You're listening to a message to go from acts church.
-
We hope this message will light up your tea.
-
We've done eight so far. How may have you remember
-
last week's last Sunday's one?
-
Can you remember? Sus? We all ownership promoting? All right?
-
How many you remember? There's a faith evident okay?
-
So our church the core value, one of it is
-
ownership promoting, meaning to say that we are not just
-
members of a club where we come and we pay
-
our membership fee and don't care about what happens in
-
the church. No, we have partners and we want to
-
put our hands to the plow and make it work.
-
Faith evident is one core value. So we want to
-
be a church that's full of faith. And then what
-
else you can remember? Christ centered was excuse me, I
-
have thank you for the water I think I need
-
it now about to say discipleship focus. That's right word faithful.
-
So our church is not just about filling the seeds
-
with bums, but making disciples. Because when we reach heaven
-
and talk to Jesus, he's not going to ask us
-
how many people he brought to church. He's going to
-
ask us the very thing he asked us to do
-
is to make disciples. He's going to ask us how
-
many disciples have we made? Excuse me? And if we
-
have made one, that's great. If we have made none,
-
it's not too late to start, Okay, cool, praise a lot. Now.
-
Today's value number nine, somebody say nine. I wrote a
-
book on nine. Note because nine is a very very
-
good number. Is the number of the Holy Spirit. Ah,
-
it's the gifts of the spirit, is the fruit of
-
the spirit. And you know nine is a good number.
-
And I've just told me we're out of nine. The
-
book nine sold out about nine years ago, and it
-
sold out, and so we might reprint because a lot
-
of people are saying, passa, we want to read the
-
book you wrote on nine.
-
By the grace of God, and only by the grace
-
of God.
-
I've written about fifteen books now, and five or six
-
of them don't really counter because they are courtes books
-
full of courts. But anyway, Value number nine, somebody say
-
nine of the twelve plus one core values of ex Church.
-
I was asked in x Clang when I was bringing
-
the word in x clag Puss, why must be plus one?
-
I don't know whether they explained it.
-
To you but when we first started, and I said, God,
-
what are the core values of this church that I
-
can give to the generations to come? He said to me,
-
read Acts chapter two. So I read X chapter two
-
and got all twelve in the first year from the Lord.
-
I said, Lord, thank you. That is scriptural, is biblical.
-
In fact, extrap the two is when the church grew
-
in the Book of Acts, it really exploded. And so
-
we want to be like the Book of Acts. We
-
want to be like the Church in Acts. And then
-
about a year later I just felt that there was
-
something missing, and then I read the scripture again in
-
X two and I missed out one very important one.
-
Generosity. Do you know when revival.
-
Comes and he hits our hearts, when our hearts are
-
burning with fire, revival generosity seems to flow very easily.
-
But when our hearts are struggling, and when we are backslidered,
-
we hold our fists very tightly. You know.
-
It's like even ten cents you don'tant to give, you.
-
Know, but when God takes a hold of your heart,
-
you're very generous, not just with money, with your time,
-
you know.
-
Have you seen your friends on fire?
-
It's like, what more can I do you know how
-
many more mission troops can I go for? What can
-
I do to serve the Lord? When you're on fire?
-
Your desire ooh, that's rhyming. When you're on fire, your
-
desire is to just give unto the Lord. That's why
-
God is all consuming fire, and that's why he continues
-
to give. Our God is so generous, you know why,
-
because he's on fire, he's on revival constantly twenty four
-
to seven. And when his people made in his image
-
on fire as well. Oh my word, we're not asking,
-
you know, why should I jump? You're saying, Lord, how
-
high do you want me to jump? So I added
-
plus one, and of course I could have said thirteen.
-
I thought plus one.
-
We just kind of rock your boat a little bit,
-
you know, and make you remember it a little bit more. Okay,
-
so the plus one came a bit later. But you know,
-
we want to be a generous church. Somebody say generous church,
-
Praise God. And you were here, Passandra, telling you a
-
little bit more about how your giving has made this
-
church able to give. We've given to any CF, we've
-
given to Alpha, you know, and sometimes you know, we
-
don't just want to give three ring gid. We don't
-
just want to give thirty ring kid. You know sometimes
-
when Alpha says, you know, Passcanna's ex church, can you
-
give to the work of Alpha.
-
You know, we write a checkout for a minimum of
-
three thousand.
-
We never write anything less than that because we feel
-
like anything less doesn't make a difference. And then you've
-
got Malaysian Care who's doing great work among the addicts,
-
and you know among the prostitutes. You know, you can't
-
give three hundred ringd you know what difference does it make?
-
So we give ten thousands sometimes, But it's because we
-
collect all these funds that comes from a thousand, five
-
hundred people in Colon Loupor, and they give. Some give
-
ten ring gids, some give one hundred, some give a thousand,
-
some give ten thousand. Sometimes when I look at the
-
amount that people give at the well, we call it
-
the aniversary gift. And the next chance we get to
-
give is at our missions conference. You know, the amount
-
is like sometimes twenty five thousand, fifty thousand from one person.
-
Why because they give got their bonus, then they want
-
to give to the Lord. They give to the Lord.
-
Somebody say amen, not to the church. They give to
-
the Lord. And that's why the Lord blesses you. If
-
you just give to a church, a church can't really
-
bless you. You give to the Lord. The Lord bless
-
that you. Amen.
-
And it's all free will offering.
-
People give according to how much they want to give,
-
no force, no compulsion, and we collect and it comes
-
close to a million and a million plus right, And
-
so then you give us the power to be able
-
to bless other ministries and other church plans, and to
-
even build churches and all that. Okay, so there will
-
be another chance to give you haven't given yet, and
-
so pray about it. In Lord, what do you want
-
me to do? But generosity is powerful. So that's the
-
twelve plus one? Am I going too fast for you?
-
All right? Praise God? Everyone here is young, amen, even
-
those who feel right they're not so young. You're all
-
young at heart and so welcome. And for young people,
-
I know everything's fast and you're able to hear fast messages.
-
And why am I speaking fast? Because I have to
-
bring my two hour message down to one hour? Okay,
-
here we go, Unity guard it. We have the screen
-
up for you. You and uh, let's begin, let's begin.
-
Are you ready. Okay, So let's go back to accept
-
the two, where I pulled out all these values from value.
-
Number nine also comes from there. Let's read accept the
-
two verse forty two. Now, just don't just read it
-
on the screen. Yeah, don't be lazy, because when you
-
go back home, there's no more screen, and then you
-
go to, hey, wait, where did pastor leaders tour? But
-
if you flip your Bible, or at least press and
-
click your device, you will go like, oh, I think
-
I can remember. I flipped to my right. So you
-
go back home. I flipped my right. Where is it again? Oh?
-
Acts that's right. So let's read the word have got together,
-
and they continue steadfastly in the Apostles, doctrine and fellowship,
-
in the breaking of bread, and in press. I started
-
with as two forty two because the Bible says they
-
continued They all right together, continue steadfastly in the Apostles, doctrine,
-
in fellowship and break your bread and in p Let
-
me talk to you very quickly about this verse. Do
-
you know that I've used this verse for weddings before?
-
I use this verse for weddings before, you know? I
-
because the Lord told me this that it takes one.
