So today I would like to just uh turn us

to the Bible really soon. But before that, you know

the title of today I thought of just sharing that

it all for us to fulfill the mission of God

in our life, is for us to be able to

understand that in him there's always newness.

In him.

He rewrites, okay, rewrites whatever that was written in the

past that was made wrong. God can rewrite, okay, he

can refresh. I know the shortcut for about control hours

the contray refreshed, but I like to use control rewrite, okay, uh.

And life, our lives can be rewritten in the Lord,

all right.

And he arrow.

Different ones of you may come from, you know, different backgrounds,

different paths, and you know what has happened yesterday. But

God is into the business of refreshing, not just refreshing rewriting.

He has given us a destiny.

He has given us different plans and purposes, you know.

And He has given us a future and a hope asself.

All right, let's turn to Second Corinthians.

Okay.

Second Corinthians, Chapter five, verse seventeen. Maybe the son I'll

affirm the word of God in our lives. All right,

He says, yea.

Therefore, if anyone, okay, let's read it together.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

The old has gone, the new has come. All right, amen,

the old has gone, the new has come.

Amen. You know different ones.

Of us, You know, we sick and look for change,

right almost.

I don't know. Every second, every minute of our life.

Whether consciously or unconsciously, we think about change. Okay, we're like,

oh man, lunchtime is happening soon. I don't feel like

eating rice anymore?

Can I change to fish fish rice? Yes?

That's what like, like I said, fish rice. You know,

you know I don't feel like, you know, having this

heads down anyone, maybe I should cut h you know,

different ones of us. Maybe not not every minute. We

start every year having New Year's resulution, right, you're like, okay,

this year.

I'm going to change all those five kilos this year.

But two days into January you're already fasting on durance

and all the chocolate tales that you can find.

Uh.

And and it all it's half. It's tough, right. And

we can set goals for ourselves because we want to

change and become better. That's why we set goals. We

don't set goals to regress, right beside, goes to get better,

to improve. But we have to know that the real

transformation that can only happen in our lives is not

just something that's external. It's an internal transformation, all right,

And and and why why is that so? Because externally,

like you're not our body or decay our detaiorate one,

definitely definitely, but our spirit man, right, our soul should

not decay and deteriorate because our spirit man and our

soul is the one that is going to experience eternal life. Uh.

And you know enter internal life looking like skeletons, right,

But we want to enter eternal life, feeling well and

healthy and you know, amazing and wondrously awesome. Yeah. So

that's why we need Jesus in our life. That's why

we always have to come to his presence to allow

him to refresh us, renew us, and the most important

instantly for him to rewrite this okay. Uh And and

how many of you you still use Windows for your

computers and stuff like that, right? Uh? Even from Mac

as well? You need to reformat after some time. Yeah,

maybe I should have changed this title to reformatting.

Uh.

Mac reform Your reformat is you totally discuss your whole

matte and buy a new mad idea, right because your

old as well just last after a certain time. We

cannot upgrade your old as already anyways. But for Windows

you can just reformat and just install the latter's window

and it's more amazing than okay anyways, and not start

the war here. But that's what God can do for us.

He reformats us so that we can function better, all right, uh?

And and.

He makes our lives better, not just better, He makes

us new. That leads me to what I want to

share today, being new in Christ. Uh And and before

I come to that, you know, I thought of just

sharing you know, today's message around the life of what

God has done, uh in.

This girl's life.

Her name is Crystal yeah uh, and she is now

currently teaching in lawas already. Yeah, a teacher that got posted. Okay,

So if you are a teacher in the Malaysian government,

because you serve the people are yourself the government, you know,

they self you and they self.

You they were, send you. Okay.

They'll post you to anywhere, any schools and you won't

be there actually for long. They'll keep changing you from

one location to another. Before she got posted towha, she

actually applied I want to be first choice in a

grist and belongs second choice to Langor. But God has

a greater plan for her. But today all that share

on her life. So this was when she graduated from

a partnership class. She can appear all smiling on picture.

But once upon a time when I first met her

in twenty nineteen and of twenty nineteen, she cannot ask me.

Lie for a while, but then she stopped coming in

a way.

How many you know of you know why?

