The Kingdom is not of this World - Rev Francis Owren 9th June 2024

Father way. Thank you well, bless you today. We give you praise.

We give you all the glory and all the adoration. Thank you for

the gift of life. Thank you for making us to see this day we

are breathing. Oh Lord, we can lift up our hands. Thank you

Jesus for the eyes to see, the ears to hear. Thank you for

the roof over our heads. For they are those who slip by the roadside,

and when it's rained they have to stand. But Lord, you've made

a way that we have roof over our head. It's not automatic that you

made the way. They are those who don't know where the nest male is

going to come from. But Lord, you've made the way. Always you

made the way. Lord. Thank you for gift. Thank you for the

salvation you've given to us. Thank you for coming to die, to reconcile

us back onto you. Lord. Thank you Jesus for this. If we

are alive today, just by your grace and by your messes that has kept

us alive till this day. We are grateful. Lord. We are grateful.

Lord. We say, thank you. Hide me, Lord, behind

the cross me. You'll be made they see more of you and less of

me. Lord, because it's all about you. You made the way for

me. You made the way for us. You made the way for us,

our Lord to give in seevizay to breathe. Thank you Jesus for the

opportunity to come together, as your word said, how good, and thanks

for brethren to brow together. Thank you there you said we should not despise

the gatherings of the Saint. We are grateful that you've brought us together to

hear your word, to be empowered, to be instructed, to be directed.

Oh Lord, through your word, we say thank you have your way.

Lord. Let the heavens be open over our heads and over our lives.

Let the heavens be open. Lord, Speak to our hearts, Speak

to our heart's day, Speak to our heart this day, Lord, ten

things around, renew our minds. So Lord, transform our hearts. We

say, thank you Jesus, Thank you Father in Jesus' name, Amen,

that we can read together? John chapter eighteen, versus thirty three. If

read from? All right? Eighteen ty three? Yeares. Then Pilot entered

the petroum again, called Jesus and said to him, are you the King

of the Jews. Let's go, Jesus answered him, Are you speaking for

yourself about this? Or are you readys ready together? Hallelujah? Have we

ready together? All right, let's read it together. John chapter eighteen,

verse thirty three. Let's go, And are you the King of the Jews?

Jesus answered him, Are you speaking for yourself about this or did others

tell you this concerning me? Pilot answered, am I a Jew your own

nation and the chief priest have delivered you to me? What have you done?

Thirty six? Jesus answered, my kingdom is not of this world.

If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would fight so that I

should not be delivered to the Jews. But now my kingdom is not from

here. Let the Lord add his blessing to his word. In Jesus' name,

our ride and they resume your seat. God bless you, hallelujah,

But a blessing, Thank God for today, thank God for life. We

are praying where He will lead us to and then where we will land.

Amen. So last week we started on the Kingdom series and we are continuing.

Today's salmon title is the Kingdom is not of this world. The Kingdom

is not of this world. Hallelujah. So this is Jesus talking, and

that's a type tell of the message. The kingdom is not of this world.

The Kingdom is not of this world. Can we have a definition of

a kingdom on the board? Can you quickly said something? Or if not,

you can just go ahead. Kingdom is a country state. According to

the Oxford Dictionary, it said kingdom is a country state or territory ruled by

a king or a queen. Is it correct? Am I correct? Okay?

So be our dictionary. Hallelujah. Amen. Yeah, it's a great

blessing. So I will just add this various scriptures. Well, Matthew sixty

three, as we are talking about the kingdom by our foundational scriptures that John

eighteen to three to thirty six. Yeah, John eighteen thirty six to it's

as sick efface. The Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things

shall be added onto you that is in the Matthew six thirty three. Hallelujah.

Amen. Yeah. So we are talking about a kingdom. Last week

we spoke about kingdom service as we belong to this kingdom. There are many

kingdoms, as we spoke about, and you and I belong to a kingdom.

