You're listening to a message to go from ast church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
Let's go to Act chapter two now and let's read
-
one verse.
-
Acts Chapter two, verse forty two.
-
Please everybody, and they continue steadfastly in the apostles, doctrine
-
and fellowship come on, in breaking of bread and in press.
-
So the first of these four points. What are the
-
four points? Apostles, doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and press.
-
These are the four original ingredients that made the church great.
-
Every church that wants to do God's will must have
-
at least these four basic things.
-
They must continue steadfastly.
-
Is the word faithful, stead fast, faithful in the apostles,
-
doctrine which is the word of God.
-
And fellowship must have.
-
And the breaking of bread like we did this now,
-
communion must have all right, because we remember Jesus every
-
time we break bread. And of course prayer all right.
-
And this church X church is a praying church, all right.
-
Before we start our service, we pray all right. In
-
between our worship, we pray all right, and we pray
-
all the time because we are a praying church that
-
believes that our God answers. Pray can I hear good. Amen,
-
all right, let's go to the next slide. The next
-
slide says X is a church that is.
-
Founded on, built by and moves in the word of God.
-
I'm so glad that today the people taking care of
-
XTV and the camera, they don't even have to be
-
at the camera. This is the first time I'm seeing it,
-
because usually there will be one person. So Joshua asked
-
me earlier, pastor, you're sitting down or standing up? So
-
I said, I think I am very used to sitting
-
down now because I feel at home.
-
It has got to go mooning.
-
And of course it started with my injury, my injury
-
that took me nine months to heal, and so I've
-
been sitting down.
-
But now I really feel.
-
At home, like like I'm like, I'm not preaching to you,
-
like I'm just talking to you, you know. And so
-
I didn't realize there was, you know a difference of
-
me standing up and sitting down when it comes to XTV.
-
When I'm sitting down, I don't move so much. And
-
so x TV says, oh, very good, very good, very good.
-
We don't have to.
-
Follow you left, right up down. So I'm glad to
-
be of a blessing to x TV this morning. Yeah,
-
fel I'm glad that I could give you some rest, Josh.
-
I will purposically just jump here and there sometimes.
-
Now I'm just kiddy. I won't. I won't.
-
All right, So X is a church that is founded on,
-
built by, and moves in the Word of God. I
-
hope that all of you are at peace when I
-
say this, because you want to be a part of
-
a church that really focuses on God's word. You really
-
want to be a church that does things everything according
-
to the word of God. For example, why do we
-
pray so much on a service? Why do we have
-
people coming to the front. Why do we have people
-
turning to one another because the Bible says, pray, pray
-
for one another. The Bible says, the house of God
-
is the house of Why do we clap our hands
-
doing worship? Because clap your hands, all ye people. Why
-
do we shout shout under God with a voice of triumph.
-
Why do we stand, the Bible says, stand right in
-
the presence of the Lord. Why do we lift up
-
our hands? We will lift our hands as the evening sacrifice.
-
The Bible says, Why do we give.
-
We just gave our offering because the Bible says give,
-
and not just give, but give generously. I want you
-
to know that whatever you do as a church, it
-
must be backed up by God's word. He cannot be
-
backed up by emotions. He cannot be backed up by
-
the latest trends. Why do we not turn off our lights?
-
Because the Bible doesn't tell me to turn off my
-
lives doing worship, so I don't do it as simple
-
as that. In fact, he says that Jesus is the light,
-
so that's what therefore I want.
-
To put more light. I know.
-
Please don't right now sitting here, compare me with another church.
-
I'm not here to judge any church. If they turn
-
off their lights, that's up to them and God. But
-
I want to let you know the why and the
-
why not is guided by God's word in this place.
-
Why do we dress up for Sunday? Because the Bible says,
-
whatever you do unto the Lord, do it with all
-
your heart. So that also includes when you're worshiping. Don't
-
put your hands down, then you're not doing it all
-
your heart. Clap, don't put your hands, you know, to
-
your pockets, don't dress down. You know, this is not
-
just a Christmas party or a birthday party.
-
This is the house of the Lord. Amen.
-
And you want to honor the Lord. Hallelujah. And the
-
Bible also says honor the Lord. In fact, you know
-
what the Bible says. God says, I will honor those
-
who honor me. So can you imagine if you come
-
every Sunday you honor the Lord with your best, you
-
can expect to be honored back by God. So I
-
want you to know again and again this morning that
-
this church is very big on being faithful to the Word.
-
And if it's not in the word, I usually will
-
not do it. There's no point. There's no point. All right. Now,
-
let's see what God thinks about his word, what God himself,
-
how God sees his word.
-
Are you ready? Let's look at the scripture.
-
The Bible says, I will praise, sorry our worship toward
-
your Holy Temple. Oh, let's let's pause for a moment.
-
Do you know why we do praise and worship before
-
everything else starts, even before the message, Because the Bible
-
says praise must go first. If you have ever read
-
the Word of God, it says Judah first the army
-
the people of God in the Old Testament says, Oh, God,
-
tell us which of the twelve tribes must go first
-
when there is war? And God said Judah first? And
-
what is Judah praise? So until today praise goes before
-
everything else.
