We hope this message will light up your day today.

I want to move us to Jeremiah chapter nine, verse

twenty three to twenty four. Okay, And this has for

now become my favorite part of the Bible, my favorite scripture.

So I'm sure all of us here we have favorite scriptures, right, Yeah,

all of us here would have different parts of the

Bible that we It's really special to us. It really

like resonates with us, gives us strength, especially throughout the

hard times. So I'm sure all of us here have

our favorite our pet versus in the Bible. And this

for now is for this season, my favorite ad verse

in the Bible. Okay, Jeremiah chapter nine, verse twenty three

to twenty four. So let's turn to our bibles if

you can. I really encourage you to bring your physical

Bible to church. If you have one, Let's use it

while we can still use it, because they may come

a day where we may not even be able to

own or use a Bible, so let's maximize it while

it's still day. Okay, all right, But I have also

put it on the slides as well for our reference Okay,

so I'm going to read through it. I'm reading for

them from the ESV version. Okay, So Jeremiah chapter nine,

verse twenty three to twenty four that says the Lord,

let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, Let

not the mighty men boast in his might. Let not

the rich man boasts in its riches. But let him

who boasts in this that he understands and knows me

that I am the Lord who practices stay fast, love, justice,

and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight,

declares the Lord.

Amen.

And so today's word is going to come from the

two versus. We're going to unpack it. And in these

two verses, I think they are I think nine points

that nine short points that I want to draw out

for us. Okay, all right now, like I said earlier on,

I've been reading the Book of Jeremiah, and actually I

have prepared some messages based on the Book of Jeremiah,

and honestly, as a speaker, it is easy to recycle

my messages.

Yeah.

So the latest series that I've been preaching on from

Jeremiah is from Jeremiah at the eighteen on the Potter

and the clay if you're familiar with it, and so

I'd be preaching it in ex.

Cyber in Semney, in street Kambangan.

And when I found out, okay, I'm going to make

KK this week, I thought, God, should I recycle this message?

It is easier for me?

Why because this week has been a very packed week

for me, full week at work at night, also got

different meetings, and then Friday night was homes Saturday. Yesterday

I spent four hours on the road. I stay in

Kota morning, I stay in angry Aranda. Anyone here from

Arranda site Aranda? Yeah, struck five thirty one stroke five

you are struck one one six one six six. Wow, okay,

that's that's further in nine near gardenage. That sider okay cool.

So I I am a fellow KK, I just like you.

Spent four hours on the road yesterday because drove one

hour to Cyberjaya for our leaders training and meeting. Drove

another hour back. Then in the evening with some of

us meant to KL to support Pastor in his unique dinner.

Another one hour class down because his booking Bintung area,

then another one hour plus back. I got stuck in

the car park last night for forty minutes after the

dinner because a lot of cars leaving the dinner and

there was problem with a touch and go boomgate. Yeah,

so forty minutes in the car park and then one

hour drive home.

So I reached home close to midnight.

Actually yeah, and I was just halfway preparing this message.

And so even before I prepare this message, I said, God,

can I reuse the same message that I've been preaching

this season or do you want me to prepare a

new message? And guess what God said, prepare a new message.

So I started preparing a new message. And like I said,

I was inspired by Jasmine don't go the easy way, go.

The God way.

Yeah, and so yes, I started up to prepare this

message on Friday. Actually ready in me because I read

this for my quiet time recently.

Some weeks ago. Yeah, so God just had to draw

it out.

But last time when I came back, my message was

still half prepared. And I reached back at midnight from

KL I say, God, it's so much easier if I

can just fall back on my you know, backup message. Lah.

Yeah, still your word? But God say no.

So I prepared this only two am this morning. Yeah,

but I just want to be obedient. So I'm sharing Lisa,

not to boast in myself, but really to show that, really,

you know, revival is about big obedient to godla and

obedience will cost us something, but God will give us

the grades to pay the price.

