A few weeks ago, I ministered on the
-
power of our words.
-
And I kept getting the phrase, never
-
underestimate
-
the power of your words. How many of you
-
were here for that service? Okay. Well,
-
just as a reminder, Jesus Jesus knew the
-
power of words. He said, "Whatever we
-
say, we'll get." He didn't say what we
-
pray for.
-
He didn't say what we hope for. He
-
didn't even say what we believe we'll
-
get. He said, Jesus said we will have
-
what we
-
say, the power of our words. And then
-
God used Solomon. It said that he was
-
the wisest man ever to live on the face
-
of the earth. He used Solomon and to
-
write all of Proverbs which is full of
-
wisdom
-
about the words of our mouth. I think
-
it's so important that we realize that
-
our words matter
-
everything that comes out of our mouth.
-
Maybe we need to just pause and listen.
-
Well, I think I'm saying everything
-
right. Are you? What are you saying?
-
What are you agreeing with?
-
In Proverbs 2, it says, "We are snared.
-
We're trapped by the words of our
-
mouth." In other words, Satan will lay
-
traps for us. And we fall into those
-
traps through our words. Maybe it's
-
through words regarding being offended
-
or getting into strife, getting into
-
arguments, not walking in love. Words
-
are flying. Or maybe it's even talking
-
about the circumstances and the problems
-
more than the answers.
-
What are we saying? What are we saying
-
about situations that we face every day?
-
Not just when on Sunday
-
we're particularly conscious of our
-
words, but then Monday hits and there
-
they go flying out of our mouth. What
-
are we saying? What are we saying?
-
Proverbs 21:23
-
Solomon says this, "Watch your tongue
-
and keep your mouth shut
-
and you will stay out of trouble."
-
I'm telling you,
-
I didn't say that, but I agree with it.
-
Solomon said that if the wisest man on
-
earth knew how to stay out of trouble,
-
it would behoove us, it would be to our
-
advantage to do what he said, watch our
-
tongue and keep our mouth
-
shut.
-
It's not easy.
-
It's not easy. There are times you just
-
want to just open up your mouth and let
-
her fly.
-
We're all human, but we need to
-
understand where those words come from.
-
So important to understand where those
-
words come from. They don't just pop out
-
of nowhere.
-
Our words originate
-
with our thoughts.
-
It begins as a thought. And there is a
-
direct connection between what we think
-
and what we say.
-
Proverbs 13:3 says this, "The one who
-
guards his mouth, thinking before he
-
speaks,
-
protects his life. The one who opens his
-
lips wide and chatters without thinking
-
comes to ruin."
-
Guard your words and you'll guard your
-
life.
-
But if you don't control your tongue, it
-
will ruin
-
everything.
-
So, self-inventory time.
-
Do we think before we speak or do we
-
speak before we think?
-
I'll say that again. Do we think before
-
we speak or do we speak before we think?
-
Sometimes people say, "I'm just going to
-
give them a piece of my mind." Have you
-
ever heard that expression? My mama
-
might have said that. I know that
-
expression. Just going to give them a
-
piece of my mind. But honestly, we don't
-
have any mind, extra mind to give away.
-
We need our mind.
-
It's in moments like that that we speak
-
before we think. What we're doing
-
basically is verbalizing our thoughts in
-
no uncertain terms.
-
The result being we ruin everything.
-
It never helps a situation.
-
One translation of Proverbs 16:23 says,
-
"A wise person's thoughts control his
-
words,
-
and his speech promotes instruction."
-
Turn it around. A foolish person's
-
thoughts can't control his words, and
-
his speech promotes destruction.
-
I don't know about you, but I don't want
-
to fall in that category being foolish.
-
I want to be wise. Wise with my words.
-
If we control our thoughts, we will be
-
able to control our words. But it all
-
starts
-
with our thoughts.
-
Boy, it's quiet in this. Are y'all
-
thinking?
-
I think you're thinking. So, how we
-
think and what we think matters. In
-
Proverbs 23, Solomon made this
-
statement. As a man thinks in his heart,
-
so is he.
-
If you think
-
negatively, defeated mentality, you will
-
never rise above that.
-
I'll say that again. Our our thinking,
-
our mentality, if it's a defeated
-
mentality, will never rise above it. You
-
have to change your thinking because we
-
are what we think.
-
I was born again when I was four, raised
-
in a pastor's home. But it wasn't until
-
I was 18 years old, going to a Bible
-
school in Texas, that someone handed me
-
a book called Right and Wrong Thinking.
-
I never knew there was a right way to
-
think and a wrong way to think and that
-
the mind is the battleground. That's
-
where the fight takes place. Think about
-
it. We can't read each other's minds. We
-
don't know what's going on in someone
-
else's mind. No one knows what's going
-
on in your mind. No one knows the
-
thoughts. The thoughts may be going off
-
like machine gun bullets. There might be
-
a battle that's raging in your mind, but
-
no one else can hear it
-
and no one else knows it. It's called
-
the silent battle.
