Further in the name of your son Jesus, we give
-
you thanks bless your holiday. Thank you for the privilege
-
you have given on to us this morning to be
-
guarded under your feet.
-
That you speak onto us for our more time.
-
Give onto us the bread of life, the manner that
-
proceeds out of heaven. Father, quench our text by your
-
word this morning, satisfy our anger of God by your word.
-
Direct us by your word.
-
Kind us, by your word, Father, that our lives should
-
never be the same way as we have come in
-
the name of the Lord Jesus. We come against every
-
assignment of the enemy, manipulations, calculations, time sensitive projections, against
-
the people of God, and against the word of God.
-
Father will declare and degree that the word of God
-
will have a few comes amount us in the name
-
of the Lord Jesus. And it shall be like the
-
word that proceeds out of your mouth. It will not
-
return onto you for it. But this shall accomplish whatever
-
is mandated to accomplish in our lives.
-
In the name of Jesus.
-
Father, will thank you that you take away every stony health,
-
if it's a heart of flesh, that we will not
-
doubt your way but you receive your way in faith.
-
This we have asked in the name of your son Jesus,
-
and we all will respond. Amen, oh Amen, oh Amen, halleluyah.
-
It's a blessing to be in the house of the
-
Lord and to see all of you are more time.
-
Oh to your neighbor, and tell the person, I'm so
-
happy to see you. Tell the person I'm so happy
-
to see you, Oh say, I'm so excited seeing you
-
one more time. Tell the person that I don't know
-
what is happening, but it looks like God keeps blessing
-
and blessing you.
-
Oh.
-
Tell the person you look better than I saw you
-
the last time. Hallelujah, And asks the person, please, may
-
I know your secrets? Hallelijah. I don't know about you,
-
but for me the secret to Jesus. Do you want
-
to tell the person why the secret is de secret
-
to Jesus?
-
Hallelujah. Amen. Wow, it's a blessing.
-
To know that we have a father, Oh, I said,
-
It's a blessing to know that we have a father,
-
and not just that, but one who lads us so much.
-
And so this morning, I'm.
-
Glad that I have the opportunity to honor him and
-
thank God for his life. Whilse he's still alive. Hello,
-
we are not those that will wait for somebody to
-
be taken away by God. Then that is when you
-
are going to thank God for his life. You are
-
praising him. No, no, you go to full loss and
-
you hear the praises, you know the acknowledgements, and sometimes
-
those things are not true, they are lies. This man
-
he did well, he was a good father, that he
-
was a good as bad. He did that, he did that.
-
But what's they are just open sea all the things
-
the person did. But we are privileged to have our
-
father who is impacting lives, paching life ten nations, who
-
has been a blessing to us. So we want to
-
thank God and celebrate him. Why is he still alive?
-
Let's celebrate our father, his eminence, the act Bishop Nicholas
-
don't Coan Williams.
-
Oh, it's that a person can't do.
-
If you're coplay, your house crabby, well, if you're shouting shouting.
-
To well, how they do? Yeah? Amen.
-
We are also privileged to have our global lead pastor,
-
our leader and our pastor in the person of Bishop
-
Joel Duncan Williams and man by whose leader said, if
-
I had this opportunity to be here, Oh, let's appreciate
-
and celebrate our leader. Amen, and celebrate yourself my time, God,
-
bless you. Please, you may take your seat. God about
-
how tire Ah, it's a blessing to be here. The
-
atmosphere is charged by the instruction of our global lead.
-
Faster.
-
We are still loving God. You're still loving God. And
-
this morning, I just want to teach on something brief
-
and responding to god love, responding to God's love, responding
-
to God's love, and by the grace of God, if
-
I'm privileged to teach also O preach on next week,
-
I'll do it a second part and a responding to
-
God's love.
-
See, what we need to.
-
Understand is that God's love is the investment of himself
-
in our lives. You know, so God's love towards us.
-
The Bible said that the love of God has been
-
shared abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. No,
-
so that is God's investment of himself. Gods God's love,
-
it's himself. Because the Bible said that God is loved.
-
God doesn't have love. Understand, God doesn't have love. We
-
have love He is love, So love is God himself.
-
So God's love for you and I towards you and
-
I is an investment of himself in our lives. And
-
every investor or every business person is always seeking for
-
something profect or returns. I've not met any good business
-
man or somebody that is business minded who does not
-
talk about profit or returns. So whilst they are investing,
-
they are also looking up to something in return.
-
Yeah.
-
Profits. That's as I have invested the one hundred thousand cities.
-
By the next three months there should be this profit,
-
so that by the six months.
-
I should be getting ready to break even. You know.
-
So God is a businessman. Say God is a businessman.
-
That is why when you study all the parables concerning
-
the Kingdom of God, they are all talking about certain
-
business principles that is supposed to bring about profits or returns.
