  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex Church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. Today we are at value number eight. I can get

  4. help with a slight thank you. So we have done

  5. quite a bit now, you know, first being spirit filled,

  6. christ centered, kingdom minded word, faithful, discipleship focused, prayer, power,

  7. faith evident, and today on ownership promoting. Okay, and you

  8. know it is from our key scripture, you know, X

  9. chapter two, verse forty four. All right, before I go

  10. into that, you know my sub Yeah, you can go

  11. to the next slide. So I would like to have

  12. a subtitle to it, okay, called from Renders toss of

  13. the Throne because as children of the Living God, you know,

  14. as even children of the Kingdom, we are all as

  15. right uh her heirs Okay, airs to the trone as

  16. to the kingdom, because you know our father who is

  17. also the king.

  18. Yeah. And and you know today even as.

  19. We catch his value, I hope we catch you know,

  20. the principle h to the kingdom as well.

  21. Okay.

  22. I would like to start with this question, when was

  23. the last time you felt like an active builder in

  24. the House of God rather than a.

  25. Long term guest like I say, you know, I don't

  26. have a lot of time, so I'm gonna dive straight in.

  27. So get ready, guys.

  28. Saturdays might be a little bit out, but I believe,

  29. you know, God is also reminded. As I I was preparing,

  30. God was also reminding, Okay, it is very very easy

  31. for maybe some of us, almost some of us or

  32. most of us. You know, we're being in church for

  33. some time, long time, and you know it's very easy

  34. to be in the use control mode, you know, you

  35. know these days cars this morning, I so I'm actually

  36. car car taking chro care taking uh car carrying yes

  37. for a friend because she's traveling, so to help warm

  38. up a car. So my own car, I don't have

  39. a cruise control and a car O car. Okay, but

  40. this is lonely. During someone's like, well let me try

  41. the cruise controls. I was like, okay, that's a really

  42. really nice drive. Then as for hour, realized, oh no,

  43. I spaced out. You know, lick's not on the pedal,

  44. very dangerous and and you know sometimes espiritually in church

  45. we can get there. Uh, everything seems very familiar. I'm like, okay,

  46. I know what to expect. I come at you know,

  47. nine ten in a prey worship prayer starts or nine

  48. o'clock and then night the dea worship starts, and then

  49. in the middle of worship that's gonna be prayer time.

  50. And you can already you know, know your timing is

  51. really well. I take it for granted. Okay, you know

  52. pas Okay, church plank coordinator. I know everybody here very

  53. very familiar, and sometimes we get to a point like, okay,

  54. you know, perhaps you're apart from another church. I was

  55. like that, you know when I came to ex oh

  56. twenty one years ago, close to twenty two, because you know,

  57. I grew up in church in Penang, and so I

  58. thought myself, Okay, I'm just gonna come here observe Pinang Lang, Yeah,

  59. renting my literally, I was just going to be three here,

  60. three years, study n the room, then go back home

  61. and do my lovely you know, parents and family and

  62. house back home. So you know, I thought like, okay,

  63. you know, I'm done actively serving my church back in Penang,

  64. and I'm just gonna consume, just can't access amazing, you know,

  65. just get you know, challenge and powered, renew and refreshed,

  66. and then go back. But you know, God had to

  67. challenge me, you know, although you know my time at

  68. that point time I thought it's gonna be cheious and

  69. it's going to be temporary. But God actually really challenged

  70. me out of the zone, you know, to come out

  71. of the zone to you know, being from a renter

  72. to being an owner.

  73. Uh. That there is a difference, you.

  74. Know, those of you who are renting, you know, temporary here,

  75. some money, perhaps your student here.

  76. Uh. You know, that's a very different mindset of a

  77. renter and an owner. Uh owner.

  78. I know, maybe perhaps being an owner, having my own

  79. house now, I will take a little bit extra extra

  80. care to it, you know, try to do it up nicely, painted,

  81. that created. But as a renter, I hope none of you.

