  1. You're listening to a message to go from AX Church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. I have been reading the Book of Joshua.

  3. How many of you have read the Book of Joshua before? Do you like

  4. the book? Yeah? It's a very very encouraging book. And I just

  5. sense, prophetically, prophetically, as a church, we are entering into new

  6. season, new ground. Amen. Yeah, okay, so I wanna bring

  7. back the joy of salvation. Amen. We are entering a sense that we

  8. are entering into, um, you know, a new season, new ground

  9. that we are taking. And you know how Book of Josha starts right,

  10. Moses is dead, yes, right, the all is gone right, and

  11. there's a new leadership and his name is Joshua and he's supposed to bring the

  12. children of God into the Promise. Like, do you want to enter the

  13. Promised Land? Yeah? Do you think you're there already? Yes? Some

  14. convinced? Are some of you? Like? What is the Promised Land?

  15. What does it look like? Asked the us those who are there already?

  16. Okay, what does it look like? What's the Promised Land? But um,

  17. you know, in a sense, it's it's taking territory for God.

  18. It's taking territory in your life that is under the subject of the Kingdom of

  19. darkness? Do you know what I'm saying? Do you know that right now,

  20. as we are living right now, there is a battle? Do you

  21. know that? Hey, you're thinking like Noah, my Christian militia very safe

  22. right there is no war? Um, you know, just a side track.

  23. Elopin Hole just came back from his mission trip to Xmanmr. Whoa yeah,

  24. and he's back safely, praised God. Do you know that Myanmar is

  25. a warton country? Every now and then they hear bombings. Yeah, That's

  26. that's how real it is. The military can go around putting churches on fire

  27. and destroy houses and chase you out of your house because you're a Christian.

  28. That is real war. Or we are not living in that physical war,

  29. but we are living in a spiritual war. We're living in an emotional war.

  30. We are living in an intellectual war right now. Do you know that

  31. you're a war because some of us, right we just like I don't know,

  32. ma, so I just live my life as it is. But I

  33. want to tell you right now that we are fighting a very real war and

  34. many of us are sadly losing. We are using to the enemy because we

  35. do not know God's word. And so do you know that In see the

  36. thing about Joshua, he was conquering new land. Yes, scary or not

  37. to go into a new land. I don't know some of you entering into

  38. a new season. I feels it's very scary. I don't know what to

  39. expect. I don't know people who they are. Like you know, I

  40. don't know whether they like me or not. I don't know if I like

  41. them or not. Right, entering into a new land is always scary,

  42. and that's why God gives Joshua this command. Let's read from Joshua chapter one,

  43. right, verse seven. It says, this, only be strong and

  44. very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which

  45. Moses, my servant commanded. You do not turn from it to the right

  46. hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go extra you

  47. want a prosper amen verse This book of the Law shall not depart from your

  48. mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may

  49. observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you

  50. will make your way prosperous, then you will have good success. Have I

  51. not commanded you be strong and of good courage. Do not be afraid nor

  52. be dismayed. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

  53. Amen. Do you believe that? Do you believe that God is with you

  54. wherever you go? Amen? Receive that. Receive that into your spirit.

  55. I don't know your circumstances. I don't know what you're going through, but

  56. I know God is with you. And many times that's enough, right,

  57. Because we we have a temptation to want to know everything before we trust God.

  58. But God says, no, trust me first, and then I will

  59. show you. That's what faith is. Right. Faith is believing without seeing.

  60. Human nature is show me first, then I believe. Right. Very

  61. opposite. So are we living with eyes of faith or are we living with

  62. eyes or facts to show me? The facts prove to me first? Or

  63. faith? I trust in you, God, I trust in your word?

  64. Right? And I And I was as I was meditating on this the word

  65. you see there is a condition to our success. Yes, what is the

  66. condition? Trust the Lord? Yes? Let's look at verse seven and eight,

  67. Verse eight in specific, the answer is there an open book test?

  68. For you, guys, what is the condition for you to be prosperous and

  69. successful? Meditate on the word of God day and night. You know,

  70. many a few weeks ago, as I was meditated, I was praying.