Amen. Amen.

So this is fresh for you guys. No one has

heard it yet. I might share it in the coming weeks,

but we'll see how the Lord leads. Okay, all right,

So Jeremiah chapter nine, verse twenty three to twenty four.

Now I'm going let's go to the next slide. I'm

going to circle the different words that I want us

to focus on in these two verses. A. So, hey,

God says, I'll start with this. Let not the rich

man boast in his riches. Yeah, and so this is

the first thing that God wants to say to us.

I believe many of us here in excot Tacmoning are

blessed and very blessed in terms of financially material goods, resources, comfort,

success in life.

Yeah, and we praise God. You know, God is God

or blessing.

If you read in the Bible, Abraham was actually reach

you know, Jacob was also rich you know. Yeah, different

ones in the Bible were actually blessed by God. So

nothing wrong with being blessed by God financially or materially,

because God owns everything, and if you've chooses to bless us,

you also be it. Right, But just an encouragement and

reminder that let us not make our riches, our wealth,

really our prideler.

Or even our God.

We just have to be careful, all right, that we

don't boast in just what we have.

Okay, all right, then we move on to the next slide. Okay, might.

Might so let not the mighty man bows in his might.

So mightier can mean literal physical strength. Yeah, like Albert,

their powerlifter really strong. I'm sure different different ones here.

Brothers and sisters are also strong. Well, we've got sisters

doing powerlifting in China tomorrow, Hannah May and Myra, two

of our campus students.

They are actually in Hainan Island as we speak.

They're going to compete in the Asian Powerlifting Championships tomorrow.

Yeah, so girls and guys can be strong too.

So we talk about might, we're talking about really literal

brute strength. We're also talking about skill. When we talk

about might, it also means our skill, how good we

are in doing something. It could be work related, it

could be hobby related, could be spots related, it could

be home related.

But skill.

So we may not be physically strong very much, but

we are very skillful at doing something. I'm sure all

of us here we are skilled in doing something. Yeah. Yeah,

but God says, let not the mighty slash strong, slash

skilled man or woman both in our strength or our

skills our abilities. Right, So, just you know, an encouragement

and reminder from God. Now let's move on to the

next light which highlights the word. What what is highlighted? Yeah, wisdom, wisdom? Yeah,

and wisdom here means body, soul, and spirit. So wisdom

here means someone who is, yes, who knows a lot,

who knows a lot, very smart, very intellectual.

Right.

It also means someone who is wise in moral ethics,

moral ethics, you know, what is the right thing to

do in society. It also means wise in the things

of God. You know the things of God a lot

or very well. So the wisdom here is a very

encompassing wisdom. It covers body, soul, and spirit, very broad coverage. Yeah.

But you know, although the Bible does talk about how

God wants us to be wise. But that's why I

love this particular verse. It keeps a balance that don't

just pursue wisdom, but at the end of the day

you'll see later it's pursue God. This is this particular

point really spoke to me because when so I actually

share this stuff devotion paster, then remember not this message.

Yeah sorry, it's round two but not quite. Also liked

God new things. Yeah all right, So I was sharing

our staff devotion. So I serve full time with ex

church uh and a y a. I coordinate Linettes, which

is our suicide prevention and g O uh. And currently

we're busy running a government grant project in selected schools

in subangjay and and by training, by background, I am

a medical doctor yeah uh, and so wisdom. So I

was telling the stuff right, Okay, as I'm working full time. Now,

I cannot boast in my riches. Yeah, I earned enough

to have a good life. God is good. But I

can tell you I'm not physically financially rich like okay,

so I can't boast in that. I also can't really

boast in my mind. I'm not very very strong physically.

But I'm trying to do more strength work out nowadays

to build more muscle to protect myself as I mature

in life. Yeah, strong muscles protect our bones. Yeah, okay,

health with metabolism as well, you know, right women after fortier, Yeah,

you eat one grain of rice, so so it's like wa,

the effect is like multiplied. I see some ladies here

smiling at me. So as we grow older, right, actually.

