-
With the Holy Spirit.
-
And there is so much potential because once you become
-
a partner of friends, there's a potential for a partner
-
to become a pioneer or a parent. That's the potential
-
that Christ sees in earth. We can be a pioneer
-
and a possibility be a parent. But many times you
-
look at a pre believer. If we look at someone normal,
-
hope this guy got to get this life in order.
-
I want to encourage all of us here to see
-
things in the differentence until unless we come to a
-
place of realization that every person has a potential to develop,
-
to learn how to partner with God. Once you partner
-
with God, friends, your life will never be the same again.
-
Once we learn the partner.
-
With the Lord, with the Holy Spirit, I can guarantee
-
your life and never be the same again. Many times
-
your journey with your life, friends, we try very hard.
-
We try very hard with our own strength to know
-
our own connection. We try very hard to break through,
-
which is good.
-
Friends. I'm not denying, don't work hard.
-
Work hard, but sometimes we also need to learn how
-
to depend and work together with the Holy Spirit. Because
-
it is he that will cause us to be pioneers.
-
Is he who causes us to be pioneers. I want
-
to encourage your friends, not by your own struggle, by
-
your own mind, you can become pioneers.
-
I think a lot of times.
-
We tried so hard, we tried so hard to be pioneer,
-
only to burn out. We really tried so hard to
-
be pioneers, only to burn out.
-
Just before I came here, I was at the Mandarine service.
-
I finished, so I quickly grat my lunch at the
-
at the foot court. One of the regulars who come
-
to the church over there owns a store at Taylor's College.
-
You know, he's from China, so he's I was eating
-
them or from the store sitting down there. There after
-
he saw me sitting alone, he joined me. He dies
-
to speak a word of English as we were attempting
-
to communicate with my really broken mandrine, and he's very
-
limited English.
-
It was amazing to see and he was just he
-
just accept.
-
The Christ about a month ago, about a month and
-
a half ago, and we did started the pack with him.
-
It was quite amazing. He started sharing, you know, in
-
telling me all many say in China, right, we're really
-
claiming out all the churches, every church. We're going to
-
claim down every church. You're going to claimb down. He said,
-
there's so much freedom over here. Over there is that
-
the moment you write something negative, the police will come
-
and interrogate you. You cannot report anything. But oh, here you
-
can write and you get away with it. I said, no, ready,
-
you can, all right? I said, you don't know. I say,
-
you cannot write certain things over here, all right. But
-
but what I'm trying to say here is that there's
-
a potential potential friends. I think many times you tried
-
very hard. So last week I met a guy from yeah,
-
from all of the couple companies. You're just sharing, you know,
-
sharing about about about what he asking me. So he thought,
-
I'm going to least a place.
-
So we just talk.
-
I just thought I came to this meeting, then we're
-
gonna talk business about listing. But the moment I started
-
sharing with him of what we do as a church,
-
as as different organizations as DVFC, you know Linette and
-
you know Teamy, right all, he just could ends there.
-
I came with the mindset to me to talk about
-
business about lissing. But I got to introduce you to
-
my boss, who have to hear this story. Because we
-
are right now and backing on this track, we don't
-
know who to talk to.
-
See you and I.
-
Friends try very hard to break grounds, try very hard
-
to create history. But once we rest and we learn
-
the partner with the Lord, friends, it's no longer I
-
was trying. That goes before us. God is the one
-
that creates the platform for you. God is the one
-
that's go a little bit your story. Hey, we ended
-
this conversation. Hey, I don't think this is the end.
-
I want to let you know that I'm gonna talk
-
to my my, my, the people who's making decisions.
-
About about about about about.
-
Buildings, about land and stuff that I want them to
-
meet with you and just see what's the potential developed later.
-
That's it.
-
I went in there just to share a story, what
-
Lynette has done, what Victory Academy has done.
-
Right, how we helped.
-
Some challenge some students with challenging needs, sober learning ability
-
and stuff like that.
-
Just with that, friends, doors open.
