  1. You're listening to a message to go from as church. We hope this message

  2. will light up your day. I want to speak about knowing God this morning

  3. very important. It's the start of our Christian faith, our journey in the

  4. Lord. And as we know that our church, this us team is Heaven

  5. rules. Uh, it's really to know that Heaven rules. It's really to

  6. know that God's in control. But to know God's control, you need to

  7. know the Lord. So how I got this message was that one day I

  8. was just reading the Book of Isaiah and ex Chapter one, Worst Tree.

  9. Exiah chapter one, Worst Tree speaks like this, alay the ox. The

  10. ox knows his owner. I'm reading from the amplified so that's why you get

  11. a lot of more additional words. So the ox in stick instinctively knows its

  12. owner. Very important way. The ox knows the owner. All right,

  13. the donkey, Okay, I'm not calling anyone that ox. The donkey just

  14. wanted. But the donkey is Master's creep. But it's you doesn't know or

  15. recognize me as the Lord. My people do not consider understand very interesting that

  16. the Lord is using the description when we talk about the ox friends. First

  17. thing that comes to our mind. Is the OX symbolizer strength? True not?

  18. An ox symbolizes strength. You will find the ox no matter what time

  19. or weather of the day. The ocs will be out there plowing the field.

  20. True not. Have you seen the ox selling the Master's say? Do

  21. they? I don't feel like working. That starts a bit too hot.

  22. Did you put some screen on me? You know I'll turn a bit?

  23. My skin turned in the darker? Note, I've not seen the OX saying

  24. that you know the ground that you ask me to work on is very hard,

  25. so therefore, given the option, I like to work on better ground.

  26. No, I've not seen the ox. The Master you work me five

  27. days a week. Already I wanted to take MC somehow. The OX also

  28. reminds us of ourself. We are wired and we are made to work.

  29. Someone say, amen, okay, half of y'all. Wife, how y'all

  30. I'm wired to have holiday? Right, and said okay, and said this

  31. is your journey right. We are wired to work, and some of us

  32. are like the OX. We need to say that we work in very challenging

  33. environment, yet we still go to work. Why not? Mm hmmm,

  34. Just like the OX. Some of us here have never applied for MC and

  35. hotly say that were hotly. MC will be the last last option where you

  36. really cannot get out from bait. Oh, you are played for MC.

  37. Otherwise we running those to w one. Some you are white like that,

  38. not all of y'all, but some of your life. How me over like

  39. that? You're white like that, the meaning to say that even you still

  40. don't feel well, but you still show up the work one. Whatever.

  41. Oh, Jessica dave it well done, some of Nicole well done, well

  42. done. But I was selling the eight am surveys this morning. I hardly

  43. apply for MC. Really, my whole entire working career right, never apply

  44. hardly, very very rare. In fact, I highly applied for leve or

  45. so. So I was just sharing with them my wife, my wife one

  46. month or two months of MC includes my one year. Yes, my wife

  47. applied for MC because she has a sinus condition, so she applied for it.

  48. Now, nothing wrong, friends, but I'm just trying to say that

  49. we are wired to work in very harsh environment. All right, our boss

  50. some of our bosses are not very kind. Yet we're still short about work.

  51. Somethings of working conditions are not very good. We're still short. We'll

  52. work just like the showing up right to work the lend. Now we talk

  53. about donkey. First thing that comes to your mind. Please don't think about

  54. Shrek. Okay, the animation Shrek where we talk about donkey. First thing

  55. they come to my mind is this that donkeys can be very stubborn, very

  56. stubborn, right, very resistant like Earth as well, we sometimes can be

  57. very stubborn. You hear your parents, don't go out so late. We

  58. hang out later. Don't so much ripe food, We wag some more.

  59. Chicken skin is not good for you. You give all the elder pigole.

  60. But we do the total opposite. Isn't it come on right? Not in

  61. your life we experience that before. Don't do this, We're going to do

  62. right. Do this. We don't do study. Well, I don't need

  63. to study that my friends sleeping classes so we can get a right. So

  64. we do the opposite. So in a sense we're also quite stubborn, right,

  65. not just like the ox and the donkeys. So the Bible here says

  66. even the Ox knows the Master. Some of us here this morning really need

  67. to come out or the place of knowing God. Really, it's all about

  68. knowing the Lord. You can't imagine now with this, of all the things

  69. the Lord has left behind for us to know. He left the Bible for

  70. you and me to discover more about him. He left the world of God

  71. for us to read. He did not give a jigsaw puzza. Every new

  72. believer right now you get six thousand pieces of jigsaw puzza a jigs about six

  73. thousand pieces. Find your way how assembled without the final picture very hard.

  74. Every jigsaw pazza you buy there is always end product there right so roughly though,

  75. but then against some of you, even though it's six thousands, okay,

  76. fifty pieces to a hungred pieces, you don't feel like doing it.

