You're listening to a message to go from at church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
Do you want to talk about kingdom minded? Kingdom minded?
-
Kingdom mind minded, king the minded? X Chapter two was
-
for these sixes, so continued daily in one court in
-
the temper, breaking bread from house to house. They eat
-
their food with gletless and simplicity of heart, So being
-
kingdom minded. Friends, I know we talk about kingdom minded. Yes,
-
I understand. You know it's all about God's kingdom and
-
we have to think about it. Yes, sort off quite true.
-
But X Chapter two reminds us that continuing daily in
-
one court daily, there has to be a habit being
-
kingdom minded. There must be a habit in your life.
-
There must be a routine in your life. The greatest
-
routine for any disciple of Christ is to have is
-
to have a quiet time.
-
Come on to have our quiet.
-
I know it could be challenging for some, all right,
-
but it's good for us to start somewhere on. Friends,
-
Please don't compare yourself to someone who has been doing
-
the quiet for the longest time, who's doing two hours
-
and you're like, oh, I remember one time I heard
-
the leader say, although you know this year two year,
-
two seven, I want to spend more time with the Lord.
-
I said, great, what you want to start. I want
-
to start at five am in the morning.
-
Five year.
-
I will spent two hours so by time seven I
-
can get ready to do the work. First day, how
-
many of day one? The first day is always very
-
excited one, right, but it's the day too, and day
-
three and subsequently after that, friends, you know, the motivation
-
goes down after that because once the motivation goes out
-
the window, next it's just about commitment. This is my marriage.
-
I don't know what I'm talking about marriage here, but
-
is there someone getting married this year? Okay, cool, this
-
is my marriage. I was given the privilege to conduct
-
a wedding last Saturday for one of the leaders from
-
ex London and h very good.
-
Uh ceremony.
-
It was beautiful and no, I just said, you can
-
only do this because of currency exchange.
-
Pounds is really nice to use in Malaysia. Yeah.
-
So they had a beautiful wedding in Purdu, you know,
-
and stuff like that. They have they have a thoughtful
-
dessert in between the ceremony.
-
They got kui.
-
They have five people drawing your portraits for you and
-
stuff like that.
-
No pressure, right, no pressure.
-
They have all these things and stuff like, I say that, well,
-
as much as all this is fantastic, it really looks
-
really nice on Instagram and photograph. How many of you know,
-
we don't live on photograph, right, we don't leave or
-
what nice words we put out our journal. Right, it's
-
all about commitment after that. And you know they were
-
at their wedding vows. I'm telling you friends, it's so long.
-
The guys portion was two page a five paper. The
-
girls was three page a five paper. Like, I hope
-
you remember. I hope you remember all that you have written,
-
because all that you have written could be sounded really good, right,
-
Because one of them I think, I think the girl
-
is a fan of J promise to appreciate all the
-
J and Super Judior music.
-
I went like, wow, but there's a high calling. There's
-
a high calling.
-
But anyway, what I'm trying to say, here's this that
-
I think many times we we we we put nice
-
things on our journal, right, but being Kingdom miner is
-
not putting that I got to be Kingdom miner. Therefore
-
it's a nice slogan on the wall. So Exchapter two
-
says that there contrying daily one occord. It's a lifestyle,
-
it's a habit. Is the kingdom a habit in your life?
-
Come on, it's God's kingdom, his way he's living. He's
-
lost part of your life. So what is the kingdom?
-
For the kingdom to exist, they must be a king.
-
It must be a king. You must be someone in authority.
-
No kingdom can exist exists without someone in authority. Right
-
you play games before online games and stuff like that, there
-
has to be someone in authority. You manage the resources,
-
so someone's in charge. So who's in charge of your life?
-
Right now?
-
We talk about the kingdom, we talk about God's kingdom.
-
So who's really in church? Because sometimes even as a church,
-
the temptation is that our program is more king than
-
the king of kings. Sometimes as a church, sometimes our house,
-
our church members or church partners is more in authority
-
than God himself. Be very careful, because there must be
-
a king that we surrendered with submit to.
-
Then it must be someone you submit to.
-
Unfriends, in your life, in your journey as a believer,
-
if we don't submit to the Lord, then we have
-
we have a problem. Sometimes, can I just say this.
-
Sometimes we can even take God's word and the word
-
is change it for our own comfort. Come on, twist it,
-
you know when you know, I believe that Christians do
-
get angry.
