[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to In the Water podcast with me and Pastor Elwood.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Today we're going to be doing a recap of a massive, massive event that we just had.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we're still processing it ourselves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I hope y'all hang around and listen to us process because it is something to hear.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I've been baptized in people in my sleep.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We ain't left there, have we?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, we have not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll tell you what a, what a revival that was and what a baptism it was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the way that people came and it was just, it was just miraculous.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can just see it, move up God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: is what it really was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And for people that could see that and see how it went, they couldn't say it was anything else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But a move of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And people went away from their victorious and that's a whole thing of the thing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: There was several times that we would just look out and there would be so many people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You couldn't even wrap your head around it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: There was so many people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And when you look and you're like, they're all here for Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me tell you, it will light a fire and you like never before.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so we had over five thousand people show up in West Virginia in the middle of absolute nowhere.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we baptized two thousand, seven hundred and thirty
-
[SPEAKER_01]: people.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That is a staggering.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a number to chew on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, that's a staggering amount of people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they come and they'd wait up to ten hours in line.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some of them said they didn't feel like it was that long.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they didn't leave.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They got out of the water and stayed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, it was just miraculous what was taking place there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the presence of God was all over that ground.
-
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All over that ground.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the people could feel it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I would look out the month of the tent.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I just wanted to go out there and half five.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They were going down through there, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they do that no more.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He used to be able to go through the line.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But now the line was like this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: like it was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Seven rolls of people.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I counter them and I just want to go out there and we don't say high to over a half hour or something but I just couldn't do it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They heard you though.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They heard you preaching.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They, you know, you talk about seven, seven rows.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Everything, there was so biblical.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like every bit of it reminded me of Acts chapter two, you know?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It talks about repenting and being baptized, repent and be baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then it goes on to talk about, you know, three thousand people being added unto the church in that day.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, it said three thousand were baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I remember the first time reading that and I was like, they added another zero.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, because I thought for sure,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like there ain't no way that they baptize three thousand people in a day because you just picture that and it seems like something that you can't comprehend unfolding but we watched it unfold like we watched over five thousand people be congregated in the same place praising the Lord and we watched so many of them be baptized and we almost hit that three thousand mark
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We were just two hundred and seventy people short but it was it was something unbelievable that's just so hard to describe unless you're there unless you're witnessing something like this unfold.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But you know we're seeing testimonies upon testimonies just every other video on our four-year page is our baptism event and our revival and it's
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's been overwhelming in the best of ways to see so many people show up for the cause of Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, it all started, I think, well, on our way, you know, we had the pop-up.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We had the pop-up down there.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: How are we, Zimbabwe?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, how are we, Zimbabwe?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was just, it was fantastic.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It really, truly was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then we made our way up to, um,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't think of it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Gusta, West Virginia.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the folks that we stayed with, you know, when you entered the home, you felt like you was at home.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they just opened up their house.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They did.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they's a lot of us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: had the air mattresses lay in all over the place and the garage and the dining room.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It was just it was just full of people and they said there's a refrigerator whatever you need just go ahead and get I just opened up everything and they were so kind and and I'll tell you what there's not many people home you can go into.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: that one and this one and and very few more that I've ever been in for you can just fill it home you know and and it was it was just great I'm telling you what the Lord had this planned out he had this planned out and and so I'll tell you what from there to going over to the river and then the start of Saturday morning it was game on it was
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We just kicked the devil on a teeth and then I don't know.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We did, you know, I stayed a little storage cabin thing down by the river and I slept on a, you know what a nugget is?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I had never heard none of chicken nugget.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and nugget that you sleep on I had never heard of one but one of our team members Kaylee her son has a nugget and it's basically like a couch cushion just like a little cushion and that's why I slept on by the river so I was happy and I got to wake up and I was right there ready to go get in the water
-
[SPEAKER_01]: My hair looked a little messy, but I was happy as could be.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I came over to the house.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You're talking about the house there in Mel and Mac.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That was the land owner's names.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, they're just good country folks.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Just Jesus loving people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they opened their home in such a way that, you know, my art team's massive.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we have seventy volunteers.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's a lot of people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And when we're together, oh man, we're praising worship and talking them all a minute.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and they opened their home to us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so we had over half of our team stay in their home.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I would come over and visit, you know, take a shower and I came over after the first night, took a shower and I came out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was one of the most beautiful moments ever of all of us, like we were all around this island in the kitchen.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And everybody was just eating whatever we could find because we were starving.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we didn't crawl out of the water till almost midnight.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so we were all just like eating whatever we could find.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I look over, you know, and I see some of the college kids that we have, you know, in their eating chips and all kinds of stuff.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: One of them's eating pickles out of the jar.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I look over and they'll would.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's the worst of them all.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He's got half of a watermelon.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's eating it with the spoon.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I said we look like a bunch of college kids out here just it was so funny though and you know me I got myself some chicken and had some chicken and fruit but I enjoyed watching it with dig out of that watermelon and I just thought about the landowners there and I thought man they truly opened their home