  82. But sometimes you know, I've uh seen rented hostile rooms.

  83. Oh my goodness.

  84. Uh it's the word is traumatizing. Other better words to

  85. put it, but it's really traumatizing. And and and our

  86. friends who rented out their own properties as well. And

  87. transformation happened to the house, not for the good, but

  88. it becomes another type of masterpiece.

  89. Okay, So renters, you know, today.

  90. My call to you is, hey, you know, let's move

  91. on being a ranter of ex money, being a renter

  92. of ex Church, being a renter of the Kingdom God,

  93. to becoming an owner, okay, that we will graduate, uh,

  94. to become an active participative member of this body, all right, uh,

  95. and not just this body, you know, this kingdom, so

  96. that we can inherit.

  97. Right.

  98. If you are a renter of a property, is highly

  99. close to zero infinity zero, that you are able to

  100. inherit the property right. If you're the owner, you can

  101. pass it on the next generation and the next generation

  102. inherits as well. So I hope you know that we

  103. are here inherit the Kingdom of God and learning from

  104. this really important value. Okay, Let's start to X chapter two,

  105. verse forty four, and we shall read it together.

  106. Okay.

  107. Ex Church was started, you know, on the foundation of

  108. this book as well.

  109. Uh.

  110. So X two forty four you guys there already. Okay,

  111. if you're there, let's read it together. At my country

  112. in one, two and three, Now all who believe were

  113. together and had all things in common. Right, really short verse,

  114. but really really powerful.

  115. Okay.

  116. I was written by doctor Luke uh, you know, being

  117. a physician, he was very detailed. Okay, Uh, in writing,

  118. and he has his own reasons as well.

  119. Okay.

  120. So I'd like to draw our attention to the word

  121. together and had all things in common okay. The Greek

  122. word for in common, right, that's where the Bible was

  123. originally written, right in Hebrew, Greek or Arabic as well.

  124. So in common means koos okay uh It means to share.

  125. Belonging to all and help jointly. Okay. The root word

  126. h is uh.

  127. So this word comes from the root word coinonia okay.

  128. In Malaysia, just quited cononia okay uhia okay. Easier for

  129. us to remember it means actually fellowship, I believe truly

  130. Malaysians are very very.

  131. Malaysian of us as well.

  132. We always fellowship over food or over area noniaqua, And

  133. I don't know most of local Malaysian functions that you

  134. go through.

  135. There's always some and you need to have your dessert.

  136. And it's a form of quait okay, fellowship, joint participation.

  137. And also it means shad burden, all right, Are we

  138. sharing burden out? It's the burden of x even x

  139. seremoney being shut out?

  140. All right?

  141. Are we all helping to carry a bit on our shoulder,

  142. all right. The word he in the Hebrew, Okay, it's

  143. naturala okay, all right, it means an inherited possession or estate,

  144. So it means right, it's not something you know, you

  145. just come on a weekend, you know, church x semoney,

  146. it's not something you just come on a weekend. Uh,

  147. you know it can have your weekend vacation house. I

  148. hope this is not your weekend vacation house. But it

  149. is a family inheritance that we ought to protect, okay,

  150. ought to build and ought to pass out. Hence that sorry,

  151. you know, as as extra, we're really really big on discipleship.

  152. God.

  153. Discipleship involves the passing down all right. So are we

  154. here to help protect this inheritance that we are, you know,

  155. gotten from the Lord, to build it together and to

  156. pass it on to the next generation. Are we actively

  157. involved as a builder of that?

  158. Okay?

  159. So today God is calling us back to the very

  160. basic foundational mindset.

  161. Okay. All the call values are very foundational found foundation. Yeah,

  162. it's a very very important foundation for us. Okay.

