You're listening to a message to go from ex church.

We hope this message will light up your day.

So the title of my message this morning, I hardly

got titled.

Okay, so but.

Anyway especial for you. Okay, So the act we can

help me with the first light?

What is your hope? Whoa turn to your neighbor? What

is your hope?

Usually in December it's a time, you know, it's filled

with Christmas songs, presents, buying, right, and then you hear

all the nice Christmas songs being played in church in

the malls, and it's a season of hope. Right. We

always say that it's a season of hope. So my

question to you is what is your hope? Now? I

am so glad to report to you that I just

came back safely from ber Cassie last weekend. So I

had the privilege of going out on the missions trip

together with all Terans who was not here because he

caught COVID anyway.

But it was a good trip.

There was six of us on the team and it's

my first time to Expocassi.

So I think in.

Teenty twenty one, right, I suddenly had a conviction from

the Lord and the conviction was this.

That before I can tell you to go, I need

to go right.

And so it's been my personal conviction to go for

at least one missions trip a year, at least one okay,

And so previously I went to lake Toba. So that

was last year I went to lake Toba to see

the work there. And this year I went to Burkasi,

which is in Indonesia, Okay, Indonesia. And currently today Elopeho

is in Laketoba, Emma is in Benton. So it's another

mission trip, a local one, but we're out for missions.

And I told myself this, the reason why I need

to go on a mission trip is so that I

can be reminded again what it's all about, what my

faith is all about.

Do you know sometimes we.

Can do church week after week, you know, and then

we forget, we forget what it's all about. So I

told myself, no, I need to go. And actually why

I chose Bakassi.

Was two things.

That Firstly, because I promised part France last year. After

like Tobi, I said, okay, I will see you in Bakassi.

That's his central, that's his main base.

Pert friends. Do you're not Pert friends?

Yeah? Yeah, awesome, right, and so I say, okay. Firstly

it was a promise, I say, I'll be in Bagassi,

but secondly I also.

Wanted to catch his heart again.

Do you know part France has an amazing.

Heart for people. Do you know that right.

After we finished ex Bakassi, right.

Mission trip for four days? Four days? Do you know,

they start there. So we stayed in the church.

So can you imagine if this is a church, right,

there's another floor where we sleep in the church. So

they're in a shop lot. So that's where he used

to stay. But of course we blessed him with the home,

so that's his but I think half the time he's

found in the church.

Still his hand is for the people.

Right. So we stay in the church, and do you

know that they're up by four something because they have

prayer at five o'clock every day, five o'clock prayer, right,

and then they go on do everything that they do.

And so right after we finish four days in Bakasi,

that night that Sunday, you know, he sent us to

the airport at one point thirty in the afternoon eleven

o'clock that night. He was going to start his journey

of driving for three days, two nights all.

The way to Laketober.

Can you imagine us Sunday night are Sunday night just

finish four days mission with us?

That very night at eleven pm he started.

Driving three days to nights to reach Laketoba on Thursday

so he can go and pick up all the Penholls

team from the airport. From the church in Laketoba to

the airport in Meddan is five hours drive. So imagine

he redrive three days tonight reached Laketoba. He's driving five

hours from Laketoba to go to Meidan to pick up

the team and drive another five hours back to the

Laketoba church and then they start another four days missions Thursday, Friday,

Saturday and today.

Wow.

Man, if you're not solar for missions, you know, I

don't know what he is. He is a man who

really believes and he says, right, he used to do

this on a motorbike. Now he has you know, Exkarachi

bless him with a car, so now.

There is a car. But he used to do this

on a more oh.

Bite crazy right, But anyway, because of all these things,

I'm like, man, God, I need to catch a little

bit of this heart of this man who is so

you you think.

You guys are doing a lot right Wow. So so

I wanted.

To go and catch his heart again and I was

just so blessed this time around. The Ministry in ex

Bakassi is there, Okay. So Jakarta is very big.

Okay.

The last time I went out of Jakarta actually this

year alone, I went with the Pinhole to our.

Family in ex Karawachi.

Right.

Ex Karawachi is sort of like the upper class of Jakarta.

So we went there. We did the family camp retreat,

a nice hotel, buffet, food nice, you know, while all

the meals eat eat until like last day I had died.

I came back and I was like, man, okay, but

that was nice.

But coming to Burkasi, this is like sort of the

poorer part of town.

Okay.

I wanted to show you a So we did a

lot of house visitations, so the ministry in because he

was a lot of house visiting.