Men and women. Sorry, so I try a bit.

We do need to not just do cardio exercise to

to you know, build our stamina, our heart health, but

we also need to do strength exercise.

Help a sake ridge it.

Yes, we need to do strength exercise, I say, say louder,

say louder because you know, as we grow older, right,

sometimes we may we may not be so careful in

our movements. Sometimes we may you know, sleep a little bit,

trip a little bit, fall a little bit. If our

muscles are strong, it will pushion and protect our bones

from breaking. So as we grow older, we also need

to actually build our muscles as well. Yeah, and and

and also our muscles will helping our metabolism, yeah, to

burn off you know, whatever food that we consume. So

I This is my new yellow goal this year, to

learn and to do more strength yeah exercises. So far,

I've been doing it at home. I haven't gone to

the gym yet.

We'll see, how.

I know, my brother in the you know, Rachel, had

started to go to the gym to do yeah strength,

So maybe I'll see lahoo can join.

My in laws at the gym. Okay, But anyway, strength.

So I'm not very strong physically, right, but I do

have some skills. I yeah, God has given me some

talents and some skills you know, which I won't go

into today.

So I told the stuff.

Yeah, I can't really boast in my mind as well,

but you know, I think I can boast in my

wisdom honestly, Honestly, I think I can boast in my wisdom,

you know. Being a doctor, I think, okay, la, I

know quite a bit lah right, not just medical but

now in the field of mental health, right, and then yeah,

ethically right, wisdom in ethics, I think I know kind

of the right thing to do, you know, with people, right,

living in society. And then in the things of God.

I think I also know quite a bit about the

things of God. So what this was my catch point

because yes, I may not be able to boast in

my riches. I may not be able to fully in

my mind. But if you ask me, I think I

can boast in my wisdom.

That is the one safety net that I have.

And when I read this verse or my quiet time,

I felt God challenged me, can you let even your

pride in wisdom go? Because it's not even wisdom that

I want you to cling on to. Many of us,

we may not have riches to boast in, we may

not have might to boss in, like Albert. But ah,

I think if I talk to many of us secretly,

we can say, out of the three things, the one

thing that we can boast in is wisdom wisdom. Maybe

we are doing well in school, we're doing well in work.

We have lived life to a certain you know level,

we have known God for a long time, we have

gone through the school of life. I think if I

come both in any of these, at least I can

boast in my wisdom.

Don't need to raise hands.

Okay, but I think many of us this is the

one thing among the treat things here that we can

boast in. Me included, I confess now, and that's why

God had to speak to.

Me through this verse.

So God was challenging me, Jill, are you willing to

lay down even your wisdom because it's not wisdom that

I really want in you? Okay, So what does God

really want? Let's move on, okay, before that next night.

So why am I talking a lot about this point?

Is because we live in a very knowledge economy, a

very knowledge based economy. Tech, AI trainings, knowledge books, podcasts,

short video clips, social media news. Why do you think

all this is, like, you know, doing so well. It's

because we live in a very knowledge based economy. Why

do you think instant messaging is working so well? What's

that telegram? And other things? It's because all this is knowledge.

I want to know. I want to know.

I want to know whether it's about someone that I know.

All the world.