Because COVID happened, all right, COVID happened straight lockdown and

then she went home. So technically still attorney lie online

in a way not really so okay, but she was

still in a way. It all gotten connected with us.

So I remember the first time when we met her,

she was a really really really really shy, uh introverted person,

not just int introverted, very shy, you know, very very

low in confidence and self esteem as well. And you know,

I asked along the way like why that realized it

was because of language also, and because you know, she's

from a little little town you know, in Sarahwa as well,

she's a Sarahakian and sometimes she's like, okay, what this

little town girl has to give a contribute? And actually

life it's not really a big that itself, you know,

already made her inferior. You know, actually life perhaps at

the point of time when she came, we were about

ninety eighty percent of the amount of people that is

here today, so small.

But then we were put.

On in English, so she felt intimidated because were spoken

in English. But you know, when we were connecting with her,

we just went all the way and Mandrain I tried

as well, but it was tough, but I tried and

and and everything moved online. Uh, and so we still

catch up with her.

Uh.

And we have video calls, right and every time when

we talk to her, right. Uh, how many of you

tune wait, which is very very few of you, right,

pandemic you're always x uh. You know, sometimes we will

watch the service together online and after online we will

stay back.

We start a zoom call so.

That we can see each other the face to face

and still catch.

Out with each other.

So we did that and for her at hard time,

usually she'll start nicely on screen. Uh, and then as

time goes, right, she will sink down the screen and

at the end of the call is always seeing her

hair only Uh.

Yeah, she has quite a puffy hair.

She's okay for me to say that, you know, she's okay.

She she knows and and and and and as time

goes as well as to connect with her, right, she'll

first no normal face color and she will turn pink

and turned very very very rare because shy shy. So

as it rates, then she'll slowly siting Downladay Okay, So

so that's her. But you know, God was doing something

in her life, all right. That brings me to my

first acronym, which is b okay. If you don't know yet,

you know God is interested in writing and rewriting us

uh and and he wants to do something new in

your life today. And I use the econyms of baru.

It means new in in in Bahasa Malaysia, so in

b a r okay. That's in four points for us today.

The first is on a brokenness. You know, God wants

to rewrite that and to transform it to beauty. You

can turn to your neighbor it's like, hey, beautiful. Yeah, yeah,

the guys, I know something. You cringe when you hear that,

all right, ha, God can do that. Okay, all right,

let's turn to some one hundred and forty seven verse tree.

You can turn to that and you'll read the scripture together,

some one hundred and forty seven verse tree. Ready, okay,

let's read in one and two and tree, he heals

the broken hearted and binds up their wound.

All right, thank you for reading.

And this brokenness here does not mean you're just all

broken and giving up on life, but it can be.

You'll imagine yourself like an appliance.

Right, either you broke apart or you know that's a

kid board is no longer working, or your mother board

decideds to die, or there's a crackt in the device.

All of those, you know, equates to broken. Right you say, like, oh,

my rece cooker is broken. Uh, that's not me. It's

just totally smashed. It could be dead as well. Uh.

And before Christ comes into our life, all of us

here are actually a broken being? Uh?

Not are we were a broken being?

Uh? We can carry you know around and walk around.

With guilt and shame.

Uh you know of what happened last summer or you know,

we could be walking around in pain or you know,

broken by the failures in our life, or could be

broken dreams. You know, hut that you know, you know

you have gone through you know that could be amount

of brokenness as well. But you know, in Christ, know

that we are fully, fully made beautiful, no longer a

broken person because Jesus is a specialist of a makeover.

All right, if you want the best met over, you know,

just go to Jesus. Yeah, okay, so he heals the

broken people. He there's no one that's too broken or

none of us. That's too simple. I saw Jonathan, Sorry,

I got distracted by that. Uh, there's no one here

too broken, too sinful and two damage for God to

to to change you to become new, all right? Yeah? Right,

and sometimes you feel like, hey, you know still now

you know I'm just ugly in my character, I'm just

ugly in my words. Uh. And and or sometimes you're like,

I've been trying, idea, I've been trying, but somehow you

know that captions and subtitles on my face still says

it all? Not that it all besides God restoring us

from an inside when he does what goes on an

inside the externential as well, right, uh and and it

becomes something which is beautiful all right. Uh so your captions,

your subside oopsie, your subtitles either says that you look

like this or it can be someone that is just

beaming with joy and beaming with peace and beginning beaming

with love.