-
[SPEAKER_01]: in a way that we could we could go shopping in their cabinets and have food to eat and you know she had pies baked in the in the fridge and so many things for us to find and you know it's not been that way in a lot of locations you know a lot of locations we just show up and we don't know what we're into we could be somebody that's overly hospitable or it could be someone that's really not and so we've had all kinds of locations where we've
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We've showed up and it's been, you know, not what we expected in a good way or a bad way.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But either way, we get the job done.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But this one, it just added so much beauty to it all, having landowners that wanted us there, and that, like, truly poured into us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It reminded me so much of the Bible when Paul would travel, and he would long to go to these locations of the people that were so hospitable to him.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, I get it now.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I get it now.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was a beautiful part to our trip.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, and then you take the churches and all those that came together to feed five thousand people.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a massive amount of food.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll tell you what, I like the gravy and biscuits, you know that first morning, but anyway, I mean these folks, they
-
[SPEAKER_00]: they done far and above what they should have done, but I'll tell you what they stayed right there and they fed every end of visual there and there was steel food left or God just multiplied it again and you know they wasn't nobody if they went away from their hungry that was their own fault that's right
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because I'll tell you what they did a terrific job.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They was just there to serve.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's what they was there to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And boy did they ever step up, they stepped up a big time.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We had farmers bringing truckloads of corn, can't alone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: whatever they could find and they didn't even think they had enough food remember when we started they're like I don't know if we can feed a couple thousand people you know and I'm like we multiplied a couple thousand and there's five thousand and just like the biblical story of the fishes and loads they literally watch the food be multiplied in front of them
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and having abundance and have over the amount that we needed and just people would show up with with more food and then they would cook it on the smoker and they would you know and it was it was beautiful I looked over at one point and my son was over there shucking corn with old ladies and
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He's had the time in his life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He loves the shotgun.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a truckload of it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, they just, they were bringing whatever they could, like, God stirred so many hearts to be in this revival with us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And this is one of the first times we've experienced that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like a lot of times we show up and we do everything.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like our ministry has to do everything.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But this time, you know, people were farmers were showing up, churches were showing up, and it wasn't for self.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they didn't once advertised to come to my church.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They came because they're like, you're here for Jesus and I'm here for Jesus and I'm serving you and I'm watching feet today.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that was literally, it was just one of the most beautiful, wholesome moments and it restored my faith in the churches.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: it restored my faith that there's people out there that want to come help us because they see this massive move of God and they want to support it and so I I had took a lot of faith in the community and the churches from this event absolutely and you know I have to break the set more than why everything was getting ready and and all that and I was under the tent there and they the lines had already started
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they just kept multiplying, multiplying, multiplying.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought, oh my goodness.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And what aside it was, then I said something about, somebody needs to go up on that hill up and get a picture of this dinner.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And just so happened, Walt brought his drone up over there and got that massive amount of people there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that thing gives me coach yields every time I watch it, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was just unreal of the amount of people that showed up wanting an experience with God Almighty and they got it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right, they did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They got it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so when they left there, I'm sure that they was happy they came because I heard some of the men say we stood in line eight and ten out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and said it was worth every second to stand there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But God met him and they come expecting.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when you come expecting for God, God will meet your expectations.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because he was right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He was right there in a water.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So many of them met him in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So many of them met him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure that all of them made friends down through her.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They probably changed phone numbers and milling addresses or whatever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the case.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was Catholic, it was church of God, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, all of them was there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they all got along.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They did.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They loved only each other.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They celebrated and they realized that they were on the same team.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and you know one of them over here speaking in tongues the other one over here watching them and just saying wow that was beautiful you know a catholic or somebody who doesn't usually do that was looking at someone out and they're like wow you that was beautiful and there was just so much love and so much unity and you know unity in the body of Christ is so huge
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and in the Bible, it talks about the Pharisees, the sadacies, it has all different types of religions in the Bible.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But when you see this move, it reminds you so much of the biblical times where Jesus was showing the multitude, so the multitude would follow Jesus and his teachings.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they were coming from these other religions too.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They were coming from what they thought was right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They were coming from the Pharisees, the synagogues.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they were coming from all over.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they were joining.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they were all together.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's, you know, this is literally what we watched happen.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We watched the Bible come to life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We say it all the time.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's true.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like we watched it with our own eyes.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: The Bible come to life in front of us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And unfold.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we saw, you know, the biblical times of all these people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're out here.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not grown and they're not complaining.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're loving on each other.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're excited to be there.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're expecting, they're ready.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was just, it was this time period came where it's like the fishes and loaves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: What are we gonna eat?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we had the food, even though we didn't get the food.
