Let's go to the Book of X in the New Testament.

It's just very profound and very interesting that the Lord

gave me a scripture this morning from the book of X.

And then this church is called X Church. So the

Lord is going to speak to us this morning, I

believe in a very interesting way. And if you have

your Bibles with you this morning, X chapter three, and

I'm also going to read one or two verses from

X chapter nine. So if you will just keep your

finger there, AX chapter three, let's read the word of

the Lord. Peter and John went up together to the

temple at the hour of prayer the ninth hour, and

a certain man name from his mother's womb was carried

whom they had laid daily at the gate of the temple,

which is called beautiful to ask alms for those who

entered the temple. Who's seeing Peter and John about to

go into the temple ask also for alms verse four,

and fixing his eyes on him, this is now Peter

with John. Peter said, look at us. I want you

to highlight those three words because I'm going to bring

that into the word this morning. Look at us verse five.

So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something

from them. Then Peter said, silver and gold I do

not have, But what I do have, I give you.

That's the second phrase I want to use in the

sermon this morning. What I have I give you. Then

it says, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,

rise up and walk. Now, rise up and walk will

be a third phrase that I will be using in

the text of this morning verse seven. And he took

him by the right hand and lifted him up, and

immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he,

leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with

him walking, leaping and praising God. And all the people

saw him walking and praising God, then knew that it

was he who sat begging arms at the beautiful gate

of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and

amazement at what had happened to him. I would like

to believe that the Church of God will enter a

season where amazement and wonder were turned back to the

work of the living God Jesus Christ. Okay, let's go

to Acts chapter nine, Chapter nine, verse thirty six. At

Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is

translated Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and

charitable deeds, which she did. But it happened in those

days that she became sick and died. When they had

washed her. They laid her in an upper room. And

since Lyda was near Joppa, and the disciples had heard

that Peter was there, they sent two men to him,

imploring him not to delay in coming to them. He

was very urgent verse thirty nine. Then Peter arose and

went with them, And when he had come, they brought

him to the upper room, and all the windows stood

saw all the widows stood by him, weeping, showing the

tunics and garments which Dorcas has made while she was

with them Verse forty. But Peter put them all out

and knelt down and prayed, And turning to the body,

he said, Tabitha, arise, and she opened her eyes when

she saw Peter, and she sat up. Then he gave

her his hand and lifted her up. And when he

had called the saints and widows, he presented her alive.

Somebody say alive and it became known throughout all of Joppa,

and many believed on the Lord. Somebody said, many believed

on the Lord. So it was that he stayed many

days in Joppa with Simon A Tanner. I want to

speak to you this morning on the subject, a very

simplistic subject, a demonstration of the spirit of the Living God,

and we call that the Holy Spirit, a demonstration of

the spirit of the Living God. Father, I pray this

morning that your word will penetrate the hearts and the

minds of these thy people. I pray Father, that you

will take this word and reveal to us this morning

what it is that we need to understand. The Bible

says in John one, verse one, in the beginning was

the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word

was God. The Bible also declares and says that the

Word of the Lord is a lamp unto our feet

and a light onto our path. Without the Word, without

the reading of scripture, without the Word as a foundation,

we cannot be directed in the spirit. We need the

Word of the Living God as the real foundation. If

what we teach and say, and if what we pray

cannot be found in the Word of God, it is

not in alignment with our heavenly assignment. And Father, I

pray in this very moment that whatever we're gonna read

from this scripture will not only be the foundation of

the word of this morning, but it will set a

fire in our hearts. It will release a fire in

our hearts that we will take this flame and run

with it. Because this Gospel of Jesus Christ is truly

an experience. Hallelujah. It is not just a religious act

that we are doing. It is a experience, a personal experience.

And I give you praise and glory for what you're

about to do in this very audience this morning. I

praise you, Father, Holy Spirit, lead us in this message,

in this very moment. Let us experience your Holy Spirit's power.

And if you agree with me that this morning, say amen,

and a man and a man, hallelujah, praise the Lord,

the Great Man of God. Charles Spurgeon made a statement,

and he said, consider how precious a soul must be

that both God and the devil are after it. I'm

gonna say it again, Chaos. Spurgeon said, consider how precious

a soul must be that both God and the devil

are after it? Church we are in a season twenty

twenty five. We are in a timeframe of humanity on

planet Earth that we experience a very satanic, diabolic, a

tech on the children of the Living God. I believe

that the Bible that was given to us is very personal.