All right.

And then you know your sub titles and captions just

changes after that. Okay, so the story I said, you know,

then we actually ask Crystal, Crystal, would you like to

do something for your campus? She's like, yeah, you know,

really pure childlike face before pandemic uh started?

Sorry, the.

MCOs movement control order. The strict movement control order happened.

Crystal actually re dedicated her life. So sure she had

somewhat somewhere, not College of whul christ Is. She calls

herself Christian, but never never ever read the Bible before. No,

not regular to church, does not have her own collect

time and this relationship with the Lord and speaking to him.

So she decided to re dedicate her life. And after that, right, wow,

you just see her just so hungry forgot to work

in her life and to her campus.

She's like, yes, I.

Want to do this, you know. And a part of

the time we didn't really introduce the term small group yet,

but we started arrivel group together with her already because

she said yes. And they're like, okay, you know, go

invite your friends. You don't get them to join in

and stuff like that. Uh, then she tried and tried.

There we realize very hard to make friends during the

pandemic wecause classes are online number one, and the second

one is usually many people who go for class online

their cameras are off, so she don't know them much,

don't know them personally, and sometimes if the camera's not

off us out they found a way to to fakely

make their video appear like their online kind of thing

like so, so it's tough.

It's tough. So for one and a half years, she.

Would either show up alone every week to pray for

our campus and asking God, God, can you please vest

On campus? And what can I do to help my

friends be better? What can I do to reach out

to my campus for you hungry? Hungry? And once in

a while we have different leaders, so it is Christine.

She used to help us oversee IPG. So she was

there together with Crystal as much as possible to pray

to do the arrival. But most times she's alone, showing

up one and a half years alone. I don't know

I will do that for one and a half weeks

or one and a half months if no one comes,

But she does it one and a half years.

And because of that, when she went back to campus.

She immediately did a physical small group for a few

weeks as well.

She was physically alone, but she showed up anyway.

Is a very very key thing you all forgot to

work in our lives is no matter what, we have

to be present, no matter what, we still have to

show up. No matter what you have to still talk.

Got God, I am here, do something. God, you know

I'm here. I'm desperate. Can you please work or maybe

sometimes you remove the work. Please God, you have to work,

you all, you know, and then you're in desperate times, right,

So Crystal, she showed up, and then after that, this

is the first small group together that these two other

girls actually join her. Okay, she wasn't believer then, she

wasn't a believer then, but she bumped into them at

the hostel corridor, all right and said like, hey, I'm

doing this, you Jean. And then because I think of

a person and what God has done, her subtitles are

different already.

On her face.

So uh it took a lot of courage for her

to invite Uh. And she did that. Uh. And after

that they say like, okay, I joined that, so uh

pre believer then pre believer then, and then the group

started growing. You can see, uh, pre believer then, Uh no,

this sounds a rededicated Uh pre believer then pre believer

than how many more here pre believer than?

Yeah?

So the you noticed the word that I used. They

used to be pre believers. But after a few months

a running small group. After some time or sowing into

their lives. Now all of them are believers already and

and some of them are actually yeah, and some of

them have taken a lot of faith steps, you know,

to really.

Anchor their campus. Uh.

And and and the small group just grew okay. Uh

and and some of them now are also uh what

do you call that leaders in our church?

Uh?

They are also their own small group planters as well. Uh.

Angel she has planted three small girls at her workplace already.

So and she's in the same batch as Crystal also okay,

and you know you see she looks different right that

she appeared to you like she is someone who is

very introverted and shy when you speak to her that time, right,

she even a wide eye contact one she doesn't look

you in the eye.

But organizing these marcan.

Together, Uh, you know, Christopher, there's the child wrong there,

Jennifer there, and Dennis, you know all them. God has

done and did rewriting in her life, all right, to

pray for another person, Ah, it is something of Yeah,

a lot of courage is actually needed. And this was

the first time doing it. And this was also an

alpha alpha wen the so she actually ran alpha Mandrin

alpha to reach out to more. Okay, Uh, and there's

the overnight and a half a few people gave their

life to Christ also, so ey, okay, the next uh

attitude change you have heard about? Crystal right, she would

who would have very very well just focused, not to

say she's distracted, but it all fully fully just plann

her head into her book. But she did not plan

her head into the book. But she decided, uh to

say that God used me, change me, and that came

about with an attitude change, and transformation happened in her.

