You're listening to a message to go from AXT church.
-
We hope this message will light up your day.
-
The all value that we have this morning is the
-
word faith evidence, Faith evidence, Amen, faith evident. Those are
-
the key versus. We will be diving into them a
-
little bit later. But before I say anything this week,
-
I would like to share with your personal story and this.
-
Some of you may really know my story. Some of
-
you heard it until you are bored about it.
-
But it's okay.
-
I think I have a different, fresh way of delivering it.
-
But can I have the picture up next slide? This
-
is my SPM result. How many of you know what
-
SPM stands for. It stands for CG but lighter on Malaysia,
-
all of you Malaysians. I don't know in Germany and
-
what you all do that, But SPM is for those
-
in Malaysias, So you us do I GCS so I
-
g c S was quite foreign to me back then,
-
back in the day. But nowadays, I guess is even
-
more popular than SPM. But it was super foreign. I
-
don't think there was such thing called igc SE. But
-
some of you're really laughing, okay, but this is my
-
SPM result now SPM. Actually it is very important. How
-
many of you know that? How many you know that?
-
Sam is okayty semi? Yeah, nothing close to the reason
-
now okay, But however, here we go, here we go.
-
I actually learned how to count in my SPM. Result,
-
Let's do this together. And by the way, you use
-
smart lex asking me west number one past the worst
-
of one. Number one is in my ic ever since birth.
-
I learned how to account in my ice nine one
-
one two two three one two three M. I see
-
I learned account but my but God decided to be
-
even more funnier and say that, Daniels sees you didn't study.
-
Here's a consequence. Here's a consequence.
-
Let me tell you some of the consequences verse or
-
let's let's do some counting. Okay, everybody, let's way together.
-
Let's find number one one is icy one Okay, result,
-
Let's go resoult two three fock can find.
-
Out for there?
-
Five model model not that five six verre six physics yeah,
-
seven sijarra the eight chemistry, No wonder, I got no
-
much chemistry, people, because I feel my chemistry nine in
-
my is seila back?
-
Do I see? Can I see it?
-
Alleluyah, praise a lot of one fool sir, yeah, one
-
in I see nineers back?
-
Do I see? Now?
-
This is this is my spray result. Now I'm saying
-
this because I'm sharing with you this morning. I'm not
-
sharing this message from a distance. I'm not saying that
-
I'm in a place where my faith is so evident
-
that it was evident back in the day and until today,
-
No today or so.
-
I am struggling at times.
-
There are struggles that I go through that actually I
-
feel like only my wife for no, only God knows.
-
But it's every struggle that man has to face. Yeah,
-
and this is testament to dead. This is my result?
-
Why why I got this result? Let me just bring
-
you to a topic called chemistry. Now, chemistry eight e?
-
How cool? How does anyone even get eight e? Like? Seriously,
-
why why do you even ate e?
-
Right?
-
I don't. I don't understand. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why?
-
Okay, why because my chemistry paper three? Yeah or paper two?
-
I forgot which one? The first paper is objective forty
-
question forty questions. My way of answering objective.
-
Questions is this.
-
I just choose the alphabet and I worked the whole
-
elth word. I take even more time writing my name.
-
Then I answered the forty questions. Yeah, all a's because
-
I want am. What did God give me? E?
-
All right?
-
So now there was Le's paper one, paper number two.
-
I was actually thh you know te stands for yeah,
-
because I was actually in the cyber KF playing Dota too. Yeah,
-
that was what I was doing. Yes, I'm telling you
-
I'm not preaching for a distance. I'm not preaching from
-
a place of strength. I'm telling you that I have
-
a testimony that God has given to me that I
-
continue to hold on to. But I prayed it will
-
continue to bring forth more new es money as well,
-
and God has been good.
-
All right. I also have this thing called English? Where's
-
my English? English? Is the wonder?
-
I only got a? And let me tell you, let
-
me reveal something to you. You know, it's one other
-
thing called triple one nine? How many know that my
-
triple one night was five C? So the only A
-
I got it's not even an a. Okay, it was
-
five c. Now it was so bad until right now again,
-
our children, teenagers, please listen to me, Listen to my heart.
-
Please don't take this and take.
-
An example oh, look it, but then he can count
-
to eight in his sbm. So I DeFore I get
-
do it too, please please? Until this day, I'm struggling
-
with double doubles. Okay, I'm struggling to spell. I don't
-
know how to spell things with double L, double M,
-
double N double. Oh that's why I have to marry
-
my wife. I have to make sure I spell her
-
double L. You know, imagine if I spelled her with
-
one single L. There's different girly. There's different girly. Yeah,
-
I don't mention it. There's actually rachels here. But yeah,
-
but but there's so many instances that I spell things right.
-
We've double L becomes single L.
-
I don't know how to spell, and my wife had
-
to correct me, and initially in our marriage, I gets
-
so frustrated, Why you keep correcting me? Right after I
-
realized that actually it's good, lie, it's good to know
-
how to spell, like Emmanuel.
-
Actually don't spell is it two m's, is it one M?
-
I don't know.
-
That is the consequences things than carefully. That is the consequence.
-
Until today I'm bearing the consequence. I actually want to
-
spell bearing. I spelled single R like that. But sometimes
-
I spelled double r.
-
I don't know. I really don't know.
-
I don't know what it's past present tense present adjective?
-
What is that doesn't even exist? What? What exceptive? I
-
don't know what?
-
Like?
-
What? What? What? What? Okay? English? Bad? So again I'm
-
not bringing us from a distance. Now.
-
You may think that you learn from your mistakes. Present
-
to you my my tertiary, except my my college is
-
out that that twelfth, right, it's not the world like
-
over ten, it's over twenty then is barely pass Yeah,
-
and and what I didn't show you is my tr
-
I think some of you know that I got second
-
last in my entire Taylor's University examinations, only to find
-
out that the last person left the college halfway during
-
a semester.
-
So actually I got last. Okay, So that this is me,
-
This is me, all right.
-
So I'm not sharing this from a place of u
-
a success, but I'm telling you I feel my spa
-
Another funny sorry, right, another funny story about biology. I
-
never take biology, right, I always decided to take biology.
-
So there was one day me and my friends, very naughty,
-
very naughty, right, we decided to steal a frock. You
-
know biology, you dissect the frock. How many of you
-
old enough to this diside the frock? Yeah, that's that's
-
my life. I did get the diceecd the frock, so
-
I went and steal the frock. Someone else's class pun
-
your frock. There, group, we went and okay, straight the
-
highs to steal the frog. So we stole the dead
-
frog and we went and operate and we took out everything,
-
and then we.
-
Threw the frock away. We never gave the frog back.
-
So they turn that nicely from the Balagi teacher because
-
you say, where's your rock? We don't know where the
-
frog is. We actually never reveal it. There was us.