-
Now I'm saying that this ended Victory and this stuff
-
like that, but the ability to share the being a
-
pioneer ultimately a parent. So therefore, friends, we don't the
-
next WAK page fourteen. We don't don't plan disciples. We
-
we just don't plan anybody. But we planned disciples to
-
produce a leader. Come on, we plan a disciple to
-
produce a leader. What do I mean by that? Paston
-
Ledgers in Botswana? Right, you heard about Botswona. We pray
-
for Botswana. But the church over there started with this
-
a desire really just to plant the church. So when
-
Passon Ledgers graduated went back to Africa, he planned in
-
another place called Mouchrudi.
-
Now Mutudi is another.
-
Place, friends, It's a smaller town but very high in
-
uh singer moms right, choling our lot, because getting married
-
the is super expensive. Over here, we go by dow
-
we repay, you know. Some they go by cows. They
-
buy cows over there. Few in the cows are all
-
us dollars, not just one, right, but ten, fifteen, twenty,
-
depending on how the parents see the daughter, how much
-
the cow is worth anyway, so what how they beat
-
the system already bit the system, or get married.
-
Some of them they.
-
Will take out loans, they'll borrow from different people and
-
by the time they know it, friends, they really started
-
their marriage or are the very poor foundation which is
-
getting themselves into debt, and they do want to go
-
to the whole settling the dead issue and this stuff
-
like that. So they rather no, rather, but sometimes they
-
choose the other way out have kids first, and you
-
know sometimes friends, if you're I'm not saying marriage should
-
be a one hundred percent, but no, and the love
-
that they have a lot of kids or rather ture lot.
-
What happens is that the guy will live the girl
-
and go after another girl. Right, So create a situation
-
whereby a lot of singer moms over there.
-
So when the church started over.
-
There in moturity, friends, they decided they want to reach
-
out to these singer moms, single.
-
Parent, they want to reach out to them.
-
So one life buster life just planted friends out, came
-
a bed, a bed over there, and his wife planted
-
I moturity saying with this, with the desire I have
-
to do something with this community. They reach out to the
-
community and many of them got nothing to do.
-
Brought them to church, brought them to church.
-
Some of them got safe, and they're trying to see
-
how we compartner with us in Ko to plant a
-
school over there and to help and to.
-
Give the children and future education. Future. You can see
-
one life.
-
When you plant a disciple, you raise a leader, not
-
just anyone friends. So when you get planted friends, you
-
get planted right, you begin to produce. That's why when
-
you plan a life, you gain a life. Come on,
-
when you plant alive, you gain a life. So wherever
-
God plants you friends, his desire is that you make.
-
An impact in someone else's life.
-
So he plants you at your workplace you can pray
-
for someone who's not well. When you plant it in
-
your college, you could encourage someone. God's desire for all
-
versus to be planted and know the potential of what
-
he has planted. Come on, God desire is for us
-
to understand He plants us in a place, for us
-
to understand the potential.
-
That we have once he releases into the soil.
-
Right, so number three, raise and release Daniel into the marketplace.
-
Come on, raise and release Daniel into the marketplace. We
-
want to see Daniel raise and release to make an
-
impact in the marketplace. When we talk about marketplace, friends,
-
it is not just about preaching the gospel. It's not
-
just about sharing your testimony. Friends, It's also about your lifestyle.
-
It's also about your punctuality.
-
Let me go deeper. Many Christians I know friends.
-
Who has very good attendance on Sunday, poor record on
-
Monday to Friday, poor work. Were called on Monday to Friday,
-
not puncture to work the dunk. Christians are watching the
-
dunk Christians are watching, and we say we will give
-
our best of the love. But yet at the workplace,
-
we don't even show up on time when we say
-
we're supposed to deliver, but don't deliver and stuff like that,
-
and people watching our work ethics.
-
How are we at word? Friends?
-
Even before we could even the word? Is that to
-
disciphle someone. We have to make connection that makes sense.
-
We have to make connection that makes sense.
-
Friends.
-
That's why, friends, He's wanting us to get our roots.
-
Correct.