Okay, let's turn to Romans chapter twelve, verse two verse

do you say it?

Yes, I'm there and Richard read it together one two

entry and do not be conformed to this world, but

be transformed by the reuning of your mind, and that

you may prove what is that good and acceptable perfect

will of God.

Amen.

So where God transforms us from the inside out, our

mind gets renewed so that we may know what is

good and acceptable. So Christmas mind was renew and she

knew what was good and acceptable before the Lord as

a student, all right, not just in order to excel academically,

because that is still temporal as well, but to excel

even as a child of God. That's more important. It

can score all your four point ohs. I ain't gonna

go a little bit hard. Now, you can score all

four point ohs. But what's the point if you miss

your eternal destiny? What's the point of getting all your

four point o's and your first class honors and all

your doctorate degrees that you can collect over time, but

then missing your destiny, missing the point of your calling,

missing what God wants to do in and through your life,

and missing out listening and obeying the voice of the Lord. Uh,

that would lead us to being witnesses, effective witnesses for him.

All right, So what's the point of all those and

all the echolagues of the world if there is no

change in our heart, if there's no change in a perspective? Yeah, Uh,

it's not just enough as well, church on Sundays. I'm

speaking from a place of experience as all. I'm not

putting anyone down here and not you know, but you

know I've been there once.

I well, okay, attend church is enough.

When I first came to X Church, we were still

one church plan.

This is in Subanjaya.

I remember, because you know, I've been a believer for

some time, so I kind of know the program through

the program for church readio Okay, what time you start

and by how many minutes you'll move on the next

next month. So every time or time myself to avoid,

you know, speaking to people, because I know that once

I start connecting, that's where I start building community, and

that's where I have to unpack and get rooted and

then after get growing. I refuse to do all that

because I'm like, okay, I'm gonna study here for three years.

Once I'm done, I'm gonna go back home to Pinang,

you know. And one of the reasons why I saw,

I know, I don't want to be committed, okay, non committal.

It's a non committal relationship. I just want the benefit

from it, but not committed, you know. I just want

to use it all for myself and not committed. Okay,

I'm gonna pin it to the extent. So I always

come just right when worship start because there'll be lesser

hosts waiting ready because the hosts are already gathered than

fastest come into service. Uh, and then faster worship all done,

you know, fast do church, and all my duties because

I don't if I don't go to church on Sunday

when parents ask I can, I can lie, like can lie?

But how many times are gonna lie? Because the Holy

Spirit is still working right? Uh So the guilt of lying,

ah well can outweigh you. But you know the guilt

of like planning your time nicely not so okay, I know,

I know, okay, I know. So after that, you know,

when the picture is done and you know, closing prayer,

that's like, okay, that's.

Time for me to chow.

Because last time after church, we used to huddle together.

We used to group together, so the ladies will be

like in different small groups and the guys will be different.

So once you gets stuck there, there's no way running already.

Uh And once you get stuck and the part of

time eraitially was the Grood lady. Once you get stuck

with her, no way to run because she's very warm

and welcoming.

She connects right.

So I'm like, okay, I have to be smart but

once in a while, because I bring my friends as well.

So my friend's like, I want to stay all the

experience every day.

I was like, yeah, why did I just bring them.

So it's like, you know, it's a very contradicting thing,

right one.

On one hand, I'm like, okay.

Church, But on the other hand, you're trying to run

away from here, so like hello, but okay, like the

briefrontal not fully developed yet so excusable. Okay, at a

part time, so so so so that point of time,

God had to challenge me. My friends. You know, they

were so well connected, they got routed. Then while they

do that or read every notice spots theorist in extra

part time, I'm like, oh, nice book at Revelstos.

Let's go see. Oh that's a nice picture there.

Okay, let me go count how many people are there,

which is good because the more I come, it's the

longer time I'm focused there, I don't talk to anyone.

Right, So that was me.

But when Christ came in, when he really really challenged me,

I'm not not just listening to his voice. Now, I

need to obey as a disciple of Christ. As a

follow up Christ, you have to obey. That's where I'm like, okay, God, okay,

you win.

