  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your day.

  3. So the title of my message this morning, I hardly

  4. got titled.

  5. Okay, so but.

  6. Anyway especial for you. Okay, So the act we can

  7. help me with the first light?

  8. What is your hope? Whoa turn to your neighbor? What

  9. is your hope?

  10. Usually in December it's a time, you know, it's filled

  11. with Christmas songs, presents, buying, right, and then you hear

  12. all the nice Christmas songs being played in church in

  13. the malls, and it's a season of hope. Right. We

  14. always say that it's a season of hope. So my

  15. question to you is what is your hope? Now? I

  16. am so glad to report to you that I just

  17. came back safely from ber Cassie last weekend. So I

  18. had the privilege of going out on the missions trip

  19. together with all Terans who was not here because he

  20. caught COVID anyway.

  21. But it was a good trip.

  22. There was six of us on the team and it's

  23. my first time to Expocassi.

  24. So I think in.

  25. Teenty twenty one, right, I suddenly had a conviction from

  26. the Lord and the conviction was this.

  27. That before I can tell you to go, I need

  28. to go right.

  29. And so it's been my personal conviction to go for

  30. at least one missions trip a year, at least one okay,

  31. And so previously I went to lake Toba. So that

  32. was last year I went to lake Toba to see

  33. the work there. And this year I went to Burkasi,

  34. which is in Indonesia, Okay, Indonesia. And currently today Elopeho

  35. is in Laketoba, Emma is in Benton. So it's another

  36. mission trip, a local one, but we're out for missions.

  37. And I told myself this, the reason why I need

  38. to go on a mission trip is so that I

  39. can be reminded again what it's all about, what my

  40. faith is all about.

  41. Do you know sometimes we.

  42. Can do church week after week, you know, and then

  43. we forget, we forget what it's all about. So I

  44. told myself, no, I need to go. And actually why

  45. I chose Bakassi.

  46. Was two things.

  47. That Firstly, because I promised part France last year. After

  48. like Tobi, I said, okay, I will see you in Bakassi.

  49. That's his central, that's his main base.

  50. Pert friends. Do you're not Pert friends?

  51. Yeah? Yeah, awesome, right, and so I say, okay. Firstly

  52. it was a promise, I say, I'll be in Bagassi,

  53. but secondly I also.

  54. Wanted to catch his heart again.

  55. Do you know part France has an amazing.

  56. Heart for people. Do you know that right.

  57. After we finished ex Bakassi, right.

  58. Mission trip for four days? Four days? Do you know,

  59. they start there. So we stayed in the church.

  60. So can you imagine if this is a church, right,

  61. there's another floor where we sleep in the church. So

  62. they're in a shop lot. So that's where he used

  63. to stay. But of course we blessed him with the home,

  64. so that's his but I think half the time he's

  65. found in the church.

  66. Still his hand is for the people.

  67. Right. So we stay in the church, and do you

  68. know that they're up by four something because they have

  69. prayer at five o'clock every day, five o'clock prayer, right,

  70. and then they go on do everything that they do.

  71. And so right after we finish four days in Bakasi,

  72. that night that Sunday, you know, he sent us to

  73. the airport at one point thirty in the afternoon eleven

  74. o'clock that night. He was going to start his journey

  75. of driving for three days, two nights all.

  76. The way to Laketober.

  77. Can you imagine us Sunday night are Sunday night just

  78. finish four days mission with us?

  79. That very night at eleven pm he started.

  80. Driving three days to nights to reach Laketoba on Thursday

  81. so he can go and pick up all the Penholls

  82. team from the airport. From the church in Laketoba to

  83. the airport in Meddan is five hours drive. So imagine

  84. he redrive three days tonight reached Laketoba. He's driving five

  85. hours from Laketoba to go to Meidan to pick up

  86. the team and drive another five hours back to the

  87. Laketoba church and then they start another four days missions Thursday, Friday,

  88. Saturday and today.

  89. Wow.

  90. Man, if you're not solar for missions, you know, I

  91. don't know what he is. He is a man who

  92. really believes and he says, right, he used to do

  93. this on a motorbike. Now he has you know, Exkarachi

  94. bless him with a car, so now.

  95. There is a car. But he used to do this

  96. on a more oh.

  97. Bite crazy right, But anyway, because of all these things,

  98. I'm like, man, God, I need to catch a little

  99. bit of this heart of this man who is so

  100. you you think.

  101. You guys are doing a lot right Wow. So so

  102. I wanted.

  103. To go and catch his heart again and I was

  104. just so blessed this time around. The Ministry in ex

  105. Bakassi is there, Okay. So Jakarta is very big.

  106. Okay.

  107. The last time I went out of Jakarta actually this

  108. year alone, I went with the Pinhole to our.

  109. Family in ex Karawachi.

  110. Right.

  111. Ex Karawachi is sort of like the upper class of Jakarta.

  112. So we went there. We did the family camp retreat,

  113. a nice hotel, buffet, food nice, you know, while all

  114. the meals eat eat until like last day I had died.

  115. I came back and I was like, man, okay, but

  116. that was nice.

  117. But coming to Burkasi, this is like sort of the

  118. poorer part of town.

  119. Okay.

  120. I wanted to show you a So we did a

  121. lot of house visitations, so the ministry in because he

  122. was a lot of house visiting.

  123. This was the first house that we went. So right

  124. after we landed, we went to this part. Thomas. Can

  125. you see the guy.

  126. In rich shit with the mustache, So he is like

  127. half Dutch, half Indonesian. We went to his house and

  128. you know, when we first entered the house. When we

  129. first entered the house, there was a lady in blue.

  130. She was lying down on the mattress just at the door, right.

  131. And when we came in and part friends. You know,

  132. I think he hasn't visited his family for a bit.

  133. He came in and she started crying immediately because he

  134. said we came here.

  135. They were quite surprised, like, oh, what are you doing

  136. here right?

  137. Uh? And Performence says, we are here because Jesus loves you. Wow,

  138. straight away, Jesus loves you. We're here because of that,

  139. and the woman started crying. So we were like, okay, awkward,

  140. what do we do? What do we do in this situation?

  141. And it's a very cramed space. Okay, it's a very

  142. very cramed space. We went in try to find us

  143. a place where we could sit down and just hear

  144. their story.

  145. So what happened to this woman was I think.

  146. Just about maybe three months Okay, I couldn't get all

  147. the facts right, but about three months ago her husband died.