  77. And sometimes our life is like that as well. Right, We try so

  78. hard to discover how we're supposed to look like, how we are supposed to

  79. behave, how we're supposed to carry ourselfs, and we discover that it is

  80. at the end of the day we get right frustrated. And most times you

  81. get frustrated because you don't achieve the results. God this morning wants to remind

  82. us I'm here for you. It starts with knowing the Lord. It starts

  83. with knowing God. So if you're here in terest to that, I pray

  84. that you have a desire to know the Lord. I pray that in your

  85. quiet time, do you want to know the Lord? I pray even in

  86. the midst of the situation. The word is that, the crappy situation.

  87. There is also to say, God, what way is your hand in this?

  88. There's this desire you need to know the Lord right Asiety chapter one was

  89. treating it. So the Ox knows the owner. The question is that do

  90. you and I know our owner? Just a question? Do you know who

  91. the Lord is in your own life and your own journey of life? Right

  92. now? The Bible here says in John chapter ten was eleven very important for

  93. us. You know, John chapter there was eleven right says that I'm the

  94. good shepherd. I am the good shepherd. Well, thank you, xt

  95. you for adding additional picture to my slights. I am the good shepherd.

  96. There's one thing about being a shepherd. The Bible here say he's a good

  97. shepherd. God is all powerful, isn't it. God is all knowing and

  98. God's ever present. But all this great attribute of God doesn't really mean much

  99. to us until he shows his affection for you. Just like some of us

  100. here will know the top twenty richest person in Malaysia. You read it on

  101. newspaper, you read it on the web. You know the network very rich

  102. people. But that doesn't make a difference in your life until the rich people

  103. know who you are and of you. So the Bible here says that I'm

  104. the good shepherd. Friends, he's not just a shepherd, but he's a

  105. good shepherd. Thirty your neighbor right now and say he's a good shepherd,

  106. because many times when bad things happen to our life, what happens, say

  107. this thought that image of him being a good shepherd. He wants to do

  108. what is contaught that image so that you not recognize him as a good shepherd.

  109. You recognize him as a shepherd that doesn't really care, a shepherd that

  110. is either a shepherd that wants to curb your enjoyment and you're satisfaction, a

  111. shepherd that don't really care about you. That's why when bad things happen,

  112. the first thing that goes out is our faith, because you say that if

  113. God is so good, why is he allowing this to happen in your life.

  114. They're not disputing about God they're disputing about his nature, his person,

  115. character, him being good. You and I today, friends, need to

  116. be rest assured. The word is be confident that he is a good shepherd,

  117. he says, a good shepherd the Bible says res and lay down his

  118. own life for the sheep. A good shepherd, one of the characteristics is

  119. a shepherd that laid down his life for the sheep. In our own understanding

  120. of what the definition of good is, we have a lot of different definitions.

  121. He's a good husband, but will his good husband laid out his life

  122. for the wife? Mm hmmm. He's a good boyfriend with his boyfriend laid

  123. out his life for the girlfriend. Hmm. Probably the girls that not think

  124. the boyfriend right now? Will you lay down your life for me? If

  125. my mom fell down into the sea and I fought out, who you rescue

  126. first? Just kidding, but all take a very different definition of understanding what

  127. good what good is. But God this morning wants to set the record straight.

  128. He said, a good shepherd is a person that laid down his life.

  129. In other words, friends, for you and me this morning, we

  130. can be rest assured that this shepherd is reeling and have done it By laying

  131. down his life at the cross for you and me. Friends. Before you

  132. ask anyone to die for your God has already died for you. So that

  133. is why we can this assured that He is a good shepherd. In John

  134. tenvers for this is I. I am the good shepherd. I know and

  135. recognize my own friends. He recognizes you. He knows you, and the

  136. Bible says that my own knows and recognize me. Very important to know these

  137. friends. God doesn't show up with futer, He doesn't smoothing out his face

  138. to appear before you. He doesn't contade this image to be more popular.

  139. You and I can recognize God because in John ten versus one says that the

  140. shepherd enters through the door, only a thief scales shoe. The fence the

  141. door really symbolizes to me is order. God has always been a god of

  142. order. He is not a god of chaos. He is not a god

  143. of disorder. First, the door is the most boring way to enter a

  144. building. Think about it. The most boring way is more fun for someone

  145. who's small size to squeeze through, the head up and come climb down,

  146. isn't it. Have you ever got locked off from your house before. When

  147. you were young, your mom said come back by four pm. You came

  148. here by four thirty and you're a habitual sinner. You have never constantly come

  149. back at four pm, constantly at four thirty four forty five to five pm.