You win, because you.

Know that's not just it, right, He will keep stirring

in your heart. Yeah, it didn't just sit right with me,

and and he renewed my mind because I said that

I want to focus and study and do well get

my results at least not I know, I'm not a

four point ohed student. At least a second second class

upper second upper class.

See yeah, so at.

Least that or you know, second lower also still not

too bad. Like okay, it's not I do well. My

parents proud because they're paid money.

Right, study, go home.

That's what the usual way of the world is, right,

just do well in our life, do well for yourself,

do well for your family, period.

Okay.

But in Christ it'll be because he's the one that

continues our story. He's the one that renews our mind

so that we are not conformed to this world. All right,

we do not we can be of this war. But

in Christ. Uh, you know, our thought processes shouldn't be

like this one, but be renewed by the Lord. Okay,

so because of what uh you know, CHRISTI is just

a god to work in and through her life. If

God has allowed this opportunity to come by, uh for

the first time, they could organize a barbecue on campus

to welcome the new intech students. If you know this campus, oopsie,

if you know this campus, Uh, they are really strict. Okay,

so I used to fetch them the church every Sunday

the first time post mc all. Every time they have

to exit the campus, they have to ask write a

permission letter.

Okay.

Every week there's a summer, a new letter to ask

for approver to go to church. How many of you

came to church today needing ye from your uni from

your school? Uh.

They have to do that every week.

Uh.

And and the management sometimes will make it really difficult

for them. So by Friday, you know, Saturday office is

not open on the right school office. So Friday, miss

you have to get everything approve. So by lunch they

will actually go outside the office of the person approving.

The will start's office and wait.

So for you don't know what that is, you can

ask lady so wait at the Mercy And sometimes they

intentionally let her wait and it'll start would say like, oh,

I go out, wait I'll come back because we'll start

key person to approve before the director say says if

we'll start saying no, misdirector will say no. So so

so sometimes wait and sometimes you skip dinner, wait until

eight o'clock, nine o'clock, ten o'clock.

Then they're like, oh, we'll start now coming back already.

You can go for your you can go back LA

or sometimes your message like middle or Saturday night, it's

like okay, your application is approving, go to church. Or

sometimes they will just totally say no. Then they will

appeal again. Yeah, and this processes went on for about

half a year. Pluss as well, a number one number

two drive van have to go in and pick the students.

They say, like any church van, any church vehicle, it's

not allowed in the campus. If you know that campus.

It's not like a beautiful flagground like nothing helm you need.

You're got a nice you know view, it's just a

road level view. But yes, it's actually down down in

the valley. So for them to walk out from either

the academic block or hostel, it takes about fifteen minutes

up here walks to the guardhouse. Uh so there was

one time Crystal actually sprain her ankle was ready very swollen.

Then I'm like, any logical person will just go in

and Pickla, right if you're a wheelchair out. Also, it's impossible,

it's very hard to push someone up the store it's

a bit stick. So so so I'm like, told the

goud my friend is injured, can go picure like, no,

you have to wait. So waited for almost double the

time that half an hour just for her to slowly

limp up. Uh. So I'm like, okay, God, this cannot

be uh. Something has to happen. Uh. And and so

they said a lot, a lot and no. But the

turning point was uh, I I mean God works miraculously.

And the turning point was sorry. Before the after that,

I'm like, okay, maybe I drive my car in just

a bit too obvious even I drive my car. They

say no, that's like, oh why because they said so.

Now my face now I cannot enter.

Got face problem already you gotta subtitles.

Maybe need to change.

So so that was that was this strict. But the

turning point came and she still took enough courage to ask,

I don't know, welcome the new intech students, me and

my Christian friends.

Can we do it?

So they organized a barbecue and they said yes, uh.

And they see this.

Amount of people ninety five percent there are normal Slims

in this campus. I say ninety five a Muslims five

percent are normal slim. Yeah, but people that came.

Uh.

And after that, we did tell students, okay, you know,

there's this uppership moment as well, and I hope for

all of wors to learn as well.

So I told them the campus.

Has been given to us, and these venues have been provided.

Let's return the place even cleaner than before they gave us. Yeah.

