God values faithfulness, and every form of faithfulness will lead

to fruitfulness because true faithfulness will always lead to faithfulness.

So when you look at the parable of the talent

the Master gave each one according to their ability. To

the one who has five, you do well in the five.

To the one who have two, you do well.

In the two.

To the one have one, you do well as one.

So it's not about comparing our talent, but rather be

fitful in the talent that God has given to you,

Be faithful in the purpose, be faithful in the potential

that God has given to you.

So that's why was just preparing to this's message.

I want to say that God often weave our life together.

I may not see you every day, you may not

see me every day. You may not see each other

every day. But in God's kingdom and his church and

in his economy, no relationship happens by accident. Really, Jason

Soon used to be with us in acident. You're like,

and I know we have some tailors student here as well.

We have some Tailor's alumni here as well, So I

want to say that our path is weaved by God,

and no relationship in church happens by accident. It is

always a divine appointment. And each one has a story

to tell.

Today.

You have your own story to tell, You have your

own mouthstone in God to tell.

And when we talk about.

Church, we have to understand that the church is essentially

not just an organization.

It is built by God.

It is built by relationships that are ordained by God.

So today I had the privilege to share with you

my story, and one day I hope to be a

will hear from your story as well. So I started

off Taylor seventeen years actually life fifteen years extraly twenty

one years. I know it's a lot because it might

be older than some of you, but God told me

specifically today I must pray for those of you who

have been holding a role for a minimum of ten years.

Whether you're you're.

Homes leader for ten years, I've been working in the

same company for ten years. You have been doing the

same thing and over again for ten years. I want

to honor you for your faithfulness so we can stand.

Because the Lord has placed something in my heart to

pray for you. Okay, minimum ten years. You have been

doing something for ten years. Anyone, just thean, It's okay.

We want to celebrate faithfulness.

Amen.

That's kind of for them. Amen, these are your faithful people.

You have been in church for ten years. You have

been in homes leader for ten years. You have been

a dream team leader for ten years. Yeah, you have

been in the same industry for ten years. Please stand Amen,

Thank you Jesus. Just raiseful of your hand, hallelujah.

Lord.

Faithfulness is also your nature. When we are fitless, you

remain fitful. I mean you look at the servants whom

you have given talents. Lord, of all the words you

could have chose, you chose good and faithful. And I

thank you God, Lord, that today in your presence, I

am standing among faithful men and faithful women.

Know God, and I know God.

Faithfulness at times requires resilience, requires perseverance, and that faithfulness

really counts, especially at a time when we want to

give up, especially at a time when we think it

is not working out. But yet God, they are still

found standing. Yet God, they are still found.

To be faithful.

So I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, God

Let your joy continue to be their strength. Let their

faithfulness of God Lord lead them to a place of

constant fruitfulness of God. Because when they're fruitful, you receive

all the glory. And when they are fruitful of God Lord,

they make themselves of a disciple of Jesus.

So I pray, Lord, release.

Lord, your joy even right now upon your hearts, upon

their spirit. In Jesus' name, I pray God, You'll release

your favor upon the works of your hands of God Lord,

so that whatever they touch in the mighty name of Jesus.

So God Lord, let it prosper. Let it prosper, Lord.

That it will fix the eyes on you, not to

the left, not to the right, but they will always fix.

Their eyes on you.

I prophetically, Lord, I want to release this word, for

no I have seen, no yes have heard, nor has

it entered into the heart or a mind of man.

The great things you have prepared for those who love you.

So I speak into the spirit of God Lord that

great things are coming their way. Do not give up.

Can't you run the extrama? God is your reward. Some

might think that we have been in a situation. We

have been taking a role for very long When is

the next promotion, When is the next elevation, When is

the next blessing? The Lord is encouraging us. Do not

look to the left, Do not look to the right.

Do not let comparisons rop us from our joy. But

look to the Lord for his our joy. Look to

the Lord for his our rewarder, Look to the Lord

for his our strength. Look to the Lord for his

our comforter. The Lord will reward you the loyal bless

you because you have found to be fitful. You have

been tested, you have been proven, says the Lord. You've

gone through fire, some of you, I see in my

mind you have went through fire. And the Lord says

that it is a refining fire, a refining fire that

shapes correct, a refining fire that built something in you

so that you have the character to carry out the

specific assignment calling the God has given to you specifically.