  163. So the church here is not a hotel. I am

  164. sharing also from my own journey. I told you three

  165. years and I'm going to I was planning the job

  166. out already to go back to run back, but God

  167. has challenged me. You know, I brought you here for

  168. such a time as this. Do not treat my church,

  169. my body as a hotel where we just rent the

  170. sit Sometimes you can come to so regular that we

  171. have our favorite seat there, favorite spot. And I've noticed,

  172. I think I've been to so many a few times.

  173. I noticed someone got your favorite corners here already. Yeah,

  174. so you have your favorite seat. But it is a

  175. family as a family together. Okay, I'm gonna move to

  176. the first point. The church is a community, not a crowd.

  177. What does it mean? The church is not just a

  178. place that we gather. It is a community of believers.

  179. What is the difference between a crowd and a community? Okay,

  180. a crowd gathers around events, Yeah, very good, XTV get

  181. us around events. Okay. A crowd goes for concerts together

  182. or a movie together, and then the crowd just dispersed. Okay,

  183. no one owes anything to anyone when you go for

  184. the concert, you go for the movie together, or you

  185. don't owe anything through the person sitting and maybe se

  186. b all right, once movie is doing the child bye bye.

  187. Okay. Uh.

  188. Sometimes we leave our tresh behind and don't bother cleaning up.

  189. A podcast still lying around our cups you know of

  190. coke is still there. But a community gathers around a

  191. shared identity, a shed, you know, a unity together. When

  192. trouble keeps the church, a community stays with the church

  193. because our lives are all bound together.

  194. Right in your family as well most families.

  195. When family go through tarbor, you don't like, I'm you know, starts,

  196. you start packing your bag and you trouble for your

  197. family right and like, okay, I'm got to change my

  198. surname from Chang to Chang Chung to Tan.

  199. No.

  200. Uh, you know I stay together with my family. Okay.

  201. So a community or believer here today, you know we

  202. should share common faith. We definitely share our common lord, okay,

  203. and a common aim, a common vision. No one you know,

  204. comes to church when you know we are sharing the

  205. same identity. No one will actually come and say like, oh,

  206. it is Ben's responsibility not mine.

  207. Uh.

  208. No one will actually be standing on the side line.

  209. But we are all in this together.

  210. Okay.

  211. You can tell you I never Hey, you know we're

  212. all in this together. All right, that's a song, right, yeah,

  213. high school musical. Yes, that's a few crow Yeah.

  214. So the word together okay in Greek okay is that okay?

  215. Uh, it literally means until the same place for the

  216. same exact purpose.

  217. Okay.

  218. They weren't just physically together in the same proximity or

  219. a close proximity, but the very key word here, they

  220. were united in the same motif. All right, the same motive.

  221. There is actually a huge danger of being pure warmers

  222. of pure okay. These days we are not so familiar.

  223. But there's this uh expression of saying becoming pure womans. Right, Uh,

  224. you don't you know, being a pure warmer. It's just

  225. the wrong the seats and all right, uh if you all,

  226. I don't know. The icon breaks down one day, the

  227. light breaks down one day. You don't really bother. It's like, okay,

  228. let way being set it. You know, speaker's not working

  229. on one side. The red decided to eat the wiring,

  230. you know, let way being climb out and settle it.

  231. No, you know why because.

  232. When we do that, we just when you go to

  233. a hotel, okay, you're paid six hundred perhaps one night

  234. before the hotel.

  235. If the plumbing doesn't work. What do you do? You complain? Right? Uh?

  236. And that's not stuff that comes up. But you.

  237. Expect a high quality service because you paid for a rent,

  238. you expect something in return. But in church, you know,

  239. pure warmers would be like that as well.

  240. But when we are all together in.

  241. This uh, you know, we don't expect like Okay, I've

  242. given my ties, my offering, that's my management fees, my

  243. maintenance fee that I've paid for.

  244. Today this weekend. Uh. I see it really awesome vegetables outside.

  245. Let me just go help myself, okay, pluck tendring its

  246. worth of kill uh.

