You're listening to a message to go from axt church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
So we are in the midst of talking about revival. Okay,
-
today we want to find out how revived is your heart?
-
How is it hot for the Lord or are you
-
like cold?
-
Hi? My favorite person, I haven't seen you in a
-
long time. How are you Wilson? Where's your wife? Hi? Oh, Edeline?
-
Long time?
-
Where's the kids there too?
-
Okay? I see one look like the mummy. Okay. We
-
counsel them and they got married and I understand they're
-
doing very well. My husband tells me they're doing very well.
-
Praise the Lord. So yeah, today we're still talking about
-
Last year we spoke about discipleship. I hope all of
-
you are being discipled. You know, you need somebody. You
-
need to walk with somebody. Okay, if we are not
-
here to lord over you, because Jesus says, disciple, disciple,
-
that's how disciples are not made. You have to walk,
-
you know, you have to walk with somebody. Yeah, they
-
are made, but you have to walk with somebody. Somebody
-
to help you, somebody to talk to you.
-
Somebody to counsel you and that's what you think.
-
The leader's gone very free to come and counsel you
-
and walk with you, and disciple you, we are not free.
-
We've got a lot of things to do, but we
-
want to do it because we love you, and because
-
we want to honor the word. We want to respect
-
the word. The word, says disciple, So we disciple, lo
-
so work with us. Okay, so this year we revival.
-
Revival is what and and growing up I always thought
-
revival was a huge thing. You know it's about Yeah,
-
it is a huge thing. It's it's mass, it's it's
-
about for a big ten revivals. We've heard about the
-
city's village church mass huge. You know, it's all God
-
nothing to do with me, you know, Revival is all
-
God has got nothing to do. But actually, Jonathan's said
-
something this morning that I wanted to share. It only
-
takes a spark to start a fire, and he started
-
something like that this morning. And I'm telling you, Revival
-
starts with one person. Revival starts with me, with you.
-
Without you, revival cannot start. You think suddenly Revival will
-
start with a huge bang, and everybody gets said, no,
-
Revival has to start with you and me. It's with us.
-
If we are not revived, we cannot bring a revival
-
to the church. Why don't we start with revival in
-
the church revival here in ex Banda, Utama. Why don't
-
we talk about that. If you and I are date,
-
we cannot bring revival. So let's chat today. What I
-
want to do is a check, a heart check, and
-
what's the best heart check? If it is not the
-
heart postures. You know I came up with this heart postures.
-
You know what is your heart posture towards revival? Today?
-
We want to do a hard check and see where
-
you are.
-
You will know where you are either your heart, your lukewarm,
-
your cold. So we want to bring you back and
-
so you can learn and be revived. Okay. So when
-
I'm a firm believer of supplements never like a prayer,
-
I will take for more than thirty years. I took
-
my vitamins without elder terants. I gave him three bottles
-
for three years, his bottles. Every time I asked, can
-
I send you vitamins? No, I still have vitamins in
-
the office. That vitamin is supposed to finish in one month.
-
He has kept it for three years and every time
-
I said, can I send you vitamins? He will tell
-
me I have vitamins, no need vitamins. So he never
-
takes this vitamins. So we went for a full body check,
-
and in the full body check, when the results came out,
-
I was shocked when the doctor said, hey, you don't
-
have this supplement. You don't have this supplement, and I'm
-
taking all disapplaments I'm taking.
-
But the doctor said, you're.
-
Lacking, lacking, lacking, lacking, go back and take all these vitamins.
-
So I'm scratching my head. I'm like, what's wrong? I
-
missed it somewhere. That's exactly how you are you think?
-
You think, Hey, I'm kidding to heaven. I'm doing it right.
-
I'm reading my Bible, I'm fulfieling, I'm serving in church.
-
I'm coming every Sunday. But have you done it right?
-
Is the Lord going to say I know you? Every
-
time I do my quiet time, I always say God,
-
maybel checking in in case you don't know who I am.
-
I'm checking in Lord, Lord, you know me because I
-
don't want one day you know, I go to heaven
-
and then God says, hey, I don't know you. My goodness,
-
there's no way of coming back and making it right.
-
You make it right now, and you make it right
-
here today. You change. You know, you cannot go to
-
meet him and then and find out that you missed it.
