  1. You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your.

  3. D message to my heart. And of course ten am,

  4. this is revision for you. Okay. But it's all right

  5. because if you hear a message second time and third

  6. time and a fourth time, it means you didn't get

  7. it the first time, all right. So yeah, yeah, that's

  8. the way God works. God always will keep telling you

  9. and telling you and telling you what you need to

  10. hear until you get it, all right. So what's the message?

  11. The message is what's my attitude? And when it does

  12. come on, we will know what it is. Okay, what's

  13. my attitude? Okay? So you know my poor attempt at

  14. art the D. The last time I did Discipleship, I said,

  15. you know, I forgot to put the D in red.

  16. So now disciples is activated, and now revival is activated.

  17. So I put that R in red and then you

  18. wait for EAM. Okay, EAM will come with over the

  19. next few years. So yeah, it's related to revival. And

  20. you know, I think the last time I came, I

  21. shared with you that revival being revived is a personal

  22. something that happens to Christians, all right, because we tend

  23. to confuse revival with evangelism, But if you look at revival,

  24. revival is really about your own spirit getting revived alive again. Okay,

  25. so what has the message got to do with this?

  26. Let's look at Matthew. We're going to be doing Matthew

  27. chapter twenty five Versus fourteen to thirteen. We're going to

  28. be learning about this from the parable of the talent. Guys.

  29. Ah ah ah ah. This is a meat message. Okay,

  30. there's no fluff here. Okay, it's a meat message meaning that.

  31. Now I'm gonna put the the the plane out so

  32. that you know there's no misunderstanding. When I say you,

  33. I mean me as WELLA So I'm not saying, oh you,

  34. you're so bad. You're so good, and I'm so good

  35. and I'm so bad. No, no, no, no, We're all

  36. in this together. Okay, all right, So when I say you,

  37. it also means me. When I say me, it also

  38. means you. Okay. This message, I gotta tell you came

  39. about as a result of a conversation that I had

  40. with some believers, and these believers decided that they wanted

  41. to leave church, and they wanted to go to one

  42. of those big, big churches. I got nothing against big churches. Man,

  43. if you're going to go to a big church, listen

  44. very carefully to what I'm saying. Whatever you're doing that

  45. big church, make sure you do something because it doesn't

  46. matter whether the church is big or whether the church

  47. is small. God is not going to judge you according

  48. to the size of the church you went to, but

  49. He's gonna look at you from what I'm about to

  50. share with you. So this person said, hey, it's okay.

  51. What so because I asked this person, did you seek

  52. the Lord before you left? What is to seek the Lord? For?

  53. Church is church is name? God is there? What I mean?

  54. God is in church here right now? Right? Or not?

  55. You mean to say God is not in that church.

  56. God is in the church olsoul. So it seemed like

  57. I had no answer, and truth be told, I had

  58. no answer. And then I went to the Lord. I said, God,

  59. what do you think about this statement that it's easier

  60. to just pack up and go? And the Lord gave

  61. me the parable of the talents, and let's learn from it,

  62. and as we go on, we'll understand a little bit more. Okay.

  63. Reading from verse fourteen for the Kingdom of Heaven is

  64. like a man traveling to a far country who called

  65. his own servants and delivered his goods to them. For

  66. the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man. I had

  67. problems with this. Wha the Kingdom of Heaven is like

  68. a man. So what is the Kingdom of sitting like

  69. a woman? No? Bad joke, bad joke, Wipe it off,

  70. bad joke. No, no, no, no, no, no no. The

  71. reason that Jesus used this term the Kingdom of Heaven

  72. is who was he speaking to? He was speaking to

  73. the Jews. Now, you gotta understand. The Jewish people held

  74. the name of God in such high regard that they

  75. would not mention God's name that they refused to call

  76. God God. They'll call him everything else, but they cannot

  77. use the name God. So who was Jesus talking to.

  78. Jesus was talking to these people, and he wanted to

  79. talk to them in a language they understood. So he

  80. said this, the Kingdom of God is like a man.

  81. Because how horrible it would have been for him to

  82. say God is like a man. The Jews that killed

  83. him there and then, because is God like a man? No,

  84. what was Jesus trying to do Jesus was speaking a parable.

  85. What is parable a story that has a spiritual impact.

  86. It may or may not be true, all right, but

  87. it was done in such a way that people would

  88. understand what Jesus was trying to get it. So Jesus said,

  89. the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man. To me,

  90. this whole parable is speaking about God. So it's very

  91. important for us to understand what this parable is talking

  92. about because it's talking about God. And I will prove

  93. it as we go a little bit later on. So

  94. the scripture says that, you know, the Kingdom of God

  95. is like a man, is like a man who went

  96. away to a far country. Why would scriptures say this? Hey,

  97. you and I, we don't believe in an ordinary god.