-
All right, we do get upset.
-
We do get disappointed before and some in a miss
-
of the disappointment. In the miss of our disappointment anger, right,
-
have we we try to look, you know, for scripture
-
that suits our feelings? Have we look at those scripture
-
that that try to like the Lord is my avenger,
-
so that you know love please, you know, rain down
-
something and something. We look for scripture sometimes to word
-
is to justify our behavior. We look for scripture something
-
to justify our behaviors and get a wife argument and
-
the husband's use that wife, submit to your husband.
-
It's not about that's kind of submission.
-
If we don't use that to tweets to turn the
-
words for your own benefit, we don't.
-
So is there a king all your emotion? Come on?
-
Oh you're finding all your resources? Someone said that you
-
know all that we have right now? We are just stuwards.
-
No matter how much money we have with our bank,
-
none of us here can bring it after God causes home.
-
We're living for another generation. So in other words, it's
-
trying to explain that we are just steward of the
-
resources that God has given us.
-
But many times you say it's all mine. Forget about missions.
-
So the team that went out last I think it
-
was Saturday, right or two weeks ago? Anyway, to do
-
all our team right, you went for mission trip. You
-
took time off from your busy schedule. Saturday's is your
-
only time you could rest, refresh, not't have any church activities.
-
But you chose to give it up for the Lord.
-
You chose to sow it into the kingdom. So you
-
rant you're recognizing that God is also the lot of
-
your time, so that must be a king. Secondly is
-
this is that in every kingdom there must be laws
-
that governed. It cannot exist without laws, like for the kingdom, friends,
-
for any country to exist, they must be rules and regulation.
-
You must have one. If you go to Singapore, I
-
believe that you cannot part hit in. You have to
-
reverse park. I do believe it. You come to Malaysia,
-
you can put anywhere you want, with or without lines.
-
Right anywhere you can find a place to put your car,
-
you can park right in Singapore. You can't do that,
-
but there are rules and regulation that governs the country.
-
Friends.
-
The question is this is that in the Kingdom of God,
-
you know the rules and regulation in how God operates,
-
God's economy, how he operates. The Bible says in Hebrew
-
chapter eleven, verse six. Without faith is impossible to please him.
-
So one of the things you must have in the
-
Kingdom of God is faith. It's faith. It is faith.
-
You must have faith in the Kingdom of God.
-
But many times we can come to a place whereby
-
we know the law exists, but we don't even.
-
Have faith to believe, faith to believe.
-
If I would ask EXEMONI again, would you go to
-
another building project? See face, I don't know. I could
-
see theself, the leadership, your life. It's okay. We rather ran.
-
If I asked you to do another building project for
-
the Lord again, you you went. You know what you
-
went through for the first one. To go to it
-
for the second time. It is hard, but you must
-
have faith. When you grow a church or anything that
-
people leave you. So it felt so disappointed, not because
-
they live in a good way. They live not in
-
a pleasant way. Something It hurts you so badly, but
-
you must have fifth in people again. So you must
-
you must come to a place whereby the keynot of
-
what exists with rules, which is the Bible, the Word
-
of God. But many times this is what happens.
-
Friends.
-
We assume that we know how God operates, and we
-
assume that we know how God operates. For example, when
-
you got safe receive Jesus into your heart. Then the
-
next week you come to church. We assume that you're
-
not the worship just because other people lift up their hands.
-
You just follow right the songs up there with the lyrics.
-
You you sing along, but you may not have the
-
fullness of understanding what you're singing about. So it comes
-
offering type and offering. You see the bad pass you by.
-
Then people give you just put a token, you put
-
something into it. Now you can start off like that,
-
but you're not supposed to stay in that understanding. You're
-
not supposed saying that. That understanding's supposed to the way
-
it allow God to speak to you. Help you to
-
understand why He commands that, why he instructed that, Why
-
he encourages you to worship, why he encourages you to sew,
-
why he encourage you to serve because many times we
-
don't know and summon me a.
-
Lot of assumption.
-
It is hard to apply for any permit in Malaysia,
-
is very hard until unless you go to the process,
-
you understand, Ah, there is a way to go about it.
-
So many times we just assume a lot of things.
-
We assume that the church has to be big, but
-
the law assers to start a small church and eight
-
percent of the churches in Malaysia are lesser than fifty people.