-
[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We didn't as a ministry provide the food.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so God provided everything we needed in all the moments.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was just, the miracles, the miracles we've seen.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: One of my favorites.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And this was so beautiful that an entire multitude of people got to witness this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But that was a man that was in such desperation to be in the water that his wife brought him and the land owner got him in a golf cart and pulled the golf cart in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: to be able to get that man down to the water to be baptized and they carry them in and as they're carrying them in his legs are locked in a down position like being in a wheelchair for a long time just you know the legs like this and and I just I looked up and I'm like God I have enough faith
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I have enough faith.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I know you're the God of all creation that you created this man and that you've stirred his heart to come to this water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I know that you can do this and Lord, if you will just give me the words, does they?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And if you will just bless these hands and let me lay my hands upon this man and let him walk and I pray that so fiercely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I know that, um, you know, his background, I don't, I don't know much about him.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what he struggled with and what he's, you know, still doing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But I prayed over that man's legs and I watched life come back.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I watched his toes wiggle.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I watched him stand up and walk out of there and so did the multitude of people that they got to watch this, this move of God, where God met this man.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: in the water and restored his faith and restored you know he was crying and he was talking to the Lord and you know he got baptized and and rose up out of that water and you know we were holding on to him and helping him walk but he walked all the way to that golf cart and then sat in the golf cart and started crying and like I was crying we were all amazed
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's one of those moments too, and I've actually been in touch with his wife's son, and I told her I would help with physical therapy, you know, to help him because you don't use your muscles for so long like you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, I want to help you, you know, I'm like, read your word every day.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You continue your faith with Christ that he has healed in this moment.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to walk in that healing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to claim that healing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've, you know, like I said, I've been in touch with her, but it's just, it was such a beautiful moment to restore people's faith all around.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like people that saw that moment, there were people on the bank that were not going to be baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They saw that and came in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there was people all over the place, just all the arm hairs was raised on all their body and it was just, it was such a profound moment of showing that Jesus Christ can still heal, that it is not a thing of the past, that the Bible is not just a story book, that the Bible comes to life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just for the past, it's for now.
-
[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And Jesus is so good.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He can touch and heal anything if we would just quit putting him in a box.
-
[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And quit, you know, holding back and grieving the Holy Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that was, that was one of my favorite moments of the weekend about you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a one that stands out to you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that was a beautiful moment.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When it stands out to me, a lady came out there to get baptized and she said, there's a snake.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: No, and no, we hate snakes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I hate them suckers.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, and I hadn't seen it, and it was over here behind me sort of, and she's seen it and racing it as he was standing there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then that's a slivering thing, and it started swimming around, and then it left.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you prayed that thing out of where you would.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then it come back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It came back for a second try.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess, and I thought, and then I've seen it come through and boy, it was really getting it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's coming over to Joe.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I saw it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was at Rascal and I thought, man, you come over here that head sticking up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to take up surface and I don't even like snakes, but I wasn't going to let it bother the
-
[SPEAKER_00]: the one that's coming in get baptized, but they had to see me pull that stuff around there and throw it in the weeds.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I wash as it came over towards that side and it had its head up and finally it just disappeared.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what at Rascal went.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I watched it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They come over to my side and I looked at it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I review Cuban name of Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I said it's so loud.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, back in there, it went all up the river.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I like watched it go quite a while.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was making sure it didn't come back to you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was watching it too.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, if I need to take up serpents for you, it would all do it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: only good snakes are dead snake.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care what size, what kind, how big, how small.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, but there was so much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There was so much that I just can't even get my, I want to guess what you say, I'm just still processed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then the thrill of seeing people get delivered, the thrill of people getting saved and being sent on fire for the Lord.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then the thrill of these ministers from West Virginia coming down, they've never seen nothing like this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: your preacher, but you know what God is, preacher, but he's there and it was I love to watch them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I tell you what, I can't wait to meet them again because I I seen the change.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I seen their faces as they witnessed the Bible come to life and then I seen what they've preached for so long.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they've read these words in these pages and they've seen it in their own minds but now watching it come to life and like seeing it in front of your faces like it is just
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's something we wish for every pastor to be able to say.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It changed their life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It changed the way they look at the buildings.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It changed everything about them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They've seen the church as it is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that just thrills me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was so thankful that they came down to be a part of that, to witness that, to get a little taste of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They've got a little taste and they'll never be the same.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: never be the same change their churches it'll change ever it'll change all the lives around them and it'll uh I heard that they've been contacting you asking you what kind of waiters you were yeah that's right Dan he uh he called me up and uh I sent him uh picture of the tag of the waiters and so he gonna go ahead and order him some but uh but uh I'll tell you why I did uh I am so thankful and and Jason I think I called him a couple times just make sure that he was coming
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and he was going to come down one day and then but that evening he had already changed his mind he said I'll be there two days and then Bill said he'd be there two days but Bill got sick and he was able to participate but but he was able to sit up on the bank and look at him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And Ray, he went back to his church.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And he told him a few things about it too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It changed the mall.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It changed the mall.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you come to one of these baptismal revivals, if it doesn't change something in you, then you come looking for the wrong thing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You come to look for the wrong thing because when when the Holy Spirit as it said in Genesis, the Spirit of God moved across the waters.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, He was moving across the waters right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not only on the waters, but on the land.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: as well as the people was just roll way to roll way to roll and I looked out there and I thought, my goodness, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I preached three times that David's time to let Sunday come around.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I tried to get morning and I lost my voice for that evening.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It was done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I told Jason I said Jason I can't and he just took over and so I'll tell you what what a move of God that was and the people that got to victory the people that got victory in it and that's what it's all about
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's letting them move a God into life and seeing God just change everything about their life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And those people, every one of them, I believe, walked away from their difference and what they was when they came.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I know they've seen the other videos of other baptism, everything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's good, but once you're there, when you see it face to face and feel the presence of Almighty God, I'll tell you what, you can't go back home the same.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't go back to your church the same.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I can imagine
-
[SPEAKER_00]: all over that place up there and these people wherever they came from.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think there was thirty or thirty five states.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Different states was there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think five or six different countries was there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when they go back, they go back to their churches.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We just pray that the fire will be lit.