So remain fitful, remain grounded. The Lord is your reward.

In Jesus' name, we pray, and God's people say, Amen, Amen,

can never see it.

Amen.

So every one of us, when we stepped into ex church,

we have our own story, we have our beginnings in

X and today I just want to share with you

my own story, my own beginning with X Church. My

story started in two o four my sister jesse Some

you may remember Jessena. She was the first one who

attended X Church and she was very fathful. As a family,

we grew up in a background where we are free thinkers.

My dad at one time was a Hindu, so we

also have Hindu statues. But towards the last stages of

his life, he gave up the altar, he gave up

the idols, and became a free thinker. It was in

two or four, less than a year after my dad

retired at the age of fifty six years old. He

passed away and the reason was due to live a

failure and the cause of it is sorry. The cause

of it was excessive drinking. So that was an alcoholic.

So there was substance abuse, using substance as a coping

mechanism to help him to cope depression. I never really

knew about this until when I was growing up being

exposed to into the whole area of mental health well being.

Only I realized that that actually suffered from depression and

he looked to substances as a form of copying mechanism.

But the very thing that he used as a coping

mechanism was the very thing that killed him.

So as a family, we were very shocked. We were

we really don't know what to do.

And when it comes to the funeral arrangement and victor arrangement,

we consulted each other and we decided to just ask

Jesse to ask the church pastor to come and do

a Christian funeral. It sounds a bit weird, but I

tell you why it's not weird later because as a

family we find that okay, number one, Dad gave up

probably Hinduism, and not to disrespect this faith. Just as

family we find that we wanted to be straightforward without

having any rituals that are just a lot things to

do lat So Jesse basically spoke to the church and

tax church actually came to my family at the time

when we were at.

Our lowest so past kind of back then.

The church was very small, probably sixty eighty close to one

hundred maybe came and they supported us the whig service

and funeral. Whig service was really held in my house.

I mean I don't have a big house, but there's

a very small compounder and that's where we did the

whig service. And as a youngest, how many of you here.

You're the youngest child. Okay, I'm the youngest as well.

And let me tell you it's not true when they

say the youngest is the favorite. Okay, everyone is a favorite. Okay,

everyone is a favorite. That the sibling felt that, Okay, Ransa,

you got to share a eulogy because you're the favorite child.

So we actually print out the eulogy and I was

invited to share the eulogy during the week service. And

it was back then and I had an encounter with

the Lord because me and my dad, towards his final days,

I never really had a good closure with my dad.

So I was struggling a lot with guilt, a lot

with remorse. So I identified with families where if one

of your parents are struggling with a form of substance,

I identify with that because I'm here to say that

my family wasn't perfect. I've seen you said. My dad

wasn't abusive. My dad treated us very well. He was

a good man. It's just that he had a struggle

that he didn't know how to cope with. And I

wish that he came to no Christ earlier. So I

identify you know if your family is going through a

situation where it's similar to mine. But I'm also to

tell you here, to tell you that there's always hope

in God. So I had a closure with my dad

and I was struggling in this emotion, and when I

went out, I needed to face a crowd of probably

thirty forty people. I really had no strength to want

to share anything because I was emotionally drinked, and I

realized that there was a presence next to me. I

couldn't explain this, but there was this presence next to me,

and when I look at it right there was one.

But you just knew there was someone, and I felt

someone was actually gripping my hand. And then strength came

out of my spirit for me to be a share

the eulogy. Didn't share the experience with anyone during that

time except for my sister, and when the week service

was done, I shared with my sister. My sister asked

me a few questions. Could it be a stress to

your body? Was it a physiological effect? And I say no.

I played tennis at the Terrans, so we know you

know whether it is it's a spraying or not. We know,

but it's not. I say something supernatural. I've never felt

it before, and one tend me two o four. My

sister was the one that led me to Christ in

my own bit room, say you know, it must have

been Jesus. She was the one that led me to Christ.

And the following week, as an appreciation to the church,

we turned up the next church. Back then it was

opposite as a S fifteen Taylor's College. We have to

climb up three floors up. We were there just to

appreciate the church, an out of respect. I still remember

Passassandra spoke the first message. Passdenna is very consistent, I

must say, for twenty one years i've seen her. She

was very, very consistent, very animated, and I remember the

message she preached was a pruning. You know, she was

holding the kata right. And once that day my brother

rededicated his life, my mom gave her to Jesus, and

I reaffirmed my decision to Christ. I can give God glory.

