When I was praying on what to share on revival, right,

and I realized that actually revival starts with hearing. Let

us think in revival starts with hearing. Now, a few

foundations that I want.

To lay first. Firstly, does God speak?

What do you think does God speak? I think it's

a resounding yes.

What are the ways? In what ways does God speak?

Words? Obviously words? What else? In many ways?

Like you?

very specific because we are here to learn.

The practical parts about the Word of God? Right? Uh,

you know, yeah, many ways. But what are some of

the tangible ways that God speaks? I heard words? What

kind of words? Through what? Throughout medium? True scripture? All right?

So you know that in the Old Testament God spoke.

It seems as though when you read your Bible, right,

it seems as though God was speaking audibly.

So like an example of how when God called Samuel

a little boy Samuel, and he was sleeping and God

called him Samuel Samuel, and then he ran to who

eli right, his men thought at time, and he said,

did you call me? Then Eli said, no, I'm sleeping,

go back to sleep.

Right.

Three times he heard the voice of the Lord and

he thought it was Eli, right, and then suddenly he likenah, oh,

I think someone is calling you.

The man above is calling you. Then he told Eli

what to Samuel what to do?

Right?

Uh?

You know that Moses spoke with God face to face.

You know, if there's any one who ever spoke to

God faced almost face to face that but God says,

you know you cannot see my face or else you will.

You cannot hand my glory.

But he had a close intimate encounter with God, right,

not just one encounter relationship.

Right.

So you know that in the olden days, in the

olden days, in the by Old Testament, God spoke to

them audibly.

What about in the New Testament?

Tell me what are some of the ways which God speaks.

Dreams and interpretation okay, yes, visions okay, Visions and dreams okay, okay,

in my mind, like, actually, why do we want to

hear God?

in His will?

How many of you want to hear from God because

you want to walk in His will? Yeah?

But usually right, usually we seek God's voice, especially in

do we seek God for? So it's direction and the

next one is reassurance or comfort?

We heard a lot of this just now when you

meditated on the word of God's scripture.

Some of you had the impression was that me Hello, Oh,

that was God. God was speaking to you.

Right, and it comes in the form of reassurance, comfort,

especially during challenging times, uncertain times. So the question then

you are asking, is God, are you with me or not?

Are you still with me? So challenging? You know, I'm sick,

me still?

We want that assurance and that therefore we want to

hear God. Right, God, just tell me that you're still

with me in this right, That's why we want to

hear from God. What is the third point? What else

do we want to hear from God? Confirmation?

Sometimes you already receive the Word, and can I tell

you the Word tells you what God wants to speak

to you, if only you will listen and not harden

your heart.

Remember in Hebrews it says that insums if you will

listen to him and not harden your heart.

So I believe this is.

My personal conviction that God is speaking all the time.

It's just that most of the time we are not listening.

We are not listening, you know, so we cannot say

how come God doesn't speak it's just that we are

not postured to hear from him. Right, and just now

we actually hear from God in this four quadrant.

You come away saying God, I'm with you, I have

And you know there's this whole tension between using Internet

Right? And ask the lot God? Is it wrong to

use AI? Because when I'm searching this right, I actually

use AI? Is no? Is it wrong? God? So I'm

thinking I'm trying and trying to hear from God right?

And God drop this thought to me, He says, you

think I'm not in control of Yeah, you can time

any question you want. Do you know that the answer

and not is actually ordained by the lot? Also it

can be you know. So I'm not gonna say that

AI is above God. I'm saying, God, You're above everything else.

And if this is gonna be a tool, I'm using

it as a tool. And I still need to test

it against scripture. There's all these thoughts. Right, then I say, okay,

God is there what does your word really say? And

then I go deeper into God's word and I'm putting

God's word as priority over everything else that anyone says.

So God is above ai. Amen. So it's not that

you can use cannot use. Just know that God, You're

above Allah. Right.

You know, even when you search for Google whatever that

pops up. Right, I really believe that there's a leading.

There's a leading from the Lord. Right, And I just God,

to the right sides, to the right references.

Ask God, lah right, No holy spirits with us?