-
Somebody say, one to follow the Apostles doctrine. Just just
-
one one of you to follow the word of God.
-
The microphone seems to be going lower and lower. Can
-
I have some power behind the microphone? Thank you so much, Moses.
-
What Moses was like, his hands was going up like this,
-
hutting the rate sea. Yeah, you know I need to
-
hear my voice. Yeah, I hear it now, Praise God.
-
And when I'm preaching to myself as well. So it
-
takes one person, just one person, even if the whole
-
world is only one person, that one person still has
-
to follow God's word. Yes, but it takes two. Somebody
-
said two to fellowship. If you are fellowshipping with yourself,
-
you gotta come for counseling. Okay, so one to follow
-
the Apostles doctrine, two to fellowship. But you know why
-
he takes three to break bread, because because the two that.
-
Fellowship can get angry with each other.
-
That's why churches split, churches break up, because even the
-
best of friends in church can split and get angry, upset,
-
you know, misunderstanding. So the third person when you break
-
bread has got to be there, and he says every
-
time you take the bread and drink of the cup.
-
Remember remember me. So it's you and that brother or
-
that sister who you can't see eye to eye even
-
in the same church. And you continue to see eye
-
to eye and forgive because Jesus is remembered. When you
-
break bread and drink of the cup, and you say,
-
if the Lord can forgive me from my terrible sins,
-
why can't I forgive my sister? Why can't I forgive
-
my brother? Are you ready? So number one or only
-
takes one to follow God's word, but it takes two
-
to fellowship, but it takes three two break bread. So
-
I'm speaking to the couple. I'm speaking to merit couples
-
or even young couples who I helped to exchange the vows.
-
I said, listen to me. You came as individuals, keep
-
following the word of God. But now you're not an individual.
-
Only you are a couple fellowship. But certainly I want
-
to tell you that you will fight as a husband
-
and wife. Remember to put Jesus in the middle. Is
-
this good preachy? And only when you break bread and unite.
-
I'm talking about unity guarded today. Only when you take
-
bread and unite. Can you pray? Prayers are powerful? Have
-
you ever seen a husband and wife? They argue you
-
think you can pray together? Can can't?
-
And and.
-
Upset to each other. They haven't forgiven each other. You
-
think their prayers are powerful? No way, no way. So
-
it's not just merried a couple is the whole church? Right?
-
We must go to you come together? Say Lord, I'm
-
so sorry. I know my sister hurt my feelings the
-
other day. I would have forgiven because you first forgave me.
-
You break bread and then your prayers will be How
-
were full and hindered? Somebody say, amen? So the unity
-
comes from the breaking of bread, and it's so important
-
to put Jesus in the center of it. Or can
-
I hear good? Amen? Next one ex Chapter two still
-
on except the two Now all who believe. In verse
-
forty four says were together. Somebody say together, what's the
-
topic again? Unity guarded and had all things in common?
-
Say common? Common is where you get cammon or community.
-
A community shares all things in common. Common unity is
-
where you get community. We must have all things in common.
-
Nobody here thinking that you're greater than me. I think
-
I'm greater and you. Everybody thinks that you are more
-
high class. You are low class. You know you are
-
no body your skin color, doesn't you know cause you
-
to be anything greater than me. You know, we when
-
we are in church, we don't look at skin color.
-
We don't look at anything. We don't know a status,
-
we don't know at backgrounds. We look at the fact
-
that we're all brothers and sisters in the Lord. Somebody say, man,
-
praise God, and so we must come together and have
-
all things in common. We must be together. Somebody say
-
together again, and they sold their possessions. You see, when
-
we are not together, When you're not united, we can't
-
do radical things like they did in the Book of Acts,
-
which is like when there were needs in our house,
-
needs in our community.
-
We're not together enough. We're not common enough, or rather.
-
We're not Yeah, all right, okay, thank you.
-
So all those who are watching your live streaming, don't worry.
-
I'm back, thank you. It's okay, Okay, fantasy, I'm so
-
glad you're here. More. Keep bring miracles. Oh he's keep
-
pointing to be payed back because he wasn't working. So know,
-
yeah he's working. He said, no, I was kidding. Okay.
-
So they saw their possessions and goods and divided them
-
among all as anyone had need. Next scripture, still on
-
except the two. I want to show you how I
-
was able to draw out unity as an important factor,
-
as an important core value, from except to itself. So
-
continuing daily with one a call, somebody says, want a card,
-
somebody saying, want a card, and it's not a Honda car.
-
But in the temple and breaking bread. You see, they
-
continue to break bread. Why why didn't they use the
-
world fellowship here? Why did he repeat the word prayer here?
-
Because when you are going to be one accord together,
-
having all things in common, you've got to continue to
-
break bread. So they broke bread from house to house,
-
ate their food and with gladness and simplicity of heart.
-
This is a characteristic of the thriving church in the
-
Book of Acts. We want to be that church. That's
-
why we call ourselves X. But we want to be
-
in one chord. Everybody, listen to my heart one. We
-
want to be united, and the way to do it
-
is to remember Christ what He's done for us. Okay,
-
Unity is key, says the next slide is key to
-
success and sustainability. Sustainability is a big word now, Okay,
-
people say ESG ESG you know ESG. Okay, well neither
-
do I. But the as is all right, goals, he says,
-
all against Cendra environmental very good. Yeah, just guessing. But
-
I think Byenra is nodding her here. She says, yeah,
-
it's right. And you know your husband, yeah, is really
-
supporting you. He's an expert. Yeah, okay, so EESG, all right.
-
Unity is really key if you want ex church to
-
sustain for another pen generations.
-
You know, I think Jesus will come back a ready.
-
I really am convicted and convinced that the Lord will
-
come back soon, very soon.
-
So I'm trying to live my life like he's coming
-
back tomorrow.
-
But the thing is, sustainability is what we all want
-
for our families and for our ministries and for our church. Okay,
-
now let's study together very quickly. John seventeen, twenty twenty two.
-
Are you ready turn to your Bibles now? And now
-
you should be turning left because from X back to
-
John is left. And if you're using a tablet, it's okay.
-
Just ignore what I'm trying to say to you okay, Oh,
-
I just turned off my eyepad. Hold on one second, okay,
-
I do not pray say Jesus for these alone, but
-
also for those who will believe in me through their word,
-
that they all maybe once come on, they all maybe.
-
Do you understand that this is the prayer of Jesus himself.
-
Do you also understand that this is one of his
-
final prayers, one of his final major prayers recorded in
-
the Bible. In fact, some people call it the High
-
priestly Prayer. John seventeen is known as the High Priestly Prayer.
-
Do you know if it's your last prayer, you don't
-
waste your words? How many of you will if you know, now, okay,
-
this is my last prayer. After this prayer, I'm gonna
-
go to be with the Lord. How many of you
-
just just praisimply like, oh Lord, and a thank you
-
for the vegetables? I ate you probably won't say that.
-
You probably say, oh Lord, please save my unsaved family.
-
Who's still not saving You begin to pray very important prayers,
-
and in the last recorded prayer of Jesus he prayed,
-
make them one How important is it.
-
To the Lord?
-
To the Lord himself?
-
He said, make them one, as you Father are in
-
me and I in you, that they also may be
-
one in us, that the world may believe that you
-
sent me, and the glory which you gave me, I've
-
given them, that they may be one, just as we
-
are one.