-
At our service, everybody're okay? I want you to understand.
-
The church must be based not on pastor can Cheane's experience,
-
not on people's emotions, not on our I like or
-
don't like. No, not like or don't like the come
-
on word of God. Are you happy to be in
-
a church like that? There's not at the whims and
-
fancies of the senior pastor. No, even the senior pastor
-
must obey the word of God. Amen, because and we
-
see it in the scripture. In the next two minutes.
-
I'll show it to you. But now let's look at
-
this one first.
-
For you have.
-
Magnified your word above or your name. Did you even
-
know this scripture existed? That God's name is already so great?
-
You know, Ah, in the name of Jesus. Cancer, get
-
healed in the name of Jesus. Aides, get healed in
-
the name of Jesus. You know the blind see do
-
you know the name of Jesus is already great. But
-
you know what's greater than that name. Since the word
-
of God, you, Oh, God, magnified your word above your name.
-
That's how important God's word is.
-
To God.
-
To God himself magnified his word. So if God himself
-
magnifies his word, we his people must do the same.
-
Somebody say, Amen, praise the Lord. Now this is the
-
next verse. I want to show you. Heaven and earth
-
will pass away, but my words will by no means
-
pass away. The leaders of the church can pass away,
-
the building can pass away, the sound system can go
-
from this to just one guitar. Everything can change, even
-
with the next elections. But what will never change, Come
-
on the word of God. Build your life on the
-
word of God. Amen, and you will never be shaken
-
because the word of God is the rock on.
-
Which we stand. Amen.
-
If you're not feeling well in your body, don't worry
-
about it. Don't just put your health in the hands
-
of the doctor. Thank God for doctors. But don't put
-
your future in the hand of financial gurus.
-
Are you also with me?
-
It's okay to have a financial coach helping you to
-
make sure that you do well with your finances. But
-
come on, everybody, put your hope, your future, your life
-
on the word that cannot be shaken. Once again, Heaven
-
and earth will pass away. Do you know that even
-
heaven will pass away?
-
Not?
-
Cannot you say what? No, Jesus it the heavens as
-
we know it will pass away. But his word get it.
-
So therefore, the next slide says, the word is completely reliable.
-
That's the point. That's the point. When we go through
-
hard times, who do you rely on? What do you
-
rely on that is even better than the bank? Or
-
rather the money in your bank or the insurance that
-
you have. Some of you could have one million ringing
-
insurance for our health. Some of you go to have
-
a five million ringing insurance. Even that will not compare
-
with the reliability of God's word.
-
Are you asked? You with me?
-
When there's doubts, when you don't know where what? Who
-
is God speaking to me? Is God silent? Does God
-
want me to do this or not? You know where
-
the economy is going? Do I buy a crypto or
-
not or whatever it is? And the crypto goes up,
-
crypto goes down? There is nothing so reliable as come
-
on the Word of God. So we want to be
-
a church. This is a value right, We're talking about
-
value word faithful. Doesn't matter what your feelings are, doesn't
-
matter what people around you tell you. The word is reliable, trustworthy.
-
Come on, it will ever fail you. We fail the
-
word many times, we fail the word, but the word
-
will never fail us. Next Life, John one one to
-
four and fourteen. I want to bring another angle so
-
that I can encourage you today. Yes, I want to
-
encourage you today to hold on to this word. You know,
-
let me tell you a storier. I have a heroer.
-
Let's just say heroller. George Muller. George Muller was an
-
inspiration to me. How I lived by faith for the
-
last thirty years. I love of you know that I
-
haven't gotten a salary for the last thirty years, but
-
you can see how God has blessed me our man,
-
Praise God.
-
God is good. But you know where I.
-
Learned from from a man called George Muller, who also
-
had no money, but he built five orphanages. Five orphanages,
-
and I think each orphanage had about twenty to thirty
-
ofphanse and five he built five in the eighteen hundreds,
-
and every time a young person graduates from the orphanage,
-
he will come to George Mullet's room. I remember this
-
so clearly. There was one page I just got stuck
-
to it. He said, I'm going to teach this young
-
person before he goes out of the orphanage. I'm going
-
to teach him a principle that will take him far.
-
He calls a young person in front of him, and
-
he gives the young person a coin in his left hand.
-
He says, young man, hold on to that coin, and
-
then he puts into the young man's hand a bible
-
in the right hand. So left hand got coin, money,
-
right had got bible. And he teaches just one simple teaching.
-
At the end, it's not even more than five minutes,
-
he says, young man, let me teach you this. If
-
you hold on tightly to what's in your right, you
-
will never lack what's in your left. If you hold
-
on tightly tightly to what's on your right, you will
-
never lack what's on your left. I tell you, if
-
you ever find a book George Muller, you read it
-
that you'll be inspired. So I was inspired to live
-
by faith without a salary, for the past thirty years.
-
Now the Lord has provided all my needs.