-
We're living in a day where there's such
-
an attack on people's minds.
-
It's a demonic attack. It doesn't come
-
from God. It's a demonic attack on
-
people's minds, but it's a silent
-
battle.
-
Suicide rate is at an all-time high for
-
all ages. And so, I Googled and got some
-
information. It says an estimated
-
740,000
-
people die by suicide
-
globally each year, which is roughly one
-
death every 43 seconds. Globally, we're
-
talking around the world. Is that crazy?
-
Every 43 seconds. How many seconds have
-
we been in here? We've been in here
-
about an hour.
-
I don't know how many seconds. I can't
-
do that really that fast in my mind. I
-
can't talk and think at the same time.
-
[laughter]
-
That's a lot of That's a lot of people
-
dying every 40 every 43 seconds. Suicide
-
is the leading cause of death for teens
-
and young adults around the world.
-
In 2024,
-
I found some statistics just because the
-
2025 statistics have not been calculated
-
yet. So, they're still just posting
-
2024. Just here in the US, approximately
-
2.2 Two million adults
-
reported suicide attempts.
-
12.8 million adults seriously thought
-
about suicide
-
and 3.7 million adults made suicide
-
plans but never followed through.
-
And those statistics are based on those
-
that actually reported,
-
probably went for help, actually. And
-
can you even imagine the millions that
-
never told anyone fighting the silent
-
battle?
-
These are unacceptable numbers, folks.
-
And we can't ignore what's happening in
-
people's minds. Maybe in your mind.
-
There's help for you. There's help for
-
you. We need to wake up and and be aware
-
of what's happening. It begins as a
-
single thought
-
that can eventually turn into a thoughts
-
of complete hopelessness.
-
He is our hope. There is an answer.
-
Jesus is our hope. God is our hope.
-
We're living in a day where bad people
-
are using the internet
-
as a way to blackmail good people and
-
literally extort thousands of dollars.
-
Cyber security reports say that 1.3
-
mobile users
-
phone
-
one in three mobile users have been
-
targeted by some kind of online scam.
-
Probably many of you under the sound of
-
my voice could say, "Yep, I was
-
targeted."
-
And it says suicides, this report says
-
suicides are up as a result of online
-
black males.
-
Pastor Mark and I personally know
-
someone that this happened to few years
-
back. We knew him well. He was 32 years
-
old. He was the life of the party.
-
Funniest guy you could ever be around.
-
But he got blackmailed
-
through an online scam
-
and he didn't tell anyone.
-
No one ever knew, not even his best
-
friend. He didn't tell anyone. And for
-
months and months and months he was
-
getting extorted for money.
-
They were blackmailing him. And he the
-
thought came to him and kept coming to
-
him. If you tell somebody no one's going
-
to believe you,
-
you'll never get out of this. And that
-
one thought consumed him until he took
-
his own life.
-
The biggest shock, biggest shock. When
-
we got the call,
-
no one knew. He No one knew. No one knew
-
what he was fighting mentally. the
-
thoughts that were bombarding his head,
-
being blackmailed by an online scam.
-
He's not the only one. When this
-
happened,
-
I started researching stuff. I started
-
talking to people and this is very, very
-
common,
-
much more common than I would even want
-
to think about or talk about. But there
-
are bad people out there and they're
-
doing scams, blackmailing people through
-
the internet. Parents, wake up.
-
Parents know what your children are
-
looking at on their device. When I was a
-
kid, we didn't they weren't even
-
invented.
-
But today, every kid has a phone. Every
-
kid has access. Hey, if you want to give
-
them a phone, but don't give them
-
internet.
-
They can use whatever, but watch. Put
-
blocks on their phones. Don't think,
-
well, my child would never do that.
-
Excuse me. There are people out there
-
looking for innocent people to
-
blackmail.
-
>> I'm telling you, let this be a word to
-
the wise. Don't be
-
ignorant.
-
We have to understand that every thought
-
that we think does not necessarily
-
originate with us.
-
You know, we have natural thoughts.
-
Natural thoughts based on our natural s
-
senses. What we see, what we hear, what
-
we feel. Some of you stomachs may be
-
growling about now. And the thought hits
-
you, I wish you'd hurry up so I can go
-
eat lunch.
-
I'm sure no one would ever think that.
-
But we have these natural thoughts. But
-
then there are thoughts that come into
-
our minds from the evil one, from Satan
-
himself. These thoughts are contrary to
-
what God's word says. You're like, "How
-
do you recognize it?" If it's not lines
-
up with the Bible, don't believe it.
-
It's from the pit of hell. That's where
-
those thoughts come from. Thoughts like,
-
"I'm a loser.
-
I'm dumb. I'm stupid. I've messed up too
-
bad. I'll never amount to anything."