It is very powerful, prophetic and relevant. And God speaks

to the individual, although we can also speak to the masses.

When people come together in a service and thousands of

people are coming together, the Holy Spirit have the ability

to speak to thousands of people at the same time.

But God's heartbeating is always to speak to the individual,

because he wants an individual relationship with every one of us. Amen.

So when I read through the scripture, and as I

have read this morning about two instances in the scripture,

it was very personal, these healings that took place, these

the miracles that took place. The one in Acts chapter

three where Peter got to a place where he met

this man that was lame, spoke to him, released Holy

Spirit's power over him. And then the blood of Jesus

Christ and the name of Jesus Christ have set this

layman free, and he got up and he walked again.

The same thing happened in chapter nine with Tabitha, where

she died physically, and when they called upon Peter and said,

please come and pray for this woman because she was

a pillar in our community. She was really a woman

of influence, and we don't believe it's her time to

go now. Can you please come and can you please

pray for her. Peter went there and he really did

something spectacular in the supernatural, because when he prayed over

this dead body, she came alive. And the Bible says

that when she came alive and the city got to

know this information, they were really touched by this information.

The same thing happened in chapter three the Book of Acts,

where verse ten says that after this miracle took place

of the slave man that was healed by the power

of the Holy Spirit, it says that the people were

filled with wonder and amazement of what happened to this

very sick man. My question, though, this morning, is can

the world look at the church in amazement? Can the

world and the public out there look at the Church

of God and get excited and tell themselves that whatever

they have is so different. We got to get that.

Can the Church of the Living God get to a

place where we will market and listen close to what

I'm saying, market the true power of the Holy Spirit.

I'm not talking about those fake prophets and apostles and

pastors that is trying every gimmick in the book to

draw crowds of people. We have a lot of them

in Africa where they would come and they would ask money,

and they would do strange things to get the crowds together,

and then they perform miracles. But it's all witchcraft. I'm

not talking about those things. I'm talking about the real

power of the Holy Spirit, with the help of the

blood of Jesus Christ. At the name of Jesus Christ.

Because the Bible declares that there was only one name

given whereby humanity will be saved, and that is the

name Jesus Christ. This book says there is only one name, Hallelujah,

that every nie are about too, and every tongue. So

confess that he is the Law of Lords. And that's

the gospel, the good news I'm bringing you to you

this morning because that's the name. We bow down before

the name of Jesus Christ, hallelujah. So in these two

instances in the Book of Acts, chapter three, chapter nine.

What really happened here was spectacular. It draw the attention

of the public. There is many instances in the Bible

when it's when it actually said that the whole city

received joy. You know when I when I when I

read some of these scriptures, I say to myself, Lord, how,

how in the world you know is this possible, that

that that that whole cities were so impacted by the

power of the Holy Spirit. Let be given is about

two or three examples in the Book of x If

you go to the Book of Acts, chapter five, Chapter five,

verse fourteen, it says the believers were increasingly added to

the Lord multitudes. Somebody say multitudes, multitudes of both men

and women. Listen to verse fifteen now, and that they

brought the sick out into the streets, laid them on

beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter

passing by might fall on some of them verse sixteen.

And a multitude gather from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem.

They came to the city of Jerusalem, bringing the sick people,

those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and watched this

last phrase, and they were all healed. My Lord we're healed.

You show me a church service and the gathering of

thousands of people where every single person attending that service

are healed. You show me a service like that. I'm

looking for that. Sometimes we advertise this great healing evangelist

comes to town, or this prophet comes to town, and

we will see some healings. We will see some manifestations,

but maybe not all. If I read this scripture clearly,

it says all that came from wherever they came, were

healed by the power of Jesus Christ. I am awaiting

the day of Jesus Christ to come back in our time,

that when people gather under the anointing of the Holy Spirit,

that every force of darkness, every share in, every shackle,

every cursor will have to go, not because we are here,

but because the power of the Holy Spirit will be

in our mets. Hallelujah. Let me give you another verse

in the Book of Acts, chapter eight. So I backed

this all up with scripture. I'm not making up my

own things. I'm giving you scripture as I prayed, because

this is the foundation. Acts chapter eight, Verse five. Listen

to this. Then Philip went down to the city of

Samaria and preached Christ to them. Again, listen to these words.

