I'm gonna share an excerpt of a letter, and I

wanna see whether this resonates with you or not. Okay,

so let's look out, la. Okay, it's coming, It's coming.

The Word of God is coming to you, all right. Okay,

this is a letter. Okay, I'm gonna read this letter

with as much passion as I can, and you let

me know whether this resonates with you at all. It says,

if you only look at us, you might well miss

the brightness. We carry this precious message around in an

unadorned cleay pot of our ordinary lives.

How many of you feel that you live ordinary lives? Okay,

that's to.

Prevent anyone from confusing God's incomparable power with us. As

it is, there's not much chance of that. You know

for yourselves that we are not much to look at. M. Yeah,

we've been surrounded and battered by troubles, but we are

not demoralized. We're not sure what to do, but we

know that God knows what to do. We've been spiritually terrorized.

How many you feel like you're terrorized or you've been

going through you know, years maybe or being terrorized. But

God hasn't left outside. We've been thrown down, but we

haven't broken. How many of you can resonate with this

that you feel that you know, life is not a

bit of roses. Life is full of challenges, you know,

left right center? How many of you were at homes

last Friday?

And in fact, the word is waiting on the Lord right,

waiting on lot, And I think that spoke to so

many of us. All of us are waiting on the

lot for something. I'm waiting on the lot for breakthroughs,

for the work that I'm doing right, And so sometimes.

We feel like, ah, what do it?

Nothing is moving and you feel stuck right, And God

wants to unstuck us today.

Amen.

God wants to unstuck us.

Amen.

If not things are not changed around you, God wants

to unstuck our mindset, because that's the biggest battle that

we are fighting, right, the battle of the mind.

All right, So you know, waiting on the lot.

Yeah, if you're taking notes, this is what we're gonna

delve into further because that really, you know, the whole

idea of waiting the lot really stuck with me. Okay,

And if you didn't know, just now that letter was

actually a letter from the Bible. Yeah, Second Corinthian. Some

some of you know the world God. Let me go

to the actual not actual lit another version that you

may be more familiar with. Okay, so let's go to

the NKJV version. So I'm gonna read that.

Let's go. This sounds more familiar.

But we have treasures in earthen vessels that the excellence

of the power may be of God and not of us.

We are hot pressed on every side. Ooh this I

feel like that. Oooh the bills are coming. Ooh, the

dadlines are coming. Students, assignment you did exam coming and

you're not prepared.

Hot press on every side, yet not crushed. You're still here? Amen?

Hey, Hello, you're here means you're not crushed yet. Okay,

Praise God. We are perplexed, perplexing us. Some of the

situations just now, John, pray for the petrol price a

very perplexing. Why people make decisions like that to go

to war, causing all of us to be perplexed, but

not in despair. We are persecuted, but not forsaken. Some

of you may be facing persecure right, but we are

not forsaken.

Can you remember that in the hardest moments.

When you are being attacked on all sides, remember that

God has not forsaken you.

Amen. And it says struck down but not destroyed. Wow.

I read through the whole Second Letter of Corinthians, and.

It's so powerful. Do you know, It's so rich? And

if you are this is taken from Second Corinthians.

And if you are in that situation, can I encourage

you to just read that letter.

Just read the whole letter to find strengthen it.

Really, it's so so needed for our soul in this time, right, Okay?

So okay, so this is where we are right now.

So I think we understand that, ha haw comer. Why

Christian being a Christian so hot on? I thought being

a Christian would insulate us from the troubles of this world.

Right.

So this is the reality that we live, and we

live in a very broken world, and we will face

broken people. In fact, some of your greatest hurts maybe

people from church. Ooh ouch, because right, we say, how

come Christian can be like that?

Right? Our mindset, right, and it feels that whoa how come?

You know?

I thought once you become a Christian, everything's going to

be easy, right, But it's not.

It's not okay.

So I want to tackle that challenge because that might

be something that all of us are facing.

And we're trying to trying to navigate this very sticky situation, right.

And can I tell you that the Bible never shies.

Away from this.

The Bible speaks it plain and loud that this is

what we're going through.

Hello, this is from.