-
Only years later we went and tell them, actually stole
-
your frock. Yeah that we had. We we shed no remorse.
-
Now I got remossel right now, that follows the doctor.
-
So it's okay, it's okay, it's okay. Life works out
-
at the end of the day, right, So that's me, right,
-
that's my life. But I went even further after that, drugs,
-
you name it, the reason you name it. I went
-
went to a place of of addiction. I went to
-
a place of just nothingnesse and I'm sharing from that
-
perspective that your faith has to be evident. It's not
-
something that you just say you're gonna do, but you
-
don't do. All right, So that's where I'm sharing on. Okay,
-
very very quickly, can the next light. There's a question there?
-
How many of you need a holiday?
-
Today? Wow? I see two hands over there raised away?
-
Hi?
-
How many anyone in holiday?
-
Is real question because if you don't, you don't raise
-
your hands up, don't go, don't don't go in question
-
a y now go bringing for holiday? I don't see
-
racial lifting out of the hand. So maybe this maybe
-
this year no holiday? Okay, but anyways, I'm excited. I'm
-
excited for my holiday. I really want to go uh
-
the China and uh bring the Gospel day o you know,
-
just kidding but not kidding, no kidding. Well we would
-
read the gospel Chang hi chang hai ah, but but
-
but we need a holiday?
-
Right?
-
How many of you need? Okay? So this picture next
-
picture corresponds to the holiday? How many we know? What is?
-
What is this? I will play in fly fly right?
-
I don't know how many of you here? Excited? Excited?
-
Every day you book ticket?
-
Right? What do you do what's the first thing you
-
do when you book the ticket? Check the flight ticket
-
to the price, right price, posting bortant, right price? How
-
many you want to pay? Spend ten thousand to go
-
to Japan? Maybe something you can, but it's okay. But
-
I think even if you can, you won't right right,
-
you still go into Asia. You still save money because
-
you want to save the rest of money to eat
-
in Japan. Right, but the first thing you do is price.
-
Let me ask you a question.
-
Your price?
-
Why bother your life my about them? Have you ever
-
checked the pilot's resume? Have you ever checked the train
-
conductor's history, check record? Whteter not that plane mas touch wood.
-
Few accidents happen before, but that doesn't stop you from
-
flying MS correct because some people still like MS. Lake
-
room classic coo, you know, very nice, comfortable. So can
-
I introduce a statement to you? Can I have the
-
next light? Everybody already has faith in something. Everybody already
-
has faith in something before we go into the scriptures
-
this morning, I want to show you this.
-
I want to show you the picture of what I
-
just explained.
-
When you last bought it a flight, you didn't check
-
for the resume, You didn't check for the chat record.
-
Let me give let me break it out even further.
-
Some of you here, I tell you what.
-
How many of you here commute from Kikoto coming out
-
into Subang daily raised offense?
-
God bless you?
-
What time you go out arena five to t am
-
Nowadays I find out six times it is too late today?
-
Still jam, I tell you what, that five lane highway
-
can become eight lines, sometimes even ten. Everybody has so
-
much faith, you know. The problem is not heavy faith.
-
Everybody is so much faith that a person on the
-
right or your left, it's not going to bang into you.
-
But if you are taking a bird's eye view from
-
one talk, you're like, what in the world kind of
-
saucery is happening?
-
Oh?
-
Here? Like everything is like walking in like no accidents.
-
Yeah, sometimes you get accidents, but that accident is like
-
one out of two thousand cars three thousand for the
-
past thirty days I drive in Casasa. Maybe I expect
-
is one accident beside the road, that's it one. But
-
how many cars commute daily? Can you see how intertwined
-
people are with one another. You trust the other person
-
so much, do you go like, hey this person, Yeah,
-
as much as you are cursing the hold in the car,
-
scoing the in the car, but actually you have faith
-
in them. You have faith that he will know not
-
to cut in your lane when he cannot cut.
-
You have faith in your breaks that you will break
-
on time. You have a lot of faith.
-
Friends. The question is not about faith, because everybody already
-
has faith in something. Here's the truth. The real question
-
here is not do you have.
-
Faith for some of us?
-
Here? Look at the word fa and go like faith
-
is for the past us, faith for the leaders. Faith
-
is not my thing, right, I can't fae? No, you
-
have you have faith. The real question here is where
-
is that faith place? Where is that faith place?
-
Is that next night?
-
Where is that faith place? I don't think it's the
-
next night, Okay, I did the same mistake. That's the race.
-
Where is that faith place?
-
Where there's that faith that you claim to have in
-
God even half as evident as the faith you already
-
put without thinking twice in the pilot you never.
-
Met the train.
-
Conductor you never met. You know, Rachelle takes the train
-
to Preligan every every month. I asked her, there's a conductor,
-
right if the conductor conducts wrongly. Then I don't know
-
what happened. But she I don't think she ever checked.
-
I don't think she ever met the conductor. I don't
-
think she goes to the God and say good morning
-
this morning, please drive the train safely.
-
Ye.
-
No, she just sit down part and sleep, right, That's
-
what we do. We get on the plane, we sit down,
-
we sleep. Anyway, wake up either in heaven or I mean,
-
it's good to be in heaven, or hey, I just
-
just trying to drive for a point. Either we wake
-
up there, which is good, halleluya place a lot, or
-
we wake up in the place of our destination. But
-
how much faith are we putting in the God of
-
the universe, the creator of the universe, that has formed
-
you from us, that has give you breath in your lungs.
-
That very God deserves a little bit more faith than
-
the pilot. True, without thinking twice, you know you trusted
-
the pilot. So why do we think so much when
-
it comes to God? God says, unpacked and.
-
Go why.
-
No, even this is not even thinking twice is going
-
against the creator of the heavens and the universe. So first,
-
the ching I have for you this morning. Is faith
-
is active obedience. Faith is active obedience. Someone say obedience,
-
faith is not passive belief. Next like, you'll say this,
-
it's a belief that acts called X church, so I
-
hope we act. Yeah, it's a belief that X. Hebrews eleven,
-
I coin it the not I coin it, the the
-
popularly called the whole of faith.
-
I'm not sure you're heard of system before. It's stories,
-
real stories.
-
Testimony is a characters in the Bible that actually stepped
-
out before they saw the obedience, before they saw the outcome. Sorry,
-
they stepped out before they saw the outcome. So let's
-
study a little bit from the Book of Hebrews. If
-
your Bible's turned with me to Hebrews. Now, the way
-
I study the Book of Hebrews is I actually highlight
-
in the color the character name, and then I highlight
-
in another color what they did. All right, So I'm
-
gonna give you some examples, right, But before that, I
-
want you to look closely at a verse. Before that,
-
let's go to Hebrews chapter eleven, verse six. Let's read it.
-
But without faith, it is impossible to please him. For
-
he who comes to God must believe that he is,
-
and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently
-
seek him. I want to notice this and look closely.