And therefore there is a king who is in this kingdom, hallelujah,

who rules in the affairs of men, Amen, even though he is not

here, but he rules, as we believe us as children of God,

we have a king. There are other kingdoms, but there is a king

of kings. He puts people in positions. Amen, he put people in

position. God is good and all the time. Hallelujah. Are you with

me? Yes, please stay with me A man, a man. So

we thank you for joining us this morning. It's a great blessing. Can

I go back to the scripture? The best sty six? The best of

six A right. So Jesus answered, my kingdom is not of this world.

If my kingdom were of this world, then would my sevants fight.

But I will not be delivered to the Jews. But now it's my kingdom,

not from Henes. Hallelujah. So this was the time that Jesus was

interrogated. He was being interrogated because of what was said concerning him and what

he has They said he has done, amen, and because of what they

didn't have understanding to what he was saying. So they accused him and they

beat him because of you and I. So he had to go through it.

Hallelujah. He has to go through it because of you and I,

so that we will come into his kingdom that he said is there for us.

He has to go through the beatings, he has to go through the

insult, he has to go through all that just for you and I so

that we can all be together where he said He's going to prepare a place

for you and I that he said in his father's house are many mansions,

hallelujah. So they are mantions that we are going to live in according to

the word of the Lord, Amen, which is the kingdom of God.

He said in his father's house, A many mansions, are many, many

mentions, hallelujah. And I can't wait to be part of that mention that

Jesus has promised us in his word. Hallelujah. Amen. God is good

all right. So there are so many kingdoms, as we started last week,

they have several kingdoms, and every kingdom and its rules and what governs

such a kingdom. So you and I, as believers and as children of

God, the Kingdom of God also has its rules that governs as how we

should live our lives and purity and love and forgiveness, even loving our enemies.

It's amazing. Hallelujah. Yeah, forgiveness and then love forgiveness and then

love. Hallelujah. God is with us. Same man goes straight into it.

We have several kingdoms. We have different kinds of kingdoms. I believe

some of you know some of the kingdoms we have in the world. You

can mention some What are some of the kingdoms we have in this world?

I mean there are nation's kingdoms. What are some of the kingdoms in this

world where we are here? You don't know of any kingdom? There are

kingdoms, the United Kingdom I literally have hallelujah. Yeah, which other kingdoms?

Kingdom of God? Okay I'm talking about here is correct Spain, there's

a kingdom, hallelujah. So here in Ghana is there no kingdom? Heah

aha? How you have an alcome bom. So we have the Assantic Kingdom

as well? In which other kingdom there are? There's no Ildia, certainly

they have other kingdoms. Yeah, so there are other kingdoms in this world.

Hallelujah. But Jesus is telling us that his kingdom is not of this

one. His kingdom is not of this one. So in order for him

to get us into the kingdom he is talking about, is the reason for

which he came to die. Is the reason for which he obeyed his father's

command, his father's sending looking for who to send that he responded to the

call and he came so that he may die, and then so that he

can riconcolates back and take our sayings upon himself. And the death that you

and I were supposed to die and have die e tenor death he was.

He came to die so that you and I can belong to the place that

he said he wants you and I to be his kingdom. Hallelujah amen.

How maud, if you are ready to be in the kingdom that God said

he's going to be with us, He's going to prepare for us. How

would if you want to be there? Because in that kingdom I can tell

you for a fact and of a truth through the word of the Lord,

that place there is no pain. There is no pain, there is no

sorrow. That is the kingdom that Jesus is promising you and I. There

is no pain, There is no soul some of us. When it's time

for exams, you have running so much that place. There is no exams.

Your exams is just hallelujah amen. But for you to be able to

pass and even enter that kingdom, it is also an exam. So there

are rules, governing rules that are leading us to where we must be.

So Jesus is expecting us to live in a certain way, have certain values

in life, to be able to also connect back to Him. Amen.

So in the Kingdom of God, there is a lot that would be exempted

from no accidents. All the problems of this world, you will find them

there. Any problem you can think of, you're not going to find it

there. In this world, you're not going to find it there. It's

not a good place to be. Yeah, it's a good place to be.

Amen. Yeah, it's a very good place to be. And I

want to be there. I want to be there. I don't know about

you, but I want to be there. I want to be there.