This was the first house that we went. So right

after we landed, we went to this part. Thomas. Can

you see the guy.

In rich shit with the mustache, So he is like

half Dutch, half Indonesian. We went to his house and

you know, when we first entered the house. When we

first entered the house, there was a lady in blue.

She was lying down on the mattress just at the door, right.

And when we came in and part friends. You know,

I think he hasn't visited his family for a bit.

He came in and she started crying immediately because he

said we came here.

They were quite surprised, like, oh, what are you doing

here right?

Uh? And Performence says, we are here because Jesus loves you. Wow,

straight away, Jesus loves you. We're here because of that,

and the woman started crying. So we were like, okay, awkward,

what do we do? What do we do in this situation?

And it's a very cramed space. Okay, it's a very

very cramed space. We went in try to find us

a place where we could sit down and just hear

their story.

So what happened to this woman was I think.

Just about maybe three months Okay, I couldn't get all

the facts right, but about three months ago her husband died.

Her husband just passed away. Shortly after that, she had

a stroke. So she's actually half paralyzed now, and that's

why she was on the bit, right, she couldn't but

she was struggling to even sit up, you know.

She was, oh, wever pain, very pain, right, And so.

As as we were hearing their story and and and

you know, they were just sharing and and what happened

was this, this woman actually is a very very capable woman, right.

She she's a very strong woman.

She provides for the family because her husband didn't do much,

so she provides for the family. She's got kids, and

that's her father that she's living with now. So after

the stroke, she went into depression and the father shed

with us later on that at one point he just

wanted to kick her out of the house because all

this while she's a capable woman, you know, and she

was doing everything, supporting, even giving money to the father.

Now the father has to cook, feed, clothes for the

entire family, right, So the man was just in tears.

He was like, you know, I at one stage, I

just wanted to kick her out my own daughter because

of the situation you're in. So this is the first

house that we were in. Maybe the next picture, can

we go to the next picture. We visited another house

with another woman who was also who had stroke as well.

So I don't I don't have the pictures because sometimes

it's just really hard to take pictures when you're ministrying. Right,

So there was another stroke. We went to another house

and this was a business owner.

Right.

So this was just inside the house. In front was

a shop lot, right, and this is just her home.

And you can notice the condition of their homes. Yeah, okay,

And so what happened was Apartfromce was telling us that

before this, you know, she was actually doing very well.

Her business was doing very well. You know, she was

almost earnly. He was telling me six thousand ring a day.

That's a lot, Yeah, a lot. But somehow something happened

and right now they can't afford to pay their rental.

It's come to a stage. And what happened was she

now lives the whole family. She's got four kids, right,

her husband is behind there. She's got four kids, and

they are living on a regular customer of five. They

means they have five regular customers.

That's it.

Can you imagine the whole family? You're selling grosser, you know,

and in the in the shop when you enter it,

it's really sparse you compare to the other shops full

of goods, you know, full of all their drinks and

snacks and all that. But their was just really sparse

because she only had five regular customers. So we were

there and we pray, we pray. Let me go to

the next picture. Now, this is another home. This is

their hall. We went in, and this is one of

the faithful partners of the church, right, the men there.

The wife also serves in church regularly in exvocacy. And

what happened was the sun They have a nineteen year

old son. He was actually enlisted to serving the navy. Right. Wow,

it's like quite cool, right they on the wall, they

had pictures or actually you can see her on the right.

There was a picture of him, uh, white like a

blue top and white slacks.

That's picture of him in the navy.

But what happened was in the midst of undergoing that training,

he fell into depression because there was just a lot

of pressure, a lot of stress on him and he

couldn't take it.

And then he quit.

And then after that he couldn't continue his studies as well.

So it's almost like a lost cause, right, lost hope

at this point.

And so this was just another part of the story.

And so do you know in all this, right, I

don't know how you would feel as you go in

to hear their stories, you connect with them, you know,

there's this sense of like, wow, what is your hope

in all this situation. There was another home that we visited.

So the man is a he's a repair motorcycle repairman.

So he has a workshop in front. Right, right in front,

there's a workshop repair. You enter behind there's his home,

which is one hall. And what happens was that place

is always flooded. So in fact, when we went into

the home, right there was a mattress on the floor

and he very shyly he say, oh, please don't sit

there because it's wet. Why it's wet because he flooded

last night, So the bottom part of the matress was

completely soaked. Right, So we're like, okay, never mind, we

will just sit on the floor. And as we were sharing,

he's like, his business is doing not bad, okay, not bad,

can survive and his desire was to buy that shop,

loot that really small shot. Lord, guess how much is it?