-
Because if you hold on tightly Kenneth's chin to the right,
-
you will never lack what's on the left. One story
-
of George Muller. Remember, no, there was no more food
-
in the orphanage, nor more food. They all opened the
-
cupboards and they reported to George Muller, George, there's no
-
more food, and there's so many mouths to feed. And
-
George says, it's okay. God told me to build this orphanage.
-
God gave me these children. If God gave me, sure
-
you'll feed them. So let's all just go around the table.
-
Come on, sit down, children, Sit down, children. So they
-
all sat down like it was lunchtime or something.
-
Sat down.
-
They all sat down, and he says, hold each other's
-
hands now, and let's give thanks for the food.
-
It's amazing.
-
If you read his book, you go like, what kind
-
of faith does this guy have? He says, Lord, thank
-
you for the children that you gave me. Thank you
-
for this orphanage that you gave me. Thank you, o God,
-
for the meal that you are about to give us.
-
And before you could say amen, there was not on
-
the door, and so the door opened and there was
-
a milkman outside who said, my milk truck broke down
-
in front of your orphanage. And uh, if I'm gonna
-
probably think about an hour or two to fix the truck.
-
And this milk, this fresh milk, will not make it.
-
To the places I'm going to take it to, So
-
could I just give all the milk so they don't
-
go to waste? And then you know, it just went
-
on and on. Of course, a man got his truck
-
to fixed. God blessed him as well after that, and
-
and and then the whole house was filled with bottles
-
of milk.
-
Uh.
-
And then you know how else they were provided for
-
you go ahead and try to get a book and
-
read it, because I was very very inspired.
-
Okay, let's let's now get into this.
-
In the beginning was the word, and the word was
-
with God, and the word was God. He was in
-
the beginning with God. All things were made through him,
-
and without him nothing was made. That was made. In
-
him was life, and the life was the light of men. Okay,
-
let's read. Let's read that and deal with that first.
-
In the beginning was the word wow, Wow, what began it?
-
All?
-
The word what started it all. The word the word
-
was with was was with who God? The word was
-
who God?
-
Wow? Big w what big w He.
-
Was in the beginning with God, all things were made
-
through him, All things were made through him. Next, Light says,
-
We're all made through the word. Think about that for
-
a moment. You and I were made through the word.
-
I know when you look at the mirror every morning
-
and every night before you sleep, when you look in
-
the mirror, you cannot see the word. I know you
-
can only see your hair, your eyes, your nose, and
-
all the physical parts. But I want to remind you
-
what the Word of God says. You and I were
-
made through the Word. That's awesome.
-
You know you were made through that.
-
You know this word through is a very powerful word
-
because if you wanted something from me, and I say,
-
you can only get it from me through Rachelle, Rochelle
-
now becomes a very important person because.
-
You only only through her. So now the word.
-
Becomes very important because you only through the Word that
-
I'm made. Now you know why when you have a
-
sickness in your body, the word heals you.
-
So someone said before a passer.
-
Because man was made from the earth, all the ingredients
-
that can heal him is made from the earth. Because
-
again listener, the content of men content and the content
-
the ingredient of men is from the way earth. So
-
man's body is made from the earth. So when man
-
wants to be well, he takes herbs and many things
-
that grow from the ground.
-
Now, a lot of medication today is synthetic, but they can.
-
Find a lot of our healing from whatever grown from
-
the ground. Why because we are made from the ground.
-
And so think about it. If you are made through
-
the world, then all you need is to add the
-
Word wherever your body is lacking. You understand, if your
-
heart was made through the Word, it is not the
-
doctor that has any answer, really, because he didn't make
-
the heart. So whatever he does is temporary. Keep your
-
life for another ten years, give your life for a
-
nundre fifteen years.
-
You know, whatever it is, tent.
-
Pills, right to lower your cholesterol, it's all temporary, and
-
if you don't take it, you know you might be
-
in trouble. But the Word has got your the ingredients
-
that your heart needs. Whoa, the Word has got the
-
ingredients that your lungs need because the very form of
-
your lungs was made through the So now you know
-
why book they have testimony saying all I did was
-
quoted Isaiah fifty three, verse five. And by his stripes
-
we are heal, and by his stripes we are here.
-
Toyongi asks a woman with cancer. He says, go back
-
home and right down, by his stripes, we are heal.
-
Ten thousand times and she said, well once for many times,
-
actually say ten thousand, so that she will keep on
-
doing it. So after she finished ten thousand times, she
-
was healed from cancer. Because you need to understand what
-
what the what the word says about the word that
-
from the beginning, it was the word. Your breath is
-
made through the word, Your toenails are made through the word,
-
your kidneys are made through the world. So a lot
-
of people run to the doctors. Good, thank God for doctors. Again,
-
run to medicine. Okay, fine, temporary, but listen, we gotta
-
run back to the.
-
Because everything you need the beginning, the beginning was the word.
-
Everything from from the beginning was through the word.
-
And therefore you continue to get your stock, your.
-
Your reserves, you with me, brain problem, brain issues, the mansia.
-
I want to tell you this, you never try you
-
never know.
-
But I'm telling you right right now that the Word
-
of God says we're made through the Word.