-
In this verse, it does not say faith pleases God
-
when he produces a feeling. He does not say that, right,
-
He says faith pleases God when he believes that is
-
the he would it believes and that he exists, and
-
he believes that he rewards those to diligionally seek him.
-
So the word I want you to look at here.
-
And underline in your book is the word diligionly, diligiently,
-
the word diligionally over here.
-
It's not passive.
-
Now, I don't know how many of you have been
-
given an instruction to do something before right and you
-
can do it. For example, my wife gave me an
-
instruction and say like, Daniel, please do this diligionly and
-
then and then you go like, all right, I'm gonna
-
do it.
-
You noted it, But then.
-
You you took the instruction for so many instructions. Please
-
swip the floor? How do how does someone that diligionally
-
sweep the floor look like you? Swip every corner you
-
go and cover every base? Now can you do this?
-
Can I say that I'm diligiently sweeping the floor while
-
sitting on the sofa eating popcorn. I can't do that.
-
It doesn't make sense. It isn't Something is not right
-
in the English right. Something is not right in the statement.
-
There was once I was so caught in my in
-
my mind that I washed the same place five times,
-
wash one time, washed again, wash the time, wash, fourth time, wasted,
-
fifth time, still dirty after day. I don't know why,
-
because not actually washing, just just the handgoing is a curse.
-
I don't know how many have been there before. Yeah,
-
there's stop being diligion. Let's stop doing things with the
-
best that you have. Right, The word diligionally here is
-
not passive. The word diligionly here is active.
-
Right.
-
Faith in scripture is the same and man the faith
-
in scripture.
-
You notice this is always associated with feet.
-
It's always second Corentans five to seven says for we
-
walk by faith and not by side.
-
It does not say for we sleep by faith.
-
No.
-
It's not saying for we sit by faith.
-
No.
-
He says for we walk by faith and not by side.
-
When you have faith, you gotta walk.
-
When you gotta have faith, you gotta walk like he
-
know he walked, and do he walked?
-
No more?
-
Yeah, So let's go into the the Bible and let's
-
let's let's study some characters. Let's walk true together with
-
me the Hall of Faith for a moment. And let's
-
notice a pattern. Right, Noah Noah in verse seven by faith,
-
Noah being divinely worn of things not yet seen. So
-
this is not yet seen because faith is the evidence
-
of things hoped forul not seen. All right, so things
-
not yet seen MOREE got live here, he prepared the art.
-
So let me ask you.
-
A question, Noah, in the time of Noah, when there
-
was an instruction to build that up in that culture,
-
in that context, rain is not something that nobody has
-
yet seen. It's a foreign object. It's a foreign occurrence.
-
Nobody has seen rain. I mean, if you believe scripture
-
are right, rain came for the first time when the
-
flood came.
-
So can you imagine being in this situation and summers?
-
If you're not really that clear, maybe you already are
-
a prayer group in the office. You crazy, you want
-
to be sacked by your boss. Boss already say clearly
-
in the rules and regulation no religious activity in office.
-
But yet you want to pray. Almost sounds like Daniel
-
right already saw you shall worship this idle, And yet
-
you want to go and still pray to your God.
-
You want to die.
-
Some of us be persecuted as well in our places,
-
right in our in our in our communities. Everybody is
-
doing something that you are not doing, and then you
-
get moved by that. Can you imagine if Noah get
-
moved by that? No One did not see rain at all,
-
but he decided to obey despite being mocked time and
-
time again. Do you know that that he was mocked?
-
Do you know that he was ridiculed for building such
-
a big up? Do you think it was a small
-
little toy up that Clarisa can just tree deep pain. No,
-
it's an art that requires specific dimensions, specific wood, specific
-
height and everything. And it's so big, so fast they
-
can untain all the animals to each by pass the
-
vast of the glory of God. Can only do that.
-
But it required faith, required obedience from Noah. And when
-
Noah acted, he saw the outcome. So the action came
-
before the outcome. The obedience came before the outcome. We
-
can go into other characters like Abraham, right, we can
-
go into other characters like Moses.
-
Moses didn't just believe in a promised land. That's why
-
he didn't know.
-
He walked away from the trace of Egypt, choosing rather
-
to suffer the affliction in the desert than to stay
-
in Egypt because God told him to go, so he went.
-
Because we know that Moses never really enjoyed the fruits
-
of the promised land.
-
And this is my next point.
-
Sometimes you may not even be the one to experience
-
the fruits. Someone else might, but it's because of your
-
obedience that brought that person in the place to experience
-
the fruits of what God has instol for you.
-
Amen.
-
So I hope that encourages you. Fath requires in every case.
-
Fave requires that it comes before the evidence. The heroes
-
of the Bible didn't get proved then only they obeyed. No,
-
they obeyed, then the proof came later. Sometimes it comes later,
-
years later. Sometimes it comes not until when we are gone.
-
In the case of Moses, he's gone. Of course we
-
know that because Moses did something. But that topic for
-
another day.
-
So this is a thought.
-
For some of us. We tend to want the reward
-
before we take the race. This is a warning. We
-
tend to want the miracle before the obedience. We tend
-
to want the proof before the surrender. We tend to
-
want the proof before the surrender. Tell me, if I
-
think these steps and it will hurt, he assure me
-
one hundred percent that I'm going to get it. Give
-
me the proof. But that's not how God works. Because
-
how God works is you think you're getting this by suffering. No,
-
I have so much more in store for you. Man,
-
Do not limit God. Do not limit God to your
-
own patterns, your own ways, because God is so much
-
store in store for each and everyone averse.
-
Amen to take the risk. Faith is actually race.
-
Right, Think about it. When you take a flight to Japan,
-
it's actually risk. But some of us don't even say
-
a prayer before the flight leaves. Whoa father, I'll see
-
you when I see you. No, do you say a prayer? No,
-
you just get in the pape sleep. Are you getting
-
the place? Really close my eye? Because I scared, I'll
-
take off.
-
I scared, scared, scared? Now this is the pilot's getting
-
more and more.
-
Gang, I tell you the landers feel yeah, But after
-
a while.
-
You go like I tell you what you are going
-
to get into your destination.
-
So much faith, you know, so much faith that you
-
already book you ento your life savings in your pen.
-
There's no coming back or the work you or the you.
-
You gotta really, you gotta cover, hotel, everything. If you
-
are living by fear, you actually think the fright to
-
get first reach pend only by the combination. I know
-
some people do that. We gotta feel. But you get
-
my point, right, You actually do things. You just spend
-
what you have, right some of us, I'm not afraid
-
to invest money. There's risk to right. You invest money,
-
you think the money you'll come back. No, it's a race,
-
you might lose it. But some of us know, we
-
just meant invest same faith in God we should have.
-
Don't think to us, do you.
-
Mentionin you know? I went like her?