The Word of God and written by Paul the Great Apostle.

Do you think he had everything going for him?

You know?

After that rite, he goes on to say, uh, you

know you want to talk about the super apostles, you know,

because he was. They were tackling false apostles and false

doctrines and teachings and the church that time.

And we gotta be very careful friends, you know why.

Because is seeping into all of us all these false doctrines.

It depends on what you're watching, right. I only have

forty five minutes with you, but you spend forty five

hours watching I don't know what, and those could be

the very false doctrines that seeks into your mind, and

we gotta be very careful to guard our minds and

our hearts right against what comes in to corrupt us. Amen, Okay,

We talk about homes, right, and those of you who

have not had your homes, yeah, I pray that you

will have a good one, but I wanted to kind

of go deeper with that.

Is that okay?

know this by now, right. It says that though the

fixtor may not blossom, I perpersonally look for a picture

that's barren.

Can you see that no fruit be on the vines?

How many of you feel like there's no fruitfulness in

your lives at this moment. It's like it's been months,

it's been years. I've been praying, but there are no answers.

Though the labor of the olive may fail and the

feels yield no food, though the flock may be cut

off from the fall and there be no herd in

the stalls.

Right.

I think we went through this in our small groups

our homes. And for those of you who have not,

you're not part of us small group?

Can I encourage you to join one? Can I church?

This is how we grow, This is what we believe

in acts. We believe in growing small. We need to

come and rub each other, right, in a small group,

so that we can go deeper with the lot. It's

very easy to do church like this. Yeah, you just

come and you just go. But if you want to

be serious about growing with the Lord, then we need

to get anchored. And here we believe that being anchored

is being part of a small group. Right, you just

continue to come and start serving there, start, you know,

getting to know each other, opening up your lives to

each other so that we may encourage each other, chur

each other on right, and pray for one another, but

also challenge each other.

Can or not?

Are you ready to be challenged? Because here like that,

right I challenge you. There's no countability, but in your

small group, you will be challenged and you will be

accounted for. Yeah, that's why we do small groups. Okay,

So so we did this and and so we had.

A great discussion.

So I had the privilege of visiting our newly planted.

and so I was happy to be there.

I abandoned my own homes.

They waiting for.

They're waiting for the world, the next world that's gonna

be happening, right, They're waiting to see whether there's gonna

blast the next missile. That's what they are waiting for.

But what are we waiting for? Come on, Christians, what

are we waiting for? So because of this right, and

that's why the beauty of this is, it does not

stop here. Your newspaper, nobody knows newspaper now, your news portal,

whatever is reading. It's all that you will tell you

the facts.

But then there is no after that.

And I thank God that there is a verse eighteen, right,

and what is verse eighteen?

Let's go to verse eighteen.

Anyway.

So the last time I shed about waiting on the lot,

I shared from Isaiah forty to that do you want

to remember that those who wait upon the lot char

renew their strength? Right, they shall walk and not faining,

They will run and not be weary.

Yeah? Remember that?

Okay, So if you forget, then you go back to

the message to go right. But we're gonna focus on

And it says this, and we are waiting upon the lot.

and so we say.

Is to wait expectantly, to hope for something. But the

primitive root of the word cover it comes from this

word cove. Cove is a rope or a coil. Okay, right,

you're thinking, Hey, how come waiting God? This word rope

or coil? What does that even mean? So the actual

full extension of the meaning to cover it means is

to twist strands to I forgot to bring my rope,

man tweet the strengths together to make the rope, to

bind together.

This is what to cover means, to bind together.

And you might be wondering what does this mean as

I'm waiting upon the Lord?

Right? Well, what does it mean to bind?

Because we firstly established earlier that.

The situation that we are in right.

Now, we all feel hopeless, right, we could feel hopeless,

we could feel weak.

But where is our strength? And we say that our

strength comes from who from the Lord?

Not from the US dollar, not from the patrol dollar,

not from your paycheck, not from your wisdom, not from

your connections, not from your titles, not from how much

you have in your bank. Our strength comes from the Lord.

Now you see that?