-
Roots means going deeper with the word. Come on, roots
-
means going deeper with the word. Without going deeper with
-
the word, friends, you know what happens, there could be
-
no transformation. No transformation, the Bible says, you don't be
-
confirmed the center of this world, but be transformed by
-
the renewing.
-
Of your mind. Correct. Not so.
-
The only way to renew our mind is to read
-
the word of God. The only way to renew our
-
mind is to read the word of God. But if
-
we don't read and go deeper with the word of God,
-
how can new roots take place in our mind? The
-
rules that we have are all the always what we
-
used to do. I share this one time. I know something.
-
When we go for a group lunch, someone normally pay first, right,
-
I pray that you're not. You have you don't have
-
the way for tree for reminders, don't need you start
-
paying back someone is paid. I'm sure there's nobody want
-
to do like that. But if you know that someone place,
-
you remind the person.
-
Don't be like that.
-
You know someone do pay first and then and and
-
you know somebody needs like tree for reminders.
-
Hey, you owe me money and you're not nice.
-
You don't say because the position, no one man should
-
see you on Sunday.
-
Some more.
-
Pray for you, some more praying between he said, I
-
need money. God provide for this, brother, go thank you
-
Jesus Lorial. But you understand what what what? What do
-
we exhibit? What do we exhibit at a workplace? What
-
do we exhibit at the workplace? Out of college?
-
Friends? What do we exhibit friends? And when? When? When? When?
-
When we were with the girl of senior pastors from
-
in New Zealand, we had we had meal with them,
-
and you know over there it's part of their lifestyle
-
over there, their wine together with meat, which is very
-
common over there. But what we like, what we saw,
-
what we like about the senior leaders are this that
-
he looked They did look to me and pastors because
-
we come from a different region.
-
Agent, he says, he just asked us this, Hey, are
-
you are you all right with.
-
Us consuming wine? Are you all right with us consuming
-
wine in front of you or not? If you're not
-
all right, then we won't drink if you're not right,
-
because we know, we know people might be offended. And therefore, well,
-
rather ask first, Rather ask first, it's okay with you?
-
Every pass said, sure, you know you won't have it.
-
You have it, but you know we don't drink. Women
-
just can't. I roy struck clothes, I pass already, Lord, yes,
-
Royce liquid chorc closes, I passed up already.
-
All right?
-
Yeah, so could you imagine one just one job? Anyway
-
they ask us that we say, go ahead and consume.
-
I don't want to. Let you know.
-
It speaks volume friends about how they conduct themselves. Right,
-
So therefore friends, so the ex off is the X
-
of love patience, This.
-
Kindness the X off.
-
So when you exhibit their friends, you are already making
-
disciples many times your journey. When we talk about disciples ship,
-
we always talk about what the Bible have to say,
-
which is correct, but we don't have to really have
-
to bring up the world. Our lifestyle shows it. Next
-
page page fifteen, Page fifteen, All right, to connect is
-
to make sense before make disciples.
-
Amen.
-
So the hard check time here, Hart schack Timer, What
-
kind of what kind of sense am I going to make?
-
This week.
-
What kind of sense am I going to make this week?
-
Example of that? Punctuality, excellence, kindness, loving, be patient? How
-
about encouragement? Everything that people are serving today? Who is
-
here early to set up? Because the encouragement goes a
-
long way. Many times in our journey, friends, we're very
-
very rarely you know, are kind. Two people are serving
-
very kind to you know, people I need. But sometime
-
when people are serving, we just say that, oh, they
-
can take care of themselves. They're supposed to be motivated,
-
but first as motivated as we are, a little kindness
-
gratitude goes a long way.
-
So the next time, friends, before you just consume all.
-
Expresso has layout for you, afterwards, say thank you. It
-
goes a long way. Say nice decoration, you know, just
-
say like, yeah, I can do better than this. Please
-
don't say that. Don't say that what our color combination
-
this is. I have people commented before like, well this
-
is so messy or your decoration. I have people say
-
that before and you go like, and the other person
-
is trying not the best, but just try. But all right,
-
I want to encourage you really, like you know what
-
sense that you're gonna make this way?