-
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That they'll go back just a burning sobriety.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The church won't get in part of it as well.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Won't see more of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they got one of them old dry six foot eyes sickles.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he'll catch on far as well, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And see that God, amen, that has made his ministers a flame of fire.
-
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's got the melt eyes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The melt eyes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So amen, God, just simply, simply.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess what, I say this sometime, God just showed off.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He just showed off and sent these people by the whole drawing, by the Holy Spirit there, and they got their needs matter.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They sure did.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: There's so many stories, uh, the testimonies, you know, that roll in after like a couple weeks after.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Keep going.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, for the, for the first few days after, I mean, TikToks, Instagram stories, just pages of testimonies in my emails and in my DMs, just of what people came there with.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and what they got the victory over.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, it's just, it goes to show like every testimony is a testament to God.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Every one of them that came and their lives have changed forever.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're able to walk away there, just like the man in the tombs.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: In the Bible, there's the man in the tombs.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He's demon possessed.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And Jesus, you know, he freezing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And whenever Jesus does, you know, he's cast the demons into the pigs, the pigs drown themselves, go figure in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, we see the same thing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're seeing, you know, these demons flee.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're seeing them brown.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're seeing these people come back up with the victory and not have any demons anymore.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, like the, like the story I'm talking about here with Jesus, Jesus, ends up telling him, now you go and you tell them what happened.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You go and show them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he was a walking talking testimony and that's what we're seeing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're seeing all of these walking talking testimonies, leave here and go out and show what the Lord has done for them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just, it is something that is, it's hard to put it in words like we try, but it's hard to put it in words until you see it yourself.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Until you witness this powerful move of God, then you're like, oh wow, like this is as real as I've ever seen in anything in my life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, you know, you got people coming and their video in it because they're trying to learn learn from it, who they can take it back and do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The same thing out in Washington State, the gentleman came to me and asked me said, how do you all do this?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I said first of all, it's leading by the Holy Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not leading by man whatsoever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It has to be led by the Holy Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when we listen to the Holy Spirit, He will lead you and guide you into all truth.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He will not lead you astray.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So we had people there that was videoing it, trying to learn and figure out how to do this, that they was going to take it back and they was going to try to do it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so God is just miraculously.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: miraculous, a set in people on fire.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I believe with all my heart, and some people say I've heard this all my life, that the end of time is quickly closing in, and God is getting ready, getting the people ready that we'll listen to it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so when they come, like I've already said, they'll not leave the same way they can, they'll leave differently.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I'll tell you what some of them said it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When I got out of the car, I felt the presence of God and the tears begin to roll then.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when that takes place, I'm telling you what you're on to something.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're on to something that's going to bless your heart.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's exactly what happened.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right, you know, you're talking about the people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I would have people on the bank.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They would be getting as close as they could to the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They're about falling into water to try to listen to what I was saying.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I looked up a few times and I almost said, you don't want to get my backpack, you know, but it was it was beautiful that they're hunger.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I could just they were recording and they were like right here at the
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just looked up and I smiled at him and I'm like good for you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Good for you that you're so hungry to see what we're doing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Try to figure it out for yourselves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know Walt said something that really impacted me because for the longest time I would see people try to do what we're doing and they would mimic like ever move I made.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But you wouldn't see the spirit in it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you just wouldn't see the Holy Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You could see through their facade.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You could see that it was self.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they wanted this for themselves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They wanted to do what we're doing for themselves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that don't work.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't want this at all.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, that's why God gave it to me and sent me on this mission.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, then you see people, though, and they have a different look in their eye.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They want to honor the Lord in the same way, and they're hungry to learn this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And those are the ones I'm like, come on in here.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll teach you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so beautiful.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what happened with those ministers.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I allowed them in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So we had three of them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: three pastors that were not a part of our team that you know we allowed in the water to help work alongside of us to learn what we're doing so they could take it back and you know we're seeing this there's a pastor in Indiana that I baptize he's having his own revival now and so that's you know you're seeing all kinds of like the the right kind of fire spreading so I definitely had that moment about the backpack and I chuckled him myself because you know what I wear that water pack on my back