And I'm preparing myself to be a man because the Bible said work out your

own salvation with fear and trembling in your heart. So it is you whom

has work it out. Our duty as past us, as men of God,

is to present the thing to you, the truth to you, and

now it is up to you whether to buy it or not. Is a

choice. Neighbor is a choice. Life. Life is full of choices.

Yeah, it's full of choices. I don't know where else you want to

be a place where there's no sorrow, problems, issues, pain, sickness

is a place you have peace of mind, everlasting joy. That is the

kingdom that Jesus was presenting to us. Amen. Yeah, so Jesus presenting

this to us. You see, when companies or let me just use a

bank. When a bank want to sell a product or advertising the product,

there is a way they market it so that so that you'll be able to

come into their domain. They have to tell you about their products and the

benefits that will come to you when you join them. So I'm using the

bank as a kingdom. So in order for you for them to get you

into their space. Now they bring out products and then the product will tell

you okay, so when you enter into this product, these are the benefits

when they enter into this product, This are the benefits you get. So

that what they can enroll you into the banking system so that they know that

you are part of them. You are part of them. That is why

they are able to send you information concerning they are changes concerning laws, concerning

things that they are doing for the bank to move forward. Hallelujah. So

they send you all kinds of things, tell you sell the products to you,

sell the bank to you. They give you reasons why you must join

the bank. They give you several reasons why you must join the bank a

man, because it will be good for you according to the bank. So

why not you, Sada. I don't want to mention any bank's name,

So I'm just so Bank A and Bank B. Why not jump by A

or Bank B? Hallelujah. Everybody has reasons for joining whichever bank they have

in a man. Yeah, so you asked, so why don't you join

Bank A or Bank B? But they want you to join Bank A because

they'll tell you and sell their products to you. Hallelujah. And Jesus has

also promised that so many things that he said in his father souse are many

mintions. His father's solves are many mentions. So we are in preparation every

day of our lives. We need to prepare every day of our lives.

We need to prepare ourselves so that we can also beware. He said that

he's preparing for us. In Man two sikes that theader says, a sicky

face, the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things shall be

added onto you. Our other things shall be added on to you. A

man. So I'd like us to look at the first thing that they were

talking about about the Kingdom of God, not of this world. Number one

is that the kingdom was a subject of prophecy. I believe that you've heard

this message. Is that the kingdom was a subject of prophecy. The kingdom

was a subject of prophecy, according to Daniel. Daniel Chapter two, the

Study three other Way to forty four January Chapter two, the Study thirty thirty

one to forty four Daniel Chapter two, thirty one to forty four, And

it's talking about the four kingdoms. When you go into that scripture, you

realize that he's talking about the four kingdoms, the prophecies that and the revelation

and the dream that the king had that Daniel allowed to come later and interpret

the dream for the king, telling him about the kingdoms that are to come,

the kingdoms that I will come, the first, second, and third

and the fourth. And he was the one with the golden head. That

was what this scripture was trying to tell us. From the verst thirty one

to forty four is talking about that hallelu yeah. And he's talking about God

also going to be establishing his kingdom. God is also going to establish his

kingdom Helloujah. Yeah, So the kingdom was a subject of prophecy even before

this. You realized that Isaiah even prophesied in Isaiah nine versus six and then

verse seven. Let's read it quickly, Asaiah chapter nine, Versus six and

seven, Asia nine versus six and seven. I'm just connecting it to this

one. I'm just connecting it to the scripture the Daniel two thirty one,

and so he said, for unto us, a child is born, onto

us, a sign is given, and the government will be upon his showed

us, and his name will be called wonderful counselor Minti, God of our

lasting Father, Prince of peace. Verse seven, verse seven is that of

the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end upon the

throne of David and over his kingdom to order it and establish it with judgment

and justice from that time forward even forever. He says, the zeal of

the Lord of Hosts will perform this. Hallelujah a man. So when you

look at the Daniel to the forty four, it's also talking about establishing the

kingdom forever, that there is a kingdom and there's a kingdom that will be

established forever, which was the fifth kingdom that God is talking to us about

this money the man the first woice that and in the days of these kings,

the God of Heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed.