  148. Her husband just passed away. Shortly after that, she had

  149. a stroke. So she's actually half paralyzed now, and that's

  150. why she was on the bit, right, she couldn't but

  151. she was struggling to even sit up, you know.

  152. She was, oh, wever pain, very pain, right, And so.

  153. As as we were hearing their story and and and

  154. you know, they were just sharing and and what happened

  155. was this, this woman actually is a very very capable woman, right.

  156. She she's a very strong woman.

  157. She provides for the family because her husband didn't do much,

  158. so she provides for the family. She's got kids, and

  159. that's her father that she's living with now. So after

  160. the stroke, she went into depression and the father shed

  161. with us later on that at one point he just

  162. wanted to kick her out of the house because all

  163. this while she's a capable woman, you know, and she

  164. was doing everything, supporting, even giving money to the father.

  165. Now the father has to cook, feed, clothes for the

  166. entire family, right, So the man was just in tears.

  167. He was like, you know, I at one stage, I

  168. just wanted to kick her out my own daughter because

  169. of the situation you're in. So this is the first

  170. house that we were in. Maybe the next picture, can

  171. we go to the next picture. We visited another house

  172. with another woman who was also who had stroke as well.

  173. So I don't I don't have the pictures because sometimes

  174. it's just really hard to take pictures when you're ministrying. Right,

  175. So there was another stroke. We went to another house

  176. and this was a business owner.

  177. Right.

  178. So this was just inside the house. In front was

  179. a shop lot, right, and this is just her home.

  180. And you can notice the condition of their homes. Yeah, okay,

  181. And so what happened was Apartfromce was telling us that

  182. before this, you know, she was actually doing very well.

  183. Her business was doing very well. You know, she was

  184. almost earnly. He was telling me six thousand ring a day.

  185. That's a lot, Yeah, a lot. But somehow something happened

  186. and right now they can't afford to pay their rental.

  187. It's come to a stage. And what happened was she

  188. now lives the whole family. She's got four kids, right,

  189. her husband is behind there. She's got four kids, and

  190. they are living on a regular customer of five. They

  191. means they have five regular customers.

  192. That's it.

  193. Can you imagine the whole family? You're selling grosser, you know,

  194. and in the in the shop when you enter it,

  195. it's really sparse you compare to the other shops full

  196. of goods, you know, full of all their drinks and

  197. snacks and all that. But their was just really sparse

  198. because she only had five regular customers. So we were

  199. there and we pray, we pray. Let me go to

  200. the next picture. Now, this is another home. This is

  201. their hall. We went in, and this is one of

  202. the faithful partners of the church, right, the men there.

  203. The wife also serves in church regularly in exvocacy. And

  204. what happened was the sun They have a nineteen year

  205. old son. He was actually enlisted to serving the navy. Right. Wow,

  206. it's like quite cool, right they on the wall, they

  207. had pictures or actually you can see her on the right.

  208. There was a picture of him, uh, white like a

  209. blue top and white slacks.

  210. That's picture of him in the navy.

  211. But what happened was in the midst of undergoing that training,

  212. he fell into depression because there was just a lot

  213. of pressure, a lot of stress on him and he

  214. couldn't take it.

  215. And then he quit.

  216. And then after that he couldn't continue his studies as well.

  217. So it's almost like a lost cause, right, lost hope

  218. at this point.

  219. And so this was just another part of the story.

  220. And so do you know in all this, right, I

  221. don't know how you would feel as you go in

  222. to hear their stories, you connect with them, you know,

  223. there's this sense of like, wow, what is your hope

  224. in all this situation. There was another home that we visited.

  225. So the man is a he's a repair motorcycle repairman.

  226. So he has a workshop in front. Right, right in front,

  227. there's a workshop repair. You enter behind there's his home,

  228. which is one hall. And what happens was that place

  229. is always flooded. So in fact, when we went into

  230. the home, right there was a mattress on the floor

  231. and he very shyly he say, oh, please don't sit

  232. there because it's wet. Why it's wet because he flooded

  233. last night, So the bottom part of the matress was

  234. completely soaked. Right, So we're like, okay, never mind, we

  235. will just sit on the floor. And as we were sharing,

  236. he's like, his business is doing not bad, okay, not bad,

  237. can survive and his desire was to buy that shop,

  238. loot that really small shot. Lord, guess how much is it?

  239. One hundred and fifty thousand ring it? I know, We're

  240. like what for this small shack behind is like completely

  241. full of rubbish, okay, river full of rubbish. And he's like,

  242. I want to buy this place because you know, then

  243. we don't have to care on paying rental. It becomes ours.

  244. But it's one hundred and fifty thousand ring it we

  245. even afford that.

  246. Right now, you might go in and come out feeling

  247. like wow.

  248. It's a sense of like, oh God, how do these

  249. people have hope?

  250. Have hope?

  251. Right? I wanted to show you another one, which is

  252. this is one of our ministry in a new place.

  253. It's called Chippender so we run ex kids there. Right,

  254. So it's a new ministry but friends, you know, connected

  255. with one of the partners. It's one hour away from Bakassi. Right.

  256. But they say, okay, instead of just getting everyone come BUKASTI,

  257. why don't we go to chippen Dower and then minister

  258. to the people there. And one woman, one faithful woman,

  259. she's like, I don't have much. My house is very small,

  260. but you can use my home for ex kids. Yes,

  261. how many children is that? Thirty kids? Thirty kids? Thirty

  262. kids in this small square, all packed like sardines. Right,

  263. and and but you know when they sang. When they sang,

  264. Elder Terraces said that he was outside because the house

  265. is so small he couldn't fit in, so he waited outside. Well,

  266. they ran the ex kids ministry, and and but when

  267. they sang, he teared outside because it was just so

  268. beautiful their voices, their voices was just so pure in

  269. worship to God. Right. And actually what we found out

  270. later was that small space, that second hall was actually

  271. the family's bedroom.

  272. Is their bedroom.

  273. Because what happens is they you know, so can you

  274. imagine the whole room can only fit a queen size bit.

  275. And with the queen size.

  276. Bit, they lifted up that that bait and that becomes

  277. the ex Kids Ministry. Outside was an even smaller hall, right,

  278. and then just behind it was their small kitchen, and.

  279. That was their home. That's it.

  280. And in fact, they also have an ex mom ministry.

  281. So the mom comes. The moms gathered together twice a

  282. month in her home as well to minister to the

  283. mom's there, right, And she say, and when we were there,

  284. she bought really nice buns for us. You know, can

  285. you imagine already in this condition, but she says, I

  286. just want to bless you, and so she gave her

  287. best and so I was just so encouraged by this

  288. woman's heart, you know, for the Lord. Now, what are

  289. you going through church at this point? What is your hope?