We live in a very knowledge economy. That's the way

we live in right now, next night. Now, did you

know the name Nebukanesza, King Nebukaneza in the Bible that's

mentioned a lot in the Book of Daniel. Nebu is

actually the Babylonian god of knowledge. So remember Daniel had

to stand up as a man of God in the

Kingdom of Babylon against their great king Nebukanesza. And you

know how this is prophetic for us as ex you

know where God has told Pastor to lead us. All

of us are to be Daniel's in the marketplace in

this season. And the king of the world is really

the king of knowledge. Right And so although we're living

in many years after Nebu Kanaza, but right now knowledge

is king. People used to say money is king, but

now the new saying is knowledge is king. Can you

see we have a modern day Nebukanazza actually in the world,

which is knowledge is King. And we've got to be

careful that we don't just pursue knowledge and wisdom. If not,

we are like bowing down to Nebukanessa. We've got to

seek the things of God. That's what Daniel means, not

just seeking the wisdom of the world, but seeking the

things of God amidst the you know, wisdom of the

world that is so alluring. Right, Okay, now let's move on. Okay, Okay,

we go to Yeah, we're next line. So what does

God really want If it's not richest, if it's not might,

if it's not even wisdom, that seems so right, what

does God really want from us? And this is what

part of revival is really knowing what God wants from us,

because honestly, like in a marriage, right, you can try

and do everything for your husband or wife, but if

it's not what your husband or wife wants, the love

is not going to be true and strong.

Love is true and strong.

In a marriage when you are able to really know

what each other wants and meet each other's needs. In

that sense, that's how you really love your spouse one

of the ways, right, and say with God as well,

we have a relationship with God, and what is revival

is really coming back to knowing God, what do you

really want in our relationship and how can I please you?

And this is what God wants beyond Rich's mind and wisdom,

even he wants us firstly to understand him. Everyone say understand. Ah, okay,

understand now, let's go to the next slide. So I

did a little bit of study on what this word

understand means. It's more than just understand now, so we're

trying to understand understand. So in the Bible, if you

study how this word is used, these are the few

ways that is commonly used. Okay, So understand is to

look at or to give attention to, Like right now,

I'm looking at siubin Right, I'm trying to understand her,

and as I look longer, I give more attention. Yeah,

then I can actually try and read her even more.

So understand is to actually look at or give attention to. Right,

are we looking at God in this?

Yeah?

Are we giving attention to God? Whether it's in our

quiet time? Are we giving God time or not to

look at someone? You need to turn your hair, You

need to give time.

Right?

Are we turning and looking at God in our daily lives?

Or are we looking everywhere else but looking at God?

Yeah?

Something to ponder about and then understand as you go

deeper is to consider. So as I look, as you've

been longer and longer, I'm considering you know different things

about her. And as I look at her longer, I'm

trying to comprehend. I'm trying to read her and understand her.

So understand it starts with making time to look at

the person. But you need to look longer and longer

and longer to think deeper about the person.

What is really going on in you know? Their lives?

So God wants us to look at him and look

at him long enough to really know him, not just

touch and go. But then are we giving God enough

time in our lives to really look at him consider

comprehend him. Okay, so that's what understand means. Now let's

go to the next slide. It's not just understand, but

that's just the first step. God wants us to know him.

That is the second step. And the word no sounds

like that like I know you, you know me, la

like that, But it's deeper than that.

Okay, let's go to the next slide.

So I'm going to start this is in order to

know someone is to first learn about the person, to

learn about the person, and then as you learn about

the person, you get acquainted with the person. You get

acquainted with a person, you experience the person as you

spend time together, you young child, you play bickerball, you

go shopping, you spend time, you experience the person more.

And then this one is like for marriage, like huh,

for those who get married while you you seal the deal,

you're intermate with that person, your spouse. So it's a

whole journey and process knowing God. So like let's say,

for me, and my husband. Right, we first learned about

each other. Oh, there's this guy, there's this girl in church.

Then okay, make friends, be acquainted with and then okay,

you know, going to pre courtship and courtship, get to

experience and know each other even better. But the one

thing that is safe for marriage is intimacy. So after

we get married, then we are internet with each other.

That is really knowing in full. And so God wants

us to also have this kind of journey with him

right where we learn about him, but don't just stop there.

Really be acquainted with God, get to know him more

and experience him, get to know him even more. And here,

in a bibical sense, to be intimate with God is

really to be closest with.

God like no other.