Okay, So the reason why I kind of went on

this track was someone in the homes, right, she asked

this question. And so we talk about, yeah, waiting on

the law. We need to wait on the law. It

means to trust and to surrender. And she asked, actually, how.

Do we wait true or not? What do we do?

Because we say waiting is not passive? Right, Remember that

in your homes we say waiting is not passive? So actually,

what do we do when we wait?

Right?

And so waiting is actually saying we are actively and

I'm using the word active, we are actively binding ourselves.

Our weakness with the strength of God. Do you see that?

So to wait right, it means it doesn't mean I'm

just sitting down here doing nothing.

It means I am binding.

Myself, tightening myself to God's strength, my weakness to his strength.

And that is an active thing. You know. It doesn't

mean I'm just sitting down and it's not waiting for

the Lord. Yeah, can I just get this to you.

You're not waiting for the Lord. You're waiting on the Lord.

There is a great difference. Hello, if I'm the word

waiting like the word waiter. If I'm waiting for some

for God to come, I'm just gonna sit down and wait, right,

that's waiting for someone to come. But when you're waiting

on the Lord, it means I am now in the

position of a waiter. What is the waiter do? What

kind of waiter do you hate the most? Tell me, Ah,

the waiter who like you, like hello, hello, he know,

I'll put that towel right, they're like doing something right,

not hy not.

That waiter is not waiting on you. A good waiter.

Looks at their customer and straight away pay attention. Focus,

Can I get you water? Right?

That is a good waiter. So we want to learn

how to wait upon God in the right way. Yeah,

we're not just waiting for God to do something. Yeah, God,

to happen. We are waiting on God to make something happen.

So this is something that is very important for us

to catch friends because you're not doing nothing as you're

waiting Okay, Now, so I want to bring us back

to Psalms twenty seven. So flip to psumd twenty seven.

So this is gonna be the main bulk of where

we are gonna get how do we wait upon the Lord?

Amen? All right? And I love Psalms twenty seven because

it's so real.

Right, it's so rich, and it's so real to what

I just mentioned earlier, and I want to just read

the most part of it.

Okay, all right.

He says here in verse one, the Lord is my

Light and my salvation. Well, the first thing that David

said this is a sum of David. He says that

the Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall

I fear? Come on, if there's something that's causing you sleepless, nnd,

something that's causing your anxiety. David is saying, Hey, who

are you looking at? Are you looking at the Lord?

He says, the Lord is my light, The Lord is

my salvation.

Whom shall I fear? Hey? Friends, who shall you fear? Really?

Is there anything that you fear? Name it and then

you put it under Jesus. You know, we sang the

song Jesus, your name is the name above every name,

your name is the Higher. Then you bring that fear

under the subjection of Jesus, under the name of Jesus' friends.

This is how we wait.

Yeah, we want to learn how to wait, right, so

let's learn how to do that. Whom shall I feel?

See the Lord says? The word says is the Lord

is the.

Strength of my life.

We want strength, right, friends, we want strength because we

feel we are weak. You know the thing is right,

when we are hopeless, we feel weak. That's true psychologically.

When you feel there's no tomorrow, you.

Just you know it. Strength leaves your body.

You know.

Strength leaves your body when there's no hope, when there's hopelessness.

So if you're feeling right, I'm so weak I cannot

get up anymore.

Can I tell you this word is for you? Yeah.

Verse two, when the wicked came against me to eat

up my flesh, well, some of you feel that your

challenges is eating you up alive. My enemy and my

foes they stumbled and fell. Though an army man it

may and came against me. My heart shall not fear

though war may rise against me. Wow, this is so real, right,

there is a war rising against us in this I

will be confident. Now, let's zoom in on this one thing.

What do you desire? One thing I have desired of

the Lord? That will I seek? That I may dwell

in the house of the Lord all the days of

my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord.

And to inquiet in his temple.

So how do we position ourselves as we are waiting?

Firstly, we want to rejoice? Friends?

Yeah, do you want to rejoice? Because hybacock tree eighteen?

the word rejoice?

Do you see just not?

In when I was reading Proverbs, right, it says you

shall rejoice right the women? And and you see again

and again this world rejoice mark that. What does rejoice

mean celebrate? How do you celebrate? Is this how we celebrate?