-
We have something called tea in X ten A m
-
t is Tanya elders anything like that. We know all
-
the answers. We also have to go and study so
-
that the students will come Tanya elder anything tea, and
-
then we have to answer all your questions. One of
-
the questions is uh. The student asks, Lord, Lord, you know? Uh?
-
You know? And then I have done this, I've done that,
-
I've done that. How come you don't know me? So
-
the student asked, how if I'm doing everything? And then
-
the Lord tells me, I don't know you. I asked
-
that question every day. Lord? Am I doing it right? Lord?
-
Am I doing this right? So?
-
Okay, I won't, I won't jump.
-
We will. We will study and then you will know
-
what is it that actually tells you that when you
-
go to the Lord and and and you know, okay,
-
I want, I want okay, okay, so oh reviver so Lord, okay.
-
A heart is often a jump started into revival when
-
certain godly attributes come alive. Okay, physical health testschry too.
-
And I got disappointed.
-
We cannot get disappointed when we go to heaven and
-
find out that we didn't make it, because that's it.
-
We don't make it into heaven. You know what is
-
the other end? Okay? What where you're going to end
-
up with? So always examine yourself, Always examine, examine, examine.
-
Every Sunday you come to church, somebody is talking to you,
-
somebody is reminding you, somebody is telling you do this,
-
do that. You know, remind and examine yourself. Remind yourself,
-
examine yourself. Am I doing this right? Am I running it? Right?
-
Am I waiting upon the Lord? The Bible says, when
-
you wait upon the Lord, you know you saw like
-
an eagle. You run and you're never weary. You walk
-
and you don't faignt Search me, your Lord, Search search
-
your heart? Where are you? Search your heart? Don't give
-
up searching your heart. Always search your heart and say, Lord,
-
know my heart today, try me and know my thoughts.
-
Your thoughts are so important. So how do I come back?
-
So if you say, Lord, okay, we're going to check right,
-
We're going to check where we are and we want
-
to come back. Okay, the next slight please, we want
-
to see hunger, hunger for the Lord. How many of
-
you are hungry for the lot? Sometimes?
-
Uh, I just get this hunger.
-
You know. I think it's my spirit man just becoming
-
so hungry.
-
Oh Lord, have you heard speech and say? Oh?
-
Okay, next light please? I didn't do that. Next light,
-
heart postures to Okay, the next one. I've done all this, Nathaniel,
-
I think you didn't never mind. Next one, hard postures.
-
God responds to. Next one, Okay, hunger and thirst. Blessed
-
are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness? How many
-
of you hunger for righteousness? I was just asking God, God,
-
what is this righteousness? Righteousness is being in a place
-
when you see something that is wrong. You know God
-
has placed you in different places, in workplaces, in schools,
-
in officers, you know. Wherever you are, you know when
-
you see unjust do you keep quiet? You are the light?
-
You know you are God's child. When you're hungry, you're
-
always thinking about God. You're always moving and you're thinking,
-
how can I bless the Lord? How can I bless
-
the lot? If you see something not right? Would you
-
make it right? Would you go and speak or you
-
say no, better not? You know, I don't want to
-
stick out and and be a short term I'll just
-
keep quiet. Or will you speak out? Will you speak out?
-
Some time ago, we saw it unjust done to an animal,
-
an animal, you know, Me and my friends we go
-
for walks, and in the walk we saw this little
-
dog that was just left outside, you know, in the sun.
-
And the.
-
What we found out is the owner we just leave
-
the dog outside and go away on holidays.
-
You see, I'm so distracted. I'm telling you all.
-
These stories because and I don't know where I'm going
-
to finish my message. But it's okay because these stories
-
mean something. You know, when you are placed in a
-
place where you need to speak out, you need to
-
voice out because that's where that's what righteousness is about.
-
So we question this owner, can we help? Can we
-
a dop Can we find a new owner for this dog? No? No, no,
-
don't touch my dog. And when we went inside, we
-
went through the little gate to find whether the dog
-
has water, whether the dog has food. We found lovely
-
in the bowl full of moldy.
-
The ball was moldy, the food was terrible and the.