  290. You know when we use this word hope, right, hope,

  291. you know, it's things that we say, I hope it

  292. doesn't rain tomorrow, yes, or we will say, oh, I

  293. hope you don't fall sick, or we would say, you know,

  294. I hope for a good bonus.

  295. I hope for different things.

  296. The word the way we use hope, right, and this

  297. is the kind of hope that the world. You know,

  298. when we minister to each one of them, right, they

  299. all say I hope for something I hope for. Oh

  300. I didn't share with you. There was an the whole

  301. house that we went to the family. Both of the

  302. boys are like stick thing.

  303. They were this thing lying on the bed because they

  304. have TV.

  305. Yeah, and so it just happened two years ago. They

  306. were fine and then you know, they got sick. So

  307. the mom was just saying in tears as we were praying,

  308. like I want my son to walk again. I want

  309. my son to be healthy again.

  310. Right, what do you hope for?

  311. And in this world? We have many hopeful things. Right,

  312. so if you move on to the next slight, you

  313. know the hope, the hope.

  314. That we know. According to English Dictionary.

  315. It says it's a want or desire for something to happen. Yes,

  316. when you say I hope for something, you hope something

  317. would happen.

  318. There is another definition.

  319. It's called expectation or fulfillment or fulfillment or success of something.

  320. There is an expectation. Now when you say hope, are

  321. you expecting it to happen? Yes, you are hopeful that

  322. you will happen.

  323. Right, you are hoping it will happen.

  324. But in this world can you be one hundred percent

  325. sure it will happen? No. The way we use hopey

  326. almost I say I.

  327. Am not sure.

  328. I hope something will happen, but I am not sure if.

  329. It will happen or not. Correct. It's like you know,

  330. you go in.

  331. A family, I hope we will have a great time,

  332. but you're not not sure secretly because you know, like

  333. you know, I haven't planned yet, you know, we haven't

  334. packed yet.

  335. Not sure.

  336. So when we use the word hope in this day,

  337. we are seeing our unsure tea uncertainly, we actually staying uncertainty. Right,

  338. we are saying, I don't know if you will happen,

  339. but I hope. Like students here, I hope I will

  340. pass my exam.

  341. I hope I will get an A.

  342. But are you sure you'll get They're not hope, They're

  343. not hope. Like put the expectation out there.

  344. Okay.

  345. So this is the way we use hope, and in

  346. many of the houses that we visit, you know, sometimes

  347. it could be like I just hope.

  348. Your situation will get well.

  349. But do you know that there is a difference between

  350. this kind of hope that we're talking about and a

  351. biblical hope.

  352. Amen?

  353. Amen, let's go to some understanding of what biblical Do

  354. you know the very first time or not the very

  355. first Okay, how many of you know Jeremiah twenty nine eleven?

  356. You know this verse? We always quote it.

  357. Okay, say to me, for I know the plans that

  358. I have for you. Oh, okay, put it there. Okay,

  359. let's read it together, one two tree.

  360. For I know the.

  361. Plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for

  362. welfare and not for evil, to give you a future

  363. and a hope. Do you see the word hope there,

  364. So when you minister to people in those kinds of

  365. situations or even in your own situation. And I don't

  366. know when you think about the word home, is it

  367. wishful thinking?

  368. Is it I wish just for something to happen?

  369. Law? Like when God declasses doesn't mean like hopefully la

  370. you will jady, hopefully.

  371. It will happen? Is this what God means?

  372. Do you know the original word for this word home

  373. is actually the meaning of a rope, a rope or

  374. a cord. Do you see the word the coartner? Hey,

  375. how come they use this word coartner for rope? Have

  376. you think about it?

  377. Hope? Why is why?

  378. Why do you think hope is pictured as a cord?

  379. Because when you are attached to a card, there is safety. Yes,

  380. can you show the next picture of Stiv. This is

  381. an actual picture of a flood in Peru in twenty seventeen.

  382. So there was great flood and can you see everyone's

  383. holding onto the rope. Without holding onto the rope, you

  384. have been swept away. It is your rope now a

  385. sign of hope or not a hope to go to safety,

  386. a hope for salvation.

  387. And this is the meaning of hope.

  388. What means you're anchored to something, your your You're attached

  389. to a cord. My question to you this morning, what

  390. are you attached to? What is your cord? What is

  391. your safety net? Are you banging on your finances, your career,

  392. your family, your connection? But all these things will be

  393. tested right the court. What is your hope? Are you

  394. hoping in them? Many times in the Old Testament, so

  395. this word was used as a sign of like expectations,

  396. something to look forward No, so security is one of it.

  397. The other is a desire, a longing, a longing for Are.

  398. You longing for a better world?

  399. Are you longing for a world where things are cheaper? Oh,

  400. my gosh, things are so expensive nowadays, you know, and

  401. it's gonna get more expensive in twenty twenty five, it is, So,

  402. what is your hope? What are you looking forward to?

  403. Is there anything to look forward to? Or in twenty

  404. twenty five? Do you know with everything that's happening in

  405. this world? Right? I mean, in one of my chet

  406. groups of my previous company, it's it's one of the

  407. it's Kazana Nationally, it's a sovereign Wealth Fund of Malaysia

  408. and insight that that Chinna.

  409. There's a lot of great minds.

  410. Okay, and they are constantly bickering over uesla traumla China

  411. like India, and it's very heated.

  412. When I'm like, oh my gosh, guys, Jesus is.

  413. The whole blah, why you fight so much? Some of

  414. saying oh this is what this is an All it

  415. show me was that this world is degrading, this will

  416. is dying as.

  417. We see it.

  418. So as Christians, I ask you right now, what is

  419. your hope? Is there any hope left or not? God?

  420. Not sure, not one hundred percent confident.

  421. I want to tell you that.

  422. The hope that God speaks up in the Bible is

  423. one hundred percent sure, Amen, one hundred percent sure.

  424. There is no doubt. We doubt, Yeah, because of the

  425. things that we see.

  426. Our assignments are due next day. You're like, I don't know.

  427. We doubt because we put our security, our hope on

  428. things that can be shaken. Do you know that anything

  429. and everything can be shaken? Yep, anything can be shaken.