That's why God calls the church his bride, right, Jesus

is the bridegroom. God ones that close relationship. Yeah, the

human closeness is a reflection of how we are to

be with God. Right, So no, it's really not just

knowing about but going all the way with God. Okay,

now let's go to the next line. So I have

this book in my library at home God. It's called

God's psychiatry. I'm so sorry I forgot to bring it today,

but I can remember the story I want to share

with us. So a few years ago I was reading

this book and there was this true story that really

uh stuck to me today until today. So, how many

of you know sound twenty three, the famous message sound

to ony three?

How many of you this.

Is one of your favorite verses in my Bible? I

see your hands going up. Yeah, it's one of my

favorite too, Sound twenty three. So what happened was this

true story went like this. There was a meeting, a

public meeting, something like this that happened, and there were

two men that were chosen to read out Psalm twenty

three before the congregation. The first man was a young man,

maybe like Gabriel Hey, and he came out, you know what,

look very guyer speak was so very guyer, you know.

So he read out a Psalm twenty three full of guyar, yeah,

full of And after he finished reading, right, ah, everybody

standing and c hands, you know, standing ovation because he

did it so well, so excellently. And then next came

an older man, maybe like Garnish, a Gabriel's father came

up and he it's okay.

Yeah, older man shall dream dreams rather.

Yeah, all good came up and maybe in that story

it was he was actually much older. Actually maybe it

is eighties or nineties. Yeah, really, let me she's really

lived life a long time.

This older man.

Came up and he began to read some twenty three,

and after he finished reading his pin drop silence, pin

drop silence in the room and people were just bowing

their hats and praying to God. Then the young man

observed this, and he was thinking, what is going on?

Why is so different response? Both of us are reading

the same sound. But why one after reading standing ovation,

why the next one after reading pin drop silence? People

are like so repentant. Then the young man came up

and made this observation. He said, you know, to the congregation,

let me tell you what I'm observing right now.

I may know.

Psalm twenty three very well and be able to, you know,

read it out very well. But this man over here,

the older man knows the shepherd. So the young man

knows the sound, but the older man knows the shepherd.

Can you see the difference, My dear friends, It's one

next night. It's one thing to know about God, about

the things of God. It's one thing to do church,

but it's another thing to really know God on a

personal level. And when I read this story, I say, God,

I want to be like this old man. I don't

want to be like this young man that just knows

about you and everything you know. I perform you in

my life. I really want to know you like this

old man, and that because I know you, I want

to help people to also want to know you. So

I don't want to live a fancy life for you God,

I want to live a simple life of knowing you

because it's powerful.

Right.

So this one story really just start with me and

has been one of my inspirations to do I know

the Psalm? Or do I know the Shepherd? I'm reminded

from time to time in my life. Next story, Next,

can you show another picture? So this was our ex

Leader's conference this year. Okay, how many of you were

there ACT Leaders conference this year?

Some of you were there? Okay? Yes? And passa.

Kenneth was sharing one of the sessions and he shared

this true story as well. He said, in his younger days,

he came across this very successful businessman in a conference

and this businessman was sharing the secret to his success.

When being asked about who is his men thought this

business rich successful businessman. You would think that his men

thought would be someone that is also a rich, successful businessman. Right,

it makes sense, right, But no, this rich businessman. Guess

who his men thought was. It was actually a very

simple man who was not even a businessman. He was

a sh shepherd, a modern day shepherd who takes care

of sheep in the world. And this businessman, I think,

stays in America, but his mentor stays in Ireland and

he's out in the wild taking care of sheep most

of the time. But why did this rich businessman choose

such as simple man to be his mentor. The one

thing about this shepherd is because he has spent so

much time out in the wild taking care of sheep,

he has time to build relationship with God and listen

to God's voice.

And this is what this businessman wanted.

I don't want another guru to teach me about everything

in this world. I want someone who can be the

voice of God.