  150. And your parents decided one day to teach you a lesson. Lock you

  151. off of the house. Let you taste what it is like as you come

  152. back at the cercond time. Don't come back. I lock you up for

  153. a while. Have you experienced it before? Okay, eight am, got

  154. a fuel? Teny? Okay, I've experienced that before. I got locked

  155. up from my house. Now I've seen some very painful just stay in front

  156. of the say I'm so sorry, please let me in like most good people,

  157. right, but for as a boy young age, decided decided to be

  158. a bit more direct. Climb over the fence and you on the way.

  159. You wait your own compounder that wait outside right, not right in your own

  160. compoud. You got ship outside under the hot sun. So I decid to

  161. climb over the first friends you've ever climb over a fence before. It's very

  162. exciting. Now some of your house friends got this glass shot one okay,

  163. god bless you. Okay, if you know the old school, they like

  164. to put this bottom glass shut there. I don't know if I keep people

  165. or keep people out. I'm not sure all right, but the number one

  166. is that that ate that that you know what I mean that the metaspie.

  167. Okay, you climb over, you feel that, well, I can climb

  168. over the fence fence. Even after you climb over the fence at your inside

  169. house, doll out is still locked. So what do you do? You

  170. climb up the balcony though, well, much younger, slimmer, I can

  171. climb up the balcony anytime. Really like claim up the balcony. So my

  172. parents of the downstairs door. Okay, but the balcony door, that was

  173. one because nobody will climb up here any baby friends climbing up your very first

  174. experience, climb up to the balcony and enter your house up shure, you

  175. know, load me out. Live still get climbing, think about it,

  176. lock me out, I still get excitement, trial challenge, text me and

  177. not locked the door. I'll still get find a way into the church.

  178. Run, I'll find a lubun, I'll find a hole. Sometimes our life

  179. it's like that, as well, God has always been through the same door

  180. week after week. And sometimes it is so boring you get here, it's

  181. so mundane, so boring. You know what. Let's climb over the fence.

  182. Climbing on the fence. Excitement. Sometimes the devil. Church is not

  183. exciting. Church is not exciting enough. Everything is so dark in DVCC,

  184. it's all black. And what happens is that the devil will come and just

  185. spe to you. There there's more exciting thing outside. Just walk out.

  186. True the church that opposites the cinema, it's still duk, but yet that

  187. there's more excitement. The devil want to start the image of God so that

  188. you don't know God. Well, that's why we think we are fooling the

  189. shepherd, but in fact it's out to be the hirling. Why is it

  190. important for the ox to know the Master? Because even though the ox has

  191. strength some words, has strength, but without a direction and a purpose,

  192. without submission, the Lord that strength would not have any productivity. Have you

  193. seen the ox? Have you seen the other? Thought? Speak the ox?

  194. Ox? Tomorrow, day one, work the few, day two,

  195. work the few d tree. You can the half day leave, okay,

  196. but still work the Few guarantee you. If the ox is not let,

  197. it will never work. The few just like our life as well. Friends,

  198. it's important for you and me to recognize who the Lord is and why

  199. he created us. Some of us here asked the words being challenged because of

  200. that. You know that I recognize I know God, but I'm just normal

  201. on you word, I in fact, I'm not that talented. I'm just

  202. normal. I'm not that talented enough. And that's why we struggle with our

  203. faith because we had this self image thing. Once you know the Lord,

  204. we discover more about ourself. Someone say, amen, once you know the

  205. Lord, we discover more about ourselves. Genesis chapter one, Jenesis chapter one,

  206. verse twenty six. The fact God says, let us make men kind

  207. in our image. Friends and speaking Agians here is right now. I'm going

  208. to say that I spoke this at Am. They understood it. Some of

  209. you may understand in your life growing up, some of you have been declared

  210. spoken before that you are worth as a piece of chaste. You if you

  211. understand south of you go before like that you are picked up from the rubbish

  212. being one heard that before. Not okay. The older generation, yes,

  213. understand, parents have seitd it to me before that you know what I picked

  214. you up from the rubbish being one okay Asian, Okay, I understand right,

  215. we go to that's why we go to. We can take abuse.

  216. Sometimes we've been saying there's something that chaste worth more than you. Right.

  217. But the Bible here says is that God has made it in his image.

  218. But the world was contact by introducing a concert evolution that you are evolved from

  219. monkey. But God said, I have made you in my image. So

  220. if God is valuable, therefore we are of value as well. The image

  221. he fashioned you, friends, it is his own. So in other words,

  222. if we declare being up there as God, God doesn't make mistakes,

  223. so therefore your life is not a mistake. But the devil was who come

  224. in visible to you that you know what you are a mistake because you know

  225. what you cannot singing key, you cannot sing. Probably that's why you are

  226. not of value. Do you know how the you know what? If God

  227. created you, why you keep making mistakes? See how the de will come?

