Hallelujah. Glory to God. Praise God.

Well, let's um let's open our Bibles to

uh if you have a Bible with you, that's

a good start. If you don't, I just

recommend you get one to bring with you

next time.

>> Then this ought to be be our most prized

possession,

>> the Bible. Now, I know it's different

today. You know, when I got started, I I

tried a King James and I couldn't

understand it. So, somebody gave me a

living Bible. started making more sense.

And now here we are hundred years down

the road and I've got a iPad and a a

watch and a and I I've got Bibles

everywhere and I appreciate all of them.

Everywhere I turn, I got a Bible

somewhere because that is that is the

key to all of our answers.

>> Somebody said, "I thought it was the

Holy Ghost." It takes the Holy Ghost to

teach that to us. Yeah.

>> You know, I remember when I first began

to read the Bible, and I remember when

the spirit of God began to quicken

things to me, began to teach me things

that I'd read before, but didn't get

them. But I can remember I I read over

Philip in Philippians chapter 4:1 19

that I was I was broke. Didn't have any

money. My I was my job wasn't working

out well. I was in real estate at the

time and there was no real to it. Um

not making any money. Things weren't

going good. I said, "God, I just got to

have some answers here. You know, I'm

I'm a I'm newly walking with God. Hadn't

been very long. I'd left college. Just I

thought I've got to get away from where

I'm at if I plan to walk with God

because it's not going well. And uh you

know, I just got back in the presence of

God. And but but just fl just broke. And

I remember saying, God, I got to have

some answers here. I fasted and I prayed

and I prayed some more and fasted some

more. I fasted. I that didn't do

anything for me. But you know, finally I

opened my Bible.

If I had started there, I'd have saved

myself, you know, number of weeks of

grief and torment. But anyway, but I'm

Philippians chapter 4:1 19. I just did

one of these deals, you know,

charismatic deals. Open, close your eyes

and see where it opens to. I'm I'm just

grateful I didn't it didn't fall open

to, you know, Leviticus and [laughter]

animal sacrifices and

it fell open. Just the mercy of God. You

you know, we're going to talk this

morning about angels. We were there

recently. We're going to pick back up

there about the ministry of angels.

Well, I believe in it because I saw a

few things happen. I didn't have

anything to do with any of that, but my

Bible fell open to Philippians in the

fourth chapter. I thought, well, that's

as good as anything. And I began to read

that and I got to Philippians 4:19 says,

Philippians 4:19

"And my God

>> shall supply all your need according to

his riches and glory, not according to

how bad it is, not according to the

economy, not according to my job. My God

shall supply all your need according to

his His riches and glory. And his riches

and glory are really good.

>> He's got a vault. He's got a safe up

there. It's bigger than anything we've

ever seen. He will supply all your need.

I didn't know that. Nobody ever told me

that. I just read that. I read it and

out loud said, "I wish I could believe

that."

Closed the book, got in my car, went out

driving around looking for listings.

Just I thought that's just it. But you

know, that verse wouldn't leave me

alone. And since it wouldn't leave me

alone, I stayed with it

>> day after day after day. I I didn't

intentionally just sit down and read it.

It just kept coming back up.

>> And within a couple weeks time, all of a

sudden, it's just like somebody dropped

it on the inside of me. I couldn't tell

you how. I couldn't tell. I don't I

didn't know anything about it. Clueless

as you could get, but it dropped down on

the inside of me. And I thought, all I

know is my God supplies all my need

according to his riches and glory by

Christ Jesus. My job doesn't, my

employment doesn't. the real estate

market doesn't my God supplies all my

need and I don't know how he's going to

do this but he's going to do it that was

in roughly 1970

early 1974 I believe it was and you know

I have never seen God never seen the

righteous forsaken

>> or a seed begging bread

>> I've been watching God do it ever since

he has never let me down let us down

will let us down but it all started out

with just finding something in the

Bible. So anyway, that's not the

message. That's just extra. So anyway,

I'm going to come back around here for a

little bit uh this morning and uh on uh

the ministry of angels. Just got kind of

stirred on that a few weeks back and we

ministered on one Sunday and and I

thought we finished up and and really we

just kind of got to the beginning. In

fact, if we had the time to get into

this, we could spend the next month just

on this subject alone. in uh in really

since really since about 1974

roughly about that time when I began to

find some things out about the presence

of God didn't know much but I began to

just have some encounters with the Holy

Ghost nu numerous unusual things

very some of them very unusual things

and uh you know I just got hungry for

the things of God and all of a sudden I

I had a knowledge I didn't know anything

about angels they didn't talk about that

in the church I grew up

Well, if they did, I didn't hear it.

Probably was sleeping through it. I

don't know. But anyway, um they're

talking, you know, I just suddenly this

this the the the truth about the subject

of the ministry of angels came on the

inside of me. And since that time, since

really 1974 until now, that's a couple

years. Had a lot of encounters. I've had

some individually. Pastor Janet and I

have had numerous encounters in, you

know, not only here in the States, but

uh in the other nations of the world.

We've had some some great uh great, like

I said, encounters with the Holy Ghost

uh and with with angels say, "Do you see

them all the time?" No, I don't know if

I've ever seen one. Well, you know,

maybe maybe one sometimes you've got

angels unaware. Sometimes you're

encountering some people that really

they they are an angel doing a job

there. I've had a couple things like

that. But as a general rule, there's

just a knowing or a hearing on the

inside. There's it's it's not the Holy

Ghost. It's it's angels bringing

something. And I want to just spend a

little more time on that this morning. I

don't know. We may spend more in the

days to come. But um I've just got a

stirring that where we're headed in the

the church world that in the days to

come, we need to um be well aware of the

help we have and make sure we're doing

something about it. You know, I mean, a

lot of us, I know, we've gone through

life going, "Well, I don't know. An

angel's never helped me. If they've ever

done anything for me, I don't know about

it." Well, have you ever done anything

to activate them?

>> You know, if you went out and sat in

your car and said, "I don't know why

this crazy thing just won't run."

>> Did you do anything to start it?

>> Well, why should I have to start it? It

sits there in the driveway. Well,

sometimes with angels, it's like, okay,

they're there, but am I doing anything

to get them working in my life? Well,

why should I have to do anything? I

don't know. I didn't write the book, but

that's just the way it works. And if we

learn that um as we go along, have you

have you found what did I say? Uh pro uh

uh Psalm 91st Psalm. Did I say that? I

didn't. I should have.

91st Psalm. I'm not going to read the

whole chapter. Uh 91st Psalm. We could

there's been so many I I I've read over

the years. I've read so many books um

either written about John G. Lake or

written by John G. Lake. Uh some of you

may not even know who that is. That's

fine. Uh I just ran across his writings

years ago now. And uh you know like

Pastor Janet, she feeds on Smith

Wigglesworth. You know, every time every

time she's either reading the Bible or

she's reading Smith Wigglesworth. I like

that. But I'm to me it's like, okay,

that's great, but I'm going to find a

John G. lake book because there's

something in that that I want. He walked

in some things I'm really hungry for.