-
We assume that every pastors are like Superman, only to
-
find out that majority of that are struggling, not with
-
the morality is because they'll be serving week after week
-
some passes I we found out in our conversation they
-
are so burnout, so burned out, week after week, no break,
-
from Monday to Sunday, every day serving no break.
-
See, we must have the understanding.
-
Friends, although we know the law, but sometimes you just yeah,
-
I know, I know the word, but we don't go deeper.
-
We don't go and apply it. Only when you apply
-
again to see results. So therefore, in Janue September twenty
-
seven to training, it's it's God created man in his
-
own image, in the image of God. He created him.
-
Both male and female created them. Friend, God created you.
-
He's the one that fashion you. He knows you by name, word,
-
training it. God bless you, Bless them, He said to them,
-
being full and multiplied, being full and multiply, feel the earth, subduity.
-
Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the
-
birds of the air, over every living thing that moves
-
on the earth. God has given his instructions to each
-
and every one of us. He has given instruction each
-
and every one of you. He has encouraged you. He
-
has instructed you. Friends, there's a way to live your life.
-
But sin and the mankind. Friends, and we lost dominion
-
over what God has created. Since and the mankind, and
-
we have lost dominion over what God has created. The
-
ability to name every animal friends in the garden, it's
-
so amazing. If you reach by age fifty one, try
-
to remember at least half your congregation names are It's
-
so difficult. One more naming every animore you could I
-
don't even know how to spell sen animals like the puss.
-
Huh p L. Could you imagine like to to be
-
able to name to able to.
-
Know what's right and wrong, to have communion with God
-
in the garden, but seen enter mankind corrupted it and
-
God by no, and they had a choice by two
-
escorted out from the garden.
-
So why is the kind of God important? Friends?
-
The next like it matters because it's about restoring back
-
to the original planet God is intended. It's about restoring
-
back the original plan that God has intended. It's really
-
about it coming back to the original plan that God
-
has intended. We based our values on x chapter two
-
because and except the two friends, there were no sound systems,
-
there were no big time preachers. There was this only
-
disciples that believed. Peter put a message tree thousand people
-
got safe. Only God could have done it. And because
-
he had faith in the message that he preached. So
-
we want to come back to the place whds we
-
believe what God had to say. God has to work
-
friends in a big stadium as well as a ten
-
member church. Come on, God has to work friends in
-
the auto in front as well, and as well as
-
in the hospital.
-
Ward.
-
God has to be real friends in a big church
-
as well as your study room. It has to be real.
-
So it's about restoring back what the of your guys attended.
-
It's not just about our salvation. Come on, it's not
-
just about your salvation. I think in your journey, friends,
-
if you've been with Christ for almost ten years, you've
-
heard all the message that raised to preach on a Sunday.
-
You've heard everything.
-
Really, the question is not what have you not heard?
-
The questions what are you? What are you doing with
-
what you have heard? The question that has always been
-
what are you doing with what you've heard? It's not
-
just about your salvation, It's about your sonship.
-
It's about discipleship.
-
Because only sons and daughters multiply, so salvation is the beginning,
-
is the beginning to a sonship the moment you accept
-
Christ into your heart, there's step number one. But the journey, friends,
-
the journey after that is that God wants his sons
-
and daughters to bring his kingdom on earth. Come on,
-
and that's the reason why. Friends, wherever you go, I
-
pray that people will see that you bring a different
-
atmosphere into the room.
-
I'm not sure whether you're there. You bring a different
-
light into the room.
-
Your conversation is different, the way you see things is
-
slightly different. I'm not saying different for different says. Okay,
-
people say it's blue, the sky is blue. No, no,
-
the sky is dark blue pantone color coat. It's not
-
about their friends. It's not just different for different says.
-
But you bring a different perspective into your conversation. Have
-
you ever ever entered a room before people say there's
-
something different about you. There is something different about you.
-
Some of us may or may not realize it. But
-
I want to let you know the moment you accept Christ,
-
you do carry God's.
-
Light into you.
-
And you do you do carry God's.
-
Light in you.
-
I'm not sure I showed it before here or now
-
I remember sharing it, but her.
-
And I first heard it.
-
That there was a there was two Christians got into
-
the car. In the car there was two people who
-
practice uh fortune telling fortune telling, two other people who's
-
Christian in the car, and the other fortune teller was
-
trying to read the fortune of the Christian. Basically, can
-
see in the spirit the kind you know, the person
-
and stuff that. And this was to say that you
-
know that I could read everyone except for the two Christians.