-
It's a good hard time chang. All right, let's go
-
to some numbers. Amen.
-
Two and a half more pagears to go out, but
-
I can make it on time. Praise I don't you
-
miss the service? Otherwise you tell us that would be
-
so long like the missed service. Let's reew some numbers. Okay,
-
now right, the hypercal chapter two words two the scripture.
-
The Lord answered me and say, right the vision. Make
-
it plain on tablets, and they may run. Who reads it?
-
Write the vision? Make it plain on tablets? It may
-
run who reads it?
-
You know?
-
The scripture worse can be applied to personally in your life.
-
First of all, first, I want to courage you to learn
-
to write. Learn to write, learn to write. Apologies. Okay,
-
I see cat trying to screen the eyes there too small?
-
Right? Yeah? Yeah, I know.
-
I shall tell all this designers in our church. There
-
are people who have see this one size, I know.
-
But if I will try to enlarge the full size,
-
I've got another like times two from eighteen sides to
-
become to these six. I'm sorry, but it's in your bible.
-
It's in your bible, it's in your hand on hand right,
-
write the vision of threads just give me a few
-
minutes to explain to you how to apply your personal life.
-
We go through every day of our lives. Is so
-
many things to do. I want to carac you to
-
learn to write what you have to do. Learn to
-
write what you have to do. The Bible says always say,
-
make it plain, make it simple. Please, do not be
-
overly complex with having some point one some point one
-
point one, one point one point one, one point one
-
point three. Make it simple first, because many times we
-
are overwhelmed by our old checklist. Oh well, by old
-
checklist becomes so detailed until we become paralyzed.
-
Make it simple.
-
Make it simple so once you understand you, once you
-
write the vision of what you need to do, run
-
with it, do it, execute it out. Many times in
-
our phone how to do air is drowning with input,
-
but there's no checking off.
-
It's so nice.
-
Oh I got to do this, I got to do
-
that right, what happens? It's just key. It is so fun,
-
but someone has to do the work right. I like
-
I like to remind people it's like doing laundry. Doing
-
laundry is very fun. Just putting it into the washing
-
machine is very fun.
-
That power of laundry is nice.
-
Just take it off from the laundry back and push
-
it in and say I've done by laundry. What happens first?
-
The folding is one something that I don't get it.
-
I'm sorry, I don't really get folding.
-
After wow, say right, you know it's it's it's I'm like,
-
just hang the.
-
Clothes, put on the clothes rack from the laundry. The
-
clo is still in the in the same clothes hanger.
-
Then you just wear it because you buy the non
-
iron ironing type one. Right, yeah, right, right, right right,
-
thank you for a new tech fabric technology.
-
Right, not the last the leading one you keep I
-
it's the same iron.
-
What I'm trying to say here is these friends, if
-
we don't make it plain, don't make it simple, we
-
won't do it.
-
So we don't. We don't just.
-
Want you to know the vision. We want you to
-
run with the vision. Come on, run with the Lord.
-
Run with the vision. Friends, apply strength, apply passion into it,
-
run with the vision.
-
Don't just put to do list down but not doing it.
-
And that's the reason why I come December journals that
-
says that to do goes on sale.
-
It's very nice to buy right, and you get.
-
Books on how to get things done for sale right.
-
It's such a simple equation. Just do it.
-
It's you know what I mean? I understand, Okay, they
-
are the mechanics behind it. Though I also got those
-
books for its. I have to confess. But after reading that,
-
and they have the bottomlight the summary of all subways.
-
You just have to do it right.
-
So anyway, so therefore, first you need to know some numbers. Okay,
-
So as you talk about ten years, we can't reminder
-
of Daniel's life. Daniel's life ten years, ten days of testing.
-
Test me now with water and vegetable for ten days
-
and now be stronger.
-
Friends.
-
The only way for us to achieve Godly vision is
-
to have God diet. There is no other way for
-
us to achieve the vision of God's given the house,
-
even for our own person life the scripture that is,
-
for own person life with our old strength, own methodology.
-
You need God's diet to achieve God strength. Come on
-
God's diet to achieve God's big true God's diet.