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to hop in my backpack because this is what I was saying with Walt.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Walt described it as this is a blueprint.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like the Bible tells us how to do these things.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But people has been so lost for so long not having leaders showing them what to do.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That now it's like we're doing this and showing people a blueprint.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like this is how you do it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to have, you know, your, your preacher.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to have somebody preaching the gospel there.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Then, you know, the worship team and stuff, all of that came after I started.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't start with all of this, you know, this entire revival.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just me and my dedication at a backpack, like literally me and my Bible in a backpack.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's, you know, God used it because it was me just being willing to serve him in any capacity, just saying, Lord, use me to your will.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want anything for self.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Use me for your glory, your will.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then he built everything around me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, as he would give me the task, and I would complete him.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I would go stand in water for ten hours a day by myself, ice water, a baptized in people calls he told me to, you know?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, you know, the obedience that I had in the very beginning of this, that built this specific ministry.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people don't see that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They just see the glory of what's happened, and they see thousands of people congregated, and they're like, oh, how do we do that?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: you know and I just I want so badly just to be like you got to break yourself you have got to have obedience you have got to die to yourself not care about your own life and live for the Lord and so it goes a lot deeper than you know not deeper than people coming to take a video and learn but
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it is our hope that people are looking at this and they are wanting to honor the Lord and they are wanting to do something different with their life that includes serving Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, at whatever capacity, whether you have a big revival or whether it be baptize your grandma, you know, having some sort of move of God where you are willing to be that vessel is so huge.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, and you know the kids had a ball.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Those kids, they'd get out there between the baptism and holes in the plate playing at the catch crawfish, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You have a kid of some water and a crow dead, and I'll tell you what, they'll go down.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's my child, he had a big ziplock bag.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, where did you get a ziplock bag?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're in the middle of nowhere, and they just got this ziplock bag full of crawled ads.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But you know I was thinking about the baptize you grandma and even though that was a funny thing I was just saying I got to baptize my mom.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yes, you did and it was a moment that like
-
[SPEAKER_01]: who I can't really explain, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I've had the privilege, like the Lord's lead, my husband in the water, I baptized him, I baptized both my children.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And each of those moments is something that I could never have asked for.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, just I just thank the Lord so much for allowing me to help build their faith.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, then my mama, you know, this is a person that's raised me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a person that gave birth to me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, her and I never had the greatest relationship.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We were never close, um, grow all growing up all the way until I was, you know, probably in my, in my twenties when I got sick.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: When I got so deathly sick, then my mom started just pouring into me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She started making sure I was eating food, making sure I was alive.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, she was the last person to, um,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She pulled my feeding tube out when I was dying.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, that was it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't have no more feeding tubes.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She was the one that pulled that feeding tube out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And was going to allow me to go because that was, I couldn't do anything else.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I've been so sick for so long.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so my mom, you know, to see my mom, watch me die and watch me waste away to nothing, be ninety four pounds and just in a hospital bed and her laying right there beside me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, to see her,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: to see her change so dramatically in the times of death and life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then to watch God save my life as she fervently prayed these prayers.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, she prayed, she was a praying woman, but you know, she's also grew up in the religious aspect of things.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, her dad was a pastor, so she grew up in the church.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so she had all the religion and she did have a relationship.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She did pray, but it could be stronger, you know?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so
-
[SPEAKER_01]: when she watched my life be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then she watched me rise up to, you know, to just out of death.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And defeat death just like Christ, Christ defeated death for us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have life I had death.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was dying.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But he gave me new life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just, you know, just like his death and resurrection, I felt like I resurrected to new life completely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, I started reading my Bible every day in changing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what started all of this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But my mom,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, she was watching it from the outside, just being able to see God save me breathe life back into me and then watch me give my life over to him.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so then, you know, she started helping out at the baptisms from the very first one where I showed up, just me in that backpack.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and I Bible and I baptized fifty four people at the first one you know and my mom was there and from there she would go to a few of them you know she'd write this certificate and she'd go to a couple I started having the certificates and she'd go and
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And anyway, she watched me break myself in Damascus, Virginia where my toes were purple and I couldn't hardly breathe.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I had been in that forty-five degrees water for eight hours.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And she watched me go through things that most humans wouldn't.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And she watched me like my obedience to Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And my obedience changed my mother.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like my obedience to Christ changed her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She would have times where she couldn't comprehend why I was doing what I did.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She would, you know, I come out of the water and Damascus and she's like, Kayla, you can't do this.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like you've already put your body through so much in your life.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Why would you want to do this?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Kayla, you can't.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so she would tell me things not to discourage me, but out of love and concern for why I would be so