-
M hm hm hm hmmm. Does it makes sense? No,
-
he just obeyed, the rain came and you know the
-
rest of the story.
-
Amen.
-
So that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the
-
word of God kind of the next big next picture
-
is a picture of a stream. Now I want to
-
ask you a question. If faith comes by hearing and
-
hearing by the word of God. Romans tends seventeen. Notice
-
that faith doesn't come by a feeling. Right, Where does
-
faith come from? By donna the ling Manana Donna bada
-
Fermantuhan comes from the Word of God, the word of God,
-
that is speaking, that is a life Vermanduhan, young Hedo,
-
I don't know. I say speaking my say, but I
-
don't know. By the way I'm trying. I'm trying to
-
include Bahasa in my daily vocp now so that I
-
can be able to preach it fruelly. One day I
-
pray that I will, I will okay, by the grace
-
of God.
-
Okay.
-
So so where am I getting it? Faith comes by hearing?
-
And hearing by what the word is? What for Manduhan, Yeah,
-
I'm teaching you malayas okay Vermanduhan. Notice that it counts
-
by hearing, which means that faith has a source. New splash.
-
Faith has a source. If you want to find faith,
-
you know what to look for. Where do you look for?
-
You look at the word of God. The word of
-
God is a sauce. Water also comes from somewhere. One
-
teenager recently asked me, but the then do you know
-
where water comes from?
-
Then? I look at him and say where do you
-
think it comes from? Here?
-
He told me he come from the tap. I say, yes,
-
you are right, but where does it come from?
-
Where? Where? Where? Manna? Where? Yeah?
-
I was about to speak Corden, Yeah, where and you
-
can say, oh okay. So then he took the he
-
took it. Whelet say, actually, I don't know, buster, okay, let
-
me explain to you what the tap come from?
-
Where?
-
Then he said, uh, in the building, in the building
-
of what God tang and think, ah, yes, water come
-
from the tank.
-
But the water then come from where? I don't know.
-
I tell you a teenagers nowadays some shahbas. You know
-
what shabas? Do you actually know what shaba stands for.
-
It's actually an acronym, you know, right, so shaas you
-
think like, oh shabash raised, No, it's an acronym. Okay,
-
use fresh now. So sha Bas is a company that
-
looks into the water, right now, water from you take
-
a robe for sugar, Yes, come from the ocean. Lah
-
what did the ocean come? Robert All signs signs center
-
for you'll never do man that that thing? Now the
-
rain's like, yes, exactly, So there is a sauce. It
-
doesn't just medically appear out of the sky. Okay, yes
-
it does in the form of rain. Yeah, because God
-
sent rain. But that's the sauce. There always has to
-
be a sauce. So when it comes to faith, the
-
world of God is a sauce. The word of the
-
God is a source. Can I have the next light?
-
Next light is a picture of a radio? How many
-
of you have have operated this radio before? I'm proud
-
to say that I have one of these at home,
-
my old house. I think, throw and doesn't go anymore.
-
What you do is you need to and then I say,
-
as stall as my head, yeah, And then you do?
-
You do this this thing and you go.
-
Like hell on Good morning Africa? Yeah, good morning? I
-
know only about can do the accent?
-
Yeah?
-
Think of it a radio, right? A radio doesn't generate
-
its own signal. All he needs to do is to
-
be tuned to the right frequency. Now, I don't know
-
how many of you have have grown up listening to radio.
-
If you don't, If I say ninety two point nine,
-
you know as that's FM? Right? If I say one
-
zero five point seven, you know is that light FM?
-
Do you'll call it light FM? I call it light
-
and easy because he's yo. Yeah, it's easy, and his
-
word is light. So like easy.
-
Holy people listen.
-
Though, like easy, right, they go to one zero five
-
point seven. But now let me break something to you.
-
Is the channel always there? It is there, it's being rodcasted.
-
Right.
-
That doesn't mean that you cannot find the channel. Doesn't
-
mean it doesn't exist. If you want to find the
-
world of God, the world God is speaking, is living,
-
is always speaking. It's always there, But doesn't mean you
-
didn't hear it. It doesn't exist. All you have to
-
do is to tune yourself to the right channel, to
-
the right if you can see. And some of us
-
sometimes we still tune ourselves to another channels. For an example,
-
you're looking for let's say, for example, I'm not saying
-
that it's scripture and holy like FM is from the Lord.
-
No, I'm not saying that.
-
I'm saying that if you're looking for LFM, looking for
-
God's word, and you tune.
-
To ninety eight point eight, all you're gonna get is
-
Jo Papa, you're gonna.
-
Hear something Chang yang Right, here's some Hawaii chang hii,
-
good morning, hi haaii. You know you're gonna hear that
-
or so you like BFM.
-
BFM is scriptural to you.
-
You know, whatever BFM says, it is the truth the
-
fact eighty nine point nine.
-
Yeah, sometimes you feel that way.
-
But you got to tulle yourself because you listen to
-
BFM and you think that it's the word of God.
-
You open the Bible, but actually it's not the Bible.
-
You need.
-
You need encouragement. You're gonna open the Manual of Life.
-
You're gonna open what I call the HR booklet. Yeah,
-
you trust the HAH booklet more than you trust the
-
word of God. Sometimes because he shar booklets to say
-
thou shalt not Holy Bibles say thou.
-
Shall not, we shall. You're gonna believe.
-
He Sha booklet say it no religious activity allowed, holy idols,
-
and that shall love.
-
The Lord your God with all your heart, oil mine,
-
oil strength.
-
Are you loving God with all your heart oil strength
-
in your workplace?
-
Or are you acting out of a place of fear?
-
Now there's wisdom and it comes to doing asked Rachel's
-
professional list. Yeah, I'm pretty sure in every HR booklet
-
lit is actually a rule that you cannot do certain
-
things and to be professional. I think it's a rule, right,
-
But I think there's a way around it. And I
-
think the way around it is the Holy Spirit. He
-
leads us, he guides us. But we shall never leave
-
out of fear. Men will should not leave out of fear.
-
The only fear that we should have is the fear
-
of the Lord.
-
Amen. So the radio is there, the channel is there.
-
The world of.
-
God is speaking. Whether you like it or not. It
-
is speaking. But whether or not you hear it, that
-
is up to you to tune yourself to the right channel.
-
Amen.
-
So the world God is living faith that never risk anything,
-
has never really been tested.
-
Favor is risk, Favor is risk. This week as herself
-
is that something.
-
God has already been speaking to you, something about someday
-
you have heard from him, agreed in your hater, God said,
-
it's actually good to talk to me a bit more,
-
talk to me a little bit more, Daniel. Okay, Yeah, God,
-
I think I think you're right. I think I should
-
I should come with you that I think I should. Yeah, God,
-
you're you're right, You're right. And then some of you're.
-
Adding your minor. You already give yourself a date.