And the multitudes that's more than one two twenty fifty

hundred thousand, multitudes is thousands, and the multitudes with one

accord heeded the thing spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing

the miracles, which he did. Verse seven, unclean spirits crying

with a loud voice, came out of how much many

many who were possessed, and many who were paralyzed and

lame were healed. But what's verse eight? Now this is

spectacular if you talk about a marketing strategy. Listen to

what this verse is. Verse eight says, and there was

great joy in that city, great joy in that city.

Can the Church of God get to a place when

we move into a city, when we finish with the city,

the present has left and Shi will be in the city.

Can we get to a place hallelujah, when we move

into a place that when we are finished with whatever

we had to do with the leading of the Holy Swerd,

that Shi will be left. Amen? Can I give you

another scripture? Well nine, I just read some of that too,

but let's go back. Nine thirty two said it came

to pass as Peter went through all parts of the country.

And he also came to the saints who dwelt in Leda.

There he found a certain man named Ananeus, who had

been better than eight years and was paralyzed. Then Peter

said to him, Anneus, Jesus Christ heals you. Amen, arise

and make your bed. Then he arose immediately. Now listen

to verse thirty five. This is the key verse.

Now, so all who dwelt at Lida, my Lord, not

some of the city, not just a few people of

the city.

Am I reading the scripture correct? Here? It says all

who dwelt at Liddle and Sharon saw him and watch

this now and turned to the Lord. One miracle, one

miracle of God caused a city to turn to God.

Can the Church of God position itself to such a

place in the spiritual realm, to such a place in

the dimension that when God starts to move, the devil

have to flee the city. Can we get to a place, hallelujah,

where the Church of a Living God is getting to

such a dimension Church that when we start to move,

we will scatter and shatter every work of the enemy,

because we are not hearing our own name. We come

in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazaretha. And we

come in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Every

knee shabao, every time shall confess that she Esus is

the Way, the Life, and the truth. Halle Loojah, halleloojah.

Sorry for my loudness. I'm from Africa where the lion

roars acts, Chapter nine, verse thirty six. I read that

to you, but I want to emphasize it again. Verse

thirty six says, at Choppa, this is now another city.

At Choppa, there was a certain disciple of Tabitha, and

the zuman was full of good words. Blah blah blah,

all of that. Okay, I just read that. But now

here verse thirty seven it says it happened in those

days that she became sick and died and they washed

her and later in an upper room. Now don't get

confused here. This upper room was not the upper room

where the Holy Spirit was out poured. It's not the

same room. So we had a discussion the other day. Translations,

we don't find the word upper room really in connection

with the outputting of the Holy Spirit. This was just

mentioned here, the word upper room describing a room on

the second floor, I would say, in the specific house

where this lady was laid down. So don't get confused

now when it says this lady was sick and she

was healed by the power of God verse forty two,

that's the verse I want to bring your attention to.

Verse forty two said it became known throughout all of Joppa,

all of Joppa. It became known throughout all of Joppa,

and many believed on the Lord. So Church, this is

my reasoning. I think I have given you many scriptures

to lay a foundation that the Church of God should

be able to move into a place, into a street,

into a residential area, into a city, and we must

be able to turn the city upside down. If we

cannot do that, the problem is not worth God. The

problem is with us. Demonic powers will always be operating.

You have to understand that the monic powers will be there,

But so are there and an angelic host that will

support the children of the living art. I don't care

how many demonic powers are out there trying to make

our life miserable, trying to make our life so difficult.

I don't care how many principalities, orders of darkness call

them what you want to call them. I don't care

how many of them come up against us. This book says,

if the enemy comes to you in one way, he

will free in seven ways, because it is the parson

of God's children. Hallelojah. And if the enemy comes in

like a flood, the spirit of a living God will

raise up a standard against the work of the enemy. Hallelojah, Hallelojah.

So Church, we must understand that the bride of Christ,

the bride of Christ, must know her place right next

to her man, Jesus Christ. If the bride of Christ

knows her position and her place right next to her husband,

then darkness will become afraid of the life. We will

not be afraid of darkness, but darkness will become afraid

of the light. How can I say a thing like that,

Jesus himself said, listen to me. I taught you. I

gave you parables. I showed you how I healed the sick.