-
If you talk about the parable of the talents, he
-
gave one, five, he gave another, two, he gave another
-
also one according to their several abilities, and the Bible
-
said they were supposed to trade with it, work with it,
-
and to bring about profit, to multiply it. When the
-
Master came and they were supposed to give an account
-
of how they had invested the talents or the money.
-
The five was able to produce five more. The two
-
produced to the last one. He did not invest the money.
-
He didn't work with the money. Bab said. He wanted
-
to take the ground and he hit the talent, and
-
when the master came he was very angry with him.
-
Do you get it?
-
So God is a business person, his business minded. So
-
anything God passed into you and I, God expected returns.
-
Hello.
-
So God's love is an investment of himself, his essences,
-
nature is attribute everything, his totality that he has prouding
-
you and I, and God expects returns or profits. Likewise,
-
our parents, our pastors, our leaders, our gods, they are
-
investing so much into our lives, taking care of you,
-
providing for you, paying your fees. It's an investment they're
-
making into your life, and they expect that as you're
-
also going to school, you do what it is required
-
and expected of you. They are paying for your fees.
-
They're paying your fees. They are not supposed to study
-
for you. It's your responsibility to study to make sure
-
that at least you pass and pass well, and you
-
make them proud and you make yourself proud so that
-
in the future they can say that we're tens of
-
their investment in you becoming somebody great that they have desired.
-
Or are you here with me? So?
-
Can you imagine, after everything, all the moneys, your parents
-
are paying, all the sacrifices you don't, and are becoming
-
what you're supposed to become.
-
How do you think they'll feel? Or are you here
-
with me?
-
The honest, how do you think they'll feel? Very disappointed?
-
They will not become proud parents. They do not become
-
proud parents. And in the same way, God is expecting
-
us that, having poured him to us so much of
-
his love, will be able to respond.
-
In a way.
-
That will make him happy as a father, so that
-
he will know that his effort, his investment, has not
-
been in vain. Responding to God's love, the first question
-
is how do you respond to God's love? Do you
-
respond to it in a positive way or in a
-
negative way?
-
You know?
-
Second Chronicles thirty two twenty five.
-
Let's see, yes, you know?
-
How many of you have heard about King Hezekiah? King
-
Hezekiah good? At least if you don't know anything about Hezekiah,
-
you should know that he was the king that prophet
-
Isaiah came to prophesied to that God says, put hers
-
in order, you're going to die.
-
The Bible says, he's a career.
-
After hearing the prophecy, turned his face to the war,
-
went into prayer, prayed and asked God to have mercy
-
and to remember all his services in God's house and sacrifices.
-
That is Isaiah that it, and the Bible says that
-
God had messy on him and told Isaiah go and
-
tell Hezekiah that he's not going to die, but I
-
have added fifty more years to his life to continue
-
to live on the edge, you know.
-
So the Bible says.
-
That when God has done this, God was expecting a
-
certain kind of response that is in proportion to the
-
kind of love and mercy you are true. See, what
-
you need to understand is that when it comes to
-
God's love for salvation, all of must have it in
-
the same measure and proportion. Like titles to these leven
-
talks about the grace of God that brings salvation, which
-
has appeared to all men. All of us have it
-
in proportions that is the salvation grace. But when it
-
comes to our work with God and our different confidence
-
we have pertending to our purpose and assignments. God gives
-
other measures of grace and ability to different individuals and
-
different people. God shows different kind of favor and messy
-
to different people, different individuals at different times.
-
Are you here, Oh, you have gone back?
-
So what that means is that, like the Bad Way says,
-
to whom march is giving, march is required or expected.
-
What that means is that God is not explaining all
-
of us to respond in the same measure to him
-
when it comes to his mercy, grace and love towards us,
-
because his mercies, grace, and love towards us are not
-
at the same level, not resulting need to understand. Solomon
-
was talking about his father David, and he used the
-
website God, I know that you have shown my father
-
David create messy great mercy. Looking at what David used
-
to be as a shepherd boy, God by pass all
-
the other people that look fat for the throne, brought
-
in this shepherd boy, gave him the throne of his master.
-
So and God reminded David when he went Rayah and
-
took Basheba.
-
God was reminding him that you were a shepherd.
-
Boy, and I did this all that for you even
-
if the wives were not enough. If you have asked me,
-
I would have added more. Why did you go and
-
kill you Rayah? And he took his wife. You know,
-
I'm trying to hit on something and get it. So
-
when it comes to God's love, his grace, his messes,
-
they are in different dimensions when they comes to our
-
experience and our work with Him.
-
So what that means is that.