-
You know, I tell you I'm watching spider on this Friday,
-
so excited that I had to send three invites to
-
my wife, three separate invites.
-
Of the same day.
-
Yeah, sorry, excited, you know, but some of us even
-
said the day you got you know, today, I'm going
-
to wake up early, I'm going to spend time with you.
-
But yeah, you still have a no actor on it.
-
What's the gap? Then? Get between what you have heard, what.
-
You have done is exactly where the faith is waiting
-
to become evident until unless you activate that faith, it
-
has not been evident. So today we're talking about faith evident.
-
Amen activate their faith. Friends, what's the game? Find the gap?
-
Pray, ask the who is way to lead you? Get you?
-
Help you. It helped me. It helped me in ways
-
that I can't imagine. Man is weak.
-
The flesh is really weak, guys. The flesh is weak,
-
but the spirit is willing. But I kind of thought
-
the key youths the other day that the spirit, the
-
soul and the body, for as long as two or
-
three are gathered there, my presence will be with them.
-
Sometimes you may ask a question, then how in prison?
-
How I get it the God? Is it I alone
-
in my cell? Or how? But when the Bible says,
-
when two or three are gethered, I in prison? How
-
poor in Silence? Gaula? But we're then the same cell.
-
I don't know they separate cells. Was he specified that
-
Paul and Silence was in the same cell. No, maybe
-
there way in different cells. Think about it. How about
-
to a tree? So how presidents of God cannot come?
-
So he illustrated it this way, and I'm going to
-
steal this illustration because I felt it was so good. Right.
-
He said that the spirit.
-
Is the one that's always willing to follow after what
-
God wants.
-
But the decision.
-
Makers, the soul, the body is always going to rely
-
We're always going.
-
To choose comfort. The body is always.
-
Going to choose The flesh is always going to choose comfort.
-
You know, whatever that that I don't wake up. I'm tired,
-
you know, I really I don't forgive me. There's a flesh,
-
there's the flesh, because the flesh is weak. But the
-
spirit is always saying, come on, come on, Holy Spirit,
-
let's go. We're gonna do this. And that's why it's
-
always a wrestle between flesh and blood. It's always a wrestle,
-
and the soul is like, who am I going to follow?
-
So as long as two or three are gethered too,
-
as as in the soul, which side are you going
-
to take the spirit or the flesh? Because if you
-
take the spirit, the President of God will come. That's
-
why when the soul chooses the power of the spirit
-
the body, the flesh will have to follow, no matter
-
how the flesh feeler tired?
-
Whatever have you ever direct yourself? Even? Why was the
-
sole truth above the spirit? I don't care flesh.
-
You subject to me and the flesh will obey.
-
But it's not.
-
That's why it doesn't just stop at two. God steal
-
wants the whole package. God steal wants. And more so,
-
if the flesh gets to a point where it's gonna say, okay,
-
I will follow. So notice this, when two or three
-
I get it. Two is not it's good, it's great.
-
But to or tree that's the ultimate goal. So flesh, soul,
-
spirit gathered again, this is past the cadast E chinger.
-
So how how much have you been tested? Second point?
-
Faith must be alife, not just claim. Faith must be
-
a lie, not just claim. The Boss of James famously
-
declared that faith that works is dead man faith that
-
works is dead.
-
You can't be doctrine thele correct. Friends.
-
You may call scripture all the time, and this is
-
a warning to me as well.
-
You may walk. We've got for decades.
-
Some of us here have been Christians for decades, so
-
much so that we say that our time on here,
-
our time in ministry is done. Hello, who said so?
-
If your time on earth is done, you won't breathe anymore.
-
As long as you have breath, you shall he praise
-
the Lord.
-
Please don't get to a point where you feel that
-
you have been there, done that, because the Holy Spirit
-
is not done with you yet.
-
At eighty six, you can still do kids ministry. That's
-
our past.
-
Next novel we see eighty six somewhere close to that
-
lie right.
-
At that kind of age, you can still do it
-
kids ministry. Friends, there's a very famous uh is it? Uh?
-
He got shot in the Bill Wilson.
-
Yeah, he still drive the bus to pick kids around.
-
It's why he's shot in the head. That's the when
-
he got a hole in his mouth five times. But
-
yet he's.
-
Still saying that Lord here my hands, use me. Faith
-
must be a life. Friends. Paul also wants us with
-
a form of godliness but no power. Doing everything right
-
while experiencing no power is not the life that got
-
intense for us. We must not just here. We must do,
-
and doing always requires faith.
-
Amen.
-
I remember the first time my mom allowed me to
-
drive the toyota of yours, toyota of yours.
-
I believe that she had a lot of faith. I
-
can see her shivering and.
-
Said that, hey, the prey, I think the breaks the
-
break I'm driving nicely.
-
Ah man, don't worry how much faith you have.
-
There's risk, there's risks. They must be done. My mom
-
cannot just say I have faith in your son. The
-
faith must follow a work. The work is let me drive.
-
You know, I'll never learn and grow.
-
Amen. I want you to turn to turn with me.
-
By the way, The verse about the form of Godness
-
and the ny as well comes from Second Timothy three five.
-
If you want to wright, no, you can write, but
-
let's go to James to seventeen. James to seventeen says
-
that's also faith by yourself.
-
It does not have works. It's there now.
-
I want to specify, and if you can underline the
-
word date, please underline it. I don't know what it
-
is in the in the book. It's the verse in
-
the book. Can someone clarify eighteen is yeah, okay, seventeen.
-
The word date is in Saturday, so you can write
-
down date in the word seven day. Right, So faith
-
by yourself who does not have works is there? The
-
word date here is not gentle. Okay, the word date
-
here is not gentle. I imagine when James wrote this, this,
-
this sentence, this verse, he did not say it like this,
-
that's faith by yourself. You know. I think maybe is
-
dayler and then the author or the thing when I say,
-
like James, by date, do you mean these are there?
-
No. I believe that the living Word of God is actually.
-
Word for word. I believe so people hear, people listen,
-
we'll transcribed. And I believe that when he wrote this,
-
he did not say it our place of like being
-
so gentle. No, he say hello, listen to me, carefully,
-
listen to me carefully, Albert right, faith for hisself. If
-
it doesn't have work, sir, Albert is dead. I think
-
it was very stuned in saying it, so it's like
-
a warning it's dead. He did not say that weak faith.
-
He did not say that that your fave is weak.
-
He doesn't say your favor is immature, or he didn't
-
say that your faith needs improvement. He says it's dad. No,
-
the miss day Y cannot come back to life unless
-
it gets the breath of God. Right see right next,
-
like shows you a picture of a tree. And I
-
don't know how many of you read the report in
-
because morning recently that a tree fell on the car.
-
If you'll see that, you're seeing that. Yeah, that's actually
-
a date tree. Okay, a tree I did research right,
-
can remain upstanding for almost twenty thirty forty fifty years.
