I am preaching on faith. I'm preaching on Oh I

thought you clap and shout a man, I said, I'm

preaching on faith. Second Corinthians five, verse seven says for

we walk by faith and not by sight.

Amen. So we are walking by faith. Now, what is faith?

According to Mariam Webster's dictionary, faith is believe and trust

in and loyalty to God. It also goes further to

state that faith is an allegiance to duty or a person.

Amen.

And then the biblical definition of faith is confidence in

what we hope for and assurance about.

What we do not see. Amen.

Now I want to teach a little bit on what

we do not see. But first I want to give

you the background of faith. So faith was first mentioned

in the Bible in the Book of Genesis, specifically Genesis

five six NLT translation, where it's said that Abraham believed

in the Lord, and he credited to him a righteousness.

This verse highlights the importance of faith in the Biblical narrative,

emphasizing the concept of trusting in God's promises. Abraham's faith

is often cited as a foundational example of faith in

both Old and New Testament. Amen. It says that and

Abraham believe the Lord, and the Lord counted him as

righteous because of his faith.

Look at your.

Neighbor and say, God can count you righteous because of

your faith. Amen. So it's very important to know that

faith is not a thing to play with. Faith is

not a thing to play with. Now you must know,

you must know that faith. Faith is synonymous with right

relationship God. Faith is synonymous with right relationship with God.

So if you have the right relationship with God, you

will be in right standing with him. Now, you cannot

have you cannot have faith and not have a right

standing with God. Because faith is your ability to trust

in God's wait.

Are you listening to me?

Faith is your ability to trust in God's wait. So

if you do not have a right standing with the person,

or if you do not believe in the person, you

can't have faith in them.

Now.

I was saying in the first service that how many

of you believe that there is gravity?

And a lot of hands went up.

That there is gravity, that there's gravity. And then I

said that in the same way, you must trust and believe.

You must trust and believe that God is also real. Yes,

because there are so many breakthroughs, miracles, and things that

people have had that it proves that God is real.

Do you understand. For instance, for instance, two years ago,

I could not walk. I had an issue. I could

not walk, and God healed me, and God saved me,

and I'm walking today. I can walk today. I can

walk today, I can jump, I can run.

you believe God for this thing he comes true for you.

You believe God for the next thing he comes true

for you. You believe God for the next thing he

comes true for you. You believe God for the next

thing he comes trough for you. So your faith is

moving from faith to faith.

Your faith is moving from faith to faith. Do you understand?

So you are not moving from faith to hopelessness. You

are not moving from faith to despair. You are not

moving from faith to sadness. You are not moving from

faith to being downtrodden. You are moving from faith to faith.

And let me tell you something. Faith grows. Look at

your neighbor and say faith grows. So your faith grows

as you are moving. So if your faith was this

size of this speaker the first time around, then next

time you step out on faith, it will be the

size of the bottom speaker because your faith grows. Look

at your neighbor and say your faith grows. Say it

like you mean, say your faith grows. Now, faith doesn't

work by just saying I receive it, or faith doesn't

work by just having the ability to say I do.

Faith works when you believe.

Look at neighbor and say faith works when you believe.

And look at your neighbor and say it's a hard thing. No,

it's a hot heart. Say it like you mean it.

It's a hot thing. Yes, you see, like a door

is a hat thing. You're understanbing my feelings. So so.

Faith is a hard thing. It moves with the heart.

It's led by the hat, is directed by the Hat's

controlled by the hat. It's moved by the hat, looking

everybody and says, if you want to work with faith,

then you have to develop your hat.

Now let me move on to the next scripture.

Because in the first service, I wasn't able.

And I want to believe God that will enter those

Hebrews eleven six, NLT says, you remember Abraham was Hebrews sorry,

Genesis fifteen six, and this is Hebrews eleven six, So

don't get it confused. And the Bible says, and it

is important, it's impossible, sorry to please God without faith.

Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that

God exists and that He rewards those who sincerely seek him.

So WA's this. This is twofold and this is a

double blessing. It says that, and it is impossible to

please God without faith. Anyone who comes to him must

believe that God exists. And just by believing God exists,

one blessing is answered. Because if you believe that He exists,

whatever he says about you. Good to see you. Whatever

he says about you. Yes, you, whatever he says about

you shall come to pass. Do you understand whatever he

says about you shall come to pass.

So that's one blessing.

Then the second blessing is that God exists and that

he rewards those who sincerely see him. Do you understand

he rewards those who sincerely seek him? So when you

are in church, please give me a chair. When we

are in church and we are worshiping, we are praying,

there is preaching, and you are seated. You are seated.

What mode is my phone on?

Do you notice that? Airplane mode?

So when I'm preaching and you see me using my phone,

it's on airplane mode, meaning that nobody can contact me,

nobody can send me a message. I'm primarily on the

word of God. Do you understand. But you when you

are in church, When you are in church, when you

are in church, you are on your phone, acting like

you are reading scriptures, but you are replying text messages.

You are replying snapchats, You are replying tiktoks, You are

going through TikTok reels and Instagram dances. You are practicing

your instagram dances in church and you are there in

church and you are doing it, and the Bible says, yes,

why bishop is preaching and the Bible says, the Bible says.

The Bible says, with our faith, it is impossible to

please God. Now you have to have faith in what

is being preached for it to apply in your life.

We are we are here, we are preaching.

And I always mention this thing in the Book of

Acts that Paul went to Listra and a man had

faith and not today. But I'll break it down one

of these days for you. I want to start a

series where we go book by book verse. Vivis, yeah.

I think I'll start it in January. Then we'll do

it for some time.

It will it will help you. It will help you.

Not only to understand the Word of God, but to

love it and to see how you steady and how

the rewards of studying applies to you. The Bible says,

study to show yourself approved onto God. Steady, to show

yourself approved. And that is why they are examinations. After

you are taught something, so that you prove what you

church will have an examination.

you are going to heaven, be careful because the scripture

means on merited favor, meaning you did not do it yourself.

It was favor that was granted to you. And the

favor that was granted to you is unmerited most at

the time. On merited means you do not deserve it.

On merited means you do not deserve it. Try to say,

if we had to give it to you, Philly, Philly,

You, Philip, Philly, you make it. You make it, you

If God had to judge all of us in this

room right now. So if God had to judge all

of us in this room right now, is greatly possible

that none of us woman included. It's not like I'm

separating myself and I'm saying that I'll make it. You

will not make it. Including myself, we may not make it.

You see the essence of Christianity, the essence of Christianity.

It's not that you are saying free, it's that you

sin less. It's that you sin less and get to

a place where you are seeing free.

that knows everything. So some of you that follow prophets

and you ask them, what should I wear today? What

should I wear today? Or what should I eat? Something

Say it like you mean it's something is not right. Yeah,

your life. I decree and I declare by this word

believe it and I believe it.

got to believe in faith for faith to work for you.