Okay. And so anyway, but John G. Lake,

he just seemed to know some things. And

in reading his books, I saw some things

really concerning

some of the activity of angels working

on behalf of people that got hold of the

91st Psalm. And I'll just go to verse 10

just for the sake of time where he says

there God says to Israel, he says for uh

he'll give his angels charge over you to

keep you in all your ways. They'll bury

you up in their hands lest you dash your

foot against a stone. He said, "Bottom

line is I've I've given you somebody to

help you." Okay? I've given you someone

to help you. There shall no evil befall

thee, neither shall any plague come n

thy dwelling. For he shall give his

angels charge over thee to keep thee in

all

>> all thy ways. Not just every now and

then, not just in the really bad stuff.

He said he'll give I've given my angels

charge over you to keep you in all your

ways. Whatever ways I'm in, if I'm

trusting God, doing what I know to do,

he's given angelic help. And they're not

the the chubby little things on the

Valentine cards.

Thank God. Okay. If you look over the

103rd Psalm, 20th verse, it said that

they're mighty in strength.

>> They're big. They're big.

>> There's different, you know, I've read

books about some see them as angels, you

know, female angels with flowing robes

and all that. I don't know. Don't know.

Haven't had that happen. I have

questions about that, but that's just my

questions. But if you go back through

there, everything I find in the

scriptures, angels appear to be big um

guys, big men. Okay, that's what it

appears to be. If somebody's going to be

protecting me, I'd really rather have

like a 8- foot, you know, 400 pound guy

than a little lady with flowing robes.

And [laughter]

>> I better keep moving here. I'm going to

get myself in trouble. [laughter]

I heard a yell over there.

But anyway, anyway, going back through,

I'm circling around to get somewhere.

Going back through in John Lakes's

writings, there's the 91st Psalm again

where he said starting verse 10, "No

evil shall befall thee, neither shall

any plague come nigh thy dwelling, for

he shall give his angels charge over

thee to keep thee in all thy ways. They

shall bear thee up in their hands in

their hands." One translation I read

years ago said hands meaning hands like

hands. So these are not just wimpy

little guys. These are big guys. These

are not the ones you see on the pictures

in the European cathedrals. These are

big guys. They bear you up in their

hands lest you dash your foot against a

stone. I've got great protection there.

You've got great protection there.

>> Okay. And if you go back through, Jesus

talked about it in what was I think it

was Matthew's gospel the 18th chapter

around verse 10. He said uh really

talked about how the angel is ever

beholding. said, "Be careful that you

don't offend one of these little ones

because their angel is ever beholding

the face of their father who is in

heaven." So the really at the point of

conception, I'm convinced of at the at

the moment of conception, every

individual has an angel assigned to them

that's ever beholding the face of the

father. My angel's been looking at the

face of the father for a lot of years

now. And he's done a lot of things. and

he's kept me out of a lot of trouble,

bailed me out of a lot of trouble. But

anyway,

going back through there, um,

John G. Lake and some things that he

wrote over the years. I couldn't even

tell you what books it's in, but talked

about some different instances that he

knew of that took place either in his

ministry or uh people that were were a

part of his ministry in another country.

And uh they uh he talked about a group

of um uh really during world war I in

the trenches over in Europe. Uh there

was a group of men that got hold of the

91st Psalm. Just a group of men, company

of men. I have I have no idea how many

there were in this particular instance,

but they got hold of the 91st Psalm.

They began every morning they'd start

their day out together reading the 91st

Psalm. And they went through World War I

in the trenches and no one was killed.

No one was badly injured. And um they

had a miracle. They had miracles

happening all of they went all through

World War I with divine protection. But

they started their days out that way. If

they could do it that way in a war, we

can do it that way in the middle of

where we are today.

>> There's another guy talked about in one

of Lakes's books. The guy was he just

took a stand on the 91st Psalm. No evil

shall befall me. No plague shall come

nigh my dwelling. For he shall give his

angels charge over me to keep me in all

my ways. They'll bear me up in their

hands, lest I dash my foot against a

stone. A thousand will fall at my side,

10,000 at my right hand. But it'll not

come near me. Only with my eyes will I

see and behold the reward of the wicked.

With long life,

>> with long life

>> with long life,

>> I'll squeak by

wander like a beggar through the heat

and the cold. No, with long life, he

will.

>> What's that next word? He will satisfy

me with long life. He will satisfy me.

If it's not satisfying, it's not as good

as it as it should be. With long life,

he'll satisfy me and show me his

salvation. So, I'm going to walk through

with a satisfying life down here until I

get to the end, take my last breath, and

then I step on over into the fullness of

my salvation

>> over on the other side. But there was a

guy that was reading it on a regular

basis. Got hold of the truths of who we

are in Christ. What God has done for us

in Christ, what belongs to us in Christ,

the divine help we have by angelic

ministry in our place in Christ, who we

have watching over us and taking care of

us. There was a guy that was reading all

that and in the middle of uh goodness, I

I couldn't even tell you what war it

was. It's been few years since I've read

this, but [snorts] one of the soldiers

uh got shot. He got shot and the uh the

the uh the bullet went right through

him. Should have should have died on the

spot, but they went to check him out and

they couldn't find the bullet hole. It

had gone all the way through him and

then healed itself up.

>> He got up and finished the war. I mean,

a bullet went right through him. Why? He

had divine angelic help.

>> I don't know about you, I don't I don't

want to put any limits on this thing.

Well, this can't happen and that can't

happen. No. All things are

>> possible to him that believeth. I'm not

not expecting to be shocked, but I'll

tell you what, I believe we have a place

in God. We have a place with angelic um

help,

>> supernatural help. There's so many

directions we could go with this. I'm

I'm I'm kind of weaving around to find

out which which way to start, but um

but that's where he started out. and and

really in in the 91st Psalm, it's where

everything starts out for us. And we if

we'll get that working on the inside of

us, it'll work every everywhere all the

time. Um I I was thinking back through

um so many things. Like I said, we could

we could get on this subject and stay

for weeks and talk about a lot of

different um Bible truths and a lot of

different examples. Um, we had uh

actually Pastor Janet was uh uh I think

it was before we had the church if I

remember right. She was going to uh

Panama City Beach uh to speak at a

ladies conference, gonna fly down there

and uh going to fly down, you know, I

was going to take her to the airport

late morning and uh we had goodness, I

don't know, four or five uh ladies that

were on staff at the time and we had a

excuse me, a excuse me, a you know, a

full-size passenger van

and uh they wanted to know if they could

go. Well, she said, "Sure, they could go

down and go to the meetings and help run

the product table with, you know, the

the books and tapes and all that." And

uh so they got up early in the morning

to leave to drive down there. You know,

it was a long day trip down there. And

they were going to get down there before

she got down on the on the flight. And I

don't know, I had to be about 5:00 in

the morning, 5:30. And I'm not I'm not

by nature an early riser, but I woke up

and I just had a burden to pray. So I

just quietly began to pray. Okay? Didn't

wake my wife up. Just prayed. Just kept

praying. Prayed and prayed and prayed.