-
I don't know how I got from twenty to fifty. Yeah,
-
but getting that it can stand because the roots are
-
so deep embedded, it's so strong. But it's dead. It's
-
no longer finding water. And that's why the day tree
-
doesn't produced leaves, yes, no fruits, because it's dead and
-
it's all there's remain is a tree with branches. That's
-
all it is. And it's so dead that it becomes
-
a nuisance. So I saw that when it's time to
-
he dies, it crashes on the car. And I pray
-
to God when you when you when you buy your car, No,
-
no kind of tree falling on your car.
-
What happened to you? You got the day it just happened.
-
I saw the huh what?
-
No world three And it's very sobering to us because
-
that you can stand upright. And this was really a
-
gut that punch to me because sometimes it happens to
-
me as well. Okay, and I have to check my heart.
-
You can be worshiping God as a worship leader, and
-
I think Albert can relate to this as well, because
-
we always have to be on God. We always wear
-
that we're on God. Because sometimes we're shiping God. Sometimes
-
then the smell from the then come and you go like,
-
oh lunch or suddy that the voice go from outside?
-
What's that? You know?
-
You get distracted, but your eyes is supposed we fixated
-
on the Lord. That's why we always have to try
-
our heart. We as orsial leaders, we cannot say that
-
we have been there on that.
-
No.
-
I always remind myself, I got to prepare my heart.
-
I got to I really got to do this because
-
it's not just an act of service. Is a responsibility?
-
Is a worship onto the Lord? I have as a response,
-
you're doing that, and that's the same for all of us.
-
We can lift our hands in worship, but yet go back,
-
not not changed. We can quote scripture, we can callote
-
Bible versus. Yet we are dead on the inside. You're
-
not spiritually living. Two people may know your spouse someplace.
-
You can hide from your spouse too. But God knows.
-
God knows the desires of our heart. But God knows
-
who knows what you're going through your struggles, And sometimes
-
we may be dead on the inside. Next slide, Think
-
about a car. I was trying to find a car picture.
-
All I got was the start stop. But then finally
-
I got this, this, this this Inniti. I tell you, then,
-
Innian come back to start stop, but I tell you cannot.
-
Initial is still the best, seriously to me, because you
-
can do the I tell you starts talking of that
-
you try to start stop.
-
I cannot even do the can on the menu. You
-
can actually do the right. I love it.
-
I love it last time. I always to try very nice.
-
I hear that saw the engine. I love it so much.
-
But think about a car, right, a car. I told
-
this story earlier. Service is a funny one. Okay, I
-
recently got an accident. Okay recently. That means last year.
-
It was Actually I don't know what I did to
-
the kid, but in my deshcam footage, I saw a
-
small little boy came and kicked my car. I came
-
back and I saw how come my life went on
-
the inside letter? Did I bang anything? No, there was
-
the ray color light in the back went inside the
-
excited my dad share who take it?
-
Was a little boy came huh. I'm like, what did
-
I even do to you? Son?
-
Like?
-
Yeah, right, son? Yeah? What if? What if? What did
-
I even do do you to deserve this?
-
The first thing that came to my bite is saying
-
my wife because by the way, you already know the
-
car registered my wife's name, that is her car. Actually
-
did I nicely driving? Yeah? I'm like, how am I
-
going to report this to my wife? By the way,
-
this was last year. Until now, she had no clue
-
until recently recently recently, right, so she knows she need
-
before this. I told her the story really right, And
-
then and then I think, how am I gonnaell? Cause
-
I brought the million after I brought the car to
-
the workshop, and then they called me three hundred nine
-
ring it and then blah blah blah.
-
Right and then, and I'm like, okay, I can't. I
-
kind of thought it.
-
So I tell you what I'm just going to and
-
doually find out anthing. I'm going to cook up some
-
story and then and get it and get it done now, okay,
-
and by cook.
-
Cups and story telling the story. Okay. So I just
-
avoided the problem. How many of you and the problems
-
do there? Right?
-
But for some reason she never saw it. How many
-
of you? How many of you know that the problem
-
is still there? Yeah, it hasn't been fixed now recently,
-
you see God works in mysterious ways. Recently my car,
-
he says, I like so much.
-
It happened to me. Can I start the Carli? Three?
-
Can I start right? I thought, battery problem? No, its
-
plot problem.
-
Okay.
-
Now finally I another tabacle eight o'clock, all the way
-
to two pm, got the car find in the workshop.
-
I reached the workshop, said to the follow can you
-
come and follow me? Can you see this little light
-
in the back here? Can you fix that? And he
-
told me cancer? Can I fix? I say, how much
-
I know? Not?
-
Free? I do for you?
-
Halleoljah, praised the Lord. I came back so proud. I
-
came back. I saw the with a tape, and then
-
finally I went by. I saw, I thought, Rechelle got
-
take we here?
-
No, you know that? What's got the one?
-
Let me tell you? Finally got the guys to tell her?
-
Because nothing wrong looks good like brand new. So praise
-
the Lord, Praise the Lord. But talking about cars, a
-
car can be full tang or patrol.
-
How many you will love food patrol? My full tank?
-
Six seven game?
-
Whenever I bump full, I never go over se seven,
-
always seven. I never see six two eight before six
-
to seven. Okay, that's all I see.
-
I loved that.
-
Whenever I see six to seven, I love it. I
-
love a car with full tank. How many you love cars?
-
The full tank?
-
I love it so much. Whenever it comes to the time,
-
where is zero?
-
And I use my MANADDI I tell you I I
-
really know money. Yeah, no money to pay for Manadi?
-
Thank God for Manadi? Right, two underleaters left last year
-
last night I used up everything then you went but
-
food tank. But a car with full tank, A car
-
with full color? My color, my car, tell you sol
-
rad so rare tell you look at it one time
-
your soul change.
-
But because I didn't wash.
-
My car become date red, date red, right, date red,
-
You become a rat. So recently I went to wash
-
the car sparkling nicely. Foh, nice rat. Then the bird
-
decided though, deliver a gift, a white color gift. But
-
that's besides the point. I have a perfect car, nice car,
-
sol rad full thing. But let me ask you a question.
-
Will you get me from point to point me? If
-
I don't turn on the engine. That's the same thing
-
for all of us, if we do not attach ourselves
-
to the source and turn on the engine of our hearts,
-
so we do not get anywhere. That's where I'm trying
-
to get it, knowing it's never the problem. Next night,
-
faith without works is there? Yeah, no notice this, James
-
doesn't peak faith against works to complete one another.
-
It says works are approved, that faith is alive.
-
You famously say this, show me your works, and I
-
will show you my faith.
-
Buy my works.