  71. I was like God, you know sometimes we live very conflicted lives. Right,

  72. It's like, yes, there is all this laws and rules that God

  73. has commanded us, and we need to obey it. Yes, we need

  74. to obey it. And yet there's also this power. It says no,

  75. but you cannot do anything to earn your salvation. Correct. And God,

  76. show me this picture and is this your salvation? Right? The assurance of

  77. your salvation, it's only by the work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

  78. Amen. No one else can do it for you, not even yourself.

  79. Do we get that clear? The assurance of our salvation as we believe put

  80. our faith in Jesus Christ, and that he died on the cross for us

  81. out our sins, and we are forgiven and now we can live a new

  82. life to God. That's only that's done. It is finished, and it

  83. is God's work. Amen. So nothing you do, nothing you don't do,

  84. can change that fact. Yes, Jesus died and rose again two thousand

  85. years ago, and that's why we are here today. The faith is still

  86. alive. But then our faith is that foundation. Correct, our salvation is

  87. that foundation. We cannot do anything but but God told me very specifically.

  88. But if you want to live your life on earth, there's two choices.

  89. You choose life or you choose death. You obey or you disobey, you

  90. will receive the blessings and all the curses. Yes, are you tracking with

  91. me? Old Testament it's there, and you think that it's not true.

  92. In the New Testament it is as well. Obey God, Obey God,

  93. obey God. If you disobey, then there are consequences. Do you know

  94. that as Christians? Right, we are safe in the Lord. I ask

  95. you to jump off from the fourth building for flaw of this building. Do

  96. you think you'll survive or not? There are consequences? Right. You might

  97. say I'm the son of God, I'm a son of got. Any of

  98. you jumped out right, you will still fall and break your neck. Correct,

  99. So our identity, our salvation in God. That's done and stilk.

  100. But we still have a choice to make daily whether we choose life or death.

  101. Amen. Every day, it's a choice. Every day, it's a

  102. choice to walk in obedience or disobedience. So you know, and I'm thinking,

  103. Wow, God, this is the truth? Is um how I want

  104. to live my life? And I pray that that will be your guiding light

  105. in how you choose to live your life right the Book of the the So

  106. there's a condition to success. There's a condition also to failure. The success

  107. is when you how will you make your way prosperous and successful? According to

  108. the Book of Joshua, what does it say when you meditate on the law?

  109. The Book of the Law, when once a year, day and night?

  110. Hello, have you been doing it? Yes? Okay, let's be

  111. honest, Ah, how many of us are meditating on the world of God

  112. day and night? Not easy? Right? Okay? It's light at ona.

  113. When you regard to it right, you will you'll be an outron.

  114. Trust me. Every day I regard to it, you'll be an outron.

  115. But it's okay. It's good for us. Engaging with God's word right has

  116. been one of the most challenging but also the most rewarding part of my life.

  117. Every day, every day I look forward to go into God's ward and

  118. say, God, what is it that you want to talk to me today.

  119. Yeah. I cannot overstress the importance of meditating on God's law day and

  120. night, day and night, day and night, because how if we don't

  121. meditate on the word of God? What are we meditating on? What?

  122. Social media? News, report, Instagram, Twitter, everything else except the

  123. word of God? And you wonder I know why I'm feeling so Sadah,

  124. Well, if you're so negative, of course, Uh, you're allowing all

  125. the negative stuff into your head, right, So, so who's who's that

  126. fault here? Right? It's not that my personality is broken or something is

  127. wrong with me. It's what I've allowed into my mind. My mind gate

  128. is so important, guys, it's so so important. I cannot stress how

  129. important it is for us to God what's happening here? Because it is as

  130. a man thinketh so is he? So if you're well, I know you're

  131. thinking. Well, if you are not so well, then there is some

  132. renewing that we need to do. Amen. If you're not feeling like you

  133. can rejoice right now? I think there's some renewing that needs to be done

  134. in our minds. All right, So meditate on God's law day and night,

  135. day and night and What is this book of Law that Joshua was referring

  136. to. Do you know what's what when it says the Book of the Law,

  137. what is that? Words of God? Which words of God? Let's

  138. be specific, the Torah? What is in the Torah? Name me the

  139. five books in the Torah? Oh? Not very true. I encourage you

  140. to open your Bible. Go to the table of contents and look at the

  141. first five books Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, numbers and due Toronomy. Well

  142. done, Okay, this is Jewish class one oh one? Do you know

  143. that for Joshua and the people of Israel, what kind of Bible did they

  144. have? Do you think they had this Bible? No? Right, they

  145. had scrolls, and it's all not bound in one book. In fact,

  146. they had five books. And it is this Book of the Law that they

  147. meditated day and night, you know, throughout the year, once they finished

  148. reading Genesis all all the way. Hot. Okay, let me ask on

  149. this question, how many of you have ever finished the first five books of

  150. the Bible? Can I see your hands? Wow? Okay? One?