-
Dog was cronying. So every time we would come into
-
the side gate and feed the dog, the owner just
-
went away to Pinang because his parents or someone's not
-
well and just left the dog to fend for itself.
-
So anyway, in the end.
-
After speaking and everything, my daughter Alana, one day when
-
I was going to feed, she saw the dog and
-
she was so moved. She said, no, I'm taking it back,
-
and we took the bag and now the dog is ours.
-
Don't ask me how. And the dog now I have
-
two rescues. They both bully me like crazy. So if
-
you're put in a place, boys out, whether it is
-
for a dog, whether it's for a person, maybe someone
-
you know truth about somebody but lies. A being said,
-
would you keep quiet or would you speak out? Because
-
God wants you to be able to fight for these
-
people that cannot fight. So always hunger for righteousness, do
-
what's right? Okay? Humility, humility, Uh, Pride resists revival, Humility
-
invites God. So let's check. We are doing hard check
-
today right just now. We spoke about hunger, we spoke
-
about righteousness. We spoke about how you need to be
-
hungry for the things of God. Now we're talking about humility.
-
The best example for humility is Jesus, King of Kings,
-
Lord of lords. Every knee will bow coming, King raise.
-
He raised the day.
-
You know, the Book of John says, the Book of
-
John says.
-
In the beginning was the word, The word was with God,
-
the word was God. And then later on you find
-
out it says he became flesh and walked among us.
-
Jesus walked among it. That's how great God is. We
-
cannot even pantom our mind can't even describe what God
-
is is so big, it's huge. You know this, Jesus
-
came down to this dirty world for you and me.
-
You know, he walked with peasants and prostitutes and text
-
collectors and all kinds of people. He walked. And what
-
did he do? Did he lord it over them? Ai
-
am the King of kings? No, what did he do?
-
He actually served the people. He's the best example. And
-
not did he serve the people? He washed his disciples feet,
-
God washing the disciples feet. Would you and I wash
-
someone's feet? Let's think about it.
-
Humility.
-
The best example is Jesus. So if you want humility,
-
God loves humility. That's why He showed us everything. The Gospels,
-
you know, when you read your Bible, in the Gospels
-
is about Jesus. He actually came to show us how
-
to live, how to pray, how to love, how to forgive.
-
You know, he actually showed us what to do, how
-
to do it, and he did it first and showed us.
-
God came showed us how to do these things. So
-
if you want to know how to be like him,
-
read the Gospels. And humility is a beautiful thing you
-
must have. So check do I have humility? Do I
-
love people like that? Can I go down? Can I
-
be humble like that to do that extra mile for somebody? Okay,
-
that's another hard check. Even when you don't feel it
-
us sometimes I'm up here doing it because of obedience.
-
I don't want to do it, I'm doing it. So
-
think about it. What is it in your life that
-
you really don't want to do. What is it in
-
your life that's really challenging God. I don't want to
-
wake up in the morning and come and serve.
-
It's not easy.
-
I need my time because last night, you know, yesterday
-
I was at a party. My mother celebrated her ninety
-
third birthday, and we were a party and my nieces
-
tomorrow got church and I saw her looking at the
-
mirror and she's I was thinking, Eh, she's going back
-
while she's looking at the mirror. Then she said, no,
-
Auntie Mabel, I'm going out. I said, tomorrow is church.
-
How come you're going out? And definitely discon it's already
-
ten something and just going out. So you can imagine
-
what time she's sleeping. How to wake up the morning?
-
You come to church and you yawn right or not?
-
Thank God, I'm not seeing your yr You're better, don yon.
-
Do you know me and my husband bye On Saturday nights,
-
we prepare, we go to bait early. We don't like
-
to go and take appointments. We don't like we finished
-
everything by evening so that we don't have to, you know,
-
be tired when we come on a Sunday. So take
-
have a discipline. Last time in the Old Testament, they'll
-
bring cows for sacrifice, right, you bring your offer tree.
-
Your offer tree is a cow or a sheep or
-
a lamp. Today we just pick up our hand back
-
and come. Got nothing to do, right or not. We're
-
not bringing cows and lambs and sheep and sacrificing it
-
and they alter. We just bring our money and we
-
just drop it, our whatever, just drop into the offer
-
tree bag, right or not. So the least we can
-
do is prepare. Preparation is so important. It shows God
-
that you love him. It shows God that you know
-
you're taking time. You're putting time aside, you're preparing, You're
-
taking your clothes out, you're putting your Bible aside, you're
-
making sure you don't forget anything, your offer tree, how
-
much you're giving to the Lord.