And the kingdom shall not be left to other people. It shall break

in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. So

the kingdom that is coming will surpass all the four kingdoms that we are talking

about. In the Daniel two, verse thirty one to forty four, there

is a kingdom, which is the Kingdom of God, which will be established

forever that it cannot be destroyed. So I was connecting this one to the

Isaiah Nih the verse six and the verse seven, which also thoughts about the

establishing of the Kingdom of God. Amen. And then the fifth five also

also stands for grace, because the Bible said Moses came by the law,

but Jesus came out with grace. So five the fifth kingdom, I'm just

connecting all of distance. Hallelujah. So five also stand for grace. And

I believe that the fifth kingdom with the God the Bible is talking us to

about. Is that the grace which is inside of that kingdom, with a

grace that we are going to be experiencing in the Kingdom of God, a

kingdom that is going to be established that has no end. Hallelujah, hallelujah.

Are you here all right? So be here? Actually, neighbor,

are you here or you've gone home? What is your neighbor saying? Okay,

we are around. Okay, hallelujah, neighbor, be around, bright

up, yeah, yeah. And this day of the Kings, the Kingdom,

the God of Heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed.

And the kingdom shall not be left to other people. It shall break

in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. That

is the fifth kingdom that we are talking about. So there are four kingdoms

which has already come to pass. I mean, when Michael Jackson died,

I remember one of the people who came to speak, think what is a

priest. I can't remember who exactly, but what the person said was that

he said, the king of pop is dead, but now he's going to

meet the King of kings. So you may be king of something, but

there is a king of kings who reigns forever. There is a king of

kings who reigns forever, hallelujah. Even though he was a king of pop

But there is a king of kings who he has to go and answer to

who he has to go and answer to. So no matter what kingdom you

belong to, there is a king over every kingdom. Hallelujah. A man,

And I pray I'm seeing you and I over there. A man,

I pray that God will connect you and either that will be desirous of going

there and seeing what he said is going to prepare for us A man.

Yeah, it is my prayer that none of us will miss it. Amen.

It's a place not for anybody to miss. Tell you, the Kingdom

of God is not a place that you should miss. Heaven is not a

place that you should miss. Turn. But you can miss all the nine

parties that will be organized and who and who will be called and who is

not called, But for this one, never miss it. Turn aybody never

missed this one. So don't don't be worried if you're not invited to certain

pattern. But don't be worried if you are not invited to certain parties.

They say, ah, they should have invited it, but they didn't invite

it. But don't be worried. Don't be worried. But there is a

place greater than that party. Hallelujah. So if you're not invited, don't

worry at all. Turn about. If you're not invited, do not worry,

do not worry. Hallelujah. A man, Yeah, put your hands

together for the Lord. If you will not be worried, put your hands

together for the Lord. A man, yeah. The Lord is good.

What a blessing. Let's quickly move to the second point said, the Kingdom

is on earth, but it's spiritual in nature. The Kingdom on earth,

but it is spiritual in nature. But it is spiritual in nature. It

is spiritual in nature. The Kingdom is on earth, but it is spiritual

in nature. Before I even talk about this, let's look at Look to

thirty to thirty two. Look to thirty to thirty two. I want to

connect this to this. Look chapter two, verse thirty to thirty two.

Let's look at something there quickly. Now this was Simeon, who was waiting

for the coming of our Lord and Master Savior, Jesus Christ's that my eyes,

for my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared before the

Phase of all peoples thirty two is a light to bring revelation to the gentiles

and the glory of your people Israel. Hallelujah. So he was excited for

what God has shown him about the kingdom that we are talking about, because

it is Jesus who is in tradition us to that kingdom where he wants you

and I to be. And Simon, who was a priest, he said,

he is happy that his eye has behold he has seen the Savior.

He has seen the Savior. He has seen the Savior. So that's what

we're talking about. That it is supernatural in nature, but you have to

move from the natural before you enter into the supernatural. You must move from

the natural before you enter into the supernatural. Amen. So he realized that

Christ in us is the hope of glory. So you realize that the Kingdom

of God is in us, is in us, is in us. The

Kingdom of God is inside of us. It's inside you and I. Hallelujah.