  151. Two? Hey, be proud, be proud, Come on, lift out

  152. your hands. I want to see. Okay, about thirty percent of you

  153. good. The rest of us the seventy Um. There needs to be some

  154. studying to be done. Okay, Um, do you know that this book

  155. of the law Um is something that okay, let me ask you this question.

  156. What was Jesus's Bible? Anyone know? Hey, Jesus did Bible study?

  157. You know? Did you know that Jesus studied the Bible? What?

  158. What? What version of the Bible did he study? Answers? There where

  159. the Torah? Jesus read the Torah because it was his scripture. Now,

  160. if we claimed to be followers of Jesus, right, yes, then we

  161. need to read what he reads of right now. I hope that's an encouragement

  162. for you to want to read more of God's word and to understand what it

  163. is. Do you know that when Jesus was tempted in the wilderness, right

  164. after fasting for forty days, the devil comes to him and attacks him.

  165. And the devil comes and attacks you every day. What did Jesus use to

  166. fend off these attacks of the enemy the word of God? And do you

  167. know three times the devil says, oh you are hungry, right Jesus forty

  168. days? Ready? Now you command these stones to turn into bread. And

  169. what did Jesus say, What did Jesus say, you shall not live on

  170. bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

  171. Where did he get that? Deuteronomy? He what Deuteronomy? Yes, Jesus

  172. quoted Deuteronomy second command? Second challenge? What what did the devil tell him?

  173. Well, I bring you up to this high point in the temple right

  174. and you know what it's like. Can you imagine your on Tokios tower now,

  175. yes, a lot of people looking at you right now on Tokios tower.

  176. And the devil commanded told him like, oh, if you are the

  177. son of God testing your identity, if you claim that you are a daughter

  178. of God, Princess of God, Prince of God, then throw yourself down,

  179. because God already say he would command his angels to catch you. But

  180. what did Jesus say, you shall not tem the Lord? Where from Deuteronomy?

  181. And the and the same goes for the third challenge? So can you

  182. see how important Deuteronomy is? And that's why I studied Deuteronomy because I want

  183. to know what Jesus studied. I want to be as good, not as

  184. Goola, but I want to see the things right. My personal mantra now

  185. is if Jesus did it, then I want to do it. If Jesus

  186. read that, then I want to read it. If Jesus acted in a

  187. certain way, then I want to be like him. I want to respond

  188. like, do you know why? Because you were supposed to be more like

  189. him? Yes, that's it. If you say you are a follower of

  190. Christ, you are a student of Christ, then you will study the life

  191. of Jesus. You will study how did he get his power, his authority

  192. to do everything that he did? And you realize it was because he spent

  193. time with his father, He spent time praying, He sought the Lord.

  194. You know the song that we're saying earlier. I thought the Lord, and

  195. he heard and he answered. And every time I seek the lot in the

  196. morning, I find the answer is here. How many of you do that

  197. that when you are faced with a challenge, the first response is what does

  198. God words? Say? We're very good with let's google first, right,

  199. Yes, let's google first. Or let's go and ask my parents first,

  200. or let's go and ask the guru's first, or the experts first. But

  201. how many of us actually say, what does God's safest. What does God's

  202. safest I'm feeling angry with this person? What does God God's words say?

  203. Do not let the sun go down while you're still angry? Right, So,

  204. so why do we not go to God when when we claim he has

  205. all the answers? Do you believe that God has all the answers? Do

  206. you believe that God has all the answers? Speak that to yourself. I

  207. believe because if you believe, then you will act in accordance to your belief.