-
I can't see a single thing. And the person say
-
what you see? Oh, I saw in my with the
-
spiriture eyes was a bright light a bright light.
-
I couldn't see beyond the light.
-
This is so strange that happened been before, so strang
-
And the person that have explained, yes, that's only because
-
there are believers in Christ. They're Christian and that's why
-
you cannot see. You can't see into the future. Only
-
got holds the future. I want to let you know, friends,
-
you bring a different like you. You may not, I'll say,
-
it's not something like, uh, you have this funny goose
-
bump you go into the room every time you just
-
begin to just roll down speaking tongue. No, friends, you
-
do bring a difference into the room. That's why it's about.
-
It's actually bringing His Kingdom on the earth. I cann't
-
feel with love, righteousness, holiness, goodness and many more so
-
when you walk into the restaurant, for example, two people
-
say that there's a difference in you. When you walk
-
into the meeting room, do people say that, oh, this guy,
-
this holy holy person coming, don't do I don't know
-
what they say about you, Fetz.
-
I remember me and my wife wherever we go, uh.
-
They we just have to say the majority of the time
-
this the comments that we always get. There's something different
-
about both of your something different about both of your
-
Then we just it's not your clothing, it's not your specs,
-
it's not the way you look. It's just something different.
-
The way the way you carry.
-
Yourself is a bit different.
-
We went to the restaurant once and there was fourth
-
there was authors there, and we just ate our lunch
-
and stuff like that, and we're paying at the counter.
-
The first thing they always trike conversation with us is that,
-
are you guys from the creative industry? I say, yes, off,
-
because if we speak every Sunday, so we are a
-
big creative Ah. I say that we are part of
-
church and you know we are constantly looking at me
-
our design. Yes, you're in the creative renovation, a power
-
of creative.
-
Yeah.
-
So and they say if you're sort off, you're sort
-
of in the creative industry. Yeah, because the way you
-
guys speak, the way you carry yourself, it's just it's
-
a bit different.
-
Don't describe it. We can only say it's God because
-
it's opened the doorway.
-
And my wife is very quick, No, you're from a church,
-
and if you're happen to be around and come up
-
with and just check us out and you want. I
-
want to let you know that's that's that's the reason
-
why sometimes God places you come on, places you in
-
a place whereby somebody you.
-
Think that God, what am I doing here?
-
He puts you in your office for a reason, to
-
be the light that thought at your office, right for
-
you to raid it the light, the kingdom light in
-
your office.
-
But many times you like the height light.
-
Oh not me, Lord right, Yeah, the earth will benefit
-
if the Kingdom of God spreads and take the dominion
-
over all the earth. We have to be convinced, friends,
-
that the Kingdom works. We have to be convinced that
-
the Kingdom works. We have to be convinced that God's
-
word is true. It thus change his life. We have
-
to be convinced, friends that if he says, he will
-
see to pass. I think many times your journey, friends,
-
I think we struggle with being convinced. We struggle with
-
houses having full confidence in God's words. But until unless
-
you put ourselves in a position right, we're always going
-
to second out God's word. But if God is all
-
that you have, friends, don't you think that you'll be
-
convinced If God is all that you have?
-
Don't you think that you be convinced.
-
When you have to sit down and counsel someone who
-
is going to really bad marriage. You know it is
-
the Lord that can turn hearts around. Someone's timinally ill.
-
Only God can see them true. You ever get a
-
chance to go visit people in the hospital and pray
-
for someone right your words, Really it's.
-
Not much.
-
Your but goswel you can declare God's promise over the
-
person's life. I remember when just before my mom passed away,
-
and help my mom's hands and just read some string
-
the tree to her and just encourage her. See, Mom's
-
gonna be all right. The Lord's your shepherd. Don't worry
-
you watch our family. Don't worry about us. See God's words.
-
Only if once once you know God's words, all that
-
you have friends, you just you're.
-
Just convinced that you will come true for you see
-
the kingdom of God. Friends, It works because we.
-
Are convinced right the next time. So why it's kingdom
-
mindness all about? It's about bringing us kingdom on true
-
sons and daughters. Come on, it's about bringing Gods kingdom
-
to sons and daughters. Sons and daughters, and what do
-
you mean by that? Many times people want to do
-
the work of the Lord. To many many people want
-
to do the work of the Lord. However they do
-
not want to be discipled. It is hard, It is
-
very hard. Given the choice, friends, given the choice, if
-
there's a choice open to your some of.