-
God is not expecting all of us to respond in
-
the same measure to him. And that is why you
-
cannot be comparing yourself to address when it comes to
-
worshiping and serving God. So when others are playing with
-
their way of service and worship to God, when they
-
come to church, you are worshiping God. They are standing,
-
they won't sing, they won't cb their hands, they are
-
some way in the house of God. They are not
-
committed in the house of God. You cannot compare yourself
-
to them. Maybe God has shown you some messy that
-
he has.
-
Not shown there.
-
Hello, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Maybe you God has given
-
you some kind of deliverance that he has not giving
-
to others. So when God excites you to come man
-
testify about it. And because the friends are sitting down,
-
you also sit down God to not be happy with you. Yeah,
-
because you see, all of us have not been privileged
-
at the same level when even it comes to life.
-
I'm telling you.
-
Some of you since God said that they be like
-
like always says, you have never been certain public transport before.
-
Every day you're in an a conditioning car. Somebody is
-
driving you to school to church. You've never known anything
-
God hungered before.
-
But what is hunger? What is hunger like like I'm hungry? No.
-
See, so our privileges are not the same. That does
-
not make you fascier than others.
-
Do you get it?
-
By what I'm saying that it is grace and messing.
-
God has shown you that the grace is showed your
-
parents who have become a beneficiary of it, and so
-
God will expect that you also show back as a
-
Nutley's law of motion will say, for every action, there's
-
words an equal but opposite reaction.
-
Take me back to you, there's a nickles.
-
So after God has shown as the kaya search mercy,
-
you are supposed to die.
-
You didn't die. Let's see what he a Caya did.
-
But he's a caya randered not again according to the
-
benefit down onto.
-
Him, for his heart was lifted down.
-
Therefore there was wrath upon him and upon Dida and Jerusalem.
-
Give me an ivy okay. But Hezekiah's heart.
-
Was frown and he did not work was sworn to
-
the kindness shown him. Therefore the last word on him
-
was on him and on Judah and Jerusalem.
-
You know. So after God having shown him such.
-
Kindness of adding fifteen more years, God was expecting Hezekiah
-
to be sworn in a certain way.
-
But this is what he did. He threw a.
-
Party, called all his acquaintances, his friends, and he started
-
displaying his wealth.
-
Then even opened the House of God.
-
That was an abomination for the hidden kings to come
-
and see all the things they turn Since the verses
-
in the Hearts of God, God said, how can you
-
do that?
-
Hello? Are you here with me? Yeah? Yeah, yeah.
-
Let's go to Isaiah chapter five. In Isaiah chapter five,
-
the people of Israel had given God a brooking hat. Yes, yes, yes,
-
they are giving God the brooking hat. Ask somebody for me,
-
have you given God a brooking hat before?
-
Oh?
-
As I as I'm telling that apart with all your respects?
-
Have you given God a broken head before.
-
The layer? So is Ih had broken the heart of God, and.
-
Isaiah had composed a song for God, Hadlijah.
-
And it's amazing.
-
So say that I would sing for the love I
-
was saying, for the one I love, a song about
-
his vineyard. My loved one had a vineyard on the
-
further his side.
-
Continue.
-
He dug it up and cleared it of stones, and
-
planted it with the choice set vines. He built a
-
watchtower in it, and cut out a wine press as well.
-
Then he looked for a crop of good grips. Say
-
crop of good grips, Say crop of good grapes.
-
But it's you that only bad fruit.
-
Now, you dwellers in jail and men of Judah jade
-
between me and my vineyard. Continue, What more could have
-
been done for my vine yard than I have done
-
for it? When I look for good grams, why did
-
it yield only bad? Now I will tell you what
-
I'm going to do to my vineyard. I will take
-
away its head and it will be destroyed. I will
-
break down its warm and it will be trampled. I'll
-
make it a wasteland. Neither run nor cultivated, and brice
-
of tongs who go there, I will command the clouds
-
not to rain on it. The vineyard of the Lord
-
Almighty is the house of Israel, and the men of
-
Judah are the garden of his delight. And he looked
-
for justice, but s Blad said for righteousness. But head
-
cries of distress. You know.
-
In theology cast something typology.
-
So this is Isaiah expressing the heart bit of God
-
about God's disappointments about Israel. And it is also a
-
type of the church in a way represent the church
-
now where we find ourselves. So God had a broken heart,
-
and Isaiah is s telling us about what happened. So
-
God said he had a vineyard, and God is s
-
telling us the kind of sacrifices he made concerning the vineyard.
-
It is so heartbroken and disheartening when you so love
-
somebody and you're making a lot of sacrifices. You're doing
-
so much for the person, and you are expecting certain
-
kinds of response, but you're not getting those response or
-
those answers.
-
Have you been there before?