So yeah, the face problem person was there barbecuing with

the rest. Before that, they didn't allow me to enter

the campus. But because of what God has done, we

managed to uh this wire first time mopping floor now

mob floor before Uh you see his back foot, but

actually before that, right, he was wearing socks. No one

mops floor it socks on.

Okay.

Uh, he didn't know how to hold him more properly,

see uh, but at least he tried. He tried, Okay

a lot they were different once here. He also never

scrub floor before. See how she stands. But that was

a really really, really really good trading. Uh. Those of

you who are a bit more domestic ticketd you know,

this is not how you scrab flo okay, but showing that,

you know, it's got what increased his life. God is

also transforming every one of them. Uh. This one these girls,

they were doing some club society nearby. They said, hey,

Jobla already happening here, so they came by. It was

the barbecue. So yeah, and uh they never prepared marinate

for chicken before. So the first time married nating chicken

for barbecue.

Uh.

Then after that, this was the Good Friday. So it's

an Easter celebration on campus. Uh, in the evening academic block.

Usually you're not allowed to use after class hours number one.

If you're not official class in society, you're not allowed

to meet as a But because you know the reval good,

they'll be praying together stuff. They'll be using the venue

to pray. But somehow God just blinds the eyes of

different ones so they could use the place and your

ten pm.

Packed out.

I think this is close to sixty seventy eighty maybe

eighty people, eighty people's sisters. Yeah, so a lot majority

of them seventy percent are not believers, but they met

and they encountered Christ. And because of all the sewing

and different things that they did, right, the UNI started

welcoming them like, hey, you can do it again this year.

In twenty twenty four and in twenty twenty five or

twenty twenty five, that's where they officially said that why

not you guys do this officially. You don't have to

book the venue anymore. We give you our full supart.

That was after after Crystal graduated and heard off because

they're not a club or society on campus, but the

director herself gave the approval. She signed a letter and

she actually asked her right hand person and another club

advisor because it looks into the student social.

Activity or something at that.

Uh So, it's like, so both stuff they were witnessed

h plus our students as well, and this is after

Crystal has graduated, and upon her graduating two years ago. Right,

another amazing thing as well, she has seen twenty six

of the people that she reached out to gave.

Their life to Jesus.

Uh So in the span of a year a year

plus us twenty six salvations. Yeah, and and not just

twenty six salvations. But they're all disciples as well. You know,

they're all rooted in the different local churches and they're

growing in your faith. So you know how many of

you are seen that you know, Oh, my God, during

my back campus life, I've not led so many one

to Christ as well. But because of her determination, because

of what she has experienced in Christ.

And and her are okay, her.

Relationship is being restored with God and with the people.

Uh you know, actually, you know, sometimes seen can separate

us from the Lord. You know, sometimes ourselves, you know,

our mindset can separate us from what God wants to

do in and throughout life. But you know, if it's

just do the thing he says, you know. But now

in Christ, Jesus, you who were once far off have

been brought near by the blood of price. Yeah, so

it did she not did not just reradicate her life

into a religion. When she reradicated her life, a relationships started.

You know, Jesus didn't dine across.

So we can have improved version of a religion, right,

not a two point zero of another religion. But Jesus

done across the main purpose to forgive us of our sins,

because scenes separates us from the Lord.

And so that our relationship is restored with God.

And when we know in our relationship is rest oued,

we got our relationship with other people that we restored

as well.

Yeah, she would have hated.

I would have in her place, right, I used to

word hated our like hated. You know, Uh, if I

want to a believer, I might, you know, go scratch

the Pangara's car and it starts car like the stuff

that put into the exhaust pipe.

I don't know. I'm not so gangster.

Okay. A lot of pennang boys school, right, the naughty

boys do that. Okay, already the principles exhausted a few times,

my badge, I always hear that. So but because she

had that relationship, we got all. She had given up

after one week of trying. She was like she would

have said, okay, forget it. So much opposition, I'll just

give up. But then she pressed through twenties salvation not

including rededications set so God can use us. We can

be useful for his purpose. Right when he changes, when

he made us new, we can be useful. You know,

God would change our our stories of the past to

be testimonies in the days to come.

Our struggles in the past. You know, He will.

Transfer it around and no longer be so much of

a struggle, or it can be used to encourage another person.

And so okay, uh, and now it all God is

working through her life. You see all the tiny little ones.