  228. And this thought, that image that God has created. The Bible says

  229. that not only he created you in this image, but the Bible says that

  230. let them have complete authority over the fishes in the sea. Friends, You

  231. and I friends, have the ability to be productive, have the ability to

  232. be productive. Just because we made a mistake doesn't mean that we are not

  233. good. We just learned from it. Many times many Christians think they're not

  234. good enough. I cannot do this, I'm not good enough. You know

  235. we do. We confess over our life. I'm stupid. How many times

  236. we have already declared all life, I'm stupid, I'm poor. I learned

  237. something really valuable from axing about at the camp. Very good pass the mind

  238. for axing apare. He said this. We should really stop confessing we are

  239. poor. Stop because we are poor, he says, stop it. We

  240. should just change our LINGO just say we are pre reach. Just declare we

  241. are pre reach. She says, Stop saying we are poor. Saying we

  242. are pre reach. I love the statement of all the things I've loved,

  243. or the cap that statements. Stuck with me? All right, friends,

  244. The Bible says you have complete authority friends, in other words, that you

  245. can rule and manage. Sometimes our life is out of control because it never

  246. managed our life. And we go on with this top process that I cannot

  247. manage. I cannot manage. I cannot manage it. But the Bible says

  248. that if He given you authority to rule over the birds of the air,

  249. the fish in the sea, how about own life? If Annam was given

  250. the ability to name every animal on the earth, God has not made us

  251. lesson you think about it. Right, of all the names Adam have given,

  252. he gave an animal call hippopotamus. Some of us don't know how many

  253. peas there are in the animal, let the pust pe l Okay. See

  254. what I'm trying to say here is this that if Adam can give names animal,

  255. how much earth? Friends, God did not make anyone lesser. But

  256. what happened to us? We have resigned our lives to live in a particular

  257. way in fashion, thinking that this is us, this is our future.

  258. The devil comes as so doubs in our mindset. God must have made you

  259. lesser. And that's why many times we struggle. We cannot. The only

  260. we can pitual from me is that we be self knowing God when we became,

  261. when we come to make him our lord and master. The ocs recognize

  262. a master. What about you and me? What about us. See,

  263. many people study God, friends, but they have never him. Make him

  264. the lord and master. We can study all day, we can have all

  265. the best Bibles we have out there, friends, until unless we make him

  266. our lord and master. It is very hard. It's very hard for us

  267. if receive a breakthrough, if we still one our own way. God,

  268. I want my own way. But yeah, I still want to break through.

  269. I want companionship of a wife. I still want to meet other girls

  270. out there. It's very half us to have a do our lifestyle, friends,

  271. because at the end of the day, something will have to give.

  272. Something will have to give, and you know what we do. God,

  273. I can manage it. Friends, we can't. Let me just show you

  274. a few more things, all right? In met Chapter eleven was eight Metic,

  275. Chapter elevel was trainy says the Bible says, come to me. Jesus

  276. is having an open invitation to us, friends, Come to me because he

  277. understand, he knows friends, He knows that all of us will labored and

  278. a heavy laden. Friends, this is not a physical weight. See a

  279. lot of times we bench press one hundred and fifty kilos to some of us

  280. here, Praise God, you can do it. But we can take care

  281. of the physical weight. But it's an uncertain way of expectations. Sometimes we

  282. can't even carry, isn't it? We can't even carry? They come to

  283. me all those heavy litter. God knows, friends. In other words,

  284. God understand, He knows human being besides working. He knows that we have

  285. things in our heart that we carry. Every time when we rest or try

  286. to sleep, he says, come to me, those who labor, and

  287. hey be laden and over burdened, over burdened. And I will cause you

  288. to what. Come on? I will cost you to what? Come on?

  289. Church, I will cost you to what? Friends, God did not

  290. say I'll cost you to sleep? Did not say I'll cause you to sleep.

  291. Many times we try to achieve eight hours of sleep, right not?

  292. You heard out people out there? You want to have a good lifestyle.

  293. Minimum it hours of sleep. But right but, friends, While the world

  294. adver case in hours of sleep, God's ever can advocating rest in him.

  295. You can eight hours of sleep, Friends, doesn't mean you have a good

  296. rest. You can't sleep for ten hours. Some of your God bless you,

  297. you can sleep for ten hours. I know my wife is one of

  298. them. If with lout you can hit travels. Oh, yes, Nicole,

  299. that's it right, twelve hours, I say, so unproductive your life.

  300. If Jesus come back when you wake up. Not I have to ask

  301. all the question. I'm just I say I rapt her first, okay,

  302. that you will stay behind. But here's the thing. First, we look,

  303. we wear so much of things just to get sleep. Thinking about that,

  304. that's why good mattresses very important. I know people who spend ten to

  305. fifteen k on the metress. Now not wrong. Okay, if God bless

  306. you great, but good metress doesn't guarantee rest, doesn't guarantee perfect rest.

  307. So if you good mattress are enough, nice pillow, come on, pillow

  308. important, next support right, that's how important ends. That's not enough,

  309. good boaster, I share this aa. One wife says, amen, hallelo.