-
So you know, friends, even as we read the scripture.
-
That the anesis of this concept or idea. The inspiration
-
of unity doesn't come just by the fact that we
-
should unite or that is good to be one. The
-
very core of this idea comes from the fact that
-
God is one. So you're drawing not just from a
-
Bible scripture. You're not drawing just from a good preaching.
-
You're drawing from the fact that our God is one,
-
Father's son, holy Spirit. And that should be enough to
-
let you know and to convince your heart how important
-
unity is our God, Father's son. I'm repeating myself, because
-
God is three persons, although it's one God, and they
-
work together so well all these years, and because they
-
are one, Jesus says, make them one, all of us
-
in this room, as we are one. So the inspiration
-
doesn't just come from scripture. The inspiration comes from a person,
-
from God himself. Do you get this all right. The
-
microphone is still starting to go lower, and therefore my
-
voice is starting to strain, and I'm not sure.
-
I pray God will uphold my voice for the second service.
-
But here we go. Second slide that will come your way.
-
Let's read this one. Let's read this question. Can you
-
imagine God fighting with himself anyone in his room? Can
-
you imagine in your wildest dreams, Father scoring the sign? Hi, yead, Jesus,
-
why are you wake up so late? Jesus talked to
-
the spirit, Oh, Holy God, John, I told you many times, Spirit,
-
Why are you like that? You know? Spirit said Father?
-
Why have you ever imagine in your wildness dreams, God
-
Father's son, Holy Spirit fighting? You cannot imagine, right, You
-
cannot imagine. Right. I pray that it will not happen.
-
Also in the church, it will not happen. Also in
-
our marriages, you know, it will not happen. Within ourselves.
-
God will never fight with himself. He is so united,
-
he is so one, and his prayer is that we
-
will be one. Now. I like the word us and
-
the word hour because it was not just using John seventeen.
-
It was used all the way back in Genesis one.
-
Twenty six. Let's put that out. Then, God said, let us,
-
somebody say us already from the beginning, God, the Father's
-
Son and Holy Spirit created the heavens and the earth
-
and human beings as we know them.
-
From day one. They were us from day one.
-
They were not just you, not just me, but you
-
and me and us amen from day one. And they
-
made us in their image, our image.
-
It's never just been you, me, but our it's us everyone.
-
Okay. That's how we continue to build this church. Unity
-
guarded is a very important core value. We need to
-
God unity with all our hearts. God your marriage unity,
-
God your heart unity. I'll talk about that a little
-
bit more because I believe the Holy Spirit has dropped
-
something in my spirit for you. But God, the church unity.
-
All right, let's look at some scripture. Now we have
-
more scripture, I should say. Let's look at the next slide.
-
Luke three twenty two says, and the Holy Spirit descended
-
in bodily form like a dove upon him, and a
-
voice came from heaven. We said, you are my beloved son.
-
In you I am well please, well look at that.
-
Just in one scripture, you get Holy Spirit, you get Jesus,
-
and you get the Father all working in one, all right,
-
John fourteen nine to ten.
-
He who has seen me has seen the Father.
-
Wow. You see how how closely they work together? All right?
-
If you have seen me, Jesus says, you've seen the Father.
-
So how can you say, show us the Father? Do
-
you not believe that I am in the Father and
-
the Father in me. The words that I speak to you,
-
I do not speak on my own authority. Wow, how
-
closely the Son and the Father works. But the Father,
-
who dwells in me does the works. One more Matthew
-
twelve thirty two. Anyone who speaks the word against the
-
Son of Man, it will be forgiven him. But whoever
-
speaks against the Holy Spirit, you will never You will
-
not be forgiven him, either in this age or in
-
the age to come. You see how the Son is
-
so close to the Holy Spirit. They are one. Have
-
you ever seen friendship like that?
-
You know?
-
Let's say me passa. Daniel and Albert are so close. Right,
-
If you talk about Daniel, I'll say, don't talk to him,
-
don't talk about him. A. Have you seen friends of that?
-
You know how close they are? Then you know Albert,
-
you know. You know, someone say, hey, it's Alberta always
-
always want to be black? No, I said, you know that,
-
you gotta answer answer for him. What you mean, always
-
want to be? He is black inside? You know inside? Amen? Amen,
-
brother you feel me. Yeah. Yeah, don't even say the
-
word yeah word. Amen, don't even say black. Want to
-
be is black? You know? Yeah? Because black want to
-
be is not a very good thing.
-
Yeah.
-
No, you you gotta that. That is how the Father's.
-
Son in the Holy Spirit workskay mage.
-
The Sun says that the Sun says that you want
-
to score me, you score me, don't score the Holy Spirit.
-
If you hear me, you hear the father. If you
-
see me, you see the father. Father says, you see
-
my son in he in him? My Well, please you
-
see how they talk about each other. That's why I
-
show'd you like that all these years, you never allow
-
anything to come in to break how to break the
-
parents and how to break parents up When children go
-
to mom and say, mom, daddy won't give you ice cream,
-
and mom, all the mom has to say is you're dead.
-
I tell you you're dead. I tell you always. You know, party, pooper, party, whatever,
-
you know, he's always no. Then then then then then
-
then the mom says no, no, no, no, my mammy, give huh,
-
you're dead? Or and then you run to your dad
-
sometimes and that says, your mama, tell you what I
-
know how I marry her right? Over right? That's the
-
way you break the parents up right, And so the
-
best give father's the best gift you can give your
-
children is to love your wife. Wife is the best
-
gift you can give your children is to love your husband.
-
I mean, your children come running, you know I mean
-
you don't you don't We taught this? You know this.
-
Your children come running. You say what your father should say?
-
What the mommy say? They cannot only after dinner? Then
-
that's also my word. And if you don't agree that,
-
you talk behind the doors. Hey dear, why are you
-
going to do that? Okay, you do that, you do that,
-
but you must always be you writed and unity is
-
the best gift you can give your children. It's the
-
most secure gift. Your children feel so secure when mommy
-
and daddy are together. You can't break God up. You
-
just can't. That's why we are all so confident in
-
this room. We all feel so secure in this room,
-
even with that war going on in the Middle East.
-
We feel secure because the Middle East can break up,
-
but God will ever break up.
-
And when he.
-
Says he loves you, all three loves you, father' sid
-
Holy Spirit. You understand what trying to say. So bring
-
it down to your own life. Bring it down to
-
your own family, Bring it down to your own parenting,
-
Bring down to your own office, Bring down to your
-
own you know, business, because a business will break up,
-
a company will break up, a church will break up.
-
If we don't understand this, anybody, Okay? Oh, God works
-
as a team, says the next slide. He works as
-
a team together, everyone achieves more. He works as a team,
-
and he desires us to do the same. Can I
-
hear good? Amen? Now listen, I'm gonna give you five
-
points very quickly of what unity is not. What unity
-
is not? Are you readyber One is not uniformity just
-
because everybody dressed in the same uniform means you're united.
-
Not really. Yeah, you can be all in police clothes
-
in this room doesn't be united. You can be.
-
All in boys, brigade, girls, brigate uniform.
-
You're not united.
-
You can be all wearing the ex church follow shirt.