So it was just attending eggs. And then later I

found out Pascanov's version of his story. Uh back then

was a young pastor as well. Now he is he,

you know, young in spirit, but better than the church

was only four years old, right now, a church was

only four years old. And it's like a not a

usual request from a non believing family asking the pastor

to come to do a whig service and a funeral

for a man that that's a connection with and probably

not in the faith as well. And he struggled with

that because he just came back from us back then

and the request came, and he called up two other

pastors wanting to get consultation.

Advice and all.

Basically, he was discouraged from taking this engagement because the

line of thought is that it should only be for

a believer. Right after all, if you're a pastor, majority

of the family members are not believers, the man is

not a believer.

What would you say? How would you? Minister?

I must say that pass CANIV has also been very

consistent throughout this years.

And he prayed to God and heard the voice of God.

Here's the voice of Jesus telling him, Canne, if I'm

there physically right now on earth, I'll be there with

the family. Based on that obedience, pass the Cane of Kim.

I'm glad he came because It's true. Jesus is always

near to those who are broken hearted, whether you know

him or not, He's always near to those who are

broken hearted. The scripture didn't says he's near to those

who believe and is broken hearted. He's near to those

who are broken hearted. My first imprint that I received

from this church is radical obedience and radical faith, because

to me, what pastor and the church have did back

then was very radical. You hear from God, you obeyed,

and you got to demonstrate.

It by faith.

This has always been the DNA of X Church, and

across the years we have been very consistent in this.

I want to start off with this because for Exuberanjoya

to continue to grow further, it must not neglect radical

obedience and radical faith. Isaiah one nineteen says, if you're

willing and obedience, you will eat the good of the land.

Of course, you know Hebrews eleven. Without faith, it is

impossible to please God. Some ninety chapter ninety two thirteen

say is those who are planted in the house of

the Lord shall flourish in the course of our God.

You know, X is my first church. Never really had

experiences in growing up in another church. And I've made

it as a personal commitment that X will be my

last church. I know it's a very huge commitment to

say this, and it's not my first time to say this.

I've seen the season of X in different stages. I

think so the old timers here you're also seen this

in different stages of season. But I'm here to stand

and testify to you that God is waitful. Unless the

Lord builds his house, his laborers will labor in. So

God is still building X. And the way to build

the church is true people, because when God builds people,

people builds the house. So I want to encourage you

to say that you're in the right place. You're in

a good church. If you're looking for a perfect church,

if you're looking for a perfect community, X is not

the place for you, because no one is perfect.

No one is perfect.

I have my fair share of stories which I want

to share with you later about just growing up in

X and all why I say that X is my

first church and will be my last church because I've

grown my roots here, I've raised my sticks here, and

I've laid many memorial stones here with God in this place.

And I want you, guys to understand that as you

continue to grow with us, whether you be a one

year old with eggs, five years old with eggs, ten

years old, with eggs, fifteen years old, with as when

you reflect back, I'm sure you're able to see your

own memorial stones with God laid in X. Nothing happens

by coincidence. Nothing happens by divine nothing happens by accidents, biskey,

everything happens by divine appointment. So when we say that

those who are planted in the House of the Lord

shall flourish in the courts of our God, we must

grow in roots. And our roots must first be rooted

in Christ. Christ must always be at the center. And secondly,

we must always be rooted in discipleship. This year's team

is discipleship, all of you knowing, and I want to

reiterate that X is called to be a church planting

church with disciple. Through church planting, that has always been

the heart of X. I speak from the capacity as

a church plan coordinator because I know sometimes we can

be either intimidated by oh, let's plan again, or we

can have our own preferences of but we're already doing well.

Why the need to plant? Why the need to have this.

We've got to stay true to our calling. Remember you

guys sent me out, No, just a reminder, you guys

send me out.

So I'm here to remind you.

Guys there that is our calling, that is our calling,

that is our DNA and can tell you the best platform.

To disciple there is always church planting.

So I like to look at new musicians on stage,

new chairpersons being raised up, new speakers being raised up,

because we are not called to.