-
All that is preparation.
-
In the Old Testament, they prepared in a way by
-
pulling their offer tree to church. But we don't do
-
that now. There are other ways preparing. So prepare. Don't
-
come on a Sunday morning. Tiet always go to bait early. Prepare, prepare,
-
prepare because that touches God. Repentance. The next thing we
-
want to talk is repentance. You know, there's a prayer
-
that we always pray, me and my husband before we
-
leave the house. We say, Lord, you know that are
-
we will ask you to forgive us a lot for
-
things that we have done. Things we know we were
-
seeing in your eyes. There are things that you know
-
that were sinning God's eyes. There are things you know
-
that you don't even know it was sinned, but yet
-
it was sinning God's eyes. Maybe the thought you say, hey,
-
it's you. I didn't do it. I didn't do that sin.
-
It was just passing in my mind, you know. So
-
we will cover everything. We will say, you know, things
-
that were sinning in your eyes that didn't look sin
-
in mind, you know, So forgive me for all things.
-
We will cover everything.
-
So repentance has to come from a place of you know,
-
say you did something wrong and you want to come
-
out of it, the grief. You need to really be sincere.
-
God knows when you're sincere. Not. God knows when you
-
go and say God, I'm sorry you just God is not. Yeah,
-
he's our friend, but he's also You cannot take God
-
like you know he said nobody, I'm sorry, Lord, and
-
just move on, and I'm sorry I did that.
-
Just move on, you know, don't do that with God.
-
Always honor God, because you never lose when you honor God,
-
when you love God, when you give on to God,
-
you never lose. You never lose with God. You know
-
that respect, that honor when you come in you know,
-
sitting in front making sure. You know, it's not your
-
turn to arrange the chess, So what arrange the chess?
-
Put it properly, Come early, see what help is needed.
-
You know you don't have to be on duty roster
-
because you do it for the audience of one. You
-
don't do it for the pastor to see, for the
-
leaders to see, but you live for the audience of one.
-
Always make sure there's one person who's watching you.
-
There's one person who's always watching you.
-
While you're sleeping, while you're in church, while you're working,
-
while you're resting. He's always watching you. Always make sure
-
that you are in a place where you know you're
-
giving your best and you're honoring him. So remember repentance.
-
If you're repenting before the Lord, don't take it lightly.
-
You know, come with a broken heart. The Bible says,
-
come with a broken heart, a contrite heart. God loves it.
-
When you come with a contract like that means you're
-
truly repent. You're grieving over that, and you're saying God,
-
I want to change. Okay, So the next thing I
-
want to talk about is honesty. The next line, okay, integrity.
-
Is there a picture the next one? What is the
-
next one? Oh no, uh, okay, never mind.
-
I wanted to show you a picture. How come it's
-
not there? I saw it.
-
I saw the picture when I gave it to pasta Stephen. Okay,
-
let's go back to honesty, integrity of heart. Are you
-
there's a story behind this picture?
-
Where's my picture?
-
Lord? Never mind? It's okay? Maybe okay, never mind. Anyway,
-
two three months ago, I was in the house. You know,
-
I do my own business, and I'm I was speaking,
-
and suddenly I heard the word integrity, and I know
-
the voice of God. When he told me integrity, I
-
was thinking, Lord, where did I? Ah, there it is?
-
How did you find it? Okay, that's my daughter Ashley?
-
So okay, take up, Okay, can now mind? Leave it?
-
Don't leave it on.
-
So when God told me integrity, I said, ah, I jump,
-
What did I do wrong?
-
Why is God talking about integrity?
-
So I quickly check, check, check, check, make sure I
-
know I'm not doing anything wrong. I am integrists before
-
the Lord. I'm doing what's right. So I check everything and.
-
I said, okay, Lord, you know I'm careful. I'm careful.