-
We have to go through the world if you want
-
to be made.
-
So if you want to be made again, your heart
-
to be new again, your lungs to be new again,
-
your kidneys to be new again, you're.
-
Living to be new again. Yeah, it's fine again.
-
I'm not knocking hospitals, and I'm not knocking doctors because
-
we thank God for them.
-
Really right, they're really there to help us.
-
But listen, even Christian doctors here would understand they don't
-
have all the answers, and they can't give you a
-
new heart unless it's a transplant, but even that's not newybody. Okay,
-
Why am I uh spending so much time on this
-
because I know that some of you in this room
-
really needs this.
-
I've been surviving.
-
On thirty years without a salary, just on the Word,
-
and then I buy a house on the Word because
-
I had no money. I told you the testimony, right,
-
it is a bank who said you can have a
-
loan without any collateral, and the band manager said, passed, Kenneth.
-
This is the first time we've ever heard that the
-
bank gives a loan without any collateral. I don't have
-
a salary, I don't have an EPF, I don't have
-
any of those things. It is the word. Would you
-
believe it? Would you believe it?
-
Ah?
-
I'm speaking to Christians. Yeah, even Christians who struggling with this,
-
even Christians struggling with this. Okay, next one, are you ready?
-
Gee?
-
Jesus is the word made flesh. Jesus himself is the
-
word made flesh. Wow, so good eye, Okay, all right now.
-
The first point is how God sees his word. The
-
second point is because the word is completely reliable, faithful
-
to us, we can be completely faithful.
-
Said fast to the word. Amen.
-
The amiens are getting less and less. Why too early
-
in the morning or what? Okay, thank you the leaders especially.
-
Help me out. Praise Scott. Okay, Amen, Amen, and all
-
those who are being Christian long time, please help me. Okay.
-
You know why we say amen and shout because the
-
Bible says shout someone.
-
Let me hear.
-
Some people obeyed the lot. Oh hallelujah. See see when
-
you do that, you're obeying the word.
-
Amen. So let's go into the next point.
-
No matter how we feel for how the world arounds
-
us feels this is going to be one of the
-
greatest challenges of the church in the future. In Singapore,
-
they asked me a question, pastor, what is your greatest
-
fears for the church in the future, as if you're
-
number one, is that we look more and more like
-
the world because the world is so demanding, they're so
-
passionate about their own philosophy.
-
So LGBT starting to creep in to the church. If
-
we don't stand on the word, we're gonna fall under pressure.
-
I you also do mean it's okay to have LGBT friends.
-
That if you have a friend who's LGBT, God bless him,
-
God bless her, pray for him for their salvation. Okay,
-
don't don't don't don't reject them. You can reject their living,
-
but don't reject them. But I will not allow, as
-
long as I'm alive and as long as God's word
-
is in my right hand, to allow the pressures of
-
LGBT into the church. Then we will then we will
-
become a church under pressure. I said before, and I
-
was saying to you again. If you live by priority,
-
you will never live under pressure. What are your priorities
-
to me, to us, ex, church is the word of God,
-
so I said to asking up, I fear that the.
-
World will creep into the church and one day take over.
-
Second fear, I said, is that we will want to
-
be like any church down the road. So this church
-
does something, we want to do something that church don't do.
-
Something else we want to do like that church. And
-
churches are just following churches instead of following Jesus. It's
-
very scary. You know, everybody turn off their lives. We
-
turned off our lives. Everybody dressed down. We dressed down.
-
Everybody wear white shoes, uh, to to preach and to
-
and to do worship leading.
-
And of course now I don't know why the white shoes.
-
White shoes is in and all those of you are
-
sitting down and you know, look at your white shoes. Now,
-
don't worry about it because you're not preaching, Okay, So
-
I am yeah, And you won't catch me wearing white
-
shoes to preach. But it is the white shoes wrong. No,
-
I think following trends. Following trends blindly is wrong. That's all.
-
The color of the shoes not wrong. I just don't
-
like to follow trends. I like to follow Christ.
-
Amen.
-
So no matter how we feel or how the world
-
arounds us feel, the church is going to be in
-
the next few days, weeks, months, years. I don't know
-
how long before Jesus will come back. I think it's
-
very soon, you know. Just look at the Middle East. Uh,
-
And so I pray that. You know, last week we said,
-
two weeks ago we say Christ centered, we just want
-
to focus on Christ. And today we are saying word faithful.
-
Just be faithful to the word, not faithful to the world.
-
You know, the word word and the word world is
-
just differentientated by what L ne w O, r d
-
W or r l d. So the L very easy
-
to come into the word L for l license r.
-
L for last.
-
So between the world and the word there is only
-
one letter difference. And we have to be very careful,
-
very very careful. Let me tell you something about Billy Graham.
-
Billy Graham, if you read his biography, and I read
-
about two or three because another hero of mine. So
-
this biography of Bill grahammer was this ticking same thickness
-
almost no, no, no, I think Liquan used biographies even thicker.