-
Those are lies of the devil. Lies of the
-
devil. And the Bible says Satan is the
-
father of all lies. He cannot tell the
-
truth. So if a thought comes to you like
-
that, do not dwell on it. It's a lie.
-
It's a lie. And we're told what to do
-
with these thoughts. But then there are
-
thoughts that God gives us. God lives on
-
the inside of us. And that thought will
-
come up from the inside where he lives.
-
He lives. He dwells on the inside. And
-
his spirit will from our spirit, it'll
-
go to our minds. thoughts like, "I can
-
do all things through Christ.
-
>> I'm a I'm going over, not going under. I
-
will not be defeated because Jesus did
-
it for me. I walk in victory in every
-
situation. I'm more than a conqueror."
-
Those thoughts are the thoughts that we
-
have to replace the other thoughts with.
-
We have to be able to distinguish the
-
source of our thoughts. And
-
>> that's only going to come by spending
-
time in prayer and in the word to know
-
his thoughts. In Isaiah 55, God said,
-
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
-
neither are your ways my ways. For as
-
the heavens are higher than the earth,
-
so are my ways higher than your ways,
-
and my thoughts than your thoughts." We
-
can read that and think, well, what's
-
the use? His ways and his thoughts are
-
totally higher than mine and whatever.
-
No. What he's trying to tell us is first
-
of all, God has thoughts. Have you ever
-
thought, have you ever thought about the
-
thought that God has thoughts? He
-
actually thinks. God thinks. Says in
-
Jeremiah 29, God says, "For I know the
-
thoughts that I think toward you,
-
sayeth the Lord, thoughts
-
[clears throat] of peace and not of
-
evil." If it's an evil thought, it's not
-
coming from God. If it's a if it's a bad
-
thought, it's not coming from God.
-
Thoughts of if it brings you anxiety,
-
it's not coming from God.
-
Thoughts of peace and not of evil to
-
give you future and to give you hope.
-
Hope.
-
And then secondly,
-
God's trying to get across to us that
-
his thoughts are much different than our
-
thoughts. But in 1 Corinthians 2:16, we
-
are told we have the mind of Christ.
-
We have you have the mind of Christ.
-
Really? Yes. When you are born again,
-
you're able to tap into his mind, but
-
your mind becomes renewed. You have to
-
change the way you're thinking. Change
-
the way you change the way you're
-
thinking, then you'll change the way
-
you're talking.
-
>> Philippians 2:5 says, "Let this mind be
-
in you which also is in Christ Jesus. We
-
have within us. You have within you the
-
capability to think like Jesus. But we
-
have to let his mind. It's a choice.
-
>> There's an understood subject. It says,
-
"Let this mind be in you." Who's he
-
talking to? He's saying you, you let
-
this mind. I can't do it for you. If I
-
could, I would. But I can't. You let
-
this mind be in you which was also in
-
Christ Jesus. We have you have the mind
-
of Christ. You have the capability of
-
thinking like his he thinks of thinking
-
his thoughts.
-
We have to do something though in order
-
for this to happen. In Romans 12, it
-
says, "Don't copy the behavior and
-
customs of this world, but let God
-
transform you into a new person by
-
changing the way you think. Then you
-
will learn to know God's will for you,
-
which is good and pleasing and perfect."
-
You see, it doesn't say anything about
-
God's will being bad and evil. No, God's
-
will for you is good and pleasing and
-
perfect. God will change us,
-
but we have to change the way we think.
-
He made us free moral agents. He's not
-
going to make it. We're not robots. He's
-
not going to make us think certain
-
things. He leaves it up to us. He leaves
-
the blessing and cursing. Have I said
-
before you death and life, choose life,
-
choose blessing. He tells us what to
-
choose. But we have to make that choice.
-
And he says it's it's
-
not to we're not to copy the behavior
-
and customs of the world by thinking
-
like the world. You know the thought
-
comes it's flu season. I get it every
-
year. So I might as well get ready.
-
That's how the world thinks.
-
>> Do not think that way. do not think
-
those thoughts or we have to replace
-
that wrong thinking with God's thoughts
-
and we find out what his thoughts are
-
and how he thinks in the world. So in
-
Philippians we're told what to think. He
-
says fix your thoughts. Focus. Focus.
-
Focus. Seems like so many people can't
-
focus anymore. Focus.
-
Focus on what? Focus on what is true.
-
what is honorable, right, pure, lovely,
-
and brings peace and admirable. Think
-
about these things that are excellent
-
and worthy of praise. He tells us,
-
"Well, I don't know. I just don't know
-
what to think." Yes, he tells us what to
-
think.
-
If it's not true, don't think about it.
-
>> If it's not honorable, don't think about
-
it.
-
>> If it's not right, don't think about it.
-
If it doesn't bring peace, don't think
-
about it. And if it's not pure, don't
-
focus on it.
-
>> It's your choice. Well, the devil made
-
me do it. No, you made the choice.
-
>> You can't blame it on anybody but
-
yourself.