She has been all thissudens. So she does life. It

does not stop with the campus. Yes, no, sometimes like yay,

campus done my person. You know when you go adulthood

suddenly a different trajectory, but it's not.

It's always the same. Yeah.

And you know different ones of us went to visit

her as well. She will still host us. There's still

a relationship and God is using her mightyly there in

her school. And now because of what God has done

in a movement, and now now we have our educators

meet up. They pray every day. You can see the

time five fifty one am. They actually start at five thirty,

so this five forty five.

Ye are done. They still show up.

Christians still show up almost every other day to pray

together with the other educators. You can see her CHRISTI alone, yeah.

And still have your lonely But she's still pressing through.

And now you know it's going to be not just

for her college and she's studying at but now national

because uh, all of them are from the different schools

or spread. But something in jehaw in some fishing village

in jeha as well this girl, uh she was, but

she was her roommate for two years, you know, for roommate,

and for two years Crystal and the small girl has

been praying for her healing and her salvation, physical healing

and spiritual healing, which is to be in relationship christ right.

Uh so roommate and you thought like, well a roommates

are always the bestest buddies, but not she hated.

She hated Crystal.

Uh.

Groul of friends always got it about Crystal and like, hey,

what's this Christian doing and whatever or not? Like always

that label. But the that stuck them from praying for

her now because there are days that she couldn't even

get up from bait because of really bad back condition.

So one day, after two years, she decided, okay, you know,

since this girl of people have been praying for me,

I shall go join them for their revel girl and

see what's going on why.

They're so kind?

Two years ready, I hated them, We don't like Christians

because about them, but they continue to love me and

pray for me. So she went to the small group,

joined them a few times, and then after that, guess

what she experienced a total healing her curved spine of

scoliosis was straightened. Uh and no longer paying. She go

go go class properly and normally. And because she has

experienced that, she's put natural healing. She gave to her

heart to Jesus uh. And now she's doing small girl

with her collix heah in her school as well. Okay, uh,

this one as well. She came in when we knew her.

She was an orphan that passed away. Myself Mom ran

away and left both her and sister behind relatives.

They want to take care of that of her. Uh.

And they actually ship both of them off the so

they were in parrap. They ship her them off to

Sarah wad to a boarding school there and left there

without And when they dropped them off, they didn't tell

them that they're gonna go to the boarding school.

They lived them at.

K just with one non woven back of water and

so supplies, no clothes given.

Then they'll shipped.

But you know, because of what Christ did, it will

warrant her every right to be bitter and right hit

the whole one inside, the whole one on fire. Right,

look at her, God transformed her. If Crystal didn't pray,

if Cristal didn't press on for one and a half years.

I think we may not have her story. I look

at the people that she has impacted as a y'all

know her. She's still around with us. So that's the

small group that she is doing. Three small groups, one group,

two group, and there are group in her house, all

different demographics of people. This son, she's the mother of

the boys. Uh, plus this baby. Uh, that's the grandma.

So three generations there. Husband persecuted her. So she's not

allowed to go to church. But because on Friday evening

it's like, oh, I want to go to a teacher.

Teacher and Julie's house with the children there have some

Christian fellowship. Like then the husband allowed, uh still persecute her.

We got to set a very very strict curfew. But

because she came, she really experienced Christ. Uh. She was

still very baby like in her faith. But really, you know,

every time got ministers to her at a small group

in the house, she's constantly being ministered to. Uh. This

is one of our Angelisa small group boyos all ANGELI

used to do small groups alone, meaning right, she's the

one that drives the kids to her house. She's the

one that cherish. She's the one that worship lid. She's

the one that cooks, She's the one that shares the words.

She's the one that cleans up after Then this whole

boy decided to step up and say that I want

to have you cook all right, so that they because

teacher Angeli doesn't cook much, so he chose the right

cut of chicken, the freshest veggie, and all handle the

whole kitchens own turfos o.

How many of you a turveiols? All handle fire all right? Uh?

Fry.

And the day he made buttered milk chicken.

Yeah, really nice because I get the taste it there.

Was really really good.

It's like pro, okay, you go to any cafe your

buttermelk chicken?

Are I think downstairs? The buttommel chicken is nice? Right?