Something's I thought something's wrong.

Something's wrong. Something's wrong.

And And you know, I didn't know what it

was. Sometimes you just don't know.

>> Sometimes you just don't know. When we

know not what to pray for, as we ought

the spirit himself helpth us.

>> So sometimes you just don't know what

Well, what if what if I don't know? It

can't be important. No, it might be very

important. It's just not important that

we know what it is.

>> Amen. So anyway,

did some praying and um uh prayed I

don't know maybe I don't know 45 minutes

something like that maybe an hour heck I

don't recall right now but all of a

sudden um you you could you know when

there's a burden to pray you know when

there's something something just isn't

right there's just a a heaviness there's

just a you know it's like somebody

pulled the window shades down

something's not right well all of a

sudden all of a sudden they just all

lifted I mean you know it was just the

there was joy there. It was whatever it

was, it was gone. Whatever it was, we

got the we got the answer to that. And

uh so, but I thought, well, you know, uh

it it can't hurt to ask. I said, Lord,

you know, I mean, if you choose not to

tell me, I don't really care, but if you

do choose to tell me, I'd like to know

what that was all about. I mean, you

know, why'd you wake me up? Why didn't

you wake my wife up?

Anyway,

anyway. Anyway, I just when I asked

that, I heard spirit of God on the

inside say the devil's going to try to

take out your whole staff today, but

because you prayed because you prayed,

angels are going to be doing their job

and everything's going to be okay. I

said, "Good." I went back to sleep, did

my job. Well, you know, and when later

on we got up and Pastor Janet was

getting ready to go and I'm getting

ready to take her to the airport and I

said, "I'm going to tell you something

this morning. had just an uncction to

pray. And and when when we got the

victory over whatever that was, spirit

of God said, "Everything's all it's it's

all taken care of." I don't know what it

was, but it's like the devil's going to

try to take out our staff today. And I

don't know, there were what, maybe four

or five

or six of the ladies on our staff, and

they're all going to go down there, go

to this lady's conference down there.

And um so I just said, "I don't know.

Maybe maybe they don't even know. Maybe

there's no no knowledge of what was

going to take place." So, um, she, uh,

she said, "Okay." And so, I talked to

her later in the day. This was, this was

before cell phones, back before the

wheel. I mean, we we this was back there

a ways, but we talked later on. And, uh,

uh, she told me later on that day, she

said, "Well, you know, when I got there,

the the ladies were all there. They'd

arrived and and they were checking into

the hotel at the same time." And she

said, "I got there, they picked me up at

the airport. I was checking in and and

you know, we were just, you know, having

a good time talking and and uh one of

them said, if I got this right, one of

them said, "You're never going to

believe what happened today." She said,

"Well, what happened?" They said, "We're

driving down whatever the highway was. I

don't know what it would be. um from

Tulsa going across the you know the the

Gulf area over into uh um Panama City

Beach area and said uh all of us in the

in the van and uh we were we're there

was two lanes of traffic and there's one

a car over here on the the right side.

there was another larger vehicle on the

the left side and we were coming up

behind the vehicle on the left side and

waiting for them to move on over so we

could get on by and said out of the

clear blue all of a sudden they slammed

on their brakes. No traffic, no cars, no

trucks, no nothing. Just we came up

behind them and before we could do

anything else they slammed on the brakes

on the vehicle right in front of us. No,

absolutely no time to stop. We couldn't

slow down. We couldn't stop. We couldn't

pull over. There's nowhere to pull over.

There's two lanes and there's cars in

both lanes. They said, "We don't know

what happened. We don't know what

happened except when they slammed on

their brakes, we tried to get around

them. There was nowhere to go. But

somehow we got this big 18 passenger

van. Somehow we got this between two

vehicles on two lanes. We went through

without a scratch on either one. Came

out on the other side, pulled off the

side of the road, and sat and cried.

Angels though,

>> angels protected our whole staff. Could

have taken out a part or all of our

staff that day and instead all of them

went through and they had a great

meeting over there in Panama City Beach.

But, you know, just uh angelic help. We

need to be expecting that. I mean, we

talked about it. Goodness, whenever it

was a week ago, we talked about the fact

that we need to do something about it.

Okay? If angels aren't helping us, it's

because we're not giving them something

to work with.

You know, as we said, sometimes they're

sitting around by the campfire singing

kumbaya because we haven't given them

anything to do and then wondering why

they don't do something. It's because we

didn't give them the equipment to do

something with. Well, yeah, but God's

called them. He's called them, but yet

he gave us scriptures. If you go back to

the ninth and tth chapters of the book

of Daniel, you see back there where

Daniel was praying about end time

things. the prophet Daniel back in the

Old Testament praying about end time

events and what to look for in the last

days and uh wasn't getting any

information and suddenly an angel shows

up. Okay, an angel shows up and says um

you know that he'd been he'd actually

been praying for 21 days. Daniel had

been we see that in the ninth and the

10th chapters he he'd spend time in

prayer. He was he was giving everything

he could. And this angel shows up and

says, you know, Daniel began to commend

him for his walk with God. But said, the

minute you prayed, I was sent from the

throne of God.

>> Yeah.

>> Think about that. Even under the Old

Testament, from the moment you prayed, I

was sent from the throne of God to bring

you the answer. But the prince of Persia

detained me. Well, now that might not

mean anything to most of us, but you

know what Persia is?

Thank you.

>> And you know, you know, Prince of Persia

is not some guy that was, you know,

sitting on the throne back there and

died off. The prince of Persia was the

uh individual, the me the the spirit

that was in charge, spiritually speaking

from darkness over that part of the

world. And if you wonder why they're

having so much trouble in Iran right

now, the Prince of Persia didn't die.

The Prince of Persia is still a being

that's in charge over that nation.

And I'm not going to get into that

anymore. That's not my subject. But

anyway, anyway, he said I was he said I

was there. He said, I I was sent by the

from the throne of God and I was in uh

detained by the prince of Persia for 21

days until Michael came to set me free

so I could bring the answer to you. Now

I've got to go back and pick up the

battle.

>> Yeah.

>> Think about that.

>> Think about that. He said, "But I," In

other words, the answer was coming for

21 days. It wasn't Daniel's fault that

the answer didn't come. It wasn't God's

fault the answer didn't come. The angel

came in contact with the prince of

Persia and was detained for 21 days. But

he didn't stop. He just worked with it.