Now you must become the salt of the earth, Jesus said,

And now you must become the light of the world. Amen,

are we the salt of the earth? Are we the

light of the world? If not, we better pull up

our socks because the world is waiting upon a true

demonstration of the power of a living God, hallelujah. So

I think one of the problems that we face today

in the in the in the in the church world.

And I don't want to actually use the word church

world because even to say you're a Christian is very

vague because you get people that's say they're Christian but

the New Age, or they're Christian but they're worsh about

the Gods, but yet they're Christian. So I don't want

to use the terminology I'm Christian. What I would like

to say, I'm born again, I'm blood washed, my name

is in the Lamb's Book of Life. I'm filled with

the Holy Ghost and fire. I know the blood of Jesus, sir.

I know that the devil has to go, and I

speak in the name of Jesus, hallelujah. So just to

say I'm a Christian means nothing to me, because being

named Christian can also mean you are religious, sir. And

there's no place for religiosity in the very presence of God,

because in the presence of God, it is only the

true remnant of Jesus Christ that will experience the power

of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. So a lot of Christians

want to be married to Jesus, but they want to

flood with the devil. Can I say that again? Able

believers still want to be married to Jesus, but they

want to flirt with the devil. You cannot, You cannot

believe in your husband and ask him to support you

and provide for you, but you flood with another woman.

And that's what I sometimes see is happening with believers.

Now in this life journey Church, we will have many obstacles.

It will be inevitable in the past of undeniable things

that will happen. But only those who can crush that obstacle,

only those who can come up against that obstacle, only

those will be able to cross us it cross will

be able to cross it. You first need to crush it.

Cru sh You first need to crush the obstacle in

front of you. That means, whenever the faith on your

inside grows bigger than the obstacle on the outside, you

will be able to see a miracle happen. So only

those who can crush it will be able to cross

over and to experience this wonderful thing. As Christ said

in his word that I can do all things. Somebody

say all things through Christ Jesus. Amen. The Bible says,

I can do all things through Christ Jesus. How many things?

All things? Okay? When we go back to Peter in

chapter three, something interesting happens here. The Bible says, when

Peter and John went up to the temple at the

hour of prayer, this beggar was sitting or lying down there,

and this beggar was looking to Peter and John, two

gentlemen coming from an experience that even they didn't fully understand,

because remember, now Jesus was with him for three and

a half years. Then Jesus left them. In Acts one,

the cloud of glory came to Jesus to heaven. And

then just before Jesus went to heaven, Jesus gave instructions

to the disciples, telling them Acts chapter one, verse four

and five, I want you to go and wait in Jerusalem,

wait until you receive the promise of the Father. And

for them it was maybe something that they didn't understand

fully because remember when Jesus ministered, the Holy Spirit was

with him. Because the Bible said that the Holy Spirit

came down on Jesus after his water baptism, and it

came in the form of a dove, and it was

really with Jesus. But the disciples didn't experience that. In

three years that they were with Jesus. They merely went

under his commandments. And when he told him go out

to the city and the hands some people preach for

them and teach them. They operated in submission. And because

they submitted to the words of Jesus, miracle Scienso one

has took place. But the Holy Spirit was not being

poured out yet. Are you still with me? Church? Okay?

So now they going to the upper room and verse

eight Acts one. Verse eight says Jesus instructs demon, says,

go and wait in that specific place, all right, because

when you are awaiting on the Holy Spirit, you will

receive power from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will

come upon you, and you will be what my witnesses

in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria, and to the furthest

corners of the world. To be a witness of Jesus

means you will do what Jesus did. Can I say

that again? To be a witness of Jesus means you

will do what Jesus did. No wonder. Some of the

disciples came back or reported Jesus, when you said, go

out into the city, lay hands on those that a

demon possessed. And we were so glad to see the

demons flee because they just submitted to the word of Christ.