Uh? Yes, up to power up to par and he

washed up all that he used, uh and then place

wipe it dry and place it back nicely.

Yeah.

Transformation, you know if you talk about that. And then

they had Christmas. Uh decided to do a Christmas outreach.

They prepared Christmas gifts for the staff of the school

that Angeli was part.

It's part of yeah.

And this was when they actually gave up, went around

giving to the teacher.

That's one of it.

They gave out to the cleaner stuff as well, and

the staff cleaner stuff.

Usually everyone ignores how.

Many you always greet the cleaning cleaning stuff, the different

ones in your campus. You talk to them, take time

to get to know them. A lot of times they

get walked by, or sometimes you just show things on

the floor. They're like, okay, the will clean it up. Okay,

things are not in order identity. The canteen table is

find someone will wipe it after me. But the cleaning stuff,

when they gave his are you sure this is for me?

It's like yeah, yeah, I.

Gonna appreciate you. Then they were like, are you you

really want to bless me you? So after that rite

the respond to the kids, change the gardeners.

The cleaning in the school.

Uh and and and and now you know they get

to experience Christ through all these little children. And so

last last okay, this boy uh his stage John so

he joined uh so he's one of those small groups

together Angeally as well, uh in school. So the two

separate groups made at those separate timings, one before school

and one during recess time.

So he's the recess time one.

He came to uh Angeli and last year I said

that teacher, suddenly, my skin is having this flat up.

It's not just rasteous, but it actually causes a lot

of holes and scars on his hands. So he's very scarred,

very itchy, and very rare.

Uh.

And so beginning of this year they started praying together

for his healing. Pray. Uh. Then he just prayed for himself, like, hey, God,

please heal me. Then April in April and Jally to

we mid April, suddenly the boy came to school. He

was so excited because suddenly one day he woke up,

so teacher, teacher, suddenly the rare thing all gone already.

Uh.

And then you can see all this. I don't know

whether you can see from your side, but all these

white dots are actually previously scarred, but it's healing, uh Angeali.

How come because you meet every day? Okay, they do

small groups every day in camp in school.

Uh do you know this? And she's like, no, but something.

One day, this boy came the scars all heeled, so

it's whiteish because new skin right coming out, so it's

a different color from your usual skin.

So complete healing.

And because of that, he decided to invite another This

boy is year one, very cute. Uh, didn't know how

to pray when he first joined the smuggl and now

he knows how to pray for healing.

You knows to pray for his friends.

Uh. He invited his friends to join. His friend to join,

which is this girl cute another year one as well,

and she's like, I pray in this smuggl and then

I Jesus heal me already, you must come. That's all

she came. So the small girl grew by one hundred percent.

Yeah and double yeah because of a child like faith.

Because of a child like faith.

So that's what God can do when he does a

bar road thing in all life, he does something new. Yeah.

And and you know in closing as well. Uh uh

what they want to say, Oh yeah, this boy he

did know the pray, now know the prey.

But instead of praying just for himself. Uh.

Even these boys are so the same. Uh, they started

praying for other people now caring for the friends. Uh.

And sometimes you know, and when teacher and it's just

very busy with morning meetings, even before school starts, she

forget about the small group. But then this year one boys,

this was year one, now year two, and this is

now year four. Uh. They would be there switching on

the order lights in a classroom where they usually meet,

and then they're like already.

On stand by.

Sometimes teacher andally forget to show up. You'll faster go

to the stuff, and teacher, teacher, you forget to pray

it come.

You're once.

Seven years old, you know, encouraging the teacher as well,

sometimes praying for the teacher, reminding teacher, teacher, today, you

forget to do your duty.

Yeah, you're coming went to God.

So I'm gonna invite exchange now and I'm gonna close

it this, you know, John chapter eight, verse thirty six.

It's easier. So if the sun sets you free. You

will be free indeed a man. And that's the promise,

and that's the gospel truth. When God and Jesus down

across from us and we invite him into our lives,

all it comes with the promise that he has already

set us free.

We do not have to be bound by a past.

We do not have to be victims of our past

as well, like the God told you and often.

But we can be new.

We can be free, set free you know, uh sometimes

too like Okay, I feel new, but are you totally

set free?

Right?

That's what Jesus has promised us, as that's what God

has promised us as well.