  430. Do you think you're very secure in your EPF? Okay,

  431. some of your very realistic You're like, no, no, no,

  432. I put my money there.

  433. I cannot take it out until I retire.

  434. But you know, I'm not one hundred percent sure if

  435. I will ever get my money go one hundred percent confidence?

  436. Are not sure?

  437. Not sure? Right? So what is the difference then, between

  438. the confidence that this world gives us, the hope that

  439. this world gives us, and the one that God wants

  440. to give us? Now, Wordly hope is always based.

  441. On a few things.

  442. Intelligence, Yeah, if you're very intelligent, or then you can

  443. be successful if you're very smart. Right, all my students here,

  444. if you think that you're smart, then you can do well.

  445. You study hard, right, You've got connection, you're good looking,

  446. woa all these things? Right, you're charismatic when you think

  447. you have all these things, you have hope for the future.

  448. Right, this sure can make it one?

  449. Right, we look at this place while I've got the

  450. food package.

  451. Beauty, brains brought. Wah can make it this one?

  452. You can all make it, can make it, can all

  453. make it right? And you know that this worldly hope

  454. that the Will puts in our mind is based on

  455. us and the things of this world. And I said

  456. already that the things of this world can be shaken

  457. and will be shaken. You think about it. What are

  458. you putting your hope on right now? What are you

  459. standing on? Because I tell you, when it's being tested,

  460. will your whole world crumble? Will you lose yourself? You

  461. think about it?

  462. Will you lose yourself if you lost your job?

  463. You know, I do a lot of training, right, and

  464. so I one of the times I was doing a

  465. leadership training, and this is like all the doctors. Okay, biscula,

  466. this is one of our prestigious private university. I can

  467. drop the name tailors, so you mean tailors. So I

  468. train your lecturers, okay, on leadership and so a bit

  469. scalea first day, you know, all these as them introduce themselves, right,

  470. and I look at their namely doctor, doctor, doctor, doctor, doctor, book.

  471. And doctor okay, not a doctor, you know.

  472. But as as we do the training, I had an

  473. opportunity to speak to one of the ladies there, and

  474. so I was talking about purpose in life, thought about

  475. purpose in life.

  476. Leadership my right, you must say purpose right.

  477. So and then she's like, you know, actually I don't

  478. know what I want to do in my life, she said.

  479. Before this, I was very clear, be what I want

  480. to do.

  481. With my life?

  482. She said, My my goal. My aim was to get

  483. my PhD. Right, So she walked very hard to get

  484. her PhD.

  485. Right, she did all that.

  486. You know, pg's not easy at all, not easy at all.

  487. Pass the candle is doing his PhD right now, God

  488. bless him.

  489. But there is a purpose for that.

  490. Cash's podcast by the way, Okay, can I chine YouTube?

  491. So anyways, so she said, I did all that. You know,

  492. I purpose everything in my life to get my PhD.

  493. But once I've gotten my PhD, I do know what next?

  494. I'm aimless. Now, hello, you would think that what people PhD?

  495. You did right? You know, you should know where you

  496. want to go to next. She's like, then should I

  497. do another PhD? Because the PhD was the only reason

  498. I could focus and had purpose.

  499. No, I'm like purposeless?

  500. So what does that mean? Does that mean that you

  501. have to do phdu?

  502. Do you die?

  503. Do you how many PhDs you want to get? Is

  504. your PhD your goal? Your purpose in life?

  505. It can't be, right.

  506. There's gonna be something greater, something that brings us greater fulfillment.

  507. Right, And so.

  508. Can I tell you that the hope that you and

  509. I have praised Jesus is a hope that never changes, Amen,

  510. because everything else can change. Trust me, everything else can

  511. change except Jesus. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and

  512. forever more.

  513. God never changes.

  514. And that's why, you know why I can believe in

  515. this so much, is because God's character is true and

  516. he is not a liar. Men can lie to you,

  517. a lot of people can promise you a lot of things,

  518. but they're all lies scams.

  519. But God never lies.

  520. Amen.

  521. God is the only one.

  522. And you know what, He's a guaranteur of our future.

  523. We read Jeremiah twenty nine eleven. Right, he doesn't just

  524. say I give you a hope. He is the guarantee. Wow. Amen,

  525. Let's go to read more of God's and today we're

  526. gonna dilve into.

  527. The Book of Romans.

  528. How many of you love the Book of Romance so

  529. so powerful and so rich. Okay, let's go to Romans

  530. chapter eight. Okay, so enough of me talking, enough of

  531. Rose talking. Let's hear what God wants to say.

  532. Amen.

  533. All right, go to Romance chapter eight and we'll be

  534. doing a lot of reading from here.

  535. So let's start off us so.

  536. You know, again, looking again at the situations of the

  537. families that we visited in Bakasi. It would seem as

  538. though the worldly hope, you know, the hope of you

  539. getting miraculously healed, the hope of you getting one hundred

  540. and fifty thousand to buy the home. It would seem

  541. that if I basic just on the foundation of hope,

  542. and you know, sometimes right, if you're not careful.

  543. We'll use luck if I'm lucky, La, I will pass

  544. my exam.

  545. If I'm lucky, I might you know, get more business

  546. if I'm lucky. But you know that in God there

  547. is no such says lack. You don't need luck. You

  548. have guarantee why you need luck? Amen, You have a

  549. guarantee in God, and I love that. So what are

  550. the things that you know when we talk about hope?

  551. What is the Bible teaching us about what kind of

  552. hope that you and I can have and already have.

  553. Many times we forget what we already have. We're always

  554. looking towards the worldly things, right, physical wealth, health, These

  555. are the things that we look forward to physically. But

  556. God wants to guarantee us something that will not perish everlasting.

  557. Amen.

  558. Okay, let's read Romans chapter eight Versus one to two.

  559. It says this.

  560. Wow alreadia the first verse. You can rejoice and hallelujah,

  561. and we can close up is ready.

  562. There is therefore.

  563. Now no condemnation to those who are in Christ. Jesus

  564. can again, Amen, turn to your neighbor, says you are

  565. not condemned. Amen, a saying a conviction that you are

  566. not condemned.

  567. This is God's word. Are you in Christ or not?

  568. Maybe that's a qualifying butla it says you. Now there

  569. is no condemnation for those who are in christilification is

  570. you must be in Christ?

  571. Then the other name. Are you in Christ? Amen?

  572. If you can answer confidently yes, I am in Christ,

  573. then I have good news for you. The good news

  574. is there is no condemnation for you, my dear friends.

  575. No condemnation. All right, let's move on. Who do not

  576. want according to the flesh, but according to the If

  577. we don't want according to the flesh, we want according

  578. to the Spirit of God. Amen.