  98. You know, we believe in a God who is so extraordinary.

  99. Because this tells me he trusts us. Did you ever

  100. realize that that God trusts you and me to do

  101. what he has told us to do. He trusts us.

  102. That's why he can go away. He didn't just go

  103. away to the shop. Okay, he didn't go away to

  104. the neighbor. He went away to a far country. So

  105. how many of you know that your boss doesn't trust

  106. you when he's all the time looking over your shoulder.

  107. Is it done yet? How many of you had bosses

  108. like that? Is it done yet? Is it done yet?

  109. Is it ready? You know? I had a project I

  110. needed to complete because Japan wanted to buy over the

  111. Cerebus division in Singapore and they needed you know, they

  112. gave me this amount of papers to fulfill. You know,

  113. you know how many days I had. I had three

  114. days I had to present this report. This stick. So

  115. I told my bosses, I cannot have you hanging over

  116. my head. So this is what I'll do. You keep

  117. the other bosses away from me. I'll be in that room.

  118. I'm locking that room. I'm pulling out the phone while

  119. I'm not listening to you. I'm not answering you. I

  120. can't be bothered with anything that's happening. I'll give you

  121. the report. I went to work Monday at am. I

  122. left that room Thursday evening at six pm. Did I sleep. No?

  123. I had food brought up to me. It was left outside.

  124. This is like prison, you know, believe it outside the door.

  125. I will only open the door and I know nobody's

  126. when I know nobody's there. So I didn't see people

  127. for four days. But you know what, on Thursday, I

  128. presented that God trusts us, he gives us a task,

  129. then he goes away. He's not hanging over your head

  130. like some helicopter parents do. They send the child to schooler,

  131. Oh you're doing this, you're doing that. How come you're

  132. not teaching them health? I got news for helicopter parents.

  133. You teach your own kids, don't send him to school.

  134. The reason you send your child to school is not

  135. just to get an education. You know, it is to

  136. develop socially social growth, social education. But if you're going

  137. to be there, it's not gonna happen. Okay. Then Scripture

  138. says he called his own servants, guys, you gotta know,

  139. the day you entered fellowship with Jesus, you were called.

  140. Get this. The day you and I entered fellowship with Jesus,

  141. we are called how do we know this? What in

  142. in Matthew twenty eight when he says going into the

  143. world and preach the gospel, he's only talking to those

  144. people in the at that timer, Then you just take

  145. the Bible and throw it a whaler, because two thousand

  146. years ago already ended. They finished their job. Nothing left

  147. to do. It was meant for us. It was meant.

  148. It is a calling. We are called people. What you

  149. mean to say? Only the pastor is called guys. That's

  150. where we make our mistake, sir, we make a mistake

  151. and thinking. Only Julian is called paster. Julian is called

  152. to play the keyboards. So many of us who got

  153. the skill to play, I don't want to play? Why

  154. because we don't want to come on Thursday to practice?

  155. Ask yourself, it is a calling? Are we call? Scripture

  156. says he called his own servants. Are you God's servant

  157. or not? The moment you say no, I'm not, You're

  158. in trouble because every one of us are God's servants.

  159. And I want you to know. Remember I told you

  160. about this person that left you know what God's answer

  161. was to me. I only give talents to my servants,

  162. my own servants. I do not give talents to visitors.

  163. You know why people go to a church because they

  164. can sneak in and sneak out. They get lost in

  165. the crowd. They are Christians in anonymity Cia Christians anonymous

  166. cannot be seen. Guess what your so cannot be seen?

  167. Even Jesus cannot see you you think heaven is like earth.

  168. Hen let me tell you something about Heaven. Okay, Heaven's doors.

  169. I don't know whether it's why which I think scriptures is.

  170. It's not quite narrow, but one thing's for sure. You

  171. get in, you can't come out. So those of us

  172. who like to come to church one hour and fifty

  173. minutes after service starts and leave five minutes before he ends,

  174. do the math because I cannot stand the noise. I

  175. don't like the worship. How are you going to take heaven?

  176. Heaven is one big worship service. You know. You go

  177. into the Kingdom of Heaven, you think what Jimmy Hendrix

  178. is there? He's not. It's not a gala party with booze.

  179. It's a worship service, you know. Yeah, how many of

  180. you don't like worship? You go in, you can't come out.

  181. And let me tell you something about Jesus very protective

  182. over his house. God is very protective over his home.

  183. Do you think he's going to allow just about anybody

  184. to get in there? Or is he going to allow

  185. ones who love him? Think about it? You see, we

  186. have a wrong thinking about what heaven is. Sometimes we

  187. fail to realize that God protects his home and the

  188. people that he allows in are those who are going

  189. to want to be there. So how can you tell me?