-
That does it? Be you're united. You can be husband and wife.
-
You can be driving the same car to go to
-
the same church. Doesn't be you're united. Okay, so quietly
-
can can love for be one churche huh? Okay, yes,
-
thank you so much. What else is it not? It's
-
not exclusivity. That's because you're exclusive. If you're a club.
-
We are a church called ags and you know we've
-
got our own corner, doesn't mean we are we are united.
-
You're joining a club you know, called up my club
-
or whatever club you know, Suddenly you got club status,
-
Suddenly you got exclusive status.
-
No, it doesn't mean that. Don't build a club. God
-
doesn't want a club.
-
He was a church. Amen. I know there are there
-
are all kinds of systems around the world, cast system
-
and you know, I don't know even in China. You know,
-
there is some sort of a cast system. And people
-
think that, oh, we are united because we are united.
-
Don't friend that person from another cast, don't friend that
-
person from another economic status. Oh we're not from that school.
-
We are from Oxford. Let's not Oxford is united. Oxford
-
cannot work with Harvard. Harvard cannot work with Cambridge. You
-
know that's exclusivity and it does nothing in the Kingdom
-
of God. What's point number three? Over protectiveness and possessiveness. Parents, Listen,
-
one of the worst things you can do for your
-
children is be over protective. But you say, no, no, no,
-
I just want to keep everybody in the same room.
-
I just want to keep everybody in the same house.
-
I just want to keep everybody united in No, don't
-
say that. You are being overprotective and over possessive. And
-
you know what will happen. Your children will one day resented.
-
All right. Some people call it helicopter parenting. Okay, actually
-
a helicopter t big now is drawn drawn? Why why mommy?
-
Why mommy? You don't want to know everything your son does?
-
Why mommy, you want to know everything your daughter does?
-
I want to keep everybody united? Who you bluffing? Right?
-
They will resenting one day? Stop it?
-
Stop it number D number D because number dar Okay.
-
Next, life controlling, Okay, don't be con Oh you know
-
I love my family and I want to keep them
-
all one. And then you control everybody's schedule, you control
-
everybody's life. No, don't do that. And finally, manipulative. Somebody,
-
I don't even spell this correctly. I'm wondering whether the
-
eye comes before the uu becomes before the eye. But anyway,
-
I wrote it right this time round. I think Okay,
-
many pooh maney Pool so much, super maney Pool. Don't
-
manipulate and what is what is manupulate or being manipulative?
-
Manipulative is also a form of control. But you are
-
controlling a person for your own benefit, using their weakness,
-
using their fears.
-
Uh.
-
Sometimes we do it without even knowing. Also, you don't
-
love Mamadila, you need love their deala. That's manipulating because
-
you're riding on you know that they will respond and know, Mammy,
-
I also love you.
-
You know we think it's like very loving and very
-
like all together united.
-
I know it's not. It's it's just you just you
-
just really take an advantage of what you You already
-
know the person will respond that way because they will
-
feel guilty or they'll feel bad about there's you're you're
-
writing or the person's weakness for your own benefit. Know. Oh,
-
so you you know you only care for and stuff
-
like that. You know, uh, uh, you only care for
-
your staffler. You don't care for you know, stuff like
-
I don't know. I don't know. I don't have all
-
the examples in my mind. But these five things are
-
not what unity is. Can I hear? Good? Amen? All right?
-
So what is unity? Let's move on? Uh, there's two
-
points in your booklets? Some of you have your booklets?
-
M me s all right, fat wow, I'm so proud
-
of you. Fantastic. Do you keep in your car? I know,
-
I know somebody keep it in my car, so I'll
-
never forget it. Uh? Some are you keeping your bible? Right?
-
So you bring your bible? You bring your book? Very good,
-
very good. Those of you who are new to our
-
church and don't have it, now, we have copies for you. You know,
-
were actually made photo copies for you. And so please
-
let your friend know I don't have a copy. Can
-
I have a copy and one of our host team, Yeah,
-
we'll give it to you. God not got anyone anyone here?
-
What's any okay? Okay, So let's look at the next point.
-
Unity is powerful. Somebody say unity is powerful? It is
-
very powerful. Okay.
-
Let's look at Mark chapter three, verse twenty three to
-
twenty five. So he called them to himself and said
-
to them in parables, how can Satan passed out Satan.
-
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand,
-
cannot stand. You can add if you want to, that
-
family cannot stand, that marriage cannot stand, that company cannot stand.
-
And if a house is divided against itself, that house
-
cannot stand. Other words of Jesus very clear, very clear,
-
how important unity is. See ladies and gentleman, I want
-
to tell you in advancea unity is hard work. It's
-
hard work because we are people of emotions and feelings.
-
And sometimes it's easy when things are all going our way.
-
Sometimes when it's not, it's very hard. Even in church,
-
especially in church, it's very hard. But you and I
-
need to understand how we cannot not God unity, because
-
this is a statement we use in that church. If
-
you got unity, unity will guard you. If you got
-
your marriage, and the unity of your marriage when you
-
are down, that which you invested, that which you sold
-
into will one day reap when you're down and we
-
are tired, and suddenly all that you were sowing into
-
unity all these years suddenly comes back and says that
-
don't worry. You have given your life for this family,
-
and you've guarded the unity, and you loved us so much.
-
Now is out time to take care of you. I
-
don't deserve this, know you do because all these years
-
you've done your best to keep us together, and now
-
we're gonna help you keep together.
-
I'm retired from this church for now six years.
-
You know, I've sold into this church for the first
-
twenty years, and I've continued so of course, but not
-
like the first twenty years. And today the church really
-
takes care of me. Wherever I go for ministry, whatever
-
I do, the church continues to look after me. And
-
then I say, hey, guys, you know I don't work
-
as hard as I used to, like, you know, for
-
the church and in the churches. Said but Pastor, for
-
twenty years, you've been investing into growing this church, and
-
now is our time to invest in you. So praise
-
the Lord. I want to say to you. If you
-
got unity, unity will guard you. Somebody say a man,
-
all right? Next verse ecclesiastics. Not very easy to pronounce this,
-
but ecclesiastics, Oh hello, All the children are there, okay.
-
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him.
-
And a three four cord is not quickly broken. This
-
verse is very popular for weddings. How many have you
-
ever heard this scripture for weddings? Ah, one may be
-
overpowered by another, so don't be one.
-
I just only use this versa for a wedding for
-
my niece.
-
My niece book me her uncle for two years, two years,
-
twenty to twenty four, Uncle Kenny, Can you do my
-
wedding as you're get married? It is so fast? Say no,
-
two years time? Say what you woke me so earlier.
-
I'm afraid that you won't be around. So I did
-
the wedding and it was ninety percent non Christian guests
-
the end of ten percent. So the Holy Space says,
-
now's the time to share the love of God and
-
the word of God to all these beautiful people here today.
-
And I use this scripture. And I told the couple,
-
don't come into this wedding as one, because sometimes you
-
can get married as one. You know what I mean?
-
Meaning to say. The girl says, if I don't get married,
-
I will never be complete. So she wants to get
-
married so that she can feel complete. Then you entered
-
that wedding as one. And if you enter a wedding
-
as one, you will one day be overpowered, or the
-
guy says, oh, I really need a beautiful girl by
-
my side. I feel like, you know, I'm a man.