And because because Daniel stayed with

his prayer life,

>> didn't he?

>> Isn't that what the angel said? From the

moment you started the the the answer

came, but you stayed with it 20 and one

days.

>> Three weeks he stayed with it. How long

have we stayed with stuff to get an

answer? Well, if God was going to do it,

he'd have done it by now. Well, God did

it back there for Daniel, but Daniel had

to stick with it

>> to get the answer there.

>> Okay. And so brought the answer. Uh you

go back through and and my goodness, the

the angelic activity,

if we just stay just in the Old

Testament alone, there's there's angelic

protection. And if they could have it

back then, like I said, Daniel, it

worked for Daniel because he did what?

He prayed. He said he mourned. That's

praying. Could be praying in some

fasting. I don't know. It just depends

on what translation you're reading. But

he stayed with it until it worked. He

stuck with it until it worked. But

there's two facets. And then if you go

over to the 103rd Psalm, the 20th verse,

it talks about back there how angels are

mighty in strength, hearkening

>> to what?

>> Hearkening to hearkening to our prayers.

Well, that's not what he says there.

Although that is an important part, they

do hearken to our prayers. Absolutely.

Okay. Our prayer to the father opens

things up for God to send angel angelic

help. But the 103rd Psalm 20th verse

said the angels ministering spirits are

are they're they're not just like I

said, they're not the little Valentine

babies. They're mighty in strength, but

they hearken to the

>> to the voice. It's not they don't just

hearken to it's not if I carry a Bible

around, they're going to do whatever I

need. It says they hearken to the

>> voice. In other words, if I'll give

voice, they'll give action.

>> Yeah.

>> Got a good friend,

>> had a angelic visitation number of years

ago, was having some real issues going

in his life and ministry at the time.

Things were not going well at all. And

he said, all of a sudden, he looked up

and there's this giant angel standing

right beside him. And he said, "I don't

think he said anything." He didn't have

to say anything. He didn't have to say

anything. He was waiting for the friend

to say something.

>> It's not what the angels necessarily say

to me. It's what I've got to say to

them. They hearken diligently to the

voice

to his voice, voice of the word, voice

of the Lord. He said without thinking.

He said without thinking, he said, I

quoted, first of all, I quoted, my God

supplies all my need according to his

riches and glory by Christ Jesus. Well,

he was a minister and didn't have any

meetings. Didn't have anywhere to go.

Didn't have any invitations. Said he

said that and a couple other scriptures.

He just said, and he said the minute he

spoke those scriptures, he said all of a

sudden that angel just took off,

disappeared. But before long, he's got

invitations. Before long, he's got

finances. Before long, he's got answers.

But it didn't work until he said

something. If if we'll get hold of that,

they will do what we need to have done,

but we've got to do what we need to have

done.

>> Am I doing something about it? Well, I

haven't had any angels help me. Well,

have you been helping them?

We were in actually Pastor Janet and I

we had uh it would have been goodness I

think it was probably around uh

1979

maybe 80 maybe around 1981 something

like that. We we just got married 1979

and uh started out we had a we had a I

won't even go into all that. We had a

car and uh

but we started traveling and and I I'm

thinking it was m it was December and I

think it was maybe 1981. I don't know

for sure. Um and [snorts] uh you know we

were talking to brother Heagen and he

said, "Where are you guys going next?"

"Well, it's December. We're going to

we're go." Anybody ever been to

Wisconsin

in December?

Like cold December?

Well, I'm from Michigan, so I understand

cold, but I don't take it by choice. But

anyway, we were we booked a we booked

like two weeks of meetings in in

Wisconsin in December of that year. Now,

we didn't know maybe some of you were

there. May I we didn't know that it was

going to be record cold temperatures.

I've been in cold. I just hadn't been in

record cold. So, we're we're going to go

up there and uh we're going to we're

driving.

Okay. We're these are not flying trips

in these days, okay? We're just glad to

have a car to drive. We're we're we're

driving to Wisconsin. We're going to do

meetings with Wisconsin for I don't know

a week and a half, something like that.

Then we're going to go up over across

the top. We're going to go across the

upper peninsula of Michigan, come down

through and come down at Christmas time.

We're going to spend Christmas with uh

my family that year. And so we got this

plan trip all planned out and we're in

Wisconsin. Um, and the the man that

said, "I'll set your meetings up for

you." I found out what that means. Said,

"I'll set your meetings up for you." And

he said, "We'll just we'll just book you

in a couple places. You'll have a full

schedule." We got there and he said,

"Well, well, anytime somebody says,

well,

that well is deep." anyway

said, "You know, some other things have

come up and there's another ministry

that's, you know, doing these big

meetings and they've they've got all the

pastors coming to their conferences and

so all the places you were going to go,

you can't go anymore because the pastors

aren't going to be there. But I've

rebooked you in places." We said, "Well,

good. At least as long as we got

somewhere to go." and he said, 'Ive

booked you places, but he said, 'The

problem is you're going to be going back

and forth across the state of Wisconsin

almost every other day back and forth

through the first couple weeks of uh

December.

Well, now if that was, you know, Florida

or, you know, somewhere with sunshine,

that would be something. But but we're

we're driving, we got to drive back and

forth. We'd do a service and then we've

got another service the next night, but

we got to be on the other side of the

state. So, we'd get in our car. We had a

we we had just invested into a used I

didn't even know what a BMW was. I saw

it sitting on the lot and I thought that

looks good. And so we bought it used and

uh it really ran pretty good. But we

we're driving this thing through and

we're going to all these meetings and

when we finish those we're going to go

across the upper peninsula of Michigan

back down through and spend Christmas

down there. So, we're we're we're in

this we're driving and we're going back

and forth. And the problem was it was

record low temperatures. It was 60 below

zero.

Now, if you never been at 60 below zero,

don't. [laughter]

I mean, it was cold. It was so cold our

car would not heat up. I mean, our

heater in the car was not getting heat.

And so, we just just keep it going. As

long as we keep going, we'll be all

right. So, we're driving. We're driving.

But the problem was that it was so cold

and we're going across the state and

whatever we're going across. There were

no humans out there. There were there

was there was no humanity out in those

areas. But we're we're just going back

and forth. We you'd think we'd know

better.

You know, if some if the car broke down

out there and there's no vehicles and

it's 60 below, they'd find us a year

later.