  208. See, the thing is right. Your action tells me what you believe.

  209. Don't tell me what you believe. Don't just profess what you believe.

  210. Or I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe that he's the son of God.

  211. I just believe all this. Right, But he has no impact on

  212. your life. Then your belief is just in your hate. It's like a

  213. philosophy. It's like a good philosophy, right, But if it does not

  214. translate into how you live your life, then he has no power, no

  215. power. You might have a form of religion, but no power. How

  216. many Christians here feel like you don't have the power of God. Like when

  217. people look at you, I'm like, whoa that man or that woman is

  218. operating in the power of God. Why not. It's because we can have

  219. a form of religion. We can show up in church. We can give,

  220. we can't serve. We can preach. I'm talking to myself. I

  221. can preach a powerful message. But if I go back and talk back to

  222. my husband or to my children, then there's there's no power of God in

  223. my life. I can mistreat, you know, my colleagues, or talk

  224. down to my ordinates. Then I'm a hypocrite. Yes, one hand,

  225. I look so polished outside, but inside it's all bones and rust and things

  226. that you hide. When when you put up your life before the latter in

  227. this light, in the light of God, right, what would you see?

  228. What would God see? Oh? God see when he examine you under

  229. the microscope, Like you know, we cannot see. I cannot see what's

  230. going on for you insight, right, I cannot see what's going on in

  231. your mind, in your heart. But God will lift you up and he

  232. will examine you under the light of his word, and he will say,

  233. oh wow, so this is where you are. God knows you might fool

  234. everyone else, but you can't fool yourself. And you can't fool God true.

  235. HT checker, HT check, it's a hot one. I want to

  236. read to you from Deuteronomy chapter four and again. This is just emphasizing again

  237. on just the word of God, the Word of God, the Word of

  238. God. You know, the reason why we are weak Christians is because we

  239. do not know the Word of God for ourselves. And I want to say

  240. that in my encounter in my ministry and counseling with different ones over the years,

  241. I realized that Christians don't have a good cross of God's word for yourself.

  242. You cannot live on a forty minute preaching on a Sunday, you cannot.

  243. I'm telling you you are starving yourself. You are starving your spirit.

  244. Man. This is an old message, right, and you've probably heard me

  245. say it so many times. But I see that is the exact reason why

  246. Christians do not overcome, because we overcome by the word of God. Right,

  247. we could overcome our situations by the word of God. So if you

  248. don't have the Word of God, then I must preach this to you.

  249. Guys. You need to take the word of God for yourself. Really,

  250. nothing else, no guru, no wisdom, no degree, no university degree

  251. or PhD is going to help you accept the word of God. You know,

  252. I asked this at the eight am this morning. Do you love God?

  253. Oh? Wow, let's do that again. Do you love God,

  254. then you must love God's word. God's word must be central of your life.

  255. Nothing else. God's word. First thing in the morning. What do

  256. you input into your mind? Your phone? Right? Right? The phone

  257. is a it's a good and it is a bad thing. Right. It

  258. enables us to do a lot of things, but it also distracts us like

  259. crazy. Yeah, think about it. How much time do you spend on

  260. your social media? How much time do you spend trying to engage God's word

  261. for yourself? What's the proportion ninety ten, ninety ten or nine ninety ten?

  262. Then good lad, you're tiding your time unto the Lord. But many

  263. of us don't even hit that. No, true, true, I'm speaking

  264. the truth. So we need if we want to stand strong, we want

  265. to stand strong as believers, we need to put God's with in our heads,

  266. in our minds, in our hearts, and guard it like nothing else.

  267. Don't let it leak out from you and be tainted by the world.

  268. Keep God's worth in your heart. Amen. Amen. So let's read from

  269. Deuteronomy chapter four. I'm gonna read to you versus four versus one to ten.

  270. Now, a little bit of context about why Deuteronomy it's called the second

  271. Lord. Duter role is second law is normals dunnomy due to roll normals second

  272. Lord. This was a second reminder to the children of Israel. Why did

  273. they need a second reminder? Do you know why? Why? Because they

  274. broke the first law? Yes? Correct? What else? Why do you

  275. think you know? Sometimes you read the Bible? Real God, you're very

  276. chunk here? You say really one time? What you say again? Why

  277. do you need to repeat it? A parents' parents? Here? I see

  278. our parents here? How many times you have to repeat your children? Go

  279. ahead, babe? Huh? Pick up your clothes? How many times?

  280. Many times? Because why? As children you're very forgetful? As children,

  281. we can be rebellious. I'm talking to children here. If you're all children,

  282. right, that means all of us lah rebellious because we don't take it

  283. as good The first commanment not good enough. But basically, why there was

  284. a need for the second time of going through the whole log and how many

  285. of you actually find it very difficult. Go to read Old Testament like Liberticus

  286. and numbers whose favorite book? Anyone favorite book God? Wow? No,

  287. no, no, no no. It's like no, no, no,

  288. no, I'm just stretching my neck. It's challenging to read these books.