  190. How can anybody tell us that they want to be

  191. in heaven when they can't even be in church? O,

  192. but I'm in a big church one. So you're going

  193. there to hear the message. We're well done, You're going

  194. to be served, or you're going to serve. You've just

  195. made God a cook. Oh. I don't like this message today.

  196. It's just too hot. I want to go to another

  197. place where they just preach about the love of God.

  198. So what if you made God? You made God your

  199. cook word? Because you don't like the cuisine here, you

  200. get up and go to another place and then there's

  201. no drums here. I want drum ice cream, So I

  202. want some dessert. How can there's only two guitars down? No,

  203. no bass guitar. Hey, I want to go a place

  204. where there's a nice music, full bad, full choir. I

  205. sing on the cake. Hey, I love that ice cream,

  206. full of it. That's the dessert. So basically, you went

  207. to that church to do what to hear the nice music?

  208. Did you go there to participate? Do you think God

  209. is interested in attendees or participants. Guys, we've got God wrong.

  210. We have him wrong. I got nothing against big churches.

  211. If you need to go to a big church, goal,

  212. but make sure you go there to serve. Because if

  213. you're not serving, you just made God your cook. Who

  214. is serving? Whom? Is God serving you? Or you serving God?

  215. My scripture tells me he wants to give talents to

  216. his servants. You know what that word servant means. He

  217. means slave, It means bond seven. You know what's a

  218. bond seven? They put their ear to the door. They

  219. take a sharp thing, poke it in until he bleeds

  220. on the door, meaning what forever yours Lord? Bond seven, voluntary,

  221. fully devoted seven. Oh, and I want you to know

  222. what God delivered his goods to his servants. One translation

  223. says he put his goods like in a prison, there's

  224. no escape. It's yours. It's fully given to you. It's

  225. yielded up, surrendered, full of excess, like a personal computer

  226. without the password. It's yours forever. Did you know that

  227. there's no pointing in scripture that says God took those

  228. talents back? You know you check it out. When he

  229. gave it to those servants to use. He gave it.

  230. He did not loan it, He did not consign it.

  231. He gave it. Hey, we got to understand something about God.

  232. He's got so much. He's not stingy. Okay, he wants

  233. to give. He wants to give, and to one. He

  234. gave five talents into another two and another one to

  235. each according to his own ability, and immediately he went

  236. on his journey. So God gave right to each according

  237. to his own ability. I love this. You know why

  238. this is so important because we don't have to live

  239. up to somebody else, so that person can do one

  240. hundred and one things. If I run like pasta kenneth,

  241. I think I would have worn my legs away up

  242. to my knees. Okay, the way he runs for the

  243. lorder just that that running my legs will be worn out.

  244. But you see, God did not ask me to run

  245. like past the kennet because he gave each one according

  246. to his own ability. I can only do so much.

  247. That's the ability he has given me. It says here,

  248. not an indictment or one's character. You know, it doesn't

  249. mean that you get one you're a bad person, you

  250. know it doesn't mean too you got to you're better

  251. than no one who got one. You know, doesn't mean that.

  252. It simply means that that's your ability. God trusts you

  253. for that amount. So if you can play the guitar,

  254. if you can play the keyboard, and you do that

  255. for God's glory, and those are the only thing two

  256. things you can know? What is that one hundred percent?

  257. If God has given you five talents and you produce four,

  258. have you reached your full potential? No, because you only

  259. did eighty percent. But the one guy whose only job

  260. is to turn the pager and he turns the page,

  261. you know what he's done better than you because he

  262. did one hundred percent. You have to understand how God sees.

  263. God is a just god. But you and I look

  264. from eyes of fairness, or you it's so unfair. I

  265. did so much that will only turn the page. You

  266. gotta understand God's not about fairness, you know, He's about

  267. being just distinct ability unique only two you. It was

  268. more in relation to the suitability that you have rather

  269. than the quantum to be done. I want to give

  270. you a testimony, and this is a present testimony. I

  271. know some of you may be thinking, what this felony

  272. talks about old testimonism. Hey, the reason I talk about

  273. old testimony is is because those old testimonies are only

  274. being seen now, but they were then done then. So

  275. I give you a present testimony. Okay, yeah about and

  276. not about exactly On this day, December eighteenth, two thy

  277. and twenty five, I hurt my knee while doing work

  278. in church, going up and down the ladder. My knee

  279. was then painful, and then I couldn't bend. I could

  280. belly walk. If I bend, I cannot come up. It

  281. was that painful. So I went through this for months,

  282. for months, it came to such a stager where you

  283. know I opened up the school in the morning on Wednesday,

  284. and you know the glass door you have to bend

  285. down to open that lock. You know, when I bend

  286. and I cannot get up, then I have to pull

  287. the glass handle to stand up. And I'm thinking to myself,

  288. it's only a matter of time before I shattered this glass,

  289. because how many of you know I don't weigh I'm

  290. not light again, So I thought of myself, no, no, no,

  291. I'll buy this pole from wherever. So I actually bought

  292. this this cane pole. It's a can Okay, So thick came,

  293. you know, like the Last Airbender sort of thing, so

  294. that when I go down, I can put this pole

  295. and pull myself up. So that's what I did. The

  296. pole came, I opened, glass, got up, and I was

  297. preaching that Sunday, and uh so God wanted to see

  298. to what extent I would go to do what was right.