-
I read that or so, because I also liked how
-
the man leads Singapore. So I read leaquan Use biography
-
is stick, and I think Billy Graham's biography was just
-
maybe one centimeter lower. But I tell you, Billy Graham said,
-
one page, just one page. I remember, he says, my
-
friends during the time that I was growing up. He said,
-
he was in his twenties, and all his friends grew
-
up from the Bible school or in the twenties.
-
And then there.
-
Came an argument, Daniel, I don't know where you heard
-
of this before, an argument those days. Until today, I
-
think the argument is still there. But in Billy Graham's
-
time it was very strong. Even his friends who came
-
up from the same Bible school said, there's some parts
-
of the Bible that cannot be relevant today. And there
-
are some paths that only applied to the Jews, and
-
there are only some paths and this and that, and
-
they began to dissect the Bible according to their wisdom.
-
Billy Graham struggle. That was one of his greatest struggle.
-
On that one page, Billy Graham said, I too struggle.
-
Is the word of God the word of God? Or
-
is some the word of God?
-
And some notd is this Bible something that we believe
-
some and don't believe some?
-
What is it?
-
So Billy Graham went to a particular rock, and this
-
rock was by the side of the road. He often
-
goes there. He walks somebody, he walks with his dog,
-
and he just you know, he just cry out to God, God,
-
help me, no, help me. Understand. Do I go with
-
my friends who's now dissecting to see which one believes believable,
-
which one is not believable. What part of the Bible
-
I should take as truth, what part I should take
-
as history only? Blah blah blah. You know, there's so
-
many things going on in his heart and mind. And
-
so he finally got down on his knees at this rock.
-
This is a very famous rock. When you go to
-
America where Billy Graham lives, the bus, the twelve bus
-
was stop by this rock. Because you know, Billy Graham
-
is just one of the most famous evangelists in the world.
-
Right brought I don't know, maybe sixty seventy million people
-
to Christ. So Billy Graham on this rock, he prayed
-
and he said, I heard God tell me believe in
-
all or believe not at all, believe in everything or nothing.
-
Choose.
-
Billy Graham decided at that rock that day, God, there
-
are many things I don't understand, the many things that
-
seem to be countercultured the day I'm living in. It
-
doesn't seem to fit the LGBT. It doesn't seem to
-
fit you know, the business models, and doesn't seem to
-
fit you know, World.
-
Joe.
-
Political situations, you know, Israel seems to be so cruel,
-
you know, and this and there and bombing Gaza, and
-
yet the Bible teaches us to pray for Jerusalem.
-
It doesn't fit God. But I choose to believe.
-
You know what he said from that book, He said,
-
from the day I decided that the word of God
-
is the word of God.
-
God bless my ministry.
-
He said, you know, I preach messages are same gospel
-
messages are. And yet thousands walk down from their seats
-
and fill this front of the stage. He says, the
-
day was the day I said, this is your word
-
and I will preach it with all of my heart.
-
Thousands and thousands and millions started to come to the
-
Lord because he decided once and for all. Josh Mueller
-
hold tightly towards on your right. You'll never lack what's
-
on your life. These are the great men of God
-
who had to buy faith, decide is it true?
-
Is it not true?
-
If only half is true, throw the other half away then,
-
but you don't know who half to throw.
-
Amen. So I pray that today, as you begin.
-
To be if word faithful, that you will also have
-
a defining moment. You will also be blessed. Romans one,
-
twite two, twenty four, twenty six to twenty seven. We we
-
can read it on your own life. Because I think
-
the time is coming up to it. I have to close,
-
but I've got a few more things to talk talk
-
to you about. But here we go Romans one. He
-
just talks to you about how people today profess to
-
be wise, they became fools, change the glory of the
-
incorruptible God into image made like corruptible man. And then
-
he goes on to say, therefore God also gave them
-
up to uncleanness in the loss of their hearts to
-
dishonor their bodies among themselves. And then it goes on
-
to say, for even their women exchange the natural use
-
of what for what is against nature. Likewise, also the
-
men leaving the natural use of the women burning their
-
lust for one another.
-
So already, uh you.
-
Know, lesbianism and and and gaze, uh you know, and
-
their lifestyle was found already in those days, right, and
-
the Word of God already has something to say about it. Okay,
-
But don't get pressure into saying oh, just because the
-
world is shouting and saying, you know, the church is
-
so old fashioned, The church is irrelevant. The Bible is
-
an old book. Chuck it into the fire and burn it.
-
You and I must stand steadfast, faithful to the very end.
-
Come on, I should hear more amiens than that. Raise.
-
Build your family on the word, build your marriage on
-
the word, Build your health on the word, build your
-
finances on the word. Come on, hallelujah, Build your ministry
-
on the word. Build ex church on the word. The
-
word anchors us in in uh in This ever changing world,
-
says the next slide. Yeah, it is ever changing, its
-
ever changing. Every day is changing.
-
Now.
-
AI is the big thing, right AI my word. Let's
-
let's not start having a series on AI messages. But
-
you know it's good is going to take over our world?
-
If not already? Am I saying it's wrong. I'm not
-
saying it's wrong. I'm not even saying it's all that right.