  247. And then go, Uh, sister sal hand you down.

  248. Not just kidding, but you know, I really love that,

  249. you know, the community here. I'm not knocking it out,

  250. but I really love how you know, the committy here

  251. has come together and made such a beautiful place. You know,

  252. honkree outside as well. So we don't as as er rents,

  253. you know, Uh, we will always expect that I need

  254. to be served or the message today like that.

  255. Uh it's not feeding.

  256. Enough, you know, my favor is not growing. Okay, I

  257. let me just pack up and go. Uh. No, you know,

  258. an owner carries a heritage. Right, that's what the word says.

  259. Where we see something's not right, we see a huge

  260. kind of flower like pasta Stephen.

  261. Can I help? Can I? You know I have I

  262. have skills in building.

  263. I don't know architecture whatever not, you know, Can I

  264. can I help consult a bit?

  265. Or I see a piece of paper of flow? Can I?

  266. Can you just pick it up?

  267. As simple as that, you know, because I like, you know,

  268. someone gives this as ample sometimes.

  269. Uh, that's just to say, you know, we are.

  270. Sometimes still heavily minded, but we are not of earthly used.

  271. Uh. Sometimes you can.

  272. Be praying and praying God, you know, bring bring fire out.

  273. We change the place and you can be praying. But

  274. then the treash is that you know the toilet is dirty.

  275. You know that won't move right, and it still requires

  276. us to lift our hands and do something about it.

  277. Romans Chapter twelve, verse four. The five let's turn to

  278. that and we shall read it together. Are you guys there?

  279. Romans child verse four, The five, yeah, okay? In one,

  280. two and three for us in one body where many

  281. members and the members do not have all the same functions,

  282. so we though many are one body in Christ and

  283. individually members of one and another? All right, individually members

  284. one another. If you see you know there is a

  285. lag in different dream teams. Step up, volunteer, sir. Yes, yeah,

  286. there's a very loud yes please here yeah so and

  287. not this here, right, Paul even, he says, right in Romans,

  288. twelve members of one another again in Greek?

  289. In Greek?

  290. Right, what actually really means that we are actually reciprocal? Okay,

  291. we're mutually dependent on each other. We cannot just say,

  292. you know, I've done my part for thirty years. Ready,

  293. Now it's for me to retire and enjoy. Uh so,

  294. now you know I have it all been actively, It's

  295. away my church already. Now I'm studying here in kl

  296. Let me just enjoy like three years holiday. None of

  297. us here can actually fund function independently.

  298. When we say we are.

  299. One body in Christ, no part of our body can

  300. function independently. If your ear decides to be independent, what

  301. happens if your decides to be one independent? You know

  302. you can see noses running around? Uh no, right, all attached,

  303. all together, all dependent on one point two owners, not

  304. rent us a home and not a hotel. That said

  305. the efficients chapter four verse sixteen. There, okay, shall we

  306. read it together?

  307. Okay?

  308. In one, two and three, the whole body join and knit,

  309. every binds up according to the effective work, by which girls,

  310. all right, good, all right, because I'm looking at my boat.

  311. It's in New King Jan's version. But yes, from whom

  312. each part, you know, or when each part is working

  313. properly together. I like us to take attention to this phrase.

  314. And in Greek working, okay, the word working together it

  315. means there is where our you know, the word energy

  316. comes from.

  317. Okay, it's all active operation.

  318. Okay, So that's the working and the word part in

  319. Greek it means assigned portion and essential share.

  320. All right.

  321. So when one generation, one group decides to stop the energy, okay,

  322. that's the root word of working, to stop working, all right,

  323. the rest of the body begins to limp.

  324. That's how struck happens, oh sor right. Active engagement keeps

  325. the whole body healthy. Literally, if you want to get

  326. continuously be able to live, to serve the lot, you know,

  327. practice health. But spiritually active engagement keeps us spiritually healthy

  328. as well. Yeah, so I really pray and hope that

  329. none of us, you know, we'll get to a spiritual

  330. the tardiness, spiritual inactiveness.