-
>> We take control of our thoughts. We'll
-
take control of our words.
-
>> We must control our thoughts. And the
-
good news is we can. Don't believe the
-
lie. It might say, "Oh, you know, you
-
you're your brain just never stops, you
-
know." No, you have the mind of Christ.
-
You have the mind of Christ. You can
-
think God thoughts. You just have to do
-
it.
-
And it's so important that we do. There
-
is a progression to thoughts. A thought
-
comes,
-
we think about it, we think about it,
-
and we think about it until we actually
-
see it.
-
The Bible calls that an imagination.
-
Then we begin to believe that thought
-
and we believe it. And the more we
-
believe it, we'll eventually start
-
talking about it. It will come out of
-
your mouth because you talk about what
-
you believe. And when we begin talking
-
about it, we get what we say not just
-
positively but negatively.
-
>> And it all goes back to that original
-
thought to that original thought that
-
came and we didn't do anything about.
-
Well, what am I supposed to do? Well,
-
we're told what to do. When a thought
-
comes from Satan and it's become
-
imagination, in other words, you can see
-
it coming to pass. It's a bad thought,
-
but you've thought about it so many
-
times, you can actually see it coming to
-
pass. He tells us in 2 Corinthians what
-
to do. He said, "For the weapons of our
-
warfare," we are in a spiritual war.
-
>> A spiritual, not a natural war. We're in
-
a spiritual war. When the battleground
-
is the mind, that's where the fight is
-
going to take place. It's in the mind.
-
It's that silent battle.
-
He tells us, he said, "For the weapons
-
of our warfare are not carnal, but
-
mighty in God for pulling down
-
strongholds or pulling down those
-
imaginations in our mind and casting
-
down imaginations, wrong thoughts.
-
>> Do something about it."
-
>> Like, I just can't get rid of this all.
-
Yes, you can. Yes, you can. casting down
-
wrong thoughts and every high thing that
-
exalts itself against the knowledge of
-
God and bringing into captivity every
-
thought to the obedience of God.
-
>> If that thought exalts itself against
-
God,
-
cast it down.
-
>> Reel it in. I was reading this and
-
meditating on this last night and I was
-
like, you reel in a fish and sometimes
-
it's a fight because that fish is I've
-
never caught one that big. I catch more
-
like minnows.
-
Yes. Or sardines. But I've seen I've
-
seen videos of people that are out there
-
catching these huge fish and it's
-
it might be a fight, but we know how it
-
ends. It ends with us winning.
-
He said, "Just do something. Cast those
-
thoughts down. Reel them in." No, you
-
don't. Or maybe I should say reel them
-
out. You don't want to keep those
-
thoughts. Get rid of them. Delete them.
-
Push the delete button.
-
>> Mentally, push the delete button. Stop
-
thinking those thoughts. You can do
-
that.
-
>> We take control of our thoughts. We
-
replace that wrong thought with a
-
thought from God.
-
that we let his thought become our
-
imagination. What we begin to see, we
-
see ourselves healed. We see ourselves
-
blessed. We see ourselves having all of
-
our needs met. We see ourselves walking
-
in victory in every situation. We see
-
ourselves victorious.
-
It all begins with a thought.
-
Dad Hagen used to say this, "Thoughts
-
may come and thoughts may persist,
-
but thoughts left unspoken
-
will die unborn."
-
>> I say it again. Thoughts may come and
-
thoughts will come and thoughts may
-
persist. It's like, oh, just it's like
-
it just won't leave my head. But
-
thoughts left unspoken
-
will die unborn.
-
That's why it's so important that you
-
realize the connection between what we
-
think will eventually be what we say and
-
we will have what we say. Don't speak
-
those thoughts. Let them die unborn.
-
They take a life on them, a life onto
-
themselves once they come out of our
-
mouth. It's like a runaway freight
-
train. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. You
-
can stop it.
-
>> The thought may come. The thought may
-
come, but do something about it.
-
>> Take that thought, get rid of it, delete
-
it, and then replace it
-
>> with a thought of what God is saying
-
about your situation. The devil plants a
-
thought in your mind. You're going to
-
die young.
-
You play so dirty. You're going to die
-
young. You're not going to live out your
-
life. Replace that thought. That's not
-
from God. Obviously replace that thought
-
with what he says with long life. With
-
long life you'll satisfy me and show me
-
your salvation.
-
>> Woohoo.
-
>> And say that out of your mouth.
-
>> A symptom hits your body and the first
-
thought is one of fear.
-
>> Get on top of it fast.
-
>> Say out of your mouth, "You haven't
-
given me a spirit of fear, but of power,
-
love, and sound mind. I've been set free
-
from fear. delivered from fear. I will
-
not have fear anywhere near me. Fear
-
cannot attach itself. No, no, no, no,
-
no. Stop that thought. Stop that
-
thought. Open your mouth and say what
-
God says.