Be a.

Church where there's only one worship team on a sudden

few can serve, or a one man church. Our pastor

is very clear in the calling that God has given

to X and we disciple through church planting. Now that

doesn't mean that whatever other churches do is wrong. I

want to be very careful with this because I want

to say that X Church is a small church. We

are not called to be a big church because it

got clearly told pastor that we are here to build

a movement, not a monument. Monument basically means everyone together

and there's no life. But movement is always organic. Movement

always brings about. Movements will bring you to places that

you would never have imagined. You will venture to like Nelai.

So you can only do that like when you're part

of a movement. But for certain churches, they are to

lead the church as God directs the leadership.

So what I want to say is.

That if we see acts as a place like for me,

I've grown my roots, I raised my stake. I got

to keep my eyes focused on Jesus who have caught

me here. I got to keep my eyes focused and

not compare, because comparison a day on day will lead

us to a place of tatenancy. But if you begin

to focus on Jesus, you obey him, he will lead

you to a place where you need to be. For me,

I know God wants me to be here. So in

an area of discipleship, there are two things that I

would like to live with you today. To me, even

in my own life, discipleship equals to choosing submission and

raising our stick. Submission is not an easy thing to

teach or to talk about. By praise God for Elie,

who have earlier went out to confirm the message Ephicients

five twenty. She mentioned about submission, So truly she didn't

check with me. I didn't check with her, But truly

it is the word of the Lord of the season

for you. It was a devotion, Praise God. There's no

consultation going on, but I guess.

Is the Lord's word for you.

And as a leader, I have to tell you that

submission is not the easiest thing to talk about. Submission

is not the easiest thing to teach, because it may

imply like, huh, I have to submit to you.

You get me. But we must. We must teach it biblically.

All the fruits that I have today, where it be ministry,

where it be in my marketplace, I can tell you

it's a result of submission to a spiritual authority and

leadership in acts in Hebrews thirteen seventeen says obey those

who rule over you and be submissive, for they wash

out for your souls. As those who must give account,

let them do so with joy and not with grief,

for that would be unprofitable to you. You see, we

live in a world where more cultures are shifting towards

a form of I would term me as hyper individualism,

where everything is just about me. Don't tell me what

to do. I'm the leader of my own life. I

will take charge of my own life and it's very individualistic.

But if you look at true biblical relationship, submission has

always been one of the word that the Bible has described.

So submission is biblical. Submission is not a bad word.

Submission doesn't make one looks weak from a guy's perspective.

It doesn't also big one. If let say, I submit

to a leader, it makes me looks meek. Why I say, guys,

Because guys, we always have our ego, we always have

our own pride. And when someone tell us something that

we don't agree with but we need to submit with,

that's when it really counts.

So a scripture says that we are.

To obey those who rule over us and be submissive,

for they watch for our souls. I can tell you

if you have a best boss in a marketplace, they

take care of your needs and all, which is very good.

I pray that in next church everyone will have a

good boss. Okay, if you're a boss, you will be

the best boss. I pray you'll have that and you'll

be that. But one thing in the marketplace is they

don't watch over your soul. Only the people that God

has appointed in church can wash over your soul, can

contend with the power of gardeners. Interceed for your life

and pray for breakthrough, pray for deliverance to come upon

your life. Only the church leadership can do that because

God has given authority to the church. So it means

here they watch out for your souls and that we,

as leaders, we should do so with joy, and joy

is a very important ingredient. We should not do it

with grief, for it would be unprofitable for you. Now

I'm going to break down forwards. Rule over you basically

means to lead. I means, as leaders, we are meant

to lead, to guide, to go before you. It implies

leadership by example, influence and care, and not domination. Sometimes

people don't submit because they think that as a leader,

they will rule over us. But we look at bibical leadership.

Jesus says the greatest of all shall be the least

of all.

And Jesus was the.

One that introduced servant leadership. Okay, so twenty one years here,

I've never seen any domination over my life. I've never

seen ronson where it is you must you must. If

you don't, there will be consequences. I don't say ronson,

you do this, you must, you must but we're all

it is out of that reverence towards the leadership. It

is out of their own life example, out of their

own testimony, out of their own reputation, out of their

walk with Jesus, good reputation full of the Holy Spirit.