-
You may not want to come to this place.
-
Because you know who wants to drive all the way
-
to some money in front of uni. Given the choice, true,
-
it's okay, you can say yes, that's me, all right,
-
if only passesive who hear God's voice, given clearer right,
-
given the choice, given the choice, right, But it takes
-
sense and daughters, because you know the calling of God
-
all this church and that's why you believe in it.
-
But again it's because you're discipled. But if you're not discipled, right, friends,
-
what happens after that?
-
You go like you're.
-
Constantly looking for something else to meet the need immediately.
-
So recently for ex church, we started again the ministry
-
called Dream Malaysia.
-
So Dream Malaysia. We get to meet a lot of pastors,
-
so love.
-
If you didn't know the history of the churches in Malaysia, right,
-
the concentration of the church has always been in Pinang
-
k l and JB.
-
Pinang kl and JB.
-
Hardly you hear any ministry who wants to start in
-
East coast like one time cut anybody from quarter Baro
-
here got the baro, noqutter barrel, call it Garu here,
-
anybody from Collaton garu here? There is there is coast right,
-
hardly right. We know of a church in Quarter Baro
-
that when chue.
-
For split.
-
Four times adam church is going, it broke up, broke
-
up and broke up.
-
Things.
-
I'm not doing very well, it's course, but we can't say, friends,
-
that the church is driving just because acts is driving.
-
So it's not easy to go to East coast. It's
-
not easy if you were to drive the quarter Baro. Friends,
-
if you're to drive the quarter Baro, it's about ten
-
hours ten hours journey. I think it's about their ten
-
hours journey. So recently we we went to Quarter Baro
-
to meet with some leaders over there. We left sha
-
Alam at five forty five in the morning. We got
-
to go Musang like almost a trick. Got the way
-
through about one forty five. Then our car broke down.
-
Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere, I'm
-
not sure in the middle of nowhere when you can't
-
break down.
-
The first thing you ask got why.
-
Why God you call us to go to this place
-
to minister when our weaker is not in the tip
-
top condition. It's different, you know, It's it's like driving
-
the money. If you can't break down, you can call
-
someone here to when my car broke down, can you
-
come and help me?
-
Then the car will come after an hour.
-
But in God Musam this place called Musang, if your
-
car break down, you call any of the fers to
-
help you.
-
You're the way for eight hours? Is that far? Carboart
-
the middle of nowhere? And I'm like, I felt so bad.
-
I was the driver. It was really difficult. And you know,
-
in the middle of really like Oi state is just
-
the rouler.
-
It's a stark difference the moment you exit Baha you
-
enter Clantern. It's a big difference of development. Fall lane
-
become one lane. The kind of situation God came to
-
for us because the place where we broke down hungrey
-
meters less and hungry meters There was a workshop the
-
sock off could fix on us for a very cheap price,
-
and heard off.
-
We measure to get our car up there?
-
Do what we need to do drive back that brother,
-
Can I say, please, this this part of the radiator
-
or the piping just changing for me only to find
-
our friends. Only by degrees to God, we're going back
-
to KO two adults radiator housing hosts was as well,
-
and see what's gonna say, drive m It's not that,
-
that's not the point. The point here is this that
-
it takes sens and daughters really to go to a
-
place whereby you're not comfortable with, to be ten to
-
travel hours in a car in a car waving traffic jam,
-
of all days, of all these I wantage of all
-
these friends. If you know the route to Clanton, you
-
had the past shoot a tunnel to get highlands. Right
-
now that very day four lace become one lane, basically
-
the only share one tunnel to go in and out
-
from KO two, saying, Lord of all these, but first
-
it takes sends the daughters to be obedient.
-
So we've got to Clanton. Friends. We got over there.
-
We talked to the passes over there, We talked to
-
the leaders over there. They say, please come, please come
-
to East Coast because not many people come to East Coast,
-
and something they share with us, the story I'm gonna
-
-
They are smaller teratures.
-
So a lot of people grow up in small churches, right,
-
but because of the locality, they don't have lot university
-
at that place. They will come to the city here
-
to study. The moment when the children come to the
-
city here to study, what happened is that some of them.
-
Don't go to church. Don't go to church. And the
-
pastor was just.