-
>> Say what God says. The enemy
-
comes to you and says, "Economy is not
-
looking so hot. It keeps everything
-
keeps going up. Keeps going up." That's
-
the thought that comes to you and I
-
don't know if I'm going to be make it
-
I'm going to be able to make it with my
-
income.
-
But let me tell you something to focus
-
on.
-
If God can take care of the birds of the
-
air,
-
>> go read in Matthew. If God can take care
-
of the birds of the air, and he can feed
-
the children of Israel coming across the
-
desert twice a day with mana from
-
heaven.
-
And he used dirty ravens to feed the
-
prophety Elijah.
-
If he can do all that, that's just what
-
he does. Don't you think he can take
-
care of you? It doesn't matter how
-
Actually, our gasoline right now is
-
probably the lowest in the country. I
-
talked to someone in California this
-
last week and she said, "Our gasoline is
-
up close to $5 a gallon.
-
It doesn't matter. God is our source.
-
God is our source. God is your source.
-
Make sure you're dwelling. My God shall
-
supply all of my need according to his
-
riches in glory, not my paycheck.
-
>> Don't get locked into that thinking that
-
I live on an limited budget because of
-
my paycheck. Who says,
-
>> "Where'd that thought come from?" Huh?
-
>> Came from the pit of hell. It's a lie.
-
It's a lie. It came from Satan, the
-
father of lies. Don't believe it. Don't
-
dwell on it. Don't think about it. But
-
replace that thought. You see, get rid
-
of the thought. Delete it. No, I'm not
-
going to do that. But replace that
-
thought with what God says.
-
>> He said he'd meet all your needs. And if
-
he's done it all through the time, all
-
through time, why would he change now?
-
>> It's just what he does.
-
You know, my husband, I I sometimes I
-
break things or can't figure out things.
-
Like I opened the cabinet door in the
-
kitchen the other day and the the whole
-
knob came off in my hand and I'm like,
-
"What?" [laughter]
-
And I went, "Honey, honey." The knob
-
fell off. Just I don't even know how. I
-
just pulled on it. You know what I did
-
with it? I laid it on the counter. I
-
said, "I'm not even I don't know how to
-
fix things. I know how things break, but
-
I don't know how to fix things." But
-
that's what he does. That's what he
-
does. It's just what he does. He's had
-
lots of experience in 46 years. He can
-
fix anything. It's the most amazing
-
thing
-
because it's just what he does. Our
-
father God is the same.
-
It's just what he does. He takes care of
-
us. He leads us. He guides us. He loves
-
us because he is good.
-
He is good.
-
You are good. Your mercy endures
-
forever. You are good.
-
You are good.
-
You You are good and your mercy
-
endures forever. Don't forget that he's
-
good. He's good. He's a good God. He and
-
the devil never change places.
-
God doesn't use the devil to do his
-
dirty business. I don't care what you've
-
heard in church. That's not the truth.
-
>> I'll say it again. God does not use the
-
devil to do his dirty business.
-
The thief comes to steal,
-
>> to kill, and destroy. Look it up
-
yourself. John 10:10. Look it up. The
-
thief comes to steal. If it steals from
-
you, it's not God.
-
>> It's the devil. It's the thief. Who's
-
the thief? Satan. The thief comes to
-
steal. To kill.
-
People go, "Why did God kill?" God
-
didn't kill that person.
-
>> The thief killed that person.
-
>> Steals. Kill and destroy. That's the job
-
description of Satan.
-
But Jesus said, "I am come that you
-
might have life and have it more
-
abundantly."
-
Life, death,
-
blessing,
-
cursing.
-
Choose.
-
It begins as a thought. It begins as a
-
thought. Catch it. Make sure that
-
thought lines up with what God has said,
-
which means spend extra time in his word
-
finding out what his thoughts are. Find
-
out how he thinks. And then he tells us
-
what to think. Think on those things
-
that are pure, lovely, good report.
-
Bring peace. Don't dwell on things that
-
steal your peace.
-
It opens the door to anxiety. Anxiety is
-
a result of a lack of peace. But God has
-
an answer for that. He is the prince of
-
peace. He is the prince of peace.
-
Let the prince of peace saturate you
-
with his peace. His peace.
-
Thinking his thoughts and then speaking
-
his words. Our words become his words.
-
His words become our words. But it all
-
begins with a thought. Stand to your
-
feet.
-
>> [clears throat]
-
>> If you're in this house, you're under
-
under the sound of my voice or even
-
watching streaming.
-
And as I was talking about the silent
-
battle
-
within yourself, you were saying,
-
"That's me.
-
I've got a silent battle going on.
-
I haven't told anyone."
-
But it began as a thought and now that
-
thought is like gripping you. It plays
-
over and over and over and over in your
-
mind to the point that [music] it's
-
trying to become, if it hasn't already,
-
an imagination.
-
where you can see it actually happening.
-
You don't have to leave here like that.