Was not a pleasant thing. And so we're

we're driving back and forth every

couple days. We drive back and forth and

it was so cold. But we're driving along

one night and and and we're having to

hurry because we got to get there at

night, get checked into the hotel and we

got services the next day and so we're

making good time of course and u there's

no lights, no houses. It's late at night

and uh but we're believing God declaring

91st Psalm, though evil shall befall us,

no plague shall come n our dwelling, for

he shall give his angels charge over us

to keep us. Now, I normally wouldn't

have booked that kind of a a trip, but

somebody did it for us. We didn't really

have a choice. We're already booked for,

I don't know, two weeks or something

like that. But but all of a sudden,

we're driving along making good time on

a two-lane road going through the middle

of Wisconsin at 60 below zero late at

night, and and uh all of a sudden, out

of the corner of our eye, we saw a deer

come running out from the woods right

out toward our pathway. I and you know,

of course, you think real quickly like,

don't want to hit that. If we hit that,

we're going to be there with a deer.

>> And there's no we can't walk to

somewhere there's nowhere to walk to.

And my poor wife, she's from Louisiana.

>> She she said the the nose hairs were

freezing in her nose. It was like she

said, "I never been around anything like

this in my life. We did not have this in

Baton Rouge.

I didn't like it either. But [laughter]

but anyway, what I'm getting to is all

of a sudden we look out and out of the

the uh the right side out here, there

was a sizable deer that came running out

from the woods right out toward our

pathway. There's no way to stop there.

And all of a sudden, all of a sudden,

that deer starts doing going in circles

and going round and round and round and

round and round and kind of looking at

us like, "Who are you?" And uh we drove

on by and got to our stop that night.

That deer was probably wondering what in

the world spun him around there. But I

looked back there and I thought, our our

life is a long series of angels watching

over us and taking care of us.

>> Okay. We were in uh

we could go on and on with this. I'm not

going to. But we were in um uh Zimbabwe.

Did a meeting there. We'd been at one

time we'd been into uh South Africa.

another time went back went into

Zimbabwe into Harrari and u had uh

friends there um we just met a guy just

a couple weeks ago in in Italy and uh we

were asking him where he's from he said

I'm from Zimbabwe and we said do you

know Tom Duchelle he said oh yeah we

know Tom Duchelle that's this is big

church in Herarrar he said when we went

it was a home Bible study it was not a

big church but we went we we did

meetings in their church and stayed in

their home and um they Somebody loaned

them a beat up

old ski boat, which is fine if it runs.

And so we went up to the Zambzi River. I

didn't know it was a river. I've never

been to Zimbabwe before. So we went up

there, got a place to stay, and they've

got the skiboat, and they're going to

take us water skiing. Said, "Great. I

love that." I didn't know what the

Zambzi River was like. Nobody told me.

Took a few years before anybody filled

me in on it. But we're out there on the

Zambzi River and and u they decided to

let me be the first one out there. Put a

life jacket on me, put a skis on me,

threw a rope out and threw me out into

the water and I'm just out behind the

boat. Well, now the boat won't start.

And so it's a it's not a lake where

you're sitting there. It's a river where

you're flowing. And I looked up and saw

all these bumps out in front of the

boat. And I thought, I wonder what those

are. Somebody said, "Those are hippos."

I said, "Oh, they're kind of cute

animals. They're just big." They told us

later, "They're cute." Yeah, but they'll

get under the boat and flip you over and

kill you if you know if they don't like

humans. And so, we're going we're

floating with the boat not running.

We're floating toward the hippos. Nobody

told me that there are crocodiles all

along the

the the shoreline. I'm out here having a

wonderful time with my life jacket on

enjoying the warm water

and uh all of a sudden thinking, you

know, we probably ought to stay in faith

over this cuz I'm not sure what those

big things are out in front of the boat,

but I I gather it's not a really good

thing. We've got we've got cases like

that from all over the world where we've

seen God using angels to take care of

us. Just before we got to the hippos,

all of a sudden the engines started up

and away we went. And so I'm skiing

around the Zambesy River. Got crocodiles

over here and hippos over here and I

just wanted to get back to the

shoreline. But uh

but anyway, there's so many things that

we can talk about. We could let you know

where we've seen God do amazing things.

Uh some are just protection. You ever

stop thinking about the fact back there

in the what uh the book of Daniel, you

got the three Hebrew boys, Shadrach,

Meshach, Abedneo, okay? And they're in

trouble with the king there and um

they got thrown into the fiery furnace.

We know that from the scriptures, first

I think it's the third chapter of the

book of Daniel. They got thrown into the

fiery furnace, but God was the

protecting God. and he got thrown in

there and the king came out and he

looked and you know they already burned

the guys that threw him in. Okay, they

did. He said, "You guys didn't do a very

good job. I'm going to throw you in the

fire." Threw the guys that that threw

them into the fire. And the king looked

in there and he said, "Wait a minute.

Didn't we throw three in there?" He

said, "Yeah, we did, but there's a

fourth one in there. The fourth one

looks like the son of God."

And they all came walking out and said,

uh, to the king said, "We we have not

been burned. Our clothes aren't burned.

Our shoes aren't burned. Our hair is not

burned. We're not burned. God has sent

his angel and protected us through all

that." And of course, the king, you

know, he he he got on board with the

project there and forgave them for all

that. And so, we see back there, divine

protection. But way back there, God sent

angels in there. I don't know about you,

but I like reading back and finding out

what God did to take care of his people

under the old because if he could do it

under the old, he's sure going to do it

under the new.

>> And if you go a couple more chapters,

you've got Daniel back there where he's

defied the king. The king said, "I don't

want anybody serving any god or praying

to any god except me." And Daniel said,

"Sorry, got to do what I got to do." So

they took him in there and and they

threw him in the lion's den. Okay, that

can be a problem. Threw him in the

lion's den. He didn't seem to be too

upset about all that. The king can't now

the king because he's got his word out

there. He's got to do that. There's some

bad guys that have pushed him with his

word. He said, "I got to do it. I've

already signed this statement that says,

I've got to do that. I'm the king." And

the king's out there all night long.

He's sweating because he liked Daniel,

but he didn't he didn't really want to

see him get eaten up by a lion. But he

threw him in there. And when they came

in the in the morning, they rolled the

stone back and said, "Daniel is still in

there." He said, "Oh, yeah, I'm doing

fine." God sent his angel

>> and took care of me all night long. The

way I see it, he probably laid there

with his head on one line and his feet

on another one and slept all the way

through.

God protected him. Yes,

>> there's so many things, so many uh you

know, I get started and there's no way

no nowhere to stop, but um you know, um

looking back through, we've talked about

this before. Whoa.

Um with miracles, you've heard me tell

this one before, but I love I I love it,

so I want to hear it again.

We were in a meeting in Munich, Germany.

Pastor Janet and I were um there was a

uh there was a a wild prophet that we

had with us, Ed Defrain.

I see a few heads doing this. The rest

of you, you just missed half your life.

But anyway, we were in this meeting that

was on a second floor in uh in an office

complex in Munich, Germany. Church still

over there. Uh John and Mariana Angelina

doing a great job. Got a great church

over there. And uh we were doing this

meeting, had a week of meetings over

there. And uh um Pastor Janet and I,

we're sitting on the front row. Ed's

ministering in the evening service and

we're doing I think we did maybe five

nights of meetings. I'm not real sure,

but he um [snorts]

is ministering and just the way the way

God used him. He'd call people up and

and there were just miracle people

getting miracles on a regular basis.