So as we look at the lines of the leadership,

there is something that we also desire and as a result,

we want to follow and to obey. Here basically means

you obey because you trust the person. It is not

out of blind submission. The church cannot be built based

on blind submission. It must be built and anchored on

relationships that you trust and relationship that you can submit

to submitsay basically means it's a volunteery yielding. So as

at LEAs shared from Ephicient chapter five, when they say, wife,

submit to your husband just as Christ, that just as

the husband should love the wife as Christ love the Church.

Now I can say this because a share and redding

um sort of submit. There is a volume theory act.

It means that the husband loves Christ so much the

husband love the wife and it makes it easier for

the wife to submit. So in the church context to

me is similar where you see your leaders love Christ.

You see that your leaders love you, it makes it

easier for you to submit to them volunteerily. Watch out

here basically means to stay awake, to be vigilant, keep watch,

remain alert and slipless out of concert as your homes leader,

as your elders here, do you actually have sleeplesiness night

where you don't sleep because you're worried about people in

your congregation because you're going through stuff and all.

I'm sure there is.

I'm sure there is, because as a church plant coordinator,

I'm telling you there are days where we also worried

over our people.

We just want them to grow well in Christ. We

just want them to make godly decisions that align to

biblical standards so that they don't shot change themselves, so

that they can grow and flourish into the things of God.

And I know that you know, the next church a

bit unique because most of our leaders are young. That's

justex and for people who are older, Let's say, in

case you're curious about my age, I'm forty one by eli.

Let's say I have people who are older than me.

It's often difficult, isn't it When you look at young

leadership and then bribically speaking, you're supposed to submit to.

A leadership, but the leadership is young.

There's a slight that I put in a statement that

it is not blind submission, but biblical and bold submission

built in faith first in God who is the truth,

and faith in the leadership above first, where you have

to look at their track record and testimonies. So for

all the folks who are part of this vision, for

other folks who you're willing to even listen to your

homes leader, who may be your junior, I respect you

a lot because I know it's not easy. It's often

easier to say. You know, that's what I'm saying. You

are young, you haven't experienced life in the fifties or

sixty year. But you know you're willing to listen, You're

willing to be open. That says a lot about you.

That speaks about the spirit of Christ in you. One

thing to align to His truth and submission can only

be easy when we first submit to God. Then it

makes submission to the leaders easier. Let me share with

you that honor is the cornerstone of submission. Honor is

a cornerstone of submission. I'm going to use a family example.

If you are not comfortable with this example, please with me,

because in every family I say, it's not perfect, right,

it's not perfect. Now we live in an era where

apps are getting popular. That would mean banks are also

actil they have moved to be digital. Okay, I stay

with my mom. She is seventy three years old this year.

With my mom, she's not very good in technology.

It's not very good.

So whenever the bank asked her to do online banking

and at banking, she will feel.

Very stressed up.

And a common thing that my mom will always come

and ask me is ronson, I can't remember my password.

I know, I know, guys, I opened up my altar later,

all right, we're okay. And then I find myself have

to be like, okay, let's reset the passwords because I

can't remember the password as well, all right, because understanding

that if it is your account, you remember your on password.

Back then, we don't have biometrics yet. So I noticed

that two, three, four times always reseat listen there, and

honestly I felt a bit agitated. It's like, how many

times I need to help you? I thought, I told

you alreally sounds familiar. Youone sounds familiar. Okay, Lila Cabe

I'm just saying, uh.

So one day, out of sudden, I didn't shout by notice,

I raised my voice almost the line of I've told

you many times? How came you just don't want to learn?

Or this suna? Not good? Not good? Not good?

Since I leave the conversation, the Holy Spirit rebuilt me.

Those of you who have been rebuilt by the Holy Spirit,

you know how it felt. Basically, it's not a place

of condemnation, but it's a place of conviction. The only

speak says this, I got to rebuild, he says, onsen.

When you were young, who took care of you? I say, mom,

when you poop and you couldn't clean yourself, who took

care of you?

I say, mom? When you were weak? Who took care

of you? I say, mom?

Just because you are now more educated, just because now

you are stronger. What gives you the right to raise

your voice? You know, when you get in a conversation

with the Holy Spirit, there's really no point to but

not how many times must I do this?