-
You don't have to leave with that your
-
thoughts in your mind raging, raging,
-
raging.
-
God wants you free.
-
God wants you free. God wants you free.
-
God wants you free. And the best part of
-
is you [music] can be free. You don't
-
have to go through life with these mind
-
attacks, with anxiety and fear and all
-
these thoughts hitting your mind that
-
you you don't even want to verbalize it
-
to anyone. But there are thoughts there
-
that you're fighting a silent battle.
-
I know that I know that there are people
-
here that have been fighting a silent
-
battle
-
just dealing with thoughts maybe about
-
the future, maybe about the past, maybe
-
about the current situation. I don't
-
know. And I'm not going to even try to
-
guess. But I want to minister to you. I
-
want to minister to you. I can help you
-
by the anointing of God.
-
But then you'll have to do everything
-
that I said today. You'll have to change
-
the way you think. And when that thought
-
comes, if it tries to come back, you're
-
going to have to
-
delete it.
-
But if that's you, I want you to come
-
down here right now. No one is going to
-
be passing any kind of judgment. It's
-
people that we need help. And the the
-
[music] attacks on our mind are crazy.
-
Way too many. And [music] so we're, you
-
know what we're doing? We're calling his
-
bluff. It's like this. That silent
-
battle [music] is like being in a very
-
dark, this is what really came to me.
-
That silent battle is by is like being
-
in a very dark room.
-
A very dark place. And it is a dark
-
place because it's from the pit of hell.
-
It's a dark place.
-
But you know the [music] funny thing,
-
not haha funny, but the interesting
-
thing is when you walk into a dark room
-
and you flip the switch and the light
-
comes on, the darkness has to go.
-
And I knew that I knew that there were
-
people and there's probably more of you
-
that you're too you're [music] too
-
whatever to come up, but if you want
-
help, you best come down because God had
-
me go this direction [music] for you.
-
But but when the light shines, the
-
darkness leaves,
-
it's amazing. Every time
-
you flip that switch,
-
the darkness [music] leaves. And I
-
believe today what I have delivered has
-
been a word where the light is shining
-
and that darkness has to go. It can no
-
longer harass you. It can no longer
-
bother you. The battle is over. The
-
battle is over. The battle is over. But
-
it is your choice. Your choice. The fact
-
that you came forward says to me, I'm
-
making a choice. [music] I'm done with
-
the silent battle. Go public. Don't be
-
silent anymore. Get help. And the
-
anointing of God is in this house right
-
now to help you, to set you free. And
-
then as you leave, you know what to do
-
to stay free. The devil has no part of
-
you. If you're born again, God lives in
-
you. How dare How dare [music] the devil
-
try to influence you, try to [music]
-
play with your mind, try to put these
-
thoughts into you. How dare the devil?
-
He is He is such a defeated [music] foe.
-
He's under our feet, the Bible says. And
-
there are times you need to just keep
-
them there. You have authority.
-
You have authority. Say, I have
-
authority in Jesus name.
-
You have authority in Jesus name.
-
[music]
-
But you have to exercise that authority.
-
I can't do it for you. When you go home,
-
I'm telling you, he'll try to put a
-
thought in there. That's the way he
-
does. [music] I'm just telling you
-
what's going to happen. But when that
-
happens, you need to say out of your
-
mouth, "Nope. Nope. Nope. I have the
-
mind of Christ. I have the peace of God
-
reigning and ruling in my mind. I only
-
think God thoughts. [music]
-
Say it out loud. Sometimes he's hard of
-
hearing. Yell it if you need to.
-
>> Put your foot down. Say, "No, you don't.
-
[music]
-
No, you don't. No, you don't.
-
>> No, you don't. I'm done. I'm done with
-
this." Cast down
-
those thoughts. Cast down those
-
thoughts. They exalt themselves against
-
the knowledge of God. In other words, if
-
it's contrary to what God says about
-
himself, [music]
-
the thought will come, God's mad at me.
-
I messed up too bad. Those thoughts will
-
come. But they're lies. Because you know
-
God isn't mad at you. His goodness.
-
God is [music] good.
-
He's so good.
-
He
-
is good
-
and his mercy
-
lasts forever. He [singing] is good. Say
-
it [music] with me. He is good. He's
-
good. You're good. You are. You are
-
good. [singing]
-
Your mercy is forever. You are good.
-
[singing]
-
>> You are [music]
-
good.
-
>> You're good. You're good. You're good.
-
>> You are good.
-
>> You are good. [singing] You are good.
-
You're good. You're good. [music]
-
>> Come on. Just keep
-
>> I know there's some more of you out
-
there. You're gripping [music] the back
-
of your seat. Don't let the devil win.
-
He doesn't want you to come down here.
-
[music] Don't let the devil win. Get
-
down here. Get free today.