-
So a lot of people get married for selfish reasons
-
or no, you know, you get married for selfish reasons.
-
You get married as one, but two? Can we stand that?
-
So come into this wedding. I told them as two.
-
But even better, I closed the message. You know, it
-
was the shortest message I've ever done for wedding. I
-
think it was eight minutes. Who because the people all day,
-
I know they never been to church, or some of
-
them been to church. My let never been a long time, right.
-
But then after that, everybody keeps the visit. Oh, we
-
so enjoyed faster, we so enjoyed the message. We wish
-
it was longer, I say, I wish my church tells
-
me that, but maybe too long and too long? One
-
hour too long? A too long? Okay, So I promise
-
you I'll do fifty nine minutes. Okay. So there, So
-
I told them, I said, hey, one is not good,
-
two it is better. So I hope that you come
-
into this marriage as a two. Then they look at
-
me and go like, yes, yes, uncle Kenny. Two, But hey,
-
listen to me. Now I look at them right into
-
their eyes. It's better to come in as a three.
-
The world calls it third party, and it's not so
-
good to have a third party in your marriage, except
-
and unless it's God, because sometimes even the two is
-
not enough meaning to say. You argue, you fight, you
-
disappoint each other, you fail each other, you fail meeting
-
each other's expectations, no matter how much you you know,
-
sometimes these days are the vows. Are the vows? I
-
tell you what. He's just long. You know when I
-
was you know how many weddings I've done now, probably
-
about ninety to one hundred weddings I've done, And the
-
early days I was just the traditional vowels. No, I
-
Kenneth Chain, take you Sandra yo, to be my lawfully wife,
-
to have it to hold from this day for you know.
-
Then if we go on now we have to pass
-
pages to the guy and he says, just Andre, the
-
day I met you, I can play violin. No, I
-
assumed the deeper see by swimming pool. So he wants me,
-
but in very romantic, very nice I know, I know,
-
I'm not knocking them like you know, it's just very nice.
-
You know, right, But even after saying all that, I
-
will climb the highest mountain Gussie here, Yeah, I'll take
-
a bullet for you. Right. And then when the time
-
comes and they're fighting, all the vouce forgot.
-
I see my wife. Yeah, she says she's seen it
-
a long time.
-
Yeah, I hope everybody heard it on the live stream. Yeah,
-
keep it short like my message.
-
No, no, no, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay.
-
It's very romantically. I don't know people.
-
Okay, is there is their wedding, Okay, let them have
-
their thing.
-
But listen, all those of you are married long enough. Yeah,
-
when you're listening to a young percent give their bowser,
-
I think you look at each other. Guy, let's see we.
-
Say, no, don't be so bad.
-
Or when you when you hear someone giving a long
-
bous long bowser, you hold each other's hands medical post
-
in the wedding and pray for the Lord, help him
-
fulfill even ten percent of that. Oh Lord, but a
-
three four court. Come on, ladies and gentleman, we don't
-
have to have a third party in our marriage. But God,
-
because sometimes even the best of friends have their days.
-
But thanks be to God, we have Jesus in the
-
center of it all. Do you know what three? Four? Caddies?
-
Have you seen it? Let's look at this image. That's
-
the image. Come out, look at this. Okay, it be
-
a long time to draw this. I didn't draw it.
-
I took it for somewhere. It's a three four court.
-
You see that the ends the two ends. That's three,
-
although it looks like two. Right, it looks like two
-
in the middle right like there's only two being braided,
-
but it's three. Do you understand three?
-
Ladies?
-
German? Do you understand three? Have any of you girls
-
tried to braid your friend's hair using just two? You know?
-
You just want to right there? You go, right right?
-
You just have you ever tried? Have you ever tried? Girls?
-
Come on, look at you? Have you ever tried? There's two?
-
Just two?
-
I tried before, not just two. Then I assume I
-
let go.
-
And revels. I'm like, hey, I work so hard, No
-
two again, doc, I took the and I just I
-
just I just did that. I tried to put a
-
rubber bed at the end, and then the rubber beds stopped.
-
But the rest of the head is because you can't
-
listen to me now, because the Holy Spirit told me
-
to tell you this. Do you know that we are
-
also three person? We are spirit, soul and body. Do
-
you know that quite a few of you are trying
-
to get your life in order, not knowing why you're
-
going through stuff because you're also a three part person,
-
but you're trying to live life just two.
-
Maybe it's okay, I look good. That's your body.
-
I look good like I comb my hair, I do
-
my hair, I pull my hair, I color my hair.
-
Body I look slim. I look slim. I wear nice clothes.
-
I look at the mirror. Okay, that's one part, one part. Okay, body,
-
you are body, so you must get or your body. Okay.
-
I comb my hair, I put makeup on my face. Okay,
-
that's all right, that's all right, that's all right. And
-
uh and I look beautiful every day. I started for
-
a mirror one hour, one hour. So you're pulling on
-
that one card. You're pulling on that one card. If
-
you keep pulling, you can't become both. So you keep
-
pull off the body. Body, very important body. Body, Okay,
-
and then you try to Okay, what is the next
-
thing I need to tie you with my soul, my
-
soul or maybe my spirit, okay, and then you try
-
to just just your body and your your spirit. Maybe
-
sometimes you go to church, sometimes you don't go to church,
-
and you and then and then you you you try
-
so hard and then you unravel again. What in the
-
world is going on? I go to church with it,
-
and then you try the two again, and then maybe
-
I tried this way. No, friends, listen to me. God
-
told me before I came up here that your your
-
victory and your breakthrough is gonna come when you start
-
to tie your life together with three fall cord. Your
-
body can look nice, great, but your soul, your mind,
-
your emotions, that's what your soul is, and your will
-
must be in alignment to God's word as well and
-
your spirit.
-
Your spirit, of course, will always take God's side.
-
Your soul might not take godside. Your soul myself might
-
sometimes take the flesh sight. Listen to me very carefully.
-
The way forward for some of you in this room
-
is to make sure that you tie yourself up within
-
and say, body, soul, and spirit start believing as one.
-
You come together and you say, soul belief, this is
-
the word of God. I will believe I will tie
-
myself with my spirit and I will bring my body along,
-
because sometimes your body feel, you know, tired, Your body
-
feels weak, and your body doesn't want to corporate. And
-
so that's why God says in his word, if two
-
or three are gathered, I will be there. I really
-
believe this is not just two or three human beings.
-
It's two because sometimes you can worship God with two. Yes,
-
how do you worship God with two? Your spirit and
-
your soul worship, but your body feels so tired, so
-
you're sitting down, so your body is not participating. But
-
God says, never mind. As long as two is in agreement,
-
two is participating, I will still be there. But it's
-
better if it's two all three. So the third one.
-
Keep disciplinting your body so that your body will join
-
your soul and your spirit and together as a full
-
whole person soul spirit, body, spirit, soul, body, body is
-
soul spirit, you are together. And I'm telling you many
-
of you don't understand this, but if I tell you, you
-
will understand it. How many of you have felt really tired,
-
too tired to come to church before? How many of
-
you were too tired to come to press service before,
-
but when you came because your spirit says I should go.
-
And so your soul, which is your mind, your emotions,
-
is actually today I ah don't want then?