  310. I look at the husband. The look, I say, your husband

  311. or do is skinny. It's not a boaster. Okay, set him free

  312. so he can sleep and rest here. But we in rest so much air

  313. come lies back everything to your specification, But still no rest. Why because

  314. all these things on the physical outside doesn't guarantee rest. Only our God can

  315. guarantee rest. Friends, the heavy burden you look at your mattress. Your

  316. matress look bad at you, the heavenness of your heart, look at your

  317. mattress. I don't int your heart say come to me. I will cause

  318. it to have rest. I will ease and relief and refresh your soul,

  319. the Bible says, And many times our journey, we try so hard.

  320. We go for holidays. Not wrong, friends, We go for holiday.

  321. We holiday will be an answer, but it's not. We tried switching jobs,

  322. thinking that will provide a way out, maybe a short time of relief,

  323. but not a permanent solution. The World Summer suggests switching spousers doesn't bring

  324. any relief because true rest can only be found in the Lord, it says.

  325. It words training, and I take my yoke, Take my yoke,

  326. the Bible says, upon you and learn from me. You can only think

  327. God's show the moment. We submit very hard to put a yoke on the

  328. ox. If the os do not want to submit, resisting all the way

  329. cannot lie old fashioned that this one, don't you know? Yesterday me and

  330. my wife we stumbled. We were waiting for a family dinner, so we

  331. just decided to just drop by one of those pop up shops somewhere. Literally

  332. stepped foot in. We felt so old. It was what I think one

  333. of those first of what issues. Uh, I think that I think we

  334. brought the H. We brought the H up by another twenty years. Majority

  335. of them are twenty years and below. Are twenty years old and below.

  336. And uh and and it's a totally different fashion. Me and my wife went

  337. there. I told my wife this, I said, I felt like I'm

  338. a parent looking for my lost children in there. Oh yeah, the world

  339. was cosplay. We just saw. We just thought it was a second hand

  340. shop selling clothes. Okay, the people out there, study my wife,

  341. let's go in and just check it out. Were walking and walk up.

  342. We're like, what was that? But we felt old. Friends, We

  343. felt oh, but here's the thing I want to decide. But here's here's

  344. the thing. Right, it cannot be that. Oh, thank God,

  345. so old fashion, boring, old fashioned. No take upon your learn from

  346. me, for I am gener It goes back to God's knowing. God,

  347. you can only take something upon your life, and you know that person giving

  348. to you has good intention. Think about it. Friends, Human may promote

  349. you, but with additional stress, God's promotion doesn't come with it. We

  350. tried so hard to knock on doors, friends, really to push our way

  351. in. But you and I need to learn how to rest in God.

  352. He says that I am gener and humber in heart, and you find again

  353. promise of God, you'll find rest for my young It's wholesome, it's useful.

  354. It's good, not harsh, the Bible says, friends, useful and

  355. good, not harsh, not pressing, but comfortable, perfect feet. Friends,

  356. this is not your off size T shirt. I'm learning a lot of

  357. new toters for my wife. Friends, this is not your off side always

  358. by. I thought you need to buy closes. It's feeting my but no

  359. off size boyfriend, cut boyfriend, cut boyfriend, boyfriend jacket. I said,

  360. what you want your boyfriend, your husband? You really with sorry lame

  361. Joe. Mm hmm right off size? What this off size means? I

  362. can wear off size? Friends, I try to read. I look really

  363. bad in all right, my while aloud? I try one time. You

  364. say you stick your stick your normal clothing, bory clothing. But the Bible

  365. here described that you that God has for us. It's a perfect feet.

  366. It's comfortable. Think about it's comfortable. It's a perfect feet. It's not

  367. one of those random Oh it's you, Liza, no more and nobody takes

  368. qunching Liza. It's not a random thing that God's discovered that. Oh no,

  369. you show up. Well, okay, you just made for a while.

  370. Okay, let me look at my ventory. Where that want the perfect?

  371. He knows what we can take. That's why it's important for you and

  372. me to know God first. Many times you want the rest, but we

  373. do not want to know the Lord. Many times you want the rest,

  374. but we do not know one to know the Lord. We want the rest

  375. without making him our master. Very hard. We want a break to without

  376. knowing the master of break show. We want the blessing without knowing the personal

  377. bless us. We just want money, dump out. We don't care who

  378. gives it. Very hard, friends, God knows. Friends, if we

  379. give too much sugar to us, we'll die. And here's God wants to

  380. remind us that take my yo because it's comfortable and it's light. By knowing

  381. God and knowing of ourself or purpose, we tend to be blest friends.

  382. The summary, the summary of it all that God wants to bless us,

  383. He does, He does, just let me just show you one scripture as

  384. Ziah chapter one, verse nineteen, as chapter almost ninety say, if you're

  385. willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the lend. If you're

  386. willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the lend. If God

  387. doesn't want to bless us, friends, why would he reveal this to us?