-
Because you know God' dyeing it. You know what happened.
-
We won't survive the fire.
-
Daniel went through the fire and the fiery furnace, not
-
because he is inflammable or his human touch. Right, he
-
went through the fire because he went to God's diet
-
in the beginning. It's also because of God's diet, friends,
-
he's able to go to the lions. Then I'm gonna
-
say against Without God's diet, it's hard to face.
-
The fire and the lion.
-
Some of us, He are facing fires in our lives
-
and lions at the office, and we are so drained, drained, tired.
-
But it's only true his diet.
-
Friends, it may not look like much water, investments really
-
look like much.
-
Friends.
-
In fact, it is one of the things that you
-
and I will never reach out for, only until we
-
are much older in life or a bit more understanding
-
of food intake. Then you realize that you're reaching the
-
more vegetable and water when you're slightly older. But when
-
you're younger, friends, nondets are our friends, true or not
-
nuggets ours?
-
And we tried the words.
-
We tried to make nuggets healthier by putting let us
-
wrap around.
-
It, it's healthy.
-
After I got my reggie intake, but only to realize
-
that it doesn't work when you get older. After all
-
that give me vegetable more, right, forget about the show
-
and just give me plain water. Back then, Coca cola
-
for every outthing. When you're younger and younger, when you're
-
secondary school, it's we reach you to co co cola
-
more than water. Back then, as you grow older, give
-
me water. So yeah, more the modern the modern teens
-
right now will award because there's more education. Back then
-
without internet, already know what's co co cola was was
-
like a goal to us seven seven level big up anyway,
-
get to get out of this, all right? So therefore, friends,
-
God's diet to sell the house is all the Okay,
-
strength comes where you follow the Lord. Amen, So point up, up,
-
pay sixty all right. One thousand by one thousand, one
-
thousand by one thousand. Now it came when we lost
-
the glamory buildings. Some we will remember it. What was
-
the disappointment? Disappointment was the appointment by God? What what
-
does this story means all about? We lost a building.
-
We wanted to buy a building for ourselves. We lost
-
it not because not because we were bad or anything
-
like that. We were asked raised up a deposit. Our
-
deposit came a few days later after the expiry date.
-
We mean to say that, say by the first December,
-
our deposit came on second January from a donor that
-
they say that our sponsor or raise up the balance
-
of your deposit. Second genue few days later, the friends
-
and most owners we just say, sure, not a problem,
-
because I I want to go to the sale. But
-
this owner is a bit different, say nope, I'll for
-
fee your deposit if you want to buy, give me
-
a new deposit.
-
If you want by given. But of course you know,
-
I don't know.
-
It's very kind to us, and just say, look, you
-
want to take this a case. You know we can
-
read put the lawyers together, you know, so this person
-
and you get by your deposit and just stuff like that.
-
But maybe it sounds like a good idea. Of friends.
-
We prayed as the church leaders, we prayed us a
-
lot what to do and past it.
-
Just felt that no, that it's something that you know, maybe.
-
The lot could allow us to go through this for
-
a bigger purpose and pass it. Just wrote to the
-
owner and just reminds the owner this this phrase, it
-
is not our money. Just want to let you know
-
that you have taken this money belongs to God and
-
ultimately that you know you have to deal with him.
-
I just want you to know that.
-
And if you're you're conscious, you you talk to the Lord,
-
you talk to God.
-
If you know God. If you don't know him, I
-
pray that he will be merciful on you. But it's
-
between you and God right now. We're not pursued litigation.
-
We're not pursue anything.
-
But we have the trust love will multiply by every
-
person who I gave.
-
It's both step but one.
-
As I read to the Bible, friends, the Lord, remember
-
who is good to the tune of Vizel, who's better?
-
To the June of visual extod the study one. Friends,
-
the Median knights, the media knights were treacherous to the
-
tune of video when they left Egypt.
-
Treacherous day they went after the tune of Israel.
-
But the Bible will say that the Lord remember what
-
the media knight has done. And in Extodu study one,
-
he went after the media knights. He caused every midia
-
night to perish. That's how the Lord remembers.