One hundred and fifty thousand ring it? I know, We're

like what for this small shack behind is like completely

full of rubbish, okay, river full of rubbish. And he's like,

I want to buy this place because you know, then

we don't have to care on paying rental. It becomes ours.

But it's one hundred and fifty thousand ring it we

even afford that.

Right now, you might go in and come out feeling

like wow.

It's a sense of like, oh God, how do these

people have hope?

Have hope?

Right? I wanted to show you another one, which is

this is one of our ministry in a new place.

It's called Chippender so we run ex kids there. Right,

So it's a new ministry but friends, you know, connected

with one of the partners. It's one hour away from Bakassi. Right.

But they say, okay, instead of just getting everyone come BUKASTI,

why don't we go to chippen Dower and then minister

to the people there. And one woman, one faithful woman,

she's like, I don't have much. My house is very small,

but you can use my home for ex kids. Yes,

how many children is that? Thirty kids? Thirty kids? Thirty

kids in this small square, all packed like sardines. Right,

and and but you know when they sang. When they sang,

Elder Terraces said that he was outside because the house

is so small he couldn't fit in, so he waited outside. Well,

they ran the ex kids ministry, and and but when

they sang, he teared outside because it was just so

beautiful their voices, their voices was just so pure in

worship to God. Right. And actually what we found out

later was that small space, that second hall was actually

the family's bedroom.

Is their bedroom.

Because what happens is they you know, so can you

imagine the whole room can only fit a queen size bit.

And with the queen size.

Bit, they lifted up that that bait and that becomes

the ex Kids Ministry. Outside was an even smaller hall, right,

and then just behind it was their small kitchen, and.

That was their home. That's it.

And in fact, they also have an ex mom ministry.

So the mom comes. The moms gathered together twice a

month in her home as well to minister to the

mom's there, right, And she say, and when we were there,

she bought really nice buns for us. You know, can

you imagine already in this condition, but she says, I

just want to bless you, and so she gave her

best and so I was just so encouraged by this

woman's heart, you know, for the Lord. Now, what are

you going through church at this point? What is your hope?

You know when we use this word hope, right, hope,

you know, it's things that we say, I hope it

doesn't rain tomorrow, yes, or we will say, oh, I

hope you don't fall sick, or we would say, you know,

I hope for a good bonus.

I hope for different things.

The word the way we use hope, right, and this

is the kind of hope that the world. You know,

when we minister to each one of them, right, they

all say I hope for something I hope for. Oh

I didn't share with you. There was an the whole

house that we went to the family. Both of the

boys are like stick thing.

They were this thing lying on the bed because they

have TV.

Yeah, and so it just happened two years ago. They

were fine and then you know, they got sick. So

the mom was just saying in tears as we were praying,

like I want my son to walk again. I want

my son to be healthy again.

Right, what do you hope for?

And in this world? We have many hopeful things. Right,

so if you move on to the next slight, you

know the hope, the hope.

That we know. According to English Dictionary.

It says it's a want or desire for something to happen. Yes,

when you say I hope for something, you hope something

would happen.

There is another definition.

It's called expectation or fulfillment or fulfillment or success of something.

There is an expectation. Now when you say hope, are

you expecting it to happen? Yes, you are hopeful that

you will happen.

Right, you are hoping it will happen.

But in this world can you be one hundred percent

sure it will happen? No. The way we use hopey

almost I say I.

Am not sure.

I hope something will happen, but I am not sure if.

It will happen or not. Correct. It's like you know,

you go in.

A family, I hope we will have a great time,

but you're not not sure secretly because you know, like

you know, I haven't planned yet, you know, we haven't

packed yet.

Not sure.

So when we use the word hope in this day,

we are seeing our unsure tea uncertainly, we actually staying uncertainty. Right,

we are saying, I don't know if you will happen,

but I hope. Like students here, I hope I will

pass my exam.

I hope I will get an A.

But are you sure you'll get They're not hope, They're

not hope. Like put the expectation out there.

Okay.

So this is the way we use hope, and in

many of the houses that we visit, you know, sometimes

it could be like I just hope.

Your situation will get well.

But do you know that there is a difference between

this kind of hope that we're talking about and a

biblical hope.