-
All right?
-
Right?
-
Then somebody call you, baby, somebody call you. Passes call you.
-
She said, that's that's a loving uh, you know, communication
-
with you. Woe Ah, Elijah, I heard that you were thinking, soul.
-
There's a soul, your spirit definitely, because the Bible says
-
your spirit belongs to God. You're born again, so let's
-
let's one again. That spirit is alive to God. But
-
your soul you were thinking, soul, soul you were thinking.
-
And why were you thinking of the comet? Because your
-
body is tired. So now your soul and your body
-
are one against God. So Passandra is an angel who
-
calls you and say, Elisha, I heard you were thinking.
-
Can you please come show you then decide to unite
-
with your spirit and come. And suddenly, in the middle
-
of the worshiper, your body feels refreshed. Come on, how
-
many of you have experienced that over and over again?
-
Just because now your body flows and follows your spirit
-
and your soul. And now the tree two or three gathered.
-
He is there now. Miss you understand this so many times.
-
It's happened so many by the way, welcome back, even
-
for those of you who don't know. She went to
-
Singapore and after ten days she came back because she
-
says she missed me so much. She miss her parents,
-
she missed her food. Okay, so Treefold call, let me
-
see the Treefold call again. Thank you XTV. I love
-
you so everybody. I want to just speak over your
-
life right now, that your body, soul and spirit will
-
be like this.
-
You will be one so strong the devil cannot unrevel.
-
You, so strong that the lies of ca Pop cannot
-
unrevel you. Yeah, cap is Kenneth Pop is it? Next slide? God,
-
Unity and unity will guard you next slide. It's hard work,
-
somebody's hard work. It takes real effort, especially when you're
-
angry with somebody. Sometimes. My wife and I, you know,
-
although we are both pastors, we have been angry with
-
each other before.
-
Yeah.
-
Yeah, as I turned to that is it, I know
-
I've never been angry. You didn't do by that as
-
a saint, but we have been, you know, upset. It
-
takes a real effort. I've actually prayed with my wife
-
before while being upset with her, just because God says pray.
-
So I mean my car driving down to the church,
-
and then my wife is next to me, says Kenneth,
-
you're going to pray. No, don't know she's she doesn't
-
said sorry to me. But you're the man, Kenneth, Yeah,
-
I know. I'm the man. What what does the men do?
-
I don't know. Actually, you know why you don want
-
to know? What does the men do? The man leads son,
-
Then what are you doing now following? What are you
-
following my feelings? Lee, Kenneth chain lead, You're the man? Okay,
-
cral let's pray somebody I do even say crilist. Somebody
-
just shut down so that when I pray tons, I
-
should go. I should get the she get the idea
-
that we are about to pray. And she also was
-
started praying times but also based only because she knows
-
I'm agree or she was to upset. So I don't
-
want to pray like you as hold out. It's hard work.
-
It takes real effort. Somebody say amen, I did say
-
A man say ouch? Constant awareness. You've gotta be constantly aware. Hey,
-
why am I angry my sister? Why am I upset?
-
Why am I not saying hello to you? Can? I
-
gotta be aware of what catch yourself, catch yourself contributing
-
to disunity. Catch yourself contributing to disunity? Okay? And with
-
deep humidity, with deep humility, somebody said, humbility, Never mind,
-
humidity is the right way and true submission to God
-
first amen, all right, but it's one. It's one of
-
the best investments you can make in your life. Turn
-
to your neighbor now and say, unity is one of
-
the best investments you can make in your life. Come on,
-
please turn one of the best investments. I guarantee you
-
the r O I is very good guarnation. I'm looking
-
at you, your wife, and and you are I tell
-
you sometimes I look at you all. You're like one
-
you know you really are. How come I what's your secret?
-
You never get angry with Emily or ant ever. I'll
-
tell you how. Who can agree with Emily? She get
-
angry with her?
-
She gives you one carry who want to run down
-
your mouth?
-
Who you're in love? Um hm? But they work very
-
well together. I can see I can see them working
-
very well together. And gave her a career. You know why?
-
You know why gables together? I wish sometimes they were
-
not so united. Thursday, are united with the or your father?
-
Give you? How many too? Is it? I will give
-
you too? It was equal. Okay, it's one of the
-
best investments you can make, the best arrow. I am
-
telling you. Please invest into your marriage, invest into your
-
your business.
-
Your business partners must be united.
-
Come on, uh, your your your ministry, your home.
-
Yes, the huddles and the church ba hard work.
-
I know.
-
Okay, I'm drawing to a close. Somebody say he'sdrawing to
-
a close. All right now.
-
Yella, okay? Are we question question? Are we unity builders
-
or breakers? Please answer me? Answer me? Go say we're
-
gonna answer. Okay, answer me. Are we unity builders or breakers?
-
Come on?
-
Turn to a neighbor saying, are you a uti builder
-
or breakers?
-
Come on? Some of you don't ask. Okay, ready, I
-
don't get angry in me. Okay, this is all scripture.
-
I'm gonna share you. Here we go Problems sixteen eight.
-
A perverse man soul strive, and a whisperer separates the
-
best of friends out.
-
Any whisperer here, you know.
-
I know today. I don't know why Elisha came up
-
with make up, you know, I don't know why. Ah
-
the lipstick, you know, the lipstick, the color? Huh? How
-
is she? Yeah? Huh only fifteen Elisah, you look beautiful
-
and just keep I keep on using you because you're
-
so beautiful. Okay. The tale bearer reveal secrets? Are you
-
a tale better?
-
I alls say, no need? What's a tale betterer?
-
Please? Cht? A tail bearer is a bearer of tales.
-
But he who is of a faithful spirit conceals the matter.
-
Are you faithful or your tale better? Next one, he
-
who goes about as a tale bearer reveal secrets? Ah,
-
I don't reveal secrets. Therefore, do not associate one who
-
flatters with his lips. All this is the word of God,
-
no word of God. Let no corrupt word proceed out
-
of your mouth. But what is good for necessary ediufcation?
-
That it may impart grace to the heroes when you talk?
-
Are you imparting grace to the heroes or not? Please
-
stop having all these mama sessions are that break people up?
-
One stop stop being so gossipy. That's just doesn't like
-
gossip Because God doesn't like gossip. You know what God
-
likes gospel. If you want to gosp anything, gospel, Lah,
-
don't gossip. Amen, getting way way quiet at the back?
-
Sometimes okay, please? Do you keep thinking or talking about
-
the things that divide or hear? Every time people talk
-
to you? Do you find more healing in the church?
-
Or EVERI people talk to you, you find more division? You
-
find more people coming to church, or I find more
-
you're leaving church after talking to you. Somebody say, ouch, okay,
-
all right, more scripture before I close. There we go.
-
The beginning of strife is like releasing water s.
-
Therefore, stop contention before a choral starts. The discretion of
-
a man makes him slow to anger, that's right, and
-
his glory is to overlook a transgression. Do you overlook
-
a transgression or not? Every little thing goes So you
-
want to, you know, be angry with as check call.
-
Somebody said, chackoll, I don't even know why I want
-
you to repeat a card. But if you're hungry, it
-
is too burning calls and would to fire. So a
-
contentious man to kindle strife very important. A contentious man
-
to kindle strife? Why A say important? Because I'll talk
-
about the woman later, but at least you know I'm
-
talking about a man now, a contentious man. Kindles strive.