Healings had taken place just the way

the gift operated in his life. Well,

he's ministering to people and the

platform, I don't know, it was a low

ceiling, so the platform would have been

maybe as high as the first step, maybe

the second step. I don't recall exactly,

but he's on the platform and all of a

sudden down the center aisle. Here comes

this this man. Can't tell how old he is.

He's he's bent over. Bent over. Remember

the 13th chapter of the book of Luke

said there was a a woman that had a a

spirit of infirmity for 18 years. bowed

over together, could in no wise lift up

herself. She's and Jesus saw her and he

called her to him and said,"Woman, thou

art loose from thine infirmity, laid

hands on her. Immediately she's made

straight, glorifies God." We we see all

that. Well, what about modern day? This

guy's coming down this center aisle down

here and he's he's not walking. He's

he's bent over. He can't see anything.

He's bowed totally bowed over together.

All he can do is turn his head sideways

to be able to see where he's going. He

can't walk straight. He's bound over

together. We didn't know what was wrong.

I mean, of course, you're guessing it

was u some form of crippling arthritis.

We found out later that's probably what

it was. He haven't he hasn't come to any

of the meetings. We haven't seen him

before. He hasn't been in the crowd. Um

but he's coming down that he had Ed

hadn't given a call for anybody to come

get healed. He just we're just we're

just get people are getting healed. It's

things are happening. This guy's coming

down the center aisle very slowly

because he can barely walk. He's bowed

over together. He can in no wise lift up

himself. He comes down there. Well, Ed

sees him coming and he just stops and

watches. Okay, what are we going to do?

Who is this guy? Pastor didn't know him.

Interpreter, the pastor's wife didn't

know him. He's coming down that center

aisle

and uh Ed's up on the probably the first

step over here. The guy makes his way

down here, comes up to where Ed's

standing there, somehow drops down to

his knees, puts his hands on Ed's feet,

and then puts his head on his hands. Ed

jumps back. He says, "Don't do that.

You're going to get me in trouble. I'm

not your healer. Jesus is your healer."

Going through working through an

interpreter. I'm not the healer. Jesus

is the healer. Don't do that. You'll get

me in trouble. So, the guy backed up and

got back on his feet. And he backed up.

Ed didn't lay hands on him. He didn't

pray for him. But the guy's on his feet

right about back over here. And all of a

sudden, all of a sudden, he's starting

to straighten up. We're all watching.

Okay, no question about it. My eyes are

good. We're right over here. He's over

here. And all of a sudden, he's starting

to straighten up a little more and a

little more and a little more. Well, Ed

doesn't run over and, you know, grab

hold of No, he just stands there and he

goes, "Wow, look at that. Look at that."

And I I'm thinking, I'm looking, but I

don't know what I'm looking at. This guy

is he's there's a miracle happening

here. He said, "Look at that." And so

we're all watching. The whole church was

and and we're watching and and he said

all of a sudden, he said, "Look at

that." He said, "There's an angel behind

him. He's got him by the shoulders and

he's straightening his body out there

and his whole back is straightening

out." And within a matter of, I don't

know, maybe a minute, two minutes, maybe

max, that guy's back was totally

straight. He was as straight as you and

me. Totally straightened out. Stood

there upright like that. His eyes are

about this big around. He doesn't know

what's happening. Nobody knew who he

was. Nobody knew where he came from.

Nobody knew what was going on. All I

know is this guy came from the back of

the room, came to the front, knelt down

up there and and and Ed said, "Look at

that. There's an angel that's got him by

the shoulders and he's straightening him

up." Well, the wild part was he got him

straightened up and all of a sudden we

look over and he not only straightened

him up, but all of a sudden he

straightened him up and he's going he's

he's his feet are coming off the floor.

We thought he's going airborne. This guy

this guy is going to take off into the

air. That angel's going to pick him up.

We don't know what's going on. And his

eyes got really big then and about that

time it all stopped. The angel

disappeared and he turned around and I

don't know what happened. No idea what

happened after that. I think they took

him to a prayer room. don't know. But

the guy turns around perfectly healed,

whole and healthy, and he walks all the

way to the back totally healed from the

top of his head to the soles of his

feet. There things like that. We were in

a meeting in uh I can find a place to

stop this. I haven't gotten to my

subject yet. So, we uh there's a church

in uh uh Colorado, Longmont, Colorado.

Long story there. And [snorts] uh uh

it's where um I I was the youth pastor

for 13 months and when came back here to

Tulsa, met met my lovely wife and we got

married. We're starting to travel and

the pastor would have us up in the

church maybe yearly. He'd have us come

up and do meetings and he did a

conference every fourth of July week.

He'd do a like a missions conference up

there. And so um and we what we'd do is

oftentimes we'd go down uh to Shreport

to Pastor Sam Carr's his freedom

crusade. We'd go two or three days at

that, catch a flight, fly up to Denver

and go to Longmont where the this other

church was and we'd finish up the week

there. So we were doing two churches in

one week. And as we're doing that, um we

got there on a on a Monday if I recall

and somebody came up to us and said,

"Man, you should have been here

yesterday." Said, "Oh, don't do that.

we we'd only be one place at one time.

Said, "Well, what happened?" Said,

"Well,

uh, Brother Ed was ministering." Said,

"Yeah, we know he was ministering. Don't

like missing anything, but we just

couldn't be both places." Said he was

ministering and, um, he stopped and he

said, "And the church was full of

people, packed full." And he stopped and

he said, "No." He said, "Uh uh," he

[snorts] said, "I need to pray for

anybody that has heart issues." Anybody

has heart issues? Well, in a full

church, you're going to have people with

anything from uh, you know, from u

arteries to heart to anything. He said,

"I need to pray for anybody that has

heart issues." And uh,

people came up from everywhere lined up

there. I don't know if it was the

morning or the night. I I couldn't tell

you which service it was, but they said

he's he's ministering to people. And I

mean, people are getting like instant

results. They can tell the difference in

their physical body. You know, I'm I'm

thankful to say I believe I got it. I

love it when you say I know I got it. I

mean, it's the pain's all gone. The

discomfort's all gone. So, people are

getting results. And uh [snorts] if I

recall right, Ed said, "Well, one more

thing." He said, "There's somebody here.

You don't just need your heart fixed.

You need a new You have to have a new

heart.

You have to have a new heart. Brand new

heart. You can't just fix this one.

You've been told you have to have a new

heart." Who is that? Well, guy right at

the end of the line down there. He said,

"That's me." He [snorts] said, "I have

to have a new heart. If I don't have a

new heart, I'm going to die real soon.