-
So right depends on how you use it.
-
But the world is ever changing.
-
Now, can I say this as people around start looking
-
at the old fashioned irrelevant and call us fools.
-
As the world calls us.
-
Fools, I want to remind you of this scripture because
-
the foolishness of God is wiser than men. Even the
-
most foolish thing God can do is still wiser than
-
the wisest of men. Come on, and the weakness of
-
God is stronger than men.
-
Are you with me?
-
Even if God became sick, and he will never be sick,
-
but even if he became sick, he's still more healthy
-
than the healthiest person on earth. That's what the Bible
-
was saying. He's so weak, he's still stronger than you.
-
His way seems so dumb. He's still cleverer than you. Amen,
-
praise the Lord, So don't try to be too cleverer.
-
That's probably what I'm saying, all de lord. Christians always
-
act rikal the when and you know one day go
-
and say to you, yeah, it is because you thought
-
you were cleverer than me. See who's the fool like, yeah, okay, yeah,
-
all right. Now I'm not pointing anybody here. Okay, last one,
-
last one.
-
What do we need to know? We need to know
-
the word? Now.
-
I know that I'm not one following this booklet, but
-
it's all there. It's all there, okay, and you and
-
I will go through it again at homes.
-
Yeah, word faithful. Amen, from today until.
-
The next homes are from today under the next homes
-
please be word for faithful. So you got testable new share,
-
I say, Holmes leader. Actually from the day I heard
-
the word to the homes day, I got testabiity share
-
because I put everything my fears on the word, and
-
look what happened. I put my doubt on the word,
-
and look what happened. I put my finance us on
-
the word, and look what happened.
-
I put my health on the word, and look what happened. Yeah,
-
getty excited. My voice getting higher and higher, Oh, stronger
-
and strong. You know.
-
I put my family on the word, and look what happened.
-
I put my marriage on the word, and look what happened.
-
I put my children on the word, and look what happened. Amen,
-
Raise the Lord. So last one know the word, and
-
we're going to close in the next few minutes.
-
Know the word.
-
The Bible says that you shall know the truth, and
-
the truth shall make you free. Now, a lot of
-
people think the word no means that like in Malay
-
is tao gird taouan, not thou taou okay gird tau
-
whua No, just this knowledge, and then we go like, oh,
-
just know the word and I'm going to be fine.
-
No, the word no here is very intimate.
-
If you read the Old Testament Adam new Eve and
-
conceive mm. So when people know each other husband and
-
wife in those days, it is an intimate word. It
-
is two people coming as one, creating life. So when
-
you and I know the word, we become one with
-
the word.
-
And we produce life. Amen. So if you know the
-
word up here, I'm pointing to my brain.
-
Now, if you just know the word up here and
-
you have no life, tell me what it tells you.
-
It tells me that you only have head knowledge. You
-
haven't known the word intimately and made it one with you,
-
all right. I don't want to sound you know two
-
eighteen SX because all of us are older here, and
-
you know that when a man and woman come together,
-
actually become one.
-
They enter.
-
Okay, so now you are already feeling a little bit squamish.
-
Has the word entered you? Has the word become part
-
of you?
-
No, and you shall know the truth.
-
And the truth will I know a lot of a
-
lot of us will quote the words set you free.
-
But in an NKJV it says, make you free. I
-
love the word.
-
Make because it's actually the word has gone into you
-
and it's making you. Know how you make bread? You're
-
needing and you're doing all this and you're putting it
-
into the oven, and right you're something is being made
-
inside of you, and that's called freedom. Set you free
-
is just coming to and and taking the maybe the
-
seasons or whatever, and cutting the you know whatever and
-
breaking the chain. So set you free sounds like a
-
very immediate, one second thing.
-
The boom.
-
No, this is make you free. Make you means that
-
you are now a different person because his truth is
-
coming to you, and he's made you. He's made you
-
a man. Therefore you're not a woman. He's made you
-
a woman, therefore you're not a man. So his word
-
comes in and makes you free, makes you free, missa
-
you don't ever have to be not free anymore.
-
It's a may.
-
You take a door and you make a bread. The
-
bread doesn't become door again. The bread is made the
-
chalk way down his child. Okay, it's child. It doesn't
-
become noodles again. So when he comes, when his truth comes, he.
-
Makes you free. You don't have to be unfree anybody. Okay.
-
Another scripture is here, but it's not found on the slides.
-
I know, guess I just put it before I came up.
-
John seventeen seventeen says, John seventeen seventeen says, sanctify them
-
by your truth. Your word is truth. Sanctify them by
-
your truth. Your word is truth. So you shall know
-
the truth, and the truth shall make you free. I'm
-
go encouraging everyone here to be one with the word.
-
The word is truth.
-
Amen.
-
Okay, last lap two points. It says here two parts
-
to being word faithful. That's what your notes say. So
-
under these notes two parts to being word faithful. You
-
can write Number one, be a hero of the word.
-
Number two, be a doer of the word. All right,
-
let's look at the scripture. For the Word of God
-
is living and power full and sharper than any two ages,
-
sword piercing even to the division of soul and spirit,
-
and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of
-
the thoughts and intents of the heart.