-
Oh see this your holier dandald attitude. You're sitting here, Elijah,
-
I have been there before. You're powering so much into
-
somebody in a relationship. Okay, if I say a relationship
-
that you're understand in a relationship, you know you mean
-
well for the person you're making sacrifices. And because I
-
also have an expectation, oh that after praying for you,
-
you know, being there for you, supporting you, at least
-
you also respond back in a positive way. You give
-
back some positive energy. But when the person keeps giving
-
you negative response, you know that it looks like telling
-
all the investments you are making, take me back to
-
the best one so they'll find your God says that
-
it was on the hill God had to dig the
-
stones out in order to plant. See, it's telling us
-
that kind of sacrifice, the kind of work God had
-
to come about in order to plant the bunyard. Then
-
God said, after that, I make sure that there was protection.
-
I made a hedge, I set up a tower. Go said,
-
I did everything possible to make sure that it will
-
produce good fruits or good.
-
Cross, only to find out.
-
That it has yielded bad foods. Why then, he said,
-
just between me and my find what else could I
-
have done that I didn't do? And God is asking
-
us this morning, and some of you, God is I
-
see what what?
-
What else should I have done that I have not done? That?
-
You still don't obey me? What? What else?
-
Because as far as God is concerned, everything that you
-
needed to be fruitful and to produce that good food,
-
he has giving it to you.
-
Hello, oh are you here? Yeah?
-
God said, because you've decided not to produce the fruits
-
I like, then whatever I give to you, I'll take
-
it back. Three weeks ago, as in Facebook, a gentleman
-
had broken into a lady's room his beloved, his girlfriend,
-
who was a nurse, And I said, after paying her fees,
-
taking care of her, doing everything she has, now going
-
to take another boy. So he said, whatever I'll bought
-
for you, I'm taking it back. So he was there
-
with three of his friends. So one was videoing every
-
accident that was going on. They were saying that about
-
the time you come, you would not see the fan,
-
the fishure micro with everything.
-
Yeah, you took everything.
-
I said, Wow, the guy was for filling scripture because
-
I was an effect when God's hat was working. God
-
took everything. Yeah, God tickets, yeah, God tickets. He said,
-
I'll take away my head I'll take it away. I'll
-
make sure that it doesn't ruin on you again. Yeah, yeah,
-
God tickets. The guy took everything from the including the
-
carpet to the carpet on the floor. They pack it
-
into a car and then they left. Hello. Yeah, And
-
all of us said that here they're setting crops God
-
is expecting from you. Are you burying or are you
-
yielding those crops? Or you are yielding some opposite crop?
-
Some I want that fruits. So God, how it was working,
-
you know. So I want you to understand this morning
-
that God has made so much investment into your life,
-
and God is expecting you to respond in a way
-
that will bring him joy.
-
Take me to the book Jesus.
-
Look chapter seventeen. Let's let's go to seven before look
-
chapter seven thirty six.
-
Let's go to seven. We'll come back to the seventeen.
-
And this account talks about Jesus going into the house
-
of a pharasee, you know, to go ahead and have dinner.
-
The Bible talks about a simple woman, a simful woman Bible.
-
His servians believed that she was a prostitute. Her life
-
was nothing to write them about, and this woman had
-
encountered Jesus, and Jesus.
-
Had had mercy on her.
-
I let's believe that she was the woman that was
-
caught in her daughter. How does I think that maybe
-
Mary mc danny home seven demons were cast out of her.
-
But whoever it is, it's not our focus now. But
-
what she did, Okay, at least you know that she
-
was a sainful woman. So this woman, the Bible said,
-
when she heard so, Now, one of the Pharasees invited
-
Jesus to have.
-
Dinner with him.
-
So he went to the Pharisees house and reclined at
-
the table. When a woman who had lived a selful
-
life she had lived, it means that at that time
-
she was no more in it, because she had encounted
-
Jesus in that town land. That Jesus was eating at
-
the Pharacis house, she brought an alabastaja of perfume, and
-
as she stood behind him at his feet, wheeping, she
-
began to wet his feet with her tears.
-
Then she wiped.
-
Them with her hair, kissed them, and poured perfume on them.
-
When the Pharaosee who had invited him so this, he
-
said to himself, if this man were a prophet, he
-
would know who is starting him and what kind of
-
woman she is that she is a sinner. Jesus answered him, Simon,
-
I have something to tell you. Tell me, teacher, He said,
-
two men owe money to as certain money lender. One
-
old him five hundred denary and the other fifty. Neither
-
of them had the money to pay him back, so
-
he canceled the depth of both.
-
Now which of them will love him more?
-
Simon replied, I suppose the one who had the bigger
-
debt canceled.
-
You have judged correctly, Jesus said.
-
Then he turned toward the woman and said to Simoon,
-
do you see this woman I came into your house.