  388. If you're willing and obedience, you're serving for the rest of your life,

  389. period, full stop. He hides this portion away. But the Bible

  390. here is this, if you're willing and obedient, you shall eat. In

  391. other words, friends, God in his characters know him. He's designed for

  392. us. It's ultimate, ultimate blessing is for us to eat from His goodness.

  393. Many times we can be obedient. I've seen many obedient Christians showing up

  394. to serve, but not many revealing Christians. Not many realing Christians obedient?

  395. This is is that? Why are you saving? Oh, I'm just scheduled.

  396. I heard this statement before you're serving this figure. Yealla? They put

  397. me on schedule. Self law, I think wrong with my friends, yealla,

  398. I'm all. I have the self law. Take out the treasure yellow

  399. my mother's me take off, So I take out law for my own underwear.

  400. I have to do it la. No servant ma, no mid ma,

  401. my mother don't four for me. How many times we are just doing

  402. things? Sorry for that quick example, just doing this just because we are

  403. told I'm obedient with I just do neither. But your heart there? Why

  404. always mea? Why always mea? And that's why we cannot eat the good

  405. of the land, because you're just obedient. The Bible says feeling and obedient,

  406. and many Christians are. I'm just serving, Okay, I'm not knocking

  407. you, all right, I'm just striking up. I'm just giving. But

  408. the Bible says God loves her. He doesn't. God just love givers to

  409. your friends. If God just love givers, if you just say, for

  410. God love give us. Second Corinthians. You know the scriptures, Second Corinthians

  411. nine, Second Coritians nine. Okay, few more scriptures. All right,

  412. I'll release you that you can go for your large ogay, praise the Lord,

  413. hallelujah. Then you pray very hard. I don't come back here anymore,

  414. right, skiddy kitty, I know you love me. Second nine,

  415. verse six. Remember this, Come on, Church, remember this, for

  416. he who sow what come on? Here, So what and come on for

  417. if God doesn't want to deal with our hearts, just deal without giving.

  418. He doesn't give, be condemned. But God was bringing even deeper thing about

  419. it. He was so sparingly and gradually. Friends always give, we do.

  420. The question is where is our hearts? All of us work, but

  421. question that we're having the right attitude at the work place. Not all of

  422. us, Your serf, you could be serving by your heart could be somewhere

  423. else. Always he are married, not always some of us are married,

  424. but our hearts, like why did I choose this person? Was the single

  425. one? The laughinger? Very interesting? Whoever does your PFC comes to John

  426. the love bless him or her? But he's no, he's But I want

  427. us to realize is that it's not so much the act of giving because all

  428. of a sudden gift. But God is going even deeper because he wants us

  429. to eat the good of the land. Because if he doesn't want us to

  430. eat the girl that he will not even reveal this to us, he says

  431. grudgingly. And many times when we release the offering, I'm just taking offering

  432. you as one part of the scripture and one part of the lesson when we

  433. just give her without having a great heart, there is no blessing, There

  434. is no breakthrough. We can be on surveys, friends, but yet in

  435. our hearts if are sleeping, not excited, not expecting, just share.

  436. I just heard yesterday at testimony there was an evangelist team that went over to

  437. East Malaysia. So one of our friends decided to invite her friend, and

  438. then and and and the children to come for this healing rally. The moment

  439. she stepped into the sid stadium and the worship started, she started manifesting,

  440. manifesting demons and evil spirits, just starting to cry and studying. To the

  441. word is to distract and many times the hearts. If we don't deal with

  442. our hearts, we open a doorway. Friends, That's what a lot of

  443. times we just think it's just money, just give. But God was a

  444. heart to be soft towards him because he doesn't just want us to be stuck.

  445. And that's why many Christians stop. I thought, why I don't get

  446. break through? I give a why I don't see a blessing? I do

  447. everything work, but why when's my turn? It's because for us, our

  448. heart is not in the right place the Bible is reeling. If you're reeling

  449. and obedient, you should eat the good of the land. So let's it

  450. be gone verse seven, night second verse seven. So let each one of

  451. us made up his own mind, purpose in his heart, not reluctantly or

  452. sorrowfully here this are or under compulsure. For God loves he takes pleasure.

  453. He takes pleasure in a giver whose heart is chillful, weling, and obedience.

  454. You should eat the good of the land. Friend, don't be disobedient.

  455. Oh be word. You ask me dresser, I dress up, but

  456. our heart is not fully in it. What you get married? Did so

  457. long we didn't get married? La? I heard this. No, I'm

  458. not not making the true statement. I heard it from this ten years Readio

  459. must well get married. I'm not sure, friends, I'm not sure.