In my life.

And so he chose a humble shepherd in another part

of the world to be his mentor. And so that

is another true story that really bless my heart. Like

God again, I don't want to be, you know, someone

being in life but not being able to hear your voice.

I want to be someone simple as long as I

can hear your voice. And so let's strive for that.

You know, are we knowing God that we can hear

his voice? And that this also speaks of our leaders?

You know, I know in x KK. You know some

of our leaders may be younger than some of the

partners here, but trust that they hear God's voice. Our

leaders are like that simple shepherd that spends time with God,

that hears God's voice. And they may be younger than

some of you in this room in terms of age,

in terms of experience in life, but one thing they

do have is that they are shepherds who hear God's voice.

And may they be the voice of God in your life.

So may your hearts be open even to your leaders here,

your shepherd's here who really spend time with God to

hear from God for you.

Okay, all right, now that's another story. IM just look

at time. How much time do I have life? Done?

About time? Ten minutes? Okay? Ken? Almost done? Ready? Okay,

so we move on, yeah, to the next slide.

X.

Chapter three, chapter four.

Okay, you don't have to turn there, but I'm just

going to share with you very briefly that this is

a story of Peter and John. After Jesus died and

went back to heaven, died, rose again, ran back to heaven,

they heal a man that was lame at the temple. Okay,

and that this is a famous story. And then after that,

after they they healed the man, they actually spoke to

the people in public. They spoke to the religious leaders

in public. And this is what the religious leaders said.

Let's go to the next light X chapter four, verse

thirteen and fourteen. Now, when they saw the bondess of

Peter and John and perceived that they were uneducated common men,

they were astonished. These are the religious leaders, and they

recognized one thing. They recognized that they had been with Jesus.

But seeing the man who was healed standing beside them,

they had nothing to say in opposition. The fruit of

knowing Jesus is power. Power will automatically flow out of

your life for the purpose of God. Peter and John

were uneducated men, simple men like the shepherd. They may

not have had much riches, might or wisdom. But the

one secret success in their life is they had been

with God and they know God.

And out of that flowed God's power to heal the

lame man.

And you read in the Book of X they did

many many more miracles, and many people came to know God.

So you want to see revival happen in your family,

in your school, in your workplace, in your community. It

starts with you and I. Since your neighbors say revival

starts with you, turn to another. Neighbors say, revival starts

with me. Really, if Peter and John did not were

not with Jesus, they had not known him, they will

not have the power of God to heal this man,

and people will not come to know Jesus. And so

this is the secret to revival happening around us. It

starts with you and I. How deep are we knowing God.

The deeper we know God, the greater the revival in us,

and true us know when we say the word revival,

many of us were thinking big meetings.

Whah.

The power of God moved people worshiping and praying for hours.

People get slain, A lot of demonstrations of science and wonders.

That is the fruit of revival, the manifestation. But the

humble beginnings of revival start with our relationship with God.

Are we pursuing him more? The more we know God,

the more we have been with Jesus, the greater the

power of God flows through us.

Amen, a man.

Now, let's wrap this up. Okay, So let's go to

the next slight. So we're zooming to Jeremiah after nine,

verse twenty four. So as we understand and know God,

these are the three things that describe God. If God

gave you a name, cut today, this will be his

credentials on his name, cut, a degree in right, masters

in justice PhD. And stay fast love. Literally, these are

God's credentials. God himself said that I am the Lord

who practices stayed fast love. It's not just love, you know,

but it's stayed fast that miss faithful love. That even

when we are naughty, we are unfaithful, we are bad,

God will still love us. His love is stay fast, unchangeable.

But it doesn't stop there. Many of us say, God,

your love, your love, your love, full stop. But God

is the God of justice as well. It's very important

that there is justice in the world it matters to God.

So God is very very upset, angry and hurt when

there's injustice happening around. Right, God always says, don't oppress

the weak. Many times, you know, don't don't have unrighteous skills.