Amen?

Amen, let's go to some understanding of what biblical Do

you know the very first time or not the very

first Okay, how many of you know Jeremiah twenty nine eleven?

You know this verse? We always quote it.

Okay, say to me, for I know the plans that

I have for you. Oh, okay, put it there. Okay,

let's read it together, one two tree.

For I know the.

Plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for

welfare and not for evil, to give you a future

and a hope. Do you see the word hope there,

So when you minister to people in those kinds of

situations or even in your own situation. And I don't

know when you think about the word home, is it

wishful thinking?

Is it I wish just for something to happen?

Law? Like when God declasses doesn't mean like hopefully la

you will jady, hopefully.

It will happen? Is this what God means?

Do you know the original word for this word home

is actually the meaning of a rope, a rope or

a cord. Do you see the word the coartner? Hey,

how come they use this word coartner for rope? Have

you think about it?

Hope? Why is why?

Why do you think hope is pictured as a cord?

Because when you are attached to a card, there is safety. Yes,

can you show the next picture of Stiv. This is

an actual picture of a flood in Peru in twenty seventeen.

So there was great flood and can you see everyone's

holding onto the rope. Without holding onto the rope, you

have been swept away. It is your rope now a

sign of hope or not a hope to go to safety,

a hope for salvation.

And this is the meaning of hope.

What means you're anchored to something, your your You're attached

to a cord. My question to you this morning, what

are you attached to? What is your cord? What is

your safety net? Are you banging on your finances, your career,

your family, your connection? But all these things will be

tested right the court. What is your hope? Are you

hoping in them? Many times in the Old Testament, so

this word was used as a sign of like expectations,

something to look forward No, so security is one of it.

The other is a desire, a longing, a longing for Are.

You longing for a better world?

Are you longing for a world where things are cheaper? Oh,

my gosh, things are so expensive nowadays, you know, and

it's gonna get more expensive in twenty twenty five, it is, So,

what is your hope? What are you looking forward to?

Is there anything to look forward to? Or in twenty

twenty five? Do you know with everything that's happening in

this world? Right? I mean, in one of my chet

groups of my previous company, it's it's one of the

it's Kazana Nationally, it's a sovereign Wealth Fund of Malaysia

and insight that that Chinna.

There's a lot of great minds.

Okay, and they are constantly bickering over uesla traumla China

like India, and it's very heated.

When I'm like, oh my gosh, guys, Jesus is.

The whole blah, why you fight so much? Some of

saying oh this is what this is an All it

We see it.

So as Christians, I ask you right now, what is

your hope? Is there any hope left or not? God?

Not sure, not one hundred percent confident.

I want to tell you that.

The hope that God speaks up in the Bible is

one hundred percent sure, Amen, one hundred percent sure.

There is no doubt. We doubt, Yeah, because of the

things that we see.

Our assignments are due next day. You're like, I don't know.

We doubt because we put our security, our hope on

things that can be shaken. Do you know that anything

and everything can be shaken? Yep, anything can be shaken.

Do you think you're very secure in your EPF? Okay,

some of your very realistic You're like, no, no, no,

I put my money there.

I cannot take it out until I retire.

But you know, I'm not one hundred percent sure if

I will ever get my money go one hundred percent confidence?

Are not sure?

Not sure? Right? So what is the difference then, between

the confidence that this world gives us, the hope that

this world gives us, and the one that God wants

to give us? Now, Wordly hope is always based.

On a few things.

Intelligence, Yeah, if you're very intelligent, or then you can

be successful if you're very smart. Right, all my students here,

if you think that you're smart, then you can do well.

You study hard, right, You've got connection, you're good looking,

woa all these things? Right, you're charismatic when you think

you have all these things, you have hope for the future.

Right, this sure can make it one?

Right, we look at this place while I've got the

food package.

Beauty, brains brought. Wah can make it this one?

You can all make it, can make it, can all

make it right? And you know that this worldly hope

that the Will puts in our mind is based on

us and the things of this world. And I said

already that the things of this world can be shaken

and will be shaken. You think about it. What are

you putting your hope on right now? What are you

standing on? Because I tell you, when it's being tested,

will your whole world crumble? Will you lose yourself? You

think about it?

Will you lose yourself if you lost your job?