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so dead set to have this, you know, to work this hard for Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, then come a time in Georgia.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'd been on a three day fast.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She begged me to end my fast.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, you, you almost had a mountain nutrition.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: How can you fast like this?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So all these things that spiritually she didn't understand yet.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was seeing them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I was seeing it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, okay, she's going to have the same faith.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to show her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, my faith is going to change her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so she started reading her Bible every single day as well.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She started growing in her faith and just changing dramatically.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We started having forgiveness.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, of all my childhood trauma, I forgave her of every bit of it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care what she ever did before I forgave her of everything she ever did to me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and love grew, you know, this beautiful type of love between a mother and daughter grew.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so she started showing up, you know, to more baptism event, she would miss a couple, then she'd show up to some, miss a couple.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then this one, she had miss two, she missed Washington, and what was the Indiana?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She missed those two.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then the next one was this West Virginia one, well, she showed up and she was working in the Salvation spot, you know?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I had never felt like it never come across to me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I had never seen it in a vision that she would be baptized again because she got baptized when she was six years old and she did have that part of religion where she was like, I've already been baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So anytime I'd asked her before, she would just say I've already been baptized and I would just let it go and I'd never asked again.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I thought, okay, well, you know, it's different, you know, Jesus was in his thirties when he was baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He had a lot, a lot of things that show us and really would do it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we are to repent and be baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You've done a lot since he was six years old, but these things I didn't want to, I didn't want to tell her it had to come from God, not me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so at this event, she felt the Holy Spirit so strongly from the time we started worshiping on Friday with our team till the time that she was done in the water on Sunday.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And here she comes.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Sunday, she's done with Salvation Pods and she turns her feet and she comes towards me to be baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I, so at first, I wanted to break down bad.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to just crumble in that water and just cry and like, fill the river.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But instead, I was like, okay, I've got, I've got a job to do now.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's no benefit to her if I'm in my flesh crying.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I put myself in check and I said, Lord, do exactly what you've done this entire revival.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Let her be no different to me in this moment than to be somebody that I need to help.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That, you know, me as a vessel for you, Lord, just speak through me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You tell me things about my mother that I don't even know and I will minister to her and I will pour prayer into her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what happened.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: There was things, I don't even remember what I said, of course, because it's just from the spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And there was so many things that I prayed over her and broke off of her so many chains that she was in that I didn't even realize.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: She just held this weight forever and no one saw it, but Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was able to help her in those moments.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, when I put her in that water and she came up, you know, she fell out, which, you know, we have happened a lot in the water where people, they have so much relief and so much peace that they just fall into our arms.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Literally, the Bible, the Bible also talks about this when someone was delivered from demonic spirits.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: In the Bible, it talks about them falling out and they looked as if they were dead as what the Bible says.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we see that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We see people and they're just like all the way out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, man, so I got to hold her as she once held me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And like I was holding her like a baby, you know, my mom.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Man, it hit parts of me that I just, I'd never knew that needed mended.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, my heart.
-
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just held her and I prayed over her more.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And when she got up, then I let my flesh comb and I mean, I balled.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I balled like a baby.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But I hug my mama and I told her how proud I was of her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I called my two sons, you know, Boon actually helped assist baptize her.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So her grandson, my son, got to assist in baptism.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: This kid's young, but he's already read his Bible six or seven times over the whole Bible.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's very knowledgeable, but he saw a lot of things happen in that moment of her surrender.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And of all of this hardness just fall away.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and she come up and she hugged him and she hugged Walen and we just had her little huddle and then as they walked away for me like I lost it I literally hit my knees in the river and I started balling so hard I couldn't even hardly breathe and so I would come sober and he's praying over me in the most sweet moment of just what an honor it is to baptize your mother and then chas comes over and chas is crying with me and I like we're all come about to cry out
-
[SPEAKER_01]: but we're all crying together and we're just like in this little hotel just praising the Lord of what he did that you know it doesn't matter what relationship you have with somebody in the past like even if they've hurt you even if they've done things that they aren't proud of or they they shouldn't have like no matter what they've done to you forgiveness is something as a Christian that you have to have and more than that you have to have love and in those moments it was nothing but love
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It was love between my family, it was love between who is my brothers, who is my mothers and that was yall in the moment.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: My brothers were praying over me and hugging me and you know just it was just a circle of pouring in just the outpouring of the love of Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just, man, it's something I'll never forget as long as I live.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you what to see that to watch it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was standing over there and I was watching this.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I thought for how blessed you really are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, with her mother coming out there and then seeing his take place.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And just a wait of the world just dropped off into the river there into the water.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when you mom got up she walked out of there, Victoria's.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, like you said, you turned around and you hit your knees and the flexly side come back in, the emotions and all that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what a beautiful sight it is, what a beautiful sight it is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure there's hundreds of not thousands out there would love to be in the same role that you was in.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Right there and what it's real that is but it's it's way God is he just he just shows up and and just pours out a blessing upon you that you cannot contain just about you know and what a beautiful sight that was and I've watched that over and over and over and over
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And no, no, millions of people are not hundreds of thousands.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's almost up to a hundred thousand now that's watched this and they've seen this and they're seeing what God is doing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: A bear in West Virginia and see what God has done in Oklahoma and Washington State and Alabama and Georgia and places like this and it's undeniable.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: that what God is really doing in people's lives.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And is a beautiful sight, Caleb.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's one of those places that you'll never forget the rest of your life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if you ever go back again, I'm sure that you'll go back down to River.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the reminisce of