  331. Spiritual it all back seat. But let's keep active, keep engaging, okay, unpecking. Okay,

  332. Now I spoke about me being three years. I made

  333. my mind for three years, and then after the first year,

  334. got decided to challenge me. Not God decided, More like

  335. I decided to listen to the Lord a little bit.

  336. Because she had to use my friend ha of course,

  337. friend of mine. So we we hung out after that

  338. about a year of me being very elusive in church.

  339. Uh yeah, so elusive is the word. Uh well, not

  340. very very rare pokemons, very hard to catch a fine.

  341. But I will always be present, but just in time

  342. when the speaker is done and where she is going

  343. to start our child or uh you know, I will

  344. try to slowly sing to the back so I can

  345. run out of the door once the chairperson ends with

  346. praying for Jerusalem.

  347. Yeah. So uh and and and my friend had to

  348. ask me this question, So how is X church?

  349. She knows x uh, And she knows how you know

  350. basa canners and bassas and rays so and you know

  351. that for the radical faith and and how you know

  352. big we are on a disciple ship. So she asked

  353. me how it is ex I was like, so I

  354. get I started giving excuses. It's more like I like

  355. a tool lot lies so that I can't avoid saying that,

  356. you know, I chose this decision not to be connected.

  357. Okay, I thought a lot of lies. Then I think

  358. she just caught me. Laugh. So she's like, Okay, stop

  359. being so proud and say that this church is not

  360. good enough for you.

  361. Uh.

  362. I was like, oh oh. Then she's like the next night,

  363. she's like, I know you're lying.

  364. I was like, oh oh, so so then you know

  365. I decided to unpack. I'm like, okay, God, you caught me.

  366. I forgot to really speak so directly, right. I'm sure

  367. he was very disappointed with me. I am sure in

  368. my face.

  369. Uh.

  370. And and I decided to unpack. Have have we unpacked?

  371. Ah?

  372. Here no, brother, says Sisters in Christ.

  373. You know, have unpack? Or are we still sitting on

  374. the fence and watching? Okay, let me see what we

  375. gonna do. Let me see you know how these homes

  376. is gonna continue to grow or is it gonna shut down?

  377. You know, different students are you know, graduating? Let me

  378. just see and observe. Let me watch you know how

  379. the teachers are teaching the kids before I sent my

  380. kids there, you know, holding back our hands, crossing our arms,

  381. just to feel more protected and secure. But it's time church,

  382. you know, it's time writers and sisters to unpack. It's

  383. time for you to move into your permanent home here start,

  384. you know, bring out your favorite frame poster and hang

  385. on the wall. But as for performations, figuratively, okay, I'm saying, yeah,

  386. you can bring your own potduct plants and plant and

  387. your own vegetables. You can help, you know, populate the

  388. garden outside. Invest your time, invest your treasure, your money,

  389. and invest a talent to your labor.

  390. To help this church girl.

  391. Okay, not just the ruan service, Hea, but the laboring

  392. outside where God has placed you in your marketplace. We

  393. need a lot of laborers that you know, God says

  394. in this word right, the harvest is plentiful, but laborers

  395. are few. We are running church not just for a

  396. nice Christian fellowship here the gathering of the Saints only,

  397. but the church exists so that we can continuously be

  398. relevant to the community. So bring church to where you're at.

  399. That's a really good form of serving as a good

  400. form of unpacking and laboring. Okay, Jeremiah, Chapter twenty nine,

  401. Verse five and seven. We're gonna see what God spoke

  402. to Jeremiah. Yeah, God, you seem to actually speak to

  403. the exiles in babel On who attempted to just sit

  404. back and let life pass by. Okay, let's see what

  405. God said. Okay, let's read it in one two entry,

  406. build houses and live in them, plant gardens and eat

  407. their produced. You guys have done that, and seek the

  408. welfare of the city where I've sent you into exile,

  409. and pray to the Lord on his behalf. Wow, difficult.