And yet how many of us are like that? When

we come before the Lord? Do you know the word joys. Yeah,

let's go to this would rejoice It means alas right,

and it means to jump for joy?

Hello, did you jump for joy? Just now? You didn't?

Right?

That means we didn't rejoice? Is either you rejoice or

you did not. It's an expression that you could see

and our expression, I will joy in the Lord of

my salvation, he.

Says, I will spin around. How many of us spin

the presence of God?

way to bid that right is to say, God, I

a sense. You know, it's something that is really internal,

something that's within you. So that means that you you

from within us.

That's rejoicing. Hello.

If you have not been rejoicing, I pray and God

will give you that power and that energy to rejoice

and to.

Leap, to praise God as he deserves. Hello.

This is not a performance. It's not a show for anyone.

You're not performing for the extremers. Okay, No, seriously, if

you want to rejoice, you want to leap, you want

to you know, spin around.

Let it be for the Lord he sees it. Mam.

It's not for us, you know.

And it's just an exercise to say, God, my heart

is light before you. So number one, as you are

waiting when things seem so difficult, right, would you rejoice? Yes?

Would you rejoice?

Would you dance in your bathroom and singing to the Lord.

No one else is seeing this, you know, Like I said,

you're not proving anything to anyone. You're just doing a

hard check to see God. Am I really in this

right position? Because what did Habakuk do? He says, even

though everything fails yet yet? Is there a yet in

your life?

Friends? Is there a yet in your lives? Yet?

I will still praise God even though that deal went through,

even though that business closed down, even though that relationship

went I.

Will praise the Lord.

I will still praising because he deserves my praise.

Hello, he deserves it. This is how we wait. Even

though yeah, I had.

A bad experience, I will praise the Lord, leaping and

jumping for the Lord.

Amen, That's what we do. Second one, as.

We're reading from Psalms twenty seven, One thing I have

desired of the Lord? That will I see? What is

the one thing that you desire? The one thing that

we ask for? This is the Psalmis. He's saying, one

thing I have desired of the Lord. We have many desires,

your friends, but have we missed the one thing that

we should desire for?

There are many things that we desire for, but have

we missed it?

Because if we have missed it, then we say God,

I've missed it.

But I don't want to keep missing it.

Amen, don't want to keep missing it now, right, And

David says, one thing I've desired of the Lord, that

will I seek that I may dwell in the house

of the Lord all the days of my life. Do

you see this picture? Is it a beautiful picture? This

is at our last pray prayer rally, four times a year,

and this is the house of God.

Amen.

When you come, you come to seek in God's presence,

You come to dwell in the presence of God. Right,

And it doesn't matter then now externally what happens. It's

not the building. The House of God is not the building.

The House of God is the people. We are abiding

with others, people who believe, people who worship. Imen, would

you desire this as you're waiting? Yeah, I'm talking about

what do you do when you're waiting? Firstly, we say, rejoice, Rejoice,

seek him the one thing that you desire, and dwell

in His presence among his people. We're not trying to

make your life difficult, friends, but this is the word

of God.

Why do you think we.

Are prayer service altern a Tuesday? The next one is

coming out on Tuesday. Why because we believe in prayer,

Because we believe that prayer powers our church, that we

cannot do this without prayer. You know, you think it's

just easy to organize. You mightself just do an event organizing, Right,

it's not. Everything that we do is powered by prayer.

We believe in that. So we come together because we

want to dwell amongst the brethrens who will encourage us,

and to say, God, would you hear our prayer? And

that's how powerful corporate prayer is. Right, I pray that

when you know you make a decision to be there,

make a decision. It's a choice, right, what do we

choose one thing? And we say, oh yo, God, I

don't know where you are in my life. Then come now,

God's presence is with us.

Amen. All right, so let's move on. Let's move on,

seek and to dwell and to all the things.

Oh okay, it's says here, and I'm going to read

right in verse five or in the time of trouble,

he shall hide me in his pavilion, in the secret

place of his tabernacle, he shall hide me, and he

shall set me high upon a rock.