-
Are you a contentious man? Are you a unity builder
-
or breaker? Do not hasten in your spirit to be
-
angry for anger? Rest in the bosom of fools? Are
-
there any fools in his room? Don't put up your hands, please,
-
No one in his room want to be known as
-
a fool. But the Bible has a lot to say
-
about fools. But you don't want to be a fool.
-
I also want to be a fool. But when you
-
do these things, you're a fool. Yeah.
-
By some Malaysia bod do God blows from whatever or.
-
Indonesia gold blow board.
-
Fool, You're a fool.
-
Don't please. No one in this room be a fool.
-
So watch your anger. Don't be so contentious. Don't everything
-
or so want to you know, small and God seem
-
and leave church. No, don't be like look at another
-
foolish thing in secontivity to Trady three to twenty six.
-
But avoid foolish and in ignorant disputes, knowing that they
-
generate strife. That's right, strife and a servant of the Lord.
-
How many observants of the Lord in this room must
-
not quarrel? Law said, we cannot call it anymore. Okay
-
from video always please take this scuture down? Uh? I
-
think you so? What? Yeah? Write it down for me.
-
How are you, uh, servant of the Lord? I mean,
-
I mean servants of the law in this room? Okay,
-
about heaven, don't quarrel, but be gentle to all?
-
I mean?
-
Are you able to teach patient in humility, correcting those
-
who are in the opposition? If God perhaps will grant
-
them repentance a way power fool so that they may
-
know the truth, and then they may come to their senses.
-
That's right. If you want people the computer senses and
-
escape the snare of the devil. So the devil puts
-
a snake in front of us, in front of fools
-
having been taken captive by him, to do his will
-
avoid foolish and ignorant disputes. Okay, ladies and gentleman, God,
-
unity and unity will guard you. What else do I
-
have for you before I close a foolish son? There
-
you go, fools again? Is the ruin of his father.
-
And the contentions of a wife.
-
Are a continual dripping trip trip trip.
-
Trip trip, Darling, I think I can hear dripping.
-
Trip's okay, Darling's all right. I'll have him looked at
-
next year. But Darling, if we don't do it now,
-
every drip is going to make that damage worse. That
-
hole is going to be from small a pin hole
-
is going to become so big. Rats are gonna come
-
down from that hole from a drip drip. You don't
-
deal with it, the drip is going to destroy us.
-
A continual dripping on a very rainy day and a
-
contentious woman. Somebody's can be mad as that are alike.
-
Whoever restrains her, restrains the wind. Anybody here try to
-
restrain the wind and grabs oil with his right hand. Impossible. Father,
-
in the name of Jesus, I pray that the content
-
dripping will stop today, hm next night. It starts small,
-
but affects all. Somebody can write a song. It starts small.
-
Drip drip, drip, drip, drip, drip drip every day, drip
-
drip drip five years, drip drip drip, still talking about
-
the same thing, drip drip, still completely about same thing.
-
Drip drip, drip drip why is my life so terrible?
-
Drip drip because you haven't stopped the drip. Why is
-
the whole getting bigger?
-
Drip? Stop the drip and see your heart heal your
-
life blessed, and greater things come for your life. Because
-
it starts small, but it affects all Suddenly it only
-
affected you then, Now it affects your husband. Now you
-
affects your favy. Now that affects you, your homes. Now
-
you affects your huddle. Now you affects your church. Now
-
it affects you everything, so aside close, How do we
-
do it? How should we then?
-
Do it?
-
Pasta? Not easy? You all, yes? Correct? Not easy? How
-
do we do it? Matthew eighteen tells us one way. Moreover,
-
if your brother sins against you, go and tell him,
-
lah directly him. You know, I just spoke to two pastors,
-
and can I tell you very honestly? Three days ago
-
I spoke to two pastors who's part of ex church.
-
Two of them couldn't see to I didn't know this.
-
For one year.
-
Now cannot see iye to I. The church is suffering,
-
people are going ap Hey, why is the church not
-
growing up? I asked the Lord, Lord, why is the
-
church not growing? The road says, it's always in the leadership.
-
Start there first, So it's amazing. One brother said to me, Pasta,
-
I'm so hurt because of what I heard this, the
-
brother said about me. So I ministered to this brother
-
three days ago. I said, have faith, have patience, don't worry.
-
God will defend you. God will help you. Yeah, but
-
past I'm hurting. I don't even know when I can
-
ever talk to him. One hour later, I'm praying, Lord,
-
what should I do? The law says, send that brother's
-
message to the other brother. So I screen shot the
-
message and I send to this brother. I said, Brother,
-
I don't use this screen shot one because I don't
-
think it's ethical. I don't think it's right. But I'm
-
going to screenshot this message because I hope it brings healing.
-
I want you to read exactly what this brother is
-
going through. And the brother read it. The brother said, Pasta,
-
can I call you now? Help me? We talked for
-
twelve minutes. I said to him before he put down
-
the phone, you pray about this. Whatever the Holy Smith
-
tells you, do it. About half an hour later, a
-
text came in. This brother said, Pastor. As I read
-
this other brother's text to you, I realize how wrong
-
I am. I was angry with him because of all
-
these things he was doing or not doing. But if
-
I was angry with him, I should speak to him directly.
-
Why did I go to everybody else? I'm wrong, Pastor,
-
I apologize. I should take it up with him, Bible,
-
go and tell him, not everyone else. So the God
-
does not allowed the church to grow because it's small.
-
By the facts, all one year, the church hasn't been growing.
-
In fact, has been going down in numbers. So the
-
Holy Space said do something about it. I said, yes,
-
I will you leave me, you guide me, I will help.
-
So this brother gave me such a beautiful message, I said,
-
I'm proud of you. You are showing Christ's likeness. You
-
are showing such mature discipleship. Half an hour later, I
-
thought of myself, what should I do now? What he says,
-
you screen shot that one and give you back to
-
this brother. So I screen short, I said, brother, I
-
hardly ever screen shot anybody's message. You know, you don't
-
screen short. If he's going to create more problems, you
-
screen short. If ever, what allows you to do what
-
if it's going to be healing. Are you a healer
-
or you a divider? Are you a peacemaker? Blessed and
-
the peace makers? So I said, brother, and the message
-
came back from this brother saying, fast, thank you for sharing.
-
This with me.
-
It's like the whole burden lifted off my shoulder. I
-
didn't realize what this brother was thinking. But now after
-
listening to this brother, he said, Fast, I've been praying
-
that we can reconcile for the sake of the church.
-
Now you have just given me an open door, because
-
now that I know his heart, I can easier reach
-
out to him. You're with me. Blessed to the peace makers.
-
How many peacemakers in this room closing last night? Last
-
night they were Okay, you're getting something out of this.
-
And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets,
-
some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers. Why for the
-
equipping of the sayings? Why for the work of the ministry,
-
Why for the edifying of the body of Christ? Oh,
-
there's a purpose. Why we're being equipped till when till
-
we all come to the unity of the faith. There
-
is a goal in God's mind. What's that goal? Be
-
quep until you come to the unity of the faith
-
on God's heart that we all come to church, study
-
the word, Study the word, study the word, so that
-
we can be more united, not more divided. And when
-
we come to the unity of a faith, we become
-
a perfect man. I underline and bolded these words. What
-
does the perfect man mean? Mature? No longer children?