-
I know whatever I'm doing, I'm careful a few days past,
-
and he said again, integrity. Oh my god, oh my goodness,
-
I must be really feeling. Way am I feeling? So
-
I was really searching, and I went to the Lord
-
in prayer and I checked myself, making sure I don't
-
live a double life. I don't, you know, in front
-
of you, Mabel, behind you, devil. No, I wasn't. So
-
I checked myself. I really really checked myself. And then
-
he spoke again, integrity through this picture, my daughter said,
-
she sends me. My daughter's working in Kazakh Kazakhstan, she's
-
a teacher there. Uh and and and she sent me
-
this picture. And she always sends me all kinds of pictures.
-
Whatever she's doing, she will send me because that's my
-
daughter is very She loves the family. She loves being
-
with her family. And and and when she she does
-
things like that and she sends pictures, she feels like
-
she's with the family.
-
So she sent me this picture. And I didn't see
-
her face first.
-
I saw the word first again, so I knew God
-
was telling something not just to me, but to all
-
of us. See, if you are if you do not
-
have integrity, God cannot use you. Because she cannot trust you.
-
What is integrity? What people see you here on a Sunday.
-
You're the same outside. You're not someone else or something
-
else outside. You don't live a double life. You always
-
the same, and God can trust you because there's so
-
much work to do. Remember what the bird the word says.
-
The Word says that the harvest is plenty, but the
-
laborers are few, so God cannot use you. May be
-
a Christian, why are you taking your phone? Put your
-
phone away. This is not a phone time. This is
-
the studying the word time, So put your phone away.
-
This is how I preach. At ten am. I always
-
tell them put your phone away, because God watches you.
-
God watches when you make a joke, when the word
-
is being preached. God watches when you're smiling and laughing
-
and playing the fool. God says, why where's the honor?
-
What am I preaching? I'm preaching God's word. I'm not
-
preaching my own story. Yes, I'm sharing you that there
-
is a living God and he's doing all these miracles.
-
He won't do a miracle for you.
-
If you're in church watching your phone sending a joke,
-
I'm sorry if you don't invite me again. But this
-
is who I am. I'm very hot for the Lord,
-
and I say it as it is. I love the Lord.
-
The first time I came, they all said, oh, you elder,
-
you're scolding us. I say, because there's no honor in
-
the house. Number one, because God will judge me. Maybe
-
I asked you to go and share the word and
-
you just let my people do whatever. You didn't correct them,
-
and you saw something that was not right. I have
-
to because one day I will have to stand in
-
front of God and justify what I've shared. I've shared
-
it the way God has taught me to share it. Integrity, guys,
-
in church or outside. If in church you have no integrity,
-
how more outside you will not have integrity. And God
-
is watching for people he can trust and use. Can
-
he count on you? Can he count on you? So
-
have integrity. Be honest, Be honest, okay, doing the right thing,
-
whether in public or private. Honesty is always telling the truth.
-
I know it's difficult, always telling the truth. It's not easy.
-
Be consistent. Don't one day be like this tomorrow be
-
something else. And trustworthiness very important. Okay, So yeah, integrity.
-
God is very big on integrity. Three times He told me, Mabel, integrity, integrity, integrity,
-
So I can use you. I can, I can trust you,
-
I can send you out for good works. I can
-
send you to go share with somebody. So Church, I
-
don't believe that integrity was just for me. Integrity is
-
for the Church. He wants every one of us to
-
live a life of integrity. Okay. The next thing obedience,
-
So we haart check? Are all this are is hard?
-
Check heart postures? Are we having integrity in our lives?
-
Are human? Are we humble? You know what was? Are
-
we hunger? Are we hungry for the Lord and his righteousness?
-
Are we honest? Are we repented when we repented? Are
-
we truly repented? You know? Do we keep doing the
-
same sin again? Or do we repent and say God,
-
we won't do it again. The next thing is obedience.
-
So remember I told you earlier on I said, the
-
student came and asked us this question. What if I'm
-
missing it? It's so simple. Obedience is if you love me,
-
you will keep my word. Thank God wants you were
-
slaves of sin, but now you wholeheartedly obey his teaching,
-
This teaching we have given you. Revival depends when we
-
obey what God has already spoken to us. Okay, So
-
obedience is actually loving God and keeping his commandments. So
-
when the student asked, this is what came to me.
-
If you're keeping God's commandment, how can you go wrong?