So predicted that the kingdom was to come. John the Baptist also what

preached that it was at hand, but when Jesus came, he said,

what the Kingdom of God? What? He proclaimed that it is already here.

When Jesus came, he proclaimed that the Kingdom is already here. Hallelujah,

oh amen. When Jesus came, he said, the Kingdom is already

here. Daniel spoke about it. John the Baptist was talking to the people

repented, for there they are evil, and then he was telling them that

the Kingdom of God is to come. And when Jesus also came, he

also told us that the kingdom is already here. The Kingdom is already here.

Hallelujah amen. So quickly take me to the back to the scripture.

He was telling us about what Jesus was coming to do. What Jesus was

coming to do, and he introduced us and get us back into this kingdom

and get us back to where he wants you and I to be. He

was happy, he said, after he saw Jesus was he was not ready

to go home to be with the Lord. He was not ready to go

home. He said, a light, that's what Jesus was going to be.

So this kingdom that we are going into, that Jesus is the light.

Is that the lights to bring revelation to the gentiles. Who are the

gentiles. The gentiles are the unbelievers. The gentiles are the unbelievers, people

who are not amazing in love. We have unbelieving believers. Hallelujah, We

have unbelieving believers. See the word of the Lord. He is that everything

shall pass away, but his word, his word, his word, will

never pass away. Hallelujah. Telling about desire the word of the Lord,

and spend time in steadying the word of the Lord. Spend time in reading

the word of the Lord, because it is the only thing. Telling about

It is the only thing that will not pass, but every other thing shall

pass. Hallelujah. A man. Yeah, So the kingdom that was announced,

that was spoken of, isn't us. Isn't us God in us,

This God in us, Christ in us, the Hope of glory. The

kingdom isn't us. You will be asked, how can this huge kingdom be

in me? That's why we said, the kingdom is on the earth,

but it is spiritual in nature. It is spiritual in nature. Amen.

And Simeon said that my eyes have seined. He was excited to see.

He was excited to see Jesus being born, His parents brought him to the

temple, and he was happy except for my eyes. I've seen the salvation.

So Jesus bringing us into the kingdom is reconstanting us back. It's the

way of saving us. It's the way of bringing us a place of everlasting

joy. Hallelujah. I see the Lord taking us there? Or your amen

is we say, I see the Lord taking us there. Yeah, I

have to work it out telling about you have to work it out. You

have to work it out. You must work it out. So let's look

at some of the things that the kingdom that Jesus spoke about, and the

apostles also announced quickly. When you hear of what it's about to happen,

and it happens, and it's before you, you realize that you have all

kinds of ideas. You are happy, you are excited. I mean the

promise. The whole je were they were waiting for the moment for Jesus to

come. Hallelujah. So let's look quickly at you. It said it was

so small enough to exist in one person's heart. The kingdom that we are

talking about was because of the prophets before, so small that I was able

to exist in the hearts, in the person's heart. The next one is

that is big enough to include all who would enter in at the same time,

also big enough for all who will enter in. The Bible said,

it is that desire, It is the will of God. Are all men

be saved? That's his planned, that's is that all men. He doesn't

want anybody to die. So it says, what is big enough to include

all who will enter in? So those who are not yet in, there

is space for everyone. There is space for everyone who wants to come in

and row in the Kingdom of God. There is space, hallelujah. And

it's also it was powerful enough to dominate every other kingdom, So the Kingdom

of God is powerful enough to dominate every other kingdom. That is why we

have the Kingdom of darkness, so that when lights appears, you realize that

there is no more darkness. So when you're in a room and the light

is off, so for as far as the light comes, when you're there,

you can't see anything. But once light comes on, everything appears.

You're able to see Claire. You are able to see Clary. There is

no darkness. But once you're in the dark and you're in the room that

there's no lights. Once the light comes on, it brings that power.