-
Do not give me any water for my feet, but
-
she worked my feet with her tears and wiped them
-
with her hair. You did not give me a kiss,
-
but this woman, from the time I entered, has not
-
stopped kissing my feet. You did not put aar on
-
my head, but she has brought per fume on my feet. Therefore,
-
I tell you her many sins have been forgiven, for
-
she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little
-
loves little. You know, so, as I said earlier, on
-
this woman out of appreciation for the love Jessa has
-
shown her. See, God's expression of his love is manifested
-
in different ways, in his mercy, in his kindness, in
-
his deliverance, in his provision. Oh, all these things an
-
expression of God's love to us. So this woman, out
-
of appreciation for what Jesus had done, we respund that
-
to the live shown here in the way that people
-
were blown away. She was kissing Jesus his feet white,
-
paying his feet that dust in those days palace, in
-
those days that dust even now was a desert place.
-
The court out there was that before you enter some
-
with this room, the servant to be there, there will
-
be a bucket filled with water, the servant to come
-
and wash your feet and dry it. It was aware
-
of were coming or showing hospitality. It's also so that
-
you don't enter their room with your your with your dust.
-
Jesus went to the parases house. They didn't do that
-
for him. And the woman, out of the love Jesus
-
has shown her, rewounded. And Jesus telling us that she
-
did that because her many since had been forgiven and
-
because of that she loved match. So like me whose
-
mandaycens have been forgiven. I love God.
-
Match.
-
Maybe you it's just a well, no, two sins that
-
have been forgiven. That's why you don't love God. Match
-
you love God?
-
Little?
-
So Jesus said that he that has been forgiven match laughs, Match,
-
he does been forgiving little laughs little, So you must
-
analyze yourself. Have I been forgiven?
-
Match?
-
So that you respond according to how much God has
-
shown you that love.
-
Hello.
-
So for me, if people say they will love God
-
later love, I look at myself. I know where God
-
picked me, from where He has brought me. Now, I
-
know the kind of sacrifices and love God has shown
-
in my life, so that I respond according me.
-
Hello, are you here?
-
He says, said that this woman loves much because how
-
many says I have been forgiven. Let me give you
-
some few points, as the time will allow us. Why
-
some of the reasons, okay, why we don't respond to
-
God's love as we are supposed to.
-
The Number one.
-
Is in gratitude. In gratitude, be reading. I'll just give you.
-
The scripture looks after seventeen eleven nineteen. It talks about
-
the Leopos, the turen Lepers, the ten Lepers that the
-
Bible said, they were staying at the asket of the town.
-
They could not enter the town because it was an
-
abomination to do that. For the custom of those days,
-
if you were a leper, you were called on clean,
-
and anybody that was on clean, you were not allowed
-
to come among people because the moment you come and
-
you establish contact with anybody, the people will also become
-
on clean. How are you following me? So you can
-
imagine that that kind of humiliation. These people were marginalized
-
in the society. How would you feel that you can't
-
come among people and they have to come with small
-
small bells attached to their clothes that will be hitting
-
against each other, will be making noise to allerge people
-
that an unclean person is coming. And not just that
-
you have to be sounding on clean, on clean. When
-
you are personal, you'll be sting on clean. You have
-
to allerge people that you are clean, because if you
-
don't know it, wan't touch anybody. They will become unclean
-
and they who stown you to death. So these people
-
were just sideline in the society. They could not come
-
among the rest of the people in the society. Decents
-
met them, brother said one day saw decerp from my
-
far off. It means that they couldn't come close. They
-
sold decer for my father. They said, Master, I have
-
missed your nurse.
-
Help us.
-
They decais to them, go and show yourselves to the priests,
-
because at that time it was the priests that will
-
examine you and to certify that indeed you have been
-
cleansed of that leprosy, so you can come among people.
-
Bible was the worst. They were going on their way.
-
They realized that their leprosy was right, was gone. He
-
certainly they were cleansed. What do you think they should
-
have done first? The Bible said one of them. Why
-
did he realized that he had been killed?
-
Then? He said, no, I cannot be ungrateful.
-
I have to go back to Jesus, the one who
-
healed me at the to say thank you.
-
The Bible said. He came back. He fell.
-
Before Jesus and said, Master, thank you. And Thisesus became concerned.
-
Why do you think this is acts? Where the rest
-
of the nine way? Because thisus was expecting that after
-
they've been here, they will come back and say thank you.
-
So God is always expecting that we will come and
-
say thank you. When he blesses us, sir, where they're
-
not done?
-
Please? But where are the ny? Where are the ny?
-
Where are the ning?
-
I can imagine what the nine were. Certainly that girl
-
I proposed to you, that that denied and declined my
-
proposer because I was a leper. I wurn't sore to
-
her that me I'm clean, say, oh, the pleasing. These
-
people couldn't go because they were restricted. They said, now
-
I have the liberty to have their freedom. All the
-
things they couldn't do, those are the things they started
-
thinking about first hm, but not to go and respond
-
to their love. Thisuys how shown them?
-
Hello? Are you here?