You know, I do a lot of training, right, and

so I one of the times I was doing a

leadership training, and this is like all the doctors. Okay, biscula,

this is one of our prestigious private university. I can

drop the name tailors, so you mean tailors. So I

train your lecturers, okay, on leadership and so a bit

scalea first day, you know, all these as them introduce themselves, right,

and I look at their namely doctor, doctor, doctor, doctor, doctor, book.

And doctor okay, not a doctor, you know.

But as as we do the training, I had an

opportunity to speak to one of the ladies there, and

so I was talking about purpose in life, thought about

purpose in life.

Leadership my right, you must say purpose right.

So and then she's like, you know, actually I don't

know what I want to do in my life, she said.

Before this, I was very clear, be what I want

to do.

With my life?

She said, My my goal. My aim was to get

my PhD. Right, So she walked very hard to get

her PhD.

Right, she did all that.

You know, pg's not easy at all, not easy at all.

Pass the candle is doing his PhD right now, God

bless him.

But there is a purpose for that.

So anyways, so she said, I did all that. You know,

I purpose everything in my life to get my PhD.

But once I've gotten my PhD, I do know what next?

I'm aimless. Now, hello, you would think that what people PhD?

You did right? You know, you should know where you

want to go to next. She's like, then should I

do another PhD? Because the PhD was the only reason

I could focus and had purpose.

No, I'm like purposeless?

So what does that mean? Does that mean that you

have to do phdu?

Do you die?

Do you how many PhDs you want to get? Is

your PhD your goal? Your purpose in life?

It can't be, right.

There's gonna be something greater, something that brings us greater fulfillment.

Right, And so.

Can I tell you that the hope that you and

I have praised Jesus is a hope that never changes, Amen,

because everything else can change. Trust me, everything else can

change except Jesus. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and

forever more.

God never changes.

And that's why, you know why I can believe in

this so much, is because God's character is true and

he is not a liar. Men can lie to you,

a lot of people can promise you a lot of things,

but they're all lies scams.

But God never lies.

Amen.

God is the only one.

And you know what, He's a guaranteur of our future.

We read Jeremiah twenty nine eleven. Right, he doesn't just

say I give you a hope. He is the guarantee. Wow. Amen,

Let's go to read more of God's and today we're

gonna dilve into.

The Book of Romans.

How many of you love the Book of Romance so

so powerful and so rich. Okay, let's go to Romans

chapter eight. Okay, so enough of me talking, enough of

Rose talking. Let's hear what God wants to say.

Amen.

All right, go to Romance chapter eight and we'll be

doing a lot of reading from here.

So let's start off us so.

You know, again, looking again at the situations of the

families that we visited in Bakasi. It would seem as

though the worldly hope, you know, the hope of you

getting miraculously healed, the hope of you getting one hundred

and fifty thousand to buy the home. It would seem

that if I basic just on the foundation of hope,

and you know, sometimes right, if you're not careful.

We'll use luck if I'm lucky, La, I will pass

my exam.

If I'm lucky, I might you know, get more business

if I'm lucky. But you know that in God there

is no such says lack. You don't need luck. You

have guarantee why you need luck? Amen, You have a

guarantee in God, and I love that. So what are

the things that you know when we talk about hope?

What is the Bible teaching us about what kind of

hope that you and I can have and already have.

Many times we forget what we already have. We're always

looking towards the worldly things, right, physical wealth, health, These

are the things that we look forward to physically. But

God wants to guarantee us something that will not perish everlasting.

Amen.

Okay, let's read Romans chapter eight Versus one to two.

It says this.

Wow alreadia the first verse. You can rejoice and hallelujah,

and we can close up is ready.

There is therefore.

Now no condemnation to those who are in Christ. Jesus

can again, Amen, turn to your neighbor, says you are

not condemned. Amen, a saying a conviction that you are

not condemned.

This is God's word. Are you in Christ or not?

Maybe that's a qualifying butla it says you. Now there

is no condemnation for those who are in christilification is

you must be in Christ?

Then the other name. Are you in Christ? Amen?

If you can answer confidently yes, I am in Christ,

then I have good news for you. The good news

is there is no condemnation for you, my dear friends.

No condemnation. All right, let's move on. Who do not

want according to the flesh, but according to the If

we don't want according to the flesh, we want according

to the Spirit of God. Amen.

Verse two.

For the law of the spirit of life in Christ, Jesus.

Oh wait, let me see. For the law of the

spirit of life in Christ, Jesus has made me free

from the law of sin and death. Amen.

Hello, can you tell your neighbor. You are free. Isn't

that something to be hopeful for? Hey, we are free

from sin and death. You don't like this gift very much? Ah?