All right.

It goes on to verse six. I'm gonna read verse six.

And now my heat shall be lifted up above my

enemies all around me. You see that when you go

to God's presence and you sick and dwell in him,

he says, now your head shall be lifted.

Up above your enemies all around you.

Therefore, I will offer sacrifices of joy.

Do you see that? Do you know? Sometimes, uh, to

leap and to dance is a sacrifice. It's not automatic

because you don't feel like it.

How many of us feel like praising God when you

receive the worst news of your life?

Nobody? And so when your hands are so heavy, do

you know.

That it takes a lot of energy to say, God,

I will praise you. Do you know this act is

an act of the will. It's an act of sacrifice, sacrifice.

You say, how do I sacrifice? Not through your money only?

This is an act of sacrifice to praise God. Right,

and so we say, God, WHOA my hands are so heavy?

My hands are.

But according to the word of God, I will rejoice.

I will join the Lord of my salvation.

I will praise you God. I don't understand. I feel

I'm in the.

Depth of my despair. But you are good.

You are good, You are always good. And you begin

to Thank God, you are good. You gave me life,

You give me breath, You're gonna give me tomorrow. You

give me my family, give me my church, you give

me my homes. Can you see that you're turning things around?

Your friends?

God gave us the power to be able to speak

into our situation. Do you know that that's why God

gave us mouth. Out of the mouth comes words of

life and death.

So would you choose death or would you choose to

speak life?

So it's up to us, you know, God say up

to Youlah? You want to say, what up to Youla?

God says, I will always speak life because that's who

I am. But who are you? Who are you? Do

you speak prophesied death over your own situation? Or you cannot? Sailah? Sailah?

Chinese people like to say h say it means die.

We prophesied death over our own situation, And God say,

has got power?

Then you sailah. Do you know they've done this experiment right?

When you continue to speak positive words to a plant

and you will live. And you continue to speak next

the words to a plan, he dies. You know you

try yourself your experiment and tell me true or not

it's true.

Right, it's proven. You think, what is your bad breath?

Is it? No? Is the power of our words, the

power of our confession?

What are you confessing? Friends?

What are you confessing over your own life? What are

you confessing over your own situation? So God is saying no,

praise him, give him the glory, give him thanksgiving.

Amen, And it says now verse seven.

Here or Lord, when I cry with my voice, do

you see that your voice has power? God says, God

loves to hear your voice. Friends, So can you say

your amens? When you say amen, you're saying God, I agree.

It's a yes and amen. Right.

You're doing this for yourself more, not for me? Right?

Why why do we keep moms like I don't agree?

You know, when something resonates, you say yes God, Amen,

Amen to that. I receive that promise. I receive that

word because that word is the word of God. So

if you don't you don't say amen, you're like.

Saying, oh, I don't. I don't believe this is the

word of God? Do you do? You believe that? Everything

you know?

That's why I say, open your Biblella, so that you

know that I'm not talking nonsense.

I'm not saying my own words.

I want to be true to the word of God,

and I want to give you only the word of God.

Amen.

And it says that hear, Oh Lord, when I cry

with my words, have mercy also upon me and answer me.

When you say, seek my face my heart, say to

you your face, Lord, I will seek.

We are seeking the face of God, the presence of God.

Not just his hands, a not just to answer our

prayer with seeking God's face. Do not hide your face

from me. Do not turn your served away in anger.

You have been my help. Do not leave me, nor

forsake me.

Right.

This is God's promise. Do not leave me, nor forsake me.

This is a cry of David, and God says, I

will never leave you nor forsake you. Right, Oh God

of my salvation. Well verse that is very real. Where

my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord

will take care of me. Teach me your way, o Lord,

and lead me in.

A smooth path.

Because of my enemies, do not deliver me to the

will of my adversaries. For false witnesses have risen against me,

and such as breathe out violence. We need to believe, friends,

and this is what verse the teen says. Verse the

Thing says this, I would have lost hearts. How many

of us sometimes we're on the verge of losing our hearts.

We are on the verge of lo using all our

faith in God on the verch And David says, I

would have lost heart unless I had believed that I

would see the goodness of the Lord in the land

of the Living.