  579. Verse two.

  580. For the law of the spirit of life in Christ, Jesus.

  581. Oh wait, let me see. For the law of the

  582. spirit of life in Christ, Jesus has made me free

  583. from the law of sin and death. Amen.

  584. Hello, can you tell your neighbor. You are free. Isn't

  585. that something to be hopeful for? Hey, we are free

  586. from sin and death. You don't like this gift very much? Ah?

  587. Come on, hallly, Jesus came to earth to give us riches?

  588. Is it?

  589. What does the Word of the Lord says? For the

  590. Son of Man came to sick and save the.

  591. That was the purpose that he came for.

  592. He didn't come so that you can be blessed just

  593. by yourself. He came to save you from your sin.

  594. Amen, my sin. Your saying. This is the greatest gift.

  595. And that's why we celebrate Christmas because without you know,

  596. part of hope right is having something to look forward to.

  597. And you might think that, oh yo, but I still

  598. live in this world. Yes, but do you know, let's

  599. continue reading. Ah, let's continue reading the word of God.

  600. God says he has made us free from the law

  601. of sin and death. I encourage you to go back

  602. and read this whole verse. Now I want to move

  603. on to verse twelve. Okay, after that he talked about,

  604. you know, being spirit minded and not fleshly minded.

  605. Verse tip.

  606. He says, it's therefore therefore, after all these things, brothers

  607. and sisters, we are deators, not to the flesh, to

  608. live according to the flesh.

  609. For if you live according to the flesh, you will

  610. you will die.

  611. But if by the spirit you put to death the

  612. deeds of the body, you will live. Amen. For as

  613. many are for as many as are led by the

  614. spirit of God, these are sons of God.

  615. Amen.

  616. As your neighbor, are you led by the spirit?

  617. Yes?

  618. Or not? It is so that you can tell them

  619. you are a son or a daughter of God. Don't

  620. dare to say to your neighbor you're so shyer? Hey,

  621. do you know that it's good to prophesy and declare

  622. God's it to your neighbor and to yourself.

  623. Remind each other of who your real identity is. Because

  624. we forget.

  625. We go into the world and we forget who we

  626. are because the world tells.

  627. Us we must be something else. God says, you are

  628. the son.

  629. Of God, you are the daughters of God.

  630. Why do you live as door?

  631. You are so poor? Come on, if you are the

  632. son of the Most High God, daughter of the Most

  633. High God, don't you stand to.

  634. Inherit everything in everything? But you're like, oh, but I'm not.

  635. You will get there that is what hope is.

  636. Right.

  637. Let's continue reading.

  638. Wow, inheritance, you not only get freedom from sin and dead,

  639. you get an inheritance from a war Goddah.

  640. So much you want to give us.

  641. Why Okay, it says again, for you did not receive

  642. this is verse fifteen.

  643. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage. Again too, fear, But.

  644. You receive the spirit of adoption by whom we cry

  645. out Abbah Father. Amen, Hey, guys, your adopted lah. Not

  646. by anyone, not by rich uncle, not by thankle or thans.

  647. Free or whatever.

  648. You're adopted by the most High God, who has all

  649. the riches you can ever ask for or imagine. And

  650. even more Amen. Let's continue reading on. God's word is

  651. so powerful. The Spirit himself best witness with our spirit

  652. that we are children of God. So if you're not

  653. sure today, can I tell you.

  654. Ask the Holy Spirit?

  655. Holy Spirit tell me that I am a son of God.

  656. You know, Holy spirits will guarantee. He's a guaranteed that

  657. tells us, yes, we are God's children Verse seventeen. And

  658. if children, then heirs heirs of God and join airs

  659. with Christ. If indeed we suffer with Him, that we

  660. may also be glorified together. Now, I want you to

  661. watch these words. Now. It says, if indeed we su

  662. with him. They didn't just say if we are blessed.

  663. Only by him.

  664. There's this word suffering coming out now home?

  665. Why God, how come in you? You already say we

  666. are joined? Airest you? How come God? This is word suffering?

  667. What I cannot reconcile. Many of us can reconcile suffering

  668. in all lives.

  669. Right hey?

  670. But bass Sarah is such a good person. Why why

  671. she has to go through so much? Very good person,

  672. you know, excuse ministry, excuse buster.

  673. Serves so much, loves the Lord.

  674. But she's going through some stuff in her own family.

  675. There is suffering. All of us go through one level

  676. of suffering on another. But I think what's important is

  677. what is your response to this suffering? Are you saying, God,

  678. you left me? I have no more hope because I'm suffering?

  679. What about all these people that I visited? They are suffering, Yah,

  680. greater than probably many of us here. But does that

  681. mean God has left them? It says, if we indeed

  682. we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified together.

  683. I love this verse eighteen four.

  684. I consider this is Paul writing that the suffering of

  685. this present time are not worthy to be compared with

  686. the glory we shall be revealed in us. Amen. Paul

  687. is saying, my dear children, you're suffering right now. I understand,

  688. But do you know what's even better?

  689. Your future glory? Hey, if that's not Hope, I don't

  690. know what else is.

  691. Right. Hope is saying, Hey, it's gonna get better. Guys,

  692. It's gonna get good.

  693. But will you wait for what is good? Let's continue

  694. on for.

  695. The earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the

  696. revealing of the sons of God. Do you know the

  697. whole world is waiting for you and I to be

  698. revealed as sons and daughters of God the whole creation.

  699. For the creation was objected to futility, not willingly, but

  700. because of him who subjected it in hope, because the

  701. creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of

  702. corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God

  703. Verse twenty two. For we know that the whole creation

  704. groans and labors with birth thanks together until now, so

  705. how do we make sense of the sufferings that we

  706. are currently going through the world. Right, it's so hot

  707. last night you could sleep? Or no, I couldn't sleep

  708. because I turn off the econ want to say the environment, right,

  709. but oh I couldn't sleep so hot the weather's crazy,

  710. it raised and then there's floods. It's so hot and

  711. you cannot sleep. And then you know there's this whole

  712. climate crisis that is going on in our world. But

  713. guess what you might think of it all? I'm a

  714. hopeless ready right, but God's word says hello, hello, hello,

  715. these are just the birth thanks. Mother's here, mothers here, yes, before.

  716. You can deliver your beautiful child.

  717. You ah right now in your labor pain? Does that

  718. mean that it's not worth the way for your child?

  719. Does it mean that it's not worth going through the pain?

  720. And isn't that hopeful, hopeful that while you're going through

  721. so much today now with epirerolla. Because we don't like

  722. pain and suffering, that's the truth of it. We don't

  723. like pain and suffering. We don't none of us do.