  299. So in spite of that pain for four months, I

  300. did not stop doing it. I still struggled and I

  301. did it. And then I bought this pole. And God,

  302. so this pel is willing to do that. Okay, Okay.

  303. As that Wednesday, as I was going downstairs, I was

  304. met by one of the parents. Just you, you look

  305. like you're having problems with your ney. I say, yeah, yeah, yeah,

  306. you know sometime he says, I'm a physiotherapist. You come

  307. and see me on Monday. He's a very he's a

  308. professor at physiotherapy. Okay, so he saw me on Monday.

  309. Now Friday Sunday, I'm preaching, right, So Sunday I did

  310. my morning walk. I tried to walk. I could only

  311. manage two kilometers, you know, for someone who used to

  312. do between ten and fifteen. That's a struggle. And you

  313. know what kind of time fourteen minutes twenty seconds. I

  314. mean that is like crawling for me. But on that

  315. Sunday I could barely stand. It was so painful. Going

  316. up the stairs was a problem at go you know,

  317. I was hobbling. Then somebody asked this question, so why

  318. don't you pray for your healing? I say, God didn't

  319. tell me to God must tell you. I say, when

  320. you grow older, God has to tell you certain things,

  321. like you know, when's the right time. So anyway, I

  322. preached this message. I preached, and my knee was really problematic.

  323. So the next day I went for physiotherapy. Mind you,

  324. as a guy, the first time you get paid, I'm macho.

  325. I'm not going to do anything about it. It will

  326. heal in time. So after two months or three months,

  327. I'm thinking, oh, this pain is not going away. I

  328. think I better go and see the doctor. So the

  329. doctor went and took an X ray and say, oh,

  330. nothing wrong. It must be a muscle issue. You need

  331. to retrain your muscles. I'll send you for physiotherapy. So

  332. when was my appointment for physiotherapy in June? Okay, So anyway,

  333. that Monday, I went the guy felt my knee and

  334. it says, ah, you went to the doctor. Yeah, yeah, yeah,

  335. extra you said nothing wrong. He said, well, you have

  336. a dislocated knee. For four miles I was struggling with

  337. a dislocated knee. My right kneecap had fallen two inches

  338. below my left. So you know what is what is

  339. the feeling like? It's loose, it's time, it's swollen, it's painful.

  340. All at the same time. I cannot sleep at night

  341. because it gets so stiff, and then it's the pain

  342. wakes me up in the night. That was my knee.

  343. I get down, I cannot get up. I cannot walk

  344. properly going up the stairs. It is difficult. This is

  345. my knee. He says, you know what, I'm going to

  346. do something, and he didn't want to let me know

  347. when he's gonna do it. Say you don't worry, you know,

  348. I'm just gonna do something, and you learn. And then

  349. guess what. I didn't feel my knee anymore, for the

  350. first time in four months, I did not feel it,

  351. and then almost immediately I had my mobility back. Now,

  352. the knee was still swollen because for four months. It

  353. was like that the swelling would go down over time.

  354. On Thursday, I did ten kilometers. On Saturday, I went

  355. to Kupong Botanic Garden and you've gotta climb up the

  356. staircase to go around something in the jungle. I did that,

  357. and this morning, what I always loved to do to

  358. pray for the service, I did my ten kilometer walk

  359. again and it's fine. You see. On Sunday and I

  360. was telling the church on Sunday, I said, did you

  361. see me dance? I was moving from side to side.

  362. I said, my knee was killing me. But you know

  363. why I moved from side to side. I told this

  364. to the church. I moved from side to side because

  365. God will look at me and he will say to me,

  366. if there's anyone I'm going to give mobility to, it's

  367. this guy. Because whether his knee is hurting or not,

  368. he's still praising me. My talent. It's my talent. So

  369. I praised the Lord and on Monday I was healed.

  370. Today Jorome walked in and I saw both his shoelaces

  371. were untied, and I thought leave it. Then the Lord

  372. said he will trip and fall. Help him. So I

  373. went up to Jerome and said, Jerome, your shoelaces are

  374. Can I tie it for you? He says, sure, I

  375. got down on my knees. I got down on my

  376. knee to tie the shoelace you know which knee, the

  377. knee that was giving me problems for all those months.