  289. But the more I read it with the context of trying to say, God,

  290. what are you trying to say here? The more I see who God

  291. is. Do you know that when you read the Bible right, it's not

  292. about you know God. It's not about just your circumstances or your situations.

  293. I know, I say the answers are all in the world of God,

  294. right. But the reason why we engage with the Word of God is because

  295. we want to engage God himself. We want to know Him. That is

  296. our entire life's purpose. Can I sum up for you, those of you

  297. who are searching for your life's purpose, and anyone asking what is the purpose

  298. of my life? Can I give it to you right now? Is to

  299. know Him? To know God. And when you know Him, you will

  300. worship Him, and you will serve him. See the things right, You

  301. will not serve him and you will not worship him when you don't know him.

  302. Do you see that there is a sequence there. You need to know

  303. him first before you will worship him and serve him. I don't know where

  304. you are right now. Maybe we're on all spectrum. Right, It's like

  305. I don't know even I don't even know God. Some of you you're new

  306. here. It's okay. I'm telling you. I wanted to share with you

  307. this God that I know, my personal God, and he is so good,

  308. so powerful. Know him before you worship him and serve him. Amen.

  309. That is to some of our entire life's purpose. What. Yes,

  310. And when you know this as your anchor, nothing else matters. Job a

  311. job B job See, doesn't matter, cit a cit b. God,

  312. You you send me where I'm supposed to be. I'm just here to serve

  313. humor. Right, So it doesn't matter whether I'm in prison like Joseph,

  314. or I'm serving in Portiva's house as a servant, or i am the ruler

  315. over the entire Egypt. It doesn't matter where I am. I'm serving you.

  316. That's the that's the underlying key to our purpose in life. Amen.

  317. Right, And so see, I haven't read it, um. Yeah,

  318. I wanted to give it the context of this um and just a quick one

  319. is that. Um, This was a time when Moses was handing over the

  320. leadership to the to Joshua. Yes, could Moses enter the Promised Land?

  321. Did Moses entered the Promise Land? No? Why? Why they go and

  322. compare and reo Bible. Okay, the answers are there. But basically he

  323. disobeyed God. He angered God, and God says, okay, because of

  324. this, you will not be able to enter the promise. You can see

  325. it, Oh God, it quite quite teaser, God, God says,

  326. you can go off to this mountain. You can see see a look see

  327. it, look see, but you cannot enter because of your disobedience. But

  328. anyway, Um, the Book of Deuteronomy was written one week before Moses died.

  329. Huh, can you imagine next week, your next Sunday. You know

  330. that you're supposed to be with a lot ready, right, what would you

  331. do it this week? Think about it? And this is what Moses did.

  332. He's like, Okay, next week, I'm gonna breathe my last And

  333. that's why I need to give this law again to a new generation. Right,

  334. this is not a repeat to the same generation. What happened to the

  335. old generation? They died in the wilderness. All of them died. So

  336. this new generation that he's speaking to right now, can you imagine if I

  337. Moses right now, right like he's talking right now, you know, and

  338. someone's recording it Deuteronomy and he's talking to this generation. He's said, you

  339. guys were like little bits of kids. You know, when your parents walk

  340. through the Red Sea, you probably can't even remember what you ate because you

  341. were so young. But now that your parents are gone, this new generation,

  342. I need to give you God's laws again so that you may be careful

  343. to observe it. Do you know, do you understand the context of Deuteronomy?

  344. Now? Why it's so important for this narration to accept God's word for

  345. themselves? Because God doesn't have grandchildren, right, God only has children,

  346. and every one of us need to enter into the covenant with God for ourselves,

  347. right. And so that's why Moses gave the children of Israel now the

  348. young ones that have grown up, and says, this is the charge for

  349. you. So let's read from chapter four, verses one to ten. He

  350. says, now, oh Israel, or now subang Jayatan thirty listen to the

  351. statutes and the judgments which I teach you to observe that you may live and

  352. go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers is giving

  353. you. You should not add to the word which I command you, nor

  354. take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God,

  355. which I command you. Your eyes have seen what the Lord did at

  356. Baa Pure. For the Lord your God has destroyed from among you all the

  357. men who followed Baal of Pure. But you who held fast to the Lord

  358. your God are alive today. Amen, every one of you. Surely I

  359. have taught you statutes and judgments, just as the Lord my God commanded me,

  360. that you should act according to them in the language you go to possess.