-
Sharing this with us, sharing this with us and just
-
saying that, you know what breaks our heart. We invested
-
eighteen years into the youth life from infant all the
-
way to secondary school, being with us, only to fund
-
out much later this individual don't even want to go
-
to church anymore. Say it breaks our heart because that
-
you know that we felt like we're just pouring water
-
into a job that's leaking. It breaks our heart because
-
sometimes we don't even have partners to work with. The
-
word is to minister to this individual that comes to
-
city to study. So we say this that you know,
-
could we partner with you and help you because your
-
youth is our youth and our youth is your youth.
-
Now we are we are even asking people if you're
-
from a smaller town we will pray together and see
-
whether the job opportunity back at your hometown to be
-
able to begin to even sew back in the look
-
at you show over there, friends, it's not that easy
-
to us. It only takes us and daughter's friends the
-
next light. We don't remain as she went by. We
-
must mature to become sons and daughters. Maturity is you quiet.
-
Kingdom.
-
Mindedness is about maturity. Maturity is required. Maturity is requiet
-
to understand God's kingdom. When we are young, friends, we
-
only eat what we want to eat. McDonald's seems to
-
be the most easiest thing that every parent will find.
-
You don't eat, just give you McDonald's. Fine, and we
-
understand that that the situation. However, but when you're older already, friends,
-
there are some stuff you never eat when you were younger.
-
Now you tend to take it. Bitter.
-
God is one of them, right, big root is another one.
-
Food chat is another one. All these other stuff the
-
chicken liver is not good for you, All the chicken liver,
-
all the inners of the cow, or the not ver
-
goo for your high cholesterol. Right, Sorry, I'm not saying
-
all this because it takes maturity. It takes maturity, friends.
-
And when we're younger, fried chicken used to be the inting.
-
We rush for fried chicken and we love for our
-
fried chickens and stuff like that.
-
But we are older.
-
If you don't notice that me and you're older, you
-
the first thing you grab right now is more rushtables.
-
First rather than fright stuff. So my wife recently had.
-
The liver tested and she was like on the fatter site, right,
-
So she went on on the change of a diet program.
-
So in a diet program, friends, she only eat two
-
meals a day. She lost about seven kg. Because she's
-
on the diet. I have to be on the diet
-
as well. Because she's gonna diet, I have to be
-
on die. So she said that now you have to
-
eat the way I eat your must eat your lashable first.
-
I'm like, oh, the same way. It is a vegetarian meat.
-
This is a vegetarian meat. I mean the cow eat
-
grasso is vegetarian.
-
I was sorry.
-
I'm just I'm sharing this because it takes maturity to
-
really the way to eat what got put on your table.
-
Think about it for a moment.
-
To do homes, to do homes alternate to teach to
-
look at people's faces when you're teaching guys anything to
-
add quiet right, and you continue to show the excitement
-
as a leader. It's all right, Okay. Maybe the next
-
question you answer fred if you open up your place
-
or homes and you know that sometimes it feels like
-
a tornado just to hit your place. You understand the
-
hair number of the hairs on the floor. This is
-
I can tell confident to my wife, Dear, the hair
-
on the floor is not mine. It is not mine,
-
So therefore I don't really need to vacuum the floor.
-
You need to benefits. I love.
-
I love doing housework anyway. I mean it takes maturity.
-
Can I just see this to be? Sons and daughters?
-
And many times when God asks you to forgive, be
-
the bigger brother to forgive. Come on, God, can't be
-
The Bible says you're the heat another tale, be a
-
bigger sister to forgive, to let go.
-
To pray.
-
I'm not sure what has our challenge be that stop
-
us from maturing to another level. I'm not sure what
-
your child has been that stop you to mature to
-
another level. But whever the challenge is right now, I
-
pray that you find strength. That's why you go back
-
to better Number one. The Holy Spirit is your helper.
-
Ask God for strying to let it go so that
-
you can mature to another level. Because if not, what
-
happens is that you remain where you are and help me.
-
If you know that you may look cute and good
-
right now, but it ain't going to help you when
-
you go to the hospital. I share this with people.
-
You know, when I was in the hospital when during
-
my one of my heart surgery, and uh, I was
-
given the shaver. I'm gonna get big gross. I just
-
to stay with me for a while. I was supposed
-
to shave because you're operated on my body. I was
-
supposed to shave. Now, if you've never done this before, friends,
-
that particular shaver, the gift to you has never been washed.