When Christ gave them this instruction. When Christ gave them

this commandment, they took it. They were so hungry for

this move. They took his worse and they just ran

with these words. They really became witnesses. But after the

mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter two,

something different happened, because now Jesus is not there anymore

in person. Jesus is not there in person. I want

to say the third time, Jesus is not now there

in person. Now, the third person of the Godhead, the

Holy Spirit, must be very present with his disciples to

help them to become witnesses for Jesus Christ. And what

happened here really was when they went to the upper

room waited there for a couple of days, the very

moment Acts chapter two. The Bible says, when they were

gathered in this place, suddenly there came a sound from heaven,

and when the sound from heaven came down, it filled

the house to such an extent that even tongues of

fire came down and divided itself on these gentlemen. Or

even maybe they were women also. We don't know yet,

but I believe there was woman also president not only men,

and these ladies and gentlemen were filled with the power

of the Holy Spirit. And with that setting to one side,

here are two men now coming from that experience. Don't

know yet what happened to them, because if you're really

drunk in the spirit, because the Bible says in Act

chapter two, when they went out, the people said, but

these people are drunk because of the power of the

Holy Ghost. Come on, shirts, I'm giving you basic things

here of the world. They said they were drunk, which

means they couldn't understand the manifestation of the Holy Spirit.

I'm talking about the public and now the people outside. But

even those that were filled to the Holy Spirit, even

those did not understand all of it. I can tell you.

For many years, I'm in ministry. For over forty years,

I'm in ministry preaching the world of God, and up

until today, there are many times in the service that

I don't understand the work of the Holy Spirit. How

can we understand all of it? The Bible says it's

like the wind. Jesus himself said, it's like the wind.

You don't know where it comes from, and you don't

know where it's gonna go. Hallelujah. So when the Holy

Spirit really comes and enter into a building, we will

be amazed of what he can do, not what us

can do. It's all about him and there not about us.

That's the difference you will see when some of these

preachers and people will come and it will be all

about them, not about the power of the Holy Spirit.

We have a prophet in the city where I come from,

came from another African country, and he's taken our place

by storm and set to say. Many believers of many

churches has run after him. You know what he's doing.

I'm just giving you facts here. It's not a story,

it's a fact. He goes on social media and he

tells them before I give you a prophetic word, you

need to put five thousand rand down. And then he

quote sculpture and he says, you must give me a

prophet's reward first before I prophesy to you, that's witchcraft.

It's witchcraft to another level. Because freely we have received

this word, and freely we will give this word. And

if God wants to do something different and bless us,

that's another story. But freely, the starting point and the

foundation is we have received it freely and freely will

give it out. The moment somebody puts money to the

prophetic world, run away, I say, run away. You can

show me no sculpture in the Book of Acts ever

where money was put first before any miracle took place,

before any prophetic word took place, before any saving took place,

Not at all. It's the last day deceiving spirits that

is running around on planet Earth, and we must be

very careful for that. Now, when the Church of a

Living God starts to operate in that power of the

Holy Spirit, Peter and John comes from that experience. They

have never felt this before. They are heavily, mightily baptized

in the power of the Holy Spirit. Now they go

back to their normal lifestyle and they walk, and on

this specific day they walk to the temple. And while

they're going up to the temple, something spectacular start to happen.

Maybe it's the first miracle. I don't know, but it's

important because he was reported in the word of the Lord.

So now they come here, Peter and John. And when

they walk there was this slay man walking here, lying

down here. And when this slay man was lying down here,

he had an expectation of Peter and John also to

give him something, because that was his daily routine, to

receive arms and money from people going to the temple.

It's like I seen today's world that most of the

religious world is about all of that, going about the

same routine, the same program, the same thing, day after

day after day after day. That's how quickly you can

discern when you have to do with religion, and then

when you have to do with the Holy Spirit. You see,

So what happened in this man's life on a daily basis,

he was carried there maybe by his friends or family.

He received arms during the day, he would go back,

so the same man, he would go back to his

family and to his family home, and he would tell

him I had a good day receiving money. Maybe this

day was not so a good day because he was

now also challenging Peter and John, and he's asking him sir,

do you have something for me? But the difference between

John and Peter was they had an experience in the

upper room, and because they had an experience in the

upper room, it met down the very need, or it

made the very need of this particular gentleman that was

laying right in front of the temple. You know what

he said to me that most of religion in this

world is so okay with what they have that they

don't have a hunger to go for the extraordinary and

the supernatural. Religiosity is like what they have is okay.

We can just come to the service, we can have

a nice sermon, we can see one or two songs,

then we can go home. They may come back again.