  724. We want to reduce it, we want to run away

  725. from it. But in God's way, it is the suffering

  726. that produces character. And it is this character that produces hope.

  727. You read that in Romans five five.

  728. Okay, so it says that we are groaning and laboring

  729. until birthpain. So Paul is using the language of labor

  730. pain because he knows after you pain and you suffer

  731. and you gry, then the baby pop up.

  732. Wow, forgot all.

  733. Your pain ready, right, And that's what matters. You have

  734. two tree children after that?

  735. Right, because you forgot ready.

  736. First, I've also pains or pays of pain after that

  737. you forgot because when you when you hold your child

  738. in your hands, it's like, Wow, I've forgotten all the pain.

  739. And even if I had to go to it again,

  740. I will right verse twenty three. Not only that, but

  741. we who also who have the first fruits of the spirit,

  742. even we ourselves grown within ourselves eagerly waiting for the

  743. adoption the redemption of our bodies.

  744. Wow, hey, hello Christians, do you know.

  745. That your body right now, as imperfect as it is,

  746. it will be perfect one day, free of pain and suffering. Wow,

  747. no more cancer, no more stroke. The ladies who are

  748. paralyzed with stroke, if they can anchor in their hope

  749. in Christ, one day their bodies will be redeemed. Amen,

  750. they can walk again. Can a miracle happen in this life?

  751. Of course?

  752. But if it does not happen in this life, do

  753. you still have hope? We used to have hope, young people,

  754. I ask you, if you fail your exam, we used

  755. to have hope.

  756. What do you put your hope on? Amen?

  757. Verse twenty four For we were saved in this hope.

  758. But hope that is seen is not.

  759. Hope that is seen is not hey, Hello, read your Bible.

  760. Hope that is seen is not hope. It means hope

  761. is unseen. If you can't see it right now, then

  762. it's not hope anymore. Right. If you can get everything

  763. you want right now, then it's.

  764. Not hope anymore.

  765. You know, it's a fulfillment, right, You've gotten it already,

  766. it says in verse twenty four, For we were saving

  767. this hope by hope that is sin is not hope.

  768. For why does one still hope for what he sees?

  769. Verse twenty five. But if we hope for what we

  770. do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Friends,

  771. Can I give you a real hope? You do not

  772. see it right now? Some of us are saying but

  773. how come there is still sinness in this world? You know,

  774. you know the moment, the moment that you have accepted

  775. Christ into your life, you say, Jesus is my personal

  776. Lord and savior. He's my lord, He's my master. Do

  777. you know that God declares you straight away thing righteous? Yeah,

  778. straight away, God says you believe you receive him.

  779. You are righteous. Harlelujah. Righteous means right, you are right

  780. with God.

  781. Amen.

  782. Do you want to be right with God?

  783. Yes, we want to be right by God because we

  784. know he's also the one who will judge, So we

  785. want to be right by God.

  786. But do righteous believers also struggle in life?

  787. We do?

  788. You know why? Because we are sinners saved by grace.

  789. We are righteous sinners still being perfected.

  790. And so sometimes in this world you can you know,

  791. some of the sufferings that happen in your life and

  792. my life is caused by us.

  793. Yes, true or not?

  794. If you didn't study and you say, I just believe

  795. in God, you think you can pass.

  796. Your examine on.

  797. Hand on.

  798. If you constantly eat all the jung food.

  799. In the world and never exercise and you get sick,

  800. you blame God, right, But a lot of the sufferings

  801. that come into our lives is caused by us, ourselves.

  802. Sufferings in this world.

  803. First thing could be caused by ourselves because we are

  804. still sinners, although we are being made righteous by God.

  805. But thank God, that's not the end.

  806. Amen.

  807. Thank God, he continues to perfect us, and that is

  808. God's plan.

  809. The other reason why they're suffering is because there's others. First,

  810. lease ourselves and then there's others. Right.

  811. Guess what, guys, we live in a broken world.

  812. Your neighbor next to you is a sinner, the other

  813. neighbor front back, the whole church. We're all sinners. So

  814. does that mean I will step on your toes?

  815. Yes? Does that mean you will hurt me? Yes? Can

  816. Can you get this into your mind?

  817. Please?

  818. And don't think that oh you're white? Church people also

  819. like that. Hey hello, they're also sinners.

  820. Lah say, by grace, by the grace of God only.

  821. And therefore, when you receive these grace from God, that

  822. you say, God, who am I to judge?

  823. I also hurt people? I also step on people. Eye

  824. am so so rude?

  825. I'm also you know whatever, I'm generous unkind I also.

  826. So who am I to judge? My brother and my sister,

  827. and Jesus says in you know, pray to daily forgive.

  828. Us as we forgive others, forgive us our trespasses, as

  829. we forgive those who trespass against us. Do you know

  830. this is how you keep healthy? Guys, This is how

  831. you keep healthy in your spiritual walk. You say God, firstly,

  832. I am a sinner, and you forgive me God, and

  833. then you say God, with this forgiveness, I can release

  834. it to my brothers and my sisters. Do you know

  835. That's how we do family life in church. We are

  836. all not perfect here, far from it. Even past us.

  837. He will be the first to admit he's got flaws

  838. in his life. Yes, we all have flaws. But how

  839. do you deal familier is to say, hey.

  840. It's okay.

  841. And that's why forgiveness comes in and say God, they're

  842. just as you have forgiven me much. I'm going to

  843. forgive my brother and my sister.

  844. Amen.

  845. This is what we are doing church. You know, as

  846. we grow together. This is what's so important. God ones

  847. to remind us that sometimes we can be the ones

  848. to alleviate suffering. Right, So three things are One is

  849. we suffer because of our own sin our own mistakes. Secondly,

  850. it's because of others that one is original sin. I

  851. give you all in o's ourselves others original sin. Original

  852. sin means what happened now in garden in the garden

  853. of Eden, right Adam? And if they sin original sin

  854. because of the sin? Do you know that the world

  855. that we live in is under a curse? Do you

  856. know that? Then you say, yo, but why there are

  857. children in Africa going to be Hungaryella? Because there are

  858. a lot of people in Malaysia and America. We eat

  859. too much food and we waste food. It's true, you know, hey,

  860. have you read before the some like reports on food wasteage?

  861. Malaysia is number quite there. You know, I wouldn't say

  862. number one, but we weige.

  863. So much food.

  864. And then on the other side of the world, people

  865. children go to bit hungry. Where is the injustice? It's

  866. because of humans? Is it because God didn't send rain?