-
Wow.
-
Wow, Uh, let me show you something again. The next
-
flight says, the word has a life of his own.
-
How cool is that? The word, although it's written, is
-
not lifeless, It's not stagnant. Are you all with me?
-
It has a life. I talked to one of our brothers, Balaji.
-
Balaji from from ex Cyberjaya. You know, in India, it
-
was part of a militant group that hates Christians, and
-
so Balaji's job was to kill Christians or do or
-
to bring them down. So it was a very very
-
big Hindu kind of sect. It was not Hindu itself,
-
but you know it was just very very strong. Uh.
-
And they will kill and they will destroy. And Balaji,
-
you can talk to him. He will have many stories
-
to tell you, okay. And when he was in that
-
kind of a spirit, he was violent and he was
-
all that. So he was tasked by his supreme leader
-
in India to bring down Christian And the first thing
-
he did, Balaji, he said pastor, I read the Bible
-
right because I want to see how many errors there are.
-
And so as he's doing his research reading the Bible,
-
he first of all read it very quietly.
-
He was reading, reading, reading, reading well or then he
-
was taking down. Balaji just finished Viva.
-
So now his doctor Balaji and his physiotherapist in university Hiberjaya. Okay,
-
Balaji's good guy. Every time I mean him. He wants
-
to take me to Indian food. I said, come on,
-
let's do it. You know, Baalaji knows the Indian culture
-
so well. He tells me exactly why but I leave
-
like this, Why the food is here, why the cops
-
are there?
-
White the protein? Okay?
-
Anyway, he teaches on culture, Indian culture and.
-
And and uh.
-
Baji said, after a while, I got so tired because
-
I'm just reading quietly. I'm just reading quietly here, he said,
-
I I should read it loudly, so I keep myself awake.
-
So he ready loudly. He ready loudly. He read, Uh,
-
here I am witness again. He read, he read, he read,
-
he read. As he was reading.
-
His neighbors uh, at least one particular neighbor turned into
-
a snake like being.
-
So they they they fell on the floor.
-
He didn't notice because he was in his house, in
-
his room, and he fell into the floor.
-
And then they began to.
-
Slither like a snake to the front of the his house,
-
and the mother saw it. The mother saw it and
-
then said, my neighbors, what they're doing right? And so
-
she did not on the door, and as she opens
-
the screamed at her.
-
Tell your son to stop reading that book.
-
Non Christian reading the Bible can create such manifestation because
-
the Word is living, but telling as you tell you
-
when you meet him, except that he will tell you
-
the story.
-
He got so many So one time was over when
-
you met a lady. Okay, say you are always you
-
get to sleep. Uh, he didn't. He didn't know his
-
neighbor die Aldio. And then the neighbor appeared to him
-
the next day.
-
But the thing is uh, because because he was such
-
in the dark spirit that he could see darkness laget.
-
But now he is a Christian, he's a preacher. He
-
goes back to India to preach everywhere. You know, they
-
want to kill him. The people that he left in
-
India wants to kill him. So that he goes back
-
to India. He asks us to pray for him because
-
if they find him, they will kill him. But the
-
thing is uh, the Word is life. So that the
-
reason why I'm preaching to you. So you don't know
-
what's happening to you. Now, something's happened to your spirit.
-
That's why people get encouraged when he leave the church.
-
Plus heal.
-
The life.
-
The Word has the power of his own and the
-
ability to divide and discern.
-
What was what.
-
There's a Bible saying in uh in in the.
-
Hebrews again for twelve uh and is able to what.
-
The Word of God is living and powerful, sharper than
-
any to just what piercing even to the division of
-
soul and spirit and of joints and merrow. You know,
-
soul and spirit has very had to divide, or the
-
Word of work and divided joins and marrow joins and
-
merrow very had to divide, or the Word of what
-
can do it? So the Word of Work comes into
-
your life. Even if you're feeling a bit confuser, you know,
-
the Word work can come come in and break down
-
that confusion. Because both guys are so good la. Both
-
guys also handsome. Both both guys who you know what
-
the muscle is there that we call it?
-
You know you know?
-
Both guys? Oh god, I'm so confused. Both those don't
-
like me are no? Yeah, sorry, I talk to both.
-
Both also got money? BOTHO got nice car. Oh my gosh,
-
I see even if you, Oh my gosh. None of
-
my friends can divide this my persons who don't know
-
who to divide. But the word of God, when it
-
comes through a joints and marrow, it appears.
-
Okay this one because Christian damn Amen your word.
-
I've hidden in my heart that I might not say
-
it against you, say some one one nine eleven. You
-
know I can preach a whole message death on this verse,
-
So I won't. I won't not today because I got
-
only three minutes left. Actually it's minus three minutes. See
-
how your pastor need see you are once every seven weeks?
-
Are so you think all us would we say put
-
you into one message? Holah, praise God. I don't know
-
where you missed me. I miss you a lot, all right. Finally,
-
be doers of the word and not hear us. Only
-
come on James one twenty two twenty five, Be come
-
on doers of the world, and not hear us only. Now,
-
the word only is very important. Why you must be
-
here us but not hear us only? Ah, be both,
-
So don't if you don't be both, then you're deceiving yourself.