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You baptize your mother's going to be right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And no doubt the tears were flowed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was a beautiful, beautiful side.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What God had did in people's lives right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They changed them forever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what God does.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He just changes us forever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because once you get a taste of the Lord, there's not another thing in this world that can taste like him because he is so good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll tell you what, it was just a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful time and the water and a beautiful afternoon with a sun beaming down and coming through the streets.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was just, it was just a gorgeous time.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: was the tree that hung over us was called like the actual name of the tree is tree of heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And when I found that out and I just I couldn't help but to look at it half the day I would just look up and watch the sun come down through it.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'd like this is called the tree of heaven like what?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it could have been any other tree.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It was the only tree hanging over the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it happened to be the one we baptized under.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So there was so many little signs from God.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And there always is.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: God is always there with you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's always showing you things and signs.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You just got to be one as to see.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to open your eyes to them and see the miracles that he's putting in front of you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, the softening of the hearts like you have truly believe as you spoke.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Just now, Elwood and was talking about all the people that would have loved to be in the same predicament.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I started thinking about all the people that's got to soften their hearts first too.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I see you to blame everybody else for things they've done to you, but it's hard to forgive.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's hard to let your own heart soften and just realize that the enemy was working through that person at the time that they were just being a vessel for the enemy to hurt you or to do bad to you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But forgiveness is a thing that God says we have to do as Christians, that He forgives us, therefore we have to forgive others.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and if we don't then he won't forgive us and that's huge because we do things all the time that's displeasing to the Lord and so when you find out like hey I've got to have forgiveness and it's hard as that may be you'll see things shift and you'll see things change and
-
[SPEAKER_01]: you know I have two sisters and they're pretty close to my mom as well but the forgiveness still isn't there you know they're still the herd of childhood and the things that happen there you know they're not strong and they're faith anymore and and things like that so um but you know it's got to take softening of hearts all the way around to be able to get past these things so um
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was a beautiful moment, but it was full circle for me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I can only imagine.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There was so much that happened there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The praise and worship team.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They are fun.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I love building guys and gals, and I'm telling you what they just through the spirit of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: With that music and everything they play, it just breaks down.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: the people has already come receptive and with them here in them and my good as I I don't know if you could find a better one out there but
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What they they play and everything and and it just breaks down the rest of the wall if they got a wall up it just continues to deertirate That wall in their life to where the spirit of God can just just move in such a mighty way in their life and I'm to there was just so much But to look out from under the tent and see the massive amount of people that was there and then the car still coming in yes
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And people still line up into the field.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It was just a beautiful side.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't think I'd ever in my life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I've heard about people line up for concerts and ball games and stuff like that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we even had people that came out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm telling, and they wound up be there so bad that they drove for days to get there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a beautiful side of what God did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and those people's lives.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But like Kayla said, we gotta get self out of the way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But self when it gets in the way, then God can't work because it's all about self.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But when we put God on the forefront and let Him lead and let Him guide, we can see things like this take place.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And people will come and get the victory that they're longing for, that they needed for so long, so long.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and that they couldn't get it, but now they're getting it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they're hungry.
-
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, they are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the Bible says, plainly says, they're in my thirst and hunger after ration, it shall be fields.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so therefore they're coming, not only are they getting physical food, but they're getting a spiritual food in their life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they can go away from their field up.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the Lord will bless them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know the last people we baptized of the day,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: was the landowners and that is literally happened to so many events we've had where the landowners don't even plan on being baptized like they're not even planning on it they're just hosting and so many events since the very first time I started this ministry I I had probably I think it was the third or fourth event I had where I first had a landowner that you know got baptized but we've seen it time and time again now Alabama landowners were baptized let me think of the other ones Georgia
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's in George?
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Nope.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: My Georgia.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Who else?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Alabama.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Oklahoma, their son got baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They got to come in and assist with the sun being baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: The first Georgia one I did actually, the landowner did get baptized first Georgia.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And anyways, it's been a theme of a lot of times where landowners get baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And this last time, the landowner named Mack, he's very strong in his faith and he wasn't planning to be baptized, but his whole family came in the water and they stretched, pull him across the entire river.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: There was about ten and a half of him at least.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And they all got baptized together and it was so beautiful.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Like each of them, like those kids worked hard on that land.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, they did.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Those kids worked hard to prepare that land for us to come.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And just to watch all of them, you know, be baptized in the very last moments, which was just, it was so beautiful.