-
You still see remnants of the other patient. I was
-
there like looking at it, I'm like, I literally wanted
-
to cry. I say, look, how that on earth did
-
I get myself in this place? Then I begin to
-
think about backtrack, think about the worst that people spoken
-
of all my life.
-
I was a class I was really big in size.
-
One time I met another leader from the church The
-
first statement the guy said to me was this.
-
What on earth happened to you?
-
How can you put on so much weight on first statement,
-
even before saying hello, how are you?
-
And stuff?
-
That first thing come up to you like what happened
-
to you? You put so much with At the very moment, friends,
-
I feel like getting angry, like, oh, where's the hello?
-
Where's the hello? How are you? First?
-
You commanded my weight there where I came up from
-
the after my operation on my heart. One other leader
-
came up to me and just say, what do you
-
do to yourself? How can you lend yourself in such
-
a bad position? One Now, if you were the receiving
-
end of this kind of thing, right, don't you feel
-
like m.
-
Don't feel like you?
-
Just don't you feel like getting angry because you know,
-
none of us here sign up for an operation, None
-
of us here this shoot me said I want I
-
want to have a hot operation. None of ways it happened.
-
Things happen choice life. Things happened, you understand right. It
-
takes maturity for you to look at the other leader
-
go like, oh, well, I guess I didn't eat well,
-
I guess I didn't exercise. I need to call myself
-
very well, this is where I am, but I'm thank
-
god I'm still alive. It takes maturity to overcome some
-
of this statement spoken all your life and just say
-
that instead of being angry. That's what Churrean does. Angry, bitter,
-
get even, And I want to let you know. I
-
so have a found that the person asks me how
-
am I doing? How do I get to this place?
-
Also had a hot operation. I did go up to
-
the other person just say, brother, I remember when I
-
met you after my operation.
-
This is what you said to me.
-
So I'm gonna ask you the same question, brother, how
-
do you how do you let up yourself? It's such
-
a position and it's hat and it has conditions. Wasn't
-
mind he's a runner? You know, how did you get
-
yourself to be? I could have done that. I could
-
have you know, just just it feels really good. Come on,
-
if you answer, it feels really good sometimes to say
-
some of these things. But I want to let you know.
-
But it will not glorify God at all. So it
-
takes Come on, It takes maturity to become sons and daughters.
-
Now mark meta chapter five verse for the six or
-
for the eight if you if you love only those
-
who love you, what we want is there for that?
-
Come on, even the crop text collector do that as much.
-
If you need to do what you like, if you
-
only do what you like what we want is there?
-
There is no big true worse forty seven. If you're
-
the kind, if you're only kind to your friends, how
-
are you different from anyone else? And this is sometimes
-
that we would like to do after church service right.
-
When we go eat together. We always group ourselves together
-
with our favorite bunch.
-
And sometimes past the step and look at you all,
-
just say, guys, there are other new people in the church.
-
Please justlyed one meal a week only see with other
-
people and talk to them. Don't just don't get just
-
get yourself same bunch every week. My wife is very
-
good at this. Every Sunday and after the church service
-
they will go for lunch. At every lunch she look
-
at the leaders, who are they sitting with? If you're
-
sitting with the same crowd as last week, she will
-
text them after the after the lunch, maybe next week, sit.
-
With someone else.
-
Sit with someone else because someone else needs your time,
-
someone else needs your encouragement, someone else need your conversation.
-
Don't only sit with the same bunch of people worse
-
for the day.
-
But you are to be perfect, even as your Father
-
and Heaven is perfect. You are to be mature. The
-
word perfection is maturity. Salvation is the entry point, studying point.
-
We must be born again first in the Kingdom of God,
-
and He gives us the right to become cheuan of God.
-
But we are not to remain as cheering. We must mature,
-
and I must mature. The Kingdom mindedness just means our mind,
-
our field, and committed to see what God's intended in
-
the beginning and in the end. Kingdom mindedness just means
-
our mind, our field, and committed to seeing what God
-
intended in the beginning and the end. And this is
-
how I'm going to close friends. Kingdom mindedness is just
-
basically this. This is that all that we do for
-
our church, all that we do for church really like God.
-
What is it that you want?
-
This church doesn't just doesn't belong to the senior pastors.
-
It belongs to God. It does.