-
If you love God and love people. If you are
-
always conscious that God is watching you wherever you are,
-
that God is watching you. God is walking with you,
-
God is loving you. God has his back, you know
-
has your back. How can you miss it? You cannot
-
miss it. God will never say I do not know you.
-
Because you love his word. You keep his commandments. There's
-
no way God will say I do not know you,
-
so keep his commandments. The only way you're going to
-
know his commandments is by reading the word.
-
Are you reading the word? So important that you read
-
the word?
-
Every time my husband buys me an electronic I never
-
like to read the manual, never because.
-
It's always so fat, so much of words.
-
I never like to read. And he always tells me, love,
-
if you want this item to last, you must read
-
the manual.
-
God has given us a manual.
-
If you don't read the word, you will miss it
-
because there are so much God wants to tell you,
-
and it's all in the Word. The next thing is prayer.
-
If my people will humble themselves and pray. It's not
-
easy to pray. I try to do my quiet time
-
every morning. I pray before the Lord. I do my
-
quiet time. I take communion. Prayer is so important. Prayer
-
is talking to God. God. Do you know that Adam
-
and if you know, God came at the right time,
-
in the cool of the morning to share the word.
-
I mean to to have fellowship with Adam and Eve.
-
And do you know He seeks that time with you,
-
that fellowship with you. He wants to talk to you.
-
He wants to find out how you're doing. He wants
-
to know what you are, your challengers. He wants to
-
know if you will need a job, what is the job,
-
What is the job doing to you? Is the job
-
driving you crazy? You know?
-
He wants to know everything about you.
-
But if you don't and you just go away and
-
do whatever you want to do, you know, you know,
-
sometimes somebody told me, oh, Josephine told me this morning,
-
you know, something happened, and instead of going to the
-
Lord first, I went to everybody. We do that because
-
we don't see God, we see people. So when we
-
have a problem. The first thing we do is can
-
you you know I have this problem? So we want
-
someone to talk to us. But what makes you think
-
that God won't talk to you when you go and
-
spend time with you with him in prayer. What makes
-
you think that God will be quiet and won't talk
-
to you. He won't talk to you. He desires to
-
have that fellowship with you. My mom turned ninety three
-
on Friday. We took her out yesterday. Do you know
-
my mom walks around and we asked her mom, We
-
always take her for a nice hotel Buffas and she
-
loves hei teas and all that. But this time we
-
told her mom, we always go for Hotel Bufface. Shall
-
we go for something else? She said, crab neiety three?
-
You know ninety three, No crab. She wants seafood. She
-
can walk with us with her son. Yesterday she was
-
the style of the restaurant. Everybody was looking in my
-
mom's Chinese. You know, she's walking with a walking stick.
-
And then of course we all broke the claw all
-
for her so she can easy for her to eat.
-
But you know what's the secret of my mother ninety
-
three walking? She's a child of God. That fears God
-
every morning, whether we are you know, we take her
-
on our holidays. You know, whether she is in the
-
house or at a holiday destination. At a certain time
-
in the morning, she take a shower, she'll sit down
-
with her bible, and she will read her Bible loud.
-
The whole house, everyone can hear. Whether it's on a
-
holiday destination or what she doesn't care, and she will
-
read the Bible out loud, the Word of God out loud,
-
because it's so important that you hear what you read.
-
You're just not all and you don't you close your bible,
-
you don't know what you read. You need to You
-
need to hear what you read. So read the Bible
-
out loud so you can hear. Fay comes by hearing.
-
You believe God by hearing the word of God. So
-
you read out loud. And my mother reads the Bible.
-
She spends with God. I know it's already almost time.
-
I'm going to give you the but I will run
-
this quickly, okay. So if you want to live a
-
good life, you know, doesn't matter when God calls us home.
-
I'm ready if God calls me home. Are you ready
-
when God calls you home? Today. Are you ready to
-
see him? You must be.
-
Ready, like God's going to call you today.
-
Is your life ready or you're going to tell God God,
-
not yet, I'm not ready. I haven't read the Bible.
-
I've got to get my act together. Get your act
-
together today. Don't wait for tomorrow. Get it done today. Okay,
-
whatever you need to do, do it today. So that's
-
the secret of Mary Ramachandra, that's the name.