But not? I told her?

Right when you really hear from the Holy Spirit, you

just knew you knew, you knew in your spirit. It

is a conviction. It is a conviction that only He

can give. My mom is a very forgiving person. So

after I went to my mom, I say sorry, yeah,

I hey, why you laugh for your I say, ah, sorry,

I raised my voice and you you know what, Mom say, hey, no, what,

It's okay, It's okay. But the point I want to

draw out is basically this right. Sometimes, this attitude of mine,

if it's not in check, can come out in our

relationship in church. It may come across as because you see,

most of us grew up in eggs, the older folks

at our campus. Yes, and today, of course we are

in a marketplace. If we are not careful right, we

may approach leadership like what does our leaders know about?

You know, I'm here in the marketplace, I'm big time,

I have this achievement, I have this accolades and whatever.

The leadership is aligning to the vision of God, and

we say.

Let's grow big to grow small.

Maybe you find it difficult to agree with because in

your organization you do things differently. In the world, they

do things differently. And sometimes I have to remind myself

that the greatest test of submission is when you think

you have attained certain standard in life, certain successes in life,

can you still submit to the very voice that has

been with you when you needed them. Don't let successes,

don't let riches get to your heat to a point

where now you despise the very voice that used to

correct you, and now they are correcting you, and you despise.

That because that is not biblical. That is not biblical.

So after the pandemic in twenty twenty two, Xdey Line

was one of the last church plan line that opened

up because when the government opened up the borders interstate,

we were the last church plan that opened up because

we couldn't find a venue. We couldn't. We just couldn't

find a venue. Even if we found a venue, the

course is too high for us. I felt very bad.

You know, every time it goes to bound they comment

and see me. That's when it's XLI starting. So I

have told them, hey, you sent me up, but I'm

coming back. So in February twenty twenty two, that's when

we restarted. After I wrote a letter to the owner

of the hotel because God dropped into my heart. That's

right to the owner and asked for his help, so

open the door. He gave us a reasonably small roupe

to meet. Our first worship service was the nature of

people or less, I don't know. Subsequent was only what

about their size? And Monday the Holy Spirit whispered into

my ears.

He says that Ronsan, I care more for the spirit of.

Your church than the size of your church. That means

the size of our spirit must be big in God.

Because if we are a big church, but the size

of our spirit and God is small, that's not what

God is looking for. So eventually we grew and we

needed a new venue. We had a ballroom just adjacent

to our current room. Those of you who been to

Nila you probably know. But they quoted ridiculous price, very ridiculous,

and I find that, okay, let's move out. We prayed, actually,

and we decided to move out. We found a venue,

a new venue, and the venue is basically done by

a marketing agency. They also do event management. They're very nice, stitch,

very nice, led screen, full D screen, they got their lights.

Everything. We went there, we wreckire.

We went there with WRECKI and all we thought it

was okay, maybe for a season we should.

Use that.

The church loved it in Eline, and we told the owner,

let's do a twelve. First, we will use for one

month and then after that one month we will decide.

But we also look for our revenue. So we started

off very well, actually so much so that they also

assign us a sound engineer. So many you serve a

sound team. You don't have to set up. You know,

the sound engineer will set up for you. We will

use their assets, and the pricing was just right. They

said there are a certain agreements we need to explore further.

So one day is I had to share with this

story so funny. So when while the worshiping was practicing,

the sound engineer decided to put on their concerts like

they're on a smooth machine. To go to the sign,

say hold on, hold on, we don't need that. That's

not how we worship. I told my team that we're not.

Even though we pay for the rent and they allow

us to use some fancy lights, they allow us to

use whatever I thought.

I churched that.

This is how we worship. Next, we just need white lights.

That's how we worship. But suffice to say, it gives

you a good picture of how good the venue was

there was one drawback. The drawback is that we have

to clean up the venue after that because actually they

don't allow us to wear shoes, but we want to

wear shoes and they say okay, And we don't want

to pay cleaning fee because for cleaning fee they will

charge you one a year. They say, okay, after church,

we will clean the venue ourselves in creating the toilets.

So as a church from Kordinta, when I took that decision,

we took it prayer fully as well. We updated TSBO

and all and they were agreeable. One day, Ella Kina

decided to call me. Elika was my first man. Oh