  361. Therefore, be careful to observe them, for this is your wisdom and

  362. your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who will hear all these statutes

  363. and say, surely, this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

  364. For what great nation is there that God that has got so near to it,

  365. as the Lord our God is to us for whatever reason we may call

  366. upon him. And what great nation is there that there is such statutes and

  367. righteous judgments as are all in this law which I set before you this day,

  368. only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget

  369. the things your eyes have seen, lest they depart from your heart all the

  370. days of your life. And teach them to your children and your grandchildren,

  371. especially concerning the day you stood before the Lord, your God in horror,

  372. when the Lord said to me, gather the people to me, and I

  373. will let them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all

  374. day, all the days they live on the earth, and that they may

  375. teach their children. Amen. Amen, this is the word of God.

  376. Receive that now. Just from this ten verses, I capture five big themes,

  377. right, five points that I think will be useful for us to live.

  378. Right. Okay, let me ask you one thing. How many of

  379. you right think that you are more of a lawbreaker or law follower? Can

  380. I see law follower? Okay? That the rest of you that didn't put

  381. out your hands means your lawbreaker? Is it? Yes? Thank you?

  382. This morning? Also, someone was very honest. Story way, I see

  383. any of your lawbreaker? Waw the hand go out so fast? And some

  384. of us might might live our lives thinking, Hey, rules are made to

  385. be broken, right, that's our philosophy. In life, rules are made

  386. to be broken. But no, there's a reason why God gives us loss.

  387. Right if you go out right now, summit, and then you're driving

  388. on the route, and then today today is a free law day. Okay,

  389. you just drive however you want. Can so you want to drive on

  390. the right side. So ken only find means life? Okay, I better

  391. speed up. Basically, if you drive however where you want, what's gonna

  392. happen chaos? So rule number one Principle number one, God's laws are given

  393. to you to give you life. God's laws are there to give you life.

  394. Amen. It says that inverse one, it says, listen to the

  395. state statutes and judgments that I teach you to observe that you may live.

  396. God is giving you all these commandments so we can live. Sometimes we have

  397. such an adverse reaction? Will God say these? God say that everything that

  398. God, you're trying to be a party pooper, right, Why are you

  399. trying to, you know, make my life so difficult? Six thirteen laws

  400. in the Old Testament? How many laws in the New Testament? How many

  401. laws in the New Testament? Sixty two? Ten scholars have themat one thousand

  402. and fifty. Huh woah? How can more laws in the New Testament?

  403. When I thought Jesus said, just love God one? But do you know

  404. that there were so many other teachings? How many do you know? More

  405. importantly, how many do you live by? Because if you want to live,

  406. then we obey. Amen. So I encourage you to read your Bible.

  407. If you want to know what's the one thousand, five hundred, one

  408. thousand and fifty laws and commands of God, read your Bible because I wouldn't

  409. have time to teach you, but the Holy Spirit will teach you. Amen.

  410. God's law would give you life. I want to share a quick I

  411. think this is an important story, so just bear with me a little bit.

  412. I'm reading this book now. It is called Exposing the Spiritual Roots of

  413. Disease, Who Change Right. At first I had the book on my table.

  414. Then I'm like, no time to read it. But once I started

  415. read and I'm like, oh my gosh, whoa, these are the keys.

  416. The writer is a doctor, and he's a practicing medical doctor, and

  417. he has in his life of practice he has seen that any percent of diseases

  418. and sickness is caused by a spiritual root. There's a spiritual root to it.

  419. Right, science can show you that, yeah, there is, you

  420. know, because your hormones are not secreting well, you know genetically there's something.

  421. So he says eighty percent. He didn't say a hundred percent. He

  422. says any percent of every disease, cancer, kidney failure, heart problem,

  423. heart attack, stress, chronic stress, even mental illness is caused by a

  424. spiritual root. And so in his work, in his ministry, they have

  425. something called a being health like a camp like a retreat. And people come

  426. and you know what he uses to heal them? Do you know what he

  427. uses to heal them? Or not? Sorry? Prayer some of it?