  410. They'll send to the land in exile, and God wants

  411. them to bless the land. Some of you may feel like, oh,

  412. I have been cheated. You know in the brochure when

  413. I went for the education fair in my country, there's

  414. like two twin towers next to the campus.

  415. Where's the twin towers? It felt like you have been.

  416. Exiled to some money in this corner of the earth. Maybe,

  417. but so many it's amazing, Okay, I really really love

  418. so many. But it may feel like an exile to you.

  419. But God says pray on behalf of so many stand

  420. on behalf of this land. Build houses, live with them,

  421. live with the people. Here you have your visitors is

  422. each other's houses.

  423. Besides, I know it. All leaders here have been, you know,

  424. visiting different families. But have your visited each other's house?

  425. Hang?

  426. Hang out? You know our students. Have you hung out

  427. with our families here?

  428. Uh?

  429. You know instead of the families cooking for students and students,

  430. you can cook something and bring over and bless the family.

  431. The word welfare in Hebrew means shallom, very familiar right

  432. this word to us, what does shallow mean? It means flourishing,

  433. wholeness and peace. So God told them, and all, do

  434. not sit around waiting by the sidelines, build, plan, pray

  435. and take ownership of the place where I have sent

  436. to you.

  437. It all here.

  438. Maybe you know, maybe I speak to the more way

  439. younger at heart, but the numbers doesn't really show it's okay. Uh.

  440. You know we we need you here as well. Uh.

  441. And your time is not up yet. You know you

  442. have all the wisdom that God has given to you.

  443. You know to to your life experiences.

  444. You know your perspective of faith uh, and the spiritual

  445. standing out you have, you know, can you also pass

  446. that on to the next generation that's here as well,

  447. because you know, we still need amazing adults that young

  448. people can look up to.

  449. Uh.

  450. You know, maybe you know you may not have the

  451. strength or you know, the youthful strength anymore. The carrier

  452. speakers and set up cables on stage. It's okay, but

  453. you can still serve, uh, you know, to hospitality. You

  454. can still serve, you know, by praying for someone in church.

  455. You can still serve uh. And you know, offer your

  456. priceless assets, you know, until the day you know, we

  457. meet our creator again.

  458. You know.

  459. So you know, every generation here is able to serve

  460. each other. All right.

  461. Point three Ownership must be promoted, not assume. Ownership does

  462. not automatically happen, Okay. It takes intentional effort to cultivate uh.

  463. And also in it to be invited as a Okay,

  464. So that's why we're doing this railing call.

  465. We are inviting you to be part of this all right,

  466. lie life.

  467. Yes, other times you know, we can assume or sometimes

  468. we wait and wait and sometimes you know, your leaders

  469. get extending that invite like, hey, you know, would you

  470. like to be part of this.

  471. Hey, you know, don't wait for people to come out

  472. to us.

  473. Al So when we start taking responsity and ownership, we

  474. go like, how can I offer help?

  475. I have these two hours available every way, you know,

  476. how what can I do? Yeah?

  477. X twotally four. You know, ownership was promoted to daily

  478. action and deliberate inclusion both okay, Ah, daily action and

  479. deliberate inclusion. Okay, So we're extending the inclusion invite to you.

  480. Uh and it takes us daily to be part of this, okay,

  481. why it's says and extra For before they broke break

  482. from house to house every day, they had house fellowship daily.

  483. I know.

  484. You know with our busy schedule, it's gonna be tough daily,

  485. but you.

  486. Know, try to be intentional, set the side time for

  487. each other, you know, to hang on someone that not

  488. so familiar to you, not within a circle of friends.

  489. Yeah. They shed meal together with gladness and sincerity of heart. Okay.

  490. Sometimes're like, okayla, since my host leader do this, I

  491. do this?