I've been to the doctor. Doctor said,

"There's nothing we can do. Nothing

medical science can do. Your heart's

shot. It's it's it's it's in bad shape.

Nothing anybody can do. You have to have

a new heart." He said, "That's me." And

said, "Well, I need to minister to you

because you're the one I'm looking for."

Guy said, "Okay, the reason I know that

is because through the service, they had

a big grand piano right over here on the

platform." And he said, "There's an

angel been standing behind that piano

all through the service holding a new

heart for somebody, and I knew I just

had to get to where I could find the

right person to get the new heart, and

you are the one. So, you're going to get

a new heart tonight."

>> So, he came up there, got in the line.

Well, see, I used to work at that church

for a little over a year. And and I knew

I I knew the if I if I got it right, his

he I would say he was probably maybe

60ish, something like that. I don't

know, but his brother had been in that

church. Okay. I I think maybe even on uh

the board or something. I'm not sure.

Anyway, his brother had been in that

church and uh something happened and uh

it took his life. He he passed away. So

his brother had died and you know they'd

had the funeral and and he's out in the

in the they've got a grave a marker out

there and um so this guy says my brother

passed away out here whatever a year two

years whatever it was ago and he said I

think he was maybe from Ohio but I'm not

sure. He said and I wanted to come out

here because the doctor said I'm the

next one cuz I'm not going to last long

and I wanted to come out here and see

where my brother's marker was. I wanted

to come by and say hi to him and tell

him, "Hang on. I'll be there with you

soon." That was what that's why he came

out there. He went to the meeting so he

could tell his brother, "I'm going to

come see you." He gets out there and he

comes up, he gets in this line and he he

had been in this meeting and he had not

been able to get the stairs to get to

his hotel room. He'd take a suitcase and

he'd set it on the step and then he'd

take a step up and he'd take suitcase

and put it on another one. That's how

he'd get up and down. He had no

strength, no energy. his heart's not

working right. So, [snorts] he knew

that. Well, he gets in this line. Ed

ministers to him. The angel brings uh

See, angels are they don't heal, but

they're messengers.

>> Okay? Messengers, they they don't they

don't make pizzas. They just bring them.

Messenger doesn't do the miracle. They

just bring the miracle.

>> So, anyway, so he comes up there, Ed

ministers to him. We find out the next

day he goes back home, goes back to the

hotel and he doesn't walk up the steps.

He runs up the steps, runs up and down,

up and down. He came back, told church,

says, "Well, I had to go talk to my

brother [laughter]

and tell him, you know, I'm sorry, but

you're going to have to wait a little

longer cuz I'm not going to be there for

a long time yet. I went to church last

night and God gave me a new heart and

I'm not going to be there for a long

time. So, you just enjoy your time over

there in heaven and I'm going to it'll

be a few years before I show up now

because I got a new heart and I'm ready

to go.

>> I don't know where that went after that.

No idea. But he got a he got a a

miracle. Got a miracle on the spot. He

didn't just get a heart repair.

Uh he got a brand new one.

>> Brand new one. Well, we could go on and

on with this. could we could go on and

on with the the healings and the

miracles and the things that we've seen

over really the past 45 years, something

like that, where people have gotten

healings, gotten miracles, gotten

amazing things like that. Uh we've been

able to see this all over the world.

We've seen people um well, I won't go

into that. We'll be here for another

half hour. But anyway, there's all kinds

of things and um but that belongs to all

of us. And I don't know about you, but

if there's something that belongs to me,

I I don't want to sit back and have

angels going, I'd do something that

they'd give me something to do. But if

they don't give me something to do, I

can't do anything because I hearken

>> diligently to the voice of his word. If

they'll just talk, I can move. If

they'll talk, I can move. I can move. If

they talk, if they'll say something, I

can do something. That's how this all

works. Most miracles that you and I

need, and I'm going to close with this.

Most miracles, most things you and I

need on planet Earth don't have to come

out of heaven. Well, I'm waiting for God

to, you know, I'm waiting for him to

grow a money tree and pour $100. No, he

doesn't do that. Most everything we need

here is already here.

>> Okay? I mean, back there, you go to the

book of Genesis and God God told him

where the, you know, where the gold was

buried. And the gold of that that land

is good gold. And yeah, he didn't say,

"I'll send a a couple bricks from heaven

to take care of you." No, it's already

down here.

>> The gold, the silver, the earth is the

Lord's in the fullness thereof. Most

anything we need down here, if it's a

physical miracle, God doesn't have to

send it from heaven. In fact, he said,

"If the spirit of him that raised up

Jesus from the dead dwells

>> in you, he that raised up Christ from

the dead will also quicken, make alive,

and heal your mortal body by the spirit

that dwelleth in you." We're not looking

for something to get poured out of

heaven. We're looking for heaven to rise

up in us and start doing something in

our lives.

>> Angels are down here. They can take care

of whatever it is we need to have done.

They're down here. They're they're sent

uh basically the uh first chapter of the

book of Hebrews, the what is it? 34th

verse. Anyway, it says uh the

ministering spirits are sent to

minister. I always thought it said

minister to those to be heirs of

salvation. I thought I'll take all the

help I can get. But if you look at the

last verse of the first chapter of the

book of Hebrews, it says, "Their

ministering spirits are sent forth to

minister."

>> Y'all step ahead of me here. All right.

Sent to minister, and that is good. Sent

to minister for those to be heirs of

salvation. They don't have to minister

just to me. They can minister for me.

[snorts]

>> I'll give you one more.

>> I I'm a car guy, okay? Not like I used

to be. I've kind of outgrown it sort of.

But I was

>> Come on.

[laughter] It's my faith statement.

You know, from the 60s and 70s, classic

cars. I'm a car guy. I can't do what I

can't do these cars today. They got too

much stuff under the hood. I can't even

get the hood open on my car. I've never

even tried to open it up. I don't want

to. Everything's computerized and all

that. I don't do all the computers back

in the day. Yeah.

>> Anyway,

>> and anyway, uh you know, just just going

back through there, just I I I uh I

moved out here. I packed up two

suitcases and moved out here to go to to

Rama. Brother Hagen had just started.

It's 1974. I didn't know who he was. I

didn't know what Rama was. I didn't know

I didn't know what the Bible was. All I

knew is I saw this brochure in my

parents' mailbox. Somebody put them on

the list. I read that and I I couldn't

describe it. All I knew is the minute I

picked it up, I thought, I don't know

what this is, but I got to go to this

place. Called them up on the phone, they

accepted me over the phone and I packed

up, headed out here to Tulsa. Had a

friend out here. He's a OU grad. Uh he

was a doing actually a CPA, I think, out

by OU. And so I called him up. He said,

"Yeah, you can come stay at my place for

a while. We'll we'll probably end up

getting a bigger place." So anyway, uh

so I came out here in and uh um you

know, but I just sold my car. So I'm I'm

I'm started out by ORU going to to

Harvard. No, no, Sheridan First. If you

know anything about Tulsa from OU to

Sheridan First is not a short ride. I'm

borrowing my roommate's girlfriend's

bicycle and I'm riding across the

streets of Tulsa to get to this new

school.