-
I underline and highlighted that word as well.
-
We don't want to be children anymore, talk to and fro,
-
but we want to speak the truth in love.
-
That's why the Bible says, speak the truth in love.
-
May grow up. Somebody say, grow up. We all must
-
grow up, join and knit together together by what every
-
joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every
-
part in this church. We call you partner. We call
-
you partner, not member. There's no members of ex church.
-
There's only partners. Because partners do their part causes growth
-
of the body Amen.
-
For the edifying of itself in love.
-
Thank you Jesus Lord, help us today, no matter what
-
it takes to God unity. Firstly in our own lives,
-
God Unity. I know that most of you are smelling
-
something very fragrant and you're saying to yourself, what is there?
-
Could it be the presence of God? But it's making
-
me hungry. So here is the end of my prayer.
-
Thank you Jesus.
-
Lord.
-
Let it begin with us. You know, sometimes we can't
-
give unity because we ourselves are not united. Our spirit
-
is fighting with our soul. Our soul is fighting with
-
our flesh. But today I pray, come, if there's anyone
-
here who want to stand and say, pastor thank you
-
for preaching this. I receive it. I want to receive
-
it from my own life. I want to receive it
-
for my marriage. I want to receive it from my family.
-
I want to receive it from my ministry. I want
-
to receive it for ex church. If that's you, why
-
don't you stand? And it could be that everyone will stand.
-
That's okay, you know want we all want unity, don't we.
-
Jesus prayed for unity. He said, make them one, Father,
-
make them one as we are one. Come, let us
-
be inspired by God himself. Because God is one. He
-
never fights with himself. And that's why we're also secure,
-
so confident. Because God never fights with himself. He's one
-
and he will always be one, and he wants us
-
to be one. So maybe you can stand, lift up
-
your hands, maybe even say, Lord, make me one, Make
-
me one. Yeah, Spirit, soul and body, make me one,
-
so that I will not be You know what they
-
call it, uh skid zone. You know, I don't fight
-
with myself. I don't fight with my own thoughts. I
-
don't have to fight with my own feelings. I just
-
I'm united in myself. And from that unity of self
-
will come the unity in your home and your family,
-
your marriage. I pray for unity in every marriage in
-
his room. Oneness is the best gift you can give
-
to your children. And then I pray for unity in leadership.
-
All the leaders in this house be united, be one.
-
Regardless of your feelings. Don't worry about your feelings. Your
-
feelings come and your feelings go. Your feelings and my
-
feelings that they're not dependable. They're not dependable. Feelings are
-
not trustworthy. It's fickle. So don't go by feelings. Go
-
by faith. How does faith come? Faith comes by hearing
-
and hearing the word of God. May all of us
-
have strong faith in this rule and may act church
-
unite like never before. Come on God, unity, And I
-
assure you I guarantee you that unity will guard you.
-
When you feel down and you feel weak, and you
-
feel like you want to give up.
-
If you have.
-
Invested into unity, unity will also invest in you.
-
If you have protected unity, unity will also protect you.
-
One day. Yes, I guarantee you it will happen because
-
God said, so, make them one, and the world will
-
know that you sent me. Lord, bless every single person here,
-
feel every heart, give us the conviction to put unity
-
as a priority in our lives. Because when we God
-
unity unity regardless, feel us, Oh God, with your holy spirit, father,
-
son and spirit, Jesus says, make them one. Father's we
-
are one. Make us one. Lord ex got the communing.
-
Make us one forever one. Whether I personally be here
-
or not, whether pass sand or be here personally or not.
-
It's okay. We all will continue to guard this unity
-
that we had from the beginning. Yes, you know, at
-
the beginning always unity is easy because everybody is happy.
-
But later on it gets hard. But it's okay. It's
-
part and passive life. Let's put our hands together, play
-
our part as partners of this church, and let's build
-
this house causing growth and edification in the body of Christ.
-
Eyes are close. He's about is there anyone in this room.
-
You're here for the first time, second time, maybe even
-
tenth time, but you have never really given your heart
-
to Jesus Christ. That's why maybe sometimes inside of you
-
you don't feel complete. You don't have the three four
-
cod What do I mean? You're just the two that
-
can't bind yourself together, and you keep falling apart. You
-
keep falling apart. But I want to invite you to
-
invite Jesus. I want to invite you to invite Jesus
-
as the third fall cord, so that you and me
-
will be a three four cord that will never be broken.
-
Are you ready? Maybe Jesus has not yet been put
-
as the third fall, as the third party in your
-
life that can really make the difference. So his eyes
-
are closed. He it's about, is there anyone that needs
-
this prayer? If you need this prayer, I am so
-
honored to be able to pray for you. Are you ready?
-
I'm gonna count three, one, two, and three when you
-
hear the number three, and those of you watching online
-
you can be that person or so as well. Maybe
-
you're not a Christian, Maybe you don't even go to church,
-
but you happen to come online. There's no happen to
-
there's no accidents in God's economy. There's only divine appointments.
-
And so you have come in to this recording, or
-
rather this online today, and yes, after this online, after
-
the life online, it will be a recording. Maybe you're
-
watching this one year from today. It's okay. God brought
-
you here to watch this. Maybe because you are totally
-
in dis array. You're totally a mess inside of you.
-
And today you hear that Jesus can make your spirit,
-
soul and body one, and that you can be a
-
steady person full of God's peace. Are you ready? Jesus
-
can make the difference in your life and those of
-
you in this room. This is also for you. I'm
-
gonna count to three, and after I say three, you
-
lift up your right hand, and I'll pray for you
-
and those of you. I can't see you on television,
-
but if you lift up your hands lifted up by faith,
-
God sees you. I can't see you, but God sees you.
-
Here we go. One. When you hear the number three,
-
lifts up your right hand. Two and three. Let me
-
see their head. I see the hand two heads in
-
the bag. Three, four, okay, good, good, Praise the Lord.
-
Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. It's okay, it's okay.
-
Some of you are thinking, you know, I'm not sure
-
whether I should have lifted up my hands or all.
-
Just do whatever God puts on your heart. You're just
-
obeying the Lord. It's okay, all right. There's no face
-
and fixed rule and how it should be done. No,
-
if you put up your hand means you want God
-
to come and do something in your life. So here,
-
we're gonna pray this prayer together. You may have said
-
this prayer before, but why don't we just say it
-
and meet it with all our heart? So can we
-
put up that prayer on the on the screen.
-
All right?
-
And I know that at least four hands, at least
-
three of people I have not really fellowship with before,
-
and maybe two or three other hands that have gone
-
up that I know you. But let's do this together,
-
everyone in the church. Dear Lord Jesus, Dear Lord Jesus,
-
thank you for your love for me and for dying
-
on the cross. Please forgive me on my sins, wash
-
me cleaned by your precious blood, and come and live
-
in my heart and come and live in my heart.
-
Fill me with your Holy Spirit, and teach me your ways.
-
Tea.
-
I now live to worship you, and please you to
-
worship in Jesus. They might pray Jesus my prayer. Amen.
-
We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