Amen. Do you believe? The question is what do you believe?

We believe many things, friends, there's so many news reports

out there, but what do we believe?

And David is saying, I believe in the goodness of God?

Do you know this is one.

Of the most fundamental beliefs that you need to have

in the face of your suffering and your persecution and

your trials, that God is still good.

Amen.

Only Ali believes that God is still good. God is

still good. Some of us find it very I have

to say the Amen. You know, it's because we find

it hard to believe that God is good. It's it's true,

especially when things are so rotten around us, to actually

say by faith, God is good, that's hard. That's hard.

But we want to say God, you are still good.

Because in actual fact, he's always been good. And it

says that wait on the Lord, be of good courage,

and he shall strengthen your heart.

Be courageous.

Do you know the other word of courage, right is

to grow firm or too strong, or to fasten yourself

to something. Do you know what courage is? You fasten

yourself to something? Does it sound like cover? To bind

yourself to something that is unshakable.

That's how you get courage.

You know, when the world is shaking, everything is you know,

rocking your world, then you bind yourself to something that's unshakable.

And the world one person that we know is unshakable

is our God. Amen, So bind yourself take courage, friends,

This is how we gain our strength as we wait

upon the Lord, as we wait for revival, as we

wait for things to turn around. Because you know what

is going to turn around. It will turn around, it

doesn't matter how long. But what do we do in

that weight? We need to bind us a be of

good courage? Amen, bind ourselves to the one that never shakes.

Okay, all right now? How you know we talk a

lot about strength.

Right you see the thing keep coming up, the strength

of rejoice, strength, rejoice and nii Maya says, the joy

of the Lord is mine. You know that, So how

come we don't rejoice? If we don't rejoice, we don't

get strength. Right, And so you see that this is

this is our practice as believer us that we need

to learn to rejoice praise God. We ax church is

a praise generating church. This is one of our core values.

We're gonna go through our core value soon, but we

are a church that generates praise.

You know what generator is dynamo? Power? Do namis the

Holy Spirit?

Can you see the connection that as we speak in tongues,

as we praise, as we sing unto the Lord, we

are generating power. You know, friends whoa, we are generating

enough power to break through our circumstances. We are generally

that power to say, God, you're victorious. And this is

how we break through. We don't live under our circumstance.

We live above our circumstances. That's what Christians have because

we have Jesus who says, in this world you will

have trials and tribulations. Jesus really see but he says,

take heart, I have overcome the world. And so how

do we tap into that power of Jesus Christ. Is

we praise, we continue to praise him, We generate that

power within our own spirits, and we see the word,

the power of God move in our lives. How many

of us want to live the power? You want to

see God's power working your lives? Amen, I want to

see that more and more. I'm like, so, God, I

want to be a praise generation generator everywhere I go.

You go into your office, you're going to your school, you're.

Going to your campuses.

You're praise generating, praising God right constantly. Like, no matter

what exams read that come out, no matter what praise generating,

just continue to praise God. Praise God. You're gonna see

your life change. Friends, Really, really, this is a truth. Okay,

this is not just a good idea. If you practice this,

I guarantee you you will see results. I guarantee you

that God will work something in you that you can't

wait to give that so many next week. Seriously, Seriously,

there's enough power of God to change your circumstances in

an instance.

It's just that we are not tapping into God's power. Right.

So I want to give you this key, friends, I want.

To give you this key so that you go into

your week you are generating praise.

There's a manner where your circumstances that you're generating praise

when God is going to move.

You know sometimes right, we talk about strength, right, and

we say, ah, your God, you give me strength. Right, God,

you give me strength. But do you know that we

can tap into God's strength? And many times right, we

see strength as something that's external. Right, we talk about money,

we talk about connections. That's a kind of strength, kind

of power. But do you know that there is a misconcept?

Can I can I break a misconception to you? What

do you think some looks like Samson's strongest man in

the Bible?

Right?

of good courage.

If you take one step and you say, how do

Actually he was just like an ordinary man. No lean maybe,

but not muscular.

Because you think.