I I I look like a Mormon missionary.

I've got a white shirt. I got a tie.

I've gotten a haircut. I'm thinking this

is a Bible school. They're not going to

let me in if I look like I have been

looking. So, I'm I'm I'm I'm trying to

look decent out there. And I ride up and

the door opens up and this guy comes

walking out and he's got hair down over

his shoulders. He's got a beard about

this big. All you can see are these two

glasses. And I said, "Is there a school

here?" He said, "Yeah, why?" I said, "I

think I'm supposed to come." He said,

"Come on in. I'm one of the students." I

thought I like this place already.

[laughter]

He ended up being a good friend of mine

for years. But uh but uh anyway, um I

had to get a car. Had a distant relative

in Dallas. Contacted him. He had a

little car lot and I said, "I need a car

and I don't know what to get." He said,

"Come on down. I got one. I can I I'll

set you up with something." So, I rode a

bus, got on a Greyhound, went to Dallas

uh over a weekend, and uh he not only

got me a car, he got long story, but

anyway, he had a this was 74. He had a

68 uh Jaguar XK convertible.

I didn't even have to look at it. I

said, I'm sold [laughter]

yellow black convertible top. I I That's

it. That's it. I don't even care how

much this costs. I I got some money. I'm

I Yeah, I'll drive it back.

[laughter]

So, I did.

By the time I got home, by the time I

got home, the speedometer had quit. I

came through a I came through an

Oklahoma storm, and I had more water

inside the car than I had outside the

car.

It was a wreck,

but it had a nice paint job on it.

>> [laughter]

>> I'm driving this thing back middle of

the night coming up whatever highway I

was coming. I didn't know where I was,

you know, didn't have GPS, didn't have

Siri, didn't even have a map. I'm just

trying to follow signs to get back up

here cuz I got school the next day and I

got this car. I don't even know if it's

going to get me here. I'm going through

storms and all this. And uh make a long

story short, uh my this relative said,

"I don't know if I want to sell this

thing to you. It's going to give you

some trouble." I said, "I I'm a shade

tree mechanic. I could fix anything."

Well, the problem was I couldn't find

the shade. [laughter]

I'm working on that car all the time.

I'm always working on and it was a

British sports car, so nowhere in Tulsa

had the parts for British. I couldn't

even get parts for it. So, I'm working

on all this. And come wintertime, I uh I

get in this thing and I'm going to drive

it to Michigan Christmas time.

Yeah. That's what I thought. So, I'm in

this thing and and it just won't run

right. Anything under 45 to 50 mph, it's

not going to run. And I'm in a blizzard.

I'm going by cars and blowing snow on

everybody and people are calling me

names and all this. And I just wanted to

get I just wanted to get home. And uh I

got back up here and and by the time I

got here, the clutch wasn't working, the

brakes weren't working, speedometer

wasn't working, car wasn't working.

>> Been there.

been I've had a number of those. But I

took it down and my dad had a he and

another guy had a real estate company. I

got it down there. I I kind of crippled

it down there, pulled it up in front of

the thing, pulled it up in a snowbank,

put a for sale sign in the window and

said, "Dad, I got to sell this thing. I

can't get this back to Oklahoma." And my

brother-in-law had a extra car, had a

Pinto, I think it was. Is that what that

was? I've gone from a I've gone from a

Jaguar to a Pinto. [laughter]

He said, "If you can get it running, you

can borrow this thing for a while." I

said, "Sure." Okay. So, got it running

and he kindly loaned that to me for a

few months until I could get something

else figured out so I could get back to

school. And um

so anyway, so so

they hearkened hearkened to the voice of

his word. I said, "My God supplies all

my need. I need a buyer for that thing.

I need a buyer for a British convertible

broke down in the middle of winter in

Michigan in a snowbank. I need a buyer.

I told my dad, I said, "Somebody's going

to come and buy this thing." He said,

"Okay,

sure." I said, "If they want to buy it,

sell it."

And I knew what I had to have. I had

$2,200 into the thing. And I I really

needed to get that out because I got to

buy something else. And um so anyway, he

uh he calls me up in a couple days. He

said, "Remember you told me somebody's

going to come buy that car?" I said,

"Yeah." He said, "Some guy came by in

the middle of winter, pulled up and

said, "Is that car for sale?" He said,

"Yeah." He said, "My wife's been wanting

one for years. I want to buy it." Said,

"I will work you a deal."

Gave him a a deposit. I don't know, $500

or something. And uh said, "I'll send a

truck to we'll put it on a truck. We'll

haul it back to I don't I think

Wisconsin if I remember right. 60 below

zero." Anyway.

Anyway, he said, "My wife, she's been

wanting one." My dad said, "Did you have

you got a mechanic to go with it? You

know, you're going to need one." So,

anyway, so he gets this all set. Next

day, he said, Next day, another guy came

by and said, "Is that car for sale?" He

said, "Well, sort of. Why?" He says, "I

want one." He says, "I'll give you I'll

give you whatever you want, I'll pay you

for it." He said, "Well, I've already

got a buyer." He said, "I'll pay you

more for it." They're bidding for my

piece of junk.

I said, "Whatever they'll give you, take

it." He said, 'Well, I told him, I've

already got a I've already got a a buyer

and I'm not going to I'm not going to

cheat him on that. So, anyway, they came

and bought the thing and I got another

car right after that, but I saw angels

worked around and brought people in out

of two different states to come buy that

car.

>> They knew where somebody was that needed

it, wanted it, for some strange reason

desired it. I don't know why somebody

wanted it. I had a motorcycle I had to

get rid of after that. Did the same

thing. Somebody came and got that I made

out of the clear blue. bought that thing

because I'm never going to come back to

Michigan and start riding that thing

again. And it just I saw angels working

like that. They not only minister to us,

they not only protect us, but they'll

minister for us.

>> And if there's something we need to

have, if we need to sell a piece of

property, we need to sell a house, we

need to if there's something if there's

something we need them to take care of,

they know who needs what we've got.

>> And I've got to stop. Let's stand to our

feet.

Father, we thank you in the wonderful

name of Jesus. Thank you, Father, for

the ministry of angels, supernatural

beings sent forth to minister for those

beers of salvation. Father, I pray this

will get so real on the inside of us

that we'll tap into that and we'll keep

them working for us, for us, for our

homes, our families, our our loved ones.

We we'll keep them working for us on our

finances, on our on our dwellings, on

our on our vehicles. I thank you for it,

dear Father. We thank you for it in the

wonderful name of Jesus.