I am sick and tired of the normal. I want

to see God move in a mighty and all an

extraordinary way. I don't know about you, but I believe

God is getting everything ready for a mighty revival. I

believe God is getting ready, hallelujah, for a mighty outpouring

of the Holy spur. And I want to tell this

church this morning, it is not coincidental that your name

is ax churchp there's a word for you this morning

in this place, hallelujah. That you must understand that. When

Peter and John look to that man and said to

that man, get up from where you are, because I'm

showing you a different way. When that man got up, hallelujah,

his whole life was changed up, his whole way of

doing was changed, and he just experienced something fantastic. Now,

now there was something that Peter and John communicated with

this man. Two sentences, two phrases of words. He says

in verse four, when this lay man asks him something,

he says, look at us, meaning the two of them,

Peter and John, look at us. This man is trying

to explain his predicament. He's trying to explain his problem,

his obstacle, he's shortcoming. And Peter and John said, it's okay, sir.

We see the situation you're in. We see your difficulty,

we see your problem, we see the sickness. We hear

all that you are saying. But can you just stop

for a moment. We don't need more cv from you.

We don't need more to know about you. Look at us,

look at us, he said, But what does that mean.

When Peter said look at us, prophetically, he was telling

that laymen, your condition, your situation that you are at

this moment can and won't change. The moment we will

start to speak into your life because we have heard

your story. We have heard about your calamity, we have

heard about whatever you went through. But that's in the

past now, because in this very moment, if we told

you to look at us, we're surely gonna portray something else,

because we are the light of the world. Amen, we

are the light of the world. We are the salt

of the earth. So we're gonna shine into your darkness.

We're gonna shine into your darkness. Whatever the Enemy has

brought on you, the curse, the sick, whatever Satan has

put on you, will have to go in a very

few moments of time, because look at us. We come

from an experience. We come from an upper room where

we have met the Holy spiritu and surely, but surely

we have a power with us, Hallelujah, that is stronger

than any sickness. It is stronger than any demonic forces.

It is stronger than anything of Satan and what Hell

can throw it us. We have an experience and we

want you to have the same experience. What the Church

need today is to tell the people we want you

to have an experience that we had, But we have

a problem. Leadership cannot make that statement because leadership are

back sliden. And I'm not now generalizing because there are

those leaders that are really called by God and he's

leading their flock. I'm not not generalizing. I'm saying a

great percentage of the so called church today, those that

lead from the front are as sick as the congregation.

And that's why nothing is happening. But God help us,

God help us, I say, God help us that we

can go back to the shadow of Peter and a

John that had a Holy Spirit experience. Because ladies and gentlemen,

can I tell you we can bring out the best

programs we have insid African churches that can produce spectacular

programs and per se. It's okay and good to draw

the young people. But can I tell you something. You

can have all the arts in the world, that can

all can have all the lighting in the world. You

can have the best sound equipment unless the power of

the Holy Spirit is there, unless a move the Holy

Spirit is present in a gathering or a meeting. Whatever

we are preparing, whatever we are doing, will be useless.

I know this type of preaching is not popular. I

was preaching in a church in my home city, and

when I was done, one of the leadership, Colbia SAIDA

said to me, don't come and do that preaching here,

because that's the only way we cantrol the young people.

It is with lights and hold their music and their

way of doing things. And I said to him, sir,

I'm okay. If you want to do the lights, it's

fine with me. But what I don't see is I

don't see the Holy Spirit. So you can have your lights,

you can have your sound equipment, you can have everything

you want to have. It's fine with me. But what

I'm saying is I'm looking for the Holy Spirit. No

matter we have a smoke puchine on the stage that

gives smoker. I want the Holy Spirit. And I know,

I know it's difficult to reach the young people today.

I know because we live in the day and age

of AI and technology. I know that. I know that

I know it's a different crowd. I know it's difficult

to reach them today because you come here with an

old story of two thousand years ago of a man

that just prayed for another man and something happened. Can

I tell you something. Even with AI today we cannot

turn the city upside down. But these old gentleman from

the old days, from the old fashioned booker my Bible says,

when they walk into a city, they turned the whole

city up side down, not because of technology, but because

of the power of the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah. And that's

what the Church of God is needing today, a true

encounter with a Holy Spirit. I'm not saying we have

to throw our cell phones away now. No, I'm using

a cell phone myself, and boy that think can keep

busy all the messages you know of leaders and people.