About it, why would they say, hey, how come I

Samsum was so strong? If you look at the earlier picture.

You say, of course la natural, right, bodybuilder.

Right.

If someone is a bodybuilder nature, you say that person

very strong.

But when someone looks like a stick like John.

but I'm going to enable you.

I'm gonna give you the strength.

I'm gonna give you the equipping in your spirit so

that you can climb that mountain.

You can conquer that mountain.

And when you guess what, when you're at the top

of the mountain, you see down below and you say, God,

this is you I have conquered this. I would rather

us be conquerous. God causes conquerors, right, He didn't cause us.

He didn't call us to just live life smoothly, smoothly.

He causes us to be conquerous, to climb up so

high up there that when you look at this, you're like,

I'm ready for the next mountain.

I'm ready because I'm made for this. God wants to

make us ready.

Friends, whatever challenges that you have, God is preparing us

to climb and to make us able to navigate these challenges. Right,

you go to the next night, Julie. It's not brute

strength that God is looking at, but supernatural stability in

dangerous places. We live in a dangerous world. Friends, this

world is dangerous. But God, in our faith in Him,

is going to give us this supernatural stability, this peace

of God that surpasses all understanding. You remember this verse Philippians,

the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Well, God,

our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus, So what

is guarding our hearts? What is guarding our minds? We

need to understand that God is with us and he

is for us.

Amen, Hallelijah amen, And how do I want to end this?

I want us to maybe go to the final YouTube, Julie,

like the deer's feet. I will make you walk on

enemy is like the roaring lion. Tewod Peter says, this,

be sober and vigilant because your adversary, read the devil,

walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

Do you know that we're all targets, friends, We're all

targets because the moment we want to do God's work.

The moment you want to be effective, the moment you

say God, I want the revival, the fire of God

to come into my lives. We gotta watch it because

the devil looks at and say, oh, no, you're getting

on fire, Queschin. Let me put you down, let me

disappoint you, let me distract you a little bit so

that you're down and ineffective for the work of God.

And so that's why all of us write we go

to life and like, oh, actually, my life, my work.

We go I don't know why it's so hard to

get it right. Why is it so hard to.

Get it right?

Because you're fighting an enemy, We're fighting an invisible enemy.

And so how do I want to end? Friends? And

I want to end by looking unto Jesus a man?

we look at. How do we navigate this? How do

we continue to climb high hills for the Lord? Hebrews twelve,

Hebrews twelve, and I want us to take this home

and meditate on it.

It says, therefore we also, since we.

Are surrounded by such a great testimony, you know Hebrews

is talking about the people of faith, right, those who

have gone before Abraham who sacrifice his son, different ones.

But do you know, at the end of Hebrews eleven,

he says, some were stoned, some were sawn into two,

some were tempted and were afflicted, tormented, some died. These

are the heroes of faith, you know, heroes of faith.

And that's why twelve says this. Therefore we also, since

we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,

let us lay aside every weight and the sin which

so easily ensnares us, and let us.

Run with endurance.

Friends, we are called to run with endurance the race.

That is set before us.

You know, friends, I don't know how many more days

we have, how many years we have to live, But

every day that we have before us, it's a race.

It's a race, and God calls us to run. But

don't just run blindly, run with endurance. God wants us

to keep the faith. How do we keep the faith?

How do we run with endurance? And this is what

we need to do.

Verse two. Looking unto Jesus.

You see, when we are running, we're not just running

away from the enemy. We're not just like running away

from the enemy. We're not just running away from our problems.

We are running looking unto Jesus. We are running towards Jesus. Amen,

you're not running away from your problems, You're running towards Jesus.

And when you run towards Jesus, he says this looking

unto Jesus, the author and finishing of our faith.

Do you want to end up in a finishing line?

He says, And for who for the joy that was

set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and

has sat down at the right hand of the throne

of God.

Jesus himself. Do you know Jesus when he went to

the cross, he was running his race with endurance?

How did he do it? Because he says, I'm looking

at the joy that was set before him. There's something

to look forward to. Friends, what are you looking forward to?

Are you looking to Jesus? Are you running towards him?

Or are you running away from him?