  867. Is it because he didn't send the crops to Actually,

  868. there is a report that says there's enough food in

  869. the world to fit the entire population.

  870. There is enough food. God calculated.

  871. You think he cannot do mans? Is it God's mething

  872. is perfect? Okay, he sent enough rain, sunshine, all the

  873. good stuff oxygen, so that there is enough food for

  874. everyone on earth to eat and be feeled. But the

  875. reason why there's injustices because what God, you and Mila,

  876. it's because of you and I that the world that

  877. we live in is corrupted. So when you think about

  878. some of these things, right, you know, when you listen

  879. to your stories, oh my gosh, who's fault? Is this.

  880. Yourself? Others?

  881. Is it?

  882. Or you know saying I think what we can step

  883. back and to say, may this glorify God?

  884. It doesn't matter who's for She said, Okay, I think

  885. enough of us saying, are yeah, who to blame her?

  886. Blame you? Blame you? Are your late? Are you?

  887. You didn't do your part? Let's stop blaming people. Let's

  888. just say, God, how can you be glorified through this suffering?

  889. Amen?

  890. God?

  891. How can you be glorified?

  892. True?

  893. This suffering?

  894. And do you know what our Lord and our savior,

  895. Jesus Christ himself.

  896. He suffered.

  897. And if we say we want to be like Christ, right,

  898. all of us like to say that we want to

  899. be like Christ, so merciful and gracious? Do you know

  900. to partake with him is also to partact with his suffering.

  901. And so that's why that's a verse which is not

  902. often preached, is that you and I we have to

  903. carry our cross daily. You know, you know the first

  904. visited Pat Thomas, right, the one with the child who

  905. had stroke. He admitted after that he says.

  906. This is my cross to carry.

  907. This is my cross to carry, and even means that

  908. I have to go to the market to buy food,

  909. clean the house from my disabled child. Now this is

  910. the cross that I will carry for the glory of God.

  911. Amen.

  912. And this is how we have hoped Church. This is

  913. the real hope that we are talking about. What are

  914. the spiritual blessings that God has given us so many?

  915. Right forgiveness of our sin, freedom from fear. Are you afraid?

  916. Do you know that when you're fully in Christ? Right, Actually,

  917. you're not afraid of anything. Can I tell you that?

  918. Are you afraid of something? Then you need to anchor

  919. yourself in the hope of God. Because when you are

  920. anchored in God, you're.

  921. Not afraid of anything. You're not afraid of dying, of

  922. your afear of dying.

  923. Don't don't never raise your hands right, because even if

  924. you are like Oh, I've come to the place where

  925. I say, God, if my time is up, then it's up. Lah,

  926. I'm going to be okay because I'm going to see you.

  927. That is my hope. So I don't fear now, you know,

  928. it's like I don't do this, don't there. I'm free

  929. from fears.

  930. Do you know?

  931. Even in my work right now, I lead a training company.

  932. Right when we.

  933. Started, right zero client zero, a startup and it's been

  934. and you guess what, right, we're so brilliant. We started

  935. in the pandemic just before depending. I stepped out of

  936. my corporate job to go into this training because of

  937. God's calling over my life. And I said, okay, twenty nineteen,

  938. I left my nice pain corporate job because you know what,

  939. God was. God challenged my heart. He says, you put

  940. your hope in your salary, in your payslip.

  941. I did.

  942. It was very comfortable. Many of you know that my

  943. husband home, he works full time for the church. So

  944. I was the financial supporter for the family, if I

  945. can be honest, yeah, I mean he didn't get a

  946. lot then and then we were just having our kids,

  947. starting a family. So over the years, I was eleven

  948. years in the corporate until God said, I think enough

  949. already of you relying putting your hope on this company,

  950. on your salary slip.

  951. It was a very nice company. Okay, can I.

  952. Tell you that awesome bonus, awesome benefits. You know our

  953. benefits right, health benefits. You will not get it again.

  954. It's like it's.

  955. Unlimited health benefits, insurance. You can go to any hospital,

  956. all fully unheard off before until now. You cannot get

  957. ready now, so they stopped reading. That's why I delivered

  958. Emma in Glenn eagirls. I delivered Lizzie in Prince Court

  959. War all the six star hotel, you know, I mean

  960. a hospital, every thing. And God says, I think you

  961. need to leave that because your hope is in me.

  962. And I took that step of faith. And that's what

  963. Hebrew says, right. Faith is a substance of things hope

  964. for and everything evidence of things not seen. So that is,

  965. you know, faith and hope is very intertwined and very link.

  966. Right now now this tree remain faith, hope, and love.

  967. And the greatest is love. But the least of this

  968. is hope.

  969. Okay, that's my own parier race, it's not your Bible.

  970. By the way. Okay, the greatest of this is love,

  971. but the least today that I see in your church

  972. is hope. Many of us are hopeless. Not say hopeless

  973. as we you're not not good for nothing, not that

  974. can help. But we don't have this sense of.

  975. Hope within us.

  976. And that's why when we go through our challenges or

  977. we feel like, oh yeah, I cannot, I cannot, but

  978. you we forget. That's why I want to remind you

  979. your identity is the Sun of God. The world is

  980. waiting for you to be revealed, the Sun, the daughter

  981. of God. The world is waiting. What is the hope

  982. that you and I carry? If we don't have Homer,

  983. I think the world is gone. If you are the

  984. only Christian in your workplace, you are the only one

  985. with hope. And that's why God's word says, you know,

  986. let your light shine.

  987. In the darkness.

  988. Do you know when you're in a dark place and

  989. you cannot see everything, you're groping around, when suddenly there

  990. is someone who brings hope, someone who has a future,

  991. You're like, wow.

  992. So bright at this person.

  993. I know Jackie is one of them who continues to

  994. be at a workplace to shine the light for God.

  995. Because it's a dark place. There is no Jackie, then

  996. there is no light. Do you know what I'm saying?

  997. You become the hope bearer for those who do not

  998. know God. Amen.

  999. Man, I'm gonna draw to a close already. I hope

1000. you're catching something. Yeah, and.

1001. I just want to go on again, to.

1002. Continue on reading now the hope right that we have? Oh? Wow?

  1003. Straight? Actually have we?

  1004. Like?

1005. First finish times? Are very sorry? Sorry, I haven't yet,

1006. haven't reach yet. Okay, do you know there is a hope?

1007. Okay? So I was trying to understand also myself because

1008. sometimes we think about it, right, our hope for the

1009. situations in our life in my field that is very long.