-
So in gratitude have Father will always tell you that
-
gratitude helps you to appreciate. They said, gratitude, We'll let
-
you have more, but in gratitude cut your shots. So
-
it's one of the reasons we are not able to
-
respond to God's love in the way you are supposed
-
to ingratitude. And this one it even affects our relationship
-
with others inven our parents. Yeah, yeah, in gratitude with
-
our neighbors. In gratitude, and that is what is I added.
-
And when you study the life of the people of Israel,
-
carefully you realize this spirit of ingratitude amongst them. God
-
brings the people of Israel out from captivity with a
-
mighty hand, with ten powerful plagues that we all know,
-
one that size.
-
On the way they are closed the nor out.
-
What kind of america is that their clothes didn't wear out,
-
their shoes didn't wear out. Said that was non feeble
-
amongst them means that nobody became ill on the way.
-
Can you imagine working on the desert for forty years.
-
God is giving them manner to eat. The Bible says
-
in the day God will come and lead them, come
-
amongst them in the pillar of words crowd. And what
-
that did for them was that it created an air
-
condition at Mussum, so that they were.
-
Not scratched by the sun. And in the night.
-
God will come amongst them, lead them in the pillar
-
of fire. And that fire also give creator some kind
-
of warm apart from giving them directions.
-
So look at what kind of provision God is giving
-
to these people.
-
So don't you think it is fair that God will
-
expect that these people will respond to this great love
-
in a positive way. In Exodus Statitude vers one, and
-
to pay God back this is what they did. They
-
can't be reading it for the sake of time. Just
-
summarizes so these people, they said, Mosses are gone to
-
be with God. He had not returned at the time,
-
and they said, this crib, we don't know what has
-
happened to him. We don't know when he's going to
-
come back. Make us a God. We need a God.
-
We need a God. We need a God. Make us
-
God that shall go before us. For as for this, Moses,
-
can you imagine see how they are referring to their leader.
-
I ask for this, Moses, ask for this. Moses, and
-
a lot of you that help see you respond, and
-
you treat your leaders in a certain way, you describe
-
them in certain ways. How can you say this about
-
your leader? Ask for that Moses, with no respect and
-
reverence attached the man who brought us at Bat of
-
the end of Egypt. We do not to know what
-
has become of you. So give us gods. Continue turn
-
the two to too. Sorry. Then around two said okay,
-
bring all your ear rings, your necklaces, anything good and
-
very in mind. These necklaces and gold and ear rings
-
and these things they had. It was God that gave
-
them favor before the Egyptians, before they left, God said,
-
I'll give you favor. Go to your masters whatever you
-
ask that would said. Because of that favor, the Egyptians
-
give them everything, and they left Egypt bankrupt. So the
-
God that God gave them bless them with. They're now
-
coming to use the gold to create a God and
-
so many of us. That is what is happening in
-
our lives. The blessing God give to us. They not
-
begin to compete with God. God gives you a job,
-
then the job starts competing with God that has tied.
-
Then I said that, oh, half a Sunday. Sunday, we'll
-
go to work.
-
Oh yeah, he Now because of that job, we don't
-
even have time for prayer. Some of it becomes of
-
some relationship you're in. You're always busy when you're supposed
-
to do something for God.
-
Oh I have a date.
-
Oh this time I won't be available. Hey, the same
-
good God gave them, they turn it into God continued,
-
So he brought it to error.
-
Let's go to four. Okay.
-
So and he received the good from their hands, and
-
he fashioned it with an engraving you and made a
-
more dead cow. Then they said, this is your God,
-
Oh Israel, that did what? That brought you out of
-
the land of Egypt? Hey, are they telling the truth
-
of their lying? Oh all of us? Are they telling
-
the truth of their lie? Who brought them out of Egypt?
-
Oh?
-
Who brought them out of Egypt? Can you imagine how
-
God failed? When God will be there and I'll just
-
curse some God and they will be saying that, oh,
-
you are the one who brought us out of Egypt,
-
can you imagine in gratitude. Maybe I'll just end here
-
on this point. Let us read Exodus Exodus twenty verse
-
to the journey five very six. See, God knew that
-
this thing was happening, So when God was giving them
-
the commandments, God emphasized on it.
-
God rep rep.
-
Letting them know that I am the one who brought
-
you out of where Egypt? God said, I am the
-
lordyer of God who brought you out of the land
-
of where Egypt? Did journal mean five six? I'm the
-
lordyer of God who brought you out of the land
-
of After everything got still to them in thirty two,
-
as we read, they still were able to make a calf,
-
and they said, this is our God who brought us
-
out of the land of Egypt. Yeah, yeah, and you
-
might be looking at it is the people of Israel
-
is before they were ungrateful. Are you not doing the same?