-
Friends.
-
If you're going to that situation, and one, let's and
-
one encourage your friends. There is no date end with
-
the Lord. The Rangers belongs to him. So this disappointment
-
got turned it around for one building, one team, one
-
pastor become multiple passes, multiple.
-
Teams, and everyone could serve.
-
The reason why you are here to that want to
-
teach service is because what we went to a glamory
-
we will not have.
-
Amb just planting. If not.
-
Because we went through that, we very comfortable. We want
-
to service. Though we get bigger, we go quite a
-
bigger place. God never wanted that. He never wanted this
-
one place, one team, superstar team, just one to passive preaching.
-
He wanted more people to be raised up, to be employed,
-
to release, to be serviced. Someone say amen. So that
-
is a summary. So have you hard time check? Have
-
you experienced something initially as seen as disappointment only for
-
God to turn it around? Come on, turn around for better?
-
Have you experienced something the initiative was a disappointment. When
-
you're disappointed, friends, you're discourage, you're down, you cannot see
-
a way out, you cant see a way of escape.
-
Only to realize, even in our disappointment, God is at
-
the back working.
-
For our appointment.
-
So if you are right now and disappointed, this courage,
-
ask God for understanding what you're going through. So therefore, friends,
-
the one thousand we already have cannot just remain as
-
where there are this for you, So therefore we cannot
-
remain afford to remain where we are.
-
Really you can't. You cannot remain where you are.
-
Friends. One thing about coming to December and going to January.
-
You discover that you go while you're older. Some of
-
have exited our twenties many years ago. Some always are
-
entry our forties. As you grow older, friends, you realize
-
one thing that I don't mean some more be but
-
you realize time is getting me shorter. Time is shorter.
-
When time is therefore scarcity, it is therefore not enough.
-
What happened friends, you would actually actually actually begin to think.
-
That I got to do something in my life.
-
I got In other words, you're not just here friends,
-
here just for another guy dream. The next time you
-
spend time with summer, you want to make an impact.
-
So therefore this same as the hands the one thousand
-
we already have cannot remain as they are, cannot remain
-
as they are, meaning to see.
-
That you're rere no are wired friend for more.
-
So therefore The bottom line of discipleship is follow me
-
as I follow Christ. Come on, follow me as a
-
follow Christ, Follow me as a follow Christ. We shouldn't
-
take it for granted that one thousand that we have
-
right now, already, the one thousand partners that we have.
-
Is it's okay to remain where we are.
-
It's okay to remember we are.
-
If God desires for you really to be a leader,
-
to be planted to make an impact. Therefore, don't you
-
want to see it come to pass? Don't you want
-
to see it come to pass? Don't you want to
-
see it come to pass? So therefore, friends, it's not
-
just about getting hung up with the numbers. It's not
-
about the numbers. Friends, It's about us keeping it going.
-
Point number. See that. Keep it going, Keep it going,
-
keep it going, keep it going. There's a black deve.
-
Keep it going.
-
Friends, have you been keeping it going in your life?
-
Or if you come the place whereby like stop for
-
a while, time out, No matter what discourasion, we will
-
go to our life. I want to encourage us. We
-
cannot stop to be what and who God has called
-
us to be. We shouldn't stop, no matter what discouragement
-
in our life. We shouldn't stop to be the person
-
God causes us to be, because discussion will come. On
-
friends with your full time, discussion will come, your leader,
-
discussion will come. Even you're not a leader, discussion will come.
-
So it shouldn't rob you to be the person that
-
God calls you to be.
-
Amen.
-
Wait, last page, page seventeen. Hallelujah, praise a lot. So
-
the focus first, the focus? Okay, last page? All right,
-
take stock of all God has given us?
-
Take stop? Do we know who we have not? Do
-
we know who we have not?
-
Some of us here have been attending church service for
-
at least maybe six months. Really, my question to you
-
is is that will you start serving? Would you start serving?
-
Even you'll be one man really here, you're comfortable, you
-
call this your home, your church. Would you start serving?
-
You got to take stock of who we have in
-
our church, because it is not by church you're here.
