  1. On today's podcast, we are talking about the power of praise.

  2. Our key scripture reads through Jesus. Therefore, let us continually

  3. offer to God a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of

  4. lips that openly profess his name Hebrews thirteen fifteen. Praise

  5. is powerful. It has the ability to transform our hearts

  6. and shift the atmosphere around us. When we lift our

  7. voices in praise, even in difficult times, we are making

  8. a bold declaration of faith. Praise isn't just a response

  9. to blessings. It's an act of trust in the character

  10. and promises of God. At its core, praise redirects our focus.

  11. Instead of dwelling on our problems, we center our thoughts

  12. on God's power, love, and faithfulness. This shift in perspective

  13. moves us from despair to hope, from fear to faith,

  14. and from way to worship. It's in these moments of

  15. praise that we are reminded of who God is, our provider,

  16. sustainer and savior. The sacrifice of praise the scripture call

  17. did a sacrifice of praise, and rightly so. There are

  18. times when praising God doesn't come easily, when the weight

  19. of life feels unbearable. Lifting our voices to sing or

  20. speak his praises can feel like the last thing we

  21. want to do. Yet this is where the power of

  22. praise shines brightest. Sacrificial praise isn't about ignoring our pain.

  23. It's about choosing to exalt God in the midst of it.

  24. It's proclaiming God, you are good even when life is hard.

  25. You are faithful even when I can't see the way ahead.

  26. This kind of praise moves heaven and shifts the spiritual atmosphere.

  27. What happens when we praise chains are broken Enacts sixteen.

  28. Paul and Silas praised God while imprisoned, and their worship

  29. led to an earthquake that opened the prison doors. Praise

  30. has the power to break the chains of fear, doubt,

  31. and despair in our lives. God's presence is invited. Psalm

  32. twenty two three says that God inhabits the praises of

  33. his people. When we praise him, we create a space

  34. for his presence to dwell, bringing peace and comfort. Victory

  35. is declared. Praise is a weapon. It reminds the enemy

  36. that he is defeated and that we belong to the

  37. one who has already won the victory. How to cultivate

  38. a lifestyle of praise Start small. Begin your day by

  39. thanking God for one thing. Sing your praise. Use worship

  40. songs to declare God's goodness. Even when you don't have

  41. the words yourself. Speak it out loud, Profess his name

  42. and attributes, saying God, you are faithful, You are my rock.

  43. Build your faith and invites his power into your life.

  44. Reflection moment. Take a moment to day to pause and

  45. praise God, not because of what he's done, but because

  46. of who he is. Reflect on his unchanging nature and

  47. his promises over your life. Write down a few words

  48. of praise and let them guide your heart throughout the day.

  49. Closing prayer, Heavenly Father, I praise you today for who

  50. you are. You are good, you are faithful, and you

  51. are worthy of all my worship. Even when life is hard,

  52. I choose to lift your name above my circumstances. Let

  53. my praise be a sacrifice that honors you and invites

  54. your presence into my life. Break every chain and silence

  55. every fear. Ayes I trust in you in Jesus name. Amen.

  56. When life feels heavy, let the power of praise remind

  57. you of the one who carries it all. Trust him,

  58. worship him, and let his glory shine through your life.