  492. Like uh? Then then I called bocam bom uh not

  493. not genuine not It's like you're holding back half half. Yeah,

  494. so so let's let's give all let's go all in

  495. with gladness and sincerity of heart. Yeah, and every one

  496. of them X two Right, they were empowered to carry

  497. the mission. So as a church, we're sharingly because we

  498. want to empower all of you to be part of

  499. this vision so that you can carry the mission where

  500. you're at.

  501. Okay, so let me see whether I should skip this. Okay,

  502. shad stick Okay.

  503. Every person young and season is empowered with real tasks

  504. and genuine trust in the mission of God's house.

  505. Look at Moses, Okay.

  506. In the Old Testament Exodus chapter eighteen, Moses was trying

  507. to do everything by himself.

  508. He did, he judged every case, he solt every dispute.

  509. But then his father in law Jetro, Okay, I really

  510. love his principle here, so we're gonna lose. Exodus eighteen,

  511. verse seventeen to eighteen. What did Jetro tell Moses what

  512. you are doing is actually not good? How can I

  513. called Pia one one leg kick or Malaysia saying as basically,

  514. you know, you're just trying to be master of all. Yeah,

  515. what you're doing is not good. You and the people

  516. with you will surely wear yourselves out for the thing

  517. it's too heavy for you. You are not able to

  518. do it alone. Wear yourself out.

  519. Okay.

  520. In Hebrew it means, wow, you were with her, you

  521. were decay and fade like a leaf. Right. If our

  522. leaders and our team is going to continuously just carry

  523. the burden on the church on your own without the

  524. participation of the eighty percent of this church, they were

  525. were out, they were decay. Wow, they were faith like leaves.

  526. So church, you know, let's continue. Do not sit on

  527. the sidelines. Ye have help me say a lot of

  528. times already. Just now the last half an hour and

  529. just be spectators. Okay, our leaders, you know, our serving team,

  530. they're still here when being they can weather from exhaustion. Okay,

  531. although you know you're like, okay, they're supposed to spend

  532. you know, their quiet time receiving the Lord God, well

  533. renew them and recharge them. God was settled. But on

  534. the human side, it still makes sense if we need help. Yeah,

  535. they have also twenty four hours like any one of us.

  536. They have their own families, their own job, their own

  537. studies as well. So when we carry it together, the

  538. burden is shut out equally. Okay, Let's not.

  539. Watch them with the away.

  540. But as spectators as well as people on the sidelines,

  541. we can read it also. We can read it from

  542. a light of purpose, and we can read it from

  543. these youths. Yeah, if a plan, you know, it's just

  544. left there. It's put you know the swiper thatally for

  545. example plant it's left there. No care is given, and

  546. it just decides to sit in the phone box and

  547. just watch the rooftop every time. After some time you're

  548. with the so because there's not much purpose it all.

  549. It needs to be cut and prone and then it

  550. starts growing again. You know, it is to be watered,

  551. uh in it to get fertilizing. That's where you can

  552. continue to eat it. And so so all of us

  553. here we will with a whether or not we are

  554. actively involved or not actively involved, all right, point of afore.

  555. Every partner, everyone a partner, not just a member.

  556. Okay, So we want to move away from the concept

  557. of membership into partnership. In a modern culture these days,

  558. our membership is very very very very very very very.

  559. Common, right, gym membership, country club membership, uh, every some

  560. most retailers. You go to this membership here and there,

  561. you pay your monthly fee, you get some you know,

  562. return discounts, good perks here and there. You get access

  563. to all the facilities. You give your you know, you

  564. see I've given my ties and my offering. I get

  565. access to all the message to go dot com. Uh,

  566. you know, I get all free access to all the

  567. programs and initiatives you know, ex so many hairs or

  568. extra hairs. But if.

  569. The facility is not well taken care of, you know,

  570. you feel like the management is not doing well, you

  571. just can sell your golf membership right. Uh, you're like, man,

  572. the golf course is full portholes, that's uh, overgrown guards everywhere.