-
For if anyone is a hero of the word and
-
does and not a doer, he's like a man observing
-
his natural face in the mirror. Man in the mirror,
-
For he observes himself, goes away and immediately forgets what
-
kind of man he was. I underlined and bolded what
-
kind of a man he was? No, this is what
-
the word does to us as I close. As I close,
-
I'm coming to the finishing line. I'm closing. You know
-
what the word of what readers to us, and this
-
is a woman as well. It shows us what kind
-
of a man we are. And once we find out
-
what kind of man we are and continue, I also
-
bolded and underline that in that knowledge, and I become
-
a doer of the work.
-
The Bible says this one.
-
Listen, everybody, this one will be blessed.
-
You want to be blessed? Do you want to be blessed?
-
You want your.
-
Family to be blessed, Be doers of the world and
-
hear us because it will show you what kind of
-
man you are. And you must not forget what kind
-
of man you are. And yes, God can make us
-
into better men. Yes, but as he does that, and
-
we continue in that and do the work that God
-
shows us that we must do, the better we are
-
as men and women, the more blessed we will be.
-
Is as simple as that. The blessing follows the kind
-
of man you are. I'm gonna say it again, The
-
blessing follows the kind of man you are. And how
-
do you know what kind of men you are? You
-
look into the world like a mirror. It shows you.
-
If you're not blessed, it's because you are maybe a
-
kind who is not ready to be blessed. So make
-
yourself a kind as ready to be blessed. How by
-
looking into the perfect word of God. See, I'll show
-
you the next line as I close, it says what
-
kind of a man? These are the words I underline
-
perfect law of liberty. So the word of God is
-
not just perfect law. Is perfect law of liberty means
-
it sets you free. When you look into the Word
-
of God. It shouldn't make you feel worse. It shouldn't
-
make you feel bad. But you're looking through word of God.
-
It shouldn't bining you and put you in to prison. No,
-
when you look and do the word of God, it
-
should make you free. Somebody say amen, But you must continue,
-
continue every day, be steadfast.
-
And faithful, and do the work.
-
Okay, What kind of a man determines if you'll be
-
blessed in what you do? What kind of a man
-
determines if you'll be blessed in what you do? And
-
the only way you know what kind of men you are.
-
The Word of God will divide and discern that for you.
-
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. So, wow, Pastor,
-
you've got conclusion. Yes, I have conclusion, and this is
-
the conclusion. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter.
-
Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is man's all. Father,
-
in the name of Jesus, thank you for your word
-
that has gone forth. It's good to see that no
-
one slithered on the ground when I preach Hallelujah.
-
Amen.
-
But maybe something but slithering on the inside of that back.
-
I hate what passs say on it strangle his neck well,
-
get out in Jesus name, Amen, hallel ahraise God.
-
Or some of you are.
-
Saying, oh, quite uncomfortable, but true. What Pass is saying
-
is true. But it's uncomfortable because I had to change. Yes, change,
-
become the kind of man that will invite the blessing
-
of God.
-
Change as you look into the perfect law of liberty.
-
Be free.
-
Be free from your past, Be free from your fears,
-
Be free from your hurts, be free from your pain.
-
Is there anyone who's all well in this room?
-
Stand up to your feet right now in the name
-
of Jesus, because I'm going to declare freedom upon you.
-
I speak the word of healing. You know so one
-
zero seven, verse twenty says God send his word and
-
healed them. So right now you're standing, I'm gonna send
-
a word of God to you. Now as you're standing,
-
I'm sending the word of God to you. Now, as
-
you're standing, I'm sending.
-
The word of God to you.
-
Now. Oh, don't get me excited, man, I'm sending the
-
word of God to you right now. I say, be
-
healed in the name of Jesus. I say, be healed
-
in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. I send a word
-
of God to you, the word of healing. Jesus is
-
more than enough for us. I said, Jesus is more
-
than enough for us. He's more than enough for your
-
aching heart, for your liver that's in trouble, for your
-
kidneys that's not working so well. Oh, Jesus is more
-
than enough. The Word he is, the Word made flesh.
-
Then I pray that the Word that made you and
-
me will now restore you and me. The Word that
-
made you and me will now give us new cells,
-
and new muscles and new you know, whatever it is
-
that our body needs.
-
In the mighty name of Jesus. Hallelujah. You will find
-
your healing in the word of God.
-
Somebody say, Amen, you will find your wisdom in the
-
word of God. You will find your financial breakthrough in
-
the word of God.
-
Hold on to the word of God.
-
Be faithful to the word of God, and the Word
-
of God will continue to be faithful to you.
-
We receive all this God. We thank you so much
-
for your word.
-
Your word is a lamb to my feet and a
-
light to my path. Thank you God. We receive all
-
this by faith. Oh, the word of God. Says live
-
not by sight, but by faith, So we receive all
-
this by faith in the name of Jesus.
-