  378. And I got up and I'm fine. And then the

  379. Lord said, do you know why I gave you mobility

  380. to your knee? It's for to help others. Guys, if

  381. you find that things are not working so well in

  382. your life, ask the Lord is am I missing something?

  383. So he would received five talents. This is what it is. Guys.

  384. You gotta understand that God is just as excited to

  385. bless you, more so than you can even think. But

  386. we are just busy doing our own stuff. Hey, do

  387. you know that God may ask you to do certain

  388. things through who you know, your CPC. When your CPCs

  389. can you do this? You say, God never asked me.

  390. Let me tell you. God also speaks through your CPC.

  391. So when you tell your CPC I won't do it,

  392. are you telling your CPC no? You're telling God no.

  393. You gotta ask yourself this question, because when we meet

  394. the Lord, we have to give an accounting. Then he

  395. who received the five talents went and traded with them

  396. and made another five. Guys, you get those talents, not

  397. to keep it to yourself. Work it, work it, you

  398. know how? Just look at my size. Man, I put

  399. on all that weight in four months. You know I'm

  400. going to lose it. Now praise the Lord because I

  401. can walk again. Work it, and likewise he whould received

  402. to gain two more. Also both produced one hundred percent. Guys,

  403. It's not about how many things you can do, it's

  404. about whether you do the whether you do everything that

  405. you have one hundred percent they produced. Both produced exactly

  406. the production value of their distinct abilities. So I got

  407. to ask you, are you a visitor in the house

  408. of the Lord or are you his seven meet messenger?

  409. Success came in doing what they could do best. How

  410. did it come they did it. If they were to

  411. play the guitar, they did it. If it was to sing,

  412. they did it. If it was to produce an album,

  413. why did it? So? When God asks you to do something,

  414. you can using equals gain, using equals gain, let me

  415. tell you in church, I dare say, from the leadership,

  416. the topmost leadership, right now I'm the oldest in terms

  417. of knowing the Lord from the top right down, I'm

  418. also the oldest. Does that matter where God is concerned, No,

  419. that doesn't matter. You know what matters when a young person,

  420. a young leader, asks me to do something? Do I

  421. tell that young leader? Do you know who I am?

  422. You know how many years have been in the lot?

  423. Forty seven years you have been alive? How long twenty

  424. five years? I've been in the law longer than you

  425. have been alive, and you are asking me to do Yeah? Yeah,

  426. I can say that, And I wonder what God is

  427. gonna deal with me after that, you see, because that's

  428. not what it is. You know what it is. When

  429. that young person asked me to do something, I say,

  430. how do you want it done? Just let me know.

  431. I'll do my best, And God looks at me and says,

  432. well done. That's what it's all about. It's not about

  433. how long you've been a Christian. It's not about how

  434. much you know. It's never been about that. It's been

  435. how a variable are you to His service? So he

  436. who had received one, Oh you gotta love this joker.

  437. He went away. He went, He dug in the ground

  438. and hid his lord's money. And after a long time

  439. the lord of those servants came and settle accounts with that.

  440. Jesus is coming soon, guys. In case you don't know,

  441. Jesus is coming very soon. You look at what scripture says,

  442. when the whole world has turned against his people, Jesus

  443. will come. You know how many people love his You

  444. know how many in the world love his people. Now

  445. nobody except for one country, and that country is almost

  446. at a stage where they will turn the other way.

  447. When that happens, Jesus will come. And when he comes,

  448. will he find you his servant having produced, or will

  449. he find you having dug and put his money in

  450. the ground. So the first two went and traded. The

  451. third went away. He left, He departed. He took a

  452. direction away from the task he speaks to intend. No,

  453. I will not do it. I've been burnt. I'm not

  454. going to serve the Lord. I don't want to get involved.

  455. Somebody else will do it. I'm on holiday. I have

  456. other things to do. I want to see the world.

  457. I want to taste other churches. I want to quit

  458. their message somewhere else. What about a honey chicken message?

  459. I don't want to get involved. Just leave me alone.

  460. What is that he dug in and hid it? A

  461. rejecting of the entrustment? Hey, you know why we have time?

  462. You know why Jesus hasn't come back yet? Is giving

  463. us time to get a act together. Hey, if we

  464. haven't done what the Lord has told us to do,

  465. Lord forgive me, Can I do so now? So? He

  466. who received five terrans came and brought five other talents, saying, Lord,

  467. you've delivered to me five terrans. Look, I gained five

  468. more beside them. Did he tell the Lord, a Lord,

  469. here's your money back. I made you another five. Did

  470. that servant give the money back to the Lord? Check?

  471. And see he kept all ten to himself. Don't you

  472. get it? When the Lord gives us something, it's not

  473. for the Lord to keep it for you. And then

  474. he says this, well done, good and faithful. Wow, How

  475. many of us lived to get well done from our parents?

