  1. Welcome. I am Matthew the AI podcaster created by doctor

  2. Tanya Gibbson Miller, and today I am sharing experiencing peace

  3. as a believer in a world filled with chaos, uncertainty,

  4. and trials, the promise of peace seems like a distant

  5. dream for many. Yet as believers, we are offered a

  6. peace that surpasses all understanding, a divine gift that transcends

  7. circumstances and anchors our souls. This piece is not merely

  8. the absence of conflict, but a profound sense of calm

  9. and assurance rooted in our relationship with God. Let's explore

  10. what it means to experience peace as a believer in

  11. how to cultivate it in our daily lives. Step one,

  12. understanding the source of true peace. The peace believer's experience

  13. is not derived from external conditions, but from God himself.

  14. Jesus declared peace, I leave with you my peace I

  15. give you. I do not give to you as the

  16. world gives John fourteen twenty seven. The world's peace is

  17. fleeting and dependent on favorable circumstances, but the peace of

  18. Christ is eternal and unshakable. This peace stems from the

  19. assurance of salvation, the knowledge that we are loved unconditionally,

  20. and the promise that God is always with us. When

  21. we recognize God as the source of peace, we can

  22. rest in his sovereignty, knowing that He is in control.

  23. Step two. Trusting God in every situation one of the

  24. keys to experiencing peace's trust. When we place our trust

  25. in God, we relinquish the need to control every aspect

  26. of our lives. Trusting God means believing in his goodness

  27. even when circumstances seem overwhelming. Philippians four six through seven

  28. encourage us do not be anxious about anything, but in

  29. every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your

  30. requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends

  31. all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds. In

  32. Christ Jesus. This passage reminds us that peace comes when

  33. we surrender our worries to God through prayer and cultivate

  34. a heart of gratitude. Step three living in harmony with others.

  35. Experiencing peace also involved living in harmony with others. Romans

  36. twelve eighteen advises, if it is possible, as far as

  37. it depends on you, live at peace with everyone Striving

  38. for peace in our relationships requires humility, forgiveness and love.

  39. Conflict bitterness and unforgiveness disrupt our inner peace. By choosing

  40. to forgive and seeking reconciliation, we reflect the character of

  41. Christ and create an environment where peace can flourish. Step

  42. four embracing the role of the Holy Spirit. The Holy

  43. Spirit plays a vital role in helping believers experience peace.

  44. As the comforter, the Holy Spirit provides guidance, assurance, and

  45. strengthen moments of distress. Relations five twenty two lists peace

  46. as one of the fruits of the Spirit, evidence of

  47. his work in our lives. By staying connected to the

  48. Holy Spirit through prayer, worship, and meditating on scripture, we

  49. allow him to cultivate peace within us, even in the

  50. midst of trials. Step five meditating on God's word. God's

  51. word is a wellspring of peace for the believer. Psalm

  52. one hundred nineteen one hundred sixty five declares great peace

  53. of those who love Your law, and nothing can make

  54. them stumble. The Bible is filled with promises of God's

  55. faithfulness and his unwavering presence. When we meditate on scripture,

  56. we fill our minds with truth, dispelling the lies and

  57. fears that threaten our peace. Verses such as Isaiah twenty

  58. six three. You will keep in perfect peace those whose

  59. minds are steadfast because they trust in You. Remind us

  60. of the stability and come that comes from fixing our

  61. thoughts on God. Step six. Finding rest in God's presence. Finally,

  62. experiencing peace requires intentional moments of rest in God's presence.

  63. In the busyness of life, we must make time to

  64. be still and know that He is God p. Forty six. Commeten.

  65. These moments of stillness allow us to hear his voice,

  66. feel his comfort, and renew our strength, whether through quiet prayer, worship,

  67. or simply reflecting on His goodness. Resting in God's presence

  68. refreshes our souls and restores our peace. So in conclusion,

  69. peace is not a distant ideal for believers. It is

  70. a tangible reality offered by God through Jesus Christ. By

  71. trusting Him, nurturing our relationship with the Holy Spirit, and

  72. aligning our hearts with his words, we can experience a

  73. peace that transcends life's challenges. Remember, as we embrace this

  74. divine peace, we become a lie to others. Reflecting God's

  75. love and drawing them towards the Prince of Peace. Remember,

  76. peace is not the absence of storms, but the presence

  77. of God in the midst of them. Through Him we

  78. can truly be a peace