  1010. Yes, you've been praying.

1011. I've been praying for the salvation of my dad for

1012. more than ten years and he still not yet come

  1013. to the Lord.

1014. So is that hope or not?

1015. How do I link whatever I've shed you my spiritual hope,

1016. my spiritual blessing with the things that I hope for.

1017. You know, some of you might be hoping for I

  1018. don't know, a life partner, hoping for children. I don't

1019. know what is God's promise in that and I was

1020. just reminded that hope, another part of another facet of

1021. hope is in the waiting.

  1022. Amen, Alio, we.

1023. Read hope is in the waiting. You're looking forward to

1024. something earnestly, you're waiting for something right. And you know

1025. the story of Abraham and Isaac and Sarah. How long

1026. did Abraham have to wait for the promise to be fulfilled?

1027. I can't remember. He was seventy five years old. Okay,

1028. help me do the matter. He was seventy five years

1029. old when God first spoke to him. He says, go

1030. out there, go out to this land. I will make

1031. you a great father to the nations. Yes, seventy five

1032. years old. How many seventy five years old? We have you?

  1033. Not many?

  1034. Okay?

1035. So God gave him a promise at seventy five years old.

1036. When did he get Isaac.

  1037. One hundred years old?

1038. Men? He produced Isaac the promised son. Can you do?

1039. How many do the man? How many years was that?

  1040. Oh?

  1041. Twenty five?

  1042. Yeah?

  1043. Wow, that's pretty long.

1044. Yeah, twenty five years in the waiting?

1045. But did God fulfill his promise?

1046. He did? Many of you say, but I don't do it.

1047. Twenty five years old? Now, to point my life. But no,

1048. I'm twenty five, I mean fifty. You know what I mean?

  1049. My life?

1050. No, no, no, no no.

1051. God has his timing. But what do you do?

1052. Will you persevere in the waiting as you are waiting

1053. for the hope of God?

  1054. Amen?

1055. Okay, Now let's go to the final slide for today.

  1056. Now let's read this.

  1057. I love this because.

1058. Finally, finally, finally, what is our entire hope hung on?

1059. All right? And I want to read to you verses

1060. twenty eight to thirty nine. And this is so beautiful.

1061. I hope you catch it in your heart and in

1062. your spirit. Okay, let's continue reading. Even for Abraham and

1063. sarah S, they were waiting and waiting, and they did

1064. a mistake. You know that Ishmael was a mistake, even

1065. in our mistake. And God says this in verse twenty eight.

1066. And we know that all things, some things, all things,

1067. all things work together for good to those who love God.

1068. There is a caveat here. Yeah, what is a caveat?

1069. The caveat means the condition that all things will work

1070. out is that you have to love God. Yes, to

1071. those who are called are the court according to His

1072. purpose for whom he for knew, he also pre destined

1073. to be conformed to the image of his son, that

1074. he might be the firstborn among many brethren Verse study. Moreover,

1075. whom he predestin those he also called, whom he called,

1076. these he also justified, and whom he justified, these he

  1077. also glorified.

1078. God will glorify us. Amen, What then shall.

1079. We say to these things? If God is for us,

1080. then who can be against us? Tell your neighbor, who

  1081. can be against you?

1082. Nobody? If God is for you, no one can be

1083. against us. Verse thirty two.

1084. He who did not spare his own son, but delivered

1085. him up for us all, how shall he not with

1086. him also freely give us all things?

1087. And man, can you see God's promise here?

1088. Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? You are

1089. God's elect. It is God who justifies. Who is he

1090. who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is

1091. also risen, who is even at the right hand of God.

1092. I'm so thankful. I am so thankful that Jesus is

1093. at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession

1094. for us. Wow, guys, what more do you want? Jesus

1095. is not up there watching netflix. Okay, Jesus is there

1096. at the right hand of the Father, interceding for you,

1097. and I interceeding for Serene, Jason, grace all of you.

1098. Here He knows you by name, interceding for each one

1099. of you. Now this is the crux of it verse

1100. thirty five. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

1101. Shall tribulation or distress, or persecution, or famine or nakedness

1102. or peril, or sword, or cancer or stroke or poverty?

1103. Shall all this separate you from the love of God?

1104. Verse thirty six, As it is written, for your sake,

1105. we are killed all day long. We are accounted as

  1106. sheep for the slaughter.

1107. Yet I love this word.

1108. Yet Yet in all these things, Amen, say, in all

1109. these things, yet in all these things, we are more.

1110. Than conquerors through Him who loved us.

1111. For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels,

1112. nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

1113. nor height, nor death, nor any other created thing shall

1114. be able to separate us from the love of God

1115. who is in Christ. Jesus our Lord. Amen, Shall we

1116. give God a club offering hallelujah.

1117. God is deserving our invite extreme to come up. Hallelo.

1118. Shall we stand Church? Shall we stand hallely? Can you

1119. stand on this promise of God? Because ultimately, ultimately faith,

1120. hope and love, And the greatest of this is love.

1121. And the only person who can say he is love

1122. is God. Do you know that your hope, although it

1123. is lacking, it is found in the love of God,

1124. which is one hundred percent secure. You might find that

1125. your situation is at your wits end, right you don't

1126. know what else to do. It's okay, But can I

1127. tell you that you can have hope because God's love

1128. is perfect? He really said, there's nothing. There's nothing that

1129. can separate you from God's love. He said that you

1130. read earlier right that even Christ, he gave Christ for

1131. your suffering. If God can give up Jesus, his perfect son,

1132. for your sake and my sake, what else he cannot

1133. give us? Right? What more? What can God give us?

1134. If He's already given his best? All the other things

1135. are is subsubs You know what subsubsidy is is really

1136. small matter to God. If God the Father loves you

1137. so much that he will give his only son for you,

1138. and that's why we celebrate Christmas because He gave Jesus

1139. to come on this earth for the redemption of your

  1140. sin and my sin.

1141. And because of this we can have real.

1142. Hope, real hope that despite all our sufferings, despite all

1143. our tribulations, despite all our challenges, despite our broken relationships

1144. in this world, despite your sin and my sin, our

1145. hope is when Jesus reach turns imen, Jesus is going

1146. to come back. And that's a sure thing. Can I

1147. tell you is three hundred one thousand percent sure. Jesus

1148. is going to come back and He's going to restore

1149. all things back to its original.

1150. That is our hope. Amen, hallelujah. Let's worship the Lord.

  1151. Thank you Jesus, hallelujah.

1152. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more