-
Are you not doing the same? Ask somebody, are you
-
not doing the same in gratitude? Do you know what
-
in gratitude is? It is when you take the credits
-
that is still God. When you take it, you receive
-
it for yourself. When the glory that is due to
-
God you take it in gratitude. You will not be
-
able to respond to the love of God. When in
-
gratitude feels your heart.
-
Hey chelling, you.
-
Did you know you had a first class Ah, that
-
doesn't mean I I've been a shack since the hsday too.
-
Ah.
-
Everybody or my friends laughter telling me that my head,
-
my head is good, My head is good.
-
Then God will be in heaven and watching you. Your
-
head is good. You will see.
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm telling you annoyed you can't sing
-
Oh for me? I always come from the hazards. You know,
-
it's in this thing. It's in our blood, and it's
-
a saying my blood. You know it's not true. My
-
dad is a great worshipper. See, if you're not careful,
-
you can easily fall into that travel of ingratitude, taking
-
the credit that is due goal.
-
Oh oh you know about this one. It's nothing this
-
and there is goockle.
-
Mhm.
-
See.
-
In gratitude will make you feel that you are the
-
owner and not the steward. Yeah, yeah, in gratitude. Okay,
-
so oh this is this is the God?
-
Is this one? Is this one that that brought us
-
out of Egypt? It's serials show Let me mention the
-
second point and then number two. Pride. Pride.
-
Pride, Pride is one of the reasons that we are
-
not able to respond to God's love in the way
-
you're supposed to.
-
H Yeah.
-
Yeah. Pride makes you feel like yourself made. Yeah yeah,
-
yourself made, yourself made. The Bible said that pride goes
-
before a four and also said that God resists the proud,
-
but gives more grace to the humble. Let's read Acts
-
chapter twelve, rest twenty. There was a time in the
-
life of Herald that Herald started accepting and seeing himself
-
as God.
-
And this is where we need to be.
-
Very careful as Christians. Be careful of the praises of people.
-
Her people can put you in a tight corner before God. There.
-
If you're not careful, it to attract some rot of
-
God over your life. It happened to David when the woman.
-
The woman began to sink, Oh, so has killed his thousands.
-
David has killed his ten thousands. And so I said
-
that you have accepted it.
-
Me and the king.
-
I've been fighting all these years for my youth. You've
-
been a suparate boy. You used to kill lions and bears.
-
You come to kill God. Liar, you're asserting this phrase,
-
and that began David's troubles, you know, so, Barba said.
-
Now, Harold had been very angry.
-
With the people of Tar and Sidom, but they came
-
to him with one accored and having made blasters the
-
King's personal ate their friend. They asked for peace because
-
their country was supplied with food by the King's country.
-
Worked with me. Let's go.
-
So on a sad day, Harold, arrayed in royal apparel,
-
sat on his throne and gave an oration to them,
-
like he gave a speech, and the people kept something
-
the voice of God and not a man. So Harold
-
was even a speech. They were clapping for him, and
-
then the guy is speaking Ack Obama. This the voice
-
of God, not man. You know, like those motivational speakers.
-
It's like they have honey on their lips.
-
Can be telling you. The Bible says, Then Harold also
-
saw himself as God. Hi.
-
Then immediately an injury of the Lord struck him because
-
he did not want to keep globy to God, and
-
he was eating by worms and died. So let's be
-
careful about the praises of men that brings you to
-
a place where you begin to compete with God. Then
-
now God killed him. Yes, he got rotten. Immediately, you
-
got rotten by by wems. He was alive, he was dying,
-
wems were eating and he died. God said, you have
-
accepted this glory. That is you mean that you are God.
-
I'm a few when you're singing, you're singing like an angel.
-
You're thinking like this, Just just be first. Then give
-
God back his glory because it's just a thin line.
-
If you're not careful, you might receive it. Actually I've
-
done it.
-
Yeah, yeah, But.
-
We need to understand that God has invested so much
-
into us by his love, and God expressed us to
-
respond in a positive way according to the measure of
-
the love he has spoiled into her heart.
-
And I said it differs. So you must be able
-
to know of how much God.
-
Has poured his love into you, so that you respond
-
in an equal measure with your commitments. What's your service
-
in the house of God. So while your friends are
-
fooling around and they are not committed, not tell it
-
for me. I didn't deserve it to by God assumed me, miss,
-
and therefore have to respond in this way. I pray
-
for you that you'll not take God's love for granted.
-
You'll not take the glory that is ill God. You'll
-
not take the place that belongs to God in your life,
-
but you respond in a positive way to the love
-
God has shown you, the messes, the kindness. You will
-
not be like Hezekiah, but God will be proud of you.
-
In the name of Jesus, let's rise to our fait.
-
Why a rise, and we want to pray that pray
-
Our Lord help me, help me to be able to
-
respond to your lam.
-
Help me.
-
I want to be able to respond to your lave.