-
She's amazing.
-
Wherever she goes, she's reading her Bible and until now
-
you fight with us, she'll give you a good fight
-
as well. So that's my mom, who loves the Lord,
-
who spends time with the Bible. The next thing is teachability. Okay, prayer, hard, posture.
-
You must have a heart to pray, you know, have
-
a heart that wants to pray. Pray for people, pray
-
for yourself, pray for anything. Spend time with the Lord.
-
Pray is always spending time saying Hi God, here I am.
-
The next is teachability. Today. If you hear his voice,
-
do not harden your hearts. You hear the voice of God. No,
-
you're hearing Mabel. Yeah, but you're hearing God's word. You're
-
hearing the word being preached. Don't harden your heart. Don't
-
come every Sunday and hear the word and go back
-
like nothing, like water off the duck's back. They say,
-
don't be like that every word. Whether Bradley is here
-
preaching the word, or I am here preaching in the word,
-
or if Jesus himself is here preaching the word, take
-
it like today. I will change. I will make a difference.
-
I will be something that I was in yesterday. I
-
will be better, Lord, I will be better. I will
-
take your word and run with it. Be teachable. Don't
-
say I've heard it the same message I've heard. Really
-
all this words, you know, don't say that, but always
-
want to make a change. Make a change, you know.
-
Be teachable. Don't look at how old a person is
-
or how young the person is. Be teachable when all
-
the Sudders are like, okay, we told you we learn
-
from our young adults. It was Pastor Michelle, pastor Julian.
-
They were all the people at quota communing. If any
-
of you were at quota communing, I was at quota communing.
-
Homes okay and teachable. The last one is okay. I'm
-
ending praise the Lord I am ending. What's the last life? Yes,
-
if you forgot everything, love God and love people, very
-
very important, very very important. You know, the Lord himself said,
-
you know, love the Lord, your God with all your heart,
-
your soul, your mind, all your strength. And love one another,
-
love one another for one another. Don't take offense, don't
-
keep offense, because it is the biggest tool of the enemy.
-
Offense is the biggest tool of the enemy. We always
-
take offense with people. We cannot forgive people. You know,
-
people have done me wrong many many times. You know,
-
you know, and I've heard you know, Yes, you heard, Yes,
-
you cry, Lord, How can I forgive someone who has
-
done me so much wrong, so much evil? You know?
-
Do you know?
-
It's not you? Sometimes by our flesh we cannot forgive.
-
It's always by the spirit. Go to the Lord, and
-
the Holy Spirit will take that unforgiveness. Never keep unforgiveness
-
in your heart. Never, because the Lord is on you.
-
My husband always tells me that person is sleeping very well,
-
that person did you harm, but sleeping very well in
-
the night. You're the one that is not sleeping. Is
-
it right? That person did me harm and that person
-
is sleeping, But I I'm the victim, and I'm the
-
one that's not sleeping. Is it right?
-
Does it make sense?
-
Go to the Lord.
-
I couldn't. I couldn't take it anymore. So I went
-
to the Lord.
-
I cried. First day, I cried. Nothing happened. Second day
-
I went to the Lord. I cried, nothing happened. You know,
-
it took me sometime. Went to the Lord. Lord, Lord Lord,
-
I need to take this. This hurted. I need to forgive.
-
I don't know how. And then the Holy Spirit one
-
day just removed it. And then guess what, someone else
-
will hurt you. Then you got to go back and
-
ask God to forgive. I mean, ask God, Lord, help
-
me forgive again. So don't keep unforgiveness. Oh my, look
-
at the time. Don't keep unforgiveness. Okay. So I'm going
-
to ask the ministry team to come up. Love God
-
and love people, love one another, okay, and always honor God.
-
Wherever you are, honor the Lord because he loves you.
-
Honor him where the people are watching, people are not watching,
-
Honor the Lord. Come on, Bradley, come serve the Lord.
-
So proud of you. Eight years old. We all got
-
no excuser if eight years oldkay and serve. We all
-
got no excuse. Do something you know. Always serve the Lord.
-
Remember the two copper coins and don't look down on
-
the gift that God has given you. If you can
-
shake hands, if you can smile, you can do something.
-
So sir, we hope you've been blessed by this message.