  476. I tell you it's very difficult to get well done

  477. for my dad and mom. And you know I always

  478. did well my studies. He was so horrible, you know,

  479. because studies came easy to me. I was always doing

  480. well first, second, third in class, first, second class. Never

  481. did they say well done. You know, I'm thinking to myself,

  482. what's wrong with then? And the other thing I hate

  483. is you can do more? You can do better. I

  484. used to hate that, But you see, God is not

  485. like that. What does God say? Where has done? Good

  486. and faithful servant? I will make you rule over many things.

  487. Enter into the joy of the Lord. Do you see

  488. who he got to enter his home? Do you see

  489. who he got to enter his home? A fruitful servant.

  490. He's very selective about who goes into his home. You

  491. make no mistaker. That's why I say this is talking

  492. about God, very very selective. So good describes what originals

  493. from God and is empowered by him through faith. That's

  494. what good is. It wasn't more money that the Lord

  495. was pleased about. It was faithfulness. God was not interested

  496. in a wealth. That is what God seeks from us.

  497. We have to be faithful over the gifts He has

  498. given us. Joy of the Lord. This word refers to

  499. someone supreme. This is God, man God even. That is

  500. why the scripture is talking about an interaction that talks

  501. about God. Now, he who had received two talents Verse

  502. twenty two came and said Lord, you delivered to me

  503. two talents. Look, I have gained two more besides them.

  504. And the Lord said same thing. The Lord said to him,

  505. well done, good and faithful serven. Did he say, well done.

  506. I wish you could have been that guy who made

  507. another five, because he has got more, you only made four.

  508. Did he say that he had the same blessing? Well done,

  509. good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a

  510. few things. I will make you ruler over many things.

  511. Enter into the joy of the Lord. Your God is just.

  512. He's a just god. He sees things so different than

  513. all of us. We look at crowds. Oh you know

  514. what God thought of crowds. He didn't think anything of them.

  515. Crowds did not bother him. How do I know this?

  516. He was just coming out and a multitude came around him, multitude, many, many, many,

  517. many people pressing up against it. Did any of them

  518. get anything? Nothing? Except a woman who crawled on the

  519. ground through that sea of people, just to touch the

  520. hem of his garment. And they say, if I touch that,

  521. I will be that one woman. And when she did,

  522. he said, who touched me? And you gotta love the disciples? Lord,

  523. what's the matter with you. Can you see as a

  524. multitude people around you touching you? He said, you don't understand.

  525. The one that touches me touches me in faith, and

  526. our will reach that person. She was healed. There's no

  527. record of the Master taking back the money he had

  528. given the servants to trade. In fact, he let them

  529. keep it. God is never interested in the money or

  530. the gifts. He's interested in our faithfulness and what we

  531. use that faithfulness to produce? Are we producing? Then he

  532. who received the one talent came to the Lord and said, Lord,

  533. I knew you were a hard man, reaping where you

  534. have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed.

  535. And I was afraid and went and hit the talent

  536. to the ground. Look there you have what is yours.

  537. Don't you understand what this was? This was a rejection

  538. of the Lord. You think, and I think one said

  539. always say it, by the way, I believe that, okay,

  540. one saved, always say. But I also noticed there's only

  541. one person who can make a mess of it. Let's

  542. we ourselves. Do you know what scripture said? Not all

  543. of you will enter, some will say, Lord, Lord, I

  544. did this, and I did that what he say, away

  545. from me, I never knew you. Oh but I did

  546. this and I did that. He said away from me,

  547. I never knew you. You've got to understand something. If

  548. you look at Matthew. In the Book of Matthew, it

  549. talks about him giving power to all the disciples, and

  550. you know who was included, Judas, who betrayed him. You

  551. gave them power over demons, power to heal, power to pray,

  552. seek miracles. And you look, Judas was one of them

  553. who actually experienced it. Did Judas make it to heaven?

  554. Judas betrayed the Lord. Guys, it's not about one save

  555. always say, it's about us making sure that once we

  556. are saved, whatever the Lord has given us to do,

  557. we do. We must be fruitful. We must be fruitful.

  558. This guy had no intention of serving the Lord. You know, here,

  559. take back what is yours? You tell if I were

  560. to tell my father here, tack back what is yours?

  561. One slap? I'll get how many of your dad tell

  562. your parents that? Now? Of course kids will those days

  563. you try and see here? Here here, take back what

  564. is yours? You are dead meat, you are his story.

  565. I brought you into this world. I can take you out.

  566. That's the kind of attitude we will have, or you

  567. know what will come towards us. This guy had the

  568. cheek to tell Hire, take back what is yours. The

  569. one who had one talent claimed to be fully knowledgeable

  570. of the Lord. But you know what, it was a

  571. severe miscalculation on his pack. Do we miscalculate about our

  572. relationship with God. Let's not make a miscalculation of our

  573. relationship with the Lord. Let's not miscalculate what he will

  574. do to us if he finds us not doing what

  575. we're supposed to do. Don't miscalculate that relationship. He said,

  576. you are hard, You're a scallos. That was the word.