  460. Could you imagine if if you hear it right, if if you're hearing it.

  461. I was doing PMC counseling one couple see it and the groom see the

  462. look at the bride. The brid was okay. I'm thinking to myself that

  463. if it was you friends, heard it, you would think the four I

  464. step right? Come on, now, come on, now, all the

  465. girls. I think the four I stepped my boyfriend right, Oh, what

  466. do you mean not excited? Put out evolution? We did ten needs to

  467. have to get married. This love me? Just close this okay, I

  468. love me closes, friend, don't just give God loves a cheerful giver.

  469. Let me just give you another example here. And you told me Chap to

  470. trade evers for the seven? Do you t me chapter trade evers for the

  471. seven? Because you did not serve the Lord, yo God? With what

  472. come on? Because you know the Lord your God, with joyfulness of the

  473. mind and heart painful, the Bible says the Bible. Now say, because

  474. you didn't serve to God. You know you said you serve, but your

  475. heart is not in it. No bit true or friends, if you're willing

  476. and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land. So you serve,

  477. But there is no joyfulness in your serving. There is no smile on

  478. your face, there is no peace in your heart. That's why I no

  479. brick. True. Many times I have to come to a place whereby God,

  480. please forgive me, because I have been in the place before serving with

  481. our being joyful. Because every week but fifty two weeks at least you're here

  482. in church time plus prayer service to friends fifty two weeks times tree times another

  483. tree. We weak out, same faces you appreach. You don't want to

  484. respond. I'm not talking about you, okay, I'm talking about another service.

  485. You guys are very good kidding. But here, my heart, I'm

  486. just being very honest with you because what you see robs you of the break

  487. through. You allow what you see to determine how you should respond. But

  488. the Bible says that for God, so love a cheerful giver when you give

  489. your gift to the Lord, not to the people. So the next time

  490. you saw you myself so with cheerfulness, don't so grudually. Hi yah again,

  491. first priority pledge again? Hai, yeah, this one again. Don't

  492. then don't give because the money you give no big true one, no big

  493. true Could you imagine right now if your family setting, your parents go for

  494. you and you just have to do it. Hi me again, I can

  495. guarantee you one day your parents say forget it already, I give you Money're

  496. gonna tap out your own one because you know why, you wrong the blessing

  497. upon yourself, because you don't serve the Lord, your God, with joyfulness

  498. of your heart. What happens, what happens when worse for the aid.

  499. Therefore you shall serve your enemies. I'm going to close very soon. Therefore

  500. you serve your enemies. God is always after our hearts at the end of

  501. the day. If you want to serve, serve with a joyful heart.

  502. If you want to gay, friends, give you the joyful heart. If

  503. I want to preach, preach your heart that's wanting to please a lot.

  504. Friends. As I go to bring this to a close friend, I just

  505. got one more and one more scripture first. If Isaiah chapter one, verse

  506. eleven, this is what's happening around To what purpose is the multitude of your

  507. sacrifices to me? To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to me?

  508. Unless they are the offering of the heart? Friends? Is the girl

  509. people just offering sacrifices to the lot, offering sacrifices to the Lord. But

  510. your heart is not in it, not willing to bring under the submission of

  511. Christ, always wanting your own way. God, Please, don't you can

  512. tell me where to work, but do not pick my life partner, because

  513. it's one thing in my life. I still want to do. How do

  514. I know that whatever you pick our like that? Lord? Younger time,

  515. our parents always buy our closes already we like it or not, so we

  516. understand your parents always ready you like it. Our friends you always buy.

  517. Sometimes friends you don't like it. Not your size is not your type.

  518. But when we are older, ready, much older, we choose our own

  519. style. And true enough, I'm not seeing any adult asking the parents,

  520. mamstyle should I wear? Because you do want you old stuff. God wants

  521. to remind us today. I'm not into styles. I'm into your life.

  522. If we want to choose our own lifestyle. But God said, I have

  523. a lifestyle for you. As I close, Friends, what purpose is it

  524. that many multitudes or the sacrifices to me? Unless the offering of the heart

  525. says the Lord, I had enough of the bird, of frees of rams

  526. and fat of fat beasts without obedience, friends, God says, I do

  527. not delight in blurred of bulls or lambs without righteousness. As I close right

  528. now, friends, and write extreme amount on the stage. If we choose

  529. the path of the Lord, Friends, if you're willing and obedience, we

  530. tend to be blessed. How are you showing up today? How are you

  531. showing up? How are you showing up at church today? Really? How

  532. are you showing up at ches today? Friends? I'm not knocking you.

  533. Notice that today I do not ask you all the scream of the shout,

  534. the clip a man, the last book to me one day say please don't

  535. do that anymore. Okay, I'll try. It's very easy to tell other

  536. people that are not doing it. Man, then they tell your own life.

  537. But something God bring us a back piece of a fire to understand what

  538. it means to be a cheerful giver. And many times the only why you

  539. don't have a break schow is because we can be obedient but not willing.