-
I don't want to be ungrateful. I don't want to
-
be ungrateful. I don't want to be ungrateful. Help me,
-
Oh God, help me, help me pray, pray. Asks a
-
Lord help you, asks a Lord to help you. The
-
woman that was forgiving Matt the Bible says she loved match,
-
she loved mad.
-
You want to pray, pray? Why not?
-
The apostles by the name of John, a postal John.
-
He was known as the aposto or the disciple that
-
Jesus loved. Among all the disciples. He was one that
-
was always lying in the bottom of Jesus and all
-
the other disciples knew that this guy. There was a
-
special bond between him and Jesus. And because of that,
-
this guy also responded in the same measion when Jesus
-
was on the cross, he was the only disciple around.
-
He was the only disciple around.
-
He said, if you've been able to show me this loud,
-
I will not deny him. He was around, and because
-
of that, Jesus was able to and ask his mother, if.
-
Help us.
-
For the love that you showed us their names, We
-
need to respond the love of may. We'll not forget
-
my ship. Shout up, We'll not forget to respond back
-
to you. Some of you that will got a certain
-
messy and wherever will find our shell. That is do
-
you for him? Now? Is it's not no well compared nurse? No, no, no, no,
-
that's appsible doing? Was she any meaning? What's your name?
-
Your forgo label? Your thans given should be more?
-
Shake machine can respond back to you the part for
-
the kindness, change for all the kindness the name Jesus, Lord,
-
shut up.
-
The watched the Great.
-
Dial tank you thank you, watch the Great Man for
-
again in a show for all the Miracles.
-
One show labeled ship keep number in the same.
-
I just read out you you understood or you have
-
understood the message. One day David was just on his balcony.
-
There's a.
-
See me as separate boy, that was nobody. God has
-
brought me from the backside of the desert, made me
-
a king, and I have built a house and sitar
-
and I'm living in and the act of God's intense.
-
He said, no, I'm just something about that. Right Then
-
you got Natan. You spoke to him that I want
-
to build God the house.
-
Then God said, you are not going to build me
-
a house, but one that will come up from your
-
own Seas said, because your hands are staying with black.
-
But just by having that desire, you will not build
-
me a house. I will build you a house, a
-
house that will I'll last you and ever lasting life.
-
And was talking about the drone of Jesus Christ.
-
That is why Jesus is in the lineage of David
-
sitting on the drone of David forever. David would just
-
look back and he said, what should I do in
-
response to the love God that shown me? At least
-
let me do something. If you look into your life
-
and look at the circus of your parents, your family, school,
-
academic work, and have I got has brought you?
-
If you tell you show you something to do. Pray
-
that God help me to be able to know what
-
you do to I present you alarm and that MESSI
-
and I'm massa of what you have sown in reputed
-
that kind shout hand Jesus. I want to pray for you.
-
If after the message God has started your heart, you're
-
not going again. You don't even know Jesus. You want
-
to give your life to Jesus. That is the first
-
group of people and the second group of people like
-
the fine yard God was talking about. God has made
-
a lot of investment in putting your life. But you yourself,
-
you realize that the kind of fruit God is expecting
-
from you, that's not the fruit you have been buried.
-
Come, I want to pray for you.
-
You know, I know in your hearts that I'm not
-
doing what God expects me to do, or even if
-
I'm doing something for God, I can't do better. Come,
-
I want to pray for you. You want to give
-
your life to Jesus. You don't know Jesus. I want
-
to pray for you.
-
You are here.
-
You know that with the kind of love and Mexico
-
that has shown you by now, you should have been
-
at a certain level in God doing some things, but
-
you're not doing I want to pray for you. Please come,
-
don't be shined. I'm not going to ask you anything
-
or just come. You have been loved match, but you
-
look at your life. You are responding in a way
-
of letter. God bless you because you said if you
-
don't respond in a way that God expects you, he said,
-
I'm going to take away my head. I'm going to
-
take away my rag everything that I did or you.
-
God said, don ticket yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, that
-
one with the one talent that didn't invested.
-
The master took it.
-
See, God can't take it. If you don't know what
-
I'm telling you, what can't take it? Investor. God is
-
an investor, He's a business man. This lift up your hands.
-
Is there any among you who wants to give your
-
life to Jesus? Those in fact, Father, thank you for
-
this opportunity with prayer that will give us the grace
-
and their strengths to respond. And God you to the
-
measure for which you have shown us. Now that because
-
you have been forgiven much, you love us.
-
Father.
-
If there's anything we need to do from today that
-
will be able to echo your love, the measure of
-
your love, your kindness, your faithfulness, your patience, do wars,
-
ask for the help has to be able to do
-
it in the name of Jesus. Any fruits that you
-
are expecting from our lives, Help us to be able
-
to bear that fruits to your name and to your glory.
-
This we have asked in the name of Yours Jesus. Amen,
