The Kingdom of God

Matthew chapter four and the seventeen nas where we start from Matthew chapter four and

nothing unimportant in your spiritual life. Is something unimportant. Everything is important.

But if you arrange it in order of priority, you find that some things

come first, and other things come second, and other things come fired and

another things other things come first. You see, if you don't prioritize in

your life. And if you don't know how to do first things first,

you'll be doing good things and not getting any results from it. Okay,

So in as much as certain things are good in certain periods and for certain

times, they're not right now, this is the use of the Holy ghosts,

the function of the Holy ghost in a Christian's life. It's not to

tell you the difference between good and bad, because that's what your conscience is

for. Everybody has a conscience. Everybody has a conscience, whether you are

saved or you're not. See if you have a conscience and your conscience helps

you to understand the difference between good and bad. Consciences are mostly shaped by

culture. So in certain cultures, when you do certain things, you feel

like it's wrong. In different cultures you do the same thing and I hold,

they don't think it's wrong. It is because of the information that is

embedded in the culture. Your conscience is shaped by that. For instance,

when I was going up, I had a very hard time because I'm left

handed. You know, I use my left hand to do almost everything.

I use my left hand to right, I use my left hand to eat,

I use my left hand to do almost everything you know. And in

Ghana, you know what they say about left hand using your left hand at

the time. When you get to your left hand and say, hey,

why are you using about what should I use? It's a hand, I'm

just they say you don't have you had this thing? Sorry for left?

That's what I'm saying. For a believer, the function of the Holy

goalst is different for somebody who is not saved. When you are not saved,

the Holy ghost convicts you of sin, convicts you of judgment, and

convince your right. So are not saved right, But when you are saved,

the Holy Ghost leads you into truth. The Holy goalst helps you to

differentiate between what is good and what is right. Listen very carefully. Why

because there are certain things that may be good. They are good all right?

Because when you are a believer, your challenge is not really good things.

But you know what it's good and what it's not good. Now the

challenge is what does God want to do or what does God want you to

do right now? That is the main issue one way a believer. It

is not about whether you should still or you know still? I mean.

One of the most discussing topics I've ever had ever raised in a youth church

was premotile sex. Is it right or it's not right? Discussional I've been

a discussion, he said. The topic for the discussion is premotile sex.

Whether we should have oh, have it? Why not have all the sex

don't discuss such things because we already know that these things are wrong. These

is like the foundation of everything. If you don't love God and you don't

to sacrifice his friend. Yeah. Look, there's some friends that are not

your friends, who when push comes to show up, that will sacrifice.

extent some people can go for money. Money. That's the extent some people

that they can chase money to the point of they can sacrifice their own mother.

Now look at and mostly for you to get money. In order for

you to get money, you have to have certain things in place. Right.

You need to have a business, You need to have an education,

You need to have something that would get you the money. But look at

somebody, Nicholas Duncan Williams. He only attended school up to class three.

Did you know that schools the whole schooling, that is, look at him,

class three, that was the whole school. He has attended class three

and he went to Bible school. With his class three education. He couldn't

speak English, he couldn't right English, he couldn't read English. The only

thing that he knew, the only thing that he had was the Bible.

And before that time he had done all sorts of things. He had done

drugs, he had done discord things, he had done labor work. He

had done so many bad things. You see how his hand is like the

right hand. Have you noticed the right hand? How the how the right

hand is bent, and you know the hand looked like this, The hand

looked like it's always giving you first the hands like this. He did it

to sixty, he was giving his testimony again and he said, one day

into the fire. I think it was another influence of drugs or something.

And he put his hand into the fire and he could not pull it out.

So he said he could see his hand burning and the bones popped them,

the flesh melted, the bones popped out, and he was trying to

pull the thing and the thing wasn't coming out, and he started screaming,

screaming, screaming, and some people from outside came. They saw, they

put the candle away. They took him to Collibu and then they said,

look, this thing is damaged beyond repair. We have to chop it off.

So that's how his hand became like that, and he dropped the sound

off. He said, while he was on admission at the hospital, this

young, nineteen years he was He could have done anything. He could have

decided to learn a trade. He could have decided to take himself back to

school. By said no, I would teach myself. I would educate myself.

But in the meantime, I will be preaching. That's all I'll be

doing. He started preaching, started preaching, started preaching, started preaching.

He was on fire. He wasn't stopping started preaching. He was preaching.

By the time he realized the two people he was preaching to had become four.

The four had become eight, the eight had become sixteen, the sixteen

had become thirty two, the thirty two had become sixty four, that sixty

four had become one twenty eight. You say, I'm not multiplying by two

from one twenty eight? Where you go? Where do you go from one

twenty eight? It's okay, two fifty six, two fifty six. It

was just multiplying. And by the time he realized things that he didn't even

all he wanted to do was God, that's all. By the time you

had guarded began to witness and to recognize the gift of God on his life,

and they began to bless him today. I mean, there's no need

way hide in the boats? You know? He went to hide in a

boat with some bread and water, and they threw him into the sea.

They caught him in the middle of the voyage, and they took him and

threw him into the sea. I said, alone, and he swam.

think two times he was determined and both times he was caught. He said.

One time when the captain caught him, they were in the high seas.

that's not even the high seas. Deeper than that, that's where they

caught him. And they were about to throw him overboard, because that's what

they do to stow away people. But the captain of the ship asked for

he has a son. His son is called Nicholas. See when God's hands