  577. You're scallous. You are hard, you're tough, you're harsh, severe.

  578. That's what he was telling Jesus, telling the Lord all right,

  579. he was telling God, he's telling his master. Wow. Not

  580. only he didn't do the work, he was ridiculing his master,

  581. attacking his master. His attitude was all wrong. What's your attitude?

  582. What's my attitude to me? A statement reflects his contempt

  583. of God. He basically accused God of being unjust, and

  584. rather than face that, he returned the Lord's tell him

  585. I don't want it, I don't need you. I don't

  586. need to work for you. But the Lord answered and

  587. said to him, you wicked and lazy servant. You knew

  588. that where I'm not sown and gathered, where I'm not

  589. scattered seed? Do you know that when we don't use

  590. the talents that God has given us, it equates to wickedness.

  591. Oh that's a tough one. This word. You're wicked. It

  592. means you're hurtful, you're evil, your calamitous, meaning you're full

  593. of trouble. Hum hm, you're diseased. O. God was telling him,

  594. you're a diseased person. It's terrible. You're derelict, You're full

  595. of malice, you're guilty. And get this, this word also

  596. means you are the devil, because there was another character

  597. who didn't want to work for the Lord. Who was it?

  598. It was the devil. You are the devil, your sinner.

  599. And this word lazy means It comes from the word ognros,

  600. which means to hesitate, to be tardy. Oh, I hesitate

  601. to do the Lord's work. I hesitate to serve in church. No, no, no,

  602. I don't want hey wire do wanna hey? Guys, my

  603. church was here and Klanger, I get up at five am,

  604. go to church, load up all the instruments with another

  605. guy onto the church van. And we're not talking about

  606. all these nice instruments, very light, full of transistors. Every day,

  607. I mean we carried monsters. Okay, seriously. Every guitar had

  608. its own amp, jazz chorus and the other. Every amp

  609. weighed like about fifty pounds. And then we had the

  610. base amp, you know, the base amp. The speaker alone

  611. was bigger than this, and the unit, the amplifier unit

  612. weighed about fifty pounds and it was small like that.

  613. The amplifier. My goodness, you needed two people to carry

  614. the amplifier. And that's not all. We had to carry

  615. a roads piano. How do you know what a roads

  616. piano is. It's an electric piano. It weighed about one

  617. hundred pounds. Two people, we load up the van, We

  618. drive all the way to care and guess what. The

  619. hotel would not allow us use the lift. So the

  620. two of us would carry all these instruments up to

  621. the third floor, set it up, praise the Lord in worship,

  622. put it away, bring it down, put it back in

  623. the van, and send it back to clang at two

  624. a m. Monday morning. I did this for ten years,

  625. ten years, and some of us, oh yeah, I've been

  626. playing already for two weeks in a row. I cannot it.

  627. I need a break. Ask yourself when you're serving the Lord?

  628. Is it a pleasure or is it a curse? Because

  629. if you're worshiping the Lord, and you're serving the Lord,

  630. you don't care you do it six months in a row.

  631. If you have to have a thought, why am I

  632. doing it? I've been on for so long. You got

  633. to correct, you gotta have There has to be an

  634. adjustment the way you think today Today I receive the

  635. blessings of all those things that I did then because

  636. I did not count myself as anything then and now

  637. the Lord blesses me until today. It's an attitude. Are

  638. we slothful? Are we unambitious? Are we uninterested in the

  639. Lord's things? And this is what the Lord said, and

  640. this thankfully will cover a lot of us. Okay, So

  641. you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers

  642. and at my coming I would receive my I would

  643. have received back my own with interest. Praise the Lord.

  644. God is very kind. Okay, because there are many of

  645. us who've got talents were not using Do you know that?

  646. Now for those of us that don't use the talents

  647. that God has given us, we have an option to survive.

  648. You w as the option to survive. Put the money

  649. in the bank to earn interest or bury it in

  650. the ground. You know what happens if we bury it

  651. in the ground, right? We did me? So what is

  652. this putting money in the bank to gain interest? Hey,

  653. whatever you can do for the Lord, do with a

  654. good heart. Okay, I cannot serve all the time as

  655. a host, but when I come I can shake somebody's

  656. hand and welcome them to church. What is that money

  657. in the bank earning interest? Or why you got nowhere

  658. to have the homes? I cannot have the homes in

  659. my house every week, but never mind, this week I

  660. opened my house. What is that money in the bank

  661. bending down to tie somebody's shoelace? What is that money

  662. in the bank interest? Did you think of that? Did

  663. you know that that every time you bless somebody? What

  664. is that money in the bank interest? So when I

  665. meet the Lord and he says, now, who are you

  666. stopp being a musician? Did I ask you so I'm

  667. going to tell the Lord. Yeah, true, you didn't ask me. Sorry,

  668. by at least money in the bankler, You know what

  669. did I wrote some songs for you to bless your name.