It brings our lights, it brings our revelation to us. Hallelujah. It's

that it's so powerful, the adamension of his name, Jesus Christ. You

realize that God has given us certain power. God has given us certain power

to be able to speak to things for them, to live our lives,

to rebuke things out of our life. We said, what the kingdom is,

that it's powerful enough to dominate every other kingdom. But sometimes because we

don't know the power we have as children of God and the kingdom we belong

to, the enemy place striction on us, brings the exception, brings fear

to us. But we don't know the power that we have as children of

God in his kingdom. The Bible said was God has not given us a

spate of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind.

So you have power to rebuke sickness, is to rebuke situations and conditions

you don't have to see. He said, faith. It takes faith to

be able to rebuke it and to know it and to believe the power that

we have in this kingdom. It takes faith. Hallelujah amen. Yeah.

And it's so pressure that when someone found it, they will abandon everything they

own in order to possess it. It's so pressure that when someone finds it,

they would abandon everything they own in order to possess it. Hallelujah amen.

Let me quickly go to the third point is that the kingdom, the

kingdom was something that has been established. The kingdom is something that has been

established. In my two chapter six Versus nine to ten that talks about the

Lord's prayer, I believe talks about the Kingdom of God, which is already

established in heaven. See, the Kingdom of God does not just happened.

It's that pray. It does in the Kingdom does not just come. He

said, pray our Father in heaven, hallow it be your name. So

we pray for the Kingdom of God to come. It doesn't just come.

We pray for the Kingdom. We say, your Kingdom come, Your will

be done on earth as it is in heaven. Hallelujah amen. Yeah,

we pray for the Kingdom of God to come because it has already been established.

Hallelujah amen. Amen. So this scripture is talking to us about already

existing established kindomig is in heaven, and pray that the will of God will

be done. So it is I pray that His will will be done on

earth asset is in heaven. So once we are here on earth, whatever

is happening in heaven, God Jesus was trying to tell us here that we

should pray that what is happening in heaven will be happening, will happen to

our lives whilst we are here on earth, and before the time that will

reconnect, pray that His will will be done on earth as it is in

heaven. Ascetists in heaven. So that's what the scripture is talking to us

about that and already established kingdom, which is heaven, which is already in

operational, that we should pray that a kingdom will come and that His will

will be done on earth. Ascetists in heaven. So you realize that God

exists where his will what is being done. Where his will is not being

done, you don't find him there done much. But where his will is

being done, you find him there, Amen. Where his will is being

done, you find him there. Amen. Now somebody may be asking,

how do I enter How do I enter? Let me give you something quickly.

How do I enter the Kingdom? In cares? Maybe somebody I've heard

about the Kingdom of God. I've heard about everything about it. So how

do I enter? How do I enter? How do I enter? Quickly?

Let's write this, how do I enter the Kingdom of God? Number

one repent? You must repent, Mark one fifteen. We are not going

to read it. Your repent, Mark one fifteen. How do you enter

this kingdom that we are talking about, that God is preparing for us a

place that we are going to be, and all of that. Number one

repents, Mark one fifteen. Number two Be childlike. There is different between

child and childlike. Helluyah, So be a childlike child. Believe and trust

whatever is told. When a child is promised I'll buy you football, they

will hold on to that word. They never let it go. So be

child like to believe the word of the Lord. Be child like. It

means you are giving trust to God and his word, Mark ten fifteen.

And then the last one is being born again. That's the new birth,

being born again? How to enter this kingdom that we are talking about?

Being born again? John three three, John three three, John three three.

So this is how for somebody to be able to enter into the Kingdom

of God. In case you hear, oh, I've heard about the Kingdom

of God. They are saying this. I said, so, now how

do I become part of it? So these are the three things that I'm

just giving that you can also share with a friend that, okay, you

can come into the Kingdom. By this means you don't need to do a

lot of things. You don't need to do many You just need to repent.

Repentance is what changing of mind, being a childlike and then accepting the

Lord and be born again a man or a man. So, in conclusion,

the Kingdom of God is both a present reality and a future hope.

Telling about the Kingdom of God, it's both present reality and a future hope.

Hallelujah, putting hands together for the Lord. Shabby rise, savery rise.

You may be here. You've not given your life to Jesus. You've

not giving your life to Jesus and this kingdom that we are talking about.

If you haven't repented, you haven't been born again. You're not entitled to