-
In other words, faith is invisible, and do it most
-
what don't earn new salvation. But we were created for
-
good works. Amen, We're created for good works. But we
-
were saved by grace, created for good works. So Christians,
-
believers in the House of the Lord. Please do not
-
cease from doing good to one another. Please, it is
-
a blessing to give, then to receive. Continue to bless
-
one another. That's how we continue pressing on towards the
-
finishing line. Together, Amen, next night. Knowing what was never
-
the problem, friends, Knowing was never the problem. The gap
-
was always between knowing and doing. Last point before I close.
-
Don't leave on past glories. Don't live on past glories now.
-
Faith is a substance of things hoped for the evidence
-
of things not seen Hebrews eleven. We cannot leave on
-
yesterday's victories. Friends, much as we admire them, as much
-
as we enjoy them, we cannot live on that. We
-
cannot leave on the Yes. Yes, you can't keep on
-
telling your son the same old testimony. You know right
-
when daddy was younger, Daddy used to pray three times
-
a day. But if you start, look at you and
-
ask you, Daddy about now there you go, like when
-
the adults are talking, don't interrupt. You can't keep living
-
on the same. Yes, the testimony of Noah is amazing,
-
The testimony of Abraham is amazing. The Hebrew eleven. Hall
-
of Fame is hall of fame. All of faith is amazing.
-
But let me draw you to something. You cannot live
-
with your testimonies because every generation must have their own encounter.
-
Your children need to believe Jesus. They can't rely on
-
your faith.
-
Amen.
-
They don't automatically become a Christian because you are Christian.
-
By the way, somebody asks me, baby, the education means
-
the baby become Christian. No, then it get missed you
-
that it gets him to the Lord. You are saying
-
that Lord, this baby is yours. Not Mi'm not mind.
-
Mi'm speaking Germany nine. Right, this baby belongs to you.
-
So when the Lord asks for it, give it lah
-
like Isaac holding on holding us over tightly. No, that's
-
that's that's what the baby the digation is for. It's
-
not for that further, the baby's salvation. No, the baby
-
has to choose her, her or his own faith.
-
Amen.
-
He must have their own testimony, their own encounter. Can
-
can I the next light? Jesus said the mater. This
-
was Matha, the sister of Lezarus. Yeah, say the matter
-
this ef you believe, you will see the glory of God.
-
John learn forty. It's always belief first. Then see it's
-
not see first, then believe someone us want to do that,
-
see first, then believe.
-
No, that's like.
-
Hebrews twelfth. So we have the whole of faith. He
-
was eleven. And then we go into us tealth. Notice
-
the word that started, he was tealth.
-
What is the word?
-
Therefore therefore we are we also since we are surrounded.
-
That's how it starts. Now the Oxford Dictionary. Oxford Dictionary says,
-
the definition therefore is this. It's used to introduce the
-
logical result or something that has just been mentioned. So
-
we are not to live based on past glories, amen,
-
because the past glories are there to do what.
-
To encourage us? Therefore we not there for you not
-
Therefore rachel n not.
-
Therefore rachelle wong No, he says, therefore we we. That
-
means who me, you, me, I, myself and everybody around
-
me a pigble to do everybody We also, since we
-
are surrounded by so great account witness, let us can
-
you see that it's all about us? We we have
-
about to play in man. We can't just rely on
-
the past glories, past testimonies and go like, I tell
-
you what, because no one did it, I don't do
-
it anymore. All I do is to accept Jesus and
-
go to heaven. No, he wants to turn you from
-
sinners to sonship, not just salvation. Salvation is never the
-
end goal. Salvation is the door to being a son.
-
That's the original intention when God created Adam and Eve,
-
when God created us, is for him to have communion
-
with us, to be sons, to be like sons to him,
-
to have fellowship with him. But because of sin, that's
-
so easily and snares us that was taken away. And
-
they said Jesus to come to dine and across for
-
our sins. So therefore it applies to us. I'm going
-
to introduce you to correct us and we're gonna close
-
next light. How many of you know who this is
-
the what's the first thing that comes to mind when
-
you see this picture? Then I have some shout out names.
-
What's the first thing that comes to mind? Paul Saul
-
of Tarsus on the road to Damascus, right, What was
-
happening here? What's happening here? He was on his way
-
to persecute the Christians. Right, and then as he was
-
on the way, a great light came shine upon him,
-
and he was blinded. This is ex kid story. But
-
did you know and this is actually I think it's
-
actually correct. Saul of Tarsus was actually not the main
-
character of this story. So you say it's God, Yeah, yeah,
-
but there's actually someone else that was more important than Saul.
-
Let me introduce this character to you. His name is
-
called Anna and Ias, not Anna, but Anna Nias right.
-
Anna Nius is a lesson known person, profit apostle that
-
God used so mightily to impact the life of a
-
Christian killer, a believer, killer, keep Christian, persecutor, killer of many,
-
the spicer of the faith. So much so that if
-
you read the scriptures, you know that when God told
-
him and go and pray for soul of tasks the
-
man that was very actively hunting and imprisoning Christians. Can
-
imagine Anaus is a Christian and you go like, if
-
I go to him, he's going to imprison me and
-
kill me.
-
Hello.
-
You may think that analyst is someone who's brave, strong courage,
-
is no read scripture. He was actually scared. Anannaus was
-
actually scared X nine thirteen. Lord, I have heard from
-
many about this man, how much harm he has done
-
to your says in Jerusalem. You're scared. You know, he
-
was actually someone who is scared. And that's all of
-
us too. When we hear something from the Lord, maybe
-
we are scared.
-
How Lord, how can you use someone like me? What
-
am I going to do? How much am I gonna do?
-
Yeah, you feel that way, Yes, it's okay to feel
-
because and then I feel that way too.
-
But what is the key thing all here?
-
Even though he feared, he went and because of his obedience,
-
a miracle boss form the birth of someone who was
-
dead now alive in the form.
-
Of Saul to Paul, so much so that Paul.
-
Later on his life say, it's no longer I who lived,
-
but Christ who lives in me. All because of the
-
faith and obedience of anis someone who is not known.
-
I gave the analogy earlier. So the leaders over here,
-
you're praying for someone's testimony breakthrough. You pray nobody knows you,
-
and he experiences his break through. Everybody celebrates that person,
-
but nobody knows you. But you know who else knows you.
-
In the Book of Life, it is written Russia Wang
-
has prayed for this personing God is looking at this person,
-
go like, I'm so pleased with Russia the same way
-
he looked at Jesus, because Jesus did not look at
-
the left of the right. He went all the way straight.
-
He was focused on his goal, his mission, and every
-
juncture that he had, at his baptism, at his transfiguration,
-
and at the time that he left completed the mission.
-
God the Father looked at.
-
Jesus and said, this is my son, who I am
-
well pleased hear him. That's the main thing that we
-
won when we live by faith. It's not about the
-
glory of the past. It's not even the glory of
-
the presence. It's about giving all the glory to the
-
one who deserves it.
-
All Amen.