  670. Got interest, man, Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got interest. God

  671. is kind, God is for us making it. There's always

  672. something we can do. The problem is when we do nothing,

  673. however small it may be. It's a step forward and

  674. it will grow. Be a host, be a cleaner, be

  675. a decorator. Christmas is coming. That's the only thing you do.

  676. You put up one tinsel there? Do it? Learn that

  677. is what is that money in there bank? You know

  678. when I first came to church to ask many years ago,

  679. thousand and nine, I think, yeah, two thousand and nine.

  680. You know I told pasta, Pasta maybe and me, we

  681. will clean the toilets. But we were leaders in our

  682. church before. Did we say we we we can be

  683. a leader in your church? No? What did we say?

  684. We've cleaned the toilets because we understand that it's not

  685. about the face that we have. It's about the things

  686. that we can do for the Lord. You know what

  687. pastor said, there's no need to do that. But I'm

  688. sure that spoke to Pasta's heart. There's something about these guys. Guys,

  689. what are you going to do? What are you going

  690. to do? Do something for you know, for your sake,

  691. do something. So take the talent from him and give

  692. it to him who has ten talents. You know. The

  693. only time God took back what was his was when

  694. we did not use what he gave us. That's the

  695. only time he took it back. He took it back

  696. and he gave it to the one who has more.

  697. And then it says, don't lose everything. This only happens

  698. when we do nothing. When we do nothing, we will

  699. lose everything. And this is the master's house. I do

  700. not care whether it's small or whether it's big. But

  701. whichever house you call your own, you had better be serving.

  702. And if you don't call anyone your house, you're in

  703. big trouble at the very start. Okay, don't tell me

  704. every church is God's house. I know that. But you

  705. have made God's house your restaurant that you go to

  706. receive your food when all you do is go to

  707. hear the word. You have made God your servant. God

  708. is not your severn. He is God. You are not.

  709. I am not so he gave talents only to his servants,

  710. not to the visitors. Of course, if you're visiting from

  711. another church because you're not where your church is, that's okay.

  712. What is that? That's money in the bank showing God. God,

  713. I put you first. But if you're here for a

  714. few months, serve the Lord. That's the way it is.

  715. Who are you doing this for us? For me? No,

  716. you're doing it for you. You're doing it for the Lord.

  717. Visitors who keep going from church to another, one church

  718. to another, take God for a cook or a chef,

  719. and go to these restaurants called churches to sample the

  720. cuisine or the word. The ideas are tickled with the

  721. good food. But they will not trade the talents God

  722. has given them, nor will they serve God in any

  723. capacity to give God interest. They want to come in

  724. and leave. What a dangerous place to be. For to

  725. everyone who has more will be given into him who

  726. has in abundance. But from him who does not have

  727. even what he has will be taken away. And this

  728. is why I say this one refers to God and

  729. cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will

  730. be weeping and gnashing of teeth. I believe one's safe,

  731. always saved. But if you don't serve the Lord, if

  732. you don't trade with the talents he has given you,

  733. you put yourself in very dangerous territory, because when the

  734. Lord comes back and he requires an accounting, maybe be

  735. found to have done something with the talents he has

  736. given us. Are you faithful? God wants to give you more.

  737. Remember he did not take the money back from the servants,

  738. but ask them into his home. He wants to not

  739. only give you talents, He doesn't want to take it back.

  740. He wants to invite you into his home. If you

  741. want to remain lazy, Not only does he strip you

  742. of what you have, the last one says he won't

  743. have anything to do with you. Remember I said you

  744. means me, so you know you cannot say there's any

  745. finger pointing going on. We're all in this together, okay.

  746. Revival comes with having the right attitude and devotion to

  747. doing what God has called us to do. It starts yeah,

  748. and with that, praise the Lord. I've given the Lord

  749. my talent for the day. Guys, God wants to get

  750. you ready. He wants to get you ready because the

  751. end is coming soon. Jesus is coming soon. Okay. I

  752. always say the candle burns on both ends. When we

  753. are born, one end starts burning and then the Lord.

  754. The time it takes for the Lord to come, the

  755. other end is burning. So like for my wife and

  756. me that the candle has burned quite far on one side.

  757. But you guys that are young, I think for you

  758. all that the candle of Jesus returning soon is coming

  759. quite short. Don't be found napping, don't be found sleeping,

  760. be found working.

  761. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  762. information on our church, please visit as church Org. We

  763. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

  764. this week is going to be a good week, a

  765. hit for you. God bless