  540. Yeah, you're offering our sacrifices. You're just okay. God said you want

  541. sacrifice, I give you. You want to give you, I give you.

  542. But if there's no willingness right hard, no break true, no break

  543. true. And friends, I pray that all of us say, in this

  544. place, as we you're going to live soon this place, we do not

  545. start the wak without knowing who God is. Its all starts with the Lord.

  546. We need to know he is a good shepherd. He's not just an

  547. a shepherd. But he's a good shepherd. The goodness of God will see

  548. us through our lowers of time. Where you've got no direction, we can

  549. always look at the good shepherd. If the good shepherd can lay down his

  550. life for us, he can direct your life. If the good shepherd knows

  551. that we are in pain and suffering, he's not going to leave us alone.

  552. He knows you by name. He's not a random stranger. He did

  553. not recognize you by lifting up. You know how sometimes we be people on

  554. the streets. We just lift our here and this casual. Not that he

  555. he doesn't. He would say brother or sister because we forgot the name.

  556. He like, no, no, not only to say brother or sister.

  557. Forget your name. Okay, some let do. But but something he knows

  558. you by name, Church, He knows you by name. He understands that

  559. the way of the world is going. There's so much expectation, there's so

  560. much weight, there's so much things to do that we cannot cope with it.

  561. That's why he says that come to me, all those you're over burdened,

  562. Come on, Church, think about it. Of all the descriptions he

  563. described us, he knows you're old burdened. We are worried about the future.

  564. We are worried about how we're gonna put for the table, whether we

  565. got early enough or not, whether we have kids now, what kids have

  566. in the future. A lot of things can I have kids? So many

  567. things on our mind, our hearts. We are occupied with burden our parents.

  568. I just took my dad out for lunch yesterday to encourage shame. And

  569. my dad is seventy seven, seventy eight. I was his mom when I

  570. went home to be the lord. He's living by himself. One thing I

  571. recognized as I began to visit him that he started to lose his memory.

  572. That they just lost. I see just losses driver's license credit color like that,

  573. you see the house somewhere. Let me help you. Okay, but

  574. if you want a lot of things studden missing out. But yet at the

  575. same times I looked at my own life, I just say, God,

  576. I could have missed out on this part of can care my dad because I

  577. really wanted to leave Malaysia. Like every fresh grand you graduated out, the

  578. grass is always greener somewhere else. The first time you get a degrees,

  579. I want to my grade go somewhere else experience a different culture, a different

  580. setting for the very first time. I just want to experience what winter is,

  581. not just turning on the aircorn because as adult plans came back, I

  582. remember doing it, came back when I finished my summer, except came back

  583. at the airport. My friends hijacked me. Let's go for a meeting to

  584. see past can because he wanted to meet all those graduates of Australia. I

  585. just want to say that maybe you can do something for Malaysia. I got

  586. no choice because I was given a free car ride. You understand I was

  587. giving a free car right. You understand it because you don't do you too

  588. cheap to be for tax SEMA. So if I said, okay, I'll

  589. just go go for a meeting with the passd about the vision of revival from

  590. Malaysia. Is there something you want to do? Is there something you want

  591. to do? There's a six six of us there pass one one of them.

  592. I do so day, Passer, come me in. I may not

  593. be much. I cannot say it cannot play right. The best I can

  594. do for you is open the bookshop to sell books for you. But if

  595. that's what's needed, are willing the my part to carry to help. But

  596. friends, that was the start of the journey, beginning God, begin to

  597. the word. Is that my heart began to went to fire. Not just

  598. one day, one week, but it was close to twenty years of just

  599. refining it. Friends. I remember when I was in Australia, a prophet

  600. came up to me and just said this that you know what you're going to

  601. You're got to excuse the fire of God. Who doesn't want the fire of

  602. God you want? Right then he used the word he's going to prove you.

  603. I said, your ambition. Your ambition is no longer going to be

  604. yours but his. I'm like, God, why I want the couple letters

  605. I want to leave that actually can work nicely? One go to places the

  606. airport can actually work. You understand what I mean. You have your own

  607. ambition, I said, God, why me? God, please mess someone

  608. else? And maybe it's not me, maybe it's my neighbors. All right,

  609. I had been good to you, God, I remember right there.

  610. I was like, I'll bring you to fire. I'll bring you to all

  611. this. But when God, when people see this, see Jesus, God,

  612. I do want people see see because Jesus don't have a house. Jesus

  613. didn'tdrive. Friend see cars. You know you, you're a working person.

  614. You understand Jesus in all the way. You understand right having like, but

  615. God helped them went through the fire. Friends, A lot of this chipped

  616. out a lot of really a lot of things. And I pray these friends

  617. that you understand. If you're reeling a willing you, let's stand right now.

  618. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more information on our

  619. church, please visit as Church do O RG. We are also active on