-
>> Shine the light. Shine the light. Shine
-
the light on that darkness, on that
-
silent battle. Get rid of it. Go public
-
and let Jesus Jesus his anointing that
-
destroys the yoke. His anointing that
-
breaks the power. Let his anointing come
-
on you and saturate you. You are good.
-
You are good. You [music] are good. You
-
are good. [singing] You are.
-
[music]
-
>> You're good. You're good. You [singing]
-
are good.
-
[singing]
-
[music] You're good.
-
You are good.
-
[music and singing] Your mercy is
-
forever.
-
You are good. [singing]
-
[music]
-
You are good. You're good. You're good.
-
You are good in the name of [music] In
-
the name. [singing]
-
In the name. In the name of Jesus. I
-
take authority. I take authority. Ha ha.
-
Be free. Be free in the name. In the
-
name. In the name. Free. Free. Free.
-
[music] Free. Ha. Haha. [crying] Devil.
-
You're a liar. You're a liar. Thank you,
-
Lord Jesus.
-
Ha. Hallelujah.
-
Hallelujah. [music] Yes. Yeah. Yeah.
-
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Be honest
-
[music]
-
word. Speak it out of your mouth. Speak
-
it forward out of this mouth.
-
No more. No more. No more. No more. No
-
[music] more. No more. No more.
-
Free life. Free life. [music] Free. Free
-
life.
-
[singing]
-
Oh.
-
>> [music]
-
>> In the name Jesus
-
[singing] in the name in the name.
-
[music]
-
No more. No more. No more. [singing] No
-
more.
-
We stand tonight. [music]
-
[singing]
-
[music]
-
>> Hallelujah.
-
No. No more. No more. No more. [music]
-
No more. No more. [singing] No more. No
-
more. So we're free. Free free.
-
Aha. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. Yes.
-
[singing] Yes. [music] Yes. Free. Free.
-
Free. No more. No more. No more. No
-
more. No more. No more. I'll take a 40.
-
Take a 40. I take a 40. [music] I take a
-
40. Free. Free. No more. No more. No
-
more.
-
[music]
-
Hallelujah.
-
Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Free. Freeh.
-
[music]
-
Say, I'm free. I'm free. No more. No
-
more. No more battles. No more battles.
-
[music]
-
I have the mind of Christ. I have the
-
mind of Christ. Woo.
-
Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
-
Hallelujah. Woo. It's done. It's done.
-
It's done. [music]
-
It's done. You see? It's done.
-
It's done. No more. No more silence.
-
[music]
-
[singing]
-
>> Are you feeling the Holy Ghost? [music]
-
When those thoughts try to come back and
-
you feel that [singing] trying to come
-
on you
-
[music]
-
[singing]
-
are [music] good.
-
You are [singing] good.
-
Your mercy is forever.
-
[music] You are good. [singing]
-
You are good [music]
-
once and for all. No more. The light is
-
shining. The darkness has [music]
-
to go. Has to go. Has to go. You
-
[music and singing] are good. Ah, thank
-
you Lord. Thank you Lord. Say I
-
pray. Are you filled with the Holy Ghost
-
[music and singing]
-
and you feel [music]
-
in the Holy Ghost
-
the devil? No matter [music]
-
the spirit of God you're filled with the
-
Holy Ghost.
-
[music]

-
In the name. No more. No more mind. You
-
are [singing] good. No more.
-
[music]
-
You
-
are good. You'll only believe
-
[music and singing]
-
what you have said about us. You have a
-
child of God. your thing [music] in your
-
image. We've been created for a purpose
-
and we will fulfill your purpose [music]
-
on you. He will fulfill your purpose. He
-
will
-
purpose you [music]

liar. We know. We believe. Your kindness
-
[singing and music]
-
is forever. Father, your goodness is
-
forever. The truth of what you created
-
[singing] to be to do. [music]
-
And the call of God to obey. Obey.
-
[singing] Obey. No more. No more. It's
-
over. It's over. [music] No more. No
-
more. No more. It's over. It's over.
-
It's over. It's over.
-
>> [music]

>> It's over. [singing]
-
>> It's over.
-
>> It's over. [music] Yeah.
-
>> Your kindness [singing]
-
is forever.
-
Your goodness [music]
-
is forever.
-
Your mercy [singing]
-

You [singing] are good.
-
You [music] are good.
-
You are good.
-
Your [music and singing] mercies

are [music]
-
good.
-
You are good.
-
>> You are [music] good.
-
Your mercy is
-
you [singing]
-
are [music] good.
-
So [singing]
-
good.
-
You're good. [music]
-
Your mercy is forever.
-
You
-
are [singing]
-
good. [music]
-
So good. [singing]
-
You [music] are good.
-
Your mercy [singing] is [music]
-
real.
-
And you see me
-
and you [singing] know me
-
and you [music]
-
love me through and [singing] through.
-
[singing]
-
>> [music]
-
>> And you love [singing] me through
-
your mind.