-
It is not because we pull out a nice flyer.
-
You come to church. You know you might win a tesla.
-
Well that that could be quite fun.
-
Right. No, No, if you re month, please remember me, all.
-
Right, it's not because of that, right, It's because God
-
brought you here for a reason.
-
For a purpose.
-
You could be where any other church, but God brought
-
you here. And because you're here a friend, our messages
-
are like that. Imagine you choose to stay here A
-
messages are still like that. We're not going to change.
-
They're therefore friends. There must be a reason why got
-
you here. So thanks to all who we have and
-
let's do our best to draw out their best. What
-
do we mean by dad that, Freds? I want to
-
encourage you. Really, there's so much potential we have even
-
as a close.
-
You know, so recently we will approach for was approached.
-
By a mom, or rather we heard the story whereby
-
the mom was oneting to send one of the students
-
who is a bit slow in learning for outside vocation
-
vocational school, baking and this stuff like that she's fifteen
-
sixteen around the age but understanding maybe it's about like
-
much lower. I think they say primary age, So I'm
-
not sure why this. When I heard the story, I
-
went like, okay, could we help now? Could we just
-
give her a platform December time?
-
Right now?
-
If if you're all right, why don't you send her
-
to us? Just maybe you know, with with Josephine, you
-
know there can give a bit of encouragement to her
-
talk about she came one day talk about her one
-
I think about what an hour an hour to learn
-
how to peel one apple, us a pillow and our.
-
Not much, you know, friends, not.
-
Much doing what she could, couldn't multitask and this stuff
-
like that. I'm sharing these stories because I think many
-
times you don't.
-
We don't. We really don't know what we have. We
-
think we have. We need to have everything all together.
-
You just so the mom say, hey, we're running cookies
-
production right now, which if you want, there's things to
-
do here, just a place for her to learn, a
-
place for her to understand.
-
Just stuff like that.
-
And the mom said, thank you so much for taking
-
my daughter in. You know, I just thought that you
-
know that you send her out there? Say yeah, but
-
no better place, I hear, because at least I know mice.
-
I know my colleague will not go exceless a bit
-
more patient.
-
So she came. She learned. The second time to learn
-
is to how to cut cherries right, very slow.
-
Friends, about maybe about thirty seconds per cherry, which someone
-
else can do it with five seconds.
-
Just just like that.
-
I'm talking about that the cherry not the fresh one,
-
but stuff like that. Friends, I'm sharing this you because
-
I want us to know. Friends, we don't always need
-
the desire for everything to be the best.
-
Only we start doing.
-
You don't always need the desire for the best to
-
start doing things. I'm not sure where you are, but
-
here's the texture of what God has really given you.
-
As I close, Friends, here has really given us one
-
thousand people in our partners, and God will give us more.
-
Until everyone spectimized we need to do the impossible. We
-
do do the possible that God do the impossible. So
-
what we did was we just did this came second time,
-
came to the time, learning a bit by a bit.
-
One day she was able to master at least making something.
-
But I got to start from somewhere. I got to believe.
-
I'm not sure where you are right now here today,
-
but it starts with Earth first.
-
It starts with Earth first.
-
Say Lord, all I have, would your blessed the type
-
of the lot, all that have the ten percent that we
-
give the Lord may not be much, but this.
-
Is all they have, Would you bless it?
-
As I close right now, as I write, extreme up
-
on stage, what do you have?
-
What do you have? Right now.
-
I pray you don't look down what you have, because
-
sometimes you think I got to have this, or that
-
I'm been able to produce that without this.
-
I can't. Without this, I can't. And many times.
-
People stop doing what they caught to do because they
-
look down on what God has already given them. I
-
pray that you and I wouldn't look down on who
-
we are. God has given you a life. Yeah, so
-
if you look in the mirror, I may not look
-
that much. I may not look like, you know, like
-
a superstar, or do your testimony or do it life.
-
But hey, if God is in the picture, if God is.
-
In your life, if God is in the picture in
-
your life.
-
Friends, we hope you've been blessed by this message. For