-
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it was.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, we had people trickle in the rest of the evening.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We switched, you know, switched out baptized for a while, just, you know, taking care of the rest of the ones that would trickle in from time to time.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, we wrapped it up and it was, it was just,
-
[SPEAKER_01]: When we heard the numbers, we were all just like, wow, and we could have done more.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We could have done more because we ended up actually getting out of their Sunday earlier than we expected.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm the expected for Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm expecting more.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So in Texas, you know, last year we went to Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: The same location.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was one of me and now what's hardest.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it was.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I literally hit my knees at the end of that one and could barely walk.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: out of the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And you, Elwood and I was holding each other up.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me tell you, it was hard to push through that one.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We were in a lot of pain in our bodies.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We had been rocked by the waves.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: They were terrible.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But we've prayed I've been praying on the waves since I've made this location plan this time.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And also I just I have faith.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I have faith that this is different that we're going to have no waves that it's going to be calm waters.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just know that God's God has got something big plan for Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're ready.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're prepared.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're ready to go right now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We still have a couple weeks, but we're ready.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Texas, Lexington was my hard one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I've had a bunch of hard ones.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've had a bunch of hard ones.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Texas, I heard so bad when we was in the kitchen there.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We was crying on each other.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you could look out to wind in the yard there and I said.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I said there's so many.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So many.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't know if I was going to be able to get back to what I really didn't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I just wanted to lay down.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I was hurting so bad.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But the Holy Spirit, he just helped us get right back in the water and to do what God had called us to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then it came to Cali and he was only in her line at that time and they said, it would get out, get out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I made him get out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he still talks about that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He'll still be like, I shouldn't have got out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, it was literally an hour.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's not that he just got out.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He went and preached.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So he was still working.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: He went up there and preached in his words inspired and pushed me home because, you know, you preached on pressing on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Pressing on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll never forget that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what I was doing.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And one by one, I was pressing on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was your word to help me get through it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what a beautiful side it was to see all those people though.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we're getting better equipped.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're learning every one of them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We still have aches and pains in our body.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But we're still pressing on.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: and God restores them so much faster.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like our obedience is rewarded in so many ways.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And my biggest prayers like God restores overnight because you know, comes Saturday.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We, we baptize two thousand people on Saturday in West Virginia.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so then the next day you wake up and you're like, ow.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it just ow in many places, but then you're just like, nope, cannot.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have time for ows.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'll see you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, we got to have strength.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what we'll pray.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll pray for restoration and strength.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he'll give it to us.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I am looking to triple the number from last year in Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We did almost a thousand.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm looking to do close to three thousand if not more.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm ready though.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're prepared.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I know that God has built us up to this position where we're at now.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Don't know how we're going to handle parking, but we're going to figure that went out too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think we only had what five six pods down in Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That was the first time we ever had pods at all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Texas last year was the first time we ever had pods.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, we run in what twelfth pods.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, we have about twelve pods of baptizers now.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And each and every one of them, you know, I personally trained them and made sure that they are baptizing the exact way that I baptize how God commissioned me to do, how the Bible tells us to do.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how our baptizers baptize and, you know, everybody's getting the same results.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's grown much farther than just being me.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know a lot of people come and they're expecting me to baptize them.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But I always say God's going to make sure you get who's supposed to baptize you.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And he will, whether you're supposed to get me or L would or another baptizer, he will make sure you get what you came to that water for.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's been so beautiful to watch and to raise up a team of disciples, you know, and John the Baptist had disciples.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Jesus had disciples and just to watch them press on to, you know, because they don't have to do this either.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: But to watch their obedience to Christ, it's inspiring in so many ways.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're ready.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: All of our pods and all of our people we are ready and we are expected.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know if you got plans or not, but hopefully you got plans to see us in Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're looking forward to seeing you guys and see what God does.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be a move of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be a massive move of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've always heard everything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's big in Texas and last year that was our biggest one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's right in Texas and then they just kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's all right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we'll just keep, we'll just keep multiplying too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: To meet the need.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's over the pulse that I pressed toward the mark.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The hot calling in God in Christ Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the same thing we'll do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll press toward the mark of the last person that is there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So they are not going to be turned away.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be right there.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We baptize every person.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: In case y'all didn't know that, we don't turn nobody away.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We baptize every person that shows up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, absolutely.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, what do you say we in this podcast with a prayer?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sounds like a plan to me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So Lord, we just thank you so much for this ministry that you've created.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Lord, we thank you so much for guiding us and leading us to be able to go and bring revival to the nations.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: I know now we have nations coming people from all over the world that you're just stirring their hearts.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So God, if you'll just stir their hearts from wherever they are and just show them Lord to have faith in action.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And when they put that faith in action, they're going to meet a loving God in that water and they're going to be able to repent and be baptized.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And so God, we thank you for making a way that we're able to do that.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're able to leave our sins in the water.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We're able to just wash everything clean and rise up as new creations.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we thank you, Lord, for being merciful.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And we thank you, Lord, for gathering your people.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We thank you for being able to see multitude show up to these revivals.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We thank you for using our hands and feet for your will.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We ask that you increase, Lord, that you continue to pour out on us as we pour into other people, that you just use our hands, our feet, our mouths, and you just use every part of us, God, to your glory.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: And Lord, we'll give you all the glory on our praise and Jesus name.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see y'all in Texas.
-
[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and then the rest of our schedule.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: We got Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Florida.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're going to see y'all in one of those states.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
-
[SPEAKER_01]: Amen.