Come on, hallly, Jesus came to earth to give us riches?

Is it?

What does the Word of the Lord says? For the

Son of Man came to sick and save the.

That was the purpose that he came for.

He didn't come so that you can be blessed just

by yourself. He came to save you from your sin.

Amen, my sin. Your saying. This is the greatest gift.

And that's why we celebrate Christmas because without you know,

part of hope right is having something to look forward to.

And you might think that, oh yo, but I still

live in this world. Yes, but do you know, let's

continue reading. Ah, let's continue reading the word of God.

God says he has made us free from the law

of sin and death. I encourage you to go back

and read this whole verse. Now I want to move

on to verse twelve. Okay, after that he talked about,

you know, being spirit minded and not fleshly minded.

Verse tip.

He says, it's therefore therefore, after all these things, brothers

and sisters, we are deators, not to the flesh, to

live according to the flesh.

For if you live according to the flesh, you will

you will die.

But if by the spirit you put to death the

deeds of the body, you will live. Amen. For as

many are for as many as are led by the

spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Amen.

As your neighbor, are you led by the spirit?

Yes?

Or not? It is so that you can tell them

you are a son or a daughter of God. Don't

dare to say to your neighbor you're so shyer? Hey,

do you know that it's good to prophesy and declare

God's it to your neighbor and to yourself.

Remind each other of who your real identity is. Because

we forget.

We go into the world and we forget who we

are because the world tells.

Us we must be something else. God says, you are

the son.

Of God, you are the daughters of God.

Why do you live as door?

You are so poor? Come on, if you are the

son of the Most High God, daughter of the Most

High God, don't you stand to.

Inherit everything in everything? But you're like, oh, but I'm not.

You will get there that is what hope is.

Ask the Holy Spirit?

Holy Spirit tell me that I am a son of God.

You know, Holy spirits will guarantee. He's a guaranteed that

tells us, yes, we are God's children Verse seventeen. And

if children, then heirs heirs of God and join airs

with Christ. If indeed we suffer with Him, that we

may also be glorified together. Now, I want you to

watch these words. Now. It says, if indeed we su

with him. They didn't just say if we are blessed.

Only by him.

There's this word suffering coming out now home?

Why God, how come in you? You already say we

are joined? Airest you? How come God? This is word suffering?

What I cannot reconcile. Many of us can reconcile suffering

in all lives.

Right hey?

But bass Sarah is such a good person. Why why

she has to go through so much? Very good person,

you know, excuse ministry, excuse buster.

Serves so much, loves the Lord.

But she's going through some stuff in her own family.

There is suffering. All of us go through one level

of suffering on another. But I think what's important is

what is your response to this suffering? Are you saying, God,

you left me? I have no more hope because I'm suffering?

What about all these people that I visited? They are suffering, Yah,

greater than probably many of us here. But does that

mean God has left them? It says, if we indeed

we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified together.

I love this verse eighteen four.

I consider this is Paul writing that the suffering of

this present time are not worthy to be compared with

the glory we shall be revealed in us. Amen. Paul

is saying, my dear children, you're suffering right now. I understand,

But do you know what's even better?

Your future glory? Hey, if that's not Hope, I don't

know what else is.

Right. Hope is saying, Hey, it's gonna get better. Guys,

It's gonna get good.

But will you wait for what is good? Let's continue

on for.

The earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the

revealing of the sons of God. Do you know the

whole world is waiting for you and I to be

revealed as sons and daughters of God the whole creation.

For the creation was objected to futility, not willingly, but

because of him who subjected it in hope, because the

creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of

corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God

Verse twenty two. For we know that the whole creation

groans and labors with birth thanks together until now, so

how do we make sense of the sufferings that we

are currently going through the world. Right, it's so hot

last night you could sleep? Or no, I couldn't sleep

you cannot sleep. And then you know there's this whole

climate crisis that is going on in our world. But

You can deliver your beautiful child.

You ah right now in your labor pain? Does that

mean that it's not worth the way for your child?

Does it mean that it's not worth going through the pain?

And isn't that hopeful, hopeful that while you're going through

pain and suffering, that's the truth of it. We don't

like pain and suffering. We don't none of us do.

We want to reduce it, we want to run away

from it. But in God's way, it is the suffering

Unlimited health benefits, insurance. You can go to any hospital,

all fully unheard off before until now. You cannot get