God is big on justice. Don't forget.

God is not just lovely, lovely.

Faithful, but he's a God of justice, and he's a

God of righteousness. God is big on doing the right thing.

And this is who God is. And we are made

this image. So this is how we are to live

as well. Love unconditionally, stay fastly faithfully, but don't forget

practicing what is right in our lives, the justice and

the righteousness. Sometimes Christians can swing one side, you know,

just love all the way. But then now are we

living our lives right? Is there justice in our lives?

The world? Willard swing decide? The world?

Is justice? Justice?

Justice? You know, my right, my right, my right. But

then they may forget the love part.

But God really wants these two parts, the love and

the justice and righteousness he man. So this is who

God is, his credentials, and I hope and pray that

this will also be on your name. Cut of life

when you hand out when you help people to know

you or when people see you. I hope and I

pray that God will grow us to also have stayed fast, love,

justice and righteousness in our lives. Amen, get extreme, Why

don't you come up? We're going to wrap this up.

So the closing slide, Yeah, can we show the slide

on revival? So today the angle, the facet of revival

that I wanted to share with us is really revival

is about knowing God deeper. Not pursuing more wisdom about God,

but really knowing God deeper personally personally, and to know

God deeper personally, you can't run away from investing time.

You want something to grow, you have to give it time.

You can't run away from that. So I guess on

a practical sense, on a daily basis, are we giving

God enough time amids our very busy and full lives.

I know our lives are busy. I'm a working mom myself,

I got three kids. I'm also serving in church. I

also need to take out my dog and my garden.

I also like to cook and bake. I also have

extended family, aging parents. I've got bills to pay, I've

got holidays that I want to go to. I know

life is full. My life is also full, just like

your life. But are we giving God enough time every day?

Not just every week? Now, great that we're in church

today we are giving This is proof that we are

giving God this time once a week. But are we

giving God enough time in our daily lives to know

Him deeper? You know, I have been a Christian for

the past thirty years. This is my thirtieth year of

knowing Jesus. I've been in ex church for the past

twenty four years. I've been a leader maybe for the

past twenty two years in church. And when Pastor brought

up this team revival this year, I can easily say

I already know God for so many years. God, I

already serve you for so many years. I think I

already know you quite enough.

FLA.

This is for others, But God is saying, no, there's

so much more of me that you still don't know.

And so this year for me, God is really drawing

me to know Him even deeper than I've ever known

Him in the past thirty years.

And so would you join me.

In this journey of being revived by God in the

sense that let's get to know God even deeper than

all that we've ever known about Him. There are still

new things to discover about God, new experiences to be encountered.

You know, husband and wife. You've been for those who

be married many years, you know that there's always still

something new to discover about each other, no matter you've

been married thirty, forty fifty years. You have a couple

in ex ciber fifty years of marriage, an elderly Japanese

couple in their eighties, but yet there are still things

to learn about each other.

Want more about God? Amen? So I want to invite.

You to join me on this journey of knowing God deeper.

This year in God is spiral learning. We can come

back to Him and learn even more about Him this year,

and that is a personal revival. And when we know

God deeper, his power will automatically flow through us. You

don't have to try too hard. People will see you.

Will see God in your life, like how the business

man saw God in the humble shepherd's life, like how

the religious leaders saw God in the lives of Peter

and John that were rough, uneducated men. I rather be

a simple person that knows my God than to be

a successful, big person, and I don't know my God.

So choose you this day. What kind of life you

want to live. I want to choose a simple life

that knows God. And I know that blessed His blessings

is powerflow. But my goal is just God. I just

want to know you. I'm not going to pursue wisdom

as much as I pursue you. I'm not going to

even pursue doing church as much as I know you.

I really just want more of you, God, and less

of me, more of you, less of my own wisdom,

less of my really really geniosity, and just more of You,

Oh God.

That the world may know you. Amen.