  573. I just can sell and moved on new golf golf club.

  574. Let me treat church like just a member. You know,

  575. you're part of a membership. Ah, then we can just

  576. easily like, okay, I'm not receiving unroute myself and go.

  577. Speaking from a perspective, I have no friends like that

  578. as all. But you know, God God has caused them,

  579. you know, to turn from their ways. Okay, So uh,

  580. the scripture does not use the word member that way. Okay, Like,

  581. but the Bible say that we're all members in one body, right,

  582. it does not refer to that in a Bible, right,

  583. a member is referred to a part of an organ.

  584. Okay, in the living body.

  585. So like I said, if the nose decides to do

  586. its own thing and start running around, that in't a

  587. member of this body?

  588. Okay. If philippins Chapter one, verse five, it's easier for

  589. your fellowship.

  590. Uh. In New New International Version, he says partnership in

  591. the Gospel from the very first day until now. So

  592. Paul wrote this to the believers, thanking God for the

  593. believers that were there for their partnership.

  594. The word.

  595. So you may think like okay, but no, suit, it's

  596. not in the Bible. It is okay because in Greek, right,

  597. it actually means gnonia yea grinonia, all right.

  598. Uh.

  599. In fellowship, in enjoint participations, and in shed. But then

  600. when one body suffers, the whole body suffer. When one,

  601. you know, one partner in this church go through things,

  602. you know, the whole church comes together to support. You're

  603. not just passive supporters, right, we're active co laborers as well. Okay,

  604. all right, And I'm going to close, okay with this

  605. last slide last like you can go last is this

  606. this is the last light?

  607. Huh? Okay, so let's stop renting and start building together.

  608. All right.

  609. Our Asian experience or qualifications or all PhDs that you

  610. can obtain will not be able to help build this

  611. just unless we play an active part. All right, So

  612. let's unpack, let's take ownership, and let's continue to see,

  613. you know, the Kingdom of God growing. So remember where

  614. God has placed you. He wants to use you. God

  615. places you here in so many he wants to do.

  616. He plays you in a master place. He wants to

  617. use you as well. So let's let's actively partner with

  618. him because you know, we need to pass on to

  619. the next generation, right what we have even caught from

  620. the Lord.

  621. So let's belong together.

  622. Let's thrive together even as the Kingdom of God, so

  623. that you know we can all be airs right, full

  624. airs of the throne. Yeah, all right, let's pray Thank

  625. you Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah, Thank you Lord. Lord is just

  626. thank for your word today, the Lord you have even

  627. just reminded us even as I was preparing, as I

  628. was reminded again of the importance of being active partner,

  629. of taking full ownership where you placed me, Lord, and

  630. what I pray likewise for everyone of us here as well.

  631. Uh in even the resources that lot you have given

  632. to us, help us lot to unpack our bags, help

  633. us lot to see you know how we can continue

  634. to help build your kingdom. And lot, I pray the Lord,

  635. may you continue to enable us. Sometimes not we feel

  636. like God, I just don't have I just this one

  637. talent one might or just half a talent.

  638. Lot. But you know, I'm just trying to encourage you

  639. even that with half a talent, as we sow, God

  640. is going to multiply that in return a lot. I

  641. pray even for boldness, encourage the rise a lot, maybe

  642. also have that strength of sometimes lod just to move

  643. from being the sideline into being all in. Lord, Lord,

  644. I pray the Lord.

  645. As we do that, Lord, we're gonna see even XPG girl,

  646. We're gonna see even exce Minuego let me see ex

  647. chanch girl and your kingdom growing. At the end of

  648. the day. I pray that allow me you continue to

  649. speak to our hearts, help us a lot to change,

  650. you know in the areas that we need to say that. Lord,

  651. your name be glory fright. Lord, just thank your Lord

  652. and all this I pray into his name.

  653. Amen.

  654. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