It's like you even go to the toilet with your

cell phone. Come on, church, that's how we hooked up

with these things. But unless we have a power experience

from on high, whatever we do and it might be good,

don't get me wrong this morning. If you have a

good program, you run with your good program. If you

have whatever, you run with it. But unless you can

combine it with the Holy Spirit, what will it be worse?

Because then we are actually the same as the world.

Because you know, in the world, and I can even

go further, even the non believers can put nice programs together.

Even the non believers can put the feeding scheme together

and feed people. Not just a Christianity thing. In South Africa,

our biggest organization called the Gift of the Givers, who

is a Muslim organization, is giving food to thousands of people,

and the Church of God is walking second. So don't

be amazed by just feeding programs and think it's a

Christianity thing. Many religions will use that to draw the

people to their crowds. But what we have is different

than just giving food to people. And again, to give

food is a nice thing and a good thing. I'm

not saying we can't do that. We in our church

we also do it. We help the poor and we

give food to the to the people that I need.

But here's the thing. So Peter and John said, look

at us and now, and I wanna get slowly to

the end of this message. And now here in verse

six Peter Peter is looking to this man and he says,

he says, listen, my friend, souver and Gold, I don't have,

but what I have, that's the phrase. What I have

I give you right now in the name of Jesus

Christ of Nazareth. Get up and walk. Sometimes I'm amazed

by the methods used by these gentlemen in the Book

of Acts. And don't get me wrong again, I'm just

making a statement. Today we see many leaders, evangelis, prophets, apostles, teachers,

whoever they might be. They want to put on a show.

Get the cameras ready, Come set here on the chair,

because one leg is shorter than the other one. Come

set here, Get the cameras ready, because this leg is

gonna grow. Now what is that all about? Is it

truly about the power of the Holy Spirit? Or is

it about look what I can do? Is it really that?

Or is it a marketing strategy of showing the world

that we can perform miracles? And now, please again don't

get me wrong. We have on record, we have on

record with technology, some spectacular miracles. It has been recorded

because it's a good thing to have. I'm saying, if

your motive is wrong, if your motive is wrong in

capturing the right moment, I know of a pastor that

would tell the people, get the camera ready. And when

I pray for people the moment they are slain in

the spirit, then you take the picture. So what is

the motive behind that. Is it really the working of

the Holy Spirit? Or is it all about me, myself

and I. Have you ever wondered, and I'm getting to

the end, have you ever wondered there's a strange spirit

that's running around. It's calling itself a selfie. Okay, now

I make a lot of people angry, even Christians. Take

the cell phone. I must get myself in this picture

because I want to show my family I was here,

I was there, I was heroes. But in the meantime,

it's actually about you, not about the crowd behind you,

or it's to get your face there. You ask me

it's a good thing or a bad thing? I don't know.

I'm just saying it's very interesting. Selfie, selfie, selfie. It's interesting.

I the last days. I believe we are living in

the last days, it'll be much about ourselves, me, myself

and I. So I'm just wondering. Is the selfie thing

a good thing or a bad thing? I don't know.

You answer for yourself. So here it is as an

end us off Peter makes an interesting statement. He says,

what I have? What did he have? What was he

so sure of that would raise this man from his limbness,

and the people will be jumping and running around with joy.

What was this that he had? I can tell you

only in this white church, the upper room experience, the

Holy Spirit experience that Peter and John was receiving. Was

the secret to all these miracles. Was the secret to

the word preaching. Was the secret when they cast out

devils and demons. That was the secret. It was not

any other secret that they had. It was the secret.

And I'm telling you this morning that what we need

as believers, what we need as individual believers, are more

and more in this day and age we are living in.

We need to get so close to Jesus Christ and

the Holy Spirit that we will have that personal relationship

that we can hear him so clearly that we can

understand that when he tells us to move, we move.

We need tells us to stop, we stop. We have

to get to a place church where we have such

a and an intimate relationship with the Holy spiritA that way,

when we are in front of people, we can tell

them look at us, not because we want to take

a selfie, but look at us because what we have

we're gonna give to you now in the name of

Jesus Christ, rise up and be here. And I want

to tell you this morning, Church, I feel like, in

this very moment, this ministry needs to rise up in

a dimension that you will see miracle after miracle and

you will see an outpouring of the Holy spird. I believe,

I believe, I believe we need to get up and

go in the name of Jesus Christ of Naturaith.