  428. Yes, this this is the key to healing cancer, heart disease, blood

  429. pressure, high BP, schizophrenia. One of the um so in his testament

  430. in his book right, he shipped um that he thought because everything starts in

  431. the mind. Everything starts in your brain. What you think, what you

  432. process? Right? So you know, it's like whatever information we allow here,

  433. we process process. It's your apula correct right now? It people what

  434. garbage out? Law? Correct? Simple truth. If you put God's word

  435. in, then God's words comes out. From your life. And God's what

  436. gives you life, God's what gives you health. And so there's one story,

  437. um he he shared about this man um and and so part of mental

  438. illness, what what causes is one of the spiritual root is fear. Spirit

  439. of fear. There's a lot of fear in them, right, um and

  440. and they they they live under um you know thoughts of like nobody loves me,

  441. nobody cares about me. That the kind of fear, right, I

  442. cannot do enough. Uh. And so one one one of the attendants that

  443. went for his seminar said, wow, you know, I had one um

  444. brother who was mentally ill. He committed suicide already, and I have another

  445. one, but he is so crazy that I don't even want to go near

  446. him. I don't know what he's saying, right, And and so this

  447. doctor was just saying, do you know that this there's a spirit of fear?

  448. And but what what does God's what say about fear? What does god

  449. God's would say about fear? A man who said that well done, perfect

  450. love cast out all fear. So so he went to this doctor and say,

  451. so are you saying that if I love my brother he will be okay

  452. again in his mind, the doctor just said, don't trust me, trust

  453. in God's word. That's it. No prayer, he just said, you

  454. believed in God's word or not after you then he just left it. One

  455. and a half years later, at another conference, this man drove all the

  456. way from one state to a state in the states in US, and he

  457. came to his said, man, I have to tell you this testimony.

  458. I drove all the way I don't know how many hours just to tell you

  459. this testimony. My brother is healed and he is well now. And and

  460. so the doctor's like, what what happened? Right? He says, I

  461. decided to trust God and trust in this word that says perfect love, cast

  462. off fear. And what he started doing was every Saturday he went to see

  463. this brother. He spent about three hours just being with him, loving him,

  464. no judgment, no saying you gotta put yourself together. It come on,

  465. you know, get your life, get your f together. Worst thing

  466. to say to someone who's already challenged. He just loved this brother, spend

  467. time with him. After one year of every Saturday giving love to this person,

  468. to his brother, he's off his medication, he is sound, he

  469. has a full time job, he's about to get married. Amazing, and

  470. you think what the word of God is just like good to hear on a

  471. Sunday and that's about it. Wow. I want to challenge you. Would

  472. you take God's work literally and applied to your life and you will see change

  473. like never before. A man, I just want to leave that with you.

  474. There are other things about God's law, but I just want to say

  475. God's law, his commands give you life. Do you accept that? Don't

  476. take my word for it, take God's word. Take him for his word,

  477. and you begin to see all these things that you practice. Right.

  478. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but off love, power

  479. and sound mind. So every time the devil comes to you and you're feeling

  480. fearful, you're like, stop it. This is nonsense. This is a

  481. lie of the enemy. And what the efficient says. The word of God

  482. is like the sword. Yes, the word of God. It's a sword

  483. that you have. Guys, we are in a battle. You are not

  484. defenseless. God has given us everything we need to fight the devil. I'm

  485. so angry at the devil, you know, because it's raw you of your

  486. joy. He's robbed you of your life. He's robbed you of your health

  487. and your loved ones as well. So Christians, you need to take up

  488. the battlah. You need to take up the sort of God for yourself.

  489. And every time the enemy comes and lies that you are you're not good enough,

  490. what do you do? You take this and you say, nah,

  491. devil, God says, I'm the beloved child of God. Hey, I'm

  492. the priest of God. God has chosen me. I'm beloved. See Philippin's

  493. aside. I said, you are the beloved of God. Who are you

  494. allow the devil to tell you otherwise? Who are you listening too? Who

  495. are you listening to God's voice or the Devil's voice? Who's louder? Who

  496. are you believing? Hey? Man, I don't know how to stop here,

  497. really want to. I want all of us to live victorious lives.

  498. Amen. And we have it within us. We have what it takes within

  499. us because God has not left us offhanse. Remember who do we have?

  500. Who do we have? Holy Spirit? We hope you've been blessed by this