-
Before I close, I'm going to introduce you another character,
-
same name, also Anonaius, so that I call it is
-
the tale of two Anonais.
-
And God.
-
The tale of two and an ass One was afraid,
-
like I mentioned earlier, afraid, but honest and with his
-
obedience he was evident. He went and he went a
-
sault produced Paul. You know that story. I just shade
-
it another Nanas with his wife Safira. And by the way,
-
you will find out later that Saphira only knew she
-
didn't do it. She knew, but even in the knowing
-
and not doing anything, you also would die. Okay, so
-
Anas and Saphira no, Sephora Safira right. Based on a
-
chapter earlier that the Abossus gave to the disciples and
-
to the photos of Jesus, sell everything that you have,
-
come and follow me, sell everything I have, and nobody
-
actually have any leg a chapter before someone sold something
-
brought it to the feat of the bosses. They thought
-
that they got to do the same thing, so they
-
did the same thing. And what you didn't know? What
-
you and I did know. The church didn't know, but
-
the boss knew because God spoke to Peter what was
-
this that he sold? Majority? But he kept back something
-
for himself. And of course the story goes, why are
-
you lying in the Holy Spirit? Why are you doing
-
this to the Holy Spirit?
-
And dropped it.
-
Sephira can be Hi, hello, I'm back. And then also
-
denied it and also dropped it. But both dropped it.
-
So sometimes our lack of faith will cause us to
-
drop dead. Because the Anerns two one or two in
-
this case didn't have faith enough to believe that the
-
word of God is true. Sell everything that you have
-
and you have shall not have any leg They thought
-
they won't take these into their own hands.
-
They keep something back from themself. And here's the scary.
-
But one faith showed up trembling obedience is one. The
-
other faith showed up in Polish, pretending, just pretending. But
-
here's the whole scary. But only one of them was
-
actually evident in God's eyes, even though on the surface
-
the second and nast was probably the one celebrated more. Wow,
-
this person sold everything that he had. What what a hero?
-
But only Peter knew through the Holy Spirit that this
-
person did not. Why I know is the Holy Spirit
-
because he spoke, why you' lying in the Holy Spirit?
-
So I know because of that the Holy Spirit spoke
-
to Peter. Of course it wasn't outright mentioned, but that's
-
how the Holy Spirit works.
-
Why are you lying to the Holy Spirit? Are you
-
deceiving him? Amen?
-
Then I have the next light. We are closing Sheltery five.
-
So I just said, give you some some some courts.
-
Let's go to the Hassan Taylor court.
-
Thank you, x. Davie.
-
Hassan Taylor wrote this in his in his book, he
-
says God's work done in God's way.
-
We'll never let God supply. Do you believe it? Amen?
-
He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what
-
you can pick. He who is faithful to start a
-
good work to you, will be faithful enough to bring.
-
You the completion. Amen. He will God's work done in
-
God's way. Will never let God supply. So God is.
-
Saying, sell everything that you have and you shall have
-
no lack. Therefore He's done in God's way. When you're
-
doing God's way, it means selling everything, not selling ninety
-
nine tell one hundred percent, and you will never like
-
the supply of God, which is his grace, is sufficient,
-
His mercies on you every morning, the daily dependence on
-
the daily manna. I tell you what, I'm not saying
-
that I've been there, done that. I'm not as as
-
as like pass that kind of level. But when I
-
went into full time I actually had this experience. I
-
never once a struggle when I enter into my job.
-
I never once struggle to pay my bills.
-
Never never.
-
But when I start a full time ministry, why didn't
-
struggle is because I have abundance two thousand and two thousand,
-
Like what the a naway is three thousand. Okay, what
-
you what you walk you one hundred and twenty oka,
-
you asked Michelle.
-
Let's I used to live because when I grew up,
-
I grew up poor. I never had anything.
-
So when I get a little bit of money, right,
-
I begin to spend like like lavishly.
-
But I still had a lot because I did. I
-
was doing well. You see. I can still have like
-
a faith but still do well. But I tell you what.
-
Something that caught my mind and caught my heart was this,
-
when you live by faith and not by sight.
-
I start.
-
There was one time in my full time ministry I
-
had to ring it left in my bank account now
-
not counting the fd' is still there. So that's why
-
I say the faith not its strong, it's the kind
-
of yet still got FD but I don't want to
-
take up my fd LA. I never had to touch
-
my e FD never, but touring it to the success
-
was all I have left.
-
And the man was ending it, you know, for.
-
The man and day like where's the salary coming in
-
the credit card bill?
-
How how you paid on time? Not thy first thing?
-
You know? I think that it was that Mone was
-
just hardler on the ten fifty PM. So leui came
-
in thirty first of the month, paid my bills by
-
ten fifty five eleven o'clock. Bank close. You know the
-
bank closes in the midnight, right me, banker. God works
-
in such a And I tell you what that is.
-
That is a reminder to me of God's daily monarch
-
gave us this day our daily bread. How some of
-
us here need to learn how to live on the
-
daily bread. I'm not asking you to empty your bank accounts.
-
You don't have to.
-
You don't have to empty and give it to your spouse.
-
We we can.
-
But I'm not asking you to empty your banker. I'm
-
asking you to empty your heart and fill it with
-
the Holy Spirit. Allow the faith that works within you
-
to be alive and moving. One month called and we
-
are close. What comes to our mind when we think
-
about God is the most important thing about us? Ask
-
yourself this question, when you think about God, what comes
-
to mind? What's the first thing that comes to mind?
-
God? Why you didn't answer my prayer? God? Why am
-
I see sick? God? Why is my father's just struggling?
-
Or is it?
-
God? You are so great? You're so good?
-
God, You are Jehovah Ralpha You're a God who heals. God,
-
You're a God who provides. You are Jehovah Jireh. God,
-
you see me, God, you're el Roy You see me? Right?
-
I mean, I am and so much, so much undrest.
-
But when I look at you, God, you are Shalom,
-
you God of peace. You're my banner. You're Jehovah NISI Hallelujah,
-
Praise the Lord. I got I got a few more here.
-
I love this one. Jehovah Shammah. The Lord is there,
-
simply that you see in your mines. Yes, he's there
-
as the fourth person in the fire.
-
He's there. He's there. You are shared me, sure better go.
-
But he's there.
-
He's not just from Afar saying that you know there,
-
know he's in the fire with you.
-
He's he is your rock. Praise the Lord.
-
This is a so bring warning to all of us,
-
all of us that faith is not a performance. But
-
yet some of us can perform that faith so so well.
-
It was also a reminder to me that's where the
-
Lord had to minister to me. Any ministers to me daily,
-
and I get from a place of weakness to then
-
strength to then really being encouraged by the Lord, and
-
I want to pray that over all of you do
-
not rely on your own strength, rely on the power
-
of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will deliver you
-
in a way that only He can Amen.