-
Given the choice, we rather have one location, one service,
-
given the choice, But God said, no, grow small, so
-
that more, many more people can be rich. What what's
-
on God's heart? Really going for missions to a different
-
language group, it may not be easy. In a month's time,
-
I think I'll be going to Axophone again for the
-
church camp. And you know in in Exophone in Xopo Pasajan,
-
who's the lay pastor over there, minister to the running
-
refuge every week there about we have about about twenty
-
of them in our church. In extra poem, he doesn't
-
speak any of the language. What he does is just
-
this that he used auto translates, Auto translate into the
-
language so they could understand. So be coming to church
-
every week and Pasaca is trying to do his best
-
to reach out. Maturity, it requires you to do that.
-
Marturity requires you to do that. Friends, God you brought
-
up to must be for a reason, and you're here
-
in this place. There must be a reason. It's not
-
it's just the one to seas. It's not just to
-
hear a good message and go back. You've done your
-
religious duty. There must be a reason why you're here.
-
I mean, there's so many other churches around, great amazing churches.
-
But you're here for a reason. We pray to God.
-
We'll just God see it. Just Germany in your heart
-
and begin to grown. Chapter six, verse nine to thirteen,
-
The Lord's prayer. If I heaven Hell, It'll be your name,
-
your kingdom. Come, Come on your kingdom. Come, you will
-
be done on earth as is in heaven, your kingdom. Come,
-
you will be done on earth.
-
On earth.
-
And this is what I want to encourage all of
-
us here. God's Kingdom is not just up in heaven,
-
it's here on earth. As I close right now in
-
my extra mountain stage, my prayers, our prayers just is
-
that from the leader's standpoint, is that number one, we
-
recognize that God has caught us and placed us in
-
a marketplace for a reason. Wherever, whichever family you come from,
-
there must be a reason why you're born the family
-
while you're studying the school college.
-
Being kingdom minded. Yeah.
-
At the same time, friends, it's not just about us alone.
-
It's about the bigger body. And actually really believe and
-
actually really believe about helping other smaller churches around Malaysia.
-
We really believe. In a few months time, you're going
-
to hear us sharing you all the concept of the loan,
-
l A and loan. We want to loan back young
-
working adults into the smaller towns to help the pastors,
-
the senior pass of a smaller church who's been so
-
faithful week after week. We know of a church leader
-
that drives about two hours every Sunday to manage two
-
different locations.
-
She's the only one to have a lot of support.
-
We found out about it.
-
If we say that we're going to make a trip,
-
that's to do some assessments, see how to help. There's
-
the reason why God has given us ex church. We're
-
not very big, but we are quite subsetual in size.
-
We have a lot of money, by why would we
-
have We want to help. There must be a reason
-
why God has raised so many young people in our church.
-
There must be a reason why you're here recognizing the
-
kingdom minded friends take maturity for us to let people go. Yes,
-
when you're one location, if the church is one location,
-
you can have all the best worship leader, the best singers,
-
the best preachers all there. But when you're smaller, friends,
-
everybody is mobilized. Everyone's mobilized. So we share this to people.
-
It's like close. We share this to people that wow.
-
Of the values that we really hold true and it's
-
a conviction is to be a support to the pastust
-
fellowship that we are part of in the area. You've
-
heard before about us the sum rally prayer rally.
-
It happens at once.
-
I think quarterly our church has the biggest attendance, not
-
because we're proud of the attendance.
-
It's because we truly believe.
-
Coming around other pastes for other church rallying our people
-
to come to pray. Some chess will only bring their
-
pastores and the key leaders. But if we say that
-
we believe in this Kingdom message from the time when
-
we were young, we have been such a great support
-
for this as like close friends. There's the reason why
-
God places you where it place you, but there also
-
a big there's also a bigger reason why God gave
-
us as to be a blessing. If you know our
-
history of our church for the past thwear in six years,
-
your tour Malaysia on our own court, we don't expect
-
the pass us on the local ground that to pay
-
we'll come with our old costs. We come here to
-
encourage to sow into your youth ministry to be a blessing.
-
We truly believe that there's the reason why God caused
-
us here to be a blessing in Malaysia to release
-
and we can see this model being replicated even in Botswana.
-
What's a lesus just thinking? Start the larger service?
-
Friends, you and I will when you come to this
-
list of maturity. When resist, Lord, may your will be done,
-
Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth.
-
That's it Heaven.
-
We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
-
information on our church, please visit as Church Do RG.
-
We are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing
-
that this week is going to be a good week.
-
I hit for you. God bless