-
>> You see [singing] me. You see me
-
and you [singing] know me
-
and you me [singing]
-
through and through. [music]
-
Oh, you see me. [singing] You see me.
-
And you know [singing] me
-
and you love [music] me through
-
all. [singing]
-
You [music] see me
-
and you love [singing] me [music]
-
and you love me through [singing]
-
[music] the name. You see you save me
-
and you [singing] love me [music]
-
and you love me
-
[music]
-
only because your kindness.
-
Your kindness is forever.
-
Your [music] goodness is forever.
-
Your mercy is [music] forever.
-
Forever [singing]
-
your kindness is [music]
-
forever.
-
Your goodness is [singing] forever.
-
Your mercy is forever.
-
[music]
-
Hallelujah. Your goodness is forever.
-
Your mercy [singing]
-
is [music]
-
forever.
-
Forever
-
[singing]
-
your kindness [music] is forever.
-
Your goodness is forever.
-
Your mercy [singing]
-
is forever. [music]
-
Don't ever question
-
the goodness of God.
-
A thought comes,
-
delete it.
-
Don't you spend five [music] seconds
-
dwelling on it.
-
What you think
-
is up to you.
-
Make [music] sure that your thoughts
-
are lining up with what God has said
-
about you.
-
And remember, always remember,
-
if it's a lie, it didn't come from God,
-
but the devil is the father of lies.
-
Liar, liar, pants on fire.
-
He can do nothing but lie. [music]
-
There is no truth. There is not one
-
ounce of truth. Well, maybe part of it
-
is true and maybe part of it's lie. No.
-
No. If it came from [music] the devil,
-
there's no truth in it.
-
Take your stand.
-
>> Don't copy the behaviors of the world.
-
Don't [music] think like the world.
-
>> Don't That's the bottom line. Don't
-
think like the world.
-
>> You're not You're in this world. We're
-
in this world, but we are not of this
-
world.
-
We don't [music] think like this world.
-
We don't act like this world, do we?
-
>> Do we?
-
This world has no hold on us. This world
-
[music]
-
>> has no pull on us
-
>> as long as we are walking in what we
-
know and who he is and who he's made us
-
to be. [music] Use your authority.
-
And I'll say it again for those that I
-
minister to. [music]
-
It'll be different.
-
It'll be different. No more dark. No. No
-
more darkness. No more darkness in the
-
mind. The light, the switch [music] has
-
been flipped. The light has shown.
-
But you'll have to use your authority.
-
You didn't give us authority just to h
-
Let's see. Do I want to use my authority
-
today or do I want to just enjoy [music]
-
being sick?
-
Use your authority. Use your authority.
-
Use your authority. think his thoughts
-
and then the words that come out of your
-
mouth will be lined up with what he says
-
about your situation. [music]
-
Don't allow the devil to set traps for
-
you. Don't fall into [music] the traps.
-
They're traps. And you know, a trap is
-
not made to be able to get free from.
-
Don't get in those traps. But the good
-
news is
-
Jesus came to set us free. [music]
-
He'll set you free if you get into that
-
trap. But then you have to make a
-
change. You continually get in that trap
-
through your words. At some point, you
-
just need to make up your mind. Okay,
-
I'm going to quit this. I'm going with
-
what God says about me. Period.
-
>> Period.
-
I love you.
-
I love [music] you dearly.
-
I don't like the devil [music] harassing
-
any of my sheep.
-
Makes me mad.
-
And you don't want me to get mad.
-
I actually don't really have a mad side
-
because my mama start say she beat into
-
me to be glad she didn't beat me. Well,
-
[music] she's baiting me, but she didn't
-
beat me.
-
But but it makes me angry to know that
-
the devil is harassing [music]
-
some of you. So, I encourage you. I
-
encourage you, use your authority. I
-
can't be with you 247.
-
I don't need to be with you 247. Use
-
your authority. Symptoms try to hit your
-
body. [music]
-
Use your authority. Don't wait and see.
-
I wonder what this is going to turn
-
into. What? It gets a stronghold and
-
then you got a major battle on your
-
hands. [music]
-
Stay on top of it. Stay on top of it
-
with the word. By Jesus stripes I was
-
healed. [music] No. No. No. No. No. No
-
weapon formed against me is going to
-
prosper. Attack. He may try to attack,
-
[music] but it doesn't have to attach.
-
I'll say it again. He may try to attack,
-
but it doesn't have to attach. That
-
[music] is our choice.
-
>> So, walk sickness free in the power of
-
God. [music] Healed. Healed from the top
-
of your head to the soles of your feet.
-
Even in the middle of flu season.
-
[music]
-
Yes. Especially
-
now. I love you.
-
>> [music]
-
>> Yeah. Let's just give him thanks one
-
more time. Come on everybody. Let's just
-
thank him. Thank you Lord.
-
>> Thank you Jesus. [music]
-
>> Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord. Thank
-
you Lord.
-
Hallelujah.
